- 0:00Speaker 1: New FBI documents are out, and those documents obviously allege
- 0:06Speaker 1: that there was a bribery scheme with President Joe Biden
- 0:10Speaker 1: when he was the Vice president, taking money for favors
- 0:13Speaker 1: with the US government. We now have learned more about
- 0:17Speaker 1: the business person and what country that person is from,
- 0:21Speaker 1: that sent what is being described now as a quote
- 0:24Speaker 1: substantial bribe. Okay, bribe. They're using the word bribe, a
- 0:29Speaker 1: substantial bribe to then Vice President Joe Biden. I'm going
- 0:33Speaker 1: to tell you about that in a moment, but before
- 0:35Speaker 1: we get to that, I want to address another issue
- 0:38Speaker 1: that deals with former Vice President Mike Pence. Mike Pence
- 0:42Speaker 1: has announced he's running for president, and during his campaign launch,
- 0:47Speaker 1: he decided to start whacking at his former boss, his
- 0:50Speaker 1: former running mate, Donald Trump. Former Vice President Pence is
- 0:55Speaker 1: joining the twenty twenty four presidential Republican primary field, and
- 0:59Speaker 1: on Penns held a campaign kickoff event in Iowa and
- 1:04Speaker 1: made a negative comparison between the former president Donald Trump
- 1:07Speaker 1: and President Joe Biden, saying, quote, most Americans treat each
- 1:11Speaker 1: other with kindness and respect, even when we disagree. We
- 1:16Speaker 1: know how to be good neighbors. It's not too much
- 1:18Speaker 1: to ask our leaders to do the same, the former
- 1:20Speaker 1: Vice president said. Pence continued, quote, but sadly, it's clear
- 1:25Speaker 1: that neither Joe Biden nor Donald Trump share this belief,
- 1:29Speaker 1: and neither of them intend to even try to bring
- 1:31Speaker 1: our country together. I believe it's not just about civility
- 1:37Speaker 1: to craft real solutions to the monumental challenges the American
- 1:41Speaker 1: people are facing at home and abroad. We need leaders
- 1:44Speaker 1: who will lead with respect for every American. He added,
- 1:48Speaker 1: all right, let me just rip this apart real quick.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Mike Pence, and I want to make it clear I'm
- 1:54Speaker 1: not supporting him. I said, I wasn't going to get
- 1:58Speaker 1: very involved in the primaries, but in this case, I'm
- 2:00Speaker 1: happy to get involved. Mike Pence and this idea that
- 2:03Speaker 1: he can bring people together, that we should bring people together,
- 2:07Speaker 1: he is either incompetent, stupid, or amazingly naive to even
- 2:12Speaker 1: imply this. Let me explain why. The fact that Mike
- 2:16Speaker 1: Pence believes that we can come together as a country
- 2:19Speaker 1: right now, when we have the radical communists and socialists
- 2:23Speaker 1: that have taken over in many parts of this country
- 2:25Speaker 1: and want to totally change his country, shows you just
- 2:28Speaker 1: how incompetent and or naive and or stupid. He actually
- 2:32Speaker 1: is this idea that he's saying, I believe is civility,
- 2:36Speaker 1: and I believe that neither of these men intend to
- 2:38Speaker 1: try to bring our country together. I want to make
- 2:41Speaker 1: this clear. I don't want to bring this country together.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I want to win, and I want to beat communism
- 2:46Speaker 1: and socialism. I don't want to morph conservatism together with communism.
- 2:53Speaker 1: I don't want to morph socialism and the transgendered woke agenda.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I don't want to morph it into some sort of
- 3:01Speaker 1: kumbayaut togetherness with hardcore conservative, evangelical Christian values. And what
- 3:07Speaker 1: Mike Penti is saying is he's saying, hey, vote for
- 3:10Speaker 1: me because I will bring our country together. I don't
- 3:13Speaker 1: want these two sides to come together. I want to win.
- 3:17Speaker 1: I want to beat them. Now this idea, he says, quite.
- 3:20Speaker 1: I believe it's just about civility to craft real solutions
- 3:24Speaker 1: to the monumental challenges. Well, here's the thing that ship
- 3:28Speaker 1: has sailed, Mike. The left and the socialists and communists
- 3:32Speaker 1: of the Joe Biden Party, the Kamala Harris's, the AOCS,
- 3:36Speaker 1: the people that tried a coup attempt and to put
- 3:41Speaker 1: the president of the United States America in prison. They're
- 3:43Speaker 1: still trying to do this, So Donald Trump, those individuals
- 3:47Speaker 1: don't want to craft real solutions, they don't want to
- 3:51Speaker 1: be civil. They try to overthrow the will of the
- 3:53Speaker 1: people in a coup attempt. They try to put people
- 3:55Speaker 1: in prison and weaponize our government to attack us. This
- 4:02Speaker 1: idea that if you win, you're gonna bring us together
- 4:06Speaker 1: is another part of the problem with you. This is
- 4:09Speaker 1: a huge part of the problem with Mike Pence. He
- 4:14Speaker 1: believes somehow that you should be able to bring people up. No,
- 4:17Speaker 1: this is about winning and losing. This is one hundred
- 4:23Speaker 1: percent about winning and about losing. There is no civility
- 4:28Speaker 1: left in politics. You either win or you lose because
- 4:33Speaker 1: these two ideological viewpoints clearly to me, are incompatible with Kumbaya. Look,
- 4:41Speaker 1: I would love I want to make this also clear.
- 4:44Speaker 1: I would love to go back to the good old
- 4:46Speaker 1: days where Republicans and Democrats could could sit down and
- 4:50Speaker 1: have a conversation like Tip O'Neil and Ronald Reagan did
- 4:53Speaker 1: when they work together to get the Iranian hostages out,
- 4:57Speaker 1: when they work together to take on communists and and
- 5:00Speaker 1: the Cold War in Russia. That is gone now because
- 5:03Speaker 1: the Democratic Party used to not be crazy socialist communists
- 5:08Speaker 1: they are. The Democratic Party is dead. Okay, I'm gonna
- 5:12Speaker 1: say it again. The Democratic Party is dead. It died
- 5:17Speaker 1: a long time ago. It is now a communist socialist
- 5:20Speaker 1: party masquerading as a Democratic Party. I could get along
- 5:23Speaker 1: with Richard get Part how I could get along even
- 5:25Speaker 1: some of Bill Clinton. I could get along with Dick
- 5:28Speaker 1: Durbin back in the day. Not anymore. Hell, I could
- 5:31Speaker 1: get along with Joe Biden thirty five forty years ago,
- 5:34Speaker 1: but not anymore, because they're no longer Democrats. They have
- 5:37Speaker 1: moved to communism and socialism. They've moved to weaponizing our
- 5:41Speaker 1: government to lock up their political opponents and harass their
- 5:44Speaker 1: political opponents. They have moved into coup attempts, they have
- 5:47Speaker 1: moved into harassment through the IRS. And for Mike Pince
- 5:51Speaker 1: right now to come out and say, but sadly, it's
- 5:53Speaker 1: clear that neither Joe Biden r Donald Trump share this
- 5:56Speaker 1: belief of kumbaiism, and neither of them intend to even
- 5:59Speaker 1: try to bring our country together. I don't want to
- 6:01Speaker 1: bring this country together. I want to win, just like
- 6:03Speaker 1: the left wants to win. They don't want to bring
- 6:05Speaker 1: this country together either. They're fighting for communism and socialism.
- 6:10Speaker 1: I'm fighting for democracy and freedom of speech. I'm I'm
- 6:13Speaker 1: I'm fighting for our constitution that they're trying to destroy.
- 6:18Speaker 1: These two things are like oil and water, that you
- 6:21Speaker 1: can shake them up as much as you want, and
- 6:23Speaker 1: they will always be separate. They will never come together.
- 6:28Speaker 1: There's also something else about Mike Pence. Mike Pence is
- 6:32Speaker 1: one of those holier than now guys. I want to
- 6:34Speaker 1: make that very clear. He's a guy that is incredibly
- 6:39Speaker 1: narcissistic when it comes to kumbai aism. Okay, he thinks
- 6:42Speaker 1: he's somehow a better than people like Donald Trump and
- 6:45Speaker 1: better than people like Joe Biden. Maybe a better way
- 6:50Speaker 1: of saying it as elitism, right, Like I'm better than
- 6:53Speaker 1: you are. I'm holier than you are. I am a
- 6:57Speaker 1: better human being and a better leader than you are.
- 7:01Speaker 1: That's why I'm Mike Pence, right, and I'm running for president.
- 7:04Speaker 1: He also attacked Donald Trump, saying this about Donald Trump
- 7:09Speaker 1: at his announcement. Listen carefully.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Given our record, it might be fair to ask why
- 7:17Speaker 2: I'm challenging my former running mate.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Let me say from my heart.
- 7:25Speaker 2: It begins with a promise that I made to the
- 7:27Speaker 2: American people and to Almighty God, and it ends with
- 7:34Speaker 2: different visions for the future of our nation and our party.
- 7:42Speaker 3: January sixth was a tragic day.
- 7:43Speaker 2: In the life of our nation. But thanks to the
- 7:46Speaker 2: courage of law enforcement, the violence was quelled.
- 7:51Speaker 3: And we reconvened the.
- 7:53Speaker 2: Congress the very same day to complete the work of
- 7:57Speaker 2: the American people under the Constitution of the United States.
- 8:02Speaker 2: As I've said many times, on that fateful day, President
- 8:08Speaker 2: Trump's words were reckless. I endangered my family and everyone
- 8:13Speaker 2: at the Capitol. But the American people deserve to know.
- 8:20Speaker 3: That.
- 8:20Speaker 2: On that day, President Trump also demanded that I choose
- 8:24Speaker 2: between him and the Constitution. Now voters will be faced
- 8:31Speaker 2: with the same choice. I chose the Constitution, and I
- 8:37Speaker 2: always will.
- 8:58Speaker 1: I'd choose the Constitution, all right. So there it is.
- 9:03Speaker 1: I'm a constitutionalist. Donald Trump isn't. I'm the guy you
- 9:07Speaker 1: should support. Donald Trump is a bad man. That's what
- 9:11Speaker 1: he's saying now. January sixth was a tragic day in
- 9:14Speaker 1: the life of our nation. The American people deserve to
- 9:16Speaker 1: know that. On that day, President Trump also demand that
- 9:19Speaker 1: I choose between him and the Constitution. I chose the Constitution.
- 9:26Speaker 1: That is his line. And guess what was said right
- 9:29Speaker 1: after that, because you got to distinguish yourself between right,
- 9:32Speaker 1: that and everything else. So that's when he came out
- 9:36Speaker 1: and he wanted you to know this.
- 9:39Speaker 3: Think of that verse the King David wrote, who am
- 9:43Speaker 3: I and who is my family? That you brought me
- 9:48Speaker 3: this far?
- 9:50Speaker 2: You know, I truly do believe in the boundless potential
- 9:52Speaker 2: of every American to live the American dream. Traveling around
- 9:59Speaker 2: this country over the past two years since I left office,
- 10:03Speaker 2: it feels different, doesn't it.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Talking to our fellow Americans.
- 10:07Speaker 2: I see weariness on faces everywhere I go, and I
- 10:12Speaker 2: hear it in their voices. I don't have to tell
- 10:16Speaker 2: any of you here. This country's in a lot of trouble.
- 10:22Speaker 2: President Joe Biden and the radical left have weakened America
- 10:26Speaker 2: at home and abroad. The confidence and pride that once
- 10:30Speaker 2: lifted the American spirit to new heights not so long ago.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Has given way to fear and a growing angst that
- 10:44Speaker 3: our best days might be in the past.
- 10:47Speaker 2: In many ways, our country has grown barely recognizable than
- 10:50Speaker 2: just a few short years ago.
- 10:51Speaker 3: There are crises everywhere.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Our borders under siege, inflations at a near forty year high.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Gas prices are through the roof.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Fertilizer and fuel prices are working a hardship on family
- 11:05Speaker 2: farms here in.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Iowa and Indiana and all across the country.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Crime is skyrocketing in our major cities, Real wages are
- 11:14Speaker 2: falling in Our national debt is piling up like a
- 11:17Speaker 2: mountain range on our children and grandchildren. And that disastrous
- 11:22Speaker 2: withdrawal from Afghanistan has embold in the enemies of freedom
- 11:26Speaker 2: around the world, and maybe.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Worst of all, timeless American values are under assault every day.
- 11:35Speaker 2: In classrooms, our children are indoctrinated into radical ideologies and
- 11:40Speaker 2: even taught to hate our history. And from board rooms,
- 11:44Speaker 2: our faith and beliefs are insulted routinely, while government agencies
- 11:49Speaker 2: target concerned parents and punish consumers in the name of
- 11:54Speaker 2: social justice.
- 11:57Speaker 3: We're better than this.
- 12:01Speaker 2: This country has been so good to my family, and
- 12:04Speaker 2: I've been honored to servant. We both have, and it'd
- 12:09Speaker 2: be easy to stay on the sidelines.
- 12:13Speaker 3: That's not how I was raised.
- 12:16Speaker 2: I've long believed that who much is given, much will
- 12:18Speaker 2: be required. That's why today, before God and my family.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I'm announcing that I'm running for president of the United
- 12:28Speaker 2: States of America.
- 12:30Speaker 1: There it is, I'm running for president. I'm better than
- 12:34Speaker 1: everyone else. I'm going to backstab my former running mate,
- 12:38Speaker 1: and I'm going to tell you why I will be
- 12:41Speaker 1: able to bring people together that no one has that
- 12:43Speaker 1: been able to bring together. I'm going to bring together communists, socialists,
- 12:47Speaker 1: and conservatives. No, you're not. And anyone that's trying to
- 12:50Speaker 1: tell you that's selling you a snake oil. Let's talk about

- 13:54Speaker 1: you updated on Also another big story, and that is
- 13:57Speaker 1: there are a league, a lot of leagues that are
- 13:59Speaker 1: coming out right now that Biden's Department of Justice apparently
- 14:04Speaker 1: they have told Donald Trump's lawyers that he will be
- 14:08Speaker 1: indicted next week on charges of gathering, transmitting, or losing
- 14:14Speaker 1: national defense documents. Now, we knew that this was happening,
- 14:19Speaker 1: that they were going to meet the lawyers. What we
- 14:21Speaker 1: also have seen is the leagues come out very quickly.
- 14:25Speaker 1: CBS News getting you ready for the big Trump indictment
- 14:29Speaker 1: by having this on the evening news.
- 14:32Speaker 4: The Justice Department is expected to decide soon whether to
- 14:35Speaker 4: fall charges in multiple criminal probes involving Donald Trump. The
- 14:39Speaker 4: former president's lawyers showed up at the Justice Department yesterday
- 14:43Speaker 4: for a meeting, including the special counsel. Trump continues to
- 14:47Speaker 4: deny any wrongdoing. Robert Costa is in Washington with.
- 14:50Speaker 1: More on that.
- 14:51Speaker 5: Three of Trump's lawyers were seen by CBS News Monday
- 14:54Speaker 5: morning entering the Justice Department to meet with top officials,
- 14:57Speaker 5: including Special Counsel Jack Smith. Sources say Smith's presence during
- 15:01Speaker 5: the nearly two hour meeting underscores the seriousness of the
- 15:05Speaker 5: discussions as he weighs whether to bring criminal charges against Trump.
- 15:09Speaker 5: In recent months, the grand jury has heard testimony from
- 15:12Speaker 5: dozens of people close to Trump about whether he or
- 15:15Speaker 5: his age tried to obstruct the government from recovering the
- 15:17Speaker 5: classified records from his Florida home. Sources with knowledge of
- 15:21Speaker 5: the probe say the investigation is now likely in its
- 15:24Speaker 5: final phase, with Smith in the process of hearing out
- 15:27Speaker 5: arguments from Trump's attorneys. CBS News has learned they told
- 15:30Speaker 5: DOJ officials that they believe the case is flawed due
- 15:34Speaker 5: to the way attorney client privilege matters have been handled,
- 15:37Speaker 5: especially a judge's ruling that voice memos from one of
- 15:40Speaker 5: Trump's lawyers could be included as evidence. The former president
- 15:43Speaker 5: defended himself shortly after the meeting on his platform True
- 15:47Speaker 5: Social claiming he should not be charged since he did
- 15:50Speaker 5: nothing wrong. The Special counsel, who has not spoken publicly
- 15:53Speaker 5: about the case, has given no indication that he's backing
- 15:56Speaker 5: away from considering an indictment.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Now, there's going to be a lot of people that
- 16:02Speaker 1: are going to celebrate this, and they're going to act
- 16:05Speaker 1: like this as a massive victory that Donald J. Trump
- 16:09Speaker 1: will be indicted again by the Biden DOJ. The Biden
- 16:13Speaker 1: DOJ apparently telling Trump and his lawyers that may he
- 16:17Speaker 1: may be indicted next week on charges of gathering again
- 16:19Speaker 1: transmitting or losing national defense documents. A federal indictment against
- 16:23Speaker 1: Trump could be handed down by the federal grand jury
- 16:26Speaker 1: next week. Now from this meeting, it's very clear they've
- 16:31Speaker 1: already made their mind up when they met with his lawyers.
- 16:34Speaker 1: It's very clear they've made their mind up. I have
- 16:36Speaker 1: no doubt in my mind they're going to indict him
- 16:39Speaker 1: because they want him to be in prison. Former President
- 16:43Speaker 1: Trump has reportedly been notified quote by federal prosecutors that
- 16:47Speaker 1: he's a criminal target and it's likely to face imminent
- 16:51Speaker 1: indictment in the classified document probe. People familiar with the
- 16:54Speaker 1: case told Just the News that the revelation comes and
- 16:57Speaker 1: the Justice Department has declined to delay charge to allow
- 17:01Speaker 1: investigation to allegate the allegations of witness tampering in connection
- 17:05Speaker 1: with a senior prosecutor working on the case attempting to
- 17:08Speaker 1: influence a key witness by discussing a federal judgeship with
- 17:12Speaker 1: the lawyer representing the witness provided by the Trump's legal team.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Sourtz has said that the allegation is still pending in
- 17:20Speaker 1: a secret case before Chief US District Court Judge James
- 17:24Speaker 1: Bosberg in Washington, d C. Will deal with that Now,
- 17:28Speaker 1: a federal indictment brought by the Special Council Jack Smith
- 17:31Speaker 1: could be handed by handed down by a federal grand
- 17:34Speaker 1: jury to Trump as early as next week. Sources are
- 17:37Speaker 1: now claiming now Smith's prosecutor team informed Trump's team in
- 17:41Speaker 1: recent days that the charges he faces include a violation
- 17:46Speaker 1: of eighteen US Code, Chapter thirty seven, section seven ninety three,
- 17:51Speaker 1: which prohibits the gathering, transmitting, or losing of national defense information.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Other charges reportedly being considered are allegedly false statements and
- 17:59Speaker 1: obstruction of justice. Sources told the outlet that Trump's lawyers
- 18:03Speaker 1: have been preparing their defense for months, based on months
- 18:06Speaker 1: of legal research and anticipation for these charges. The twenty
- 18:10Speaker 1: twenty four presidential candidate lawyers are also prepared to argue
- 18:13Speaker 1: that Trump had constitutional powers to do classify documents during
- 18:17Speaker 1: his presidency and take them with him when his term ended.
- 18:21Speaker 1: His lawyers will reportly rely heavily on a US District
- 18:24Speaker 1: court case out of Washington over a decade ago regarding
- 18:28Speaker 1: former President Bill Clinton, which concluded that a president had
- 18:31Speaker 1: the power to determine what documents from his presidency can
- 18:34Speaker 1: be kept in personal possession. Again, Trump wrote, no one
- 18:39Speaker 1: has told me in his latest true social posts, I'm
- 18:42Speaker 1: being indicted and I shouldn't be because I've done nothing wrong.
- 18:46Speaker 1: But I have assumed for years that I am a
- 18:48Speaker 1: target of the weaponized dojn FBI, starting with the Russia
- 18:52Speaker 1: Russia Russia hoax, the no Collusion Mueller Report, impeachment hoax
- 18:57Speaker 1: number one, impeachment hoax number two, the Perfect Ukraine phone Call,
- 19:01Speaker 1: in various other scams and witch hunts, a travesty of
- 19:05Speaker 1: justice and election interference at a level never seen before.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Republicans in Congress must make this their number one issue now.
- 19:13Speaker 1: A document posted to Twitter on Wednesday from the Federal
- 19:17Speaker 1: Registrar has revealed that Trump's Trump declassified certain material pertaining
- 19:23Speaker 1: to the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane investigation during his last days
- 19:27Speaker 1: in office. Assigned the letter from President Trump on January
- 19:31Speaker 1: the nineteenth to twenty twenty one, the day before he
- 19:33Speaker 1: left office. Delay declassifying Crossfire Hurricane docs showed Obama, Biden
- 19:39Speaker 1: and the CIA, and the DOJ and the FBI actually
- 19:43Speaker 1: spied on him. Now you know why they rted mar Lago.
- 19:47Speaker 1: Many believe it's to take back the evidence of their crimes.
- 19:53Speaker 1: I wouldn't put it past him, he said. At my request.
- 19:56Speaker 1: On December thirtieth, twenty twenty, the Department of Justice provided
- 19:59Speaker 1: the White House with a binder of materials related to
- 20:01Speaker 1: the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Portions of the documents in
- 20:06Speaker 1: the binder have remained classified and have not been released
- 20:10Speaker 1: to Congress or to the public. The document states, I
- 20:13Speaker 1: requested the documents so that a declassification review could be performed,
- 20:17Speaker 1: and so I could determine to what extent extent materials
- 20:21Speaker 1: in the binder should be released in unclassified form. The
- 20:25Speaker 1: document continues, quote I determined that the materials in that
- 20:28Speaker 1: binder should be declassified to the maximum extent possible. The
- 20:33Speaker 1: document states the FBI objected to further declassification of the
- 20:36Speaker 1: materials and gave suggestions as to redactions that the documents
- 20:41Speaker 1: needed to which Trump, by the way, did it. I
- 20:45Speaker 1: hereby declassify the remaining materials in the binder. This is
- 20:48Speaker 1: my final determination under the declassification review, and I have
- 20:52Speaker 1: directed the Attorney General to implement the reactions proposed in
- 20:56Speaker 1: the FBI's January seventeenth submission and returned to the White
- 21:01Speaker 1: House an appropriate redacted copy. Crossfire Hurricane was the name
- 21:06Speaker 1: given to the investigation to allegations of coordination between Trump
- 21:10Speaker 1: and Russia that surfaced during the twenty sixteen election cycle.
- 21:13Speaker 1: It was all a lie. The Durham report, released in May,
- 21:17Speaker 1: found that the FBI quote failed to uphold their mission
- 21:21Speaker 1: of strict fidelity to the law and their launching of
- 21:25Speaker 1: that investigation, which they knew was crap from the very beginning.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Now I expect Donald Trump to be indicted. I've expected
- 21:35Speaker 1: that from the moments they rated Marlago because they want
- 21:38Speaker 1: him to be ineligible to be present. They want to
- 21:41Speaker 1: interfere in this election. If you don't believe me, listen
- 21:44Speaker 1: to MSNBC celebrating all of this and the excitement of
- 21:50Speaker 1: Donald Trump taking another mugshot.
- 21:52Speaker 6: Donald Trump is unsurprisingly decompensating over his attorney's meeting with
- 21:57Speaker 6: Justice Department officials over the investigation to his mishandling of
- 22:00Speaker 6: classified documents, with his social media rant asking how could
- 22:04Speaker 6: the dojcharge meet on his truth social echo chamber. His
- 22:08Speaker 6: meltdowns are so predictable at this point, they'd be hilarious
- 22:11Speaker 6: if we hadn't seen what his supporters are capable of.
- 22:13Speaker 6: In an interview last September, Trump offered this morning about
- 22:16Speaker 6: what might happen if he was indicted over classified documents.
- 22:21Speaker 6: I think if it happened, I think you'd have problems
- 22:24Speaker 6: in this country the likes of which perhaps we've never
- 22:27Speaker 6: seen before.
- 22:28Speaker 1: I don't think the people of the United States would
- 22:31Speaker 1: stand for it. What kind of problems, mister President. I
- 22:33Speaker 1: think they'd have big problems, big problems.
- 22:37Speaker 6: In that interview, Trump bosso claimed that being indicted would
- 22:40Speaker 6: not stop him from running for president again in twenty
- 22:42Speaker 6: twenty four, and followed this morning from Senator Lindsey Graham.
- 22:47Speaker 2: If there's a prosecution of Donald Trump for miss handling
- 22:50Speaker 2: classified information after the Clinton debacle, which you presided over
- 22:54Speaker 2: and did a hell of a good job.
- 22:56Speaker 5: They'll be riots in the streets, no tears.
- 23:00Speaker 6: Trump was so fond of Lindsay's suggestion he injected it
- 23:03Speaker 6: on social media right into the veins of his biggest fans, which,
- 23:06Speaker 6: as we all saw, is a recipe for disaster when
- 23:09Speaker 6: we all saw play out on January sixth, after he
- 23:12Speaker 6: summoned a mob of his political violence supporting followers to
- 23:15Speaker 6: lay siege to the US Capitol.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Now, I'll stop there because you can see how the
- 23:19Speaker 1: media is going to play this. Right, if you defend
- 23:21Speaker 1: Donald Trump, you're an insurrectionist. You should be in prison. Right.
- 23:25Speaker 1: That's what they believe about all of us. They believe
- 23:27Speaker 1: that we should not be angry. They believe that if
- 23:29Speaker 1: you are angry, that you're some sort of jihattis, that
- 23:32Speaker 1: you're some sort of domestic terrorists that should be locked
- 23:36Speaker 1: up forever. Never forget this is what they think of you,
- 23:40Speaker 1: this while they're trying to overthrow the will of the people. Also,
- 23:43Speaker 1: never forget that. Now, before I get into more of
- 23:47Speaker 1: this story, I want to say thank you and tell
- 23:49Speaker 1: you about our good friends at Patriot Mobile. They are

- 25:02Speaker 1: prepare for another indictment political indictment of Donald Trump. There's
- 25:07Speaker 1: another story that we need to keep our eye on.
- 25:10Speaker 1: James Comer has now come out and said that the
- 25:12Speaker 1: FBI document that alleges a business person now from Ukraine
- 25:19Speaker 1: sent substantial bribe to the Vice President Joe Biden. The
- 25:24Speaker 1: FBI's informant file of that five million dollar bribery scheme
- 25:27Speaker 1: allegedly linked to President Joe Biden concerns the families business
- 25:31Speaker 1: deals in Ukraine. The House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer
- 25:35Speaker 1: has revealed. In May, James Comer and Senator Chuck Grassley
- 25:39Speaker 1: made bombshow claims after reviewing an FBI FD dashed one
- 25:44Speaker 1: zero three two form that documented the informant's allegations of
- 25:48Speaker 1: an alleged bribery scheme involving an exchange of money specifically
- 25:53Speaker 1: for policy decisions between now President Joe Biden and a
- 25:57Speaker 1: foreign national. James Cole has now disclosed the informant tip
- 26:02Speaker 1: that has dated June thirtieth of twenty twenty. Yes, it
- 26:05Speaker 1: is Ukraine. Comer has now said this form ten twenty
- 26:10Speaker 1: three involves a business person from Ukraine who allegedly sent
- 26:14Speaker 1: a bribe a substantial bribe to then Vice President Joe Biden.
- 26:19Speaker 1: The Biden family frequently visited Ukraine for its respective business.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Then Vice President Joe Biden served as the Obama administration's
- 26:27Speaker 1: Ukrainian point person on US foreign policy. He was so
- 26:33Speaker 1: involved that he visited Ukraine six times while serving as
- 26:36Speaker 1: the Vice president. Hunter Biden, as you know, joined the
- 26:40Speaker 1: board of the Ukrainian energy company Barisma in April of
- 26:44Speaker 1: twenty fourteen, two years before Joe Biden stated he forced
- 26:49Speaker 1: the firing of that Ukrainian prosecutor who investigated the company
- 26:56Speaker 1: that his son was on the board of. We know
- 26:59Speaker 1: that he was wholding American dollars hostage until that prosecutor
- 27:03Speaker 1: was fired. Then Joe Biden approved quote an official statement
- 27:08Speaker 1: about Hunter's Barrisma board position. Emails also confirmed, which also
- 27:12Speaker 1: tells you that Joe Biden was lying to you. Joe
- 27:16Speaker 1: Biden was lying to you in a very big way
- 27:19Speaker 1: when he said he never talked about his son's business dealings. Ever,
- 27:23Speaker 1: not only was he talking about him, but they were
- 27:25Speaker 1: bringing millions of dollars into the family business and he
- 27:28Speaker 1: was helping approve official statements about his time on the
- 27:33Speaker 1: board at Barisma. Now, despite Hunter's lack of experience in
- 27:37Speaker 1: Ukraine or the energy sector. He earned eighty three thousand
- 27:42Speaker 1: dollars per month from the energy company about one million
- 27:47Speaker 1: dollars per year. While his son was a member of
- 27:51Speaker 1: Barisma's board. Joe Biden threatened to withhold one billion dollars
- 27:57Speaker 1: from Ukraine if the Ukrainian government did not fire the
- 28:01Speaker 1: prosecutor investigating Barisma. In twenty seventeen, Hunter's salary was cut
- 28:07Speaker 1: in half when Joe Biden left the White House. Why
- 28:10Speaker 1: because well, they clearly knew that he was not worth
- 28:14Speaker 1: near as much as he used to because his daddy
- 28:16Speaker 1: was out. According to former Obama White House stenographer Mike McCormick,
- 28:23Speaker 1: Joe Biden allegedly promoted US support for Ukraine's natural gas
- 28:28Speaker 1: industry only days after Hunter Biden joined the Barisma board.
- 28:34Speaker 1: He says he's willing to testify now. The Delaware US
- 28:38Speaker 1: Attorney David Weiss refused to allow McCormick to testify before
- 28:41Speaker 1: his taxing gun probe into Hunter Biden. McCormick has confirmed
- 28:46Speaker 1: that to The New York Post. So what does this
- 28:49Speaker 1: mean now? It means that the pay to place game
- 28:52Speaker 1: actually makes more sense than it probably ever has before.
- 28:58Speaker 1: It's clear that this ex White House aid, who said
- 29:01Speaker 1: the FBI ignored Joe Biden's role in these Ukrainian business deals.
- 29:05Speaker 1: They did it on purpose. They ignored his role in
- 29:08Speaker 1: the family's foreign influence pedaling conspiracy in Ukraine, where millions
- 29:13Speaker 1: of dollars were coming into the coffers. McCormick, who told
- 29:16Speaker 1: The New York Posts that he has relevant information implicating
- 29:21Speaker 1: Joe Biden in the family's business affairs in Ukraine, submitted
- 29:24Speaker 1: a tip to the FBI back in February, and you
- 29:27Speaker 1: guessed it. They did nothing with that tip. McCormick said
- 29:31Speaker 1: he never heard back from the FBI, the same law
- 29:33Speaker 1: enforcement agency which allegedly shut down the investigation the Hunter's
- 29:37Speaker 1: abandoned laptop from hell Joe Biden committed crimes in Ukraine
- 29:42Speaker 1: in a conspiracy with current National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.
- 29:48Speaker 1: McCormick stated to the Post. He said, I am a
- 29:52Speaker 1: witness to that happening. According to this whistleblower. According to McCormick,
- 29:58Speaker 1: Biden's former Nation Social Security aid Jake Sullivan, Total reporters
- 30:04Speaker 1: on April the twenty first of twenty fourteen on Air
- 30:08Speaker 1: Force two as an anonymous senior Administration official that the
- 30:13Speaker 1: United States intended to help Ukraine's natural gas industry period
- 30:19Speaker 1: now unknown to the public. At the time, Hunter Biden
- 30:23Speaker 1: was already a board member of Barisma, a Ukrainian natural
- 30:27Speaker 1: gas company. Hunter's position on the board was not disclosed
- 30:31Speaker 1: by the company until May of twenty fourteen, nearly a
- 30:36Speaker 1: month after Sullivan's statement to reporters. The US would specifically
- 30:42Speaker 1: offer quote technical assistance relating to a regulatory framework and
- 30:48Speaker 1: also the technology that would be required to extract unconventional
- 30:52Speaker 1: gas resources, and Ukraine has meaningful reserves of unconventional gas
- 30:59Speaker 1: according to the latest estimates. McCormick recounted Sullivan's statement to
- 31:03Speaker 1: reporters on the flight Now in December of twenty fourteen.
- 31:08Speaker 1: We also know for a fact that Congress approved a
- 31:12Speaker 1: fifty million dollar aid package for Ukraine's energy sector, including
- 31:20Speaker 1: the natural gas industry. The package was supported by the
- 31:25Speaker 1: Obama administration, and Joe Biden served as the point person
- 31:30Speaker 1: on US foreign policy towards Ukraine during the Obama years.
- 31:34Speaker 1: McCormick said he wants to testify before the federal grand
- 31:38Speaker 1: jury in Delaware that is investigating Hunter Biden for taxing
- 31:41Speaker 1: guns violations, saying quote. I'll go under oath before anyone
- 31:44Speaker 1: who needs to hear the truth about Joe Biden's criminal activities.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Hunter joined the board in April of twenty fourteen, two
- 31:52Speaker 1: years before Joe Biden stated he forced the firing of
- 31:57Speaker 1: Ukraine's prosecutor who was investigating Burrits. Despite Hunter's lack of
- 32:01Speaker 1: experience in Ukraine or the energy sector, he was paid
- 32:06Speaker 1: eighty three thousand dollars per month by the energy company
- 32:12Speaker 1: just weeks after his father was announced support point person
- 32:16Speaker 1: on US foreign policy towards Ukraine. Bam, they're getting paid.
- 32:21Speaker 1: We also know that not only did that happen, but again,
- 32:24Speaker 1: Joe Biden in twenty fifteen threatened to withhold one billion
- 32:28Speaker 1: from Ukraine if the Ukrainian government did not fire the
- 32:31Speaker 1: prosecutor who was investigating his son's company, Barisma. In twenty seventeen,
- 32:36Speaker 1: Hunter's salary was cut in half. That is a fact
- 32:39Speaker 1: when his dad left the White House, which obviously bolsters
- 32:41Speaker 1: the claim of straight up bribery. Joe Biden quote was
- 32:45Speaker 1: aware of his son's Ukrainian business dealings, despite claims he
- 32:47Speaker 1: never spoke to Hunter about the family business, reportedly meeting
- 32:51Speaker 1: one of Hunter's partners at Barisma. In twenty fifteen, then
- 32:56Speaker 1: Vice President Biden also approved an official statement about Hunter's
- 32:59Speaker 1: Barria is a board position, So clearly the President was
- 33:03Speaker 1: lying to all of us. The emails retrieved by the
- 33:06Speaker 1: American First Legal Fund from the National Archives proved that
- 33:09Speaker 1: now VP signed off on it, will give this quote
- 33:13Speaker 1: to reporters in my name. Shortly, then Vice President Joe
- 33:17Speaker 1: Biden's communication director told Hunter's business partner Eric Swearin. So
- 33:22Speaker 1: again we know from these emails they knew it was
- 33:25Speaker 1: going on the entire time. Plus an additional trove of
- 33:29Speaker 1: emails revealed that Bettingfield reassured Swearing in twenty fifteen that
- 33:34Speaker 1: a damaging story from Bloomberg Reporter about the families business
- 33:38Speaker 1: dealings in Ukraine would be squashed unless editors hold a
- 33:41Speaker 1: gun to her head. A third trove re released from
- 33:46Speaker 1: these archives also show that Hunter advised the office of
- 33:51Speaker 1: Vice President Biden in twenty fourteen on how to handle
- 33:53Speaker 1: media inquiries regarding his position on the board of Prisma
- 33:57Speaker 1: potential violation of federal law due to Hunter's failing to
- 34:00Speaker 1: register as a foreign agent. None of these people get indicted,
- 34:04Speaker 1: but apparently Joe Biden excuse me, I should say, Apparently, though,
- 34:08Speaker 1: Donald Trump's going to get indicted for having some documents
- 34:11Speaker 1: that he had a right to have as the president
- 34:12Speaker 1: of the United States of America, you cannot make up
- 34:15Speaker 1: this double standard of justice in America. Right now, make
- 34:21Speaker 1: sure you share this podcast with your family and friends.
- 34:23Speaker 1: Please write us a five star review, and we'll see
- 34:26Speaker 1: you back here tomorrow.
