- 0:00Speaker 1: Fanny Willis melting down in court when asked about the
- 0:04Speaker 1: lover that she hired to help her put.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Donald Trump in jail. That's right.
- 0:11Speaker 1: The Fulton County District Attorney. Fanny Willis last out at
- 0:14Speaker 1: the defense attorneys on Thursday in a court hearing over
- 0:18Speaker 1: corruption allegations surrounding her relationship with a special prosecutor that
- 0:23Speaker 1: she hired, specifically who had never prosecuted a felony case before. Yeah,
- 0:30Speaker 1: that happened, folks. Why did she hire him? Apparently she
- 0:33Speaker 1: was banging him. Yeah, leading the case to not just
- 0:37Speaker 1: make him rich, but also so they could go out
- 0:41Speaker 1: on their love affair of vacations. And where was the
- 0:44Speaker 1: money going she was paying him back, she says, in cash?
- 0:50Speaker 2: Yes, in cash.
- 0:53Speaker 1: It's not only that he's a special prosecutor leading the
- 0:57Speaker 1: case to take down Donald Trump. But you may remember
- 0:59Speaker 1: that nearly two dozen Republicans were also indicted, some of
- 1:04Speaker 1: them innocent but taking plea deals to make sure they
- 1:07Speaker 1: didn't go to jail because of the abuse of power
- 1:10Speaker 1: charges against them by Fanny Willis. The hearing in question
- 1:15Speaker 1: regarded a pre trial motion that was filed on January
- 1:18Speaker 1: the eighth by co defendant Michael Roman, one of the
- 1:22Speaker 1: nineteen Republicans indicted by Willis's office in August for his
- 1:28Speaker 1: role in challenging George's twenty twenty election results. The motions
- 1:32Speaker 1: so ought to have the charges against Roman dismissed on
- 1:34Speaker 1: various grounds, one of which alleges that Willis was involved
- 1:37Speaker 1: in a romantic relationship with the Special prosecutor, Nathan Wade,
- 1:43Speaker 1: whom Willis appointed to that position, as summarized by the
- 1:49Speaker 1: Daily Caller quote. The filing more specifically claimed Willis benefited
- 1:55Speaker 1: from the appointing of Wade when he took her on
- 1:59Speaker 1: vacations using funds earned from his lucrative contract, and seek
- 2:05Speaker 1: to have Willis disqualified over overseeing the case now. In
- 2:09Speaker 1: twenty twenty, Fanny Willis was asked why the people of
- 2:13Speaker 1: Fulton County should support her for District Attorney. This is
- 2:17Speaker 1: not a joke. This was in a interview with the
- 2:19Speaker 1: Atlanta Voice, and I want you to hear what she
- 2:22Speaker 1: said back in twenty twenty about this her thoughts. It's
- 2:27Speaker 1: amazing what she said, and listen carefully. Compared to now
- 2:31Speaker 1: what she's being accused of doing in Fulton County.
- 2:36Speaker 2: This is just the greatest thing. Ever, by the way,
- 2:39Speaker 2: it really is.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Because they deserve a DA that won't have sex with
- 2:43Speaker 3: his employees. Because they deserve a DA that won't put
- 2:48Speaker 3: money in their own pocket when it should go to
- 2:51Speaker 3: benefit children, because we deserve better.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Well, that's not what happened, She says you should.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Vote for in twenty twenty because they deserve a DA they.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Won't have with his employees.
- 3:03Speaker 1: She was having sex with her employees and paying them
- 3:09Speaker 1: almost a million dollars of taxpayer funds. You can't make
- 3:13Speaker 1: that up. People deserve it. By gull, they deserve it.
- 3:17Speaker 1: And before I give you all the details, I want
- 3:19Speaker 1: to tell you about my friends at Patriot Mobile. If
- 3:21Speaker 1: you're like me and you are sick and tired of
- 3:23Speaker 1: giving your money to woke companies, you've got to make
- 3:27Speaker 1: the switch.
- 3:27Speaker 2: To Patriot Mobile. Let me explain why.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Because every time you make a phone call, every single
- 3:32Speaker 1: time you pay your bill, every time he's done in
- 3:34Speaker 1: the text, you are actually standing up for what you
- 3:37Speaker 1: believe in because five percent of your bill every month
- 3:39Speaker 1: goes back to support conservative causes. And that's why Patriot
- 3:43Speaker 1: Mobile was created to fight back. You may not realize this,
- 3:47Speaker 1: but Big Mobile, the company you're probably with right now,
- 3:50Speaker 1: and gives massive donations to plan Parenthood and to democratic
- 3:55Speaker 1: causes and candidates running for local, state, national, and even
- 4:00Speaker 1: the presidential election cycle. Don't give your mind to companies
- 4:04Speaker 1: that hate your values. Switch to Patriot Mobile. They offer
- 4:08Speaker 1: you dependable nationwide coverage, giving you the ability to access
- 4:12Speaker 1: all the major networks that you're using right now, which
- 4:15Speaker 1: means you get the same exact coverage you're accustomed to
- 4:19Speaker 1: without funding the agenda of the woke left. And when
- 4:22Speaker 1: you switch to Patriot Mobile, they support free speech, religious freedom,
- 4:26Speaker 1: and the sanctity of life, as well as a Second
- 4:28Speaker 1: Amendment with every single dollar every time you pay your bill.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Just go to Patriotmobile dot com slash ben. That's Patriot
- 4:37Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash ben. You can call them and
- 4:41Speaker 1: switch nine seven to two Patriot. That's nine seven to
- 4:44Speaker 1: two Patriot. Plus you'll get free activation when you use
- 4:47Speaker 1: the promo code Ben when you check them out.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Don't forget it.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Promo code Ben free activation nine seven two Patriot or
- 4:55Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben. Now I may play
- 5:00Speaker 1: for you the best part of all this, and that
- 5:04Speaker 1: was when Nathan Wade. This is the special prosecutor going
- 5:07Speaker 1: after Trump and these other Republicans, who was asked about
- 5:13Speaker 1: the cash and there was tens of thousands of dollars
- 5:18Speaker 1: of cash that apparently he was handed by Fanny Willis
- 5:23Speaker 1: so that there wouldn't be a paper trail to their
- 5:26Speaker 1: love affair.
- 5:27Speaker 2: We now know all of this.
- 5:29Speaker 1: He's on the stand yesterday and this was when he
- 5:32Speaker 1: was having to answer his question.
- 5:34Speaker 2: The same guy that was.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Completely unqualified to go after former President Trump or any
- 5:38Speaker 1: of these other Republicans had never not one time, And he's.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Chose a special prosecutor.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Right, You're choosing the best when you choose a special
- 5:46Speaker 1: prosecutor In theory, he had never once prosecuted a felony case.
- 5:53Speaker 1: So why did he get picked? Because he was sleeping
- 5:57Speaker 1: with his boss?
- 5:59Speaker 4: Okay, and let's just talk about that travel, Okay. The
- 6:03Speaker 4: first trip is Belieze in March twenty twenty three. Is
- 6:08Speaker 4: that a trip that you took with miss Willis? Are
- 6:11Speaker 4: you asked did you take a trip with miss Willis
- 6:14Speaker 4: in twenty twenty three?
- 6:15Speaker 5: To the believe, I did. Did you take a trip to.
- 6:18Speaker 4: California with the miss Willis in twenty twenty three?
- 6:21Speaker 5: I did?
- 6:22Speaker 6: Did you.
- 6:24Speaker 4: Pay for those trips on that credit card.
- 6:27Speaker 5: I used the credit card to book the travel. But
- 6:31Speaker 5: understand she paid your back cash.
- 6:34Speaker 6: Well, let me say this. Let's take the Belief trip.
- 6:37Speaker 5: For example, since you started there.
- 6:39Speaker 6: That was a birthday gift to me. So I paid
- 6:44Speaker 6: nothing for that trip zero.
- 6:47Speaker 4: So the charges that are on your card she gave
- 6:50Speaker 4: you cash for she did. Okay, So all of the charges.
- 6:54Speaker 7: And the witness I was finished answer on the question,
- 6:57Speaker 7: oh did your mom I did, okay.
- 7:00Speaker 6: I I wanted to get into the the charges on
- 7:04Speaker 6: the the card because so traveling with her.
- 7:10Speaker 5: Is is a is a task.
- 7:12Speaker 6: You can probably imagine the uh uh attention that that happens.
- 7:16Speaker 5: So for safety.
- 7:19Speaker 6: Reasons, she would limit her transactions. I mean imagine trying
- 7:30Speaker 6: to walk through an airport, or see at the restaurant,
- 7:32Speaker 6: or do anything. So there was no there's no attempt
- 7:38Speaker 6: to can conceal is a credit card.
- 7:41Speaker 5: Everything is here.
- 7:42Speaker 4: So and and that's not what I asked, okay. What
- 7:47Speaker 4: I asked was the charges for Believes in March twenty
- 7:51Speaker 4: twenty three on that credit card. Those are things you
- 7:53Speaker 4: purchased to go with Miss wait with Miss Willis.
- 7:56Speaker 6: She believes those are those are things that we booked
- 7:59Speaker 6: with my card that she paid?
- 8:00Speaker 5: Yes?
- 8:01Speaker 4: Yes, so those show up on your credit card.
- 8:03Speaker 2: They do.
- 8:04Speaker 4: And you're saying that she paid you cash to reimburse
- 8:07Speaker 4: you for all of that she did, and she paid
- 8:11Speaker 4: you cash for both of your portions?
- 8:14Speaker 5: Are just hers both?
- 8:16Speaker 8: Okay?
- 8:16Speaker 4: So that trip believes just believes she paid you for
- 8:19Speaker 4: everything on belief. So the food, tattoo parlor, all that
- 8:24Speaker 4: stuff she paid for.
- 8:26Speaker 8: I'm gonna anything the question.
- 8:31Speaker 5: There was no tattoo parlor in belief the charges.
- 8:35Speaker 4: There's a there's a tattoo parlor on the charges. I'm
- 8:38Speaker 4: not getting into what it was for. I'm just asking
- 8:40Speaker 4: if everything that's on that card related to belieze she paid.
- 8:43Speaker 5: You back for she paid.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Okay, this is like a comedy skit that was created
- 8:49Speaker 1: from Saturday Night Live or The Office. It's the most
- 8:53Speaker 1: ridiculous thing I've ever seen. He's like, well, I got
- 8:57Speaker 1: there's cash every time we did cash every time. I mean,
- 9:01Speaker 1: there's just there's there's cash here.
- 9:05Speaker 2: It was just it was just it was just cash.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Like you got to understand that we I mean, we
- 9:09Speaker 1: paid there was cash here because she's high profile. Since
- 9:13Speaker 1: when does high profile make you pay cash for everything.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Fanny Willis was asked about all of this right and
- 9:19Speaker 1: and testify at this misconduct hearing. She was asked about
- 9:22Speaker 1: the police trip. Listen to her response when she was
- 9:25Speaker 1: on the stand, Well.
- 9:26Speaker 5: Uh, you know, let me move on to my point here.
- 9:30Speaker 9: So the point is that what you're telling us is
- 9:33Speaker 9: that you were in financial straits.
- 9:38Speaker 5: But really that you're.
- 9:40Speaker 9: Testimony today is you had a cash hoard of maybe
- 9:43Speaker 9: up to ten thousand dollars in cash where you laid
- 9:46Speaker 9: your head at night so that you would dip out
- 9:49Speaker 9: and there would be no record of correct.
- 9:51Speaker 10: That's not what I'm telling you, sir, That's not That's
- 9:54Speaker 10: not at all what I'm telling you. What I'm telling
- 9:56Speaker 10: you is that throughout the course of my life I
- 9:59Speaker 10: have always kept cash in my house. That cash has
- 10:04Speaker 10: ranged from times. You know, my father would probably be
- 10:06Speaker 10: ashamed of this because he would say it should be
- 10:08Speaker 10: more at that time. That cash at times has ranged
- 10:11Speaker 10: from five hundred dollars to maybe nine thousand dollars, and
- 10:16Speaker 10: he would be like, that is not what I.
- 10:18Speaker 5: Told you to do.
- 10:20Speaker 10: I've always had that amount of money. What I've told
- 10:23Speaker 10: you is that when I travel, you do better negotiating
- 10:27Speaker 10: when you travel. If you have cash, you can you
- 10:30Speaker 10: go get the cab. They say, oh, we're gonna charge
- 10:32Speaker 10: you three hundred for the day. Well, I got American cash,
- 10:35Speaker 10: will you take it for one fifty? And so it's
- 10:37Speaker 10: my practice to take money when I travel.
- 10:39Speaker 7: We're not talking about a whole lot of money. We're
- 10:41Speaker 7: going to the Bahamas. Fifteen hundred and cash is in
- 10:44Speaker 7: my pocket or at the most twenty five hundred. Believes
- 10:48Speaker 7: was actually probably the most money I've ever taken. And
- 10:51Speaker 7: it was taken because it was a big deal. My
- 10:55Speaker 7: fiftieth birthday sucked. His fifty yeth birthday, it sucked.
- 10:59Speaker 2: It was tear up.
- 11:01Speaker 8: And so back to some questions here I'm trying to
- 11:04Speaker 8: answer it.
- 11:06Speaker 1: I mean, this is the biggest you know what show
- 11:10Speaker 1: in court I have ever heard. Let me just play
- 11:14Speaker 1: this for you real quick of how bad this day
- 11:19Speaker 1: in court went for Fanny Willis and her lover. MSNBC
- 11:23Speaker 1: broke into the coverage at one point, and this was
- 11:26Speaker 1: early in the morning, ten fifty three, so they weren't
- 11:29Speaker 1: even close to being done yet. And this is how
- 11:31Speaker 1: they described the early on testimony.
- 11:34Speaker 11: Right, don't let the legal liest fool you. This is epic,
- 11:37Speaker 11: This is monumental. If things are going in the direction
- 11:40Speaker 11: we think Fannie willis lied to the court, it's game
- 11:44Speaker 11: over for her. She will be disqualified if they had
- 11:48Speaker 11: a relationship prior to when they represented.
- 11:52Speaker 5: To the court.
- 11:52Speaker 11: It's it's a huge deal. I can't overstate it.
- 11:54Speaker 2: And do you feel it's a huge deal. I can't
- 11:57Speaker 2: overstate it.
- 11:58Speaker 1: That is coming from mess NBC saying they lied to
- 12:02Speaker 1: the court. Now, there was also a back and forth
- 12:06Speaker 1: with the prosecutor, the voice of Steve Shadow. Shadow is
- 12:11Speaker 1: the attorney for former President Donald Trump, who is asking
- 12:16Speaker 1: mister Wade, this is the guy who's the best prosecutor
- 12:18Speaker 1: that's never prosecuted a felony case before, who gets a
- 12:22Speaker 1: sweetheart job because he's banging the da and going on
- 12:27Speaker 1: all these vacations with her, six different vacations in a
- 12:30Speaker 1: seven month period. And he's asked about this relationship and
- 12:35Speaker 1: the money and the cash and everything else.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Listen to this back and forth.
- 12:38Speaker 1: It's again it's like a see now the Office TV show.
- 12:42Speaker 12: Question the help questions that we're asking and I can
- 12:45Speaker 12: ask you.
- 12:48Speaker 2: I don't want to get.
- 12:49Speaker 12: Into the type of answer I want to get into
- 12:52Speaker 12: medical conditions. So did I understand you to say that
- 12:56Speaker 12: you've had cancer in the year of twenty twenty, Yes, sir.
- 13:01Speaker 12: You explained that because of that in twenty twenty you
- 13:06Speaker 12: were or kept yourself in a sterile environment.
- 13:09Speaker 5: I tried this, sir.
- 13:11Speaker 12: Now what about twenty twenty.
- 13:13Speaker 6: One, twenty twenty one, just focusing on my health, trying
- 13:17Speaker 6: to get back to myself.
- 13:21Speaker 12: You remember when I asked you some questions about Hateville
- 13:25Speaker 12: dism and the condo this, and you indicated that prior
- 13:29Speaker 12: to November first of twenty twenty one, you would spend
- 13:32Speaker 12: time at the condo.
- 13:34Speaker 5: Take the hate bilcondo with Miss Burler's.
- 13:37Speaker 8: Right, yes, sir, and with someone else you said this year.
- 13:41Speaker 5: Team miss Yearity, yes sir.
- 13:42Speaker 12: Okay, So you were not concerned that was not a
- 13:46Speaker 12: sterile environment, was it?
- 13:47Speaker 6: Are you inferring that Miss year d and Da Willis
- 13:50Speaker 6: is not sterile? Of course, it's his histerial environment. It's
- 13:53Speaker 6: it's a h a condo.
- 13:56Speaker 5: But don't you remember that?
- 13:57Speaker 2: I followed up and said where else you have been
- 14:01Speaker 2: to show your.
- 14:01Speaker 9: Cell phone records from Hateville?
- 14:03Speaker 12: And you said the airport, right, not a sterile environment.
- 14:08Speaker 5: Though the airport you agree it is not.
- 14:10Speaker 2: Okay?
- 14:11Speaker 12: What about restaurants not a sterile environment?
- 14:14Speaker 5: Right, they're not.
- 14:15Speaker 8: And the coorce you said something about a force what
- 14:18Speaker 8: course experience?
- 14:19Speaker 12: That doesn't sound very sterile to me? Is that a
- 14:22Speaker 12: sterile environment?
- 14:24Speaker 6: You're inside your vehicle?
- 14:27Speaker 5: Yeah, but don't you mingle with others who you can?
- 14:30Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 14:31Speaker 12: And you were doing all that in twenty twenty one
- 14:33Speaker 12: before November first, that's what you testify to.
- 14:36Speaker 5: Correct, Yes, sir, So there's no reason why you couldn't
- 14:39Speaker 5: be dating in twenty.
- 14:40Speaker 9: Twenty one, is there?
- 14:44Speaker 5: Give you twenty twenty mester, say now take twenty forty one,
- 14:47Speaker 5: all right?
- 14:48Speaker 2: Correct?
- 14:51Speaker 5: Dating? No no reason, no reason as.
- 15:00Speaker 12: Right? Mr Dillon R doesn't okay, misr stocks dock stocks.
- 15:07Speaker 5: Excuse me, just.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Real briefly.
- 15:11Speaker 4: Said you started maybe in early twenty twenty said.
- 15:14Speaker 12: You also use the term personal relationship. Uh, And it
- 15:18Speaker 12: was no dating a personal relationship prior to early twenty ten.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Is that correct?
- 15:27Speaker 6: Help me understand? I wanna make sure I answer you
- 15:29Speaker 6: the so so.
- 15:32Speaker 5: Let le le.
- 15:33Speaker 6: Let's let's be clear. Twenty twenty two was the start
- 15:41Speaker 6: of any intimate sexual relationship with the district.
- 15:46Speaker 5: Attorney okay, and that's what I was working to do.
- 15:49Speaker 12: Okay, clear and your Affidavid, you use the term personal relationship,
- 15:53Speaker 12: got it, and today you.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Use the term dating.
- 15:57Speaker 9: And your testimony today is that that includes the.
- 16:03Speaker 11: Physical or sexual organs of my relationships.
- 16:05Speaker 5: I read, yes, and there was nothing.
- 16:07Speaker 12: Corner testimony, there was none of that priority.
- 16:12Speaker 5: That's correct.
- 16:13Speaker 1: That's all I got to. This guy is up there
- 16:18Speaker 1: literally sweating bullets and hammering bottles of water and is
- 16:25Speaker 1: sitting there just saying, here's everything you need to know.
- 16:28Speaker 1: I got paid a lot of cash to take her
- 16:31Speaker 1: on trips, all right. I got paid a lot of
- 16:35Speaker 1: money to go after Donald Trump. I was, I was
- 16:38Speaker 1: having sex with her. He's thrown it all out there.
- 16:42Speaker 1: And the reason why is because he didn't want to
- 16:45Speaker 1: get in trouble and go to jail. He doesn't want
- 16:49Speaker 1: to go to jail, and so he's basically like, I'll
- 16:54Speaker 1: tell you everything I was. I was having sex with her.
- 16:57Speaker 1: I was getting paid in cash tens of thousands of
- 17:01Speaker 1: dollars that probably added up to Fanny willis what does
- 17:06Speaker 1: Fanny willis saying? Response to that, let me remind you
- 17:09Speaker 1: of something court your.
- 17:10Speaker 7: Office objected to us getting.
- 17:12Speaker 4: Delta records for flights that you may have taken on
- 17:15Speaker 4: this stay well done a number.
- 17:18Speaker 5: I object to you getting records.
- 17:19Speaker 7: You've been intrusive into people's personal lives. You're confused. You
- 17:23Speaker 7: think I'm on trial. These people are on trial for
- 17:25Speaker 7: trying to steal an election in twenty twenty. I'm not
- 17:28Speaker 7: on trial, no matter how hard you try to put
- 17:30Speaker 7: me on trial.
- 17:31Speaker 1: That is what a psychotic narcissist sounds like, plain and simple.
- 17:36Speaker 1: I'm not on trial. You are on trial. They tried
- 17:41Speaker 1: to steal election. I'm going after them with rico charges,
- 17:45Speaker 1: and they are the ones on trial.
- 17:47Speaker 2: So I found me a guy who could bang me, who.
- 17:51Speaker 1: I could funnel seven hundred plus thousand dollars of taxpayer
- 17:54Speaker 1: funds for his fees, who would take me on six
- 17:58Speaker 1: different vacations over seven months, who I would pay back
- 18:02Speaker 1: for all these vacations in cash because my daddy told
- 18:07Speaker 1: me to keep ten thousand and nine thousand dollars in.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Cash in my house. And I gave.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Cash to the special prosecutor because the prosecutor, you know,
- 18:17Speaker 1: was never that serious. You know, I just gave him
- 18:20Speaker 1: some money, you know. Just listen to this other clip.
- 18:25Speaker 1: From Fanny Willis talking about the cast that she gave
- 18:30Speaker 1: the special prosecutor slash lover Wade and says it was
- 18:34Speaker 1: never serious, so I just gave him cash.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Same with the Ruba.
- 18:38Speaker 4: You don't know where that cash came from.
- 18:40Speaker 7: E though, right, ma'am, you are mischaracterized at my testimony greatly.
- 18:44Speaker 7: I'm not going to allow you to mischaracterize my testimony.
- 18:48Speaker 7: I know that I keep.
- 18:49Speaker 1: By the way, the judge in this case, he's up
- 18:52Speaker 1: for reelection in four months, just so you know, he
- 18:56Speaker 1: probably should have thrown her either a out of the
- 18:59Speaker 1: courtroom or found her and contempt to court because he
- 19:01Speaker 1: allowed her to run his courtroom.
- 19:04Speaker 2: But it was very clear.
- 19:05Speaker 1: That this judge in Fulton County doesn't want to lose
- 19:07Speaker 1: the Democrat vote, the African American vote.
- 19:10Speaker 2: He let her run this courtroom like she just did.
- 19:15Speaker 1: You notice right there where she said, you know, you're
- 19:17Speaker 1: mischaracterizing my testament. When you're on the stand like that,
- 19:20Speaker 1: you don't get to talk that way. You have to
- 19:22Speaker 1: answer questions. He let her run his courtroom, which was
- 19:27Speaker 1: incredibly embarrassing. But he's holding on for his job, right
- 19:30Speaker 1: He's like, Hey, I'm not walking this Horne's nets.
- 19:32Speaker 2: I'm not going to look like I'm a pro Trump guy.
- 19:34Speaker 2: I'm up for.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Reelection and I don't want Fanny Willis and others coming
- 19:38Speaker 1: after me, So I'm just gonna let her run the
- 19:40Speaker 1: show today. That was the other part of this dynamic
- 19:43Speaker 1: that was shocking. But listen again back to what she
- 19:46Speaker 1: says about the money.
- 19:47Speaker 7: Keep money in my house. The amounts of money I
- 19:49Speaker 7: gave miss Way. It was never that serious. I don't
- 19:53Speaker 7: think I've ever handed him more than twenty five hundred
- 19:54Speaker 7: dollars in a reimbursement.
- 19:56Speaker 1: So we by the way, if you ever reimbursed somebody
- 19:59Speaker 1: twenty five thousand, I'm not talking about paying for something cash,
- 20:02Speaker 1: right that maybe you buy that's like twenty five hundred
- 20:05Speaker 1: bucks and it's like cash only, or you're buying something
- 20:07Speaker 1: something that can give me cash. I'm talking about reimbursement.
- 20:12Speaker 1: They're on these trips, they work together. He's a special prosecutor.
- 20:20Speaker 1: She knows what they're doing is illegal. She doesn't want
- 20:24Speaker 1: a paper trail for it. So she's reimbursing her lover
- 20:30Speaker 1: in cash to conceal all of this, and she acts
- 20:34Speaker 1: like it's normal to walk around with twenty five hundred
- 20:37Speaker 1: dollars in cash, just handing it to the dude she's
- 20:40Speaker 1: hooking up with who she's also funneling and approving every
- 20:46Speaker 1: one of his bills that comes to her office. So
- 20:50Speaker 1: you understand how best prosecuted work. This is how it works.
- 20:53Speaker 1: He sends a bill from the law firm, she approves
- 20:56Speaker 1: the taxpayer dollars.
- 20:57Speaker 2: To go out to him. Now, there's already some nefarious billing.
- 21:02Speaker 1: That has been identified that didn't come up in this
- 21:04Speaker 1: hearing because that's not what this was about. But he
- 21:06Speaker 1: is sending bills, like massive bills, some of these bills
- 21:11Speaker 1: that would mean he worked like twenty hour days at
- 21:15Speaker 1: high rates. And then what is she getting a return?
- 21:19Speaker 1: Sex and vacations and so he's paying for everything, and
- 21:24Speaker 1: then she's giving him cash so that they can conceal
- 21:28Speaker 1: the relationship, which would obviously make this entire money laundering scheme.
- 21:33Speaker 1: That's what this is. Hit the media and everybody be
- 21:37Speaker 1: able to see it. They thought they could get away
- 21:39Speaker 1: with it, and so she's like, well, hold on, I
- 21:42Speaker 1: just gave him like twenty five thousand here and there,
- 21:45Speaker 1: Like it's not that big of a deal.
- 21:47Speaker 2: It's just some cash.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Like, I don't think I ever gave more than twenty
- 21:50Speaker 1: five hundred in cash to reimburse him.
- 21:53Speaker 7: It was never that serious. I don't think I've ever
- 21:55Speaker 7: handed him more than twenty five hundred dollars in a reimbursement,
- 21:58Speaker 7: So we're not talking about twenty.
- 22:00Speaker 10: Thousand dollars in cash.
- 22:01Speaker 7: I don't have twenty thousand dollars in cash right now.
- 22:04Speaker 7: The most I ever gave him, I know I gave
- 22:06Speaker 7: him twenty five hundred dollars when we went to the
- 22:08Speaker 7: Lize because we went to one hotel and then we
- 22:13Speaker 7: went to a second hotel. That twenty five hundred dollars
- 22:16Speaker 7: I actually gave him while we were still in Belize.
- 22:18Speaker 7: I know that the Aruba trip, the one that you
- 22:21Speaker 7: described with his mom, think I gave him about two
- 22:24Speaker 7: thousand dollars for that trip for like total. I went
- 22:27Speaker 7: to a riveroby the Aruba trip, so I consider that
- 22:30Speaker 7: to be one trip. So we got off of a
- 22:32Speaker 7: cruise ship and then we went to Aruba. Which is
- 22:34Speaker 7: why I cannot remember is that the time that we
- 22:37Speaker 7: had to stay in Miami to wait for the flight
- 22:39Speaker 7: for Aruba. So I consider that one trip that we
- 22:45Speaker 7: didn't like come back to Atlanta and leave we went.
- 22:47Speaker 3: We flew down to Miami.
- 22:49Speaker 7: We got on a cruise ship. We spent a couple
- 22:51Speaker 7: of days with his mama. We came back to Miami.
- 22:53Speaker 7: When we came back to Miami, either that day or
- 22:56Speaker 7: the next day, we flew to Aruba. We spent a
- 22:58Speaker 7: few days in Aruba, and we came back. That was
- 23:00Speaker 7: really one trip though, even though we went two places.
- 23:03Speaker 7: It was one trip.
- 23:05Speaker 1: I mean, the way that she's explaining this is amazing.
- 23:09Speaker 2: It was.
- 23:10Speaker 1: It was one trip. We just you know, we went
- 23:12Speaker 1: and saw his mama. It was never serious, but we
- 23:14Speaker 1: were hanging out with his mama. Then she's asked another
- 23:18Speaker 1: question about hey, do you know that Fulton County requires
- 23:23Speaker 1: disclosing relationships with someone you're doing business with. Now we
- 23:28Speaker 1: can go back to the clip I played you earlier,
- 23:31Speaker 1: And that clip that I played you earlier was that
- 23:34Speaker 1: clip of her saying, you deserve a DA that's not
- 23:37Speaker 1: sleeping with the staff, having sex with the staff. Remember
- 23:40Speaker 1: when I played that for you earlier. This is when
- 23:42Speaker 1: she was running for office. You know you deserve you,
- 23:46Speaker 1: you deserve this is her words, right, a DA that's
- 23:49Speaker 1: not sleeping with her staff This is back in twenty
- 23:52Speaker 1: twenty when she's running for office.
- 23:54Speaker 3: Here it is again, because they deserve a DA that
- 23:57Speaker 3: won't have sex with his employees. Because they deserve a
- 24:01Speaker 3: DA that won't put money in their own pocket when
- 24:04Speaker 3: it should go to benefit children.
- 24:07Speaker 1: But by the way she did both of those things,
- 24:10Speaker 1: she was having sex, spending the taxpayers dollars reimbursing in cash.
- 24:17Speaker 1: She obviously knows there's a problem with this. She was
- 24:19Speaker 1: running on it well. On the stand yesterday, she was
- 24:23Speaker 1: asked about Fulton County requiring disclosing relationships and listen to
- 24:28Speaker 1: her response.
- 24:30Speaker 4: Did you tell anyone at Fulton County Board of County
- 24:32Speaker 4: Commissioners about your relationship.
- 24:33Speaker 3: With mister Wade.
- 24:35Speaker 7: No?
- 24:36Speaker 4: Did you dispose your relationship to anybody at Fulton County?
- 24:44Speaker 7: No?
- 24:45Speaker 10: I don't think so.
- 24:46Speaker 4: And as the chief law enforcement officer of Fulton County,
- 24:49Speaker 4: I assume that you're familiar with the county code and ordinances.
- 24:53Speaker 5: I've said we're not going to cover that in the
- 24:54Speaker 5: serumus commotion.
- 24:56Speaker 2: I'm sorry, we said we weren't.
- 24:57Speaker 5: Going to cover the county regulations.
- 24:59Speaker 4: Okay, I won't let me ask you this then, So
- 25:03Speaker 4: are you aware that you're required to disclose any relationship
- 25:06Speaker 4: with someone that you contract with in Fulton County morning.
- 25:11Speaker 5: Would this be different because it's the potential for impeachment?
- 25:14Speaker 2: Yes?
- 25:16Speaker 7: What did you ask me?
- 25:20Speaker 4: You asked the question, Okay, are you aware that Fulton
- 25:26Speaker 4: County requires you to disclose any relationship with someone that
- 25:29Speaker 4: you're doing business with?
- 25:30Speaker 10: I'm not aware.
- 25:31Speaker 7: I know often had time things are confused with state
- 25:35Speaker 7: constitutional officers in county, but I'm not aware.
- 25:38Speaker 4: So it's not your So it's your understanding that you
- 25:40Speaker 4: don't have a duty to disclose.
- 25:41Speaker 5: Answered that question, Let's keep going.
- 25:46Speaker 2: I love this.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Like you noticed how she got real quiet there? Did
- 25:50Speaker 1: you tell anybody about your relationship?
- 25:52Speaker 12: No?
- 25:53Speaker 1: Did you know that you're not supposed to be doing this?
- 25:56Speaker 2: No?
- 25:57Speaker 1: For a woman that claims she's like poor, I'm poor,
- 26:00Speaker 1: I'm a hard working woman. Here, I'm poor. I am poor.
- 26:06Speaker 1: She went on, how many vacations and seven months? I
- 26:09Speaker 1: think it's six if you count them up.
- 26:11Speaker 2: I think I'm right. This is unbelievable.
- 26:15Speaker 1: And then she says I'm not on trial, no matter
- 26:17Speaker 1: what you say. Then she also says, you don't yell
- 26:21Speaker 1: at me. Please don't you, please, don't yell at me.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Trump's lawyers questioning Fanny Willis, she says, I'm extremely private.
- 26:31Speaker 1: So don't you be asking me all these questions.
- 26:35Speaker 8: Who in the prosecution team prior to I guess the
- 26:40Speaker 8: motion being filed by defendant Roman, who in the prosecution
- 26:46Speaker 8: team knew of your personal relationship? And now I'm talking
- 26:51Speaker 8: romantic with mister Wade.
- 26:54Speaker 10: So so.
- 26:56Speaker 7: I am extremely private.
- 26:58Speaker 8: If the answer is no one knew, that's fine.
- 27:02Speaker 2: No I ask you who knew?
- 27:04Speaker 5: Answer explain this us.
- 27:07Speaker 7: I am very private. When I supervised mister Body and
- 27:10Speaker 7: mister McAfee, they.
- 27:11Speaker 10: Didn't know who I was dating.
- 27:12Speaker 7: But I can assure you I was dating somebody, so
- 27:14Speaker 7: that I kept something private that's my private life is
- 27:18Speaker 7: not any mystery to anyone. It's like a woman doesn't
- 27:23Speaker 7: have the right to keep her private life private.
- 27:26Speaker 5: And I'm speaking on.
- 27:27Speaker 7: This because there have been all these intimations.
- 27:30Speaker 5: Answer the questions we us. I'm sorry, what was the question?
- 27:33Speaker 5: There is there anyone else who knew about it?
- 27:35Speaker 7: And then you can.
- 27:35Speaker 5: Explain I don't know.
- 27:38Speaker 7: I don't think so I certainly didn't go out telling.
- 27:42Speaker 5: My business of the world.
- 27:43Speaker 8: Okay, So the best of your recollection you didn't inform
- 27:47Speaker 8: anyone on the prosecution team that the individual that you
- 27:51Speaker 8: had chosen to lead the prosecution team had a personal
- 27:55Speaker 8: relationship with you.
- 27:57Speaker 7: That correct, that's inaccurate. Your question is inaccurate. What because
- 28:02Speaker 7: you stated that the person I chose we had a
- 28:05Speaker 7: personal relationship, So we had a friendship. We have all
- 28:09Speaker 7: these distinguishing factors. Remember when I chose him in November
- 28:13Speaker 7: of twenty one. First of all, let's get this straight.
- 28:15Speaker 7: Mister Waite was not actually my first choice. That's no
- 28:18Speaker 7: insult to him.
- 28:19Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 28:20Speaker 7: It is because of the way you phrased the question.
- 28:22Speaker 7: You said when I chose him, I didn't inform people
- 28:26Speaker 7: of a personal relationship. We have defined personal as romantic.
- 28:30Speaker 7: It is an inaccurate way to state the question that I.
- 28:33Speaker 5: Will certainly restated. So it's very accurate.
- 28:36Speaker 7: Okay, And please do not.
- 28:37Speaker 2: Yell at me.
- 28:39Speaker 1: By the way, it's amazing that this judge, and this
- 28:43Speaker 1: just tells you how many judges out there are bad
- 28:45Speaker 1: judges allowed her to basically question the lawyers that are
- 28:51Speaker 1: questioning her on the stand and saying, well then do
- 28:54Speaker 1: and this do not yell at me like the judge
- 28:57Speaker 1: there should have been like, what is wrong with you?
- 28:59Speaker 2: He let her get away with this all day?
- 29:01Speaker 1: Why because he's a wuss, because he's up for reelection
- 29:04Speaker 1: four months and he doesn't want to lose his job
- 29:07Speaker 1: by actually running a court the right way.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Listen to the very end of this.
- 29:12Speaker 8: You hired mister Wade the first time on November one
- 29:17Speaker 8: of twenty twenty one.
- 29:19Speaker 5: Corrector of twenty twenty one. Yes, sir, your.
- 29:22Speaker 8: Testimony is whether one accepts it or not. Your testimony
- 29:26Speaker 8: is that at the time you hired mister Wade, there
- 29:30Speaker 8: had never been a romantic relationship with mister Wade before
- 29:37Speaker 8: you hire him. Correct.
- 29:38Speaker 7: Yes, my testimony is that we were very good friends,
- 29:40Speaker 7: but not.
- 29:41Speaker 5: We'll talk about of six. So let's just don't worry.
- 29:43Speaker 8: I'm not talking about I'm saying romantic relationship doesn't.
- 29:47Speaker 5: Necessarily have to be just sex.
- 29:49Speaker 12: Well.
- 29:49Speaker 8: It can be dating, it can be holding hands, it
- 29:52Speaker 8: can be any of those things that one might call romantic.
- 29:57Speaker 8: I'm asking you whether or not prior to no November
- 30:00Speaker 8: one of twenty twenty one, there was a romantic relationship
- 30:05Speaker 8: with mister Wade. That's very simple. It's either a yes
- 30:09Speaker 8: or no.
- 30:10Speaker 7: I don't consider my relationship with him to be romantic
- 30:12Speaker 7: before that. I'm not a handholder.
- 30:14Speaker 2: So no, that's fine, I'm not a handholder.
- 30:19Speaker 1: This is the woman who Democrats say is their savior.
- 30:25Speaker 1: This is the woman who stretched the limits of the
- 30:28Speaker 1: law to most extreme levels we've seen in Fulton County
- 30:33Speaker 1: and charge Donald Trump in seventeen others Republican local officials
- 30:39Speaker 1: with rigo violations which put you in jail federal prison, okay,
- 30:45Speaker 1: federal prison. And this is the woman who the Democrats
- 30:51Speaker 1: are proud of. This is the woman that they are
- 30:55Speaker 1: so happy to know that she was going after Donald
- 31:00Speaker 1: Trump and this witch hunt. Does this sound like a
- 31:03Speaker 1: crazy person to you? Does this sound like someone that's
- 31:07Speaker 1: going to follow the law? Does this sound like someone
- 31:10Speaker 1: that you can trust with the taxpayer dollars? The woman
- 31:15Speaker 1: who picks a guy who's never one time prosecute a.
- 31:19Speaker 2: Felony case.
- 31:22Speaker 1: And to they choose to take the highest profile case
- 31:25Speaker 1: at the moment in the country. This is how evil
- 31:29Speaker 1: the Democratic Socialist Communist Party is.
- 31:32Speaker 2: And this is their girl.
- 31:33Speaker 1: She's a Democrat, she's an elected official of the Democratic Party.
- 31:38Speaker 1: This is who they pick and this is what they're doing.
- 31:42Speaker 1: Now make sure that you share this podcast on social media.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Make sure people hear Fanny Willis in her own words.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Make sure you help us expose the democratic machine by
- 31:54Speaker 1: posting this on social media.
- 31:56Speaker 2: Tell your friends.
- 31:57Speaker 1: You can text message this podcast to your friends as well.
- 32:00Speaker 2: I'll see it back here tomorrow
