- 0:01Speaker 1: The violent attack that occurred during that peaceful demonstration Boulder, Colorado,
- 0:06Speaker 1: organized by the group Run for Their Lives, which advocates
- 0:11Speaker 1: for the release of Israeli hostages that are being held
- 0:15Speaker 1: to this day in Gaza.
- 0:17Speaker 2: We now know a.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Lot more about the man who is the terrorist that
- 0:22Speaker 1: committed this attack. The assailant has been identified as a
- 0:26Speaker 1: forty five year.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Old Muhammad Solomon.
- 0:29Speaker 1: He used a make shift flamethrower in molotov cocktails to
- 0:34Speaker 1: target the seniors that were participating in the weekly event.
- 0:39Speaker 1: He injured eight individuals, ages between fifty two and eighty eight.
- 0:45Speaker 1: One of the victims is a Holocaust survivor, and at
- 0:50Speaker 1: least one person at this moment remains in critical condition.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Soliman is an Egyptian national residing in Colorado Springs. We
- 1:01Speaker 1: now know that he entered the US on a B
- 1:04Speaker 1: two tourist visa in August of twenty twenty two under
- 1:08Speaker 1: the Biden Harrish regime that expired in February of twenty
- 1:13Speaker 1: twenty three. He then applied for asylum in September, and
- 1:17Speaker 1: his application was still penning at the time of the attack.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Authorities reported that Solomon had been living in the country illegally,
- 1:27Speaker 1: and that is part of the story that the media
- 1:29Speaker 1: doesn't want to talk about now. According to these new
- 1:33Speaker 1: court documents, Solomon admitted number one to planning the attack
- 1:38Speaker 1: for over a year while he was claiming asylum and
- 1:43Speaker 1: here illegally. He said he was motivated by extremists anti
- 1:47Speaker 1: Zionist sentiments. He expressed a desire to quote kill all
- 1:52Speaker 1: Zionist people, in other words, all the Jews, and showed
- 1:56Speaker 1: no remorse, stating he would do it again. Him On
- 2:00Speaker 1: had research how to make the cocktails on YouTube and
- 2:04Speaker 1: initially intended to use a firearm, but was unable to
- 2:07Speaker 1: purchase one due to his immigration status.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Again he's an illegal immigrant.
- 2:13Speaker 1: During the attack at the Pearl Street Mall, the man
- 2:16Speaker 1: dressed as a gardener shouted Free Palestine and other anti
- 2:21Speaker 1: israel slogans as he threw the incendiary devices into the
- 2:25Speaker 1: crowd of elderly people.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Police recovered at.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Least fourteen unlit molotov cocktails and a gas line filled
- 2:35Speaker 1: weed sprayer at the scene as a flamethrower as well.
- 2:40Speaker 1: White House Press segretary going on Fox News channel to say.
- 2:44Speaker 3: This, well, FBI director Cashpitel is absolutely right and the
- 2:48Speaker 3: President just put out a very strong statement condemning this attack.
- 2:52Speaker 3: This terrorist came into our country under the previous administration.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Joe Biden's administration foolishly gave him a tourist visa and
- 3:00Speaker 3: that allowed him to unlawfully remain in our country. This
- 3:04Speaker 3: individual should have been deported, instead he was welcomed here
- 3:07Speaker 3: and now three years later after coming to this country,
- 3:10Speaker 3: under Joe Biden's administration, he has lighting Jewish people on
- 3:14Speaker 3: fire who were simply trying to peacefully pay respect to
- 3:18Speaker 3: the hostages in Israel. This absolutely is an act of
- 3:21Speaker 3: targeted terrorism. The FBI and the Department of Justice are
- 3:25Speaker 3: investigating it as such, and the President is going to
- 3:28Speaker 3: ensure that this individual is held to the fullest extent
- 3:31Speaker 3: of the law. And not just this individual, but any individual,
- 3:35Speaker 3: especially illegal criminals, who engage in acts of terrorism, will
- 3:39Speaker 3: be held accountable under this president.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Now, the White House Press here, Terry, I couldn't agree
- 3:43Speaker 1: with her more in what she said there, and I'm
- 3:44Speaker 1: going to play more of what she also said at
- 3:46Speaker 1: a press conference earlier in a moment, But let me
- 3:49Speaker 1: tell you more about the charges. So Amon has been
- 3:52Speaker 1: charged with multiple offenses now, including federal hate crimes an
- 3:56Speaker 1: attempted murder. He's currently in custody with a bond said
- 3:59Speaker 1: at ten million. The FBI is treating the incident as
- 4:02Speaker 1: a targeted act of terrorism and investigations are quote ongoing
- 4:07Speaker 1: to determine any potential extremist affiliations. Now, the attack has
- 4:12Speaker 1: also drawn widespread condemnation from public officials and community leaders,
- 4:17Speaker 1: highlighting concerns over rising anti Semitic violence and broader implications
- 4:23Speaker 1: of ideological extremism in the United States of America. Which
- 4:27Speaker 1: brings me back to the White House Press secretary and
- 4:30Speaker 1: what she said about what the last administration has done.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Is your concern in.
- 4:35Speaker 4: The administration that there capacity be some sleeper sales here
- 4:39Speaker 4: in the United States.
- 4:40Speaker 2: What type of pattern is the administration looking at as
- 4:44Speaker 2: far as terror sales.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Well, there's certainly a concern that the previous administration allowed
- 4:49Speaker 3: way too many terrorists and illegal immigrants into the interior
- 4:53Speaker 3: of our country. And that's why the Department of Homeland
- 4:55Speaker 3: Security is working over time to arrest, detain, and support
- 4:58Speaker 3: as many illegal criminals and terrorists that we can in
- 5:01Speaker 3: the United States of America, and any act of violence
- 5:04Speaker 3: will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- 5:06Speaker 1: There are certainly a concern that the previous administration allowed
- 5:10Speaker 1: way too many noticed she didn't say legal immigrants, she
- 5:13Speaker 1: said way too many terrorists into the interior of our country.
- 5:18Speaker 1: She is distinguishing a difference between people that were illegal
- 5:21Speaker 1: immigrants that were let in and actual terrorists that were
- 5:25Speaker 1: let in the White House. Presidenty also speaking directly to
- 5:29Speaker 1: Jewish people in this country as well.
- 5:31Speaker 4: What can you say of the Jewish community today to
- 5:34Speaker 4: ensure that the White House is doing everything I can
- 5:36Speaker 4: to keep him safe under the horrific attack at Boulder
- 5:38Speaker 4: and also the two Israeli empasy staff who were targeted
- 5:42Speaker 4: just last week here in our nation's capital.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Yeah, we have seen two horrific cases of anti Semitic
- 5:49Speaker 3: violence in our country in the last two weeks, and
- 5:51Speaker 3: it is unacceptable to this President and this White House.
- 5:54Speaker 3: And rest assured to all Jewish Americans across our great country,
- 5:58Speaker 3: this President has your back. He's not going to allow
- 6:01Speaker 3: anyone to take part in violent terrorism. It's acts of
- 6:06Speaker 3: terrorism in our country and that's what this case in Boulder, Colorado.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Is being investigated.
- 6:10Speaker 3: As kudos to our FBI Director Cash Pattel for immediately
- 6:14Speaker 3: calling this a targeted terrorist attack.
- 6:16Speaker 2: That's clearly what it was.
- 6:18Speaker 3: But I'd also like to point out that this administration
- 6:21Speaker 3: has done more than any administration to curb this violence
- 6:25Speaker 3: and to curb illegal immigration. We secured our border in
- 6:28Speaker 3: record time, but we're also tightening up our visa process
- 6:32Speaker 3: and our legal immigration process. And we know that this individual,
- 6:35Speaker 3: this terrorist, was allowed into this country by the previous administration,
- 6:39Speaker 3: was foolishly given a tourism visa and then was illegally
- 6:43Speaker 3: allowed to stay. These individuals are going to be deported,
- 6:46Speaker 3: and we're not going to tolerate such violence in our country.
- 6:49Speaker 1: We're not going to tolerate such violence in our country.
- 6:55Speaker 1: This is an act of terrorism now. The White House
- 6:58Speaker 1: Press Secretary also making it clear that the President is
- 7:01Speaker 1: not going to stand by and allow things like this
- 7:05Speaker 1: to happen. This is terrorism in our country. Under the
- 7:09Speaker 1: previous administration, Joe Biden administration foolishly gave a tourist visa
- 7:16Speaker 1: to a man and allowed him to remain unlawfully in
- 7:19Speaker 1: our country.
- 7:20Speaker 2: This individual should have been deported.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Instead they welcomed him here and gave them a work visa.
- 7:28Speaker 1: You put all of this together and It is abundantly
- 7:31Speaker 1: clear that the last administration knew what they were doing.
- 7:36Speaker 1: They knew it, folks, They knew they were letting in
- 7:39Speaker 1: people that were going to be terrorists. There's a real
- 7:41Speaker 1: concern now how many terrorists are in this country. This
- 7:45Speaker 1: is exactly why the President of the United States of
- 7:47Speaker 1: America said it this way in his post on social media, saying, quote,
- 7:51Speaker 1: yesterday's horrific attack in Boulder, Colorado will not be tolerated
- 7:55Speaker 1: in the United States of America. He came in through
- 7:58Speaker 1: Biden's ridiculous this open border policy, which has hurt our
- 8:02Speaker 1: country so badly.
- 8:04Speaker 2: He must go out.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Under Trump policy, acts of terrorism will be prosecuted to
- 8:10Speaker 1: the fullest extent of the law. This is yet another
- 8:13Speaker 1: example of why we must keep our border secure and
- 8:16Speaker 1: deport illegal anti American radicals from our homeland. My heart
- 8:20Speaker 1: goes out to the victims of this terrible tragedy and
- 8:22Speaker 1: the great people of Boulder, Colorado. There are two different
- 8:26Speaker 1: thinkings in this country right now. One of them is
- 8:30Speaker 1: the way that it was just described. Okay, I want
- 8:33Speaker 1: to be clear of a president who's saying we're not
- 8:35Speaker 1: tolerating this. The other is we don't care who comes
- 8:38Speaker 1: in this country as long as we fundamentally change this
- 8:40Speaker 1: country and flood this country with legal immigrants.
- 8:42Speaker 2: And yes, we know that when we open the border
- 8:44Speaker 2: there are terrorists.
- 8:45Speaker 1: They're going to get through, and that means some of
- 8:46Speaker 1: you are going to die, and we're okay with it.
- 8:48Speaker 1: To fundamentally change this country regardless of the acts of
- 8:52Speaker 1: heinous terrorism that come because of an open border policy.
- 8:56Speaker 1: There is a difference between the two parties. And this
- 9:00Speaker 1: is the maybe the biggest difference of all. I want
- 9:05Speaker 1: to move to another aspect of what the Trump administration
- 9:09Speaker 1: is having to deal with. It's not only the fact
- 9:11Speaker 1: they believe there's terrorists and tarist sales that were led
- 9:14Speaker 1: into this country under the Biden administration, but now they're
- 9:17Speaker 1: trying to figure out how to get these people out
- 9:19Speaker 1: as quickly as they can. Operation Patriot was conducted and
- 9:24Speaker 1: it stands now as one of the most extensive immigration
- 9:27Speaker 1: enforcement actions in Massachusetts history. Now, why don't I bring
- 9:32Speaker 1: up Massachusetts because this is really far from the southern border.
- 9:37Speaker 1: This was led by the US Immigration and Customer Enforcement
- 9:41Speaker 1: you know them as ICE. It was also in a
- 9:44Speaker 1: collaboration with federal partners like the FBI, the DEA, and
- 9:47Speaker 1: the US Marshals and even using the US Coast Guard.
- 9:52Speaker 1: This is the part that's amazing and also scary. The
- 9:56Speaker 1: operation resulted in arrests of one four hundred and s
- 10:00Speaker 1: sixty one individuals across various communities, including Boston, Nantucket, Springfeld,
- 10:07Speaker 1: filled Martha's Vineyard. Lawrence, I mean, these are big and
- 10:11Speaker 1: small towns. The key outcomes of the enforcement and the
- 10:15Speaker 1: details are this.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Of those arrested, seven hundred ninety.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Individuals, that would be fifty four percent had significant criminal
- 10:25Speaker 1: convictions or pending charges. Now you may say, all right, Ben,
- 10:29Speaker 1: what's significant.
- 10:30Speaker 2: It's a great question.
- 10:32Speaker 1: These offenses encumbass, drug trafficking, sexual assault, murder, child sex exploitation,
- 10:42Speaker 1: child exploitation, and affiliations with trans national gangs that are
- 10:48Speaker 1: now designated as terrorist organizations MS thirteen and the trend
- 10:52Speaker 1: de Aragua gang. If that's not enough to get your attention,
- 10:57Speaker 1: let me tell you this.
- 10:58Speaker 2: How about repeat offenders.
- 11:00Speaker 1: The operation identified two hundred and seventy seven individuals who
- 11:06Speaker 1: had previously been ordered removed by immigration judges but remained
- 11:11Speaker 1: in the US, often re entering unlawfully because the last
- 11:17Speaker 1: administration just didn't care that's coming from NBC News Boston,
- 11:22Speaker 1: then you deal with these island raids. The coordinated effort
- 11:26Speaker 1: on Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard led to the rest of
- 11:29Speaker 1: forty individuals, including a known MS thirteen gang member and
- 11:33Speaker 1: a convicted child sex offender. The US Coast Guard assisted
- 11:38Speaker 1: in transporting detainees from these different islands.
- 11:41Speaker 2: The New York Post is reporting now now.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Federal officials, including the acting ICE Director toy Lines and
- 11:47Speaker 1: the US Attorney Lee, fully emphasized that the Operation Patriot
- 11:52Speaker 1: aimed to enhance public safety by specifically removing individuals with
- 11:58Speaker 1: serious criminal backgrounds. They highlighted cases involving individuals one for
- 12:03Speaker 1: violent crimes, both domestically and internationally. Now, the part that
- 12:09Speaker 1: makes me even more angry is the fact that after
- 12:13Speaker 1: they gave all this information to the media, do you
- 12:15Speaker 1: know what the media did? They started attacking the ICE
- 12:19Speaker 1: agents for wearing masks when doing these raids. The videos
- 12:24Speaker 1: that are out there that have gone viral show many
- 12:26Speaker 1: of these law enforcement officials wearing masks, and the media
- 12:30Speaker 1: didn't care if your family members killed. They don't care
- 12:34Speaker 1: if there's a kid that's raped or sex traffic. They
- 12:38Speaker 1: want to hurt the men and women in law enforcement, right,
- 12:41Speaker 1: they don't back the blue. They want to get rid
- 12:44Speaker 1: of the police. They want to defund the police, they
- 12:46Speaker 1: want to defund prisons, they want to defund everything and
- 12:50Speaker 1: just have total anarchy. I want to be clear that
- 12:54Speaker 1: is the media's position. So you have this press conference
- 12:57Speaker 1: and it's ending and the acting ICE Director Todd Lyons
- 13:02Speaker 1: return to the podium after they had given the details
- 13:07Speaker 1: on Operation Patriot, when a reporter asks why the ICE
- 13:10Speaker 1: agents are wearing masks, impalling that they're doing something wrong.
- 13:14Speaker 2: And I want you to do two things here.
- 13:16Speaker 1: One, I want you to listen to this carefully, but two,
- 13:18Speaker 1: I want you to share this audio, share this podcast
- 13:21Speaker 1: wherever you can on social media because people need to
- 13:24Speaker 1: hear this type of propaganda from the media and you
- 13:28Speaker 1: understand just how much they lie to you.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Listen carefully. They're leaving the room.
- 13:32Speaker 1: And he comes running back to answer this question, why
- 13:37Speaker 1: doe you mask?
- 13:39Speaker 5: I'm going to answer the mask question. So no, no,
- 13:43Speaker 5: not the mask.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Doneline on the mask.
- 13:45Speaker 5: So a lot of agencies were invited to come out
- 13:48Speaker 5: two weeks ago in Los Angeles where we ran out
- 13:50Speaker 5: operation where ICE offices were docked.
- 13:54Speaker 2: So let's just say that again.
- 13:55Speaker 5: People are out there taking photos of the names, their
- 13:59Speaker 5: face and posting them online with death threats to their
- 14:03Speaker 5: family and themselves. So I'm sorry if people are offended
- 14:07Speaker 5: by them wearing masks, but I'm not going to let
- 14:10Speaker 5: my officers and agents go out there and put their
- 14:12Speaker 5: lives on the line and their family on the line
- 14:14Speaker 5: because people don't like what immigration enforcement is. They're wearing
- 14:18Speaker 5: those masks because we were in an operation with the
- 14:20Speaker 5: Secret Service. We arrested someone that was going online taking
- 14:24Speaker 5: their photos, posting their families, their kids' instagram their kids facebooks,
- 14:30Speaker 5: and targeting them.
- 14:32Speaker 2: So let me ask, is.
- 14:34Speaker 5: That the issue here that we're just upset about the masks,
- 14:36Speaker 5: or is anyone upset with the fact that ICE officers
- 14:39Speaker 5: families were labeled terrorists.
- 14:42Speaker 1: This is exactly why I tell you the media is evil,
- 14:46Speaker 1: because after everything and all the details that I just
- 14:49Speaker 1: gave you the last question, they're screaming as they're walking
- 14:53Speaker 1: out of the room with the Department of Justice telling
- 14:55Speaker 1: you about this amazing moment where we had this massive raid.
- 14:59Speaker 1: The Operation Patriot was one of the largest immigration enforcement
- 15:03Speaker 1: operations ever and the people of Massachusetts are safer with
- 15:07Speaker 1: nearly one thousand, five hundred legal aliens removed. Illegal aliens
- 15:11Speaker 1: arrested included some of the worst people in the world
- 15:16Speaker 1: who committed the worst crimes.
- 15:19Speaker 2: I'll give you an example.
- 15:20Speaker 1: A fifty five year old Salvadorian national with an active
- 15:24Speaker 1: INTERPOL red for aggravated homicide, robbery, aggravated kidnap, and theft
- 15:32Speaker 1: and El Salvador. Ice officers arrested him in Massachusetts and
- 15:37Speaker 1: that's the guy that they're like, well, why are there
- 15:39Speaker 1: people that rested him wearing a mask? There was another illegal,
- 15:43Speaker 1: a thirty two year old Guatemala national and a registered
- 15:46Speaker 1: sex offender who is penning criminal charges in Boston for
- 15:50Speaker 1: five counts of indecent assault and battery on a person
- 15:55Speaker 1: fourteen or over. He also is in trouble for trafficking
- 16:00Speaker 1: a person for sexual servitude.
- 16:04Speaker 2: That's a slave. He was arrested in Roxbury, Massachusetts.
- 16:09Speaker 1: For child rape, aggravated ten year old age gap and
- 16:14Speaker 1: in decent assault and battery on a person fourteen or over.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Ice lodged not one, but two detainers with local jurisdictions
- 16:22Speaker 1: who refused to honor it, so we had to go
- 16:25Speaker 1: in and get him, and what does.
- 16:26Speaker 2: The media say.
- 16:29Speaker 1: The media says, oh, well, why are your agents wearing masks?
- 16:34Speaker 1: You had an illegal, a thirty seven year old national
- 16:37Speaker 1: from Honduras whose most recent arrest was in Fall Rivers
- 16:41Speaker 1: for rape in decent assault and battery on a person
- 16:44Speaker 1: fourteen or over, witness intimidation, and kidnapping of a minor.
- 16:51Speaker 1: He was arrested in Massachusetts for lude and acts and
- 16:56Speaker 1: conduct and sexual conduct for fee. He also had several
- 17:01Speaker 1: convictions of Massachusetts for operating a vehicle under the influence
- 17:04Speaker 1: of alcohol, so putting family's lives atrist with a DUI.
- 17:09Speaker 1: He had been convicted for operating under the influence of
- 17:11Speaker 1: alcohol and operating while in toxicin in Iowa, where he
- 17:14Speaker 1: served one year in prison. Still in America, you had
- 17:17Speaker 1: a twenty two year old Columbian national charge of breaking
- 17:20Speaker 1: and entering a building daytime for felony, then kidnapping, aggravated
- 17:24Speaker 1: rape and in decent assault and battery on a person
- 17:27Speaker 1: fourteen or over. Local authorities released him back in the
- 17:31Speaker 1: community despite an ICE immigration attainer being in place.
- 17:34Speaker 2: So what do we do? We went in and found him.
- 17:37Speaker 2: I'm going to say it again.
- 17:38Speaker 1: The media doesn't give a crap about the children that
- 17:40Speaker 1: are being raped and trafficked and turned into sex slaves.
- 17:45Speaker 1: They care that the ICE agents were wearing masks when
- 17:47Speaker 1: they were arresting these horrible people. You don't hate the
- 17:51Speaker 1: media enough, and I will keep reminding you of just
- 17:55Speaker 1: how bad they are. There are shocking new allegations that
- 18:00Speaker 1: the FBI and the Department of Justice were ordered by
- 18:04Speaker 1: Barack Obama not to arrest Hillary Clinton for espionage and
- 18:10Speaker 1: violation of eighteen US Code seven ninety three.
- 18:15Speaker 2: In fact, Barack.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Obama effectively served as Hillary Clinton's personal lawyer. And there's
- 18:21Speaker 1: a reason why this story I'm telling you right now
- 18:25Speaker 1: is not going viral. In fact, there's silence in the
- 18:28Speaker 1: media on this issue. And that's exactly why I want
- 18:31Speaker 1: you to share this podcast wherever you can so that
- 18:36Speaker 1: we can get these details out.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Here's what we know.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Former FBI lawyer at least A Page testified before Congress
- 18:45Speaker 1: that the DOJ advised the FBI not to pursue charges
- 18:49Speaker 1: against Clinton for gross negligence in handling classified information. Page
- 18:56Speaker 1: stated that the DOJ considered the term quote gross negligent
- 19:00Speaker 1: to be constitutionally vague, influencing the decision not to proceed
- 19:05Speaker 1: with a specific charge. The FBI Director James Comey, in
- 19:10Speaker 1: a twenty sixteen press conference, described Clinton's actions as quote
- 19:15Speaker 1: extremely careless, but concluded that quote no reasonable prosecutor would
- 19:21Speaker 1: bring such a case, recommending that no charges be filed.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Why did he say that because he was also protecting
- 19:29Speaker 1: the Clinton family. President Barack Obama publicly stated that he
- 19:34Speaker 1: guaranteed there would be no political influence in the FBI
- 19:39Speaker 1: investigation of the Clinton emails, emphasizing that evidence, not politics,
- 19:45Speaker 1: would dictate the outcome. But behind closed doors, he did
- 19:49Speaker 1: the complete opposite of that with the new allegations that
- 19:53Speaker 1: are coming forward. In fact, I want you to hear
- 19:56Speaker 1: this report from Fox News and Brett Baer.
- 20:00Speaker 6: Right about what the Obama Justice Department ordered federal lawyers
- 20:04Speaker 6: to do and not to do concerning the Hillary Clinton
- 20:07Speaker 6: email investigation. Chief Intelligence corresponding Katherine Herrich tells us in
- 20:11Speaker 6: sworn testimony on Capitol Hill, one of the insiders told
- 20:15Speaker 6: lawmakers what she was told.
- 20:19Speaker 7: During closed door testimony last summer. Former FBI lawyer Lisa
- 20:23Speaker 7: Page said the Obama administration's Justice Department advised the FBI
- 20:27Speaker 7: not to pursue the gross negligent statute for Hillary Clinton.
- 20:30Speaker 7: In the mishandling of classified information. Former US attorney and
- 20:34Speaker 7: House Republican John Radcliffe led the line of questioning about
- 20:38Speaker 7: the statute, known as eighteen USC. Seven ninety three. Ratcliffe,
- 20:42Speaker 7: you're making it sound like it was the Department that
- 20:44Speaker 7: told you you're not going to charge gross negligence, because
- 20:47Speaker 7: we're the prosecutors. Paige interrupted, That is correct. Page's testimony
- 20:52Speaker 7: appears to conflict with then FBI Director James Comey's recommendation
- 20:56Speaker 7: in July twenty sixteen against criminal charges for Clinton.
- 21:00Speaker 8: And I can assure the American people is that this
- 21:02Speaker 8: investigation was done honestly, competently, and independently. No outside influence
- 21:09Speaker 8: of any kind was brought to bear.
- 21:10Speaker 7: The Republican Ledhouse Oversight and Judiciary Committee investigation ended in January,
- 21:16Speaker 7: with Democrats now in control. The committee's new ranking Republican
- 21:19Speaker 7: made the page transcript public.
- 21:21Speaker 9: The transcript releases show an inherent two tier system, one
- 21:25Speaker 9: in which Hillary Clinton gets the treatment that she got
- 21:27Speaker 9: where they was actually at first concerned that they were
- 21:29Speaker 9: going to charge her, and then with Loretta Lynch in
- 21:32Speaker 9: charge before shut Charister Sale made it very clear that
- 21:34Speaker 9: that was not going to happen.
- 21:36Speaker 7: The tip off came from a chart drawn up by
- 21:37Speaker 7: federal investigators assigned to the Clinton case, known as Medeor Exam.
- 21:41Speaker 7: Fox News has confirmed that the chart listed possible federal
- 21:45Speaker 7: statutes for prosecution. Next to gross negligence was a notation
- 21:49Speaker 7: quote DOJ not willing to charge this. Only known cases
- 21:53Speaker 7: are military cases when accused lost the information. In response
- 21:57Speaker 7: to the page revelations, the President tweeted the transcripts quote
- 22:01Speaker 7: make the Obama Justice Department look exactly like it was
- 22:04Speaker 7: a broken and corrupt machine. The page transcript also confirms
- 22:09Speaker 7: Fox's earlier reporting. The page testified Russia collusion was still
- 22:13Speaker 7: unproven when Special Counsel Robert Muller was appointed.
- 22:16Speaker 1: So let's just recap the facts as we know them now.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Number one, the FBI and the DOJ were ordered by
- 22:23Speaker 1: Barack Obama to not arrest Hillary Clinton. Why because they
- 22:27Speaker 1: were protecting her at all costs. Number Two, James Comey
- 22:32Speaker 1: deliberately lied to the American people days before the election
- 22:36Speaker 1: in twenty sixteen. And yes, he was also protecting the
- 22:41Speaker 1: Clinton family at Barack Obama's orders. The CIA, John Radcliffe
- 22:47Speaker 1: Sanang quote Lisa Page confirmed to me under oath that
- 22:51Speaker 1: the FBI was ordered by the Obama DOJ not to
- 22:57Speaker 1: consider charging Hillary Clinton. In other words, no matter what
- 23:00Speaker 1: crime she committed, no matter what she did with her emails,
- 23:04Speaker 1: no matter what she didn't destroying them, no matter what
- 23:07Speaker 1: servers they were on, and no matter how much classified
- 23:10Speaker 1: information she had in her possession that she was not
- 23:14Speaker 1: supposed to have in a laptop or in emails or
- 23:19Speaker 1: on a private server, it didn't matter. The FBI, under
- 23:25Speaker 1: Barack Obama's orders, was never going to charge Hillary Clinton
- 23:30Speaker 1: with anything, whether it was gross negligence or the mishandling
- 23:35Speaker 1: of classified information. All of this goes back to the
- 23:40Speaker 1: single issue how much were we lied to in this
- 23:43Speaker 1: country by a corrupt deep state that was led by
- 23:47Speaker 1: Barack Obama. Well, now we know just how bad it
- 23:52Speaker 1: actually was. Now there's also the politics of this. There's
- 23:56Speaker 1: going to be many that are going to say, you
- 23:58Speaker 1: just need to let it go. Clinton didn't win the election,
- 24:02Speaker 1: so let's move on. This is old news. It's twenty
- 24:05Speaker 1: fifteen and twenty sixteen. Why do we even care. I'll
- 24:09Speaker 1: say this, it is important that we know just how
- 24:13Speaker 1: corrupt the FBI and the DOJ were under Barack Obama
- 24:16Speaker 1: and under James Comey. And if this is what they
- 24:19Speaker 1: were doing to protect Hillary Clinton, the other question is
- 24:22Speaker 1: who else were they protecting? What other high ranking officials
- 24:26Speaker 1: went off the reservation? What about the I don't know
- 24:29Speaker 1: Biden crime family as well. There are so many questions
- 24:33Speaker 1: that need to be asked. And the other issue is
- 24:36Speaker 1: who should do it. Well, Congress should obviously, and the
- 24:41Speaker 1: FBI and the DOJ under Cashpertel's leadership. The CIA director
- 24:46Speaker 1: sounding the alarm on this, John Radcliffe, I think making
- 24:50Speaker 1: it very clear that he believes this is something that
- 24:53Speaker 1: needs to be investigated.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Is this revenge?
- 24:56Speaker 1: No, this is about holding people accountable that a be
- 25:00Speaker 1: use their power in egregious ways. And let's also never
- 25:03Speaker 1: forget what they did to Donald Trump. They raided his
- 25:07Speaker 1: home in mar Lago over maybe one one thousandth of
- 25:12Speaker 1: what Hillary Clinton destroyed. Yes, she destroyed evidence that was
- 25:17Speaker 1: going to be or could be used against her, and
- 25:20Speaker 1: she knew she could do it because Barack Obama said,
- 25:24Speaker 1: do not arrest Hillary Clinton for espionage or any other
- 25:30Speaker 1: crime she may have committed.
- 25:32Speaker 2: That is what you call cooking the books.
- 25:35Speaker 1: And for this country's future, We need to know everyone
- 25:38Speaker 1: that was involved.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Don't forget.
