- 0:01Speaker 1: One in three hospices in America are in Los Angeles,
- 0:05Speaker 1: not California, La one and three. I mean, how many
- 0:08Speaker 1: people are dying there? Obviously, it is fraudulent and the
- 0:11Speaker 1: red flags that were mentioned in that wonderful report are
- 0:14Speaker 1: all evident. You have doctors selling their souls, basically their
- 0:17Speaker 1: licensed number, to open multiple hospice relationships. They dishonestly claim
- 0:22Speaker 1: people are dying when they're not. If they steal your money,
- 0:24Speaker 1: they will steal your life. They don't care at all
- 0:26Speaker 1: about you.
- 0:27Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Good Wednesday morning. Nice have you with us on the
- 0:33Speaker 3: forty seven Morning Update, and we've got one massive story
- 0:36Speaker 3: for you. This is shocking news coming out of a
- 0:39Speaker 3: Republican state, the Vice President's home, Columbus, Ohio. We now
- 0:44Speaker 3: have found out that the Feds have been paying immigrants
- 0:48Speaker 3: billions to literally hang out with their own family members.
- 0:52Speaker 3: How did this even happen? And it's all coming for
- 0:55Speaker 3: your tax dollars through medicaid. I explain it all. America
- 1:00Speaker 3: kus entering the two hundred and fiftieth year, and the
- 1:02Speaker 3: direction of this country is being decided right now in
- 1:05Speaker 3: our culture and our economy, and who we choose is
- 1:08Speaker 3: support matters more than ever. Most wireless companies don't care
- 1:14Speaker 3: who you are or what you believe. They just want
- 1:17Speaker 3: your money. Patriot Mobile they're different. For more than twelve years,
- 1:20Speaker 3: they've stood with Americans who believe freedom is worth defending,
- 1:25Speaker 3: funding the Christian Conservative movement when others stay silent. That's
- 1:29Speaker 3: what they do. So here's the deal. You don't have
- 1:32Speaker 3: to give up quality or service when you switch to
- 1:35Speaker 3: Patriot Mobile. They deliver premium priority access on all three
- 1:40Speaker 3: major US networks, so you'll get the same or better
- 1:43Speaker 3: coverage than you have today. Think switching as a hassle,
- 1:47Speaker 3: It isn't anymore in twenty twenty six. You keep your number,
- 1:51Speaker 3: keep your phone, or upgrade, and their one hundred percent
- 1:54Speaker 3: US based support team can activate you in minutes, still
- 1:58Speaker 3: paying off a device. Patriot Mobile even offers a contract buyout.

- 2:17Speaker 3: get a free month of service. That's Patriotmobile dot com,
- 2:21Speaker 3: slash ben forty seven or nine seven to two Patriot
- 2:26Speaker 3: and switch Today it's a forty seven morning update and
- 2:29Speaker 3: it starts right now.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Fraud is something we are saying that is now being
- 2:35Speaker 3: exposed at levels that none of us could have actually imagined,
- 2:39Speaker 3: even after what we'd already found in Minnesota. Now, there's
- 2:43Speaker 3: a lot of people that thought, well, this is just
- 2:45Speaker 3: fraud that's gonna happen in extreme places where there's hardcore liberals.
- 2:49Speaker 3: We're now saying that is not true. I'm gonna take
- 2:52Speaker 3: you to Ohio and I'm gonna tell you about this story.
- 2:55Speaker 3: I'm gonna ask you at the very beginning share this
- 2:58Speaker 3: story on social media, all right, because people need to
- 3:01Speaker 3: know that what we're witnessing now with fraud is not
- 3:05Speaker 3: just in the liberal states. Democrats have figured out how
- 3:08Speaker 3: to steal and these immigrants and illegal immigrants in every
- 3:12Speaker 3: state in America. Now, let me see the stage for you.
- 3:16Speaker 3: Just before the Department of Government Efficiency closed its doors,
- 3:19Speaker 3: it made a quiet move keyword, quiet move that may
- 3:24Speaker 3: end up its most lasting impact on the federal deficit.
- 3:30Speaker 3: DOGE published a massive trove of data in February that
- 3:34Speaker 3: for the first time, lets the public see what companies
- 3:38Speaker 3: are billing Medicaid for now. For decades, all right, the
- 3:43Speaker 3: payouts have been shrouded in secrecy, and now we understand
- 3:47Speaker 3: why one of the largest government programs in essence was
- 3:52Speaker 3: a black box. That the government made that way so
- 3:56Speaker 3: that there could be kickbacks, waste, fraud, and abuse that
- 3:58Speaker 3: we would never see. Now this interesting article that's been
- 4:03Speaker 3: put out by a man, Luke Roziak. He's spent the
- 4:08Speaker 3: last two months digging into the numbers, and what he
- 4:11Speaker 3: found was the most blatant waste of federal dollars he
- 4:15Speaker 3: says he's ever encountered in his two decades as an
- 4:17Speaker 3: investigative journalist. Now this has become part of a Medicaid
- 4:22Speaker 3: millionaire's Daily Wires series, and it's brilliant. I would tell
- 4:27Speaker 3: you to go look at it. It's now exposing billions
- 4:30Speaker 3: of dollars in dubious personal services payments where people are
- 4:34Speaker 3: paid to spend time with their own families. Again, this
- 4:37Speaker 3: is not a joke. So he set his sights on Ohio, which,
- 4:41Speaker 3: like Minnesota, had been granted waivers to expand Medicaid well
- 4:46Speaker 3: beyond its original purpose. Now under the guise of healthcare,
- 4:50Speaker 3: Ohio pays people to go to Medicaid beneficiaries homes to
- 4:56Speaker 3: perform what they describe as homemaking and chores like cooking
- 4:59Speaker 3: and cleaning. Now here's what's interesting. The people performing these services,
- 5:05Speaker 3: these quote personal services the tests, don't even have to
- 5:09Speaker 3: be healthcare workers, and in many cases are actually relatives
- 5:14Speaker 3: of the actual Medicaid patient. Now, according to the Daily
- 5:18Speaker 3: Wire data analysis, Ohio spent a billion dollars alone on
- 5:26Speaker 3: home healthcare in twenty twenty four. That's the last year
- 5:29Speaker 3: that we've got data, and we expect the number to
- 5:31Speaker 3: go hire in twenty twenty five. Now, since these services
- 5:35Speaker 3: are performed inside private residences, okay, there is no way
- 5:39Speaker 3: to know whether workers win at all or what they're
- 5:42Speaker 3: actually doing in exchange for the billion dollars of your
- 5:45Speaker 3: tax dollars. There's also an infinite number of small black
- 5:49Speaker 3: boxes inside a black box, and this is the second warning.
- 5:54Speaker 3: There are multiple signs that the service provided and built
- 5:58Speaker 3: the government with sometimes just companionship end quote conversation like
- 6:03Speaker 3: that's an actual line. So we are paying people to
- 6:06Speaker 3: hang out with family members. I wish I was joking.
- 6:09Speaker 3: I'm not as people have realized now, and these frontsters
- 6:15Speaker 3: are just doing this now, not like recently. This has
- 6:18Speaker 3: been going on for years. We just looked the other way.
- 6:20Speaker 3: What they realized the United States government will basically pay
- 6:23Speaker 3: you to do anything as long as there's paperwork around it.
- 6:27Speaker 3: They will literally pay you to hang out with your
- 6:29Speaker 3: own family members. Let me give you another example of this.
- 6:33Speaker 3: Just in Northeast Columbus. They have seen its economy replaced
- 6:37Speaker 3: by businesses that build Medicaid and Columbus, Ohio is a
- 6:42Speaker 3: city with the second largest You're ready Somali population in
- 6:46Speaker 3: the country. Where's number one Minneapolis, Saint Paul. It has become,
- 6:51Speaker 3: on the surface, the most quote unhealthy city on planet Earth.
- 6:57Speaker 3: Quote Well, if the government is going to pay you
- 7:00Speaker 3: to do it, one home healthcare operator told the reporter.
- 7:04Speaker 3: People see it as lucrative, so they just jump on it.
- 7:07Speaker 3: And when no one's stopping it, why wouldn't you do it? Now?
- 7:10Speaker 3: These new welfare queens aren't the recipients who'se low income
- 7:14Speaker 3: qualify them, by the way, for poverty programs. They're the
- 7:17Speaker 3: companies that are getting rich off of those living in poverty.
- 7:22Speaker 3: There are even massive billboards up in Columbus. One of
- 7:26Speaker 3: the billboards shows a looks like a daughter and a
- 7:29Speaker 3: mother on their porch holding hands. And this is what
- 7:33Speaker 3: the billboard says, caring for a loved one at home,
- 7:37Speaker 3: question mark, get paid, get support. Then it says for
- 7:42Speaker 3: you to go to careforth dot com. So you're driving
- 7:46Speaker 3: down in Cleveland, less than forty seconds, you can come
- 7:50Speaker 3: across endless home healthcare companies. You have Capital home Health,
- 7:55Speaker 3: you have Continental home Health, you have Dynamite home Health.
- 8:00Speaker 3: You've got the Ohio Senior Healthcare Home Healthcare. You have
- 8:05Speaker 3: entire buildings throughout the city that are filled entirely with
- 8:09Speaker 3: what appeared to be identical businesses. These enormous complexes that
- 8:13Speaker 3: have now been put out and exposed and pictured. One
- 8:17Speaker 3: of them is on Bush Boulevard. It lacks windows, and
- 8:20Speaker 3: that would be a problem for most office building, but
- 8:23Speaker 3: there's almost no one in that office building. What is inside, however,
- 8:28Speaker 3: is ninety four different companies signed up to build Medicaid,
- 8:33Speaker 3: each with a tiny office, often marked with a sheet
- 8:36Speaker 3: of paper proclaiming some generic company name ending in Home
- 8:39Speaker 3: Health LLC, and sometimes another piece of paper claiming the
- 8:43Speaker 3: employees had just stepped out for a break, but they
- 8:45Speaker 3: never come back. Now, the building alone build taxpayers sixty
- 8:51Speaker 3: six million in the span of a few years. The
- 8:55Speaker 3: records now show. And if you pick the owner of
- 8:58Speaker 3: the Columbus home healthcare company at random and look them
- 9:01Speaker 3: up in the public records, you're likely going to go
- 9:04Speaker 3: down an endless rabbit hole. Years of unpaid taxes as
- 9:08Speaker 3: well as debts. Okay, you're going to find that immediately,
- 9:12Speaker 3: sometimes even criminal records, and an astonishing number of LLCs
- 9:15Speaker 3: created in other industries, as if the millions they take
- 9:19Speaker 3: from Medicaid are just a side gig. They actually went
- 9:25Speaker 3: to several of these rabbit holes and they started to
- 9:28Speaker 3: expose things. Let me give you an example of what
- 9:32Speaker 3: they found. Number one, a politician who funded an eleven
- 9:36Speaker 3: million home healthcare company that he appeared to run part
- 9:40Speaker 3: time without even mentioning it in his political biography, who
- 9:45Speaker 3: funded his campaign with massive donations from other home healthcare owners.
- 9:51Speaker 3: That's the politician. Okay. You also had a woman who
- 9:54Speaker 3: reinvented her janitorial LLC as a health provider, not a joke,
- 10:00Speaker 3: and then build medicaid nearly one hundred thousand dollars the
- 10:02Speaker 3: first month, and she got the cash. You had a
- 10:05Speaker 3: landlord who, by the way, bought airplanes after running space
- 10:08Speaker 3: to hundreds of home health care companies that build Medicaid
- 10:12Speaker 3: a quarter of a billion dollars. Yeah, that's really happening,
- 10:16Speaker 3: your tax dollars. You had a million dollar medicaid business
- 10:22Speaker 3: that was owned by a couple who repeated fraud, violence,
- 10:26Speaker 3: and had theft convictions repeated, and that to the government.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Send your tax dours too. You had another man who
- 10:33Speaker 3: went to prison for Medicaid fraud but told the government
- 10:35Speaker 3: he was too broke to pay restitution, while his neighbors
- 10:39Speaker 3: and associates presided over a poverty program empire that made
- 10:43Speaker 3: him rich. You also had an accountant who lost his
- 10:47Speaker 3: license for stealing public funds, then open a seven million
- 10:52Speaker 3: dollar home health care company using the address of a
- 10:54Speaker 3: convicted money launderer's teenage son. This is not a joke.
- 10:58Speaker 3: These are the people that are doing this, and they're
- 11:01Speaker 3: getting rich with your tax dollars. Now. These are not
- 11:04Speaker 3: business geniuses, okay there, nor are people with any training
- 11:08Speaker 3: or specialty in the field of health. They often failed
- 11:12Speaker 3: at a variety of other businesses before suddenly becoming millionaires
- 11:16Speaker 3: all over again. In the home health care field by
- 11:19Speaker 3: billing the government for countless dollars. Sometimes the report says
- 11:25Speaker 3: the company will have a quote full roster of clients
- 11:27Speaker 3: in its very first month, making many normal saying people
- 11:32Speaker 3: wonder like where were these clients? Where they come from?
- 11:36Speaker 3: How do you get to max capacity in one month.
- 11:38Speaker 3: The companies don't have websites either or appear to advertise
- 11:42Speaker 3: at all. They just randomly fill up and maximize billing
- 11:44Speaker 3: to the government. They can't stand out for their thousands
- 11:48Speaker 3: of rivals based on price unless they pay kickbacks, because
- 11:53Speaker 3: the government pays the same to everyone. So that becomes
- 11:56Speaker 3: the second part of the scheme. You sign up a
- 11:59Speaker 3: bunch of people really really fast, You get them a
- 12:01Speaker 3: little kickback, and bam, you make millions of dollars. What's
- 12:04Speaker 3: also interesting about what's having Columbus is nearly every owner
- 12:09Speaker 3: of the home healthcare companies in Columbus appear to be foreign.
- 12:13Speaker 3: They live in a parallel society where every associate in
- 12:17Speaker 3: the public records also has a foreign name, and all
- 12:20Speaker 3: their business transactions are conducted with other foreigners. When asked
- 12:25Speaker 3: one that home healthcare companies did, one man threatened journalist
- 12:30Speaker 3: who cares. Do you guys pay my bills? I'm going
- 12:33Speaker 3: to tell everybody you guys are racist, was a response
- 12:36Speaker 3: from that home healthcare company. Now, the government, by the way,
- 12:40Speaker 3: is not unlikely has no ability to monitor all the people,
- 12:44Speaker 3: and the it writes millions of dollars of checks to
- 12:47Speaker 3: in Columbus. Apparently that's so they're just saying, we just
- 12:49Speaker 3: keeps in the checks. They all, by the way, share
- 12:52Speaker 3: combinations of just a few names, like Ahmed Muhammad and
- 12:56Speaker 3: Muhammed Ahmed. Documents reviewed by The Daily Why show individuals
- 13:01Speaker 3: will spell their names multiple different ways within a single document,
- 13:04Speaker 3: and many of them lift their birthdays as January one
- 13:08Speaker 3: because their birth dates are unknown, so they just put
- 13:11Speaker 3: down January one, and then we send them millions of
- 13:13Speaker 3: your tax do hours. The business model is simple from
- 13:17Speaker 3: what we've now seen from these documents. I'll give you
- 13:20Speaker 3: a perfect example. They had a forty year old Somali
- 13:23Speaker 3: migrant who gets paid for spending time with and maybe
- 13:28Speaker 3: cooking for his own sixty five year old mother. The
- 13:31Speaker 3: middleman is one of thousands of home health firms that
- 13:35Speaker 3: have the NPI numbers necessary to then build Medicaid. The
- 13:40Speaker 3: forty year old becomes an employee of that company, but
- 13:44Speaker 3: has no client other than his mother. There is no
- 13:46Speaker 3: way to verify whether he actually even provides his services
- 13:50Speaker 3: to his mom unless his own mother is willing to
- 13:52Speaker 3: testify against him. I think we all know that's not
- 13:54Speaker 3: going to happen. This poverty program is different from things
- 13:58Speaker 3: like food stamps because it has no monetary cap. Let
- 14:02Speaker 3: me say that again. It has no monetary cap, and
- 14:07Speaker 3: its extent is decided not by the politicians but by
- 14:11Speaker 3: any doctor who's willing to sign a form saying you
- 14:14Speaker 3: could use some help around the house. It only takes
- 14:18Speaker 3: one doctor who will say yes to churn out enough
- 14:21Speaker 3: forms to bankrupt an entire state. Now, for years, there's
- 14:26Speaker 3: been quote efforts to rein in the waste that have
- 14:29Speaker 3: nibbled around the edges, shaving off a million here, a
- 14:31Speaker 3: million there. But skeptics and liberals argue that the cost
- 14:35Speaker 3: cutting exercise was pointless because they said the line share
- 14:39Speaker 3: of federal spinning was locked up in nondiscretionary spending like healthcare.
- 14:45Speaker 3: The implication was that there's no waste in that category
- 14:48Speaker 3: and nothing that could be done about it. Even as
- 14:50Speaker 3: the nation was well this program was going towards insolvency,
- 14:56Speaker 3: and they didn't care because they were getting paid. And
- 14:59Speaker 3: then the kickbacks were coming to the politicians. This was
- 15:03Speaker 3: a blatant waste and it happened within miles of the
- 15:07Speaker 3: Ohio State Capitol the governor there. And again this goes
- 15:12Speaker 3: back to what I'm saying about Republicans. The governor in
- 15:16Speaker 3: Ohio is Mike Dwain. His appointees run the state. In
- 15:21Speaker 3: an age of artificial intelligence, the medicaid system has seemed
- 15:25Speaker 3: disinterested in even the most obvious red flags. Perhaps that's
- 15:30Speaker 3: because it's largely run by the states. What would have
- 15:33Speaker 3: for more of the billing being forced for you to
- 15:37Speaker 3: pay as a federal tax payer. Now here's the good news.
- 15:41Speaker 3: The Trump administration is now turning its sites to medicaid
- 15:46Speaker 3: fraud with a task force. It's being led by the
- 15:49Speaker 3: Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew Ferguson and the Vice President J. D. Vance,
- 15:54Speaker 3: and they want to start with Vance's home state because
- 15:57Speaker 3: what we're seeing is this is happening, as I mentioned earlier,
- 16:01Speaker 3: in a conservative state, not a liberal state. And that's
- 16:07Speaker 3: the most important part of this entire story.
