- 1:26Speaker 1: It's a lot later than it was when we started
- 1:28Speaker 1: Part one with Congresson James Comer, and we are talking
- 1:32Speaker 1: about the Biden crime family.
- 1:34Speaker 2: You and I are stilling shocked by the way. And
- 1:36Speaker 2: let me say to folks who didn't listen to yesterday's pod,
- 1:40Speaker 2: you need to go back.
- 1:41Speaker 3: You need to listen to part one.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Hit pause right now. So all of y'all have you've
- 1:45Speaker 2: seen it on TV. James Comer, who's our guest, my
- 1:48Speaker 2: friend from Kentucky, Congressman, chairman of the House Oversight Committee.
- 1:52Speaker 2: You've seen him on TV. He's on head of the
- 1:53Speaker 2: every week. But he goes on Sean and he's got
- 1:56Speaker 2: five six minutes and he says a point, he says
- 1:57Speaker 2: a headline.
- 1:58Speaker 3: It's good.
- 1:58Speaker 2: I watch it, it's good, But five six minutes it's
- 2:01Speaker 2: hard to understand anything, especially this. The value of this
- 2:06Speaker 2: podcast is that we have We'll go as long as
- 2:09Speaker 2: we need. We're going to get into the substance and
- 2:12Speaker 2: ask about it. And part one we did a deep dive.
- 2:15Speaker 2: We discussed one hundred and seventy suspicious activity reports stars
- 2:20Speaker 2: that came from Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and the Biden
- 2:22Speaker 2: crime family.
- 2:23Speaker 3: I mean, that's really stunning.
- 2:25Speaker 2: And where we ended part one is you said all
- 2:29Speaker 2: of this, in your judgment, was directed to covering up
- 2:32Speaker 2: what was happening with Joe Biden. And this is a
- 2:35Speaker 2: point that I made on this podcast for many months,
- 2:39Speaker 2: which is the focus. The reason this is a matter
- 2:41Speaker 2: of public concern is because it concerns is the president
- 2:45Speaker 2: of the United States corrupt? Did he receive bribes from
- 2:49Speaker 2: foreign nationals? Was he on the take? Is he compromised?
- 2:53Speaker 2: And I got to say, the evidence is growing and
- 2:56Speaker 2: growing and growing. What in your investigation has shed light
- 3:01Speaker 2: on that question?
- 3:02Speaker 4: Well, the emails and text messages in the laptop confirmed
- 3:09Speaker 4: that Joe Biden met regularly with all of these people
- 3:12Speaker 4: who were involved in receiving the wires from the foreign nationals,
- 3:18Speaker 4: who were meeting with the foreign nationals. You know, there
- 3:22Speaker 4: are obviously something happened to trigger the million plus dollar
- 3:27Speaker 4: wires that went into these fake companies.
- 3:30Speaker 2: So and let me ask you something. So one of
- 3:33Speaker 2: the things we've talked about a lot is the WhatsApp
- 3:35Speaker 2: message that Hunter Biden sent to his Chinese business.
- 3:41Speaker 3: Associate, and the text of it.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Says, quote, I'm sitting here with my father and we
- 3:46Speaker 2: would like to understand why the commitment made has not
- 3:48Speaker 2: been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to
- 3:50Speaker 2: resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and
- 3:53Speaker 2: now means tonight and ze if I get a call
- 3:56Speaker 2: or text from anyone involved in this other than you,
- 3:58Speaker 2: Zang or the chairman, I will make certain that between
- 4:01Speaker 2: the man sitting next to me and every person he knows,
- 4:04Speaker 2: and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you
- 4:07Speaker 2: will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here
- 4:11Speaker 2: waiting for the call with my father now. Number one
- 4:18Speaker 2: we've talked about. There are really only two defenses that
- 4:21Speaker 2: Hunter and Joe Biden could put up to this WhatsApp message. One,
- 4:25Speaker 2: they can claim it's fake and fraudulent, that it didn't
- 4:28Speaker 2: actually get sent. Is anyone claiming that, No, So no
- 4:32Speaker 2: one's disputing that this is accurate in person. The second
- 4:36Speaker 2: thing they could claim as Hunter was lying, that Hunter
- 4:38Speaker 2: was saying Dad was here and dad wasn't really there,
- 4:41Speaker 2: so he was puffing, he was bragging, but he wasn't
- 4:44Speaker 2: actually threatening the retaliation from Joe Biden.
- 4:48Speaker 3: Have they claimed that they have it. No.
- 4:51Speaker 4: All they've said is, well, he was on drugs and
- 4:53Speaker 4: he was going through a hard period in his life.
- 4:56Speaker 2: And am I right that the investigators won to use
- 5:00Speaker 2: GPS information to determine was Joe Biden sitting next to Hunter?
- 5:06Speaker 2: Because if he's typing this, I'm sitting next to my dad,
- 5:09Speaker 2: the fact that his dad was sitting next to him
- 5:11Speaker 2: at that moment would be pretty irrelevant.
- 5:13Speaker 4: They said that could have been easily proven, and so
- 5:17Speaker 4: why did they were not allowed to do.
- 5:20Speaker 2: That and who was they?
- 5:21Speaker 4: Just so everybody as s whistleblower, the IRS employees testified
- 5:25Speaker 4: that they were not allowed to do that by the department.
- 5:29Speaker 1: So, going back to Yessay's pod, they weren't allowed to
- 5:32Speaker 1: go question Hunter Biden, that Hunter Biden was tipped off
- 5:34Speaker 1: when they were trying to question him. His lawyers were
- 5:36Speaker 1: gotten involved before they were able to question him. Then
- 5:39Speaker 1: they weren't allowed to even see if the two men
- 5:41Speaker 1: weren't sitting next to each other when they could have
- 5:42Speaker 1: easily done that as well.
- 5:44Speaker 3: And there's another thing.
- 5:46Speaker 4: They interviewed some of these former associates like Rob Walker, yep,
- 5:51Speaker 4: like Eric Sherwin, like Tony Bobolinski, and through the course
- 5:56Speaker 4: of those interviews, somebody told him there was a storage
- 5:59Speaker 4: building that had a bunch of documents, a bunch of
- 6:02Speaker 4: old laptops and things, papers and things like that that.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Would prove they were telling the truth.
- 6:08Speaker 4: They were telling the truth, and that Joe was involved.
- 6:12Speaker 4: And they were never allowed to go into that storage building.
- 6:16Speaker 3: They were tipped off when they Widen.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Say today, you mean the Department of Justice tipped Hunter
- 6:23Speaker 2: Biden off that the invigators and wanted to search that
- 6:28Speaker 2: storage building.
- 6:29Speaker 4: They tipped him off that they wanted to talk to
- 6:31Speaker 4: him at his house in California and they wanted to,
- 6:36Speaker 4: uh search his storage.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Unit and look, if someone is guilty, if someone's a criminal.
- 6:43Speaker 2: If you are investigating a drug dealer and you tell
- 6:45Speaker 2: a drug dealer, hey, we want to search this warehouse
- 6:48Speaker 2: at this location to see if you have drugs, what
- 6:51Speaker 2: does drug dealer do?
- 6:53Speaker 3: Yeah, he gets rid of the oven?
- 6:55Speaker 2: Sure, Scots Sigano. Is there any law enforcement justification for
- 7:00Speaker 2: telling the target of an investigation who you've got massive
- 7:03Speaker 2: evidence of criminality. Hey, here's where we want to search
- 7:05Speaker 2: to see if there's evidence of your criminality. And has
- 7:09Speaker 2: anyone given you one you're investigating? Do they say, oh, yeah,
- 7:12Speaker 2: we did this because like, what's there? Just let's play
- 7:15Speaker 2: Devil's advocate. So they're saying, we were trying to what
- 7:20Speaker 2: I mean, is there an argument?
- 7:22Speaker 4: The one argument that they disclosed in the testimony to
- 7:26Speaker 4: the Overset Committee was that the Deputy US Attorney Wolf
- 7:31Speaker 4: said that the reason she wouldn't allow them to talk
- 7:34Speaker 4: to Hunter Biden's grand Joe Biden's grandchildren, Hunter Biden's children
- 7:39Speaker 4: who received wires and who were also subjects, they were
- 7:43Speaker 4: righting And.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Let me stop you there, Javis, because look, I can
- 7:46Speaker 2: understand someone saying, Okay, maybe it's a little shady, a
- 7:50Speaker 2: little problematic talk to kids, like talking to kids. I
- 7:54Speaker 2: get it. But wait, these kids were getting money from
- 7:57Speaker 2: the Chinese communists and Romanian foreign national All right, you've
- 8:01Speaker 2: got little kids. Yeah, I'm going to ask you right
- 8:03Speaker 2: now on the record on verdict time, right, your children
- 8:06Speaker 2: received any money from the Chinese Communists? No, James, No, okay,
- 8:11Speaker 2: Ukraine No. By the way, James, you have kids. Have
- 8:13Speaker 2: your kids gotten any never?
- 8:15Speaker 3: Like?
- 8:16Speaker 2: Seriously, who the hell does nobody unless you're money wandering
- 8:20Speaker 2: right And by the way, these kids are little kids, yep,
- 8:23Speaker 2: so they're not working for it. Is it fair to
- 8:25Speaker 2: say these kids, in all likelihood have not done a
- 8:28Speaker 2: meaningful service to the government of China.
- 8:31Speaker 4: I doubt that the grandchild, who was in college at
- 8:34Speaker 4: the time, did anything near of any value to receive
- 8:39Speaker 4: a wire from a Romanian foreign national.
- 8:42Speaker 3: I'd be willing to bet.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Look, knowing most college kids, I'm not sure most college
- 8:46Speaker 2: kids could find Romania that much less do something that
- 8:50Speaker 2: they get paid for it. Can I ask you a question.
- 8:52Speaker 1: I want to go back to when all this started,
- 8:55Speaker 1: and I say this from the standpoint of Hunter Biden
- 8:59Speaker 1: or Joe Bid made it clear over and over again
- 9:01Speaker 1: when he was asked, I never talked to my son,
- 9:03Speaker 1: I never talked to my other And then he said
- 9:05Speaker 1: even doubled, I never talked to any family member by
- 9:08Speaker 1: any business dealings period.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Is that true? Is that true?
- 9:10Speaker 3: That is not true. That's another lie.
- 9:12Speaker 2: But so explain to every one that's a lie.
- 9:14Speaker 4: Well Goldman representing Goldman from York inadvertently got the whistleblowers
- 9:20Speaker 4: to admit. Today on the record, Jonathan Turley talked about
- 9:23Speaker 4: this on Fox that they did have evidence that Joe
- 9:27Speaker 4: had communicated with his son about at least one business dealing.
- 9:33Speaker 4: But in the laptop there are pictures with all of
- 9:35Speaker 4: his associates, several of them flew on Air Force two
- 9:38Speaker 4: with Tim to the very countries where they right after
- 9:41Speaker 4: they left, they started receiving wires.
- 9:43Speaker 3: I mean, there's a.
- 9:44Speaker 4: I said, This whole investigation is like tracking a bleeding
- 9:47Speaker 4: bear through a snowstorm. There's so much evidence laying around
- 9:51Speaker 4: along the way and every you know, there's a pattern
- 9:54Speaker 4: here that would suggest that while Joe Biden was Vice president,
- 9:58Speaker 4: he would go in and dangle foreign aid and foreign
- 10:02Speaker 4: policy in front of these countries, and then when he left,
- 10:06Speaker 4: weeks later or days later in some instances, his family
- 10:10Speaker 4: would start receiving wires from foreign national.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Well, and we've seen now it's broken recently that there
- 10:16Speaker 2: was an email from a senior official at Barisma signing
- 10:20Speaker 2: off on the contract with Hunter Biden that said the
- 10:22Speaker 2: ultimate objective of this contract is to stop any investigation
- 10:28Speaker 2: of the oligarch who owned Barisma. Just months after that email,
- 10:31Speaker 2: Joe Biden flies to Ukraine, holds a billion dollars in
- 10:35Speaker 2: American aid hostage, demands that the prosecutor investigating that oligark
- 10:39Speaker 2: be fired. And as Joe Biden said on TV, yeah,
- 10:42Speaker 2: son of a bitch, they fired him. He confessed on
- 10:45Speaker 2: TV that he did that, brogged about it. That's the
- 10:48Speaker 2: quid pro quo in Ukraine. It was Joe Biden, not
- 10:52Speaker 2: Donald Trump. And there's zero dispute that Biden got him fired,
- 10:57Speaker 2: and that he got him fired by holding a billion
- 10:59Speaker 2: dollars in hostage.
- 11:01Speaker 3: Biden's old words.
- 11:02Speaker 2: So Biden's defense to this, as they say, well, the
- 11:07Speaker 2: prosecutor wasn't investigating enough corruption, so he wasn't trying to
- 11:10Speaker 2: protect the oligark. He wanted someone tougher. And yet just
- 11:15Speaker 2: this week it's broken that the email and hunter Biden
- 11:19Speaker 2: said we are paying you eighty three thousand dollars a
- 11:21Speaker 2: month a million dollars a year to stop the investigations
- 11:26Speaker 2: into the oligarch, which is precisely what Joe Biden did
- 11:29Speaker 2: a couple of months later.
- 11:30Speaker 3: Yes, that's right.
- 11:31Speaker 2: How shocked were you when you found that out?
- 11:34Speaker 3: I'm not shocked about anything.
- 11:37Speaker 4: I think that Joe Biden has been selling access to our.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Enemies for decades.
- 11:46Speaker 2: I think that so long before Hunter was involved. So
- 11:48Speaker 2: let me stop you on that. You said he's been
- 11:50Speaker 2: selling access to our enemies for decades, that that, on
- 11:53Speaker 2: the face of it, is an extraordinary statement.
- 11:55Speaker 3: What's your basis for that basis is?
- 11:58Speaker 4: You know, if you study Joe Biden like I have, Uh,
- 12:01Speaker 4: he's always been cash strapped. Uh, he's never had a
- 12:04Speaker 4: successful career in investing or anything like that. Then you
- 12:09Speaker 4: look at the assets he's accumulated on a Senate salary,
- 12:13Speaker 4: it's pretty pretty impressive.
- 12:15Speaker 3: And you look at the upkeep to those assets. I
- 12:18Speaker 3: believe that.
- 12:20Speaker 2: If we you know, you're saying a classic corvette doesn't
- 12:22Speaker 2: by itself.
- 12:23Speaker 4: No, And you know the delare we're finding where many
- 12:28Speaker 4: of these toys that at least Hunter had were purchased
- 12:32Speaker 4: by foreign nationals. So that's a whole nother element of
- 12:36Speaker 4: things of value received by the Bidens and the diamonds. Diamonds,
- 12:41Speaker 4: a Porsche, vacations, free stays at hotels, travel women, all
- 12:50Speaker 4: gifts from foreig national adversaries.
- 12:53Speaker 2: I mean, is it a Costa Rica, This is China,
- 12:57Speaker 2: that's right, But like these are in Russia.
- 13:00Speaker 4: Soviets hate countries that we don't trade with. You know,
- 13:04Speaker 4: the only thing we do is give them four and eight,
- 13:07Speaker 4: that's you know. I mean, And look, I think that
- 13:13Speaker 4: Obama knew this was going on towards the end. And
- 13:15Speaker 4: I think that's why Obama didn't want Biden run for president.
- 13:18Speaker 3: I don't think it had anything to do with his age.
- 13:20Speaker 3: I don't think anything to do that with the gaff.
- 13:22Speaker 1: I think he's never underestimated the ability for Joe bid
- 13:24Speaker 1: daffod up.
- 13:25Speaker 3: That's true.
- 13:27Speaker 4: And look, they had to know what was going on
- 13:32Speaker 4: with Ukraine. I mean that stinks to high heaven what
- 13:35Speaker 4: was going on there? And Joe then then Bragg, he
- 13:38Speaker 4: admitted he fired that prosecutor. The whistle blower has testified today.
- 13:43Speaker 4: We're just now getting the Ukrainian money. But yes, Hunter
- 13:47Speaker 4: Biden supposedly was getting paid fifty sixty thousand dollars a
- 13:52Speaker 4: month as a director, but apparently they received millions of dollars,
- 13:57Speaker 4: which goes back to that fee ten twenty three.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Where they said they were Now what is it ten
- 14:04Speaker 2: twenty three? We heard a lot of discussion about that,
- 14:06Speaker 2: but what is.
- 14:06Speaker 4: It A ten twenty three is A is a form
- 14:08Speaker 4: where the FBI has a paid informant who comes in
- 14:14Speaker 4: reports information that he's received.
- 14:17Speaker 3: So the paid informant's like a spy.
- 14:19Speaker 2: So the informant called or spoke to the FBI and said,
- 14:23Speaker 2: we I have evidence that Joe Biden personally received a
- 14:27Speaker 2: multimillion dollar bribe from the foreign national. Yes, and that
- 14:31Speaker 2: got recorded in an FBI form.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Yes?
- 14:35Speaker 2: Did that get investigated?
- 14:36Speaker 3: No?
- 14:37Speaker 4: And that's why Grassley has been upset about that. You're
- 14:40Speaker 4: about to learn more from Senator Grassley and I about
- 14:44Speaker 4: that ten twenty three form very soon.
- 14:47Speaker 2: But the ten twenty three also alleges that there are
- 14:50Speaker 2: seventeen voice recordings yes, between the Ukrainian oligarch, fifteen of
- 14:55Speaker 2: them with Hunter Biden and two of them with Joe Bidens.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Have you been able to figure out to those recordings
- 15:00Speaker 2: exist as DJ or the FBI have them?
- 15:02Speaker 3: All know, they don't know.
- 15:04Speaker 4: You don't know they don't have them because they never investigated.
- 15:07Speaker 4: And that's from sources within the FBI.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Okay, because I've asked the FBI and they've under that
- 15:12Speaker 2: they don't know what you're talking. They've refused to answer
- 15:15Speaker 2: my question. They've said they never investigated it, so so
- 15:18Speaker 2: you believe they didn't want to know.
- 15:19Speaker 3: They just.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Let me tell you about Chalk.

- 16:38Speaker 1: This goes back to Tony Biblinski for a second. If
- 16:41Speaker 1: we go back in time, Tony Bobolinski went and sat
- 16:44Speaker 1: down with the FBI right after he became public in
- 16:47Speaker 1: the winning days of the presidential campaign. He did that
- 16:50Speaker 1: press conference, the FBI finally met with him. What happened
- 16:54Speaker 1: to Tony Bobolinski afterwards and all the intel he gave
- 16:56Speaker 1: to the FBI If we got into the bottom of
- 16:58Speaker 1: that yet or they do the same thing, I don't
- 17:00Speaker 1: want to hear it. We don't want to know, because
- 17:01Speaker 1: he said they never contact him again.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Never did, never did.
- 17:05Speaker 2: And by the way, David Wise, so the US attorney
- 17:10Speaker 2: who the press says over and over and over again,
- 17:12Speaker 2: was appointed by Donald Trump. So look, you know, well,
- 17:15Speaker 2: I know, well the way US attorneys get appointed.
- 17:17Speaker 4: The sad So well, in Kentucky, how US attorneys get appointed.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Let's be clear, no US attorney gets appointed without the
- 17:24Speaker 2: approval of both home state senators, at least one in
- 17:27Speaker 2: Kentucky and in Delaware. There were two Home states senators,
- 17:34Speaker 2: Tom Carper and Chris Coons. They're both Democrats. Joe Biden
- 17:37Speaker 2: is the godfather of all Democrats in Delaware. So what
- 17:41Speaker 2: it means is David Weiss had the sign off from
- 17:43Speaker 2: both Democrat senators who are deeply, deeply loyal to Joe Biden,
- 17:48Speaker 2: and so claiming, let's be clear, there's nothing in David
- 17:51Speaker 2: Weiss's background that suggests he's a Republican. He's a Trump partisan.
- 17:54Speaker 2: He voted for Trump, he supports Republicans, is all that right?
- 17:58Speaker 3: That's right? And look, I mean this is a fact.
- 18:01Speaker 4: McConnell has a big say and who gets appointed US
- 18:04Speaker 4: Attorney Kentucky when you have Democrat presidents, whether it be
- 18:06Speaker 4: Biden or Obama.
- 18:08Speaker 3: I mean, that's just the way it works.
- 18:09Speaker 2: And let me be clear, let me be clear in Texas,
- 18:11Speaker 2: there are not US attorneys appointed without John Corny and
- 18:14Speaker 2: me signing off. That's the way the Senate operates, That's exactly.
- 18:16Speaker 2: And we have the ability to kill any US Attorney nominee.
- 18:20Speaker 2: That's just the way the Senate operates. And so I
- 18:24Speaker 2: want to read a few quotes from today that the
- 18:27Speaker 2: whistleblowers testified to so Irs. Whistleblower Garris Shapley said, quote,
- 18:31Speaker 2: the Delaware US Attorney's Office and DOJ handling the Hunter
- 18:34Speaker 2: Biden tax investigation was very different from any other case
- 18:39Speaker 2: in my fourteen years at the IRS. At every stage,
- 18:43Speaker 2: decisions were made that benefited the subject of this investigation.
- 18:50Speaker 2: How unusual is that?
- 18:51Speaker 4: It's unprecedented? Unprecedented. I mean, we create an RS Tax
- 18:59Speaker 4: Crime Division to go after tax chiefs, and you're not
- 19:02Speaker 4: supposed to turn a blind eye to politically connect the
- 19:06Speaker 4: tax cheat. But yet that's what happened here, and that's
- 19:09Speaker 4: what the whistleblowers have testified. And I can tell you
- 19:12Speaker 4: in the six months I've been investigating, we've been blocked
- 19:15Speaker 4: from Treasury, We've been blocked by the FBI, We've been
- 19:18Speaker 4: blocked by the Secret Service.
- 19:19Speaker 2: By the way, is there a Democrat in the House
- 19:21Speaker 2: that gives a damn about any of this, even off
- 19:23Speaker 2: the recorders, whether the President of the United States received
- 19:26Speaker 2: a bribe from a foreignational There's not I can tell you.
- 19:29Speaker 2: In the Senate on Senate Judiciary, not a single Democrat
- 19:34Speaker 2: has asked a single question about anyone. They do not
- 19:38Speaker 2: care if Biden is guilty. Is that true in the
- 19:40Speaker 2: House too, That's.
- 19:40Speaker 1: True congressays, has anybody even like walking you behind the scenes, like, hey,
- 19:45Speaker 1: I think this smells the high heaven.
- 19:48Speaker 2: This is corruption. I'm a Democrat.
- 19:50Speaker 1: I can't take the political risk because an have you
- 19:52Speaker 1: send it to you behind the scenes.
- 19:53Speaker 4: Behind the scenes, most Democrats wish Joe Biden would go home.
- 19:57Speaker 2: Okay, so they understand the liability.
- 19:59Speaker 4: Publicly question anything they've done pertaining to wrongdoing.
- 20:03Speaker 2: All right, let me give you another quote again from
- 20:05Speaker 2: Gary Shapley. Quote, investigators were not allowed to follow up
- 20:08Speaker 2: on WhatsApp messages from Hudder Biden where he suggested he
- 20:12Speaker 2: was sitting next to his father.
- 20:14Speaker 4: And they could have proven that with GPS technology, it's
- 20:16Speaker 4: not hard to determine.
- 20:17Speaker 2: So there's an objective right answer, but they didn't want
- 20:20Speaker 2: to know. Then, let me give another quote. IRS whistleblower
- 20:24Speaker 2: Joseph Ziegler testified. Quote the US attorney in Delaware in
- 20:28Speaker 2: our investigation was constantly hamstrung, limited, and marginalized by DOJ officials.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Gary Shapley added, quote, the Justice Department allowed the president's
- 20:38Speaker 2: political appointees to weigh in on whether to charge the
- 20:42Speaker 2: president's son.
- 20:43Speaker 3: Right, is that accurate? That is accurate?
- 20:45Speaker 4: And what he was talking about were the US attorneys
- 20:48Speaker 4: And there were other jurisdictions beside Delaware where they wanted
- 20:52Speaker 4: to so DC in the Central Coast of California, d
- 20:54Speaker 4: C in California, and those were US attorneys appointed by
- 20:58Speaker 4: Joe Biden.
- 20:59Speaker 2: And am I right that the attorney was personally a
- 21:02Speaker 2: donor to Joe Biden and the Central District California US
- 21:06Speaker 2: attorney was personally a donor to Kamala Harris.
- 21:08Speaker 3: I'm not sure, but you would probably know that. So
- 21:10Speaker 3: that's been publicly reported.
- 21:11Speaker 2: That's both accurate and in both instances, Weiss wanted to
- 21:17Speaker 2: bring charges in DC and the Central District of California.
- 21:20Speaker 2: The reason that matters is the most egregious tax crimes
- 21:23Speaker 2: that he committed were occurred in DC and Central dist California,
- 21:27Speaker 2: and both of these political donors to Biden. Harris said, no,
- 21:33Speaker 2: we won't bring those claims.
- 21:35Speaker 3: That's right now.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Look, one of the consequences of this testimony. Merrick Garland,
- 21:43Speaker 2: Biden's Attorney General, testified under oath and from the United
- 21:47Speaker 2: States Senate. Actually, in response to questioning from me, he said,
- 21:50Speaker 2: there's no political interference whatsoever. And David Weiss, the US
- 21:55Speaker 2: attorney is allowed to bring whatever charges he wants with
- 21:57Speaker 2: zero interference. He lied to you, Senator, and lying under
- 22:02Speaker 2: oath is a felon. And also the testimony the DOJ
- 22:07Speaker 2: informed Hunter Biden when they were gonna interview him, and
- 22:09Speaker 2: form Hunter Biden when they're gonna search the warehouse. All
- 22:12Speaker 2: of that is obstruction of justice.
- 22:14Speaker 3: That's true.
- 22:16Speaker 2: As I view it. I want to see if you
- 22:17Speaker 2: view it the same way. There are two and only
- 22:20Speaker 2: two scenarios. Either the whistleblowers are telling the truth, in
- 22:24Speaker 2: which case Merrick Garland has committed multiple felonies, or the
- 22:27Speaker 2: whistleblowers are not telling the truth. And so Merrick Garland's
- 22:30Speaker 2: entitled to defend themselves and maybe he can demonstrate what
- 22:33Speaker 2: they're saying is false. But if what they're saying is true,
- 22:37Speaker 2: we have an attorney general as a FELA.
- 22:40Speaker 4: I think you're exactly right, and I think that more
- 22:44Speaker 4: and more people in the House, are representatives, are realizing that.
- 22:47Speaker 4: I think today was a pivotal moment. I think a
- 22:50Speaker 4: lot of the moderate Republicans that get nervous when you
- 22:55Speaker 4: talk about impeachment because honestly, a lot of our guys
- 22:58Speaker 4: don't want to impeach because they don't have confidence it's
- 23:00Speaker 4: a Senate will convict.
- 23:01Speaker 2: Well, and the Senate won't. To be clear, the chances
- 23:04Speaker 2: of the Senate convicting are zero. Why because there's not
- 23:08Speaker 2: a single Democrat who will vote to convict, and it
- 23:10Speaker 2: doesn't matter what the evidence is. So to impeach in
- 23:13Speaker 2: the House takes a majority. If Republicans stand together, they'll
- 23:16Speaker 2: do so. Though I'll predict if y'all impeach, whether it
- 23:19Speaker 2: is Merrick Garland or Alajandro Mayorkas or Joe Biden, I'll
- 23:23Speaker 2: predict you will not get a single Democrat who votes
- 23:26Speaker 2: to impeach in the House. And when it goes to
- 23:28Speaker 2: the Senate, I am certain it will not matter what
- 23:31Speaker 2: evidence there is of Joe Biden personally receiving bribes from
- 23:34Speaker 2: communists China. There's not a single Democrat who will vote
- 23:38Speaker 2: to convict. But I think there is value nonetheless systematically
- 23:43Speaker 2: putting this evidence in front of the American people. And
- 23:46Speaker 2: I will say Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy is
- 23:49Speaker 2: said with regard to this information that if the evidence
- 23:51Speaker 2: proves true, he believes the House will go down the
- 23:54Speaker 2: road to impeachment.
- 23:54Speaker 4: Did do you think that's right. Yes, we had that
- 23:56Speaker 4: conversation today. So McCarthy watched our hearing great closely. He's
- 24:00Speaker 4: given Jim Jordan and myself complete permission to do whatever
- 24:08Speaker 4: we want. You know, when I do a subpoena, he
- 24:11Speaker 4: has to sign off on the subpoena. I'm talking about
- 24:13Speaker 4: Kevin McCarthy. Really yes, because.
- 24:15Speaker 2: So that's did you know that person not see? This
- 24:17Speaker 2: is this is what's the problem. And this is also
- 24:19Speaker 2: why I love right yeah, because if there are ten
- 24:22Speaker 2: people listening to this podcast who knew that, I'll be shocked.
- 24:24Speaker 2: This is so for you to do a subpoena, can
- 24:28Speaker 2: you do it yourself? Do you need all the members
- 24:30Speaker 2: of your committee to vote for it or do you
- 24:32Speaker 2: need How does that work? I have full subpoena authority. Okay, however,
- 24:37Speaker 2: so Kevin can overrule you.
- 24:39Speaker 4: Well, he has to sign His general counsel has to
- 24:41Speaker 4: sign off on it because the subpoena will go to
- 24:44Speaker 4: court and they're the ones that represent So.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Every subpoena you've issued, Kevin signed off.
- 24:49Speaker 3: Yes.
- 24:49Speaker 4: He has never said no, and that's been the problem
- 24:52Speaker 4: in the past. If you go back to darryl Isa
- 24:55Speaker 4: Day's if you go back to Jason Chafit days. The
- 24:59Speaker 4: problem they had in pursuing people via subpoena is the
- 25:04Speaker 4: speaker at the time didn't want to sign off on
- 25:07Speaker 4: their subpoena. So I will say this, Kevin McCarthy has
- 25:12Speaker 4: never told me. No, he's never told him.
- 25:14Speaker 2: George Ball all right, so let me say I got
- 25:17Speaker 2: at least two more questions. Number One, you and I
- 25:20Speaker 2: talked about we had lunch last week together, and you
- 25:23Speaker 2: and I talked about at the time you weren't sure
- 25:25Speaker 2: these whistleblowers were going to testify that. You said they
- 25:28Speaker 2: were being pressured ferociously by Hunter Biden's legal teams, they
- 25:33Speaker 2: were being threatened personally. Why do you think these whistleblowers
- 25:38Speaker 2: testified and what does it say? What kind of risk
- 25:40Speaker 2: are they taking by doing this?
- 25:42Speaker 4: They have risked their careers, They have endured unimaginable criticism
- 25:51Speaker 4: on social media and from you know, Democrat activists.
- 25:57Speaker 2: Maybe they called a traitor to Democrats, even though they're
- 25:59Speaker 2: both crats and career ir sid.
- 26:01Speaker 3: They're proof that there are good federal employees.
- 26:05Speaker 4: They're proof that there are people that work for the government,
- 26:08Speaker 4: that that that stand for the Constitution and want to
- 26:11Speaker 4: do what's right, and they obviously wanted to do that,
- 26:15Speaker 4: or they wouldn't have blown the whistle. Initially, when they
- 26:19Speaker 4: blew the whistle, they only planned on doing the transcribed interview,
- 26:22Speaker 4: and whistleblower x Richter Ziegler never wanted to disclose his
- 26:26Speaker 4: name because he knew that, you know.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Like he really is risking his entire career going up and.
- 26:33Speaker 4: Both of them, but they got so furious at the
- 26:37Speaker 4: fact that that Abby Loyle, the lawyer for for Hunter
- 26:42Speaker 4: Biden and Joe Biden, the attacks that he he leveled
- 26:46Speaker 4: at them, the threats. The Biden legal team works with
- 26:50Speaker 4: this group called Congressional Integrity Project, which is a dark
- 26:53Speaker 4: money group that attacks me all the time they attacked
- 26:56Speaker 4: Jim Jordan, they started attacking the whistleblowers, they started attacking
- 26:59Speaker 4: the credit that pushed them. I said, you know what,
- 27:04Speaker 4: we want to go public. We want the American people
- 27:07Speaker 4: to hear it from us.
- 27:08Speaker 2: And is there a single Democrat who's defended the whistleblowers
- 27:12Speaker 2: who said, don't attack them for coming forward.
- 27:14Speaker 4: No, there were some that were nicer than others, but
- 27:17Speaker 4: there were some like Goldman in New York, who were just.
- 27:22Speaker 3: Rearians.
- 27:23Speaker 4: To those people, and it's it's it was sad to
- 27:26Speaker 4: see because the Democrats claim they're the ones that get
- 27:28Speaker 4: the backs of the federal employees.
- 27:30Speaker 2: They're the ones that only if the federal employees stay
- 27:33Speaker 2: partisan Democrats, you dare, okay, wrong.
- 27:35Speaker 3: Whistle blawyers if they blow the whistle on.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Republican Yeah, so let me ask you another question. All right,
- 27:40Speaker 2: we're at mid July. What's next? Right, there's someone someone
- 27:44Speaker 2: at home right now, someone driving to work, someone listening
- 27:47Speaker 2: to this podcast, someone watching on YouTube. What's next in
- 27:50Speaker 2: the next week, two weeks, three weeks, months, two months,
- 27:54Speaker 2: three months? What should they expect? We're entering the deposition face.
- 27:57Speaker 2: We want to depose some of these associates. We want
- 28:00Speaker 2: to depose.
- 28:01Speaker 4: Devid Archer Biden associates to be the associates, the ones
- 28:05Speaker 4: that remember when I said the Robinson Walker account, they
- 28:08Speaker 4: split that three million dollar wires three ways. We want
- 28:11Speaker 4: to depose the people who were in on the splits
- 28:14Speaker 4: with all these wires. Because none of the wires, not
- 28:18Speaker 4: a single wire from a foreign country, went directly to Abiden,
- 28:23Speaker 4: they will always funnel them through a fake company.
- 28:26Speaker 2: So she went to a shell company and they want
- 28:27Speaker 2: to go to another shell company.
- 28:28Speaker 3: T sometimes two or three, sometimes just.
- 28:31Speaker 2: One, and then eventually two end up with the Biden
- 28:34Speaker 2: including grandkids, including Grant. But who was it the dog
- 28:37Speaker 2: ever get any money?
- 28:38Speaker 3: Haven't found that.
- 28:39Speaker 2: I haven't found the dog yet. Who was it that said?
- 28:41Speaker 1: To refresh everybody's memory that they knew they were sitting
- 28:44Speaker 1: up all these show comings to the point where they
- 28:45Speaker 1: said it take them to decade even figured out that.
- 28:48Speaker 4: Was in the form ten twenty three, the FBI form
- 28:51Speaker 4: where the Ukrainian oligarch bragged and said investigate it would
- 28:56Speaker 4: take investigators ten years to find all the money that
- 29:00Speaker 4: I wired the Bidenes because I did it through so
- 29:02Speaker 4: many different bank accounts.
- 29:04Speaker 1: In other words, they thought they were so good at this,
- 29:05Speaker 1: professionals so smart. Even if you thought this happened, you
- 29:09Speaker 1: wouldn't be able to figure out for a decade.
- 29:10Speaker 4: And remember that was in twenty twenty, before anyone knew
- 29:13Speaker 4: gout the shell companies, and before anyone knew about the
- 29:16Speaker 4: money laundering. No one knew about that really until we
- 29:19Speaker 4: brought it out.
- 29:19Speaker 2: And by the way, if the Democrats had won five
- 29:23Speaker 2: more house seats, no one would none of this. And
- 29:26Speaker 2: you had a Democrat Speaker of the House, they'd still
- 29:29Speaker 2: be investigating Trump. Nobody would know any of this. It'd
- 29:31Speaker 2: be all Trump all the time. We wouldn't know about
- 29:34Speaker 2: the suspicious actaty reports. We wouldn't know about the money laundering,
- 29:37Speaker 2: we wouldn't know about the shell companies, none of this.
- 29:39Speaker 2: The only reason we know anything is that we have
- 29:43Speaker 2: an excruciatingly narrow majority of the House and you had
- 29:47Speaker 2: subpoena power could start investigating this, and Jim Jordan could
- 29:50Speaker 2: two the two of you together.
- 29:51Speaker 3: That's true.
- 29:52Speaker 2: I have a question.
- 29:53Speaker 1: I got to ask because I want to know what
- 29:55Speaker 1: countries so far you can name for sure. And there's
- 29:58Speaker 1: one country that hasn't and talked about a lot, and
- 30:01Speaker 1: that's Russia, say tuned, and there's money that came from Russia,
- 30:04Speaker 1: Russian oligark.
- 30:05Speaker 2: That the former yeah, yeah, yeah, a little yes. But
- 30:09Speaker 2: you want to break news with this a podcast, you
- 30:11Speaker 2: gotta you gotta show a little leg here, James.
- 30:13Speaker 4: We have more bank records that we've received. We're working
- 30:16Speaker 4: on a third memorandum. Uh they will show transactions from
- 30:21Speaker 4: Ukraine and Russia.
- 30:23Speaker 1: So my question on Russia's this Okay, hold on a
- 30:26Speaker 1: second do you hear what you just said?
- 30:27Speaker 2: Yeah, Russia, that's news. Yeah, Russia, Russia, Russia. We heard
- 30:30Speaker 2: the name Russia. We heard the word Russia a gazillion times. Yes,
- 30:34Speaker 2: all right, now it's true Russia.
- 30:36Speaker 4: And there are other countries too, but I'll say that
- 30:39Speaker 4: for us, for our friend on the Big Fox Show
- 30:42Speaker 4: at nine o'clock.
- 30:43Speaker 1: So there was Yeah, there was a question that I
- 30:47Speaker 1: was asked the other day and when we were in Florida,
- 30:49Speaker 1: and it was why is no one talking about the
- 30:51Speaker 1: millions coming from Russia from the Russian oligarch, the former
- 30:54Speaker 1: mayor of Moscow's wife. And the second question that I
- 30:56Speaker 1: was asked, and I said, I would ask you this week,
- 30:59Speaker 1: is why have those oligarchs not been sanctioned when other
- 31:06Speaker 1: Russian ogarks have been sanctioned. That's because the war between
- 31:09Speaker 1: Russia and Ukraine. These sanctions in the US, but they've
- 31:12Speaker 1: been admitted from that list every time.
- 31:15Speaker 2: Can you explain a little bit more about that?
- 31:17Speaker 4: I think there are certain policy decisions that Joe Biden's
- 31:20Speaker 4: made since he's been president that the only explanation can
- 31:25Speaker 4: be because of the money as family received and the
- 31:28Speaker 4: fact that those oligarchs sent the money to the Bidens,
- 31:33Speaker 4: and they were the two oligarchs left off the sanctions list.
- 31:36Speaker 2: Multiple times, right, because they keep updating.
- 31:38Speaker 4: We would lead one to believe that the reason they
- 31:40Speaker 4: were left off the sanctions list is because they had
- 31:43Speaker 4: paid the Biden family in the past.
- 31:45Speaker 2: So, James, how much does it cost to buy a
- 31:47Speaker 2: US president?
- 31:49Speaker 4: I would say at this point probably twenty million dollars?
- 31:54Speaker 1: Wow, And what's the total amount that you guess based
- 31:58Speaker 1: on what you're seeing? And this is I think a
- 32:02Speaker 1: really important way to kind of in this and frame
- 32:04Speaker 1: it moving forward. What is the total number of dollars
- 32:07Speaker 1: over the decades that you think you guys can piece
- 32:10Speaker 1: together Because you said, this has been going on with
- 32:12Speaker 1: James Biden, the brother four decades.
- 32:14Speaker 2: That has gone to the extended Biden family from foreig nationals.
- 32:17Speaker 4: I mean, I feel like we'll be able to get
- 32:20Speaker 4: to hit the twenty five million.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Martin twenty five million dollars from foreign nations to Joe
- 32:28Speaker 2: Biden and his family for nothing.
- 32:31Speaker 3: Okay, you know the Democrats want.
- 32:33Speaker 4: To throw up Jared Kushner and Donald Trump and Evanka
- 32:36Speaker 4: Trump and look, I'm not defending the Trump at all,
- 32:39Speaker 4: but here's what I know about Jared Kushner, Avoca Trump.
- 32:42Speaker 4: Don't they had legitimate businesses?
- 32:44Speaker 2: I know, own golf courses? I mean they actually do
- 32:47Speaker 2: say they actually do things. Does Joe Biden Hunter Biden?
- 32:51Speaker 2: Do they own a hotel anywhere they don't own? Do
- 32:53Speaker 2: they own a golf course? Do they make a car?
- 32:56Speaker 2: Do they manufacture widgets?
- 32:57Speaker 3: Nothing?
- 32:58Speaker 2: Have they ever had a business at a front door
- 33:00Speaker 2: to it?
- 33:00Speaker 3: Nothing? No, not that I faild.
- 33:02Speaker 2: So their business is access. Well there is no artists
- 33:05Speaker 2: now that's true, but it is on our gallery. But
- 33:09Speaker 2: the only identifiable good or service they were selling is
- 33:15Speaker 2: access in special favors from the big guy, right, and
- 33:20Speaker 2: if you look at the WhatsApp, they were also selling
- 33:23Speaker 2: protection from vindication punishment from the big Guy.
- 33:28Speaker 4: One thing that I think is fascinating is the money
- 33:32Speaker 4: they took from CEFC, the Chinese the Chinese Communist Party
- 33:36Speaker 4: owned energy company. Yeah, it wasn't even energy company they were.
- 33:39Speaker 4: They were just a holding company for the for the
- 33:43Speaker 4: Chinese companiest Party. China has all this cash they want
- 33:47Speaker 4: to invest in the United States. They want to invest
- 33:49Speaker 4: in anything that they can get their hands on, whether
- 33:52Speaker 4: it be manufacturing, whether it be energy, whether it be farmland,
- 33:56Speaker 4: it doesn't matter. They they want to invest your money
- 33:59Speaker 4: in the United State, but there are barriers to entry.
- 34:03Speaker 4: So what CEO, and you're gonna hear some of these
- 34:06Speaker 4: associates say that if we ever can drag them in
- 34:09Speaker 4: and get them deposed. Is the purpose of CEFC was
- 34:13Speaker 4: simply to use the Biden name to eliminate the barriers
- 34:18Speaker 4: to entry. So the Chinese Commanist Party could buy farmland,
- 34:21Speaker 4: could buy interest in energy drillers, to buy interest in
- 34:25Speaker 4: Louisiane bents manufacturers.
- 34:27Speaker 3: That's what they wanted to do. And the one thing
- 34:30Speaker 3: that we have.
- 34:31Speaker 4: By partisan agreement on in the House of Representatives is
- 34:33Speaker 4: we want to block China from investing in the United States.
- 34:37Speaker 4: But the Bidens they were willing to datafate. That's what
- 34:41Speaker 4: Joe's business plan, That's what his retirement plan was. That's
- 34:45Speaker 4: the thing that he was going to be ten percent
- 34:47Speaker 4: owner and the big guy they were going to partner with. CEFC,
- 34:50Speaker 4: by the way, helped them buy interest into everything that
- 34:53Speaker 4: the Chinese put one hundred million dollars into Pen University's
- 34:56Speaker 4: Biden said the truck where he that's where Joe Biden
- 34:59Speaker 4: drew a salar for the four years he was It's.
- 35:01Speaker 2: Also went in one of the many places he left
- 35:04Speaker 2: classified doctor you know who else through a salary.
- 35:06Speaker 3: There Tony Blincoln, really Blincoln.
- 35:09Speaker 1: And Joe that again and reminder by who Tony Blinkon
- 35:13Speaker 1: is and what he was doing before.
- 35:14Speaker 4: Lincoln is the Secretary of State now and Joe Biden,
- 35:18Speaker 4: we're both working for the PIE, the Biden Pen Center
- 35:21Speaker 4: for Diplomacy.
- 35:22Speaker 2: So being paid effectively by communists China.
- 35:25Speaker 4: We think we've requested from the University of Pennsylvania where
- 35:28Speaker 4: their money came from, and they haven't complied with our
- 35:31Speaker 4: request yet.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Wow, well you did that.
- 35:33Speaker 4: Answer to the sports have shown they received forty to
- 35:37Speaker 4: sixty million dollars in anonymous donations from China, and both
- 35:42Speaker 4: Blincoln and Joe Biden were on the payroll there for
- 35:45Speaker 4: the four years during the Trump presidency when Biden was
- 35:48Speaker 4: in the private So.
- 35:49Speaker 2: James, let me just say something, thank you for doing this,
- 35:51Speaker 2: Thank you for being a bulldog on a bone, because look,
- 35:58Speaker 2: you may think you're doing for the people of Kentucky,
- 36:01Speaker 2: and you are, but you're doing this for people of Texas.
- 36:03Speaker 2: You're doing this for the whole country, because the American
- 36:06Speaker 2: people deserve answers to these questions. We deserve to know
- 36:08Speaker 2: if our president is bought and paid for, if he
- 36:12Speaker 2: is on the payroll of foreign nations, if he is
- 36:17Speaker 2: selling favors to enemies of America. And I have to say,
- 36:22Speaker 2: the evidence that's coming out every day suggests number one,
- 36:25Speaker 2: that Merrick Garland, the Attorney General of the United States,
- 36:27Speaker 2: committed multiple felonies. I believe the House of Representative should
- 36:30Speaker 2: impeach him. I believe the Department of Justice should appoint
- 36:33Speaker 2: a special counsel and begin investigating him, to prosecute him
- 36:35Speaker 2: for lying under oath and obstruction of justice. And number two,
- 36:39Speaker 2: the evidence you're developing suggest more and more that Joe
- 36:42Speaker 2: Biden is personally corrupt in a way that undermines the
- 36:46Speaker 2: rule of law fundamentally. And I hope we reach a point.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Is there one Democrat in the House or Senate who
- 36:55Speaker 2: cares if the President of the United States has been
- 36:57Speaker 2: purchased by enemies of America? If there is, I haven't
- 37:01Speaker 2: seen him or her yet. Maybe there will be. But
- 37:04Speaker 2: your work laying out these facts. And let me say
- 37:07Speaker 2: also to these whistleblowers, God bless them. I thank them.
- 37:10Speaker 2: They showed courage. They risked their lives, their livelihood, their
- 37:14Speaker 2: future employment. They put everything on the line that matters.
- 37:19Speaker 3: They're great Americans.
