A man called me out to a house south of Hennessey last March. His furnace was making a noise he did not like. He had decided, before I got there, that the control board was bad. He told me this on the phone. He told me again at the door. He told me a third time as he led me down the basement stairs. He had a folder on the workbench by the unit.
