- 0:00Speaker 1: Well, we've got a lot to talk about on today's show,
- 0:03Speaker 1: including two pretty big stories. One of them involves the
- 0:08Speaker 1: attacks and the assault on America's brightest and best entrepreneurs,
- 0:14Speaker 1: who now the President and Bernie Sanders are calling oligarchs.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Why are they doing this, Well, they're threatening them.
- 0:21Speaker 1: If they step out of line and work with Trump
- 0:23Speaker 1: too much, there will be hell to pay down the road,
- 0:26Speaker 1: and that could cost you your company and your money.
- 0:29Speaker 2: We're going to talk about that in a second.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Also, confirmation hearings knock on wood are just we are
- 0:36Speaker 1: kicking a and taking names. It is a very good
- 0:40Speaker 1: chance at every single nominee of Donald Trump is going
- 0:44Speaker 1: to get confirmed.
- 0:46Speaker 2: This is amazing. We're going to walk through it.
- 0:49Speaker 1: And also there has been some news that's been broken
- 0:53Speaker 1: in some of these confirmation hearings, including Pam Bondy. If
- 0:57Speaker 1: she becomes the Attorney General, she is now pledged to
- 1:01Speaker 1: go find the missing children the three hundred thousand have
- 1:05Speaker 1: gone missing in this country, that many of them have
- 1:08Speaker 1: been put into child six slavery, and what she had
- 1:11Speaker 1: to say. Senator Ted Cruz is going to join us
- 1:14Speaker 1: to talk about that and also his back and forth
- 1:17Speaker 1: getting that commitment. Now, let me get back to the
- 1:21Speaker 1: first shocking issue, and that is the attack by Bernie
- 1:24Speaker 1: Sanders on the brightest entrepreneurs in the United States of America.
- 1:29Speaker 2: So, if you wanted to.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Know what Democrats are going to do when it comes
- 1:33Speaker 1: to attacking the Trump administration, we now have part of
- 1:38Speaker 1: that game plan in front of us. There is a
- 1:41Speaker 1: guy that is going to be confirmed. His name is
- 1:46Speaker 1: Scott Mascent. He is going to be confirmed the Secretary
- 1:50Speaker 1: of the Treasury. And the left is losing their mind
- 1:53Speaker 1: over Scott. And the reason why is because he's a
- 1:56Speaker 1: free market capitalist that actually doesn't think that you're an
- 1:59Speaker 1: evil person if you make a lot of money. Bernie
- 2:04Speaker 1: Sanders at the confirmation hearing decided to lead the way
- 2:08Speaker 1: for the Democrats in attacking Scott and saying you're part
- 2:13Speaker 1: of the problem. Now, Bernie Sanders never setting the crap
- 2:17Speaker 1: I'm about to play when the people he's about to attack,
- 2:21Speaker 1: we're on his side, on his team. He was never attacking,
- 2:26Speaker 1: for example, the founder of Facebook. Why because Well Zuck
- 2:30Speaker 1: was spending hundreds of millions of dollars supporting Democratic candidates.
- 2:35Speaker 1: But now that he has realized that he's got to
- 2:38Speaker 1: change his tune because Republicans are in charge. Well, now
- 2:42Speaker 1: Bernie Sanders is angry yet again. This is a back
- 2:46Speaker 1: and forth. It is important for you to understand. This
- 2:49Speaker 1: is what they're going to do for the next four years.
- 2:51Speaker 1: They're going to demony success in America. They're going to
- 2:54Speaker 1: go back to you. You know, you need to pay
- 2:56Speaker 1: your fair share. That's like Bernie sanders mantra. The Socialists
- 3:00Speaker 1: and Marxists and the Communists are always about, well, there's
- 3:04Speaker 1: too many rich people, right, there's too many successful. We
- 3:06Speaker 1: want everybody to be the same. We want everybody to
- 3:09Speaker 1: be equal. We don't want anybody to own anything. We
- 3:11Speaker 1: will unless you're giving us money. Then we're look the
- 3:14Speaker 1: other way. But if you are a wealthy person, you
- 3:18Speaker 1: are now a villain in America all over again. And
- 3:24Speaker 1: we're watching it unfold before our very eyes.
- 3:26Speaker 3: To be here, mister Bestin, thanks very much for being
- 3:31Speaker 3: in the office the other day, mister bestn't. The United
- 3:36Speaker 3: States today has more income and wealth inequality and as
- 3:40Speaker 3: ever existed in the history of our country. You got
- 3:43Speaker 3: three people on top, uh, mister Bezos and mister Zuckerberg,
- 3:49Speaker 3: who are now worth almost a trillion dollars.
- 3:51Speaker 2: That is more than half.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Of the bottom of our society, some one hundred and
- 3:59Speaker 3: seventy million people.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Let's just stop there.
- 4:02Speaker 1: So the premise of the argument from Bernie Sanders is
- 4:06Speaker 1: no one should be allowed, no one to have this
- 4:11Speaker 1: much money.
- 4:12Speaker 2: So what is the number?
- 4:14Speaker 1: Is the question that I want to know from Bernie
- 4:16Speaker 1: Sanders and from the left. What is the amount of
- 4:18Speaker 1: money that I am allowed to have? And you be happy?
- 4:22Speaker 1: Is it a million dollars? Is it half a million?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Is it two million? Is it five million? What is
- 4:29Speaker 1: the arbitrary amount of money that you're saying is not evil?
- 4:33Speaker 1: Now this also comes down to houses, right, how many
- 4:36Speaker 1: houses am I allowed to own in Bernie Sanders America?
- 4:39Speaker 1: Is it one or is it two? Because Bernie Sanders,
- 4:42Speaker 1: by the way, has multiple houses. And also Bernie Sanders
- 4:45Speaker 1: is worth millions of dollars, which of course he will
- 4:47Speaker 1: never tell you he has made his millions while being
- 4:50Speaker 1: in Congress, which is a whole other conversation that we
- 4:53Speaker 1: should be having. But I am sure that we will
- 4:56Speaker 1: never ever ever have that conversation either. But back to
- 5:00Speaker 1: these evil three that he's trying to demonize, the reason
- 5:04Speaker 1: why he's demonizing the founder of Facebook now is because
- 5:10Speaker 1: that guy's not giving enough money to the Democrats. In
- 5:13Speaker 1: his mind, they've lost the control over him. He's allowed
- 5:18Speaker 1: conservatives to get out of Facebook jail, and he's telling
- 5:21Speaker 1: stories of how the Biden Hairs administration was cussing and
- 5:25Speaker 1: threatening his employees. Now, I want to be clear, I
- 5:27Speaker 1: don't feel sorry for market Facebook, all right, just I
- 5:30Speaker 1: want to be very very clear about that. I also
- 5:33Speaker 1: think you should have exposed him years ago and actually
- 5:35Speaker 1: fought back instead of just protecting his bottom line, because
- 5:38Speaker 1: that's what it really was all about. He didn't feel
- 5:41Speaker 1: comfortable sharing what he has shared now on a podcast
- 5:45Speaker 1: right with Joe Rogan, because I'm sorry, he's a WUS.
- 5:49Speaker 2: He's not actually a leader.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Now, if I was being blackmailed by the Biden Hairs
- 5:53Speaker 1: administration the way that he was, and I had the
- 5:56Speaker 1: most powerful social media tool you could argue in the world,
- 6:00Speaker 1: then I would have used it instantly and not been bullied.
- 6:03Speaker 1: But I don't actually believe that he thinks that he
- 6:07Speaker 1: was being bullied. And the reason why I say that
- 6:10Speaker 1: is because if you were being bullied by the left,
- 6:12Speaker 1: then why would you empower the left with the Zuckbucks
- 6:14Speaker 1: where you're giving hundreds of millions of dollars to get
- 6:17Speaker 1: Democrats elected. If you were quote being bullied by the left,
- 6:22Speaker 1: then why did you before they even got their power
- 6:26Speaker 1: take away the sitting president United States of America's Facebook
- 6:29Speaker 1: account when Donald Trump was the president on January sixth,
- 6:33Speaker 1: in two thousand and twenty one. This was the doing
- 6:37Speaker 1: of Mark and his team at Facebook. And they are
- 6:40Speaker 1: radical leftists. The only thing they've decided now is that, well,
- 6:44Speaker 1: Donald Trump's back and he's really a threat to us now,
- 6:46Speaker 1: so we got to look like we're the victim and
- 6:48Speaker 1: we got to play the game. So in response to that,
- 6:51Speaker 1: you have now Bernie Sanders who comes out He's like, well,
- 6:54Speaker 1: you know, this is this guy over at Facebook. He
- 6:57Speaker 1: is just evil and anybody else Elon Musk is evil?
- 7:00Speaker 2: Right now?
- 7:00Speaker 1: Why is Elon Musk evil to them? I think it's
- 7:03Speaker 1: also very clear he saw the light, he became a conservative.
- 7:06Speaker 1: He's hanging out with Donald Trump. He is going to
- 7:08Speaker 1: start downsizing the size of government, which is a threat
- 7:11Speaker 1: to their power. They are angry about that as well.
- 7:16Speaker 2: So he's on the list.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Now you need somebody else on the list too, And
- 7:20Speaker 1: so that you don't look like you're like total frauds.
- 7:22Speaker 1: And so he's like, and I'll throw another guy on
- 7:24Speaker 1: there that maybe isn't that conservative.
- 7:26Speaker 2: This is the problem.
- 7:29Speaker 1: This is the I think the biggest problem that we
- 7:34Speaker 1: are going to face now in the next year is
- 7:39Speaker 1: going to be how much they're going to come after
- 7:41Speaker 1: conservatives and say you're evil because of everything that I
- 7:45Speaker 1: just stated. So let's go back to Bernie and now
- 7:49Speaker 1: listen to his argument and why he's so angry about
- 7:52Speaker 1: these people making money.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Three people more wealth from the bottom one hundred and
- 7:56Speaker 3: seventy million. We have more concentration of ownership today than
- 8:00Speaker 3: we have ever had. We have more concentration of ownership
- 8:05Speaker 3: in the media. We're a handful of billionaires like Musk, Bezos,
- 8:09Speaker 3: Rupid Murdock increasingly own the media and the information that
- 8:14Speaker 3: the American people receive. We have a corrupt campaign finance
- 8:19Speaker 3: system in which a small number of billionaires in both
- 8:23Speaker 3: political parties make huge contributions into the presidential and congressional campaigns.
- 8:30Speaker 1: So, in other words, the system's rigged. Because we couldn't
- 8:34Speaker 1: rig the last election. We couldn't in prison our political opponent,
- 8:38Speaker 1: Donald Trump.
- 8:39Speaker 2: We tried.
- 8:40Speaker 1: We raided his house, we tried to blackmn. We did
- 8:42Speaker 1: everything we could. We tried really really, really really hard,
- 8:44Speaker 1: and it didn't work. And so now what we're going
- 8:48Speaker 1: to do is we're going to say everything is evil
- 8:51Speaker 1: so that we can then regulate to try to then
- 8:53Speaker 1: get a victory maybe in two years the midterm election.
- 8:59Speaker 2: This is there. Go oh, folks, this is their game plan.
- 9:02Speaker 3: When you have a small number of multi billionaires who
- 9:07Speaker 3: have enormous economic, media and political power. Would you agree
- 9:15Speaker 3: with President Biden who last night stated and I quote
- 9:19Speaker 3: and oligaukey is taking shape in America of extreme wealth
- 9:24Speaker 3: power and influence that threatens our entire democracy, our basic
- 9:29Speaker 3: rights and freedoms end quote. That's what President Biden said
- 9:32Speaker 3: last night. I agree with him.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Do you now, let's stopped there before you hear his response.
- 9:38Speaker 1: All right, this is again the nominee for Treasury Secretary,
- 9:41Speaker 1: a conservative that Donald Trump has nominated. You notice what
- 9:46Speaker 1: Bernie Sanders is advocating for now. He's advocating for the
- 9:49Speaker 1: forcing of the selling of any person's assets in this
- 9:54Speaker 1: country that doesn't bow down to the socialist, Marxist or
- 9:59Speaker 1: communists and use their media apparatus to be a state
- 10:04Speaker 1: sponsored media apparatus. They're fine with NBC News or ABC
- 10:09Speaker 1: News or CBS or PBS being state sponsored media and
- 10:13Speaker 1: being huge.
- 10:14Speaker 2: They're totally fine with that.
- 10:16Speaker 1: They are not fine with the other people that don't
- 10:21Speaker 1: do what they demand each and every day. So take
- 10:25Speaker 1: a listen to the response from the guy who's gonna
- 10:28Speaker 1: be the Treasury secretary. And if you look at his
- 10:31Speaker 1: job as Treasury secretary, what Bernie Sanders is saying is you,
- 10:35Speaker 1: as Treasury secretary, your job should be one hundred percent political,
- 10:38Speaker 1: and you should go after people that have too much money,
- 10:40Speaker 1: and you should attack them for having too much money.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Like he's wanting to weaponize the Treasury Secretary to go
- 10:47Speaker 1: after and to attack the wealthiest people in this country
- 10:51Speaker 1: and to hold people down who make their money in
- 10:56Speaker 1: the private sector or build something great like Tesla for example,
- 11:01Speaker 1: or Amazon. By the way, if you made Amazon, I
- 11:04Speaker 1: don't care about politics just in general. This is like
- 11:07Speaker 1: a blunt statement that I think most sane people would
- 11:10Speaker 1: agree with.
- 11:12Speaker 2: If you started.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Amazon, something that everybody I know uses like every day,
- 11:18Speaker 1: I think you should be insanely rich because you did
- 11:23Speaker 1: a once in a lifetime maybe once in a century
- 11:27Speaker 1: thing and it worked. It's which is incredible, Like it's
- 11:32Speaker 1: truly unbelievable.
- 11:34Speaker 2: That's number one. If you do something like Facebook, I think.
- 11:38Speaker 1: You should be insanely rich because you created something that's
- 11:42Speaker 1: once in a lifetime or once in a century century,
- 11:45Speaker 1: and I think you should deserve to be insanely wealthy
- 11:48Speaker 1: for that. If you create an electric vehicle that turns
- 11:52Speaker 1: it into mainstream and people buy it, and this is
- 11:57Speaker 1: just like one of the ways made money, but it's
- 11:58Speaker 1: a pretty big one, I.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Would hope that you were insanely wealthy.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Just like if you were the Ford family and you
- 12:05Speaker 1: created four cars and trucks in f one fifties like
- 12:08Speaker 1: the Ford Mustang, I think you should be insanely rich.
- 12:10Speaker 1: And I have no problem with you being insanely rich
- 12:13Speaker 1: in that scenario. But what Bernie Sanders is saying is
- 12:17Speaker 1: we only allow you to stay rich if you support us,
- 12:22Speaker 1: and if you don't support us, then we want to
- 12:24Speaker 1: take away your money. That is what communists, socialists.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Marxists do.
- 12:31Speaker 1: That's no different than the Russian oligarchs that we have
- 12:35Speaker 1: in Russia, where if you give money back and you
- 12:39Speaker 1: support Vladimir putin. Then there is a group of oligarchs
- 12:44Speaker 1: that prop him up, and then he allows him to
- 12:46Speaker 1: make ungodly amounts of money that is completely different than
- 12:50Speaker 1: what we have in this country. And the three people
- 12:52Speaker 1: that he just described are for people we just described.
- 12:54Speaker 1: So again the Treasury Secretary nominees like, dude, this isn't
- 12:57Speaker 1: my job, and this is really messed up what you're saying.
- 13:00Speaker 1: He doesn't say it that way. He's obviously going through confirmation.
- 13:03Speaker 1: He's going to say it a little bit differently, But
- 13:05Speaker 1: I want you to listen carefully to his words.
- 13:07Speaker 4: I enjoyed our visit, and I hope you got my
- 13:10Speaker 4: follow up materials that on the discussions, my predicious writings
- 13:14Speaker 4: on the terrorists and China and the three billionaires who
- 13:24Speaker 4: you listed that all made the money themselves. Mister Musk
- 13:30Speaker 4: came to the country as an immigrant.
- 13:32Speaker 3: I understand that. But what I'm asking you is when
- 13:36Speaker 3: you have a handful of people like Musk who will
- 13:40Speaker 3: soon be part of the Trump administration and others, when
- 13:45Speaker 3: you have three people owning more wealth from the bottom
- 13:47Speaker 3: half of American society, when these people have enormous influence
- 13:51Speaker 3: over the media, when they spend huge amounts of money
- 13:55Speaker 3: in both political parties to elect candidates. What Biden said
- 13:58Speaker 3: last liners, we're moving what an oligouchy? I'm asking you
- 14:01Speaker 3: that question. Do you think to get how they made
- 14:04Speaker 3: their money? Do you think that when so few people
- 14:07Speaker 3: have so much wealth and so much economic and political power,
- 14:11Speaker 3: that that is an oligogic form of society?
- 14:13Speaker 4: Well, I wouldn't note that they. President Biden gave the
- 14:18Speaker 4: Presidential Metal of Freedom to two people who I think
- 14:21Speaker 4: would qualify for his oligarchs.
- 14:24Speaker 3: So this is not a condemnation of any one individual.
- 14:29Speaker 3: I'm just asking you when so few people have so
- 14:32Speaker 3: much wealth and power, But do you think that that
- 14:36Speaker 3: is an oligockic form of society?
- 14:39Speaker 4: Senator? I think it depends on the ability to move
- 14:45Speaker 4: up and down the end.
- 14:46Speaker 3: No, that's not really dancer. I mean even if you
- 14:48Speaker 3: had that mobility, no matter who those individuals might be.
- 14:52Speaker 3: All right, But let me ask you another question.
- 14:54Speaker 1: I love that I moved on because he obviously got
- 14:57Speaker 1: smacked around there. Like what you heard there from the
- 15:01Speaker 1: nominee was, hey, Biden, like you know, giving metal freedoms
- 15:07Speaker 1: to oligarchs, Like you want to stop that, Like it's
- 15:11Speaker 1: a really strong point. You maybe want to, like, you know,
- 15:16Speaker 1: not blackmail people. Hey, you want to be successful, We'll
- 15:19Speaker 1: let you, but only if you give us a bunch
- 15:21Speaker 1: of your money so that we can run for election
- 15:23Speaker 1: re election. That is the standard that Bernie Sanders is
- 15:26Speaker 1: saying for you to stay in good favor with the
- 15:28Speaker 1: United States government. And what loses you is if you
- 15:32Speaker 1: actually think for yourself and you're not an oligarch. You
- 15:36Speaker 1: go back to the threat that Joe Biden made, and
- 15:41Speaker 1: the threat that Joe Biden made was one that was
- 15:44Speaker 1: I think clear. He's saying, we've lost power, and those
- 15:48Speaker 1: that are still around in power, you need to do
- 15:52Speaker 1: what you need to do now to go after the
- 15:55Speaker 1: wealthy people out there that are no longer under our
- 15:59Speaker 1: thumb like this is insane. In his farewell address to
- 16:05Speaker 1: the country, he is warning his radical supporters that are
- 16:11Speaker 1: in the government that you better do your best now
- 16:15Speaker 1: to attack people. You better go out there and and
- 16:19Speaker 1: really hammer these people that are now a threat to
- 16:23Speaker 1: our power, not to America, but to our power.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Whether it's a threat of climate change.
- 16:30Speaker 1: He says, it has never been clear, and you better go
- 16:31Speaker 1: after anybody in the own gas industry it's like it's
- 16:33Speaker 1: a hit list. That's that's what this is. It's a
- 16:36Speaker 1: hit list. And Sener Tim Kaine, if you don't think
- 16:40Speaker 1: this is who he was talking to. The ones that
- 16:42Speaker 1: are still in power, listen to what Tim Kaine said
- 16:46Speaker 1: on See It End, because he heard the he heard
- 16:49Speaker 1: the call, he heard the trumpet that is like, we
- 16:52Speaker 1: still have to go to war with conservatives and try
- 16:55Speaker 1: to shut them down.
- 16:57Speaker 5: And Senator, forgive me, I'm covering a lot of ground.
- 16:59Speaker 5: But President Biden did address the nation last night from
- 17:01Speaker 5: the Oval Office. He talked about his fear that an
- 17:05Speaker 5: oligarchy is taking over this country, that there's a tech
- 17:09Speaker 5: industrial complex that has too much influence in this country.
- 17:14Speaker 5: He offered some pretty stark warnings for the nation. As
- 17:18Speaker 5: Donald Trump is about to return to the White House,
- 17:20Speaker 5: what did you make of that?
- 17:21Speaker 6: You know, the comments really echoed in my mind. It
- 17:25Speaker 6: reminded me of something, and it reminded me of what
- 17:28Speaker 6: President Eisenhower said.
- 17:30Speaker 2: As he was leaving office.
- 17:31Speaker 6: This general who led us to victory in World War two,
- 17:34Speaker 6: warned America that a military industrial complex could have too
- 17:38Speaker 6: much impact on American politics and push us into needless
- 17:43Speaker 6: military expenditures and even hostilities that we shouldn't be in.
- 17:48Speaker 6: Those were very precient words then, and I don't know
- 17:50Speaker 6: if President Biden was sort of consciously echoing those or not.
- 17:55Speaker 6: I know he is sincerely worried about it, and I think.
- 17:57Speaker 2: A lot of Americans are.
- 17:59Speaker 5: You think there's an oligarchy that's taking over in this country.
- 18:02Speaker 6: You know that I am worried about the power of
- 18:05Speaker 6: these of the tech bros, who you know, have a
- 18:09Speaker 6: lot of time on their hands because they have so
- 18:11Speaker 6: many billions, and they want to get involved in politics,
- 18:14Speaker 6: and they usually want to get involved in politics to
- 18:16Speaker 6: feather their own nest.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Ooh, the tech bros.
- 18:20Speaker 1: You hear the marketing here, It's pretty good marketing, right,
- 18:23Speaker 1: Let's label them the tech bros. Who's he talking about.
- 18:27Speaker 1: He's talking about Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg. He's talking
- 18:32Speaker 1: about those two. And what he's saying to Democrats is
- 18:37Speaker 1: and also to them, is you guys better not go.
- 18:41Speaker 2: Too far to freedom of speech and to.
- 18:47Speaker 1: True freedom on your networks, because if you do, we
- 18:53Speaker 1: will come after you. We will weaponize our government to
- 18:56Speaker 1: come against you. By the way, this is what Zuckerberg
- 18:59Speaker 1: said in his interview. He said, dude, like, they told
- 19:03Speaker 1: us that we need to start silencing and censoring people,
- 19:06Speaker 1: and then when we didn't respond the way they wanted to,
- 19:08Speaker 1: they then had the entire US government come after us.
- 19:12Speaker 1: So then he says, like, then, I'm basically a little
- 19:13Speaker 1: wis and I just gave in and did whatever they
- 19:15Speaker 1: told me to do. I silenced anybody they wanted me to silence.
- 19:18Speaker 1: I shut down anything they wanted me to shut down.
- 19:20Speaker 1: I did whatever they told I was there, bitch, like,
- 19:23Speaker 1: that's what I was, And now I'm going to tell
- 19:26Speaker 1: you that that's what I was. But you should understand why,
- 19:28Speaker 1: because I'm just a billionaire that didn't want everything to
- 19:30Speaker 1: go away instead of actually fighting back. And what they're
- 19:33Speaker 1: saying now is, oh, so now the Conservatives are in charge,
- 19:36Speaker 1: you're going to tell this side of the story. Well,
- 19:38Speaker 1: guess what, you better shut up and get back in line,
- 19:40Speaker 1: because one day we're going to be back in charge.
- 19:42Speaker 1: And when we're in charge, we're going to use a
- 19:45Speaker 1: Treasury secretary to come after you. We're going to use
- 19:48Speaker 1: the FBI to come after you, We're going to use
- 19:50Speaker 1: the DJ to come after you. We're going to do
- 19:53Speaker 1: to you what we did to Donald Trump. That is
- 19:55Speaker 1: the warning out of this Treasury Secretary moment here, and
- 20:00Speaker 1: I think everybody that hears this should be really really
- 20:05Speaker 1: concerned over what you just heard, because they're telling you
- 20:10Speaker 1: if you give them power again, they are going to
- 20:13Speaker 1: lock up their political enemies, and it's not going to
- 20:16Speaker 1: be at the top, it's going to be anybody with
- 20:18Speaker 1: money in the middle.
- 20:20Speaker 2: That's the warning, and it's a threat.
- 20:22Speaker 1: And I actually believe them when they say this is
- 20:25Speaker 1: their threat, Like I actually believe that they are not
- 20:28Speaker 1: lying to you and I when they make this threat.
- 20:31Speaker 1: They're not lying to these individuals they named outright with
- 20:35Speaker 1: this threat. And I think Bezos will probably get back
- 20:40Speaker 1: in line. I think Zuckerberg is probably going to play it.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Whoever's in power, he's going to play to them. I
- 20:45Speaker 1: think Elon can't be bought, and I think Murdoch says, hey,
- 20:49Speaker 1: I'm old enough, screw you. I'm still going to do
- 20:52Speaker 1: Fox News Channel. But they're sending a very clear precedent
- 20:56Speaker 1: and signal for the future. You don't do what we
- 20:59Speaker 1: want you to do even when we're not in power,
- 21:01Speaker 1: know what we're going to do to you when we
- 21:03Speaker 1: are in power, and it's going to.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Get nasty, all right now, I want to move too.
- 21:08Speaker 1: And this was really interesting to see the debate in
- 21:12Speaker 1: the Senate and then the conversations that were happening with
- 21:16Speaker 1: Republicans and actually trying to move forward and not just
- 21:20Speaker 1: the Democrats are trying to destroy people.
- 21:22Speaker 2: The Republicans actually had.
- 21:23Speaker 1: A mission here and it was to get commitments from
- 21:26Speaker 1: many of these nominees of what they are going to
- 21:28Speaker 1: do and what their priority is are going to be.
- 21:31Speaker 1: One of those priorities is finding the children that are missing.
- 21:35Speaker 1: And Senator Cruse and I we do our podcast that
- 21:38Speaker 1: we do together called Vertical with Ted Cruz, and every
- 21:40Speaker 1: once in a while we have something like this. I
- 21:41Speaker 1: play part of it here because it's important. I want
- 21:43Speaker 1: you to hear it, and I want you to hear
- 21:46Speaker 1: what Senator Cruz had to say about this back and forth,
- 21:49Speaker 1: the pan bondy and this really important commitment that we're
- 21:51Speaker 1: going to go find these children that have gone missing
- 21:54Speaker 1: because of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
- 21:56Speaker 7: But there's a different aspect of politicization, and that is
- 22:00Speaker 7: refusing to follow the law for the overarching political agenda.
- 22:04Speaker 7: In this case, the radical open borders agenda. So listen
- 22:07Speaker 7: to this short round of questioning that I had with
- 22:10Speaker 7: Pambondi later in the day. An excellent job at this hearing.
- 22:15Speaker 7: And I want to go back to the topic you
- 22:17Speaker 7: and I discussed before, which is the politicization of the
- 22:20Speaker 7: Department of Justice. I want to focus on a different
- 22:22Speaker 7: aspect of it. We talked about the Department of Justice
- 22:26Speaker 7: under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris being used to target
- 22:29Speaker 7: the president's political enemies. We talked about it being used
- 22:32Speaker 7: to protect the political friends and allies of the White House.
- 22:35Speaker 7: But there's another aspect of politicization and lawlessness, and that
- 22:39Speaker 7: is refusing to follow the law, utterly defying federal statutory law.
- 22:45Speaker 7: And I think there's no area where this has been
- 22:48Speaker 7: more egregious than as it concerns our immigration laws. We
- 22:52Speaker 7: have had four years of a wide open southern border.
- 22:56Speaker 7: My state Texas is born as abortionate burden. As a
- 23:01Speaker 7: consequence of that, as twelve million illegal aliens have flooded
- 23:04Speaker 7: into this country. And what the Biden administration has done
- 23:08Speaker 7: no other president in the history of America has done.
- 23:12Speaker 7: The Biden administration has simply ignored the law and when
- 23:15Speaker 7: illegal aliens are apprehended, they released them. Federal law says
- 23:18Speaker 7: they shall be detained, says they shall be deported. And frankly,
- 23:22Speaker 7: our constitutional system is not meant meant to deal with
- 23:27Speaker 7: a president who defies the law. Article two says the
- 23:31Speaker 7: president shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed.
- 23:34Speaker 7: This administration utterly defied the law. I have said, somewhat
- 23:39Speaker 7: tongue in cheek, Joe Biden did something I previously thought
- 23:42Speaker 7: was impossible. He made me miss Barack Obama. Because Barack Obama,
- 23:46Speaker 7: for all my disagreements with him, when it came to
- 23:49Speaker 7: illegal immigration, he by and large followed the law. Barack
- 23:51Speaker 7: Obama deported millions of people. The left got mad at
- 23:54Speaker 7: him and called him the deporter in chief. No administration
- 23:58Speaker 7: has ever done with This administration has done. Just said,
- 24:00Speaker 7: we are going to facilitate the invasion of this country.
- 24:03Speaker 7: We're going to release twelve million people, and we are
- 24:06Speaker 7: going to see Americans murdered, women raped, children, abused and murdered.
- 24:11Speaker 7: We're going to see drugs flood into this country, fentanyl
- 24:14Speaker 7: flood into this country. And so I want to ask
- 24:17Speaker 7: you several things on this. First of all, in your experience.
- 24:22Speaker 7: What are the consequences of open borders and who pays
- 24:26Speaker 7: the price when when illegal immigrants, and in particular, violent
- 24:31Speaker 7: criminal illegal immigrants are released in the.
- 24:33Speaker 8: Country American citizens, Senator, and I think they're paying. I
- 24:38Speaker 8: know they're paying the price every single day. We're seeing it,
- 24:42Speaker 8: we're watching it. We've talked about Lake and Riley, of
- 24:45Speaker 8: course multiple times. But there are multiple victims violent crime
- 24:50Speaker 8: in all of our states. And as we say now,
- 24:52Speaker 8: every state is a border state. I was at the
- 24:55Speaker 8: border at not in your state, but in Yuma, Arizona,
- 24:59Speaker 8: several months ago, and I saw firsthand. I saw the
- 25:04Speaker 8: border patrol agents and customs showed US IDs and driver's
- 25:08Speaker 8: license venezuela from all of these countries. IDs just thrown
- 25:14Speaker 8: on the ground, and people were allowed to walk freely
- 25:17Speaker 8: into our country. Senator, I never knew the definition of
- 25:20Speaker 8: a disposable child. I never heard that term in my
- 25:23Speaker 8: entire career until I was there. A disposable child that
- 25:27Speaker 8: the agents kept recognizing, A little boy coming over and over.
- 25:31Speaker 8: You're familiar with it, I'm sure, same little boy. And
- 25:34Speaker 8: let me ask, and he had been trafficked. Let me ask,
- 25:37Speaker 8: because my time has expired. And the issue you're raising
- 25:40Speaker 8: is so incredibly important. One statistic that every American should
- 25:44Speaker 8: know is the number three hundred thousand.
- 25:46Speaker 7: There are over three hundred thousand children that this administration
- 25:49Speaker 7: has lost. Little girls and little boys who came here
- 25:53Speaker 7: on accompanied were in this administration's custody. They handed them
- 25:56Speaker 7: over to adults, many of them not blood relatives, and
- 25:59Speaker 7: they don't know where they are. I've never seen a
- 26:00Speaker 7: single Democrat in this committee ask one question about the
- 26:04Speaker 7: three hundred thousand children. I want to ask you a commitment.
- 26:06Speaker 7: Will you, as Attorney General investigate and make every effort
- 26:10Speaker 7: to find those children and if they are subject to abuse,
- 26:13Speaker 7: get them out of those abusive situations that the federal
- 26:16Speaker 7: government has put them into.
- 26:18Speaker 8: Yes, Senator, Thank you.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Senator.
- 26:20Speaker 1: This goes back to I think one of the things
- 26:23Speaker 1: we talked about and highlighted on this show, and that
- 26:26Speaker 1: was just the abuse of power by majorchis and not
- 26:30Speaker 1: even knowing about, for example, the wristbands which you've described
- 26:33Speaker 1: on this show that were found at the border, and
- 26:36Speaker 1: so many people that are trafficked had to wear those,
- 26:39Speaker 1: including kids.
- 26:40Speaker 2: You look at how we've lost all these.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Kids and hearing her commit to actually using the DOJ
- 26:47Speaker 1: for this reason, which would be a non political reason,
- 26:50Speaker 1: saving kids from sex slavery for goodness sakes.
- 26:53Speaker 2: That was encouraging to hear.
- 26:55Speaker 7: It was very encouraging. That commitment was very important. Look,
- 26:59Speaker 7: you and I and our last podcast two days ago,
- 27:02Speaker 7: we talked about the horrific scandal in the United Kingdom
- 27:06Speaker 7: of thousands of girls subject to repeated child rape for decades,
- 27:11Speaker 7: and how the government turned its back on them, refused
- 27:16Speaker 7: to prosecute, refused to investigate, all in the name of multiculturalism.
- 27:19Speaker 7: By the way, if you did not listen to Wednesday's podcast,
- 27:22Speaker 7: you ought to listen to it, because it really is
- 27:24Speaker 7: that there are among the stories that really bothered me,
- 27:29Speaker 7: that horrify me, that's really at the top of the list.
- 27:32Speaker 7: But you and I talked about on Wednesday how it's
- 27:35Speaker 7: easy to say as Americans, well, gosh, it's a shame
- 27:37Speaker 7: the Brits did that, But we're somehow better than that.
- 27:41Speaker 2: No, we're not.
- 27:42Speaker 7: Three hundred thousand kids in America have been lost, and
- 27:46Speaker 7: the Biden administration doesn't care, Democrats in Congress don't care,
- 27:49Speaker 7: the media doesn't care. I am very very glad this
- 27:53Speaker 7: week that Pam BONDI committed to me on the record
- 27:56Speaker 7: that as Attorney General, she's going to investigate. I hope
- 27:59Speaker 7: she's going to create a task force in the Department
- 28:01Speaker 7: of Justice to go and find those three hundred thousand kids,
- 28:05Speaker 7: to go figure out are these children being abused or are
- 28:08Speaker 7: they being physically abused or being sexually abused? What happened
- 28:11Speaker 7: that it's not okay for the federal government to lose
- 28:15Speaker 7: three hundred thousand little boys and little girls. This week,
- 28:18Speaker 7: I sat down with Bobby Kennedy, and when I sat
- 28:22Speaker 7: down with him, I asked him the same question. He's
- 28:24Speaker 7: going to be the next Secretary of AJHS, Will AHHS
- 28:28Speaker 7: investigate and fought those children and make sure they're not
- 28:32Speaker 7: being abused? And I'll tell you he committed to me
- 28:34Speaker 7: in my office the same thing. That's a big deal,
- 28:38Speaker 7: and it's one of the many things that makes me
- 28:40Speaker 7: very excited about this new cabinet coming.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Make sure you share a podcast wherever you can on
- 28:45Speaker 1: social media.
- 28:46Speaker 2: We do this show every day on social media, so
- 28:50Speaker 2: make sure again grab it, download it, and if you
- 28:52Speaker 2: get to see our videos on social media, please share
- 28:55Speaker 2: them because as you know that the big tech suppresses
- 28:59Speaker 2: every thing we do here, And I'll see you back
- 29:02Speaker 2: here tomorrow.
