Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is Verdict with Center.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you, and I cannot believe
- 0:05Speaker 2: I'm starting this podcast Center by saying this, Bill Clinton
- 0:11Speaker 2: told the truth, and now liberals are mad at him
- 0:14Speaker 2: for telling the truth admitting that a Democrat policy is
- 0:20Speaker 2: not making us safer.
- 0:22Speaker 3: Well, you're absolutely right. This is another sentence that I
- 0:25Speaker 3: don't say often. Bill Clinton is one hundred percent correct.
- 0:28Speaker 3: He admitted the disastrous consequences of Kamala Harris's open borders.
- 0:33Speaker 3: We're going to break down what he said and exactly
- 0:36Speaker 3: how true it is. There's also yet another migrant caravan
- 0:41Speaker 3: heading north through Mexico. They're trying to get here before
- 0:44Speaker 3: Donald Trump becomes president. We're going to break down the
- 0:46Speaker 3: facts on that as well. And what is the Department
- 0:49Speaker 3: of Justice doing right now? Are they trying to stop
- 0:51Speaker 3: human traffickers?
- 0:52Speaker 4: Know?
- 0:52Speaker 3: Are they trying to stop sex traffickers?
- 0:54Speaker 4: No?
- 0:55Speaker 3: Are they trying to stop drug traffickers? Know? They are
- 0:58Speaker 3: suing the state of Virginia, WA because Virginia is removing
- 1:01Speaker 3: illegal immigrants from their voter rolls. We're going to walk
- 1:04Speaker 3: through that as well.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Yeah, it's very interesting, especially in that case, and what
- 1:08Speaker 2: it means for the rest of the country. So a
- 1:09Speaker 2: lot of voters are going to care about that, and
- 1:11Speaker 2: as you mentioned, we're going to give you those details.
- 1:13Speaker 2: I want to tell you real quick about Patriot Mobile.
- 1:15Speaker 2: If you've got a cell phone, and ninety nine percent
- 1:17Speaker 2: of you do, you may not realize that when you
- 1:19Speaker 2: pay your bill every month the big Mobile, you're actually
- 1:22Speaker 2: supporting hardcore leftist causes that are fighting against your traditional
- 1:27Speaker 2: family values. That's where Patriot Mobile comes in. They are
- 1:30Speaker 2: the only conservative Christian wireless provider in the country. And
- 1:35Speaker 2: back in the day, you had to worry about coverage,
- 1:37Speaker 2: right switching from one company to another, or am I
- 1:40Speaker 2: going to have the same coverage? Am I going to
- 1:41Speaker 2: get decent coverage? All that has disappeared in twenty twenty four.
- 1:45Speaker 2: They all use the same towers, they all use the
- 1:47Speaker 2: same networks now and the best part is when you
- 1:50Speaker 2: switch to Patriot Mobile, they take about five percent of
- 1:53Speaker 2: your bill every month and they give it back to
- 1:56Speaker 2: conservative causes that put America first.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Every time you make a phone call, every time you
- 2:02Speaker 2: send a text, and every time you pay that bill,
- 2:04Speaker 2: you know you're sending up for what you believe in
- 2:07Speaker 2: big Mobile. They give those big donations the left, including
- 2:10Speaker 2: organizations that pay for abortions. They're helping support liberal candidates
- 2:14Speaker 2: running right now. So make the switch and stand with
- 2:18Speaker 2: your values with a company that stands with you. Patriotmobile
- 2:21Speaker 2: dot com slash verdict is the website Patriot Mobile dot
- 2:25Speaker 2: com slash verdict.

- 2:46Speaker 1: That's promo code verdict.
- 2:48Speaker 2: So center, this happened, and this was obviously not something
- 2:52Speaker 2: with Bill Clinton at the Democrats were hoping, you would say,
- 2:55Speaker 2: or wanting him to say. This was clearly an oops
- 2:58Speaker 2: moment where he told the truth, and that's why people
- 3:03Speaker 2: were mad at him. That if illegal immigrants had been
- 3:07Speaker 2: vetted properly, then people wouldn't be dying. Specifically Lake and Riley,
- 3:13Speaker 2: which we've talked about extensively on this show. I actually
- 3:17Speaker 2: think it's a pretty brave moment for Bill Clinton to
- 3:19Speaker 2: Bucket's party.
- 3:20Speaker 3: Well it is, but let's play the clip and then
- 3:22Speaker 3: we're going to break down exactly what he said and
- 3:24Speaker 3: why said it.
- 3:25Speaker 4: He got a case in Georgia not very long ago,
- 3:27Speaker 4: didn't you. They made an ad about it about it,
- 3:29Speaker 4: the young woman who'd been killed by an emigrant. Yeah, well,
- 3:34Speaker 4: if they had all been properly vetted, that probably wouldn't
- 3:36Speaker 4: have happened. But if they all properly vetted, and that
- 3:40Speaker 4: doesn't happen, and America is not having enough babies to
- 3:45Speaker 4: keep our populations though, so we need immigrants that had
- 3:49Speaker 4: been vetted to do work, there wouldn't be a problem.
- 3:53Speaker 4: And he couldn't keep people all torn up and upset.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Senator, I knew someone had to take Joe Biden's place
- 3:59Speaker 2: with your phone. Next is the Democrat that's kind of
- 4:02Speaker 2: just goes off script. I didn't know it was gonna
- 4:04Speaker 2: be Bill Clinton so quickly, but here we are. He's
- 4:07Speaker 2: got his Harris Waltz head on and he's telling truths
- 4:10Speaker 2: like he's helping him and it's actually hurting them.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Well, let me say a couple of things. One Bill
- 4:15Speaker 3: Clinton's absolutely right that if the immigrants of the border
- 4:20Speaker 3: had been properly vetted, in other words, if they'd come
- 4:22Speaker 3: in legally and we knew who they were, and we
- 4:23Speaker 3: could do criminal background checks, and we could not let
- 4:26Speaker 3: in murderers, we cannot let in rapists, we could not
- 4:28Speaker 3: let in child in lesters, we could not let in
- 4:30Speaker 3: gang members, and we could not let in terrorists. If
- 4:33Speaker 3: the immigrants coming in had been properly vetted, Lake and
- 4:36Speaker 3: Riley would still be alive. And by the way, let
- 4:37Speaker 3: me elaborate, Rachel Marin would still be alive. Joscelyn Hungary
- 4:42Speaker 3: would still be alive if Joe Biden and Kamala Harris
- 4:45Speaker 3: and congressional Democrats had not opened up our border to
- 4:49Speaker 3: now nearly twelve million illegal immigrants to an invasion. But
- 4:53Speaker 3: they have no idea who's coming in. They've opened it
- 4:56Speaker 3: up for every criminal who wants to come to America
- 4:58Speaker 3: to come in. And by the way, were in particular,
- 5:01Speaker 3: we are seeing countries like Venezuela Maduro very deliberately emptying
- 5:07Speaker 3: the jail, sending murderers here, getting rid of every bad
- 5:09Speaker 3: guy he can find in his country, saying go to America,
- 5:12Speaker 3: go kill Americans. So what Bill Clinton said was absolutely correct.
- 5:18Speaker 3: But there's the old line that a gaff is when
- 5:21Speaker 3: a politician accidentally speaks the truth. Everyone knows what Bill
- 5:26Speaker 3: Clinton said is right. Even Kamala Harris knows what he
- 5:29Speaker 3: said is right. She just can't admit it because she's claiming. Okay, alternately,
- 5:34Speaker 3: at times she says the border is secure. At other
- 5:36Speaker 3: times she says it's not secure, but I'm gonna make
- 5:39Speaker 3: it secure by doing the same thing that I've been
- 5:42Speaker 3: doing for the last four years. As borders are that
- 5:44Speaker 3: caused this crisis. But let me say a second point
- 5:48Speaker 3: about Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton would not be welcomed in
- 5:53Speaker 3: the Democrat Party of today. Listen, Bill Clinton. I wasn't
- 5:57Speaker 3: a huge fan. I wasn't a huge fan of his
- 5:59Speaker 3: when he was president, but he was, comparatively speaking, a
- 6:04Speaker 3: moderate Democrat. And understand the time period. You know, people
- 6:09Speaker 3: ask me sometimes they say, Okay, Ted, how do we
- 6:12Speaker 3: change this world we're in where the Democrats are so radical,
- 6:16Speaker 3: so extreme. They're embracing things like open borders, They're embracing
- 6:20Speaker 3: things like defund the police. They're embracing things like they
- 6:24Speaker 3: don't know what a woman is and boys and girls,
- 6:27Speaker 3: sports and all sorts of things that even a few
- 6:29Speaker 3: years ago would have been viewed as nutty. And I
- 6:32Speaker 3: think the only answer is that they got to have
- 6:36Speaker 3: a thumpin. I don't know if you remember that phrase thumping.
- 6:39Speaker 3: That actually is a quote from George W. Bush after
- 6:42Speaker 3: two thousand and six, after the Republicans got clobbered and
- 6:45Speaker 3: bushed at a press conference and said we had a thumping,
- 6:49Speaker 3: and actually Rom Emmanuel wrote a book called Thumping because
- 6:52Speaker 3: it was a bad thumping. Look, if you look back
- 6:56Speaker 3: at the Democrats in the eighties and nineties, in the
- 6:59Speaker 3: eighties and nine, we elected Ronald Reagan, then Ronald Reagan
- 7:04Speaker 3: than George Herbert Walker Bush. Republicans won the presidency for
- 7:07Speaker 3: twelve consecutive years, and the Democrats in that period they
- 7:10Speaker 3: nominated Jimmy Carter, Then they nominated Walter Mondale, who was
- 7:14Speaker 3: even more liberal. Then they nominated Michael Ducaccus, who was
- 7:17Speaker 3: even more liberal. And after twelve years of getting a thumpin,
- 7:21Speaker 3: getting clobbered at the polls, not just losing but losing badly,
- 7:25Speaker 3: in nineteen eighty four, all right, Ben, you know this,
- 7:27Speaker 3: but many of our listeners might not. How many states
- 7:31Speaker 3: did Reagan win in nineteen eighty four.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Oh gosh, it was a ton it was, I mean
- 7:35Speaker 1: it was impressive.
- 7:37Speaker 3: Forty nine, forty nine. He won every state but Minnesota,
- 7:43Speaker 3: and he almost won Minnesota, which was Bondale's home state.
- 7:46Speaker 3: He won Massachusetts, he won New York, he won California,
- 7:50Speaker 3: like every blue state in the country voted for Ronald
- 7:52Speaker 3: Reagan in nineteen eighty four. So after the Democrats got
- 7:56Speaker 3: claber Nady and got clobber in eighty four, he got
- 7:58Speaker 3: clobber in eighty eight, they did did a rethinking. They said, Okay,
- 8:03Speaker 3: nominating hardcore lefties is not working and we're getting killed,
- 8:06Speaker 3: and so what did they do. They picked this this
- 8:09Speaker 3: moderate Democrat governor from Arkansas, and Bill Clinton was head
- 8:13Speaker 3: of the DLC, the Democrat Leadership Coalition, which was explicitly
- 8:17Speaker 3: formed as a centrist organization. As a group of Democrats
- 8:22Speaker 3: rejecting the crazy left and the views of Bill Clinton.
- 8:27Speaker 3: He would be driven out. There is not a single
- 8:30Speaker 3: senator in the US Senate, certainly not after next year,
- 8:34Speaker 3: after Joe Manchin and Kirsten Cinema leave. There's not a
- 8:37Speaker 3: single Democrat senator whose views are even remotely close to
- 8:40Speaker 3: Bill Clinton, he would be unrecognizable in today's Democrat Party.
- 8:45Speaker 3: So when he's looking at you know, but when Bill
- 8:47Speaker 3: Clinton was president, he didn't open the borders and just
- 8:50Speaker 3: allow murderers and rapists to flood in. And so he
- 8:53Speaker 3: said something publicly that any rational person knows. But into
- 9:00Speaker 3: days hyper politicized left wing Democrat Party, it's considered verboten
- 9:05Speaker 3: to say it out loud.
- 9:07Speaker 2: There's also something else that I think is very interesting,
- 9:10Speaker 2: and that is when you hear him say this, you
- 9:13Speaker 2: could actually hear people in the crowd agreeing with him.
- 9:18Speaker 3: And I think that every one people everyone knows this.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Everyone knows this, that that's part of the weird vacation
- 9:29Speaker 3: from history we're in. Even the Zelots know this is true,
- 9:33Speaker 3: they just don't care. But of course the crowd agreed.
- 9:37Speaker 3: Everyone knows. Should we have let in psychopathic murderers who
- 9:42Speaker 3: rape and murder women. No, But Kamala Harris is not
- 9:47Speaker 3: willing to change. The congressional Democrats are not willing to change.
- 9:51Speaker 1: No, they're not.
- 9:52Speaker 2: And that's one of the things I wonder about this election,
- 9:55Speaker 2: this border issue, and I'm talking specifically about the threats
- 10:00Speaker 2: to people. I actually think this is becoming a bigger
- 10:03Speaker 2: issue in the last twenty five days than anyone thought
- 10:07Speaker 2: thirty or forty or fifty days ago. I think a
- 10:09Speaker 2: lot of people in the media thought, and a lot
- 10:11Speaker 2: of Democrats thought, this isn't going to be that big
- 10:14Speaker 2: of an issue. It is, and I think voters care
- 10:17Speaker 2: about it coast to coast more than they realize. I
- 10:20Speaker 2: think the Democrats underestimated the damage they had done to
- 10:24Speaker 2: the American people by allowing ten, fifteen, twenty million legal immigrants,
- 10:28Speaker 2: and especially the reporting that we've talked about here that
- 10:32Speaker 2: they knowingly let in convicted child molesters, child rapists, rapist,
- 10:37Speaker 2: sexual abusers, and convicted murderers.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Oh and that doesn't even count.
- 10:42Speaker 2: All the other people that were convicted of other crimes
- 10:45Speaker 2: that aren't on those two horrific lists that I just mentioned.
- 10:48Speaker 2: I think this may be something that costs them real
- 10:51Speaker 2: elections across the country.
- 10:53Speaker 3: Thirteen thousand. That's a number every person should know. Thirteen
- 10:58Speaker 3: thousand is the number of convicted murders, people with homicide convictions,
- 11:02Speaker 3: who are illegal aliens who are currently free and wandering
- 11:06Speaker 3: around America. And Kamala Harris refuses to arrest and deport
- 11:11Speaker 3: that number should be zero. By the way, there are
- 11:14Speaker 3: another two thousand who are illegal immigrants who are facing
- 11:18Speaker 3: current homicide charges. In other words, they're currently being prosecuted
- 11:22Speaker 3: for murder. And understand the fact that they haven't been
- 11:24Speaker 3: convicted yet a murder with an illegal immigrant, they have
- 11:28Speaker 3: no entitlement to be free at all. In other words,
- 11:30Speaker 3: the federal government could go arrest them and detain them
- 11:32Speaker 3: right now this instant under federal law. Give me any
- 11:36Speaker 3: rational reason why any of those two thousand illegal immigrants
- 11:40Speaker 3: who are currently being prosecuted for murder should be allowed
- 11:42Speaker 3: to go free. How many more people are they killing
- 11:45Speaker 3: while they're free? And I have yet to see a
- 11:48Speaker 3: single reporter ask Kamala Harris, why don't you arrest the
- 11:50Speaker 3: thirteen thousand murderers right now? Why don't you arrest the
- 11:53Speaker 3: two thousand alleged murderers charge murderers right now? By the way,
- 11:57Speaker 3: fifteen thousand. Here's another stat it's the number of convicted
- 12:01Speaker 3: rapists who are illegal immigrants who are free and wandering around,
- 12:06Speaker 3: and Kamala Harris will not arrest. Those are issues where Look,
- 12:12Speaker 3: I don't care if you're right or left. Maybe you're
- 12:14Speaker 3: middle of the road. Maybe you're a political I don't
- 12:17Speaker 3: know a rational and reasonable American who says, gosh, what
- 12:20Speaker 3: do you think of the federal government allowing murderers and
- 12:23Speaker 3: rapists who are legal immigrants to wander into your neighborhood
- 12:26Speaker 3: and potentially live next door to you? Everyone says hell no,
- 12:30Speaker 3: which is why when Bill Clinton says the obvious, you
- 12:33Speaker 3: get gasps from elected Democrats, from the Kamala Harris campaign,
- 12:39Speaker 3: from the media, because the media they don't report on
- 12:42Speaker 3: facts anymore. Instead they're the propagandists for the Democrat Party.
- 12:45Speaker 3: And so saying what Bill Clinton said the thing to understand. Look,
- 12:49Speaker 3: there's a joke I tell on the campaign traw. You've
- 12:52Speaker 3: heard me tell this. I say, listen, the Democrats who
- 12:57Speaker 3: are saying this nonsense, they all know they're lying, one
- 13:02Speaker 3: hundred percent of them. And and and when I what
- 13:05Speaker 3: I say at a campaign rally is all right, I
- 13:08Speaker 3: can prove to you right now that Joe Biden knows
- 13:13Speaker 3: what a woman is. And people kind of pause and
- 13:16Speaker 3: they sort of raise an eyebrown, and they're like, all right,
- 13:18Speaker 3: what's he gonna say? And I say, look, Joe Biden
- 13:21Speaker 3: only sniffs the hair of girls. I've been in the
- 13:26Speaker 3: Senate twelve years. I have never once seen Joe Biden
- 13:30Speaker 3: come up to Chuck Schumer and sniff his hair. He knows.
- 13:33Speaker 3: And you know what, Ben, I'm even more certain Bill
- 13:38Speaker 3: Clinton knows what a woman is. If there's one thing
- 13:41Speaker 3: Bill Clinton knows.
- 13:42Speaker 1: It's that.
- 13:43Speaker 3: And in this point, it's true on the bizarre, Yes,
- 13:47Speaker 3: it's true. On the bizarre, we don't know what a
- 13:49Speaker 3: woman is, we don't know what a mother is. But
- 13:53Speaker 3: it's also true on this open border insanity, that that
- 13:57Speaker 3: that they get, that that that releasing thousands upon thousands
- 14:01Speaker 3: of murderers and rapists in this country is really bad.
- 14:04Speaker 3: But they all just make the decision we want votes
- 14:08Speaker 3: more than we care about keeping people alive. And you
- 14:11Speaker 3: know what, I don't like saying that when I say that, that,
- 14:15Speaker 3: to my ears, that sounds really harsh and partisan. But
- 14:18Speaker 3: let me ask you, Ben, seriously, give me another justification.
- 14:22Speaker 3: If it's not we want votes to stay in power,
- 14:25Speaker 3: give me any other plausible justification for why Kamala Harris
- 14:29Speaker 3: wouldn't arrest the thirteen thousand convicted murderers right now.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, it's one hundred percent of game that
- 14:35Speaker 2: they're playing and they understand the long game, which is
- 14:37Speaker 2: amnesty is everything, and they can fundamentally change America if
- 14:41Speaker 2: they can just do it. And they're just trying to
- 14:44Speaker 2: lie to the American people in the last couple of
- 14:45Speaker 2: weeks before election day, hoping that they can convince them.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Oh no, no, we're getting tough on the border now,
- 14:51Speaker 2: even though we're the ones that open it up. And
- 14:54Speaker 2: it was the first thing we did when you elected
- 14:56Speaker 2: us to be in charge of this country, when Donald
- 14:58Speaker 2: Trump was out of here.
- 15:00Speaker 1: This is what we did.
- 15:02Speaker 2: Let me tell you real quick about the best cup
- 15:04Speaker 2: of coffee you can have every morning if you switch
- 15:07Speaker 2: to Blackout Coffee. Blackout Coffee gets rid of the woke

- 15:14Speaker 2: get an america first cup of coffee without the wok
- 15:17Speaker 2: agenda the left. Now in the coffee space, there are
- 15:20Speaker 2: a lot of liberal, woke companies in coffee, and that's
- 15:24Speaker 2: exactly why Blackout Coffee was created. The founders said, we're
- 15:28Speaker 2: tired of giving our money to companies that fight against us.
- 15:31Speaker 2: And not only that, they were sick and tired of
- 15:33Speaker 2: getting an average.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Cup of coffee.
- 15:35Speaker 2: They said, what if we could do something amazing, What
- 15:37Speaker 2: if we could get rid of the woke coffee and
- 15:39Speaker 2: give a premium cup of coffee to people every day. Well,
- 15:42Speaker 2: that's why I drink Blackout Coffee. It's one hundred percent
- 15:45Speaker 2: of America, zero percent woke. Blackout Coffee is committed to
- 15:49Speaker 2: conservative values, from the sourcing of the beans to the
- 15:52Speaker 2: roasting process, customer support and shipping. They embodied true American
- 15:56Speaker 2: values and they accept no compromise on taste quality. We look, senator,
- 16:01Speaker 2: and I do this show late at night, and yeah,
- 16:03Speaker 2: I get up early in the morning to do a
- 16:05Speaker 2: show at seven am. I got to have a great
- 16:06Speaker 2: cup of coffee, and Blackout Coffee is what.
- 16:09Speaker 1: I brew every morning.

- 16:38Speaker 2: talking about this bait and switch that has taking place,
- 16:42Speaker 2: and we've seen this from the VP candidate, We've seen
- 16:45Speaker 2: this from Harris. They're like, well, the numbers are down
- 16:48Speaker 2: and things are moving in the right direction at the border.
- 16:51Speaker 2: And then we told the story. We know that the
- 16:54Speaker 2: Biden administration made a deal with Mexico and they started
- 16:57Speaker 2: moving people away from the border temporarily. They started, you know,
- 17:01Speaker 2: trying to make the numbers come down in August and
- 17:04Speaker 2: September to say.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Look, it's all good news.
- 17:07Speaker 2: But we also are getting reporting of new migrant caravans
- 17:11Speaker 2: plural that are headed north trying to quote beat the
- 17:16Speaker 2: possible arrival of a Trump administration, and they are growing
- 17:21Speaker 2: in numbers rapidly.
- 17:23Speaker 3: Well, the human traffickers are looking at the same polling
- 17:27Speaker 3: numbers that the Kamala Harris campaign is looking at. They
- 17:30Speaker 3: are recognizing that the swing states are all moving towards Trump.
- 17:33Speaker 3: They're all getting reader that the chances of Trump winning
- 17:36Speaker 3: are rising every single day, and they're starting to panic
- 17:40Speaker 3: because they realize, if Donald Trump is re elected president,
- 17:44Speaker 3: if we have a Republican Senate. If we have a
- 17:46Speaker 3: Republican House, we will secure the border, and we will
- 17:49Speaker 3: do it in January and February of next year. It
- 17:51Speaker 3: will be secure. So they're panicking. So here's a brand
- 17:54Speaker 3: new story from Breitbart that says, quote A new migrant
- 17:58Speaker 3: caravan of approximately one thousand migrants departed from Mexico's southern
- 18:02Speaker 3: border this weekend to make its way to Mexico City.
- 18:06Speaker 3: From there, the group is expected to disperse and find
- 18:09Speaker 3: various ways to reach the US border. The caravan is
- 18:13Speaker 3: the second to start in Mexico since October first, when
- 18:16Speaker 3: the country's new president, Claudia Shinbaum took office. The caravan
- 18:21Speaker 3: began early Sunday morning in Tapachula, Chiappas, and has been
- 18:26Speaker 3: officially named quote God is guiding Us. The caravan comprises
- 18:32Speaker 3: approximately one thousand migrants from Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Haiti, Panama,
- 18:40Speaker 3: and Costa Rica, as well as some migrants from Afghanistan
- 18:44Speaker 3: and Nepal. The group plans to make its way to
- 18:47Speaker 3: Mexico City, with the ultimate goal being the US border.
- 18:51Speaker 3: The migrants who make up the caravan have received legal
- 18:55Speaker 3: status in Mexico and were in the process of waiting
- 18:58Speaker 3: in Chiappas for an appointment meant for the Biden Harris
- 19:01Speaker 3: administration's CBP one application. However, the group's organizers got tired
- 19:08Speaker 3: of the long wait times. By the way, the weight
- 19:10Speaker 3: times are designed to be just long enough to get
- 19:12Speaker 3: after election day. That's me cynically observing exactly what they're doing.
- 19:16Speaker 3: Let me go back to the article. According to Jonathan Rojas,
- 19:20Speaker 3: the group fears the rhetoric former US President Donald J.
- 19:24Speaker 3: Trump voice that he would close the current immigration pathway.
- 19:27Speaker 3: Rojas claimed that he was traveling due to economic reasons
- 19:30Speaker 3: due to the lack of opportunities in his native Columbia.
- 19:33Speaker 3: There is real concern that if he Trump gets elected,
- 19:37Speaker 3: they will close the border. Rojas said, we can't keep
- 19:40Speaker 3: waiting for them to give us an appointment. Conditions here
- 19:43Speaker 3: in Chiopis are not healthy. There are too many of
- 19:45Speaker 3: us and not enough supplies in space. They the Mexican
- 19:48Speaker 3: government need to help us. According to Venezuela's La Verdad,
- 19:54Speaker 3: the migrants in the caravan claimed that there were food
- 19:57Speaker 3: shortages in Chioppis and a lack of medical care. The
- 20:00Speaker 3: publication should also note that the driving factor behind the
- 20:03Speaker 3: migrants desire to reach the United States was economic need. Now,
- 20:07Speaker 3: let me point out economic need is not a basis
- 20:11Speaker 3: for asylum under US law. If but they are coming,
- 20:16Speaker 3: and they are coming because they under.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Way wait wait wait, wait, wait wait, let's say that again,
- 20:20Speaker 2: because this is something that I think many Americans don't
- 20:23Speaker 2: understand about those that seeking asylum, and explain that more
- 20:28Speaker 2: the law. What it says, because this is part of
- 20:30Speaker 2: the abuse by the left is they make you think
- 20:33Speaker 2: that if anyone in the world is in essence not
- 20:35Speaker 2: happy with the conditions of where they are in their life,
- 20:41Speaker 2: or what they're living, where they're living, or who's in
- 20:44Speaker 2: charge of a country, that that therefore means they should
- 20:47Speaker 2: immediately go to the front of the line and come
- 20:50Speaker 2: straight into American We should take care of them.
- 20:52Speaker 1: And you just says that it's.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Really important you don't just allow people to come in
- 20:56Speaker 2: into this country because they don't like their quote economic conditions.
- 21:00Speaker 3: That's exactly right what US law is as we have asylum.
- 21:04Speaker 3: We offer people asylum. But to qualify for asylum, you
- 21:09Speaker 3: have to demonstrate a quote credible fear of political persecution.
- 21:14Speaker 3: If you're in say a communist country, and you can
- 21:17Speaker 3: demonstrate the government if they capture you, they're going to
- 21:20Speaker 3: torture you, they're going to kill you. That's typically the
- 21:24Speaker 3: kind of showing you've got to demonstrate to qualify for asylum.
- 21:28Speaker 3: It's explicitly political persecution. And one of the reason is, look,
- 21:33Speaker 3: there're seven to eight billion people on planet Earth, that
- 21:36Speaker 3: there are billions of people living in poverty. Our nation
- 21:40Speaker 3: has about three hundred and thirty million Americans. We don't
- 21:42Speaker 3: have the capacity, we don't have the ability to provide
- 21:46Speaker 3: for billions of people flooding in who are simply in
- 21:49Speaker 3: poverty and would like to live better, particularly when you
- 21:52Speaker 3: combine it with the Democrats welfare state, because understand, Kamala
- 21:55Speaker 3: Harris doesn't just provide open border. She says, you get
- 21:58Speaker 3: here and we'll give you a welfare, we'll give you
- 22:00Speaker 3: free healthcare, we will give you money. And so frankly, look,
- 22:05Speaker 3: I understand why the people come to this country. If
- 22:08Speaker 3: you're living in poverty and you get to come to
- 22:10Speaker 3: America and these idiots in the government are going to
- 22:12Speaker 3: give you free everything, why wouldn't you come? But that
- 22:16Speaker 3: is not US law. Economic need poverty does not qualify
- 22:21Speaker 3: for asylum, and the Democrats don't care. They're not even
- 22:24Speaker 3: pretending this meets US law. So what they do, here's
- 22:27Speaker 3: the game. You show up. And by the way, just
- 22:31Speaker 3: about every one of these these illegal immigrants is trained
- 22:34Speaker 3: by the traffickers to say, I'm claiming asylum. Now, the
- 22:37Speaker 3: Biden administration knows that when their claim is adjudicated, that
- 22:41Speaker 3: fewer than ten percent will meet the standards for asylum.
- 22:44Speaker 3: That almost none of them have any credible fear. They're
- 22:47Speaker 3: simply poor and they want a better life and they
- 22:49Speaker 3: want handouts. But what Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are
- 22:54Speaker 3: doing is they say, Okay, we'll take you for asylum.
- 22:57Speaker 3: We'll set you a court date three, four, five, ten
- 22:59Speaker 3: years of the future, and in the meantime, we'll let
- 23:02Speaker 3: you go. Welcome to America. And by the way, a
- 23:04Speaker 3: bunch of them are never seen again. That policy is
- 23:07Speaker 3: called catch and release. That when people are apprehended, they
- 23:09Speaker 3: let him go. By the way, how did the murderer
- 23:13Speaker 3: who killed Lake and Riley get to Georgia because of
- 23:15Speaker 3: catch and release? Because Joe Biden Kamala Harris apprehended him
- 23:18Speaker 3: and let him go. How did the murderer who killed
- 23:20Speaker 3: Rachel Morin get to suburban Maryland because a catch and
- 23:23Speaker 3: release Joe Biden Kamala Harris apprehended him and let him go.
- 23:27Speaker 3: How did the two murderers and rapists who raped and
- 23:29Speaker 3: murdered Joscelyn Nunger get to Houston, Texas because Joe Biden
- 23:33Speaker 3: and Kamala Harris did catch and release. They caught him,
- 23:37Speaker 3: they cut both of them, they had them in custody,
- 23:40Speaker 3: and they released them. There is no credible argument with
- 23:44Speaker 3: these criminals that eat the standards of asylum, But Kamala
- 23:48Speaker 3: Harris doesn't care.
- 23:51Speaker 1: You know.
- 23:51Speaker 2: I think there's even something else that's just a personal
- 23:55Speaker 2: example that we've talked about in the past on the show.
- 23:59Speaker 2: It is the beginning of your last book. Your dad
- 24:02Speaker 2: was a poster child for someone that would deserve and
- 24:08Speaker 2: need asylum in the US because of political persecution, the
- 24:12Speaker 2: genuine fear of death when he fled Cuba. Let's just
- 24:17Speaker 2: take a moment and let people understand how far that
- 24:20Speaker 2: pendulum has swung since your dad was a political refugee
- 24:24Speaker 2: basically in the US. I think I'm describing that correctly.
- 24:29Speaker 3: My father was a political refugee. Actually came initially on
- 24:32Speaker 3: a student visa, so he was admitted to the University
- 24:35Speaker 3: of Texas. He came in nineteen fifty seven and so
- 24:37Speaker 3: he studied at UT. He got a degree in UT
- 24:41Speaker 3: graduated in sixty one with a degree in math. And
- 24:44Speaker 3: at that point Castro had taken over and had begun
- 24:48Speaker 3: persecuting dissonance. My aunt might Theo Sonia. I was with
- 24:51Speaker 3: both my father and my Theosnia this evening. My Theo
- 24:54Speaker 3: Sonia fought in the counter revolution against Castro. Might Theo
- 24:58Speaker 3: Sonia was in prison and she was tortured by Castro,
- 25:02Speaker 3: and so my family, my father was granted asylum status
- 25:05Speaker 3: because why if he came back to Cuba, they'd murder him.
- 25:09Speaker 3: My Dia Sonia got out of Cuba and she was
- 25:11Speaker 3: granted asylum status because again the government, they had a
- 25:15Speaker 3: credible fear. They met the legal standard we see from
- 25:19Speaker 3: communist countries that persecute dictators. That's what the asylum laws
- 25:23Speaker 3: were made for, is if you can demonstrate if I
- 25:26Speaker 3: go back to my country, the government will imprison me,
- 25:29Speaker 3: torture me, kill me. That's why we have asylum laws.
- 25:33Speaker 3: The claim was not just I'm in poverty and I
- 25:36Speaker 3: would like to live in America. And the reason our
- 25:39Speaker 3: laws don't grant a special status to that is they're
- 25:43Speaker 3: literally billions of people that fall into that category and
- 25:46Speaker 3: we do not have the capacity. And I want to
- 25:48Speaker 3: make a point here, Ben, because you know, sometimes people
- 25:52Speaker 3: on the left say, oh gosh, we're just so compassionate
- 25:54Speaker 3: when it comes to immigration. Understand, there is no country
- 25:58Speaker 3: on planet Earth that is more compassionate, that is more
- 26:02Speaker 3: generous when it comes to immigration than the United States
- 26:04Speaker 3: of America. Every year we let in more than one
- 26:08Speaker 3: million legal immigrants. There's no other country that's doing that.
- 26:12Speaker 3: You can't do that in France, you can't do that.
- 26:13Speaker 3: In Britain, you can't do that in Australia. You can't
- 26:15Speaker 3: do that in Japan. Name your country. None of them
- 26:18Speaker 3: do what America does. So we are we welcome immigrants,
- 26:23Speaker 3: but there's a right way to come. You come legally,
- 26:25Speaker 3: you follow the rules, you wait in line. That's the
- 26:28Speaker 3: way the system is meant to go. And it goes
- 26:31Speaker 3: back to our first story, Bill Clinton, if they'd been
- 26:33Speaker 3: properly vetted, you know what, if you're trying to come
- 26:36Speaker 3: in legally, if you're a member of Venezuelan gang, if
- 26:39Speaker 3: you're a murderer, if you're a rapist, if you're a
- 26:41Speaker 3: child molester, you're not going to get in legally when
- 26:44Speaker 3: you're vetted, which is why these open borders are causing
- 26:48Speaker 3: such devastations and they are making American families much much
- 26:52Speaker 3: less safe.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Final question on this, and it's an important one.
- 26:56Speaker 2: I think the American people are really understanding the game here,
- 27:01Speaker 2: and they're understanding that these migrant caravans are coming and
- 27:05Speaker 2: they're running here in case Trump gets elected. They even
- 27:08Speaker 2: understand this election is either about a wide open border
- 27:11Speaker 2: that continues in mass amnesty or law and order in
- 27:16Speaker 2: a secure border with Donald Trump. If the illegal immigrants
- 27:21Speaker 2: that are rushing to get in here before Donald Trump
- 27:25Speaker 2: would take office, that's that's clearly they're right that they're
- 27:28Speaker 2: saying this, right, they're the ones they're telling us this.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Then then then shouldn't every American take a look at
- 27:35Speaker 2: that and realize just the difference, uh of of the
- 27:40Speaker 2: perspective from an illegal immigrant senator If this is what
- 27:45Speaker 2: they're doing right now ahead of time to understand, like
- 27:49Speaker 2: there's two policies here, they're two very different and and
- 27:53Speaker 2: no matter what Harris says, no matter what Walla says,
- 27:56Speaker 2: the illegal immigrants know that they are good for business.
- 28:00Speaker 2: That's good for human trafficking, sex trafficking, drug trafficking. The
- 28:04Speaker 2: list goes on and on, and Donald Trump is gonna
- 28:07Speaker 2: shut it down.
- 28:08Speaker 1: The party's over.
- 28:10Speaker 2: I think that's an incredibly important point that needs to
- 28:13Speaker 2: be made.
- 28:13Speaker 1: These illegal immigrants get it.
- 28:16Speaker 3: They do. And you know another number that everyone should
- 28:19Speaker 3: know is two thousand, six hundred percent. Do you know
- 28:24Speaker 3: what twenty six hundred percent is.
- 28:27Speaker 2: I'm gonna guess the amount of illegal immigration that's gone
- 28:29Speaker 2: up since they got into office.
- 28:32Speaker 3: No, now, it's actually a different stat than that. So
- 28:35Speaker 3: in twenty eighteen, the Mexican drug cartels were earning roughly
- 28:40Speaker 3: five hundred million dollars in revenue from human trafficking. Now, look,
- 28:44Speaker 3: five hundred million dollars a lot of money. Do you
- 28:47Speaker 3: know how much they made last year? I hell of
- 28:49Speaker 3: a lot more than that, thirteen billion dollars. And those
- 28:55Speaker 3: stats are from the New York Times. That is a
- 28:58Speaker 3: two thousand, six hundred percent increase. Joe Biden and Kamala
- 29:02Speaker 3: Harris have been incredibly good. In fact, I've joked, you know,
- 29:06Speaker 3: the standard test for any presidential election is are you
- 29:10Speaker 3: better off now than you were four years ago? And
- 29:13Speaker 3: I've joked unless you're a Mexican drug lord. And by
- 29:17Speaker 3: the way, if you are a Mexican drug lord, you
- 29:19Speaker 3: should definitely vote for Kamala Harris because she's made you
- 29:23Speaker 3: billions and billions of dollars. You would be an idiot
- 29:25Speaker 3: if you're a Mexican drug lord not to vote for
- 29:27Speaker 3: Kamala Harris. But if you're not, for just about everyone else,
- 29:31Speaker 3: life has gotten a lot worse. That number is staggery,
- 29:34Speaker 3: and one of the consequences of it is Joe Biden
- 29:37Speaker 3: and Kamala Harris have devastated the nation of Mexico. Mexico
- 29:41Speaker 3: is a wonderful nation. In Texas, it is our immediate
- 29:45Speaker 3: southern neighbor. Texas and Mexican culture. There's enormous overlap. I'll
- 29:49Speaker 3: tell you twenty thirty years ago, you go to South Texas,
- 29:53Speaker 3: people would cross the border back and forth. If you
- 29:55Speaker 3: were in Laredo, you'd go down in Nueva Laredo, you'd
- 29:57Speaker 3: have dinner at a Mexican restaurant. You come back and forth.
- 30:00Speaker 3: I mean, there was this cross border culture that was wonderful.
- 30:05Speaker 3: Nobody does that anymore like because the violence the cartels.
- 30:11Speaker 3: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have made the drug cartels
- 30:14Speaker 3: the most powerful economic force in Mexico and they are vicious,
- 30:19Speaker 3: utterly amorl criminals. There are I met with the mayor
- 30:25Speaker 3: of a border town in Mexico who told me in
- 30:28Speaker 3: his town alone, there had been more than three thousand disappearances,
- 30:34Speaker 3: just people who disappear who the cartels kidnap, they murder,
- 30:38Speaker 3: and they're found just in pits of dead bodies. That's
- 30:41Speaker 3: what Biden and Harris have done to Mexico is they
- 30:45Speaker 3: have undermined public safety to a level. They have turned
- 30:48Speaker 3: these cartels into superpowers. And it is tragic what's happening
- 30:53Speaker 3: to Mexico. But it's also tragic what's happening to America.
- 30:57Speaker 1: Yeah, it really is.
- 30:58Speaker 2: If you're like me and and protecting your family is
- 31:01Speaker 2: a top priority, you may have your permit to carry,
- 31:04Speaker 2: maybe you live in a state where you don't have
- 31:06Speaker 2: to have a permit to carry, and you have constitutional
- 31:09Speaker 2: carry and you carry a firearm. Well you also need
- 31:12Speaker 2: to know that there are activist das out there, and
- 31:15Speaker 2: each and every day in this country, unfortunately, they go
- 31:18Speaker 2: after law abiding citizens that protected themselves and their families
- 31:23Speaker 2: from people that are causing harm, that are trying to
- 31:26Speaker 2: hurt them, trying to kill them or their family. And
- 31:29Speaker 2: that is where the USCCA comes in. You may not
- 31:34Speaker 2: realize what can happen in our twisted legal system, and
- 31:38Speaker 2: they can put you behind bars while the criminal walks free.
- 31:42Speaker 2: That is why you need a lawyer on speed dial
- 31:46Speaker 2: that is protecting your Second Amendment rights. And that is
- 31:50Speaker 2: exactly what the members of the USCCA have because not
- 31:54Speaker 2: only will you get access to their Protector Academy to
- 31:57Speaker 2: learn vital skills like precision shooting and how to fortify
- 32:00Speaker 2: your home against criminals, but you also get access to
- 32:03Speaker 2: the twenty four to seven Critical Response Team and the
- 32:08Speaker 2: included benefit of self defense Liability insurance to make sure
- 32:12Speaker 2: you and your family are prepared for anything. And for
- 32:16Speaker 2: a limited time, you can text the word America to
- 32:20Speaker 2: eight seven two two two to get the uscca's free
- 32:26Speaker 2: Life Saving consialed Cary and Family Defense Guide and a

- 32:34Speaker 2: defense gear you need before it's too late. So if
- 32:37Speaker 2: you want to know that you are protected if you
- 32:40Speaker 2: ever have to use your firearm. And let me tell you,
- 32:42Speaker 2: I had to use my firearm to save my life,
- 32:44Speaker 2: and I wish I would have had USCCA there to
- 32:48Speaker 2: protect and defend my Second Amendment.
- 32:50Speaker 4: Right.
- 32:51Speaker 2: Well, now you don't have to learn like I did,
- 32:54Speaker 2: how expensive it can be and how to protect yourself.
- 32:57Speaker 2: Do it in advance. So text the world right Now,
- 33:01Speaker 2: America to eight seven two to two to get the
- 33:06Speaker 2: uscca's free Life Saving Consiled Carry and Family Defense Guide
- 33:10Speaker 2: and a chance to win seventeen hundred dollars to buy
- 33:12Speaker 2: any self defense gear you need before it's too late.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Texas Word America to eight seven two to two, Right now, Senor,
- 33:20Speaker 2: final question. And it plays on what we just talked
- 33:22Speaker 2: about with the caravans and the illegal immigrants coming into
- 33:26Speaker 2: this country. There are a lot of people twenty plus
- 33:30Speaker 2: days out from election day that are really concerned about
- 33:33Speaker 2: illegal voting and elections that can be influenced by people
- 33:39Speaker 2: that shouldn't be canceling out your vote. The reason why
- 33:43Speaker 2: I bring that up is the Department of Justice has
- 33:45Speaker 2: now sued Virginia Listen carefully, America for purging voter registration roles.
- 33:56Speaker 2: This story deals with removing illegal immigrants from the voter roles, and.
- 34:00Speaker 1: The Jay said, no, no, no, we don't want you to
- 34:03Speaker 1: do that. Are you kidding me?
- 34:05Speaker 3: Well, it is unfortunately where Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's
- 34:09Speaker 3: Department of Justice is. We are three weeks out from
- 34:12Speaker 3: election day, and what doj is terrified about is that
- 34:17Speaker 3: states like Virginia, like Texas are implementing election security measures,
- 34:23Speaker 3: including removing illegal immigrants from the state's voter roles, and
- 34:29Speaker 3: the Department of Justice has gone to court, has sued
- 34:32Speaker 3: Virginia saying you cannot remove illegal immigrants from your voter rolls.
- 34:37Speaker 3: And it is Look, We've talked at great length, this
- 34:40Speaker 3: Department of Justice under Biden Harris is the most part
- 34:43Speaker 3: of san It's the most political department of justice in
- 34:46Speaker 3: our nation's history, and their focus. In a sane world,
- 34:53Speaker 3: the Department of Justice would be trying to stop illegal
- 34:57Speaker 3: immigrants from voting. It is against the law for illegal
- 35:00Speaker 3: immigrants to vote. But this Department of Justice is worried,
- 35:03Speaker 3: particularly because Virginia is potentially a swing state. It's not
- 35:07Speaker 3: one of the seven most critical swing states. But I'll
- 35:10Speaker 3: tell you Glenn Younkin won there, and Trump's numbers have
- 35:13Speaker 3: been surprisingly strong in Virginia, and it really shows the
- 35:18Speaker 3: political priorities of this Department of Justice that when they
- 35:21Speaker 3: go into court, they're not fighting for you, they're fighting
- 35:25Speaker 3: to allow illegal immigrants to vote.
- 35:27Speaker 2: Yeah, make sure you share this and all the stories
- 35:30Speaker 2: that we did today on social media. Put the podcast
- 35:32Speaker 2: out there by hitting that share button and share it
