- 0:01Speaker 1: I need to start today by warning you about what's
- 0:04Speaker 1: happening in China right now.
- 0:06Speaker 2: This story has been mentioned.
- 0:08Speaker 1: By a couple in the news, but nowhere is it
- 0:12Speaker 1: near the reality of what the situation I'm being told
- 0:15Speaker 1: is on the ground in China.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Has matt suited.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Big white men, as they're being described in China have
- 0:23Speaker 1: returned to quote disinfect China, as pneumonia is now gripping
- 0:28Speaker 1: the nation and they are overrun at their hospitals. This
- 0:32Speaker 1: seems to be spreading very quickly in China. The Taiwan
- 0:37Speaker 1: Ministry of Health and Welfare also on Thursday advised young
- 0:42Speaker 1: and elderly citizens, as well as those with weak immune systems,
- 0:46Speaker 1: to avoid travel altogether to China during its surge of
- 0:51Speaker 1: a quote respiratory illness. The Chinese government continues to insist
- 0:57Speaker 1: to the rest of the world that it has as
- 1:00Speaker 1: the outbreak quote under control, so they are omitting it
- 1:03Speaker 1: is an outbreak, But observers there notice that the return
- 1:08Speaker 1: of travel restrictions, as well as spraying of public areas
- 1:12Speaker 1: with disinfectant techniques Beijing used during the coronavirus pandemic, are
- 1:16Speaker 1: all being reinstated quickly. The Taiwanese Ministry of Health and
- 1:22Speaker 1: Wellness also put out a new warning, issuing a statement
- 1:27Speaker 1: after the Weekly Cabinet Meeting that recommended avoiding unnecessary travel
- 1:31Speaker 1: to China, Hong Kong, and Macau. The Ministry advised travelers
- 1:36Speaker 1: who do visit those destinations to number one receive flu
- 1:41Speaker 1: and luhan coronavirus vaccinations before departing. Now you won't be
- 1:48Speaker 1: shocked at what I'm about to tell you, and that
- 1:50Speaker 1: is there's already debate among some epidemiologists who are pointing
- 1:54Speaker 1: the finger at each other, saying one side's overreacting, the
- 1:57Speaker 1: other sides not taking it seriously enough off the threat
- 2:00Speaker 1: coming from China. Reuters actually quoted some epidemiologists who thought
- 2:06Speaker 1: that Taiwan's travel advisory could keyword, could be excessive and counterproductive,
- 2:12Speaker 1: while other epidemiologists who spoke to Reuters said that they
- 2:16Speaker 1: sought as a prudent precaution because of China's history of
- 2:19Speaker 1: lying to the world. An epidemiologist the Health and Sustainable
- 2:24Speaker 1: Development Foundation said the advisory would lead the public to
- 2:29Speaker 1: mistakenly believe they would not contract respiratory illness as long
- 2:34Speaker 1: as they did not go to China. Or travel anywhere
- 2:37Speaker 1: around China. The problem is. Another professor of epidemiology at
- 2:42Speaker 1: Community Health said this in New Delhi, travel restrictions for
- 2:46Speaker 1: respiratory infections are not an effective measure for interpreting transmission.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Some public health researchers said the travel advisory was more
- 2:56Speaker 1: than reasonable, saying Taiwan was also likely to experience a
- 3:00Speaker 1: surge in respiratory illness in winter and following the lifting
- 3:04Speaker 1: of pandemic restrictions, saying quote, they would be cautious not
- 3:08Speaker 1: to hasten it by overseas travels Now, this is the
- 3:13Speaker 1: point I want you to understand. We as a world,
- 3:16Speaker 1: we as a country, learned the enormous cost of believing
- 3:20Speaker 1: what China says. We understand now what happens when the
- 3:25Speaker 1: Chinese lied to us during the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic. The
- 3:29Speaker 1: Chinese government opposed travel restrictions imposed by anyone else. Remember,
- 3:34Speaker 1: they also treated them as insults to quote. The communist
- 3:38Speaker 1: regime while freely imposing its own lockdowns and travel restrictions
- 3:43Speaker 1: whenever it felt it needed to, even locking up their
- 3:46Speaker 1: own citizens. And if someone got COVID, they would actually
- 3:49Speaker 1: come and rip you from your home. And put you
- 3:52Speaker 1: in what would be the equivalent of a COVID concentration camp.
- 3:56Speaker 1: The Chinese government didn't allow people to travel for months
- 3:59Speaker 1: on end, some places more than a year. The Chinese
- 4:03Speaker 1: government also has a history of covering up the severity
- 4:06Speaker 1: of disease outbreaks outside of COVID. That's right, even before
- 4:12Speaker 1: the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic. Reuters actually noted this in their articles,
- 4:17Speaker 1: saying the memory of China covering up the SARS outbreak
- 4:20Speaker 1: of two thousand and two and two thousand and three
- 4:22Speaker 1: looms large in Taiwan's memory. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Whang
- 4:29Speaker 1: We've been insisted on Thursday that the restiratory illness outbreak
- 4:33Speaker 1: and again they're agreeing it's an outbreak in China is
- 4:36Speaker 1: under controlling. Is nothing more than a slightly more severe
- 4:39Speaker 1: cold and flu season than usual, quote unquote. This is
- 4:42Speaker 1: not a question about foreign affairs, Wang snapped when a
- 4:45Speaker 1: reporter asked about Taiwan's travel advisory. It is safe to
- 4:50Speaker 1: travel to do business and study here in China, and
- 4:53Speaker 1: there's no need to worry. Raise your hand if you
- 4:56Speaker 1: don't believe the Chinese government. Taiwan by the way a
- 5:00Speaker 1: sovereign nation separated from China. Don't worry, China's trying to
- 5:03Speaker 1: change that while we have a week president. China's state
- 5:06Speaker 1: run Global Times even admitted on Wednesday that hospitals are
- 5:11Speaker 1: struggling to cope with the surgeon cases of respiratory illness
- 5:14Speaker 1: in children. It also claimed the health system has not
- 5:19Speaker 1: been overwhelmed as it did during the early stages of
- 5:22Speaker 1: the fight against the Wuhan corona virus. The Global Times again,
- 5:26Speaker 1: this is the propaganda. The Chinese Communist government said. Chinese
- 5:30Speaker 1: pediatric hospitals have made improvements that help them deal with
- 5:34Speaker 1: a surge of sick children, including increase of more than
- 5:37Speaker 1: fifty percent of beds and medical staff to handle the crisis.
- 5:40Speaker 1: So they're even saying, by their own numbers that this
- 5:43Speaker 1: is a crisis and they've had to increase the number
- 5:46Speaker 1: of beds and medical staff to handle it by fifty percent.
- 5:50Speaker 2: That is significant, folks.
- 5:53Speaker 1: One hospital administrator told The Global Times his facility had
- 5:57Speaker 1: reactivated its coronavirus treatment wards to accommodate the surge in
- 6:02Speaker 1: the respiratory virus cases. Now, notice we haven't heard a
- 6:06Speaker 1: damn word from the White House on this. Notice that
- 6:09Speaker 1: we haven't heard anything from the State Department. Notice we
- 6:11Speaker 1: haven't heard anything from Joe Biden or the Vice President personally.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Notice that no one at the White House has even
- 6:18Speaker 1: mentioned or try to get it on your radar screen
- 6:20Speaker 1: of what we're talking about right now. And the real
- 6:22Speaker 1: question is why my theory, because you have a president
- 6:27Speaker 1: of the United States of America that's compromised by China.
- 6:31Speaker 1: The amount of money that the Chinese have sent into
- 6:34Speaker 1: the coffers of the Biden crime family is so incredibly
- 6:37Speaker 1: damning that with one phone call, with one text message,
- 6:41Speaker 1: they could say to the President United it's America. Whatever
- 6:43Speaker 1: you do, you better not mention what's going on right
- 6:47Speaker 1: now in China. Do I believe, by the way, and
- 6:50Speaker 1: this is another really important point, Do I believe that
- 6:55Speaker 1: this is another outbreak like COVID? I have no idea,
- 7:01Speaker 1: because there's nothing that I can believe that comes out
- 7:03Speaker 1: of the Chinese government.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Do I believe this is they are lying that this is.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Just a little bit of an elevated and that's it
- 7:11Speaker 1: scenario here of a common cold season and flu. I
- 7:16Speaker 1: believe they're lying to all of us on that. And
- 7:18Speaker 1: if you're having to increase your hospital beds and staff
- 7:21Speaker 1: by fifty percent. Don't tell me that you quote have
- 7:25Speaker 1: it under control, which is what the Chinese government has
- 7:27Speaker 1: just said to the world. Now, this isn't just an
- 7:30Speaker 1: America problem. This is the entire world's problem, because if
- 7:34Speaker 1: any one country gets it perfectly right, it doesn't matter
- 7:39Speaker 1: if other countries get it wrong. We saw that from
- 7:42Speaker 1: what happened with COVID and the spread all over the world.
- 7:45Speaker 1: We saw that even the most extreme lockdowns didn't work
- 7:49Speaker 1: because there's still people coming in and out of different countries,
- 7:52Speaker 1: and they're going to bring whatever disease it is to
- 7:55Speaker 1: America if in fact it is some sort of pandemic
- 7:58Speaker 1: two point zero, I have no doubt in my mind.
- 8:03Speaker 2: I have no.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Doubt, no doubt that they would lie and they don't
- 8:07Speaker 1: care how many people die this time, because by their
- 8:10Speaker 1: own estimates, last time, we lost millions of people in
- 8:14Speaker 1: the world to COVID, And guess what, we won't even
- 8:18Speaker 1: get a real exam, a real report from our own government,
- 8:23Speaker 1: much less than the Chinese admitting it came from the
- 8:25Speaker 1: Wuhan Institute of Virology. I put this on your radar
- 8:29Speaker 1: screen to just give you this information so you can
- 8:33Speaker 1: decide what you want to do with it. Would a
- 8:35Speaker 1: flu shot help I have no idea, but if you
- 8:39Speaker 1: have a respiratory respiratory issues, you need to be careful
- 8:43Speaker 1: right now because this is coming. Whatever is in China
- 8:46Speaker 1: right now is coming here because we have not done
- 8:49Speaker 1: anything to protect ourselves from China, and this administration refuses
- 8:53Speaker 1: to protect all of us now. The Communist Global Times,
- 8:58Speaker 1: that is, the newspaper of the Communist government, said this
- 9:03Speaker 1: in their paper this morning. While some pediatric hospitals may
- 9:06Speaker 1: have long cues and limited ward availability, overall medical resources
- 9:12Speaker 1: have not reached an overwhelmed state. Hospitals have learned from
- 9:16Speaker 1: their experiences with COVID nineteen and have deployed and developed
- 9:20Speaker 1: strategies to prioritize severe cases and classified treatment based on symptoms. Now,
- 9:25Speaker 1: this is the complete opposite of what you were saying
- 9:29Speaker 1: on Chinese social media. Chinese social media, a lot of
- 9:32Speaker 1: it banned, but people are able to get on through
- 9:35Speaker 1: different ways and channels. Is filling up social media with
- 9:38Speaker 1: photos and videos of anguished parents and sick children packed
- 9:43Speaker 1: into overcrowded waiting rooms all over the country. The Global Times, however,
- 9:48Speaker 1: insistent hospitals are taking appropriate steps to handle the case load,
- 9:52Speaker 1: and the Chinese Communist paper attribute the horror stories about
- 9:55Speaker 1: overflowing waiting rooms filled with sick children to parents quote
- 9:59Speaker 1: who mistakenly in san on bringing their kids to hospital
- 10:01Speaker 1: for minor illnesses instead of using community clinics. So it's
- 10:06Speaker 1: the parent's fault, that's what the Global Times is now saying.
- 10:10Speaker 1: In China, Chinese doctors told the Global Times they see
- 10:14Speaker 1: no evidence of novel pathogens like the Wuhan coronavirus and
- 10:18Speaker 1: the current outbreak just a surge, they say, of pneumonia,
- 10:22Speaker 1: which they portrayed as a lingering hangover from the coronavirus lockdowns,
- 10:27Speaker 1: implying that they're somehow related. Some epidemiologists in the US
- 10:31Speaker 1: have likewise said they're concerned because they believe this is
- 10:35Speaker 1: an exceptionally busy cold and flu season might be due
- 10:39Speaker 1: to coronavirus restrictions preventing people from developing normal natural immunities.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Oh wait, so wait, they're now encouraging and saying that
- 10:47Speaker 1: natural immunity is actually a thing. Well, isn't that fun
- 10:49Speaker 1: to see from those that were saying that you couldn't
- 10:52Speaker 1: rely on that and you must get boosted and then boosted,
- 10:55Speaker 1: and then boosted and then boosted again with the COVID
- 10:57Speaker 1: nineteen what do they call it. If you get it,
- 11:00Speaker 1: you're never going to get sick again, right, You're not
- 11:02Speaker 1: going to die. Yeah, that's how they sold us on
- 11:04Speaker 1: that COVID nineteen vaccine.
- 11:05Speaker 2: None of it was true.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Finally, the South China Milorning posts reported Tuesday that some
- 11:11Speaker 1: coronavirus control measures are beginning to reappear in China, especially
- 11:15Speaker 1: now at schools, childcare institutions, and nursing homes. Residents of
- 11:20Speaker 1: the Chinese city of sean Hey have posted videos of
- 11:24Speaker 1: hazmat suited workers spraying clouds of disinfecting over the classrooms
- 11:29Speaker 1: and city streets. And that's a tactic China developed during
- 11:32Speaker 1: the later stages of the pandemic, when entire cities were
- 11:35Speaker 1: locked down and terrified residents were sealed into their apartments.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Literally, some of the doors.
- 11:41Speaker 1: To get out of their apartments were welded shut. That's
- 11:45Speaker 1: now what's happening in China. Some Chinese social media users
- 11:49Speaker 1: were horrified by the return of the what they referred
- 11:53Speaker 1: to in this in the translated version, the Big White Men,
- 11:56Speaker 1: a turn that became popular during the pandemic for teams
- 11:59Speaker 1: of government and four ur there's claud and bulky White
- 12:01Speaker 1: has Matt suits. Now they're back, one saying, oh my god,
- 12:04Speaker 1: it's almost twenty twenty four and this familiar scene is back.
- 12:07Speaker 1: The Chinese Communist Party also quoted the Chinese National Health
- 12:11Speaker 1: Commission spokesman calling for quote effective epidemic prevention and control measures,
- 12:17Speaker 1: saying it's key in locations with dense populations such as schools,
- 12:21Speaker 1: childcare institution, nursing home.
- 12:23Speaker 2: So, in other words, get you used to it.
- 12:26Speaker 1: This includes, they say, minimizing personal movement and visits, implying
- 12:31Speaker 1: that the lockdowns will come back.
- 12:34Speaker 3: Now.
- 12:34Speaker 1: As all that's happening, there's also something else that's happening
- 12:37Speaker 1: in this country, and this is going to be a
- 12:39Speaker 1: big victory. But first I want to tell you about
- 12:42Speaker 1: a company that I really want you to check out.
- 12:45Speaker 1: For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
- 12:48Speaker 1: conservative wireless provider.
- 12:50Speaker 2: And when I say the only one, I mean it.
- 12:52Speaker 2: They're the only one.
- 12:53Speaker 1: They make a huge difference every time that you pay
- 12:55Speaker 1: your bill because they actually get back to conservative causes
- 12:58Speaker 1: and organization to help you stand up for what you
- 13:03Speaker 1: believe in. While you're paying a bill, you're going to
- 13:05Speaker 1: have anyways. This is the part that I love about
- 13:09Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. They're making a difference. Every time you pay
- 13:12Speaker 1: your bill, every time you make a phone call, every
- 13:15Speaker 1: time that you send a text message, Patriot Mobile actually
- 13:20Speaker 1: gives money back to protect First and Second Amendment rights,
- 13:23Speaker 1: to protect the lives of unborn children. And that's what
- 13:27Speaker 1: they're doing right now is they celebrate their tenth anniversary.
- 13:31Speaker 1: If you switch right now to Patriot Mobile, they are
- 13:34Speaker 1: going to give a donation to help protect life and
- 13:38Speaker 1: to help mothers choose life to an organization that does
- 13:42Speaker 1: everything they can to protect the lives of unborn children.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Then every month when you pay your bill, they're going
- 13:48Speaker 1: to continue to support the causes that I just mentioned.
- 13:51Speaker 1: And this is exactly why you need to make the switch.
- 13:55Speaker 1: If you're tired of woke companies, switch your cell phone
- 14:00Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. Whether you are a business, a small business,
- 14:04Speaker 1: or just a family, you can switch and they make
- 14:06Speaker 1: switching easy. They have a one hundred percent US based
- 14:09Speaker 1: call center making switching extremely easy. You're gonna get nationwide coverage,
- 14:14Speaker 1: unlimited talking texts, and usually save real money. On your
- 14:17Speaker 1: bill nine seven to two Patriot. It's nine seven to
- 14:21Speaker 1: two Patriot, nine seven to two Patriot. Or go online
- 14:25Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben. That's Patriot mobile
- 14:29Speaker 1: dot com slash ben or nine seven to two Patriot.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Ken Paxton, the Attorney General from Texas, put out a
- 14:38Speaker 1: tweet earlier today accompanied by a copy of the letter
- 14:42Speaker 1: that he put out, saying this, I am suing Pfizer
- 14:46Speaker 1: for misrepresenting COVID nineteen vaccine efficiency and conspiring to censor
- 14:52Speaker 1: public discourse. This from the Attorney General of Texas, saying
- 14:58Speaker 1: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxson had sued Pfizer Inc. For
- 15:01Speaker 1: unlawfully misrepresenting the effectiveness of the company's COVID nineteen vaccine
- 15:06Speaker 1: and attempting to censor public discussion of the product. Peiser
- 15:10Speaker 1: engaged in false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices by
- 15:16Speaker 1: making unsupported claims regarding the company's COVID nineteen vaccine and
- 15:22Speaker 1: violation of the Texas to Deceptive Trade Practices Act the
- 15:26Speaker 1: pharmaceutical companies widespread misrepresentation. The letter goes on to say
- 15:32Speaker 1: that its vaccine possesses ninety five percent efficiency against infection,
- 15:38Speaker 1: was highly misleading that metric represented a calculation of the
- 15:43Speaker 1: so called relative risk reduction quote unquote for vaccinated individuals
- 15:49Speaker 1: in Peiser's initial two month clinical trial results. FDA publications
- 15:55Speaker 1: indicate relative risk reduction is a misleading statistic that unduly
- 16:02Speaker 1: influences consumer choice.
- 16:04Speaker 2: Peiser, the letter says, was also put.
- 16:07Speaker 1: On notice at that time that vaccine protection could not
- 16:11Speaker 1: accurately be predicted beyond two months. Nevertheless, what happened, Peiser
- 16:18Speaker 1: fostered a misleading impression that vaccine protection was durable and
- 16:23Speaker 1: withheld from the public the information that undermined its claims
- 16:28Speaker 1: about the duration of the protection from the vaccine, and
- 16:32Speaker 1: despite the fact that its clinical trials failed to measure
- 16:35Speaker 1: whether the vaccine protects against transmission. Peiser also, the letter says,
- 16:40Speaker 1: embarked on a campaign to intimidate the public into getting
- 16:44Speaker 1: the vaccine as a necessary measure to protect their loved ones.
- 16:48Speaker 1: In fact, KEM. Paxson says in this letter, Preiser's product
- 16:52Speaker 1: failed to live up to the company's representation. COVID nineteen
- 16:56Speaker 1: cases increase after widespread vaccine anistration in some areas saw
- 17:02Speaker 1: a greater percentage of death from COVID nineteen among the
- 17:05Speaker 1: vaccinated population than the unvaccinated. When the failure of its
- 17:10Speaker 1: product became apparent, fis are then pivoted to silencing tellers,
- 17:16Speaker 1: the lawsuit states.
- 17:18Speaker 2: The lawsuit notes, quote.
- 17:20Speaker 1: How did Piser respond when it became apparent that its
- 17:23Speaker 1: vaccine was failing and the viability of its cash cow
- 17:28Speaker 1: was threatened? Question mark by intimidating those spreading the truth
- 17:33Speaker 1: and by conspiring to censor its critic.
- 17:36Speaker 2: The lawsuit states.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Fiser labeled as criminals those who spread facts about the vaccine,
- 17:45Speaker 1: It accused them of spreading quote misinformation, and it coers
- 17:49Speaker 1: social media platforms to silence prominent truth tellers. The lawsuit continues, quote,
- 17:56Speaker 1: we are pursuing justice for the people of Texas, many
- 17:59Speaker 1: of whom were or coerced by tyrriical vaccine mandates to
- 18:03Speaker 1: take a defective product sold by lies. That is the
- 18:07Speaker 1: quote from the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxson saying, quote
- 18:11Speaker 1: the facts are clear. Pfeiser did not tell the truth
- 18:14Speaker 1: about their COVID nineteen vaccines. Whereas the Biden administration weaponized
- 18:20Speaker 1: the pandemic to force illegal public health decrees on the
- 18:24Speaker 1: public and enrich pharmaceutical companies. Paxson says, quote, I will
- 18:31Speaker 1: use every tool I have to protect our citizens who
- 18:34Speaker 1: were misled and harmed.
- 18:36Speaker 2: By Peiser's action.
- 18:38Speaker 1: The lawsuit follows the Attorney General Kim Paxson's investigation of
- 18:42Speaker 1: Pfizer and other vaccine manufacturers announced earlier this year.
- 18:47Speaker 2: And so this is the first lawsuit. I guess you
- 18:49Speaker 2: could say this.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Come out of that again investigation to see what's actually
- 18:55Speaker 1: happening here. So when you see the media not covering this,
- 19:00Speaker 1: remember something. This is the same media that put death
- 19:03Speaker 1: counters on TV and never took them off during the
- 19:06Speaker 1: campaign season because they wanted you to hate Donald Trump.
- 19:10Speaker 1: This is the same media that obsessed and went completely
- 19:13Speaker 1: psycho and said, you're trying to kill people if you
- 19:16Speaker 1: don't get vaccinated. You're trying to kill grandma if you
- 19:19Speaker 1: don't get vaccinated. And these are the same people that demanded,
- 19:23Speaker 1: most importantly that you vaccinate your kids no matter what,
- 19:26Speaker 1: and wanted to make it where you couldn't even put
- 19:28Speaker 1: your kid to any school unless they were vaccinated. Now,
- 19:33Speaker 1: the other question that you need to ask yourself is this,
- 19:37Speaker 1: can you trust the US government to tell you the truth?
- 19:41Speaker 1: Can you trust the US government to be honest with
- 19:44Speaker 1: you about what's going on. You look at this lawsuit
- 19:48Speaker 1: from the atroginal kem PAS ensuing Phiser for misrepresenting COVID
- 19:52Speaker 1: nineteen vaccine efficiency and censoring and conspiring to censor public discourse.
- 19:58Speaker 1: The question then becomes, can you trust the government to
- 20:00Speaker 1: protect you? Let me tell you about a man who
- 20:04Speaker 1: testified before Congress today. There's a man by the name
- 20:07Speaker 1: of Shellenberger. He is a man that knows a lot
- 20:11Speaker 1: about the medium. He's also one of those that learned
- 20:13Speaker 1: about the Twitter files and put out some of that information.
- 20:17Speaker 1: And he was actually talking before Congress about the US
- 20:23Speaker 1: and the United Kingdom, the UK military contractors that deployed
- 20:30Speaker 1: what they described as sophisticated psychological operations and disinformation tactics,
- 20:37Speaker 1: specifically against the American people. I want you to hear
- 20:42Speaker 1: his testimony. You're going to want to take notes because
- 20:45Speaker 1: this testimony rocked that conference today, that that room in Washington.
- 20:52Speaker 1: I have a feeling no one in the media is
- 20:54Speaker 1: going to tell you this though.
- 20:56Speaker 4: Nine months ago, I testified and provided evidence to the
- 20:59Speaker 4: sub committee about the existence of a censorship industrial complex,
- 21:04Speaker 4: a network of government agencies, including the Department of homeland security,
- 21:08Speaker 4: government contractors, and big tech media platforms that conspired to
- 21:12Speaker 4: censor ordinary Americans and elected officials alike for.
- 21:16Speaker 5: Holding disfavored views.
- 21:18Speaker 4: I regret to inform the subcommittee today that the scope,
- 21:21Speaker 4: power and law breaking of the censorship industrial complex are
- 21:25Speaker 4: even worse than we had realized.
- 21:27Speaker 5: Back in March.
- 21:29Speaker 4: Two days ago, my colleagues and I published the first
- 21:31Speaker 4: batch of internal files from the Cyber Threat Intelligence League,
- 21:36Speaker 4: which show US and UK military contractors working in twenty
- 21:40Speaker 4: nineteen and twenty twenty to both censor and turn sophisticated
- 21:44Speaker 4: psychological operations and disinformation tactics developed abroad.
- 21:49Speaker 5: Against the American people.
- 21:51Speaker 4: Many insist that all that we identified in the Twitter files,
- 21:54Speaker 4: the Facebook files, and the CTI files were legal activities
- 21:57Speaker 4: by social media platforms to take down content that fire
- 22:00Speaker 4: violated the terms of service Facebook acts. Formerly Twitter and
- 22:03Speaker 4: other big tech companies are privately owned people point out
- 22:06Speaker 4: and free to censor content, and government officials are free
- 22:09Speaker 4: to point out wrong information, they argue, but the First
- 22:12Speaker 4: Amendment prohibits the government from a bridging freedom of speech.
- 22:17Speaker 5: The Supreme Court has ruled that the.
- 22:18Speaker 4: Government may not induce, encourage, or promote private persons to
- 22:23Speaker 4: accomplish what is constitutionally forbidden to accomplish, and there's now
- 22:26Speaker 4: a large body of evidence proving that the government did
- 22:29Speaker 4: precisely that. What's more, the whistleblower who delivered the CTIL
- 22:33Speaker 4: files to US says that its leader, a quote unquote
- 22:37Speaker 4: former British intelligence analyst, was quote unquote in the room
- 22:41Speaker 4: at the Obama White House in twenty seventeen when she
- 22:44Speaker 4: received the instructions to create a counter disinformation project to
- 22:48Speaker 4: quote stop a repeat of twenty sixteen.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Let's just stop there.
- 22:53Speaker 1: What this journalist is describing is a full blown effort
- 22:59Speaker 1: from the US the UK to deploy what he describes
- 23:03Speaker 1: as sophisticated psychological operations and disinformation tactics against the American people.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Your tax dollars would be paying for this to happen.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Listen to the second part of what he has to say.
- 23:17Speaker 4: The US Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Information Security
- 23:21Speaker 4: Agency SISA has been a been the center of gravity
- 23:25Speaker 4: for much of the censorship, with the National Science Foundation
- 23:28Speaker 4: financing the development of censorship and disinformation tools, and other
- 23:32Speaker 4: federal government agencies plan a supportive role. Emails from siss's
- 23:36Speaker 4: NGO and Social Media partners show that SISA created the
- 23:40Speaker 4: Election Integrity Partnership EIP and twenty twenty, which involved the
- 23:45Speaker 4: Stanford Internet Observatory and other US government contractors EPN. Its successor,
- 23:51Speaker 4: the Virality Project, urged Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms to
- 23:55Speaker 4: censor social media posts by ordinary citizens and elected officials.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Alike, let's just stop there.
- 24:02Speaker 1: So he's saying right now, whistleblowing that there were actual
- 24:06Speaker 1: government programs and plots that were taking place, and those
- 24:12Speaker 1: programs and this plot was to silence anyone that said
- 24:17Speaker 1: anything that the United States government didn't like. So they
- 24:24Speaker 1: would go to social media companies and what would they do.
- 24:27Speaker 1: They would tell them to shut it down. They would
- 24:30Speaker 1: tell them to silence, they would tell them not to
- 24:32Speaker 1: say anything. They would tell them to be quiet. You
- 24:35Speaker 1: understand this now, right? Like you get it? Do you
- 24:38Speaker 1: understand exactly what they're saying here? This is very clear? Okay,
- 24:44Speaker 1: this is very very very very very very very clear.
- 24:48Speaker 1: The United States government was using your tax dollars to
- 24:52Speaker 1: then conspire to against you, to keep you quiet and
- 24:56Speaker 1: to shut you up. Your government did this back in
- 25:01Speaker 1: twenty sixteen and to present day, trying to shut you up,
- 25:09Speaker 1: and anything that you were saying that they didn't like,
- 25:12Speaker 1: they would then undermine you to make sure yet again,
- 25:15Speaker 1: that you were shut up. This comes after what I
- 25:18Speaker 1: exposed yesterday, which is that Jack Smith, the Special Council,
- 25:24Speaker 1: is a guy who's such a psychopath. He demanded that
- 25:28Speaker 1: Twitter give him info on all Americans who interacted with
- 25:32Speaker 1: Donald Trump on Twitter. In this search warrant that was
- 25:36Speaker 1: sent to x formerly Twitter, they requested a massive swath
- 25:41Speaker 1: of information about the counts of former President Donald Trump,
- 25:44Speaker 1: as well as information on the millions of millions of
- 25:47Speaker 1: accounts that interacted with even those that liked to tweet
- 25:50Speaker 1: by Trump in the timeframe of October twenty twenty to
- 25:53Speaker 1: January twenty twenty one.
- 25:55Speaker 2: This is an enemy's list.
- 25:57Speaker 1: This, by the way, goes exactly back to what I
- 25:59Speaker 1: was just saying. They will stop at nothing to silence you.
- 26:04Speaker 1: They will stop at nothing to shut you up. And
- 26:09Speaker 1: this individual has witnessed it firsthand.
- 26:12Speaker 2: That's not all that he said.
- 26:14Speaker 1: I also want you to listen to Representative Dan Goldman
- 26:19Speaker 1: get humiliated as he tried to defend the Biden Rezimes
- 26:23Speaker 1: censorship tactics on stories.
- 26:25Speaker 2: That didn't make them look good.
- 26:27Speaker 1: At the same hearing, this is again a hardcore leftist congressman.
- 26:32Speaker 2: Congressman Dan Goldman.
- 26:34Speaker 3: Talked about the Hunter Biden laptop and how the FBI
- 26:38Speaker 3: knew it existed. You are aware, of course, that the laptop,
- 26:43Speaker 3: so to speak, was actually that was published in the
- 26:46Speaker 3: New York Post, was actually a hard drive that the
- 26:49Speaker 3: New York Post admitted here was not authenticated as real.
- 26:54Speaker 3: It was not the laptop the FBI had. You're aware
- 26:56Speaker 3: of that, right.
- 26:57Speaker 5: It was the same contents.
- 26:59Speaker 4: How do you know, because because it's the same, I mean,
- 27:03Speaker 4: you would have.
- 27:03Speaker 2: To authenticate it to the same content.
- 27:06Speaker 5: You have no idea, you know, hard drives manipulated.
- 27:09Speaker 4: Are you suggesting the New York Post participating in a
- 27:11Speaker 4: conspiracy to construct the contents of the Hunter Biden and laptop?
- 27:15Speaker 3: No, sir, the problem is that hard drives can be
- 27:17Speaker 3: manipulated by Rudy Giuliani or Rush.
- 27:20Speaker 5: What's the evidence that then that happens. Well, there is
- 27:22Speaker 5: actual evidence of it. But the point is, so you're
- 27:25Speaker 5: engaged in a conspiracy.
- 27:26Speaker 3: I'm glad you agree with me, mister Schallenberger, that transparency
- 27:30Speaker 3: is the most important thing. And my last question for
- 27:33Speaker 3: you is do you think it would be transparent if
- 27:37Speaker 3: Hunter Biden came to this Congress and testified in a
- 27:40Speaker 3: public hearing, and more transparent than if he testified privately.
- 27:44Speaker 4: It's I mean literally, I've never thought about that. I
- 27:47Speaker 4: have no idea. You never thought about that.
- 27:50Speaker 3: Public testimony testimony?
- 27:53Speaker 5: Are you familiar with?
- 27:54Speaker 4: The first Congress shall take no action to abridge freedom
- 27:58Speaker 4: of speech?
- 27:59Speaker 5: And that's what you described, mister Selimberg.
- 28:01Speaker 6: Is thirteen percent censorship still censorship, absolutely and the other
- 28:05Speaker 6: eighty seven percent is what we call the chilling effect
- 28:09Speaker 6: that the courts have long recognized that they engaged in.
- 28:12Speaker 2: That is the problem.
- 28:13Speaker 4: There's a brought up by the way part of the
- 28:15Speaker 4: operation cons part of the operation was to change the
- 28:19Speaker 4: terms of service. So you see them constantly trying to
- 28:21Speaker 4: change the terms of service.
- 28:23Speaker 5: You see them.
- 28:24Speaker 4: It was thirty five percent of of the URLs that
- 28:27Speaker 4: were screendyep were labeled.
- 28:29Speaker 5: Removed or soft blocked. That's all forms of censorship. That
- 28:32Speaker 5: censorship is not just removing.
- 28:34Speaker 2: But sixty five percent were not.
- 28:36Speaker 3: So how can the government be so coerce?
- 28:39Speaker 5: Is the first.
- 28:39Speaker 4: Amendments that's about par for the court. Government amendments say
- 28:42Speaker 4: the government can censor.
- 28:44Speaker 2: They're not censuring.
- 28:46Speaker 3: They're flagging in the social media companies.
- 28:48Speaker 5: Under a first Amendment.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Or it's not the First Amendment.
- 28:53Speaker 3: It's the terms of service, as you said, and they
- 28:55Speaker 3: are flagging it for the social media companies to make
- 28:58Speaker 3: their own decisions. That is not the First Amendment, that
- 29:01Speaker 3: is the terms of service.
- 29:02Speaker 5: Well, just seeing imersman, you're an attorney. You know that
- 29:04Speaker 5: the four federal judges have already ruled that.
- 29:07Speaker 3: And I know that it's on appeal in front of
- 29:08Speaker 3: the Supreme Court right now.
- 29:12Speaker 2: Nothing at all.
- 29:13Speaker 1: And if you don't think the media is trying to
- 29:14Speaker 1: cover all of this up, I we all of this up.
- 29:17Speaker 1: I'll leave you with this representative Jasmine for Us, that's
- 29:23Speaker 1: her Twitter handle, said this on Joy Reid's show about
- 29:29Speaker 1: evidence of the Biden involvement with the foreign business dealings
- 29:32Speaker 1: of their son and the rest of the Biden crime family.
- 29:35Speaker 2: Listen to this cover.
- 29:36Speaker 7: Up, The business partner said, no, President Biden had anything
- 29:39Speaker 7: to do with it. Everyone they've brought in so far
- 29:41Speaker 7: that was supposed to be witnesses for the prosecution ended
- 29:44Speaker 7: up being witnesses for the defense. Have you seen as
- 29:47Speaker 7: a member of this Committee, any evidence that President Biden
- 29:51Speaker 7: has any involvement whatsoever in his son's companies are in
- 29:54Speaker 7: his businesses.
- 29:54Speaker 8: I have not, And as a fishing exposition expedition, you know,
- 29:58Speaker 8: one of the things that most people aren't talking about
- 30:00Speaker 8: is he not only sent out this subpoena, he sent
- 30:02Speaker 8: out a subpoena to the president's brother. He sent out
- 30:05Speaker 8: subpoenas as well to Hunter's wife and so many family members.
- 30:10Speaker 8: I mean, he is going after their entire family, just
- 30:13Speaker 8: looking and hoping that somebody will slip up and say
- 30:16Speaker 8: something that will give them a leg to stand on
- 30:18Speaker 8: and be able to say, see, we told you. But
- 30:21Speaker 8: that's not how.
- 30:21Speaker 2: The process works.
- 30:22Speaker 8: What you're supposed to do is say, you know what,
- 30:25Speaker 8: I see something and I need to dig in.
- 30:27Speaker 2: Further and say it.
- 30:28Speaker 8: They're saying, we don't see anything, but if we dig
- 30:30Speaker 8: maybe we'll finally find something.
- 30:32Speaker 2: The business power said, I love that.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Literally, she just made the point of exactly why James
- 30:37Speaker 1: Comer and Jim Jordan are looking into this because.
- 30:39Speaker 2: They saw something.
- 30:41Speaker 1: And then she lies and says, I've not seen any
- 30:43Speaker 1: evidence of Biden's involvement with Hunter Biden's foreign business dealings.
- 30:46Speaker 1: So explain the checks, explain that the direct payments on
- 30:50Speaker 1: the same day that money is coming in from China
- 30:52Speaker 1: being transferred from his brother directly to Joe Biden. Explain
- 30:56Speaker 1: all that to me. I'm waiting. I can't wait for
- 30:59Speaker 1: that response.
- 31:01Speaker 2: It's amazing.
- 31:02Speaker 1: You've got a congressman here that's saying that thirty five
- 31:07Speaker 1: percent censorship of the American people on social media is
- 31:12Speaker 1: nothing to raise an eyebrow at, and that that's totally,
- 31:16Speaker 1: incompletely normal, that there's nothing wrong with this. Make sure
- 31:21Speaker 1: you share this podcast with your family and your friends, please,
- 31:24Speaker 1: and I will see you back here tomorrow.
