Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you on this Monday morning. Really nice to have you
- 0:06Speaker 2: with us, Senator. We've got a lot to talk about,
- 0:08Speaker 2: including some breaking news that deals with the Biden crime family.
- 0:13Speaker 2: CBS now calling out Democrat Representative Dan Goldman for the
- 0:19Speaker 2: lies that he told on Devin Archer's testimony.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Now that we have the official.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Transcript, we find out he lied to the country and
- 0:27Speaker 2: the media went with it.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Well, earlier this week, we just had to rely on
- 0:32Speaker 3: the characterization from Republicans and Democrats about Devin Archer's testimony.
- 0:37Speaker 3: But now we can see the full transcript. You'll recall
- 0:41Speaker 3: that Democrat Congressman Dan Goldman said that Archer testified that
- 0:46Speaker 3: it was the illusion of access to Joe Biden that
- 0:49Speaker 3: Hunter Biden was offering to these clients. But in fact,
- 0:53Speaker 3: when you look at the transcript, what you see is
- 0:56Speaker 3: that that phrase illusion of access is in Dan Goldman's question.
- 1:02Speaker 3: It's actually not what Devin Archer testified to He says, yes,
- 1:06Speaker 3: but that's not quite fair. This was about showing that
- 1:10Speaker 3: there was the signal that there's influence and access here.
- 1:17Speaker 1: I mean, that's a pretty big lie.
- 1:18Speaker 2: And the media ran with that wall to wall coverage
- 1:22Speaker 2: that he said he didn't sell access to the family.
- 1:24Speaker 4: It's a complete opposite. Senator, Well, that's exactly right. Let
- 1:28Speaker 4: me say, first of all, it's a big deal that
- 1:31Speaker 4: CBS is reporting on that. You're having at least one
- 1:34Speaker 4: corporate media outlet that is doing a little bit of journalism,
- 1:37Speaker 4: and so I want to give credit to CBS. I
- 1:40Speaker 4: also want to point out where the hell's NBC, where
- 1:42Speaker 4: the Hell's ABC? Where's the hell hell is CNN or
- 1:45Speaker 4: MSNBC the rest of the outlets, Where's the Washington Post?
- 1:49Speaker 4: Where's the New York Times? None of them are covering this.
- 1:51Speaker 4: But kudos to CBS. It's starting We've talked about this before.
- 1:56Speaker 4: The facade is starting to have cracks. Catherine Herridge's point
- 2:01Speaker 4: is exactly right that immediately after the Devon Archer testimony,
- 2:06Speaker 4: and by the way, our last podcast we did a
- 2:09Speaker 4: deep dive in a Devon Archer's testimony. We went through
- 2:12Speaker 4: the specifics of what he testified to To be honest,
- 2:15Speaker 4: this podcast is about the only place you can find
- 2:18Speaker 4: that it's not being covered in the news. It's not
- 2:21Speaker 4: being covered in the corporate media. So if you haven't
- 2:24Speaker 4: listened to the last podcast, you should go back and
- 2:26Speaker 4: listen to it, because there was an enormous amount of
- 2:28Speaker 4: substance that Arching testified to. But first he testified behind
- 2:33Speaker 4: closed doors, and you just had the Republicans and Democrats
- 2:38Speaker 4: come out and characterize his testimony. And the sort of
- 2:42Speaker 4: leading talking head for the Democrats was Dan Goldman, who
- 2:46Speaker 4: had been the Democrats lawyer. He was a staffer during
- 2:49Speaker 4: the Trump impeachments, and then he just got elected to
- 2:52Speaker 4: Congress from New York. He's he's a brand new baby
- 2:54Speaker 4: freshman Democrat congressman, and he's sort of the self appointed
- 2:59Speaker 4: defense lawlawyer for Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, and he's
- 3:02Speaker 4: now the talking head putting out the regime talking points.
- 3:06Speaker 4: And then his phrase was, well, Hunter wasn't selling access,
- 3:11Speaker 4: he was selling the illusion of access. And you're right,
- 3:15Speaker 4: just about every corporate media outlet in America took that
- 3:18Speaker 4: and ran with that and said, oh, that's all it was,
- 3:20Speaker 4: was the illusion of access. Well, then they released the
- 3:24Speaker 4: actual transcripts, which had caused Democrat heads to explode because
- 3:29Speaker 4: they thought they would get to characterize the testimony. And
- 3:31Speaker 4: there would be nothing to refute it. And as Catherine
- 3:34Speaker 4: Herritch notes, there Devin Archer didn't testify that it was
- 3:38Speaker 4: the illusion of access. That was Dan Goldman's spin. That
- 3:42Speaker 4: was him trying to say, hey, wait a second, wasn't
- 3:44Speaker 4: it the illusion of access? And actually Devin Archer said no, no,
- 3:47Speaker 4: that wasn't it at all. That's not fair. And remember
- 3:51Speaker 4: Devon Archer testified that twenty different times Hunter Biden put
- 3:59Speaker 4: his businesses so ojociates on the phone with Joe Biden.
- 4:02Speaker 4: That's not the illusion of access. That is actual access.
- 4:06Speaker 4: When you're putting someone on the phone with the sitting
- 4:09Speaker 4: vice president, there ain't no illusion about that. You're talking
- 4:12Speaker 4: to the vice president. And also Devin Archer testified that
- 4:17Speaker 4: not once, but at least twice in fancy Dinners in Washington,
- 4:21Speaker 4: d C. With Hunters foreign business associates, Joe Biden was
- 4:25Speaker 4: physically there and had dinner with them in person. Again,
- 4:31Speaker 4: that's not the illusion of access, that is actual access,
- 4:35Speaker 4: and it's access for which Hunter Biden and allegedly Joe
- 4:39Speaker 4: Biden were compensated millions of dollars.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Yeah, the White House Deputy Spokesmanager Bates has also been
- 4:46Speaker 2: busted now for lying. The part that should irritate anyone
- 4:50Speaker 2: is our tax dollurs are going to pay this man's salary.
- 4:53Speaker 2: And he's lying to the American people about Joe Biden
- 4:57Speaker 2: having a Barisma meeting, and the White House semi Press
- 5:01Speaker 2: secretary misled.
- 5:03Speaker 1: That's the kindway putting it.
- 5:04Speaker 2: I say lied in twenty twenty when he denied from
- 5:08Speaker 2: the White House that a meeting between the then Vice
- 5:10Speaker 2: President Joe Biden and a Barisma board advisor took place
- 5:15Speaker 2: in twenty fifteen, a meeting that was confirmed now last week.
- 5:20Speaker 2: In fact, in October of twenty twenty, the New York
- 5:23Speaker 2: Post revealed an email from this individual from Brisma on
- 5:27Speaker 2: the laptop of Biden's son Hunter. In the email, dated
- 5:30Speaker 2: April seventeenth, twenty fifteen, this Parisma executive thanked Hunter Biden
- 5:36Speaker 2: for inviting him to Washington, DC to meet and spend
- 5:39Speaker 2: time with his father. The email therefore suggests that Joe
- 5:43Speaker 2: Biden had lied when he told reporters in twenty nineteen
- 5:46Speaker 2: that he had never discussed his family's business dealings. It
- 5:49Speaker 2: also confirmed a link to Barisma, which the Biden had
- 5:53Speaker 2: denied during Trump's first impeachment.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Trial as well, So there's multiple lives here.
- 5:58Speaker 2: And if we got to remind people centered, the Biden
- 6:00Speaker 2: campaign vigorously denied that such a meeting ever even took place.
- 6:04Speaker 2: And then we had the White House who had to
- 6:07Speaker 2: change their narrative a week ago when they're like, well,
- 6:10Speaker 2: we've said it a thousand times, Joe Biden was never
- 6:13Speaker 2: in business with under Biden, That's not what they said.
- 6:15Speaker 2: They said that Joe Biden never talked about business, So
- 6:18Speaker 2: they changed that narrative.
- 6:20Speaker 1: And they also at the time, they even went back.
- 6:22Speaker 2: To the official schedules and they said there was no
- 6:25Speaker 2: such meeting on the official schedules of then vice president
- 6:28Speaker 2: and that was what Andrew Bates said. The spokesman for
- 6:31Speaker 2: the campaign issued a very tough statement, saying investigations by
- 6:36Speaker 2: the press during impeachment and even by two Republican led
- 6:39Speaker 2: Senate committees, I want your take on that senator whose
- 6:43Speaker 2: work was decried as quote not legitimate by a political
- 6:47Speaker 2: g B colleague, have all reached the same conclusion that
- 6:50Speaker 2: Joe Biden carried out official US policy towards Ukraine and
- 6:53Speaker 2: engaged in no wrongdoing. Trump administration officials have attested to
- 6:57Speaker 2: these facts under oath again.
- 7:01Speaker 4: Well, and Bennett's worth looking back at the exact statements
- 7:05Speaker 4: that were put out. So this is during the presidential campaign.
- 7:08Speaker 4: Andrew Bates, who was part of the communications team on
- 7:11Speaker 4: Biden's twenty twenty campaign, publicly stated in Politico that he
- 7:17Speaker 4: had quote reviewed Joe Biden's official schedules from the time
- 7:23Speaker 4: and no meeting is alleged by the New York Post ever,
- 7:27Speaker 4: took place. And it went on from there. Another Biden associate,
- 7:32Speaker 4: Michael Carpenter, denounced the allegation that a meeting happened as
- 7:37Speaker 4: quote part of a Russian disinformation operation, and he added,
- 7:44Speaker 4: I am very comfortable saying that.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Now.
- 7:47Speaker 4: You remember that's the same thing they said about the
- 7:49Speaker 4: Hunter Biden laptop. Yeah, it was a Russian disinformation operation.
- 7:53Speaker 4: And when they said that, just about every media outlet
- 7:56Speaker 4: in America, certainly all the corporate media outlets happily parodied it. Oh,
- 8:01Speaker 4: it's Russian disinformation. Joe Biden never met with Borisma. Well,
- 8:05Speaker 4: if Devon Archer is telling the truth, then the Biden
- 8:10Speaker 4: campaign flat out lied to the American people. It flat
- 8:14Speaker 4: out lied, and it alleged that the truth was Russian disinformation.
- 8:19Speaker 4: And you know what hasn't happened since the Devon Archer
- 8:21Speaker 4: and testimony. We haven't seen any of the corporate media
- 8:25Speaker 4: outlets that repeated those lies come back and apologize. We
- 8:29Speaker 4: haven't seen any of the corporate media outlets go back
- 8:31Speaker 4: and investigate. Look, this is a meeting that occurred in
- 8:34Speaker 4: Cafe Milano. Cafe Milano is in DC. You and I
- 8:37Speaker 4: have both eaten there many times. It's a very fancy
- 8:39Speaker 4: Sheshi restaurant. You can find a gazillion lobbyist in there
- 8:43Speaker 4: any given given night. It is not complicated to figure
- 8:47Speaker 4: out if Devin Archer was telling the truth, if the
- 8:49Speaker 4: Vice President was there, that is not a difficult fact
- 8:53Speaker 4: to ascertain. It is indisputable that the Biden campaign, on
- 8:58Speaker 4: the record fled out, denied it, said it was a lie,
- 9:02Speaker 4: and said it was Russian disinformation. And if there is
- 9:05Speaker 4: one reporter who gives a damn about being a reporter,
- 9:09Speaker 4: he or she will investigate that. We'll ascertain who's telling
- 9:12Speaker 4: the truth, and then we'll ask Joe Biden. We'll ask
- 9:15Speaker 4: Kareem John Pierre, the current liar in chief working for
- 9:18Speaker 4: the White House, why did the Biden campaign lie to America?
- 9:22Speaker 4: The Biden campaign said you reviewed Joe Biden's schedules? Was
- 9:25Speaker 4: that true or false? If it was true, was this
- 9:28Speaker 4: meeting not on the schedule? Why was it omitted from
- 9:30Speaker 4: the schedule? If it was false, why did the campaign
- 9:33Speaker 4: lie on the record and say you review the schedule?
- 9:35Speaker 4: Is one or the other? Is it on the schedule?
- 9:36Speaker 4: Yes or no? Either one of those answers is a problem.
- 9:40Speaker 4: And why did the campaign claim it was Russian disinformation?
- 9:44Speaker 1: And is there an editor at the New York Times who.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Has very deep down, a tiny bit a twinge of
- 9:53Speaker 4: journalistic integrity who can say, you know, we were wrong
- 9:58Speaker 4: to parrot like ventriloquis dummies, whatever the Biden campaign said,
- 10:05Speaker 4: and whenever they said Russia disinformation, just to repeat it
- 10:08Speaker 4: without even thinking, without even bothering to investigate. This is
- 10:14Speaker 4: a flat out live Biden has been caught in and
- 10:19Speaker 4: to date, virtually all of the media is ignoring it.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Yeah, And I'm just wanting to know at this point,
- 10:24Speaker 2: would anybody even retract their stories that relies back in
- 10:28Speaker 2: the day or no retractions so far?
- 10:30Speaker 1: I got to tell everybody, have you seen any corrections? Yeah? No,
- 10:34Speaker 1: not a single one. They don't exist anymore.
- 10:36Speaker 2: They don't do that anymore if they're correcting a narrative
- 10:39Speaker 2: into her story that they want to protect the president
- 10:41Speaker 2: at all costs, and that seems to be the media's
- 10:43Speaker 2: narrative right now, which is we must save him and
- 10:46Speaker 2: prop him up, no matter what he's done, no matter
- 10:48Speaker 2: what we've allowed him to lie about, or we've helped
- 10:50Speaker 2: tell that lie in the past. We won't correct the story,
- 10:53Speaker 2: we won't cover it unless it's CBS and Keth Heritage.
- 10:56Speaker 2: She's done an amazing job on telling the truth on these
- 10:59Speaker 2: types of stories, but outside that, they all seem to
- 11:01Speaker 2: just be on the payroll of the White House.
- 11:03Speaker 1: In essence, yep and his campaign and his campaign.
- 11:06Speaker 2: I got to tell you about an amazing trip that
- 11:08Speaker 2: is coming up, and it is going to be so
- 11:10Speaker 2: much fun going with Verdict listeners to Israel, the cradle
- 11:14Speaker 2: of Judaism, Christianity, and many of the principles that we
- 11:18Speaker 2: all hold dear as Americans. We are planning a trip
- 11:21Speaker 2: where you're going to visit sites like the Armageddon Battlefield, Nazareth, Jericho, Jerusalem, Bethlehem.
- 11:27Speaker 2: You're going to set sail on the Sea of Galilee.
- 11:29Speaker 2: You're going to get to float on the Dead Sea.
- 11:31Speaker 2: You're going to walk in the footsteps of biblical figures
- 11:33Speaker 2: like King David and Jesus Christ, and you'll do it
- 11:36Speaker 2: all together with other Verdict listeners from around the country.
- 11:39Speaker 2: I'm going to meet up with you in Jerusalem and
- 11:41Speaker 2: experience with you the city's great sites like the Western Wall,
- 11:45Speaker 2: the Temple Mount, just to name a few. You're going
- 11:48Speaker 2: to deepen your understanding of the Bible and of Western civilization,
- 11:52Speaker 2: and we'll leave you with friends and memories that are
- 11:54Speaker 2: going to last a lifetime. Now, you also you have
- 11:57Speaker 2: time to plan for this trip. This trip's going to
- 12:00Speaker 2: take place May the sixth through the fifteenth of twenty
- 12:03Speaker 2: twenty four.
- 12:04Speaker 1: All right now, this trip will sell out.
- 12:07Speaker 2: It's booking up, so make sure you go right now
- 12:10Speaker 2: to Christianexpedition dot com slash ben. That's Christian Expedition dot
- 12:17Speaker 2: com slash ben. You can also call them and get
- 12:20Speaker 2: information about this trip. Eight seven seven two three four
- 12:24Speaker 2: three zero zero two eight seven seven two three four
- 12:28Speaker 2: three zero zero two Join me and other listeners as
- 12:31Speaker 2: we do an amazing trip to Israel. Senator I also
- 12:35Speaker 2: want to ask you one last question about the lies
- 12:38Speaker 2: that are coming from Congress on this. Is there any
- 12:42Speaker 2: accountability for Dan Goldman's lies on Devin Archer's testimony or
- 12:47Speaker 2: is that just fair game in politics where you can
- 12:50Speaker 2: flat out and misrepresent and lie about what a witness says.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Is there any accountability of there?
- 12:55Speaker 4: Is that?
- 12:55Speaker 1: Just get used to it. This is how it works now.
- 12:58Speaker 4: Well, unfortunately, if anything, there reverse accountability. Think of Adam Schiff.
- 13:03Speaker 4: Think about how he propelled himself into prominence in the
- 13:06Speaker 4: Democrat Party by going on TV and lying seemingly on
- 13:10Speaker 4: a daily basis. He has now raised the most money
- 13:13Speaker 4: of any Democrats senate candidate this cycle. He may well
- 13:16Speaker 4: be the next Senator from the state of California. And
- 13:18Speaker 4: it turns out lying to partisan Democrats and telling him
- 13:21Speaker 4: what they want to hear, especially about Donald Trump, is
- 13:25Speaker 4: a very popular thing to do with the angry left
- 13:29Speaker 4: wingers who are in the Democrat Party and who suffer
- 13:31Speaker 4: from Trump arrangement syndrome. So my suspicion is, we know
- 13:35Speaker 4: the media is not going to hold Dan Goldman to account.
- 13:37Speaker 4: They're going to ignore the fact that he lies on
- 13:39Speaker 4: the record. They're going to continue to have him on TV,
- 13:41Speaker 4: They're going to continue to have him say things that
- 13:43Speaker 4: are just laughably untrue, and look, kudos to CBS for
- 13:47Speaker 4: calling him out. Part of the reason why we're talking
- 13:49Speaker 4: about it and playing that clip on this podcast is.
- 13:52Speaker 1: It's so unusual. It shouldn't be unusual.
- 13:55Speaker 4: You should actually have journalists being willing to call politicians
- 13:59Speaker 4: out of either party when they lie.
- 14:01Speaker 1: But as a practical matter of the corporate.
- 14:03Speaker 4: Media doesn't do that to Democrats, particularly when the lie
- 14:07Speaker 4: furthers the Democrat Party narrative of Orange Man bad and
- 14:11Speaker 4: Biden White House, pure and innocent of everything. And sadly,
- 14:16Speaker 4: I expect that to continue. We've got a big election
- 14:19Speaker 4: you're coming up. Obviously, there's a lot of people running
- 14:22Speaker 4: for office. Everyone's looking at pulling data now and there
- 14:25Speaker 4: is an interesting trend that's happening center, and that is
- 14:28Speaker 4: crime is starting to get back up as a top
- 14:30Speaker 4: issue in high crime cities and around the country because
- 14:35Speaker 4: crime has gotten out of control with activistdas that have
- 14:37Speaker 4: been elected by George Soros and those on the left
- 14:40Speaker 4: not prosecuting criminals when they commit crimes even when we
- 14:43Speaker 4: catch them, catch and release policies, defund the police policies,
- 14:47Speaker 4: and driving police basically insane by not allowing the laws
- 14:52Speaker 4: that are on the books to lock people up. Now,
- 14:54Speaker 4: there was a great example of this this week. There
- 14:58Speaker 4: were some store clerks who protected their store and beat
- 15:03Speaker 4: a thief with a stick. This is a repeat a
- 15:06Speaker 4: thief that they'd been dealing with, and instead of actually
- 15:10Speaker 4: investigating the thief, they're now going after these store clerks.
- 15:14Speaker 4: Only in Biden's America can criminals become the victims and
- 15:19Speaker 4: the victims become the criminals. Take a listen to the
- 15:22Speaker 4: local news and how they explain this.
- 15:24Speaker 5: Story beating a man who was trying to steal from
- 15:27Speaker 5: their store. Are now under investigation for assault. So here's
- 15:31Speaker 5: how it all started. The video shows this man going
- 15:33Speaker 5: into a seven to eleven in Stockton and emptying shelves
- 15:37Speaker 5: of cigarettes into that large trash can. The video then
- 15:40Speaker 5: shows the two clerks try to stop him before hitting
- 15:43Speaker 5: him with a stick more than two dozen times. The
- 15:47Speaker 5: store clerks now say this man stole from their store
- 15:50Speaker 5: to other times and threatened them. Stockton police say they
- 15:53Speaker 5: are investigating the man who was beaten for robbery and
- 15:56Speaker 5: the clerks for assault. When the investigation is complete, it
- 16:00Speaker 5: will be sent to the San Joaquin County District Attorney
- 16:02Speaker 5: for review. Then it's going to be up to the
- 16:05Speaker 5: DA to determine what charges, if any, are filed against
- 16:08Speaker 5: the store clerks.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Against the store clerks center, this is total insanity, but
- 16:14Speaker 2: it seems to be being done in city after city
- 16:16Speaker 2: on purpose.
- 16:17Speaker 4: Now, well, I have to say, this video this past
- 16:20Speaker 4: week went viral online on Twitter. I saw it multiple times.
- 16:24Speaker 4: I watched it multiple times, and I think there's a
- 16:26Speaker 4: reason it resonated. I think people are fed up with
- 16:28Speaker 4: the lawlessness. People are fed up with Democrat policies that
- 16:32Speaker 4: have just empowered thieves. In this instance, the video starts
- 16:36Speaker 4: with this thief who has a giant trash can and
- 16:40Speaker 4: he's behind the counter in the seven to eleven and
- 16:42Speaker 4: he's just sweeping all sorts of products into the trash can,
- 16:47Speaker 4: mostly cigarettes, but he's sweeping dozens, i'd say, probably even
- 16:50Speaker 4: hundreds of packets of cigarettes into the trash can. And
- 16:56Speaker 4: while he's doing that, he's haunting the store clerks. He's saying,
- 17:01Speaker 4: there's nothing you can do. This is someone who allegedly
- 17:04Speaker 4: had done this at least twice before, and the store
- 17:08Speaker 4: clerks are watching him. They're watching him, they're watching him
- 17:10Speaker 4: and he keeps throwing and by the way, he's also
- 17:12Speaker 4: wreaking havoc while he does it. You know, he has
- 17:14Speaker 4: complete disrespect for the store owners, for the clerks for anything.
- 17:18Speaker 4: He's just throwing stuff in there that he intends to sell,
- 17:21Speaker 4: and he's stealing with with no sense of accountability, no
- 17:25Speaker 4: sense that there's anything that can happen. As he rolls
- 17:28Speaker 4: the trash can away, one of the clerks tackles in
- 17:31Speaker 4: and the other clerk comes up with a stick and
- 17:34Speaker 4: begins whacking him with a stick. And they're both seeks.
- 17:38Speaker 4: And according to the reporting, one of the two was
- 17:41Speaker 4: the store owner, and so you had to seek store
- 17:43Speaker 4: owner and another seek who are presumably immigrants. I assume
- 17:47Speaker 4: that I don't know if they are directly immigrants, so
- 17:49Speaker 4: their families are immigrants, but they are They are clerks
- 17:53Speaker 4: and a grocery store owner who are defending their property.
- 17:57Speaker 4: And I got to say, when you watch that, a
- 18:00Speaker 4: lot of people, myself included, said, you know, thank god,
- 18:04Speaker 4: someone is standing up to this lawlessness, to this garbage.
- 18:08Speaker 4: Good for the clerks for defending themselves and defending their
- 18:12Speaker 4: store and showing that that that criminality cannot be allowed
- 18:16Speaker 4: to just just just go with with no consequences. And
- 18:20Speaker 4: I got to say, within a couple of days the
- 18:23Speaker 4: results were so sadly and utterly predictable. Which is in Stockton, California,
- 18:30Speaker 4: the DA and the and the police are now investigating. Yes,
- 18:34Speaker 4: they're investigating the thief. We'll see if they charge the thief,
- 18:37Speaker 4: even though there's video of him committing theft. But but
- 18:40Speaker 4: they are also investigating the store owner and the clerks.
- 18:43Speaker 4: And I got to say, it's a real simple question,
- 18:47Speaker 4: uh that that that that is illustrative not just of
- 18:50Speaker 4: California but across the country. Who do you stand with?
- 18:53Speaker 4: Do you stand with with hard working immigrant clerks, do
- 18:58Speaker 4: you stand with small businesusiness owners? Or do you stand
- 19:02Speaker 4: with brazen and repeat criminals and sadly democrats across the country.
- 19:07Speaker 4: That is not a hard question for them to answer.
- 19:10Speaker 4: They stand with the criminals. We saw the same thing
- 19:14Speaker 4: in New York City with the owner of bodega that
- 19:17Speaker 4: or actually, as Jill Biden calls it, a botiga because
- 19:20Speaker 4: you know, you know those bidens. They understand we Hispanics,
- 19:25Speaker 4: and they call us all tacos and they talk about
- 19:27Speaker 4: the bodagas in New York City. But the bodega owner
- 19:31Speaker 4: defends his store, and of course what happens the prosecutor
- 19:36Speaker 4: threatens to go after the store owner for defending his store.
- 19:39Speaker 4: This is it's a story that is outrageous because it
- 19:43Speaker 4: shows where the allegiances of Democrats today lie.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Yeah, it is, and it's not just there. It's happening
- 19:50Speaker 2: all over the country. You just have to look at
- 19:53Speaker 2: for example, San Francisco. We are seeing this new trend
- 19:56Speaker 2: that's happening of stores that are leaving. Before I tell
- 20:00Speaker 2: you about that, I do want to let you know
- 20:01Speaker 2: about an amazing company, Patriot Mobile. If you are sick
- 20:05Speaker 2: and tired of giving your money to woke companies that
- 20:08Speaker 2: are actually fighting against your values, then you need to
- 20:11Speaker 2: check out Patriot Mobile. They're the only conservative Christian cellular
- 20:15Speaker 2: phone provider in the country. Now you get amazing coverage
- 20:19Speaker 2: because they have nationwide coverage, dependable nationwide coverage, and all
- 20:23Speaker 2: three major networks, so you get the best possible service
- 20:26Speaker 2: in your area, but without the woke propaganda being pushed
- 20:29Speaker 2: by leftists working hard to destroy this country.
- 20:32Speaker 1: At Big Mobile.
- 20:33Speaker 2: You may not realize this, but your provider right now
- 20:35Speaker 2: may be giving massive donations, for example, to Planned Parenthood.
- 20:39Speaker 2: If you don't want your money going there, you need
- 20:41Speaker 2: to switch to Patriot Mobile, the only conservative provider of
- 20:46Speaker 2: self service in the country. When you switch, every time
- 20:49Speaker 2: you pay your bill at no extra cost to you,
- 20:52Speaker 2: they're making donations and supporting free speech and religious freedom.
- 20:56Speaker 2: You're protecting the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, and
- 20:59Speaker 2: supporting our veterans military first responder heroes. They also have
- 21:03Speaker 2: one hundred percent US based customer service team that makes
- 21:06Speaker 2: switching easy. So all you have to do is go
- 21:09Speaker 2: to Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict. That's Patriot Mobile
- 21:16Speaker 2: dot com slash verdict to make the switch.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Switching is easy. You can keep your.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Same cell phone that you have right now and your
- 21:23Speaker 2: same cell phone number if you want to Patriotmobile dot
- 21:26Speaker 2: com slash verdict, or call them eight seven eight Patriot
- 21:30Speaker 2: that's eight seven eight Patriot eight seven eight Patriot or
- 21:33Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict. You look at San
- 21:36Speaker 2: Francisco and we're seeing a really big trend that's happening
- 21:41Speaker 2: coming out out of San Francisco now and other cities
- 21:44Speaker 2: as well, where center there are just cities where people
- 21:47Speaker 2: are just saying I'm done. Store owners are saying I'm done.
- 21:49Speaker 2: I'm out of here. I can't afford to keep doing
- 21:52Speaker 2: business here. I'm not safe. People are able to steal
- 21:55Speaker 2: my stuff, and when they steal my stuff, it costs
- 21:59Speaker 2: me money. Hearing that people can't even get insurance now
- 22:02Speaker 2: in certain areas because the liability is so high from looting,
- 22:05Speaker 2: and major stores are now walking away. San Francisco is
- 22:09Speaker 2: a great example of that. Well, you know, you think
- 22:11Speaker 2: about it. If you were this Sikh store owner, this
- 22:13Speaker 2: convenience store owner who owns the seven eleven in Stockton, California,
- 22:17Speaker 2: and you stand up and defend your store, and suddenly
- 22:20Speaker 2: the local officials talk about prosecuting you and putting you
- 22:24Speaker 2: in jail.
- 22:25Speaker 4: I don't know how you don't say I'm done. I'm
- 22:28Speaker 4: getting the hell out of here. I'm tired of crazy democrats.
- 22:32Speaker 4: I want to go to a place where they actually
- 22:34Speaker 4: enforce the law. And if you look at San Francisco,
- 22:37Speaker 4: I don't know that there's a sadder place.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Listen.
- 22:40Speaker 4: Objectively speaking, in history, San Francisco has been a great
- 22:45Speaker 4: American city. It has been an icon of America. And look,
- 22:49Speaker 4: San Francisco's politics are different than your ins are different
- 22:51Speaker 4: than mine. But I got to tell you I am
- 22:54Speaker 4: not celebrating the demise of San Francisco. I am incredibly
- 22:59Speaker 4: saddened because seeing great American cities destroyed and destroyed by
- 23:07Speaker 4: deliberate political decisions is tragic. It's bad for America. In
- 23:12Speaker 4: downtown San Francisco, in just recent months, we have seen
- 23:18Speaker 4: at least twenty two major stores shut down and leave
- 23:24Speaker 4: downtown San Franciscan Cisco.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Let me let me read it.
- 23:26Speaker 2: The list example of what a major story is so
- 23:28Speaker 2: people understand these are big boxes.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Okay, I'm going to read you the list of at
- 23:33Speaker 4: least twenty two that have shut down, all within a
- 23:35Speaker 4: few blocks of each other in downtown San Francisco. Whole Foods, Hilton,
- 23:40Speaker 4: Union Square Park, fifty five At and T, Sacks Off Fifth, Nordstrom, Rack,
- 23:50Speaker 4: Abercrombie and Fish, Westfield Mall, Nordstrom, Cinemark, Anthropology, CB two, Creighton, Beryl, Coco, Republic,
- 24:03Speaker 4: Old Navy, The Container Store, The Real Real, Banana, Republic, Arcterix, Athleta,
- 24:14Speaker 4: Amazon Go and office Depot, all within a few blocks
- 24:19Speaker 4: of each other. They have shut down their stores in
- 24:22Speaker 4: downtown San Francisco. Why, it's not because the weather suddenly
- 24:27Speaker 4: got bad. It's not because there was an earthquake. It's
- 24:29Speaker 4: not because there was a fire or some other natural disaster. Instead,
- 24:34Speaker 4: there was a man made disaster. There were idiot Democrats
- 24:37Speaker 4: who got elected who decided, give me a choice between
- 24:42Speaker 4: criminals and store owners, and I choose the criminals. And
- 24:47Speaker 4: it became just like this guy who with complete impunity
- 24:53Speaker 4: went into the seven to eleven and just threw stuff
- 24:56Speaker 4: into the trash can. That is happening on Sanford in
- 25:00Speaker 4: San Francisco on a weekly basis, over and over and
- 25:03Speaker 4: over again. And we're seeing major brand names who say,
- 25:08Speaker 4: you know what, I'd rather be in Beyrout than San Francisco. Yes,
- 25:12Speaker 4: it's a war zone there, but at least somebody enforces
- 25:15Speaker 4: the law in Beyrout. San Francisco. Given a choice, the
- 25:20Speaker 4: Democrats stand with criminals and repeat criminals, instead of store
- 25:26Speaker 4: owners and instead of ordinary citizens. By the way, if
- 25:30Speaker 4: you're a San Francisco resident, what do you think it
- 25:32Speaker 4: means that you can't go to the Whole Foods, that
- 25:34Speaker 4: you can't go to Banana Republic, that you can't go
- 25:37Speaker 4: to office depot anymore? It is they are driving ordinary
- 25:42Speaker 4: citizens out of San Francisco, and it's because of deliberate
- 25:47Speaker 4: political decisions from elected Democrats.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Well, and there's also politics involved in this.
- 25:52Speaker 2: I mean I remember last election go around, Democrats used
- 25:58Speaker 2: and really attack grocery stores. Kroger's was one of those
- 26:01Speaker 2: that they attacked, saying that they were pulling out of
- 26:04Speaker 2: largely minority areas in the country. And they attack Kroger saying,
- 26:08Speaker 2: you know you're not serving, for example, the African American community, Well,
- 26:11Speaker 2: how dare you close these stores? And the response from
- 26:14Speaker 2: Kroger and several others when Democrats were running on this
- 26:17Speaker 2: issue was hey, if you would stop, if you would
- 26:21Speaker 2: actually stop the criminals and allow for those that shoplift
- 26:25Speaker 2: to not just walk out of our store whenever they
- 26:27Speaker 2: want to and no one enforces the law. We would
- 26:30Speaker 2: love to be open, but we're forced to close down
- 26:33Speaker 2: because we're losing millions of dollars per year on these
- 26:35Speaker 2: store locations. Because when the criminals walk in, they know
- 26:39Speaker 2: they can take whatever they want and they can walk
- 26:41Speaker 2: right out the front door and no one's going to
- 26:43Speaker 2: stop them or process.
- 26:44Speaker 4: They don't hide, they don't hide, they're not ashamed they're
- 26:47Speaker 4: not embarrassed. They don't feel like there's any risk of accountability.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Why because frankly there's not. Because the politicians have decided
- 26:56Speaker 4: we're with the criminals.
- 26:57Speaker 2: Well, I was recently out in California and I went
- 27:00Speaker 2: in to the store and they had behind plastic where
- 27:05Speaker 2: you had to get someone to come open it with
- 27:06Speaker 2: a key, toothbrushes and deodorant. That's not as that's not
- 27:13Speaker 2: a city I want to live in if that's what
- 27:14Speaker 2: you're having to lock up, because there's so loten.
- 27:17Speaker 1: So let me tell you a true story. Recently.
- 27:20Speaker 4: Heidi, my wife was in San Francisco. She was in
- 27:23Speaker 4: downtown San Francisco. She was there for a business meeting,
- 27:26Speaker 4: and so she's in downtown and she decided to stop
- 27:28Speaker 4: at a Starbucks to change. She'd been traveling, so she
- 27:31Speaker 4: had flown I don't know, in sweats or some sort
- 27:33Speaker 4: of travel clothes, and so she wanted to change into
- 27:35Speaker 4: dress clothes for a business meeting. So she stops at
- 27:37Speaker 4: a Starbucks. Figures that's an easy place to go to
- 27:40Speaker 4: the bathroom. She walked in and Heidi said, the entire
- 27:44Speaker 4: Starbucks was filled with homeless people. And she said the
- 27:47Speaker 4: clerks looked at her with shock of like, wait, you're
- 27:51Speaker 4: actually a paying customer who's going to pay for coffee.
- 27:54Speaker 4: And she said she had to literally step over and
- 27:57Speaker 4: around homeless people who were filling the Starbucks to go
- 28:02Speaker 4: order a coffee and to go to the restroom and change.
- 28:04Speaker 4: And I'll tell you she did not feel safe remotely.
- 28:07Speaker 4: And this is right in the middle of downtown San Francisco,
- 28:10Speaker 4: where a woman could not feel safe going and getting
- 28:16Speaker 4: a Starbucks.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's the cities that we're dealing with in
- 28:20Speaker 2: this country right now. I think this is going to
- 28:22Speaker 2: be a big achilles heel for the Democrats come election here,
- 28:25Speaker 2: because even if you think that you want activist das
- 28:29Speaker 2: and this kumba ya, we hate the cops, defund the
- 28:32Speaker 2: police rhetoric, the black Lives matter rhetoric, when it actually
- 28:36Speaker 2: hits your neighborhood, this may be one of the biggest
- 28:39Speaker 2: backfires because people don't feel safe in places like DC
- 28:42Speaker 2: and in New York City right now. Even in New
- 28:45Speaker 2: York you recently had the mayor there saying, hey, we
- 28:48Speaker 2: need border security and sooner I want to ask you
- 28:50Speaker 2: about that. I'll throw you the curve ball here but
- 28:52Speaker 2: you have the mayor of New York who said we're
- 28:54Speaker 2: welcoming cities, send everybody here, we're going to help take
- 28:57Speaker 2: care of and we've got hotel rooms. They now have
- 28:59Speaker 2: a st that has a significant number of people there
- 29:02Speaker 2: that are legal immigrants, and they don't have the hotel
- 29:04Speaker 2: rooms for them they promise. And now he's actually advocating
- 29:08Speaker 2: for a secure border because it's become such a political
- 29:11Speaker 2: liability for Mayor Adams there.
- 29:15Speaker 4: Well, and of course the Democrats in New York have
- 29:18Speaker 4: happily trumpeted that New York is a sanctuary city, and
- 29:21Speaker 4: then when they're actually dealing with just a fraction of
- 29:25Speaker 4: the number of illegal immigrants that are coming into this country,
- 29:28Speaker 4: that they realize that they cannot that they can't handle it.
- 29:34Speaker 4: And it's the utter hypocrisy. Look if you look at
- 29:37Speaker 4: at Martha's Vineyard, as you know, more than a year ago,
- 29:40Speaker 4: I filed legislation to move and create new ports of
- 29:45Speaker 4: entry for people coming in illegally, places like Martha's Vineyard
- 29:49Speaker 4: and Nantucket and Palo Alto and the Hampton's and all
- 29:53Speaker 4: the places that rich liberals go and sip chardonnay and
- 29:57Speaker 4: go to parties and when I did that, the executive
- 30:02Speaker 4: in Martha's Vineyard actually publicly proclaimed he said, Cruz does
- 30:07Speaker 4: not understand what is happening at the border, and he said,
- 30:13Speaker 4: in Martha's vineyard, we would happily welcome illegal immigrants here
- 30:18Speaker 4: in Martha's vineyard. Now, as you know, about six months later,
- 30:21Speaker 4: Ron DeSantis followed what I had suggested, and he sent
- 30:26Speaker 4: fifty five zero illegal immigrants to Martha's Vineyard, and within hours,
- 30:32Speaker 4: the elected leadership, they're all Democrats, declared an emergency and
- 30:36Speaker 4: lost their minds. That was fifty Last week we had
- 30:41Speaker 4: one of the elected officials, the deputy mayor in New
- 30:45Speaker 4: York tells a press conference that over two thousand, one
- 30:49Speaker 4: hundred migrants are coming to New York City per week
- 30:52Speaker 4: and it is unsustainable. That's over twenty one hundred, I
- 30:55Speaker 4: pointed out. I responded to that. In fact, I invited her.
- 30:58Speaker 4: I said, listen, come to South Texas, because South Texas
- 31:03Speaker 4: at all, along our southern border, I said, we would
- 31:05Speaker 4: be thrilled. We would throw a party to only have
- 31:11Speaker 4: twenty one hundred illegal immigrants per week, because for two
- 31:14Speaker 4: and a half years under Joe Biden, we have averaged
- 31:18Speaker 4: more than fifty thousand illegal immigrants per week. And so
- 31:24Speaker 4: the hypocrisy of these Democrats who virtue signal and yet
- 31:28Speaker 4: when they see twenty one hundred illegal immigrants they lose
- 31:31Speaker 4: their minds. It's the same as the hypocrisy at Martha's Vineyard.
- 31:35Speaker 4: It is I love these policies until it actually impacts me.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Yeah, And it only took the last two months for
- 31:41Speaker 2: Eric Adams to go from one one rhetoric, which was, hey,
- 31:46Speaker 2: we should probably allow and we're advocating, supporting and wanting
- 31:50Speaker 2: private residents in New York to house illegal immigrants, to oh,
- 31:53Speaker 2: we need a secure border. I want to play that
- 31:55Speaker 2: for you real quick. But first let me tell you
- 31:57Speaker 2: about chalk. If you are a guy and you feel
- 32:00Speaker 2: like you're losing your edge, you just feel like you've
- 32:02Speaker 2: lost a little bit of your strength and vitality. Weakness
- 32:06Speaker 2: and complacency are setting in. You don't want to work out,
- 32:08Speaker 2: you don't want to do fun things anymore that you
- 32:10Speaker 2: used to do. You just feel like you're sitting on
- 32:13Speaker 2: the couch too much. You're not alone. There's a lot
- 32:16Speaker 2: of men just like you that testos from levels have
- 32:19Speaker 2: fallen off a cliff. Historically, they're actually at an all
- 32:22Speaker 2: time low. Now to patriots at chalk choq dot com
- 32:26Speaker 2: are helping real men just like you, take back your

- 32:37Speaker 2: you can get rid of that weakness and complacency.

- 32:49Speaker 2: and tired of losing that edge, boost your testosterum levels

- 33:01Speaker 2: all you got to do is go to Chalk cchoq

- 33:08Speaker 2: five percent off. Check out the mail Batality Stack and
- 33:11Speaker 2: boost your to southron levels up to twenty percent over
- 33:15Speaker 2: ninety days. Choq dot com center. This may be one
- 33:18Speaker 2: of the biggest switches I've ever seen. Go back to
- 33:22Speaker 2: June fifth, this is what Mayor Adams said about illegal
- 33:25Speaker 2: immigrants in New York.
- 33:26Speaker 7: It is my vision to take the next step to this,
- 33:31Speaker 7: go to the faith based locals and then move to
- 33:35Speaker 7: private residence.
- 33:37Speaker 6: They are residents who.
- 33:38Speaker 7: Are suffering right now because of economic challenges. They have
- 33:43Speaker 7: spare rooms, they have locales, and we can find a
- 33:47Speaker 7: way to get over.
- 33:48Speaker 6: To thirty day rule and other rules that government has
- 33:51Speaker 6: in this place. We can take that four point two.
- 33:54Speaker 7: Billion dollars four point three and maybe now that we
- 33:57Speaker 7: potentially have to spend, and we can put it back
- 33:59Speaker 7: in a pockets of everyday New Yorkers, every day houses
- 34:02Speaker 7: of road shop, instead of putting in the pockets of corporations.
- 34:05Speaker 7: And some of those corporations come from outside our city.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Now, that was on the fifth of June.
- 34:12Speaker 2: You then go to last week and all of a sudden,
- 34:15Speaker 2: he sounds like you saying we need a secure border.
- 34:18Speaker 7: Listen, eventually this was going to come to a neighborhood
- 34:21Speaker 7: near you. Having someone embedded is a good start. That
- 34:24Speaker 7: came from the Secretary of Homeland Security. We want to
- 34:27Speaker 7: thank him, but I've been very clear on what we need.
- 34:30Speaker 7: We need to control the border, we need to call
- 34:34Speaker 7: a state of emergency, and we need to properly fund
- 34:38Speaker 7: this national crisis.
- 34:40Speaker 2: I'm just wondering, like, is he up for like a
- 34:42Speaker 2: recall or an election soon, because that's a one hell
- 34:44Speaker 2: of a switch in less than two months.
- 34:47Speaker 4: Well, and what he doesn't acknowledge, and what the mayor
- 34:49Speaker 4: of Chicago doesn't acknowledge, and what the mayor of DC
- 34:51Speaker 4: doesn't acknowledge, is there is a reason we have this
- 34:54Speaker 4: crisis of the southern border, and it is because we
- 34:57Speaker 4: have a Democrat president of the United States. We have
- 35:00Speaker 4: a Democrat majority in the Senate, and today's elected Democrats
- 35:04Speaker 4: in Washington. They support illegal immigration. They want these open borders,
- 35:08Speaker 4: and the Department of Homeland Security under Joe Biden Alejandro
- 35:12Speaker 4: Majorcis is not trying to stop illegal immigration. He's trying
- 35:15Speaker 4: to expedite it. He's trying to speed it up. He
- 35:18Speaker 4: wants more. In two and a half years, we've seen
- 35:20Speaker 4: seven million illegal immigrants, the worst illegal immigration in our
- 35:23Speaker 4: nation's history. And their objective is to turn seven million
- 35:27Speaker 4: into ten million, into fifteen million, into twenty million. And
- 35:31Speaker 4: they do not care about the dead bodies, about the
- 35:33Speaker 4: women being brutalized, about the children being assaulted. They do
- 35:36Speaker 4: not care about the more than one hundred thousand people
- 35:39Speaker 4: who died last year of drug overdoses. None of that
- 35:42Speaker 4: matters because they've got a political objective. And then when
- 35:45Speaker 4: all of these mayors in blue cities discover it's a problem,
- 35:49Speaker 4: not of one of them. All right, Mayor Adams, you
- 35:51Speaker 4: want to demonstrate some backbone, Call out Joe Biden, Call
- 35:55Speaker 4: out Kamala Harris, Call out Chuck Schumer. He's a New Yorker.
- 35:58Speaker 4: You want to know why those those illegal immigrants are
- 36:00Speaker 4: in New York. Chuck Schumer is a major reason why,
- 36:04Speaker 4: because every single time we try to do anything to
- 36:06Speaker 4: secure the border, he opposes it. Call out Alajandro, may orcus,
- 36:09Speaker 4: they're not willing to do any of that. Instead, he complains, well, gosh,
- 36:14Speaker 4: Greg Abbott and Texas sent them here. It isn't that terrible.
- 36:17Speaker 4: It's not Greg Abbott who produced an open border. It
- 36:20Speaker 4: is Joe Biden and Kamala Harrison, the Democrats and millions
- 36:24Speaker 4: are suffering the very real and human consequences of this
- 36:29Speaker 4: barbaric policy.
