- 1:11Speaker 1: alleviate pain, and enhance overall well being. Please welcome the
- 1:16Speaker 1: money making Conversations Masterclass, Shallow Bigless. How you doing miss Bigless?
- 1:21Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, thanks so much for having me. I'm doing
- 1:23Speaker 2: great well.
- 1:25Speaker 1: First of all, CBD, I hear about it. What exactly
- 1:31Speaker 1: is CBD and why is it such a good product
- 1:34Speaker 1: in improving a person's daily life.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Well, the short story is every mammal on the planet
- 1:41Speaker 2: has what's called an endocannabi dial system, and in that
- 1:44Speaker 2: endocannabid dial system, we have our CB one and CB
- 1:47Speaker 2: two receptors. Those two receptors help control our neurological and
- 1:53Speaker 2: our immune and neurological system. And with those two you're
- 1:58Speaker 2: actually going to be able to create balance. When both
- 2:01Speaker 2: of those are in balance, we have homeostasis, so everything
- 2:06Speaker 2: functions better our heart, our kidneys, our liver, our digestive
- 2:10Speaker 2: system when we're in homeostasis. So cannabis and CBD, HEMP,
- 2:15Speaker 2: CBD help us to achieve that homeostasis.
- 2:19Speaker 1: We If somebody comes into your store because you're located
- 2:21Speaker 1: in Atlanta.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Georgia, correct and Swanny, Yes.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Swani, which is a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. Now can
- 2:27Speaker 1: one get your products online? Your CBD product online. How
- 2:32Speaker 1: do they go about getting your product online?
- 2:34Speaker 2: Our website is Level Minds CBD dot com, So Level
- 2:38Speaker 2: Minds with an SCBD dot com and we shift all
- 2:41Speaker 2: over the US. We have a lot of customers even
- 2:45Speaker 2: in states where recreational cannabis is legal, because we have
- 2:49Speaker 2: really high powered and really strong CBD products and products
- 2:54Speaker 2: of CBG in it, and in those states you can't
- 2:58Speaker 2: really get really good quality CBD. It's all on the
- 3:01Speaker 2: marijuana side.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Now, when you talk about CBD, what draws a customer
- 3:06Speaker 1: to that product c.
- 3:07Speaker 2: B D So the biggest draw the most common things
- 3:11Speaker 2: we get when a customer walks into the store is
- 3:14Speaker 2: going to be trouble sleeping and pain. Those are going
- 3:18Speaker 2: to be the two number one reasons that people are
- 3:20Speaker 2: coming in with trouble sleep.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Trouble sleeping and pain are the top two reasons people
- 3:27Speaker 1: going to CB these doors.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, So whether that pain be topical I tore
- 3:32Speaker 2: a muscle, you know, playing pickleball, or I just have
- 3:36Speaker 2: product pain. We have products for both of those things.
- 3:41Speaker 2: And then of course sleep issues because especially after the pandemic,
- 3:45Speaker 2: people just are not able to sleep like they used to.
- 3:48Speaker 2: There's a lot of worry that's happening, and a lot
- 3:51Speaker 2: of things that's affecting sleep, and so so many of
- 3:54Speaker 2: our products are able to help with that.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Now you're a functional nutrition counselor US a lot. What
- 4:01Speaker 1: exactly does that title mean when someone walks into your
- 4:04Speaker 1: place of business, which is Level Minds correct, yes, yes,
- 4:08Speaker 1: But the name.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Of our stores Level Minds CBD health Club. So we're
- 4:11Speaker 2: more of just an all around health club where we're
- 4:16Speaker 2: actually helping people to live their best life. And that's
- 4:19Speaker 2: what functional nutrition does, just helping you to be your
- 4:23Speaker 2: best you without use of medications or anything like that,
- 4:29Speaker 2: all through nutrition, because we really can heal our bodies
- 4:33Speaker 2: with just food choices, whether that be herbs, mushrooms, and
- 4:38Speaker 2: all different kinds of food. I personally have chromes and lupus,
- 4:43Speaker 2: and I've put both into remission and I haven't taken
- 4:47Speaker 2: a single steroid or a single medication ever.
- 4:50Speaker 1: So I have a good friend who has loopus, So
- 4:53Speaker 1: let's talk about that because I know what she has
- 4:55Speaker 1: to deal with. She lives in Richmond, Virginia, and so
- 4:59Speaker 1: if I wanted to send her some product, I can
- 5:03Speaker 1: do that and ask her to try it. How does
- 5:06Speaker 1: that work? Would just use as an example lupas. What
- 5:09Speaker 1: do you use to slow the anxieties or the impact
- 5:13Speaker 1: of what lupus does in your daily life.
- 5:16Speaker 2: So lupus obviously is an autoimmune disorder. So when we
- 5:19Speaker 2: can activate that CB two receptor and try to balance
- 5:23Speaker 2: the autoimmune system to where our bodies stop attacking themselves
- 5:28Speaker 2: and lupas is going to move all over. Sometimes lupus
- 5:31Speaker 2: will attack your liver, sometimes it will attack your heart.
- 5:33Speaker 2: It's going to pick and choose, and it kind of
- 5:36Speaker 2: sets up shop where it wants to attack. So for me,
- 5:39Speaker 2: when I was in the height of lupus, it was
- 5:40Speaker 2: attacking my liver terribly. So for me, I was using
- 5:45Speaker 2: our focus oil at the time, which is actually absorbed
- 5:49Speaker 2: through our liver. If it's attacking your stomach or your
- 5:53Speaker 2: heart or anywhere else, you can use gummies or any
- 5:56Speaker 2: other form of edibles where it's broke down by our
- 5:59Speaker 2: stomach set of our liver. So it really depends on
- 6:02Speaker 2: what troubles she's having at that time and where she
- 6:06Speaker 2: is having the attack. But for the biggest thing is
- 6:09Speaker 2: is going to be calming the immune system, telling it
- 6:12Speaker 2: to stop attacking yourself. And with all of that when
- 6:15Speaker 2: your immune system calms, the inflammation starts to go down,
- 6:20Speaker 2: and that brings down anxiety, helps with insomnia, which so
- 6:24Speaker 2: many people with autoimmune disorders have terrible trouble sleeping. And
- 6:29Speaker 2: when we don't sleep, it affects our following day, it
- 6:32Speaker 2: affects our hormones, it affects everything. So I would say
- 6:36Speaker 2: a something for sleep and something for day during the
- 6:39Speaker 2: daytime for her for inflammation would be probably the best bet,
- 6:42Speaker 2: which would be our renew and our focus.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Cool. I'm talking to Shalloh Bigless. She owns a company
- 6:48Speaker 1: in Swane, Georgia, which is outside of Atlanta, Georgia, where
- 6:52Speaker 1: she's called Level Minds. Yeah, yep, CBD and she has
- 6:58Speaker 1: products there. Now let's go to stereotypes. When you talk
- 7:01Speaker 1: of CBD, you think of weed, you think of smoking.
- 7:04Speaker 1: So I just want to settle my audience down and
- 7:06Speaker 1: know that this is not about smoking. But you have
- 7:10Speaker 1: like gummies, you have chocolate bites'. Let's let's talk about
- 7:13Speaker 1: the CBD experience, which is engaged, but sometimes it's being
- 7:18Speaker 1: I guess badly promoted because of stereotypes and what people
- 7:22Speaker 1: have heard or what they've thought. Talk about the journey
- 7:25Speaker 1: of beating down the stereotype of what people think CBD
- 7:29Speaker 1: is to what actually CBD does for the everyday person
- 7:33Speaker 1: and improving their lifestyle. Like you said, sleep disorder, pain
- 7:37Speaker 1: disorder can be remedied with CBD. Tell us now, shallow
- 7:40Speaker 1: floor is yours.
- 7:42Speaker 2: So for anyone worried about, you know, feeling high or
- 7:45Speaker 2: anything like that, we have an entire product line which
- 7:48Speaker 2: is THHC free, and THHC is the molecule in the
- 7:51Speaker 2: cannabis plant which is psychoactive, So that's the molecule that
- 7:54Speaker 2: makes us feel high. That molecule we do not have
- 7:58Speaker 2: in an entire line. We have a daytime, a nighttime,
- 8:02Speaker 2: and all of our topical Now. We created this line
- 8:05Speaker 2: because we had so many people who are either active military, firefighters,
- 8:10Speaker 2: police officers who are drug tested all the time and
- 8:13Speaker 2: can't spike on a drug test, or people who just
- 8:16Speaker 2: don't want to feel anebriated in any kind. So that's
- 8:21Speaker 2: our family and professional line that can be given to kids,
- 8:24Speaker 2: that can be given to anyone of any age, and
- 8:28Speaker 2: that can help with daytime function, anxiety, stress, even after
- 8:32Speaker 2: traumatic brain injuries. It can help with neuron repair, It
- 8:36Speaker 2: prevents osteoarthritis helps bone regrowth. The inflammation properties that reducing
- 8:43Speaker 2: the inflammation is huge. When we are not stiff and
- 8:47Speaker 2: tense and in pain, we have such a good day.
- 8:51Speaker 2: We even sleep better on nights that we take something
- 8:54Speaker 2: during the day because we're loose throughout the day. It's
- 8:57Speaker 2: great for our mental function. It gives you just a
- 9:00Speaker 2: mental boost. And then of course nighttime. So many of
- 9:03Speaker 2: us suffer with nighttime, whether it be extreme pain at night,
- 9:06Speaker 2: if you're hurting all throughout the day, everyone who hurts
- 9:09Speaker 2: knows that when you lay down, the hurt gets worse.
- 9:12Speaker 2: It just starts to throb and you cannot think about
- 9:15Speaker 2: anything else other than that pain. So even if it's
- 9:18Speaker 2: just something to be able to numb that to where
- 9:20Speaker 2: you can sleep and get a good night's sleep. And
- 9:23Speaker 2: we're talking about true rem sleep. People are having dreams
- 9:26Speaker 2: again where they haven't been dreaming in years. And that's
- 9:30Speaker 2: when you know your body is asleep and you're actually
- 9:32Speaker 2: healing from so many things, including autoimmune disorders.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Oh shallow, here's a you know, money making conversation, massacless.
- 9:40Speaker 1: So were talking about money. You into business to generate revenue.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Why did you get in this CBD business, and why
- 9:48Speaker 1: did you start your company? Which you name of your
- 9:50Speaker 1: store is Level Minds CBD. Correct, Why did you do it?
- 9:55Speaker 2: I did not do it for the money. I've always
- 10:00Speaker 2: been in some form of health or wellness. I had
- 10:02Speaker 2: a pain and wellness therapy spa before this. I have
- 10:06Speaker 2: an eleven year old and a two year old, so
- 10:09Speaker 2: took a break from a lot of it and then
- 10:11Speaker 2: came back. And everyone who knows me, I was here
- 10:13Speaker 2: through my pregnancy. Iris was a toddler toddling around in
- 10:17Speaker 2: the store. So everyone who's in here, they know the girls,
- 10:20Speaker 2: they know our family. I'm doing this to help people.
- 10:24Speaker 2: The money definitely helps. I wouldn't say we're still a
- 10:28Speaker 2: small store. We're not one of these huge franchises. We're
- 10:31Speaker 2: not billionaires by any means. But it's definitely. I mean,
- 10:35Speaker 2: I have employees, I have, you know, we're able to
- 10:38Speaker 2: help other people. It's not just my husband and I anymore. So, yes,
- 10:41Speaker 2: we have grown, which is great, and that's all of
- 10:44Speaker 2: our customers. Like, we stopped advertising completely. We don't do
- 10:49Speaker 2: any paid advertising, so it's all word of mouth and
- 10:52Speaker 2: shows like this where we're just able to communicate with people.
- 10:57Speaker 2: So for us, and I think that passion shows and
- 10:59Speaker 2: that's why word of mouth has moved so well. But
- 11:03Speaker 2: when you do what you love, I think that the
- 11:06Speaker 2: money will follow. And that's what I try to tell everybody.
- 11:09Speaker 2: If you're really doing something that you're passionate about and
- 11:12Speaker 2: that you love, people will see that passion and they'll
- 11:15Speaker 2: continue to come back and they'll tell people about it.
- 11:17Speaker 2: If you even just go to our Google site, like
- 11:20Speaker 2: all of our reviews are one hundred percent organic, and
- 11:22Speaker 2: you see almost every single one mentioning the people in
- 11:26Speaker 2: the store and how detailed we were and how much
- 11:29Speaker 2: we were able to help them and explain to them
- 11:31Speaker 2: and educate them about the hemp plant. So it's do
- 11:35Speaker 2: what you love and the money will follow.
- 11:38Speaker 3: Please don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with more
- 11:41Speaker 3: Money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money Making
- 11:51Speaker 3: Conversations Masterclass, hosted by Rashaan McDonald. Money Making Conversations Masterclass
- 11:56Speaker 3: continues online at Moneymakingconversations dot com and follow money Making
- 12:01Speaker 3: Conversations Masterclass on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Well, you know it's good, but you're on a mission,
- 12:08Speaker 1: and so your mission you have to navigate through a
- 12:11Speaker 1: lot of industry challenges because you know, we all have drapes,
- 12:14Speaker 1: and everybody who's listening to this show or watching this
- 12:17Speaker 1: show know that I want to be rich. You know,
- 12:20Speaker 1: we don't work otherwise, go work a normal job and
- 12:23Speaker 1: we know that check is consistent. It may come to
- 12:25Speaker 1: the health benefits, it may come with a four one K.
- 12:27Speaker 1: You're an entrepreneur. You're jumping out there on some degree
- 12:31Speaker 1: of faith. There's a business plan attached to it, but
- 12:34Speaker 1: you're on a mission. How do you navigate the landscape
- 12:37Speaker 1: and the industry challenges? Like you said, you're not a
- 12:39Speaker 1: big one. You're basically a mom and pop And I
- 12:44Speaker 1: say that not derogatory. Your single business does not tied
- 12:49Speaker 1: to a lot of massive advertising, our celebrity brand. Okay,
- 12:54Speaker 1: how are you going to win? How do you win?
- 12:58Speaker 2: By continuing that that we treat every single customer as
- 13:02Speaker 2: if they were new and then once we get to
- 13:04Speaker 2: know you, your family, we know you by name. How
- 13:06Speaker 2: are you doing, how's this doing? You have any new ailments?
- 13:10Speaker 2: What's going on? So? I think that just speaks volumes
- 13:15Speaker 2: and everyone does love that. And the challenges in the industry,
- 13:20Speaker 2: they're always going to be here. Especially in a state
- 13:23Speaker 2: like Georgia. We are a very I don't know, a
- 13:28Speaker 2: very setback state we have. Yeah, we just there's a
- 13:36Speaker 2: lot of issues. But we pivot all the time. And
- 13:40Speaker 2: if we're if something is going to be removed from
- 13:42Speaker 2: our shelf that we know is helping somebody, we'll pivot
- 13:46Speaker 2: and we'll make something else. We'll come up with, it
- 13:48Speaker 2: will formulate, and that's how this industry is, and that's
- 13:52Speaker 2: how it's been since the beginning. It's just I don't
- 13:56Speaker 2: think it's ever going to change. I hope in my
- 14:00Speaker 2: lifetime and my children's lifetime that something big changes because
- 14:04Speaker 2: this plant has so many healing properties. Like I said,
- 14:08Speaker 2: every mammal on the planet is has these receptors which
- 14:11Speaker 2: are activated by this plant. So it's not just us,
- 14:14Speaker 2: it's our pets. We have thoroughbred horses using our capsules
- 14:19Speaker 2: that help with everything.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Into my wife's dog when it's CBD, yeah, okay, to sleep.
- 14:27Speaker 2: It definitely helps with anxiety, the same thing we suffer
- 14:29Speaker 2: from anxiety pains.
- 14:31Speaker 1: You may have a customer here, I got a little
- 14:34Speaker 1: dog that box at the wrong time.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Yeah, especially the little ones, they're very, very anxious. No,
- 14:39Speaker 2: it definitely helps during firework, during thunderstorms, all of it.
- 14:44Speaker 2: It could definitely help with anxiety. It's the same way
- 14:46Speaker 2: they're mammals like us. They have those receptors.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Now here's a great thing about it is that you
- 14:50Speaker 1: was talking about your your business level of minds. Cbdep
- 14:54Speaker 1: introduce some innovative products. Let's talk about those products, like
- 14:57Speaker 1: when they call my eye with chocolate bites. And I
- 15:00Speaker 1: just want everybody to know because I just really bringing
- 15:02Speaker 1: you on the show was basically educating me. That was important,
- 15:06Speaker 1: but also to kill stereotypes and because all we think
- 15:09Speaker 1: about with you see CBD, at least in my little mind,
- 15:12Speaker 1: is we smoking. You're passing the joint, and that is
- 15:16Speaker 1: not the case. Here talk about some of your innovative
- 15:18Speaker 1: products and how people use them and why they're so popular.
- 15:22Speaker 2: That's correct, And like I said, that's our family and
- 15:25Speaker 2: professional line where you do not have to feel high,
- 15:28Speaker 2: you just feel good. So many people will try, even
- 15:31Speaker 2: just a plane CBD drink and they'll be like, what
- 15:35Speaker 2: is this, Like do I feel high? And I'm like,
- 15:37Speaker 2: if you've never felt high, you would know when you
- 15:39Speaker 2: feel it. It feels very very inebriating, and they don't
- 15:43Speaker 2: feel that they just feel good. So what I tell
- 15:46Speaker 2: a lot of people is you actually feel more normal,
- 15:50Speaker 2: you feel more yourself. You start to feel less of
- 15:55Speaker 2: the things that are with us on a daily basis.
- 15:59Speaker 2: So I always like tell people to try whatever you're
- 16:01Speaker 2: trying for three days so that you can look back
- 16:04Speaker 2: on those three days and see what's missing. So anxiety stress,
- 16:08Speaker 2: even something as simple as I have a headache every
- 16:11Speaker 2: day I wake up, so you look back on the
- 16:13Speaker 2: last three days and you're like, wait, my headache's been gone.
- 16:16Speaker 2: And when you lose a headache, then you have less stress,
- 16:19Speaker 2: you have less pain, You're looser, I have more patience
- 16:22Speaker 2: with my kids. We have so many parents who are like,
- 16:25Speaker 2: I just let stuff kind of roll off my back now,
- 16:28Speaker 2: And that's our bliss line. Those are the chocolate bites
- 16:30Speaker 2: that you're talking about. So it's just a relaxed energy.
- 16:34Speaker 2: It's a stimulating product. So you actually have a nice energy.
- 16:39Speaker 2: You're able to clean your garage and you don't even
- 16:42Speaker 2: have you pass lunch and you're like, wow, I feel fantastic.
- 16:46Speaker 2: It helps pain. And so there's so many products out
- 16:49Speaker 2: that we have that do not make you feel high
- 16:52Speaker 2: at all. You just feel good.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Okay, cool, let's hold it up because there are products
- 16:56Speaker 1: that you do sell that gives you that buzz.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Correct.
- 16:59Speaker 1: I don't want to lose customer.
- 17:01Speaker 2: I won't call it level.
- 17:03Speaker 1: I can't get a buzz, But talk us about the
- 17:05Speaker 1: buzz customer, because we've spent a lot of time talking
- 17:09Speaker 1: about the family, the numb buzz related products that are good.
- 17:14Speaker 1: What makes the product that gives you the bud? What
- 17:18Speaker 1: is the buzz, what is the usefulness for that, and
- 17:21Speaker 1: what type of customer wants that.
- 17:23Speaker 2: So for anyone who has not ever experienced what feeling
- 17:27Speaker 2: high is, I always like to call it a numbing
- 17:30Speaker 2: It's how numb do you want to feel? Sometimes you
- 17:33Speaker 2: just want to numb a little bit of the world,
- 17:36Speaker 2: numb the stress storm that we have up here. And
- 17:39Speaker 2: that's what I call our functioning users. Those are the
- 17:41Speaker 2: people with really high anxiety or incredibly bad ADHD or
- 17:46Speaker 2: they're on medication for it. Even people who are true
- 17:51Speaker 2: alcoholics who are trying not to drink during the day
- 17:55Speaker 2: or not drink at night. It gives this tiny bit
- 17:58Speaker 2: of numbing. Now. So of course, like any other substance,
- 18:02Speaker 2: you can overuse and you can numb so much that
- 18:05Speaker 2: you can't get off the couch. So that's up to
- 18:08Speaker 2: you how numb you want to be. But most people
- 18:11Speaker 2: are what we call microdosing functional users, where they just
- 18:15Speaker 2: numb the tiniest bit, take care of the storm just
- 18:18Speaker 2: a little bit so you can focus on what you
- 18:20Speaker 2: need to do. But what we love to see is,
- 18:24Speaker 2: especially with our drinks, we have very low dose TCHC
- 18:28Speaker 2: drinks all the way up to ten twenty five milligram
- 18:32Speaker 2: TCHC drinks. Now, some people are using it recreationally, that's fine.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Everyone in my store is twenty one plus, so that's
- 18:38Speaker 2: your prerogative. That's fine, But there are so many people
- 18:42Speaker 2: who have completely cut out alcohol because this is such
- 18:45Speaker 2: a it's a better feeling. You do not have to
- 18:48Speaker 2: hangover next morning, you do not have like angry spells.
- 18:55Speaker 2: I know all of us probably know at least one
- 18:57Speaker 2: or two people who get upset or get anger and
- 19:00Speaker 2: argumentative when they drink. That doesn't happen when you're using THCHC.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Normally you're giggly and just again the stress is numbed away.
- 19:10Speaker 2: So when you feel that, it's just such a better
- 19:13Speaker 2: experience than alcohol, which is very inflammatory and can definitely
- 19:18Speaker 2: cause a lot of issues. So the drinks have been
- 19:20Speaker 2: incredible add to the store, and we love seeing so
- 19:24Speaker 2: many customers become alcohol sober and it's amazing and they
- 19:28Speaker 2: tell us amazing stories all the time. My husband and
- 19:32Speaker 2: I are so close. We were on the verge of
- 19:34Speaker 2: divorce and this is something that's helped both of us
- 19:38Speaker 2: and we're both so much kinder. It's just another option
- 19:43Speaker 2: and that's where all the different products that we have
- 19:46Speaker 2: in our store are amazing. I'm sure that you can
- 19:48Speaker 2: find something that will help you. And yeah, even our
- 19:51Speaker 2: low dose THHC stuff, because we always like to teach
- 19:54Speaker 2: everyone in moderation. The same with food, same with medication,
- 19:58Speaker 2: and the same with THCHC. You don't have to feel
- 20:01Speaker 2: completely blazed and high all the time. You can feel
- 20:04Speaker 2: a little bit and you still feel good. So it's
- 20:07Speaker 2: just finding a balance, just like anything else.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I won't just tell you something, Charlotte, You're good.
- 20:13Speaker 3: You really what you do.
- 20:14Speaker 1: I'm really enjoying this because I'm a guy who you know,
- 20:17Speaker 1: I'm a victim of stereotypes. I'm a victim of poor information,
- 20:22Speaker 1: of nervousness. For instance, let me just tell you I
- 20:26Speaker 1: bumped my knee against my counter. It was sore and
- 20:30Speaker 1: it stayed that way probably about six weeks, and eventually,
- 20:34Speaker 1: you know, through exercise it went away, but it was
- 20:37Speaker 1: you know, it was painful, you know, a very painful
- 20:40Speaker 1: moment there. Now, just going through that process, should I
- 20:44Speaker 1: have come to your place level mind CBD to get
- 20:48Speaker 1: some type of item off your shelf that would have
- 20:53Speaker 1: helped and relieved that pain that I was dealing with
- 20:56Speaker 1: for that six week period? Yeah, so what was that product?
- 21:00Speaker 2: That product would have been our repair muscle bomb, and
- 21:03Speaker 2: you would have applied it topically to your knee. You
- 21:06Speaker 2: don't have to eat a gummy or have an oil
- 21:09Speaker 2: or anything like that. That would have helped with inflammation.
- 21:12Speaker 2: It would have helped with any kind of nerve damage,
- 21:14Speaker 2: any kind of bone damage that happened to the knee,
- 21:17Speaker 2: because what does pain do? You experienced it, so that
- 21:20Speaker 2: pain was causing you stressed because you're like, oh my gosh,
- 21:23Speaker 2: now I'm going to start hurting when I'm working out.
- 21:26Speaker 2: I'm going to hurt when I sit, I'm going to
- 21:27Speaker 2: hurt when I go to lay down, And then you're
- 21:29Speaker 2: stressed about that because and that's not a way to live.
- 21:32Speaker 2: At all. So this is what people who have chronic
- 21:35Speaker 2: pain have to go through. And yours was chroduct for
- 21:38Speaker 2: six weeks, which is long enough. But yeah, definitely with
- 21:42Speaker 2: your knee and anything for any kind of pain, we
- 21:45Speaker 2: always recommend sometimes two fold, depending on how bad the
- 21:49Speaker 2: pain is, would be topically and something to be ingested.
- 21:53Speaker 1: So it is, yeah, and it was a difficult to bend.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Eventually it bent. But I'm saying is that, you know,
- 22:03Speaker 1: I went to the traditional you know store products I'm
- 22:06Speaker 1: not going to name the brand names of they will
- 22:09Speaker 1: heat related, and I rubbed and put a warm tile
- 22:12Speaker 1: on it and put ice bags on it. So you're
- 22:15Speaker 1: saying that, Rashan, you could have went there your location,
- 22:19Speaker 1: went online and got a bomb. And that's another thing.
- 22:22Speaker 1: You know, we're not talking about smoking. We're talking about
- 22:24Speaker 1: a cream, We're talking about bite, something you can consume
- 22:28Speaker 1: and eat. We're talking about family products that are not
- 22:31Speaker 1: non buzz related. Then you have the buzz related products
- 22:34Speaker 1: that allow you to numb, as you say, certain areas
- 22:38Speaker 1: that is impacting your daily life, that can allow you
- 22:42Speaker 1: to have a better relationship with your loved ones or
- 22:46Speaker 1: family and things like that. The endgame for this. I
- 22:49Speaker 1: know you said, Rashana, I'm not anything for the money,
- 22:50Speaker 1: and I respect that you also suffer from lupus and
- 22:54Speaker 1: you said this helps you there. When people come in
- 22:57Speaker 1: your store for the first time and you see their
- 22:59Speaker 1: lives changed because of your products, how do you feel
- 23:03Speaker 1: and what's the end game when you see that reaction
- 23:07Speaker 1: for them?
- 23:08Speaker 2: I mean, it's it's like the grid ship makes my
- 23:11Speaker 2: heart grow bigger every time. So at this point my
- 23:14Speaker 2: heart is just massive. No. I cry with customers. I
- 23:19Speaker 2: hug them all the time. For us, and it's not
- 23:22Speaker 2: just me, it's my staff here too. They're so understanding
- 23:26Speaker 2: my husband as well, and for us. This is why
- 23:29Speaker 2: this is one hundred percent why we're doing it, because
- 23:32Speaker 2: we see so many lives change, so many marriages, saved,
- 23:35Speaker 2: so many better parents because of it. But yeah, and
- 23:39Speaker 2: like I said, the money that we're making now definitely
- 23:42Speaker 2: does help. At the beginning, it was very difficult saying
- 23:46Speaker 2: no to any kind of a check and insurance. Don't
- 23:51Speaker 2: even worry about the four oh one K. The insurance
- 23:53Speaker 2: was the most important thing for me, so all of
- 23:56Speaker 2: those things, it's definitely very difficult. But when you are
- 24:00Speaker 2: doing what you love, like I said, if you truly
- 24:03Speaker 2: have a passion and you're able to start and do
- 24:08Speaker 2: something that you love, especially if it has to do
- 24:10Speaker 2: with helping people in any way. It could be any
- 24:12Speaker 2: form of education, anything. I think that anyone could do it.
- 24:16Speaker 2: And when you see people come in and their lives change,
- 24:20Speaker 2: like I said, your your heart grows each time. So
- 24:23Speaker 2: it's just something that's it's really beautiful and shallow.
- 24:26Speaker 1: As we've closed out data, if you tell us how,
- 24:28Speaker 1: we can order your product online, so you can go.
- 24:30Speaker 2: To Level Minds with an scbd dot com. You can
- 24:35Speaker 2: order it for a local pickup. We even do delivery
- 24:38Speaker 2: through door dash. If you're close enough and you don't
- 24:41Speaker 2: want to come in the store, you can always give
- 24:43Speaker 2: us a call at six seven eight seven sixty five
- 24:47Speaker 2: two two two eight, and that's a store here. If
- 24:51Speaker 2: I'm not in the shop, all of my girls and
- 24:54Speaker 2: the people who are working here know that I'm just
- 24:55Speaker 2: a phone call away, so they'll call me on my
- 24:57Speaker 2: cell phone and ask me any kind of questions, especially
- 25:00Speaker 2: if it's anything to do with medication or anything more
- 25:03Speaker 2: on the medical side. Again, if it's something that we
- 25:06Speaker 2: don't have in store and that you've used we can
- 25:09Speaker 2: compare it, or we can find it and create it.
- 25:13Speaker 2: So whatever you need, we'll be there.
- 25:16Speaker 1: She's a functional nutrition counselor shallow big List. Hey, thank
