- 0:01Speaker 1: You know, we have fifty nine countries that agreed to
- 0:03Speaker 1: the deal. We have a piece in the middlease for
- 0:05Speaker 1: the first time ever, we made a deal with him
- 0:08Speaker 1: us that you know, they're gonna be very good. They're
- 0:10Speaker 1: gonna behave, they're gonna be nice, and if they're not,
- 0:12Speaker 1: we're going to go and we're gonna eradicate them. If
- 0:14Speaker 1: we have to, they'll be eradicated. And they know that.
- 0:18Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:22Speaker 3: Good Tuesday morning. It's nice to have you with us
- 0:24Speaker 3: on the forty seven Morning Up. They've Ben Ferguson with you.
- 0:26Speaker 3: And here are the two big stories that are coming
- 0:28Speaker 3: out of the White House this morning.
- 0:30Speaker 4: First up, the Department.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Of Homeland Security has announced an incredible feat arresting more
- 0:36Speaker 3: than four hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants in the
- 0:39Speaker 3: first nine months of President Trump being in office. You're
- 0:42Speaker 3: gonna be shocked to know just how many of these
- 0:45Speaker 3: four hundred and eighty thousand have criminal records. Also, there
- 0:50Speaker 3: was a massive win for the President when it comes
- 0:53Speaker 3: to deploying the National Guard, this time coming from the
- 0:56Speaker 3: ninth US Circuit decision dealing with him doing exactly this
- 1:01Speaker 3: in Portland and what does this mean for other cities
- 1:04Speaker 3: around the country.
- 1:05Speaker 4: But first, did.
- 1:06Speaker 3: You see that gold just hit an all time new
- 1:09Speaker 3: high of over four thousand dollars an ounce?
- 1:13Speaker 4: And if you hear that and you're like, are you
- 1:15Speaker 4: kidding me?
- 1:15Speaker 3: And you're thinking, gosh, I missed my opportunity, Well, I
- 1:19Speaker 3: don't know if you missed your opportunity, But my friends
- 1:21Speaker 3: at Kurt Elliott Precious Medals they can answer that question
- 1:25Speaker 3: for you. You also may not be paying attention to the
- 1:28Speaker 3: incredible gains with silver that are happening right now as well,
- 1:32Speaker 3: And that's why I trust the guidance of the team
- 1:35Speaker 3: at kirk Elliott. In fact, I literally just got a
- 1:39Speaker 3: hundred ounce bar of silver the other day, and the
- 1:42Speaker 3: reason why is because after I talked to the team
- 1:44Speaker 3: at kirk Elliot Precious Medals, they let me understand exactly
- 1:49Speaker 3: where I could have a big upside in investing in silver. Now,
- 1:53Speaker 3: the other part that I love about them is this
- 1:55Speaker 3: they have transparent pricing. There are a lot of gold
- 1:59Speaker 3: companies that you'll hear if you listen to talk radio
- 2:02Speaker 3: or podcasts or watch TV, but do they tell you
- 2:05Speaker 3: how the pricing actually works well at kirk Elliott. They're
- 2:09Speaker 3: real simple, just eight percent when you buy and zero
- 2:14Speaker 3: commissions when you sell, with no hidden fees. Ever, that
- 2:18Speaker 3: is the other reason why I recommend them to all
- 2:21Speaker 3: of you. They also don't sell you quote rare coins
- 2:24Speaker 3: or precious coins that you pay insane markups on and
- 2:28Speaker 3: then when you go to sell them you find out
- 2:29Speaker 3: they're really not worth that much. They are a bullyon
- 2:33Speaker 3: only approach. They focus on investment grade metals, no overpriced collectibles,
- 2:39Speaker 3: no gimmicks. That means you get more gold or silver
- 2:43Speaker 3: for your money at fair value when it's time for
- 2:46Speaker 3: you to sell. So if you're ready to find out
- 2:49Speaker 3: if gold and silver is right for you in your portfolio,
- 2:53Speaker 3: then call them and get a plan.
- 2:56Speaker 4: You can visit them at.

- 3:21Speaker 3: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 3:26Speaker 4: We've got a very.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Big story coming out of the White House, and as
- 3:29Speaker 3: a promise that President Donald Trump made to every American
- 3:32Speaker 3: if he was elected president, it was that he was
- 3:35Speaker 3: going to do whatever he could to get rid of
- 3:38Speaker 3: illegal immigrants in this country, and he was also going
- 3:41Speaker 3: to get rid of the illegal immigrants first that had
- 3:44Speaker 3: committed the most heinous crimes. He also promised he was
- 3:47Speaker 3: going to make dangerous cities safe again. All of this
- 3:52Speaker 3: he is paying off on. But now we have some
- 3:54Speaker 3: of the biggest data we've seen so far backing this up.
- 3:58Speaker 3: The Department of Homeland Secure has arrested more than four
- 4:02Speaker 3: hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants in the first nine
- 4:07Speaker 3: months of the Trump administration. I'm going to give you
- 4:10Speaker 3: that number again, four hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants
- 4:15Speaker 3: in a nine month span. This while many illegal immigrants
- 4:19Speaker 3: have been hanging out in sanctuary cities being protected by
- 4:22Speaker 3: the radical left. Now here's something else that you need
- 4:25Speaker 3: to know. Seventy percent of the four hundred and eighty
- 4:28Speaker 3: thousand legal immigrants had been arrested, had been convicted of
- 4:33Speaker 3: crimes or had criminal charges against them pending. Christy nom
- 4:38Speaker 3: made the announcement during a stop in Branden, Florida.
- 4:41Speaker 4: As.
- 4:42Speaker 3: They also put out a press release giving you some
- 4:45Speaker 3: of the background, saying, quote, President Trump unleashed ICE to
- 4:49Speaker 3: target the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens. Some
- 4:53Speaker 3: of the criminals arrested included illegal aliens convicted of incests
- 4:58Speaker 3: with a minor, homicide, sexual assault, sexual assault of a minor,
- 5:03Speaker 3: and domestic violence. Seventy percent of ICE arrests are of
- 5:07Speaker 3: illegal aliens convicted or charged with a crime in the US.
- 5:13Speaker 3: This statistic doesn't even include they say, foreign fugitives, illegal
- 5:17Speaker 3: aliens convicted of crimes in other countries, gang members, and
- 5:23Speaker 3: also suspected terrorists. NOOM highlighted nine of the worst of
- 5:28Speaker 3: the worst illegal immigrants who have been arrested in South
- 5:32Speaker 3: and Central Florida alone. They included several different individuals. Nome
- 5:37Speaker 3: set the press conference, we are not going to let
- 5:39Speaker 3: these individuals terrorize our streets anymore, and we're not going
- 5:43Speaker 3: to let them make victims out of families that live
- 5:46Speaker 3: in this country. I want you to hear directly from
- 5:49Speaker 3: Christynome at the press conference, and here's part of what
- 5:52Speaker 3: she had to say.
- 5:53Speaker 5: I'll give you some examples of individuals that were brought
- 5:56Speaker 5: to justice here in Sarasota and in this area. The
- 5:59Speaker 5: first one i'll talk of out as a convicted murderer
- 6:01Speaker 5: whose name is Eric Carlos Artilis Ramos, an illegal alien
- 6:05Speaker 5: who was from Cuba. He had a prior removal order
- 6:08Speaker 5: in two thousand and eight, and now because of the
- 6:10Speaker 5: work of this office, he is off the streets. He
- 6:13Speaker 5: was also previously convicted of kidnapping and carjacking. We also
- 6:18Speaker 5: have another individual, Oscar Alfredo Retina Maraquin, an illegal alien
- 6:23Speaker 5: from Al Salvador. He was convicted of sexual assault against
- 6:26Speaker 5: a child and in nineteen ninety five, and he was
- 6:29Speaker 5: also arrested for dui. He has been deported twice before,
- 6:33Speaker 5: in nineteen ninety nine and in twenty nineteen. Re Entry
- 6:37Speaker 5: after deportation, I'll remind all of you is a felony.
- 6:41Speaker 5: The next individual is Arturo Sanchez Morales. He's an illegal
- 6:44Speaker 5: alien from Mexico. He was arrested for driving drunk and
- 6:48Speaker 5: he's already been deported once before he re entered, which
- 6:51Speaker 5: is a felony, and was issued a final order of
- 6:54Speaker 5: removal in twenty sixteen. He had previously been arrested for
- 6:57Speaker 5: burglary as well for possession of cocaine and larceny and
- 7:01Speaker 5: has convictions for multiple DUIs and lud acts against a minor.
- 7:06Speaker 5: And again I'll talk about Laylis Rinaldo Benaro Zaharin, who
- 7:11Speaker 5: is an individual from Honduras who's been in this country
- 7:14Speaker 5: illegally and he has a conviction for domestic battery. He'd
- 7:17Speaker 5: been deported twice before, in twenty eleven and in twenty seventeen.
- 7:22Speaker 5: These individuals are just a handful of people that have
- 7:26Speaker 5: been in this country creating victims out of American citizens
- 7:29Speaker 5: that now those families do no longer have to worry about.
- 7:33Speaker 5: Not only have they been brought into and incarcerated, but
- 7:36Speaker 5: they're going to be brought to justice and pay for
- 7:38Speaker 5: the crimes that they've committed. Every single day, our law
- 7:41Speaker 5: enforcement officers put their lives at risk to protect the
- 7:44Speaker 5: American people. Every single day they get up and they
- 7:47Speaker 5: go do their jobs to make sure that American families
- 7:50Speaker 5: can live the lives that they've dreamed of since they
- 7:53Speaker 5: were young. The left's anti cop rhetoric has led to
- 7:57Speaker 5: a thousand percent increase in violence against our law enforcement officers.
- 8:01Speaker 5: We have to stop the rhetoric that is allowing individuals
- 8:05Speaker 5: the cover that they want to perpetuate violence against those
- 8:08Speaker 5: who enforce our laws. Last month, we had an individual
- 8:13Speaker 5: open fire at an ICE facility and we also saw
- 8:16Speaker 5: that we saw victims from that attack that happened not
- 8:20Speaker 5: just against ICE agents but also about detainees that were
- 8:23Speaker 5: there at that facility. That individual, when he fired upon
- 8:27Speaker 5: the building, created some victims. We lost two lives there.
- 8:31Speaker 5: Three individuals were hurt and two died later on. After
- 8:35Speaker 5: that event, the suspect had anti ICE written on the
- 8:39Speaker 5: ammunition and on his bullet casings, proving that he had
- 8:43Speaker 5: targeted against individuals that we're working to keep our streets safe.
- 8:47Speaker 5: Criminals are now even placing bounties on our law enforcement officers.
- 8:52Speaker 5: This last month, the Department of Homeland Security arrested a
- 8:55Speaker 5: criminal illegal alien and a Latin King's gang member who
- 8:59Speaker 5: placed a bounty on our US Border Patrol Chief Greg Bevino.
- 9:03Speaker 5: Still they keep pressing on, and we've seen as well,
- 9:07Speaker 5: individuals on TikTok and other apps making threats against our
- 9:12Speaker 5: law enforcement officers, putting bounties out on their head, and
- 9:14Speaker 5: we will bring all of those individuals to justice. We
- 9:17Speaker 5: will continue to bring murderers and rapists. Those who perpetuate violence, pedophiles,
- 9:23Speaker 5: gang members in our communities. We will go after them,
- 9:26Speaker 5: bring them to justice, and we will save lives. The
- 9:29Speaker 5: American people see this, and they see that President Trump
- 9:31Speaker 5: is focused on making sure that our streets are safe
- 9:34Speaker 5: and that our families have opportunities to raise their children
- 9:37Speaker 5: in safe communities. In fact, recent polls have shown that
- 9:41Speaker 5: fifty four percent of Americans want illegals to be brought
- 9:45Speaker 5: into justice and they want to deport those who are
- 9:49Speaker 5: in this country illegally. But seventy eight percent of Americans
- 9:53Speaker 5: want these criminal, illegal aliens brought to justice. That's because
- 9:57Speaker 5: the American people understand the benefits of having law and order.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Again, this isn't just a win for Donald Trump.
- 10:03Speaker 3: This is a win for every man and woman in
- 10:06Speaker 3: this country, especially men and women that have been victims
- 10:09Speaker 3: of countless crimes by illegal immigrants.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Now story number two.
- 10:14Speaker 3: The Ninth Circuit saying that President Trump can send the
- 10:16Speaker 3: National Guard to Portland is another massive win for law
- 10:21Speaker 3: and order. And if you think that the Left is
- 10:24Speaker 3: going to sit down and just say okay, fine, the
- 10:28Speaker 3: President's going to be able to be the president and
- 10:29Speaker 3: he has the authority to do this and he was
- 10:32Speaker 3: elected to do it. You're wrong, MSNBC having a total
- 10:35Speaker 3: meltdown as Lisa Rubin had to read the Ninth Circuit
- 10:39Speaker 3: decision authorizing Trump to deploy the National Guard in Portland.
- 10:43Speaker 3: Take a listen to how they spun it on MSNBC.
- 10:46Speaker 6: Yeah, And I want to just correct one thing and
- 10:47Speaker 6: then explain why functional it is the same. This is
- 10:50Speaker 6: a stay of Judge Immigrant's opinion, and that's why it
- 10:54Speaker 6: reached the Ninth Circuit as soon as it did, because
- 10:56Speaker 6: this is an emergency motion to essentially pause for order.
- 10:59Speaker 6: But as a functional matter, you are absolutely correct. It
- 11:02Speaker 6: has the function of overturning her order and thereby allowing
- 11:07Speaker 6: the President to send the National Guard back onto the
- 11:10Speaker 6: streets of Portland. And Katy, I want to read if
- 11:12Speaker 6: I can, just from a little bit of the beginning
- 11:14Speaker 6: of this ninety three page opinion, it says, after considering
- 11:18Speaker 6: the record, and by the record they mean all the
- 11:20Speaker 6: factual evidence at this preliminary stage, we conclude that it
- 11:23Speaker 6: is likely that the President lawfully exercised his statutory authority
- 11:28Speaker 6: under ten USC. Section twelve four oh six. That's the
- 11:32Speaker 6: statute we've been referring to. As Title ten, when we
- 11:34Speaker 6: have conversations about the National Guard deployments, which authorizes the
- 11:38Speaker 6: federalization of the National Guard, when the president is unable
- 11:42Speaker 6: with the regular forces to execute the laws of the
- 11:44Speaker 6: United States. And this is the important part. The evidence
- 11:47Speaker 6: the president relied on reflects quote, a colorable assessment of
- 11:51Speaker 6: the facts in law within a range of honest judgment.
- 11:54Speaker 6: We thus conclude that defendants are likely to succeed on
- 11:58Speaker 6: the merits of their appeal, basically saying that when and
- 12:01Speaker 6: if a court considers all of the record in this
- 12:04Speaker 6: matter is tried and it gets back to an appellate
- 12:07Speaker 6: court through an ordinary process where they have full briefing
- 12:10Speaker 6: and full evidence, that they still think Donald Trump is
- 12:13Speaker 6: likely to prevail there because he has the discretion to
- 12:18Speaker 6: determine as the president, within a range of honest judgment.
- 12:22Speaker 6: So when it is reasonable is what you and I
- 12:24Speaker 6: were talking about last week.
- 12:25Speaker 3: It is very clear the left realizes now they're running
- 12:29Speaker 3: out of ways to stop President Trump from doing his job,
- 12:32Speaker 3: a job that he was elected by the American people
- 12:35Speaker 3: to do, and they're going to do everything they can
- 12:37Speaker 3: to continue to try to stop him. But as we witness,
- 12:40Speaker 3: what is happening now in Portland, and the total number
- 12:43Speaker 3: of arrest nationwide in the last nine months, and law
- 12:47Speaker 3: and order that is also being restored to incredibly violent
- 12:52Speaker 3: cities like Portland, Washington, d C. Memphis, Tennessee, and many
- 12:57Speaker 3: more to come, including Chicago. You're with as a president
- 13:01Speaker 3: that is doing exactly what he promised he was going
- 13:03Speaker 3: to do, keep all Americans safe no matter where you live.
