- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, I want to talk about what has happened
- 0:03Speaker 1: with social media over the last couple of weeks. As
- 0:06Speaker 1: you know, the left has gone insane with Elon Musk
- 0:11Speaker 1: buying Twitter. Now we know that we have a government agency,
- 0:16Speaker 1: the Minister of Disinformation, who's going to apparently fact check
- 0:20Speaker 1: you and what you say. I wish I was kidding,
- 0:22Speaker 1: but I'm not the same Democrats that did not want
- 0:25Speaker 1: to rein in big tech in any capacity. And the
- 0:28Speaker 1: reason why I was clear because they knew the game
- 0:31Speaker 1: was rigged. They had people that disguise themselves as fact
- 0:35Speaker 1: checkers who are able to silence big news stories and
- 0:39Speaker 1: are able to silence people when they don't like what
- 0:41Speaker 1: they're saying. We saw this with a Hunter Biden story
- 0:44Speaker 1: that happened. Well, now, because they don't control the Twitter anymore,
- 0:48Speaker 1: they're demanding that your tax dollars be used to silence
- 0:51Speaker 1: you and different people who say things online with a
- 0:54Speaker 1: Ministry of Disinformation. So what does this actually mean for
- 0:59Speaker 1: big tech? Quick reminder if you're listening to this podcast,
- 1:02Speaker 1: please make sure you hit the subscriber auto download button.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Share our podcast with your family and friends as well.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Please write us a five star review. I want to
- 1:11Speaker 1: bring on a good friend of mine, Jason Miller, who
- 1:13Speaker 1: is the CEO of Getter. It's a social media app
- 1:17Speaker 1: that I use where there's actual, real free speech. You
- 1:20Speaker 1: can follow me Ben Ferguson podcast on there. Jason, I
- 1:23Speaker 1: appreciate you coming on and look. I think it's great
- 1:26Speaker 1: that Elon Must bought Twitter. The reason why I say
- 1:28Speaker 1: that is because it is going to send a message
- 1:33Speaker 1: to the left that if you ruin and silence people,
- 1:36Speaker 1: at some point, hopefully a person with the means to
- 1:39Speaker 1: take it over, we'll be able to do it. Now.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Do I think it fixes everything? No. I'm also glad
- 1:44Speaker 1: that there are platforms like Getter that you and others
- 1:48Speaker 1: have started, because we need competition and we need to
- 1:52Speaker 1: not just have one Facebook or one Twitter. But when
- 1:55Speaker 1: you see what Elon Must did, and really the response
- 1:58Speaker 1: from this administration says, all right, we're going to get
- 2:01Speaker 1: our own fact checkers back since they're no longer in
- 2:03Speaker 1: the company. We'll do it through the government that has
- 2:05Speaker 1: to scare of the hell out of you for freedom
- 2:07Speaker 1: of speech? Am I right? Well? Absolutely, and especially to
- 2:10Speaker 1: take a look at the hottest issue over the last
- 2:12Speaker 1: couple of days with this leaked ruling or this draft
- 2:14Speaker 1: opinion with regard to the Supreme Court in abortion, and
- 2:19Speaker 1: you just it doesn't take that big of a George
- 2:22Speaker 1: Orwell or nineteen eighty four fan to take the next
- 2:24Speaker 1: logical leap and say, who's to say that the people
- 2:27Speaker 1: currently running Twitter or the people currently running these other
- 2:31Speaker 1: big tech platforms might not go and shut down some
- 2:34Speaker 1: of the free speech or try to lock down some
- 2:36Speaker 1: of the debate here that we won't see the Ministry
- 2:39Speaker 1: of disinformation, which, as you said, it can't really be
- 2:42Speaker 1: true except that it is true. That is why it's
- 2:45Speaker 1: so critical that we have alternative free speech platforms so
- 2:48Speaker 1: that one group or one ideology can't shut down the
- 2:51Speaker 1: entire debate. Let's talk about who was appointed here, and
- 2:55Speaker 1: a lot of people I think don't realize just how radical,
- 2:58Speaker 1: I would even say psychotic. The individual who was chosen
- 3:02Speaker 1: by the Biden administration to be the Minister of Disinformation
- 3:05Speaker 1: actually is number one. She actually said that the Hunter
- 3:08Speaker 1: Biden story was Russian disinformation, said it wasn't true, so
- 3:12Speaker 1: she was in charge of the government at that point.
- 3:14Speaker 1: She also would have clearly banned that story. But this
- 3:19Speaker 1: is a radical leftist this is not an unbiased individual.
- 3:22Speaker 1: And even if I bought him for a second that
- 3:24Speaker 1: we needed this position, which I don't, the person they
- 3:27Speaker 1: chose as a very very very very clear intentions of
- 3:32Speaker 1: just silencing conservatives the same way that they did it
- 3:34Speaker 1: at Twitter when they didn't like something that any one
- 3:38Speaker 1: of us was saying. So, you're exactly right. So I
- 3:41Speaker 1: wanted to kind of go right to the source and
- 3:43Speaker 1: see what Nina Jinkowitz, this incoming minister of disinformation, had said.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I didn't want to take it for what I was
- 3:50Speaker 1: getting second hand or what any of my conservative friends
- 3:53Speaker 1: were saying. So I was like, all right, let's go
- 3:54Speaker 1: to sweet Nina's Twitter feat. Okay, so Nina Jinkowitz. So
- 3:59Speaker 1: I pulled up in the very first thing I see
- 4:00Speaker 1: is her name, Nina Jankowitz, and right afterwards is a
- 4:03Speaker 1: Ukraine flag and then the US flag. So right there,
- 4:06Speaker 1: see's virtue signaling that already where she stands on any
- 4:10Speaker 1: aspect of NATO expansion, the EU globalism. Obviously, that confirms
- 4:17Speaker 1: the earlier comments about Russia being behind Trump's win twenty sixteen.
- 4:22Speaker 1: You can just tell it's a whole vega squirrels with that. Then,
- 4:25Speaker 1: I look at her Twitter header on her timeline and
- 4:28Speaker 1: literally it's a push for her book called How to
- 4:31Speaker 1: Be a Woman Online. So right there, Okay, she's a feminazi.
- 4:36Speaker 1: We know exactly where sweet Nina is coming from. And
- 4:39Speaker 1: her pin tweet, and again this is even before going
- 4:41Speaker 1: to her wiki page or going to any articles or
- 4:44Speaker 1: anything else. Her pinned tweet on her timeline says, it's
- 4:48Speaker 1: a quote from her books, from her book excuse me, men,
- 4:52Speaker 1: burst violently into your mentions in your life like the
- 4:55Speaker 1: kool aid man, demanding your tension, hawking opinions that they
- 4:59Speaker 1: believe are in our manifestly correct and indispensable. So great.
- 5:04Speaker 1: So it's all about identity politics, it's all about feminism,
- 5:07Speaker 1: it's all about a radical leftist center ideology. She's going
- 5:11Speaker 1: to be the Minister of disinformation. I would hold up
- 5:14Speaker 1: her book How to Be a Woman Online, which, first
- 5:16Speaker 1: of all, I think there are a lot of women
- 5:18Speaker 1: who'd probably say she doesn't speak for me. I'd hold
- 5:20Speaker 1: up her book is example Numero uno of disinformation. You know.
- 5:26Speaker 1: One of the other interesting things about her and a
- 5:28Speaker 1: lot of people I don't think realize this and who
- 5:31Speaker 1: she is is she's an individual that has attacked free
- 5:37Speaker 1: speech quite a few times and has basically given a
- 5:40Speaker 1: litany of things she believes should be banned. The White
- 5:43Speaker 1: House says that she has a resume that is above reproach.
- 5:47Speaker 1: It's an activists resume, but it's not a resume on
- 5:51Speaker 1: free speech. She doesn't have any type of degree that
- 5:55Speaker 1: would deal with free speech or the Constitution or the
- 5:57Speaker 1: Bill of Rights or anything else. This is nothing but
- 5:59Speaker 1: a partisan hack who has decided that she should decide
- 6:04Speaker 1: what you can and cannot say online. And your tax
- 6:06Speaker 1: dollars are paying for this. You know, that's really smart observation,
- 6:11Speaker 1: because I think even the fact that they're having this
- 6:14Speaker 1: one point person, this one tsar, which by the way,
- 6:19Speaker 1: that the name there's perfect, this one tsar of misinformation,
- 6:24Speaker 1: and they're going to go have someone who's so radically pointed,
- 6:28Speaker 1: radically biased, you know, kind of reminds me of when
- 6:30Speaker 1: they took Van Jones and put them in as the
- 6:32Speaker 1: green energy guy back in the early days of the
- 6:34Speaker 1: Obama administration that people just scratch in their heads like,
- 6:37Speaker 1: what the heck are you doing? I mean this, you
- 6:40Speaker 1: can't you can't write a script that's this good. I
- 6:43Speaker 1: mean they're gonna take Nina Jankowitz, this radical feminist Ukraine
- 6:49Speaker 1: file pro globalist author and pundit, to go and be
- 6:54Speaker 1: in charge of disinformation. I mean, the story rights itself. Well,
- 6:58Speaker 1: let's talk about get her for a second. Obviously, create
- 7:00Speaker 1: a getter. When Twitter was controlled by the extreme left,
- 7:04Speaker 1: We've seen them break down, We've seen them cry, We've
- 7:07Speaker 1: seen them have to change their source code so that
- 7:09Speaker 1: rogue liberal employees and inside of Twitter won't actually change
- 7:14Speaker 1: things on the platform in protests. The same type of
- 7:17Speaker 1: rogue people that we now see are on the left
- 7:19Speaker 1: working at the Supreme Court. It's a great comparison here
- 7:22Speaker 1: about how radical the left has come. There's nothing that
- 7:25Speaker 1: they will not do to silence conservatives, or attack conservatives,
- 7:29Speaker 1: or put even conservative lies at risk. But you look
- 7:32Speaker 1: at Twitter. Elon must buys it. I think it's a
- 7:35Speaker 1: step in the right direction. But we also know that
- 7:37Speaker 1: if he doesn't come in and fundamentally change Twitter and
- 7:40Speaker 1: the employees, then I don't I'm not sure how much
- 7:43Speaker 1: will really change. Of all donations from Twitter employees went
- 7:50Speaker 1: to Democratic candidates, I mean, these are full blown communists
- 7:54Speaker 1: over there. Are you hopeful that he will be able
- 7:57Speaker 1: to flip things around and actually change it back to
- 8:00Speaker 1: what he's you know what others have said they're hoping
- 8:02Speaker 1: it can do. Or do you say, look, this thing
- 8:04Speaker 1: is so far gone right now. How do you change
- 8:06Speaker 1: a company unless you fire virtually everyone. So I think
- 8:10Speaker 1: your latter point is probably the most salient one, because
- 8:13Speaker 1: everyone who supports free speech should be rooting for the
- 8:16Speaker 1: Elon musket to succeed. I want him to succeed, even
- 8:19Speaker 1: if it means that Twitter ends up remaining the dominant
- 8:23Speaker 1: player in the market. If it's able to fundamentally change
- 8:26Speaker 1: this censorious climate that we have right now, where big
- 8:32Speaker 1: tech social media oligarchs are picking winners and losers in
- 8:35Speaker 1: the free speech game, that is something that we have
- 8:37Speaker 1: to change. Here's the reality is that the culture is
- 8:41Speaker 1: what's broken at Twitter, not the technology. Technology is good,
- 8:45Speaker 1: although not necessarily the biggest fan of the most recent upgrade,
- 8:48Speaker 1: but the putting that aside, No one has ever quit
- 8:51Speaker 1: Twitter and said, you know what, if they could just
- 8:53Speaker 1: improve their tech, then we'd stick around. The reason why
- 8:57Speaker 1: they're shedding so many existing followers is because it's becoming
- 9:02Speaker 1: an ideologically based free speech platform where if you agree
- 9:05Speaker 1: with their ideology. You get free speech. If you don't agree,
- 9:08Speaker 1: then you don't get it. So here's a problem with
- 9:11Speaker 1: Musk is his forte has always been as an innovator
- 9:14Speaker 1: or creator, whether it's the boarding cup in your SpaceX
- 9:17Speaker 1: or Tesla and coming up with these new technological ideas.
- 9:21Speaker 1: But that's not the fundamental problem they're facing. I think
- 9:24Speaker 1: what Musk is going to find out is it's easier
- 9:26Speaker 1: to land a rocket on Mars than is to change
- 9:29Speaker 1: that rotten culture inside Twitter. He would literally need to
- 9:34Speaker 1: go through and fire everybody and start all over with people.
- 9:37Speaker 1: I mean they're already then having put blockers in place
- 9:41Speaker 1: to make sure that existing engineers encoders don't go in
- 9:44Speaker 1: sabotage it because they're worried about what they might do
- 9:46Speaker 1: internally before they allow Musk to take over. What should
- 9:51Speaker 1: eon Musk expose about the inner workings of Twitter. You
- 9:55Speaker 1: and I both worked at CNN. We also know that
- 10:00Speaker 1: when Media Matters came out with a kill list, as
- 10:03Speaker 1: I describe it, of every Republican they wanted to get
- 10:06Speaker 1: fired from CNN. About fourteen months later, everybody on the
- 10:11Speaker 1: list but one still remained our got fired. I should
- 10:15Speaker 1: say only one remained. We know that CNN worked internally
- 10:21Speaker 1: on that list. I think with people that hated us
- 10:24Speaker 1: with Media Matters to target us. We also saw that
- 10:27Speaker 1: when Media Matters came after us, big tech started silencing
- 10:31Speaker 1: us on social media. If there are emails that show
- 10:35Speaker 1: that there are connections between big Tech and people in
- 10:39Speaker 1: the media and Media Matters saying hey, we don't like
- 10:42Speaker 1: this guy's silence him. Hey we want we want to
- 10:43Speaker 1: attack Rick Santorum, silence him. Hey we want to attack
- 10:46Speaker 1: Ben Ferguson, silence him. And there's the hit lists and
- 10:49Speaker 1: they were all working together. Should he expose that information
- 10:52Speaker 1: for everyone to see how Twitter was being run? And
- 10:55Speaker 1: is that part of what he should do if he's
- 10:57Speaker 1: a good owner. When it comes to basically say here's
- 11:00Speaker 1: the curtain, we're pulling it back, here's what's happening here
- 11:04Speaker 1: before I bought it, I think we know for a
- 11:07Speaker 1: fact that that was all happening. I think the more
- 11:08Speaker 1: important point if for him to say, here's how the
- 11:11Speaker 1: algorithm has been operating, here's how it's going to look now.
- 11:14Speaker 1: And there's a reason, not just the fact that Musk
- 11:18Speaker 1: was making noise about coming that they are taken over Twitter.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Why so many conservatives were gaining followers and liberals were
- 11:26Speaker 1: losing followers over the last couple of weeks. And I
- 11:29Speaker 1: think that's because they've started tinkering with the algorithm already,
- 11:32Speaker 1: so when he does take over then it doesn't look
- 11:35Speaker 1: so terrible for them, so they're not completely exposed, but
- 11:38Speaker 1: being able to say, here's what the algorithm was doing,
- 11:41Speaker 1: Here's what the algorithm is doing now. So it's clear
- 11:43Speaker 1: they've gotten rid of shadow banning, they've gotten rid of
- 11:46Speaker 1: any of the sensor like dynamics that were in place there,
- 11:51Speaker 1: especially with regard to moderation. That's what I think the
- 11:54Speaker 1: key is of what he needs to come forward and say. Otherwise,
- 11:57Speaker 1: how do people know that anything's actually changed? Yeah? Yeah,
- 12:01Speaker 1: how would you exactly? How would you know? Let's talk
- 12:03Speaker 1: about foreign leaders. We know that Twitter has different rules
- 12:06Speaker 1: depending on where they are in the world. We know
- 12:08Speaker 1: that they play a different way in places, for example,
- 12:11Speaker 1: in the past, like Russia and China. They ban Donald
- 12:14Speaker 1: Trump from the platform, for example, but they allow the
- 12:18Speaker 1: iatola to have a Twitter account, They allow for Putin
- 12:21Speaker 1: to have a Twitter account. They allow for ISIS and
- 12:22Speaker 1: our kind of members to have a Twitter account. Do
- 12:26Speaker 1: you think that Elon Musk should ban leaders like the
- 12:29Speaker 1: Atola or Isis or Vladimir Putin, or do you think
- 12:32Speaker 1: they should say, you know what, the world deserves to
- 12:34Speaker 1: hear what they say directly from them instead of indirectly
- 12:37Speaker 1: through media accounts and news. What is your thoughts on that?
- 12:40Speaker 1: As a guy who literally is the CEO of a platform,
- 12:43Speaker 1: I getter. So the only people who we proactively block
- 12:47Speaker 1: as far as individuals have accounts and other platforms are
- 12:50Speaker 1: terrorists if we know that somebody is a terrorist, or
- 12:53Speaker 1: if they're funding terrorist activities and they're blocked from coming
- 12:56Speaker 1: on board. We do currently have a block for the
- 12:59Speaker 1: entire country of Russia as well as Belarus. But the
- 13:02Speaker 1: reason there is not the not on the information or
- 13:07Speaker 1: misinformation front. It's because the Russians had been attempting to
- 13:11Speaker 1: hit us with so many bots that every time we
- 13:14Speaker 1: would go and shut down an IP address, they just
- 13:16Speaker 1: pop up in another one, and so we've gotten insight
- 13:18Speaker 1: until we can figure out how to block out the
- 13:21Speaker 1: bot efforts from the bot farms in Russia, that we're
- 13:24Speaker 1: gonna have that shut down so we can just allow
- 13:26Speaker 1: normal regular people to come on board. I do think
- 13:29Speaker 1: that if people are democratically elected, then of course they
- 13:32Speaker 1: should be able to have their voice. And it always
- 13:34Speaker 1: gets me nervous when you have different standards for different
- 13:37Speaker 1: countries about someone's a terrorist. Then I know our position
- 13:40Speaker 1: from Getter is they're not allowed on the platform. Let's
- 13:43Speaker 1: move ahead to the elections, the midterms coming up, and
- 13:46Speaker 1: what role do you think social media is going to
- 13:49Speaker 1: play this time around. I do think we're seeing a
- 13:52Speaker 1: big correction with a silencing of stories. I don't think
- 13:54Speaker 1: it's going to be as easy to do that, like
- 13:56Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden story, for example, come the midterms, we
- 13:59Speaker 1: obviously we know what the Democrats game plan is moving
- 14:03Speaker 1: forward into the midterms. That's pretty I think darn obvious,
- 14:08Speaker 1: and that is that they are going to try to
- 14:09Speaker 1: use packing the court and the Roe v. Wade as
- 14:13Speaker 1: they get out the vote strategy. Whether that's going to
- 14:16Speaker 1: work or not, we'll see. But what role do you
- 14:18Speaker 1: think social media's going to play? You've got yours at Getter.
- 14:21Speaker 1: The President says he's not coming back to Twitter, He's
- 14:23Speaker 1: going to stay on his true social there's more options now.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I love competition. I think it's great, but is it
- 14:29Speaker 1: going to play as big of a role this time
- 14:30Speaker 1: arounds it did in the past. I think it's going
- 14:32Speaker 1: to be even more important because if we've seen just
- 14:34Speaker 1: the last couple of days here, every newscast, the opening
- 14:39Speaker 1: of it, the first couple of blocks are all about
- 14:41Speaker 1: the Roe v. Wade battle about what the Supreme Court
- 14:44Speaker 1: is going to do. Literally, you would think that over
- 14:47Speaker 1: this past forty eight hours or so, you would think
- 14:49Speaker 1: that COVID had been cured, that the conflict in Ukraine
- 14:52Speaker 1: had gone away, that there's no more global warming, sea
- 14:55Speaker 1: levels or not rising anymore. It's all been taken care of.
- 14:58Speaker 1: The only issue is early on Roe Vue weight, and
- 15:02Speaker 1: the media is going to do everything they can to
- 15:05Speaker 1: keep that the dominant issue all the way through the election,
- 15:08Speaker 1: and not just keep it the issue, because there are
- 15:10Speaker 1: many people who are very passionate about trying to overturn that,
- 15:15Speaker 1: whether their States rights person or their firmly pro life,
- 15:18Speaker 1: but the media is going to want to have their
- 15:20Speaker 1: perspective and their bias on that. So the media is
- 15:23Speaker 1: going to try to create, essentially the composite. Here's who
- 15:27Speaker 1: the pro lifer is, Here's who the Republican is, Here's
- 15:30Speaker 1: the Trump supporter is, and they're going to try to
- 15:33Speaker 1: frame what they think will best say, move independent voters
- 15:38Speaker 1: into the Democratic camp. So, unless we have free speech
- 15:42Speaker 1: platforms like Getter, unless we can go and allow people
- 15:45Speaker 1: an unfiltered way to go communicate and talk about all
- 15:49Speaker 1: the issues that are going on, what's really happening, what
- 15:51Speaker 1: people's attitudes and opinions really are, then the media is
- 15:54Speaker 1: going to put their foot on the scale. Just in
- 15:57Speaker 1: the same way that they shut down debate over the
- 15:59Speaker 1: Hunter Biden top in twenty twenty, They're going to go
- 16:01Speaker 1: and try to suppress what the real debate is happening
- 16:04Speaker 1: in the US heading into the midterms. I got to
- 16:06Speaker 1: ask you one last bonus question. That is, we've heard
- 16:09Speaker 1: people saying now that if Elon Musk doesn't do X,
- 16:12Speaker 1: Y or Z, they will use it as a justification
- 16:15Speaker 1: to take him off maybe the app store. We saw
- 16:18Speaker 1: this happen with Parlor. You guys, I'm sure have had
- 16:20Speaker 1: those threats towards you. How worried are you that the
- 16:24Speaker 1: left will still be able to silence, whether it's Parlor
- 16:28Speaker 1: or Getter or Twitter through regulation or their bs private
- 16:32Speaker 1: sector rules to shut down people from even being able
- 16:35Speaker 1: to download your app, because if you can't down with
- 16:37Speaker 1: the app, you know, it basically kills your business. So
- 16:41Speaker 1: so far, we have not had any of those issues.
- 16:43Speaker 1: It's always something that I'm concerned about in the back
- 16:47Speaker 1: of my mind and we think through and that's why
- 16:49Speaker 1: I think we have a responsible moderation policy where we
- 16:52Speaker 1: do make sure there's no illegal activity or no terrorist
- 16:56Speaker 1: threats or suggestions of self harm things of that nature.
- 17:00Speaker 1: So we do take moderation very seriously. We have not
- 17:03Speaker 1: had any of that pop up yet, but it's you
- 17:06Speaker 1: never know when one big tech oligarch might wake up
- 17:10Speaker 1: on the wrong side of the bed and say, okay,
- 17:11Speaker 1: let's go and change the rules. Let's go and change
- 17:13Speaker 1: the game. I think, in particular, where a lot of
- 17:16Speaker 1: the interests is going to be is how does Musk
- 17:19Speaker 1: start to try to flex his influence with regard to
- 17:22Speaker 1: Twitter before he actually takes it over. When the key
- 17:24Speaker 1: thing's been to keep in mind, even this moves that
- 17:27Speaker 1: light speed just because of the whole dynamic of taken
- 17:30Speaker 1: over the company, taken a private, It's going to take
- 17:33Speaker 1: between six maybe nine months for him to truly get
- 17:35Speaker 1: control this thing, even longer than to start implementing changes.
- 17:39Speaker 1: That's where I think a lot of the debate's going
- 17:41Speaker 1: to be. It's gonna be very interesting, Jason. I appreciate
- 17:43Speaker 1: your time. Grab the Getter app. It's a social media
- 17:47Speaker 1: app that I use where there's actual roal free speech.
- 17:49Speaker 1: You can follow me Ben ferguson podcasts on there. Now,
- 17:52Speaker 1: there are some conservatives that decided I'm not playing on
- 17:56Speaker 1: this Twitter platform anymore. And some of those conservatives, like
- 18:00Speaker 1: U Carlson for example, and a good friend of mine,
- 18:03Speaker 1: Mark Levin, said we have a big enough platform, think
- 18:07Speaker 1: goodness that we don't have to play on your platform
- 18:09Speaker 1: to reach our audience. And they decided to boycott Twitter
- 18:13Speaker 1: because of what they were doing too much people that
- 18:15Speaker 1: were much smaller than them, Right, what they were doing
- 18:18Speaker 1: to smaller concerns that we're trying to grow and reach
- 18:20Speaker 1: more people. And they're now back on the platform, And
- 18:24Speaker 1: the reason why they're back on the platform is very
- 18:26Speaker 1: very very very clear. Right. The reason why they're on
- 18:30Speaker 1: the platform now is because they're like, Okay, it's a
- 18:31Speaker 1: free speech platform. It's now fair again for both sides
- 18:36Speaker 1: to be able to give their viewpoints. The game is
- 18:38Speaker 1: no longer rigged Why do you think the White House
- 18:41Speaker 1: Press Secretary Jensaki is freaking out about Elon must taking
- 18:45Speaker 1: over Twitter? Why do you think that so many Democrats
- 18:49Speaker 1: are now saying that they want to rain in, as
- 18:51Speaker 1: they put it, big Tech. It's because now they don't
- 18:54Speaker 1: control these people anymore. They don't get to control the content.
- 18:57Speaker 1: They don't get to bury the Hunter by the Laptop
- 19:00Speaker 1: story anymore. They don't get to send emails to people
- 19:02Speaker 1: that work at Twitter saying silence this candidate, silence, its
- 19:05Speaker 1: Republican silence as talk shows, which they've been doing. And
- 19:09Speaker 1: I hope that Elon Musk will expose all of that.
- 19:12Speaker 1: But listen to the White House when I asked about
- 19:14Speaker 1: Elon Musk and Twitter takeover the breaking news Twitter agreeing
- 19:18Speaker 1: to let Elon Musk purchase give a response to that.
- 19:24Speaker 1: And does the White House have any concern that this
- 19:26Speaker 1: new agreement might have pus a Trump back on the platform? Well,
- 19:30Speaker 1: I'm not going to comment on a specific By the way,
- 19:32Speaker 1: I love this, And as the White House have any
- 19:34Speaker 1: concern about possibly letting Donald Trump back on the platform,
- 19:38Speaker 1: why would the White House have concern about a former
- 19:39Speaker 1: president being on the platform unless they want to silence conservatives,
- 19:42Speaker 1: You get my point right, This should be none of
- 19:45Speaker 1: their concern. The president United States of America, former president,
- 19:47Speaker 1: should be able to be on all social media platforms.
- 19:52Speaker 1: He shouldn't be banned from any of them. I'll go
- 19:55Speaker 1: back and quote Elon Musk's very first statement, very first
- 19:57Speaker 1: line quote. Free speech is a bed rock of a
- 20:00Speaker 1: functioning democracy, and Twitter is a digital town hall square
- 20:04Speaker 1: where matters vital the future of humanity are debated. So
- 20:07Speaker 1: the White House that they truly believe in free speech
- 20:09Speaker 1: would say, don't would have said, we love Donald Trump
- 20:13Speaker 1: coming back on we disagree with them, but we think
- 20:15Speaker 1: that we are the greatest country in the world, and
- 20:16Speaker 1: we believe that freedom of speech is important, and we
- 20:18Speaker 1: believe that freedom of speech is vital to this country
- 20:21Speaker 1: and the exchange of ideas, like if you believe in
- 20:23Speaker 1: freedom and democracy, that's what and that's what the White
- 20:26Speaker 1: House is supposed to believe in, no matter who's the president.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Clearly that's changed in this country. That's what you would say.
- 20:32Speaker 1: But listen to Jensaki transaction. What I can tell you
- 20:36Speaker 1: as a general matter, no matter who owns or runs Twitter,
- 20:40Speaker 1: the president has long been concerned about the power of
- 20:42Speaker 1: large social media platforms, what they have, the power they
- 20:46Speaker 1: have over our everyday lives. Has long argued the tech
- 20:48Speaker 1: platforms must be held accountable for the harms they cause.
- 20:52Speaker 1: He has been a strong supporter of fundamental reforms to
- 20:55Speaker 1: achieve that goal, including reforms to Section to thirty. Enacting
- 20:58Speaker 1: antitrust reforms, requires more transparency and more, and he's encouraged
- 21:03Speaker 1: that there's bipartisan interest in Congress. WHOA, So let's get
- 21:09Speaker 1: this straight. As soon as the rig game stops working
- 21:12Speaker 1: in your favor, Now Democrats are coming out in the
- 21:16Speaker 1: White House saying we need to reign in big tech.
- 21:19Speaker 1: When big tech was blocking everyone, right, when big tech
- 21:23Speaker 1: was silencing everyone that was your political opponent, when you
- 21:27Speaker 1: could send an email to get people silenced, you had
- 21:33Speaker 1: no problem with it. But now, because you don't control
- 21:36Speaker 1: Twitter anymore, and Twitter very well may expose how corrupt
- 21:40Speaker 1: the Democratic Party is. The White House is other Democrats
- 21:44Speaker 1: who are clearly trying to hurt people's lives, destroy people's lives,
- 21:48Speaker 1: destroy their life's work, shut them up, and silenced them
- 21:52Speaker 1: at all costs. Now, all of a sudden, you're like, yep,
- 21:56Speaker 1: we probably need to reign in Big Tech was a
- 22:00Speaker 1: quick one eighty, wasn't it for this White House? I
- 22:02Speaker 1: mean even for this White House, that was a quick
- 22:04Speaker 1: one eighty. This White House is terrified of what's going
- 22:09Speaker 1: to happen now that the game is not rigged. We'll
- 22:12Speaker 1: get the last election. And there's new breaking news also
- 22:16Speaker 1: on Google, and we're going to talk about that in
- 22:18Speaker 1: a moment, because now Google's in trouble because there's a
- 22:21Speaker 1: new study that's come out showing that Republican candidate and
- 22:25Speaker 1: GOP and conservative fundraising emails are going to your spam
- 22:31Speaker 1: account on Gmail and they're sending them to spam over
- 22:34Speaker 1: eighty percent of the time, whereas with Democrats who are
- 22:38Speaker 1: trying to raise money for their campaigns, candidates and causes,
- 22:43Speaker 1: it goes to a spam account about eight percent of
- 22:47Speaker 1: the time. If you got a Gmail account, you might
- 22:50Speaker 1: want to pay attention and stop using them, because they
- 22:53Speaker 1: are purposely making sure that there are certain emails that
- 22:57Speaker 1: are conservative in nature that you never see that to
- 23:00Speaker 1: your spam account. They block him and mark them as spam,
- 23:03Speaker 1: and that could be costing conservative candidates an insane amount
- 23:08Speaker 1: of money. When I say, by the way, an insane
- 23:11Speaker 1: amount of money. We're talking about hundreds and hundreds of
- 23:13Speaker 1: millions of dollars and fundraising that may have disappeared because
- 23:17Speaker 1: the emails disappeared because of Google. Now I'm curious as
- 23:21Speaker 1: the White House Press Secretary gonna quote rain that in? Right?
- 23:25Speaker 1: Is the White House Press Secretary gonna really look at
- 23:28Speaker 1: that and go, yep, we need to rain that in.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Of course not, She's not gonna rain that in. Why
- 23:33Speaker 1: would you. There's no reason to rain that in. If
- 23:37Speaker 1: you rain that in, all that would do is hurt
- 23:40Speaker 1: you because the game is rigged. It's rigged against you.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Which brings me to Tucker Carlson. Tucker Carlson last night,
- 23:48Speaker 1: and this was hysterical. He said, we have insider video
- 23:52Speaker 1: of what's happening right now at the Twitter headquarters. And
- 23:55Speaker 1: then he showed a video with music, sad music of
- 23:59Speaker 1: all the people at the Clinton campaign headquarters on November
- 24:02Speaker 1: the eight, twenty sixteen, when they realized that Hillary Clinton
- 24:06Speaker 1: was losing the presidency to Donald Trump, crying, looking and dismayed,
- 24:10Speaker 1: hugging and crying and boo hooing. And then he came
- 24:14Speaker 1: back on the screen He's like, oh, loops are bad. Wrong.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Video and his point was, this is if you are
- 24:20Speaker 1: at Twitter losing your mind, which we're seeing that they
- 24:22Speaker 1: are the people that work there losing their minds, and
- 24:25Speaker 1: they're so afraid, by the way, Twitter is so afraid
- 24:27Speaker 1: that people within the company are going to go rogue
- 24:29Speaker 1: that they've now had to set up protections to make
- 24:32Speaker 1: sure that people don't go rogue inside of Twitter. Twitter
- 24:37Speaker 1: has now locked their source code to stop their own
- 24:40Speaker 1: employees from unauthorized changes. Because Elon Musk bought the company.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Literally just hours after the forty four billion dollars bid
- 24:50Speaker 1: from Tesla ceo Musk was accepted by the Twitter shareholders,
- 24:54Speaker 1: the social media company was forced to lock changes to
- 24:58Speaker 1: its source code to prevent any age leftists inside of
- 25:02Speaker 1: their own company from making regulatory unauthorized changes to the platform.
- 25:07Speaker 1: According to Bloomberg, which cited unnamed sources multiple sources, the
- 25:13Speaker 1: step was taken to ensure that discruntled employees did not
- 25:18Speaker 1: take their wrath out on on the social media platform.
- 25:22Speaker 1: Quote Twitter impose the temporary band to keep employees who
- 25:25Speaker 1: may be miffed about the deal from going rogue. According
- 25:29Speaker 1: to some of the top people on Twitter that leaked this,
- 25:32Speaker 1: many of the company's employees have been agitated about the
- 25:34Speaker 1: idea of must taking charge and what changes may come.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Twitter will not allow updates the platform unless they are
- 25:42Speaker 1: business critical. Any such changes will have to be approved
- 25:45Speaker 1: by the vice president of the company. The company is
- 25:49Speaker 1: now a private intee totally under the control of Musk.
- 25:52Speaker 1: There is reportedly no longer a board of directors, so
- 25:57Speaker 1: Twitter source code is locked down and making harder for
- 25:59Speaker 1: employees to make unauthorized changes the platform because there's so
- 26:02Speaker 1: many liberal wack jobs working there they couldn't take the risk. Literally,
- 26:07Speaker 1: they say, Twitter employees are having actual breakdowns. So let's
- 26:11Speaker 1: go to Tchucker Carlson. He comes out of that video saying,
- 26:14Speaker 1: I was just kidding. Wait, but that was a Clinton
- 26:15Speaker 1: campaign headquarters in twenty sixteen where everybody was crying, not
- 26:18Speaker 1: the Twitter headquarters. He's obviously saying that they were in
- 26:20Speaker 1: the same right and then he has this to say
- 26:22Speaker 1: about Twitter. Sorry, wrong teape, but the very same idea.
- 26:28Speaker 1: What you just saw was the collective grief of people
- 26:30Speaker 1: who thought they were going to be fully in charge,
- 26:34Speaker 1: who totally believe they'd be able to rule without limit.
- 26:37Speaker 1: You're watching those people learn that actually other people get
- 26:42Speaker 1: to talk to, and that realization is crushing to them.
- 26:46Speaker 1: It's the one thing they fear, and that tells you
- 26:49Speaker 1: everything about why those people should never be near power.
- 26:53Speaker 1: People who want to monopoly on speech and thought hate
- 26:57Speaker 1: Elon Musk not because he's a racist, he's not, but
- 27:02Speaker 1: because they can't control him. They hate him because he
- 27:06Speaker 1: persists in saying things like this. But why why make
- 27:10Speaker 1: that offense? Oh so? Um? Well, I think it's very
- 27:13Speaker 1: important for that'll be an inclusive arena for free speech.
- 27:20Speaker 1: My strong intuitive sense is that having a public platform
- 27:26Speaker 1: that is maximally trusted and and and broadly inclusive um
- 27:34Speaker 1: is extremely important to the future of civilization. But you've
- 27:38Speaker 1: you've described yourself. I don't care about the economics at all.
- 27:43Speaker 1: So free speech is extremely important to civilization. Are you
- 27:47Speaker 1: triggered by that? It's often hard to know who's on
- 27:50Speaker 1: what side so much lying who are the good guys
- 27:54Speaker 1: and who are the bad guys? Well, here's a very clear,
- 27:58Speaker 1: simple and unerring test. Who are the tyrants? There anyone
- 28:03Speaker 1: who is bothered by the idea that other people might
- 28:05Speaker 1: get to talk. That is an unfailing test. It's one
- 28:10Speaker 1: hundred percent accurate. Would you allow people who disagree with
- 28:14Speaker 1: you to talk. If you wouldn't, you were a tyrant,
- 28:18Speaker 1: and tonight the tyrants are grieving. In Congress, Democrats made
- 28:22Speaker 1: a last ditch bid to use their power to intimidate
- 28:25Speaker 1: Elon Musk into backing off. Congressman Catherine Clark if Connecticut
- 28:29Speaker 1: wrote this quote, if they can afford to buy Twitter,
- 28:32Speaker 1: they can afford to pay their fair share and taxes.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Retweet if you're ready to support Joe Biden's billionaire minimum
- 28:37Speaker 1: income tax. Exclamation point, But so funny it didn't natural
- 28:42Speaker 1: review right a bunch of pieces the other day saying
- 28:44Speaker 1: it was wrong for Rod de Santis to use his
- 28:46Speaker 1: power in Florida to punish a company, or if there's
- 28:50Speaker 1: apps upset about this? All of a sudden, Democrats are
- 28:55Speaker 1: calling for any kind of higher taxes on the big
- 28:59Speaker 1: company that fund their campaigns. Why because here's one that
- 29:02Speaker 1: may not fund their campaigns. Congres When Bonnie Watson Coleman
- 29:06Speaker 1: wrote this, if you can buy a major social media platform,
- 29:09Speaker 1: you can pay your fair share in taxes. Tax The
- 29:12Speaker 1: rich have no notice. This is all now about, Okay,
- 29:15Speaker 1: how do we hurt Elon Musk? How do we make
- 29:18Speaker 1: Elon must pay. How do we turn this venture into
- 29:22Speaker 1: a failure for him so that he realizes that he
- 29:26Speaker 1: is the worst person in the world. That's that's what
- 29:28Speaker 1: they're describing right here. You got to understand something about
- 29:34Speaker 1: this idea that we should punish Elon Musk if for
- 29:36Speaker 1: buying Twitter. Elon Musk said in one of his interviews
- 29:40Speaker 1: before he bought Twitter, this isn't about making money off Twitter.
- 29:42Speaker 1: This is about protecting free speech. Do I think that
- 29:45Speaker 1: Elon Musk can make money off Twitter? Yes, I do,
- 29:48Speaker 1: I absolutely do. But he's not worried about it because
- 29:53Speaker 1: he's more worried about free speech. That's what seems to
- 29:57Speaker 1: matter to him. You know, Maggie Haber, in trying to
- 30:01Speaker 1: Jedi mind trick you on CNN, actually said they Twitter
- 30:04Speaker 1: did Trump a favor by banning him and actually hurt
- 30:06Speaker 1: the Democrats. She says, so they're saying, fine, bring him back,
- 30:09Speaker 1: like they're trying to act like this band of Donald Trump,
- 30:13Speaker 1: which somehow a bad thing for Democrats are and they
- 30:17Speaker 1: did Trump a favor. It was a good thing for Twitter.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Limiting free speech is actually good for the Republicans. That's
- 30:23Speaker 1: what they want you to believe. Now, Maggy. Want to
- 30:24Speaker 1: ask you about Twitter if we can Elon Musk buying
- 30:27Speaker 1: Twitter for the Lolo price at forty four billion dollars,
- 30:30Speaker 1: what does this mean for the former president Donald Trump,
- 30:33Speaker 1: who's put a lot of money into this whole new
- 30:35Speaker 1: social media platform? Will you go back to Twitter? So
- 30:38Speaker 1: a couple of things. I don't actually know how much
- 30:39Speaker 1: money he has put into that other social media platform.
- 30:41Speaker 1: I think somebody has put some money into it, and
- 30:43Speaker 1: it's very problem played, and we have all written about
- 30:46Speaker 1: this so problem played that he has fairly touched it.
- 30:48Speaker 1: I think he's posted on it once. He said yesterday
- 30:52Speaker 1: that or he has people put out yesterday that he's
- 30:54Speaker 1: not going to go back on Twitter, even with Elon
- 30:55Speaker 1: Musk buying it. Let's see whether that holds true in
- 30:59Speaker 1: a couple of months. I think it's very hard for him.
- 31:01Speaker 1: He has to say that, because otherwise it craters that
- 31:04Speaker 1: deal from what the social media deal of his own,
- 31:06Speaker 1: which from which he stands to make money. That thing's
- 31:09Speaker 1: not going well. I tend to assume what he wants
- 31:11Speaker 1: us to be back on Twitter. But look, I think
- 31:13Speaker 1: that when you look at it politically, Republicans and Democrats
- 31:17Speaker 1: will both tell you that Twitter did Donald Trump a
- 31:20Speaker 1: favor and actually hurt Democrats by taking him off Twitter.
- 31:24Speaker 1: I love this right, Like this is the Jedi mind
- 31:26Speaker 1: trick crap that Democrats do and they think and I
- 31:28Speaker 1: guess unseen, and they actually believe that their audience is
- 31:31Speaker 1: a stupid like they did him if they did him
- 31:33Speaker 1: a favor. So all you, we Republicans that have been
- 31:35Speaker 1: shadow band and banned, you actually owe us a big
- 31:39Speaker 1: thank you because we're the ones that have saved you
- 31:42Speaker 1: from yourselves by banning you. So you're welcome, right, You're welcome.
- 31:48Speaker 1: This is now their new response. Well, we did you
- 31:51Speaker 1: a favor and now you're gonna have to go sit
- 31:54Speaker 1: in your own sets pool and you're going to ruin
- 31:56Speaker 1: your lives because we were actually protecting you no longer.
- 32:02Speaker 1: And then other Democrats are like, well we're out, which
- 32:06Speaker 1: brings me back to Tucker Carlson's point, same point I've
- 32:09Speaker 1: been saying for months. They're angry because they've lost control. Yeah,
- 32:15Speaker 1: they definitely want to hurt Elon Musk now and he's
- 32:21Speaker 1: now publican to me number one, and they're gonna want
- 32:23Speaker 1: to bring him rainom in. They're gonna want to bring
- 32:25Speaker 1: in big tech and not really big tech. They don't
- 32:27Speaker 1: want to rain in Google for putting all Republican emails
- 32:30Speaker 1: into spam right while all the Democrats make it into
- 32:33Speaker 1: your in your inbox. Now that they don't want to
- 32:36Speaker 1: rain them in, they don't want to rain in Facebook
- 32:38Speaker 1: for doing exactly what Twitter has been doing two conservatives
- 32:43Speaker 1: as well. Now they just now want to rain in
- 32:45Speaker 1: Twitter because Twitter is actually gonna let everyone play fairly
- 32:48Speaker 1: on their platform. And that is why they are losing
- 32:53Speaker 1: their minds. Haven't heard that from the left in a while.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Why are they so mad? Because they're monopoly on speech
- 32:58Speaker 1: and information. The ability to control what you believe has
- 33:03Speaker 1: been broken, So once again they're resorting to force to
- 33:07Speaker 1: get you to shut up. This is not an attack
- 33:09Speaker 1: on Elon Musk. They're not going to at tax him
- 33:11Speaker 1: into poverty. He's the world's richest man. This is an
- 33:13Speaker 1: attack on you and your right to speak freely, to
- 33:17Speaker 1: express your conscience in public. But for once, it's not working,
- 33:21Speaker 1: and the media are infuriated. They're profoundly threatened by a
- 33:26Speaker 1: free Internet, and so they're panicked. Watch Elon Musk is
- 33:32Speaker 1: the new power at the social media giant and he
- 33:36Speaker 1: is foaming the runways for the return of the trolls.
- 33:39Speaker 1: This is happening in the background if Elon must saying basically,
- 33:42Speaker 1: I want to buy Twitter so I can open it
- 33:44Speaker 1: up and turn it into gab and let Donald Trump back.
- 33:47Speaker 1: So there are real consequences to allowing anybody to run
- 33:51Speaker 1: these Internet sites and say whatever this is they want.
- 33:53Speaker 1: And Elon Musk is the fox coming into the henhouse.
- 33:58Speaker 1: And it is shameful that Twitter, which has a fiduciary obligation,
- 34:02Speaker 1: I would think to protect people who actually use it,
- 34:05Speaker 1: the millions of people who actually use it them. Did
- 34:07Speaker 1: they ask a single woman a single woman? Was a
- 34:10Speaker 1: single woman consulted? And this is it was a single
- 34:12Speaker 1: person of color who just uses Twitter, who made the
- 34:14Speaker 1: mistake of using Twitter and needs it for their job.
- 34:17Speaker 1: By the way, I love this. I love the crazies there,
- 34:20Speaker 1: I really do. I love this last part. They have
- 34:22Speaker 1: a findciary duty to protect their the people that use
- 34:25Speaker 1: their platform. They didn't talk to any women of color.
- 34:28Speaker 1: So now Twitter is racist overnight? Does that mean the
- 34:32Speaker 1: Twitter's board is racist? The board that allowed for the sale.
- 34:35Speaker 1: And remember, the finciary duty isn't to the users. The
- 34:37Speaker 1: finduciary duty is to the investors, you dumb idiot. Right
- 34:42Speaker 1: do they discuss it with a single person of color? No,
- 34:45Speaker 1: they did not. So the same Twitter board that you
- 34:49Speaker 1: loved you now hate because they did what they were
- 34:52Speaker 1: legally obligated to do, which was to act in the
- 34:56Speaker 1: best interests of the shareholders. Again, get your head around that, folks.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Get your head around this. That's why they're losing their minds,
- 35:11Speaker 1: because they cannot control Twitter anymore. This is only about control,
- 35:18Speaker 1: and why are they afraid? Go back to Elon Must's
- 35:20Speaker 1: original statement, quote, free speech is the bedrock of a
- 35:23Speaker 1: functioning democracy, and Twitter is a digital town square where
- 35:26Speaker 1: matters vital to the future of humanity are debated. They
- 35:33Speaker 1: don't like that the game is no longer rigged against them.
- 35:35Speaker 1: They don't like that the next time a shady issue
- 35:38Speaker 1: comes out, right, a shady, shady, shady issue comes out.
- 35:44Speaker 1: They don't like that they can't control those issues, and
- 35:50Speaker 1: they can't block those articles, and they can't silence those stories.
- 35:59Speaker 1: They don't like the fact that now they can't block
- 36:02Speaker 1: Donald Trump and other conservatives from their platform. They can't
- 36:10Speaker 1: stand it, folks. They hate it. They are angry. They
- 36:17Speaker 1: have been angry for a long time. And now what
- 36:20Speaker 1: they're gonna do is they're gonna go back to the
- 36:21Speaker 1: drawing board. Okay, let's rain in Twitter, not big Tech,
- 36:25Speaker 1: just Twitter. They're not going to rain in and again
- 36:28Speaker 1: this big story, and we're gonna keep covering it for you.
- 36:29Speaker 1: It's gonna be the story about Google and what we
- 36:32Speaker 1: have found out about Google. You look at what's happened
- 36:35Speaker 1: with Google right now and what Google has been busted with.
- 36:39Speaker 1: No one wants to talk about it, but Google has
- 36:41Speaker 1: been busted now deciding what gets into your inbox and
- 36:47Speaker 1: what doesn't you know. There's a big article that came
- 36:51Speaker 1: out today and if Twitter was still controlled by these
- 36:55Speaker 1: scumbags on the left, I bet you this is the
- 36:57Speaker 1: next story they would have banned. There's a new story
- 37:00Speaker 1: out today that said Joe Biden is missing millions. Financial
- 37:05Speaker 1: records now revealed that Biden had five point two million
- 37:10Speaker 1: in unexplained income, as emails show he paid Hunters legal
- 37:15Speaker 1: bills for one megabucks Chinese deal and was tapped as
- 37:20Speaker 1: the big guy to get ten percent cut in another.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Emails from Hunter's laptop are now revealing that Joe Biden
- 37:27Speaker 1: agreed to pay his son's legal fees for his deal
- 37:30Speaker 1: with a Chinese government controlled company. Why Joe was able
- 37:35Speaker 1: to pay the bills after earning millions of dollars through
- 37:37Speaker 1: his and his wife's companies after he left office as
- 37:40Speaker 1: vice president. But a new analysis has come out of
- 37:45Speaker 1: the president's financial records show that five point two million
- 37:49Speaker 1: dollars in income is actually unexplained. The missing millions and
- 37:54Speaker 1: emails on hunters abandoned laptop actually suggests that Joe would
- 37:59Speaker 1: have a ten percent Sharon Hunter's blockbuster deal with the Chinese.
- 38:03Speaker 1: The revelation ties the president even closer to Hunter Biden's
- 38:07Speaker 1: overseas business dealings, despite the White House continuing to claim
- 38:12Speaker 1: that they never talked about business. Joe Biden agreed to
- 38:17Speaker 1: pay his son's legal fees. Why Why would he pay
- 38:21Speaker 1: those legal fees with a deal with a Chinese government
- 38:24Speaker 1: control company. I have a feeling it's because he didn't
- 38:26Speaker 1: even think he was going to run for president then.
- 38:28Speaker 1: I think he thought his career's over. He had left office.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Trump was the president, he wasn't going to run, and
- 38:34Speaker 1: so he said, screw it, I'm in bed with my son,
- 38:37Speaker 1: and all this shadiness. Sure, I'll pay the legal fees.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Why because he's making me millions of dollars. I got
- 38:44Speaker 1: five plus million and unexplained money coming in. These are
- 38:47Speaker 1: the types of articles, by the way, that Twitter bands
- 38:52Speaker 1: and if they don't outright ban, then they shadow bann them.
- 38:58Speaker 1: It is obvious that Twitter had a hit lists, and
- 39:00Speaker 1: once you were on that list, you were never off
- 39:02Speaker 1: that list. Once I got on that list, my entire
- 39:06Speaker 1: Twitter reach disappeared. It literally was nonexistent. The reach that
- 39:14Speaker 1: I had was gone, folks gone. They designed it that way.
- 39:21Speaker 1: They don't want people like me or others to be influential.
- 39:27Speaker 1: The reach of people like Mark Levan and Tucker Carlson.
- 39:30Speaker 1: They saw their reach disappear as well. And when they
- 39:33Speaker 1: saw their reach disappear, they were big enough they could
- 39:36Speaker 1: say we're not going to do this anymore. We're not
- 39:39Speaker 1: going to use your platform. Now they're back because free
- 39:44Speaker 1: speech is back. And don't think for a moment that
- 39:47Speaker 1: the Democrats in Congress aren't going to try to settle
- 39:50Speaker 1: this bet with Elon Musk. They are going to try
- 39:53Speaker 1: to destroy Elon Musk. They are going to try to
- 39:56Speaker 1: regulate Elon Musk. They're gonna do it under the skies
- 39:58Speaker 1: of transparency and an oversight a big tech. It's not
- 40:03Speaker 1: about oversight a big tech. They are going to have
- 40:05Speaker 1: a different set of rules for Elon Musk than they
- 40:09Speaker 1: do for everybody else in big tech. They love Mark
- 40:15Speaker 1: Zuckerberger because Zuckerberg gave millions and millions, tens of millions,
- 40:17Speaker 1: hundreds of millions of dollars to influence the last election.
- 40:20Speaker 1: They're not going to rain him in. Just the people
- 40:25Speaker 1: they don't like, and the person they hate right now
- 40:27Speaker 1: is a guy by the name of Elon Musk, and
- 40:30Speaker 1: that's another reason why you should stand behind him and
- 40:32Speaker 1: celebrate this. I will be using Twitter as long as
- 40:35Speaker 1: Elon Musk says true to his promise of a free
- 40:38Speaker 1: speech platform. I will use it every day. Make sure
