Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Investors are saying, we can't take the financial risk anymore. Yes,
- 0:07Speaker 1: we cannot take the financial risk anymore in New York City,
- 0:13Speaker 1: in New York State because of the attack on Donald Trump.
- 0:17Speaker 1: That was clearly an abuse of power by an activist
- 0:22Speaker 1: judge that was wanting to go after Donald Trump and
- 0:25Speaker 1: an activist da who said she was going to bury
- 0:28Speaker 1: Trump when she was trying to get elected if she
- 0:31Speaker 1: was elected. I want you to hear what real estate
- 0:34Speaker 1: investors say after the Trump ruling, and also what Donald
- 0:38Speaker 1: Trump had to say at his town hall the other
- 0:40Speaker 1: night with Laura Ingram.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Listen the Ingram Engles town hall last night in South Carolina.
- 0:45Speaker 3: We went through a trial.
- 0:47Speaker 4: It turned out with totally innocent on everything, and he
- 0:50Speaker 4: fined me three hundred and fifty five million dollars plus
- 0:52Speaker 4: interest in other things. My financial statements were conservative, everybody
- 0:56Speaker 4: made money.
- 0:57Speaker 3: There was no victim.
- 0:58Speaker 4: This guy ruled that I was guilty before the trial started.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Well, now, some real estate investors are worried about working
- 1:07Speaker 2: in New York City and owning property there. Private equity
- 1:10Speaker 2: fund manager and real estate investor Grant Cardone told his
- 1:13Speaker 2: employees quote immediately discontinue all underwriting on New York City
- 1:19Speaker 2: real estate. The risk outweighs the opportunities at this time,
- 1:23Speaker 2: focus on Texas and Florida and Grant Flora's right now
- 1:27Speaker 2: from down in Florida. Hey, Grant, how are you?
- 1:30Speaker 5: Hey? Thank you, Steve, I'm good this morning.
- 1:32Speaker 3: Okay, listen.
- 1:33Speaker 2: I think that's kind of a no brainer. I mean,
- 1:35Speaker 2: I'm sitting in New York City. If I had my druthers,
- 1:38Speaker 2: I would think that Florida or Texas would be a
- 1:42Speaker 2: better bet, just given the fact there's so much crime
- 1:44Speaker 2: and the fact that, as we've been detailing, you know,
- 1:48Speaker 2: the migran crisis is zapping all of our resources here.
- 1:51Speaker 2: This is not a good real estate market right now, right.
- 1:54Speaker 3: It was an opportunity.
- 1:56Speaker 5: We thought this year was the opportunity to come into Chicago,
- 1:59Speaker 5: California and New York City. I've been waiting for forty
- 2:03Speaker 5: years now to invest in that marketplace. I was completely confidence, Steve,
- 2:07Speaker 5: this was the year to come. And when that ruling happened,
- 2:11Speaker 5: it was like pencils down, don't touch it, don't go there.
- 2:14Speaker 5: We invest for fourteen thousand investors at card Own Capital
- 2:17Speaker 5: that depend on cash flow, and if I can't predict
- 2:20Speaker 5: the cash flow because it's some ruling, or because of
- 2:24Speaker 5: the migrants, or because I can evict people. New York
- 2:26Speaker 5: City just keeps doing every single thing they can to
- 2:30Speaker 5: sell real estate in Florida and not sell real estate
- 2:34Speaker 5: in New York.
- 2:34Speaker 6: Great.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Well, and just look at the Grand card Oonne story.
- 2:38Speaker 2: You left the great state of California what over ten
- 2:42Speaker 2: years ago and moved to Florida. Because that makes sense. Now, Grant,
- 2:46Speaker 2: what is it about this particular judge's ruling that has
- 2:49Speaker 2: you worried as a real estate investor going forward the
- 2:53Speaker 2: peril you could wind up in.
- 2:56Speaker 5: Yeah, So on every loan application or every transaction, I'm
- 3:00Speaker 5: going to go to a bank and say, hey, if
- 3:02Speaker 5: I want to put a loan on this, what are
- 3:05Speaker 5: the loan proceeds going to be? Those loan proceeds are
- 3:07Speaker 5: based on the value of the property. They're going to
- 3:09Speaker 5: require me to actually underwrite my property on the cash flow,
- 3:14Speaker 5: the income of the property, and what valuation I believe
- 3:17Speaker 5: that property's worth.
- 3:19Speaker 3: The broken wall.
- 3:19Speaker 5: Also put evaluation on it, probably a third party, one
- 3:23Speaker 5: of my third parties, to check my own underwriting for
- 3:26Speaker 5: me internally, for my investors, and then the bank is
- 3:30Speaker 5: also Steve going to use it at least one other appraisal,
- 3:34Speaker 5: maybe two, or independent of me. They're going to go
- 3:37Speaker 5: out and hire those people and pay those people. They'll
- 3:39Speaker 5: charge me back for it later, So there could be
- 3:41Speaker 5: as many as five appraisals on that the value that
- 3:44Speaker 5: I'm going to put on the property. Keep in mind,
- 3:46Speaker 5: when I'm buying something, I'm not thinking about selling it
- 3:49Speaker 5: the next day. In the case of Trump, he's not
- 3:52Speaker 5: selling any of this stuff. In the case of card
- 3:54Speaker 5: On Capital, we are long term holders ten, fifteen and
- 3:57Speaker 5: twenty years. We want the property for the cash flow.
- 4:00Speaker 5: So I'm going to put a value on it in
- 4:02Speaker 5: the future. And look, I remember doing a deal once
- 4:05Speaker 5: where I put a value on my property that I
- 4:07Speaker 5: was getting rid of.
- 4:08Speaker 3: I inflated the value.
- 4:11Speaker 5: A guy at the bank at Merrill Lynch heard about
- 4:13Speaker 5: it and bought it for the price I had stated
- 4:15Speaker 5: to the bank. So every seller is always going to
- 4:19Speaker 5: push the price value up based on the future, not
- 4:22Speaker 5: based on fraud.
- 4:23Speaker 2: So you're just worried that you might if you were
- 4:27Speaker 2: big in New York real ess state, this could come
- 4:30Speaker 2: back to haunt somebody like you.
- 4:33Speaker 5: Until this thing is overruled, and I believe it will
- 4:37Speaker 5: be nobody, nobody in commercial real estate investing. Big money
- 4:41Speaker 5: we were going to take. We were going to put
- 4:42Speaker 5: a billion dollars in New York City this year. We
- 4:45Speaker 5: were going to put a billion dollars in Chicago and
- 4:47Speaker 5: maybe another billion in Los Angeles, and we won't touch
- 4:49Speaker 5: any of them now, all right, Texas, Texas, Florida, Arizona,
- 4:54Speaker 5: go hard, go big, and go along.
- 4:56Speaker 2: All right, ladies and gentlemen, you heard it here first
- 4:59Speaker 2: from grank Card Texas.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Did you hear that Florida? I mean he says go
- 5:06Speaker 1: long and go hard. By the way, I don't think
- 5:10Speaker 1: he's crazy in what he's saying here. I think this
- 5:14Speaker 1: is exactly what you would expect from any investor. There's
- 5:19Speaker 1: gonna be people saying, oh, he's this is just some
- 5:21Speaker 1: pro Trump guy mauthn Off. No, I think this is
- 5:27Speaker 1: actually a smart investor who is a fiduciary for his investors.
- 5:35Speaker 1: With billions of dollars at play, why take the risk?
- 5:40Speaker 1: I want to also let you hear what O'Leary had
- 5:42Speaker 1: to say, Shark tank guy. This is shark tank guy
- 5:46Speaker 1: that understands investing. He's very smart. He's not political on Fox.
- 5:52Speaker 6: Having a back with us A Leary Ventures chairman, Shark
- 5:55Speaker 6: Tank investor. You know, Kevin, you had mentioned and it
- 5:57Speaker 6: was a very profound kind of comment that you know,
- 6:01Speaker 6: some of these other businesses do it right to be
- 6:03Speaker 6: concerned whether they like Donald Trump or not. Maybe you
- 6:05Speaker 6: can elaborate on that.
- 6:08Speaker 7: Well, this award, I mean just leaving the whole Trump
- 6:13Speaker 7: thing out of it and seeing what occurred here. And
- 6:15Speaker 7: I'm no different than any other investor.
- 6:17Speaker 3: I'm shocked at this.
- 6:19Speaker 7: I can't even understand or fathom the decision at all.
- 6:24Speaker 7: There's no rationale for it. And so let me give
- 6:27Speaker 7: you a real time experience I'm having regarding this. And
- 6:30Speaker 7: I'm not the only one. It doesn't matter what the
- 6:33Speaker 7: governor says. New York was already a loser state, like
- 6:39Speaker 7: California is a loser state.
- 6:40Speaker 3: There are many loser.
- 6:41Speaker 7: States because of policy, high taxes, uncompetitive regulation. It was
- 6:45Speaker 7: already on the top of the list of being a
- 6:47Speaker 7: loser state.
- 6:49Speaker 3: I would never invest.
- 6:50Speaker 7: In New York now, and I'm not the only person
- 6:52Speaker 7: saying that. And here's a real time situation in development
- 6:56Speaker 7: in real estate right now. The hottest asset class is
- 7:00Speaker 7: very high end data centers. They cost anywhere from two
- 7:03Speaker 7: and a half to three and a half billion each.
- 7:05Speaker 7: They're very expensive. They require low power. You need permits.
- 7:10Speaker 7: But most of the major institutions in the world need
- 7:13Speaker 7: more data centers. And that's why developers like me are
- 7:16Speaker 7: doing this. Now you need power. So New York has
- 7:20Speaker 7: Niagara Falls. Normally you'd consider that to put in one
- 7:24Speaker 7: of these facilities, create four hundred jobs, five more jobs
- 7:28Speaker 7: for each of one of those for auxiliary services. I
- 7:31Speaker 7: can't go to New York, so I'm going to Oklahoma, North.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Dakota, West Virginia.
- 7:38Speaker 7: Governor Stitt, Kevin Stitt, my staff have met with him,
- 7:41Speaker 7: Governor Bergen them same thing, Governor Justice. Those are winner states.
- 7:46Speaker 7: They don't do things like this. I have to syndicate
- 7:49Speaker 7: that debt and all at equity. We're talking billions of
- 7:51Speaker 7: dollars here. Do you think any foreign institution, or any
- 7:55Speaker 7: private equity firm, or.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Any pension fund would touch New York.
- 8:00Speaker 2: No.
- 8:01Speaker 7: And that's why New Yorker should be concerned that fine
- 8:04Speaker 7: people of New York should ask themselves, why are we
- 8:07Speaker 7: such a loser state?
- 8:09Speaker 3: How are we going to attract business?
- 8:10Speaker 7: It's not just the existing businesses that are fleeing out
- 8:13Speaker 7: to Texas and Florida.
- 8:15Speaker 3: What about new money like.
- 8:16Speaker 7: This I'm talking about like a four billion dollar data center.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Not a chance I would put that in New York,
- 8:22Speaker 3: zero probability.
- 8:24Speaker 7: Never And so they've got a lot of work to
- 8:26Speaker 7: do to find themselves getting out of this situation. This
- 8:28Speaker 7: is all occurred post pandemic. Winner states versus loser states.
- 8:33Speaker 7: Look at Tennessee right now, fastest growing city in America, Nashville,
- 8:36Speaker 7: winner state, good policy, competitive taxes. You've got to start
- 8:40Speaker 7: thinking about this in the context of winners and losers.
- 8:43Speaker 3: New York mega loser state.
- 8:47Speaker 6: So, Kevin, what did you think of Governor Hokel saying
- 8:50Speaker 6: this is like a unique one and done because Donald
- 8:53Speaker 6: Trump went too far and so nefarious. You guys, if
- 8:56Speaker 6: you're just doing what you should be doing, you.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Have nothing to worry about.
- 8:59Speaker 6: But they're very wreorried about it.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Yeah, we're very worried.
- 9:02Speaker 7: Every investor is worried because where is the victim who
- 9:06Speaker 7: lost money? This is some arbitrary decision. A judge made
- 9:11Speaker 7: this policy. And what this says, What does this say
- 9:13Speaker 7: about the bar? The legal bar in New York. Aren't
- 9:18Speaker 7: they going to question this judge? What is this three
- 9:21Speaker 7: hundred and fifty five million dollars and there's dollars as
- 9:24Speaker 7: a as a penalty, and there's plus interest at nine percent,
- 9:27Speaker 7: and there's no victim. I mean, I'm sorry her words
- 9:32Speaker 7: fall on deaf ears to everybody. There's nothing she can
- 9:35Speaker 7: say to justify this decision.
- 9:37Speaker 3: And this has.
- 9:38Speaker 7: Nothing to do with Trump, nothing to do with Trump.
- 9:40Speaker 7: Forget about Trump. This is not a Trump situation. This
- 9:43Speaker 7: is a New York problem. Now the whole world is
- 9:46Speaker 7: looking at this saying, what are you doing to yourselves?
- 9:50Speaker 6: Well, put Kevin always good tending with your Kevin O'Leary
- 9:53Speaker 6: following all of that.
- 9:55Speaker 1: I mean, you hear what he says there, and he
- 9:57Speaker 1: said after the Trump ruling, I would never invest in
- 10:00Speaker 1: mega loser New York. The number of jobs that this
- 10:04Speaker 1: is going to cost. And look, even if it is overturned,
- 10:07Speaker 1: the millions of dollars in legal bills to defend yourself
- 10:11Speaker 1: from this. And everybody's saying the same thing. They believe
- 10:15Speaker 1: this is going to be overturned, right like everybody's saying it,
- 10:18Speaker 1: it's going to be overturned. This is not some crazy, Like,
- 10:23Speaker 1: it's so crazy that it's obvious it's going to be overturned. Right,
- 10:28Speaker 1: it's so absurd, it's obvious it's going to be overturned.
- 10:33Speaker 1: It's clear. I go back to if you're a smaller investor.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I've invested in things before, and it was a lot
- 10:43Speaker 1: of money to me. It may not be a lot
- 10:45Speaker 1: to somebody that's a billionaire, but a lot of investments
- 10:49Speaker 1: are actually not funded by billionaires. They're funded by smaller
- 10:52Speaker 1: investors that do fifty grand twenty thousand, seventy hundred thousand,
- 10:56Speaker 1: two hundred thousand, and people that worked years to get
- 10:58Speaker 1: that might to then invest to the next thing. If
- 11:01Speaker 1: you know this can happen to what you're investing in,
- 11:03Speaker 1: why would you ever even think that I'm going to
- 11:05Speaker 1: take the chance. I mean, I've invested in several businesses.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Some have done incredibly well, some have been a disaster.
- 11:12Speaker 1: And when you work hard, you're trying to provide for
- 11:14Speaker 1: your family, and you know that now you have your
- 11:17Speaker 1: you're in a you're about to do business in a
- 11:19Speaker 1: place where a state could just take it all away
- 11:21Speaker 1: from you and could bankrupt the business just because they
- 11:24Speaker 1: don't like your politics, and just because they can. And
- 11:28Speaker 1: even if it is overturn, you still lost out on
- 11:31Speaker 1: how much money? Right? How much? How much? How much
- 11:35Speaker 1: money have you lost out from having to defend yourself
- 11:37Speaker 1: and not expanding your business. There's another example of this,
- 11:41Speaker 1: what's the point? Why why take the risk? That's the
- 11:46Speaker 1: big thing that everybody's asking themselves right now. Why take
- 11:50Speaker 1: the risk of New York? And it's not just one
- 11:52Speaker 1: person saying this that's why I played for you. It's
- 11:54Speaker 1: multiple people saying this now, saying there's no upside for
- 11:57Speaker 1: us to be in New York City. There's no upside
- 11:59Speaker 1: to being the same you. And it's bad enough the
- 12:01Speaker 1: governor had to make the comments basis saying, hey, no, no,
- 12:03Speaker 1: this is just Trump. It's not going to be you.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Don't worry. Well, if they'll do it to Trump, they'll
- 12:08Speaker 1: do it to you. And that's what Trump has been
- 12:10Speaker 1: saying all along. If they'll do it to me, they'll
- 12:12Speaker 1: do it to you. I want to tell you about
- 12:13Speaker 1: my friends at Patriot Mobile. If you're like me and

- 12:32Speaker 1: your bill every month goes back to support conservative causes,
- 12:36Speaker 1: and that's why Patriot Mobile was created to fight back.
- 12:40Speaker 1: You may not realize this, but Big Mobile, the company
- 12:42Speaker 1: you're probably with right now, gives massive donations to plan
- 12:47Speaker 1: Parenthood and to democratic causes and candidates running for local, state, national,

- 13:53Speaker 1: All Right, I got a weird story for you this morning,
- 13:57Speaker 1: one that you're going to crack up laughing over. And
- 14:00Speaker 1: you can't make this one up. You ready for this?
- 14:04Speaker 1: A New Orleans, New Orleans, as DZ would put it,
- 14:09Speaker 1: magician says a Democratic operative paid him to make a
- 14:14Speaker 1: fake Biden robocall. That's right. A Democratic consultant who worked
- 14:20Speaker 1: for a rival presidential campaign apparently paid a New Orleans
- 14:25Speaker 1: magician to use artificial intelligence to impersonate President Joe Biden
- 14:32Speaker 1: for a robo call that's now at the center of
- 14:34Speaker 1: a multi state law enforcement investigation that, according to text messages,
- 14:39Speaker 1: call logs and VENMOE transactions, the creator now shared with
- 14:45Speaker 1: NBC News, Paul Carpenter says he was hired in January
- 14:50Speaker 1: by Steve Kramer, who has worked on ballot access for
- 14:54Speaker 1: Democratic presidential candidate Dean Phillips, to use AI software to
- 15:00Speaker 1: make the imitation of Biden's voice, urging New Hampshire Democrats
- 15:07Speaker 1: not to vote in the state's primary presidential primary. Quote.
- 15:11Speaker 1: I created the audio used in the robot call it.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I did not distribute it, Carpenter said an interview in
- 15:17Speaker 1: New Orleans, where he's currently residing. I was in a
- 15:20Speaker 1: situation where someone offered me some money to do something,
- 15:22Speaker 1: and I did it. There was no malicious intent. I
- 15:25Speaker 1: didn't know how it was going to be distributed. Carpenter,
- 15:28Speaker 1: who holds world records in fork bending and straight jacket
- 15:33Speaker 1: escapes but as no fixed address, showed NBC News how
- 15:37Speaker 1: he created the fake Biden audio and said he came
- 15:40Speaker 1: forward because he regrets his involvement in the ordeal and
- 15:44Speaker 1: wants to warn people about how easy it is to
- 15:46Speaker 1: use AI to mislead. Wait, so Democrats are using AI
- 15:52Speaker 1: to mislead voters. That would never happen, right, Yeah, it
- 15:56Speaker 1: gets better. Creating the fake audio took less than twenty
- 16:00Speaker 1: minutes in costs only one dollar, he said, for which
- 16:03Speaker 1: he was paid one hundred and fifty according to Venmo
- 16:06Speaker 1: payments from Kramer and his father, Bruce Kramer that he
- 16:09Speaker 1: shared quoted. So scary that it's this easy to do,
- 16:13Speaker 1: Carpenter said, people aren't ready for it. Referring to the
- 16:16Speaker 1: AI technology, Carpenter shared what he says is the original
- 16:21Speaker 1: audio file created with eleven Labs that appears to be
- 16:24Speaker 1: a complete and higher quality version of the recording of
- 16:27Speaker 1: the call. NBC News previously reported on the robo call
- 16:31Speaker 1: has drawn intense attention from New Hampshire as well as
- 16:35Speaker 1: federal law enforcement officials for possibly violating state voter suppression
- 16:41Speaker 1: and federal telecom laws. Fishers have mentioned the name of
- 16:44Speaker 1: a Dallast company that was used to place the automatic
- 16:47Speaker 1: phone call to voters ahead of the state's primary, and
- 16:50Speaker 1: have vowed to investigate, citing a desire to make an
- 16:53Speaker 1: example of those involved in the first known example of
- 16:56Speaker 1: an AI generated deep fake being deployed maliciously in an
- 17:00Speaker 1: American political campaign. Authorities have not named Carpenter Steve Kramer
- 17:06Speaker 1: as targets of their investigation so far. The players. Steve
- 17:11Speaker 1: Kramer is a longtime Democratic political operative, having worked for
- 17:16Speaker 1: dozens of campaigns over more than twenty years, including the
- 17:21Speaker 1: twenty twenty presidential campaign of Ye the Rapper formerly known
- 17:25Speaker 1: as Kanye West. Steve Kramer initially did not respond to
- 17:29Speaker 1: multiple requests from NBC News for comment. Days later, however,
- 17:33Speaker 1: he said he would wait to speak on the matter
- 17:35Speaker 1: until he publishes something Saturday.
- 17:38Speaker 4: Quote.
- 17:38Speaker 1: My op ed will explain it all, he said in
- 17:40Speaker 1: a text message to NBC News. The Phillips campaign and
- 17:46Speaker 1: the candidate himself expressed outrage when asked about Steve Kramer's
- 17:50Speaker 1: alleged involvement, saying they would never work with him again
- 17:54Speaker 1: and may pursue legal action if the allegations are in
- 17:56Speaker 1: fact confirmed. NBC News has seen no evidence of the
- 18:01Speaker 1: campaign directed Steve Kramer or to produce or disseminate the
- 18:07Speaker 1: robo call. Federal Election Commission records show that Steve Kramer
- 18:12Speaker 1: was paid about two hundred and fifty nine thousand by
- 18:15Speaker 1: Phillips campaign in December and January. The payments were for
- 18:18Speaker 1: ballot access work in New York and Pennsylvania, which includes
- 18:22Speaker 1: canvassing for the signatures necessary to qualify for the ballot.
- 18:25Speaker 1: The campaigns of the work included production and distribution of
- 18:28Speaker 1: a robo call that featured Phillip's voice. Payments listed in
- 18:32Speaker 1: their campaign finance filings indicate Steve Kramer did get out
- 18:35Speaker 1: the vote work. If it's true that mister Kramer had
- 18:38Speaker 1: any involvement in the creation of deep fake robo calls.
- 18:41Speaker 1: He did so on his own, of his own milition,
- 18:45Speaker 1: which had nothing to do with our campaign, is what
- 18:48Speaker 1: Phillips Press secretary Katie Dolan said. The fundamental notion of
- 18:52Speaker 1: our campaign is the importance of competition, choice and democracy.
- 18:58Speaker 1: We are disgusted to learn that mister Kramer's allegedly behind
- 19:01Speaker 1: the call, and if the allegations are true, we absolutely
- 19:04Speaker 1: denounce his actions. Sure, okay, I believe you there, I'm
- 19:07Speaker 1: being sarcastic, of course. Phillips campaign said its relationship with
- 19:11Speaker 1: Kramer ended several weeks ago after he completed his contract
- 19:14Speaker 1: to gather signatures to help the candidates get on the
- 19:17Speaker 1: ballot and his assigned states, and there has been no
- 19:20Speaker 1: communication with him by late Thursday.
- 19:23Speaker 8: Now.
- 19:23Speaker 1: The magician and this political consultant is the craziest part
- 19:27Speaker 1: of the story. Carpenter, who was born in Houston and
- 19:30Speaker 1: calls himself a digital nomad artist of life, did not
- 19:33Speaker 1: expect to end up in the middle of a national
- 19:35Speaker 1: political scandal. When he says he met Steve Kramer last year.
- 19:39Speaker 1: The only thing missing from the political circus is a magician.
- 19:41Speaker 1: And here I am Carpenter said, who also' is the
- 19:44Speaker 1: podcast has created instructional videos for menalism, and says he's
- 19:50Speaker 1: performed in twenty four different countries. In the past few years,
- 19:54Speaker 1: he says he's been building computer programs and experimenting with
- 19:57Speaker 1: ntfs and content creation and art artificial intelligence AI. He
- 20:02Speaker 1: rides a motorcycle with his Chihuahua mix, who wears dog goggles.
- 20:07Speaker 1: His political views are eccentric, as he describes it. He
- 20:11Speaker 1: speaks of his belief in right wing conspiracy theories such
- 20:14Speaker 1: as deep state, and has some issues quote unquote with
- 20:16Speaker 1: the first Moon landing, but also says he staged a
- 20:20Speaker 1: performance art piece where he placed a porcelain toilet on
- 20:24Speaker 1: former President Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of
- 20:27Speaker 1: Fame and pretended to defecate on it. Yeah, this is
- 20:30Speaker 1: the guy you want working on your campaign. Right. Finally,
- 20:35Speaker 1: the magician says he's saved several such stunts meant to provoke,
- 20:38Speaker 1: he says, such as the one in which he wore
- 20:40Speaker 1: only a fig leaf in the Times Square in New
- 20:42Speaker 1: York City as an expression of racial authenticy, and another
- 20:46Speaker 1: in which he filmed himself portraying various Americans, including white
- 20:51Speaker 1: supremacists with a swastika on his forehead, which he says
- 20:54Speaker 1: was about showing that there are all that we are
- 20:56Speaker 1: all humans despite how much we hate each other. That's
- 20:58Speaker 1: the guy you got to work on the presential campaign. Wow. Finally,
- 21:04Speaker 1: he said, he and Kramer, the political operative, were introduced
- 21:07Speaker 1: through a mutual acquaintance for whom he had done some
- 21:10Speaker 1: web design and social media management work. Cermer said he
- 21:13Speaker 1: then took an interest in his experience with AI. It's
- 21:18Speaker 1: MSNBC saying you must stand with the rep Russian opposition
- 21:23Speaker 1: leader's wife, giving supporting aid to her. That's number one
- 21:29Speaker 1: this while ABC News debunks their own headline where they
- 21:32Speaker 1: claim that there's crushing sanctions on Russia and then admit, yeah,
- 21:35Speaker 1: the sanctions are basically going to do nothing at all.
- 21:38Speaker 1: We also are now being told from Ambassador Thomas Greenfield
- 21:42Speaker 1: that Ukraine needs this assistance to continue to fight this
- 21:44Speaker 1: war or we will be in a major war for
- 21:48Speaker 1: the rest of our lives. That's the new threat coming
- 21:51Speaker 1: from the left. Take a listen to the ambassador saying
- 21:54Speaker 1: this on CNN this morning.
- 21:56Speaker 9: Any est now, it is the US Ambassador of the
- 21:57Speaker 9: United Nations, lond of Thomas Greenfield. We appreciate your time,
- 22:00Speaker 9: met an ambassador. Let to start, we see another round
- 22:03Speaker 9: of sanctions. This is already the most I think significant
- 22:05Speaker 9: sanctions regime that's ever been implemented, particularly given the scale
- 22:09Speaker 9: in the alliance that's put them into place.
- 22:11Speaker 1: But it also, by the way, if this is true,
- 22:13Speaker 1: that these are like sanctions at a level we've never
- 22:16Speaker 1: seen before. Right, So that's the propaganda now from CNM
- 22:19Speaker 1: being pushed out there. Why did we wait virtually three
- 22:22Speaker 1: years to do it? Why do we wait a year
- 22:24Speaker 1: to do it? Why don't we wait two years to
- 22:25Speaker 1: do it? If this is supposed to be some great deterrent,
- 22:29Speaker 1: why did we wait this long to do it? If
- 22:31Speaker 1: we were trying to truly stop the war with Ukraine,
- 22:34Speaker 1: wouldn't we have done this day one? Why did we
- 22:36Speaker 1: wait three years? If you saw that the war was
- 22:39Speaker 1: going into a stalemate, then why wouldn't you have done it?
- 22:42Speaker 3: Then?
- 22:43Speaker 1: By the way, this will have zero impact on Russia's
- 22:46Speaker 1: decision whether to continue or to pull out of Ukraine,
- 22:49Speaker 1: just so everyone understands that.
- 22:52Speaker 9: So it seems it comes at the same time where
- 22:54Speaker 9: Russia has made gains on the battlefield, and it feels
- 22:56Speaker 9: like the momentum has started to shift somewhat. How concerned
- 23:01Speaker 9: is the administration about the trajectory of this war?
- 23:05Speaker 8: Look, the administration has been working diligently to get the
- 23:10Speaker 8: assistance to the Ukrainian effort, including pressing Congress to provide
- 23:16Speaker 8: needed funding. But the Ukrainians resilience can't be played down here.
- 23:22Speaker 8: They have taken back fifty percent of the territory that
- 23:26Speaker 8: Russia stole from them, and they will keep fighting. They
- 23:30Speaker 8: are not asking us to fight for them, They're asking
- 23:33Speaker 8: us to assist them, to give them the twos that
- 23:36Speaker 8: they need to continue the fight, and we're working to
- 23:40Speaker 8: try to get that to them.
- 23:42Speaker 10: Madam Ambassador, I wonder what you make of this from
- 23:46Speaker 10: the former Ukrainian First Lady Katerini Ushenko. Here's what she
- 23:49Speaker 10: told us yesterday.
- 23:51Speaker 11: The delay in arms has costing us thousands of people
- 23:54Speaker 11: every day. And if we had gotten to aid when
- 23:58Speaker 11: the threats at first, if we'd gotten the aid when
- 24:02Speaker 11: the war then the new escalation at first started, it
- 24:06Speaker 11: would be over. But we have been fighting with a
- 24:09Speaker 11: very limited capacity, And you know, I think that's very
- 24:14Speaker 11: important for the US and Europe to understand that withdrawing
- 24:18Speaker 11: assistance will not make the war shorter.
- 24:21Speaker 10: Her assessment that had this aid gotten there earlier, the
- 24:24Speaker 10: war would be over, and she means with Ukraine as
- 24:27Speaker 10: a victor. I wonder if you agree with that assessment.
- 24:31Speaker 8: You know, I'm not a military strategist, so I can't
- 24:35Speaker 8: say that, but I can say that the President has
- 24:39Speaker 8: been clear that Ukraine needs this assistance to continue.
- 24:43Speaker 1: To fight this war.
- 24:44Speaker 8: They're on the front lines of fighting for democracy, and
- 24:47Speaker 8: that's why it is so important that we get this
- 24:51Speaker 8: aid and this assistance to them as quickly as we
- 24:54Speaker 8: possibly can. And I know that they are frustrated. I
- 24:58Speaker 8: know the President is frustrated, and we're all frustrated. We
- 25:01Speaker 8: want to see them get the support that they need
- 25:04Speaker 8: so that they can continue to defend themselves and to
- 25:07Speaker 8: defend democracy.
- 25:09Speaker 9: If the President has been unequivocal about the desire to
- 25:11Speaker 9: have that happen, obviously Congress would need to actually come
- 25:14Speaker 9: back to Washington.
- 25:16Speaker 1: I love how they keep using this line over again
- 25:19Speaker 1: to defend democracy. The Democrats have really gone all in
- 25:24Speaker 1: to own that line, like we must defend democracy. They're
- 25:30Speaker 1: not defenders of democracy. If they were, they would do
- 25:33Speaker 1: things very different. Than how they're doing them now. They
- 25:37Speaker 1: are not defenders of democracy. That is a lie. Anyone
- 25:43Speaker 1: that listens to them knows that is a lie. They
- 25:48Speaker 1: have never been the defenders of democracy, but they're trying
- 25:53Speaker 1: to own it going into this election, acting like somehow
- 25:58Speaker 1: they are true defenders of democracy, which they are not.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Do not let them hijack the narrative here and every
- 26:08Speaker 1: time they tell you that they're doing some great thing
- 26:10Speaker 1: with sanctions, as they keep saying it right now, also
- 26:13Speaker 1: remind them, Okay, why is the Russian oligarch still not
- 26:18Speaker 1: sanctioned that sent three million dollars to the Biden crime
- 26:21Speaker 1: family whose husband was the former mayor of Moscow. Somebody
- 26:27Speaker 1: needs to answer that question. Somebody please answer that question.
- 26:33Speaker 1: I'm waiting, I am waiting. I am waiting, I am waiting.
- 26:38Speaker 1: I want to hear it. I want to know because
- 26:42Speaker 1: this is total crap and it's propaganda from the left,
- 26:47Speaker 1: and I think everybody knows that it is propaganda from
- 26:51Speaker 1: the left. Make sure you please share this podcast and
- 26:56Speaker 1: this show anywhere that you can on so social media
- 27:01Speaker 1: to get the word out. It is important. Make sure
- 27:04Speaker 1: you pay attention to what Tony Bobolinsky says, and a
- 27:07Speaker 1: lot of this will, i'm sure leak out this coming week.
- 27:10Speaker 1: But if there's anybody that the Biden crime family is
- 27:13Speaker 1: afraid of their testimony is Tony Bobolinsky because they know
- 27:16Speaker 1: what he knows, because they were sitting down with him
- 27:19Speaker 1: doing the business deals, and the business deals to quote,
- 27:22Speaker 1: Hunter was buying access to my dad. See it back
- 27:26Speaker 1: here tomorrow. Have a great rest of your day.
