- 0:01Speaker 1: Hunter Biden goes to Washington.
- 0:03Speaker 2: He has time for a press conference, but no time
- 0:06Speaker 2: to go into a closed door deposition. Contempt proceedings have
- 0:13Speaker 2: begun officially for hunter Biden. A jail threat after defying
- 0:17Speaker 2: this subpoena is significant in theory.
- 0:21Speaker 1: There's just one problem.
- 0:23Speaker 2: You have the Department of Justice that would have to
- 0:25Speaker 2: pursue those charges, and there's absolutely no indication that they
- 0:28Speaker 2: would pursue those charges. Now this on top of a
- 0:33Speaker 2: vote on biden impeachment inquiry. So let's start with him
- 0:37Speaker 2: not showing up, and I want you to hear with
- 0:39Speaker 2: the House Judiciary Committee chairman had to say after hunter
- 0:43Speaker 2: Biden skipped the deposition, and there was some shock, but
- 0:49Speaker 2: honestly it's what I predicted. He knows the DOJ I
- 0:52Speaker 2: think will back him up. Take a listen, we'll.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Just why they didn't show up. I mean, he was
- 0:57Speaker 3: just across away at the Capital. You think you could
- 1:00Speaker 3: here in separate question. If you do it in an.
- 1:02Speaker 4: Open format, now you're going to get You're going to
- 1:04Speaker 4: get fillibusters, You're going to get speeches, You're going to
- 1:06Speaker 4: get all kinds of things. What we want is the
- 1:09Speaker 4: facts and the way you get the facts, and every
- 1:11Speaker 4: single depth, every single investigation I've been involved in is
- 1:14Speaker 4: you bring people in for an interview behind closed doors
- 1:18Speaker 4: where you can get those facts. And then, as the
- 1:19Speaker 4: Chairman said, we'd left for him to come public. Finally,
- 1:22Speaker 4: I would say this mister Biden's counsel and the White
- 1:25Speaker 4: House and both argue that the reason he couldn't come
- 1:27Speaker 4: for a deposition was because there wasn't a formal.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Vote for an impeachment inquiry. Well, that's going to happen
- 1:33Speaker 3: in a few hours. We think it's going to pass.
- 1:36Speaker 4: We think the House of Representatives will go on record
- 1:38Speaker 4: with the power that solely resides in the House to
- 1:41Speaker 4: say we are in an official impeachment inquiry phase of
- 1:43Speaker 4: our oversight, and when that happens, we'll see what their
- 1:46Speaker 4: excuse is. Then they should have been here today. But
- 1:49Speaker 4: once we take that vote, we expect him to come
- 1:51Speaker 4: in for his interview for his deposition, and frankly, we'll also,
- 1:56Speaker 4: I think, look at contemp proceedings as we.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Move forward, say the contempt proceedings are in fact moving forward.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Now let me let you hear what James Comer also
- 2:06Speaker 2: had to say about Hunter Biden missing his deposition, this
- 2:09Speaker 2: closed door deposition, but having plenty of time to do
- 2:12Speaker 2: a press conference.
- 2:13Speaker 5: The president son that we expect him to come in
- 2:16Speaker 5: and be deposed.
- 2:19Speaker 3: This is a normal process and an investigation.
- 2:21Speaker 6: This has been a serious, credible, transparent investigation from day one.
- 2:26Speaker 6: We've published four vein memorandums, We've had countless press conferences.
- 2:30Speaker 6: This is an investigation about public corruption at the highest level.
- 2:34Speaker 5: We have accumulated mountains of evidence that's concerning to an
- 2:38Speaker 5: overwhelming majority of Americans. We have specific questions in there,
- 2:42Speaker 5: and I think we're going to allow you in there
- 2:44Speaker 5: to see the piles and piles of documents and bank statements,
- 2:48Speaker 5: of emails and text messages that we've worked very hard
- 2:52Speaker 5: on in this committee.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Over the last eight or dozen.
- 2:54Speaker 7: One.
- 2:55Speaker 5: We expect to depose the president's son, and then we
- 2:58Speaker 5: will be more than happy I have a public.
- 3:01Speaker 2: With him and then have that public hearing with him. Now,
- 3:06Speaker 2: there was a lot that was said by Hunter Biden.
- 3:09Speaker 2: He had a press conference on Capitol Hill, not showing
- 3:13Speaker 2: up for the meeting, but having a press conference. Here
- 3:17Speaker 2: is Hunter Biden, in his own words, outside of basically
- 3:21Speaker 2: the United States Capitol Building.
- 3:23Speaker 8: Uring I'm here today to answer out a public hearing
- 3:28Speaker 8: any legitimate questions Chairman Comer and the House Oversight Committee
- 3:31Speaker 8: may have for me. For six years, I've been the
- 3:37Speaker 8: target of the unrelenting Trump attack machine, shouting where's Hunter. Well,
- 3:44Speaker 8: here's my answer. I am here. Let me state as
- 3:50Speaker 8: clearly as I can. My father was not financially involved
- 3:55Speaker 8: in my business, not as a practicing lawyer, not as
- 3:59Speaker 8: a board.
- 3:59Speaker 9: Member Barisma, not in my.
- 4:01Speaker 8: Partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in my investments
- 4:06Speaker 8: at home nor abroad, and certainly not as an artist.
- 4:12Speaker 8: During my battle with addiction, my parents were there for me.
- 4:20Speaker 8: They literally saved my life. They helped me in ways
- 4:24Speaker 8: that I will never be able to repay, and of
- 4:27Speaker 8: course they would never expect me to.
- 4:30Speaker 2: All right, let's just stop there and recap that first
- 4:33Speaker 2: minute a BS number one. He says, I'm here today
- 4:35Speaker 2: for a public hearing. Well, there's no public hearing that
- 4:39Speaker 2: was scheduled, So that's stupid. That's like saying you're going
- 4:41Speaker 2: to show up to the airport for a flight and
- 4:43Speaker 2: you don't have a ticket.
- 4:44Speaker 1: That's dumb.
- 4:45Speaker 2: It's like showing up to a school that you don't
- 4:47Speaker 2: attend for the first day of class that you haven't
- 4:49Speaker 2: applied to and saying I'm here for school. That would
- 4:52Speaker 2: be stupid. That is how dumb Hunter Biden was to
- 4:56Speaker 2: do this. Now, obviously it was a publicity stunt right
- 5:00Speaker 2: here today for a public a public hearing. Well, that's
- 5:03Speaker 2: not what today was. That's not what today was scheduled.
- 5:05Speaker 2: There was no room for this public hearing on the books.
- 5:08Speaker 2: In fact, there is no plan for a public hearing.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Now. This is for a deposition.
- 5:13Speaker 2: This would be like showing up to court after you
- 5:16Speaker 2: you've been charged with the crime saying I'm here today for
- 5:18Speaker 2: the sentencing and the trial hasn't even started yet. That
- 5:21Speaker 2: would be stupid, or walking in saying I'm ready for
- 5:23Speaker 2: the judge to declare me innocent today when the judge
- 5:26Speaker 2: hasn't even heard the facts of the case. Right that
- 5:28Speaker 2: you don't get to dictate this way yet, Hunter Biden
- 5:32Speaker 2: believes he can dictate this way on Capitol Hill because
- 5:36Speaker 2: the DOJ is going to protect him, because if he
- 5:38Speaker 2: is held in contempt of Congress, then they would be
- 5:42Speaker 2: the ones that would have to prosecute. They're not going
- 5:44Speaker 2: to second point here. It's exactly what their game plan
- 5:48Speaker 2: has been all along.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I am an addict. I was deep into drugs.
- 5:52Speaker 2: My parents love me, They saved me countless times. And
- 5:57Speaker 2: this is just a story of a diction and bad
- 6:01Speaker 2: choices while I was an addict, and you should feel
- 6:03Speaker 2: sorry for me.
- 6:04Speaker 1: This has been the Biden's plan all along.
- 6:06Speaker 2: In fact, they exploited his addiction and continued to bring
- 6:10Speaker 2: in the millions of dollars, knowing that the money was
- 6:12Speaker 2: going to feed his addiction. They knew he was an addict,
- 6:16Speaker 2: and they didn't care because he was going to always
- 6:19Speaker 2: be the fall guy. His uncle, right, Jimmy, was never
- 6:23Speaker 2: going to be the fall guy. Joe Biden's wife was
- 6:27Speaker 2: never going to be the fall guy. In fact, none
- 6:29Speaker 2: of the other people in the Biden family were going
- 6:31Speaker 2: to be the fall guy. Hunter Biden had the excuse
- 6:35Speaker 2: he was the addict. So exploit this addicted individual. And
- 6:41Speaker 2: if you think about how sick that is from a
- 6:43Speaker 2: parent's perspective, You're you're sending this kid out into the
- 6:47Speaker 2: world to get to do business with the worst people
- 6:49Speaker 2: in the world to make you money. Is the big
- 6:51Speaker 2: guy and be your bag man, and you're exploiting his
- 6:54Speaker 2: addiction and the cash he needs for this addiction, and
- 6:57Speaker 2: for the sex addiction and the and for the Constitution,
- 7:01Speaker 2: and for the abuse of women and the sex trafficking
- 7:03Speaker 2: of women. They actually looked at his addiction as an opportunity.
- 7:08Speaker 2: On that standpoint, I actually do feel bad for Hunter
- 7:11Speaker 2: Biden because they weren't trying to help him. They were
- 7:16Speaker 2: basically shooting this guy up. And then they'd sober him
- 7:19Speaker 2: out to go get the money, and then come back
- 7:21Speaker 2: and let him get high as a kite and go
- 7:24Speaker 2: back into the depths of hell. And then they would
- 7:27Speaker 2: sober him back up to get on the plane to
- 7:29Speaker 2: go do the next big deal.
- 7:30Speaker 1: And then he would come back and he would.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Get and they let him get high as a kite
- 7:33Speaker 2: and do whatever the hell he wanted to do with
- 7:35Speaker 2: addiction and women. They didn't care. And then they needed
- 7:38Speaker 2: some more money, and what would they do. They'd sober
- 7:40Speaker 2: him up, throw him on a plane, put a suit
- 7:43Speaker 2: on him, and get him to, you know, sober out
- 7:46Speaker 2: a little bit, do another deal.
- 7:47Speaker 1: And then what would they do.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Here's your money, addict, go get high again, go get
- 7:51Speaker 2: you some prostitutes. Job well done, boy. That's how they
- 7:56Speaker 2: treated Hunter Biden's addiction. They didn't cut him off the
- 8:00Speaker 2: flow of money. They didn't try to stop his addiction.
- 8:04Speaker 2: They didn't tell him he couldn't be in the family
- 8:06Speaker 2: business any longer. They didn't stop giving him the access
- 8:09Speaker 2: to the funds and the money and the millions of dollars. No,
- 8:12Speaker 2: they said, keep the money coming, Hey, hunter, you need
- 8:16Speaker 2: some more drugs, all right, Well, then sober up.
- 8:18Speaker 1: We got to get on a plane to China.
- 8:19Speaker 2: We gotta go meet with some Chinese people, get this
- 8:22Speaker 2: deal done, and then you'll have another million dollars you
- 8:24Speaker 2: can blow on hookers and blow.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Literally. That's how they treated their own son.
- 8:29Speaker 2: So if you think you think Joe Biden gives a
- 8:31Speaker 2: crap about you, or about the interest rates, or about
- 8:36Speaker 2: the economy, or about the crimes against children at the
- 8:39Speaker 2: southern border, the sex trafficking at the southern border, the
- 8:42Speaker 2: fetanyl that's killing our kids and grandkids in this country,
- 8:45Speaker 2: let me be clear, they don't care. Because they don't
- 8:49Speaker 2: even care about their own son. When they abused him
- 8:52Speaker 2: as an addict, they took advantage of him as an addict.
- 8:55Speaker 1: In fact, I would argue they.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Kept supplying him with the dollars needed for the addiction.
- 9:01Speaker 2: So they had the alibi so they could go get
- 9:04Speaker 2: more money. For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's
- 9:08Speaker 2: only Christian conservative wireless provider. And when I say the
- 9:11Speaker 2: only one, I mean it. They're the only one. They
- 9:14Speaker 2: make a huge difference every time that you pay your
- 9:16Speaker 2: bill because they actually get back to conservative causes and
- 9:20Speaker 2: organizations to help you stand up for what you believe in.
- 9:24Speaker 2: While you're paying a bill you're going to have anyways.
- 9:27Speaker 2: This is the part that I love about Patriot Mobile.
- 9:30Speaker 2: They're making a difference every time you pay your bill,
- 9:33Speaker 2: every time you make a phone call, every time that
- 9:37Speaker 2: you send a text message. Patriot Mobile actually gives money
- 9:41Speaker 2: back to protect First and Second Amendment rights, to protect
- 9:45Speaker 2: the lives of unborn children. And that's what they're doing
- 9:48Speaker 2: right now, is they celebrate their tenth anniversary. If you
- 9:52Speaker 2: switch right now to Patriot Mobile, they are going to
- 9:55Speaker 2: give a donation to help protect life and to help
- 9:59Speaker 2: mothers choose life to an organization that does everything they
- 10:03Speaker 2: can to protect the lives of unborn children. Then every
- 10:07Speaker 2: month when you pay your bill, they're going to continue
- 10:09Speaker 2: to support the causes that I just mentioned. And this
- 10:12Speaker 2: is exactly why you need to make the switch. If
- 10:16Speaker 2: you're tired of woke companies, switch your cell phone to
- 10:20Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile. Whether you are a business, a small business,
- 10:24Speaker 2: or just a family, you can switch, and they make
- 10:27Speaker 2: switching easy. They have a one hundred percent US based
- 10:30Speaker 2: call center making switching extremely easy. You're going to get
- 10:33Speaker 2: nationwide coverage, unlimited talking texts, and usually save real money
- 10:37Speaker 2: on your bill. Nine seven to two Patriot. It's nine
- 10:41Speaker 2: seven to two Patriot nine seven to two Patriot. Or
- 10:45Speaker 2: go online to Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben that's
- 10:49Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben or nine seven to
- 10:52Speaker 2: two Patriot. Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family. I
- 10:57Speaker 2: have to say it again, have the plan all along.
- 11:00Speaker 2: This is going to be our alibi. Just tell them
- 11:02Speaker 2: that your parents loved you, and tell them you were
- 11:04Speaker 2: in the depths of an addiction problem and that you've
- 11:07Speaker 2: overcome that, and that's these bad decisions you made the past.
- 11:11Speaker 2: You don't even remember him because you were such a
- 11:12Speaker 2: drug addict. That's their alibi. And sure enough in the
- 11:15Speaker 2: press conference, that's exactly what he said. Now we're just
- 11:19Speaker 2: admitted into this press conference and he's already put this
- 11:22Speaker 2: story out there exactly like I expected him to, but
- 11:25Speaker 2: keep listening.
- 11:25Speaker 8: To what he says, and in the depths of my addiction,
- 11:30Speaker 8: I was extremely irresponsible with my finances. But to suggest
- 11:36Speaker 8: that is grounds for an ampeacement inquiry is beyond the absurd.
- 11:40Speaker 9: It's shameless.
- 11:43Speaker 1: There's no evidence to.
- 11:44Speaker 8: Support the allegations that my father was financially involved in
- 11:47Speaker 8: my business because it did not happen.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Well, that's not true.
- 11:53Speaker 2: We know now countless times that your father met with
- 11:55Speaker 2: your business associates without you there, one on one, Countless
- 11:59Speaker 2: trips that were taken by you and your father to
- 12:02Speaker 2: meet with people that you were doing business with. Countless
- 12:05Speaker 2: times they were doing meetings at the White House where
- 12:08Speaker 2: you were not there, and at the Vice Presidence residency.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Times that you had dinner at Cafe Milano with your
- 12:16Speaker 2: business associates, and direct payments going to your father, some
- 12:20Speaker 2: of them reoccurring payments, quarter of a million dollars and
- 12:23Speaker 2: direct payments on the day that massive amounts of money
- 12:27Speaker 2: came in WhatsApp text messages to the Chinese communists saying
- 12:31Speaker 2: you better send me the money. My dad's sitting next
- 12:34Speaker 2: to me. And what happened. Five million dollars shows up
- 12:37Speaker 2: within a week of you sending that text message. So
- 12:40Speaker 2: the idea that there is no evidence and that you
- 12:44Speaker 2: shouldn't have to answer these questions.
- 12:46Speaker 1: I'll say it simply.
- 12:47Speaker 2: You are a liar, and everybody knows that you're lying,
- 12:53Speaker 2: because we have the facts and the suspicious activity reports,
- 12:57Speaker 2: and now the check stubs that went to your father,
- 13:01Speaker 2: and the emails and the phone calls, and the wisdom
- 13:04Speaker 2: blowers and others who worked with you have testified that yes,
- 13:08Speaker 2: your father was involved. In fact, the product of your
- 13:11Speaker 2: business was selling access to US government through your father,
- 13:15Speaker 2: who was the Vice President of the United States of America.
- 13:20Speaker 8: James Comer, Jim Jordan, Jason Smith, and their colleagues have
- 13:27Speaker 8: distorted the facts by cherry picking lines from a bank statement,
- 13:33Speaker 8: manipulating texts I sent, editing the testimony of my friends
- 13:37Speaker 8: and former business partners, and misstating personal information that was
- 13:42Speaker 8: stolen from me. There is no fairness or decency and
- 13:47Speaker 8: what these Republicans are doing. They have lied over and
- 13:55Speaker 8: over about every aspect of my personal and professional life,
- 14:00Speaker 8: so much so that their lives have become the false
- 14:03Speaker 8: facts believed by too many people, no matter how many
- 14:10Speaker 8: times it is debunked. They continue to insist that my
- 14:13Speaker 8: father's support of Ukraine against Russia as the result of
- 14:17Speaker 8: a non existent bribe. They displayed naked photos of me
- 14:22Speaker 8: during an oversight. Hearing all right, this part makes me laugh.
- 14:26Speaker 8: He's now going to act like he's a victim.
- 14:29Speaker 2: This is the guy who exploited women in sex, trafficked women,
- 14:32Speaker 2: and now he's going to say they showed pictures.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Of me nicked.
- 14:36Speaker 2: You're the one that left a laptop, lied about the laptop,
- 14:39Speaker 2: said the laptop wasn't yours, and lied about it and
- 14:42Speaker 2: had the entire media lie for you and the deep
- 14:44Speaker 2: state life where you saying that the laptop was not
- 14:47Speaker 2: real and it was Russian disinformation. And now we found
- 14:50Speaker 2: out that it would have there's a very good chance
- 14:53Speaker 2: it would have changed the entire election. But all of
- 14:57Speaker 2: these members of the Deep State did everything they could
- 14:59Speaker 2: to pro protect you. And when they went to protect you,
- 15:05Speaker 2: when they decided to protect you, Now you want to
- 15:09Speaker 2: claim that you're a victim. So you're an addict, right,
- 15:12Speaker 2: that's your excuse Number one. Number two, you're like, oh, well,
- 15:15Speaker 2: they showed you things you shouldn't have seen before. Let's
- 15:18Speaker 2: talk about all the pictures and videos you took of
- 15:20Speaker 2: the women you were sex trafficking.
- 15:23Speaker 1: What about them?
- 15:24Speaker 10: Oh?
- 15:24Speaker 2: I was an addict, so therefore it's okay, I can
- 15:26Speaker 2: excuse it away. Oh okay, got it. So people showing
- 15:30Speaker 2: that these pictures are actually you to prove a point
- 15:33Speaker 2: that you were lying and your father was lying and
- 15:36Speaker 2: the media was lying about the how authentic the laptop was.
- 15:42Speaker 2: You're now wanting to claim that you are some sort
- 15:44Speaker 2: of victim in that process. Really, Oh, it gets even better.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Listen to this again. The story is just so much,
- 15:54Speaker 2: it's so sad. You don't understand. I'm the victim here, right,
- 15:58Speaker 2: And he says, the Republicans are shameless.
- 16:02Speaker 8: And they have taken the light of my dad's love,
- 16:07Speaker 8: the light of my dad's love for me, and presented
- 16:10Speaker 8: it as darkness.
- 16:13Speaker 1: They have no shame. All right, Well, let's be clear.
- 16:19Speaker 2: No one's taking your dad's love and shining a light
- 16:22Speaker 2: that is darkness. The only person that's done that is
- 16:26Speaker 2: your own father, who used your addiction to his advantage
- 16:30Speaker 2: to enrich himself in your entire family.
- 16:33Speaker 1: That's the truth.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Your entire family used your addiction as so that you
- 16:39Speaker 2: would have be the bag man number one they put
- 16:42Speaker 2: you in this situation where I'm sure they said, hey,
- 16:44Speaker 2: don't worry, we're gonna be able to protect you because
- 16:47Speaker 2: no one will ever find out about it, and even
- 16:48Speaker 2: if they do, we've got the deep State to cover
- 16:50Speaker 2: for us. And you're the one that's so stupid you
- 16:52Speaker 2: left your laptop so so to be clear, that's number one.
- 16:56Speaker 2: But number two on this, and the most important part
- 16:59Speaker 2: of this is the fact that you want me to
- 17:03Speaker 2: believe that you are somehow a victim of your family
- 17:08Speaker 2: or of everyone else but your family. Your family is
- 17:13Speaker 2: who did this to you. Yes you're a grown man.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Yes you had to say so in it. Yes you
- 17:18Speaker 2: were a part of this crime family, no doubt. But
- 17:21Speaker 2: this crime family, they weren't high and drunk from what
- 17:23Speaker 2: we understand, they weren't one bad hit away from an overdose.
- 17:30Speaker 2: They were allowing and supporting your addiction because it brought
- 17:34Speaker 2: in their cash, because.
- 17:35Speaker 1: It was the alibi they needed.
- 17:36Speaker 2: They wanted you to take risks that they would never
- 17:39Speaker 2: take on their own, and you were the guy that
- 17:43Speaker 2: could take those risks, and then they would cover for you.
- 17:47Speaker 2: And they needed you to take those risks, and they
- 17:50Speaker 2: had your alibi.
- 17:52Speaker 1: No one is turning your dad's love into darkness.
- 17:56Speaker 2: I'm not, by the way, you might want to go
- 17:58Speaker 2: talk to somebody, because I'm not so sure your dad
- 18:00Speaker 2: loves you as much as you think. No father that
- 18:03Speaker 2: truly loves her son would use and abuse their son's
- 18:05Speaker 2: addiction this way and play Russian Roulette with drugs so
- 18:09Speaker 2: they could make money.
- 18:13Speaker 8: Yet here I am, mister Chairman, taking up your offer
- 18:18Speaker 8: when you said we can bring these people in for
- 18:21Speaker 8: depositions or committee hearings, whichever they choose.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Well I've chosen.
- 18:28Speaker 8: I am here to testify at a public hearing today
- 18:32Speaker 8: to answer any of the committee's legitimate questions. Republicans do
- 18:38Speaker 8: not want an open process where Americans can see their tactics,
- 18:45Speaker 8: expose their baseless inquiry, or hear what I have to say.
- 18:53Speaker 1: What are they afraid of?
- 18:56Speaker 9: I'm here, I'm ready.
- 19:07Speaker 1: That was it.
- 19:08Speaker 2: There's the end of the press conference. I'm here, I'm ready.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Well there's there was no public hearing for today, so
- 19:15Speaker 2: that was stupid and you're an idiots. But again, you
- 19:19Speaker 2: and I both know what this really is. This was
- 19:21Speaker 2: a publicity stunt. We all know that he's an idiot.
- 19:25Speaker 2: There is nothing that day planned. There was nothing on
- 19:29Speaker 2: the for that day to happen. There was no public
- 19:32Speaker 2: hearing schedule, there was no I mean to dictator to
- 19:36Speaker 2: think that you can do this also just tells you
- 19:39Speaker 2: how de range the Biden crime family is. Now, why
- 19:44Speaker 2: did he have this press conference because they're betting that
- 19:47Speaker 2: there's enough Americans that will be stupid enough to say.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Well, he showed up today.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Well they they you know, they could have talked to
- 19:55Speaker 2: him and they chose not to. And they also believe
- 19:58Speaker 2: there's enough Americans are stupid enough to fill sorry for
- 20:00Speaker 2: him because of his addiction, which goes back to the
- 20:05Speaker 2: other part of this. White House, by the way, was
- 20:08Speaker 2: asked about this defying of a congressional subpoena.
- 20:12Speaker 1: You want to know what the White House said today
- 20:14Speaker 1: was amazing.
- 20:14Speaker 11: Listen, is the President okay with his son defying congressional subpoena.
- 20:19Speaker 11: I'm just not going to get into specifics on that.
- 20:22Speaker 11: I would have to have death refer to the President's
- 20:27Speaker 11: not the president, but Hunter's personal personal representatives. He's a
- 20:30Speaker 11: private citizens. I'm just not going to get into it.
- 20:32Speaker 3: He tells him. The last time the two of them spoke.
- 20:34Speaker 11: I mean, I'm also not going to get into private
- 20:36Speaker 11: conversation that the president has with his family. We've been
- 20:38Speaker 11: pretty consistent that's nothing new. We're just not going to
- 20:40Speaker 11: get into it from here.
- 20:42Speaker 2: By the way, it is new that you have a
- 20:44Speaker 2: present son that is defying a congressional subpoena, the same
- 20:49Speaker 2: congressional subpoenas that we're given to Joe or to Donald
- 20:52Speaker 2: Trump's children. And guess what on that witch hunt which
- 20:55Speaker 2: ended up being a witch hunt, You know what happened.
- 21:00Speaker 2: They ended up showing up for those depositions for hours
- 21:06Speaker 2: on end. But apparently, when you own the deep state
- 21:11Speaker 2: and you're Joe Biden, your son can do whatever the
- 21:14Speaker 2: hell he wants to do and there is no issues.
- 21:19Speaker 2: I want to also move to something else that's important,
- 21:22Speaker 2: and I promise you I'm going to keep covering the
- 21:25Speaker 2: Hunter Biden disaster and the next moves by Republicans to
- 21:30Speaker 2: hold him in contempt. But there's also some other issues,
- 21:32Speaker 2: and it deals with Israeli funding, border security and Jeffrey
- 21:37Speaker 2: Epstein's flight logs, and Democrats are blocking you from seeing
- 21:42Speaker 2: those flight logs. Join me to talk about that. As
- 21:46Speaker 2: United States centator from Tennessee, Marsha Blackburn. Durbin was walking
- 21:50Speaker 2: down the hall just a couple days ago and a
- 21:52Speaker 2: Fox reporter asked him a basic question. He was not happy.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Take a listen, I.
- 21:56Speaker 4: Don't know anything about his flight logs.
- 21:58Speaker 10: Why won't you subpoena that? Why don't you want to
- 22:01Speaker 10: know the issue?
- 22:03Speaker 4: I know who Epsteine was, but I certainly don't know
- 22:06Speaker 4: anything about the issue.
- 22:07Speaker 10: Well, he was charged with sex trafficking, So why don't
- 22:10Speaker 10: you want to know who was utilizing his private plane?
- 22:13Speaker 4: Never been raised by anyone.
- 22:15Speaker 10: Well, Senator Blackburn has wanted to subpoena them, and there
- 22:18Speaker 10: hasn't been a vote in your commission.
- 22:20Speaker 4: But a word to me, not a word?
- 22:22Speaker 10: Are you curious? Like what high profile or powerful people
- 22:25Speaker 10: might be closeted predators and pedophiles? Doesn't that concern you?
- 22:31Speaker 10: So why won't you subpoena them? If you can?
- 22:33Speaker 4: It's the first time anyone has raised it. Thank you Fox.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Very snarky, he says, thank you Fox. Now let's play
- 22:40Speaker 2: the lie, because Senator you previously go back to November
- 22:45Speaker 2: the ninth, said this in front of Durban, who's sitting
- 22:49Speaker 2: directly in front of you in the in this in
- 22:52Speaker 2: in one of these committee meetings.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Take a listen, I.
- 22:55Speaker 7: Say, recognition. Since we're in the business issuing subpoenas, now
- 23:02Speaker 7: here are a few more that I filed a subpoena
- 23:06Speaker 7: to Jeffrey Epstein's estate to provide the flight logs for
- 23:11Speaker 7: his private plane.
- 23:13Speaker 2: By the way, that was said directly to Durban, who's
- 23:16Speaker 2: chairing the committee. So he flat out lied to foxing
- 23:19Speaker 2: that's the first thing he's ever heard of it. And
- 23:22Speaker 2: then got a little snippy in the Senate committee meeting
- 23:25Speaker 2: as well that day, saying, hey, Fox just asked me
- 23:27Speaker 2: about this. I want to be on the record. You
- 23:28Speaker 2: and I have never talked about this. Well, you had
- 23:30Speaker 2: talked about it. We just played the audio. Why is
- 23:33Speaker 2: he fighting so hard to protect the Jeffrey Epstein flight
- 23:37Speaker 2: logs and those abusers that were on flying on that plane?
- 23:41Speaker 7: You know, Ben, One of the things that we continued
- 23:44Speaker 7: to say is people that were on this plane were
- 23:47Speaker 7: participating in this sex trafficking ring that Jeffrey Epstein and
- 23:51Speaker 7: Julaane Maxwell had manufactured. And we know that she was
- 23:58Speaker 7: the one that recruited and groomed the girls and brought
- 24:02Speaker 7: them into Epstein's orbit, and now through her trial through
- 24:09Speaker 7: Jeffrey Epstein's death. What you're finding is flight logs were
- 24:16Speaker 7: heavily redacted during her trial. People don't want to reveal
- 24:24Speaker 7: who all was a part of this, and it gives
- 24:27Speaker 7: the appearance that these are high profile, high dollar predators
- 24:33Speaker 7: and now they are trying to cover their tracks. So
- 24:37Speaker 7: as we work on the issue of sex trafficking and
- 24:41Speaker 7: human trafficking, which ben this has become a one hundred
- 24:45Speaker 7: and fifty billion dollar a year business over the last
- 24:50Speaker 7: few years, we need to know who all was involved
- 24:54Speaker 7: with Epstein, Are they still doing this international sex trafficking?
- 25:00Speaker 7: Who all was on his plane? That's going to give
- 25:03Speaker 7: us insight into who actually was a part of his network.
- 25:10Speaker 7: And that's what we're trying to get. And of course
- 25:13Speaker 7: this all got started because the Democrats have been on
- 25:17Speaker 7: a tear to delegitimize the US Supreme Court, and they've
- 25:21Speaker 7: been going after Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Alito, and
- 25:27Speaker 7: they were going to subpoena two private individuals, Harlan Crowe
- 25:31Speaker 7: and Leonard Leo. So when we started that hearing, I
- 25:36Speaker 7: thought recognition, and I said, these are the two subpoenas
- 25:41Speaker 7: that I would like to push forward the one on
- 25:44Speaker 7: Epstein and one on Sonya Soda mayor a justice who
- 25:48Speaker 7: got a three million dollar book advance and didn't report it,
- 25:53Speaker 7: whose staff sells the books to the groups where she's
- 25:57Speaker 7: going to go speak, her court appointed, taxpayer paid staff.
- 26:03Speaker 7: She's made like four million dollars on this book deal. Well,
- 26:07Speaker 7: if you played the totality of that clip. After I
- 26:10Speaker 7: finished speaking, Dick Durbin says, I would not have recognized
- 26:14Speaker 7: you if I knew that's why you were seeking recognition.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Wow.
- 26:18Speaker 7: And so he was fully aware. Not once did I
- 26:24Speaker 7: do this, but twice. And as you mentioned at that hearing,
- 26:28Speaker 7: he said, well, he tried to say we had never
- 26:31Speaker 7: had a conversation about that, and I told him, no,
- 26:36Speaker 7: that was incorrect. We had talked on the floor, and
- 26:39Speaker 7: also I brought it up in committee and that I
- 26:42Speaker 7: would gladly give him the transcript. And before I got
- 26:45Speaker 7: back to the office, some reporters had already put the
- 26:48Speaker 7: clip up where I was calling for this and the
- 26:54Speaker 7: interaction with Durbin. So either he was aware of it,
- 26:59Speaker 7: he has a bad memory, or he was not listening
- 27:02Speaker 7: to what I was saying.
- 27:03Speaker 2: So Ry was just flat out lining to cover his abs.
- 27:07Speaker 2: I like that one. That's my favorite, just personal point here.
- 27:10Speaker 2: I think he knows exactly what's going on. Durbin's not
- 27:12Speaker 2: a dumb guy, but he there's obviously people here he
- 27:15Speaker 2: wants to protect. And that's what brings me to my
- 27:17Speaker 2: second question, which is, look, if there's Republicans, I don't
- 27:21Speaker 2: care who they are that we're on this plane, that
- 27:23Speaker 2: we're partaking in this sex trafficking. I want to know
- 27:27Speaker 2: who the hell they are. I don't give a crap
- 27:29Speaker 2: if you're a Republican or Democrat. Let us see the names.
- 27:34Speaker 2: And I have a feeling there's a lot of Democrats
- 27:36Speaker 2: based on how hard they're trying to protect this this
- 27:38Speaker 2: flight logs from coming out. I still find it astounding.
- 27:42Speaker 2: And you may agree with me on this, And I
- 27:45Speaker 2: want your take that we had a trial for her
- 27:48Speaker 2: he quote hung himself, and the and the and the
- 27:50Speaker 2: cameras just happened to be offline the exact moment where
- 27:53Speaker 2: he hung himself. You know, we can debate that another day,
- 27:56Speaker 2: but just reminding people of Jeffrey Epstein what happened to
- 27:59Speaker 2: him in prison, and not a single person outside these
- 28:02Speaker 2: two have been charged within the sex crimes are you
- 28:04Speaker 2: kidding me?
- 28:06Speaker 7: And this is why we have to begin to unravel
- 28:09Speaker 7: this network and see who all was involved with this
- 28:14Speaker 7: and who may still be involved. Now you know, you've
- 28:17Speaker 7: heard some of the big blue city mayors talk about
- 28:21Speaker 7: prostitution rings and how they have proliferated in their communities.
- 28:26Speaker 7: It's worse than it has ever been. Some of that
- 28:30Speaker 7: is tied to cartels that are bringing women and girls
- 28:35Speaker 7: in the country, some of it is rings that have expanded.
- 28:39Speaker 7: But what we do know is in twenty nineteen, human
- 28:43Speaker 7: trafficking was a five hundred million dollars a year business
- 28:46Speaker 7: and now it is a one hundred and fifty billion
- 28:50Speaker 7: dollar a year business. And then it is women and
- 28:55Speaker 7: girls that are having their lives ruined. Some of these
- 28:58Speaker 7: girls are being recruit it online, then they're being groomed,
- 29:03Speaker 7: and then they're being put into these rings and into
- 29:08Speaker 7: these associations, and it is devastating for their young lives.
- 29:13Speaker 7: It is devastating for their families. And it is time
- 29:19Speaker 7: for us to really drill down on this. And I'm
- 29:21Speaker 7: the top Republican, I'm the Judiciary Subcommittee on Human Rights,
- 29:26Speaker 7: and this is one of the issues we need to
- 29:30Speaker 7: take up.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Let me ask you about another issue, and it's another
- 29:33Speaker 2: shocking one. There's a new report out that reveals nearly
- 29:36Speaker 2: two billion has been funneled to big abortion providers, and
- 29:41Speaker 2: you're now looking into this. Give us the backstory on
- 29:43Speaker 2: this and how the hell did two billion dollars get
- 29:46Speaker 2: funneled to big abortion providers.
- 29:49Speaker 7: Yeah, and you know, Representative Chris Smith and I decided
- 29:55Speaker 7: last January to ask the government accountability off it's the GOO,
- 30:01Speaker 7: to look at what was happening with the money going
- 30:05Speaker 7: to abortion groups. We had heard that the Biden administration
- 30:11Speaker 7: pretty much opened up the spigot for these groups, and
- 30:16Speaker 7: of course, by an overwhelming majority, the American people and
- 30:21Speaker 7: Tennesseeans of al add do not want taxpayer funds going
- 30:25Speaker 7: to pay for abortions. So GOO got their report back
- 30:30Speaker 7: to us this week and what we found out is
- 30:33Speaker 7: right at two billion dollars has gone in the past
- 30:37Speaker 7: three years under Joe Biden to these abortion groups. And
- 30:43Speaker 7: we also found out that Planned Parenthood took ninety point
- 30:48Speaker 7: four million dollars in PPP loans that were there during
- 30:53Speaker 7: the pandemic to help small businesses and mom and pops.
- 30:59Speaker 7: So that is the amount of money that these big
- 31:02Speaker 7: abortion providers are pulling in and while they may say, well,
- 31:09Speaker 7: you know we do women's health, No, they send people
- 31:14Speaker 7: for women's health to the local community clinic around the corner,
- 31:20Speaker 7: and that is who primarily does well health checks and
- 31:26Speaker 7: checkups for women. So anyway, we are going to continue
- 31:32Speaker 7: to work on this. People can go to our website
- 31:36Speaker 7: Blackburn dots in it dot gov. They can pull down
- 31:38Speaker 7: the GAO report. They can find it on my social
- 31:42Speaker 7: media at Marsha Blackburn. But when this administration says, oh,
- 31:48Speaker 7: we're not putting money into abortion, look at where the
- 31:52Speaker 7: money has been going.
- 31:54Speaker 2: It's going to be very interesting how this works out.
- 31:56Speaker 2: Center is always it's a pleasure, good to chat with you,
