Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Democrats want to trade a Trump indictment for a Biden indictment, so they can get rid of a Biden re-election campaign!

- 0:00Speaker 1: Yesterday, I talked about a new theory that seems very
- 0:04Speaker 1: quickly to be turning into reality, and that is that
- 0:07Speaker 1: Donald Trump will be indicted very soon after election day,
- 0:11Speaker 1: and Hunter Biden will also be indicted very soon after
- 0:16Speaker 1: election day. The idea is, we can invite, we can
- 0:20Speaker 1: indict Donald Trump because we indicted Hunter Biden. So it
- 0:23Speaker 1: proves the DOJ Americ Garland is somehow non political, and
- 0:28Speaker 1: that somehow he is saying, look, I'm even going after
- 0:31Speaker 1: the president Son, while I'm going after former President Donald Trump.
- 0:35Speaker 1: There is new indications now, and this is coming from
- 0:38Speaker 1: The Hill newspaper, that the GOP is quote bracing for
- 0:41Speaker 1: a Trump indictment right after the election. Republican aids and
- 0:45Speaker 1: stratagists privately expect Attorney General Garland to pursue an indictment
- 0:51Speaker 1: former President Donald Trump within sixty to ninety days after
- 0:54Speaker 1: the election, predicting the window for prosecuting Trump will close
- 0:58Speaker 1: once the twenty twenty four Press Central campaign gains momentum
- 1:02Speaker 1: quote unquote, Republican aids on Capitol Hill and veteran party
- 1:06Speaker 1: strategists emphasized they don't have any inside information on what
- 1:10Speaker 1: Garland might do, but they say, the Attorney General is
- 1:13Speaker 1: under heavy pressure from Democrats to act on the deadline
- 1:17Speaker 1: for pursuing an indictment that is fast approaching. Gop aids
- 1:22Speaker 1: also warned that an indictment of Trump by the Biden
- 1:24Speaker 1: administration would further polarize the nation, likely strengthened Trump's support
- 1:29Speaker 1: from the Republican Party's base, as the former president and
- 1:33Speaker 1: his allies would frame the Department of Justice's prosecution as
- 1:37Speaker 1: a political witch hunt. And that's exactly where the hunter
- 1:40Speaker 1: Biden acts aspect of this comes in. They understand how
- 1:44Speaker 1: unprecedented it would be and how shocking it would be
- 1:47Speaker 1: for them to indict Donald Trump. They need cover. You
- 1:53Speaker 1: know what the cover is. The cover is, all right, well,
- 1:57Speaker 1: we got a drug addict and we're going to charge
- 1:59Speaker 1: him with lying on a for a gun. We're going
- 2:00Speaker 1: to charge him with some tax crimes. That's Hunter Biden.
- 2:03Speaker 1: It will also insulate Joe Biden if we only charge
- 2:06Speaker 1: him those basic crimes. It's part of the reason why
- 2:09Speaker 1: Ron Johnson and why Chuck Grassley have been coming out
- 2:12Speaker 1: and giving more and more information from the whistleblowers so
- 2:15Speaker 1: that they can basically, in essence, screw up this plan.
- 2:18Speaker 1: By the DOJ to refuse to actually look at the
- 2:20Speaker 1: real crimes that we're being committed. Now. I will say
- 2:22Speaker 1: this now, and I mean this, and I hope you
- 2:24Speaker 1: understand it, and I hope you will agree with me.
- 2:26Speaker 1: I don't give a crap anymore about Hunter Biden. I
- 2:30Speaker 1: care about all the info that connects him to the
- 2:33Speaker 1: President of the United States America because Hunter Biden would
- 2:36Speaker 1: have never gotten a paycheck doing what he was doing
- 2:39Speaker 1: for a living without him doing it with his father.
- 2:42Speaker 1: It is impossible for the Russians and those in Mexico
- 2:46Speaker 1: and those in Latin America and those in China to
- 2:49Speaker 1: do the deals they did with Hunter Biden and James
- 2:52Speaker 1: Biden without the father's influence and without the father being involved,
- 2:55Speaker 1: and without the father being the big guy, and without
- 2:58Speaker 1: the father getting his cut. That's what I know. This
- 3:02Speaker 1: is not about Hunter Biden, and we need to move
- 3:05Speaker 1: past that very quickly. If there's an indictment of Hunter
- 3:08Speaker 1: Biden on these basic charges, it is a victory for
- 3:13Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. Know that, understand it, And the
- 3:17Speaker 1: idea that we're gonna that the DOJ has covered now
- 3:20Speaker 1: is a brilliant one for them, right We indicted Hunter Biden,
- 3:23Speaker 1: and we indicted Donald Trump. So it's fair. It's not
- 3:26Speaker 1: fair unless you're indicting Joe Biden. Still, it would not
- 3:31Speaker 1: even be close to comparable. It's a drug addict, it's
- 3:34Speaker 1: a kid of a politician, and if you only indict
- 3:39Speaker 1: him on those things, you're actually protecting the politician, which
- 3:42Speaker 1: is Joe Biden. Now, before I get into that part
- 3:44Speaker 1: of the story, I want to tell you a little
- 3:46Speaker 1: bit about my good friends over at Patriot Mobile. If
- 3:49Speaker 1: you are ready to have an impact every time that
- 3:52Speaker 1: you use your phone, and I'm talking about have an
- 3:54Speaker 1: impact by supporting First and Second Amendment rights, supporting the
- 3:58Speaker 1: rights of the unborn, and fighting back every time you
- 4:01Speaker 1: make a phone call, you need to know about Patriot Mobile.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile is America's only conservative Christian mobile phone provider,
- 4:11Speaker 1: and they are using your phone bill when you paid
- 4:14Speaker 1: every month, to actually fight for conservative causes while saving
- 4:18Speaker 1: you money. Now, this isn't any extra ad onto your bill.
- 4:20Speaker 1: They take a portion of your bill every month and
- 4:23Speaker 1: they give it back to fund conservative causes in Canada,
- 4:27Speaker 1: to believe in the sanctity of life, freedom of speech,
- 4:30Speaker 1: and the Second Amendment. And they are winning. Patriot Mobile
- 4:34Speaker 1: has now been attacked by the big media. Big Tech
- 4:38Speaker 1: is now coming after them, and that's why I want
- 4:41Speaker 1: you to support them. If you want an affordable plan
- 4:45Speaker 1: and you want to get the same great coverage you
- 4:47Speaker 1: have right now, switch to Patriot Mobile. You're gonna save money.
- 4:50Speaker 1: They use the same exact towers you're using right now.

- 4:55Speaker 1: even your business or small business. They offer the same
- 4:58Speaker 1: nationwide coverage as the major carriers because they use the
- 5:02Speaker 1: same towers. If you haven't found out about Patriot Mobile,
- 5:05Speaker 1: check them out Patriotmobile dot com, slash ferguson that's Patriot
- 5:11Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash ferguson, or call them nine to
- 5:13Speaker 1: seven to Patriot you'll get free activation with the offer
- 5:17Speaker 1: code ferguson nine seven to Patriot check them out. If
- 5:22Speaker 1: this starts to get Harry because of all the whistleblowers
- 5:25Speaker 1: coming out and all the info that's coming out from
- 5:27Speaker 1: Grassley and all the information that's coming out from Senator Johnson,
- 5:31Speaker 1: if it continues to get Harry, then the Democrats are
- 5:35Speaker 1: in a very tough spot because they have a choice
- 5:37Speaker 1: they're gonna have to make. They can either defend Joe
- 5:40Speaker 1: Biden at all costs, or they can say, you know what,
- 5:43Speaker 1: he's our useful idiot that's no longer useful. The majority
- 5:47Speaker 1: of Democrats have zero desire want to make this very
- 5:51Speaker 1: clear for Joe Biden to be the nominee next time.
- 5:53Speaker 1: They don't believe that he is electable, and they believe
- 5:56Speaker 1: that he's bringing down the ticket on the Democratic side.
- 5:59Speaker 1: It is a big issue. It's a big problem. They
- 6:02Speaker 1: may dispose politically of Joe Biden and just say, all right,
- 6:07Speaker 1: let him, you go after him and nail him, and
- 6:11Speaker 1: will say that this was a family matter, not a
- 6:13Speaker 1: Democrat issue. There's a family issue, and let him go,
- 6:17Speaker 1: and we'll just let the Republicans have him. They know
- 6:21Speaker 1: he's corrupt. Now this may serve their purpose, and that's
- 6:25Speaker 1: the only way I can describe it, is that it
- 6:27Speaker 1: would serve their purpose. But if they decide to defend him,
- 6:32Speaker 1: then they've got to defend him at all costs. And
- 6:33Speaker 1: when they defend him, they have to do it in
- 6:35Speaker 1: a way that makes sense. They have to do it
- 6:38Speaker 1: in a way that will allow for people to understand
- 6:42Speaker 1: that they believe that Joe Biden is the president that
- 6:46Speaker 1: he should be the president for another four years. They're
- 6:48Speaker 1: going to have to sell that to the American people,
- 6:52Speaker 1: which is exactly why I believe these indictments are probably
- 6:55Speaker 1: coming against Donald Trump. They want him and they want
- 6:58Speaker 1: to take him out of the race for the White House. Now,
- 7:01Speaker 1: this goes back to something that Center Tech Cruz said
- 7:03Speaker 1: to rembark Roma on Fox News. Listen, the evidence of
- 7:06Speaker 1: corruption is now becoming overwhelming, and we've seen in the
- 7:09Speaker 1: last month the Biden Department of Justice actively leaking that
- 7:13Speaker 1: it intends to indict Hunter Biden. And I have to
- 7:16Speaker 1: say those leaks are troubling on three different bases. Number One,
- 7:20Speaker 1: the Department of Justice shouldn't be leaking anything that is
- 7:23Speaker 1: against the law to the extent they're revealing grand jury
- 7:25Speaker 1: secrets that is in fact a criminal offense, and they're
- 7:28Speaker 1: playing politics, they're not engaging law enforcement. Number Two, the
- 7:32Speaker 1: substance of what they've leaked is that they're looking at
- 7:35Speaker 1: Hunter Biden for drug offenses and tax offenses. Now listen,
- 7:39Speaker 1: by any measure, Hunter Biden is a deeply troubled soul,
- 7:42Speaker 1: a soul who has struggled with addiction his whole life.
- 7:45Speaker 1: What is concerning about their focus on the drug and
- 7:48Speaker 1: tax issues is it is very carefully walling off why
- 7:52Speaker 1: this is a matter of public concern. If Hunter Biden
- 7:54Speaker 1: was just a regular guy who struggled with addiction, it
- 7:58Speaker 1: wouldn't be a matter of public interest. The reason it
- 8:00Speaker 1: is a matter of public interest is there is significant
- 8:04Speaker 1: and in fact overwhelming evidence that Hunter Biden was actively
- 8:08Speaker 1: involved in official corruption with his father, Joe Biden, and
- 8:13Speaker 1: that involves both Ukraine and the natural gas company Barissma
- 8:17Speaker 1: that paid Hunter Biden eighty three thousand dollars a month
- 8:21Speaker 1: when he spoke no Ukrainian and knew nothing about oil
- 8:24Speaker 1: and gas, and his father was actively doing favors on
- 8:27Speaker 1: behalf of the oligarch who was paying Hunter Biden, and
- 8:31Speaker 1: likewise China, Communist China paying Hunter Biden and his family
- 8:35Speaker 1: over five million dollars including we now know ten percent
- 8:39Speaker 1: for the big guy, ten percent for Joe Biden. And
- 8:42Speaker 1: the fact that the bidendj is saying, oh, this is
- 8:44Speaker 1: all a drug matter. Don't pay attention to the big guy,
- 8:47Speaker 1: don't pay attention to the corruption. Just make it one
- 8:50Speaker 1: poor person struggling with addiction. That's highly concerning. And the
- 8:55Speaker 1: third reason this is very troubling. Is I think all
- 8:57Speaker 1: of this is a prelude to doing what Joe Biden
- 9:00Speaker 1: and Merritt Garland want to do, which is indict Donald Trump.
- 9:03Speaker 1: And they want to be able to say, look, how
- 9:05Speaker 1: even handed we are. We indicted Hunter Biden, we indicted
- 9:07Speaker 1: Donald Trump, we indict everybody. And that is politics, not
- 9:11Speaker 1: law enforcement, politics not law enforcement. He's right, and they're
- 9:16Speaker 1: planning this, and I think that's why you need to
- 9:18Speaker 1: be careful not to be excited about a Hunter Biden indictment,
- 9:21Speaker 1: especially if that Hunter Biden indictment is as simple as
- 9:24Speaker 1: it was just explained, If it is just these two
- 9:27Speaker 1: things that actually insulate the president of the United States
- 9:30Speaker 1: of America, then you understand why. Now let me go
- 9:33Speaker 1: back to the article I mentioned earlier, The Hill magazine,
- 9:36Speaker 1: the Hill newspaper, This is Insider Hill, Washington, DC. They
- 9:41Speaker 1: said that gopa's also warmed. An indictment of Trump by
- 9:44Speaker 1: the Biden administration would further polarize the nation. It would
- 9:48Speaker 1: strengthen Trump's support. Now, Democrats may be in favor of
- 9:52Speaker 1: that because they can't imagine that Donald Trump could actually
- 9:55Speaker 1: win an election if he is indicted. It would take
- 9:58Speaker 1: him out, and if it rises the country. I'm not
- 10:01Speaker 1: sure that they're not okay with that because think about
- 10:05Speaker 1: the talking point. If you're a Democrat running for office, right,
- 10:09Speaker 1: you got you know, the Republicans are so out of touch.
- 10:11Speaker 1: They've got a gaya that's indicted for stealing, you know,
- 10:15Speaker 1: top secret documents, YadA YadA, YadA, whatever it is, and
- 10:18Speaker 1: they can run on that, they can campaign, they can
- 10:21Speaker 1: fundraise on it. A couple weeks after the election. I
- 10:24Speaker 1: assume one says that Garlan will indict Trump, said one
- 10:28Speaker 1: veteran Republican AID, expressing a sentiment shared by several other
- 10:32Speaker 1: gop aids and strategists. Second Republican AID warren an indictment
- 10:37Speaker 1: could actually end up helping the former president politically, but
- 10:40Speaker 1: it could also help the Democrats. At the same time.
- 10:44Speaker 1: People have been talking about splintering support and damping enthusiasm
- 10:47Speaker 1: among Republican voters for him. An indictment can actually galvanize
- 10:52Speaker 1: and reunify Republicans around him, said another AID, predicting Republican backlashing.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Indictment would be stronger if Garlan brings an indictment later
- 11:00Speaker 1: in twenty twenty four elections cycle. In other words, if
- 11:03Speaker 1: you wait longer than people will be even more angry
- 11:06Speaker 1: about it. That is true. But again it may play
- 11:09Speaker 1: for the Democrats, and it may play for them in
- 11:12Speaker 1: the mid terms. Now, I do believe that Democrats want
- 11:16Speaker 1: to get rid of Joe Biden and they do not
- 11:18Speaker 1: want him to run for reelection. It's not the gaffs,
- 11:23Speaker 1: by the way, that is making Democrats want to get
- 11:27Speaker 1: rid of Joe Biden, or not be able to find
- 11:29Speaker 1: his way off the stage. It's even when he's coherent,
- 11:32Speaker 1: he's not saying the right things. A given example, this
- 11:37Speaker 1: was a very coherent response when he was at a
- 11:39Speaker 1: press gaggle and he was asked about Fetterman. Now, as
- 11:42Speaker 1: you know, Fetterman had a terrible debate. He started a
- 11:46Speaker 1: debate by saying literally good night. Okay, said good night
- 11:51Speaker 1: to start off a debate. That's a bad moment. Okay,
- 11:54Speaker 1: that's a bad moment for anybody. And it was an
- 11:57Speaker 1: incoherent It was a god awful debate and everybody he
- 12:00Speaker 1: knew it was. There's not really any Democrats out there
- 12:03Speaker 1: that are defending how bad the Fetterman debate was. And
- 12:07Speaker 1: Joe Biden defends it and says he did a great job,
- 12:10Speaker 1: which makes people look at the debate even more and
- 12:12Speaker 1: they're like, uh no, no, it wasn't a great debate. Listen, Yeah,
- 12:21Speaker 1: I thought he was really good. I thought he knew
- 12:23Speaker 1: what he was doing. I thought he was strong. I
- 12:25Speaker 1: thought he knew what he was doing, and I thought
- 12:27Speaker 1: he was strong. No one thought he knew what he
- 12:30Speaker 1: was doing. Okay, No one thought that he was good
- 12:34Speaker 1: at doing. No one thought that he was strong. As
- 12:37Speaker 1: he just described it, the debate was a disaster. And
- 12:42Speaker 1: these are those moments that even when he's coherent, democrats
- 12:45Speaker 1: are like, come on, man, like give us something here,
- 12:48Speaker 1: and then he goes on to say this, look is Pennsylvania.
- 12:52Speaker 1: I mean, Fetterman is everything that he appears to be
- 12:56Speaker 1: to know where he stands. He has a great courage,
- 12:59Speaker 1: he has no reluctant to say what he thinks. He's
- 13:02Speaker 1: my kind of guy. He's my kind of guy. You
- 13:06Speaker 1: know where he stands. Fetterman doesn't know where he stands.
- 13:09Speaker 1: We know this from that debate. Fetterman on fracking was
- 13:13Speaker 1: a perfect example. They asked him that that question on fracking,
- 13:19Speaker 1: and he couldn't tell you what he wanted to say
- 13:22Speaker 1: on the issue of fracking. He had no idea what
- 13:25Speaker 1: he was saying on fracking, and that's why people watch
- 13:29Speaker 1: it and they're like, dude, how can you say this
- 13:32Speaker 1: guy's good? Listen to this on fracking with Fetterman, Okay,
- 13:37Speaker 1: and you'll understand when the president said he's coherent, No,
- 13:39Speaker 1: he's not. In a twenty eighteen interview, you said, quote,
- 13:43Speaker 1: I don't support fracking at all. I never have. But
- 13:47Speaker 1: earlier this month you told an interview or quote, I
- 13:50Speaker 1: support fracking. I support the energy independence that we should
- 13:54Speaker 1: have here in the United States. I've always supported fracking,
- 13:57Speaker 1: and I always believe that independence with our energy is
- 14:01Speaker 1: critical that we can't be held, you know, ransom to
- 14:05Speaker 1: somebody like Russia. But there is that twenty eighteen interview
- 14:08Speaker 1: that you said, quote, I don't support fracking at all.
- 14:11Speaker 1: So how do you square the two? Oh, I do
- 14:15Speaker 1: support fracking and I don't. I don't. I support fracking
- 14:21Speaker 1: and I stand and I do support fracking. I mean,
- 14:24Speaker 1: that's that's their best guy. And then Joe Biden's defending that,
- 14:29Speaker 1: saying it's amazing that this is the this is the
- 14:32Speaker 1: Democratic party that you want. Now you understand why Democrats
- 14:35Speaker 1: genuinely want to get rid of him. I think they
- 14:38Speaker 1: also believe that they're never going to get away from
- 14:40Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden scandal, even if the DOJ indicts him
- 14:46Speaker 1: on things that do not connect him to the present,
- 14:48Speaker 1: because remember, a big investigation in the House and Senate
- 14:52Speaker 1: may expose things. But as but as it's been said
- 14:57Speaker 1: several times here and Republican have said this, we can investigate,
- 15:01Speaker 1: but we cannot indict, and that's one of the big problems. Well,
- 15:07Speaker 1: we're gonna one week after the election, we're coming back
- 15:10Speaker 1: to Washington for the lame duck session. The House Oversight
- 15:12Speaker 1: Committee is going to have a press conference. We're gonna
- 15:14Speaker 1: be very transparent with the American people on the work
- 15:17Speaker 1: we've done thus far. We're gonna outline exactly what we've
- 15:20Speaker 1: uncovered thus far pertaining to Hunter Biden shady business dealings
- 15:24Speaker 1: as well as suspicious activity on behalf of the president's brothers.
- 15:28Speaker 1: We're also going to re reshow to the American people
- 15:32Speaker 1: that outside of the conservative media that have seen the
- 15:35Speaker 1: text messages and emails that showed that Hunter said to
- 15:38Speaker 1: numerous people that he kept his father up he was
- 15:41Speaker 1: sick and tired of having to pay for the living
- 15:44Speaker 1: expenses of his father, which kind of would lead one
- 15:47Speaker 1: to believe that Joe Biden has benefited directly from Hunters.
- 15:51Speaker 1: What does that look like? Does Hunter testify before the
- 15:54Speaker 1: Oversight Committee's does Biden brother testify? I mean, we're seeing
- 15:59Speaker 1: a lot of investigations right now, where with January six
- 16:03Speaker 1: and all that, So who comes to Capitol Hill and
- 16:06Speaker 1: talks to the American people. We're gonna ask for Hunter
- 16:10Speaker 1: Biden to come. He will probably receive a subpoena. We're
- 16:13Speaker 1: going to ask the President's brothers to come. But at
- 16:16Speaker 1: the very beginning, we know that we're gonna have several depositions.
- 16:21Speaker 1: We're going to have several transcribed interviews. We want to
- 16:24Speaker 1: talk to the bankers that issued the one hundred and
- 16:27Speaker 1: fifty suspicious activity reports or the bank violation to Hunter Biden.
- 16:31Speaker 1: We've got two witnesses that were former associate of Hunter
- 16:34Speaker 1: Biden that have volunteered to come in and do transcribed
- 16:38Speaker 1: interviews with us. So we're gonna start there. We plan
- 16:41Speaker 1: on having our first hearing sometime in mid January. We
- 16:44Speaker 1: need to do a little more background information. Remember I've
- 16:47Speaker 1: requested these bank violations for several months. The last time,
- 16:51Speaker 1: Treasury Department Janet Yelling sent me a letter saying that,
- 16:54Speaker 1: well she couldn't give it to us because we weren't
- 16:56Speaker 1: in the majority. Well we're going to send her a
- 16:58Speaker 1: letter on November nine, say, if you haven't heard, the
- 17:01Speaker 1: Republicans are going to be in the majority in January.
- 17:04Speaker 1: So now we expect those bank violations. Once we have
- 17:07Speaker 1: those bank violations, and I have two of the one
- 17:09Speaker 1: hundred and fifty right now, and I can tell you
- 17:11Speaker 1: they're really bad, Lawrence, we don't have to prove the
- 17:14Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's a shady business character. I think the American
- 17:17Speaker 1: people understand that there are going to be more people
- 17:19Speaker 1: like John Stewart come forward and start throwing Hunter under
- 17:22Speaker 1: the bus after the disastrous midterms that the Democrats are
- 17:25Speaker 1: going to have. We're investigating Hunter Biden because we believe
- 17:29Speaker 1: he's compromised Joe Biden. That's the key point there. We're
- 17:33Speaker 1: investigating him because we believe he's compromised Joe Biden. That
- 17:37Speaker 1: is the ball game, and so in the catalyst for
- 17:41Speaker 1: Democrats decide who their guy is right their big run
- 17:44Speaker 1: up to the next presidential election, which we're two years
- 17:47Speaker 1: away from They've got to decide can he get around
- 17:51Speaker 1: all of this and will people forgive him for selling
- 17:54Speaker 1: out America? And there are more and more Democrats now
- 17:58Speaker 1: that I believe, do not think that he can handle it,
- 18:01Speaker 1: the scrutiny. I don't believe that they believe that they
- 18:05Speaker 1: can overcome this. So then the question is, if you're
- 18:11Speaker 1: a Democrat, who do you want to be your next leader?
- 18:14Speaker 1: It's not Joe Biden, He's a liability. Who is the
- 18:17Speaker 1: next leader? I think that leader they understand is not
- 18:21Speaker 1: Kamala Harris either. So if you can bring down their presidency,
- 18:26Speaker 1: and you can do it quickly so that you can
- 18:31Speaker 1: move on to the next one, they may sacrifice him
- 18:35Speaker 1: for that reason. That might be the best option that
- 18:40Speaker 1: they have. It actually may be their only chance at success.
- 18:46Speaker 1: I don't think that you're going to be able to
- 18:48Speaker 1: turn this economy around quickly. The amount of spending that
- 18:51Speaker 1: the Democrats have done. They don't seem to show any
- 18:54Speaker 1: indication whatsoever that they want to change. They want to
- 18:58Speaker 1: alter course, they want to move right into a direction
- 19:02Speaker 1: of fiscal responsibility. That is one thing that I think
- 19:06Speaker 1: is very apparent in all of this. So how do
- 19:10Speaker 1: you move forward, do you sacrifice him? Do you say
- 19:15Speaker 1: he's been a great guy for us for a long time,
- 19:18Speaker 1: He's towards the end of his life anyway, based on age.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Let's give him a parachute, a way to get out.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Let's give him an opportunity to quasi save his son,
- 19:28Speaker 1: to make sure he doesn't run and will protect you
- 19:30Speaker 1: and defend you. If I'm Joe Biden, there's a certain
- 19:33Speaker 1: point where that becomes I think the reality of your situation.
- 19:37Speaker 1: If Democrats decide not to keeping like idiots in defending
- 19:40Speaker 1: you no matter what. They've lost Twitter, by the way,
- 19:44Speaker 1: and I do believe they're starting to lose the media.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Not because the media wants to be transparent, Okay. The
- 19:51Speaker 1: reason why they're losing the media is because the media
- 19:53Speaker 1: wants to w in the next presidential election. They don't
- 19:56Speaker 1: want a Rond de Sciantists. They don't want a Donald Trump,
- 19:59Speaker 1: they don't want a Ted Cruz, right, and I think
- 20:03Speaker 1: they understand that it's going to be extremely hard to
- 20:09Speaker 1: get anyone else elected if he's around them. And I'm
- 20:14Speaker 1: talking about the local level, I'm talking about the state level.
- 20:17Speaker 1: I'm talking about the national level. He is going to
- 20:20Speaker 1: drag down the ticket. I want to get back into
- 20:26Speaker 1: what I was saying about. You know, Joe Biden no
- 20:29Speaker 1: longer being the useful idiot of the Democratic Party. Okay.
- 20:34Speaker 1: I also believe that the Democratic Party is moving away
- 20:38Speaker 1: from Joe Biden. And I'm talking about politicians like Joe Biden.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Why do I say that they want more extreme candidates.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Joe Biden is not that extreme and he's not extreme
- 20:53Speaker 1: enough for them when it comes to attacking police and
- 20:57Speaker 1: different organizations that are for law, law in order for
- 21:01Speaker 1: structure in America. A great example of this is Stacy
- 21:05Speaker 1: Abrams and Georgia. The fact that Stacy Abrams and Georgia
- 21:09Speaker 1: plays in Georgia, which is a I would refer to
- 21:12Speaker 1: it more of a red state, maybe purple asque, but
- 21:16Speaker 1: it's been more conservative than liberal over the years, and
- 21:19Speaker 1: the fact that the Democrats keep choosing her to be
- 21:22Speaker 1: their candidate tells you a lot about what they want
- 21:24Speaker 1: in their candidates. Stacy Abrams just went off on all
- 21:30Speaker 1: of the sheriffs in the entire state of Georgia, and
- 21:33Speaker 1: not a single Democrat has come out and reprimanded her
- 21:37Speaker 1: or has disavowed these comments where she said while all
- 21:41Speaker 1: these sheriffs just want to be able to take black
- 21:43Speaker 1: people off the streets. In other words, they're all whites,
- 21:46Speaker 1: and I hate all of these sheriffs in the state
- 21:49Speaker 1: of Georgia, which I'm supposed to represent. She is their
- 21:52Speaker 1: nominee for governor, and she declared during this debate with
- 21:55Speaker 1: a Republican Kemp on Sunday night that the one hundred
- 21:59Speaker 1: and seven sheriffs stead have endorsed her opponent, the incumbent
- 22:03Speaker 1: Republican Brian Kemp. She said, the reason why they do
- 22:06Speaker 1: is because they want to be able to take black
- 22:08Speaker 1: people off the street. Now you're gonna hear Governor Kemp. First,
- 22:14Speaker 1: you're gonna hear what he has to say about all
- 22:15Speaker 1: the people that support him, and then you will hear
- 22:18Speaker 1: this assault on everybody in law enforcement as she goes
- 22:23Speaker 1: scorts to earth. And this is what Democrats want now,
- 22:26Speaker 1: this is what they are advocating for. This is why
- 22:29Speaker 1: I think they're ready to be done with Joe Biden
- 22:31Speaker 1: eminating cash bill. Men and women in law enforcement know
- 22:34Speaker 1: who is going to be with them, who has had
- 22:37Speaker 1: their back and will continue to have their back, and
- 22:39Speaker 1: that is me. And that's why we have the endorsement
- 22:42Speaker 1: of one hundred and seven sheriffs around the state. As
- 22:45Speaker 1: I pointed out before, I'm not a member of the
- 22:47Speaker 1: good old boys club. So no, I don't have one
- 22:49Speaker 1: hundred and seven sheriffs who want to be able to
- 22:52Speaker 1: take black people off the streets, who want to be
- 22:55Speaker 1: able to go without accountability. I don't believe every sheriff
- 22:58Speaker 1: wants that, but I do know that we need a
- 23:00Speaker 1: governor who believes in both defending law enforcement but also
- 23:04Speaker 1: defending the people of Georgia. I have two brothers, one
- 23:07Speaker 1: who has committed crimes and one who is a social
- 23:09Speaker 1: worker trying to help keep people from committing crimes. But
- 23:12Speaker 1: my brother, who commits crimes should be held accountable, but
- 23:14Speaker 1: my other brothers should never be pulled over for driving
- 23:17Speaker 1: while black. And yet in this Georgia he is. I'm
- 23:20Speaker 1: running for governor because we'd lead complicated lives, and we
- 23:23Speaker 1: need a governor who's willing to hold law enforcement accountable
- 23:26Speaker 1: but also be supportive. And yes, pay races have been
- 23:29Speaker 1: given to state law enforcement, but local law enforcement are
- 23:32Speaker 1: experiencing shortages that are not being funded by this governor
- 23:35Speaker 1: and federal COVID money as a bonus is not the
- 23:38Speaker 1: same as a plan for their investment. And I'm the
- 23:40Speaker 1: only one with a clear plan to invest in local
- 23:43Speaker 1: law enforcement going forward. So she's gonna invest. But everybody
- 23:47Speaker 1: that pulls over somebody in Georgia that's African American is
- 23:51Speaker 1: automatically a racist, and the one hundred and seven sheriffs
- 23:53Speaker 1: are all racists. But I've got a plan to give
- 23:56Speaker 1: the races more money. This is the Democratic Party. And
- 24:01Speaker 1: even Joe Biden, I don't believe can keep up with
- 24:05Speaker 1: this level of extremism at his age. I don't believe
- 24:09Speaker 1: he thinks that this is probably what he should be saying.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I think most people believe this is not what should
- 24:16Speaker 1: be said. Right now. Will you go out there and
- 24:18Speaker 1: you indict every single law enforcement official the way that
- 24:22Speaker 1: it was just said is radical? That's what they want, though,
- 24:26Speaker 1: So can they get rid of Joe Biden? Can they
- 24:29Speaker 1: say we must move on from him? And if they're
- 24:31Speaker 1: going to get rid of him, they've got to do
- 24:33Speaker 1: it quickly. They don't want to wait until they miss
- 24:37Speaker 1: out on the opportunity to run other candidates. They want
- 24:40Speaker 1: a bunch of different candidates to run, and they are
- 24:42Speaker 1: not the last named Biden. So after these midterms, this
- 24:47Speaker 1: is my prediction. One, they're going to look to indict
- 24:50Speaker 1: Donald Trump. I think that is spot on. Two, they're
- 24:53Speaker 1: gonna say, well, well, indict hunter Biden. There's your quid
- 24:57Speaker 1: pro quo. Everything should be fine. Now, should understand this, right,
- 25:01Speaker 1: this all makes sense? Now, right, everything's good? Okay. I
- 25:06Speaker 1: believe that's part two of this. And then they're going
- 25:11Speaker 1: to decide quickly when the Republicans get into these investigations,
- 25:17Speaker 1: do we take our hands off of him, do we
- 25:20Speaker 1: walk away? Do we say have at him, take him down,
- 25:28Speaker 1: maybe even impeach him, because if you impeach him, we
- 25:31Speaker 1: may be getting rid of their problem. If we impeach
- 25:35Speaker 1: Joe Biden, or there's indictments of Joe Biden for the
- 25:40Speaker 1: crimes that I believe he is committed, we may be
- 25:44Speaker 1: bailing out the Democrats. Give them to get a Joel
- 25:46Speaker 1: free card. They get rid of their other problem, which
- 25:49Speaker 1: is Kamala Harris. She's not the heir apparent that they want.
- 25:53Speaker 1: We should all understand that. They believe she's unelectable. I
- 25:57Speaker 1: think they also just believe she's stupid. There's not a
- 26:00Speaker 1: lot of Democrats that like working with her. There's a
- 26:03Speaker 1: lot of Democrats that think she is a cancer to
- 26:05Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, that she's completely intolerant of staff members.
- 26:11Speaker 1: I mean, look at the turnover with her staff. She
- 26:14Speaker 1: is a disaster. So they need new names, they need
- 26:19Speaker 1: new people, they need people, and I think they would
- 26:22Speaker 1: look at someone like a Stacey Abrahams, they would look
- 26:25Speaker 1: at a Bateau of Rouric. Again, they want extreme candidates.
- 26:30Speaker 1: So can you get rid of all the people that
- 26:32Speaker 1: you want to get rid of, and that it means
- 26:35Speaker 1: and bringing all the people you want. I think there's
- 26:37Speaker 1: a very good chance that could happen. I think it's
- 26:40Speaker 1: their goal, their agenda, their objective. This is what they
- 26:45Speaker 1: want to happen, and they're willing to try it at
- 26:47Speaker 1: all costs, even if that means getting rid of their guy. Now,
- 26:52Speaker 1: before I get into anymore the insanity of these people
- 26:55Speaker 1: on the left, I want to tell you real quick
- 26:57Speaker 1: about legacy precious medals. You know what's happening with inflation,

- 27:56Speaker 1: one twenty two eighteen. Orne at Legacy PM Investments at
- 28:03Speaker 1: Legacy PM Investments dot com. Now, there's one other thing
- 28:07Speaker 1: that I want to put on your radar screen that
- 28:09Speaker 1: is going to be very significant, and that is that
- 28:12Speaker 1: the Supreme Court is going to hear cases against Harvard
- 28:17Speaker 1: and UNC on affirmative action. This has not been getting
- 28:21Speaker 1: a lot of play out there. You probably this is
- 28:23Speaker 1: the first time you've heard about it, But the US
- 28:26Speaker 1: Supreme Court is going to hear oral arguments and a
- 28:29Speaker 1: pair of cases that could overturn the use of racial
- 28:33Speaker 1: preferences in college admissions. They're focusing on challenges to affirmative
- 28:39Speaker 1: action policies at Harvard University and the University of North Carolina.
- 28:44Speaker 1: In both of these cases, the plaintiffs and a nonprofit
- 28:48Speaker 1: group called Students for Fair Admissions. They are alleging that
- 28:52Speaker 1: affirmative action policies discriminate against Asian Americans, who otherwise would
- 28:59Speaker 1: comprise a larger share of student bodies at both colleges.
- 29:03Speaker 1: But they aren't getting in on the affirmative action action
- 29:07Speaker 1: no pun intended, because they are Asian American. Now, what
- 29:12Speaker 1: they're challenging is this court case, the University of California
- 29:16Speaker 1: versus Bay. It's from back in nineteen seventy eight, and
- 29:19Speaker 1: that is when the court permit the use of affirmative
- 29:21Speaker 1: action and college admissions to achieve diversity, quote unquote, provided
- 29:26Speaker 1: the law said or the ruling said it did not
- 29:29Speaker 1: operate like a quota system. That holding was later limited
- 29:34Speaker 1: by two cases against the University of Michigan. Back in
- 29:36Speaker 1: two thousand and three, now, Grade struck down an undergraduate
- 29:40Speaker 1: policy that gave points to applicants solely based on race,
- 29:45Speaker 1: and grutter upheld a law school policy that considered race
- 29:49Speaker 1: as a factor but did not assign points to the applicants.
- 29:53Speaker 1: Now the cases are being heard together, though the one
- 29:57Speaker 1: against Harvard involves a private university and the one against
- 30:00Speaker 1: University of North Carolina involves a public one. But the
- 30:02Speaker 1: Supreme Court is going to hear them together now. The
- 30:04Speaker 1: Fourteenth Amendments Equal protection clause only applies to private institutions
- 30:09Speaker 1: when they take federal money, and the case against Harvard
- 30:12Speaker 1: focuses on civil rights laws, just so you know, and
- 30:16Speaker 1: the case against the University of North Carolina is a
- 30:18Speaker 1: broader constitutional case. Now, Harvard as one in both the
- 30:22Speaker 1: district and the appellate courts, though the case has exposed
- 30:26Speaker 1: its affirmative action policies to a lot of scrutiny in
- 30:29Speaker 1: the public, revealing that the actual percentage of Asian American
- 30:34Speaker 1: students who are admitted is about half of what it
- 30:37Speaker 1: would be based on test scores and grades alone. In
- 30:41Speaker 1: other words, fifty percent of Asians are losing out on
- 30:44Speaker 1: Harvard every single admission cycle because of affirmative action. Harvard
- 30:49Speaker 1: was found to use a quote personality test that ranked
- 30:53Speaker 1: Asian American groups lower than others. Again, this is so racist.
- 30:59Speaker 1: And the University of North Carolina also they won a
- 31:02Speaker 1: district court and the case will appeal directly the Supreme
- 31:05Speaker 1: Court to join the Harvard case, which they've said yes to. Now.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Justice Brown Jackson has recused herself from the Harvard case
- 31:11Speaker 1: because she is a member of Harvard. Harvard's board of overseers.
- 31:16Speaker 1: Just so you know, this is going to be a
- 31:19Speaker 1: big case. It's one that we should all be watching
- 31:22Speaker 1: because this could have a huge impact not just on
- 31:25Speaker 1: college admissions for all students, but it could also have
- 31:29Speaker 1: a very very big impact on affirmative action in general
- 31:35Speaker 1: in this country. Now we think about affirmative action, I
- 31:38Speaker 1: think the most of the college level, that is not
- 31:41Speaker 1: always the case. Affirmative action is at all different levels
- 31:44Speaker 1: within our government and it's in also in the private sector.
- 31:49Speaker 1: This could open up other lawsuits, and this could open
- 31:52Speaker 1: up many different debates, arguments, and court cases that could
- 31:56Speaker 1: change the way that we use affirmative action in this country.
- 32:00Speaker 1: I think this would be a huge victory for all Americans,
- 32:04Speaker 1: especially other minorities like Asian Americans, who are getting half
- 32:08Speaker 1: as many people into Harvard, for example, because of these
- 32:12Speaker 1: laws and rules. Make sure you share a podcast today.
- 32:15Speaker 1: By the way, as we talk so much about Hunter Biden,
- 32:18Speaker 1: please write us a five star review as well, and
- 32:20Speaker 1: I will see you back here tomorrow
