- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:02Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:05Speaker 2: and we have got a lot to talk about, including
- 0:07Speaker 2: Hamas and HESBLA warnings about crossings at the southern border
- 0:11Speaker 2: that would be in the United States of America. Also
- 0:15Speaker 2: a big victory over Coca cola and it has nothing
- 0:19Speaker 2: to do with drinking a coke. And also big checks
- 0:23Speaker 2: directly tying now the President of United States of America
- 0:26Speaker 2: to the Biden crime family. And we're expecting more to
- 0:29Speaker 2: come out this week. But first let's talk about the
- 0:32Speaker 2: Border Center. There is a new warning, a federal warning
- 0:37Speaker 2: that Hamas and HESBLO could be crossing the southern border.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Federal officials are warning that members of these terrorist groups
- 0:47Speaker 2: of Hamas and Jihadis and hesblock could be crossing through
- 0:50Speaker 2: the southern border, according to an internal October the twentieth
- 0:54Speaker 2: memo that's now been obtained exclusively by The Daily Caller.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Your reaction to.
- 0:59Speaker 3: That, well, this is a story that broke on Sunday
- 1:03Speaker 3: from the Daily Caller, and this is a memo that
- 1:06Speaker 3: came from the San Diego Field Office Intelligence Division of
- 1:10Speaker 3: Customs and Border Patrol. And the memo warns that due
- 1:14Speaker 3: to the war between Israel and Hamas, there could be
- 1:17Speaker 3: encounters of terroortied individuals who are seeking to travel to
- 1:21Speaker 3: or from the Middle East across the southern border. And
- 1:25Speaker 3: in particular, they specify Hamas, they specify Palestinian Islamic Jahad,
- 1:30Speaker 3: they specify Hesbela, all of which are designated by the
- 1:34Speaker 3: United States terrorist organizations, and all of which have been
- 1:37Speaker 3: committing attacks on Israel since the war began on October seventh.
- 1:42Speaker 3: And here's what the memo says. Quote San Diego Field
- 1:46Speaker 3: Office Intelligence Unit assesses that individuals inspired by or reacting
- 1:52Speaker 3: to the current Israel Hamas conflict may attempt travel to
- 1:57Speaker 3: or from the areas of hostilities in the Middle East
- 2:00Speaker 3: via circuitous transit across the southwest border. The memo continues,
- 2:07Speaker 3: quote foreign fighters motivated by ideology or mercenary soldiers of
- 2:12Speaker 3: fortune may attempt to obfuscate travel two or from the
- 2:18Speaker 3: US or two or from countries in the Middle East
- 2:21Speaker 3: through Mexico. And the memo then lists the patches the
- 2:27Speaker 3: insignia of Hamas, of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and of Hesbola.
- 2:35Speaker 2: You look at this coming from the San Diego Field
- 2:37Speaker 2: Office and you think, how is this not something that's
- 2:42Speaker 2: being briefed to everyone. I would assume like major important announcement.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Why wouldn't they want this to go public? Why does
- 2:50Speaker 2: it have to come out the way that it is
- 2:52Speaker 2: you would think it would be. This would be a
- 2:54Speaker 2: perfect example of Hey, if you see something, say something,
- 2:58Speaker 2: we had that ingrained in Americans after nine to eleven.
- 3:01Speaker 2: It obviously helps save lives after nine to eleven. See
- 3:04Speaker 2: if you see something, say something, for example, that bomber
- 3:07Speaker 2: that we were going to have at times square that work.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Then if you see something, say something, and yet it's
- 3:12Speaker 2: like this administration doesn't want to admit there's a problem
- 3:15Speaker 2: at the southern border with it being wide open, so
- 3:18Speaker 2: let's just downplay it.
- 3:20Speaker 3: Well, this administration consistently hides its own role in making
- 3:25Speaker 3: America less safe, making the world less safe. So this
- 3:27Speaker 3: administration does everything they can to cover up the fact
- 3:31Speaker 3: that they have flowed nearly one hundred billion dollars to Iran,
- 3:36Speaker 3: which is funding this war in Israel. They do everything
- 3:39Speaker 3: they can to cover up the fact that they've sent
- 3:41Speaker 3: hundreds of millions of dollars to Gaza, which in their
- 3:44Speaker 3: own internal assessment they said was highly likely to go
- 3:48Speaker 3: to Hamas for them to carry out terror activity. And
- 3:51Speaker 3: of course, what's their answer once this war begins. Joe
- 3:55Speaker 3: Biden goes on national television and proposes to send hundreds
- 3:59Speaker 3: of millions more to Gaza that will end up again
- 4:03Speaker 3: in the hands of Hamas terrorists. That's their approach. They
- 4:06Speaker 3: likewise accept zero responsibility for the chaos of the Southern border,
- 4:11Speaker 3: and they do not acknowledge that it makes America less safe.
- 4:15Speaker 3: You look at this memo that was sent out on
- 4:18Speaker 3: the twentieth, It lists several quote questions of interest, such
- 4:24Speaker 3: as questions related to the individual's personal or familials, associations
- 4:30Speaker 3: with Hamas, with Hesbela, with Palestinian Islamic Jihad, or with
- 4:35Speaker 3: the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine or other
- 4:39Speaker 3: similar groups. Now, as the memo is rightly noting, if
- 4:44Speaker 3: you're a terrorist crossing the Southern border, you want to
- 4:48Speaker 3: obscure that fact. You want to hide that fact because
- 4:51Speaker 3: if you're coming here, there's a very real possibility you're
- 4:54Speaker 3: coming here to commit acts of terror. And so I
- 4:57Speaker 3: want to underscore something I've said on this podcast previous.
- 5:01Speaker 3: I believe we are at a greater risk for a
- 5:04Speaker 3: major terrorist attack in the United States today than we
- 5:07Speaker 3: have been any time since September eleventh, and the Biden
- 5:11Speaker 3: administration's policies continue to make that more and more likely
- 5:16Speaker 3: each and every day.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Let me ask you the logistics of you being in
- 5:20Speaker 2: the Senate and do you guys get briefed on the
- 5:23Speaker 2: regular or do you have to ask for briefings when
- 5:27Speaker 2: it comes to issues like this or is this something
- 5:29Speaker 2: they purposely want to keep members of Congress in the
- 5:32Speaker 2: dark on.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Well, we had last week an extensive classified briefing on
- 5:37Speaker 3: Israel and on the war that is playing out there,
- 5:39Speaker 3: and that featured senior officials from the Department Offense, from Intelligence,
- 5:45Speaker 3: from State laying out their view in terms of what
- 5:49Speaker 3: was happening in that classified briefing. Obviously, I can't discuss
- 5:53Speaker 3: the details of what was said, but what was said
- 5:56Speaker 3: is consistent with what they have been saying publicly over
- 5:59Speaker 3: an other again, which is they're trying to downplay Iran's
- 6:03Speaker 3: culpability here. The Wall Street Journal has reported that Iran
- 6:07Speaker 3: planned this attack, funded this attack, and directed this attack,
- 6:12Speaker 3: and the Biden administration is desperate to avoid anyone knowing
- 6:16Speaker 3: that because The obvious conclusion from that is that we'll
- 6:19Speaker 3: wait a second. If Iran is the one driving this attack,
- 6:23Speaker 3: why is the Biden administration's Iran's principal financier. They don't
- 6:28Speaker 3: want that question, so even in these classified briefings, they
- 6:32Speaker 3: are spinning like crazy.
- 6:35Speaker 2: You mentioned funding a moment ago, and I do think
- 6:37Speaker 2: this ties back to it. You look at Biden's request
- 6:40Speaker 2: for Congress. It included fourteen billion for Israel and then
- 6:45Speaker 2: sixty billion for Ukraine, ten billion for general humanitarian aid.
- 6:52Speaker 2: I'm not really sure what that means. Seven billion for
- 6:56Speaker 2: in No Pacific, one hundred million for Gaza, fourteen billion
- 7:01Speaker 2: to process illegals faster at the border.
- 7:03Speaker 1: That doesn't mean we're going to secure the border.
- 7:05Speaker 2: It just means we're going to let them come into
- 7:06Speaker 2: this country and process them faster. This is what the
- 7:10Speaker 2: President said. You have to agree to almost holding the
- 7:14Speaker 2: American taxpayer's hostage to get the funding that's desperately needed
- 7:18Speaker 2: to support Israel our ally, and all of this other
- 7:22Speaker 2: stuff comes in at higher dollar amounts. Ukraine sixty billion
- 7:27Speaker 2: but just fourteen for Israel. Is this dead on arrival?
- 7:30Speaker 2: In the Senators just have a good chance of moving
- 7:33Speaker 2: through his request.
- 7:34Speaker 3: Well, understand what Joe Biden is doing and what Chuck
- 7:37Speaker 3: Schumer is doing. They both know that military assistance for
- 7:42Speaker 3: Israel has enormous bipartisan support, so they are deliberately trying
- 7:48Speaker 3: to hold Israel military assistance hostage to try to pass
- 7:54Speaker 3: their other priorities. They know that there are significant concerns
- 7:58Speaker 3: in Congress about Ukraine funding, about it going to internal corruption,
- 8:02Speaker 3: about it not being well spent, about the administration funding
- 8:06Speaker 3: both sides of the war, funding Ukraine on the one hand,
- 8:09Speaker 3: and flowing billions of dollars to Iran on the other
- 8:11Speaker 3: when Iran is producing drones that Russia is using to
- 8:14Speaker 3: fight the Ukrainian Army, And they don't want to try
- 8:17Speaker 3: to get the votes through on the merits. They don't
- 8:19Speaker 3: want to actually convince Congress about Ukraine funding, so they're
- 8:25Speaker 3: trying to tie it to Israel funding to force every
- 8:28Speaker 3: member of Congress to say, well, if you want to
- 8:31Speaker 3: vote against Israel funding, be my guest, or else you
- 8:34Speaker 3: got to fund everything else we want. And I'll tell
- 8:36Speaker 3: you the most cynical element that they include in this
- 8:40Speaker 3: package is what they call border security funding. And the
- 8:45Speaker 3: reason that's cynical is because they don't actually propose to
- 8:48Speaker 3: do anything to secure the border. They don't actually propose
- 8:51Speaker 3: to stop the Hamas or Hezbala terrorists from coming across
- 8:54Speaker 3: the border. What they want instead is additional money to
- 8:59Speaker 3: process illegal immigrants more quickly, to put more illegal aliens
- 9:04Speaker 3: on buses and planes, and to send them even faster
- 9:08Speaker 3: to every city in America. They call that border security,
- 9:11Speaker 3: and they say, well, if you want to support Israel,
- 9:14Speaker 3: you got to fund exacerbating accelerating the southern border crisis.
- 9:20Speaker 3: It is profoundly cynical.
- 9:22Speaker 1: It is wrong.
- 9:23Speaker 3: What I think we ought to do, Ben, is we
- 9:25Speaker 3: ought to vote on a clean military aid package for Israel.
- 9:29Speaker 3: If we did that, it would pass with overwhelming bipartisan support.
- 9:33Speaker 3: Biden knows that, Schumer knows that. That's why they don't
- 9:36Speaker 3: want to do it.
- 9:37Speaker 2: Let me tell you real quick about our friends over
- 9:39Speaker 2: at Patriot Mobile. I was meeting with the CEO of
- 9:41Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile and he was talking about what an impact
- 9:45Speaker 2: you as listeners are having by switching your cell phone
- 9:50Speaker 2: to the only conservative Christian provider in the country. And
- 9:54Speaker 2: they have decided to do something else for every one
- 9:57Speaker 2: of you that switches to Patriot Mobile. They are going
- 10:00Speaker 2: to give a donation right away when you switch to
- 10:04Speaker 2: organizations that help mothers in need to choose life. Pro

- 10:13Speaker 2: of the overturney of Roe v.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Wade.
- 10:15Speaker 2: There are more and more people now that do need help,
- 10:19Speaker 2: mothers that need help with adoption and everything that comes
- 10:23Speaker 2: with carrying a child. If you switch to Patriot Mobile,
- 10:28Speaker 2: you are going to be not just having an impact
- 10:31Speaker 2: every month when you pay your bill, because part of
- 10:33Speaker 2: your bill every month goes back to conservative organizations that
- 10:36Speaker 2: protect your First Amendment rights, your Second Amendment rights, the
- 10:39Speaker 2: rights of unborn children. But immediately when you switch, they're
- 10:43Speaker 2: going to give a donation when you make the switch
- 10:46Speaker 2: to a organization that is supporting the rights of unborn children.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile is an amazing company, and if you're tired
- 10:55Speaker 2: of giving your money to woke companies, then check out

- 11:34Speaker 2: all right, nine seven to two Patriot or online at

- 11:41Speaker 2: move to another story. It's not been covered and it
- 11:45Speaker 2: should be and it's a big, big victory that you
- 11:48Speaker 2: were leading the way on.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Uh.
- 11:50Speaker 2: It was about a victory pressuring Coca Cola where they
- 11:55Speaker 2: finally deleted language supporting Black Lives Matter at This is
- 12:00Speaker 2: also about dealing with pro hamas funding and protests that
- 12:05Speaker 2: are intertwined here. Talk a little bit about this and
- 12:08Speaker 2: how this came about.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Well, I want to say this is another instance of
- 12:12Speaker 3: this podcast having a real and positive impact, and I
- 12:15Speaker 3: want to give a real shout out to our listeners
- 12:17Speaker 3: because your voice can can change the behavior of the
- 12:22Speaker 3: radical leftists who are destroying this country, and it can
- 12:24Speaker 3: change the behavior of the big big business that has
- 12:29Speaker 3: sadly been willing to be complicit in this We did
- 12:32Speaker 3: a podcast last week that did a deep dive on
- 12:35Speaker 3: how Black Lives Matter supports AMAS, and if you didn't
- 12:39Speaker 3: listen to that podcast, I'd urge you to go back
- 12:42Speaker 3: and listen to it because it was really important and
- 12:44Speaker 3: it's something that the corporate media will not cover. But
- 12:47Speaker 3: we walk through all of the giant companies that have
- 12:50Speaker 3: given hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to Black
- 12:53Speaker 3: Lives Matter, and we explain Black Lives Matter that the
- 12:57Speaker 3: phrase is unquestionably true. Who of course, Black Lives Matter,
- 13:01Speaker 3: absolutely yes, but the institution, the organization Black Lives Matter, Inc.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Was founded by explicitly Marxist organizers, a vowed Marxist, it
- 13:14Speaker 3: was founded for Marxist purposes, and it is blatantly anti Semitic.
- 13:19Speaker 3: Black Lives Matter embraces Hamas, it defends hamas one of
- 13:23Speaker 3: the co founders of Black Lives Matter has explicitly called
- 13:27Speaker 3: for the destruction of the state of Israel. They are
- 13:29Speaker 3: virulently anti Semitic, and we pointed out in this podcast
- 13:34Speaker 3: all of the giant companies that have given checks, including
- 13:38Speaker 3: Amazon and Coca Cola and Door Dash, Dropbox, Warner Brothers, Microsoft,
- 13:43Speaker 3: all of them. We walked through, and we gave chapter
- 13:46Speaker 3: and verse how each of them was funding this explicitly
- 13:50Speaker 3: anti semitic organization.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Well.
- 13:53Speaker 3: Interestingly enough, our episode aired on October eighteenth. The very
- 13:59Speaker 3: next day, Coca Cola deleted the language on its own
- 14:04Speaker 3: website about supporting Black Lives Matter and Coca Cola owns Sprite,
- 14:09Speaker 3: So Sprite's a company owned by Coke. Here's what the
- 14:12Speaker 3: website said the day before the October eighteenth episode of Verdict.
- 14:17Speaker 3: It said quote. Earlier this month, Sprite announced a five
- 14:21Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars contribution to the Black Lives Matter Global
- 14:24Speaker 3: Network in a social post committing action on the fight
- 14:27Speaker 3: for racial justice. On June twenty eighth, the brand debuted
- 14:31Speaker 3: a new TV commercial during the twenty twenty BET Awards telecast,
- 14:36Speaker 3: showcasing Black America's resilience, excellence, and optimism. The sixty second spot,
- 14:42Speaker 3: titled Dreams Realized, emphasizes Sprite's commitment to making young black
- 14:47Speaker 3: creators dreams of reality and to inspire the next generation
- 14:51Speaker 3: to do more and dream bigger. Well, then, the day
- 14:55Speaker 3: after our podcast aired, that paragraph miraculously disappeared from Coca
- 15:01Speaker 3: Cola's website. They simply deleted it. All the rest of
- 15:04Speaker 3: the website is there, but that paragraph someone went and said, uh, oh,
- 15:08Speaker 3: we got caught. Maybe it's not a good idea to
- 15:11Speaker 3: give a half million dollars to a Marxist organization, which
- 15:14Speaker 3: frankly they're probably fine with giving to a Marxist organization,
- 15:17Speaker 3: but a Marxist organization that is explicitly embracing Hamas and
- 15:22Speaker 3: as we detailed again on the podcast, is sending out
- 15:26Speaker 3: social media tweets with pictures of the Hamas terrorist paraglider
- 15:31Speaker 3: and supporting the mass murder of Israelis. I guess that
- 15:36Speaker 3: finally was too much for Coca Cola, So listen. I
- 15:40Speaker 3: think listeners of this podcast should take a victory lap
- 15:42Speaker 3: that your voice can make a difference. And Coke decided
- 15:46Speaker 3: they didn't want to they couldn't take the heat. And
- 15:49Speaker 3: I guess my question is what about the other companies.
- 15:52Speaker 3: Are they still proud of supporting anti Semites or is
- 15:55Speaker 3: it just Coke that that can back away from it
- 15:59Speaker 3: when they're could fronted about it.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Yeah, and this really brings us into another issue that
- 16:04Speaker 2: deals very much with the same type of circumstances here,
- 16:07Speaker 2: Following the money for the pro Hamas Capital protests that
- 16:13Speaker 2: were not only backed by Democratic extremists, but they have
- 16:16Speaker 2: been supported financially by pro Hamas organizations. And we really
- 16:22Speaker 2: need to talk about who's funding this insanity. I was
- 16:25Speaker 2: in DC with you, and all of a sudden, by
- 16:28Speaker 2: the time I left, you know, the Capital area, you
- 16:31Speaker 2: had this. This call it an insurrection. It's a favorite
- 16:35Speaker 2: word of the media. And no one, of course, is
- 16:37Speaker 2: going to get in trouble for this. And the FBI
- 16:39Speaker 2: is not going to come knocking on people's doors. They're
- 16:40Speaker 2: not going to be demanding bank records or hotel records
- 16:43Speaker 2: of who was in town on that day. But they
- 16:45Speaker 2: decided that they were going to go all in for
- 16:48Speaker 2: the terraces on Capitol Hill. And this is being funded
- 16:51Speaker 2: by organizations and people, and no one seems to be
- 16:54Speaker 2: asking the question, Hey, where's this money coming from.
- 16:58Speaker 3: Well, unfortunately, big business has been a behind much of
- 17:02Speaker 3: the radical Marxist movement in this country, especially Black Lives Matter.
- 17:07Speaker 3: But you're right, the corporate media has no interest in
- 17:10Speaker 3: following the money in terms of the Hamas sympathizers, those
- 17:14Speaker 3: who support terrorism, those who hate Israel. Instead, much of
- 17:20Speaker 3: the corporate media operates as the propagandists for the Hamas terrorists,
- 17:25Speaker 3: including as we discussed at great length, repeating the Hamas
- 17:29Speaker 3: false propaganda that Israel had bombed a Palestinian hospital. We
- 17:34Speaker 3: now know that was an utter lie, but it didn't
- 17:38Speaker 3: stop CNN and the New York Times and much of
- 17:41Speaker 3: the corporate media from trumpeting it as loudly as they could.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's it is really I think shocking to
- 17:48Speaker 2: see this and if you look at the comparing contrast
- 17:52Speaker 2: here to what happened also with Clarence Thomas. We did
- 17:56Speaker 2: a lot about Clarence Thomas on this show and the
- 17:59Speaker 2: attacks on him, a character assassination on him. They've done
- 18:03Speaker 2: everything to undermine him, and a lot of this money
- 18:06Speaker 2: can be connected the same type of donors.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Well, that's exactly right. And also on Sunday, Tablet magazine
- 18:14Speaker 3: came out with a story that is entitled pro Haamas
- 18:16Speaker 3: Capital Protest backed by Democratic Dark Money, and there were
- 18:21Speaker 3: about three hundred protesters who were rest in the capital
- 18:24Speaker 3: on October eighteenth, and the demonstration, by the way, it
- 18:28Speaker 3: featured a speech from Rashida Talib repeating the lie that
- 18:34Speaker 3: Israel had bombed the hospital in Gaza. We now know
- 18:37Speaker 3: that's a lie. It had been reported that it was
- 18:39Speaker 3: a lie at the time she said it, and yet
- 18:41Speaker 3: she was perfectly happy to stand up and be an
- 18:45Speaker 3: active and aggressive member of the Hamas propaganda effort.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Well.
- 18:50Speaker 3: These groups were organized by an organization called Jewish Voice
- 18:56Speaker 3: for Peace and If Not Now, which is described by
- 19:00Speaker 3: The New York Times as quote both of them as
- 19:04Speaker 3: quote Jewish anti Zionist groups. So understand that that they're
- 19:09Speaker 3: saying they're Jewish but they hate Israel. Anti Zionist means
- 19:12Speaker 3: you do not believe Israel should exist. You are opposed
- 19:16Speaker 3: to the existence of the state of Israel. That's what
- 19:18Speaker 3: these groups mean. But to understand these groups, the Jewish
- 19:26Speaker 3: Voice for Peace received three hundred and forty thousand dollars
- 19:30Speaker 3: from the Rockefeller's Brother's Fund between twenty nineteen and twenty
- 19:34Speaker 3: twenty three, and seventy five thousand from the Tides Foundation
- 19:38Speaker 3: in twenty nineteen, and for the much smaller inn If
- 19:43Speaker 3: Not Now, those numbers were one hundred and sixty thousand
- 19:47Speaker 3: dollars from the Rockefeller Brother's Fund and forty five thousand
- 19:52Speaker 3: dollars from the Tides Foundation and the Rockefeller Brother's Fund,
- 19:56Speaker 3: and the Tides Foundation. Both are funding radical leftist Marxist endeavors,
- 20:02Speaker 3: and they are explicitly behind the efforts to smear Clarence Thomas.
- 20:10Speaker 3: And if you go back to the Washington Examiner, which
- 20:14Speaker 3: said as far back as it's twenty twenty two funders,
- 20:18Speaker 3: the Washington Examiner can reveal that the Rockefeller Brothers Fund,
- 20:22Speaker 3: which has supported climate groups and said in twenty fifteen
- 20:25Speaker 3: it had a quote moral obligation to divest from supporting
- 20:29Speaker 3: profossil fuel groups, gave fifty thousand dollars to fix the
- 20:34Speaker 3: court according to tax forms. And fix the court is
- 20:37Speaker 3: of course the left wing shell company that exists to
- 20:40Speaker 3: smear Clarence Thomas and to attack the U. S. Supreme
- 20:44Speaker 3: Court and undermine the rule of law.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Yeah, it is.
- 20:48Speaker 2: I think one of those things that's going to have
- 20:50Speaker 2: to become more of a focus for conservatives to expose
- 20:54Speaker 2: where this money is coming from. And Black Lives Matter
- 20:57Speaker 2: is a great example of that. Just going back to
- 20:59Speaker 2: what happen, there were so many of those agitators nationwide
- 21:03Speaker 2: that were not doing it because they leave it. They
- 21:06Speaker 2: were hired and paid for with dark Way to show
- 21:10Speaker 2: up to their events and rallies, and protests, and they
- 21:13Speaker 2: were paid to be there.
- 21:14Speaker 1: It wasn't organic.
- 21:16Speaker 2: It was organized by this dark money behind the scenes.
- 21:20Speaker 1: And they're just continuing this model.
- 21:22Speaker 2: For any extreme issue or social issue or anti Israel
- 21:27Speaker 2: issue they can get their hands on. And it's frustrating
- 21:29Speaker 2: because the media doesn't want to look into their money either.
- 21:33Speaker 1: It's so just honest.
- 21:35Speaker 2: If you have a massive amount of people randomly show
- 21:38Speaker 2: up on a Tuesday in Washington, d C. Why isn't
- 21:41Speaker 2: that the reporter doesn't ask the first question, Hey, is
- 21:43Speaker 2: this authentic or is this a paid propaganda by somebody
- 21:47Speaker 2: with dark money? How hard is it to do your
- 21:49Speaker 2: job in that scenario? I don't get it.
- 21:51Speaker 3: Yeah, And look, it's not complicated to ask, Okay, who
- 21:53Speaker 3: paid your travel expenses? Who paid your hotel? Is someone
- 21:56Speaker 3: paying you to be here? Are you getting a paycheck?
- 22:00Speaker 3: The media doesn't care, they don't want to know. They
- 22:02Speaker 3: don't ask those questions because they support the agenda of
- 22:06Speaker 3: the radical left. This is all intertwined the Democrat, dark
- 22:10Speaker 3: money organizations, big business, big media, the Marxist organizations, the
- 22:15Speaker 3: anti American organizations, the anti Israel organizations, the anti Semitic organizations.
- 22:20Speaker 3: They are all intimately intertwined. Yeah, it also brings up
- 22:25Speaker 3: just a side note here.
- 22:27Speaker 2: You and I both saw this, and it's like, it's
- 22:29Speaker 2: about time the save the world, save the environment. Greta Thunberg,
- 22:34Speaker 2: she came out in support of Hamas and now everybody's
- 22:38Speaker 2: had no pun intended cool off to Greta for a
- 22:40Speaker 2: little bit, because she's now out there backing the Palestinians
- 22:45Speaker 2: in Gaza and supporting Hamas. And this was the darling
- 22:50Speaker 2: of the left who said that we were all going
- 22:52Speaker 2: to die and that the biggest threat to her was
- 22:55Speaker 2: was those that didn't you know, fossil fuels and those
- 22:57Speaker 2: that didn't believe with its extreme green religion. And now
- 23:01Speaker 2: all of a sudden, she's supporting terrorists really well.
- 23:05Speaker 3: And Greta Thunberg she tweeted out to the world quote
- 23:09Speaker 3: the world needs to speak up and call for an
- 23:11Speaker 3: immediate cease fire, justice and freedom for Palestinians and all
- 23:16Speaker 3: civilians affected. And she also shared on her Instagram count
- 23:21Speaker 3: a post by a German based pro Palestinian account which
- 23:26Speaker 3: says a quote genocide is happening in Gaza and you
- 23:31Speaker 3: got to understand, look, this is who the radical left is.
- 23:35Speaker 3: They hate Israel, they embrace anti Semitism. Interestingly enough, Thunberg's
- 23:42Speaker 3: tweet has since been deleted. I just clicked on it
- 23:45Speaker 3: a second ago and I come to a post that
- 23:48Speaker 3: says this tweet has been deleted. So the pushback what
- 23:52Speaker 3: was enormous, but it is And in fact, the group
- 23:56Speaker 3: that she reposted, Palestine Speaks, explicitly celebrated Hamasa's mass murder
- 24:05Speaker 3: and its attack on Israel two weeks ago and talked
- 24:07Speaker 3: of its quote indignation against genocide and Gaza and the
- 24:13Speaker 3: repressive state terror of many Western states against anyone who
- 24:17Speaker 3: shows acts and solidarity with the Palestinians. And listen, if
- 24:21Speaker 3: you're a radical environmentalist, you probably believe this nonsense because
- 24:25Speaker 3: again they are fellow travelers. And I will point out
- 24:30Speaker 3: that a spokesman for the Israeli or army told Politico quote,
- 24:36Speaker 3: whoever identifies with Greta in any way in the future,
- 24:41Speaker 3: in my view, is a terror supporter, because what Greta
- 24:45Speaker 3: is doing, that she is now showing solidarity with Gaza
- 24:49Speaker 3: while not saying a word about the massacres of Israelis
- 24:54Speaker 3: shows that she is not actually in favor of the Palestinians.
- 24:57Speaker 3: But she is sweeping the terror of the Palestinians or
- 25:00Speaker 3: Hamas and Islamic jihad under the table, as if it
- 25:04Speaker 3: did not exist now. Thunberg afterwards realized that she was
- 25:10Speaker 3: a bit too open about the lefs embrace of anti
- 25:13Speaker 3: Israel anti Semitic statements, and so she put out a
- 25:17Speaker 3: follow up quote that said, we're of course against any
- 25:20Speaker 3: type of discrimination and condemn anti Semitism in all forms
- 25:24Speaker 3: and shapes. This is non negotiable. You know what she
- 25:27Speaker 3: didn't do. She didn't say the claim that Israel is
- 25:32Speaker 3: committing a genocide in Gaza is a flat out lie.
- 25:35Speaker 3: She didn't say Hamas terrorists are the ones targeting civilian
- 25:39Speaker 3: She didn't say Hamas terrorists murdering children, raping women and
- 25:43Speaker 3: young girls is deplorable. She said none of that. She
- 25:46Speaker 3: just said, oh, oh no, I'm still anti Israel, but
- 25:49Speaker 3: of course anti Semitism is bad.
- 25:51Speaker 2: All right, let me talk to you real quick about
- 25:53Speaker 2: your finances. If you're like me, you've wanted to maybe
- 25:56Speaker 2: buy Goal for years and there's lots of commercials out there,
- 26:00Speaker 2: so who can you really trust? Well, I didn't want
- 26:03Speaker 2: a bad investment, but I didn't want to miss the
- 26:05Speaker 2: boat either and I wanted to protect my hard earned dollars,

- 26:11Speaker 2: If this sounds familiar to you, then I've got great news.

- 27:32Speaker 2: go back to one of your favorite texts that you've
- 27:36Speaker 2: ever gotten to read on Verdict, and it has exploded
- 27:41Speaker 2: this week with the Biden crime family, and I want
- 27:44Speaker 2: to make sure we spend some real time on this.
- 27:45Speaker 2: I'm going to tell everybody listening right now, you're going
- 27:48Speaker 2: to want to share this, So make sure you help
- 27:50Speaker 2: us get this out there and go viral on social media.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Share the podcast because some of what we're going to
- 27:55Speaker 2: talk about right now, I promise you will not know about.
- 27:58Speaker 2: There is that famous tweet or not tweet. I should say,
- 28:02Speaker 2: what's that message that went viral from Hunter Biden sitting
- 28:07Speaker 2: there with his father and it went to Z that's
- 28:11Speaker 2: the Chinese business partner when they demanded their they closed
- 28:15Speaker 2: their ten million dollar deal. Now that that text, and
- 28:20Speaker 2: we'll read it in a minute, is now connected to
- 28:23Speaker 2: Joe Biden paying nearly two point seventy five million dollars
- 28:27Speaker 2: in cash for his beach house within weeks of Hunter
- 28:32Speaker 2: sending the threatening text that Chinese business partner demanding to
- 28:36Speaker 2: close the ten million dollar deal. Now this they bought
- 28:40Speaker 2: this six bedroom out beach house in Junior twenty seventeen
- 28:44Speaker 2: for two point seven four four million in cash. The transaction,
- 28:48Speaker 2: we now learn, was within weeks of that questionable text
- 28:51Speaker 2: that Hunter sent to that Chinese associate demanding they get
- 28:54Speaker 2: their money, and at be tonight when he said, I'm
- 28:57Speaker 2: sitting here with my father and we would like to
- 28:58Speaker 2: understand why the commitment that made has not been fulfilled. Well,
- 29:03Speaker 2: you now put that together with some other info that
- 29:07Speaker 2: we talked about on this show, and the accounting problems
- 29:11Speaker 2: for the president start to really glow in front of
- 29:15Speaker 2: you off of the page.
- 29:16Speaker 1: If you're an accountant. What do I mean by that?
- 29:19Speaker 2: Well, we're now learning that there were some issues with
- 29:22Speaker 2: their taxes and money that's missing. In twenty seventeen, the
- 29:25Speaker 2: first year Joe Biden was out of office after thirty
- 29:28Speaker 2: six years in the Senate and eight more as Vice President,
- 29:30Speaker 2: the couple declared an income of eleven million and a
- 29:34Speaker 2: further four point five eight million in twenty eighteen. Here's
- 29:38Speaker 2: the problem. Between seventeen and nineteen, Joe Biden, the first Lady,
- 29:43Speaker 2: reported sixteen point five million in gross income on their
- 29:47Speaker 2: federal tax returns.
- 29:49Speaker 1: That's what was released by the Biden campaign.
- 29:52Speaker 2: An analysis published last year shows a five point two
- 29:56Speaker 2: million dollar discrepancy between his IRS file and his Office
- 30:01Speaker 2: of Government Ethics disclosures for that same time period. That
- 30:06Speaker 2: you combine this now and you look at the Office
- 30:09Speaker 2: of Government Ethics filing for the same period, and Joe
- 30:13Speaker 2: only reported nine point six million income for himself and
- 30:17Speaker 2: his wife. Well, here's something else that's interesting. We now
- 30:20Speaker 2: have an official check for two hundred thousand dollars that
- 30:24Speaker 2: was written from his brother and his wife to Joe
- 30:27Speaker 2: Biden on the same exact day that money was transferred
- 30:29Speaker 2: in from a shady business deal. So we now have
- 30:32Speaker 2: missing money and a lot of cash going to the president,
- 30:35Speaker 2: and him paying two plus million dollars in cash for
- 30:39Speaker 2: a house, and millions missing his from his filings. Well,
- 30:45Speaker 2: if you start adding the money up, you can see
- 30:47Speaker 2: where the money went. It may have quite possibly just
- 30:49Speaker 2: gone directly to his favorite place to hang out on
- 30:51Speaker 2: the weekends at Beach House.
- 30:54Speaker 3: More and more news keeps coming out that is damning
- 30:57Speaker 3: of Joe Biden and that ties him personally to the
- 31:00Speaker 3: corruption of his entire family. His family had a business
- 31:04Speaker 3: and the business was selling favors from Joe Biden, and
- 31:07Speaker 3: it was a very lucrative business that it was a
- 31:09Speaker 3: business that produced tens of millions of dollars. We know
- 31:14Speaker 3: about the WhatsApp that that that Hunter sent, and I'll
- 31:17Speaker 3: remind you what it says. I'm going to read from
- 31:19Speaker 3: it quote, I am sitting here with my father and
- 31:22Speaker 3: we would like to understand why the commitment made has
- 31:25Speaker 3: not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like
- 31:27Speaker 3: to resolve this now before it gets out of hand,
- 31:30Speaker 3: and now means tonight. And ze if I get a
- 31:33Speaker 3: call or text from anyone involved in this other than you,
- 31:36Speaker 3: Zang or the chairman, I will make certain that between
- 31:40Speaker 3: the man sitting next to me and every person he knows,
- 31:42Speaker 3: and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you
- 31:45Speaker 3: will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here
- 31:49Speaker 3: waiting for the call with my father now. That was
- 31:53Speaker 3: sent on July thirtieth, twenty seventeen, the month before June
- 31:59Speaker 3: of twenty six seventeen. It's now being reported that Joe
- 32:03Speaker 3: Biden purchased his six bedroom Rohoboth Beach Beach House for
- 32:09Speaker 3: two million, seven hundred and forty four thousand and one
- 32:12Speaker 3: dollar in cash. Now, I don't know about you, but
- 32:16Speaker 3: most people don't have three million dollars in cash just
- 32:20Speaker 3: laying around. But if you're busy shaking down the Chinese
- 32:24Speaker 3: communists for millions of dollars, and if you're busy shaking
- 32:28Speaker 3: down Ukrainian oligarchs for millions of dollars, that has a
- 32:31Speaker 3: way of producing millions of dollars of cash laying around.
- 32:35Speaker 3: And I'll point out also that we do not know
- 32:40Speaker 3: from GPS data whether or not Hunter Biden was in
- 32:44Speaker 3: fact sitting next to Joe Biden when he sent that text.
- 32:47Speaker 3: We would if the Biden DOJ had allowed the investigators
- 32:53Speaker 3: to examine that GPS data. But explicitly, according to the
- 32:57Speaker 3: irs whistleblowers, the Biden DAS said, no, you are not
- 33:01Speaker 3: allowed to check on GPS whether Hunter was telling the truth,
- 33:05Speaker 3: whether he's physically sitting next to Joe Biden. Because as
- 33:09Speaker 3: we've talked about at great length, it seems there's no
- 33:13Speaker 3: higher priority for the Biden DOJ than protecting the Biden
- 33:19Speaker 3: White House from any acco accountability or culpability for his
- 33:24Speaker 3: criminal conduct. But we do know that there's a photo
- 33:29Speaker 3: of Hudder Biden outside of his father's Delaware home on
- 33:34Speaker 3: the exact day that he sent the text to his
- 33:38Speaker 3: Chinese business partner. So that certainly suggests there's a lot
- 33:43Speaker 3: of smoke there, and the corporate media has no interest
- 33:46Speaker 3: in examining the fire that produced that smoke.
- 33:50Speaker 2: James Comer is a guy that we've had on this
- 33:52Speaker 2: show before, and he is a pretty mild guy. I
- 33:57Speaker 2: don't know the single instance where I can say he was,
- 34:00Speaker 2: you know, on the record, is overstating something and having
- 34:02Speaker 2: to walk it back. With this investigation, he's very very methodical,
- 34:08Speaker 2: very cool, calm and collected. He has been telegraphing that
- 34:12Speaker 2: this is just the tip of the iceberg and more
- 34:15Speaker 2: direct links of cash to the Biden President. The President Biden, right,
- 34:20Speaker 2: Joe Biden from this family business is going to be
- 34:24Speaker 2: coming out this week. I think it's going to shock everybody.
- 34:28Speaker 3: Well, we already have a check that Joe Biden's brother,
- 34:33Speaker 3: James Biden, wrote to Joe, and it is a check
- 34:37Speaker 3: for two hundred thousand dollars from his brother in twenty eighteen,
- 34:43Speaker 3: and it is the same day that a distressed rural
- 34:47Speaker 3: hospital operator wired two hundred thousand dollars to James Biden
- 34:51Speaker 3: and his wife Sarah Biden to their bank account.
- 34:55Speaker 2: And and by the way, in their bankruptcy filing, they
- 34:58Speaker 2: said they were firing Biden's for political influence.
- 35:03Speaker 1: They were solely hiring them.
- 35:05Speaker 2: Because they thought they could bring an investor in from
- 35:08Speaker 2: overseas and have political influence over their coming to maybe
- 35:12Speaker 2: help them when they were in financial distress. That's in
- 35:15Speaker 2: their actual documents from their bankruptcy filing.
- 35:19Speaker 3: That know one the media is covering as well well.
- 35:22Speaker 3: The Daily Caller has covered And here's what they said.
- 35:25Speaker 3: They said quote. In twenty eighteen, James Biden received six
- 35:28Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars in loans from AmeriCorps, a financially distressed
- 35:33Speaker 3: and failing rural hospital operator. According to bankruptcy court documents,
- 35:38Speaker 3: James Biden received those loans quote based upon representations that
- 35:43Speaker 3: his last name Biden could open doors and that he
- 35:47Speaker 3: could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based
- 35:52Speaker 3: on his political connections. Now you might say, okay, that's James,
- 35:56Speaker 3: that's the brother. He's just selling influence and access. Well,
- 36:00Speaker 3: except for the fact that he wrote a two hundred
- 36:02Speaker 3: thousand dollars check and in fact, the Daily Caller continues quote.
- 36:07Speaker 3: On March first, twenty eighteen, AmeriCorps wired a two hundred
- 36:10Speaker 3: thousand dollars loan into James and Sarah Biden's personal bank account,
- 36:13Speaker 3: not their business bank account, and then on that very day,
- 36:18Speaker 3: James Biden wrote a two hundred thousand dollars check from
- 36:21Speaker 3: the same personal bank account to Joe Biden. So it's
- 36:24Speaker 3: very hard for Joe Biden to claim he has nothing
- 36:27Speaker 3: to do with it when the check is made out
- 36:29Speaker 3: to Joe Biden for that exact amount.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Yeah, this is going to be very big.
- 36:34Speaker 2: We're going to keep covering it here and breaking news
