Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Twitter File Recap 2: Twitter and the Deep State Parts 3 and 4
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: As we continue our deep dive into the Twitter files,
- 0:04Speaker 1: we are starting to see some true American patriots that
- 0:08Speaker 1: are coming out of the woodworks. One of them, as
- 0:11Speaker 1: you know, is Elon Musk for exposing the company. And
- 0:14Speaker 1: if you miss, by the way, part one or part
- 0:17Speaker 1: two of our deep dive into the Twitter files, makes
- 0:21Speaker 1: sure you go back and download our podcasts and listen
- 0:25Speaker 1: to part one in part two. Now, as we expose
- 0:28Speaker 1: part three today, we are now seeing some basic issues
- 0:35Speaker 1: that are showing up about what it means to be
- 0:37Speaker 1: an American, what it means to have freedom of speech.
- 0:41Speaker 1: One democratic lawmakers now said that Twitter censorship went not
- 0:46Speaker 1: only too far, but it quote is simply not what
- 0:50Speaker 1: we do in this country. Representative rocanam is now calling
- 0:56Speaker 1: out Twitter and other social media companies after On Mosk
- 1:00Speaker 1: is revealing the conservative blacklist that would basically take away
- 1:06Speaker 1: your ability to reach, respond, defend, or expose anything the
- 1:11Speaker 1: left didn't want you to do. We also now know
- 1:14Speaker 1: that they were silencing and they were censoring different people.
- 1:19Speaker 1: They were doing it even if they did not in
- 1:21Speaker 1: fact violate the terms of service with Twitter. I want
- 1:26Speaker 1: you to hear what was said by Rocanna as he
- 1:30Speaker 1: was interviewed on Fox News as the first real Democrat
- 1:33Speaker 1: to come forward, saying this isn't a Republican or Democrat issue.
- 1:38Speaker 1: In fact, what this is is about freedom of speech
- 1:42Speaker 1: and the United States of America. O'conna was one of
- 1:45Speaker 1: the only Democrats to immediately sound the alarm about suppressing
- 1:48Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop story. The California congressman joins us, now,
- 1:51Speaker 1: just a little bit from what you said to them,
- 1:53Speaker 1: that you wrote to them on October fourteenth, twenty twenty,
- 1:56Speaker 1: this seems a violation of the First Amendment principles to
- 2:00Speaker 1: strict the distribution of that material, especially regarding a presidential candidate,
- 2:04Speaker 1: seems not in keeping of the principles of NYT versus Sullivan.
- 2:09Speaker 1: I say this as a total Biden partisan. The story
- 2:11Speaker 1: has now become more about censorship than relatively innocuous emails,
- 2:15Speaker 1: and has become a bigger deal than it would have been.
- 2:18Speaker 1: So you're a principal person. You understand the Constitution. You
- 2:21Speaker 1: tried to warn them. I think they ignored you, and
- 2:24Speaker 1: now you have the revelation that actually, yes, it was happening.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Congressman Dana it's problematic. Look, technically, they're private actors, but
- 2:34Speaker 1: they're effectively a modern public square and they should not
- 2:37Speaker 1: be engaged in censorship. Now. It's one thing for them
- 2:40Speaker 1: to say, don't put up sensational pictures of Hunter Biden,
- 2:43Speaker 1: and I understand that, but to censor the New York Post. Look,
- 2:46Speaker 1: the New York Post hasn't written a positive article about me,
- 2:49Speaker 1: I think in my six years in Congress. But I
- 2:51Speaker 1: would never dream of saying shut them down or don't
- 2:54Speaker 1: allow them to publish articles. I mean, that's the whole
- 2:57Speaker 1: essence of democracy, and we need to stand for the
- 3:00Speaker 1: First Amendment. As there are some that are out there
- 3:03Speaker 1: saying that. Well, before they would say that anybody who
- 3:07Speaker 1: thought conservatives were being in shadow ban on Twitter, that
- 3:09Speaker 1: that was just being paranoid, And now they're saying, well,
- 3:13Speaker 1: but of course they de amplified the hard right, and
- 3:15Speaker 1: that was the right thing to do. I don't know
- 3:16Speaker 1: if that's the best place to land if you're actually
- 3:19Speaker 1: concerned about democracy and freedom of speech. Do you think
- 3:23Speaker 1: Elon Musk is doing a good thing by releasing this information?
- 3:27Speaker 1: I go. I do think we have to have transparency,
- 3:29Speaker 1: and there are two conflicting values that day not on
- 3:32Speaker 1: the one hand, We shouldn't be censoring people and shouldn't
- 3:35Speaker 1: be then based on viewpoint. What concerns me with the
- 3:38Speaker 1: second release of the Twitter files is it teams some
- 3:41Speaker 1: people are being censored or deamplified because of their beliefs.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Another thing is to have respect, and I don't think
- 3:48Speaker 1: you want these sites to have anti semitism or racism.
- 3:52Speaker 1: But my understanding is it's going beyond that. It's not
- 3:55Speaker 1: just that they're taking down speech that has hate, and
- 3:58Speaker 1: Elon Musk has anyone to take that down. It's that
- 4:01Speaker 1: they're sensoring based on viewpoint, and that's simply not what
- 4:04Speaker 1: we do in this country. I love that a democrat
- 4:09Speaker 1: like Rocana is coming out and saying this, It's simply
- 4:12Speaker 1: not what we do in this country. The whole essence
- 4:16Speaker 1: of democracy, he says, is something that we need to
- 4:19Speaker 1: stand up for, and that is the first Amendment. He said.
- 4:22Speaker 1: I would never dream of saying shut them down or
- 4:24Speaker 1: don't allow them to publish articles referring to the press,
- 4:28Speaker 1: and we now know that is exactly what happened. We
- 4:31Speaker 1: also again have to go back to what happened. For example,
- 4:35Speaker 1: with Dan Bongino. He wasn't silence for any other reason
- 4:39Speaker 1: that he was reaching people, he was changing hearts and minds.
- 4:44Speaker 1: He was an individual. They decided to banish from from
- 4:48Speaker 1: Twitter without actually banishing him. They decided that what he
- 4:53Speaker 1: had to say was too important, too impactful, too powerful,
- 4:57Speaker 1: and they couldn't handle it. So when you went to
- 4:59Speaker 1: search him, you just couldn't find him. When you went
- 5:02Speaker 1: to search for his tweets, you just couldn't find him.
- 5:06Speaker 1: And that is exactly what has happened with the next
- 5:09Speaker 1: phase of these Twitter files that have been released. We
- 5:12Speaker 1: are now seeing that this was an all out war
- 5:15Speaker 1: on freedom of speech. It was an all out war
- 5:19Speaker 1: on the ability for conservatives to say things they need
- 5:23Speaker 1: to say. We also now know that many people who
- 5:26Speaker 1: were actually in the government have been vindicated. I'll give
- 5:30Speaker 1: you a great example of that. Former Director of National
- 5:34Speaker 1: Intelligence John Radcliffe has come out claiming vindication for the
- 5:39Speaker 1: Trump administration after the latest Twitter file revelation showed how
- 5:44Speaker 1: Twitter's standards had eroded in the weeks leading up to
- 5:48Speaker 1: the twenty twenty presidential election. He said, what I said
- 5:52Speaker 1: as the National Director of National Intelligence in October of
- 5:55Speaker 1: twenty twenty was proven true. The IC had zero intelligence
- 6:02Speaker 1: I see intelligence community had zero intelligence supporting a false
- 6:06Speaker 1: narrative that the Biden laptop was Russian disinformation. Nobody in
- 6:12Speaker 1: the intelligence community had authority to say otherwise. Now, this
- 6:17Speaker 1: brings us to the bigger story. Now, Ratcliffe, as the
- 6:20Speaker 1: former top intelligence official. He was responding to the sub
- 6:25Speaker 1: stack journalist Matt Taibi's latest thread on the Twitter files,
- 6:29Speaker 1: which confirmed that Twitter head of safety Yol Roth had
- 6:33Speaker 1: met not only with the FBI, but had met with
- 6:36Speaker 1: the Department of Homeland Security and had also met with
- 6:40Speaker 1: the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and had
- 6:43Speaker 1: discussions about the Hunter Biden laptop story. Tabe and a
- 6:47Speaker 1: handful of other independent reporters have been given exclusive access
- 6:51Speaker 1: to all of these internal documents and all these internal
- 6:54Speaker 1: communications from Elon Musk at Twitter. They have shared now
- 6:59Speaker 1: how Twitter were to suppress the New York Post Hunter
- 7:01Speaker 1: Biden reporting under disingenuous pretenses, suppressing the visibility of conservative users,
- 7:10Speaker 1: and not just that, but violated the company's own policies
- 7:13Speaker 1: while working in conjunction with federal agencies. Now, after the
- 7:17Speaker 1: New York Post revealed that Hunter Biden's laptop contained evidence
- 7:22Speaker 1: that he, his father, and his uncle had leveraged his
- 7:25Speaker 1: father's position as the vice president back then to make
- 7:29Speaker 1: millions and millions and millions and millions and millions of
- 7:32Speaker 1: dollars for the Biden crime family with foreign associates. Twitter
- 7:36Speaker 1: then decided to suppress the story and even limited the
- 7:39Speaker 1: ability of users to share it and direct messages. They
- 7:43Speaker 1: use their technology that they typically would use to stop
- 7:46Speaker 1: the spread of child pornography to stop conservatives from spreading
- 7:50Speaker 1: a legitimate news story they knew could make it where
- 7:53Speaker 1: Donald Trump would win and Joe Biden would lose. Why
- 7:57Speaker 1: did they do it? They claimed that it violated rules
- 8:00Speaker 1: against posting hacked materials, even though they and the government
- 8:03Speaker 1: knew it was not hack material. The Twitter files have
- 8:07Speaker 1: also exposed that the company's purported reasons for censoring the
- 8:11Speaker 1: story were bogus. But of course the national press at
- 8:15Speaker 1: the time said, oh no, no, we're going to dismiss
- 8:18Speaker 1: the story as unsubstantiated, so therefore we don't actually have
- 8:21Speaker 1: to report on it. Why did they do that? Now
- 8:25Speaker 1: this brings in a bigger part of the story, and
- 8:27Speaker 1: I'm going to take you back and remind you when
- 8:30Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop story broke, you then had fifty
- 8:34Speaker 1: one former top intelligence officials. Within that fifty plus group,
- 8:43Speaker 1: you had five former CIA directors or acting directors. That's
- 8:48Speaker 1: a lot of people in the intelligence community. Five former
- 8:51Speaker 1: CIA directors who signed a letter claiming that the reported
- 8:56Speaker 1: materials from Hunter Biden's laptop appeared to be quote, Russian disinformation.
- 9:01Speaker 1: They put this out giving cover for the media to
- 9:04Speaker 1: not touch the story, saying that this is Russian collusion,
- 9:06Speaker 1: Russian disinformation. You shouldn't write about it, you shouldn't talk
- 9:10Speaker 1: about it, should all just disappear. Well, we know that
- 9:14Speaker 1: some of the people, for a fact, in that fifty
- 9:17Speaker 1: plus group of former intelligence officials, they actually knew the
- 9:21Speaker 1: story was real. They knew it because they were in
- 9:24Speaker 1: the intelligence community when they got ahold of the laptop
- 9:27Speaker 1: a year earlier, and they understood and still had security clearance,
- 9:32Speaker 1: and they had people that were feeding them information. They
- 9:36Speaker 1: knew this story was legitimate, so they lied to the
- 9:39Speaker 1: American people. And that's when John Ratcliffe he forcefully spoke
- 9:44Speaker 1: out against the claim. In October of twenty twenty, he
- 9:48Speaker 1: said Hunter Biden's laptop is not part of some Russian
- 9:51Speaker 1: disinformation campaign. He then went on to say, let me
- 9:55Speaker 1: be clear, the intelligence community doesn't believe that because there
- 9:59Speaker 1: is no intelligence that supports that. Now, before I get
- 10:04Speaker 1: into more of that, I want to tell you about
- 10:05Speaker 1: our friends over at Patriot Mobile. Real quick. You may
- 10:08Speaker 1: see a lot of bait and switch offers for free phones,
- 10:11Speaker 1: free iPhones. Well, they're usually too good to be true.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Just like freedom itself, nothing is free. Mobile phone companies
- 10:19Speaker 1: not only lock you into long term contracts, but they
- 10:21Speaker 1: also build the price the phone into your bill with
- 10:24Speaker 1: hidden fees. With Patriot Mobile, they can show you how
- 10:28Speaker 1: to get that same iPhone interest free without the games
- 10:33Speaker 1: and no contract at Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile is America's
- 10:38Speaker 1: only Christian conservative wireless provider. They offer nationwide coverage on

- 10:52Speaker 1: great service and you want to know you're working with
- 10:55Speaker 1: a company that supports conservative causes that every month when
- 10:58Speaker 1: you pay your bill, they actually take a portion of
- 11:01Speaker 1: your bill and they give it back to causes like
- 11:03Speaker 1: First and Second Amendment issues and the right to life,

- 11:31Speaker 1: or nine seven to Patriot. Now, I want to hit
- 11:35Speaker 1: pause for just a moment on the Twitter files, and
- 11:38Speaker 1: I'm going to go back to some of the new revelations.
- 11:41Speaker 1: But let me just remind you why all of this matters.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Hunter Biden right now apparently is selling artwork for hundreds
- 11:50Speaker 1: and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars. Biden's art
- 11:56Speaker 1: worth worth that much now. But we also know that
- 11:59Speaker 1: people in the art business use it to funnel money,
- 12:04Speaker 1: to wash money, to clean money. It's a way to
- 12:08Speaker 1: money launder to different people. That's what we know for
- 12:11Speaker 1: a fact. And what we are now seeing is Hunter Biden,
- 12:15Speaker 1: this is the new way that he can make cash.
- 12:18Speaker 1: He can't do as many deals as he was doing
- 12:20Speaker 1: before the way he was doing them because everybody's now
- 12:23Speaker 1: watching him. So how do you keep the family business going?
- 12:28Speaker 1: How do you keep the coffers filled with cash. How
- 12:31Speaker 1: do you capitalize on what's happening right now? You do
- 12:37Speaker 1: what you can to get every dime. If you're running
- 12:39Speaker 1: a crime family business like Hunter Biden is, while your
- 12:43Speaker 1: dad's a president, and when you need people to give
- 12:46Speaker 1: you money and they can't just write you a check
- 12:48Speaker 1: or put you on a board anymore, your option is
- 12:52Speaker 1: to figure out a way to clean that money and
- 12:54Speaker 1: figure out a way to bring it in. And they
- 12:56Speaker 1: figured it out. They figured it out by doing exactly
- 13:00Speaker 1: what many other shady businessmen do around the world. You
- 13:04Speaker 1: buy art, or in this case, you sell art, and
- 13:07Speaker 1: you don't have to disclose who bought it or where
- 13:09Speaker 1: the funds came from. Now, there have been some leaks
- 13:12Speaker 1: that have come out that a lot of the art
- 13:14Speaker 1: is being sold into China. Why, well, clearly China is
- 13:19Speaker 1: in business with a Biden crime family. We know this
- 13:22Speaker 1: from the loans, We know this from their emails, we
- 13:25Speaker 1: know this from their business structures, We know this from
- 13:27Speaker 1: Tony Bobolenski, we know this from other whistleblowers, and we
- 13:30Speaker 1: know it from the cash and receipts that were all
- 13:34Speaker 1: left on his laptop. But how is he still doing
- 13:38Speaker 1: it when you know the end is in sight, and
- 13:40Speaker 1: there's a good chance that your dad may not run
- 13:42Speaker 1: for reelection, and you look at his age and you're
- 13:45Speaker 1: not a legitimate businessman, and he's clearly not a legitimate businessman.
- 13:52Speaker 1: You do whatever the hell you have to do to
- 13:53Speaker 1: survive in the shady world. Take a listen to this
- 13:57Speaker 1: about the and this is again happening right now in
- 14:01Speaker 1: America in December of twenty twenty two. This is not
- 14:04Speaker 1: years ago, this is right now. Darts in the art
- 14:06Speaker 1: gallery unveiling a new painting by Hunter Biden, and the
- 14:09Speaker 1: asking price is two hundred and twenty five thousand dollars.
- 14:13Speaker 1: J mean Payla is a host of Fox across America.
- 14:15Speaker 1: That's a lot. That's big money. And if you think
- 14:17Speaker 1: the price is high, you should meet the painter. Hey, everybody, goodness,
- 14:21Speaker 1: see you, come on now. But the reason this is
- 14:24Speaker 1: it does look bad like no administration has ever cared
- 14:27Speaker 1: less about optics than this one. Because I think the
- 14:29Speaker 1: belief is they don't expect backlash from the press. But understand,
- 14:33Speaker 1: prior to Joe Biden becoming the president, there was no
- 14:36Speaker 1: market for Hunter Biden. Okay, he wasn't a known commodity
- 14:39Speaker 1: in the art world. The only thing he was known for,
- 14:41Speaker 1: forgive me, is painting the town. Okay, there was no
- 14:44Speaker 1: demand for this, so it looks a little ridiculous that
- 14:47Speaker 1: they might be peddling a little influence here. And this
- 14:50Speaker 1: very much overlaps with the accusation in the Hunter Biden
- 14:53Speaker 1: laptop that these guys just traded on the name. At
- 14:55Speaker 1: the very least, they seem to be doing that here
- 14:57Speaker 1: two for two and answer number one. That's like his
- 14:59Speaker 1: version of story storry nine. Ye. So apparently the guy
- 15:02Speaker 1: run the gallery says Hunter has been a painter for
- 15:04Speaker 1: a year. He's an oddest. Yeah, okay, he's always been
- 15:07Speaker 1: an odd esst. But there was a difference between painting
- 15:09Speaker 1: on your own and saying, Okay, that's all I'm going
- 15:12Speaker 1: to do and I'm just going to be an odd Yeah.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I don't buy that. Okay, they're not like taking a
- 15:18Speaker 1: company public. Everybody wanted a piece of But the one
- 15:20Speaker 1: thing is it's only two hundred thousand for Hunter because
- 15:22Speaker 1: he's got to give ten percent of the sale to
- 15:24Speaker 1: the big He doesn't care. Hunter Biden doesn't care. Joe
- 15:28Speaker 1: Biden doesn't care. The White House doesn't care. They know
- 15:31Speaker 1: what they're doing. This New York City gallery unveiling this
- 15:34Speaker 1: new two hundred and twenty five thousand dollar hundred Biden
- 15:37Speaker 1: painting and two buyers they claim now are interested. This
- 15:41Speaker 1: is about funneling money. Hunter Biden painting is selling for
- 15:45Speaker 1: the price of a house. This is a guy that
- 15:48Speaker 1: had no experience in art, and the most expensive artwork
- 15:51Speaker 1: of the first Son's new Soho show is price at
- 15:53Speaker 1: two twenty five. On Saturday, a gallery worker refused to
- 15:58Speaker 1: give The New York Post details and potential buyer of
- 16:01Speaker 1: the unentitled fifty seven by ninety eight inch mustard yellow
- 16:05Speaker 1: yellow floral painting on Japanese paper called Upo. President Biden's
- 16:12Speaker 1: scandaled Scarred son sold two other works a day after
- 16:17Speaker 1: his second solo art show opened at the Georgie's Burgess
- 16:22Speaker 1: Gallery on Friday. Unlike last year's debut of Biden's artwork,
- 16:27Speaker 1: which was by invitation only, the News show is open
- 16:31Speaker 1: to the public and features much stronger work. They claim,
- 16:36Speaker 1: I want everyone to see his art, the gallery owner
- 16:39Speaker 1: told The Post. The first show was successful. We achieved
- 16:43Speaker 1: what we wanted from the exhibition. This exhibition shows a
- 16:46Speaker 1: stronger confidence. Burgess has refused to elaborate on which paintings
- 16:51Speaker 1: sold and who the buyers were. Paintings and last year's
- 16:54Speaker 1: show range from seventy five thousand for works on paper
- 16:57Speaker 1: to five hundred thousand for large canvases. What do the
- 17:03Speaker 1: paintings look like? They look like a nine year old painting?
- 17:06Speaker 1: To be honest with you, policy of not publicly naming
- 17:10Speaker 1: purchasers and what they paid was highly controversial, with some
- 17:13Speaker 1: critics saying it could lead to quote anonymous influence peddling,
- 17:16Speaker 1: influence buying of the Bidens. Well, let's not say it
- 17:20Speaker 1: could lead anyone buying these paintings. That's exactly what they
- 17:23Speaker 1: are doing. Burgess told the Post that he has several
- 17:26Speaker 1: paintings in the galleries basement that Biden finished more than
- 17:29Speaker 1: twenty years ago. Proof He said that he has worked
- 17:32Speaker 1: most of his life to be an artist. Okay, sure,
- 17:36Speaker 1: I believe you. He's always been an artist. Burgess said.
- 17:41Speaker 1: The difference is where we are being misconstrued that when
- 17:45Speaker 1: he focused his whole life on art, they took it
- 17:47Speaker 1: to being he just started doing art. But there is
- 17:51Speaker 1: a difference between painting on your own and saying Okay,
- 17:54Speaker 1: that's all I'm going to do, and I'm just going
- 17:57Speaker 1: to be an artist. And now he says, these pieces
- 18:01Speaker 1: of art are incredible. Hunter, his wife Melissa, and their
- 18:06Speaker 1: toddler son Bow, attended the opening on Thursday and exclusive
- 18:10Speaker 1: friends and family viewing, as they called it, Thursday Soft
- 18:14Speaker 1: opening featured Biden's newest abstract works, which depict flowers and birds.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Many of the paintings are done on sheet metal, and
- 18:22Speaker 1: the paintings would be more than well above average and
- 18:26Speaker 1: popularity specifically in China, As one art critics said, China
- 18:33Speaker 1: loves these types of paintings. They love flowers, they love birds,
- 18:38Speaker 1: and they love the bright colors. I painted and washed.
- 18:41Speaker 1: I painted and washed it off, Biden told a group
- 18:43Speaker 1: of spectators Thursday night, in describing how he created the
- 18:46Speaker 1: layers and splotches on a work in the series devoted
- 18:48Speaker 1: to Japanese poetry. Yeah, Japanese Poetry. Burgess said that the
- 18:55Speaker 1: paintings were a form of self reflection for Biden, who
- 18:58Speaker 1: has been amassed in an ongoing investigation into his financial
- 19:02Speaker 1: dealings with Ukrainian specifically China. Burgess said that he is
- 19:06Speaker 1: already fielding a great deal of interest from Biden collectors,
- 19:10Speaker 1: saying quote, I think in many ways this show has
- 19:13Speaker 1: started off on a better foot than the last one.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Just the interest. He has a collector base of people
- 19:19Speaker 1: who really like his work. Well, is it an America?
- 19:24Speaker 1: Doesn't sound like it. The entire collection was about selling
- 19:27Speaker 1: it to China. The White House has said the measures
- 19:30Speaker 1: have been put in place. Major measures have been put
- 19:34Speaker 1: in place to prevent any ethical concerns over quote potential
- 19:38Speaker 1: buyers who might want to buy the work to curry
- 19:40Speaker 1: favor with President Biden. Yes, because these safeguards have worked
- 19:45Speaker 1: so well in the past. Now, the gallery says they
- 19:48Speaker 1: believe that he will be able to make seven figures
- 19:51Speaker 1: in about a week off of these paintings. Now, as
- 19:55Speaker 1: this news broke, some of Hunter Biden's allies are now
- 20:00Speaker 1: up making plans to go after accusers. We now know
- 20:04Speaker 1: that array of groups are preparing to defend the present
- 20:08Speaker 1: Sons against the gop Onslought when they take back control
- 20:12Speaker 1: of the house. Hunter Biden's friend and lawyer Kevin Morris,
- 20:15Speaker 1: was blunt and laying out his thoughts at a strategy
- 20:18Speaker 1: session last September on an expected Onslought of investigation investigations
- 20:23Speaker 1: by House Republicans. It was crucial, Morris suggested for Hunter
- 20:28Speaker 1: Biden camp to be more aggressive. Morris, at a meeting
- 20:32Speaker 1: in his California home, described defamation lawsuits the team could
- 20:35Speaker 1: pursue against the presidential son's critics, including Fox News, Eric Trump,
- 20:40Speaker 1: and Rudy Giuliani. He outlined extensive research on two potential
- 20:44Speaker 1: witnesses against Hunter Biden, a spurned business partner named Tony
- 20:49Speaker 1: Bobo Lensky and a computer repairman named John Paul Mackiaac.
- 20:54Speaker 1: At one point, Hunter Biden himself happened to call into
- 20:56Speaker 1: the meeting, connecting briefly by video to add his own
- 20:59Speaker 1: thought quote, they feel that there is a whole counter
- 21:02Speaker 1: narrative missing because of the whole Hunter hater narrative out there.
- 21:06Speaker 1: A liberal activist, David Brock, who attended the meeting said,
- 21:10Speaker 1: what were we really got into was more the meat
- 21:14Speaker 1: of it, the meat of what a response would look like.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Brock was planning for a new group quote Facts First
- 21:20Speaker 1: USA focus on fighting the looming House GOP investigations. I
- 21:25Speaker 1: love it Facts First USA, all right, quickly. I also

- 21:48Speaker 1: Did you diversify your investments so that there is a
- 21:52Speaker 1: hedge with your portfolio for inflation? Well, that's exactly what
- 21:57Speaker 1: gold and silver has done for so many It is
- 21:59Speaker 1: a head to protect when it comes to inflation. Right
- 22:04Speaker 1: now is actually a great time for you to protect

- 22:50Speaker 1: The meeting that they all these Democrats had was a
- 22:54Speaker 1: meeting that they wanted to have so they could put
- 22:56Speaker 1: it out to the public and say, hey, this is
- 22:59Speaker 1: a glimpse to the infrastructure that we're gonna come after
- 23:03Speaker 1: Republicans with. In essence, we're gonna blackmail you, We're going
- 23:08Speaker 1: to expose you, We're gonna make sure that you hurt
- 23:13Speaker 1: if you come after Hunter Biden, James Biden or Joe Biden.
- 23:16Speaker 1: If you think you can get away with this, you're
- 23:19Speaker 1: just wrong. We're not gonna let you get away with this.
- 23:23Speaker 1: There were Democrats that actually went on TV this weekend
- 23:28Speaker 1: talking about how they're going to come after and hurt people.
- 23:32Speaker 1: One Democratic slime merchant, David Brock, vowed to this dirt
- 23:36Speaker 1: on Republicans if they probe Hunter Biden, a threat that
- 23:40Speaker 1: he made on MSNBC. Take a listen, and we start
- 23:44Speaker 1: with the latest around Hunter Biden. According to new reporting
- 23:47Speaker 1: in The Washington Post, a coalition of Hunter's allies won't
- 23:50Speaker 1: sit quietly as Republicans prepared to make him a national
- 23:53Speaker 1: figure in their investigations when they take over the House
- 23:57Speaker 1: in just a few weeks. For years, that has claimed
- 24:00Speaker 1: the president's son has traded on his name in shady
- 24:03Speaker 1: business deals and that President Biden is culpable for his
- 24:06Speaker 1: son's alleged misconduct. The Bidens have denied any wrongdoing. Joining
- 24:11Speaker 1: me now is one of those allies. David Brock, President
- 24:15Speaker 1: of Facts First USA. David, thank you very much for
- 24:19Speaker 1: coming to the Sunday Show. Thanks for having me on. Okay,
- 24:21Speaker 1: So why go on offense? Why not keep a low profile? Well, look,
- 24:25Speaker 1: I have been in right wing media. I've studied right
- 24:28Speaker 1: wing media for twenty years. Assouries August, I knew what
- 24:32Speaker 1: was coming. We can't wish this a way. We know
- 24:34Speaker 1: what they're going to do. They've announced what they're going
- 24:36Speaker 1: to do. The first press conference they had out of
- 24:38Speaker 1: the box was about Hunter Biden. So Democrats are not
- 24:40Speaker 1: putting Hunter Biden front and center. Republicans are. And we
- 24:43Speaker 1: also know that this has been asked and answered in
- 24:46Speaker 1: twenty twenty. It's been investigated at nauseum. It's been looked
- 24:49Speaker 1: at by a Senate committee by Rupert Murdock's Will Street Journal.
- 24:52Speaker 1: They found nothing. So I met with Hunter Biden and
- 24:54Speaker 1: as lawyers back in September as part of the due
- 24:56Speaker 1: diligence for this project, and I came out of that
- 24:59Speaker 1: Johnathan very confident that we are going to be able
- 25:02Speaker 1: to show over time that this is nothing but a
- 25:04Speaker 1: bunch of recycled conspiracy theories, and they're going to hurt themselves,
- 25:08Speaker 1: I think by investigating this, because at the end of
- 25:11Speaker 1: the day, part of the story is is kind of
- 25:13Speaker 1: a sick politics of demonizing addiction and mental health issues
- 25:18Speaker 1: and that are in many, many families. We know that
- 25:23Speaker 1: by the way you can hear this is what they're
- 25:25Speaker 1: going to stick with. You can hear it in the
- 25:27Speaker 1: way that they described this. I told you from the
- 25:29Speaker 1: very beginning, this is what they were going to do.
- 25:31Speaker 1: They were going to say, Wow, this is just a
- 25:34Speaker 1: guy who had an addiction problem. He was an addict.
- 25:37Speaker 1: He's overcome so much, he didn't really know what he
- 25:39Speaker 1: was doing, and everything was totally fine, And how dare
- 25:43Speaker 1: you how dare you pick on somebody that lost his brother,
- 25:46Speaker 1: that had mental health issues and was a drug addict.
- 25:50Speaker 1: You can't hold him accountable for what he was doing.
- 25:54Speaker 1: This is a great guy that has overcome so much.
- 25:57Speaker 1: That's They're going to be their defense the entire time.
- 26:00Speaker 1: But what you're also hearing from this sly merchant. David
- 26:03Speaker 1: Brock is the warning we've got dirt or he's threatening
- 26:07Speaker 1: that he has dirt on Republicans, and if you guys
- 26:10Speaker 1: move forward and try to pull this off, it's going
- 26:12Speaker 1: to be game over for you. Guys. We will come
- 26:14Speaker 1: after you and ruin your lives. Personally, the laptop shows
- 26:19Speaker 1: that President Biden was an empathetic father trying to help
- 26:22Speaker 1: his son. We don't need a congressional investigation for that, Jonathan,
- 26:26Speaker 1: but we are unfortunately going to have one, and we're
- 26:27Speaker 1: going to have one because Kevin McCarthy can't get to
- 26:30Speaker 1: two hundred and eighteen votes and so he's making this
- 26:32Speaker 1: corrupt bargain all these deals on the side with Marjorie
- 26:35Speaker 1: Taylor Green and Gosar to have more aggressive investigations to
- 26:39Speaker 1: change rules. Everything they want. They're getting the Magga extremists,
- 26:43Speaker 1: and we need to educate the public about what's behind us.
- 26:46Speaker 1: That's why I need you to tell me more about
- 26:50Speaker 1: this meeting you said you had in September sure what
- 26:53Speaker 1: you described as a due diligence meeting with Hunter Biden mother.
- 26:56Speaker 1: You have to understand how much propaganda this is right MSNBC.
- 27:00Speaker 1: He says, We're going to give you as much time
- 27:01Speaker 1: as you need to come on and talk about how
- 27:05Speaker 1: and reframe what this attack on Hunter Biden's going to be.
- 27:08Speaker 1: And he said, sure, We've started a political basically war
- 27:14Speaker 1: room facts. First, We're going to tell people this is
- 27:16Speaker 1: propaganda from the right, none of this is real, none
- 27:19Speaker 1: of this actually matters. So remember this as the Republicans
- 27:24Speaker 1: take control of the House and when they start investigating.
- 27:27Speaker 1: Which brings me back to the Twitter files. Tugger Carlson
- 27:31Speaker 1: had a very interesting take on the Twitter files and
- 27:33Speaker 1: the drop of some of the new information, specifically Part two,
- 27:38Speaker 1: and I want you to hear what he had to say.
- 27:40Speaker 1: Barry Weiss of Substack began posting Part two of the
- 27:44Speaker 1: Twitter files. Now. These are assessments of internal documents from
- 27:49Speaker 1: Twitter that been hidden under previous management but are now
- 27:52Speaker 1: being exposed by Elon Musk, who just bought the company.
- 27:56Speaker 1: So first, Musk last week gave a troph of documents
- 27:59Speaker 1: to at tebe of subject and out of Barry Weis.
- 28:02Speaker 1: Weiss is unpacking all of this right now live on
- 28:05Speaker 1: Twitter and a Twitter thread. What she has revealed so
- 28:08Speaker 1: far confirms what many suspected but none knew for certain,
- 28:12Speaker 1: which is that Twitter routinely censored prominent critics of the
- 28:16Speaker 1: Biden administration, did so in secret, without telling anyone, and
- 28:19Speaker 1: with no factual justification whatsoever. This is known as shadow banning.
- 28:24Speaker 1: Twitter did it all the time. Now publicly they denied
- 28:27Speaker 1: doing it. People who were being shadow bands suspected something
- 28:30Speaker 1: was up, but they didn't know. Now. Officially, Twitter's chief
- 28:33Speaker 1: legal Officer chief censor at Twitter, Vajagatte, a woman who
- 28:37Speaker 1: is rewarded by the Biden administration for her work on
- 28:39Speaker 1: their behalf, said that quote, we do not shadow ban,
- 28:43Speaker 1: and we certainly don't shadow ban based on political viewpoints
- 28:46Speaker 1: or ideologies. That's what she said. That was a lie,
- 28:49Speaker 1: And the documents that Barry Weiss is posting right now,
- 28:52Speaker 1: including screenshots of Twitter's internal censorship tools, proved that it
- 28:56Speaker 1: was a lie. One of Twitter's targets for shadow banning
- 28:59Speaker 1: was a Stanford professor, a physician, PhD. Called Jay Bodachara
- 29:04Speaker 1: one of the most impressive people in American medicine, someone
- 29:07Speaker 1: we've had on this show many, many times. There was
- 29:09Speaker 1: no justification for censoring Jay Badachara, except he was one
- 29:14Speaker 1: of the authors the Great Barrington Declaration, which very early
- 29:17Speaker 1: in the so called pandemic, infuriated our country's public health establishment,
- 29:22Speaker 1: including Tony Fauci, by opposing COVID lockdowns. Jay Badachara has
- 29:27Speaker 1: spent his career studying the health effects of various policies
- 29:31Speaker 1: on vulnerable populations. So he knew that COVID lockdowns would
- 29:36Speaker 1: harm children, and he said so that has turned out
- 29:39Speaker 1: to be true. But Twitter, doubtless, at the request of
- 29:43Speaker 1: the authorities, shadow band professor Badachar Stanford for saying this
- 29:47Speaker 1: out loud. They prevented his tweets from trending, and that
- 29:50Speaker 1: meant that most users could not see his tweets though
- 29:53Speaker 1: they were factual. Twitter also shadow band foxes Dan Bongino.
- 29:57Speaker 1: According to Weiss, Twitter at one point slapped Gino with
- 30:00Speaker 1: a search band that made it impossible for users of
- 30:04Speaker 1: Twitter to find tweets by Dan Bongino because they were inaccurate. No,
- 30:10Speaker 1: because they were accurate. That was the crime. That's always
- 30:13Speaker 1: the crime. They never punish you for lying, They only
- 30:15Speaker 1: punish you for telling the truth. Twitter also flagged Charlie
- 30:19Speaker 1: Kirk's account with a do not amplify tag. Weiss reports
- 30:23Speaker 1: the quote. The group that decided whether to limit the
- 30:25Speaker 1: reach of certain users was the Strategic Response Team Global
- 30:30Speaker 1: Escalation Team or srt GET. The team often handled up
- 30:35Speaker 1: to two hundred separate cases a day. Another group within Twitter,
- 30:40Speaker 1: called Site Integrity Policy Policy Escalation Support, noticed the bureaucratic
- 30:44Speaker 1: handles here. It's like the military. That group also hadn't
- 30:47Speaker 1: handled shadow banding, and that group included god A as
- 30:51Speaker 1: well as Twitter executives Uel Roth and Prague Aggerwall, who
- 30:54Speaker 1: ran the company. None of this has been previously known.
- 30:57Speaker 1: It was never disclosed to the public. Voice to Threat
- 31:00Speaker 1: is ongoing, it's being updated as we speak, and of
- 31:02Speaker 1: course we'll bring you more information as we get it.
- 31:06Speaker 1: You hear and you put all this in perspective, and
- 31:09Speaker 1: what we're gonna end up seeing next these Twitter files
- 31:11Speaker 1: and we're going to have this for you tomorrow, is
- 31:15Speaker 1: what they did to silence and censor people when it
- 31:17Speaker 1: came down to the issue of COVID when important people
- 31:21Speaker 1: said important things online that went against the regime. What happened.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Fauci and others just send emails and said, shut down
- 31:30Speaker 1: this person, silence this person, shadow band this person, and
- 31:34Speaker 1: make sure that all of this really just goes away.
- 31:38Speaker 1: If you had a question that you asked, just a
- 31:42Speaker 1: basic question, they would do the same exact thing. They
- 31:47Speaker 1: would silence you, they would censor you, They would say
- 31:52Speaker 1: you can't ask that question. You can't ask or talk
- 31:57Speaker 1: about that. This is Twitter, each and every day. Lastly,
- 32:04Speaker 1: what we know now for a fact is that this
- 32:07Speaker 1: was all being done by government officials, Okay, government officials
- 32:14Speaker 1: who absolutely loved getting emails from the deep state, from
- 32:19Speaker 1: the FBI, the dj the CIA, whoever wanted to send
- 32:23Speaker 1: them an email telling them whatever it was that they
- 32:25Speaker 1: wanted them to do, from the White House, from presidential campaigns,
- 32:30Speaker 1: from candidates, the list goes on and on. They loved
- 32:34Speaker 1: all of that. And now we know that every single
- 32:39Speaker 1: thing that conservatives and Republicans said was happening to them,
- 32:43Speaker 1: happening to them in real time, was actually happening to
- 32:47Speaker 1: them in real time. Dan Bongina, you couldn't find him
- 32:51Speaker 1: when he said it. What did people say, Oh, he's
- 32:53Speaker 1: a kook, he's a conspiracy theorist, he's a nut job,
- 32:55Speaker 1: he's crazy. Right, just a Twitter account, shut up, sit down,
- 32:59Speaker 1: and be silent. We know that he was right. Not
- 33:04Speaker 1: only was he right, But every other Republican out there
- 33:07Speaker 1: that thought that their account was being screwed with was
- 33:09Speaker 1: also right. And it's not just Twitter. I'm gonna say
- 33:13Speaker 1: it now, It's not just Twitter. It's gonna end up
- 33:16Speaker 1: being Google. It's gonna end up being YouTube, and it's
- 33:19Speaker 1: gonna end up being Instagram, and it's gonna end up
- 33:21Speaker 1: being Facebook, and it's gonna end up being TikTok. You
- 33:23Speaker 1: watch it will come out and hopefully they'll be brave
- 33:26Speaker 1: men and women who are willing to expose those agencies.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Twitter is literally auction off virtually everything that made Twitter ridiculous.
- 33:37Speaker 1: Now what am I talking about? I'm talking about Elon
- 33:40Speaker 1: musk Is is changing the culture and doing it quickly.
- 33:45Speaker 1: He is saying sea to their expressome machines, their lounge chairs,
- 33:50Speaker 1: other employeed toys are all for sale now, showing just
- 33:54Speaker 1: how ridiculous and how much of a country club the
- 33:58Speaker 1: Twitter offices were. Now members of the public are gonna
- 34:02Speaker 1: have an opportunity to rob the graveyard of old Twitter,
- 34:07Speaker 1: as dismissed employees, once beloved espresso machines and their comfy
- 34:11Speaker 1: lounge chairs are put up for auction. The social media
- 34:16Speaker 1: company is going to sell off all of their kitchen
- 34:19Speaker 1: equipment and furniture from at San Francisco office next month
- 34:22Speaker 1: to interested buyers through Heritage Global Partners. They're a company
- 34:26Speaker 1: that conducts auctions for downsizing business. Now, roughly two thirds
- 34:31Speaker 1: of Twitter employees have departed the company under Elon Musk's
- 34:35Speaker 1: new high Expectations for Remaining workers mandates. Right, they actually
- 34:41Speaker 1: want you to work and now he's sang seem now.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Items for sale include their law mark Gozoko expresso machines.
- 34:53Speaker 1: Never heard of it before, it must be really nice,
- 34:55Speaker 1: and their specialty rotisserie ovens, as well as commercial blenders
- 35:02Speaker 1: and grinders, refrigerators, grills and griddles, friars, braising pans, and
- 35:07Speaker 1: even they're beloved pizza ovens that according to a list
- 35:13Speaker 1: that has been posted by Heritage Global Partners. That's not all.
- 35:17Speaker 1: Electronics and furniture will be available for auction, including Apple
- 35:21Speaker 1: computers and monitors, Google jamboards, NC projectors, phones and speaker phones,
- 35:26Speaker 1: soft seats and furnishings, and hundreds of office chairs. Must
- 35:32Speaker 1: making headlines for quickly pivoting the culture of the social
- 35:36Speaker 1: media company from a nice air and b their plush
- 35:40Speaker 1: amenities five star hotel like workplace towards an actual commitment
- 35:45Speaker 1: to improving the platform and you know, actually having to work.
- 35:49Speaker 1: As for the internal restaurants that are at Twitter, yeah,
- 35:54Speaker 1: they're getting rid of those as well. They're not going
- 35:56Speaker 1: to have it be a five star country club. They're
- 35:59Speaker 1: sick and tired of it. And this is part of
- 36:01Speaker 1: why they say the well culture has been a total
- 36:05Speaker 1: disaster at Twitter. Most the employees actually talked about working
- 36:10Speaker 1: about four hours a day, some saying they only worked
- 36:15Speaker 1: four hours a week. Now let me hit pause on
- 36:19Speaker 1: that perspective on a liberal environment and go to other
- 36:23Speaker 1: big story that is also broken. But before I get
- 36:27Speaker 1: to that, I want to tell you about an awesome
- 36:29Speaker 1: gift that you can give for Christmas to anybody on
- 36:32Speaker 1: your list as an outdoorsman. It is Turtlebox. It is

- 37:41Speaker 1: the Democrat megadonor Sam Bakman free has been arrested in
- 37:48Speaker 1: the Bahamas. Now, initially you would think that's a good thing.
- 37:51Speaker 1: Here's where the fix is in. He was arrested after
- 37:56Speaker 1: being a freeman for basically more than thirty days in
- 37:59Speaker 1: the Bahamas, just hours before he was going to face
- 38:03Speaker 1: questions from Congress. Why did this happen this way? I'll
- 38:09Speaker 1: tell exactly why. Democrats were terrified of what he may say,
- 38:13Speaker 1: and virtually all of his interviews he's been spilling the
- 38:16Speaker 1: beans because I think it's like, Hey, my house is
- 38:18Speaker 1: on fire. I'm going to take everybody else down with me.
- 38:22Speaker 1: The Democratic mega donor, the number two donor in the
- 38:25Speaker 1: Democratic Party, SBF was arrested just hours before that, before
- 38:32Speaker 1: that question in Congress, and he was arrested in the Bahamas.
- 38:36Speaker 1: Why because Democrats apparently did not want him to have
- 38:40Speaker 1: to testify in front of the House Financial Services Committee.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Bateman freed arrested after US authorities filed criminal charges against
- 38:48Speaker 1: him and many an hour believing this is one hundred
- 38:50Speaker 1: percent to do with politics. Quote. Earlier this evening, the
- 38:54Speaker 1: Bahamian authorities arrested Samuel Bateman freed at the request of
- 38:58Speaker 1: the US government. Yeah, I understand line out based on
- 39:01Speaker 1: a sealed indictment filed by New York's District attorney. United
- 39:08Speaker 1: States Attorney Damian Williams said, we expect to move to
- 39:12Speaker 1: unseal the indictment in the morning, and we'll have more
- 39:15Speaker 1: to say at that time. But if you go to
- 39:17Speaker 1: their Twitter page, the US Attorney for the Southern District
- 39:20Speaker 1: of New York, said USA Damian Williams. Earlier this evening,
- 39:24Speaker 1: Bahamian authorities arrested Samuel Bateman freed at the request the
- 39:28Speaker 1: US government based on that sealed indictment. Well, there you go.
- 39:32Speaker 1: Some politicians are not happy about this, quickly pointing out
- 39:36Speaker 1: that Bankman Freed's arrest came just hours before his highly
- 39:41Speaker 1: anticipated testimony to Congress, where many Republicans were going to
- 39:47Speaker 1: ask him tough questions about his donations to the Democratic Party.
- 39:54Speaker 1: Leezelden said this tomorrow, Sam Bateman Freed was scheduled to
- 39:59Speaker 1: testify in from the House Financial Services Committee. House GOP
- 40:03Speaker 1: was ready to grill him six ways to Sunday. Former
- 40:06Speaker 1: New York Republican Gubmatory kenned at Leezeldon also said, now,
- 40:09Speaker 1: breaking tonight, Sam Bankman Freed was just arrested. Why not
- 40:13Speaker 1: allow him to first testify tomorrow and answer our many questions.
- 40:18Speaker 1: This is how the deep state and the Democratic Party works.
- 40:21Speaker 1: And I bring this up because now let's go into
- 40:23Speaker 1: the Twitter files. This is no different than the playbook
- 40:27Speaker 1: that we've now learned from the Democratic Party and from
- 40:30Speaker 1: what has come out from the Twitter files. When Democrats
- 40:33Speaker 1: don't want something to see the light of day, what
- 40:35Speaker 1: do they do? They covered up, silence it, and make
- 40:38Speaker 1: sure it never sees the light of day. Sam Bankman
- 40:40Speaker 1: Free was a number two donor the Democratic Party behind
- 40:43Speaker 1: George Soros. He scheduled up here before the House Financial
- 40:47Speaker 1: Services Committee, and they say this is a problem. What
- 40:50Speaker 1: do we do. Let's in die them and get him arrested. Now,
- 40:54Speaker 1: the disgrace financier previously dodge Chairwoman Maxine Water's request for
- 40:59Speaker 1: him to test five for the committee. That's what they're
- 41:02Speaker 1: trying to claim. Bankman Freed was a very close friend
- 41:06Speaker 1: and donor to Maxie Waters. Just so you know, Bateman
- 41:09Speaker 1: Freed told Waters and the committee last way that he
- 41:12Speaker 1: is not sure if he would be finished learning and
- 41:14Speaker 1: reviewing what happened with FTX before the committee wanted him
- 41:18Speaker 1: to testify quote on December the thirteenth. However, on Monday,
- 41:22Speaker 1: during a Twitter space interview just hours before his arrest,
- 41:25Speaker 1: Banateman Freed confirmed that he would repair remotely before the
- 41:29Speaker 1: House Financial Services Committee rhythm an in person appearance because
- 41:33Speaker 1: he is quite overbooked. And that's when Democrats said, crap,
- 41:38Speaker 1: we got to indict him now and get him so
- 41:40Speaker 1: he won't be able to tell a story. I don't
- 41:43Speaker 1: think I will be arrested, Bateman Freed reportedly said during
- 41:46Speaker 1: that Twitter Space interview. He added that he is open
- 41:49Speaker 1: and willing to possibly appear before the Senate Banking Committee.
- 41:52Speaker 1: On Wednesday, Senators SHIROD. Brown, Democrat, Ohio, and Pat Toomey,
- 41:58Speaker 1: Republican Pennsylvania, the chairman and the ranking member of the
- 42:01Speaker 1: Senate Banking Committee, criticized Bankman Freed over his reluctance to
- 42:04Speaker 1: confirm an appearance before their committee. Brown and Toomey said
- 42:08Speaker 1: in a joint statement, quote, virtually every CEO, financial regulator
- 42:12Speaker 1: and administration official for Republicans and Democrats has agreed to
- 42:16Speaker 1: testify in front of both the Senate and the House
- 42:18Speaker 1: when called upon the South Congressional Oversight Works. We have
- 42:23Speaker 1: offered Sam Bateman Freed two different dates for providing testimony
- 42:26Speaker 1: before the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, and
- 42:29Speaker 1: are willing to accommodate virtual testimony. He has declined in
- 42:33Speaker 1: an unprecedented abdication of accountability. Given that Bankman Freed's counsel
- 42:38Speaker 1: has said they were unwilling to accept service of the subpoena,
- 42:41Speaker 1: we will continue to work to have him appear before
- 42:44Speaker 1: the committee. He owes the American people and explanation. Now,
- 42:48Speaker 1: this is where I believe that Sam Bankman Freed actually
- 42:50Speaker 1: screwed up. If he was smart, he would have turned
- 42:53Speaker 1: on all of the Democrats that he was giving to,
- 42:56Speaker 1: telling them that the reason why he was able to
- 42:58Speaker 1: get away with what he got away was because they
- 43:00Speaker 1: didn't regulate him because he was giving them so much money.
- 43:04Speaker 1: That's the truth of the matter. Let's not act like
- 43:07Speaker 1: it's not. Now, before I get into more of that,
- 43:09Speaker 1: I want to tell you about our friends over at
- 43:11Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile real quick. You may see a lot of
- 43:13Speaker 1: bait and switch offers for free phones, free iPhones. Well,
- 43:17Speaker 1: they're usually too good to be true. Just like freedom itself,
- 43:21Speaker 1: nothing is free. Mobile phone companies not only lock you
- 43:24Speaker 1: into long term contracts, but they also build the price
- 43:27Speaker 1: the phone into your bill with hidden fees. With Patriot Mobile,
- 43:31Speaker 1: they can show you how to get that same iPhone
- 43:34Speaker 1: interest free without the games and no contract at Patriot Mobile.

- 44:04Speaker 1: take a portion of your bill and they give it

- 44:13Speaker 1: need to check out Patriot Mobile. Go to Patriot Mobile

- 44:34Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to Patriot. Democrats
- 44:39Speaker 1: are terrified that bankman Freed may may flip on them
- 44:44Speaker 1: and really may expose exactly how he was able to
- 44:48Speaker 1: get away with what he got away with if his
- 44:51Speaker 1: advisors and I it's clear that bankman Freed is a
- 44:54Speaker 1: crazy guy, but if his advisors were really truly smart,
- 44:58Speaker 1: what they would end up doing, what they would end
- 45:00Speaker 1: up saying is very obvious. We got away with running
- 45:04Speaker 1: a Ponzi scheme because the Democratic Party allowed us to
- 45:07Speaker 1: get away with it. We got away with doing whatever
- 45:09Speaker 1: the hell we want to do because Democrats allowed us
- 45:11Speaker 1: to get away with it. We were able to do
- 45:14Speaker 1: exactly what it was that we wanted. We were able
- 45:18Speaker 1: to accomplish exactly what we wanted to accomplish, which was
- 45:22Speaker 1: take money from an insane number of individuals. Right again,
- 45:27Speaker 1: let's just speak clear. That's exactly what we did. That's
- 45:30Speaker 1: exactly what they did because no one held us accountable.
- 45:36Speaker 1: We were unregulated because I bribed people. I truly believe
- 45:43Speaker 1: that is what he would say in response to all
- 45:46Speaker 1: of this if he was telling the truth, because that's
- 45:50Speaker 1: clearly what we have seen based on what they have done. Now,
- 45:56Speaker 1: this is no different than what Twitter was doing with
- 45:59Speaker 1: the US government. You guys can silence and censor and
- 46:03Speaker 1: get away with taking away the rights of Americans as
- 46:07Speaker 1: long as you play with the Democratic Party and you
- 46:10Speaker 1: donate to the Democratic Party. Why why do you think
- 46:13Speaker 1: Section two thirty has not been overturned? The protection for
- 46:16Speaker 1: Twitter and Facebook and Instagram and all the others in
- 46:20Speaker 1: YouTube and Google. Why do you think it's not been overturned.
- 46:24Speaker 1: I'll take exactly why. It's because as long as you
- 46:29Speaker 1: give money the Democrats, and that's what has happened. Democrats
- 46:33Speaker 1: keep getting donations from Mark Zuckerberg or Sam Bankman, Freed
- 46:39Speaker 1: or Dorsey and the other employees. You can run any
- 46:43Speaker 1: way you want to. You can run it however you
- 46:47Speaker 1: want to. It doesn't matter. Now. The FTX new CEO
- 46:54Speaker 1: has spoken before Congress moments ago. He was asked about
- 46:59Speaker 1: this laps and this is the FTX new CEO that's
- 47:03Speaker 1: been put in place to talk about just how bad
- 47:05Speaker 1: things actually are. And I want you to hear what
- 47:08Speaker 1: he had to say moments ago in front of this committee.
- 47:11Speaker 1: That well, Sam Bateman Free was supposed to be actually
- 47:14Speaker 1: testifying before, but miraculously we arrested him right beforehand, so
- 47:17Speaker 1: it wouldn't hurt the Democrats. Take a listen that the
- 47:20Speaker 1: X it's just a sideline comment. One of the questions
- 47:24Speaker 1: I've got is with regards to the Farmington State Bank.
- 47:27Speaker 1: This is an investment that Alameda made into and it's
- 47:32Speaker 1: a little bit bank. According to a New York Times article,
- 47:35Speaker 1: State of Washington twenty six smallest bank out of forty
- 47:37Speaker 1: eight hundred in the country. They bought it in twenty
- 47:40Speaker 1: twenty net worth of five point seven million, and they
- 47:43Speaker 1: dropped eleven and a half million in for a percentage
- 47:46Speaker 1: of the ownership do you know off the top of
- 47:47Speaker 1: your head what the percentage ownership wasn't at banks they purchased.
- 47:51Speaker 1: I believe that ownership was approximately ten percent, but I
- 47:53Speaker 1: can think, okay, that's what I've heard too. So hopefully
- 47:55Speaker 1: they paid twenty times book, which is off the church outrageous,
- 48:00Speaker 1: so it should be a red flag over the places.
- 48:02Speaker 1: Yet they were able to purchase that even though some
- 48:04Speaker 1: minority interest of twenty times a book. FDIC allowed that
- 48:06Speaker 1: to happen. They changed names to Moonstone Bank and since
- 48:11Speaker 1: then they've four separate accounts that dropped to roughly seventy
- 48:14Speaker 1: one million. Again, corny FDIC, Dad, And according to this article,
- 48:18Speaker 1: have you looked at this relationship and all yet to
- 48:20Speaker 1: see what's what's going on here and whether there was
- 48:23Speaker 1: any real regulatories all. We are looking at it. It
- 48:28Speaker 1: certainly is one of the things that came to our
- 48:30Speaker 1: attention fairly quickly. We're looking at what the dollars were
- 48:36Speaker 1: that went from the FTX group to that bank, and
- 48:39Speaker 1: we're looking at the connections of that bank to the Mohamas.
- 48:46Speaker 1: Now here's the thing, everybody, and the reason why I
- 48:48Speaker 1: play that. I'm going to explain it to you FTX
- 48:51Speaker 1: was able to take over basically a bank, and the
- 48:55Speaker 1: US government allowed them to take over this bank, even
- 48:59Speaker 1: though the deal was a terrible deal that should not
- 49:01Speaker 1: have been allowed to happen for as little as they
- 49:03Speaker 1: put into the bank, and it was running part of
- 49:05Speaker 1: their Ponzi scheme. They needed a bank to help them
- 49:07Speaker 1: with the Ponzi scheme. That's what John Ray, the new
- 49:10Speaker 1: FTX CEO, who was trying to untangle all of this,
- 49:13Speaker 1: has just told you every single safeguard in the United
- 49:17Speaker 1: States government that was supposed to protect millions of Americans
- 49:21Speaker 1: who lost billions of dollars didn't work. How is that
- 49:26Speaker 1: even possible. There's only one explanation for this, and that
- 49:31Speaker 1: one explanation is he was giving millions and millions and
- 49:36Speaker 1: millions and millions of dollars to the Democratic Party. So
- 49:40Speaker 1: when you're bribing people, and that's what this is, it
- 49:43Speaker 1: is bribery, you can get away with anything you want.
- 49:48Speaker 1: Now you look at this recent release of the trove
- 49:51Speaker 1: of emails that were sent by Twitter employees related to
- 49:56Speaker 1: the Hunter Biding laptop scandal. These two scandals are no
- 49:59Speaker 1: different print. They basically have the same exact playbook. Right
- 50:04Speaker 1: this release of these tropes of emails by Twitter employees
- 50:07Speaker 1: related to Hunter biden laptop scandal have fueled the reality
- 50:11Speaker 1: that you have direct conspiratorial ties between the social media
- 50:15Speaker 1: platform and the government in the run up to the
- 50:18Speaker 1: twenty twenty presidential election. That is no different than what
- 50:22Speaker 1: we are now seeing with XTF. You had direct conspiratorial
- 50:26Speaker 1: ties between Sam Bankman Freed, the Democratic Party, and the
- 50:30Speaker 1: regulators of the United States government. You go back and
- 50:34Speaker 1: look at what Elon must Tease several days ahead of
- 50:37Speaker 1: their release on Friday, December the second right these Twitter files.
- 50:42Speaker 1: They showed that Twitter engaged with politicians over the content
- 50:46Speaker 1: on its platform, as well as the social media network's
- 50:49Speaker 1: efforts to suppress a story of Hunter Biden for one reason,
- 50:54Speaker 1: they needed to tip the scales before the election, and
- 50:57Speaker 1: they knew if they legitimized a story that they knew
- 50:59Speaker 1: was legitimate, the government knew it was legitimate, The Deep
- 51:02Speaker 1: State knew it was legitimate. Twitter knew it was legitimate.
- 51:05Speaker 1: Facebook knew that it was legitimate. They knew that they
- 51:09Speaker 1: didn't tip the scales, Joe Biden wouldn't be the president.
- 51:14Speaker 1: The messages point to a clear platform leadership connection to
- 51:19Speaker 1: the leadership of the Democratic Party, and the leadership at
- 51:23Speaker 1: Twitter opted early on to suppress the story and its
- 51:25Speaker 1: recommendation and algorithms, and then blocked the link to it
- 51:29Speaker 1: and then treated it like child pornography sharing because the
- 51:35Speaker 1: company's policy was to make sure that Joe Biden got elected.
- 51:40Speaker 1: They knew it wasn't hacked material. That didn't matter either.
- 51:45Speaker 1: According to the Twitter files, the decision of block the
- 51:48Speaker 1: article was made by the former head of Legal, public policy,
- 51:51Speaker 1: and trust and safety at Twitter, and one of the screenshots,
- 51:55Speaker 1: a former US policy communications manager, Trent and Kennedy, wrote
- 52:00Speaker 1: that he was struggling to understand the policy basis for
- 52:05Speaker 1: marking the Biden's story is unsafe. The decision was said
- 52:10Speaker 1: to have been based on what several of Twitter sources
- 52:14Speaker 1: called a general warning from federal government, not direct general,
- 52:18Speaker 1: about the possibility of the post article stemming from foreign interference.
- 52:22Speaker 1: Even though the deep state, the government that was warning
- 52:25Speaker 1: Twitter and Facebook and Google and Instagram, they knew the
- 52:29Speaker 1: story was real. They had the laptop for over a year.
- 52:33Speaker 1: I go back and compare this to Sam Bateman Freed.
- 52:36Speaker 1: Millions of Americans have lost billions of dollars because the
- 52:39Speaker 1: government was in on it the entire time. It's called bribery.
- 52:44Speaker 1: That's what it is. Anyone that says it's not bribery,
- 52:47Speaker 1: I'm sorry, you're an idiot. This was clearly bribery from
- 52:52Speaker 1: the very beginning. Sam Bateman Freed was able to operate
- 52:57Speaker 1: for probably years longer than he should have been, and
- 53:02Speaker 1: certainly through the midterm election. Because he was their top financier.
- 53:07Speaker 1: They were able to buy banks in ways that they
- 53:10Speaker 1: would no one else you and I would never be
- 53:12Speaker 1: allowed to. The federal government would have denied the ability
- 53:14Speaker 1: for us to buy a bank and do what we
- 53:15Speaker 1: were trying to do. And everyone knows it. Okay, everybody
- 53:21Speaker 1: understands this. And then he then he files for bankruptcy
- 53:26Speaker 1: two days before or excuse me, two days after the
- 53:29Speaker 1: midterm elections, and then just hours before he's going to
- 53:32Speaker 1: testify before Congress and explain the relationship between him and Democrats,
- 53:37Speaker 1: he immediately just gets arrested. Are you kidding me? This
- 53:42Speaker 1: is communism playing out in America, Because this is what
- 53:47Speaker 1: happens in communist countries around the world. This is what
- 53:51Speaker 1: corruption looks like around the world, except now it's happening
- 53:55Speaker 1: in real time in the United States of America. Now,
- 53:58Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 54:00Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 54:02Speaker 1: friends at Legacy Precious Medals. Without them, the show wouldn't
- 54:05Speaker 1: be possible. And if you have not looked at gold
- 54:08Speaker 1: and silver as a way to protect your hard earned
- 54:10Speaker 1: dollars against what the happening on Wall Street with inflation,
- 54:14Speaker 1: it's time for you to call them and get the
- 54:16Speaker 1: free Investor's Guide. Why because so many around the world
- 54:19Speaker 1: are now using gold and silver, and historically they have
- 54:22Speaker 1: for decades as a protection, a hedge against inflation, which
- 54:26Speaker 1: is exactly what we're dealing with right now. If you're
- 54:29Speaker 1: terrified to look at your retirement account, your four one
- 54:31Speaker 1: case statement because of what's happening on Wall Street, that's
- 54:35Speaker 1: all the more reason why you should call and get
- 54:37Speaker 1: the investors got in gold and silver, protect your hard
- 54:39Speaker 1: earned money and diversify. Call them and get the free
- 54:42Speaker 1: Investor's Guide from Legacy Precious Medals one eight six six
- 54:47Speaker 1: seven five one twenty two eighteen one eight six six
- 54:52Speaker 1: seven five one twenty two eighteen or online at Legacy
- 54:56Speaker 1: PM Investments dot Com. Now, there's also a very big
- 55:01Speaker 1: issue that has come up, and I want to put
- 55:03Speaker 1: this on your radio screen as well, and that is
- 55:05Speaker 1: some legislation, and you want to talk about silencing people.
- 55:09Speaker 1: You may remember we got rid of and many many
- 55:14Speaker 1: great men and women are military were actually fired because
- 55:17Speaker 1: it refused to get the vaccine. There's some legislation that
- 55:20Speaker 1: I want to bring to your attention that Marsha Blackburn
- 55:24Speaker 1: is advocating for US Center. Marsha Blackburn and I went
- 55:27Speaker 1: and earlier today I sat down with her to talk
- 55:30Speaker 1: about that. But also what's happening with the Twitter files
- 55:33Speaker 1: as well? And is Congress going to hold people accountable
- 55:36Speaker 1: for what they did at Twitter? Here is that conversation.
- 55:40Speaker 1: Joining me now to talk about that as US Senator
- 55:42Speaker 1: at Marsha Blackburn from Tennessee. Senator, good morning, Nice to
- 55:45Speaker 1: have you with us. And there are a lot of
- 55:47Speaker 1: people that are depressed over the fact that we did
- 55:50Speaker 1: not get the Senate majority. In fact, we gave the
- 55:53Speaker 1: Democrats one more seat. That's concerning, and then we have
- 55:57Speaker 1: now at least one senator that's flipped to independent. It's
- 56:00Speaker 1: going to make things very interesting and spicy. But let's
- 56:04Speaker 1: talk about these Twitter files. You and I have talked
- 56:07Speaker 1: about this backstage at SEAPAC, about the silencing, shadow banning,
- 56:12Speaker 1: censoring of conservatives. It was real. We all experienced it
- 56:17Speaker 1: in real time. We all witnessed people that were calling
- 56:20Speaker 1: us and saying, hey, I can't reach my audience anymore.
- 56:24Speaker 1: Now we know exactly what Twitter was doing. The question
- 56:28Speaker 1: is what can Congress do about this, if anything at all,
- 56:31Speaker 1: And how do we find out exactly what's been happening
- 56:34Speaker 1: at Google, what's been happening at YouTube, what's been happening
- 56:38Speaker 1: at Facebook and Instagram, because we also know that those
- 56:43Speaker 1: companies apparently have also met regularly with the deep state
- 56:46Speaker 1: and people within the government, possibly the Democratic Party as well,
- 56:51Speaker 1: on who they want to shut down in silence. Well,
- 56:55Speaker 1: you're right about every bit of that then, And as
- 56:59Speaker 1: you know, over the past two years, Senator William Fallen
- 57:04Speaker 1: I in a bipartisans manner. He is the chairman, he
- 57:09Speaker 1: is the top Republican on the Consumer Protection Data Security Subcommittee.
- 57:14Speaker 1: Have held a series of hearings in the big tech
- 57:18Speaker 1: and looking at what they do with collecting information and
- 57:24Speaker 1: how they censor and prioritize. And we have directed this
- 57:28Speaker 1: at how the platforms use the information of children. What
- 57:34Speaker 1: we have come to find out is not only do
- 57:36Speaker 1: they do this with children, but with adults. And that
- 57:40Speaker 1: is confirmed with how they have gone about with the
- 57:47Speaker 1: censoring on Twitter and the Twitter files being made public.
- 57:53Speaker 1: I think is such an important step and I'm glad
- 57:56Speaker 1: Elon Musk is doing that now as we move forward,
- 58:01Speaker 1: past investigations, past making criminal referrals to the Department of Justice,
- 58:08Speaker 1: which is something that the House will be able to
- 58:12Speaker 1: do through oversighting investigations and the Energy and Commerce Committee
- 58:17Speaker 1: which covers these tech issues. There is a need for
- 58:23Speaker 1: online consumer privacy information. Senator billians All and I have
- 58:29Speaker 1: the bi partisan bill, the bipartisan bill that would put
- 58:33Speaker 1: that national privacy standard in place. It would allow you,
- 58:39Speaker 1: the online consumer to own your virtual view and would
- 58:43Speaker 1: say to these platforms, you cannot doubt of myne need,
- 58:46Speaker 1: you cannot control my information, you cannot monetize my information
- 58:52Speaker 1: unless I give you explicit permission to do this. Plus victech,
- 58:59Speaker 1: you can't kicked me off your platform. Now, that is
- 59:03Speaker 1: the type privacy legislation people have warned to see. I
- 59:07Speaker 1: have had a privacy bill for ten full years and
- 59:13Speaker 1: have been fighting big tech for a decade on this issue,
- 59:18Speaker 1: and it is time to put these protections in place
- 59:22Speaker 1: for the American consumer. I got to ask, why has
- 59:26Speaker 1: it taken so long? Is it because of the lobbyists
- 59:29Speaker 1: and the power of big tech and the money that
- 59:31Speaker 1: big tech spends. I mean, we know Facebook's CEO Mark
- 59:35Speaker 1: Zuckerberg is one of the top donors to the Democratic
- 59:38Speaker 1: Party and to Democratic candidates. The amount of money that
- 59:42Speaker 1: you've spent in the last presidential election and then the
- 59:45Speaker 1: midterms was unbelievable. It's huge money. Is that why you
- 59:50Speaker 1: can't get this done so far? I? Yes, big tech
- 59:56Speaker 1: has fought this every step of the way, and we
- 59:59Speaker 1: were Mark see the bill up ten years ago in
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: the Energy and Commerce Committee in Nancy Pelosi put a
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: halt to it. Why did you do that? It's because
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: you had Silicon Valley. They're pushing against it. Why has
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: the open app market I not made its way across
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: the Senate floor. We have past it with a get
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: this twenty to two vote out of the Senate Judiciary Committee,
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: which would take Apple and Google off as the gatekeepers
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: on all the apps you put on the Android or
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: the iPhone. And why has it not finished? It is
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: because you've got California senators that don't want that bill
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: to move forward. But the American people want to see
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: a privacy standard, they want to see data security, they
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: want to earn their virtual view when they are online,
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: and it is time to do this. I think people
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: are sick and tired of this. You look at what
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: is happening with children. Our Kids Online Safety Act is
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: ready to go, and it would prohibit these big tech
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: platforms from monetizing our children, from allowing drug dealers and
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: pedophiles and videos that cause self harm to come into
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: the lives of our children. And I've worked very closely
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: with parent advocates, kid advocates teams themselves who have said
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: there needs to be some policing and reigning end of
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: these video platforms. And it is those senators that represent
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: these areas that are slow in this down. But we
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: need to get these protections online. People want to have security.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: They want to know that their right to privacy is protected,
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: whether they're in the physical space are virtual space. Well,
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: let's talk about TikTok because you mentioned that people want
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: safety and security. It's pretty clear now from all of
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: the different intel and warnings that have come out that
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: TikTok is nothing more than a spying mechanism for China.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: Why are we still allowing the TikTok app to be
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: used when we know that it's just about data gathering
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: on every single user, Especially in the US. We've seen
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: states now that are banning the TikTok app from being
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: downloaded onto government phones. With the federal government move to that,
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: or is there just too much influence from the left
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: to say no, no no, no, we got to keep China's
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: top app. And you know, rolling in America, we have
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: trying to get TikTok ban and indeed President Trump moves
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: to remove TikTok. Biden let TikTok back in. And what
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: we know is that federal funes we remove them from
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: the phones of our military and our federal employees. They
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: cannot put these social media apps on a federal phone.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: We know that that is dangerous and so and your
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: military can't have it on any phones. This is something
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: that's the Chinese Communist Party who is in cahoots. Remember
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: with the other members of your axis of evil. You
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: have Russia, China run in North Korea. These are people
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: that do not wish us well. And you don't want
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: them having access to sensitive data and information. Let's talk
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: about quickly before we move to another issue that deals
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: with the military. About lying to Congress, Senator, it's getting frustrating,
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: I know for many Americans at watch and this last
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: week is a perfect example. This we have video of
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: Jack Dorsey deliver brittley lying to congressmen and being asked
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: questions about shadow banning, about silencing conservatives. We know that
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: he lied to Congress. Now based on the internal files
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: of Twitter that are being exposed, does anyone get in
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: trouble anymore if you're a Democrat or on the left,
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: if you just straight up lie to Congress? Is there
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: any accountability anymore about lying to Congress? It was supposed
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: to be a big deal, Like, hey, when you go
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: testifying Congress, you don't lie, Well, it is a big deal.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: And you look at people that race their hand and
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: take that oath and then sit down in that chair
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: and answer things in a very curious way if you will.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: And I think that as you have the House going
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: under Republican control, you will see some action take place
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: for people that have chosen to stand there and not
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: And I look forward to what the House members are
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: going to do, is they began to take these actions.
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: You look at what we're finding out from the Twitter files,
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: and as you said, if Twitter was doing it, you
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: know that other people are doing it. And then I
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: think one of the things that has taught them out
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: that is important for us to remember is that the
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: contributions is these employees at Twitter made were ninety six
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: to ninety nine percent all for Democrat candidates. So what
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: they were doing was taking their political ideology and then
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: they were making decisions based completely on that, and they
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: were getting rid of things that offended their sensibilities. Not
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: things that were something breaking the rules, are breaking a law,
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: but they were actually infringing someone's free speech because they
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: disagreed with the point of view. So let that sink
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: in for a minute and think about what they're actually
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: doing here and the dangers of that. So these people
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: that have come before Congress raised their hand, taken an oath,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: and now we're finding out they knew differently, they had knowledge,
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: and they did something different. And we are going to
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: have to be very attuned to watching what the House
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: does as they move forward with these referrals. I hope that.
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: And I say this because I've talked to so many
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: people that are just at the point of beyond outrage
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: and they feel like sometimes Conservatives when they get to
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: Congress don't fight the same way Democrats do. I hope
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: you guys and Senate encourage them to stick to it,
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: to get to the truth, hold people accountable in the
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: House because people are expecting that. I want to move
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: to this other issue. You have called on Biden to
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: sign the National Defense Bill and repeal his power grabbing
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: military COVID mandate. This is a COVID vaccine mandate that
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: was harmful to the military. Not only was it harmful
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: and took away people's rights when it comes to medical decisions,
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: but it also, now we have been told, has put
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: us in a bad spot with our troop numbers. Talk
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: about this and is there a chance that they will
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: admit we got this wrong, kicking people out of the
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: military for not being vaccinated. Yes, And what we are
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: working to do right now is get this DAA across
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: the line. And we know that thirty three hundred marines,
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: eighteen hundred soldiers, eighteen hundred sailors, and nine hundred airmen
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: have been removed from active duty service because of this mandate.
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: You also have members of the National Guard removed because
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: of this mandate. So my legislation that has made it
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: into the NBAA and already passed the House, says the DoD,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: you've got thirty days and this goes away. But by
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: the end of thirty days, it is gone and they
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: have to implement it. And what we do know is
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: that because of these efforts that I've been making for
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: six months, that there are some members of the military
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: that have already been called back. If you've got a
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: squadron that needs a highly trained pilot, or you've got
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: other special skills and they can't fill out a unit,
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: some of these individuals have been allowed to move back
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: in to service. And with this we think you will
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: see others of that. The next step, after we get
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: this mandate rescinded, is to make these men and women
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: that were released whole, to get them their benefits, to
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: allow them back into the military if they so choose
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: to serve. Those are components that we will go to
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: rectifying this situation. This overstep that DoD and the Biden
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: administration has exercised. Are there democrats are willing to come
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: alongside you on this one that you've talked to Kylie
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: who said, yeah, we understand this. I mean this to
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: me seems like it could be a very big bipartisan
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: type bill. Well, and it has. And there in mind,
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: when I presented these amendments in committee, they were voted
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: down on the party line vote. And now what we've
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: seen is that with bipartisan support, it has come out
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: of the House and it will move with bipartisan support
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: through the Senate. Incredible center. I appreciate your time as always,
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: good to chat with you this morning, and keep us
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: update on this bill as it moves forward. Good luck
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: in this new Congress. I know there's a lot of
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: people they're excited to see what Republicans do. You were
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: in the House for a long time, so keep encouraging
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: those guys. Don't back down because I know there's a
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: lot of people that are afraid that's what's going to happen,
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: and they're gonna get everybody's support who's been there before
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: to say, hey, don't back down. So thanks as always,
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: we'll talk to you again real soon. Taught it, take
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: care of good Bye, As I've said before, we are
