- 1:12Speaker 1: the careers of her eight time Grammy winning, multiple multi
- 1:15Speaker 1: multi platinum Sun Usher and his Grammy nominated as CAP
- 1:19Speaker 1: Award winning brother producer Jay Black, to develop and producing
- 1:24Speaker 1: content to film and television to a latest venture, Jay's Kitchen.
- 1:28Speaker 1: That's why I got her own. This show is about food,
- 1:31Speaker 1: Jay's Kitchen, culinary and incubator. She has set the bar
- 1:35Speaker 1: hide for innovation, hard work and success and each in
- 1:39Speaker 1: every undertaking. She's also the director of career Management. The
- 1:44Speaker 1: career management is a top of that's three sports right,
- 1:49Speaker 1: three sports, Marketing, recruiting and nutrition team or I don't
- 1:53Speaker 1: know if we've talked about nutrition because I'm a love
- 1:55Speaker 1: of the worst. But don't you want get in my
- 1:57Speaker 1: eating habits? Sir, please welcome. Uh Janetta and Uh the
- 2:02Speaker 1: CEO of Walker through Sixties? Can do? Walker? Is that correct?
- 2:06Speaker 1: Got all his names right? John Netta, Joha. I had
- 2:09Speaker 1: to get it right now all right, slow it down. Johanetta,
- 2:12Speaker 1: john Netta, I was named nothing my father. I'm gonna
- 2:16Speaker 1: get them to Southern people. They just want to share
- 2:18Speaker 1: their names. You want to extend life. And how you doing? Wonderful? Good? Okay? Cool?
- 2:24Speaker 1: You brought this gentleman in. You know. Here's here's the
- 2:26Speaker 1: thing about you. There's a second time I've been able
- 2:28Speaker 1: to get you on the show where the council because
- 2:30Speaker 1: to fly out of town and you you're not about
- 2:33Speaker 1: sharing the stage about you know, because I was trying
- 2:37Speaker 1: to just book you and you're trying to bring another
- 2:39Speaker 1: person on the show last time. So tell me about
- 2:42Speaker 1: your personality. Why is that? Because a lot of people
- 2:44Speaker 1: they just want it's all about them and they got
- 2:46Speaker 1: a moment be on the show of ra Seanna McDonald's
- 2:48Speaker 1: all about me, but but not you. I'm a hard worker.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I like to get the work done. I'm really more
- 2:55Speaker 1: of a behind the scene manager in person. I like
- 3:00Speaker 1: to create greatness. I don't really like being in the spotlight,
- 3:05Speaker 1: you know. And really with this new venture that I
- 3:09Speaker 1: have um just launched, I'm more out front. I don't
- 3:15Speaker 1: really want to be good. So it's good. But for me,
- 3:20Speaker 1: that's not who I am. I'm more behind the scene.
- 3:23Speaker 1: You know, I don't think that can happen nowadays, you know,
- 3:25Speaker 1: because of social media. Social media, you know we have
- 3:28Speaker 1: directors are not stars, Executive producers are not stars because
- 3:32Speaker 1: of social media. Because people want to know so much
- 3:36Speaker 1: about them, want to engage in their their their process.
- 3:39Speaker 1: They want to be able to like what you do.
- 3:41Speaker 1: They want to be able to comment on how you create.
- 3:45Speaker 1: So that's that's what I've learned about myself. You know,
- 3:47Speaker 1: because I've been with Steve Harvey, I was truly up
- 3:51Speaker 1: behind the scenes guy as you were with Usher because
- 3:53Speaker 1: you come in to rate the studio and she melted
- 3:56Speaker 1: into the wall. It wasn't about your your role. You
- 3:59Speaker 1: were there to make sure his his role was successful
- 4:02Speaker 1: and then you you moved on. So I understand that.
- 4:05Speaker 1: But I know that as Roushan McDonalds, as you are now,
- 4:10Speaker 1: they plays a different role on building your brand because
- 4:12Speaker 1: you are now a brand and what is your brand?
- 4:15Speaker 1: My brand is built on integrity and whichever business that
- 4:20Speaker 1: you ventured out into, uh, it's all built on integrity.
- 4:25Speaker 1: So I'm all about sustainability, integrity and being tenacious. Okay,
- 4:31Speaker 1: cool now, that's my brand. Now, this gentleman you brought
- 4:33Speaker 1: next year, because we're gonna get to the kitchen because uh,
- 4:36Speaker 1: because I know you've done to you because you had
- 4:38Speaker 1: you had a limo business or no, I don't have
- 4:41Speaker 1: the limit because I remember, I remember I was doing something.
- 4:44Speaker 1: I got I got limos. Now if you need something,
- 4:46Speaker 1: and thank you for being supported because you really really
- 4:49Speaker 1: have always been supportive even you know, and don't have
- 4:51Speaker 1: to take you back, because I was just thinking about
- 4:53Speaker 1: this on my well over here. I was like some
- 4:55Speaker 1: things I was just going to bring back. And um,
- 4:58Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, I remember in the very beginning his career,
- 5:02Speaker 1: I saw him, was fourteen years old and I saw
- 5:06Speaker 1: him and he said, watch his money. That's what he
- 5:10Speaker 1: said to me, watch his money. And you know, I've
- 5:13Speaker 1: I've watched Steve Harvey explode and whenever I wanted to
- 5:18Speaker 1: remember one time I wanted to do something with Steve
- 5:20Speaker 1: Hardy had artist that right, right, And I called you
- 5:24Speaker 1: and you said, oh, yeah, absolutely, yes. I was just
- 5:27Speaker 1: thinking about all these different stories or you know, thinking
- 5:30Speaker 1: about this my relationship. You said it earlier. You know,
- 5:32Speaker 1: it's like I can't, I can't. I know one of
- 5:34Speaker 1: the biggest regrets I've had, and not being a part
- 5:37Speaker 1: of the morning shows that my ability to control music,
- 5:41Speaker 1: and I know that the music has changed since two years.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I've not been in that position because I would put
- 5:47Speaker 1: new artists on, I would give them a shot. Now,
- 5:49Speaker 1: radio today, especially RB radios, just gotten so old. I
- 5:53Speaker 1: feel the music is. They're playing forty and thirty year
- 5:56Speaker 1: old records consistently, and where's the new artist. I think
- 6:00Speaker 1: it's it's very difficult now for a new artist to
- 6:02Speaker 1: even get a shot. And I played such a major
- 6:05Speaker 1: role in there, and that's not when I look back
- 6:07Speaker 1: on that, because I'm I listened to a lot of
- 6:09Speaker 1: pop now all right. I was in the car with
- 6:10Speaker 1: my wife. She goes, you know everybody, Yeah, that's me
- 6:13Speaker 1: my room five. Okay, that's good room fight, that's called
- 6:15Speaker 1: it be Oh yeah, i'm working, you know. So that's
- 6:17Speaker 1: where I met my life. That's young blow right there,
- 6:19Speaker 1: she's and then she pull out the little The little
- 6:22Speaker 1: zoom was zam Or because Sam and she and she
- 6:26Speaker 1: did like a name and tune and I was right
- 6:27Speaker 1: every time. So she called my daughter who's in college,
- 6:30Speaker 1: said your daddy, he's cross dude. When it keeps you young. Well,
- 6:34Speaker 1: you know, I would just tell you something. I am
- 6:36Speaker 1: a big fan of being able to understand music. And
- 6:39Speaker 1: you know that you come from a very talented side
- 6:42Speaker 1: of a young man who performs and a young man
- 6:44Speaker 1: who produces, and that's really incredible. And then here in
- 6:48Speaker 1: the middle you're this culinary, this cook. Now I'm a baker.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Now you know that. Okay, So somewhere my we have
- 6:56Speaker 1: their align ourselves to do something together. But but before
- 7:00Speaker 1: we go there, I want to bring Mr Walk again
- 7:02Speaker 1: because because I don't want to be like I like
- 7:04Speaker 1: I got this relationship, I can't share you know what
- 7:06Speaker 1: I'm saying, because she's sharing you. So tell us about
- 7:08Speaker 1: your your your firm, and that she's a part she's
- 7:10Speaker 1: a part of Okay, well Walker. Three sixties Sports is UM.
- 7:14Speaker 1: It's a full service sports agency UM. So essentially our
- 7:19Speaker 1: goal is to simplify and enhance the lives of our
- 7:23Speaker 1: clients players UM on and off the field UM and
- 7:28Speaker 1: we kind of do that through there's a variety of
- 7:31Speaker 1: services that we we provide, dealing with from draft preparation
- 7:36Speaker 1: UM once they get out of school, helping them with
- 7:38Speaker 1: pro days, helping them get ready training mentally and physically. UM.
- 7:43Speaker 1: And in addition, UM making sure we have certain marketing
- 7:46Speaker 1: materials to present two teams to put them in the
- 7:49Speaker 1: best light to be drafted or picked up by a team. Okay, Now,
- 7:52Speaker 1: when when you say that, the first company that comes
- 7:55Speaker 1: to mind is I am G. I AMG. They you
- 7:58Speaker 1: know they, but they grab in high school, Okay, because
- 8:02Speaker 1: you can go to IMG training academies and then you
- 8:05Speaker 1: can get a college scholarship and you so they established
- 8:08Speaker 1: their relationship real early and then so so how are
- 8:13Speaker 1: you competing with different agencies like that? Even the even
- 8:16Speaker 1: the big agencies are getting into that CI A you know, endeavor,
- 8:21Speaker 1: we are Mars. You know, at one time you wouldn't
- 8:23Speaker 1: have you know, these athletes tied to these what used
- 8:27Speaker 1: to be called theatrical agencies. But see, like just recently,
- 8:31Speaker 1: the the the guy who's over the baseball for CIA
- 8:36Speaker 1: was just named i think the new general manager for
- 8:38Speaker 1: the New York Mets. So so there's a lot of
- 8:42Speaker 1: competition for the athlete. How do you how do you
- 8:46Speaker 1: how do you compete? Well, there's UM a lot of athletes.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Some athletes do want the big agencies, but I feel
- 8:53Speaker 1: like we're all nitches is, we're we're a small agency,
- 8:57Speaker 1: and we were focusing um on three I think three
- 9:01Speaker 1: pillars that we look at it dedication, honesty, and knowledge.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Being able to on those are the cornerstones of this
- 9:08Speaker 1: agency where we can where someone calls us, we're we're
- 9:14Speaker 1: able to um, We're gonna pick up the phone and
- 9:17Speaker 1: we're gonna be accessible. Unlike a lot of these are
- 9:20Speaker 1: large agencies, were going to be able to focus on
- 9:22Speaker 1: them more than than some of these big, large agencies.
- 9:28Speaker 1: They should be your bio tell It was just about
- 9:31Speaker 1: I could be listening. You know, I get recommendations from
- 9:33Speaker 1: people all the time, say can you manage my son?
- 9:36Speaker 1: Or can you can you sit down and talk to
- 9:37Speaker 1: him and mentor them? So what what what? What are
- 9:40Speaker 1: your condetions that they allow me to you know, because
- 9:44Speaker 1: because really the influencers of people like her Okay, they
- 9:48Speaker 1: have talented children and we all know they all say
- 9:51Speaker 1: hi mom on the on the screens. They never say
- 9:54Speaker 1: hi day. So how do you impact and those two
- 9:58Speaker 1: are you becoming? Are you change and influences direction to
- 10:01Speaker 1: consider you? Um well, I mean one of that focus
- 10:05Speaker 1: on is being a leader in a role model UM
- 10:08Speaker 1: from my background UM being an attorney for pretty much
- 10:12Speaker 1: eighteen years UM at my law firm at Litchfield Cavo,
- 10:16Speaker 1: and so I have a legal background. UM. I also
- 10:19Speaker 1: have a sports background playing UM basketball in college UM.
- 10:24Speaker 1: And so with that combined with the sports part of it,
- 10:28Speaker 1: where I've gone through training classes in order to develop
- 10:32Speaker 1: that knowledge UM as far as the sports arena, but ultimately,
- 10:36Speaker 1: I think it gets down to who you are as
- 10:39Speaker 1: a person. I'm wanting to help these players, these athletes
- 10:43Speaker 1: to be to be better for themselves, to be leaders,
- 10:47Speaker 1: to be role models, and to UM to look at
- 10:50Speaker 1: UM to be more than just a football player UM.
- 10:53Speaker 1: And I think that that's something that we both want
- 10:56Speaker 1: to strive for for all of our clients. And because
- 11:01Speaker 1: I raised the boys that boys just popped out, that's
- 11:06Speaker 1: what I do. But you know, I've been there, you know.
- 11:09Speaker 1: So my role is to talk to these parents and
- 11:12Speaker 1: you know, show them, you know, let them know what
- 11:16Speaker 1: this is all about. And also with the the athlete,
- 11:21Speaker 1: to show them what to prepare for because it's not
- 11:24Speaker 1: as glamorous as you think it is. So I have
- 11:27Speaker 1: the experience because I actually groaned a young kids into
- 11:32Speaker 1: a superstar. So you know, I know what's out there,
- 11:36Speaker 1: I know the challenges and that's where that's where I
- 11:39Speaker 1: fit in. So how did you to connect? Actually through
- 11:42Speaker 1: the kitchen? Actually we actually prepared the meals for the
- 11:46Speaker 1: guys that he had actually signed. Because you talk about nutrition, okay,
- 11:51Speaker 1: just talk about that. Well, that's one of the things
- 11:53Speaker 1: I'm I had a set of athletes that I was
- 11:57Speaker 1: we we had training UM for physically and so we
- 12:00Speaker 1: were looking for UM, well, how do we supply the
- 12:02Speaker 1: nutrition part of of the uh, the training of the regiment.
- 12:07Speaker 1: And so I was introduced to UM this pat by UM,
- 12:11Speaker 1: a good friend of hers, UM A J Alexander and UM.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Through that we started working together UM providing foods for
- 12:18Speaker 1: for the players food the end and that was great UM.
- 12:21Speaker 1: And from there our relationship developed and we feel like
- 12:25Speaker 1: we wanted to go to the next step. Well, you know,
- 12:29Speaker 1: good food at least gotta stay in shape. You know
- 12:36Speaker 1: they can't. I'm a banana split guy, you know what
- 12:39Speaker 1: I'm saying, Mr Walker. I'll just let you know I
- 12:41Speaker 1: wouldn't make a good athlete. And you say you played
- 12:43Speaker 1: basketball college, I'd probably been the guy. You know, they've
- 12:46Speaker 1: been going I'm you know, strawberry shakes. You know, I
- 12:50Speaker 1: will tell you. I got Crispy Cream as downloadable app
- 12:54Speaker 1: on my phone, so I know when the hetlight comes on.
- 12:57Speaker 1: So I just want to get that out before we
- 12:58Speaker 1: go to the the next break that you really dealing with
- 13:00Speaker 1: the foodio over here, So don't say nutrition no more.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I'm just kidding. We go right back with more, miss Patton,
- 13:07Speaker 1: because we'll get in that kitchen that colin every kitchen
- 13:09Speaker 1: to talk more. I want to really understand and people
- 13:12Speaker 1: understand the opportunity to getting being a part of three
- 13:14Speaker 1: sixty Sports correct, a great agency based in the Lanta, Georgia.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Rasha McDonald coming right back. Hi, Rashan McDonald's back. I'm
- 13:23Speaker 1: always back on Mondays because I'm live and you can
- 13:25Speaker 1: hear the show at the same time on Friday and
- 13:29Speaker 1: Sunday at four pm. As I said earlier, you can
- 13:31Speaker 1: hear me on Serious XM channel one forty two. I'm
- 13:34Speaker 1: on all HBCU campuses, Howard University, Stitcher, SoundCloud, our Heart
- 13:41Speaker 1: Radio podcast and Alexa and and tune in. So I'm
- 13:45Speaker 1: I'm a little bit everywhere in studio is the CEO
- 13:48Speaker 1: three sixties Sports and the CEO and the maker up stars. Um,
- 13:54Speaker 1: it's Janetta Patton because I gotta get that day right
- 13:57Speaker 1: because it's her father name was what it was a
- 13:59Speaker 1: John John? Because you know he might be Okay that
- 14:07Speaker 1: that was that was the famous on the trains, right
- 14:10Speaker 1: when the John Henry just hitting those those steaks. That
- 14:14Speaker 1: wasn't him. Okay, what the hell he didn't he didn't
- 14:16Speaker 1: drive through the mountain that he was a real strong businessman.
- 14:20Speaker 1: He was strong though. Now we were talking earlier about
- 14:24Speaker 1: your firm. But I gotta get back to this kitchen
- 14:26Speaker 1: because because I'm a baker, I'm gonna let everybody know
- 14:29Speaker 1: I'm a war winning baker. I got my own website
- 14:32Speaker 1: baker spotlight dot com. You go right there, you see
- 14:34Speaker 1: me baking on television show recipes. I got over eighty
- 14:37Speaker 1: recipes on my app called Baker uh Perfect Bake Scale.
- 14:41Speaker 1: It's a scale that no recipes where you know, was
- 14:44Speaker 1: no measuring spoons and uh no measuring cups and you
- 14:47Speaker 1: can bake whatever you want to have over The actual
- 14:50Speaker 1: company has over three hundred additional recipes you can use.
- 14:53Speaker 1: And so when I when I listened to you and
- 14:56Speaker 1: I talked about you're cooking and baking over there. You
- 14:59Speaker 1: naturally we have to create a relationship, some type of promotion,
- 15:02Speaker 1: some type of contests. So tell me about that kitchen
- 15:04Speaker 1: over there's two years old, correct, two years old, Jay's kitchen,
- 15:07Speaker 1: culinary incubator, Jay's kitchen, culinary incubator. Okay, the incubator part. Okay,
- 15:13Speaker 1: to explain that we are nurturing environment that foster's growth
- 15:17Speaker 1: and what that means is we deal with startup businesses,
- 15:21Speaker 1: so we show them how to create and established. What
- 15:25Speaker 1: my mission is to help them establish ownership in a
- 15:28Speaker 1: sustainable business. As you know, to of restaurants open, they
- 15:35Speaker 1: closed within the first year because there's no solid foundation,
- 15:39Speaker 1: no business, no business plan with whatever. So we are
- 15:43Speaker 1: shared kitchen with business services. Business services means we have
- 15:49Speaker 1: business professionals that come in and they do classes along
- 15:55Speaker 1: to show the members how to properly build their business
- 16:00Speaker 1: to where it would be sustainable. We actually start off
- 16:02Speaker 1: with a life coach because a lot of these chefs, uh,
- 16:05Speaker 1: they've they they have failed in the business, but that
- 16:09Speaker 1: means that you have experience. So those are things that
- 16:14Speaker 1: you don't do again. But a lot of times it's
- 16:16Speaker 1: a stomining block form and they they're they're afraid to
- 16:20Speaker 1: you know, uh continue to build. So we have that
- 16:23Speaker 1: life coach to help them through that transition into uh
- 16:29Speaker 1: making them successful. We was playing that life coach because
- 16:32Speaker 1: because that's because that's could I come in and talk
- 16:33Speaker 1: to them? Absolutely, put a life coach will put you
- 16:36Speaker 1: on the right track, you know, because like I said,
- 16:38Speaker 1: a lot of them have failed. They feel like I
- 16:40Speaker 1: can't do it. So the life coach is there to
- 16:44Speaker 1: help you transition into that new normal. Yes, you can.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Don't ever say you can't do something, because you can
- 16:50Speaker 1: if you put your mind to it, if you're determined
- 16:52Speaker 1: and it is your passion and cooking there, come over
- 16:56Speaker 1: there and talk to you. You can actually come over
- 16:58Speaker 1: and talk to us. Yes, she's always just because I
- 17:00Speaker 1: love to talk. She talked talk. I love it because
- 17:05Speaker 1: what you're doing is this is my main conversations about entrepreneurships.
- 17:10Speaker 1: And one of the things I always talk about is
- 17:12Speaker 1: the failure of the business plan, the failure to understand taxes,
- 17:17Speaker 1: the failure understand how do you how do you gauge
- 17:19Speaker 1: the success of your protect the pricing of your of
- 17:22Speaker 1: your menu. Well, we introduced them to attorneys c p A,
- 17:26Speaker 1: s UM publicists, marketing specialists. We teach them from the
- 17:32Speaker 1: ground how to build your business. That first year, if
- 17:34Speaker 1: you get those things in order, your business was this thing.
- 17:39Speaker 1: And I learned all of this through what I did
- 17:41Speaker 1: for my son. That's that's really and truthfully the whole
- 17:46Speaker 1: concept and the model was built from what I've done.
- 17:51Speaker 1: I created my own lane. This is this is you
- 17:54Speaker 1: the entrepreneur? Yes, okay, cool? And with that being that,
- 17:58Speaker 1: with with with that being the case, how does one
- 18:01Speaker 1: if I'm from Roshan McDonald, I'm trying to get in
- 18:04Speaker 1: the business, how do I contact you? How do I
- 18:06Speaker 1: find out if you're the right place for me to
- 18:10Speaker 1: take my vision, my ideas and my concepts. Well, first
- 18:13Speaker 1: of all, you look at my record. You have to
- 18:15Speaker 1: look at my record, and then you just like me,
- 18:18Speaker 1: google me, just google me, just google me. People would say,
- 18:23Speaker 1: you have a business card, No, you just google me.
- 18:27Speaker 1: You will find me if you need me. I don't
- 18:30Speaker 1: have business I'm not ever gonna get one. And somebody
- 18:33Speaker 1: ever passing that business cards the other day that they
- 18:35Speaker 1: made me want to go, why don't I don't use this?
- 18:39Speaker 1: Because in the end, I would tell people if your
- 18:41Speaker 1: brand has to have value. And I don't say that arrogantly.
- 18:44Speaker 1: I just tell people that you gotta have value, you
- 18:47Speaker 1: gotta have believing it to a certain point that if
- 18:50Speaker 1: I don't, I when I tell somebody, I don't feel
- 18:52Speaker 1: I'm missing an opportunity. When I tell them that, I'm
- 18:54Speaker 1: just letting them know that I'm confident enough to know
- 18:57Speaker 1: if you want to talk to me, you find confident.
- 18:59Speaker 1: You said it, You said the word. Come on, you
- 19:02Speaker 1: said the word confident. And at sixty one, when I
- 19:06Speaker 1: got back in the business, sit behind my desk. Good,
- 19:11Speaker 1: we're looking good. We're breaking that sixty Come on, let's
- 19:14Speaker 1: get that look a longer, when you be longer. Want
- 19:17Speaker 1: to see this look, Oh we're writing fifty open there
- 19:21Speaker 1: we were writing fifty. Put again. Ain't taking pig We're
- 19:23Speaker 1: gonna post this, take this, don't worry about. We're taking pictures, y'all.
- 19:28Speaker 1: There you go, there, we go. See. We have to
- 19:30Speaker 1: take some pictures for social media, because social media. I
- 19:33Speaker 1: put in the work. I put in the work. You
- 19:36Speaker 1: got this smooth skin like crack. But she's a sixty one.
- 19:41Speaker 1: I got through my age. I do come on down,
- 19:43Speaker 1: win a battle, not battle of sixties now for his joy. Yeah,
- 19:48Speaker 1: so you know, don't you look at people at your
- 19:50Speaker 1: age and be going I do not say, and you
- 19:53Speaker 1: go you. I don't look around like hope. Now I
- 19:56Speaker 1: get my rest of night. I go home. I go
- 19:59Speaker 1: okay did he did? He say he was fifty five? Man,
- 20:04Speaker 1: I don't look like that. But you know what, it's rest.
- 20:07Speaker 1: But I don't get rend. You get rest. I get
- 20:11Speaker 1: mad when sleep takes over my body. See I I
- 20:15Speaker 1: go home at twelve thirty, no one. I gotta get
- 20:18Speaker 1: up before fifty because I get up at the same
- 20:20Speaker 1: time every day, because that's just my I have to
- 20:22Speaker 1: tell you too, getting up this morning with the challenge
- 20:24Speaker 1: I don't worry about. Don't worry about. But see you
- 20:27Speaker 1: sitting next to the phone, A fool who just passionate
- 20:30Speaker 1: about what I do. And I've been doing that. Guy
- 20:32Speaker 1: asked me that. Guys, he said, how long you've been
- 20:35Speaker 1: doing that? It was Kevin Ross from Radio Facts. He
- 20:37Speaker 1: asked me how long you've been getting up? I said,
- 20:42Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you how I got up because I
- 20:43Speaker 1: used to work at the post office. When I got
- 20:45Speaker 1: to the high school, I used to work the post
- 20:47Speaker 1: on it was from six pm to six am, so
- 20:50Speaker 1: I always was up and I would drive home I
- 20:53Speaker 1: had I had a seventy one Grimlin with no radio. Girl,
- 20:57Speaker 1: Let tell you something. You understand the VA your radio
- 21:01Speaker 1: when you have sleep. I saw the real coming to
- 21:04Speaker 1: mesomn I wouldn't immediately got my first check. I got
- 21:07Speaker 1: me a radio, putting that gremlin before before y'all wouldn't
- 21:10Speaker 1: be talking to me today if I didn't buy all that. So,
- 21:12Speaker 1: Mr Walker, I don't wanna leave you at this beautiful conference.
- 21:14Speaker 1: We don't be recollect and realizing that you know she
- 21:17Speaker 1: and she she looking all beautiful, chicking in and she's
- 21:21Speaker 1: sleeping and I don't sleep. You know, we're the yin
- 21:24Speaker 1: and y ain't a beauty talking about Jim Man? How
- 21:28Speaker 1: you got how can they get in touch with you?
- 21:31Speaker 1: And what's the ultimate goal? What do you see three
- 21:33Speaker 1: years from now? What's what? Where? Where's your brain in
- 21:35Speaker 1: three years? Well? I think three years from now, um,
- 21:38Speaker 1: we are going to definitely make a mark on this industry.
- 21:43Speaker 1: A lot of agencies, you know, UM, you've probably heard
- 21:46Speaker 1: stories about the integrity of various UH agents and agencies
- 21:51Speaker 1: they U players off. Um, well that's where the opposite
- 21:57Speaker 1: of that. You know, UM we UM, we want UM.
- 22:00Speaker 1: When when a player comes to us, UM, they're gonna
- 22:04Speaker 1: know that we are standing behind them and that we
- 22:06Speaker 1: have integrity and that we have their best interests UM
- 22:09Speaker 1: at heart. And that's why right because you know your
- 22:14Speaker 1: your name means something. You know, this is how it
- 22:17Speaker 1: really works. You know, I know her, I don't know you,
- 22:20Speaker 1: and then you you. So her brand value has at
- 22:24Speaker 1: least allowed me to look at you and relate to
- 22:26Speaker 1: what you're trying to contribute. But you're bringing the model
- 22:30Speaker 1: the model because she doesn't have time to do what
- 22:32Speaker 1: you do. And so that's what you do in life.
- 22:34Speaker 1: And that's why I was just talking about social media.
- 22:36Speaker 1: She's a brand, you know what she wants to resist
- 22:38Speaker 1: that or not. You know, she can't because of the
- 22:41Speaker 1: fact that people the not only just social media, but
- 22:45Speaker 1: the digital platform just can just type in your name
- 22:48Speaker 1: and that's good and bad. And so that's why I work,
- 22:51Speaker 1: because people can take negative and that can dominate your
- 22:53Speaker 1: your core. And that's why I constantly worked up update
- 22:57Speaker 1: update UM content on me. You know, like I said,
- 23:00Speaker 1: I have my Rushan McDonald dot com website, money making
- 23:04Speaker 1: Conversations dot com website and Baker spotlight dot com. And
- 23:07Speaker 1: so always know that the value of who I am
- 23:11Speaker 1: is a friend. And so you know, we've already talked
- 23:14Speaker 1: about what we're gonna do. And I'm serious about that
- 23:16Speaker 1: because I feel that you know, we've we've seen each
- 23:19Speaker 1: other while I had to say visually since the l
- 23:22Speaker 1: a radio station we first started meeting, when us you
- 23:25Speaker 1: did come back there, and you know, we come on
- 23:27Speaker 1: my shown, you come on my show. You know THET kid.
- 23:30Speaker 1: But I've been knowing him way back before then, from
- 23:33Speaker 1: the Moitia days, you know, and and things like that.
- 23:36Speaker 1: And so I remember when I knew he was a
- 23:38Speaker 1: star wars way back on Vibe when he when he
- 23:41Speaker 1: did his first hit song and and he did uh
- 23:44Speaker 1: and he did a live routine and Sindbad was hosting that.
- 23:48Speaker 1: I looked at the friend, I go, that's a star
- 23:49Speaker 1: right there. I can't believe what this young man is doing.
- 23:52Speaker 1: And so that's a blessing for you. The blessing is relationships.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Is relationships, and I want you to consider me a
- 23:59Speaker 1: partner and uh and making your brand grow and um,
- 24:02Speaker 1: and so anything you need for me to do, let's
- 24:04Speaker 1: let's make it happen. And so before we go, just
- 24:06Speaker 1: give a little shout out on how we can get
- 24:08Speaker 1: in touch with you. Okay, get in touch with me
