- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you.
- 0:04Speaker 2: We are going to build on the show that came
- 0:07Speaker 2: out on Monday, and if you missed that podcast, go
- 0:10Speaker 2: back and listen to it.
- 0:11Speaker 1: We are talking about the.
- 0:12Speaker 2: IRS whistleblower, and that whistleblower has now come forward and
- 0:17Speaker 2: done an interview with CBS News. Senator that's shocking and
- 0:22Speaker 2: on its own right there.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Well, in the last forty eight hours, the situation has
- 0:27Speaker 3: gotten far more perilous for Joe Biden for the White House.
- 0:32Speaker 3: As we discussed on Monday's podcast, we did a deep
- 0:35Speaker 3: dive into the allegations from the two IRS whistleblowers that
- 0:39Speaker 3: came to Congress, came to the Houseways and Means Committee.
- 0:43Speaker 3: In the forty eight hours that have followed, several things
- 0:45Speaker 3: have happened. Number one, one of those whistleblowers has gone
- 0:48Speaker 3: public and CBS News has reported on it. And it
- 0:53Speaker 3: is a big deal for the corporate media, which has
- 0:56Speaker 3: spent the entire Biden presidency shilling for and covering for
- 1:00Speaker 3: Joe Biden and the Democrats, to suddenly be reporting on
- 1:03Speaker 3: these facts. Now, I will point out, Where's ABC, Where's NBC?
- 1:08Speaker 3: But the fact that CBS is doing this, that's a
- 1:11Speaker 3: big deal. Where's CNN, Where's MSNBC. Apparently none of the
- 1:14Speaker 3: rest of them cover news, but CBS. You're starting to
- 1:18Speaker 3: see the first rats fleeing from the sinking ship, and
- 1:23Speaker 3: the substance of these allegations are really disturbing. You're going
- 1:28Speaker 3: to hear two minutes of it on CBS and then
- 1:30Speaker 3: what we're gonna do on this podcast is actually break
- 1:32Speaker 3: down the real substance of exactly what is in those
- 1:36Speaker 3: allegations and why it poses big, big trouble for Joe Biden.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Yeah, at least CBS is doing it. As you described it,
- 1:43Speaker 2: it's to be honest with the audience. There's no way
- 1:46Speaker 2: you can cover what this story really is in two minutes,
- 1:50Speaker 2: and that's where we're going to tell you everything. They
- 1:52Speaker 2: didn't take a Listen though, to CBS News talking with
- 1:55Speaker 2: this whistleblower and actually leading the nightly news with this.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Now to VS News exclusive with the first television interview
- 2:02Speaker 4: with IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley since he spoke with lawmakers
- 2:06Speaker 4: last month. A lead investigator in the Hunter Biden case
- 2:10Speaker 4: tells CBS's Jim Axelrod that he felt the president's son
- 2:13Speaker 4: received preferential treatment, and in a stunning claim says that
- 2:17Speaker 4: he was blocked from pursuing leads that could have led
- 2:19Speaker 4: to the President himself.
- 2:22Speaker 5: If this was any other person they liked, it would
- 2:24Speaker 5: have already served their sentence.
- 2:26Speaker 6: Gary Shapley was a lead IRS supervisory agent in Operation Sportsmen,
- 2:31Speaker 6: the investigation into Hunter Biden. Shapley said he uncovered conduct
- 2:36Speaker 6: that warranted more serious charges.
- 2:38Speaker 5: There were personal expenses that were taken as business expenses, prostitutes,
- 2:44Speaker 5: sex club memberships, hotel rooms for purported drug dealers.
- 2:49Speaker 6: How much Hunter Biden o in taxes.
- 2:51Speaker 5: So from twenty fourteen to twenty nineteen it was two
- 2:53Speaker 5: point two million dollars.
- 2:55Speaker 6: The back taxes were paid off, and last week, the
- 2:58Speaker 6: Trump appointed US attorney in Delaware, David Weiss, reached an
- 3:02Speaker 6: agreement with Hunter Biden. The President's son would admit to
- 3:05Speaker 6: a firearm charge and plead guilty for his failure to
- 3:08Speaker 6: pay taxes. If a judge signs off, the deal means
- 3:12Speaker 6: no jail time testimony.
- 3:13Speaker 4: We have just released details a lack of US attorney independence.
- 3:18Speaker 6: And Shapley told lawmakers the US attorney Weiss was blocked
- 3:22Speaker 6: from bringing stronger charges, but US Attorney General Merrick Garland
- 3:27Speaker 6: said last week that Weiss.
- 3:29Speaker 7: Was not I'm saying he was given complete authority to
- 3:32Speaker 7: make all decisions on his own.
- 3:34Speaker 5: I documented exactly what happened, and it doesn't seem to
- 3:37Speaker 5: match what the Attorney General or the US Attorney are
- 3:40Speaker 5: saying today.
- 3:41Speaker 6: Shapley provided lawmakers this contemporaneous email he wrote after an
- 3:45Speaker 6: October meeting last year. Shapley says Weiss told him the opposite,
- 3:51Speaker 6: that Weiss is not the deciding person on whether charges
- 3:55Speaker 6: are filed.
- 3:56Speaker 1: It was just shocking to me.
- 3:58Speaker 6: Shapley, who is still working for the IRS, told us
- 4:01Speaker 6: that even before President Biden took office, he was directed
- 4:05Speaker 6: to avoid leads involving Hunter's father.
- 4:08Speaker 5: There were certain investigative steps that we weren't allowed to
- 4:12Speaker 5: take that could have led us to President Biden.
- 4:16Speaker 1: And you wanted to take them.
- 4:18Speaker 5: We needed to take them, and you weren't allowed to
- 4:20Speaker 5: take That's correct.
- 4:22Speaker 6: It is important to point out that at that point
- 4:24Speaker 6: in Shapa's investigation, Donald Trump was still president and his
- 4:28Speaker 6: Attorney General, William Barr, had rules in place that may
- 4:31Speaker 6: have limited what Chapley could pursue. The US Attorney's office
- 4:35Speaker 6: in Delaware had no comment. As for Hunter Biden, his
- 4:38Speaker 6: attorneys did not respond to us, but he said before
- 4:41Speaker 6: in a statement that he is taking responsibility for mistakes
- 4:44Speaker 6: he made during a period of turmoil in his life.
- 4:47Speaker 2: There it is turmoil, right, it will blame it on turmoil.
- 4:51Speaker 2: CBS News capturing this, And there was also something else
- 4:54Speaker 2: interesting that came out center. Not only did Hunter Biden
- 4:58Speaker 2: get invited to State dinner this week, but apparently he
- 5:00Speaker 2: left with his dad after the second whistleblower comes out
- 5:04Speaker 2: to go to Camp David. And we were told, at
- 5:07Speaker 2: least through some in the media that lawyers were there
- 5:10Speaker 2: as well. That doesn't sound like a normal response to whistleblowers.
- 5:16Speaker 2: I'm being sarcastic, right, It's like they said, all right,
- 5:18Speaker 2: we got to go to Camp David.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Now this is getting real.
- 5:20Speaker 3: Well, it is difficult to overstate how bad the developments
- 5:23Speaker 3: have been for Joe Biden and the White House in
- 5:25Speaker 3: the past several days these allegations. If what the whistleblowers
- 5:29Speaker 3: are saying is true, then Joe Biden flat out lied
- 5:33Speaker 3: and is very likely guilty of serious criminal conduct, guilty
- 5:38Speaker 3: of multiple felonies. If what the whistleblowers is saying is true,
- 5:43Speaker 3: then Merrick Garland, the Attorney General of the United States,
- 5:47Speaker 3: likely committed both perjury are actually lying under oath to
- 5:51Speaker 3: Congress and obstruction of justice, both serious felonies. On the
- 5:55Speaker 3: podcast on Monday, I called for a special counsel to
- 5:59Speaker 3: be appointed to investigate Merrick Garland as to whether he
- 6:03Speaker 3: lied under oath to Congress in response to questioning that
- 6:06Speaker 3: I asked him before the Senate Judiciary Committee, and also
- 6:10Speaker 3: whether he personally committed or at his direction, had committed
- 6:15Speaker 3: obstruction of justice. I have also on this podcast repeatedly
- 6:19Speaker 3: called for Merrick Garland to be impeached. In the last
- 6:23Speaker 3: forty eight hours, the House of Representatives took a major
- 6:27Speaker 3: step forward in doing so. Take a listen to Kevin
- 6:31Speaker 3: McCarthy explaining why.
- 6:33Speaker 7: Well, you apparently don't follow me on Twitter because yesterday
- 6:36Speaker 7: I laid out very very clearly by July sixth, because
- 6:40Speaker 7: of the allegations from the IRS, because of the whistleblowers
- 6:44Speaker 7: and the DOJ Garland, what he is saying and what
- 6:48Speaker 7: David Weiss are saying privately are two different things. And
- 6:51Speaker 7: if it comes true, what the IRS whistleblower is saying,
- 6:54Speaker 7: we're going to start impeachment inquiries on the Attorney General. Well,
- 6:57Speaker 7: because as a matter of fact, it shows that.
- 7:00Speaker 8: And so it would be great if you had called
- 7:03Speaker 8: your panel. You've got the whistleblower, you've got the Attorney General,
- 7:06Speaker 8: and you've got the US Attorney seeing different stuff.
- 7:10Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 7:11Speaker 7: But what's interesting is the IRS whistleblower that has no
- 7:14Speaker 7: political background, took copious notes, can tell you the date,
- 7:17Speaker 7: can tell you the people in the meeting.
- 7:18Speaker 9: He said, so we could hear a.
- 7:19Speaker 7: Screen, so we could bring six other people in. And
- 7:22Speaker 7: the US Attorney you said this here, but the Attorney
- 7:25Speaker 7: General says something different, said you had all power and
- 7:27Speaker 7: you did not.
- 7:28Speaker 1: You had all power, but you did not.
- 7:32Speaker 9: Well, that's exactly right.
- 7:33Speaker 3: And I will say when you when you watch this
- 7:36Speaker 3: IRS whistleblower on CBS, you see that this is by
- 7:43Speaker 3: all appearances, not a partisan, not a Republican, not someone
- 7:47Speaker 3: with an ax to grind. Instead, this is a career
- 7:52Speaker 3: IRS employee, a supervisor, who certainly appears to be horrified
- 8:02Speaker 3: at what he saw. And it's important this is something
- 8:06Speaker 3: Kevin McCarthy emphasized. If what he is saying is true,
- 8:12Speaker 3: then both the Attorney General and the President of the
- 8:15Speaker 3: United States are flat out lying because it is completely inconsistent.
- 8:20Speaker 3: It's possible that the whistleblower is lying. But I'll tell
- 8:26Speaker 3: you what. There's a second whistleblower. There's a second whistleblower
- 8:31Speaker 3: who from the irs, who came forward, who stayed anonymous.
- 8:35Speaker 3: He calls himself mister X. But let me tell you what.
- 8:38Speaker 3: The second whistleblower. How he described himself in his testimony.
- 8:42Speaker 3: He says, quote, I'm an American and my allegiances are
- 8:46Speaker 3: to my country and my government. I'm also a gay man.
- 8:50Speaker 3: I have a husband, two dogs, a home, and a
- 8:54Speaker 3: life full of family and friends. But above else, I'm
- 8:58Speaker 3: a human being. My sexuality does to find me as
- 9:00Speaker 3: a person. It's just who I love. I'd like to
- 9:03Speaker 3: say one more thing regarding this topic sexuality, especially since
- 9:07Speaker 3: it's the start of Pride Month. But people have said
- 9:10Speaker 3: that I'm gay, and people have said, because I'm gay
- 9:12Speaker 3: and that I'm working on the case agent in this investigation,
- 9:16Speaker 3: that i must be a far left liberal perfectly placed
- 9:20Speaker 3: to fit some agenda. This was the stuff that was
- 9:23Speaker 3: on social media regarding me. I can tell you or
- 9:26Speaker 3: that I am none of these things. I'm a career
- 9:29Speaker 3: government employee and I've always strived to not let politics
- 9:33Speaker 3: enter my frame of mind when working cases. I've also
- 9:37Speaker 3: tried to stay so non political that in the last
- 9:41Speaker 3: presidential election, I voted, but I had decided to not
- 9:45Speaker 3: vote for the presidential candidate because I didn't want to
- 9:48Speaker 3: be asked that question at a court proceeding in the future,
- 9:51Speaker 3: and I didn't want to show any potential bias. My
- 9:54Speaker 3: political beliefs are simple. I'm as middle of the road
- 9:57Speaker 3: as they come, but would consider my myself to be
- 10:01Speaker 3: a Democrat. Now that's one of the two whistleblowers, a
- 10:05Speaker 3: gay man with a husband who's a Democrat.
- 10:08Speaker 9: The other.
- 10:09Speaker 3: They're both career IRS employees, and I got to say,
- 10:15Speaker 3: on the face of it, their testimony has very significant credibility.
- 10:21Speaker 9: If what they are saying is true.
- 10:24Speaker 3: Merrick Garland in all likelihood committed at least one felony,
- 10:29Speaker 3: if not multiple felonies, and Ben let's walk through specifically
- 10:34Speaker 3: what those allegations are. Kudos to CBS for saying the
- 10:37Speaker 3: allegations are there and saying, well, there were steps they
- 10:40Speaker 3: wanted to take, but let's walk through specifically what was stated.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Before you get through those steps, I want to tell
- 10:49Speaker 2: you about our good friends of Augusta Precious Metal. If
- 10:51Speaker 2: you've been saving for a long time, you know how
- 10:55Speaker 2: important it is to protect your assets, protect your money,
- 10:58Speaker 2: and you can do that with a gold IRA. I'm
- 11:01Speaker 2: excited to tell you about a company that I trust
- 11:03Speaker 2: and that is a Gusta Precious Metals. They are different
- 11:06Speaker 2: because they will even tell you if a gold IRA
- 11:08Speaker 2: isn't your answer. They give you the facts about what's
- 11:11Speaker 2: going on and how it can help you protect your dollars. Well, look,
- 11:16Speaker 2: it's so important, whether you're in retirement or close to retirement,
- 11:20Speaker 2: that you protect what you say because there's no time
- 11:23Speaker 2: to make up losses. So if you want a company
- 11:27Speaker 2: that you can sit down with, do a one on
- 11:28Speaker 2: one web conference with and talk to them about diversifying
- 11:31Speaker 2: and protecting your assets. You've probably seen what's happened in
- 11:35Speaker 2: your four one K or your IRA. If you're ready
- 11:39Speaker 2: to protect your dollars, then call Augusta Precious Medals. Not
- 11:44Speaker 2: only will they send you the free guide on gold,
- 11:46Speaker 2: but they'll do the one on one conference with you
- 11:48Speaker 2: as well for free eight seven to seven. The number
- 11:52Speaker 2: four gold IR that's eight seven to seven, the number
- 11:56Speaker 2: four gold IRA visit them online and Augusta Precious Medals
- 12:02Speaker 2: dot Com that's Augusta Precious Metals dot Com center. I
- 12:05Speaker 2: want to go through that list you just mentioned because
- 12:07Speaker 2: it's so important that people understand these allegations and what
- 12:11Speaker 2: they're accusing. Not only those under Garwin, but the cover
- 12:16Speaker 2: up with the Bidens clearly have to be involved in this.
- 12:19Speaker 3: Yeah, that's exactly right. Here's how the Houseways and Means
- 12:22Speaker 3: Committee described the evidence. They said, quote whistleblowers describe how
- 12:26Speaker 3: the Biden Justice Department intervened and overstepped in a campaign
- 12:29Speaker 3: to protect the son of Joe Biden by delaying, divulging,
- 12:34Speaker 3: and denying an ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden's alleged tax crimes.
- 12:38Speaker 3: The testimony shows tactics used by the Justice Department to
- 12:41Speaker 3: delay the investigation long enough to reach the statute of
- 12:45Speaker 3: limitations evidence. They divulged sensitive actions by the investigative team
- 12:51Speaker 3: to Biden's attorneys, and denied requests by the US attorney
- 12:55Speaker 3: to bring charges against Biden. Houseways and Means Committee continued
- 13:00Speaker 3: IRS employees who blew the whistle on this abuse were
- 13:03Speaker 3: retaliated against despite a commitment IRS Commissioner were full made
- 13:07Speaker 3: before the Ways and Means Committee to uphold their legal protections.
- 13:11Speaker 3: They were removed from this investigation after they responsibly worked
- 13:15Speaker 3: through the chain of command to raise these concerns. Now,
- 13:19Speaker 3: what did the whistleblowers testimony reveal? It revealed that the
- 13:24Speaker 3: IRS removed the whistleblowers from the Hunter Biden investigations, and
- 13:29Speaker 3: in fact, they were punished as mister Shapley was not
- 13:32Speaker 3: selected for a promotion after he blew the whistle and
- 13:36Speaker 3: when he was more qualified than the candidate who was selected.
- 13:41Speaker 9: And specifically, the.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Whistleblowers stated that agents sought to perform a physical search
- 13:52Speaker 3: of Joe Biden's guest house where Hunter Biden was staying. However,
- 13:57Speaker 3: the assistant US attorney on the case named Leslie Wolf
- 14:00Speaker 3: questioned quote whether the juice was worth the squeeze and
- 14:06Speaker 3: noted that quote optics were a driving factor in the
- 14:10Speaker 3: decision on whether to execute a search warrant. She further
- 14:15Speaker 3: indicated that quote, a lot of evidence in our investigation
- 14:20Speaker 3: would be found in the guest house of former Vice
- 14:24Speaker 3: President Biden, and she concluded that quote, there is no
- 14:30Speaker 3: way we will get that approved.
- 14:34Speaker 9: Now.
- 14:35Speaker 3: Beyond that, assistant of US Attorney Wolf went even further
- 14:40Speaker 3: in obstructing the investigation, and Shapley noted that quote if
- 14:46Speaker 3: there was a quote big guy in the transcript, Wolf
- 14:52Speaker 3: was either going to directly berate you or she was
- 14:55Speaker 3: probably going to give you the silent treatment, which was
- 14:57Speaker 3: one of her tactics for a couple of weeks. Weeks
- 15:00Speaker 3: and talk behind your back. Now, who is this assistant
- 15:05Speaker 3: US Attorney Wolf? Well, Her husband Daniel donated fourteen times
- 15:11Speaker 3: to Obama for America Wow during both the two thousand
- 15:15Speaker 3: and eight and the twenty twelve campaigns, seven times in
- 15:18Speaker 3: two thousand and eight, seven times in twenty twelve for
- 15:21Speaker 3: a total click.
- 15:21Speaker 2: If that's a hardcore donor, people need to understand that
- 15:24Speaker 2: that's not just like hey, you got a family friend
- 15:26Speaker 2: and they say, hey, give a little donation cover the
- 15:29Speaker 2: house for an event.
- 15:29Speaker 1: That's hardcore activism.
- 15:31Speaker 9: He gave a.
- 15:32Speaker 3: Total of one thy one hundred and seventy five dollars,
- 15:34Speaker 3: so little less than one hundred bucks each each time
- 15:37Speaker 3: for the fourteen times the two of them were married
- 15:40Speaker 3: in two thousand. The contributions occurred during their marriage and
- 15:44Speaker 3: actually Assistant US Attorney. Wolf herself donated to Act Blue
- 15:49Speaker 3: in twenty twenty in a donation earmarked for Senator Amy
- 15:53Speaker 3: Klobachar's Democrat presidential campaign. She also donated to Josh Shapiro,
- 15:59Speaker 3: a Democrat, in his twenty twenty two bid to become
- 16:02Speaker 3: Pennsylvania governor. So you've got a prosecutor who is a
- 16:07Speaker 3: Democrat donor married to another Democrat donor, who's refusing search
- 16:13Speaker 3: warrants because she says, quote, the juice is not worth
- 16:18Speaker 3: the squeeze. And I got to say, by the way,
- 16:20Speaker 3: that's the same damn phrase the administrator at Stanford Law
- 16:24Speaker 3: School said when she was siding with the mob that
- 16:28Speaker 3: was heckling Judge Kyle Duncan. She says, is the juice
- 16:31Speaker 3: worth the squeeze? I wonder the leftist is this some
- 16:34Speaker 3: lingo in leftist world that that they're using when they're
- 16:38Speaker 3: doing something wildly improper.
- 16:41Speaker 2: Yeah, it's their alibi, right, it's there, Get out of jail, car. Oh,
- 16:44Speaker 2: it's just not worth it. It's not worth the turmoil or
- 16:47Speaker 2: the exhaustion. It's it's part of I think the wok idiology.
- 16:50Speaker 2: It's like, oh, well, we just don't want to touch
- 16:52Speaker 2: that right, it's not.
- 16:53Speaker 3: Worth it well, and it gets worse. On December eighth,
- 16:58Speaker 3: twenty twenty, the IRS and FBI agents wanted to interview
- 17:01Speaker 3: Hunter Biden in Los Angeles. Now, Hunter Biden had Secret
- 17:06Speaker 3: Service protection, and so during the preparation for the Hunter interview,
- 17:12Speaker 3: Assistant US Attorney wil Wolfe specifically prohibited the agents from
- 17:17Speaker 3: asking about incriminating terms of previously released emails, specifically the
- 17:22Speaker 3: quote ten held by h for the Big Guy, or
- 17:26Speaker 3: asking any questions about quote Dad or the Big Guy.
- 17:31Speaker 3: So she made clear you're not allowed to ask about
- 17:33Speaker 3: Joe Biden. We are protecting if the whistleblower is what
- 17:36Speaker 3: they're saying is true. She was specifically building a wall
- 17:40Speaker 3: to protect Joe Biden. Now, before they embarked on the interview,
- 17:45Speaker 3: the agents discovered that the night prior, on December seventh,
- 17:50Speaker 3: twenty twenty, FBI headquarters notified Secret Service headquarters and word
- 17:56Speaker 3: of the plan reached Hunter Biden. So the day before
- 17:59Speaker 3: the interview, FBI tips off Hunter, hey, we're going to
- 18:02Speaker 3: come by and question you tomorrow, and as a result,
- 18:08Speaker 3: on December eighth, they learned that their plan to interview
- 18:11Speaker 3: Hunter Biden changed in the new plan, including providing the
- 18:15Speaker 3: Secret Service in Hunter Biden's with the agent's telephone numbers
- 18:19Speaker 3: if they wished to interview him. Afterwards, the agents received
- 18:23Speaker 3: phone calls from Biden's counsels indicating that they were to
- 18:26Speaker 3: contact Hunter through council. So what it means is the
- 18:31Speaker 3: agents were prevented from doing what's called a knock and talk,
- 18:34Speaker 3: which is showing up and talking to Hunter Biden in
- 18:37Speaker 3: a spontaneous way in which he could reveal critical information
- 18:41Speaker 3: or falsehoods. Instead, the FBI gave him the heads up
- 18:44Speaker 3: to prepare with counsel so that he could he could
- 18:48Speaker 3: work with lawyers to make sure they knew exactly what
- 18:50Speaker 3: he said. Two days later, on December tenth, agents met
- 18:57Speaker 3: with prosecutors to discuss the fact that Hunter had vacated
- 19:01Speaker 3: the Washington d C. Office of OWASCO and his documents
- 19:05Speaker 3: went to a storage unit in northern Virginia. The IRS
- 19:09Speaker 3: prepared a search warrant to search the storage unit, but
- 19:12Speaker 3: the assistant US Attorney Wolf again objected. The investigators pressed
- 19:18Speaker 3: the issue with the US Attorney Weiss, who ultimately stated
- 19:22Speaker 3: that well, if the storage unit wasn't accessed for thirty
- 19:26Speaker 3: days agents could execute.
- 19:28Speaker 9: A search warrant on it.
- 19:31Speaker 3: However, after the investigators completed their call with the US
- 19:35Speaker 3: Attorney Weiss, they discovered that Assistant US Attorney Wolf had
- 19:41Speaker 3: contacted Biden's counsel and told them about the storage unit.
- 19:47Speaker 3: In other words, if he has incriminating evidence, the Department
- 19:51Speaker 3: of Justice gave his lawyer's heads up in time to
- 19:55Speaker 3: get rid of whatever incriminating evidence was there. That is
- 19:58Speaker 3: not how you conduct a criminal investigation, calling ahead and saying, hey,
- 20:02Speaker 3: here's where we'd like to search. We'll let you know
- 20:04Speaker 3: what we're looking for, but we're just giving you the
- 20:07Speaker 3: heads up ahead of time in case there might be
- 20:09Speaker 3: something there you don't want us to see.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Well, let me let's put this into non political terms.
- 20:15Speaker 2: You as a lawyer for people that maybe don't have
- 20:19Speaker 2: context here, and a lot of people don't have dealings
- 20:22Speaker 2: with the FBI or with investigators in their entire life.
- 20:27Speaker 2: Does any other American I'm talking rich, poor, black, white,
- 20:32Speaker 2: Republican Democrat or anywhere in between, do they get tips
- 20:38Speaker 2: normally from the FBI calling you saying hey, we're going
- 20:42Speaker 2: to come over and maybe look at something tomorrow or
- 20:45Speaker 2: in the next couple days or the next thirty days,
- 20:48Speaker 2: whatever it may be. Maybe people say, well, that may
- 20:51Speaker 2: happen to other people. We don't know if that's necessarily
- 20:54Speaker 2: just a perk of being the last named Biden. How
- 20:57Speaker 2: abnormal is it center for that to happen to anyone
- 21:00Speaker 2: in this country.
- 21:01Speaker 3: It's extraordinarily weird. Look, search warrants are typically obtained in secrecy,
- 21:09Speaker 3: specifically to avoid the destruction of evidence.
- 21:12Speaker 9: Think about it.
- 21:12Speaker 3: If you're executing a search warrant on a drug dealer
- 21:15Speaker 3: and you say, hey, we're going to search this warehouse tomorrow, Well,
- 21:18Speaker 3: you think you're gonna find any drugs there? I mean,
- 21:20Speaker 3: only the stupidest criminal on earth if you tell them
- 21:23Speaker 3: where you're going to search, will leave evidence there. And
- 21:27Speaker 3: the fact that the Department of Justice gave them a
- 21:30Speaker 3: heads up, Hey here's where they're planning to search. That
- 21:34Speaker 3: suggests possible obstruction of justice. Because if you tell a
- 21:38Speaker 3: witness who has evidence of a search ahead of time
- 21:41Speaker 3: in order to enable that witness to destroy the evidence,
- 21:45Speaker 3: that constitutes obstruction of justice.
- 21:47Speaker 2: So let me ask you another question, and I know
- 21:50Speaker 2: the answer, but just to put it in perspective, what's
- 21:53Speaker 2: the point of investigating a person for any crime if
- 21:57Speaker 2: you tell them in advance to hide and destroy the
- 22:01Speaker 2: evidence of the crime that we're about to investigate, unless
- 22:04Speaker 2: you're fixing that investigation to make sure purposely you find nothing.
- 22:10Speaker 3: Well, they don't quite want to find nothing nothing. And
- 22:12Speaker 3: we've talked about this on the podcast at length. Hunter's
- 22:16Speaker 3: being set up to be the patsy, to be the
- 22:18Speaker 3: fall guy. So Merrick Garland can say, I indicted to Biden.
- 22:22Speaker 3: I indicted a Trump. I'm very even handed. Now let's
- 22:25Speaker 3: go after Trump with everything we got. But he's being
- 22:28Speaker 3: set up to be a patsy with a very soft fall,
- 22:32Speaker 3: not a day in jail. So the serious crimes, Nope,
- 22:34Speaker 3: don't look at it, and especially especially especially do nothing
- 22:39Speaker 3: that implicates Joe Biden. And so doj assuming these allegations
- 22:44Speaker 3: are correct, walls off. Joe Biden says nothing about the
- 22:47Speaker 3: big guy. But it's not just protecting Joe Biden. They're
- 22:51Speaker 3: also making sure that Hunter Biden avoids the most serious consequences. So,
- 22:55Speaker 3: for example, US Attorney Weiss, according to the allegations from
- 23:01Speaker 3: the whistleblower, attempted to bring tax charges against Hunter Biden
- 23:06Speaker 3: in the district of Columbia for alleged misconduct in twenty
- 23:09Speaker 3: fourteen and twenty fifteen. And by the way, that included
- 23:13Speaker 3: four hundred thousand dollars in Barisma derived income. He never reported,
- 23:18Speaker 3: Barisma being the Ukrainian natural gas company that is also
- 23:22Speaker 3: alleged to have made a five million dollar bribe to
- 23:26Speaker 3: Joe Biden.
- 23:27Speaker 9: The dad.
- 23:29Speaker 3: US attorney Weiss wanted to bring the case in DC
- 23:33Speaker 3: around March of twenty twenty two, but he was denied.
- 23:37Speaker 3: US Attorney Wis sought special council status from DOJ in
- 23:40Speaker 3: spring of twenty twenty two, and he was denied. And
- 23:45Speaker 3: he also attempted to bring charges in the Central District
- 23:49Speaker 3: of California in the fall of twenty twenty two, which
- 23:53Speaker 3: was denied in January twenty twenty three.
- 23:55Speaker 9: Now why does that matter.
- 23:57Speaker 3: It matters because the District of Columbia and californ d
- 24:01Speaker 3: C was the sole venue for hunters twenty fourteen through
- 24:06Speaker 3: twenty fifteen tax crimes, and California was the sole venue
- 24:10Speaker 3: for the twenty sixteen through twenty nineteen tax crimes. And
- 24:15Speaker 3: whistleblower number two, who would be the gay Democrat who's
- 24:19Speaker 3: married another man, maintains that venue was not proper in
- 24:24Speaker 3: Delaware for any of these tax charges. So what happened
- 24:28Speaker 3: is the most potentially serious tax charges, and we're talking
- 24:32Speaker 3: about millions of dollars in tax evasion. According to this allegation,
- 24:38Speaker 3: DOJ prevented those charges from being filed until after the
- 24:45Speaker 3: statute of limitations passed, until after the period at which
- 24:49Speaker 3: Hunter Biden risked real jail time.
- 24:54Speaker 2: That also means that when you and when others have
- 24:56Speaker 2: talked to Mert Garland under oath at Congress, that he
- 25:02Speaker 2: would have had to have been willfully and purposely lying
- 25:07Speaker 2: to you.
- 25:08Speaker 1: So what does that mean?
- 25:09Speaker 2: Going back to the possibility Kevin McCarthy talking about this
- 25:14Speaker 2: from an impeachment standpoint, and how would that actually work?
- 25:17Speaker 2: And before you answer that, let me tell you about
- 25:18Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile. If you're sick and tired of giving your
- 25:22Speaker 2: money to woke companies, then you need to check out

- 25:46Speaker 2: and in reality, you're getting a woke agenda that's fighting
- 25:50Speaker 2: against your beliefs. Patriot Mobile is the only conservative Christian

- 26:34Speaker 2: phone number as well. Eight seven eight Patriot is the
- 26:37Speaker 2: number eight seven eight Patriot eight seven eight Patriot or
- 26:42Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile dot com slash Verdict sentaer I want to
- 26:45Speaker 2: go back, and we played Kevin McCarthy earlier talking about
- 26:49Speaker 2: if the iOS whistleblowers allegations are true, we will start
- 26:52Speaker 2: impeachment inquiries on the ag Garland very soon, He says,
- 26:57Speaker 2: I think it was by July sixth, if I'm not mistaken. Yeah,
- 27:01Speaker 2: I lay out very queerly by July sixth. Quote because
- 27:04Speaker 2: the allegations from the IRF, because the whistleblowers and the
- 27:06Speaker 2: DJ or Garland, what are you saying and what David
- 27:09Speaker 2: Weiss are saying privately are two different things. So talk
- 27:13Speaker 2: and walk us through what happens next when it comes
- 27:17Speaker 2: to Garland and is his job really in jeopardy here?
- 27:21Speaker 3: I think it's in very serious jeopardy, and I think
- 27:23Speaker 3: he's in real jeopardy of criminal prosecution. If these allegations
- 27:29Speaker 3: are correct, I believe the Attorney General likely committed at
- 27:33Speaker 3: least one, if not multiple, felonies. The Attorney General flat
- 27:36Speaker 3: out said under oath that there was no political interference
- 27:40Speaker 3: in this investigation. The Attorney General has also said that
- 27:43Speaker 3: David Weiss could pursue whatever facts he saw fit and
- 27:46Speaker 3: could bring whatever case he wanted. If these whistleblowers are correct,
- 27:50Speaker 3: that David Weiss wanted to bring a case in DC
- 27:53Speaker 3: and was denied, wanted to bring a case in Central District,
- 27:56Speaker 3: California and was denied. If the allegations are correct, the
- 28:00Speaker 3: Department of Justice repeatedly blocked search warrants and tipped off
- 28:04Speaker 3: Hunter Biden to search warrants that were being executed. All
- 28:08Speaker 3: of that means that what Merrick Garland said was flat
- 28:11Speaker 3: out false, and that people reporting to Merrick Garland, very
- 28:16Speaker 3: possibly at his direction that has not yet been determined,
- 28:21Speaker 3: were obstructing justice. But look, the most damning element of
- 28:28Speaker 3: these IRS whistleblower testimonies is what was uncovered during an
- 28:34Speaker 3: electronic search, which is a July thirtieth, twenty seventeen text
- 28:39Speaker 3: exchange from the encrypted messaging service WhatsApp, and it was
- 28:43Speaker 3: between Hunter Biden and Henry Zoo, who is a Chinese
- 28:46Speaker 3: national who is an executive of CEFC China Energy and
- 28:52Speaker 3: a communist party affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party of
- 28:56Speaker 3: the government. We talked about this WhatsApp quite a bit
- 29:00Speaker 3: on Monday's pod, but I want to read it again
- 29:02Speaker 3: because it is central is the single most important element
- 29:07Speaker 3: of this testimony.
- 29:08Speaker 2: Well, hey, by the way, before you read it, I
- 29:09Speaker 2: want everybody to count something. Count how many times in
- 29:14Speaker 2: this text message that Hunter Biden invokes his father sitting
- 29:19Speaker 2: next to me, he's next to me? Count how many times?
- 29:23Speaker 2: Because it's clear that this shows what we've all suspected,
- 29:28Speaker 2: that Hunter Biden is nothing more than a bagman and
- 29:31Speaker 2: all the real juice is coming from the big guy.
- 29:35Speaker 3: So here's the WhatsApp from Hunter quote. I am sitting
- 29:38Speaker 3: here with my father, and we would like to understand
- 29:42Speaker 3: that's two why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Tell the director that I would like to resolve this
- 29:50Speaker 3: now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight,
- 29:54Speaker 3: and z if I get a caller text from anyone
- 29:57Speaker 3: involved in this other than you, zanger the chair, I
- 30:01Speaker 3: will make certain that between the man sitting next to
- 30:04Speaker 3: me that's three and every person he knows that's four,
- 30:10Speaker 3: and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you
- 30:14Speaker 3: will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here
- 30:21Speaker 3: waiting for the call with my father.
- 30:26Speaker 1: That's five five times.
- 30:28Speaker 9: So five times he invokes daddy.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's I'm running this business and the kingpin,
- 30:35Speaker 2: the godfather is sitting next to me, and five times
- 30:38Speaker 2: you know who's really running the business.
- 30:41Speaker 3: Now that they're only a handful of possible responses that
- 30:45Speaker 3: Hunter and Joe Biden could could could put to exonerate themselves. One,
- 30:49Speaker 3: they could say this is false, that that that this
- 30:52Speaker 3: message was never sent, it's fraudulent.
- 30:54Speaker 9: That's that's possible. I don't think it's terribly likely, but
- 30:57Speaker 9: they could say that, Uh, they haven't said that.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Two, they could say, well, yes, Hunter said it, but
- 31:06Speaker 3: he was lying. Joe Biden wasn't sitting there with him,
- 31:09Speaker 3: even though he was threatening government retribution from his father.
- 31:14Speaker 3: Hunter was freelancing and doing on his own. Joe knew
- 31:16Speaker 3: nothing about it. That's a second possibility. They haven't said that. Instead, Well, here,
- 31:22Speaker 3: look at listen to what number one. Listen to what
- 31:28Speaker 3: Joe Biden said when he was asked whether he was
- 31:33Speaker 3: lying when he said he never discussed business dealings with
- 31:37Speaker 3: his son Hunter.
- 31:43Speaker 1: There's music there.
- 31:44Speaker 2: It's very clear that you hear him yell no, implying
- 31:47Speaker 2: I didn't lie about never speaking to Hunter about my
- 31:51Speaker 2: business dealings.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Did you ever lie? No? He says it there clearly,
- 31:54Speaker 1: and he's irritated.
- 31:55Speaker 3: No, and that's it. He hasn't said that this was
- 32:00Speaker 3: that message is false. He hasn't said that he wasn't
- 32:02Speaker 3: sitting there with Hunter Biden. He hasn't said that that
- 32:05Speaker 3: Hunter didn't have a was freelancing and doing it on
- 32:08Speaker 3: his own. He just is flat out stonewalling. Nope, I
- 32:12Speaker 3: never lied. Piss off. I don't have to tell you anything.
- 32:15Speaker 3: And by the way, it's not just Joe Biden that
- 32:17Speaker 3: is saying no, piss off. Listen to the White what
- 32:20Speaker 3: the White House press folksperson said when confronted about the
- 32:25Speaker 3: very clear conflicts between what the Department of Justice has
- 32:29Speaker 3: said and what the IRS whistleblowers have said.
- 32:32Speaker 5: Don last week, does the White House leeve Betorney General
- 32:36Speaker 5: Garland committed perjury when he testified under a Delaware US
- 32:39Speaker 5: Attorney David West coopering terms outside.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Of this district. I don't have any comment on this, Anita,
- 32:44Speaker 1: go ahead and tend to Steven.
- 32:45Speaker 2: I'm moving on, Anita, I love that part. I'm moving
- 32:48Speaker 2: on right, Steven, shut up, I'm moving on.
- 32:51Speaker 3: Notice, it's the same thing John Kirby said. I'm not
- 32:53Speaker 3: going to answer you. Nope, I'm not going to tell you.
- 32:56Speaker 3: By the way, there's no reason that she can't answer.
- 32:58Speaker 3: There was no reason why John Kirby couldn't answer other
- 33:00Speaker 3: than oh crap, this is a really hard question. This
- 33:03Speaker 3: is a bad question. We're in trouble, so we're not
- 33:07Speaker 3: going to address the facts. We're not going to give
- 33:09Speaker 3: a denial. We're not going to say it's false. We're
- 33:11Speaker 3: just going to say no, that's our answer. We will
- 33:15Speaker 3: not answer. And by the way, what the hell's wrong
- 33:18Speaker 3: with ABC News? How come they didn't cover it? What
- 33:21Speaker 3: the hell's wrong with NBC, CNN, MSNBC Are they actually
- 33:25Speaker 3: do they even pretend to be news organizations anymore? Are
- 33:29Speaker 3: any of them sitting there going wait? Why is CBS
- 33:32Speaker 3: covering this? And what are we doing?
- 33:34Speaker 2: Not only that, but I want to go back to
- 33:36Speaker 2: what you read earlier, that text message, and it's being
- 33:39Speaker 2: reported now by the New York Post and Marina Divine
- 33:42Speaker 2: that after that WhatsApp text was sent right where Hunter
- 33:46Speaker 2: is warnings now that if he does not comply quote,
- 33:49Speaker 2: I'll make certain that between the man sitting next to
- 33:51Speaker 2: me and every person he knows, am I ability to
- 33:54Speaker 2: to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not
- 33:57Speaker 2: following my direction. I'm saying here waiting for the call
- 34:01Speaker 2: with my father. Apparently Center within a week, five point
- 34:05Speaker 2: one million was wired to Hunter by CEF HE, according
- 34:09Speaker 2: to bank records published now by Senator Chuck Grassley and
- 34:12Speaker 2: Ron Johnson that actually was published back in September of
- 34:16Speaker 2: twenty twenty. You now connect that with this whats app text.
- 34:20Speaker 2: The payment of five point one million showed up within
- 34:23Speaker 2: a week. We already knew that, we just didn't know
- 34:25Speaker 2: about this WhatsApp text well.
- 34:27Speaker 3: And it certainly suggests that the Chinese communists we're afraid
- 34:31Speaker 3: of retribution from Joe Biden. And notice Hunter's Hunter's message
- 34:36Speaker 3: where he says, tell the director that I would like
- 34:39Speaker 3: to resolve this now before it gets out of hand,
- 34:42Speaker 3: and now means tonight. You know, when's the last time
- 34:47Speaker 3: you've texted someone with that kind of assumption of authority
- 34:51Speaker 3: that you've got them where it hurts and they got
- 34:55Speaker 3: to do what you want.
- 34:56Speaker 9: Now means tonight. You're not allowed to get back to
- 34:59Speaker 9: me tomorrow.
- 35:00Speaker 3: I want the five point one million tonight or the
- 35:05Speaker 3: big guys coming after you know. To be clear, that's
- 35:08Speaker 3: a paraphrase. May not be what it meant, but it
- 35:11Speaker 3: sure sounds like it.
- 35:12Speaker 2: When you invoke the guy five times sitting next to you.
- 35:15Speaker 2: To me, that's exactly what it means. And I don't
- 35:17Speaker 2: think that's stretching at all to imply that in any capacity.
- 35:22Speaker 2: I also want to ask you about the compromising aspect
- 35:25Speaker 2: of this, and before I do that, I want to
- 35:26Speaker 2: tell you about Chalk. If you're a guy and you
- 35:28Speaker 2: feel like you've been losing your edge, you feel like
- 35:32Speaker 2: you are just tired all the time, weakness, complacency, not
- 35:37Speaker 2: feeling like you want to go work out or even
- 35:39Speaker 2: just do fun stuff outside activities. You don't want to
- 35:43Speaker 2: play sports anymore. You just feel lethargic. You're not alone.
- 35:48Speaker 2: There's a lot of men just like you that their
- 35:51Speaker 2: disoscer mobiles have fallen off a cliff historically. They're actually
- 35:56Speaker 2: right now at an all time low. Thankfully, the patriots
- 36:00Speaker 2: at Chalk choq dot com are helping real America men
- 36:05Speaker 2: boost their testosterum levels up to twenty percent over ninety

- 36:24Speaker 2: have game changing effects on your testosterrum. It'll help you

- 36:42Speaker 2: So give it a shot. Choq dot com. That's Chalk
- 36:46Speaker 2: Choq dot com. Use promo code Ben for thirty five
- 36:49Speaker 2: percent off. Let's talk about the lastly, the compromising aspect
- 36:53Speaker 2: of this. You know, you look at the Chinese balloon
- 36:55Speaker 2: that went across America. You look at how the White
- 36:58Speaker 2: House handle it. They shot it down after the fact,
- 37:00Speaker 2: you start looking at how China has been able to
- 37:03Speaker 2: do things militarily without basically an American response. You look
- 37:07Speaker 2: how weak Anthony Blincoln looked when he went and met
- 37:10Speaker 2: with the Chinese. Recently, you look at what China has
- 37:12Speaker 2: been able to do pretty much anywhere around the world,
- 37:15Speaker 2: even in things in the Middle East as well as
- 37:17Speaker 2: with Russia. And you gotta wonder, is it because Joe
- 37:21Speaker 2: Biden is compromised. And there's also another part that irks me,
- 37:25Speaker 2: the fact that you can control possibly the agenda of
- 37:29Speaker 2: the United States of America for five point one million
- 37:32Speaker 2: to him and five point one million to his son.
- 37:34Speaker 2: That also just scares the hell out of me. Center
- 37:37Speaker 2: that ten million dollars can control a nation. It almost
- 37:40Speaker 2: offends me that that's how little they it took for
- 37:43Speaker 2: them to be an essence bought off.
- 37:45Speaker 3: Well, i'll tell you, Ben, if this WhatsApp is accurate.
- 37:49Speaker 3: You know who also had a copy of it, Henry Zau,
- 37:53Speaker 3: which means the Chinese Communist government had it. And this
- 37:57Speaker 3: was sent in twenty seventeen. Presumably the Chinese Communist government
- 38:02Speaker 3: has had it since twenty seventeen.
- 38:03Speaker 9: That's six years ago.
- 38:08Speaker 3: It's incredibly damning when it came out now, but it
- 38:10Speaker 3: would have been incredibly damning if it came out six
- 38:12Speaker 3: months ago, or a year ago, or two years ago
- 38:15Speaker 3: or three years ago, or in the middle of the
- 38:17Speaker 3: presidential campaign. If it had come out in the middle
- 38:19Speaker 3: of the presidential campaign, it might well have cost Joe
- 38:23Speaker 3: Biden a ton of votes. It might well have kept
- 38:26Speaker 3: him out of the White House. And so that's an
- 38:29Speaker 3: awful lot of ability for the Chinese Communists to have
- 38:33Speaker 3: an ACE card up their sleeve. Not to mention the
- 38:39Speaker 3: specific records of what money was wired to whom and
- 38:42Speaker 3: what it was for. You have to assume this WhatsApp
- 38:46Speaker 3: is not the only communication. Notice that this is in
- 38:50Speaker 3: the middle of an ongoing discussion, and we might know
- 38:52Speaker 3: more of that if the Biden DOJ had not been
- 38:58Speaker 3: tipping Off's lawyers or even the Trump DOJ, because some
- 39:03Speaker 3: of this was the deep state, was Democrats in the
- 39:06Speaker 3: Department of Justice who were obstructing this or at least
- 39:11Speaker 3: allegedly obstructing this investigation early on.
- 39:14Speaker 9: And I do want to.
- 39:16Speaker 3: Note the CBS report made a big point of emphasizing
- 39:21Speaker 3: Trump appointed US Attorney David Weiss. As we talked about
- 39:25Speaker 3: on Monday's podcast, US attorneys are appointed only with the
- 39:30Speaker 3: approval of the senators from that state. In Delaware, there
- 39:33Speaker 3: are two Democratic senators, Chris Kuns and to Chris Coons
- 39:37Speaker 3: and Tom Carper. The two of them had to have
- 39:40Speaker 3: signed off on David Weiss or he never could have
- 39:42Speaker 3: gotten appointed. And so as much as the media wants
- 39:45Speaker 3: to lean into Trump appointed, there's nothing about David Weiss
- 39:49Speaker 3: to suggest he is in any way, shape or form
- 39:52Speaker 3: a Trump partisan.
- 39:53Speaker 1: Yeah, great point. We're going to keep covering this.
- 39:57Speaker 2: And if you think that the Democrats are going to
- 39:59Speaker 2: bail on Joe bid and you're probably wrong, new poll
- 40:02Speaker 2: out just to put it in the back of your mind.
- 40:04Speaker 2: Kamala Harris has reached the lowest VP net favorability rating
- 40:09Speaker 2: in NBC poll history. VP Harris is officially the most
- 40:14Speaker 2: unpopular vice president of American history, with a net negative
- 40:17Speaker 2: rating of negative seventeen according to the most recent NBC poll.
- 40:22Speaker 2: That means that the for all intents and purposes, at
- 40:26Speaker 2: least as of right now, the Democrats are stuck with
- 40:28Speaker 2: Joe Biden and they're going to have to protect them
- 40:30Speaker 2: at all costs. Don't forget download this podcast three days
