- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is the Ben Ferguson Podcasts and we've got
- 0:04Speaker 1: a very special show for you today. There is some
- 0:07Speaker 1: late breaking news and Senator Cruz and I just sat
- 0:10Speaker 1: down and went through it, and you are going to
- 0:12Speaker 1: be shocked by the fact that we have now found
- 0:14Speaker 1: out that Hillary Clinton greenlit the Russia hoax scandal to
- 0:20Speaker 1: hide her own email scandal of that server and the
- 0:24Speaker 1: classified documents in her bathroom basement. You may remember that
- 0:28Speaker 1: from back of the campaign. How do we know this now, Well,
- 0:32Speaker 1: it is declassified documents that the government hid from you,
- 0:35Speaker 1: the American people. Not only did Hillary Clinton greenlight the
- 0:39Speaker 1: Russia hoax, but this impact of this story now could
- 0:43Speaker 1: have a major impact on impossible indictments for those in
- 0:47Speaker 1: and around the Russia hoax. We also know that this
- 0:51Speaker 1: is gonna make you ask a lot of questions about
- 0:53Speaker 1: what the FBI was doing then and what they're hiding
- 0:56Speaker 1: from you. We're gonna break all that down. Also, you
- 1:01Speaker 1: know that the left and Democrats have been anti Israel
- 1:04Speaker 1: and now showing it. But something even more shocking happen.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Senate Democrats and the majority of them have now voted
- 1:13Speaker 1: to black weapons sales for Israel. That has never happened
- 1:18Speaker 1: before in American history. We also are going to give
- 1:21Speaker 1: you another shocking story, and it's a big warning about
- 1:26Speaker 1: just how radical our Ivy League universities have become. We
- 1:30Speaker 1: have now direct ties between Harvard and the Chinese Communist
- 1:35Speaker 1: Party elites giving direct donations to the university. What are
- 1:40Speaker 1: they buying? Is it influence? Is it about spying, or
- 1:44Speaker 1: is it about turning America's brightest and most brilliant minds
- 1:48Speaker 1: into individuals that hate America and stand with the Chinese
- 1:53Speaker 1: Communist Party. We're going to expose all of Harvard University's
- 1:57Speaker 1: new alleged ties to the Chinese parlimentary group. And also,
- 2:02Speaker 1: in a ran back research sparked the GOP probe how
- 2:06Speaker 1: we got there? So take a listen to Senator Ted
- 2:10Speaker 1: Cruz and I as we're going to break all of
- 2:12Speaker 1: this down for you on today's show.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Well, newly de classified documents showed that Hillary Clinton personally
- 2:19Speaker 2: approved the Russia hoax, and she did it to distract
- 2:23Speaker 2: from her own email scandal. She did it with the
- 2:25Speaker 2: complicity of the corporate media, and she did it with
- 2:29Speaker 2: the complicity of the FBI. These emails are bombshell emails
- 2:34Speaker 2: that show that George Soros and his foundation was intimately
- 2:38Speaker 2: involved in the entire operation, and that this was a
- 2:42Speaker 2: lie from day one, and the political operators, including Hillary
- 2:46Speaker 2: Rodham Clinton knew fully well that it was a lie.
- 2:50Speaker 2: On top of that, we had a vote this week
- 2:52Speaker 2: on Israel, and I will tell you every day, every week,
- 2:56Speaker 2: the Democrats abandoning of the state of Israel gets worse
- 3:00Speaker 2: and worse and worse. This week, more than half of
- 3:03Speaker 2: the Senate Democrats voted to cut off military funding for Israel.
- 3:06Speaker 2: The degree to which today's Democrats have been captured by
- 3:09Speaker 2: the pro Hamas radical left wing of their party continues
- 3:13Speaker 2: to get worse, and it is dismaying and sadly they
- 3:16Speaker 2: were echoed by the governments of Great Britain and France
- 3:20Speaker 2: and Canada all this week. The left has decided Hamas,
- 3:25Speaker 2: they stand for Hamas, and they're no longer willing to
- 3:28Speaker 2: stand with Israel. And finally, a news story about Harvard's
- 3:33Speaker 2: tie ties to the Chinese Communist Party, their explicit partnership
- 3:37Speaker 2: with a major organ of the Chinese Communist Party to
- 3:40Speaker 2: train the leaders of China, the leaders that are involved
- 3:44Speaker 2: in horrific human rights abuses. The leaders that are involved
- 3:47Speaker 2: in the tyranny of the Chinese government are more and
- 3:50Speaker 2: more Harvard trained. We're going to lay out the evidence
- 3:52Speaker 2: for that.
- 3:53Speaker 1: But first they're gonna ask you a question. Are you
- 3:55Speaker 1: one of those that's just so tired of giving your
- 3:58Speaker 1: money to radical left woke companies that actually are fighting
- 4:01Speaker 1: against your values every day? Well, there are certain bills
- 4:05Speaker 1: that you pay every month that if you can go
- 4:08Speaker 1: with a conservative company, why not do it? In fact,
- 4:12Speaker 1: why not go with a conservative company actually takes part
- 4:14Speaker 1: of your bill every month that you're going to pay
- 4:16Speaker 1: to somebody, and they give it back to organizations that
- 4:19Speaker 1: support your First and your Second Amendment rights, that support
- 4:23Speaker 1: the rights of unborn children, that stand with our military,
- 4:27Speaker 1: are first responders and so many wounded warriors that need help. Well,
- 4:33Speaker 1: that bill I'm talking about is your cell phone bill.
- 4:37Speaker 1: And I've been telling you for a long time about
- 4:39Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile, But there's no better time to switch than
- 4:42Speaker 1: right now. Not only does Patriot Mobile operate on all
- 4:45Speaker 1: three major networks in this country, yeah, all three. That
- 4:49Speaker 1: means you get the same great coverage you're used to
- 4:51Speaker 1: right now, but you also make a difference with every
- 4:53Speaker 1: call you make and every text you make, and why
- 4:56Speaker 1: would you want to give your money a big mobile.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Big Mobile has been giving big donations of democratic causes,
- 5:02Speaker 1: democratic candidates, and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations
- 5:07Speaker 1: that actually support abortion. That is why I want you
- 5:12Speaker 1: to switch right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and
- 5:16Speaker 1: make the switch, and it's so easy. All you have
- 5:19Speaker 1: to do is simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent
- 5:23Speaker 1: US based team from the comfort of your home or
- 5:25Speaker 1: your office and they'll have you activated in minutes. And
- 5:28Speaker 1: if you're still locked in a contract, not a problem.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Patriots Mobile contract buyout program covers up to five hundred
- 5:34Speaker 1: dollars per device. Keep your same number, keep your phone,
- 5:38Speaker 1: or upgrade do a new one. So back to my point,
- 5:41Speaker 1: what are you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today and
- 5:44Speaker 1: make a difference every single day with every call you make.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
- 5:53Speaker 1: com slash ferguson or nine to seven to two Patriot
- 5:57Speaker 1: And if you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna
- 5:59Speaker 1: get a free month of service on top of that.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ferguson or nine seven two Patriot.
- 6:07Speaker 1: That's patriotmobile dot com slash Ferguson nine seven two Patriot.
- 6:11Speaker 1: All right, So, Centater, where were you when you found
- 6:14Speaker 1: out the Russian hoax is now being exposed? And what
- 6:18Speaker 1: was your initial reaction to Hillary Clinton greenline this it's
- 6:21Speaker 1: like for me, I was like, Yep, that makes sense, Yep,
- 6:23Speaker 1: that adds up, Yep, that matches.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Yeah. Look, the evidence has been coming over the last
- 6:28Speaker 2: several weeks. So Telsea Gabbard released significant evidence that the
- 6:31Speaker 2: intelligence community had been telling Barack Obama and the Obama
- 6:36Speaker 2: administration that Russia was not trying to hack the election.
- 6:39Speaker 2: They'd been doing that for months. We covered that on
- 6:40Speaker 2: a previous pod. And then this week the portions of
- 6:45Speaker 2: the classified annex of John Durham's Special Council investigation were released,
- 6:50Speaker 2: and they were released by my colleague Chuck Grassley, who
- 6:52Speaker 2: was the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, And I
- 6:55Speaker 2: got to say, it is stunning what is in in
- 6:59Speaker 2: the newly declassified documents. So they reveal quote, confidential conversations
- 7:08Speaker 2: between members of the Democratic National Committee and George Soros's
- 7:12Speaker 2: Open Society Foundation that occurred before the twenty sixteen election,
- 7:18Speaker 2: and in particular, accorded to the declassified files, Hillary Clinton
- 7:22Speaker 2: personally approved a plan that had been proposed by her
- 7:26Speaker 2: foreign policy advisor, woman named Julianne Smith, to quote smear
- 7:31Speaker 2: Donald Trump by magnifying the scandal tied to the intrusion
- 7:36Speaker 2: by the Russian Special Services in the pre election process
- 7:39Speaker 2: to benefit the Republican candidate. And by the way, Julianne
- 7:43Speaker 2: Smith was later appointed to serve as ambassador to NATO
- 7:46Speaker 2: under President Joe Biden, so it turned out this was
- 7:50Speaker 2: this was a profitable role for her to be involved
- 7:53Speaker 2: in this massive hoax. There's an email in particular that
- 7:57Speaker 2: is that is really remarkable. It was written by Open
- 8:00Speaker 2: Society Foundation's senior vice president, a fellow named Leonard Bernardo,
- 8:05Speaker 2: and it was dated July twenty seventh, twenty sixteen. And
- 8:09Speaker 2: here's what it says. Quote HRC CHRC stands for Hillary Rodin.
- 8:13Speaker 2: Clinton approved Julia's idea about Trump and Russian hackers hampering
- 8:19Speaker 2: US elections. This is in July of twenty sixteen. That
- 8:23Speaker 2: should distract people from her own missing email, especially if
- 8:29Speaker 2: the affair goes to the Olympic level and his email continues, quote,
- 8:35Speaker 2: the point is making the Russian play a US domestic issue.
- 8:41Speaker 2: In absence of direct evidence, CrowdStrike and Threat Connect will
- 8:47Speaker 2: supply the media, and gru which is the foreign intelligence
- 8:52Speaker 2: arm of Russia, will hopefully carry on to give more facts.
- 9:01Speaker 2: And and Okay, I gotta say, this is Hillary explicitly
- 9:05Speaker 2: signing on and and counting on uh, counting on the
- 9:10Speaker 2: assistance and and and then he goes on to say
- 9:14Speaker 2: he says that that the Clinton campaign's plan included quote
- 9:21Speaker 2: raising the theme of Putin's support for Trump and pushing
- 9:25Speaker 2: public opinion to quote equatee. The Russian leader's influence campaign
- 9:31Speaker 2: with actual election infrastructure hacking. And it involved distributing quote
- 9:37Speaker 2: the necessary information through the FBI affiliated technical structures, in
- 9:42Speaker 2: particular the crowd Strike and Threat Connect companies, from where
- 9:46Speaker 2: the information would then be disseminated through leading leading US
- 9:52Speaker 2: opinion of publications. And that's another email from Bernardo. And
- 9:56Speaker 2: then the email predicts and and this is this is
- 10:00Speaker 2: stunning that the FBI would quote put more oil into
- 10:05Speaker 2: the fire of the Russia collusion narrative. This was an
- 10:11Speaker 2: explicit plan by the Hillary Clinton campaign and by Hillary
- 10:16Speaker 2: Clinton herself to use the FBI to spread a lie
- 10:20Speaker 2: about Donald Trump, and it was in order to try
- 10:23Speaker 2: to win the election. And thank god, the American people
- 10:25Speaker 2: were not deceived and they elected Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton.
- 10:29Speaker 1: When it went to the FBI, how they categorized at
- 10:33Speaker 1: the time the dossier and everything else. It was paid
- 10:35Speaker 1: for by Hillary Clinton, partially her campaign and then the
- 10:39Speaker 1: Democratic National Committee. They created it out of thin air,
- 10:43Speaker 1: and then they went to the FBI, and even the
- 10:46Speaker 1: FBI had classified, if I remember correctly, as quote user
- 10:50Speaker 1: generated and even offered. I think it was like a
- 10:53Speaker 1: million dollars to steal if he could verify any of
- 10:57Speaker 1: this dossier, which he never got paid on because he
- 10:59Speaker 1: could do it well.
- 11:01Speaker 2: The Steele dossier was designed to be a lie and
- 11:04Speaker 2: it was straight out opposition research. It was paid for
- 11:07Speaker 2: by the Hillary Clinton campaign, It was paid for by
- 11:09Speaker 2: the DNC. They paid over a million dollars, and and
- 11:13Speaker 2: they hid the fees that they hid them as quote
- 11:16Speaker 2: legal fees to their law firms Perkins Cooy. They had
- 11:21Speaker 2: five point six million in legal fees that were paid
- 11:23Speaker 2: in one bill and they hid that amount in there.
- 11:27Speaker 2: And once they created the Steele dossier, that just made
- 11:30Speaker 2: blatant lies about Donald Trump.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Uh.
- 11:33Speaker 2: They then gave it to the FBI, and and and
- 11:36Speaker 2: Obama DOJ and FBI officials were active in covering up
- 11:41Speaker 2: that this came from the Hillary Clinton campaign. And understand,
- 11:44Speaker 2: this is during the presidential campaign, this is while the
- 11:46Speaker 2: campaign is in full speed. This this false oppo research
- 11:52Speaker 2: document that was just concocted, It was just created out
- 11:54Speaker 2: of whole cloth. It became the basis for for then
- 11:58Speaker 2: an FBI investigation, and that FBI investigation was then uh
- 12:04Speaker 2: eagerly leaked uh to the press, and the press breathlessly
- 12:08Speaker 2: reported on it. And the fact that the FBI was
- 12:11Speaker 2: investigating it took it as as confirmation that that that
- 12:16Speaker 2: Vladimir Putin was behind the Trump campaign and the entire
- 12:20Speaker 2: the entire operation was a deliberate and false, uh, misleading campaign.
- 12:29Speaker 2: They that they they knew that it was. And and
- 12:32Speaker 2: you know, here's one thing John Solomon uh says about
- 12:36Speaker 2: the Durham Annix that just got released. Quote, this is
- 12:40Speaker 2: the smoking gun evidence inside the Durham Annics. If it
- 12:42Speaker 2: is authenticated by further investigation, it means liberal mega donor
- 12:47Speaker 2: George Soros's team knew the whole Clinton plan for Russia
- 12:52Speaker 2: Gate hoax four days before FBI opened up the probe,
- 12:58Speaker 2: and so did Obama, Brennan and Comy. This was a
- 13:04Speaker 2: deliberate lie, and everyone involved in it knew they were lying,
- 13:09Speaker 2: and they were lying number one, because they wanted to
- 13:12Speaker 2: effectively steal the election, mislead the American people. And by
- 13:16Speaker 2: the way, the Washington Posts of the New York Times
- 13:18Speaker 2: both won Pulitzer Prizes for reporting on these lies, for
- 13:23Speaker 2: repeating these lies, for being an avenue of propaganda and disinformation.
- 13:31Speaker 2: So of course the Washington Post and New York Times
- 13:33Speaker 2: are very reluctant to cover what's being released now because
- 13:37Speaker 2: it shows that they operated essentially as misinformation arms of
- 13:41Speaker 2: the Hillary Clinton campaign. They did it at first hoping
- 13:44Speaker 2: to win the election through deception, but then after the
- 13:47Speaker 2: election was over, after Donald Trump was elected to his
- 13:49Speaker 2: first term, they did it within the government to try
- 13:53Speaker 2: to undermine the newly elected president of the United States,
- 13:56Speaker 2: and understand to do this it takes a real contempt
- 14:00Speaker 2: not just for the incoming president, It takes a contempt
- 14:03Speaker 2: for the voters. It takes a contempt for the democratic process.
- 14:06Speaker 2: For someone that's in a senior government position, whether at
- 14:09Speaker 2: the FBI, or at the CIA, or at the Department
- 14:11Speaker 2: of Justice to say, I don't care that the American
- 14:15Speaker 2: people elected this president, I don't like him, I disagree
- 14:19Speaker 2: with him, and so I'm going to abuse my government
- 14:23Speaker 2: position in order to try to destroy the presidency from within.
- 14:28Speaker 2: And this was not accidental, This was not based on misunderstandings.
- 14:34Speaker 2: This was a deliberate lie and they knew they were lying.
- 14:38Speaker 1: You look at this and you say, Okay, this is
- 14:40Speaker 1: a massive scheme. Now the question is I go back
- 14:45Speaker 1: to it. I feel like I ask you this a
- 14:46Speaker 1: lot when we have these issues come out. Will there
- 14:49Speaker 1: be any accountability for this? We know that there's some
- 14:53Speaker 1: that were pardoned by Biden, for example, that there's the
- 14:56Speaker 1: question of was that the auto pen that doesn't come
- 14:59Speaker 1: into play with Hillary Clinton. There have been people saying, Wow,
- 15:02Speaker 1: you're not going to be able to get anything here
- 15:04Speaker 1: because it is what it is. Politics is dirty? Get
- 15:06Speaker 1: over it. Is this in the category of politics is dirty?
- 15:09Speaker 1: Get over it? Or is there more there?
- 15:12Speaker 2: So look, I hope there is accountability. Pambondi, the Attorney
- 15:15Speaker 2: General has created a strike force that is investigating these lies,
- 15:20Speaker 2: investigating this cover up. The challenge is going to be
- 15:24Speaker 2: the Statute of Limitations, and look at statutal limitations. It's
- 15:27Speaker 2: ordinarily for something like this five years. The Statute Limitations
- 15:31Speaker 2: is designed to stop prosecutors from bringing cases on things
- 15:35Speaker 2: that are many, many years decades old. And there are
- 15:38Speaker 2: a lot of reasons for that. But for most of
- 15:42Speaker 2: this conduct it has passed the Statute of Limitation. There's
- 15:45Speaker 2: some exceptions. So for example, Andrew McCabe, the Deputy Director
- 15:49Speaker 2: of the FBI, lied to Congress, and he did so
- 15:52Speaker 2: within the last five years. And so Mcca McCabe of
- 15:55Speaker 2: all of the players, probably faces the greatest legal jeopardy
- 15:58Speaker 2: because he's got if it can be demonstrated that he
- 16:01Speaker 2: deliberately lied to Congress under oath, that that is a
- 16:04Speaker 2: felony that carries jail time with him with respect to
- 16:09Speaker 2: other conduct, other lies done under oath. If it happened
- 16:13Speaker 2: before the Statute of Limitations, the only way to bring
- 16:15Speaker 2: a prosecution is for the prosecutors to argue that the
- 16:19Speaker 2: information was concealed and that told the Statute of Limitations.
- 16:23Speaker 2: That's a plausible argument, but it's difficult to prove it's
- 16:25Speaker 2: it's not. Courts don't agree with that often and so
- 16:29Speaker 2: that that makes it more challenging to bring those cases.
- 16:33Speaker 1: So is this more of an issue now?
- 16:34Speaker 2: Of all?
- 16:34Speaker 1: Right, the American people know they were lied to, they
- 16:37Speaker 1: know that there's corruptions at the highest level in our government.
- 16:40Speaker 1: They know that they did this while they were in power,
- 16:44Speaker 1: and they know they did to also cover up. And
- 16:47Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton has still not been held accountable. I mean,
- 16:49Speaker 1: some could argue maybe on election day when she's running
- 16:51Speaker 1: against Trump, but with the email scandal and the declassified documents,
- 16:55Speaker 1: you look at what she did compared to what they
- 16:57Speaker 1: rted Marlago over. It is just disgusting. The abuse of
- 17:01Speaker 1: power by the Democratic Party over the last two administrations
- 17:04Speaker 1: when they've been in power.
- 17:06Speaker 2: It is And you look at a press release the
- 17:08Speaker 2: Hillary Clinton campaign put out and it reads as follows,
- 17:13Speaker 2: quote Hillary for America a statement on US government formally
- 17:17Speaker 2: naming Russia responsible for election related hacks. John Podesta, chair
- 17:22Speaker 2: of Hillary for America, released the following statement Friday, quote,
- 17:25Speaker 2: the world now knows beyond a shadow of a doubt
- 17:28Speaker 2: that the hack of the Democratic National Committee was carried
- 17:30Speaker 2: out by the Russian government in a clear attempt to
- 17:33Speaker 2: interfere with the integrity of our elections. The only remaining
- 17:36Speaker 2: question is why Donald Trump continues to make apologies for
- 17:38Speaker 2: the Russians. Trump's initial reaction to the hack in July
- 17:42Speaker 2: was to invite further intrusions by the Russians, even after
- 17:45Speaker 2: he was reportedly briefs on the very findings that were
- 17:48Speaker 2: just publicly announced by the US government officials. He stood
- 17:51Speaker 2: on a debate stage one week ago and played dumb
- 17:53Speaker 2: about Russia's role in this hack. He has repeatedly praised
- 17:56Speaker 2: Vladimir Putin, outlined a list of pro Putin policies, and
- 18:00Speaker 2: done hundreds of millions of dollars in business with Russian interests.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Every word of what that press release said is false.
- 18:07Speaker 2: They knew it was false, and they were willing to
- 18:09Speaker 2: campaign based on lies. And Hillary Clinton, according to this emails,
- 18:14Speaker 2: personally approved those lies.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Incredible, Senator, I want to get to this other big issue,
- 18:22Speaker 1: and that is Democrats are not just abandoning Israel. They
- 18:26Speaker 1: are straight up anti Israel, and they're showing it now
- 18:30Speaker 1: as they're voting, a record number of Senate Democrats are
- 18:34Speaker 1: going to block weapons sales to Israel. They're doing it
- 18:38Speaker 1: numbers we've never seen before and this on top of
- 18:42Speaker 1: the fact that The New York Times has had to
- 18:45Speaker 1: basically correct the claim about a viral photo of a
- 18:49Speaker 1: starving gods a boy they blamed on Israel and actually
- 18:52Speaker 1: wasn't true at all, and they didn't correct it like
- 18:55Speaker 1: in the paper. They did it on x on their
- 18:58Speaker 1: pr account that no one follows. This is now how
- 19:02Speaker 1: bad it's gotten, not only in the media but also
- 19:05Speaker 1: in DC.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Well, you know, when I arrived in the Senate thirteen
- 19:08Speaker 2: years ago, there was meaningful bipartisan support for Israel. It
- 19:13Speaker 2: was one of the issues that you could see Republicans
- 19:15Speaker 2: and Democrats come together. Twenty thirteen, when I got here
- 19:20Speaker 2: was the beginning of the second term of Barack Obama,
- 19:22Speaker 2: and Barack Obama began to turn the Democrat Party against Israel.
- 19:27Speaker 2: That turn accelerated dramatically during the Biden administration, and Joe
- 19:31Speaker 2: Biden ended up being the most anti Israel president and
- 19:35Speaker 2: the most anti Israel administration we've ever seen. Joe Biden,
- 19:38Speaker 2: in the midst of a war that Israel was in,
- 19:42Speaker 2: cut off weapons, froze weapons to Israel, and did so
- 19:45Speaker 2: specifically to prevent Israel from killing terrorists Tomas, terrorists who
- 19:49Speaker 2: had attacked Israel viciously in one of the most horrific
- 19:53Speaker 2: terrorist attack in world history October seventh, where Hamas murdered
- 19:58Speaker 2: over twelve hundred civil millions, targeted civilians directly, raped and
- 20:03Speaker 2: murdered women and little girls. And the Democrats, looking at
- 20:07Speaker 2: the aftermath of this, more and more of them decided
- 20:11Speaker 2: they stand with Hamas, and sadly, there is a real
- 20:16Speaker 2: and growing pro Hamas contingent of the Democrat Party today.
- 20:20Speaker 2: This week Bernie Sanders brought a resolution trying to block
- 20:25Speaker 2: weapon sales to Israel. Now, Bernie Sanders has been rabidly
- 20:28Speaker 2: anti Israel for a long time. Most left wing socialists
- 20:32Speaker 2: and Marxist are, but Bernie Sanders resolutions trying to cut
- 20:36Speaker 2: off Israel usually failed, and usually failed with a big,
- 20:39Speaker 2: big vote. Well, this week the Senate rejected it again,
- 20:43Speaker 2: and we rejected it by a vote of seventy to
- 20:45Speaker 2: twenty seven. But there were twenty seven votes in favor
- 20:49Speaker 2: of Bernie Sanders's resolution. There are only forty seven Democrats
- 20:53Speaker 2: in the Senate. That means more than half of the
- 20:57Speaker 2: Senate Democrats voted to cut off funding for Israel. That
- 21:00Speaker 2: is a dramatic shift and by the way, if you
- 21:03Speaker 2: compare it to in April, we had a similar vote
- 21:07Speaker 2: and only fifteen Democrats voted for it. In November of
- 21:10Speaker 2: twenty twenty four, eighteen Democrats voted for it. So moving
- 21:14Speaker 2: up to twenty seven is a major shift, and it
- 21:19Speaker 2: is a disturbing pattern where when faced with a choice,
- 21:25Speaker 2: do we support Hamas or do we support Israel, more
- 21:28Speaker 2: and more Democrats they're afraid of the aocs. They're afraid
- 21:32Speaker 2: of the Ilhan Omars, they're afraid of the Rashida Talibs
- 21:35Speaker 2: in the House, the pro Haamas squad, and they're also
- 21:39Speaker 2: afraid of the radical protesters on college campuses. Understand, those
- 21:43Speaker 2: protesters are funded by George Soros. They're funded by the
- 21:46Speaker 2: same people who fund the Democrat Party. And more and
- 21:48Speaker 2: more elected Democrats have decided that they will not anger
- 21:54Speaker 2: the pro Hamas radicals. And so I've got to say
- 21:57Speaker 2: it is sad to see.
- 22:00Speaker 1: But let me ask you a question. By the way,
- 22:02Speaker 1: you mentioned yeah, and let me ask you this. So look,
- 22:05Speaker 1: we know that there's more people on the House side,
- 22:09Speaker 1: so you'll get some you know, fringe groups in the
- 22:11Speaker 1: House side on the Democratic Party, even like more hardcore
- 22:15Speaker 1: conservacicy in the past with conservative caucuses, you can see
- 22:19Speaker 1: numbers move there. The Senate's kind of been like the
- 22:23Speaker 1: place of elder statesmen, and like there's certain issues that
- 22:27Speaker 1: you kind of just see that, like, hey, we're going
- 22:29Speaker 1: to be the adults in the room. I think that's
- 22:33Speaker 1: the scariest part of these votes I'm witnessing now is
- 22:36Speaker 1: this has moved from the House and the radicals there
- 22:40Speaker 1: that you kind of expected through that the AOC and
- 22:42Speaker 1: her group, right, you expect it, But now it's moved
- 22:45Speaker 1: into the Senate chamber. And that is really I think
- 22:50Speaker 1: telling about the anti semitism of the Democratic Party. Am
- 22:52Speaker 1: I wrong?
- 22:53Speaker 2: More than half of the Senate Democrats voted to cut
- 22:57Speaker 2: off military funding for Israel's milestone. That's never happened before.
- 23:02Speaker 2: And by the way, it happened at the exact same
- 23:04Speaker 2: time that we saw three governments worldwide, governments of US
- 23:09Speaker 2: allies but that are led by leftists, the government of
- 23:12Speaker 2: the United Kingdom, the government of France, and the government
- 23:15Speaker 2: of Canada all came out in favor of recognizing an
- 23:19Speaker 2: independent Palestinian state. And I want you to think about
- 23:22Speaker 2: the message that the UK and France and Canada are saying.
- 23:25Speaker 2: They're saying to Hamas, your terrorism worked. They're saying to Hamas,
- 23:30Speaker 2: we're glad you murdered twelve hundred innocent civilians. We're glad
- 23:33Speaker 2: you raped women and little girls. By the way, they're
- 23:35Speaker 2: also saying to Hamas, we're glad you continue to keep
- 23:39Speaker 2: hostages to this day. You do not release the hostages.
- 23:42Speaker 2: They're saying to Hamas, we're glad you're responsible for starving
- 23:46Speaker 2: Palestinians and Gaza. Understand that the human suffering in Gaza
- 23:51Speaker 2: is the direct result of Hamas. Hamas could end this
- 23:53Speaker 2: right now. And Donald Trump, by contrast, put out a
- 23:56Speaker 2: tweet this week and he said Hamas could end the
- 23:59Speaker 2: suffering right now by stopping fighting and releasing the hostages.
- 24:04Speaker 2: They don't want to, and in fact, Hamas is actively negotiating,
- 24:08Speaker 2: you know what, they're negotiating for cut off food aid
- 24:12Speaker 2: for Palestinians in Gaza. We Hamas want to control all
- 24:16Speaker 2: the food because it's one of the ways we keep
- 24:20Speaker 2: in power is by starving anyone who opposes us. That
- 24:25Speaker 2: is who the United Kingdom and France and the Canadian
- 24:28Speaker 2: government is supporting, and that is also sadly who now
- 24:32Speaker 2: a majority of Senate Democrats are supporting.
- 24:35Speaker 1: You also look at the media, and there's a second
- 24:37Speaker 1: part of this conversation. The New York Times has had
- 24:41Speaker 1: to roll back acclaim they put it out there of
- 24:44Speaker 1: a viral photo of a starving Gaza boy. It was propaganda.
- 24:50Speaker 1: It was clearly propaganda from the terrorists and those that
- 24:55Speaker 1: want you to somehow believe that Israel's starving kids. It
- 24:59Speaker 1: did not happened that way at all. The New York
- 25:02Speaker 1: Times was forced to correct it, and I think they
- 25:06Speaker 1: did it in such just a disgusting way because they
- 25:10Speaker 1: issued their statement sharing how they quote originally didn't include
- 25:15Speaker 1: this boy's pre existing health condition. But they didn't really
- 25:18Speaker 1: do it in the newspaper, like on the front page
- 25:20Speaker 1: the same way they did the picture. The damage already
- 25:23Speaker 1: been done. They corrected the story by going to the
- 25:26Speaker 1: New York Times pr Twitter, not even the New York
- 25:31Speaker 1: Times Twitter account, the New York Times pr account that
- 25:34Speaker 1: virtually no one's gonna see.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Yeah, look, this was not a picture that they just
- 25:40Speaker 2: had as a kind of side note in a small story.
- 25:44Speaker 2: This is a picture the New York Times put on
- 25:46Speaker 2: the front page. It occupies more than half of the
- 25:51Speaker 2: front page above the fold. It is a massive picture
- 25:54Speaker 2: and it's a horrible picture. It's a picture of a
- 25:55Speaker 2: little boy. He appears to be starving. His spine is
- 25:59Speaker 2: sticking out. I mean, it's a very disturbing It's an
- 26:01Speaker 2: eighteen month old child, which they they said he was starving.
- 26:08Speaker 2: He faced life threatening malnutrition, and they blame that on
- 26:11Speaker 2: Israel and they used it to push Hamas's propaganda. After
- 26:17Speaker 2: they did that, the New York Times was forced to
- 26:20Speaker 2: issue a correction. And they did the correction, as you
- 26:22Speaker 2: noted on Twitter, where no one would see it. And
- 26:25Speaker 2: their correction says that what they didn't tell people. Here's
- 26:29Speaker 2: what their statement was.
- 26:30Speaker 1: Quote.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Children in Gaza are malnourished and starving, as New York
- 26:33Speaker 2: reporters and others have documented. We recently ran a story
- 26:35Speaker 2: about Gaza's most vulnerable civilians, including Mohammad Zakira al Matauqua,
- 26:40Speaker 2: who is about eighteen months old and suffers from severe malnutrition.
- 26:45Speaker 2: We have since learned new information, including from the hospital
- 26:48Speaker 2: that has treated him and his medical records, and have
- 26:50Speaker 2: updated our story to add context about his pre existing
- 26:53Speaker 2: health problems. This additional detail gives readers greater understanding of
- 26:58Speaker 2: his situation. Are reporters and photographers continue to report from
- 27:02Speaker 2: Gaza bravely, sensitively, and at personal risk, so that our
- 27:07Speaker 2: readers can see firsthand the consequences of the war. That's
- 27:11Speaker 2: their fairly ridiculous retraction where they admit they're lying to you.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Now here's what they didn't tell us that Muhamma's mother
- 27:19Speaker 2: indicated that her son suffers from quote a muscle disorder
- 27:23Speaker 2: through which he receives specialized nutrition and physical therapy. And
- 27:29Speaker 2: another journalist reported the young boy has quote cerebral palsy
- 27:34Speaker 2: hypoexemia and was born with a serious genetic order. So
- 27:39Speaker 2: they showed a child who's very sick, but he's not
- 27:42Speaker 2: very sick from starvation, he's very sick from other medical conditions.
- 27:46Speaker 2: And The New York Times happily plays the role of
- 27:50Speaker 2: Hamas's propagandists, and sadly senate Democrats are cheering on that
- 27:56Speaker 2: false propaganda. Interestingly enough, the pattern of this is exactly
- 28:01Speaker 2: the same as the pattern of Hillary Clinton signing off
- 28:04Speaker 2: on the false Russia story. It is take a lie,
- 28:08Speaker 2: count on the corporate media to spread that lie, count
- 28:10Speaker 2: on Democrat politicians to spread that and not lie and
- 28:13Speaker 2: count on friendly governments to spread that lie as well.
- 28:17Speaker 2: And everyone involves knows they are lying, but their political
- 28:21Speaker 2: agenda in this instance they hate Israel, they want to
- 28:24Speaker 2: undermine Israel, and they want to elevate Hamas and sadly
- 28:28Speaker 2: that more and more Senate Democrats are falling into that camp.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Senata, I want to move to this new report that's
- 28:35Speaker 1: come out, and it is something that we have been
- 28:40Speaker 1: really raising the flag on, saying pay attention to this,
- 28:44Speaker 1: Be careful where you send your kids to college, Be
- 28:47Speaker 1: careful that they're going to be indoctrinated to hate America,
- 28:50Speaker 1: and be careful where you send your kids because there's
- 28:53Speaker 1: a lot of money that's coming in from countries that
- 28:56Speaker 1: are trying to undermine America and hate America. We're now
- 29:00Speaker 1: seeing more of this at Harvard, with Harvard's ties now
- 29:05Speaker 1: directly to the Chinese Communist Party elites. That has been
- 29:10Speaker 1: revealed on a level we haven't seen before. And it's
- 29:13Speaker 1: even more shocking of where Harvard's getting their cash. And look,
- 29:17Speaker 1: China is not doing this because they like Harvard. They're
- 29:21Speaker 1: clearly doing it.
- 29:21Speaker 2: For influence, unquestionably, and you know, you know some have
- 29:26Speaker 2: criticized the Trump administration going after Harvard University. Harvard is
- 29:31Speaker 2: the most influential university on the face of the planet,
- 29:34Speaker 2: and it also many universities in America have been in
- 29:39Speaker 2: bed with the Chinese Communist Party. The Chinese government spends
- 29:43Speaker 2: millions of dollars trying to get influence and trying to
- 29:47Speaker 2: brainwash our students, trying to control our universities, and far
- 29:51Speaker 2: too many universities have been really eager to participate in that,
- 29:54Speaker 2: and Harvard has been right at the front of the list.
- 29:56Speaker 2: Well this week that the House of Representatives has an
- 29:59Speaker 2: investigation and they sent a letter to the president of Harvard.
- 30:02Speaker 2: This is a letter from John Mullinar, who is the
- 30:04Speaker 2: chairman of the Select Committee on the CCP in the House.
- 30:07Speaker 2: It's from Tim Wahlberg, who's the chairman of the House
- 30:10Speaker 2: Committee on Education and Workforce. And it's from Elie Stephonic,
- 30:13Speaker 2: who's the chairwoman of House Republican Leadership. And here's what
- 30:17Speaker 2: the letter says. It's addressed to the President of Harvard University,
- 30:20Speaker 2: Alan Garber, and it says, Dear President Garber, the Select
- 30:24Speaker 2: Committee on the Chinese Communist Party and the Committee on
- 30:26Speaker 2: Education and workforce have identified new evidence related to Harvard
- 30:29Speaker 2: University's connections to the Chinese Communist Party and request additional information.
- 30:35Speaker 2: During our investigation, multiple whistleblowers told us that Harvard has
- 30:39Speaker 2: maintained close formal relationships directly with Chinese Communist Party entities. Specifically,
- 30:47Speaker 2: whistleblower information revealed ties between Harvard and the Central Organization
- 30:52Speaker 2: Department of the Central Committee of the CCP, as well
- 30:56Speaker 2: as certain Chinese government entities. The CCP Organization Department is
- 31:00Speaker 2: one of the most powerful bodies within the Communist Party.
- 31:03Speaker 2: It is responsible for the regimated regimented training program centered
- 31:08Speaker 2: on Shijingping thought provided to the party elites, and controls
- 31:13Speaker 2: the placement of CCP members in key leadership positions. The
- 31:17Speaker 2: whistleblowers also revealed that Harvard cultivates ties with elite CCP members.
- 31:23Speaker 2: For example, whistleblowers reveal that the Harvard Kennedy School hosts
- 31:27Speaker 2: a formal partnership with the Chinese Executive Leadership Academy Poodong,
- 31:33Speaker 2: which is controlled by the CCP Organization Department. Under that partnership,
- 31:38Speaker 2: the rising CCP elite, who are being prepared for senior
- 31:41Speaker 2: Communist Party leadership positions participate in training at Harvard in
- 31:47Speaker 2: the United States. Additional publicly available information indicates that some
- 31:52Speaker 2: of these relationships have been in place for at least
- 31:55Speaker 2: a decade. In twenty sixteen, a high ranking member of
- 31:58Speaker 2: the Chinese Academy of Science has stated that Chinese Quote
- 32:02Speaker 2: Party and Government cadres participate in education and training run
- 32:08Speaker 2: by the CCP Organization Department. The Chinese government sends some
- 32:12Speaker 2: cadres a ba abroad to the John F. Kennedy School
- 32:15Speaker 2: of Government at Harvard University. This is shocking and it
- 32:22Speaker 2: certainly appears from this investigation. And they request all documents
- 32:26Speaker 2: related to any engagement between Harvard and the CCP and
- 32:29Speaker 2: the government of China, and a list of all money
- 32:33Speaker 2: that has come from China and the Chinese government. And
- 32:36Speaker 2: my prediction is Harvard is going to fight tooth and
- 32:38Speaker 2: nail not to turn this over because they don't want
- 32:41Speaker 2: people to know that just how eager they have been
- 32:45Speaker 2: to be in bed with the communists running the Chinese government.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Can we also just be very queer, like China doesn't
- 32:53Speaker 1: do this because they like higher education or they're just
- 32:56Speaker 1: trying to get let's say they're students in that would
- 32:58Speaker 1: be like the most g rated verse of the story
- 33:01Speaker 1: that you could tell they're doing this to buy genuine
- 33:05Speaker 1: influence at the highest levels in academia and America. And
- 33:09Speaker 1: also this could have major consequences for the US when
- 33:13Speaker 1: it comes to national security or spies and countless other
- 33:17Speaker 1: infiltration activities that they're part of all the time.
- 33:21Speaker 2: Look, that's exactly right. You look at Harvard trains many
- 33:26Speaker 2: of our nations elite. For example, I just typed in
- 33:29Speaker 2: a quick list on on on AI how many senators
- 33:34Speaker 2: went to Harvard, and AI promptly gave me an answer.
- 33:37Speaker 2: There are currently twelve Senators who are Harvard alumni. And
- 33:41Speaker 2: I will admit sadly that it came back and says
- 33:43Speaker 2: the list includes individuals like Ted Cruz, Tim Kane, Jack Reed,
- 33:46Speaker 2: Chuck Schumer, and Mitt Romney. So so I'm a little
- 33:49Speaker 2: embarrassed to be the first name on that list. But
- 33:53Speaker 2: that is part of the reason that that that that
- 33:55Speaker 2: Harvard puts that that Harvard, that China puts that money
- 33:59Speaker 2: into Harvard, into Columbia, into elite universities across this country.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Is they want to train America's leaders, They want to
- 34:07Speaker 2: train members of Congress, they want to train members of
- 34:09Speaker 2: the executive branch. They want to train federal judges, they
- 34:12Speaker 2: want to train the foreign pologies apparatus. Uh and and
- 34:15Speaker 2: and they are trying to train them uh and and
- 34:17Speaker 2: they're trying to propaganda as they use this for brainwashing,
- 34:21Speaker 2: they use this for espionage. And and far too many
- 34:25Speaker 2: of our universities have been so eager to take the money,
- 34:28Speaker 2: uh that that that they have welcomed Chinese communists with
- 34:31Speaker 2: open arms.
- 34:34Speaker 1: When you look at where they are right now and
- 34:37Speaker 1: you look at Harvard, is this just about the money,
- 34:40Speaker 1: do you think? Or is this also about the fact
- 34:43Speaker 1: that Harvard has no problem agreeing on a lot of
- 34:46Speaker 1: issues with China.
- 34:48Speaker 2: Well, it's both and and listen, the Harvard faculty is
- 34:51Speaker 2: is hard left. One one point I've said many times
- 34:54Speaker 2: is that when I was a student at Harvard Law School,
- 34:57Speaker 2: there were more professors who were Communists than there were
- 35:02Speaker 2: who were Republicans. And that's not hyperbole. That there were
- 35:05Speaker 2: at least a dozen professors who openly said they were Marxists,
- 35:09Speaker 2: that they were followers of the teachings of Karl Marx
- 35:12Speaker 2: and and followers of you know, Karl Marx is the
- 35:15Speaker 2: father of communism. When I was a student there, there
- 35:18Speaker 2: was only one professor who openly identified as Republican. That
- 35:23Speaker 2: was Charles Freed. And by the way, Charles Freed, the
- 35:25Speaker 2: loan Republican on the faculty voted for Barack Obama, so
- 35:29Speaker 2: their loan Republican voted for Obama as well. That was
- 35:33Speaker 2: the range of thought thirty years ago, and it is
- 35:36Speaker 2: much much worse now, as you know. My most recent
- 35:40Speaker 2: book is entitled Unwoke, How to Defeat Cultural Marxism in America,
- 35:44Speaker 2: And the opening chapter talks about cultural Marxism, how it
- 35:49Speaker 2: grew at Harvard University, it spread to universities throughout this country.
- 35:54Speaker 2: It spread to K through twelve, education, to journalism, to
- 35:57Speaker 2: big business, to big tech, to entertainment, and sadly, you know,
- 36:01Speaker 2: I called the universities the Wuhan lab of the woke
- 36:06Speaker 2: virus because they're where it was created, They're where it mutated,
- 36:09Speaker 2: and they're where it spread and and Harvard was ground
- 36:14Speaker 2: zero for that spread.
- 36:17Speaker 1: Final question on this, will Congress be able to really
- 36:20Speaker 1: do anything on this issue to stop this type of
- 36:24Speaker 1: money coming into these universities.
- 36:26Speaker 2: Look, I hope.
- 36:27Speaker 1: So.
- 36:27Speaker 2: One of the very first pieces of legislation that I
- 36:30Speaker 2: passed thirteen years ago was legislation that banned Defense Department
- 36:35Speaker 2: money from going to universities that have Confucius institutes. Confucius
- 36:40Speaker 2: institutes were paid for by the Chinese Communist government. They
- 36:43Speaker 2: were at universities all over the country. I got that through,
- 36:46Speaker 2: I got that passed and signed into law. I actually
- 36:48Speaker 2: got bipartisan support for it, and as a result, dozens
- 36:52Speaker 2: of Confucius institutes shut down all over the country. So
- 36:55Speaker 2: we can make a real impact. I've got more legislation
- 36:59Speaker 2: to require transparency of foreign money going to universities. We
- 37:03Speaker 2: ought to know about it. And look, the Trump administration
- 37:07Speaker 2: is trying hard to expose this and to stop it,
- 37:11Speaker 2: and I salute the president for doing that.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Do me a favor, make sure you share this podcast
- 37:16Speaker 1: with your family, your friends, put it up on social
- 37:18Speaker 1: media wherever you are on social media, and I will
- 37:21Speaker 1: see you back here tomorrow.
