- 1:31Speaker 7: I can't.
- 1:40Speaker 8: I got to turn the mouth.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Turn you probably got to turn the mouth, turn out,
- 1:46Speaker 1: turn the money.
- 1:49Speaker 9: Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 6: Come on, you'll think, ah huh I sure, well, good
- 2:04Speaker 6: morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come on dig
- 2:08Speaker 6: me now, one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Okay,
- 2:16Speaker 6: I want to talk to you today about success. But
- 2:23Speaker 6: I want to talk to you about it like I
- 2:26Speaker 6: usually do in terms of a principle of it, but
- 2:29Speaker 6: I want to share something with you about it.
- 2:33Speaker 2: And I was talking to my daughter about it.
- 2:36Speaker 6: I've talked about my son in law about it, talked
- 2:39Speaker 6: about it with all my children, and I'm really starting
- 2:41Speaker 6: to express it to them now because I'm talking to
- 2:45Speaker 6: a wide range of people constantly. But I want to
- 2:48Speaker 6: share something with you. If you have any aspiration of
- 2:52Speaker 6: being successful, I want you to realize, starting right now,
- 2:58Speaker 6: the effort that is going to require. And that's why
- 3:01Speaker 6: I think it stops a lot of people. I think
- 3:04Speaker 6: a lot of people are never told or don't understand
- 3:08Speaker 6: the sheer effort that it takes to become successful at
- 3:13Speaker 6: anything in any area of your life.
- 3:16Speaker 2: If you think that doing your best is enough, that
- 3:20Speaker 2: I got news for you. It's not.
- 3:22Speaker 6: Well, Steve, What if you've done your best, though, and
- 3:27Speaker 6: your best ain't good enough? Well, let me ask you
- 3:30Speaker 6: that same question. Hold on, if you want to be
- 3:33Speaker 6: successful and you've done your best and best isn't good enough?
- 3:37Speaker 2: What you threw that's it? But Steve, it was my best. No, no, no,
- 3:42Speaker 2: no no.
- 3:43Speaker 6: It was the best you had at that time, in
- 3:45Speaker 6: that particular day. But tomorrow adds something to it. You've
- 3:52Speaker 6: never done everything. There is no you can't go no more,
- 3:57Speaker 6: you can't add no more. I've seen marath runners end
- 4:01Speaker 6: up crawling across the line. I've seen triathlone people man
- 4:05Speaker 6: just staggering in the street and didn't want nobody to
- 4:08Speaker 6: help them because they knew that would disqualify them from
- 4:11Speaker 6: the race.
- 4:12Speaker 2: You got more.
- 4:15Speaker 6: Have you ever dipped into your reserve tank? That's what
- 4:19Speaker 6: we're talking about now. See all of us have a
- 4:23Speaker 6: reserve tank, you know, you know, on my ranch, I
- 4:26Speaker 6: like to ride four wheelers. I have all terrain vehicles
- 4:30Speaker 6: and all of them have a gas tank on it,
- 4:33Speaker 6: and a gas tank in most of mine. Let me
- 4:35Speaker 6: see all of them. Yeah, all of them have gas
- 4:37Speaker 6: tank needles on them, and it lets me know. When
- 4:40Speaker 6: I get down towards eight, there's a little lane that's red.
- 4:45Speaker 2: That lets me know.
- 4:46Speaker 6: Okay, Steve, you're in the danger zone. Now you're riding
- 4:49Speaker 6: into the lowest part of your tank. But if I
- 4:51Speaker 6: keep riding and I forget to get some gas in there,
- 4:55Speaker 6: guess what when it runs out of gas. All of
- 4:59Speaker 6: my all terrain vehicles, all of them, Honda Polaris, all
- 5:03Speaker 6: of them. Those are the makers. There's a button on
- 5:08Speaker 6: the gas tank itself that I can click and it
- 5:11Speaker 6: says reserve. That means they know that for the hard
- 5:17Speaker 6: core riders, they're gonna ride somewhere, they're gonna get themselves
- 5:20Speaker 6: in a situation and they're gonna run out of everything.
- 5:24Speaker 2: They gonna run out of road, they're gonna run out
- 5:26Speaker 2: of gas.
- 5:28Speaker 6: They've prepared because they know for the hard core rider,
- 5:31Speaker 6: every hard core rider needs a reserve tank. And so
- 5:35Speaker 6: there's a button that you can click on the gas
- 5:38Speaker 6: tank that clicks it into a reserve, and it'll give
- 5:41Speaker 6: you about fifty miles or twenty miles worth of gas
- 5:46Speaker 6: in that Now, guess what in that reserve That may
- 5:49Speaker 6: be all you need to get you the where you're going,
- 5:53Speaker 6: or get you back to safety so you can refuel.
- 5:56Speaker 6: Don't tell me you've done your best. When your best
- 6:00Speaker 6: cut it what you're gonna do. See when best is possible,
- 6:06Speaker 6: then good enough ain't enough. See that's good enough. But
- 6:10Speaker 6: if the best it is possible, why would you not
- 6:12Speaker 6: shoot for that? And you you are all capable of
- 6:16Speaker 6: making it. But you've got to change your mindset and
- 6:19Speaker 6: realize the effort that has to be put forth in
- 6:22Speaker 6: becoming successful. You've got to do it relentlessly, over and
- 6:27Speaker 6: over and over and over and every day. I try
- 6:30Speaker 6: to do something to progress my life for the better.
- 6:34Speaker 6: I try to do something every day. I wake up
- 6:37Speaker 6: every day with the plan. Some phone calls, some meetings,
- 6:41Speaker 6: some some some some interviews. Something man that's going to
- 6:44Speaker 6: advance and move the brand forward. Because here's what's gonna happen.
- 6:49Speaker 6: You are Let's say you reach your goal. Let's say
- 6:51Speaker 6: your goal is to make now one hundred thousand dollars. Well,
- 6:57Speaker 6: I got news for you.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Listen to this.
- 6:59Speaker 6: When you make the one hundred thousand dollars, you can't
- 7:02Speaker 6: go nowhere and go on vacation and put your hand
- 7:05Speaker 6: behind your head and say I made one hundred thousand dollars.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Guess what you got to do.
- 7:10Speaker 6: You got to find a way now to maintain that
- 7:12Speaker 6: one hundred thousand, to keep it coming in. See, you
- 7:16Speaker 6: can't just get there and stop and rest and whoa.
- 7:20Speaker 6: It is harder to maintain your success than it is
- 7:23Speaker 6: to get successful.
- 7:25Speaker 2: See.
- 7:25Speaker 6: Let's say, let me show you this. Suppose it takes
- 7:28Speaker 6: you five to eight years to find a way to
- 7:35Speaker 6: make fifty thousand dollars. Let's say it takes you five
- 7:38Speaker 6: to eight years to find a way to make an
- 7:40Speaker 6: extra fifty thousand dollars, and you finally, through work and effort,
- 7:45Speaker 6: you get to the fifty thousand dollars.
- 7:46Speaker 2: More, it's only just begun now.
- 7:51Speaker 6: Because guess what, in order to keep the fifty coming in,
- 7:57Speaker 6: you got to duplicate what you did to get there.
- 8:00Speaker 2: And then, oh, here's what you're going to have.
- 8:03Speaker 6: The audacity being a human being, You're gonna want another
- 8:06Speaker 6: fifty because you're a human being because you gotta have
- 8:11Speaker 6: something else to shoot for. Now you're gonna want another fifty. Well,
- 8:14Speaker 6: now that guess what you gotta do now, Now you
- 8:16Speaker 6: gotta do what you did before, plus you gotta come
- 8:18Speaker 6: up with something else. Then after that you're gonna have
- 8:22Speaker 6: the audacity because you're humans, You're gonna want another fifty.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Says how this works?
- 8:30Speaker 6: And see that that's the importance of your relationship with
- 8:34Speaker 6: God because you're gonna constantly need it and ain't have
- 8:37Speaker 6: a point where you're gonna be through needing it. But
- 8:40Speaker 6: that ain't gonna become a point in your life where
- 8:41Speaker 6: you're going through. Won't be through, won't nothing unless you
- 8:44Speaker 6: then just gave up. And if you done gave up,
- 8:46Speaker 6: who wants that? Come on, y'all, this is going to
- 8:50Speaker 6: take quite a bit of effort, and if you think
- 8:54Speaker 6: it'll come to you any other way, you're sadly mistaken.
- 8:58Speaker 6: Because of all the successful people I know, I know
- 9:01Speaker 6: that the effort they put out on a daily basis
- 9:03Speaker 6: is daunting, and I think that the average person just
- 9:06Speaker 6: doesn't understand the requirement of time and effort that it
- 9:10Speaker 6: takes to get that and willingness to put it out.
- 9:13Speaker 6: You got to cut a lot of monkey business out
- 9:15Speaker 6: your life, all that hanging out, all that late and
- 9:20Speaker 6: all that club and all that drinking, all that. You
- 9:22Speaker 6: got to cut a whole lot of.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Monkey business out to be successful.
- 9:25Speaker 6: Man, if you're planning on being successful, get up early,
- 9:31Speaker 6: stay up late, work, try, think, meet, greet, smile, attract.
- 9:38Speaker 6: It takes a lot, let's go, but you can do it.
- 9:41Speaker 6: God is pressed to passing out blessings all day long.
- 9:44Speaker 6: Why are you not in line for yours? I'm telling
- 9:47Speaker 6: you right now, I want everything God got for me
- 9:49Speaker 6: because what he's shown me so far.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Who if he got some moke? Man or man? How
- 9:55Speaker 2: good is God?
- 9:56Speaker 1: Huhst Morning show.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen. He did it again? Hey God, almighty?
- 10:07Speaker 2: Something else? I don't know. I just there are no
- 10:11Speaker 2: words for how good God is. There's no way.
- 10:14Speaker 6: There's not a superlative that really captures what God really is.
- 10:20Speaker 6: Super capture, fractionistic, sbal adocious, don't do it, awesome, short, amazing, short,
- 10:29Speaker 6: I just down know superlatives for it. He just all that,
- 10:34Speaker 6: He everything to me, just everything, Yes, show me. I'm
- 10:41Speaker 6: talking about solid, I'm talking about ain't ever let me
- 10:45Speaker 6: down that's the one factor in my life that has
- 10:48Speaker 6: been a go to plug for me that ain't never
- 10:51Speaker 6: let me down. I'm talking about, ain't ever, ain't ever
- 10:54Speaker 6: not had a answer, ain't ever not supplied my needs,
- 10:59Speaker 6: been there for all my wants. Man, stop everything. That's
- 11:05Speaker 6: how I feel today. Man, I'm man. I ain't got

- 14:02Speaker 9: redorse me. Yeah, he was it this cliff Man, I
- 14:06Speaker 9: work at the post office with your wife. How you doing, brother,

- 14:25Speaker 9: Your wife good man, Your wife good. I wanted to
- 14:28Speaker 9: hit you up. Man. We've been working the post office
- 14:29Speaker 9: quite a while. We've probably been in the same room
- 14:32Speaker 9: a few times. Man. I don't know if you remember
- 14:34Speaker 9: meeting me or not, but.
- 14:35Speaker 5: Uh, okay, okay.
- 14:36Speaker 9: But what I wanted to say, man, is trying to
- 14:39Speaker 9: do better with my life dog, and you know, just
- 14:41Speaker 9: trying to do better, you know what I'm saying. So
- 14:44Speaker 9: you know, for lint man, I gave up a few things.
- 14:47Speaker 9: You know what I'm saying. I just thought that would
- 14:50Speaker 9: be a good thing, man, to try the things that
- 14:52Speaker 9: matter the most that you're addicted to, you know, you
- 14:55Speaker 9: want to get rid of. You know. What I'm saying,
- 14:57Speaker 9: at least for LINT is what I trying to do.
- 14:59Speaker 9: You feel me, Okay, I'm kind of confused. But what
- 15:04Speaker 9: they got to do with me? Well, basically, Man, I'm
- 15:09Speaker 9: giving up for LNT. You know, I decided to give
- 15:11Speaker 9: up messing around with your wife. You know because because.
- 15:19Speaker 5: Hold on, man, hold on, man, im at work. I
- 15:22Speaker 5: don't know what you talking about. But back up and
- 15:25Speaker 5: rephrase everything you just said.
- 15:28Speaker 9: Well, like I say, Man, for LNT, I'm trying to
- 15:30Speaker 9: I'm trying to give up stuff that I'm that I'm
- 15:33Speaker 9: addicted to, you know.
- 15:34Speaker 5: And I just don't tell me what they got to
- 15:36Speaker 5: do with me and my wife though and you.
- 15:38Speaker 9: But that's what I'm trying to tell you. Man, I'm
- 15:39Speaker 9: trying to give up messing around with your wife for LNT.
- 15:43Speaker 9: I mean, that's what I have given up. I've given
- 15:45Speaker 9: up messing around with your wife for LNT. Man.
- 15:47Speaker 5: What talking about?
- 15:49Speaker 7: Man?
- 15:49Speaker 5: Messing around with my wife? Man?
- 15:50Speaker 9: Got no time for no games? Right now?
- 15:52Speaker 5: Who is man like what's your name again?
- 15:56Speaker 9: This is Cliff Man. I actually work with her for
- 15:58Speaker 9: the last ten twelve years. But but what I wanted
- 16:01Speaker 9: to really let you know is, you know, our schedule
- 16:03Speaker 9: probably gonna change because what we used to be doing
- 16:06Speaker 9: we ain't doing. So she's probably gonna be coming home
- 16:08Speaker 9: a little bit earlier or things like that. But I
- 16:09Speaker 9: don't I don't want you getting addicted to it, because
- 16:13Speaker 9: you know, after letter's over, then you know we'll be
- 16:16Speaker 9: back what we used to do.
- 16:17Speaker 5: Man, what is you talking about?
- 16:19Speaker 9: Man?
- 16:19Speaker 2: Hold on?
- 16:20Speaker 5: Is my my wife said to be home in a minute.
- 16:22Speaker 5: We're gonna talk about with me. Man, I'm about to
- 16:25Speaker 5: hold on?
- 16:26Speaker 9: What what are you?
- 16:27Speaker 5: Are you in the city right now? Can I can
- 16:29Speaker 5: I meet with you right now? Cliff?
- 16:31Speaker 9: Right? Okay? But what I'm what I'm trying to say, well,
- 16:33Speaker 9: like I'm trying to do better.
- 16:34Speaker 5: You know, I gave up trying to do letter. That
- 16:37Speaker 5: sounds like a bunch of to me. I got something
- 16:39Speaker 5: for you and my wife.
- 16:41Speaker 9: True, Okay, Okay, okay, Man, I mean, ain't you feeling
- 16:44Speaker 9: me on trying to do better? Though?
- 16:45Speaker 5: I ain't feeling the thing you calling me? Telling me
- 16:48Speaker 5: my wife? I think we need to meet up and
- 16:50Speaker 5: talk about this face to face clip of what you think.
- 16:53Speaker 9: I mean, we talk right now if you want to
- 16:55Speaker 9: have a conversation.
- 16:56Speaker 5: No, no, no, you just tell me your address and
- 16:59Speaker 5: me and my wife's gonna just come on over there.
- 17:02Speaker 5: How about that and we all sit down and have
- 17:04Speaker 5: a little powwow. I don't know who thank you is? Man,
- 17:07Speaker 5: but me and my wife been together over fifteen years
- 17:10Speaker 5: and we ain't never had no problems with no like this,
- 17:13Speaker 5: like the you're telling me on this phone. It sounds
- 17:16Speaker 5: like a bunch of crazy to me. But somebody nick
- 17:19Speaker 5: going today if they's truth.
- 17:22Speaker 9: So what you need to do?
- 17:23Speaker 5: You need to tell me your name, your number. And
- 17:26Speaker 5: I don't know why you call from this black phone number.
- 17:29Speaker 9: You hear me, man, I'm hearing you. Man, what I'm saying.
- 17:32Speaker 9: The reason for the call was to let you know,
- 17:35Speaker 9: you know, don't get used to her schedule because after Lint,
- 17:38Speaker 9: it's gonna be back to the way it used to be.
- 17:40Speaker 9: That's all the phone, man, what's up?
- 17:42Speaker 5: He's you talking back? We'll get now. What's your what's
- 17:46Speaker 5: your what's your what's your last name? Cliff, I'm finna
- 17:49Speaker 5: come find you I'm finna come see you, not Jack.

- 17:58Speaker 5: a block number?
- 17:58Speaker 11: Cliff?
- 17:59Speaker 5: What's your phone number?
- 18:00Speaker 9: Man? Hey, hey, man, listen, I'm not trying to have
- 18:03Speaker 9: no confrontation with you.
- 18:04Speaker 5: Man, it's already to confrontation. You can call my phone
- 18:08Speaker 5: from a block number.
- 18:09Speaker 11: I don't know you.
- 18:10Speaker 5: You don't know me, and you're telling me you've been
- 18:12Speaker 5: my wife?
- 18:14Speaker 9: Are you serious? Did you know she was married? I
- 18:17Speaker 9: mean what you mean did you know it was married? Yes?
- 18:20Speaker 9: Or no? I mean yeah, I mean yeah, I knew
- 18:22Speaker 9: she was married.
- 18:23Speaker 5: Okay, what that he it is? You knew that from
- 18:26Speaker 5: the jump. So that mean you've been disrespecting me from
- 18:28Speaker 5: the jump. So now I got to get in your

- 24:17Speaker 6: We have no contact, we don't talk to each other.

- 24:25Speaker 6: the two other people that was at the lunch see
- 24:29Speaker 6: either way, you going me in trouble. If it was
- 24:31Speaker 6: two other dudes at the table, you in trouble. If

- 24:39Speaker 6: really in trouble it was two other women at the table, Yeah,
- 24:42Speaker 6: why you got so? When when's your ass become doctor Phield?
- 24:48Speaker 8: But he was asking sexual questions.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Yeah that's what you talk about sometime at lunch Shure.
- 24:54Speaker 8: Yeah, that's why they broke up.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Yeah, understand that he got to go. He got to
- 24:59Speaker 2: cross all back.
- 25:01Speaker 9: You know.
- 25:03Speaker 1: It's not going to work.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Some people need a flip phone though.
- 25:06Speaker 7: Some people don't know how to just handle the phone situation.
- 25:10Speaker 2: That's the problem.
- 25:13Speaker 6: But more people, hell y'all butt die people all the time,
- 25:19Speaker 6: and they and they see my phone call, they call
- 25:21Speaker 6: right back.

- 25:30Speaker 8: All right, so he's gonna have to you said, he's
- 25:32Speaker 8: not gonna have to.
- 25:33Speaker 2: All he could do is prob. But there's no lie
- 25:35Speaker 2: that I'm telling you what. No the butt dill and
- 25:39Speaker 2: she heard you talking.
- 25:41Speaker 6: Questions and see you didn't you ain't You didn't say
- 25:45Speaker 6: that wasn't me at the beginning, which was your only hope.
- 25:48Speaker 6: I don't know who you heard, but that was me.
- 25:52Speaker 6: You know what, I know your voice. No, you don't,
- 25:54Speaker 6: not not on the butt dial. That phone was in
- 25:56Speaker 6: my pocket. But you didn't you did you never you
- 26:01Speaker 6: never put the disclaimer out that it wasn't you. If
- 26:03Speaker 6: you don't jump on this line. Initially hard to say
- 26:07Speaker 6: this one. You had to joke.
- 26:10Speaker 2: Who said soon as she said, you know I heard
- 26:16Speaker 2: you talking on your phone?
- 26:19Speaker 1: You heard what.
- 26:21Speaker 2: You thought? That was me?
- 26:23Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 26:24Speaker 2: We're good.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Really like she doesn't know his voice, man, Dwight.
- 26:28Speaker 6: People confused me and Dwight at work all the time.
- 26:31Speaker 6: All the time I was sitting there with Dwight. I
- 26:34Speaker 6: didn't ask nobody nothing.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Why would I say, listen to this, here come the lies.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Yeah, but you had to do that initially, and he
- 26:43Speaker 2: had to get on that. That was Dwight. That was Dwight.
- 26:46Speaker 6: We sound just the light and she don't have a recording,
- 26:50Speaker 6: so I did who I'd have hammered her with that one.
- 26:56Speaker 1: So when she said the lady said, Wayne, why did
- 26:58Speaker 1: you ask me that?
- 27:00Speaker 2: That wasn't you?
- 27:02Speaker 4: There's two ways at the job. I'm talking about it
- 27:06Speaker 4: Wayne up.
- 27:06Speaker 6: There, it's Wayne. Well, let me talk to Wayne. He's

- 27:35Speaker 8: course I want a baby. It's risky, but I'm willing
- 27:38Speaker 8: to show him better than I can tell him that
- 27:41Speaker 8: he needs to wrap it up. Would I be wrong
- 27:43Speaker 8: if I ended up pregnant by him?
- 27:45Speaker 9: What?
- 27:47Speaker 2: That's just good? Playing with these kids? What's wrong with y'all?
- 27:51Speaker 6: Y'all playing with these kids and these diseases. He don't
- 27:54Speaker 6: like to wrap it up. He had ex pro athletes,

- 28:26Speaker 2: wrong with y'all? Too much?
- 28:29Speaker 6: Right?
- 28:30Speaker 1: Last one?
- 28:30Speaker 8: Steve Miranda in College Park says, my twenty year old
- 28:33Speaker 8: daughter had a baby on Valentine's Day. Her child's father
- 28:36Speaker 8: ghosted her for weeks and he's back now. She wants
- 28:39Speaker 8: to live with him. But I suggested he move in
- 28:42Speaker 8: here so I can watch him. Am I being a
- 28:45Speaker 8: good mom or a meddler?
- 28:47Speaker 2: I think you being stupid to let this dude come
- 28:52Speaker 2: in your.
- 28:53Speaker 6: House for what's just as stupid so you can watch him,
- 29:00Speaker 6: watch him do what you can't watch nobody get ghosts.
- 29:05Speaker 2: He'd have done it once. What what you're gonna stop
- 29:07Speaker 2: because he stayed at what? You're gonna make another one?
- 29:12Speaker 2: In the why man? Man?
- 29:17Speaker 11: All right.

- 29:53Speaker 8: and drama that it was filled with. Snow Lee from
- 29:56Speaker 8: Mick Condition will play Rick James and reportedly he comes
- 30:01Speaker 8: very very close to macing to matching Rick James powerhouse
- 30:05Speaker 8: vocals and stage show. Super Freak goes beyond Rick James's
- 30:10Speaker 8: fame and shows how he overcame adversity and addiction to
- 30:13Speaker 8: become a legendary artist. So, Steve, I know you don't

- 31:52Speaker 8: thirty five years and will feature a predominantly black cast.
- 31:56Speaker 8: The focus will be on an affluent black family and

- 32:37Speaker 7: I'm gonna be a militant dude in the gates that
- 32:39Speaker 7: don't get along with nobody.
- 32:41Speaker 2: That's gonna be me. I'm gonna be that guy in
- 32:42Speaker 2: the gates.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Well, let me ask you this.
- 32:46Speaker 8: Do you still want to play because you said this
- 32:48Speaker 8: before a while ago, the Bobby Brown story. I mean,

- 33:43Speaker 7: the rest of the group. Bobby standing to the side,
- 33:44Speaker 7: he jumped.
- 33:45Speaker 1: In a little bit.
- 33:46Speaker 12: You're gonna get You're gonna get off the king, right,
- 33:51Speaker 12: Bobby Brown? And show but Bobby break though, yes, oh
- 33:56Speaker 12: yes he will.
- 33:58Speaker 8: Finally, Oprah will explore the girl trend of people using
- 34:01Speaker 8: alternative weight loss methods to lose weight fast and a
- 34:04Speaker 8: new TV show is called an OPRAH special, Shame, Blame
- 34:09Speaker 8: and the Weight Loss Revolution. The special there next Tuesday,
- 34:12Speaker 8: March eighteenth, Oprah recorded a special with a live audience
- 34:16Speaker 8: and she speaks with medical experts and people who have
- 34:18Speaker 8: taken ozipic, people who have taken Manjaro, wagovie and other
- 34:23Speaker 8: prescription diabetes and weight loss medications. So you know, I'm
- 34:27Speaker 8: sure each one of us knows someone that is taking
- 34:31Speaker 8: one of these weight loss drugs. Would you rather lose
- 34:34Speaker 8: weight the old fashioned way or the fast track or
- 34:37Speaker 8: fast track their weight loss with one of these methods?
- 34:42Speaker 1: I mean, I understand people doing it, man, if it's safe.
- 34:49Speaker 11: Shot, you.
- 34:53Speaker 2: Did something because.
- 34:55Speaker 8: Today gone tomorrow.
- 34:56Speaker 6: Yes, especially in America, man, because we this is a
- 35:01Speaker 6: hard country to stay in shape in because of our
- 35:05Speaker 6: food in the way it's processed and made. And I
- 35:08Speaker 6: mean we we do a pretty bad job with preservatives
- 35:13Speaker 6: and chemicals in food.
- 35:14Speaker 2: We do a really bad job as a nation.
- 35:17Speaker 6: That's illegal and the you know, pholic acid did not
- 35:23Speaker 6: exist in other parts of the world. Preservatives are not
- 35:28Speaker 6: allowed in other parts of the world. GM does not exist.
- 35:32Speaker 6: We were in Africa one time and uh and we
- 35:35Speaker 6: were ordered some watermelon. One of the Americans that was
- 35:37Speaker 6: with us said, man, y'all ain't got no watermelon without
- 35:40Speaker 6: no seeds in it. The Africans were so confused.
- 35:50Speaker 2: It's growing with bro.
- 35:52Speaker 6: They would that's not a thing over there that cannot happen.
- 35:58Speaker 6: And that's that's when I realized a lot of times
- 36:01Speaker 6: we're doing a bad job with food.
- 36:03Speaker 2: So all right, coming on, I'm okay with all that stuff.
- 36:06Speaker 8: We will be twenty minutes after. Have you ever taken
- 36:09Speaker 8: a joke too far, guys and offended your wife or
- 36:12Speaker 8: a family member or friend. We'll talk about that with
- 36:15Speaker 8: these comedians right after this.
- 36:17Speaker 1: You're listening hard morning show.
- 36:21Speaker 8: So comedian Mike Epps issued a public apology to his
- 36:24Speaker 8: beautiful wife Kyra after he made some controversial remarks on
- 36:27Speaker 8: his recent podcast interview. And the interview, Mike was reflecting
- 36:31Speaker 8: on his life and he said, quote, one thing I'm
- 36:34Speaker 8: going to get right before I leave this earth. I'm
- 36:37Speaker 8: going to learn how to treat a woman one hundred
- 36:40Speaker 8: percent right. That's something that I want to do for
- 36:44Speaker 8: my mother, for my children, for my daughters. And now
- 36:47Speaker 8: that I'm getting older, I'm realizing that you've got to
- 36:50Speaker 8: treat a woman right. Mike received a lot of backlash online,
- 36:54Speaker 8: with commenters saying that he was being disrespectful to his
- 36:58Speaker 8: wife and the mother of his two youngest children. So, guys,

- 38:08Speaker 1: I grew over the black household.
- 38:10Speaker 10: You know, she went to private school, so you know

- 38:25Speaker 2: but not to her.
- 38:27Speaker 8: She didn't like it. All right, Steve, have you offended
- 38:32Speaker 8: your wife?
- 38:32Speaker 6: Well, of course, you know, not my wife, but all
- 38:35Speaker 6: my kids have come to me and all complained at

- 44:59Speaker 8: what that it's all about in just a few because
- 45:01Speaker 8: right now the nephew is here with today's Frank phone call.
- 45:05Speaker 1: What you got for us?
- 45:05Speaker 7: Now we're about to get stupid up in here. You'll
- 45:10Speaker 7: pull over, pull over, but keep your seat belt on.
- 45:13Speaker 7: How about that pull over, but keep your seat belt on?
- 45:18Speaker 7: This right here is oak triosity. Oh man triosity. I
- 45:25Speaker 7: mean that pull over. Put that belt on, put them
- 45:28Speaker 7: hazard lights on. Put your coffee in that cup holder,
- 45:32Speaker 7: hold on tight. This is oak criosity. Got dog?
- 45:37Speaker 2: If you would hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach Marvin Police.
- 45:43Speaker 11: Yesh, Marvin.
- 45:45Speaker 2: How I'm calling you from doctor's office.
- 45:47Speaker 7: I'm actually the lab technician and you you came in
- 45:50Speaker 7: and got a physical I guess about.
- 45:52Speaker 2: A couple of weeks ago.
- 45:53Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, and my understanding this is for your for
- 45:56Speaker 7: your occupation correct, Yeah, okay, you're in that.
- 45:59Speaker 2: What do you do for a living when you're a.
- 46:01Speaker 11: Oh yeah, I'm a driver?
- 46:02Speaker 7: Okay, Now I was giving you a call about I'm
- 46:05Speaker 7: here looking at your records and all the testings that
- 46:07Speaker 7: you actually went through. Wow, let's see, have you had
- 46:12Speaker 7: any Have you had any activity or any problems around
- 46:15Speaker 7: your naval area?
- 46:16Speaker 11: No, i''ve been fine, Okay, everything all right, Yeah.
- 46:22Speaker 2: Everything is fine.
- 46:22Speaker 7: But I mean if you you haven't had any any
- 46:25Speaker 7: type of nothing, no breakout or anything around your navel
- 46:28Speaker 7: or whatsoever.
- 46:29Speaker 11: No, you asked me about my neighbor. Now everything going straight, man, Okay,
- 46:35Speaker 11: to see what's going on? Man, what's happening?
- 46:37Speaker 2: Okay?
- 46:38Speaker 7: Actually, you've been diagnosed with oak triosis, and otriosis is
- 46:44Speaker 7: actually a fungus that comes out of South America. And
- 46:48Speaker 7: you have no activity whatsoever around your navel.
- 46:51Speaker 11: No man saying thing, Man, oakrio.
- 46:55Speaker 2: It's oriosis, sir.
- 46:56Speaker 7: And what that what that is is actually your if
- 47:00Speaker 7: you haven't had it yet you say you haven't had
- 47:02Speaker 7: any activity. There's gonna be like a small little tree
- 47:06Speaker 7: that's gonna be growing from your navel and it gets
- 47:08Speaker 7: about six inches long and it probably bears probably about
- 47:12Speaker 7: twenty five to thirty leaves on it, but it's very small.
- 47:14Speaker 11: Whoa, whoa, wasn't that big boy? You see a tree
- 47:17Speaker 11: gonna be growing out my nail.
- 47:19Speaker 2: It's gonna be a small tree.
- 47:20Speaker 7: And uh, what's gonna happen is I'm gonna have to
- 47:23Speaker 7: get you to come back in, probably in the next month.
- 47:25Speaker 7: We're gonna need you to come in so we can
- 47:26Speaker 7: check it out. But it's got to grow its fullest
- 47:28Speaker 7: potential before we can actually do anything to it.
- 47:31Speaker 11: Nah, I can't come in in a month. I gotta
- 47:33Speaker 11: come in today. Man, somebody got to chill. We just
- 47:38Speaker 11: tried to resolve. Man, I'm gonna get married.
- 47:40Speaker 2: Man, Well, we can't.
- 47:41Speaker 7: It has to grow it's fullest potential, sir. And uh,
- 47:44Speaker 7: the full term is actually like about four weeks before
- 47:47Speaker 7: we can ask me.
- 47:47Speaker 11: Man, I'm not waiting for no four weeks.
- 47:49Speaker 6: Man.
- 47:49Speaker 11: Somebody gotta come to me something, right, Nah, Man, I
- 47:52Speaker 11: ain't finna go married. Man, have to fly out of time,
- 47:54Speaker 11: man to have something growing out my neighbor. Man, i't
- 47:57Speaker 11: going crazy, man.
- 47:58Speaker 2: Sir otriosit. This is something. It's very rare.
- 48:01Speaker 7: We were actually getting this assignment from overseas in South
- 48:03Speaker 7: America on how to treat this.
- 48:05Speaker 11: And I don't give it down.
- 48:06Speaker 9: Where is it?
- 48:07Speaker 11: Man, somebody's gonna have to come give me some help
- 48:09Speaker 11: right now. Man, I'm finna get ready to get married. Man.
- 48:12Speaker 11: I'm not gonna be putting up with it.
- 48:13Speaker 9: Man.
- 48:14Speaker 11: Somebody in this office. Man got to come down there
- 48:16Speaker 11: and do something for me. Man. And what you say,
- 48:19Speaker 11: if you say, I can cut it out myself.
- 48:21Speaker 7: So the best I can do is probably trim it
- 48:22Speaker 7: a bit, you know, and maybe knock a few leaves off,
- 48:25Speaker 7: but I cannot touch the full stalk at all.
- 48:27Speaker 11: Man, you can cut this for the bandaid, do something?
- 48:31Speaker 11: Cut it right now.
- 48:33Speaker 7: You cannot, sir. If you cut it, there's a possibility
- 48:36Speaker 7: of hemorrhaging. And you're gonna really create a bigger problem
- 48:38Speaker 7: than what you have already.
- 48:40Speaker 11: And I'm trying to get this fool that man, you
- 48:43Speaker 11: didn't tell me. Ain't nobody that drive down there and
- 48:46Speaker 11: get this pull with that?
- 48:47Speaker 9: Man.
- 48:48Speaker 11: I'm gonna get married in two weeks. Man, we're gonna
- 48:51Speaker 11: fly to Jamaican. They can't now, somebody can do this
- 48:54Speaker 11: for me.
- 48:57Speaker 2: So you cannot pull it out.
- 48:58Speaker 9: You're gonna created.
- 49:00Speaker 2: Man, You're going to create a bigger problem if you
- 49:03Speaker 2: try to pull it out, sir.
- 49:04Speaker 11: Problem is already there. I'm trying to get this timer. Man,
- 49:08Speaker 11: you mean to tell me the bigger hospital. Ain't now
- 49:10Speaker 11: say me, sir?
- 49:13Speaker 12: You want me to do?
- 49:13Speaker 11: Man, it's not I have a lout of my and
- 49:18Speaker 11: ain't you can.
- 49:18Speaker 5: Do man, sir.
- 49:19Speaker 7: Oak triositis is not something that we treat all the time.
- 49:22Speaker 7: Like I said, it hails from South America, so.
- 49:24Speaker 11: We got I don't give help from great Britain. Somebody
- 49:28Speaker 11: said to come down there and help me pull it found.
- 49:32Speaker 7: Man, Sir, I understand what you're going through, but we
- 49:35Speaker 7: have to let it grows full term, which is four weeks, sir,
- 49:38Speaker 7: the full root of it to grow.
- 49:40Speaker 11: Man, I answer, grow, Man, it's going to go down
- 49:43Speaker 11: right now. Man, y'all gonna have to do something.
- 49:46Speaker 2: Man, Sir, there's nothing we can do. We can probably
- 49:48Speaker 2: trim it a little bit.
- 49:50Speaker 11: The trim get some train. Man, do something, sir.
- 49:54Speaker 7: There's nothing we can do at this point but sit
- 49:57Speaker 7: back and wait and let it grow its full term.
- 49:58Speaker 2: Okay, can we get you I'm.
- 50:00Speaker 11: Not doing no waiting.
- 50:01Speaker 9: Man.
- 50:01Speaker 11: Somebody's feel to help me right now.
- 50:03Speaker 2: Man, sir, can we get an appointment for you in
- 50:05Speaker 2: the next four to five weeks? Can we do that?
- 50:07Speaker 9: Now?
- 50:07Speaker 11: You got to get a pointment from me to day.
- 50:09Speaker 11: I'm going to get mattered. Man, I'm finna fly to Jamaica.
- 50:12Speaker 9: Now.
- 50:12Speaker 11: I can't have no kicking out of me. I can't shlapport. Man,
- 50:17Speaker 11: you're gonna embarrass me like that. Man, I tak it
- 50:19Speaker 11: out my neighbor.
- 50:21Speaker 9: You're crazy, Sir.
- 50:21Speaker 7: I understand it, and like I said, oak triositis is
- 50:24Speaker 7: very rare, and it's it's something that we haven't treated
- 50:27Speaker 7: that many times here in the States, but overseas, the
- 50:29Speaker 7: message that we're getting is that we need to let
- 50:31Speaker 7: it grow.
- 50:31Speaker 1: It's full term, so we ain't.
- 50:34Speaker 11: Nobody in America's got oak treat.
- 50:38Speaker 2: It's oak trio, sir.
- 50:40Speaker 11: So how do I get it? I don't nobody else
- 50:42Speaker 11: in America got it, sir.
- 50:44Speaker 7: I could not believe that you were coming up with
- 50:46Speaker 7: oak triosis here in the States. It's it's something very
- 50:49Speaker 7: rarely seen here. There's been two people in the past
- 50:52Speaker 7: that has been diagnosed with this and they actually passed away.
- 50:55Speaker 11: So now you tell them to them die and you're
- 50:58Speaker 11: gonna chill me three man, I'm coming down there today. Man,
- 51:02Speaker 11: somebody's gonna do.
- 51:03Speaker 9: Something for me.
- 51:04Speaker 2: There's nothing that we can do today until four to
- 51:06Speaker 2: five weeks.
- 51:08Speaker 11: I gotta go get married. I'm flying to Jamaica.
- 51:11Speaker 1: Man.
- 51:12Speaker 7: I just said, Man, I'm hearing what you're saying, but
- 51:15Speaker 7: I can't do anything if you don't see the tree
- 51:18Speaker 7: already coming out of the navel yet.
- 51:21Speaker 11: Somebody got to do something now. Now, damn what you
- 51:24Speaker 11: want me to do?
- 51:25Speaker 7: Man, I don't know what I want you to do, sir,
- 51:27Speaker 7: But I have one more.
- 51:28Speaker 11: Thing I can tell you what you got to say? Man,
- 51:31Speaker 11: are you listening? I'm listening to you.

- 54:28Speaker 2: We guide it for you here. It is Strawberry Letter.
- 54:31Speaker 8: Thanking Nephew, subject figure me Out or Get Out. Dear
- 54:34Speaker 8: Stephen Shirley, my husband and I met and immediately fell
- 54:38Speaker 8: in love.
- 54:39Speaker 1: I'm twenty eight and he's thirty four.
- 54:41Speaker 8: I met him at work and he relocated and asked
- 54:43Speaker 8: me to come with him after we had known each
- 54:46Speaker 8: other for only two and a half months. Everything was
- 54:49Speaker 8: rosy back then, and all I could think about was
- 54:52Speaker 8: getting married and having babies with curly hair like his.
- 54:56Speaker 8: My fairy tale life lasted for almost a year. We
- 55:00Speaker 8: got married after I lived with him for about eight months.
- 55:03Speaker 8: It was a difficult time for me because it was
- 55:05Speaker 8: the first time I had been away from my friends
- 55:07Speaker 8: and family, and I wasn't working. He was a bread
- 55:10Speaker 8: winner and he didn't like paying for my upkeep, so
- 55:14Speaker 8: I walked around with bushy hair on top and below.
- 55:17Speaker 8: Because he also didn't want to give me the money
- 55:20Speaker 8: to get wax, I insisted we go back to my
- 55:23Speaker 8: hometown to get married.
- 55:24Speaker 1: And he allowed it.
- 55:26Speaker 8: I say aloud, because he has strict rules about everything.
- 55:30Speaker 8: He likes me to dress modestly, and he screams at
- 55:32Speaker 8: me when I speak out of turn. If we're having
- 55:35Speaker 8: a discussion, I let him finish his complete thought and
- 55:38Speaker 8: then I'm allowed to say what I want or ask questions.
- 55:43Speaker 8: I'm writing you because I'm doing all that I can
- 55:46Speaker 8: to learn this man. But each day there's a new
- 55:48Speaker 8: rule or guideline to follow. Some days are completely normal,
- 55:52Speaker 8: and he's a fun man I fell in love with.
- 55:55Speaker 8: But yesterday he told me to figure him out or
- 55:58Speaker 8: get out. Right after he said it. He said he
- 56:01Speaker 8: was joking about getting out, but I think he was serious,
- 56:04Speaker 8: and it slipped out. I will be a disgrace to
- 56:07Speaker 8: my family if I go back home and my friends
- 56:09Speaker 8: will gloat in my face. Is my marriage fixable or
- 56:12Speaker 8: should I start packing up my life to move? Well,
- 56:18Speaker 8: excuse me, you're miserable with this man. I mean, you
- 56:22Speaker 8: know that's quite obvious. I mean, why would you stay
- 56:25Speaker 8: with him? He's not concerned about you, your happiness, your
- 56:28Speaker 8: upkeep anything. He's only interested in the things that serve him.
- 56:32Speaker 8: I mean, marriage is serious. It requires more thought on
- 56:35Speaker 8: your part than just having curly haired babies with a man.
- 56:39Speaker 8: I mean you need to get back near your family
- 56:41Speaker 8: and friends. I think so you can, they can be
- 56:44Speaker 8: there for you after you leave your crazy husband with
- 56:46Speaker 8: these stupid rules he's imposed and his control issues. You
- 56:51Speaker 8: are not his child, you're his wife and marriage is
- 56:53Speaker 8: supposed to be a partnership. But he's more interested in
- 56:57Speaker 8: a dictatorship. It sounds like when he like when he
- 57:00Speaker 8: allows you to do things, and all this happened in
- 57:03Speaker 8: just one year. I think your folks might talk stuff,
- 57:07Speaker 8: you know, they might have a lot to say and
- 57:09Speaker 8: all of that if you do decide to leave, But
- 57:12Speaker 8: I think the real ones will support you and help
- 57:14Speaker 8: you get through this.
- 57:16Speaker 1: You've let yourself go for this man.
- 57:18Speaker 8: You've got to get back to who you are, get
- 57:20Speaker 8: a real job, get out of there, and like I said,
- 57:23Speaker 8: get back to.
- 57:24Speaker 2: You, Steve Wow.
- 57:28Speaker 6: You know I don't normally start at the bottom of
- 57:30Speaker 6: a letter because I like to walk people through the process.
- 57:34Speaker 6: But I'm gonna change that today. I'm starting at the
- 57:37Speaker 6: bottom of the figure me out or get out? Should
- 57:40Speaker 6: I start packing up my life to move? My response
- 57:45Speaker 6: to you is this girl, go home, run home? Do
- 57:51Speaker 6: you can't get out of town fast enough. I can't
- 57:54Speaker 6: even tell you how bad this is going to get.
- 57:58Speaker 6: If you think it's bad now, you sign on the
- 58:01Speaker 6: dotted line for this foolishness here. People don't understand something
- 58:06Speaker 6: God taught me this one time. He said, the day
- 58:10Speaker 6: after you get married, the only thing that changes is
- 58:12Speaker 6: the appearance of your left hand third finger.
- 58:15Speaker 2: That's it.
- 58:16Speaker 6: At Whatever you was before is gonna continue and probably worsen.
- 58:22Speaker 6: I don't even know what you see in this here.
- 58:24Speaker 6: You don't know the man because you moved too quickly.
- 58:28Speaker 6: You twenty eight thirty four, you met him at work
- 58:32Speaker 6: and he relocated and he asked you to come with him,
- 58:36Speaker 6: and y'all only known each other for two and a
- 58:38Speaker 6: half months. You say everything was rosy back then, and
- 58:43Speaker 6: all you could think about was getting married and having
- 58:46Speaker 6: babies with this curly hair like kid. But then you
- 58:50Speaker 6: said your fair tale life lasted for almost a year.
- 58:56Speaker 6: You said, we got married after I lived with him
- 58:59Speaker 6: for about eight months, so I didn't quite see that.
- 59:03Speaker 6: I thought they was getting married. But you had you
- 59:05Speaker 6: got married after you live with it about eight months.
- 59:08Speaker 6: It was difficult because you had never been away from
- 59:10Speaker 6: your family and friends. You wasn't working. He was the
- 59:14Speaker 6: bread winner. See remember now he asked you to relocate
- 59:17Speaker 6: with him. You didn't get a job, You just went
- 59:20Speaker 6: with him. But now he don't like paying for upkeep.
- 59:26Speaker 6: So now you walk around bushy hair on top end below.
- 59:30Speaker 6: We got to do something. Now all I'm saying we
- 59:34Speaker 6: had to get cut somewhere. We're gonnad to get one cut.
- 59:39Speaker 6: You know, I might not have money for two, but
- 59:41Speaker 6: we got money for one one cut. The decision is
- 59:44Speaker 6: yours anyway, because he don't like to give you money
- 59:49Speaker 6: for your upkeep. You don't get money to get waxed.
- 59:53Speaker 6: What and but you insisted that you go back to
- 59:58Speaker 6: your hometown to get married. And then you say he
- 1:00:01Speaker 6: allowed it, I say aloud, because he has strict rules
- 1:00:06Speaker 6: about everything. He likes me to dress modernly modesty and
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: screams at me when I speak out of turn.
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: What wait?
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: Man, hold up, there's a man that's living with a
- 1:00:18Speaker 6: woman and don't let her speak out of turn?
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: What woman is this? Where's she still?
- 1:00:32Speaker 9: Was?
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: She just speak in her turn? Where is she at?
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: And it's not your turn yet?
- 1:00:39Speaker 9: It?
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: Okay? I don't know what is with that? All right?
- 1:00:43Speaker 8: Hang on, Steve, that ain't the one I live with.
- 1:00:46Speaker 8: We'll have part two of today's Strawberry Letter and your
- 1:00:50Speaker 8: response coming up at twenty three minutes after the title
- 1:00:53Speaker 8: is The subject is figure me out or get out.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening,
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: all right?
- 1:01:01Speaker 8: Come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:01:05Speaker 8: is figure me out or get out?
- 1:01:08Speaker 6: Look like I said I started at the bottom of
- 1:01:10Speaker 6: this letter. Yes, lady, you should pack up and move home.
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: You should go home? She come talking about if I
- 1:01:17Speaker 6: go back home, my friends will gloat in my face.
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: It's my marriage fixable? Or should I start packing up
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: my life to move girl?
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: Go home? No, thisce is not fixable. You're married to
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: a narcissist. That's what.
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: You're married to a person who only considers himself. He
- 1:01:33Speaker 6: asked you to relocate with him. You will relocate with him.
- 1:01:37Speaker 6: He's the breadwinner. He don't give you money for upkeep.
- 1:01:40Speaker 6: You can't get your hat done, you can't get waxed,
- 1:01:42Speaker 6: you're walking around, you're feeling crazy, looking crazy. He got
- 1:01:46Speaker 6: rules at the house, and then he was the one
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: that started it for me, because anyway you say he
- 1:01:53Speaker 6: allowed you. You wanted to get married in your hometime,
- 1:01:55Speaker 6: he allowed it. But he has strict rules about everything.
- 1:01:58Speaker 6: He likes me to dress modestly, and he screams at
- 1:02:01Speaker 6: me when I speak out of turn, out of turn
- 1:02:05Speaker 6: when my wife is talking, I be trying to get
- 1:02:07Speaker 6: a turn. Let alone, huh speak out of turn? Where
- 1:02:11Speaker 6: she who you married? Where does woman.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: Stay at tamp sharp talk to shop? I can't.
- 1:02:19Speaker 6: I don't even know what that reason. I don't even
- 1:02:21Speaker 6: know the end result of that in my house. But
- 1:02:23Speaker 6: I can't, lady, I don't even know how you going
- 1:02:26Speaker 6: for that? Right there, I let him finish his complete
- 1:02:30Speaker 6: thoughts and then I'm allowed to say what I want
- 1:02:32Speaker 6: or ask questions. So you're letting him treat you this way.
- 1:02:39Speaker 6: I'm writing you because I'm doing all that I can
- 1:02:41Speaker 6: to learn this man. But each day there's a new
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: rule of guideline to follow. Some days are completely normal,
- 1:02:47Speaker 6: and he's the fun man I fell in love with.
- 1:02:50Speaker 6: But yesterday he told me to figure him out a
- 1:02:52Speaker 6: get out. Judge Lynn told it said this to me
- 1:02:58Speaker 6: one time about women. She said, her grandma told her,
- 1:03:00Speaker 6: don't ever let a man have to tell you twice.
- 1:03:02Speaker 6: He don't want you.
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: He is telling you in joke for him, but he's
- 1:03:10Speaker 6: living the whole life. He don't let you talk out
- 1:03:12Speaker 6: of turn. He make you dress a certain way. He
- 1:03:15Speaker 6: don't get you no money to fix yourself up. So anyway,
- 1:03:20Speaker 6: right after he said it, he said he was joking
- 1:03:22Speaker 6: about getting out, but I think he was serious, and
- 1:03:24Speaker 6: it slipped out. I would be a disgrace to my
- 1:03:28Speaker 6: family if I go back home and my friends will
- 1:03:30Speaker 6: gloat in my face. Is my marriage fixable or should
- 1:03:33Speaker 6: I start packing up my life to move on? How
- 1:03:36Speaker 6: you gonna be a disgrace to your family? So you
- 1:03:39Speaker 6: gonna stay there? Lady, You better get out of here,
- 1:03:41Speaker 6: for you mess un and have a child with this food.
- 1:03:45Speaker 6: You don't have children, right now, go home, Go home.
- 1:03:50Speaker 6: He not trying to do right. He about himself. Two
- 1:03:53Speaker 6: and a half months you moved in with the dude
- 1:03:55Speaker 6: in the left town. You don't know this guy, the person.
- 1:04:00Speaker 6: You've got to know him. The real person has emerged.
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: And what you're dealing with is a narcissist. And what
- 1:04:08Speaker 6: you're dealing with is a control freak. And what you're
- 1:04:11Speaker 6: dealing with a person that's cheap, that don't care about
- 1:04:15Speaker 6: your feelings and how you look, and don't let you
- 1:04:17Speaker 6: talk because it's not your turn I do. That's the
- 1:04:22Speaker 6: only thing, the part that's the only redeeming part in
- 1:04:27Speaker 6: this letter. I want to know what do he say
- 1:04:30Speaker 6: to get you to be quiet? Why he talking?
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: I just want to know what it is that you know.
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: I don't want to learn nothing else.
- 1:04:38Speaker 9: You know.
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: I buy my girl. I do for my girl.
- 1:04:41Speaker 6: Her up keepers immaculate. I ain't got no problem with that.
- 1:04:43Speaker 6: You can shop, you can go take care of yourself.
- 1:04:46Speaker 6: You know you can do what you want to do.
- 1:04:47Speaker 6: I just want to know what did he say get
- 1:04:50Speaker 6: you to stop talking? How do how can I get
- 1:04:55Speaker 6: my wife to stop talking? Out of turn? How do
- 1:04:59Speaker 6: I get my wife to let me.
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: Have a turn.
- 1:05:02Speaker 6: Sometimes sometimes I just want to turn. I don't want
- 1:05:05Speaker 6: I don't want to interrupt you. Just can I talk
- 1:05:10Speaker 6: without being interrupted? Because fellas, I'm gonna tell you, the
- 1:05:14Speaker 6: biggest part for us is when we do talk, y'all
- 1:05:18Speaker 6: interrupt that.
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: How many times?
- 1:05:21Speaker 8: This is very famous?
- 1:05:24Speaker 6: Oh no, no, no, no, no, here it is. Here's
- 1:05:25Speaker 6: y'all's famous word. After we y'all in talk, we let
- 1:05:28Speaker 6: you talk. Then we started talking. Oh no, no, no,
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: no no no, oh no no no, oh no no no,
- 1:05:34Speaker 6: that's not what happened. Oh I remember exactly what happened. No,
- 1:05:38Speaker 6: this is what you said. Well, no, baby, what I
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: meant was no, no, no, no.
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: What you said was.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: We'll get the facts.
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: But see, y'all ain't see right there, see.
- 1:05:54Speaker 9: It?
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: You need to do like this lady in this letter
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: and wait your damn turn.
- 1:05:59Speaker 11: I just need to know.
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: That what I'm saying, that what I'm saying, what is
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: this man saying to make you wait on your turn?
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: That's all I want from you, just.
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: Sitting that in look other than that, lady, I can't
- 1:06:13Speaker 6: help you, but you can help me, though. Please tell
- 1:06:18Speaker 6: me what he's saying to you to get him, to
- 1:06:22Speaker 6: get you to stop talking till it's your turn.
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: That's all I want from this.
- 1:06:27Speaker 6: That all my years of Strawberry Letter, I ain't heard
- 1:06:31Speaker 6: this one yet, but years old, I say, go home.
- 1:06:40Speaker 6: He ain't trying to fix this. He wants it his
- 1:06:42Speaker 6: way on the highway. And I don't know how far
- 1:06:45Speaker 6: away from home you move, but I'm on the highway.
- 1:06:48Speaker 6: You ain't got nothing, you ain't got no furniture.
- 1:06:51Speaker 8: And it's only been a year. She can get out,
- 1:06:54Speaker 8: all right, get out now.

- 1:09:16Speaker 2: All right, But let's get to this though.
- 1:09:19Speaker 5: Man.
- 1:09:19Speaker 10: Have y'all seen the story about Dak Prescott. Dak Prescott
- 1:09:25Speaker 10: is founding a lawsuit against a woman who said she
- 1:09:27Speaker 10: he sexually assaulted her back in twenty seventeen, and she
- 1:09:32Speaker 10: was extorting him, said will be quiet if you give
- 1:09:35Speaker 10: me one hundred million dollars. And this was in Plano
- 1:09:40Speaker 10: in twenty seventeen, in the back seat of his suv.
- 1:09:43Speaker 10: Now a hundred million dollars one hundred minutes just to
- 1:09:47Speaker 10: be quiet.
- 1:09:48Speaker 6: Not only am I not gonna be quiet? We can go,
- 1:09:50Speaker 6: we can sign together, we can do so, we could
- 1:09:55Speaker 6: have a group together. If you lying about that, no, no, no, no,
- 1:10:00Speaker 6: If you lying about that.
- 1:10:01Speaker 10: Now that's saying, hey, I guess they're coming back to him.
- 1:10:04Speaker 10: So now he said, hey, listen, I'm not paying that.
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: I'm found a.
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: Lawsuit because he didn't do it. He said false allegations.
- 1:10:09Speaker 8: So all right, coming up at the top of the hour,
- 1:10:13Speaker 8: a man feels like he's been betrayed by his hairstylist
- 1:10:16Speaker 8: and he needs some advice from you, Steve.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Morning show. All right, So Steve,
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: this is from Kingston and Richmond.
- 1:10:27Speaker 8: Kingston says, I'm a forty nine year old man and
- 1:10:30Speaker 8: my hair specialist adds hair to the front of my
- 1:10:32Speaker 8: head for my hairline. I know you joke with Junior
- 1:10:36Speaker 8: about this, but it might be hurtful. Let me tell
- 1:10:39Speaker 8: you why. My hairstylist asked me. My hair specialist asked
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: to do before and after videos of my hair, and
- 1:10:46Speaker 8: he promised he'd cover my face. People still figured out
- 1:10:49Speaker 8: that it's me because of my voice and the tattoo
- 1:10:52Speaker 8: on my neck. My friend Chuck got the video and
- 1:10:55Speaker 8: he spread it. I'll never be able to live this down.
- 1:10:58Speaker 8: I want to knock my hair special it's out. How
- 1:11:01Speaker 8: can I repay him for this embarrassment?
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: Well, it's not.
- 1:11:05Speaker 6: You're not going to be able to do that. Cyber
- 1:11:06Speaker 6: space lives forever. So now it's out there that I
- 1:11:09Speaker 6: won't address this part right here that it might be
- 1:11:13Speaker 6: away for to Junior Junior. I didn't bring it up
- 1:11:16Speaker 6: now day one or whatever his name is or what's
- 1:11:20Speaker 6: his name?
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: Day one and his name is kings You already give
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: it to him. Yeah, nobody know him, but he's just
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: trying to get to Junior and the stuff in here.
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: Doing neck tattoos and putting him on video. Dog we
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: know is you?
- 1:11:39Speaker 6: Now, I know you tease Union. It might be hurtful.
- 1:11:41Speaker 6: What I'm purpose for this it to try to hurt Junior,
- 1:11:46Speaker 6: to get Junior to move forward. Now, I appreciate you
- 1:11:49Speaker 6: Kingston for coming in and helping me with Julie together.
- 1:11:53Speaker 6: It's trying to help you because I don't even know.
- 1:11:57Speaker 6: But two things I need from you, Kingson. First of all,
- 1:12:00Speaker 6: don't call me no more. Tell me how to treat
- 1:12:02Speaker 6: my people that I mentor. And then secondly, can you
- 1:12:04Speaker 6: send us your hairdresser number so let him see chill
- 1:12:12Speaker 6: see what we could do that right here. The only
- 1:12:16Speaker 6: thing wrong with kill is that headline.
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: It's just.
- 1:12:20Speaker 6: And if we can just get it to move up
- 1:12:22Speaker 6: in front of the headsets. So when we on the zoom,
- 1:12:27Speaker 6: like see like right now he got his hat on back,
- 1:12:30Speaker 6: and see how you look he got his hat on
- 1:12:32Speaker 6: back now right and see what he put his head
- 1:12:35Speaker 6: sets on.
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: There you go?
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: What is you prove it?
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: Saying what I know you didn't. I know you didn't

- 1:12:48Speaker 2: here go, no, no, not here go if dad go.

- 1:13:00Speaker 6: to get junior doe walk towards the light.
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: You know, listen to me.
- 1:13:05Speaker 6: If you start to brush in your hair and you
- 1:13:09Speaker 6: put the brush on your hair behind your.
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: Ears, no more, yeah do.
- 1:13:18Speaker 5: This, no more.
- 1:13:18Speaker 7: If you brush any head more than half, if you

- 1:13:36Speaker 4: It's like King's saying, that.

- 1:15:03Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:15:09Speaker 9: All right.
- 1:15:09Speaker 8: So there's this nail spot in Atlanta. It's trending because
- 1:15:13Speaker 8: the social media influencer posted a video while she was
- 1:15:16Speaker 8: getting a pedicure and having Hennessy. Yes, Hennessy was being
- 1:15:21Speaker 8: poured over her feet. The female influencer said in the video, quote, Atlanta,
- 1:15:26Speaker 8: have you ever had a back massage or a mobile
- 1:15:29Speaker 8: bar with signature drinks and snacks while you're getting your
- 1:15:32Speaker 8: nails done? They have the twenty four carried gold pedicure
- 1:15:35Speaker 8: where they actually put the gold on your feet and
- 1:15:38Speaker 8: it feels amazing. So social media trolls began dragging the
- 1:15:42Speaker 8: Hennessy pedicure and other beauty practices at the Buckhead.
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: Signature nail salon.
- 1:15:47Speaker 8: Even Hennessy reps jumped in on the chat on X
- 1:15:50Speaker 8: and commentent quote, we hope not, but we.
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: Hope that.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: You don't want Hennessy times. What is it supposed to do?
- 1:16:01Speaker 2: Though?
- 1:16:02Speaker 6: Well, you get one of them little snippers that put
- 1:16:04Speaker 6: that little bitty, tiny little cut on there, you put
- 1:16:07Speaker 6: their hands on if you're gonna kick the teeth out
- 1:16:10Speaker 6: your petty kids that right now?
- 1:16:12Speaker 8: Have you had that a cut and your cuticle?
- 1:16:15Speaker 9: Oh?
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: Yeah? Do what did it? Man say?
- 1:16:20Speaker 6: I used two ladies to come by the house. Both
- 1:16:23Speaker 6: of them Marjorie proved. The one of them is really
- 1:16:27Speaker 6: really good and never no problem with this other one,
- 1:16:29Speaker 6: she real fast, she do everything she really, she's like
- 1:16:33Speaker 6: real herky jerking Paul.
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: The other day.
- 1:16:36Speaker 6: Man, you don't know it until they're gone though. Yeah
- 1:16:41Speaker 6: the next day, little tender toes.

- 1:17:04Speaker 8: straight ahead? So those are your options? Top row of
- 1:17:07Speaker 8: teeth are only sea straight ahead like a horse, straight ahead,
- 1:17:11Speaker 8: like a race horse.
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: I got his teeth.

- 1:17:25Speaker 7: me and these teeth and me gonna be straight. What

- 1:20:11Speaker 1: last break of the day and Steve.
- 1:20:15Speaker 8: We didn't get a chance to get to this question
- 1:20:17Speaker 8: from Josinda and Kenwood before we get out of here.
- 1:20:21Speaker 8: Jasinda says, one of the elders at the church gave
- 1:20:24Speaker 8: me a handful of folded bills two sundays ago. I
- 1:20:28Speaker 8: heard he was losing his marbles, so I kept the
- 1:20:30Speaker 8: money so I could give it back to his wife
- 1:20:33Speaker 8: this past Sunday. I put the four hundred dollars in
- 1:20:35Speaker 8: cash in her hand and explained what happened.
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: At the end of service. She confronted me like I
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: want her old man.
- 1:20:46Speaker 8: I told her to watch her tone and to be
- 1:20:48Speaker 8: grateful I returned the money. How do I keep her
- 1:20:51Speaker 8: from spreading untruths about me at my church?
- 1:20:55Speaker 6: See right there, see right there? What a lot of
- 1:20:58Speaker 6: times y'all. Be y'all understand a blessing?
- 1:21:02Speaker 9: You know?
- 1:21:02Speaker 8: He should have just kept the money.
- 1:21:04Speaker 6: If he losing his marbles, maybe the Lord send him
- 1:21:07Speaker 6: to you with them loose marbles and put that four
- 1:21:10Speaker 6: hundred in your hand.
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: That's a blessing. What's you talking to his wife, Paul?
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: Why she thought she was doing the right thing?
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: Well you know now now.
- 1:21:23Speaker 6: Now you're trying to take her little old ignorant ass
- 1:21:25Speaker 6: he husband.
- 1:21:26Speaker 8: That's what his wife thinks.
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: Who wants who wants somebody that ain't rap right?
- 1:21:34Speaker 6: Who?
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: Nobody? Nah, you don't sign up for that, especially the
- 1:21:39Speaker 2: old man. You do not do that.
- 1:21:42Speaker 6: Don't even worry about that. So, no, you did the
- 1:21:47Speaker 6: wrong thing. And I don't know what you should do.
- 1:21:49Speaker 6: You know, you could put it on the church bulletin
- 1:21:51Speaker 6: board that I returned the four hundred dollars to uh
- 1:21:54Speaker 6: elder reefers and cause he tried.
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: To hit on me with it.
- 1:21:57Speaker 6: But I know, my God, you can make it a
- 1:22:04Speaker 6: church announcements. Thank you all for coming out of our
- 1:22:07Speaker 6: church announcements. Brother Ponne all place four hundred dollars in
- 1:22:12Speaker 6: my hand. But I knew it was a test from
- 1:22:14Speaker 6: the Lord, because we all know he's not doing well.
- 1:22:16Speaker 6: He's suffering with some loose marbleisms. And so what I've
- 1:22:21Speaker 6: decided to do is return the money and tied to
- 1:22:24Speaker 6: the church. I gave them four hundred at my tide
- 1:22:26Speaker 6: and covered a couple of weeks. You know, you got
- 1:22:29Speaker 6: to get creative, you know, when you're dealing with foods,
- 1:22:32Speaker 6: you got to you got to counterfoolery.
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: Already.
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: What is you doing? You're on the zoom, Tommy, there's clothing.
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: Were donna know that?
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: Are we looking at?
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: Legh?
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: And that just happened to me. Man, I was on
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: my fire side. Child, we got a dog. I was
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: on my fire side chat and this man got on
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: the zoom. I don't know who let him in.
- 1:23:07Speaker 6: He laying in bed with your shirt on, and the
- 1:23:10Speaker 6: chain went with him with the sheep pulled up just
- 1:23:14Speaker 6: over his nipples, talking and I said, oh dog, my
- 1:23:17Speaker 6: clothes at I ain't never had no conversation with no
- 1:23:20Speaker 6: man and no bed dog.
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: So he had his top up and talked.
- 1:23:25Speaker 6: I thought he was in the hospital. And I'm looking
- 1:23:29Speaker 6: at my nephew, and all of a sudden all I
- 1:23:31Speaker 6: see is thigh.
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: Well, what is your doing? I got shuts up, I said,
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: what did he have? Lost his damn man?
- 1:23:45Speaker 8: You know how easily just cracked.
- 1:23:50Speaker 6: I'm trying to, you know, help lady at the church.
- 1:23:52Speaker 6: All of a sudden, yep, rubbing his thigh.
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: I'm going holder back talk. What is she doing? We
- 1:23:58Speaker 2: on the zoom, I got a ten said, you got
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: Tommy man.
- 1:24:09Speaker 8: Spring trying to show everyone.
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: Now I'm trying to see the coloration myself too much.
- 1:24:19Speaker 7: So I think, you know, I think this is another subject.
- 1:24:22Speaker 7: I think our kids. I think they think they're supposed
- 1:24:25Speaker 7: to go somewhere every spring break. I think they that's
- 1:24:28Speaker 7: that's just in their head. Now that you're supposed to
- 1:24:30Speaker 7: get a trip, you're supposed to do something. I wonder
- 1:24:33Speaker 7: where they got that from.
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't know.
- 1:24:38Speaker 12: Well, I tell you over here. My husband shut that down.
- 1:24:40Speaker 12: He looked ata staycation. You just got a car going
- 1:24:43Speaker 12: back up stair.
- 1:24:47Speaker 2: Staycation. You just got a car at home. Go outside
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: the city in your car, Hello, spring.
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: Break House of driving to Carlo. She's a really really
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: good driver.
- 1:25:00Speaker 8: Oh that's good, really good.
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: You know you're worry about the other people on the road.
- 1:25:04Speaker 6: That's the problem, the drive. But that that's how my
- 1:25:09Speaker 6: father taught me how to drive. He taught me how
- 1:25:11Speaker 6: to drive. You already know what you're gonna do. You
- 1:25:15Speaker 6: got to watch everybody else. Keep looking in that real
- 1:25:20Speaker 6: view meal, look on your side, mill watch them. You
- 1:25:23Speaker 6: know what you're gonna do. Keep your eye on them
- 1:25:27Speaker 6: and that and that has kept that made me a really,
- 1:25:29Speaker 6: really good driver. Yeah, but I was driving since I
- 1:25:32Speaker 6: was thirteen because I had to take your mom at
- 1:25:35Speaker 6: the church.
- 1:25:37Speaker 2: I think the church.
- 1:25:39Speaker 7: I think the biggest thing my daddy taught me was
- 1:25:42Speaker 7: don't don't be the first one pull off that light.
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: Hold up a minute, right, and they let a couple
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: of seconds go. Yeah, because the fool is coming. The
- 1:25:51Speaker 2: fool is coming.
- 1:25:52Speaker 12: She does that too, she's at the lights. She'll look
- 1:25:55Speaker 12: both ways and then she's really good. She likes to
