Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Kruz, Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you and Senator We've got a couple of big topics
- 0:06Speaker 2: to talk about today, including I think it's fair to
- 0:09Speaker 2: say the Democratic Party now has just decided screw it,
- 0:12Speaker 2: We're just going to totally embrace Marxism, socialism, communism. That's
- 0:16Speaker 2: the future of the party. Those are our biggest names
- 0:18Speaker 2: of the party. And Mandani's probably going to be the
- 0:21Speaker 2: mayor of New York City.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Look, Comrade Mandami is apparently the future of the Democrat Party.
- 0:28Speaker 3: The Democrat Party is now explicitly openly, unapologetically communist and
- 0:33Speaker 3: unapologetically Jahattist. This guy is so extreme, and yet the
- 0:38Speaker 3: Democrats in New York don't seem to care. They will
- 0:41Speaker 3: vote for any radical. They're enamored with the extreme left wing.
- 0:47Speaker 3: And listen, you're seeing the Democrat Party elected leadership Kathy
- 0:52Speaker 3: hokeel your Hakim Jeffries rally around him and say this
- 0:56Speaker 3: is the face of the Democrat Party. We're going to
- 0:58Speaker 3: break down just how radical and extreme Comrade Mundani's record
- 1:04Speaker 3: is and how dangerous that is for America. We're also
- 1:07Speaker 3: going to talk about how the Democrats and the corporate
- 1:11Speaker 3: media are losing their mind, irrationally melting down over the
- 1:16Speaker 3: fact that the President Trump is building a brand new
- 1:19Speaker 3: ballroom at the White House, and that is apparently the
- 1:22Speaker 3: greatest crisis facing America is that the President has raised
- 1:27Speaker 3: three hundred million dollars to raise a ballroom for future
- 1:30Speaker 3: presidents to host state dinners and host events at the
- 1:33Speaker 3: White House. And it's clear that democracy is melting down.
- 1:36Speaker 3: That they're not worried about a Communist becoming mayor of
- 1:39Speaker 3: New York City. They're not worried about a Jahatis becoming
- 1:42Speaker 3: mayor of New York City. They're a worried that there's
- 1:44Speaker 3: going to be, bless my heart, a ballroom at the
- 1:48Speaker 3: White House.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Yeah, it is really incredible.
- 1:51Speaker 2: But before we do that, I want to tell you
- 1:52Speaker 2: about our good friends over at Bernach. For me, being
- 1:55Speaker 2: able to protect my family is my number one priority.
- 1:59Speaker 2: And you've heard me talk and my good friend Josh
- 2:01Speaker 2: from Berna about real stories of people just like you
- 2:04Speaker 2: and me that have used their burn a launcher protect
- 2:07Speaker 2: themselves and their families. Now, Berna is a handheld pistol
- 2:11Speaker 2: that fires both kinetic rounds and chemical irritants. To separate
- 2:14Speaker 2: you from an attacker. You can see the videos of
- 2:17Speaker 2: how this works at Berna dot com and I'll tell
- 2:19Speaker 2: you more about that in a moment. But Josh is
- 2:22Speaker 2: back with me today to tell a story of how
- 2:24Speaker 2: I burn a launcher could help avoid a tragedy. This
- 2:28Speaker 2: was actually a story that happened in my hometown of Houston.
- 2:31Speaker 4: This is such a tragic story that just recently happened.
- 2:34Speaker 4: One night recently here in Houston, an eleven year old
- 2:37Speaker 4: Julian Guzin and his cousin were banging on neighbors doors
- 2:40Speaker 4: and running away before they were answered at generations old
- 2:43Speaker 4: game that we all know is ding dong ditch well.
- 2:46Speaker 4: When they came to the residents of gonzale On Junior.
- 2:48Speaker 4: Gonzala would later state that the two banged on his
- 2:51Speaker 4: door multiple times, and, believing they were there to try
- 2:53Speaker 4: to break into his home, Zalad edited the house inspired
- 2:57Speaker 4: at Julian with a handgun, ultimately killing him. Now, while
- 3:00Speaker 4: in Texas, like many states, we have strong standard ground
- 3:04Speaker 4: and castle doctrine laws, but homeowners still may only use
- 3:07Speaker 4: deadly force when it's immediately necessary to prevent assault, robbery,
- 3:11Speaker 4: or other crimes. After someone unlawfully enters their property. And
- 3:14Speaker 4: I think everyone can agree that no matter where you live,
- 3:16Speaker 4: and in this case, that did not meet those requirements.
- 3:19Speaker 4: And unfortunately, the homeowner in this case has now been
- 3:21Speaker 4: arrested for murder with a bond set of a million
- 3:23Speaker 4: dollars and prosecutors have stated that they will be seeking
- 3:26Speaker 4: the death penalty.
- 3:28Speaker 2: If a homeowner think someone may be breaking in, what
- 3:30Speaker 2: should their priorities be and how should burn A fit
- 3:33Speaker 2: into that plan is a really important question everyone should
- 3:37Speaker 2: be asking.
- 3:37Speaker 4: No matter where you live, your plan should be to escape,
- 3:40Speaker 4: to get to a safe location, and many times that
- 3:43Speaker 4: doesn't mean engaging the intruders directly. Berna is great for
- 3:46Speaker 4: using either chemical grounds or kinetic grounds to buy you
- 3:49Speaker 4: and your family time to get out and get to safety,
- 3:52Speaker 4: which should be your main priority.
- 3:54Speaker 2: If you want to know more about exactly what Berna
- 3:57Speaker 2: can do to help you protect your family, see the
- 4:00Speaker 2: videos and see how it works. Go to burna Byrna
- 4:04Speaker 2: dot com. There's a reason why I bought it for
- 4:06Speaker 2: all of my family members and why I have it
- 4:08Speaker 2: in every one of my cars. Burnap bhy rna dot
- 4:12Speaker 2: com Again, that's Berna dot com.
- 4:14Speaker 1: So Senator.
- 4:15Speaker 2: This is a really interesting moment, and I really do
- 4:19Speaker 2: think it's important for us to just kind of take
- 4:22Speaker 2: a step back look at the Democratic Party. I was
- 4:26Speaker 2: doing Shinna Breems show Fox News Sunday, and the first
- 4:29Speaker 2: topic we talked about was Mindanni winning. We talked about
- 4:33Speaker 2: the race in New Jersey and a couple others, but
- 4:35Speaker 2: everyone was focused on Mendannie. And I made the argument
- 4:39Speaker 2: that this is now just the Democratic Party embracing what
- 4:41Speaker 2: they are Marxist socialists, communists, They're fully embracing it. He
- 4:46Speaker 2: is the face of the Democratic Party. I actually think
- 4:50Speaker 2: this is a gift that's going to give to conservatives
- 4:52Speaker 2: and Republican caans the midterms like we've never seen before.
- 4:56Speaker 2: And if this is the type of leader they want,
- 4:58Speaker 2: AOC two point zero, even more extreme than AOC. That's
- 5:01Speaker 2: hard to say, it's shocking, but I mean, we went
- 5:04Speaker 2: from AOC, We went from Bernie Sanders to AOC to
- 5:08Speaker 2: Mandanni and and the Democratic Party has decided not to
- 5:12Speaker 2: police this at all.
- 5:14Speaker 3: So Ben I got to say, I came up with
- 5:15Speaker 3: a mnemonic today, So pronounce the guy's name who's about
- 5:19Speaker 3: to be mayor of New York, Mandanni nope, So I
- 5:25Speaker 3: got it wrong. I sent around a tweet any of them.
- 5:30Speaker 3: I sent around a tweet and I realized I misspelled
- 5:32Speaker 3: his name, and and look, it's not a name you
- 5:34Speaker 3: and I are terribly used to. But I came up
- 5:37Speaker 3: with the mnemonic to figure it out. It's m A
- 5:39Speaker 3: M as in Mary d A n y and I
- 5:42Speaker 3: actually invert the N and the M. I call him
- 5:44Speaker 3: Mandani and that's not it. And and the way I
- 5:47Speaker 3: figured out the mnemonic was, ma'am, it's Danny because it's
- 5:51Speaker 3: mam Danny, which is really hard, like you keep saying mandani,
- 5:55Speaker 3: but it's not an.
- 5:57Speaker 5: It's m am.
- 5:59Speaker 3: And I'm just look if we're But the only way
- 6:03Speaker 3: to say ma'm Danny is if you proceed it with comrade,
- 6:05Speaker 3: because when I'm addressing communists, I call him comrades because
- 6:09Speaker 3: that is who he is.
- 6:10Speaker 5: And by the way, if.
- 6:12Speaker 3: You think that, by the way, let's be clear, Ben,
- 6:15Speaker 3: you will think of my mnemonic. You're gonna be mammots Stanny.
- 6:19Speaker 3: You're you're gonna be on the radio, you're gonna be
- 6:20Speaker 3: doing CNN, and you're gonna think mammots Stanni.
- 6:24Speaker 5: You will repeat it.
- 6:25Speaker 3: It will, it will be a little voice in the
- 6:27Speaker 3: back of your head and you won't screw it up.
- 6:29Speaker 3: And our listeners want either. But just a show. I'm
- 6:32Speaker 3: not engaged in hyperbole. Maybe you're saying, oh, come on,
- 6:34Speaker 3: he can't.
- 6:35Speaker 5: Be that bad.
- 6:35Speaker 3: He's not an actual communist. I want to I want
- 6:39Speaker 3: you to listen.
- 6:39Speaker 5: To what his father said.
- 6:41Speaker 3: That this is comrade, Ma'm Danny's father talking about his
- 6:46Speaker 3: view of the United States, and just play the clip.
- 6:50Speaker 6: America is the genesis of what we call settler colonialism,
- 6:56Speaker 6: and the American model was exported all around the world.
- 7:02Speaker 6: Abraham Lincoln generalized the solution of reservations. They herded American
- 7:09Speaker 6: Indians into separate territories for the Nazis. For the Nazis,
- 7:18Speaker 6: this was the inspiration. Hitler realized two things. One that
- 7:25Speaker 6: genocide was doable. It is possible to do genocide. That's
- 7:31Speaker 6: what Hitler realized. Second thing Hitler realized is that you
- 7:38Speaker 6: don't have to have a common citizenship. You can differentiate
- 7:42Speaker 6: between people. The Nuremberg laws were patterned after American laws. Anyway,
- 7:50Speaker 6: the US put Indians in reservations. The US invented the model.
- 7:58Speaker 2: I mean that's where it it's his teachings from that's
- 8:01Speaker 2: pretty clear.
- 8:03Speaker 3: So listen, I want you to hear what Mendanni's dad
- 8:07Speaker 3: just said. Abraham Lincoln was the model for Adolph Hitler,
- 8:14Speaker 3: and the Nazis got concentration camps from the United States
- 8:19Speaker 3: of America. Now, let me just ask him just I
- 8:22Speaker 3: want to ask you, Ben, seriously and fairly, someone who
- 8:25Speaker 3: says that.
- 8:26Speaker 5: Do you think he loves America?
- 8:28Speaker 1: No?
- 8:28Speaker 2: I think he hates America. I think he wants to
- 8:30Speaker 2: trash America. I think he thinks America is literally the
- 8:33Speaker 2: enemy of him.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Now, is there any indication, any whatsoever that Comrade Mondani's
- 8:41Speaker 3: the son his views are one iota different from daddy's.
- 8:48Speaker 4: No.
- 8:48Speaker 2: In fact, it's almost like one one for one super
- 8:51Speaker 2: clone is the way I would describe it.
- 8:54Speaker 3: Well, okay, but but let's let's let's play devil's advocate.
- 8:57Speaker 3: You know, look, sometimes dads are jobs and sons become
- 9:01Speaker 3: more reasonable. And Comrade Mandani, I mean, he did live
- 9:05Speaker 3: in New York. He's presumably got some affection for.
- 9:09Speaker 5: The people of New York. He's running for governor New York.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Surely something like what happened on September eleventh. Surely that
- 9:15Speaker 3: impacted him. The entire world watched in horror as radical
- 9:19Speaker 3: Islamic terrorists flew not one but two planes into the
- 9:22Speaker 3: World Trade Center, murdering between the World Trade Center and
- 9:26Speaker 3: the Pentagon, murdering roughly three thousand Americans in that horrible
- 9:30Speaker 3: morning in September. Surely, young comrade Mamdami was horrified at
- 9:36Speaker 3: what he saw and horrified at the mass slaughter. Well,
- 9:40Speaker 3: let's give a listen to what in his own words,
- 9:43Speaker 3: This is not daddy, this is the sun. The comrade.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Here's what he said he thought the day after September eleventh.
- 9:52Speaker 5: Give a listen. I want to use this moment to
- 9:55Speaker 5: speak to the Muslims of New York City.
- 9:58Speaker 3: I want to speak to the memory of my aunt
- 10:02Speaker 3: who stopped taking the subway after September eleventh because she
- 10:06Speaker 3: did not feel safe in her hijab.
- 10:10Speaker 2: I mean, let's go back to the quote there sat
- 10:13Speaker 2: my aunt stopped taking the subway after nine to eleven
- 10:16Speaker 2: because she did not feel safe in her job. He's
- 10:20Speaker 2: actually claiming that she is the victim of nine to eleven.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Well, and let's be clear, among all of the sentiments
- 10:29Speaker 3: did he express, I looked at those planes flying into.
- 10:32Speaker 5: The towers, and I felt horrified.
- 10:34Speaker 3: But by the way, as a Muslim, he presumably could
- 10:37Speaker 3: say I was horrified by someone who shares my faith
- 10:40Speaker 3: could be so radicalized as to murder three thousand people.
- 10:43Speaker 3: He actually could say something powerful there. He didn't say that.
- 10:46Speaker 3: He didn't say I mourned for the people at the
- 10:49Speaker 3: top of that tower as flames roared around them, who
- 10:52Speaker 3: faced a choice between burning alive and jumping to their death.
- 10:56Speaker 3: And you and I both watched those mornings in a
- 10:59Speaker 3: horror as people leapt from one hundred stories high and
- 11:03Speaker 3: fell to their death because the alternative was to burn alive.
- 11:07Speaker 3: Like it was a moment America was under attack. And
- 11:11Speaker 3: yet somehow comrade Mondami that that is I can't pronounce
- 11:14Speaker 3: his name either, even with my nae Moonic, I'm getting
- 11:16Speaker 3: it wrong. But somehow he doesn't express that sentiment. He's
- 11:21Speaker 3: like the horror is the next day my aunt couldn't
- 11:25Speaker 3: wear her job. And by the way, for all of
- 11:30Speaker 3: the leftist rhetoric that the crime of nine to eleven
- 11:33Speaker 3: was islamophobia, I'm not aware of a meaningful uptick in
- 11:38Speaker 3: violence against Muslims in New York. I actually remember this
- 11:42Speaker 3: country coming together, coming together, strongly, embracing each other, unifying.
- 11:47Speaker 3: I remember President George W. Bush, and I think the
- 11:50Speaker 3: finest moment of his presidency standing on the rubble in
- 11:54Speaker 3: New York City holding a bullhorn, and when someone from
- 11:57Speaker 3: the crowd with firefighters all around, called out weak, can't
- 12:00Speaker 3: hear you? He said, I can hear you, and soon
- 12:02Speaker 3: the world will hear you. The people that knock down
- 12:05Speaker 3: these towers will hear you. That was a moment where
- 12:10Speaker 3: if you had the tiniest bit of love for America,
- 12:14Speaker 3: you don't have to be the most patriotic soul. You
- 12:16Speaker 3: just have to give a tiny little crap about the
- 12:20Speaker 3: United States of America. You felt a surge of yes,
- 12:26Speaker 3: we will stand strong against the vicious murderers who attacked us.
- 12:31Speaker 3: And yet comrade Mondami expresses none of that. Apparently nine
- 12:36Speaker 3: to eleven.
- 12:37Speaker 5: Was all about.
- 12:37Speaker 3: And look, he was clear, I'm talking to the Muslims.
- 12:39Speaker 3: By the way, if you're Jewish, and I got to say,
- 12:42Speaker 3: it is astonishing some significant percentage of Jewish voters in
- 12:47Speaker 3: New York Or voting.
- 12:48Speaker 5: For comrade Mondami. I don't get that.
- 12:52Speaker 3: It's like if you go to a farm and go
- 12:55Speaker 3: to the lambs and the sheep and say, hey, we
- 13:00Speaker 3: would like to have an election to select the butcher
- 13:03Speaker 3: like he views them, I believe, as the enemy. And
- 13:09Speaker 3: yet you have voters. And by the way, there there
- 13:12Speaker 3: are wealthy socialites on the Upper east Side who were
- 13:18Speaker 3: voting for him and and and are perfectly oblivious. You
- 13:22Speaker 3: know when when comrade Danni abolishes the police and a
- 13:27Speaker 3: crackhead kicks in their front door, suddenly there there. Let
- 13:34Speaker 3: me ask you, Ben, seriously, you spent a lot. You
- 13:36Speaker 3: spent more time in New York than I have. I mean,
- 13:38Speaker 3: you were a say at end contributor for like eeteen years.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Help me try to get in the mind. Let's assume
- 13:47Speaker 3: you're a multi millionaire Upper east Side socialite. Try to
- 13:52Speaker 3: explain the thinking of saying I want to vote for
- 13:55Speaker 3: a communist jihadist.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's it's very interesting because there's I think
- 14:01Speaker 2: there's two things here, is we as we really break
- 14:04Speaker 2: this down. One, I think that to be a socialite
- 14:08Speaker 2: in New York it is now a mandate that you're
- 14:11Speaker 2: a liberal Democrat. You will not rise in the New
- 14:14Speaker 2: York ranks or the Hamptons if you're a hardcore conservative.
- 14:18Speaker 2: I think that's that's part of it is just.
- 14:20Speaker 3: And by the way, to be clear, the alternative.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Here where it's going right.
- 14:24Speaker 3: Yeah, but but to be clear, the alternative here, we're
- 14:27Speaker 3: talking to Andrew friggin Cuomo. We're not talking the right wing.
- 14:31Speaker 3: We're not talking Donald Trump, We're not talking Ted Cruz.
- 14:34Speaker 3: We're talking to Andrew friggin Cuomo, a left wing Democrat,
- 14:38Speaker 3: corrupt woman grabbing like like like, I'm not a big
- 14:42Speaker 3: Cuomo fan, but it's not like if you're a New
- 14:46Speaker 3: York voter you have to suddenly pull the lever for
- 14:50Speaker 3: Jesse Hilms. And yet, given the choice between a solidly
- 14:57Speaker 3: left wing Democrat and a full on communists and I
- 15:02Speaker 3: believe America hating jihadist, it sure looks like I hope
- 15:08Speaker 3: these polls are wrong and maybe a burst of sanity
- 15:11Speaker 3: will pull us back, but it sure looks like a
- 15:14Speaker 3: ton of New Yorkers are gonna say, nope, nope, I
- 15:17Speaker 3: don't want partial lefty, I want full on.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I want full blown COMI yeah.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Well, And the other thing that's interesting is I was
- 15:26Speaker 2: as I was in New York last it was last week.
- 15:28Speaker 2: I'm up there almost every other week now, and I
- 15:31Speaker 2: talked to a lot of the people there that live there,
- 15:32Speaker 2: and I'm like, I explain this to me. They feel
- 15:36Speaker 2: like they lost so many sane voters because of the
- 15:40Speaker 2: COVID lockdown.
- 15:41Speaker 5: They're all in Florida.
- 15:42Speaker 2: This is now just yeah, they all went to Florida.
- 15:46Speaker 2: They all moved out.
- 15:47Speaker 5: Uh.
- 15:48Speaker 2: The sane voters just left. The crazy stayed under you know,
- 15:52Speaker 2: tyrants like Cuomo who locked them down and took their
- 15:55Speaker 2: lives away from them for two years. Uh and and
- 15:57Speaker 2: wouldn't allow them to even leave their houses or go
- 16:00Speaker 2: out or do anything. I mean, it was a ghost town.
- 16:01Speaker 2: We all know New York was a ghost town for
- 16:04Speaker 2: a very long time because the lockdown's there. And so
- 16:08Speaker 2: you lost a large group of voters that were saying
- 16:12Speaker 2: I'm not saying conservative, I'm just saying they weren't socialist,
- 16:16Speaker 2: communist type voters. And this is now what you're left with.
- 16:19Speaker 2: And so I now look at this, I'm like, all right,
- 16:22Speaker 2: Mandatti wins, I think it's pretty clear he's going to
- 16:25Speaker 2: be the mayor of.
- 16:27Speaker 3: Don't concede that. I'm actually not willing to concede that.
- 16:30Speaker 3: I'm going to hold out hope until the last voters counted.
- 16:33Speaker 3: It sure looks like that from the polling, but I'm
- 16:36Speaker 3: not willing to concede that. And by the way, you
- 16:39Speaker 3: might think. Look, one of the things we try to do, Verdict,
- 16:42Speaker 3: is we try to be real, so so we try
- 16:44Speaker 3: not to engage in just partisan rhetoric and hyperbole. Like
- 16:48Speaker 3: when I call him a communist jihadist, I call him
- 16:52Speaker 3: a communist because he's called for, among other things, seizing
- 16:55Speaker 3: the means of production, which is the very essence of
- 17:00Speaker 3: the economic core of communism. Yeah, I call him a jahadist. Okay,
- 17:06Speaker 3: let me read you from his tweet on October seventeenth.
- 17:11Speaker 5: Quote.
- 17:13Speaker 3: Today at Masjig Masjid al Taqua, I had the pleasure
- 17:18Speaker 3: of meeting with Imam Siraj Wahaj, one of the nation's
- 17:22Speaker 3: foremost Muslim leaders and a pillar of the Bedsti community
- 17:25Speaker 3: for nearly a half century. I was also joined by
- 17:28Speaker 3: CM doctor Yusuf Salam of Harlem, a beautiful jumma. And
- 17:33Speaker 3: he sends out a tweet. Now, who is the person
- 17:36Speaker 3: that he's taking a picture with? Well, this particular Imam
- 17:42Speaker 3: is in fact an unindicted co conspirator in the nineteen
- 17:48Speaker 3: ninety three World Trade Center bombing that killed six people.
- 17:54Speaker 3: He also preached that homosexuality is a disease. And by
- 17:59Speaker 3: the way, they're a bunch of left wing gay and
- 18:01Speaker 3: lesbian people in New York who are voting for this guy.
- 18:05Speaker 3: And he also called for an unarmed quote army of
- 18:11Speaker 3: ten thousand men to wage a gun free Jahad through
- 18:17Speaker 3: New York City. That's what the EMAM called for. That's
- 18:21Speaker 3: who Comrade Mamdani poses for a picture with and tweets
- 18:26Speaker 3: out three weeks before the election. He's not hiding it.
- 18:30Speaker 3: He's saying, yeah, he will stand with the jahadis against you,
- 18:35Speaker 3: the innocent citizens. And I got to tell you look
- 18:38Speaker 3: to give you a sense also of just how whacked
- 18:43Speaker 3: out the Democratic Socialist of America, which is Comrade Madani's party,
- 18:52Speaker 3: just yesterday they put out a statement calling on the
- 18:58Speaker 3: United States to release Elias Rodriguez. Who is Elias Rodriguez.
- 19:05Speaker 3: Elias Rodriguez is the deranged terrorist who executed two Jews
- 19:12Speaker 3: in Washington, d C.
- 19:13Speaker 5: This spring.
- 19:14Speaker 3: And you recall this Elias Rodriguez. By the way, he's
- 19:17Speaker 3: not a Palestinian, He's an Hispanic dude from Chicago. But
- 19:23Speaker 3: he's a left winger who was suckled on the teat
- 19:26Speaker 3: of Marxism and America hate and jew hate, that that
- 19:30Speaker 3: is the left, and he murdered this young couple who
- 19:34Speaker 3: had just been engaged. As you know, I didn't know
- 19:37Speaker 3: this young couple, but a fact I discovered after they
- 19:41Speaker 3: were murdered. The two of them met at an event
- 19:44Speaker 3: where I was speaking, and I knew multiple friends of
- 19:48Speaker 3: mine who knew them well. And it was literally I
- 19:50Speaker 3: was the speaker at the event. They both came to it.
- 19:52Speaker 3: They were both involved in the pro Israel community. They met,
- 19:55Speaker 3: they fell in love, and this lunatic didn't shoot them
- 19:58Speaker 3: once he unloaded his entire magazine into the two of them,
- 20:02Speaker 3: murdering a young man and a young women simply because
- 20:05Speaker 3: they were Jewish. He didn't know them. All he knew
- 20:07Speaker 3: was these are Jews. I must murder them. He screamed,
- 20:11Speaker 3: Free Palestine. Now let me read what the DSA Liberation
- 20:16Speaker 3: Caucus put out, which is the Democrats Socialists of America
- 20:20Speaker 3: excellent statement that we are proud to add our name
- 20:24Speaker 3: to free Elias Rodriguez and all political prisoners. So understand,
- 20:32Speaker 3: Comrade Mandami's political party is telling the world that a
- 20:41Speaker 3: terrorist who murders in cold blood to Jews because they're Jews,
- 20:47Speaker 3: should not be charged, should not be prosecuted, should be
- 20:50Speaker 3: let to go free, presumably because killing Jews in the
- 20:55Speaker 3: interest of their radical leftist ideology is deserving of no punishment.
- 21:00Speaker 3: They're not saying, let him serve a month in jail.
- 21:04Speaker 3: They're not saying let him serve a week in jail.
- 21:06Speaker 3: They're saying, let him go today with no consequences whatsoever
- 21:12Speaker 3: for the cold blooded murder of two innocent people. That
- 21:17Speaker 3: is the party of comrade Mondami, who, by all appearances
- 21:26Speaker 3: in the polling, is about to become the next mayor
- 21:29Speaker 3: of New York City. And I will say, listen, Ben,
- 21:32Speaker 3: there are a lot of Republicans who are saying what
- 21:36Speaker 3: you said is, which is, Hey, this is great for Republicans.
- 21:38Speaker 3: It's great for conservatives. This will show the world just
- 21:40Speaker 3: how whacked out the left is. I got to tell you,
- 21:43Speaker 3: my heart grieves. Listen, New York it is a great
- 21:49Speaker 3: American city. It is still the center of finance in
- 21:53Speaker 3: America in the world. It is the center of media
- 21:55Speaker 3: at America in the world. And much like I agree
- 21:59Speaker 3: for San Francisco, an iconic American city. Look, San Francisco
- 22:03Speaker 3: doesn't embrace your values of mine. But I don't like
- 22:06Speaker 3: to see lunatics like Gavin Newsom and other leftists destroying
- 22:11Speaker 3: cities that are a central part of who America is.
- 22:15Speaker 3: And I got to say, I think a huge problem
- 22:18Speaker 3: with what's happening in New York is young people, young
- 22:22Speaker 3: young people in their twenties who have college degrees, who
- 22:26Speaker 3: were radicalized in college, who sat in the student lounges
- 22:31Speaker 3: drinking lattes and smoking clothes, cigarettes and and and or
- 22:36Speaker 3: actually bongs or whatever and close thing.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Don't forget that. I don't know, but the hand I don't.
- 22:43Speaker 3: Know what you and I were kids. People smoke clob cigarettes.
- 22:46Speaker 3: I actually don't even know if college kids do now
- 22:48Speaker 3: that that that, but whatever they were doing.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Age your self center, I think you did.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Look, you know, I'm going to be fifty five in December,
- 22:58Speaker 3: so so it's uh, But the beauty of it is
- 23:01Speaker 3: in the Senate they still think I'm twelve. I mean,
- 23:04Speaker 3: like the median age is one hundred and six truth,
- 23:07Speaker 3: and so you know, they think I'm running around in
- 23:09Speaker 3: short shorts with a beanie. But you know, it's a
- 23:15Speaker 3: bunch of twenty somethings who have never known anything except
- 23:20Speaker 3: college life, and they've been suckled on the lies of
- 23:24Speaker 3: their Marxist professors, and they think, yes, join the revolution,
- 23:29Speaker 3: globalize the intefada. They don't even necessarily know what it means,
- 23:33Speaker 3: but they feel and and by the way, they're also
- 23:37Speaker 3: unhappy with life and angst and and a lot of
- 23:40Speaker 3: these twenty four year olds, you are mad that they're
- 23:43Speaker 3: not billionaires and driving Lamborghinis yet, and so they're like, Okay,
- 23:48Speaker 3: let's just attack the actual billionaires who built companies and
- 23:52Speaker 3: that'll make me feel better.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Well, and it's New York City now, I mean it
- 23:56Speaker 1: really is. There are so many people there.
- 23:58Speaker 2: They're going to vote for him because he has basically
- 24:01Speaker 2: turned public Enemy number one into successful New Yorkers that
- 24:05Speaker 2: are wealthy. And he's saying that they've stolen something from
- 24:08Speaker 2: you that you never had, and we're going to take
- 24:11Speaker 2: some of it back and give it to you. It's
- 24:13Speaker 2: buying votes one oh one. Your life sucks because of
- 24:16Speaker 2: these evil rich people that have all the one percenters.
- 24:20Speaker 2: It's Occupy Wall Street two point zero or three point
- 24:23Speaker 2: oh whatever version you want to describe this as. And
- 24:26Speaker 2: I think that's the part that scares me the most
- 24:29Speaker 2: is that you can now lose another great American city
- 24:32Speaker 2: the way that you describe San Francisco. Look at places
- 24:35Speaker 2: like Detroit, Atlanta, Baltimore, Memphis. The list goes on and on.
- 24:38Speaker 2: The only good news is there is a cause and effect.
- 24:43Speaker 2: And I think that's why Donald Trump got elected. I
- 24:45Speaker 2: think that's also why he's being so successful right now.
- 24:48Speaker 2: That's why I say, hey, I need an aoc Amandani
- 24:52Speaker 2: to remind America you don't want any part of this,
- 24:55Speaker 2: and Conservatives are getting it done for you right now.
- 24:58Speaker 2: I think that's the blessing in disguise.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Here.
- 25:00Speaker 3: Look, the unfortunate thing is, and I don't think this
- 25:03Speaker 3: is hyperbole. People are going to die if and when
- 25:06Speaker 3: Comrade Mandani is elected. That that is going to be
- 25:10Speaker 3: the concert listen. I was in New York on Friday,
- 25:14Speaker 3: so I was there campaigning for Mike Lawler. Mike Lawler
- 25:17Speaker 3: is a Republican congressman from New York. He's in one
- 25:20Speaker 3: of the most competitive districts in America. Mike's a good guy.
- 25:23Speaker 3: He is not as conservative as you and I are,
- 25:27Speaker 3: but given that district he is, he is a Republican
- 25:31Speaker 3: who gets elected and you get He's as conservatives you
- 25:35Speaker 3: can get, and he fights for his district. And I
- 25:37Speaker 3: like Mike, and he asked me, will you come up
- 25:39Speaker 3: and campaign? And so I joined him. I joined him
- 25:41Speaker 3: number one at the Conservative Party of New York that
- 25:44Speaker 3: they had a big dinner and they had me come
- 25:45Speaker 3: in and speak, and I actually said something. I said,
- 25:47Speaker 3: if comrade Mamdani is elected, I'm going to make a
- 25:52Speaker 3: nomination right now, which is a year from now. I
- 25:55Speaker 3: want to name him the Conservative Party of New York
- 25:58Speaker 3: Man of the Year because comrade Mondani is going to
- 26:01Speaker 3: make more people join the Conservative Party in New York
- 26:05Speaker 3: than anyone has in history as they realize these people
- 26:10Speaker 3: are nuts. Uh And and I'm gonna make a second
- 26:13Speaker 3: nomination if he is elected. I'm going I'm gonna make
- 26:16Speaker 3: this nomination now, and remember the state. Write this down,
- 26:19Speaker 3: Diaz our producer, write this date down a year from now,
- 26:22Speaker 3: bring it, bring it up, and on this podcast, I
- 26:25Speaker 3: am going to nominate right now comrade Mondannie as the
- 26:30Speaker 3: Texas Realature of the Year because not only is he
- 26:33Speaker 3: going to drive New Yorkers to join the Republican Party
- 26:36Speaker 3: and the Conservative Party but he is going to result.
- 26:40Speaker 3: He is going to rent more U hauls than the
- 26:44Speaker 3: very best Willie Lowman salesman that has ever been in
- 26:48Speaker 3: U haul of people moving from New York and coming
- 26:52Speaker 3: to Texas and coming to Florida. And anyone with any
- 26:54Speaker 3: sense is going to get out of this.
- 26:55Speaker 1: Gaveners.
- 26:57Speaker 3: He is Gavin Newsom. And by the way, okay, did
- 27:00Speaker 3: you hear Gavin Newsom on the podcast discussing his rough,
- 27:04Speaker 3: hard scrabble life eating wonderbread growing up in the hood,
- 27:08Speaker 3: Because you know, Gavin was an oppressed youth.
- 27:14Speaker 5: Did you see.
- 27:15Speaker 2: That it was almost as oppressed as he was during
- 27:17Speaker 2: the COVID lockdowns when he was the only one allowed
- 27:18Speaker 2: to have dinner with his friends without masks on.
- 27:20Speaker 1: You know.
- 27:21Speaker 3: Look, to be clear, Gavin Newsom is California Royalties, fourth
- 27:25Speaker 3: or fifth generation California old money. His daddy was one
- 27:32Speaker 3: of the lead lawyers for the Getty billionaire fortune.
- 27:38Speaker 5: He grew up.
- 27:40Speaker 3: He was featured in the San Francisco Paper in an
- 27:42Speaker 3: article entitled growing up Rich And to be clear, he
- 27:46Speaker 3: started a winery with the Getty millions billions actually, but
- 27:50Speaker 3: millions from them. Started a winery at age twenty five. Now, Benjamin,
- 27:54Speaker 3: let me ask you, did you start a winery at
- 27:56Speaker 3: h twenty five?
- 27:58Speaker 1: No?
- 27:59Speaker 2: Why I feel I got worked. It's really hard, but
- 28:00Speaker 2: I promise you it was not a winery at twenty five.
- 28:04Speaker 5: And look, it's okay.
- 28:05Speaker 3: I don't fault Gavin for the success of his parents,
- 28:10Speaker 3: or his grandparents or his great great grandparents. And it's
- 28:12Speaker 3: amazing how many leftists were raised with silver spoons and
- 28:17Speaker 3: inserted just about any place you can insert a spoon.
- 28:22Speaker 3: But when he pretends like he's on this NBA podcast
- 28:26Speaker 3: and he's talking about, oh, I just had to support myself.
- 28:29Speaker 3: I had to support myself playing ball, like what a load,
- 28:35Speaker 3: what a croc?
- 28:38Speaker 1: And it's pathological.
- 28:40Speaker 3: Newsom is running a different scam than Mandani is, but
- 28:45Speaker 3: it's the same scam. It is marketing Marxism, socialism, confiscatory
- 28:53Speaker 3: government power and trying to make it. I will say this,
- 28:56Speaker 3: I'm gonna compliment right now both comrade Mondani and Gavin Newsom.
- 29:01Speaker 5: They got great smiles.
- 29:03Speaker 3: I mean, to be honest, every dentist in America must
- 29:05Speaker 3: be like, look at those pearly Whitesnators smile like it.
- 29:10Speaker 3: And you know I gotta say and and I'll say
- 29:13Speaker 3: this as as a Cuban American whose family, you know,
- 29:17Speaker 3: fled Cuba, it really feels better if you're a dissident
- 29:21Speaker 3: being lined up from the firing squad, if you know
- 29:23Speaker 3: that the communist ordering your death or smiling like it
- 29:26Speaker 3: really makes it less painful as you're sent to the gulag,
- 29:31Speaker 3: to know it's a good looking tyrant who is sending
- 29:36Speaker 3: me to the Gulag. But sadly that's where we are.
- 29:42Speaker 3: And and can I ask you one more question on
- 29:45Speaker 3: this topic?
- 29:47Speaker 1: Sure?
- 29:47Speaker 3: Is there is there a single sane Democrat who is
- 29:53Speaker 3: calling out Comrade Mom, Donnie or Gavin Newsome on these issues.
- 30:00Speaker 2: No, because they created these crazies and they allowed them
- 30:03Speaker 2: to fester in their party and they literally didn't police
- 30:06Speaker 2: their party. So this is the Democratic Party now, and
- 30:09Speaker 2: their leaders are not Democrats. They are commies, they are socialists,
- 30:13Speaker 2: they are Marxists. Just look around the country. This is
- 30:16Speaker 2: who they are.
- 30:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 30:17Speaker 3: Look the elected members of the Democrat Party, particularly on
- 30:20Speaker 3: the national scene.
- 30:22Speaker 5: They're scared.
- 30:23Speaker 3: They're scared of the mob. They're scared of the angry
- 30:29Speaker 3: left wing radicals with torches and pitchforks. We saw this
- 30:34Speaker 3: at the No King's rally where they're terrified. We're in
- 30:36Speaker 3: the middle, we're in day twenty seven of the Schumer
- 30:39Speaker 3: shutdown because they're terrified of the mob, and so elected
- 30:42Speaker 3: Democrats are terrified. But again, listen, we endeavor on this
- 30:48Speaker 3: podcast to try to be real, to try to have facts,
- 30:50Speaker 3: to try not to engage in just empty partisan rhetoric.
- 30:55Speaker 3: So maybe you might say, all right, Cruz Ferguson, that
- 30:59Speaker 3: they're not the most impartial, unbiased observers if you're not
- 31:04Speaker 3: inclined to listen to us, Although I will say, if
- 31:06Speaker 3: you've made it twenty nine minutes into this podcast and
- 31:08Speaker 3: you're not inclined to listen to us, wow, you've got
- 31:10Speaker 3: some endurance. Bravos of you, but indulge and indulge the setup. Nonetheless,
- 31:17Speaker 3: if you're not inclined to listen to us, perhaps you
- 31:20Speaker 3: would be inclined to listen to Bill Maher. Bill Maher
- 31:23Speaker 3: is a liberal, he is a Democrat. He's been a
- 31:26Speaker 3: liberal and his democrat a Democrat his whole life. Listen
- 31:29Speaker 3: to what Bill Maher had to say, the warning to
- 31:32Speaker 3: Democrats he had to say about Comrade Mundani.
- 31:36Speaker 7: The Democrats, Let's face it, they're kind of split. Now
- 31:38Speaker 7: there's the far left version that did not do too
- 31:42Speaker 7: well in recent elections, and then people like the governors
- 31:44Speaker 7: say we've got to come back to the middle, common sense,
- 31:47Speaker 7: And whenever this discussion comes up, this is what you
- 31:50Speaker 7: hear a lot. We need a sister Soldier moment a
- 31:52Speaker 7: time when the something some issue with the Democrat says, look,
- 31:55Speaker 7: I'm not with the far left, and this is how
- 31:57Speaker 7: you know you can trust me that I'm not. I
- 32:01Speaker 7: think I have the issue, and it's the mayor's race
- 32:04Speaker 7: in New York. I think he seems like a sweet guy,
- 32:09Speaker 7: Mom Tommy, But I would just like to say, because
- 32:12Speaker 7: the election is in a couple of weeks, this is
- 32:16Speaker 7: not just New York that's on the ballot. I think
- 32:19Speaker 7: the whole Democratic Party in the country is on the ballot,
- 32:22Speaker 7: and the whole country will be looking at this race
- 32:25Speaker 7: to see which way are the Democrats going to go. No,
- 32:28Speaker 7: Andrew Cuomo may not be that exciting and that inspirational,
- 32:32Speaker 7: but you know, for a party that said we want
- 32:34Speaker 7: to get back to normal, he's kind of normal.
- 32:38Speaker 5: I mean, what, well, he's done some things in his
- 32:42Speaker 5: history that I know.
- 32:44Speaker 7: Well, we did a deep dive on that because we
- 32:48Speaker 7: had him on the show. A lot of it is
- 32:50Speaker 7: kind of bullshit. I mean maybe he was a little
- 32:52Speaker 7: too handsy, a little too Italian. Uh, a little too touchy.
- 32:56Speaker 1: You know, I did not little too Italian.
- 33:00Speaker 6: That's what he's said.
- 33:01Speaker 7: You know, yes, you know you did not get the memo.
- 33:05Speaker 2: I mean, it's when you're having to defend Cuomo to
- 33:08Speaker 2: try to save your party, you're not in a good place.
- 33:11Speaker 3: Well, but Bill Maher, and let's be clear, Bill Maher
- 33:14Speaker 3: did not vote for Donald Trump. Bill Maher would not
- 33:18Speaker 3: vote for me. He is a liberal, he is a Democrat.
- 33:21Speaker 3: But Bill Maher every day makes more and more sense
- 33:24Speaker 3: because his party has gone so batcrap crazy that he
- 33:27Speaker 3: believes in things like free speech. He believes in things
- 33:32Speaker 3: like not supporting a communist government that seizes private property
- 33:36Speaker 3: and the means of production in society. He doesn't want
- 33:43Speaker 3: to support Hamas terrorists and other jihadists. That used to
- 33:49Speaker 3: be mainstream, that used to be all of those propositions
- 33:52Speaker 3: were things that used to be the case that Republicans
- 33:55Speaker 3: and Democrats came together. Look Bill Clinton, when Bill Clinton
- 33:58Speaker 3: was president, neither you nor I supported Bill Clinton.
- 34:02Speaker 5: We did not vote for Bill Clinton.
- 34:04Speaker 3: But you know what the Bill Clinton election when he
- 34:07Speaker 3: was elected, it was not the fate of Western civilization.
- 34:11Speaker 3: It was not do we elect a communist jihadist. I
- 34:15Speaker 3: would have rather a Republican be elected. But the world
- 34:18Speaker 3: didn't end when Bill Clinton got elected. Bill Clinton's views.
- 34:22Speaker 3: If you took a candidate with the identical policy views
- 34:24Speaker 3: of Bill Clinton and ran him today, they would tar
- 34:28Speaker 3: and feather him and drive him out of the Democrat Party.
- 34:30Speaker 5: He would be completely an.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Entirely to president.
- 34:34Speaker 3: He would not get elected. He probably wouldn't get elected
- 34:37Speaker 3: as a Democrat dogcatcher because they have radicalized and they
- 34:41Speaker 3: instead want someone like Comrade Nami, whose party says release
- 34:46Speaker 3: the terrorists who murders Jews because they're Jews. That's where
- 34:51Speaker 3: their radical base is. And and you know, some of
- 34:55Speaker 3: y'all may not know what a sister Soldier moment is.
- 34:59Speaker 3: And Sister Soul jactually refers to Bill Clinton. When Bill
- 35:01Speaker 3: Clinton was running for president, Sister sol Joe was this
- 35:06Speaker 3: rapper and and and Bill Clinton denounced her in the
- 35:09Speaker 3: middle of the primary, and it was viewed as as
- 35:12Speaker 3: a brave moment of sort of taking on his base.
- 35:15Speaker 3: But it demonstrated to the voters, or it was perceived
- 35:18Speaker 3: to demonstrate to the voters that he was reasonable and
- 35:21Speaker 3: rational and not a crazy nutcase. And it is an
- 35:25Speaker 3: interesting question. Is there even one national Democrat? By the way,
- 35:31Speaker 3: Gavin Newsom wants to be elected president, can he denounce Mundami?
- 35:35Speaker 3: Jamie Pritzker wants to be elected president?
- 35:36Speaker 5: Can he do it?
- 35:37Speaker 3: Corey Booker wants to, Chris Murphy wants to. None of
- 35:42Speaker 3: them are going to because look, John Fetterman has been critical.
- 35:47Speaker 3: But John Fetterman, I think the Democrat Party is being
- 35:50Speaker 3: quite explicit that they're going to do everything they can
- 35:52Speaker 3: to drive him out of the Democrat Party, just like
- 35:54Speaker 3: they would Bill Clinton if he were there. But I
- 35:57Speaker 3: don't know a Democrat. And interestingly, one ambitious Democrat is there?
- 36:03Speaker 3: Nobody looking around? Andy Basher, who's pretending he's he's a
- 36:08Speaker 3: moderate in Kentucky. Josh Shapiro, who has got to be
- 36:13Speaker 3: horrified at what Mondami's saying. Has he said a word crickets, crickets, crickets?
- 36:20Speaker 3: There is not one. And maybe that will change. But
- 36:27Speaker 3: but but I fear not just for the state of
- 36:29Speaker 3: the Democrat Party, but I fear uh for for the
- 36:33Speaker 3: future of our republic. I think we do better when
- 36:35Speaker 3: we have two political parties that are reasonable and rational
- 36:39Speaker 3: and have some meaningful disagreements than we do with one
- 36:42Speaker 3: party that is utterly whack job and trying to destroy America. Look,
- 36:47Speaker 3: we've seen through history it is a pendulum, and it
- 36:50Speaker 3: goes from one party to the other. There will come
- 36:53Speaker 3: a time when these lunatics are in charge of the
- 36:55Speaker 3: country again, and they've gotten so extreme that that that
- 36:59Speaker 3: I really should utter in fear for our great nation.
- 37:03Speaker 2: Amen, don't forget. We do the show Monday, Wednesday Friday.
- 37:06Speaker 2: We always try to bring you the biggest news we
- 37:07Speaker 2: can and let you know what's going on behind the scenes.
- 37:10Speaker 2: Even at three thirteen am Eastern time, as we're wrapping
- 37:14Speaker 2: this podcast. If you don't think we're committed, just look
- 37:17Speaker 2: at the clock right now, three at three point fifteen.
- 37:19Speaker 1: This may be our latest one we've ever done, Center.
- 37:21Speaker 5: And you should be committed.
- 37:24Speaker 1: That should be.
- 37:25Speaker 2: That's very true, very true. Three fifteen in the morning,
- 37:27Speaker 2: we're finishing this thing up. Hit that subscribe auto download
- 37:30Speaker 2: button and the Center and I will see you back
- 37:31Speaker 2: here on Wednesday morning.
