Dallas County leaders in preparation mode ahead of winter storm
Dallas County Judge Clay Lewis Jenkins is encouraging residents to come up with a plan if you have no choice but to travel during the winter weather anticipated this weekend. Jenkins says if you don't have to drive, you should stay home.
