Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / The MASSIVE Coverup of Biden's Mental Decline
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome in is verdicuous Enter Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 1: you and Center. Nice to be back with you in
- 0:06Speaker 1: person here in studio, and it is very interesting to
- 0:09Speaker 1: see what's happening right now with the Joe Biden story
- 0:12Speaker 1: and the hur tapes coming out. The media that said
- 0:15Speaker 1: that he was totally fine are now making money off
- 0:18Speaker 1: writing books telling us apparently the truth.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Well, every single day now we're getting more and more
- 0:24Speaker 2: information about just how bad it was. Look, you and
- 0:26Speaker 2: I knew that Joe Biden had experienced very significant mental decline,
- 0:31Speaker 2: but as bad as we thought it was, it was
- 0:34Speaker 2: even worse. We're now finding out that he had a
- 0:37Speaker 2: serious mental decline before he was even sworn in as president,
- 0:40Speaker 2: that it was present the entire time he was in
- 0:43Speaker 2: the White House, that it got worse and worse, And
- 0:46Speaker 2: you mentioned the her tapes. You and I on this
- 0:48Speaker 2: podcast called for those hurtapes to be released publicly, and
- 0:51Speaker 2: the Biden Justice Department, the Democrats stonewalled, and the media
- 0:55Speaker 2: had zero interest in what was in those hur tapes.
- 0:57Speaker 2: They didn't want to hear them at all. They were
- 0:59Speaker 2: not interested in anything that would contradict their narrative. The
- 1:03Speaker 2: contrast between the facts and what Democrats and the corporate
- 1:08Speaker 2: media said is night and day. It is a stunning
- 1:12Speaker 2: indictment of how much of official Washington conspired to lie
- 1:17Speaker 2: to the American people and fundamentally to try to steal
- 1:23Speaker 2: an election. We're going to break down all of the details.
- 1:26Speaker 2: We're going to walk through what's in the her tapes
- 1:28Speaker 2: and just how everyone involved, from the Vice President to
- 1:33Speaker 2: the cabinet, to the members of Congress, to the media,
- 1:37Speaker 2: they all knew and they were all deliberately lying. Now,
- 1:40Speaker 2: let me say this as you and I sit here.
- 1:42Speaker 2: It is three seventeen PM on Sunday. Just ten minutes
- 1:46Speaker 2: ago a story broke. We don't know the full details,
- 1:50Speaker 2: but President Biden's office put out a statement that says
- 1:54Speaker 2: last week President Joe Biden was seen for a new
- 1:57Speaker 2: finding of a prostate none after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms.
- 2:05Speaker 2: On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer characterized by
- 2:09Speaker 2: a Gleason's score of nine grade group five with metastasis
- 2:14Speaker 2: to the bone. While this represents a more aggressive form
- 2:18Speaker 2: of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone sensitive,
- 2:22Speaker 2: which allows for effective management. The President and his family
- 2:26Speaker 2: are reviewing treatment options with his physicians. Now this broke
- 2:31Speaker 2: literally minutes ago. We don't know anything else other than
- 2:33Speaker 2: that statement, but I will certainly say our prayers are
- 2:36Speaker 2: with former President Biden and his family. A diagnosis of
- 2:41Speaker 2: cancer is always a frightening thing. As you know, my
- 2:43Speaker 2: mother is a two time cancer survivor. It is a
- 2:46Speaker 2: horrible thing to go through. So we pray that his
- 2:48Speaker 2: treatment goes well.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Amen.
- 2:51Speaker 2: At the same time, President Biden's illness does not erase
- 2:56Speaker 2: the deliberate lying by common Mala Harris, by the White
- 3:02Speaker 2: House staff, and by the entire corporate media architecture, plus
- 3:07Speaker 2: the cabinet, plus the cabinet plus the Congress. This was
- 3:12Speaker 2: a deliberate deception. And by the way, one of the
- 3:14Speaker 2: victims I think of this deceptions was Joe Biden, because
- 3:19Speaker 2: as his decline accelerated, the phrase elder abuse has been
- 3:24Speaker 2: used to put him in a position where where there
- 3:27Speaker 2: was very little credible argument he could do the job.
- 3:30Speaker 2: I think that was cruel. And all right, here's one
- 3:33Speaker 2: of the one of the one of the pieces of
- 3:34Speaker 2: facts that it has broken, and I'm going to read
- 3:37Speaker 2: read to you from There's there's a big article in
- 3:40Speaker 2: the Atlantic. Uh that that that breaks down Uh Jake
- 3:45Speaker 2: Tapper's new book on on Biden's decline and and and
- 3:48Speaker 2: by the way, The Atlantic is a very left wing publication.
- 3:51Speaker 2: It's astonishing. I'm gonna read several portions from this article
- 3:54Speaker 2: because it's astonishing what they report. Three years later, on
- 3:58Speaker 2: the presidential campaign trail, Biden's struggles became more obvious to
- 4:02Speaker 2: those around him. Tapper and Thompson report that in twenty twenty,
- 4:07Speaker 2: so before he becomes president, members of Biden's inner circle
- 4:11Speaker 2: gave the candidate a teleprompter with scripted questions for a
- 4:16Speaker 2: local news interview. It was an apparent effort to work
- 4:20Speaker 2: around his dwindling communicative and cognitive abilities. Aids lamented that
- 4:27Speaker 2: even then, quote, they couldn't rely on him to stay
- 4:31Speaker 2: on message, and he often had a very short attention span.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Let's go to the year here. I want to timestamp
- 4:38Speaker 1: this so people understand twenty twenty. This isn't the beginning
- 4:41Speaker 1: of his presidency.
- 4:42Speaker 2: No, no, no, he was elected president in twenty twenty.
- 4:44Speaker 2: This is before he was president. He's still a candidate.
- 4:48Speaker 2: You sound like Joe Biden the Robert hurtape. You can't
- 4:50Speaker 2: remember he was elected in twenty twenty. He was sworn
- 4:53Speaker 2: in in January of twenty twenty one, so he is
- 4:55Speaker 2: a candidate for president. And I got to tell you, look,
- 5:00Speaker 2: I have been in the Senate for thirteen years. I've
- 5:03Speaker 2: done at this point, probably thousands of interviews. I have
- 5:06Speaker 2: no idea how many interviews I've had. I've never once
- 5:11Speaker 2: had the questions on a teleprompter. I've never once had
- 5:13Speaker 2: answers on a teleprompter. I've read from a teleprompter. If
- 5:16Speaker 2: I'm like recording a speech or something, a teleprompter can
- 5:18Speaker 2: be helpful, you know, if you're recording a TV commercial,
- 5:21Speaker 2: you'll have a script up on a teleprompter. But the
- 5:23Speaker 2: idea of an interview is you're supposed to be answering
- 5:26Speaker 2: questions and not prescripted. You're not reading something somebody else
- 5:32Speaker 2: wrote for you. And I got to say, I want
- 5:34Speaker 2: you to listen to an interview Brett Bair did where
- 5:37Speaker 2: he asked the Biden campaign about this, and it is remarkable.
- 5:42Speaker 2: The Biden campaign is dodging their evasive They don't want
- 5:46Speaker 2: to answer the question, and nobody else in the media
- 5:49Speaker 2: cared even ask the question.
- 5:50Speaker 3: Here.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Yeah, before we play that. I want to tell you
- 5:53Speaker 1: about our good friends over it, Patriot Mobile real quick.
- 5:56Speaker 1: You've heard me talk about Patriot Mobile for a while
- 5:58Speaker 1: and you probably already know that for years, they've stood
- 6:01Speaker 1: in the gap for every American who believes that faith, family,
- 6:04Speaker 1: and freedom are worth fighting for. This is that company
- 6:08Speaker 1: that takes about five percent of your bill every month,
- 6:11Speaker 1: and they actually give it back to organizations that stand
- 6:14Speaker 1: for our First and our Second Amendment rights. They stand
- 6:17Speaker 1: for the rights of unborn children, and they also stand
- 6:19Speaker 1: with our military, our veterans, our first responders, and our
- 6:23Speaker 1: wounded warriors. They're the real deal. You may not realize,
- 6:27Speaker 1: but when you pay your bill a big mobile, you're
- 6:29Speaker 1: actually paying for a radical left agenda. And that is
- 6:32Speaker 1: why you need to switch to Patriot Mobile. Now you
- 6:35Speaker 1: may say, well, switching is hard, it's actually really really easy.
- 6:39Speaker 1: There are no store visits, no hassle. You keep your

- 6:48Speaker 1: hundred percent US based. Team can activate you literally in minutes,
- 6:52Speaker 1: right over the phone and get this. Patriot Mobile is
- 6:55Speaker 1: one of the few carriers with access to all three
- 6:58Speaker 1: major networks in the US. That means you get amazing
- 7:02Speaker 1: nationwide coverage. Plus they can even put a second number
- 7:06Speaker 1: on a different network on your same phone. It's like
- 7:09Speaker 1: carrying two phones in one. And they have unlimited data plans,
- 7:12Speaker 1: mobile hotspots, international roaming, Internet on the go devices, and
- 7:17Speaker 1: home internet backup. You can't get all this from the

- 7:39Speaker 1: That's Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict or nine seven to
- 7:42Speaker 1: two Patriot sinta. All right, let's play this audio again.
- 7:45Speaker 1: This is from Brettberer show on Fox News Channel. Take
- 7:48Speaker 1: a look.
- 7:48Speaker 4: Has Joe Biden ever used a teleprompter during local interviews
- 7:52Speaker 4: or to answer Q and A with supporters?
- 7:54Speaker 5: Brett, We're not gonna get this. This is straight from
- 7:57Speaker 5: the Trump campaign. Yeah, they're using and what it does
- 8:00Speaker 5: and what it does, Brett is it's trying to distract
- 8:02Speaker 5: the American people.
- 8:03Speaker 6: I'm using it.
- 8:04Speaker 1: They talk about it every day. Can you say yes
- 8:06Speaker 1: or no?
- 8:06Speaker 5: That's because they talk about it every day, Brett, because
- 8:08Speaker 5: they don't have a coherence. Well you have to answer yes, sure, no, Brett.
- 8:13Speaker 5: They talk about it every day because they don't have
- 8:15Speaker 5: a coherent argument for why Donald Trump deserves reelection, deserves
- 8:18Speaker 5: four more years. We know that he lied to the
- 8:20Speaker 5: American people, We know that he has not shown leadership
- 8:23Speaker 5: during this crisis, and they are desperate to throw anything
- 8:26Speaker 5: they can against the wall to try to distract from
- 8:28Speaker 5: that fact.
- 8:29Speaker 6: I understand, but you can't answer the question, Brett.
- 8:31Speaker 5: I am not going to allow Trump campaign to funnel
- 8:34Speaker 5: their questions through Fox News and get me to respond
- 8:37Speaker 5: to that.
- 8:38Speaker 1: I don't think any of us shows how telling. That
- 8:40Speaker 1: interview was a he said twenty twenty at the bottom
- 8:42Speaker 1: of the screen. It was the election right of twenty twenty.
- 8:45Speaker 1: The cover up of Joe Biden's cognitive decline, as you mentioned, MOMO,
- 8:50Speaker 1: started before he even became president.
- 8:52Speaker 2: And I'm not aware of anyone else in the media
- 8:54Speaker 2: other than Brettbair that asked that question. There may have
- 8:56Speaker 2: been some but I don't know of anyone else, certainly CNNA,
- 9:00Speaker 2: I don't recall Sann reporting you know it is, and in.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Fact, if you even brought it up, they were angry
- 9:05Speaker 1: at you, right.
- 9:06Speaker 2: And it's worth look underscoring how unusual you've been in
- 9:13Speaker 2: journalism and in politics a long time. Have you ever
- 9:17Speaker 2: encountered any other candidate for any other office that has
- 9:21Speaker 2: scripted questions and answers from local reporters?
- 9:24Speaker 1: And in fact, the higher that office gets, the bigger
- 9:27Speaker 1: of the office, though less likely it would be for
- 9:29Speaker 1: that to be acceptable, Like even if it was running
- 9:31Speaker 1: for dog catcher, this wouldn't be normal. But the fact
- 9:34Speaker 1: that you're talking about the presidency of United States America.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Even the only other instance I can think of that
- 9:38Speaker 2: was like this is is there was an instance with
- 9:41Speaker 2: CNN on the Mitt Romney Barack Obama debate with Candy Crowley,
- 9:45Speaker 2: where what was it? I guess Donna Brazil was accused
- 9:49Speaker 2: of giving Obama the questions ahead of time and it
- 9:51Speaker 2: was a big scandal. Yeah, I mean that, that's how
- 9:56Speaker 2: bizarre and out of the mainstream. And let me read
- 9:58Speaker 2: you another story from the same article in the end
- 10:00Speaker 2: from the book The book's most astounding, previously unreported story
- 10:05Speaker 2: from Biden's twenty twenty campaign concerns his staff's attempt to
- 10:10Speaker 2: create videos of the candidates speaking with voters over Zoom.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Tapper and Thompson's description of this is worth quoting at length.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Biden would sit in a room with several monitors beaming
- 10:21Speaker 2: the faces of real Americans in front of him so
- 10:23Speaker 2: that he could discuss issues of importance. Remember this is
- 10:26Speaker 2: during COVID. The videos came back hours of footage. Some
- 10:31Speaker 2: on the team couldn't believe their eyes. Quote the videos
- 10:36Speaker 2: were horrible. One top Democrat said he couldn't follow the
- 10:42Speaker 2: conversation at all. Quote. I couldn't believe it, said a
- 10:48Speaker 2: second Democrat, who hadn't seen Biden in years. It was
- 10:51Speaker 2: like a different person. It was incredible. It was like
- 10:54Speaker 2: watching Grandpa who shouldn't be driving. A special team was
- 11:01Speaker 2: brought in and told to edit the videos down to
- 11:03Speaker 2: make them arable, if only a few minutes worth. They
- 11:07Speaker 2: had to get creative, the authors go on to write, quote,
- 11:11Speaker 2: edited the videos likely appeared find viewers. Biden no worse
- 11:16Speaker 2: than any other senior on zoom, but two of the
- 11:19Speaker 2: Democrats who were involved in the film's production together were dumbfounded. Quote,
- 11:24Speaker 2: I didn't think he could be president. The second Democrats said,
- 11:28Speaker 2: after what they'd seen, they couldn't understand how Biden could
- 11:31Speaker 2: be capable of doing the job. That was in twenty twenty. Yeah,
- 11:38Speaker 2: that was before he was president, and that mental decline.
- 11:44Speaker 2: By the way, all the reporters who were saying there's
- 11:48Speaker 2: nothing to see here, their sole hope, the glimmer that
- 11:53Speaker 2: they're holding on to is Biden was fine in twenty twenty,
- 11:58Speaker 2: twenty one, twenty two, and it's just at the very
- 12:01Speaker 2: end in twenty four he had a decline. So we
- 12:03Speaker 2: didn't realize that's their sole basis because they're two and
- 12:06Speaker 2: only two options. One Biden had declined badly the entire time,
- 12:12Speaker 2: and the entire media lied and covered it up. Or
- 12:14Speaker 2: two it was precipitous at the end, now on the
- 12:18Speaker 2: line and covering it up. On Friday's pod, we played
- 12:21Speaker 2: a montage of all of the corporate media hacks just
- 12:25Speaker 2: covering for Biden's decline year after year after year. We've
- 12:29Speaker 2: got another montage that we're going to play right now.
- 12:32Speaker 2: This one's a video montage. So this is one of
- 12:33Speaker 2: the episodes that we do on YouTube on video as well,
- 12:36Speaker 2: so you can watch it, and it shows how they
- 12:40Speaker 2: were walking the walk and talking the talk. They were
- 12:44Speaker 2: reading their talking points, and their talking points is Joe
- 12:47Speaker 2: Biden is Albert Einstein combined with like absolute precision. He's amazing.
- 12:54Speaker 2: He's no mental decline at all. They stuck to their
- 12:57Speaker 2: talking points.
- 12:58Speaker 4: Take a look, start your take right now, because I'm
- 13:01Speaker 4: about to tell you the truth and f you if
- 13:04Speaker 4: you can't handle the truth.
- 13:06Speaker 7: This version of Biden is the best Biden ever.
- 13:10Speaker 8: You know, he knows so long as in fact, I
- 13:15Speaker 8: think he's better than he's ever been President.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Biden has a photographic memory. His understanding and mastery of.
- 13:22Speaker 9: A complicated geopolitical situation remarkable.
- 13:26Speaker 7: He is sharp, intensely probing and detail oriented and focused.
- 13:32Speaker 6: Jackie you here, where's Jackie? I think she was going
- 13:36Speaker 6: to be here.
- 13:36Speaker 1: I was sitting, you know, a two feet from him
- 13:39Speaker 1: across the table, and he was, you know, intense.
- 13:42Speaker 5: It's got trouble walking sometimes, yeah, so did FBR.
- 13:46Speaker 6: He wanted gd war.
- 13:47Speaker 1: But he's totally focused.
- 13:49Speaker 6: He's very sharp. They say he's sharpened meetings and so on.
- 13:51Speaker 7: Very lucid, well, very well infor him.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Biden is stately and he comes with gravitas.
- 13:56Speaker 7: There hasn't been, as far as I know, a single
- 13:58Speaker 7: claim that Biden made a mistake.
- 14:02Speaker 8: Agism is an issue. Americans have a rich history of
- 14:06Speaker 8: holding people's physical characteristics against them.
- 14:09Speaker 7: Okay, you can ask African.
- 14:10Speaker 8: Americans he's older, that doesn't mean that he is unfit.
- 14:14Speaker 6: And there's a lot of agism there.
- 14:15Speaker 8: Now, this age attack, this obsession by the right, Joe
- 14:19Speaker 8: Biden may not be able to speak for himself the
- 14:21Speaker 8: way that he used to.
- 14:22Speaker 4: They want to take on government if we get out
- 14:25Speaker 4: of line, which they're talking on again about and him
- 14:30Speaker 4: lying around.
- 14:30Speaker 10: I think people should be speaking up for Joe Biden.
- 14:33Speaker 8: Americans and reporters in the media are just judging him
- 14:36Speaker 8: by a physical appearance, and it's form of the unfair
- 14:39Speaker 8: age is an accent.
- 14:41Speaker 1: He showed exactly how with it he is.
- 14:43Speaker 9: The flip side of this coin is that he has
- 14:45Speaker 9: a tremendous amount of wisdom and experience.
- 14:48Speaker 8: Have you heard any concerns from anyone who has met
- 14:52Speaker 8: with President Biden about him seeming a little slower?
- 14:55Speaker 4: No more wild speculation from a bunch of people who
- 14:58Speaker 4: have probably never been the room with Joe Biden and
- 15:01Speaker 4: certainly don't have medical degrees that I'm aware of.
- 15:03Speaker 5: If you don't get paid for performance to be president,
- 15:06Speaker 5: you don't.
- 15:06Speaker 2: The job is not a job of endurance. I don't
- 15:10Speaker 2: see Donald Trump out by riding like Joe Biden.
- 15:12Speaker 10: It's the Hillary's email.
- 15:14Speaker 5: All they have is that he's on he can clear
- 15:16Speaker 5: a dementia bar and that's probably a win.
- 15:19Speaker 2: The media are not fair, and they're getting less and
- 15:21Speaker 2: less fair, and things are frightening.
- 15:24Speaker 4: You have.
- 15:26Speaker 8: Wall Street Journal running a horribly sourced piece saying that
- 15:29Speaker 8: Biden is unfaired ubi as Wall Street Journal report about
- 15:32Speaker 8: the president's acuity.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Shoddy story by the Wall Street Journal questioning Biden's mental fitness.
- 15:38Speaker 5: Wall Street Journal story had a lot of flaws, as
- 15:40Speaker 5: you said, But Sinclair, they didn't do any original reporting,
- 15:43Speaker 5: They didn't follow up, they didn't do any work here.
- 15:45Speaker 4: The to day is hersh Goldberg Poland is still he
- 15:51Speaker 4: is not here is but he's still being held by
- 15:53Speaker 4: a mind.
- 15:53Speaker 10: But a huge part of the Mulla report talks about
- 15:56Speaker 10: Russian disinformation tactics, and one of the things this election's
- 15:59Speaker 10: like is that Joe Biden is too old to lead,
- 16:02Speaker 10: and so everyone is seizing upon this, and it is
- 16:04Speaker 10: a classic disinformation tactic. And I think the best thing
- 16:07Speaker 10: that we can do is to prepare the American people
- 16:10Speaker 10: for this false narrative.
- 16:13Speaker 2: What do you say to that. I mean, that's just
- 16:18Speaker 2: they're insisting there's no mental decline. In fact, he's phenomenal.
- 16:24Speaker 2: So we heard twenty twenty he had to have a
- 16:27Speaker 2: teleprompter to be interviewed by a local reporter. He couldn't
- 16:30Speaker 2: do a zoom with real people because it was incoherent
- 16:33Speaker 2: and seemed like your grandfather who you wouldn't want driving.
- 16:36Speaker 2: Here's twenty twenty two, and this is again from the
- 16:37Speaker 2: Atlantic article. In twenty twenty two, According to one witness,
- 16:44Speaker 2: Biden found himself unable to remember the name of his
- 16:47Speaker 2: own national security advisor, Jake Sullivan Steve he called him
- 16:54Speaker 2: at least twice, or his communications director Kate betty Field,
- 17:01Speaker 2: whom he once resorted to calling press. Now, that is
- 17:06Speaker 2: not normal.
- 17:08Speaker 1: And people need to understand you're around those two individuals
- 17:11Speaker 1: on like virtually a daily basis, sometimes multiple times a day.
- 17:15Speaker 2: And listen, Bob, it is weird not to know the
- 17:19Speaker 2: name of someone you deal with daily.
- 17:21Speaker 1: John, I couldn't agree with you.
- 17:22Speaker 2: More like, what okay? To not know your own national
- 17:27Speaker 2: security advisor is not okay. That's a problem. And so
- 17:31Speaker 2: you and I have asked multiple times on this podcast
- 17:34Speaker 2: a question I've been asked literally thousands of times by Texans.
- 17:37Speaker 2: Who's running the country. What's interesting. There's a segment in
- 17:40Speaker 2: this Atlantic article where they address that, and here's what
- 17:43Speaker 2: they say. As some high ranking Democrats quoted anonymously in
- 17:47Speaker 2: the book put it to Tapper and Thompson after Biden's
- 17:49Speaker 2: disastrous debate last June, quote, just who the hell is
- 17:55Speaker 2: running the country? At least one unnamed source close to
- 17:59Speaker 2: the administration was willing to provide the authors with an answer. Quote,
- 18:05Speaker 2: five people were running the country, this insider said, seemingly
- 18:10Speaker 2: referring to the president's closest advisors. And Joe Biden was
- 18:14Speaker 2: at best a senior member of the board at best.
- 18:18Speaker 1: So he's number six and there's five ahead of him
- 18:22Speaker 1: that were right in the country.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Now, I want you to listen to this exchange. This
- 18:29Speaker 2: is I actually think the most stunning part of the
- 18:32Speaker 2: book so far. And by the way, let me know
- 18:35Speaker 2: you and I haven't read the book. The book hasn't
- 18:37Speaker 2: come out. You and I both know Jake Tapper very well.
- 18:41Speaker 2: Jake Tapper was upset at Friday's podcast and he disputed
- 18:46Speaker 2: our characterization. He said he was not he was not
- 18:50Speaker 2: defending Biden, he was not lying to the American people.
- 18:53Speaker 2: And you know what, Jake texted me and said, Hey,
- 18:56Speaker 2: I want to come on the pod. I want to
- 18:57Speaker 2: set the record straight. And I told him you were
- 19:00Speaker 2: welcome to come on the pod. So if Jake wants
- 19:02Speaker 2: to come on the pod, he is welcome. He has
- 19:04Speaker 2: an open invitation, and we're trying to set it up
- 19:06Speaker 2: and our team is talking to his team and trying
- 19:09Speaker 2: to schedule it. Look unlike a lot of places when
- 19:12Speaker 2: I go on interviews, particularly with the left wing media,
- 19:15Speaker 2: they sandbag you, they attack you that they are wildly unfair. Look,
- 19:20Speaker 2: if Jake comes on, he'll get a fair opportunity. He
- 19:22Speaker 2: claims some of the quotes were taken out of context,
- 19:25Speaker 2: He'll get every opportunity to give all of the context. Now,
- 19:28Speaker 2: he should not expect softballs. Sure, he actually has to
- 19:33Speaker 2: address his real record. But if he wants to come on,
- 19:36Speaker 2: there are a million listeners to a verdict who would
- 19:38Speaker 2: be happy to hear him claim that he was not
- 19:42Speaker 2: part of what the rest of the media was doing,
- 19:44Speaker 2: which was lying for four straight years about Biden's mental decline.
- 19:48Speaker 2: I hope that could happen. I would welcome Jake for
- 19:51Speaker 2: as he put it, in an adult conversation. I think
- 19:54Speaker 2: that would be something, Amen, you don't find a lot
- 19:57Speaker 2: of times when you turn on the television set. Let's
- 20:01Speaker 2: read this segment from the book, and I have to
- 20:02Speaker 2: rely on The Atlantic because that's all we have is
- 20:04Speaker 2: the excerpts that are out. Here's what it says. Quote.
- 20:08Speaker 2: Near the end of their book, Tapper and Thompson offer
- 20:10Speaker 2: a glimpse into how powerful Democrats responded to the grim
- 20:14Speaker 2: spectacle of Biden's early summer face off with Trump. The
- 20:18Speaker 2: authors describe a scene at the homes home of James Costos,
- 20:22Speaker 2: an ambassador to Spain under Obama, where celebrities and politicians
- 20:27Speaker 2: gathered to watch the debate. As a doddering Biden tanked
- 20:31Speaker 2: on stage in front of fifty million Americans. The film
- 20:34Speaker 2: director and Democratic donor Rob Reiner became scared, then furious.
- 20:40Speaker 2: I do kind of like meatheads. Scared and furious. That
- 20:42Speaker 2: makes me happy.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Yeah, right.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Quote We're gonna lose our efing democracy because of you.
- 20:49Speaker 2: It doesn't say e fing, I abbreviated it, he screamed,
- 20:52Speaker 2: seeming to direct his ire at the closest thing to
- 20:55Speaker 2: a Biden official in the room, second gentleman Doug Mhoff.
- 21:01Speaker 2: What Reiner apparently failed to consider, but what original sin
- 21:05Speaker 2: prompts readers to ask, is whether American democracy was already
- 21:12Speaker 2: meaningfully diminished. This is really important. Listen to what the
- 21:16Speaker 2: Atlantic writer says describing how some in the Biden world
- 21:20Speaker 2: justified propping him up for reelection in twenty twenty four,
- 21:23Speaker 2: A longtime aide told Tapper and Thompson he just had
- 21:27Speaker 2: to win and then he could disappear for four years.
- 21:30Speaker 2: He'd only have to show proof of life every once
- 21:33Speaker 2: in a while. In other words, before Biden stepped down
- 21:38Speaker 2: from the race, the plan for some AIDS seemed to
- 21:43Speaker 2: be a weekend at Bernie's, a cognitively impaired president, in
- 21:50Speaker 2: the hopes that, upon winning a second term, he could
- 21:53Speaker 2: be hidden from the public while unelected staff took care
- 21:57Speaker 2: of the real business of governing. Quote, when you vote
- 22:00Speaker 2: for somebody, you are voting for the people around them.
- 22:03Speaker 2: To the AID offered as a way of justifying what was,
- 22:07Speaker 2: by any reasonable metric, an effort to undermine democracy and
- 22:15Speaker 2: defraud the American people.
- 22:18Speaker 1: So to be clear what Democrats were doing in and
- 22:21Speaker 1: around Joe Biden is number one. He wasn't round the
- 22:24Speaker 1: country and best he was six on the on the
- 22:26Speaker 1: pecking order list. If they if we believe the five
- 22:29Speaker 1: who are above either and.
- 22:30Speaker 2: We don't know the five, yeah, people get to know
- 22:32Speaker 2: the five? Is that?
- 22:33Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 22:33Speaker 1: I would love to know and that and that brings up.
- 22:35Speaker 2: A question, and are there any reporters at ABCNBCCBS, CNN
- 22:39Speaker 2: asking that question? Do they who are the five? One?
- 22:43Speaker 2: Look like when you list the presidents in the history book?
- 22:46Speaker 1: Do you list the five?
- 22:47Speaker 2: Is forty six going to have an asterisk and be
- 22:49Speaker 2: the actual president or the following five people? Or or
- 22:52Speaker 2: does does nobody care?
- 22:54Speaker 1: Which which brings you the question that I think everybody
- 22:57Speaker 1: listening right now are watching, is thinking there has to
- 23:00Speaker 1: be some sort of investigation in theory I figure this
- 23:05Speaker 1: out so it never happens again. I don't care if
- 23:07Speaker 1: it's a Republican or Democrat. If you're incapacitated as a Republican,
- 23:11Speaker 1: you shouldn't have a country run by a pyramid of
- 23:15Speaker 1: five random people that no one elected, that hell you
- 23:17Speaker 1: can't even name, are not being named.
- 23:20Speaker 2: I agree with you and the standard. I want to
- 23:23Speaker 2: quote again from the left wing Atlantic, the quote this
- 23:30Speaker 2: was quote by any reasonable metric, an effort to undermine
- 23:37Speaker 2: democracy and defraud the American people. Every Democrat who lied
- 23:43Speaker 2: to the American people ought to be asked about their
- 23:45Speaker 2: effort to undermine democracy and defraud the American people. Now,
- 23:49Speaker 2: one of the things they did is they kept hidden
- 23:54Speaker 2: the her tapes.
- 23:56Speaker 1: And let's remind people quickly the her tapes twenty twenty three.
- 24:00Speaker 2: Robert Hurr was a special counsel appointed and it was
- 24:03Speaker 2: an inconvenient fact. So the Biden Justice Department desperately wanted
- 24:07Speaker 2: to stop Donald Trump from getting reelected. They wanted to
- 24:09Speaker 2: stop the voters for voting for him, so they indicted him.
- 24:12Speaker 2: They indicted him multiple times. One of the things they
- 24:15Speaker 2: indicted him for was allegedly and properly storing classified documents
- 24:19Speaker 2: at mar Lago. And then they had the incredibly inconvenient
- 24:24Speaker 2: fact that Joe Biden had committed the exact same thing,
- 24:27Speaker 2: not once, but over and over and over again.
- 24:29Speaker 1: And he was caught red handed, and maybe I've had
- 24:31Speaker 1: documents that said back to when he was like in
- 24:33Speaker 1: the Senate.
- 24:34Speaker 2: When he was in the Senate classified documents, which is
- 24:37Speaker 2: bizarre you and I talked about in the Senate. I
- 24:40Speaker 2: can tell you with an absolute fact, there are zero
- 24:43Speaker 2: classified documents in my house. There are zero classified documents
- 24:48Speaker 2: by my antique corvette, because I don't have an antique corvette.
- 24:52Speaker 2: And I can tell you there aren't classified documents anywhere else.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Why because I've only read classified documents one place, which
- 24:59Speaker 2: is in a skiff. The skiff is a secure compartmental
- 25:03Speaker 2: location in the basement of the Capitol. I've read a
- 25:05Speaker 2: lot of classified documents, but I go down to the skiff,
- 25:07Speaker 2: I read them there, and I leave them there so
- 25:09Speaker 2: I don't stick them in my socks or underwear, which
- 25:12Speaker 2: by the way, Bill Clinton's national security advisor Sandy Berger did,
- 25:16Speaker 2: I don't smuggle them out. So I don't know how
- 25:18Speaker 2: Joe Biden as a senator had classified documents at his
- 25:21Speaker 2: beach house because I never took him to I've never
- 25:24Speaker 2: once taken them out of the skiff. But I want
- 25:27Speaker 2: you to listen. So Robert Hurr was a prosecutor. He
- 25:30Speaker 2: was assigned to investigate Joe Biden. He concluded, by the way,
- 25:35Speaker 2: Joe Biden violated the exact same law that they were
- 25:37Speaker 2: prosecuting Donald Trump for allegedly violating. And then DOJ refused
- 25:44Speaker 2: to prosecute Biden because they said he was incompetent to
- 25:47Speaker 2: be tried. Yes, and Robert her had some descriptions about
- 25:52Speaker 2: how Biden you couldn't get convict him in front of
- 25:54Speaker 2: a jury because he was an old man with a
- 25:56Speaker 2: poor memory, and no jury would convict him. And the
- 26:00Speaker 2: entire Democrat machine roared back at him, the media, all
- 26:04Speaker 2: the people who are covering up Biden. They tried to
- 26:07Speaker 2: demonize Robert Horror as the bad guy. Robert Herr is
- 26:10Speaker 2: the bad guy. And by the way, you and I
- 26:12Speaker 2: on this show called for release the tapes people here
- 26:17Speaker 2: and the DOJ said no, that they asserted executive immunity,
- 26:25Speaker 2: which was incoherent, It made no sense legally. What they
- 26:28Speaker 2: were really asserting is this is politically embarrassing and people
- 26:32Speaker 2: will realize that we're covering up a mentally incompetent president
- 26:35Speaker 2: if they're released. Well, they've been released. Now. I want
- 26:38Speaker 2: you to listen. I want you to listen to one
- 26:40Speaker 2: segment here that this is the DOJ prosecutor interviewing Joe Biden.
- 26:46Speaker 2: This is in twenty twenty three. Give a listen during
- 26:49Speaker 2: Shambers road and work door to.
- 26:56Speaker 6: The bio shot. Uh wear book.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Where did you keep papers that related to those things
- 27:06Speaker 2: that you were actively working?
- 27:12Speaker 4: Well, I I I I I I don't know. This
- 27:19Speaker 4: is what twenty seventeen eighteen, that period is. Remember in
- 27:27Speaker 4: this time frame, my son is uh either been deployed
- 27:34Speaker 4: or is dying.
- 27:37Speaker 6: And uh. And so it was uh.
- 27:46Speaker 4: And by the way, there were still a lot of
- 27:48Speaker 4: people at the time when I got out of this
- 27:50Speaker 4: and that were encouraging me to run in this period. Uh,
- 27:59Speaker 4: except the president.
- 28:01Speaker 6: Uh. I'm not being there. Not a mean thing to say. Man.
- 28:04Speaker 6: You just thought that she had a better shot of
- 28:08Speaker 6: winning the president than I did. And so I hadn't.
- 28:12Speaker 4: I hadn't at this point, even on a band, I
- 28:15Speaker 4: hadn't walked away from the idea that I might run
- 28:18Speaker 4: for office again.
- 28:19Speaker 6: Uh if our rand again and been running for president
- 28:23Speaker 6: and uh. And so what was happening though when.
- 28:29Speaker 4: Went to bom Dying, U got a mazed thirty years
- 28:34Speaker 4: U twenty eighteen when the twenty fifteen and died was
- 28:37Speaker 4: made twenty fifteen, think it's twenty fifteen or eat that.
- 28:41Speaker 6: Much of the months or when he goes here. That's right,
- 28:44Speaker 6: that's the president, that's it. And uh what's happened in
- 28:49Speaker 6: the meantime is that uh.
- 28:54Speaker 2: As and.
- 28:57Speaker 4: Shrump gets elected in November of twenty seventeen, twenty sixty sixteen,
- 29:03Speaker 4: twenty sixteen.
- 29:04Speaker 6: Alright, so hight after twenty seventeen, that's when you left
- 29:12Speaker 6: office in January of time, I said, oh okay, but
- 29:19Speaker 6: that's when Trump had sworn in at the White end,
- 29:22Speaker 6: would right? Quite? Ok?
- 29:23Speaker 4: Athlete and uh in twenty seventeen both had passed and uh, man,
- 29:38Speaker 4: it's this person the genesis of the book, and the
- 29:48Speaker 4: title promised me.
- 29:49Speaker 6: Dad was a uh. I know, they're all closer to
- 29:58Speaker 6: your sons and daughters, but.
- 30:01Speaker 9: Bo was.
- 30:03Speaker 6: Like my right arm, and that was my left. These
- 30:07Speaker 6: guys were a year and a day apart, and they
- 30:10Speaker 6: could finish each other's sentences, and bo I used to
- 30:18Speaker 6: go home on the train and the period that I
- 30:29Speaker 6: was still the sentence.
- 30:34Speaker 2: An they ran.
- 30:36Speaker 6: Do you remember there was pressure, not pressure. Bo knew
- 30:47Speaker 6: how much I'd do with them. And uh, and then
- 30:53Speaker 6: it sounds maybe it sounds so.
- 30:57Speaker 4: Everybody knew how closely were Remember, there's not anybody lender,
- 31:03Speaker 4: whether or not.
- 31:05Speaker 6: Anyway, and sat break.
- 31:11Speaker 1: No, let me just keep going to get in tone
- 31:15Speaker 1: the last part there. I actually feel bad for Joe Biden.
- 31:18Speaker 1: I think it's very clear that people were taking advantage
- 31:20Speaker 1: of him. I think this is a form of elder abuse.
- 31:23Speaker 2: No, that was sad.
- 31:24Speaker 1: It is It's just it is absolutely sad. That is
- 31:26Speaker 1: the president United States of America and the fact that
- 31:28Speaker 1: there were somebody you were wanting to keep their power,
- 31:30Speaker 1: whoever those five people were, that they did this to him.
- 31:33Speaker 2: Look and and he do you remember remember the question
- 31:37Speaker 2: that was in the front of that What was it?
- 31:39Speaker 2: It was where you're keeping classified documents? And he went
- 31:43Speaker 2: down a four minute recollection of losing his son tragically.
- 31:49Speaker 2: And there's nothing sadder than a parent burying a child.
- 31:52Speaker 2: And then that's certainly a personal tragedy that Joe Biden
- 31:55Speaker 2: has had more than his fair share of. But he
- 32:00Speaker 2: was not able to even answer the question. Well, all right,
- 32:07Speaker 2: here's another segment of her tapes. Let listen. Listen to
- 32:10Speaker 2: this next excerpts.
- 32:13Speaker 9: A memo, mister president, Was this something that you consciously
- 32:18Speaker 9: kept after your term as vice president?
- 32:22Speaker 6: Is this something that you wanted to hold out to
- 32:24Speaker 6: I don't recall did I have this? Is this in
- 32:28Speaker 6: my possession to spend up?
- 32:29Speaker 9: Yes, to give me some context for this, mister president.
- 32:32Speaker 9: He was found in front of this notebook that's on
- 32:36Speaker 9: the first page, and the notebook was found in the.
- 32:39Speaker 6: Library at the Lake House.
- 32:41Speaker 4: In one of the apernswers, I don't recall how I
- 32:46Speaker 4: came back. I mean, I don't recall how I got
- 32:49Speaker 4: back in the book because I sent it to the
- 32:52Speaker 4: President and gave it to the president. And this looks
- 32:55Speaker 4: like the original. I don't think there's any Maybe it's
- 32:57Speaker 4: a copy made of I don't think sto.
- 32:59Speaker 6: It was just oh okay, that's why.
- 33:02Speaker 4: Yeah, alright, no, I got I wasn't sure how I
- 33:06Speaker 4: got how I whether I gay handed the president. It
- 33:09Speaker 4: was back to the President, which I had to copy, right, Okay,
- 33:13Speaker 4: I had the reason and I just put it in
- 33:15Speaker 4: the book and that was it.
- 33:16Speaker 6: Okay.
- 33:17Speaker 9: Did were you aware that you had kept it after
- 33:21Speaker 9: your returns vice president?
- 33:23Speaker 6: Did you know that you had it? I?
- 33:26Speaker 4: I I I don't know that I knew would wouldn't
- 33:29Speaker 4: It wouldn't some something I would washed time to think about.
- 33:34Speaker 9: The reason I asked is it's been written about about
- 33:36Speaker 9: the Woodward wrote about it.
- 33:38Speaker 6: In one of his books, Jewels would.
- 33:41Speaker 4: Cover, wrote about it and his Bay out of You.
- 33:45Speaker 6: So that's that's the reason I asked if it was
- 33:47Speaker 6: something that he wanted to hang on to you because
- 33:49Speaker 6: he was gonna be such a reporting or his show reported.
- 33:53Speaker 4: But I I wanted to hang I guess I wanted
- 33:56Speaker 4: to hang on it. Just proposterity sting. I mean, this
- 33:59Speaker 4: one is my position on Afghanistan. I I've been to
- 34:06Speaker 4: view from a historical standpoint that there are certain points
- 34:11Speaker 4: in history, world history where fundamental things change, usually technology.
- 34:17Speaker 6: For example, without Gutenberg's.
- 34:20Speaker 4: Printing press, Europe gonna be a very different place, literally
- 34:23Speaker 4: a different place, because countries would not have known what
- 34:28Speaker 4: was happening in another country of the parts of the country.
- 34:31Speaker 4: You know, Uh, think about a stupid idea, an notion.
- 34:35Speaker 4: Nixon probably been unpresident where he used to television where
- 34:38Speaker 4: he sweatings I'm I'm used in saily.
- 34:41Speaker 6: His sweating is so profusely in that debate.
- 34:43Speaker 4: A lot of people thought he won the debate, but
- 34:45Speaker 4: he lost the debate because of his demeanor. The So
- 34:50Speaker 4: there's a lot of things that I think are fundamentally
- 34:54Speaker 4: changing how international society's function.
- 35:00Speaker 6: And there remained a lot to technology and one of
- 35:04Speaker 6: the things that.
- 35:06Speaker 9: I was in the view that.
- 35:09Speaker 6: A lot has changed in terms of everything from.
- 35:14Speaker 4: The Internet to the way which we communicate with one
- 35:19Speaker 4: another to that has fundamentally older. I've had this discussion
- 35:25Speaker 4: with the press, Fred, and I mean, that's that's what
- 35:29Speaker 4: I wanted to do.
- 35:30Speaker 6: I have nothing to do with that. Fans and Mark,
- 35:34Speaker 6: just really quickly, I promise will be brief.
- 35:37Speaker 3: I just really would like to avoid, for the purpose
- 35:40Speaker 3: of the clean record, getting into specuative areas. When the
- 35:42Speaker 3: President responded and said, I don't recall intending to keep
- 35:46Speaker 3: this memo, you then said, well, you know, might you
- 35:49Speaker 3: have thought it was important to keep whatever, And he said, well,
- 35:51Speaker 3: I guess I could have his recollection. As I understand
- 35:55Speaker 3: it is he does not recall specifically intending to keep
- 35:59Speaker 3: this memo app let.
- 36:00Speaker 6: The vice presidency.
- 36:01Speaker 3: I don't want that to be I want these questions
- 36:03Speaker 3: to be as clearly answered and recorded on the transfer
- 36:05Speaker 3: as possible.
- 36:06Speaker 6: I think we should take a gratis.
- 36:10Speaker 1: If there's one thing, it's consistent. They wanted to take
- 36:12Speaker 1: a break, and you had the questions coming in in
- 36:15Speaker 1: such a kind way like this is not what I
- 36:17Speaker 1: was expecting.
- 36:18Speaker 2: So let me say legally that exchange is very important.
- 36:23Speaker 2: So this is a classified document on Afghanistan. I don't
- 36:27Speaker 2: actually know the precise details of the document, but it's
- 36:29Speaker 2: a classified document in Afghanistan that he had in a
- 36:31Speaker 2: non secure location, which is a criminal violation. Is the
- 36:36Speaker 2: violation they were charging. Right then, the Biden Justice Department
- 36:40Speaker 2: was prosecuting Donald Trump for doing exactly that, and the
- 36:44Speaker 2: prosecutor asked him, so did you intend to keep this document?
- 36:49Speaker 2: And he's like, I don't know. I don't And immediately
- 36:52Speaker 2: his lawyer jumps in. Your answer is you don't know?
- 36:55Speaker 2: Now as lawyer's been a good lawyer there. Yeah, because
- 36:57Speaker 2: this is all about establishing the men's raya the mental
- 37:01Speaker 2: status to be guilty of the crime. But then Biden
- 37:05Speaker 2: goes on and says, you know, well, why did you
- 37:07Speaker 2: keep it. It's been reported, it's been in this book,
- 37:09Speaker 2: it's that book. And he says, well, I kept it
- 37:12Speaker 2: for posterity. It was important to have and his lawyer
- 37:15Speaker 2: comes in at the end. He's like, oh crap, oh crap.
- 37:17Speaker 2: You just admitted that you did it on purpose, and
- 37:20Speaker 2: you kept it because you wanted to be able to
- 37:22Speaker 2: tell a really good story about Joe Biden, and you
- 37:25Speaker 2: wanted to lead classified information to reporters, and you needed
- 37:28Speaker 2: the memo to do it. And he admits that, and
- 37:30Speaker 2: then his reporter at the end is lawyer at the
- 37:33Speaker 2: end tries to clean that up. That exchange has enormous
- 37:38Speaker 2: legal significance. Had doj not concluded that the sitting president
- 37:43Speaker 2: of the United States was incompetent to stand trial, let
- 37:46Speaker 2: me repeat that sentence, because it's an astonishing one. Had
- 37:49Speaker 2: doj not concluded that the sitting president is incompetent to
- 37:56Speaker 2: stand trial, that exchange would have featured prominently in the
- 38:00Speaker 2: criminal trial convicting him of violating that law.
- 38:04Speaker 1: You look at now what we're seeing with this Herd tape,
- 38:07Speaker 1: and I go back to accountability. There are clearly people
- 38:12Speaker 1: that were helping cover this up. They were taking advantage
- 38:14Speaker 1: of Joe Biden. I think his family obviously was in
- 38:18Speaker 1: on this as well. They wanted the power. Whoever the
- 38:20Speaker 1: five people are the question I ask you, is how
- 38:23Speaker 1: the hell do we find out who the five people are?
- 38:26Speaker 1: And what is Congress's role playing this to make sure
- 38:28Speaker 1: it never happens again.
- 38:30Speaker 2: There should absolutely be congressional hearings. We need an answer.
- 38:33Speaker 2: The media ought to do its job and report. I
- 38:35Speaker 2: want to play one more excerpt from the her tapes.
- 38:38Speaker 2: Listen to this final excerpt.
- 38:40Speaker 6: I went to Mongolia and great Pictures.
- 38:44Speaker 4: I unfortunately embarrassed the leader of Mongolia. And they were
- 38:50Speaker 4: doing what they would do at the time of the animation.
- 38:56Speaker 4: Moncles into Europe and four chess the eight hundreds and
- 39:02Speaker 4: and so.
- 39:02Speaker 6: Around the middle of nowhere, and they're looking up in
- 39:04Speaker 6: the aile and see this tiny line.
- 39:06Speaker 4: Now it was a twenty mile horse race with all
- 39:08Speaker 4: these kids under the age of sixteen hour bare back
- 39:11Speaker 4: rationing to come down.
- 39:13Speaker 6: And you know they're sumer wrestler, so doing everything they do.
- 39:18Speaker 4: And uh so they walked over and they had uh target,
- 39:21Speaker 4: big bales of hey a hundred yards away, and these
- 39:25Speaker 4: gorillas were, you know, taking shots, and uh, I think,
- 39:29Speaker 4: I don't know, it's an embarrassed marriage.
- 39:31Speaker 6: I make a point, but the handed the bow and arrow.
- 39:35Speaker 6: I'm not a bad orcherd. But uh all I found
- 39:38Speaker 6: that word, I could pull it back. So I h
- 39:42Speaker 6: and pure the luck. I hate the guy na target.
- 39:45Speaker 6: Oh I really did.
- 39:46Speaker 4: Bales of hayes are really twenty bales of hay with
- 39:49Speaker 4: a with a big target in the.
- 39:51Speaker 6: Middle of a bail day. And so I didn't meet
- 39:53Speaker 6: any but I turned to a primary handed to him
- 39:56Speaker 6: before some bitch couldn't pull back stuff like that.
- 40:02Speaker 2: So look, if Genghis Khan, if Genghis Khan comes comes in,
- 40:08Speaker 2: if we face the Mongol Horde, know that that Joe
- 40:12Speaker 2: Biden is ready to fire his bow and arrow. Look,
- 40:18Speaker 2: there are a lot of things you can say about
- 40:19Speaker 2: this interview, but it's very clear why Democrats did not
- 40:25Speaker 2: want this release before the election, because anyone listening would
- 40:29Speaker 2: would make up their own mind. And I want to
- 40:31Speaker 2: contrast what you've heard, what you've heard with your own ears,
- 40:35Speaker 2: to what Kamala Harris said right after this report came out,
- 40:38Speaker 2: Because Kamala Harris, you asked about the five people. I
- 40:41Speaker 2: doubt Kamala was one of the five. Actually I think
- 40:44Speaker 2: it was. It was Barack Obama and four henchmen. But
- 40:49Speaker 2: Kamala was willing to like wield a knife and attack
- 40:54Speaker 2: the prosecutor that the Biden dj had appointed for telling
- 40:58Speaker 2: the truth that that Biden's medical opacity was just severely deteriorated.
- 41:02Speaker 2: Rather than fess up, rather than be truthful to the
- 41:05Speaker 2: American people, she was happy to lie. Give a listen.
- 41:10Speaker 11: And what I saw of that report last night, I
- 41:15Speaker 11: believe is as a former prosecutor, the comments that were
- 41:23Speaker 11: made by that prosecutor gratuitous, inaccurate, and inappropriate. October seventh,
- 41:35Speaker 11: Israel experienced a horrific attack, and I will tell you
- 41:41Speaker 11: we got the calls the President and myself in the
- 41:45Speaker 11: hours after that occurred. It was an intense moment for
- 41:52Speaker 11: the commander in chief of the United States of America.
- 41:55Speaker 11: And I was in almost every meeting with the President
- 42:00Speaker 11: in the hours and days that followed, countless hours with
- 42:07Speaker 11: the Pier of Defense, the Secretary of State, the heads
- 42:12Speaker 11: of our intelligence community, and the President was in front
- 42:17Speaker 11: of and on top of it all, asking questions and
- 42:22Speaker 11: requiring that America's military and intelligence community and diplomatic community
- 42:30Speaker 11: would figure out to know how many people were dead,
- 42:34Speaker 11: how many are Americans? How many hostages? Is the situation stable?
- 42:39Speaker 11: He was in front of it all, coordinating and directing
- 42:47Speaker 11: leaders who are in charge of America's national security not
- 42:50Speaker 11: to mention our allies around the globe for days and
- 42:57Speaker 11: up until now months. So the way that the president's
- 43:03Speaker 11: demeanor in that report was characterized could not be more
- 43:09Speaker 11: wrong on the facts and clearly politically motivated, gratuitous. And
- 43:18Speaker 11: so I will say that when it comes to the
- 43:22Speaker 11: role and responsibility of a prosecutor in a situation like that,
- 43:26Speaker 11: we should expect that there would be a higher level
- 43:30Speaker 11: of integrity than what we saw.
- 43:33Speaker 2: So in front of and on top of it all,
- 43:37Speaker 2: So what you just saw was Kamala Harris lying to
- 43:40Speaker 2: the American people, doing so knowingly the guy we heard
- 43:44Speaker 2: on the tape she interacts every time. I actually want
- 43:47Speaker 2: to play one more clip. I want to play Alejandro
- 43:49Speaker 2: mayork as the Secretary of Homeland Security. This is on
- 43:52Speaker 2: National Television, describing his experiences with Joe Biden.
- 43:56Speaker 7: The most difficult part about a meeting with President Biden
- 44:00Speaker 7: is preparing for it because he is sharp, intensely probing,
- 44:06Speaker 7: and detail oriented and focused.
- 44:09Speaker 2: Okay, if he said that in court, he would be
- 44:12Speaker 2: prosecuted for perjury. He's lying. And by the way, may
- 44:16Speaker 2: Orcus is a liar. He's a lawyer. He knows he's lying,
- 44:20Speaker 2: and he doesn't care. Kamala Harris is also a lawyer.
- 44:23Speaker 2: She's also a liar. She knows she's lying. She doesn't care.
- 44:26Speaker 2: Everyone in the media, who over and over and over
- 44:30Speaker 2: again lied. This was as you and I had described.
- 44:34Speaker 2: We've invoke the analogy weekend at Bernie's, which is actually
- 44:37Speaker 2: ironically what Jake Tapper Alex Thompson invoke. Weekend at Bernie's,
- 44:42Speaker 2: for those of y'all who don't remember, is a movie
- 44:43Speaker 2: thirty years ago about a guy who dies and they
- 44:46Speaker 2: spend the whole weekend at his place anyway, and they
- 44:49Speaker 2: just kind of they just keep the corpse there to
- 44:52Speaker 2: be with them. That's what they effectively wanted to do.
- 44:55Speaker 2: They wanted to prop up a president who they knew
- 44:59Speaker 2: was meant incompetent and hide them away. They apparently a
- 45:05Speaker 2: group of.
- 45:05Speaker 1: People who decide they don't want to be president, and
- 45:07Speaker 1: they didn't have to run for office.
- 45:08Speaker 2: Either, And there is a contempt for democracy and a
- 45:13Speaker 2: contempt for the voters. Every single elected Democrat ought to
- 45:18Speaker 2: be asked repeatedly, why did you lie to the American people?
- 45:23Speaker 2: And every reporter who was complicit in it ought to
- 45:25Speaker 2: be asked repeatedly, why did you lie to the American people.
- 45:29Speaker 2: They should not be able to sweep this under the
- 45:32Speaker 2: rug because it was for five years, it was deliberate,
- 45:36Speaker 2: it was consistent, and it was without regard to the
- 45:39Speaker 2: consequences for this country.
- 45:41Speaker 1: It's incredible. I'll say it again. Make sure you take
