- 0:00Speaker 1: Part four of our expose into dominion voting systems is
- 0:05Speaker 1: a doozy, especially after a big press conferdence today from
- 0:11Speaker 1: Sidney Powell, President Trump's attorney, and Rudy Giuliani, among others.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Now we know that their issues with dominion voting systems machines.
- 0:22Speaker 1: We know that there are votes they claim as an
- 0:25Speaker 1: issue of human error by the thousands that were given
- 0:29Speaker 1: to the wrong candidate. We know that Dominion is filled
- 0:32Speaker 1: with leftists who supported Obama and Joe Biden. We know
- 0:37Speaker 1: that even the chief of staff for Nancy Pelosi works
- 0:41Speaker 1: as a consultant for Dominion. We know the people that
- 0:44Speaker 1: used to work for Joe Biden also work for Dominion.
- 0:48Speaker 1: We know that Texas, for years before even Donald Trump
- 0:52Speaker 1: was a politician, warned about not using dominion voting systems
- 0:58Speaker 1: in Texas. We have the papers to prove that, the
- 1:00Speaker 1: complaints to go along with it, and now we have
- 1:05Speaker 1: even more information. Today Sidney Powell came out talking about
- 1:11Speaker 1: this election and what they have uncovered in the last
- 1:15Speaker 1: two weeks. And if you think about just the last
- 1:17Speaker 1: two weeks, what all they've had to do with all
- 1:20Speaker 1: these legal challenges around the country, and what all they've
- 1:24Speaker 1: had to dig through is pretty impressive. Take a listen
- 1:27Speaker 1: to this. Being in office were allowed to rig their elections.
- 1:32Speaker 1: This is stunning, heartbreaking, infuriating, and the most unpatriotic acts
- 1:44Speaker 1: I can even imagine for people in this country to
- 1:48Speaker 1: have participated in any way, shape or form. And I
- 1:52Speaker 1: want the American public to know right now that we
- 1:55Speaker 1: will not be intimidated. American patriots are fed up with
- 1:59Speaker 1: the corruption from the local level to the highest level
- 2:03Speaker 1: of our government, and we are going to take this
- 2:06Speaker 1: country back. We are not going to be intimidated. We
- 2:09Speaker 1: are not going to back down. We are going to
- 2:12Speaker 1: clean this mess up. Now. President Trump won by a landslide.
- 2:17Speaker 1: We are going to prove it, and we are going
- 2:19Speaker 1: to reclaim the United States of America for the people
- 2:22Speaker 1: who vote for freedom. Sidney Powell, by the way, you
- 2:27Speaker 1: could tell they're very emotional, obviously upset. She says. The
- 2:32Speaker 1: president one by a landslide, don't worry. The media immediately
- 2:35Speaker 1: started to mock her and Rudy Giliani. Rudy Giliani talked
- 2:39Speaker 1: about the Philadelphia voter fraud cases. He says could fill
- 2:44Speaker 1: a library. He said the same thing you could be
- 2:47Speaker 1: said about Detroit as well. So I guess the best
- 2:52Speaker 1: way to describe this is when we began our representation
- 2:56Speaker 1: of the president, we certainly were confronted with a very
- 3:00Speaker 1: anomalous set of results. The president way ahead on election
- 3:04Speaker 1: night seven or eight hundred thousand in Pennsylvania, somehow he
- 3:10Speaker 1: lost Pennsylvania. We have statisticians willing to testify that that's
- 3:15Speaker 1: almost statistically impossible to have happened in the period of
- 3:18Speaker 1: time that had happened, but of course that's just speculation.
- 3:22Speaker 1: As we started investigating, both our investigations and the very
- 3:28Speaker 1: patriotic and brave American citizens that have come forward are extraordinary,
- 3:33Speaker 1: extraordinary number of people, extraordinary number of witnesses. And what
- 3:37Speaker 1: emerged very quickly is because there's not a singular voter
- 3:41Speaker 1: fraud in one state, this pattern repeats itself in a
- 3:45Speaker 1: number of states, almost exactly the same pattern, which to
- 3:50Speaker 1: any experienced investigator prosecutor, would suggest that there was a
- 3:56Speaker 1: plan from a centralized place to execute these various acts
- 4:02Speaker 1: of voter fraud, specifically focused on big cities and specifically
- 4:08Speaker 1: focused on as you would imagine, big cities controlled by Democrats,
- 4:15Speaker 1: and particularly focused on big cities, had to have a
- 4:19Speaker 1: long history of corruption. The number of voter fraud cases
- 4:23Speaker 1: in Philadelphia could fill a library. Just a few weeks
- 4:27Speaker 1: ago it was a conviction for voter fraud, and one
- 4:30Speaker 1: two weeks before that. And I've often said I guess sarcastically,
- 4:37Speaker 1: but it's true. The only surprise I would have found
- 4:40Speaker 1: in this is if Philadelphia hadn't cheated in this election,
- 4:44Speaker 1: because for the last sixty years, they've cheated in just
- 4:48Speaker 1: about every single election. You could say the same thing
- 4:51Speaker 1: about Detroit. Each one of these cities are cities that
- 4:55Speaker 1: are controlled by Democrats, which means they can get away
- 4:57Speaker 1: with anything they want to do. It means they have
- 5:00Speaker 1: a certain degree of control over certainly control the election
- 5:04Speaker 1: board completely, and they control law enforcement. And unfortunately, they
- 5:09Speaker 1: have some friendly judges that will issue ridiculously irrational opinions
- 5:16Speaker 1: just to come out in their favor. You look at
- 5:20Speaker 1: what Giuliani had to say there about the voter fraud
- 5:23Speaker 1: cases could fill a library. He says the same could
- 5:26Speaker 1: be said about Detroit. He says, it's clear that they
- 5:28Speaker 1: were all doing the same thing in all these liberal
- 5:30Speaker 1: cities because they can get away with it. They can
- 5:33Speaker 1: get away with it and they can do whatever they
- 5:34Speaker 1: want to do. Rudy Giuliani and these other lawyers representing
- 5:39Speaker 1: President Donald Trump's campaign clearly outlined their case that the
- 5:44Speaker 1: November third president's election was so deeply flawed in several
- 5:47Speaker 1: states that the results should be overturned in the President's favor.
- 5:55Speaker 1: The media, of course, says, these people are just crazy.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Giuliani said, there was a pattern, a pattern to the
- 6:03Speaker 1: alleged irregularities and key states that suggested and again you
- 6:08Speaker 1: heard him say this, but I'll expand on this a
- 6:11Speaker 1: quote plan from a centralized place to commit voter fraud
- 6:14Speaker 1: in cities controlled by Democrats. He said, the widespread adoption
- 6:19Speaker 1: of vote by mail had allowed the Democrats to take
- 6:23Speaker 1: big city corruption practices nationwide. They picked the places, they
- 6:29Speaker 1: picked the towns, they picked the cities, They picked the
- 6:33Speaker 1: states where they believe they could get away with it.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Now Here are the key allegations that these lawyers actually
- 6:41Speaker 1: represent presented, not only about what the Democrats did, but
- 6:45Speaker 1: also dominion voting systems, which is something the Democrats apparently
- 6:53Speaker 1: love to be a part of dominion. Why are all
- 6:56Speaker 1: these cities on boardard dominion? Because it's pretty clear they
- 7:00Speaker 1: know that dominion has some huge weaknesses when it comes
- 7:05Speaker 1: to integrity of the vote. Number one, observers were allegedly
- 7:10Speaker 1: prevented from watching mail in ballots even being opened. Giuliani
- 7:15Speaker 1: said that many mail in ballots were opened without observers
- 7:20Speaker 1: being able to check that they were purportedly even signed.
- 7:26Speaker 1: That's a key protection against fraud. Right signatures, matching up signatures.
- 7:32Speaker 1: If someone hadn't signed that ballot should not be signed
- 7:35Speaker 1: by somebody else. These votes, he said, were no void,
- 7:41Speaker 1: especially where the envelopes have been discarded, making recounts pretty
- 7:47Speaker 1: much useless. And he has grabbed this audio. I want
- 7:50Speaker 1: to play this. So Giuliani says, the recount in Georgia
- 7:53Speaker 1: means nothing. It means nothing because the fraudulent ballot will
- 8:01Speaker 1: be counted again. They'll be counted again. Because when you
- 8:07Speaker 1: have an envelope and that envelope is open, and you
- 8:11Speaker 1: have an envelope and you have that ballot and that
- 8:14Speaker 1: envelope has been discarded, you cannot put that back together.
- 8:20Speaker 1: It's impossible. So he said, once you have the check
- 8:24Speaker 1: and balance gone from actually verifying a recount done the
- 8:28Speaker 1: right way, once that envelope's gone, a recount's pretty much
- 8:33Speaker 1: useless because and George is a great example, he said,
- 8:36Speaker 1: because the fraudulent ballot's already there in the system, and
- 8:40Speaker 1: they're already going to be counted again and again and again.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Take a listen. Used to go on all over America
- 8:47Speaker 1: when we conduct an honest elections, because the only time
- 8:51Speaker 1: you can ever find out if it's a fraudulent ballot,
- 8:55Speaker 1: this is one it has looked at the minute you
- 8:58Speaker 1: approve this, it's thrown away, gone for eternity. The only
- 9:03Speaker 1: thing left is to vote. That could have been mickey mouse,
- 9:08Speaker 1: that could have been a dead person, that could have
- 9:10Speaker 1: been not filled out properly, that could have been the
- 9:14Speaker 1: same person thirty times, that could have been and all
- 9:18Speaker 1: these things have happened, by the way, that could have
- 9:20Speaker 1: been nothing filled out. We never know. So, for example,
- 9:27Speaker 1: the recount being done in Georgia will tell us nothing
- 9:30Speaker 1: because these fraudulent ballots will just be counted again because
- 9:34Speaker 1: they wouldn't supply the signatures to match the ballots. So
- 9:38Speaker 1: it means nothing to have counted these ballots. Because for example,
- 9:43Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania, where we have probably our most precise evidence
- 9:47Speaker 1: six twenty seven hundred and seventy of these ballots were
- 9:51Speaker 1: cast put in and they weren't inspected, which renders them
- 9:58Speaker 1: ballots that are null and void not be counted, have
- 10:01Speaker 1: to be removed from the vote. Why for several reasons.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Now you can hear Giuliani there making it pretty clear.
- 10:16Speaker 1: You can hear him pretty clearly. Make the American people
- 10:22Speaker 1: understand that what they were able to pull off here
- 10:27Speaker 1: the way he described it, as they knew that once
- 10:29Speaker 1: you undid some of these ballots, once you took them
- 10:33Speaker 1: away from the envelopes, once you didn't have the ability
- 10:36Speaker 1: to match up signatures, it was already victory for the Democrats.
- 10:43Speaker 1: That's why I said they recounted Georgia means nothing because
- 10:46Speaker 1: these fraudulent ballots will be recounted again. He also talked
- 10:51Speaker 1: about allegedly unequal application of the law and democratic counties.
- 10:56Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you about that as we have
- 10:58Speaker 1: broken down all these allegations to nine key points for
- 11:01Speaker 1: you today so that you understand exactly what Giuliani Sidney
- 11:06Speaker 1: Powe are accusing these liberal cities and also dominion voting
- 11:12Speaker 1: systems of being involved in and how they did the
- 11:16Speaker 1: exact same thing in almost every one of these liberal cities,
- 11:19Speaker 1: which is the part that is actually so brilliant by
- 11:22Speaker 1: the left. This was a nationwide orchestration of how we
- 11:29Speaker 1: can do things because in Pennsylvania, and in Georgia and
- 11:33Speaker 1: in Detroit they were doing it the same way over
- 11:35Speaker 1: and over again. And that's just three of the cities
- 11:37Speaker 1: that I can off the top of my head. But
- 11:40Speaker 1: before we get into point two, I want to remind
- 11:44Speaker 1: you about the number one conservative organization the country called AMAC.

- 11:54Speaker 1: join for free and sign the petition. They will go

- 12:06Speaker 1: make sure that this never happens again. If you have
- 12:11Speaker 1: not signed the petition, do it now and stand up

- 12:42Speaker 1: The conservative magazine will be sent to your home for free,

- 13:04Speaker 1: been free online dot com. So for people that think
- 13:08Speaker 1: that really Judy Aliney doesn't have the goods, let me
- 13:15Speaker 1: just give you this piece of breaking news. Georgio elections
- 13:19Speaker 1: clerk has now been fired this afternoon after a recount
- 13:23Speaker 1: revealed two thousand and six hundred uncounted ballots. That's right,
- 13:30Speaker 1: The chief elections clerk in Floyd County, Georgia was fired
- 13:34Speaker 1: this afternoon after he failed to tabulate two thousand, six
- 13:37Speaker 1: hundred votes that were cast during in person early voting
- 13:41Speaker 1: at the county's administration building, an era that was identified
- 13:44Speaker 1: during a recount earlier this week. According to the Rome
- 13:47Speaker 1: News Tribune, the Floyd County Board of Elections fired Robert Brady,
- 13:51Speaker 1: the chief election clerk, for his vote counting failure. An
- 13:55Speaker 1: election board member, John Scott huss Er also accused Brady
- 14:00Speaker 1: at the meeting of repeatedly failing to meet performance objectives
- 14:03Speaker 1: for his position. Brady was reportedly recently reprimanded for arguing
- 14:07Speaker 1: with a member of the public. He also did not
- 14:10Speaker 1: attend the meeting today because he is currently under quarantine,
- 14:15Speaker 1: having been potentially exposed to COVID. Fox five Atlanta reports
- 14:19Speaker 1: that Brady's firing was a matter with bipartisan support, and
- 14:23Speaker 1: the Secretary of State had previously called on Brady to resign.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Earlier this week, Gabrielle Sterling, voting system manager of Georgia,
- 14:33Speaker 1: told the Atlanta Journal Constitution, that the vote tallies were
- 14:36Speaker 1: on a memory card that was never uploaded. I wonder
- 14:41Speaker 1: how many times had happened elsewhere. The failure, he said,
- 14:45Speaker 1: was a result of someone not doing their job properly. Well,
- 14:48Speaker 1: isn't that convenient a deep bread area of northwest Georgia,
- 14:52Speaker 1: So you understand why maybe this memory card wasn't uploaded.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Maybe it wasn't upload on purpose because it comes from
- 15:01Speaker 1: a deep red area of northwest Georgia. Floyd County voted
- 15:05Speaker 1: heavily for President Donald Trump in the twenty twenty election.
- 15:09Speaker 1: So let's talk about these two thousand, six hundred votes
- 15:12Speaker 1: real quick. Of the two thousand and six hundred votes
- 15:14Speaker 1: found on that memory card, you guessed it, one thousand,
- 15:17Speaker 1: six hundred and forty three were for Donald Trump and
- 15:20Speaker 1: only eight hundred and sixty five were for the Democrat nominee,
- 15:23Speaker 1: Joe Biden. It's amazing how they only seem to lose
- 15:25Speaker 1: memory cards when it comes from area to the state.
- 15:28Speaker 1: That obviously are going to be really good news for
- 15:30Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Luke Martin, chairman of the Floyd Country Republican Party,
- 15:34Speaker 1: told the Atlanta Journal Constitution that the Floyd County error,
- 15:39Speaker 1: when caught, fixed a previous discrepancy between the number of
- 15:43Speaker 1: early votes in the county and the number of tabulated
- 15:47Speaker 1: early votes ballots in the county. It's very concerning, Martin
- 15:52Speaker 1: told the newspaper, But this doesn't appear to be a
- 15:55Speaker 1: widespread issue. I'm glad the audit revealed it, and it's
- 15:58Speaker 1: important that all votes are count it. According to the
- 16:01Speaker 1: Atlanta Journal Constitution, three other counties, Douglas County, Fayette County,
- 16:05Speaker 1: and Walton County missed votes. They just lost them during
- 16:09Speaker 1: the initial tabulation. By the way, if you want to
- 16:12Speaker 1: know where those counties are, they're all away from Atlanta,
- 16:16Speaker 1: like the hardcore democratic area of Atlanta that's Vulton County.
- 16:20Speaker 1: These are all areas that you would refer to as
- 16:22Speaker 1: like the suburbs, where suburban voters typically vote for Donald Trump.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Election workers in the three counties discovered a total of
- 16:31Speaker 1: more than three thousand, three hundred new votes stored on
- 16:35Speaker 1: you guessed at another memory card that hadn't been uploaded
- 16:40Speaker 1: into the computers. Always seems to happen these conservative areas,
- 16:46Speaker 1: doesn't it. These votes are now being counted, reducing Joe
- 16:51Speaker 1: Biden's lead over Donald Trump to just twelve thousand, seven
- 16:54Speaker 1: hundred and eighty one votes. How many votes? How many
- 16:57Speaker 1: Trump votes were gained during these counties. Trump gained about
- 17:02Speaker 1: fourteen hundred votes the county election officials hadn't tallied before
- 17:09Speaker 1: the recount. Fayett County voted for Trump over Biden by
- 17:14Speaker 1: about a six percent margin in twenty twenty. Douglas County
- 17:19Speaker 1: voted for overwhelmingly for Joe Biden before the results came
- 17:22Speaker 1: in that changed everything, and Walton County voted overwhelming for Trump,
- 17:28Speaker 1: according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. The missing Fayette County
- 17:33Speaker 1: and Walton County votes, you guessed it happened to break
- 17:37Speaker 1: for Donald Trump. But trust me, there was no voter
- 17:41Speaker 1: fraud involved in anywhere in Georgia or with these dominion machines. No, no,
- 17:47Speaker 1: this was all normal. Let's give Joe Biden the presidency.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Let's not ask any questions, Let's just give it to him. Yeah.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Back to Sydney Powells when she says President Trump win
- 18:00Speaker 1: by a landslide, and we are quote going to prove it.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Based on what I'm seeing in Georgia right now, I'm
- 18:07Speaker 1: starting to believe her. I want to get back to
- 18:11Speaker 1: point number two that Giuliani made today. Allegedly, he said
- 18:18Speaker 1: there was unequal application of the law and Democratic counties
- 18:23Speaker 1: to protect the vote Pennsylvania, for example, who state Supreme
- 18:28Speaker 1: Court created new relax voting rules before the election, which
- 18:33Speaker 1: isn't supposed to happen. Giuliani is now alleging that absentee
- 18:37Speaker 1: voters in Democratic counties were allowed to cure the defects
- 18:43Speaker 1: in their ballots, while voters in Republican counties which obeyed
- 18:49Speaker 1: the actual state law as it's written, we're not allowed
- 18:53Speaker 1: to do the same thing. Now, let me explain what
- 18:56Speaker 1: curing a ballot is for people that don't understand, because
- 18:59Speaker 1: this is extremely important. You get an early vote ballot
- 19:03Speaker 1: in its defective, meaning that there's something that makes it
- 19:07Speaker 1: not be able to be officially counted. What Democrats did
- 19:12Speaker 1: in these Democrat counties is they actually would either call
- 19:17Speaker 1: or knock on the door, canvass the community to find
- 19:22Speaker 1: the people that ballot had an issue, and then got
- 19:27Speaker 1: them to fix their ballot. That is not how the
- 19:31Speaker 1: law reads or how this is supposed to work. While
- 19:35Speaker 1: this was happening in these Democratic counties, Republicans or conservative
- 19:41Speaker 1: counties suburban counties that were overwhelming counties you know that
- 19:45Speaker 1: would go for Donald Trump. Those Republican counties obeyed the
- 19:51Speaker 1: state law as it was written, saying you can't do this.
- 19:55Speaker 1: So what Democrats ended up doing is they end up saying,
- 19:57Speaker 1: all right, hey, get all the votes in the early
- 19:59Speaker 1: votes of ash you can, let's scrub them. They did
- 20:02Speaker 1: this in George as well. We have video and audio
- 20:05Speaker 1: of them doing this in Georgia, and they said, go
- 20:09Speaker 1: out and find these people and get it fixed. Now,
- 20:11Speaker 1: there's also allegations that some of the actual workers themselves
- 20:16Speaker 1: just fix the ballots without even contacting the person. If
- 20:21Speaker 1: it was a simple issue like missing a signature, they
- 20:23Speaker 1: would actually sign the ballot for them. Now, Giuliani explained
- 20:29Speaker 1: the number of Philadelphia voter fried cases. He says, based
- 20:33Speaker 1: on what they have seen, could fill a library. Take
- 20:38Speaker 1: a listen. So, I guess the best way to describe
- 20:42Speaker 1: this is when we began our representation of the president,
- 20:47Speaker 1: we certainly were confronted with a very anomalous set of results.
- 20:52Speaker 1: The president way ahead on election night seven or eight
- 20:56Speaker 1: hundred thousand in Pennsylvania, somehow lost Pennsylvania. We have statisticians
- 21:02Speaker 1: willing to testify, but that's almost statistically impossible to have
- 21:06Speaker 1: happened in the period of time that had happened. But
- 21:09Speaker 1: of course that's just speculation. As we started investigating, both
- 21:15Speaker 1: our investigations and the very patriotic and brave American citizens
- 21:20Speaker 1: that have come forward, are extraordinary, extraordinary number of people,
- 21:24Speaker 1: extraordinary number of witnesses. And what emerged very quickly is
- 21:29Speaker 1: because there's not a singular voter fraud in one state,
- 21:32Speaker 1: this pattern repeats itself in a number of states almost
- 21:36Speaker 1: exactly the same pattern, which to any experienced investigator prosecutor,
- 21:44Speaker 1: would suggest that there was a plan from a centralized
- 21:48Speaker 1: place to execute these various acts of voter fraud, specifically
- 21:54Speaker 1: focused on big cities and specifically focused on as you
- 22:00Speaker 1: would imagine, big cities controlled by Democrats, and particularly focused
- 22:06Speaker 1: on big cities had to have a long history of corruption.
- 22:10Speaker 1: The number of voter fraud cases in Philadelphia could fill
- 22:14Speaker 1: a library. Just a few weeks ago it was a
- 22:17Speaker 1: conviction for voter fraud, and one two weeks before that.
- 22:22Speaker 1: And I've often said I guess sarcastically, but it's true.
- 22:28Speaker 1: The only surprise I would have found in this is
- 22:31Speaker 1: if Philadelphia hadn't cheated in this election, because for the
- 22:34Speaker 1: last sixty years, they've cheated in just about every single election.
- 22:40Speaker 1: You could say the same thing about Detroit. Each one
- 22:43Speaker 1: of these cities are cities that are controlled by Democrats,
- 22:46Speaker 1: which means they can get away with anything they want
- 22:47Speaker 1: to do. It means they have a certain degree of
- 22:50Speaker 1: control over certainly control the election board completely, and they
- 22:55Speaker 1: control law enforcement. And unfortunately, you know, you hear Giuliani,
- 23:02Speaker 1: and what he's saying is you had an orchestrated effort
- 23:06Speaker 1: nationwide to do the same thing in the same places
- 23:09Speaker 1: where the Democrats controlled the eyes, the ears, the counting,
- 23:14Speaker 1: the election, and the recount. Now that's only two of
- 23:20Speaker 1: the points of the nine I'm going to cover for you.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Number three, the Trump legal team says voters allegedly arrived
- 23:28Speaker 1: at the polls to discover other people had voted already
- 23:31Speaker 1: for them. Giuliani said that many provisional ballots cast in
- 23:36Speaker 1: Pittsburgh were submitted by people who actually showed up to
- 23:39Speaker 1: vote in person, only to be told that they had
- 23:41Speaker 1: already voted. He led to Democrats had filled out absentee
- 23:46Speaker 1: ballots for other people, hoping they wouldn't show up to vote,
- 23:50Speaker 1: so then they would just count that ballot is an
- 23:53Speaker 1: absentee Pittsburgh. This happened, not like one or two times.
- 23:58Speaker 1: This happened apparently thousands of times, where there were Democrats
- 24:04Speaker 1: that decided to fill out ballots, absentee ballots for people,
- 24:08Speaker 1: hoping those people would not show up to vote, or
- 24:10Speaker 1: assume they wouldn't show up to vote, And then people
- 24:13Speaker 1: showed up to vote and they're like, hey, you've already voted,
- 24:17Speaker 1: And they're like, no, I haven't. They're like, yeah, no,
- 24:19Speaker 1: we've got your vote. It's it's already been submitted. You
- 24:21Speaker 1: already sent an absentee. They're like, I didn't vote absentee
- 24:24Speaker 1: at all. I'm here to vote today. Anybody have a
- 24:28Speaker 1: problem with that, because I do. I think the Constitution
- 24:30Speaker 1: does as well. Number four, election officials were allegedly told
- 24:36Speaker 1: not to look for defects and ballots. Let me say
- 24:41Speaker 1: that again. Election officials in democratic cities were allegedly told
- 24:46Speaker 1: to not look for defects in ballots and told to
- 24:51Speaker 1: backdate ballots. Giuliani cited an affidavid from an election official
- 24:59Speaker 1: who swore she was told not to exclude absentee ballots
- 25:05Speaker 1: for defects. She was also told to backdate ballots so
- 25:09Speaker 1: they would not appear to have been received after the
- 25:12Speaker 1: election day to avoid a Supreme Court order to sequester
- 25:17Speaker 1: those ballots. Obviously, this was done in areas that would
- 25:21Speaker 1: have higher voter count totals for Joe Biden than Donald Trump.
- 25:27Speaker 1: So you've got clearly an orchestrated effort here by these
- 25:32Speaker 1: Democrats the cities. Hey, let's let's get people voting for
- 25:36Speaker 1: people in case they don't show up. If they show up,
- 25:38Speaker 1: We'll deal with it. We've got absentee ballots that are
- 25:42Speaker 1: just being filled out for whoever. In democratic areas, we
- 25:46Speaker 1: have election officials under Oz saying we were told to
- 25:51Speaker 1: look to not look for defects and ballots. In other areas,
- 25:56Speaker 1: we have Democrats that are taking cured ballots that are
- 26:00Speaker 1: gonna have problems with them and going back out into
- 26:03Speaker 1: the public and getting them fixed. But Republicans were not
- 26:06Speaker 1: doing the same thing because they were following the law.
- 26:10Speaker 1: If you get ballots are coming after the fact and
- 26:12Speaker 1: they're coming back in from liberal areas, right, well, you
- 26:14Speaker 1: know that it's going to be more votes for a
- 26:17Speaker 1: Biden than it's going to be for a Trump. Go
- 26:19Speaker 1: ahead and backdate those ballots so they would not have
- 26:23Speaker 1: to appear to be received after election day, and then
- 26:25Speaker 1: we don't have to sequester them, and then we don't
- 26:27Speaker 1: have to worry about them not getting counted. Number five
- 26:34Speaker 1: ballot casting votes for Joe Biden and no other candidates
- 26:38Speaker 1: were allegedly run several times through machines. Giuliani said there
- 26:44Speaker 1: were sixty witnesses in Michigan who would attest to ballots
- 26:50Speaker 1: being produced quickly and counted twice or three or four times.
- 26:57Speaker 1: He said that a minimum of sixty thousand allots and
- 27:00Speaker 1: a maximum one hundred thousand ballots were allegedly affected by
- 27:04Speaker 1: this process. So you need some more votes, run them
- 27:08Speaker 1: through again, need some more votes, run them through again.
- 27:14Speaker 1: You need a few more just to pat it, run
- 27:16Speaker 1: it through again. And he says there's sixty people that
- 27:22Speaker 1: will testify to this. Giuliani said, where's the media, right,
- 27:29Speaker 1: where's the media? Where are you guys? What are you doing?
- 27:34Speaker 1: Because if this is a Republican they'd be all over it.
- 27:38Speaker 1: It would be twenty four to seven recount coverage from
- 27:42Speaker 1: two thousand cameras through windows, staring at the votes as
- 27:47Speaker 1: they're being counted. People would just be losing their minds.
- 27:58Speaker 1: And Giuliani says, I think it's really important here. He said,
- 28:02Speaker 1: the coverage of this voter fraud has been almost as
- 28:07Speaker 1: dishonest as the scheme itself. Michigan, where there wasn't honest
- 28:12Speaker 1: democrat who said they were cheating. And we'll show you
- 28:19Speaker 1: her affidavis because I know you keep reporting falsely that
- 28:23Speaker 1: we have no evidence, that we have no specific acts
- 28:27Speaker 1: of fraud. That's because the coverage of this has been
- 28:30Speaker 1: almost as dishonest as the scheme itself. The American people
- 28:34Speaker 1: are entitled to know this. You don't have a right
- 28:36Speaker 1: to keep it from them. You don't have a right
- 28:39Speaker 1: to lie about it. And you are I mean, you
- 28:42Speaker 1: don't report to them that a citizen of this country,
- 28:46Speaker 1: a very fine woman, who is willing to allow me
- 28:49Speaker 1: to give her give you her name. I can't give
- 28:54Speaker 1: you all these affidavits because if I do, these people
- 28:57Speaker 1: will be harassed, They'll be threatened, they may lose their job,
- 29:03Speaker 1: they will lose their friends. We've lost lawyers in this
- 29:06Speaker 1: case because they've been threatened. We've had lawyers that need protection.
- 29:12Speaker 1: What's going on in this country is horrible, and the
- 29:15Speaker 1: censorship that you're imposing is making it worse. But Jesse
- 29:19Speaker 1: Jacob is an adult citizen and a resident of the
- 29:23Speaker 1: state of Michigan. She's been an employee of the City
- 29:26Speaker 1: of Detroit for decades. I know her age, but she
- 29:34Speaker 1: can tell you her age. She was She was assigned
- 29:38Speaker 1: to voting duties in September, and she was trained by
- 29:43Speaker 1: the City of Detroit and the State of Michigan. She's
- 29:46Speaker 1: basically trained to cheat. She said that I was instructed
- 29:51Speaker 1: by my supervisor to adjust the mailing date of these
- 29:54Speaker 1: absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than and they
- 30:00Speaker 1: were actually sent in. The supervisor made that announcement for
- 30:03Speaker 1: all workers to engage in that fraudulent practice. That's not
- 30:09Speaker 1: me saying that, that's this American citizen saying that under growth.
- 30:14Speaker 1: I don't know. Maybe you could say she's lying, but
- 30:18Speaker 1: you can't say there's no evidence. This is what we
- 30:21Speaker 1: call evidence. This is direct evidence that circumstantial. I tried
- 30:27Speaker 1: many many cases, as did all my colleagues. Here, you
- 30:30Speaker 1: put a witness on a witness stand, witnesses testifying to
- 30:33Speaker 1: their own knowledge. This witness goes on. This witness, by
- 30:37Speaker 1: the way he goes on to say, continue to say
- 30:40Speaker 1: that she was pressured in a very intense way. Pressured.
- 30:47Speaker 1: So we got ballots that are being harvested, ballots that
- 30:51Speaker 1: are being altered, ballots that are being backdated, ballots that
- 30:56Speaker 1: are being cured and fixed, but only in democratic area
- 31:00Speaker 1: is not in republican areas. Ballots that are being taken
- 31:03Speaker 1: out of the envelopes that can't match signatures after they're
- 31:07Speaker 1: put in with the rest of the other ballots in Georgia,
- 31:10Speaker 1: and ballots that they're being told to say got there
- 31:13Speaker 1: before election day, even though they got there after election day.
- 31:17Speaker 1: And you got Giuliotti sighting all of this from Affidavid's,
- 31:21Speaker 1: from officials, from people that score in their oath. You know,
- 31:25Speaker 1: you got ballots casting votes for Joe Biden, no other
- 31:28Speaker 1: Kennett that were allegedly run several times through machine, over
- 31:34Speaker 1: and over again. These machines, Giuliani said, there were sixty
- 31:37Speaker 1: witnesses in Michigan who would attest to ballots being produced
- 31:41Speaker 1: quickly and counted twice or even three times. He said
- 31:46Speaker 1: that a minimum of sixty thousand ballots and a maximum
- 31:48Speaker 1: one hundred thousan ballots were allegedly affected. Absentee ballots were
- 31:53Speaker 1: accepted in Wisconsin without being applied for first. That's right,
- 31:57Speaker 1: Giuliani know that Wisconsin state law all his stricter regarding
- 32:02Speaker 1: absentee ballots than most other states are yet alledgs it
- 32:07Speaker 1: more than sixty thousand absentee ballots were counted in the
- 32:10Speaker 1: Milwaukee area. Now Milwaukee area is important because that would
- 32:14Speaker 1: be an area that would go obviously overwhelmingly for Joe Biden,
- 32:18Speaker 1: and forty thousand in the Madison area. Madison's one of
- 32:21Speaker 1: the most liberal areas of the entire nation, without having
- 32:24Speaker 1: been applied for properly by the voters who casted them.
- 32:30Speaker 1: There were allegedly over votes, with some precincts recording more
- 32:36Speaker 1: votes than actual residents, among other problems they had. Giuliani
- 32:43Speaker 1: said there was an unusually large number of over votes
- 32:46Speaker 1: and precincts in Michigan and Wisconsin, which he alleged was
- 32:50Speaker 1: the reason that Republicans on the Wayne County Board of
- 32:52Speaker 1: Canvassers had refused to certify the results there this week.
- 32:57Speaker 1: He also LEDs that there were some out of state
- 33:00Speaker 1: voters in Georgia and people who had cast votes twice
- 33:04Speaker 1: there as well. Voting machines and software another big problem,
- 33:10Speaker 1: allegedly owned by companies with ties to the Venezuelan regime
- 33:14Speaker 1: and to left wing donors like George Soros. Sidney Powell
- 33:19Speaker 1: argued that US votes were being counted overseas and that
- 33:24Speaker 1: dominion voting machines and Spartmatic software were controlled by foreign
- 33:30Speaker 1: interests manipulating algorithms to change the results. Sidney Powell noted
- 33:36Speaker 1: specifically that Spartmatics owners included two Venezuelan nationals, who she
- 33:41Speaker 1: alleged had ties the regime of Hugo Chavez and Nicholas Maduro.
- 33:46Speaker 1: The legal team alleges that there were statistical anomalies such
- 33:50Speaker 1: as huge batches of votes are Biden that could not
- 33:53Speaker 1: be explained except as manipulation, which they alleged happened in
- 33:57Speaker 1: the wee hours of the morning, as vote counting had
- 34:01Speaker 1: already stopped for the night. Of course, these companies have
- 34:06Speaker 1: disputed all of these allegations. Now let me also say this.
- 34:13Speaker 1: We do have the Constitution on our side on this one.
- 34:16Speaker 1: The Constitution provides a process for electing a present. If
- 34:20Speaker 1: the vote is corrupted, that's right, if it's corrupted. Jenna
- 34:26Speaker 1: Ellis argued that the media had usurped the power to
- 34:29Speaker 1: declare the winner of the election. She made the point
- 34:31Speaker 1: citing Federalists Number sixty eight that the constitutional process of
- 34:36Speaker 1: selecting your present had procedural safeguards against corruption and foreign influence.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Giuliani said the campaign believed that enough votes were flawed,
- 34:46Speaker 1: more than double the margins between Biden, Trump, and Key,
- 34:50Speaker 1: states that the present had a path to victory. They
- 34:55Speaker 1: believe it's not over yet and to be honest with you,
- 34:59Speaker 1: they may be right. Expose Part one, two, three, and
- 35:05Speaker 1: four up of our podcasts into Dominion, and there's going
- 35:09Speaker 1: to be more coming out on this, so make sure
- 35:11Speaker 1: you grab all of our podcasts and I'll leave it
- 35:15Speaker 1: at that.
