Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Kamala in Serious Trouble with the African American Vote
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Two major problems are popping up the Democrats did not
- 0:05Speaker 1: see coming. One of them is losing support among Hispanic voters.
- 0:10Speaker 1: And then this is the most crushing item on their list,
- 0:15Speaker 1: which is they're losing among African American voters with a
- 0:20Speaker 1: African American woman. They promise in Kamala Harris, how bad
- 0:24Speaker 1: is it Barack Obama on the campaign trail?
- 0:27Speaker 2: And this is an NBC headline.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Has one particularly tough crowd, young black men, this coming
- 0:35Speaker 1: out of Tucson, Arizona. If there's a prototypical Kamala Harris voter,
- 0:40Speaker 1: it might seem to be Charles Johnson, a twenty three
- 0:44Speaker 1: year old black college student. NBC rights Johnson is informed
- 0:49Speaker 1: and politically engaged. He went to hear former President Barack
- 0:52Speaker 1: Obama speak Friday at a Democratic campaign rally at the
- 0:56Speaker 1: University of Arizona campus. Yet he isn't all that with Obama,
- 1:01Speaker 1: whoa the nation's first black president, nor Harris, who would
- 1:06Speaker 1: be the second.
- 1:08Speaker 2: Again, this still makes me laugh, like everybody's like, oh, yeah,
- 1:11Speaker 2: she's black.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Now. He says he's leaning towards voting for Donald Trump.
- 1:16Speaker 1: The media says he Trump is horrible and he's racist
- 1:19Speaker 1: and he's going to bring us back, but he's only
- 1:22Speaker 1: getting support with black voters, Johnson said an interview, He's
- 1:25Speaker 1: only gaining support with black men. Democrats have been unnerved
- 1:31Speaker 1: by recent polls that are backing up this data. They're
- 1:35Speaker 1: showing that Harris's numbers are sagging among black voters, particularly
- 1:39Speaker 1: young black men. As he campaigns for Harris, one of
- 1:43Speaker 1: Obama's tasks is to quickly persuade black men like Johnson
- 1:47Speaker 1: that voting for Trump would be a well, horrible mistake.
- 1:52Speaker 1: In the remaining days before the election, NBC writes, he'll
- 1:56Speaker 1: be doing interviews with podcasters in various Internet person nowadis
- 2:01Speaker 1: who command a large black following. An Obama aide stated
- 2:06Speaker 1: he remains a singular figure in national politics, widely popular
- 2:10Speaker 1: to this day. Obama is the only presidents in Toronto
- 2:14Speaker 1: Reagan to win the presidency twice with more than fifty
- 2:16Speaker 1: percent of the vote.
- 2:18Speaker 2: But here's the problem. Harris ain't no Obama.
- 2:21Speaker 1: An Emerson College survey this month showed that a majority
- 2:25Speaker 1: of voters in each of these seven key swing states
- 2:28Speaker 1: that decide the election hold a favorable opinion now of
- 2:32Speaker 1: Donald Trump. That's not good. He and Harris talk regularly,
- 2:36Speaker 1: is what Barack Obama said. With Obama serving as a
- 2:39Speaker 1: sounding board on issues like her choice of a running mate,
- 2:44Speaker 1: his advisor's claim he has offered any help she might need, Yes,
- 2:49Speaker 1: any help she might need with campaign strategy. Now, Harris's
- 2:53Speaker 1: campaign is desperate because they're also using Obama for fundraising
- 2:59Speaker 1: and personnel. After Harris replaced Biden as the Democratic nominee,
- 3:04Speaker 1: the Obama campaign manager, former campaign manager, I should say,
- 3:07Speaker 1: David Ploff signed on as one of her senior advisors.
- 3:10Speaker 1: So they're all in to hold and keep power. They're
- 3:14Speaker 1: working all behind the scenes. That's all been reported, all right.
- 3:17Speaker 1: And Obama has apparently already raised a total of eighty
- 3:21Speaker 1: million dollars for the Democratic ticket. So look, he can
- 3:25Speaker 1: raise money, he can make phone calls. Barack Obama is
- 3:28Speaker 1: very influential in the Democratic Party, probably now more than
- 3:31Speaker 1: any other Democrat. At one point, quote, he recorded twenty
- 3:36Speaker 1: one videos for the Harris campaign in a single sitting.
- 3:38Speaker 1: One of his aides said, speaking on conditions that of
- 3:41Speaker 1: course we wouldn't know who they are.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Now.
- 3:43Speaker 1: It still comes back to the big problem blackmail. Voters quote,
- 3:47Speaker 1: have an enormous amount of respect and admiration for President Obama,
- 3:50Speaker 1: and they will be attentive to what his message is.
- 3:54Speaker 1: That is what Joel Benison, former Obama campaign poster, said, saying,
- 3:58Speaker 1: as quote what's and plicit in his messages. You've got
- 4:03Speaker 1: to rally around her the way you rallied around me.
- 4:06Speaker 1: That's some message they're going to get and that will
- 4:09Speaker 1: be helpful. It's not certain, though, that Obama's strategy is working,
- 4:14Speaker 1: or that the audience is even listening to him at all.
- 4:17Speaker 1: The son of a black father and a white mother,
- 4:19Speaker 1: Obamas forever chiseled into America's history on the issue of race.
- 4:25Speaker 1: He delivered one of the nation's most compelling speeches on
- 4:28Speaker 1: race relations when he was a young presidential candidate in
- 4:31Speaker 1: eight Despite the barrier busting nature of his election. Once
- 4:35Speaker 1: he took office, his aide said he did not want
- 4:38Speaker 1: to be the teacher quote unquote leading a kind of
- 4:41Speaker 1: national seminar on race in America. He got an early
- 4:44Speaker 1: taste of how perilous it is for a sitting president
- 4:47Speaker 1: to delvin to the issue. Reacting to the arrest of
- 4:51Speaker 1: a black Harvard University professor who had been locked out
- 4:54Speaker 1: of his home and tried to force his way in,
- 4:56Speaker 1: Obama said the police had acted stupidly. He later invited
- 4:59Speaker 1: both the professor and the white arresting officer of the
- 5:02Speaker 1: White House for what was dubbed a quote beer summit
- 5:05Speaker 1: when that blew up in his face. Obama is sixty
- 5:08Speaker 1: three now, thin as ever, and with close cropped hair
- 5:13Speaker 1: that's gone white since leaving office. He's been selective about
- 5:16Speaker 1: his public appearances, they say in the article, hitting the
- 5:20Speaker 1: campaign trail, when he believes voters are tuned in and
- 5:23Speaker 1: he can make the biggest difference. A hairris aid said
- 5:25Speaker 1: the campaign wonnered Obama to time his rallies so that
- 5:28Speaker 1: they coincided with the start of early voting in the
- 5:30Speaker 1: main battleground states. He's been enormously helpful surrogate in that regard,
- 5:35Speaker 1: is what Lauren hit, a campaign spokesman, said.
- 5:38Speaker 2: But then there's still the problem.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Younger generation of black Americans may have seen little of Obama,
- 5:46Speaker 1: possessing only a dim recollection of his presidency that ended
- 5:49Speaker 1: nearly eight years ago. Again, if you're eighteen now voting,
- 5:54Speaker 1: you were ten when he left office. I want you
- 5:56Speaker 1: to think about that. If you're twenty one now, how
- 6:00Speaker 1: were you eight years ago?
- 6:02Speaker 2: Right? You were thirteen. This is the problem, all right.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Let me take a moment tell you about an awesome
- 6:08Speaker 1: company called Ammo Squared.
- 6:10Speaker 2: They ensure that you have Ammo there when you need it.
- 6:13Speaker 1: It is an automated approach to purchasing Ammo on any
- 6:16Speaker 1: budget at fabulous pricing.
- 6:19Speaker 2: How's it work.
- 6:20Speaker 1: You pick your calibers, you set your budget, you select
- 6:23Speaker 1: a shipping trigger, and bam, your Ammo grows slowly over time.
- 6:28Speaker 1: And the best part about Ammo squared is it is

- 6:33Speaker 1: with a click of a button or automatically on your schedule. Now,
- 6:37Speaker 1: unlike a traditional subscription service, you aren't forced into a
- 6:40Speaker 1: set budget or a monthly shipment. You decide your budget,

- 7:12Speaker 1: you've got a bunch of one AMMO in one caliber.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Not a problem.
- 7:16Speaker 1: You can change it out easily on the app. You
- 7:20Speaker 1: can also sell that Ammo if prices go through the roof.
- 7:23Speaker 1: So if we get back into another situation like a
- 7:26Speaker 1: COVID lockdown and Ammo disappears and the price of it
- 7:29Speaker 1: goes through the roof, you can cash in for big,
- 7:33Speaker 1: big profits. So forget about moving heavy case of ammunition
- 7:36Speaker 1: your garage. You're trying to sell Ammo online. You can

- 8:07Speaker 1: Amosquared dot com slash ben today to get free Ammo
- 8:09Speaker 1: in your account. Now, let me go back to what
- 8:12Speaker 1: I was saying. A moment ago about this story. A
- 8:15Speaker 1: pair of rallies and Tucson in Las Vegas in recent days,
- 8:18Speaker 1: Obama drew thousands of cheering supporters, though the turnout among
- 8:22Speaker 1: young black men appeared sparse.
- 8:24Speaker 2: They basically weren't existent.
- 8:26Speaker 1: When it comes to the distinct slice of the electorate,
- 8:29Speaker 1: Obama may not be the compelling messenger that he once was.
- 8:33Speaker 1: He's just not the guy that the African American community
- 8:35Speaker 1: that's younger is looking towards. Miles Covington, thirty five, a
- 8:39Speaker 1: black student at the University of Arizona, said he hasn't
- 8:42Speaker 1: yet decided how he'll vote. He came to here Obama
- 8:45Speaker 1: speak and as he stood in line for the event
- 8:48Speaker 1: on campus, he said he didn't see Obama as a
- 8:50Speaker 1: figure who would be especially influential with or on young
- 8:54Speaker 1: black men, say saying this quote, he is resignating with
- 8:57Speaker 1: a different culture. They're going to need a young guy
- 9:01Speaker 1: to come and stand out who is black.
- 9:02Speaker 2: He's not the young guy.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Obama's appeal to black men was something that many took
- 9:08Speaker 1: for granted in the Democratic Party as well, and now
- 9:12Speaker 1: there seems to be a backlash. Speaking a group to
- 9:15Speaker 1: a group of campaign volunteers in Pittsburgh. He adopted a
- 9:19Speaker 1: tone that some considered scolding. He mused that Black men
- 9:23Speaker 1: who are inclined to sit out this race quote, just
- 9:25Speaker 1: aren't feeling the idea of having a woman as president
- 9:28Speaker 1: as we're coming up with other alternatives and other reasons
- 9:32Speaker 1: for that.
- 9:33Speaker 2: That did not sit well with African American men.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Blowback also came from unexpected quarters, including the sports personality
- 9:43Speaker 1: over at ESPN, stephen A. Smith, they promised sports talk
- 9:46Speaker 1: show personality. He was angry that the president was talking
- 9:50Speaker 1: down to Black voters the way that he was, but
- 9:52Speaker 1: Obama quote isn't deterred, a person close to him said
- 9:56Speaker 1: for the interview, his view is that the blackmail voters
- 9:59Speaker 1: are important to a Harris victory, and he's focused on
- 10:02Speaker 1: mobilizing what has historically been a loyal piece of the
- 10:05Speaker 1: Democratic coalition. The person went on to say, in an
- 10:08Speaker 1: election that remains a toss up, Harris wants to avoid
- 10:12Speaker 1: any erosion in the Black vote.
- 10:13Speaker 2: She can't afford to lose any of it.
- 10:16Speaker 1: To put it in perspective, Obama captured ninety five percent
- 10:19Speaker 1: of the black voting in his first presidential bid in
- 10:21Speaker 1: two thousand and eight and then ninety three percent when
- 10:24Speaker 1: he won reelection four years later, which is just unbelievable.
- 10:28Speaker 1: A New York Times poll earlier this month revealed that
- 10:31Speaker 1: seventy eight percent of Black voters nationwide favored Harris. That
- 10:35Speaker 1: is twelve points below the level that even Biden received
- 10:39Speaker 1: in twenty twenty when he narrowly defeated Donald Trump.
- 10:44Speaker 2: Quote.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Even if she can't improve her standing with these voters,
- 10:47Speaker 1: Harris can still compensate for the shortfall by outperforming past
- 10:50Speaker 1: Democratic presidential nominees with other parts of the electorate. And
- 10:55Speaker 1: that's exactly what she's trying to do with the Hispanic vote.
- 10:58Speaker 1: The Illinois Democratic got and sent in an interview that
- 11:01Speaker 1: he would argue, quote, we're going to do better then
- 11:04Speaker 1: the polls indicate with black men.
- 11:06Speaker 2: Whether that's true or not is yet to be seen.
- 11:09Speaker 1: But what is clear is the idea that Barack Obama
- 11:12Speaker 1: could just show up and everything is going to be
- 11:16Speaker 1: like perfect is just not a reality. That African American
- 11:20Speaker 1: men will immediately just jump into line and say, yep,
- 11:23Speaker 1: that's what we're doing. He told us to show up,
- 11:26Speaker 1: he told me to vote for and we're going to
- 11:28Speaker 1: do it. That does not seem to be happening in translation,
- 11:32Speaker 1: the influence that he thinks he has, apparently he actually doesn't.
- 11:37Speaker 1: And I yes, I am referring to a guy by
- 11:41Speaker 1: the name of Barack Obama. I also want to talk
- 11:45Speaker 1: about what some of the polls are saying. All right,
- 11:48Speaker 1: and this is a several black male celebrities have announce
- 11:52Speaker 1: their support for former President Trump.
- 11:56Speaker 2: We're just a few weeks until election day. Early voting
- 11:59Speaker 2: is officially started.
- 12:01Speaker 1: The Harris campaign sees itself struggling with black men, and
- 12:05Speaker 1: Trump is making games with the group who are traditionally
- 12:08Speaker 1: Democratic Democratic Party's most reliable supporters. Now, according to the
- 12:15Speaker 1: New York Times and a poll that was released, Harris
- 12:18Speaker 1: currently holds as of last week in this number.
- 12:22Speaker 2: I expect to change. I don't think it's going to
- 12:24Speaker 2: go up. I think it's going to go down. She
- 12:26Speaker 2: currently holds seventy eight percent of the black vote.
- 12:30Speaker 1: That is down from twenty twenty, when President Biden won
- 12:33Speaker 1: ninety percent of the voting block. It's also down from
- 12:37Speaker 1: sixteen when Hillary Clinton won ninety two percent of the
- 12:40Speaker 1: black vote. So they've gone from ninety two percent support
- 12:43Speaker 1: to the black vote for Hillary then ninety percent for Biden
- 12:45Speaker 1: now to seventy seventy eight cent, which I actually think
- 12:49Speaker 1: the number could be as low as seventy five by
- 12:51Speaker 1: election day because so many the African American community, they
- 12:55Speaker 1: don't connect with Kamala Harris and it's the economy. Stupid
- 13:00Speaker 1: believe that they are taking their vote for granted and
- 13:02Speaker 1: they remember what it was like to have money in
- 13:04Speaker 1: their pocket when Donald Trump was president. Now, Harris's support
- 13:08Speaker 1: among black men has dropped even more significantly. According to
- 13:12Speaker 1: the new report, seventy percent said they would vote for
- 13:16Speaker 1: Arison November. That is down from Biden's eighty five percent.
- 13:20Speaker 1: To put in perspective in twenty twenty per and NAACP survey,
- 13:25Speaker 1: and this is also shocking.
- 13:27Speaker 2: One in four black men under.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Fifty said they would support Trump in twenty twenty four.
- 13:35Speaker 1: That is coming from the NAACP's own survey. I'm gonna
- 13:39Speaker 1: say it again, one in four Black men under fifty
- 13:43Speaker 1: said they would support Trump in twenty twenty four. While
- 13:48Speaker 1: Harris has made numerous attempts to gain support from men
- 13:52Speaker 1: and Black America, male commentators from radio hosts like Charlemagne
- 13:57Speaker 1: the God to comic actor Eddie Griffin have warned that
- 14:01Speaker 1: it may not work and that Trump himself has a
- 14:03Speaker 1: unique appeal specifically to black men. During this campaign, Trump
- 14:08Speaker 1: has gone to the support of several notable black male
- 14:10Speaker 1: entertainers and also athletes. One of the members of the
- 14:14Speaker 1: hip hop group Brand Nubian Lord Jamar, recently came out
- 14:19Speaker 1: supporting Trump. In an interview, Jamar, rapper, producer, and actor
- 14:23Speaker 1: from shows like The Sopranos, slammed Harris and her supporters
- 14:27Speaker 1: and applauded Trump's leadership again something the Democratic Party is
- 14:31Speaker 1: not used to quote. This woman, to me, is not
- 14:35Speaker 1: qualified to run you know, a dunkin Donut or a
- 14:38Speaker 1: seven to eleven, let alone the corporation that we call
- 14:41Speaker 1: the United States of America. Jamar, a founding member of
- 14:45Speaker 1: the group, set in an interview with the Art of
- 14:47Speaker 1: Dialogue just last week, let's keep it real a blank
- 14:51Speaker 1: like Trump. First of all, there was no wars when
- 14:55Speaker 1: Trump was was the president. How about that there were
- 14:58Speaker 1: no wars going on Trump was president. This mother blanker
- 15:03Speaker 1: was going was doing gangster blank to the people, like
- 15:08Speaker 1: the Taliban, showing them pictures of their houses from satellite
- 15:12Speaker 1: and threatening to kill him if they killed any Americans.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Jamar added that he's among many Black Americans in the
- 15:18Speaker 1: quote real world that do not support Harris, saying, trust me,
- 15:23Speaker 1: the sentiment on the street in the real world is
- 15:25Speaker 1: a lot of people are not blanking with this woman.
- 15:31Speaker 1: They see right through her, and they're not trying to
- 15:33Speaker 1: blame it on black men. But no, I see a
- 15:35Speaker 1: lot of black women that are not blanking with her either.
- 15:39Speaker 1: Bill Capri, also known as Kodak Black, has been an
- 15:43Speaker 1: ardent Trump supporter since the former president parton him in
- 15:46Speaker 1: twenty twenty one. The twenty seven year old rapper also
- 15:49Speaker 1: made appearances at Trump campaign rallies as he bids for
- 15:53Speaker 1: the reelection of Donald Trump.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Ford, a native.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Kodak also dropped a supportive song called five Yoho fourign
- 16:00Speaker 1: that features portions of Trump's pass speeches. And now you've
- 16:05Speaker 1: got another problem if you're Kamala Harris, and that is
- 16:07Speaker 1: people in sports, famous names in sports, influential names in
- 16:12Speaker 1: sports are coming out for Donald Trump.
- 16:15Speaker 2: Let me give you example of that.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Former Pittsburgh Steelers now Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania is a swing state.
- 16:22Speaker 1: It's very important to both candidates, right if you want
- 16:25Speaker 1: to win this presidency. I don't see many scenarios where
- 16:30Speaker 1: you don't carry Pennsylvania. Donald Trump understands how important Pennsylvania is.
- 16:36Speaker 1: And the former Pittsburgh Steeler pro bowler Antonio Brown and
- 16:40Speaker 1: Levon Bell join Donald Trump on stage at a rally
- 16:44Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania on Saturday. Brown, all right, Antonio Brown, he
- 16:49Speaker 1: is very well known in NFL circles and also in
- 16:52Speaker 1: the African American community, was seen wearing a red Maga hat. Shouted,
- 16:57Speaker 1: let's vote for Trump. Let's make some noise for the president.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Let's go Trump. You already know vote Trump. Let's go
- 17:04Speaker 1: is what Bell said as well. Now, Brown proceeded to
- 17:08Speaker 1: lead the crowd in a here we Go Steelers chant.
- 17:12Speaker 1: The x NFL player has been vocal about his support
- 17:14Speaker 1: of Trump, frequently commentating about the GOP presidential nominee on X. Brown,
- 17:19Speaker 1: who left the Steelers in eighteen when he was traded
- 17:21Speaker 1: to the Raiders, also frequently criticizes Harris. In fact, Brown
- 17:24Speaker 1: on Thursday post on X about his appearance at the rally,
- 17:27Speaker 1: saying time to help make real change. New York Giants Legend,
- 17:33Speaker 1: for example, is another sports figure. Lawrence Taylor spoken to
- 17:36Speaker 1: Trump campaign rally in New Jersey on May the eleventh, Taylor,
- 17:40Speaker 1: speaking in front of forty thousand people on that New
- 17:42Speaker 1: Jersey shore, talked about how he left the Democratic Party, saying, quote,
- 17:46Speaker 1: I grew up a Democrat, and I've always been a
- 17:49Speaker 1: Democrat until I met this man right here, Taylor said
- 17:52Speaker 1: to cheers, Nobody in my family will ever vote for
- 17:55Speaker 1: a Democrat again. Lt is widely regarded as one of
- 17:59Speaker 1: the best linebackers to ever play in the NFL. Former
- 18:03Speaker 1: NFL running back Herschel Walker is also another well known.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Backer of Donald Trump.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Walker former All American football running back who played in
- 18:11Speaker 1: the NFL for twelve seasons, and prior to that, he
- 18:14Speaker 1: played for the upstart USFL league that intended to compete
- 18:19Speaker 1: with the NFL. Trump was an investor in the league
- 18:22Speaker 1: and the owner of the league's New Jersey general franchise
- 18:25Speaker 1: that Walker played for.
- 18:27Speaker 2: They've known each other for a long time.
- 18:29Speaker 1: That's why In twenty twenty two, in that midterm election,
- 18:33Speaker 1: Walker won the Republican Senate nomination in Georgia by an
- 18:36Speaker 1: overwhelming majority of the voters after receiving the endorsement of Trump.
- 18:40Speaker 1: He went on to lose in a runoff in the
- 18:42Speaker 1: general election to Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock. Now, Walker recently
- 18:47Speaker 1: spoke out against former President Obama for his recent criticism
- 18:50Speaker 1: towards black men. Not supporting Kamala Harris and Donald Trump's
- 18:55Speaker 1: campaign team posts a video on Instagram of the famous
- 18:58Speaker 1: and legendary back promoter Don King, who also came out
- 19:03Speaker 1: and said, I am supporting Donald Trump. Now this isn't
- 19:07Speaker 1: just one person, This is a trend, right, Like Cleveland
- 19:12Speaker 1: native Don King said, get reelected, and we must re
- 19:15Speaker 1: elect him to save ourselves.
- 19:17Speaker 2: You know, a vote for Trump is a vote for yourself.
- 19:20Speaker 1: King even went on to say, quote because we have
- 19:22Speaker 1: to fight the system of lies and the creation of
- 19:25Speaker 1: wrong being right and right being wrong. What's got to
- 19:29Speaker 1: be that's got to be eliminated. And the only one
- 19:32Speaker 1: who has the intestinal fortitude to be able to stand
- 19:35Speaker 1: up and fight for this, for the system like it
- 19:38Speaker 1: ought to be fought for, is Donald Trump.
- 19:42Speaker 2: King is ninety three.
- 19:43Speaker 1: By the way, King's a guy that came out, didn't
- 19:46Speaker 1: have to do this, but wanted to. He also joined
- 19:49Speaker 1: Trump on the campaign trail in sixteen. Prolific boxer Mike
- 19:54Speaker 1: Tyson support of Trump, also, by the way, digs back
- 19:57Speaker 1: to his first twenty sixteen campaign.
- 20:00Speaker 2: That led to his presidency as well.
- 20:02Speaker 1: His most recent comments on the election regarding Trump were
- 20:05Speaker 1: favorable to the GOP nominee, saying, quote, Trump is going
- 20:08Speaker 1: to win, Tyson said September the twentieth on a podcast.
- 20:13Speaker 2: He said, is that who you want to win?
- 20:15Speaker 1: The podcast co host asks, He goes, yeah, it'd be
- 20:18Speaker 1: nice if he wins.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Yeah. I have my reasons for wanting him to win.
- 20:22Speaker 2: He is just a good man. Listen.
- 20:24Speaker 1: I don't agree with all his blank. Nobody agrees with
- 20:28Speaker 1: all my blank, but you know, they are good people.
- 20:32Speaker 1: No one is perfect in this world. Everybody has got
- 20:35Speaker 1: their own blank, you know. And then there's mass a rap,
- 20:39Speaker 1: a rapper turned preacher, said that he's conservative and probably
- 20:44Speaker 1: on the side of Trump.
- 20:46Speaker 2: These are just some of the examples. Fifty cent.
- 20:50Speaker 1: The rapper Curtis James Jackson said he had no that
- 20:54Speaker 1: he had not endorsed Trump explained why people like him
- 20:57Speaker 1: are gravitating towards a GOP candidate after his reaction to
- 21:01Speaker 1: the first assassination attempt, which seemed to change people. He
- 21:05Speaker 1: even talked about it on CBS Saturday Morning, which shocked
- 21:09Speaker 1: many in the African American community when he said quote,
- 21:12Speaker 1: he says, fight all right, And that's exactly what I
- 21:15Speaker 1: did after I got shot. I just went into fight mode,
- 21:18Speaker 1: he said. People identify it that way. Fifty cent has
- 21:23Speaker 1: been shot, just like Donald Trump. This is a turning
- 21:26Speaker 1: in the African American community, and the Democrats don't know
- 21:29Speaker 1: how to stop it. October seventh was the one year
- 21:33Speaker 1: mark of the worst massacre of the Jewish people since
- 21:36Speaker 1: the Holocaust. Twelve hundred Israelis were murdered and more than
- 21:40Speaker 1: two hundred and fifty taken hostage. Yet, the war in
- 21:44Speaker 1: Israel rages on today, with a Ran firing a massive
- 21:47Speaker 1: barrage of nearly two hundred ballistic missiles earlier this month.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Israel and her people are facing attacks from enemies on
- 21:55Speaker 1: all sides. The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is
- 21:58Speaker 1: on the ground providing food, shelter, and safety to those
- 22:03Speaker 1: in need during this crisis. Since the war started, thousands
- 22:07Speaker 1: of reservists every day Israeli citizens have left their families
- 22:10Speaker 1: to serve their country. Soldiers have been injured, and their
- 22:14Speaker 1: families now need your help. That's why I'm asking for
- 22:18Speaker 1: you to give one hundred and fifty dollars to help
- 22:20Speaker 1: the Fellowship provide food and other emergency necessities for these
- 22:25Speaker 1: families to help them survive. And this is the other
- 22:28Speaker 1: reason why I ask you for one hundred and fifty dollars,
- 22:31Speaker 1: because a generous donor has said that they will match
- 22:35Speaker 1: every gift of one hundred and fifty or more, doubling
- 22:38Speaker 1: your impact. So join me and letting those families know
- 22:42Speaker 1: that listeners like you stand with Israel. You can call
- 22:45Speaker 1: to make your one hundred and fifty dollars gift right
- 22:47Speaker 1: now to eight and eight four eight eight IFCJ. That's
- 22:52Speaker 1: eighty eight four eight eight four three two five. You
- 22:56Speaker 1: can give securely online as well at support IFCJ dot org.
- 23:02Speaker 1: That's one word, support if CJ dot org. Support IFCJ
- 23:09Speaker 1: dot org or eight to eight four eight eight if CJ. Now,
- 23:15Speaker 1: the Democrats, i think, have known that they're losing the
- 23:18Speaker 1: African American communities since Donald Trump was elected in sixteen.
- 23:22Speaker 1: They saw the Democratic Party saw that if you have
- 23:26Speaker 1: a conservative in office and they speak directly to African
- 23:29Speaker 1: American voters and they help African American voters, and they
- 23:31Speaker 1: fight for African American voters, and they help them when
- 23:34Speaker 1: it comes to employment and things like that. They are
- 23:37Speaker 1: able to leave the Democratic plantation because the Democratic Party
- 23:42Speaker 1: treats African American voters like modern day slaves. Hey, we
- 23:45Speaker 1: keep you in poverty for your whole life, and you
- 23:48Speaker 1: have to beg us for your food, and then we
- 23:50Speaker 1: get to threaten you every two years with an election
- 23:54Speaker 1: if you.
- 23:54Speaker 2: Don't vote for us, and we're not gonna get government aid.
- 23:56Speaker 1: You're not gonna get food stamps, you're not gonet housing assistants,
- 23:59Speaker 1: and the list goes on and on all the government subsidies.
- 24:02Speaker 1: So that is exactly why Kama Harrison, the Democratic Party
- 24:05Speaker 1: had been importing twenty million new voters. There is a
- 24:09Speaker 1: new report out and the SuperFect example of why this
- 24:12Speaker 1: is happening of another migrant caravan on its way to
- 24:16Speaker 1: the US, trying to get here before Donald Trump would
- 24:18Speaker 1: take office, before he wins. Social media reports are indicating
- 24:24Speaker 1: that another huge migrant group of more than three thousand
- 24:28Speaker 1: migrants departed from southern Mexico on Sunday. The group departing
- 24:35Speaker 1: and planning to reach the US Mexico border before the
- 24:38Speaker 1: upcoming presidential election. A journalist with Real America's Voice put
- 24:44Speaker 1: a video up on x that reported that about two
- 24:46Speaker 1: thousand and five under the migrants departed on October the twentieth,
- 24:50Speaker 1: heading to the US border with Mexico as fast as
- 24:53Speaker 1: they possibly can get there.
- 24:56Speaker 2: The Associated Press.
- 24:57Speaker 1: Now estimates the number of migrants in the canavan up
- 25:00Speaker 1: to three thousand. The news organization reports as the third
- 25:04Speaker 1: and largest such caravan departing from southern Mexico since the
- 25:09Speaker 1: president down there was sworn into office earlier this month.
- 25:13Speaker 1: So far, the new Mexican president has made no changes
- 25:15Speaker 1: in the country's immigration policies either. One week earlier, it
- 25:20Speaker 1: was reported that another migrant caravan of more than one
- 25:23Speaker 1: thousand migrants had departed from the same region in an
- 25:27Speaker 1: attempt to reach the US before the November fifth presidential election.
- 25:31Speaker 1: News Nation journalists Ali Bradley posts a statement from Customs
- 25:35Speaker 1: and Border Patrol on social media which the state agency
- 25:39Speaker 1: said it is quote aware of mass migrant groups making
- 25:42Speaker 1: their way to the US border.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Here is her exact words.
- 25:47Speaker 1: CBP is constantly monitoring reports of mass migration in the
- 25:50Speaker 1: United States southern border in sands, ready to address any
- 25:52Speaker 1: potential increase in migrant encounters and insure safety of our personnel.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Migrants and local communities and the security of our southwest border.
- 26:02Speaker 1: We are aware of recent reports of migrant caravans that
- 26:06Speaker 1: it materialize in southern Mexico, as we hear about several
- 26:09Speaker 1: times a year, and again, they're trying to normalize us. Apparently,
- 26:14Speaker 1: these reported caravans generally travel very slow and often splinter
- 26:17Speaker 1: before they make progress moving northbound towards the southwest border.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Nevertheless, CBP will.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Continue to monitor the developments in coordination with our foreign
- 26:29Speaker 1: and inter agency counterparts, as we have with previous movements
- 26:33Speaker 1: and migrants. Despite the decline and border encounters in recent months,
- 26:37Speaker 1: smugglers and bad actors continue to spread falsehoods and show
- 26:41Speaker 1: complete disregard for the safety. I love how they act
- 26:46Speaker 1: like they're now standing up to these people right, total
- 26:50Speaker 1: disregard for the safety and well being of vulnerable migrants.
- 26:53Speaker 1: The fact remains the United States continues to enforce immigration law.
- 26:56Speaker 2: That's a lie.
- 26:57Speaker 1: There's twenty million people to prove that that's a lie,
- 27:00Speaker 1: and they go on to ride in. Our borders are
- 27:01Speaker 1: not open for those without a legal basis to ender
- 27:05Speaker 1: the country.
- 27:06Speaker 2: That's also lie.
- 27:06Speaker 1: There's tens of millions of goudaways that would laugh in
- 27:09Speaker 1: your face. And this is exactly why Democrats are doing
- 27:13Speaker 1: this now, like this is the.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Whole ballgame for them.
- 27:18Speaker 1: And the reason why they're doing this now is because
- 27:21Speaker 1: they've got to replace the African American voters who are
- 27:26Speaker 1: running away, all right and are disappearing from the Democratic Party,
- 27:31Speaker 1: and they've got to.
- 27:32Speaker 2: Replace them quickly.
- 27:33Speaker 1: I think they're like, well, we've owned these modern day
- 27:35Speaker 1: Democratic voter slaves for you know, forty to fifty years.
- 27:38Speaker 2: Now, that's good enough.
- 27:40Speaker 1: Now we've got to figure out Plan B because it's
- 27:42Speaker 1: not working like it used to. I do believe that's
- 27:45Speaker 1: very much a part of this conversation.
- 27:49Speaker 2: I really do.
- 27:49Speaker 1: I believe this is just straight up part of that conversation,
- 27:53Speaker 1: which is sad that this is how they treat voters.
- 27:57Speaker 2: This is how the Democratic Party treats voters.
- 28:00Speaker 1: It's also not shocking at the same time that this
- 28:04Speaker 1: is now where we are, because I've been telling you
- 28:07Speaker 1: this for how long. Now back to the CBP, they
- 28:11Speaker 1: say they will use a long standing Title eight immigration
- 28:14Speaker 1: law to remove migrants across the border illegally between ports
- 28:17Speaker 1: of entry. The problem is Texas has consistently reported migrants
- 28:23Speaker 1: from special interest countries cannot be returned to their home
- 28:26Speaker 1: country and are frequently released from the Border patrol custody
- 28:30Speaker 1: to seek asylum. This is how there was, you know,
- 28:33Speaker 1: thousands of convicted rapists and murderers that were let free
- 28:36Speaker 1: in this country. You look at this brand new caravan
- 28:40Speaker 1: of one hundred and forty legals from Venezuela, for example,
- 28:42Speaker 1: Ecuador and Honduras had just crossed an Eagle Pass Texas
- 28:46Speaker 1: this morning.
- 28:47Speaker 2: It's the second such caravan of the morning.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Some others broke off to avoid authorities and now they
- 28:53Speaker 1: are what we'd refer to as gudaways. They were also
- 28:56Speaker 1: seventeen unaccompanied minors quote as election daymers. The source within
- 29:03Speaker 1: the CBP, not authorized to speak to the media, says
- 29:06Speaker 1: a noticeable increase in migrants, including special interest aliens and
- 29:10Speaker 1: unaccompanied migrant children, has appeared in these small border town
- 29:15Speaker 1: in recent weeks. In recent weeks, border patrol agents in
- 29:18Speaker 1: the Rio Grand sector began encountering multiple large migrant groups
- 29:23Speaker 1: crossing the border near eagle paths. Many of these groups
- 29:27Speaker 1: contain migrants designed or i should say designated by Border
- 29:33Speaker 1: patrol as special interest aliens. In other words, they know
- 29:38Speaker 1: what to say so that we don't get rid of
- 29:40Speaker 1: them now. If you want to know how bad it
- 29:43Speaker 1: is right now at the southern border, here's what you
- 29:45Speaker 1: also need to know. In the previous seven days, a
- 29:48Speaker 1: nearly one hundred and sixty unaccompanied minor children were sent
- 29:54Speaker 1: across the border in Eagle Pass by their parents or
- 29:56Speaker 1: their family members. The unaccompanied migrant children, most between the
- 30:00Speaker 1: ages of five and seventeen, hailed from several Central and
- 30:03Speaker 1: South American countries. According to Customs and Border Patrol, they
- 30:09Speaker 1: know that this is happening, the Texas Apartment of Public
- 30:12Speaker 1: Safety and Highway Patrol troopers.
- 30:16Speaker 2: They say, look, we are inundated.
- 30:18Speaker 1: That day, there were fifty seven on a company migrant
- 30:21Speaker 1: children in a single group of more than two hundred
- 30:23Speaker 1: migrants that were coming across the river. As reported by
- 30:27Speaker 1: Breitbar Texas, the large groups crossing almost daily into the
- 30:32Speaker 1: small Texas border town have included dozens of special interest
- 30:35Speaker 1: aliens from across the globe. The groups crossing into the
- 30:39Speaker 1: city have been found to contain migrants from Iran, migrants
- 30:45Speaker 1: from Egypt, migrants from Turkey, and migrants from several Western
- 30:51Speaker 1: African countries that are hotbeds for terrorism. As the election
- 30:56Speaker 1: grows near, saying this, we are seeing an increase and
- 31:00Speaker 1: the special interest aliens and unaccompanied children. These are demographics
- 31:04Speaker 1: we have no way of re turning absence of any
- 31:07Speaker 1: derogatory information discovered during processing.
- 31:12Speaker 2: They will be released now.
- 31:13Speaker 1: To be clear, they also caught people that were convicted
- 31:16Speaker 1: of rape and convicted of murder and they let them
- 31:19Speaker 1: into the United States of America as well. So when
- 31:21Speaker 1: you hear them say, oh, we're just not gonna, you know,
- 31:24Speaker 1: do this, like we don't know what to do, there's
- 31:26Speaker 1: not a lot of recourse. Like you, I'm sorry, you
- 31:29Speaker 1: gotta laugh, I mean you really do. You have to
- 31:33Speaker 1: laugh because it's just so absurd. They know who they're
- 31:37Speaker 1: letting in. They know that many of them are evil
- 31:42Speaker 1: and corrupt individuals. They know that many of them are
- 31:46Speaker 1: terrorists on the Terrorists watch List. They know that many
- 31:48Speaker 1: of them are on the lists as convicted or have
- 31:53Speaker 1: been charge of murder or rape.
- 31:55Speaker 2: So when you hear this, I think part of what
- 32:00Speaker 2: we have.
- 32:01Speaker 1: To just be intellectually honest about is why is the
- 32:04Speaker 1: Democratic Party doing this?
- 32:08Speaker 2: Now?
- 32:08Speaker 1: I know the answer, Okay, I think many of you
- 32:11Speaker 1: listening right now also know the answer. It's because this
- 32:15Speaker 1: is what the Democratic Party wants to do, no matter what. Now,
- 32:19Speaker 1: all the data that I just gave you, I'm going
- 32:21Speaker 1: to ask you to share it on social media. I'm
- 32:24Speaker 1: gonna ask you to share it with your family and
- 32:26Speaker 1: your friends. I'm gonna ask you to share it because
- 32:28Speaker 1: it's vitally important that it's shared so that people know
- 32:31Speaker 1: exactly what level corruption we're at and what's going on.
- 32:34Speaker 2: So do that and I'll see you back here tomorrow
