- 0:01Speaker 1: Hunter Biden has been charged with a gun felony and
- 0:06Speaker 1: tax misdemeanors. According to a court filing with a US
- 0:10Speaker 1: attorney in Delaware, Hunter has agreed to plead guilty to
- 0:16Speaker 1: the two tax misdemeanors. He will also enter a probation
- 0:21Speaker 1: agreement on the gun charge that, if violated, would mean
- 0:25Speaker 1: prosecution for illegally possessing the firearm while being a drug user.
- 0:31Speaker 1: This plea deal makes me angry. This joke of two
- 0:35Speaker 1: tax counts and the drop felony gun charge and no
- 0:39Speaker 1: jail time, and now a White House that says he
- 0:43Speaker 1: never committed any crimes, he did nothing wrong. He is
- 0:45Speaker 1: not like, all right, well, he did something wrong and
- 0:47Speaker 1: he wants to take accountability for it, and he emits
- 0:50Speaker 1: that he's done something wrong. Is as his attorneys have said,
- 0:54Speaker 1: this system is rigged. The justice system is rigged. There
- 0:57Speaker 1: is no such thing as a is a honest and
- 1:00Speaker 1: fair justice system in the United States of America anymore.
- 1:02Speaker 1: After this deal, Hunter Biden pleading guilty, this deal, it
- 1:07Speaker 1: is a joke. Five year investigation and this is all
- 1:12Speaker 1: you come back with. So the question isn't if this
- 1:17Speaker 1: is all there was, it doesn't take five years to
- 1:19Speaker 1: get there. It might take you five weeks or five
- 1:21Speaker 1: days or five months if you want to call it
- 1:24Speaker 1: government work, right, But for five year investigation with everything
- 1:28Speaker 1: out there that we have, that the public has, and
- 1:32Speaker 1: you agree to a plea deal to two federal tax
- 1:35Speaker 1: violation charges, no problem there, and diversion on a gun crime.
- 1:42Speaker 2: So it's not even federal.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Like, you're all good out of all of the business exploits,
- 1:47Speaker 1: the human trafficking, the prostitution, the drugs, the not registering
- 1:55Speaker 1: is a foreign agent, clearly lobbying for the Chinese Communist Party.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Being high tired is for a million dollars to represent
- 2:02Speaker 1: a communist Chinese individual with direct ties to the spying
- 2:07Speaker 1: agency of China. The billions and loans and millions that
- 2:11Speaker 1: come into your bank account, the money coming from Russia,
- 2:14Speaker 1: the Russian oligarchs, the Romanian oligarchs, the money coming in
- 2:18Speaker 1: from Barisma. You notice, by the way, that all of
- 2:21Speaker 1: a sudden, after five years, this steal gets done at
- 2:24Speaker 1: the very end, and this deal gets done at the
- 2:27Speaker 1: very end because more information was coming out from Congress.
- 2:31Speaker 1: And what this means is the federal government and the
- 2:33Speaker 1: prosecutors in Delaware didn't want to deal with what was
- 2:37Speaker 1: coming out.
- 2:37Speaker 2: So if you shut it down now and.
- 2:40Speaker 1: You do the deal, then you don't have to investigate
- 2:42Speaker 1: what Congress is finding out. That is what you call
- 2:46Speaker 1: a massive cover up of proportions that we've not seen
- 2:50Speaker 1: in our government since Watergate, since the Pentagon papers. You
- 2:56Speaker 1: have intel coming out now that these prosecutors clearly did
- 2:59Speaker 1: not want to touch and didn't want to go there
- 3:02Speaker 1: because they were being told by their bosses. I would argue,
- 3:04Speaker 1: don't go there, don't do this, don't look into this.
- 3:08Speaker 1: This is too damning, this is too big, you don't
- 3:11Speaker 1: want to touch it.
- 3:11Speaker 2: So let's wrap this thing up real quick, folks.
- 3:14Speaker 1: After five blanking years, and Hunter Biden, son of the President,
- 3:21Speaker 1: has agreed to plead guilty to two federal tax violations, misdemeanors,
- 3:26Speaker 1: as he keeps saying over and over again from his team, right,
- 3:29Speaker 1: and a violation of gun laws, and it's all gonna
- 3:32Speaker 1: walk away, none of it. And then this again, you
- 3:35Speaker 1: want to know if there's if America's government is corrupt
- 3:38Speaker 1: and broken, none of the charges in fact of everything
- 3:43Speaker 1: that they were quote investigating, which clearly they weren't investigating everything, right,
- 3:46Speaker 1: because they were then that this wouldn't be the only
- 3:48Speaker 1: charge they come up with.
- 3:49Speaker 2: They were looking the other way.
- 3:51Speaker 1: But but there's any two charges or two issues that
- 3:56Speaker 1: would insulate and protect from the web, to the Presidency,
- 4:01Speaker 1: to the family, to his brother, to his sisters, to
- 4:04Speaker 1: his aunt, to everybody else involved.
- 4:07Speaker 2: It was these charges.
- 4:09Speaker 1: These were the only charges you could charge Hunter Biden
- 4:12Speaker 1: with that didn't connect them to the rest of the family.
- 4:16Speaker 1: This is protection at a level that we have never
- 4:20Speaker 1: seen that basically the federal government was investigated. Hunter Biden
- 4:23Speaker 1: was basically the defense team for Hunter Biden. Okay, let's
- 4:26Speaker 1: find the charges that don't affect Joe Biden, don't affect
- 4:29Speaker 1: the White House, don't affect the presidency. Remember Joe Biden said,
- 4:32Speaker 1: Hunter biden' the smartest guy's ever met. Remember Joe Biden
- 4:34Speaker 1: said he never talked to his son about his business dealings.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Remember the White House said, and Hunter Biden said. His
- 4:39Speaker 1: lawyers said he was innocent and did nothing wrong. Now
- 4:41Speaker 1: they're saying, Okay, he did something wrong, but the only
- 4:43Speaker 1: things he's admitting to doing wrong, the only things he's
- 4:46Speaker 1: admitting to doing wrong, have nothing to do with his father.
- 4:50Speaker 2: This is a kangaroo court.
- 4:53Speaker 1: And why they charge him now because all this other
- 4:56Speaker 1: crab's coming out in Congress.
- 4:58Speaker 2: That's why they charge them now. They need to wrap
- 5:00Speaker 2: this up and run away from it.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Now.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Before I get into more of this story, I want
- 5:05Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 5:06Speaker 1: friends at the Gust of Precious Medals. Have you been
- 5:09Speaker 1: saving a long time for retirement. Well, if you have,
- 5:12Speaker 1: you've probably been really stressed out over the last year
- 5:14Speaker 1: with interest rates have been skyrocketing, inflation issues, bank failures,
- 5:18Speaker 1: and people that have actually lost some money in their
- 5:21Speaker 1: retirement accounts. If you aren't invested and diversified in gold,
- 5:27Speaker 1: you should check out August of Precious Metals.
- 5:29Speaker 2: August of Precious Metals. They're just different.
- 5:31Speaker 1: They'll even tell you if a gold Ira isn't your answer,
- 5:35Speaker 1: they give you the facts about gold and precious medals.
- 5:39Speaker 1: It's all about protecting your IRA and protecting your four
- 5:43Speaker 1: oh one k in this crazy economy. And it's so
- 5:46Speaker 1: important if you're in retirement or close to retirement, because
- 5:48Speaker 1: there's no time to make up losses.
- 5:51Speaker 4: Now.
- 5:51Speaker 1: If you've had those losses, you know what I'm talking about.
- 5:54Speaker 1: So if you've saved one hundred thousand dollars or more.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Take a look at their free guy that they'll send
- 5:59Speaker 1: you and they'll do a one on one conference with
- 6:02Speaker 1: you to talk about your financial portfolio. Both are filled
- 6:06Speaker 1: with economic insights and their gold IRA info will give
- 6:09Speaker 1: you peace of mind of knowing that, hey, you can
- 6:11Speaker 1: protect your hard earned dollars. Eight seven seven the number
- 6:15Speaker 1: four gold ir A. That's eight seven to seven the
- 6:19Speaker 1: number four gold ir Or visit Augusta Precious Medals dot com.
- 6:26Speaker 2: That's Augusta Precious.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Medals dot com or eight seven seven the number four
- 6:31Speaker 1: gold ir A. Now to be clear, this is a
- 6:36Speaker 1: massive win, a massive win for the Biden crime family.
- 6:41Speaker 1: The reason why is Hunter Biden being charged with the
- 6:44Speaker 1: gun felony and now that's going to just be washed away,
- 6:48Speaker 1: and the tax misdemeanors does not open up the Biden
- 6:51Speaker 1: crime family to any type of real investigation. The Washington
- 6:57Speaker 1: Post now reporting their headline, hunter Biden reaches deal to
- 7:01Speaker 1: plead guilty to tax and gun case to President's son
- 7:04Speaker 1: would get about two years probation and enter a diversion program,
- 7:10Speaker 1: meaning no jail time for Hunter Biden. President Joe Biden's
- 7:14Speaker 1: son reaching this tent of agreement with federal prosecutors to
- 7:18Speaker 1: plead guilty to two minor tax crimes, and it meant
- 7:22Speaker 1: to face and admit to the facts of a gun
- 7:26Speaker 1: charge under the terms that would likely keep him out
- 7:30Speaker 1: of jail. According to the court papers filed today, any
- 7:34Speaker 1: proposed plea deal would have to be approved by a
- 7:38Speaker 1: federal judge, and it is not immediately clear what day
- 7:42Speaker 1: Hunter Biden might appear in court to enter his guilty plead.
- 7:46Speaker 1: What this means is that the system, I'll say it again,
- 7:50Speaker 1: is rigged. The system is clearly rigged, and they have
- 7:55Speaker 1: protected the President of the United States of America, Hunter Biden.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Pleading guilty is tax related misdemeanor crimes as part of
- 8:02Speaker 1: this agreement is basically a hug from the federal government
- 8:05Speaker 1: saying you can do whatever you want if your last
- 8:08Speaker 1: name is Biden.
- 8:09Speaker 2: We will protect the Biden White House.
- 8:11Speaker 1: And these charges will then be used by the media say, see,
- 8:15Speaker 1: there was nothing there with the Biden family. There was
- 8:17Speaker 1: nothing there with Russia with corruption. There was nothing there
- 8:23Speaker 1: with millions of dollars coming in from the Chinese, or
- 8:26Speaker 1: Romania or Ukraine or Barisma. The Trump appointed US Attorney
- 8:31Speaker 1: for Delaware. Reaching this plea agreement with Hunter Biden in
- 8:34Speaker 1: which he is expected to plead guilty to two federal
- 8:37Speaker 1: misdemeanor counts of failing to pay his taxes. Biden also
- 8:42Speaker 1: faces a separate gun possession charge that will likely be
- 8:45Speaker 1: dismissed if he meets the conditions, according to court document.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Two sources familiar with the agreement told NBC News that
- 8:52Speaker 1: it includes a provision in which the US Attorney has
- 8:55Speaker 1: agreed to recommend probation for Biden for his tax violations,
- 9:00Speaker 1: so probation no jail time. Legal experts also said the
- 9:04Speaker 1: tax and gun charges will most likely not result in
- 9:07Speaker 1: any jail time for Joe Biden's son. The decision by
- 9:11Speaker 1: the US Attorney David Weiss, who was nominated by Trump
- 9:14Speaker 1: and eighteen indicates an into this sweeping five year investigation
- 9:19Speaker 1: by federal prosecutors.
- 9:20Speaker 2: That's all they did. This is it.
- 9:23Speaker 1: FBI agents and IRS officials and the Hunter Biden misconduct.
- 9:27Speaker 1: The Biden administration has kept Weis in place in order
- 9:30Speaker 1: to avoid having a US attorney appointed by the president
- 9:32Speaker 1: oversee his son's criminal case. Chris Clark, an attorney for
- 9:36Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, told NBC News in a statement quote with
- 9:39Speaker 1: the announcement of two agreements between my client, Hunter Biden,
- 9:43Speaker 1: and the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Delaware,
- 9:46Speaker 1: it is my understanding that the five year investigation into
- 9:49Speaker 1: Hunter Biden is into Hunter is resolved, quote unquote. Hunter
- 9:55Speaker 1: will take responsibility for two instances of and this is
- 9:59Speaker 1: a word they clearly negotiated for, misdemeanor failure to file
- 10:04Speaker 1: tax payments when due pursue it to a plea agreement.
- 10:09Speaker 1: A firearm charge, which will be subject to a pre
- 10:11Speaker 1: trial diversion agreement and will not be the subject of
- 10:17Speaker 1: the plea agreement, will also be filed by the government.
- 10:22Speaker 1: I know Hunter believes it is important to take responsibility
- 10:26Speaker 1: for these mistakes he made during a period of turmoil.
- 10:29Speaker 1: This is exactly what I told you they were going
- 10:30Speaker 1: to say. An addiction in his life. He looks forward
- 10:34Speaker 1: to continuing his recovery and moving forward. Remember, poor drug
- 10:40Speaker 1: addict made mistakes. You should feel compassionate for him. He
- 10:44Speaker 1: didn't commit any major crimes here, just misdemeanors. That's how
- 10:48Speaker 1: I told you. The government wanted to play this out.
- 10:51Speaker 1: The resolution suggests that prosecutors did not find cause to
- 10:55Speaker 1: file charges related to Hunter Biden's dealings with foreign entities
- 10:59Speaker 1: or other wrongdoing. If you want to know how rig
- 11:02Speaker 1: the system is against us, this is proof of it, folks.
- 11:06Speaker 1: This is proof that our government right now is compromised
- 11:11Speaker 1: at levels we never could have imagined that there is
- 11:15Speaker 1: a two tier justice system.
- 11:16Speaker 2: If you're a.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Republican, will put you in jail. We will come after you,
- 11:20Speaker 1: We'll destroy your life. If you're a Democrat and do
- 11:22Speaker 1: whatever the blank you want. You can take bribes from
- 11:25Speaker 1: foreign countries. You can do whatever the hell you want
- 11:27Speaker 1: to do. Not a problem. The resolution suggests that prosecutors
- 11:31Speaker 1: do not find cause the file charges related to Hunter
- 11:34Speaker 1: Biden's dealing with foreign enpties or other wrongdoings.
- 11:37Speaker 2: It says.
- 11:39Speaker 1: This also will undermine Republican led congressional inquiries that have
- 11:44Speaker 1: alleged that the Bidens engaged in years of criminal conduct
- 11:48Speaker 1: with individuals tied to the Chinese government and with companies
- 11:52Speaker 1: in Ukraine and other countries. Last year, Biden paid the
- 11:56Speaker 1: outsetting taxes that he owed for twenty seventeen and eighteen,
- 11:59Speaker 1: the year is named in the charges. He borrowed that
- 12:02Speaker 1: million dollars from some friend, some Sugar Daddy in California.
- 12:06Speaker 1: The felony gun possession charge will be resolved in what
- 12:10Speaker 1: is known as pre trial diversion agreement, where charges are
- 12:14Speaker 1: dropped if certain conditions are met by the defendant, such
- 12:17Speaker 1: as not committing a crime in a given time period.
- 12:20Speaker 1: The specific conditions in Biden's gun case were not disclosed
- 12:24Speaker 1: in the court documents. A judge, we'll schedule a date
- 12:27Speaker 1: for an arrangement within the next several weeks. Hunter Biden
- 12:31Speaker 1: is expected surrender to Delaware authorities and will be processed
- 12:35Speaker 1: by US marshals there. So to be clear, Hunter Biden
- 12:39Speaker 1: got the best deal you could get in this scenario.
- 12:41Speaker 1: It's amazing and it doesn't open up any I want
- 12:47Speaker 1: to be clear, it doesn't open up any connections to
- 12:50Speaker 1: Joe Biden and or the Biden crime family.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Want to make sure you understand this.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Wow, this is sick in a sad day for American democracy.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Let me say that again.
- 13:04Speaker 1: This is sickening and a sad day for America democracy.
- 13:08Speaker 1: American rule of law should matter. Clearly, it doesn't anymore.
- 13:13Speaker 1: The two crimes that he was charged with, and the
- 13:16Speaker 1: only two crimes they were charged with, were the two
- 13:19Speaker 1: crimes that would not connect any of the corruption of
- 13:24Speaker 1: his business dealings with Barisma, with Russian oligarchs and those
- 13:28Speaker 1: connected to Vladimir Putin, with the Chinese Communist Party, the
- 13:32Speaker 1: list with Romania and a Romanian oligarch. The list goes
- 13:35Speaker 1: on and on, human trafficking, the sex trafficking, the prostitution,
- 13:41Speaker 1: and the drugs, all of the money not being not
- 13:45Speaker 1: registering as a foreign agent, clearly working for foreign adversaries.
- 13:51Speaker 1: The only two crimes that you could have charged Hunter
- 13:55Speaker 1: Biden with that did not connect him to any of
- 13:58Speaker 1: that and to any of the other nine family members
- 14:01Speaker 1: that we know of that are on the take from
- 14:03Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. These were the only two crimes
- 14:07Speaker 1: that would protect and insulate the presidency. And that's exactly
- 14:10Speaker 1: why the DOJ and the Justice Department in general, and
- 14:14Speaker 1: these prosecutors decided to only charge him with these two crimes.
- 14:19Speaker 1: The media, by the way, now covering this story like
- 14:23Speaker 1: it's a big deal. You want to know why, because
- 14:25Speaker 1: they want this to be a big deal, because they
- 14:27Speaker 1: want it to then be over. NBC News did eight
- 14:32Speaker 1: minutes and forty four seconds of breaking in news this
- 14:36Speaker 1: morning on the indictment of the President of United States
- 14:39Speaker 1: America's son, Hunter Biden, pleading guilty the tax related misdemeanor
- 14:43Speaker 1: crimes is part of the plea agreement. He will get
- 14:45Speaker 1: no jail time. This insulates the President and all other
- 14:49Speaker 1: family members. And that is now why the media is
- 14:52Speaker 1: playing this up as being a big deal, a big indictment.
- 14:56Speaker 1: They want this to be a big deal because then
- 14:59Speaker 1: you can say it's over and we can move on
- 15:02Speaker 1: from it. Listen to NBC News and how they played
- 15:07Speaker 1: this earlier.
- 15:09Speaker 3: To our Following a year's long investigation, the president's son,
- 15:13Speaker 3: Hunter Biden, has reached a plea agreement with the US
- 15:16Speaker 3: Attorney's office in Delaware. Hunter Biden said to plead guilty
- 15:21Speaker 3: to two misdemeanor counts of failing to pay his taxes.
- 15:24Speaker 3: The prosecutor is part of the deal, agreeing to recommend
- 15:27Speaker 3: probation no prison time. NBC's Kristen Welker joins us with
- 15:30Speaker 3: details behind this plea agreement just filed that appears to
- 15:35Speaker 3: wrap up the investigation into Hunter Biden. Kristen, good morning.
- 15:38Speaker 2: You notice how she said that no jail time.
- 15:40Speaker 1: She wants you to know that, and you notice how
- 15:44Speaker 1: she said very clearly This wraps up the investigation into
- 15:48Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. In other words, these are misdemeanors. This really
- 15:52Speaker 1: isn't a big deal. This wrapped it up. You can
- 15:55Speaker 1: move on. You never have to look at this again. Right,
- 15:59Speaker 1: that's what she said, saying, Now though we're gonna cover
- 16:01Speaker 1: it wall to wall, even though we've not covered the
- 16:03Speaker 1: story at all, because this is a good news story
- 16:06Speaker 1: for the Bidens.
- 16:07Speaker 2: It wraps it all up.
- 16:09Speaker 5: Good morning to you. This is a five year investigation
- 16:12Speaker 5: that has now been wrapped up. And as you say,
- 16:14Speaker 5: this is a Trump appointed US attorney for Delaware who
- 16:17Speaker 5: has reached a plea agreement with Hunter Biden in which
- 16:20Speaker 5: he is expected to plead guilty to two federal misdemeanor
- 16:24Speaker 5: counts of failing to pay his taxes. Now, notably, he
- 16:27Speaker 5: also faces a separate gun possession charge that is likely
- 16:31Speaker 5: going to be dismissed if he meets the conditions that
- 16:34Speaker 5: have been hammered out under this agreement.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Up, now, just be clear on what you just heard.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Trump appointed, So therefore this must have been a good deal.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Right.
- 16:46Speaker 1: They went after vigorously. Number two, These are misdemeanors. How
- 16:50Speaker 1: many times they said the word misdemeanor what eight nine
- 16:52Speaker 1: already misdemeanor and a gun crime. But if he does
- 16:55Speaker 1: everything good, we're all good here. You don't need to
- 16:57Speaker 1: worry about it. So this is a big story, folks.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Five year investigation, they're implying now this is all they found,
- 17:03Speaker 1: which is a lie. There's a hell of a lot more.
- 17:05Speaker 1: They just haven't charged them with this stuff. We're finding
- 17:07Speaker 1: out more. And I want you to understand the timing
- 17:09Speaker 1: of this. I'm going to say this again because it's important.
- 17:13Speaker 1: The timing of this is critical. You want to know
- 17:18Speaker 1: why after five years, we're all of a sudden getting
- 17:20Speaker 1: this rush to be done with this, because for the
- 17:23Speaker 1: first time ever, we're getting to see the suspicious activity
- 17:26Speaker 1: reports in Congress. For the first time ever, we're actually
- 17:28Speaker 1: getting the bank account records given over to Congress with
- 17:31Speaker 1: subpoenas from the banks that were running this money. We're
- 17:35Speaker 1: getting to see where the cash went. We're getting to
- 17:37Speaker 1: see what was reported on Biden's tax rec returns compared
- 17:40Speaker 1: to what he did. We're getting FBI whistleblowers and other
- 17:45Speaker 1: whistle blowers. They are coming forward saying what they have
- 17:47Speaker 1: seen in the cover up here. So this is the
- 17:49Speaker 1: reason why they need to rush and do this deal
- 17:52Speaker 1: because now there's so much damning information coming out that
- 17:56Speaker 1: they don't hurry up in as Savannah Guthrie put it,
- 17:58Speaker 1: wrap it all up, and it could actually expose the
- 18:01Speaker 1: White House to problems. It can expose the President of
- 18:05Speaker 1: the United States of America to problem. So instead of
- 18:07Speaker 1: dealing with that, we're now going to charge them with crimes,
- 18:10Speaker 1: no jail time. It's a trumpet pointed guy, everything's good here.
- 18:15Speaker 5: Getting a statement from the attorney from Hunter Biden who
- 18:18Speaker 5: tells NBC News quote with this announcement of two agreements
- 18:22Speaker 5: between my client Hunter Biden in the United States Attorney's
- 18:25Speaker 5: Office for the District of Delaware, it is my understanding
- 18:29Speaker 5: that the five year investigation into Hunter is resolved. Now
- 18:34Speaker 5: taking a step back here, Savannah, what is happening is
- 18:36Speaker 5: that Hunter is not being charged with the potentially more
- 18:41Speaker 5: serious allegations of potential criminal misconduct business dealings, scrutiny of
- 18:47Speaker 5: his business dealings with Chinese owned businesses Ukrainian businesses. This
- 18:52Speaker 5: will undoubtedly become a political matter. Now we are reaching
- 18:55Speaker 5: out to, of course, the White House. We have not
- 18:58Speaker 5: heard from the White House yet about this. President Biden
- 19:02Speaker 5: has really not said a whole lot about this. He
- 19:05Speaker 5: has argued that he wants to keep distance between himself
- 19:08Speaker 5: and of course, the Justice Department and this investigation. But notably,
- 19:12Speaker 5: he did make some very recent comments in an interview
- 19:16Speaker 5: with Stephanie Rule, saying, quote, my son has done nothing wrong.
- 19:19Speaker 5: I trust him. Those comments will undoubtedly come under fresh scrutiny. Now,
- 19:23Speaker 5: of course, this does come about a week after former
- 19:26Speaker 5: President Trump pled not guilty to thirty seven counts.
- 19:29Speaker 1: He but by the way, what is Donald Trump pleading
- 19:31Speaker 1: not guilty thirty seven counts had to do with a
- 19:33Speaker 1: Hunter Biden issue?
- 19:34Speaker 3: Here?
- 19:35Speaker 1: Notice how fast they're ready to move on Now let's
- 19:37Speaker 1: talk about Donald Trump here. There's also something else I
- 19:41Speaker 1: want to I want to read for you as reading
- 19:43Speaker 1: these articles coming out. Here's what one of them said today.
- 19:46Speaker 1: First son Hunter Biden has agreed to plead guilty to
- 19:49Speaker 1: federal tax charges as part of a deal with the
- 19:51Speaker 1: Justice Department that will likely keep him out of jail.
- 19:58Speaker 1: That's how they're reporting this out of ja Let's do
- 20:00Speaker 1: a deal where you're out of jail. Let me give
- 20:03Speaker 1: you some other headlines just so you understand the two
- 20:06Speaker 1: tiers of justice, okay.
- 20:07Speaker 2: In this country.
- 20:08Speaker 1: And by the way, if you're African American right now,
- 20:10Speaker 1: you should be mad as hell over this because the
- 20:13Speaker 1: headlines I'm about to give you show two different tiers
- 20:15Speaker 1: of justice.
- 20:16Speaker 2: For a white guy whose son.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Is whose dad is the president and African Americans in
- 20:23Speaker 1: this country, because there's absolutely racial aspect of this.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Okay, So let me read you this headline.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Under the headline, hip hop rapper Kodak Black gets over
- 20:32Speaker 1: three years in prison in weapons case. The twenty two
- 20:36Speaker 1: year old has played guilty to weapons charges stemming from
- 20:38Speaker 1: his arrest just before a scheduled concert in May. So
- 20:43Speaker 1: this guy gets busted. Here's another one. Lil Wayne pleads
- 20:49Speaker 1: guilty to federal gun charges the Rapture. The rapper will
- 20:52Speaker 1: be sentenced in January and face up to ten years
- 20:54Speaker 1: in prison. Here's another one. Meek Mill arrested in Philadelphia
- 20:59Speaker 1: on gunn che charges.
- 21:01Speaker 2: The rapper was arrested.
- 21:02Speaker 1: In his hometown of Philadelphia in charge with the legal
- 21:05Speaker 1: possession of a firearm and drug possession after police found
- 21:07Speaker 1: a gun on him.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Walking to the corner store.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Yeah, Meek would be sentenced to eleven to twenty three
- 21:15Speaker 1: months in prison.
- 21:17Speaker 2: So there you have it. You want to know.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Another headline, Fat Joe another singer sentence to prison for
- 21:24Speaker 1: tax evasion. Rapper faces four months in jail and a
- 21:28Speaker 1: fifteen thousand dollars fine. Here's another one, Joe Ruhles sentence
- 21:32Speaker 1: for tax evasion. The rapper will serve twenty eight months
- 21:36Speaker 1: in addition to two years for a weapons charge. Here's
- 21:39Speaker 1: another one. Why was Wesley Snipe in jail? He didn't
- 21:43Speaker 1: pay all his taxes? Another headline. But for the president's son,
- 21:47Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America, what happens
- 21:51Speaker 1: with him? Oh, it's totally fine, right, totally fine. It
- 21:55Speaker 1: will keep him out of jail. And then they move
- 21:58Speaker 1: on immediately to remind you, well, you know, Donald Trump's
- 22:01Speaker 1: in trouble. He's been indicted on a bunch of charges.
- 22:04Speaker 1: We should have nothing to do with the coverage of
- 22:06Speaker 1: Hunter Biden reaching ampleta on taxas. But it took them
- 22:10Speaker 1: two minutes in fourteen seconds on NBC News to immediately
- 22:16Speaker 1: start talking about Donald Trump and Donald Trump's indictment last week.
- 22:21Speaker 1: That's how fast they've switched it from we're done here,
- 22:24Speaker 1: nothing to see here, Let's move on. Who cares the
- 22:27Speaker 1: president lied and said the president's son had done nothing wrong.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Smartest guy I know has never committed a crime. Everything's fine.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Hunter Biden said that interview is now, okay, we did
- 22:36Speaker 1: something wrong, but we're not going to jail.
- 22:38Speaker 2: Everything's fine.
- 22:41Speaker 1: My point is, of course they gave Hunter a slap
- 22:44Speaker 1: on the wrist. Of course the Democratic Party would move
- 22:48Speaker 1: on quickly to Donald Trump in their coverage in the
- 22:51Speaker 1: corrupt media. But the racial aspect of this is the
- 22:55Speaker 1: worst part. This comes just days after the Trump and indictment,
- 23:01Speaker 1: all right, And the reason why is they wanted to
- 23:04Speaker 1: give the look that there is an equal justice system.
- 23:10Speaker 1: They wanted you to believe while they go after Donald
- 23:15Speaker 1: Trump and try to put a former president in jail,
- 23:17Speaker 1: that the justice system is fair and accurate. Right, We've
- 23:22Speaker 1: got equal justice, it's nonpartisan. We just charge Hunter Biden
- 23:26Speaker 1: with crimes. We're going after Donald Trump, will go after
- 23:30Speaker 1: both sides. They dragged this out for five years and
- 23:34Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden and this was always their plan, by
- 23:37Speaker 1: the way. Their plan was don't do anything until we
- 23:40Speaker 1: need it, and then when we need it, we'll use it.
- 23:43Speaker 1: And then when things start to get bad in Congress
- 23:45Speaker 1: and more information comes out, we'll finish and wrap this
- 23:48Speaker 1: thing up. And when we need it now to give
- 23:50Speaker 1: us cover for now trying to put Donald Trump in prison,
- 23:53Speaker 1: we will say. See, there is not a two tier
- 23:56Speaker 1: justice system. The amount of game playing here should discussed.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Every should discuss every American because this is what they
- 24:05Speaker 1: do in third world countries. They have a two tier system.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Right slap on again, No jail time for Hunter Biden.
- 24:13Speaker 1: If you are a minority, if you are a Democratic voter,
- 24:15Speaker 1: if you're African American, you should be livid by the
- 24:20Speaker 1: doubles standard here from the for the present son, compare
- 24:23Speaker 1: the African American community, because in the African American community
- 24:27Speaker 1: and the and the and even if you're famous in
- 24:29Speaker 1: the African American community, if you're a musician, a rapper,
- 24:32Speaker 1: a singer, a sports figure, you're gonna go to jail
- 24:36Speaker 1: for committing the crimes that Hunter Biden just committed. But
- 24:40Speaker 1: if you're the president's son, you don't go to jail
- 24:42Speaker 1: at all. He should go to jail. And these aren't
- 24:45Speaker 1: the only charges should go to jail four but a
- 24:47Speaker 1: five year investigation and this is all you get out
- 24:50Speaker 1: of it.
- 24:50Speaker 2: That means the system is rigged.
- 24:51Speaker 1: It was already always fixed, and they held this thing
- 24:55Speaker 1: out until Joe Biden needed a get out of jail
- 24:58Speaker 1: free card, and when they needed to say, see, we
- 25:01Speaker 1: have a justice system here that's not corrupt. We can
- 25:05Speaker 1: investigate Hunter Biden at the same time we're investigating Donald Trump.
- 25:08Speaker 1: And that's exactly where NBC News went with us. I'm
- 25:11Speaker 1: going to back it up twenty seconds. Listen again, how
- 25:14Speaker 1: fast they start talking about Donald Trump's indictment.
- 25:17Speaker 5: A recent comments in an interview with Stephanie Rule saying quote,
- 25:21Speaker 5: my son has done nothing wrong. I trust him. Those
- 25:24Speaker 5: comments will undoubtedly come under fresh scrutiny. Now, of course,
- 25:28Speaker 5: this does come about a week after former President Trump
- 25:31Speaker 5: pled not guilty to thirty seven counts and he mishandled
- 25:34Speaker 5: classified documents. Republicans the former president have argued that there
- 25:38Speaker 5: are two systems of justice here, one for him, one
- 25:42Speaker 5: for Democrats. Of course, that is an argument that we
- 25:45Speaker 5: have seen both Republicans and Democrats push back against. In
- 25:49Speaker 5: the counterpoint that you'll undoubtedly here in this case from
- 25:53Speaker 5: Democrats will be that this is a Trump appointed US attorney.
- 25:57Speaker 5: But again, a lot of scrutiny with this new development.
- 25:59Speaker 3: Well, there will be a lot of politics to discuss that.
- 26:01Speaker 3: Let's stay on this legal agreement that we just got
- 26:03Speaker 3: word of, and I want to turn to Kendalinian, who
- 26:05Speaker 3: covers Justice Department for US. So Hunter Biden's attorneys are saying,
- 26:10Speaker 3: this is essentially a global resolution of this five year
- 26:13Speaker 3: long investigation into Hunter Biden that looked at his taxes,
- 26:16Speaker 3: this gun.
- 26:16Speaker 1: Try by the way, you noticed how they just said
- 26:18Speaker 1: this is a global resolution. I've never heard that before,
- 26:23Speaker 1: a global resolution. So all the crimes that he has committed,
- 26:28Speaker 1: all the corruption, not registering as a foreign agent, taking
- 26:33Speaker 1: money from the Chinese Communist Party, taking bribes, the Joe
- 26:37Speaker 1: Biden bribery, the father taking five million from Barsma, by
- 26:40Speaker 1: this new whistleblower, Hunter Biden taking five million from Barrisma.
- 26:43Speaker 1: The whistleblower states the documents that show that, the bank
- 26:46Speaker 1: records that show that, the transactions that show that, the
- 26:49Speaker 1: suspicious sectary reports.
- 26:51Speaker 2: What NBC News just.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Said, well, this is a global and they're admitting he's
- 26:57Speaker 1: done horrific things globally. While they're saying that he's done
- 27:01Speaker 1: horrific things globe they're saying, well, this wraps it up.
- 27:03Speaker 2: We're all done here. There's nothing to say here.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Let's go to our another expert here right at the
- 27:08Speaker 1: White House and talk about how this global Biden crime family.
- 27:11Speaker 1: We can kind of wrap all this up now because
- 27:13Speaker 1: it's all good. Now we can focus on the indictment
- 27:15Speaker 1: of Donald Trump.
- 27:17Speaker 3: Kristin referred to also with scrutinizing business dealings that he
- 27:22Speaker 3: had overseas, whether or not he had failed to register
- 27:25Speaker 3: as a foreign agent, among other items. Is it your
- 27:28Speaker 3: understanding that this investigation looked into those matters and has
- 27:33Speaker 3: now concluded there are no charges forthcoming.
- 27:38Speaker 4: Good morning, Savannah. I certainly know from my own reporting
- 27:40Speaker 4: that the investigation did look into those matters, and I
- 27:43Speaker 4: guess the way to put it is, we have no
- 27:44Speaker 4: reason to doubt beyond the record statement from mister Biden's
- 27:48Speaker 4: attorneys that this resolution concludes the inquiry. As you know,
- 27:53Speaker 4: NBC News reported that Hunter Biden received some eleven million
- 27:56Speaker 4: dollars from twenty thirteen through twenty eighteen for his work
- 28:00Speaker 4: with the Ukrainian firm and a Chinese business person, and
- 28:04Speaker 4: that work and some other issues are now the subject
- 28:06Speaker 4: of investigations by congressional Republicans. But we also know that
- 28:10Speaker 4: the Justice Department took a look at those issues, and
- 28:14Speaker 4: if Hunter Biden's attorneys are to be believed, found no
- 28:18Speaker 4: evidence of wrongdoing. And in fact, NBC News had previously
- 28:23Speaker 4: reported that there was a felony tax charge on the
- 28:26Speaker 4: table under consideration, related to the improper use of a
- 28:29Speaker 4: business expense. Obviously, the dj has decided not to bring
- 28:34Speaker 4: that charge as part of this agreement, which is significant.
- 28:36Speaker 4: That was the only felony tax charge we were aware of.
- 28:39Speaker 4: And so what you have here are two misdemeanor charges
- 28:42Speaker 4: about willful failure to pay taxes, and as Kristen said,
- 28:46Speaker 4: this gun possession charge possession of a gun by a
- 28:49Speaker 4: user not entitled to possess one, which mister Biden is
- 28:53Speaker 4: admitting to the facts of that charge, but will be
- 28:56Speaker 4: entering a deferred to judication and that will be wiped
- 28:59Speaker 4: off his record. A significant legal victory for mister Biden
- 29:03Speaker 4: in the sense that there is no jail time called
- 29:06Speaker 4: for here, but at the same time an admission of wrongdoing,
- 29:09Speaker 4: even when, as Kristen said, his father has said very
- 29:13Speaker 4: recently that his son did nothing wrong. So he is
- 29:15Speaker 4: admitting to a crime here, but not a felony.
- 29:18Speaker 1: So in other words, we're all good. The president lied
- 29:21Speaker 1: to you again, the President son lied to you, his
- 29:25Speaker 1: attorneys lied to you. They've been lying to you since
- 29:28Speaker 1: the Laptop from Hell came out, and really since twenty sixteen.
- 29:32Speaker 1: So that's significant as they describe it. But really outside
- 29:36Speaker 1: of that, everything is fine and normal. When he the
- 29:40Speaker 1: one thing the NBC News said there and the reason
- 29:42Speaker 1: why somebody were going to say, why are you playing
- 29:44Speaker 1: NBC News because I want you to understand how they're
- 29:46Speaker 1: going to play this out. You need to understand the
- 29:48Speaker 1: strategy here behind this. NBC News is calling this a
- 29:51Speaker 1: quote significant victory for Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, Joe
- 29:55Speaker 1: Biden's presidency and his re election, and they are right
- 29:59Speaker 1: in saying that this is massive. This whole thing was
- 30:03Speaker 1: a ruse. They were never concerned or worried about it.
- 30:07Speaker 1: All these misdemeanor charges and adjudication for the gun crime. Again,
- 30:11Speaker 1: this shows you the double standard in this country. And
- 30:14Speaker 1: I'm saying this on race. African American leaders should be
- 30:17Speaker 1: enraged by this. African American pastors should be enraged by this.
- 30:22Speaker 1: African American politicians should be enraged by this, because if
- 30:26Speaker 1: you look at how the African American community deals with
- 30:28Speaker 1: the same exact crimes and what they'd get and the
- 30:31Speaker 1: jail time they get compared to the white president, right,
- 30:34Speaker 1: the entitled, rich white president son who can go around
- 30:39Speaker 1: the world and use the words from Savannahguthrie, globally do this, globally,
- 30:43Speaker 1: go out in the world and commit all these crimes
- 30:45Speaker 1: and not be out of account before it. There's no way
- 30:47Speaker 1: if you're African American you would get away with us
- 30:49Speaker 1: in this country. So there's a racial aspect of this
- 30:51Speaker 1: that everyone needs to understand. The second part is I'm
- 30:54Speaker 1: just telling you today the American justice system is dead.
- 30:59Speaker 1: The idea that you get a fair trial in this
- 31:02Speaker 1: country is dead. The idea of the justice system is
- 31:05Speaker 1: nonpartisan is dead. And you could hear it by two
- 31:09Speaker 1: minutes in. They had to go to Donald Trump. Well,
- 31:11Speaker 1: he got indicted, and this was all fixed from the
- 31:15Speaker 1: beginning because now they can go after Trump like never
- 31:19Speaker 1: before and claim that the system is fair because there
- 31:24Speaker 1: was a slap on the risk for Hunter Biden. If
- 31:27Speaker 1: you look at all the crimes that Hunter Biden has committed,
- 31:31Speaker 1: and you look at the whistleblowers, and you look at
- 31:33Speaker 1: everything that we know about him. This man, based on
- 31:36Speaker 1: what we've seen, anyone else would be in prison, probably
- 31:39Speaker 1: for the rest of their lives. And he's not going
- 31:42Speaker 1: to spend one second, one minute, one hour in jail.
- 31:47Speaker 1: And this quote wraps it up. The system is fixed, folks,
- 31:51Speaker 1: and that is clear, and NBC News is celebrating it
- 31:55Speaker 1: in your face. And the African American community today got
- 31:59Speaker 1: a slap in the face from a two tiered system
- 32:02Speaker 1: where if you're white and liberal, you don't play by
- 32:05Speaker 1: the same rules as the people that elected you. All
- 32:08Speaker 1: the Democrats, African Americans that voted for Joe Biden should
- 32:12Speaker 1: be enraged by this today because if you do this
- 32:16Speaker 1: and I gave you all those headlines, you would go
- 32:19Speaker 1: to prison, But not Hunter Biden, because he's special, he's different.
- 32:23Speaker 2: And the system is fixed.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Against all those that are law abiding citizens, all those
- 32:29Speaker 1: are conservatives, and it's fixed against the African American community
- 32:32Speaker 1: that has to play by a different set of rules
- 32:36Speaker 1: than the Biden crime family.
- 32:38Speaker 2: Period.
