- 0:16Speaker 1: bucks things in the stubs, not me through good it
- 0:21Speaker 1: sting to the other for I don't join me. You
- 0:59Speaker 1: gotta use that turn. You gotta turn to turn them out. Turn,
- 1:43Speaker 1: You got to turn them out to turn turn the
- 1:46Speaker 1: water the water go. Come, come on your baby, uh,
- 2:03Speaker 1: I shall well a good morning everybody. You're listening to
- 2:06Speaker 1: the voice, come on dig me now. One and only
- 2:10Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. This one today I
- 2:15Speaker 1: want to share with you is for all of us,
- 2:19Speaker 1: h and here it is. There is a solution to
- 2:26Speaker 1: all of your problems in situations. If you don't know
- 2:31Speaker 1: what your next move is, that to go, I don't
- 2:34Speaker 1: I don't care what it is. If if the relationship
- 2:38Speaker 1: you're in it's all wrong and you don't know how
- 2:42Speaker 1: to get out of it, it doesn't matter. There's a
- 2:46Speaker 1: solution to all your problems and situations. That solution to
- 2:52Speaker 1: all your problems, that way to make all your dreams
- 2:55Speaker 1: come true, the way around a lot of this and
- 3:00Speaker 1: to the weakness that you feel at times. It's prayer, prayer,
- 3:07Speaker 1: a connection with your creative Could that be the thing
- 3:11Speaker 1: that's missing in your life. I'm just asking because whenever
- 3:17Speaker 1: I get a little bit off track, all I gotta
- 3:21Speaker 1: do is think, just a moment, Steve, have you been
- 3:25Speaker 1: have you been praying? Man? Have you been connecting with
- 3:28Speaker 1: your creator? I know you're busy, man, I know you're busy,
- 3:32Speaker 1: and I know at the end of the day you're done.
- 3:35Speaker 1: You're done, and sometimes crawling into bed is all you
- 3:39Speaker 1: can manage to do. I've said this, it happened to
- 3:43Speaker 1: me last night. Again. I did all of this. But
- 3:47Speaker 1: when I look and when I see things not moving,
- 3:51Speaker 1: or I don't feel like things are going in the
- 3:54Speaker 1: right direction, or I have a sense of being stagnant,
- 3:57Speaker 1: all I got to do is retrace it. Because I'm working.
- 4:01Speaker 1: It's no doubt about that. I'm working, but I'm i
- 4:05Speaker 1: staying connected. Am I using that weapon that's available to
- 4:10Speaker 1: all of us? And I pray? And the answer is
- 4:13Speaker 1: usually no? And so I know, okay, okay, man, I'm
- 4:16Speaker 1: getting off track him because see, let me tell you something, man.
- 4:20Speaker 1: The reason the reason I constantly talk to God is
- 4:24Speaker 1: because life constantly changes. People who said they was going
- 4:29Speaker 1: to do something for you one day, have changed their
- 4:31Speaker 1: mind to next. Somebody you thought was gonna show up
- 4:36Speaker 1: that day called in late, had an accident and couldn't
- 4:39Speaker 1: make it. That changes the parameters of everything. The meeting
- 4:44Speaker 1: you had set up that had to be canceled because
- 4:46Speaker 1: somebody was ill, That changes the parameters the time frame
- 4:51Speaker 1: of everything. Because it's all connected. So if I don't
- 4:55Speaker 1: stay in constant prayer and stay connected to the Creator
- 4:59Speaker 1: when the thing's happen, I'm not put in my bed,
- 5:03Speaker 1: I've not talked to him about how to handle it,
- 5:06Speaker 1: or I'm just not aware of it and what to
- 5:08Speaker 1: do next. And the next thing you know, it becomes
- 5:11Speaker 1: a little stagnant that has happened to me. I gotta
- 5:13Speaker 1: get back because prayer is the solution to all of
- 5:19Speaker 1: my problems and situations. I have found that to be
- 5:23Speaker 1: the case now. The only reason I'm telling it to
- 5:25Speaker 1: you is because I know if you anything like me
- 5:29Speaker 1: slash human being, then there are times that you feel anxious.
- 5:34Speaker 1: There's moments of desperation. You have moments of uncertainty. That
- 5:40Speaker 1: are times when you feel like you've lost your way
- 5:44Speaker 1: or your purpose is a little blurred. You're not shoe anymore.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Or you don't know what your next move is, or
- 5:51Speaker 1: the relationship you in or the relationships you're dabbling in.
- 5:55Speaker 1: They're just all wrong for you. Man, there is a
- 6:00Speaker 1: solution to all your problems and situations, and its prayer.
- 6:05Speaker 1: If you're suffering from any of the things I just listed,
- 6:08Speaker 1: or any other thing you could think of, just check
- 6:11Speaker 1: your prayer. What has your prayer been lately? About it?
- 6:15Speaker 1: And this is for everybody. I often find when I
- 6:20Speaker 1: get that disconnection, man, my prayer and slipped off. I
- 6:25Speaker 1: started feeling a little bit less, so I gotta jump
- 6:28Speaker 1: back on it. I'm just offering you a solution to it. Man,
- 6:32Speaker 1: and and and and and I'm giving you a solution
- 6:34Speaker 1: that works one of a thousand percent. Fust shout see.
- 6:39Speaker 1: I ain't guessing at this one. I'm telling you what
- 6:41Speaker 1: has happened in my life, how I did it, and
- 6:45Speaker 1: it'll do for you. God has filled with mercy and grace.
- 6:49Speaker 1: He knows we all messed up. He knows all of
- 6:52Speaker 1: us have done some jacked up things that don't nobody
- 6:55Speaker 1: know about. He know all about our past. Man, he
- 6:59Speaker 1: knows all that. But He is so full of grace
- 7:03Speaker 1: and mercy, so full of fifty fifth chances. But you
- 7:07Speaker 1: know the thing about your life though, and the thing
- 7:10Speaker 1: I had to come to terms with, and the reason
- 7:12Speaker 1: I don't let out of the reason I don't let
- 7:15Speaker 1: my past bury me, the reason I don't let my
- 7:17Speaker 1: past define me is because my past I found out
- 7:24Speaker 1: or just the ingredients needed for me to make this
- 7:31Speaker 1: cake I'm eating now. My past is just my ingredients. See,
- 7:37Speaker 1: you don't get rid of your pass. They ain't They
- 7:41Speaker 1: ain't gonna know where they are the ingredients. But when
- 7:44Speaker 1: you put them with something else, they look better, they
- 7:47Speaker 1: taste better, it is better. All of our past are
- 7:52Speaker 1: just the ingredients that have become the cake we eating now. Now,
- 7:56Speaker 1: if you don't like the way your cake taste, then
- 7:58Speaker 1: you gotta stop putting some other edients in there. Just
- 8:01Speaker 1: because you started off and your cake was messed up
- 8:04Speaker 1: don't mean you can't straighten out the flavor your cake.
- 8:07Speaker 1: You gotta put some different ingredients in there. So let's
- 8:12Speaker 1: say your cake is trifling tasted, it's bitter. Your cake
- 8:16Speaker 1: is bitter, Well, you got to dilute the bitterness. You
- 8:19Speaker 1: gotta put some more goodness in there. So you gotta
- 8:22Speaker 1: put some goodness ingredients to take away the taste of
- 8:26Speaker 1: the bitterness. So you gotta put some different ingredients in there.
- 8:30Speaker 1: You gotta start living your life a little more kindly,
- 8:33Speaker 1: a little more thoughtful, a little more sharing, a little
- 8:36Speaker 1: more caring. And then after a while, man, those new
- 8:40Speaker 1: ingredients combined with that bitter it starts overshadowing the bitter
- 8:44Speaker 1: taste because the bitter taste is further behind you. Now
- 8:48Speaker 1: see something that happened to you twelve fifteen, thirty, twenty five,
- 8:52Speaker 1: sixteen years ago. Ain't got to be the flavor that's
- 8:55Speaker 1: in your mouth now less you let it be. It's
- 9:00Speaker 1: the ingredients. Man, If you're sick, it away your cake
- 9:04Speaker 1: taste and change your ingredients. Put something else in your
- 9:08Speaker 1: cake mix so you can get a better taste. If
- 9:13Speaker 1: you don't like the way your life taste. Pray. I've
- 9:16Speaker 1: been here my mama saying for years. Boy, prayer changes things,
- 9:21Speaker 1: don't My mama, you said to me all the time,
- 9:23Speaker 1: I said to my TV artist, is when they come
- 9:25Speaker 1: see me on the talk show, before I walk on stage,
- 9:28Speaker 1: I tell them these words, my mother said, I said,
- 9:31Speaker 1: my mother used to always tell me this, and it's
- 9:33Speaker 1: bailed me out and it might do the same thing
- 9:35Speaker 1: for you. I say, whatever I get in trouble, I
- 9:39Speaker 1: hear her words. She says, son, don't forget to pray,
- 9:43Speaker 1: don't be ashamed to pray, and don't be too proud
- 9:47Speaker 1: to pray, because prayer, prayer changes things and you better
- 9:52Speaker 1: believe something. It one hundred percent showed. Do you're listening show,
- 10:02Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, It is about to go down. This
- 10:04Speaker 1: is the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Listen, let me have

- 12:18Speaker 1: get I gotta get this a little bit more cleared
- 12:21Speaker 1: up before I go to Vegas. Get this routine number. Yeah, yeah,
- 12:26Speaker 1: because I'm already gonna be risking money. I can't risk
- 12:28Speaker 1: my health and money. That's too much to lose, come
- 12:33Speaker 1: back sick and broke. God, that's not smart. That's not smart. Yeah. Yeah,
- 12:38Speaker 1: that's too much to lose. That's not enough win and
- 12:41Speaker 1: that go to Vegas right now, but I won't six
- 12:47Speaker 1: more months. So twenty twenty one pretty much twenty one. Yeah,
- 12:51Speaker 1: and everybody talking about I'm not taking a vaccine. I
- 12:53Speaker 1: don't know what's in it. I don't give it them

- 13:32Speaker 1: segment right after this, how about that? How I do.
- 13:34Speaker 1: That was really good. Okay, Strawberry, that's who you're listening show.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Everybody went back is Julia. I know you expected Shirley.

- 13:55Speaker 1: can't give me no power around here. You know that.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Just run with it and run with it? Can you
- 14:00Speaker 1: the Trump at the radio? Yeah, I had a vote
- 14:04Speaker 1: amount of all. I'm not leaving. We're here, gonna leave
- 14:10Speaker 1: all right. So you know it was a holiday weekend.
- 14:12Speaker 1: How everybody weekend go? I had a great weekend. Let
- 14:16Speaker 1: me tell you what I did. I still outside the
- 14:19Speaker 1: weed house right because it's legal, and I will go
- 14:23Speaker 1: inside and buy stuff for younger people because I got
- 14:25Speaker 1: a senior citizens that discount, and I could put that
- 14:28Speaker 1: money in my pocket. Oo y'all I'm making money, Jay,
- 14:38Speaker 1: you're making money selling weed. I'm not legal. It's legal.
- 14:43Speaker 1: It's legal in LA. But the younger kids, they don't
- 14:46Speaker 1: get that discount, that senior citizen discount. So I take
- 14:49Speaker 1: half of the senior citizen discount put it in my pocket. Boy.
- 14:53Speaker 1: But I approach him like this, hey, blood, you gonna
- 14:55Speaker 1: say some money that's how to talk to him, you know. Yeh,
- 14:58Speaker 1: drop your boy, it's a nineteen seventy. The approach never changes, hey,
- 15:05Speaker 1: young blood, like you say some money? Oh? Man, all right, Julia,
- 15:13Speaker 1: let's go man, all right, all right, Carl you want
- 15:15Speaker 1: to read up? Yes? You ready, Steve, let's start it off.
- 15:19Speaker 1: This is from Darryl in Oakland. Callie. I am a
- 15:23Speaker 1: fifty six year old mary man, and my wife told
- 15:26Speaker 1: me that I've lost that spark in the bedroom. I
- 15:29Speaker 1: must admit that I was tired of having sex with her,
- 15:32Speaker 1: but I'm not a cheater. Whoa? So I asked my
- 15:36Speaker 1: wife to order some wigs and wear them to bed.
- 15:40Speaker 1: She did it, and the sex was back to normal
- 15:44Speaker 1: because it was like I had a different woman every week.
- 15:47Speaker 1: But then she told her friend about the wigs, and
- 15:51Speaker 1: her friend told her that I would eventually cheat whenever
- 15:55Speaker 1: the wigs got boring to me. Now my wife is
- 15:58Speaker 1: hurt and she thinks that I want to cheat. She
- 16:01Speaker 1: stopped wearing the wigs too. How can I fix this?
- 16:05Speaker 1: Come on? Why did she talk to her nothing ass friend?
- 16:10Speaker 1: That's how she had got the spark back in your bedroom.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Y'all had it back together, see man, it's always somebody
- 16:20Speaker 1: ain't got nothing to do with your match and interfere. Now,
- 16:23Speaker 1: she didn't told her friend he gonna cheat when the
- 16:25Speaker 1: wigs get some more wigs money, have his ass wearing
- 16:33Speaker 1: weeds who you know you ain't, And that if the
- 16:39Speaker 1: man ain't cheated so far, there's not a sign that
- 16:41Speaker 1: he's gonna cheat. He actually came to you to improve
- 16:46Speaker 1: y'all's wedding. Y'all, y'all, y'all married life. So now here
- 16:50Speaker 1: she come. Dog, don't reassure your wife that ain't got
- 16:54Speaker 1: nothing to do with it. You all a confront a
- 16:56Speaker 1: friend friend promise her friend is either single or unhappily married.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Why would you prepare for me to cheat? You weren't
- 17:08Speaker 1: prepared for me to cheat when you told me I
- 17:10Speaker 1: had lost that magic, and I told you I needed
- 17:12Speaker 1: a little more help. You did it. We got your
- 17:14Speaker 1: magic back. Now, what's the problem. Get some more wigs.
- 17:18Speaker 1: I wasn't cheating. Get some more wig it's some more panic.
- 17:31Speaker 1: I don't even know where that came from. Question All right,
- 17:36Speaker 1: let's go to this one is from Charlotta Charlota in Dallas, Texas.
- 17:40Speaker 1: My boyfriend of two years is getting married and I'm
- 17:42Speaker 1: about to lose my mind. What He started dating me
- 17:45Speaker 1: shortly after he got engaged, and he told me that
- 17:49Speaker 1: he knew his fiance was not the right woman for him.
- 17:53Speaker 1: I met his fiance and I told her that I'm
- 17:57Speaker 1: not going anywhere. She acted a fool and cried and
- 18:01Speaker 1: got all the families all in the mix. So he
- 18:04Speaker 1: stayed with her. Their wedding data's coming up, and he's miserable.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Should I intervene again and fight for this man? Or
- 18:13Speaker 1: should I let him stay with her and have a
- 18:16Speaker 1: miserable life? No, let me explain something. He's telling you.
- 18:20Speaker 1: He's miserable. Hello, ain't nobody got no gun to his head?
- 18:26Speaker 1: This is ain't a shotgun. When we ain't down south,
- 18:29Speaker 1: you know, when when this ain't the king of a
- 18:33Speaker 1: Rwanda and met the King of Zuganda and the prearranged marriage.
- 18:38Speaker 1: This dude is married who he wants to marry. He's
- 18:42Speaker 1: telling you he's miserable, so you can keep on sleeping
- 18:46Speaker 1: with him, which is what you're doing. You can't how
- 18:49Speaker 1: you gonna save a man from himself. He ain't asked
- 18:53Speaker 1: you to save him. You keep going in that like
- 18:56Speaker 1: you like, like you rescuing somebody. That's not what you're doing.
- 19:00Speaker 1: This man is getting married because he asked her. She said, yes,
- 19:07Speaker 1: he telling you he miserable. Okay, if he miserable, why
- 19:10Speaker 1: he married it? Is right? He answered that question right right, right, Steve.
- 19:15Speaker 1: I mean, if you're miserable, why you married him? You
- 19:18Speaker 1: ain't got to marry nobody, right right, Break it down
- 19:22Speaker 1: to Charlotte. He's getting and he's getting married. That's misery enough,
- 19:27Speaker 1: So do shut up, Jesse. Once be happy somebody getting
- 19:37Speaker 1: Everybody ain't in the same thing you've been in. I've
- 19:40Speaker 1: been in what you've been in, but I got out.
- 19:43Speaker 1: We got time one more real quick? You ready see it? Yeah?
- 19:47Speaker 1: All right? This is from Cody and Arizona. I'm a
- 19:49Speaker 1: thirty two year old single female and then I've been
- 19:51Speaker 1: a firefighter for six years. I feel like my job
- 19:55Speaker 1: intimidates most men, and I'm having a problem dating because
- 19:58Speaker 1: of it. My last boyfriend could deal with the fact
- 20:01Speaker 1: that I was surrounded by men when I was on duty.
- 20:03Speaker 1: I have to be in good physical shape for work,
- 20:06Speaker 1: so I work out all the time. And my ex
- 20:08Speaker 1: told me that men like softer looking women without abs
- 20:12Speaker 1: and muscles. His words are stuck in my head, and
- 20:16Speaker 1: I think he may be right. It is what he
- 20:19Speaker 1: said true. It's because he don't have abs and muscles.
- 20:29Speaker 1: He's a hater. Men want soft and looking women because
- 20:33Speaker 1: he is soft and looking. Man, you and the gym
- 20:37Speaker 1: molding him? Yeah, you damn right. He got a problem
- 20:42Speaker 1: with it. You know what I'm saying. Oh man, that's
- 20:45Speaker 1: all that is right here? All right, Well, let's cello
- 20:48Speaker 1: for you right there. Man, we'll be backing chuch complaints
- 20:52Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening, are we back? I know
- 20:59Speaker 1: you used to show them, but it's Julian, don't worry
- 21:01Speaker 1: about I'm driving to show that. I just want to
- 21:03Speaker 1: let everybody knows. Everybody I'm gonna do this all week.
- 21:06Speaker 1: I just think I said I'm gonna do this all week. Man.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Can I just say you know where a break is
- 21:10Speaker 1: coming in. It's no doubt you're gonna know it's back.
- 21:14Speaker 1: He definitely don't sound like a commercial man, none of that.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Junior back. Yeah, ready, come on, let me tell you this,
- 21:33Speaker 1: Come on, Junior. Coming up the top of the hour,
- 21:35Speaker 1: we got today's national news. Becausian Trump said that most
- 21:39Speaker 1: COVID nineteen cases are harmless and at the same time
- 21:42Speaker 1: thirty four States report spikes wow, and also Kanye West
- 21:47Speaker 1: crazy answer Now he's running for president, but we're talking
- 21:50Speaker 1: about that hour. But first it's money. Is that the
- 21:53Speaker 1: church comp That's how I like crazy? As Kanye announced it,
- 21:59Speaker 1: he run but ain't right? Got time for this sliding?
- 22:08Speaker 1: Uh uh? We are here, yes, right o? Money morning prepared?
- 22:19Speaker 1: Or for church? Come play Deacon del jam or what
- 22:25Speaker 1: is it now? Well, we got quite a few things
- 22:28Speaker 1: going on on past the eye. Now bad with me
- 22:31Speaker 1: if you will listen, brother, brother augusts Our Senior is
- 22:37Speaker 1: asking to take out some of the married women he
- 22:40Speaker 1: had the church. He wants to know can he get
- 22:43Speaker 1: your blessings the same way Will and Jada gave him
- 22:45Speaker 1: the name blessing Will. I don't want to share. What
- 22:50Speaker 1: do Whill and Jatta? Do you? You haven't been up
- 22:53Speaker 1: on what's going out on the pass? What happened? Well,
- 23:00Speaker 1: maybe I'll let Senster call explain it to you. So
- 23:02Speaker 1: he's probably a little more equipped. It was a rumor
- 23:08Speaker 1: that August Alsina, he's a hip hop artist, had a
- 23:13Speaker 1: relationship with Jada Pinkett Smith, and August Alsina is saying
- 23:19Speaker 1: that Will gave him his blessings. Now Will and Jada
- 23:24Speaker 1: are denying all of this. But this was the word
- 23:28Speaker 1: on the streets last week. But the word on the
- 23:31Speaker 1: street now is August is lining himself up for a
- 23:35Speaker 1: major ass because I don't really foresee no man giving
- 23:43Speaker 1: him permission and his blessing. That don't sound like the
- 23:48Speaker 1: big Willie Smith. I know, well, he's a friend of
- 23:51Speaker 1: the family. He's been friendly. Friendships break up all the time.
- 23:59Speaker 1: I can't counter number of my friends, and we've had
- 24:02Speaker 1: major ass whoopers or monsters. Now we were much younger
- 24:07Speaker 1: than but friends fight all the time. I don't want
- 24:11Speaker 1: to comment on that, of course, I don't believe in
- 24:14Speaker 1: mad to rule us. All right, well, comment on this
- 24:17Speaker 1: right here, I ask you. Now. Kanye West is off
- 24:19Speaker 1: his medication again, saying that he's gonna round the president
- 24:23Speaker 1: in twenty twenty to set your ass down. Ministry is
- 24:26Speaker 1: asking can they go slap? I mean, can they go
- 24:30Speaker 1: lay hands on him? Past? That's your cop? He knows better,
- 24:37Speaker 1: Yes he does. Let's go over some facts. First of all,
- 24:41Speaker 1: is too damn late to run. Secondly, boy, election is
- 24:51Speaker 1: in novemble. You have any ideal campaign cost this late
- 24:58Speaker 1: in the game. Bloomberg spend five hundred million, and he
- 25:06Speaker 1: usually his ass ain't on the ballot. What you're willing
- 25:09Speaker 1: to kick in? You don't blinding the hair aware, you
- 25:14Speaker 1: ain't fit to be the damn president. Stopped this fooling
- 25:17Speaker 1: it now. I'm not spending one Sunday in my pool
- 25:21Speaker 1: pit promoting this fool. Now, listen to me. If it
- 25:24Speaker 1: was down to you and Trump, I'll vote for you. Yes,
- 25:28Speaker 1: I would, because anybody but Trump, right, anybody pimps, Yeah,
- 25:36Speaker 1: easy for cheeses, that's right. Passing. We got a problem.
- 25:40Speaker 1: You know, people are painting allege. I had rather have
- 25:43Speaker 1: him North be president than Trump. Yeah. The baby, beautiful
- 25:49Speaker 1: baby I love Yeah, anybody child lead them? Yeah? How
- 25:56Speaker 1: about the Golden Child was in that movie? Yeah? I
- 26:02Speaker 1: like that. Moved right there, don't good. I need you
- 26:06Speaker 1: to talk to brother Xavier or No, he didn't get
- 26:09Speaker 1: out of hand. People are painting black lives and that
- 26:12Speaker 1: on streets and things of that nature. Pastor he painted
- 26:14Speaker 1: in front of the church on the street. I wish
- 26:16Speaker 1: a M. F. Wood. You're gonna have to talk to him.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Past I gave him permission to do that, Okay, Yeah, yeah,
- 26:26Speaker 1: I gave him permission to paint on the sidewalk. I
- 26:29Speaker 1: wish you MF Wood because we at the jack pot
- 26:34Speaker 1: joint or taking a more real stands, we're not having
- 26:38Speaker 1: this right here nor so no, no, so we we
- 26:42Speaker 1: do wish your mL wood come up in him, because
- 26:45Speaker 1: if you don't think black lives matter, you're about to
- 26:48Speaker 1: find out we don't really give a damn bout joes either.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Then how about that church save man a man, a
- 26:56Speaker 1: man again a man man pass it. We asked the
- 27:03Speaker 1: members to get tested. Brother Dexter got tested for COVID nineteen.
- 27:07Speaker 1: Now the results came back negative, but he did test
- 27:11Speaker 1: positive for syphilis kind of red crab the gout. He
- 27:16Speaker 1: wanted now sue the church for making him take them tes,
- 27:22Speaker 1: he said, He said he would have never found out
- 27:25Speaker 1: this mess y'all. Well, the syphilis gone a real what
- 27:32Speaker 1: else gout? You can you can die from all of them,
- 27:39Speaker 1: but it's a slow deal. Tell brother Dexter and sit
- 27:43Speaker 1: his ass down somewhere else and go down there to
- 27:46Speaker 1: the free clinic and stopped getting condoms and get some
- 27:51Speaker 1: other stuffing by there picking up condoms. That is what
- 27:56Speaker 1: we're doing, all right, tassing you don't have to. This
- 28:01Speaker 1: is not that well, let's bothering the some of the
- 28:04Speaker 1: members they are, I know, they complaining that these men
- 28:10Speaker 1: that are owned the zoom at church that's growing these
- 28:13Speaker 1: bids that's not connecting all the way. They asking them
- 28:17Speaker 1: complete because they connecting on one side and patch you
- 28:21Speaker 1: on the other side. They asking you to tell them
- 28:23Speaker 1: to plead cut these bids that's not connecting Bath. Well, no,
- 28:27Speaker 1: we're not gonna do that. These are called these are
- 28:30Speaker 1: COVID bids. Lots of people that's growing the COVID COVID
- 28:36Speaker 1: bids because you weren't lockdown. You don't want to shave,
- 28:41Speaker 1: So I'm allowing this to go on. You know you. Yeah,
- 28:45Speaker 1: after this is old, once we have a vaccine, we're
- 28:48Speaker 1: gonna cut all of these low connecting facial or thing.
- 28:52Speaker 1: It's just going over to the vaccine. You saw all
- 28:57Speaker 1: this is a liable now, thank you, Moto jam all right,
- 29:02Speaker 1: code at the top of the our entertainment News and
- 29:04Speaker 1: National news right after this, why are you doing the break?
- 29:09Speaker 1: Kluck Steve saying so real, Motle, you're listening to show
- 29:17Speaker 1: all everybody We're back in time for National News and
- 29:19Speaker 1: entertainment news Callifred, which gat all right, so we've been
- 29:22Speaker 1: talking about this all morning. Kanye West that he is
- 29:28Speaker 1: running for president in twenty twenty this year. He said
- 29:33Speaker 1: in part in his tweet, His message was, we must
- 29:35Speaker 1: now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying
- 29:40Speaker 1: our vision, and building our future. And I am running
- 29:44Speaker 1: for president of the United States flag and the United
- 29:49Speaker 1: States hashtag twenty twenty vision. So far, his wife, Kim
- 29:55Speaker 1: Kardashian West is of course supporting her husband, supporting him
- 29:59Speaker 1: along with Time st CEO Elon Musk and former Dallas
- 30:04Speaker 1: Cowboys star Das Bryant. He is supporting Kanye dance Brant, yes, yes, yes,
- 30:11Speaker 1: do not playing. Yes, but they're they're his supporters right now.
- 30:16Speaker 1: So what you got is, right now he got three
- 30:21Speaker 1: vote Dance. I understand Kim, she won't be first lady,
- 30:27Speaker 1: So I got that. Elon Musk has always been a
- 30:32Speaker 1: guy that goes out front take chances. Realistically, uh, I mean,
- 30:40Speaker 1: if it was just Kanye against Trump, I would vote
- 30:44Speaker 1: for Kanye absolutely, hands down, absolutely, But in the reality
- 30:50Speaker 1: of what's going on, you haven't filed, you haven't submitted
- 30:53Speaker 1: to correct paperwork. Democratic Convention is coming up soon, you know,
- 30:56Speaker 1: so obviously you must be running as an independent. You
- 30:59Speaker 1: have no idea what the campaign costs to even get
- 31:03Speaker 1: your name out there, what I'm and and and and
- 31:06Speaker 1: it's a plethora of other things. But if you were
- 31:09Speaker 1: serious about this, then I thought you should have made
- 31:12Speaker 1: it as a serious bid in a timely fashion. Other
- 31:16Speaker 1: than this just to meet sounds a lot like a
- 31:18Speaker 1: publicity stunt. And I ain't got time for this now.
- 31:22Speaker 1: I love Kanye Dare's Brian is supporting you. Who who
- 31:27Speaker 1: is that? I just feel like we don't have time.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Like you said, Steve, it's time, we gotta get out.
- 31:35Speaker 1: And there are some sit your ass down times, and
- 31:37Speaker 1: this is it. This is sit your ass down and
- 31:40Speaker 1: just But he would actually be going up against a
- 31:44Speaker 1: man that he said was the father he never had. Yeah, yeah,
- 31:53Speaker 1: a whole mole lot. And see the reason. See, I
- 31:57Speaker 1: had a father. He was nothing like Donald Trump. They
- 32:02Speaker 1: had no no similar characteristics at all. My father was
- 32:08Speaker 1: about the business of manhood period, man, coldest dude who
- 32:13Speaker 1: I ever met, and nothing Donald Trump has done reminded
- 32:17Speaker 1: him of my father. But I guess if your father listen,
- 32:21Speaker 1: you could your father you never knew or had, you
- 32:23Speaker 1: could make that statement because maybe you don't have a
- 32:26Speaker 1: real view of what a real father would look like.
- 32:29Speaker 1: I did. I'm sorry, I just did. I was one
- 32:33Speaker 1: of the very very fortunate and blessed people to have
- 32:36Speaker 1: my father till I was forty two. I never knew
- 32:38Speaker 1: my real daddy, but I'm pretty sure he was nothing
- 32:41Speaker 1: like Trump. Who he would He wouldn't like Trump. I
- 32:50Speaker 1: don't think my mom would be able to do late Trump.
- 32:52Speaker 1: But dude, but the dude who was your daddy, Yeah,
- 32:55Speaker 1: he was straight up. Now he was about to be
- 32:59Speaker 1: straight up. He was even by the business. Yeah, yeah,
- 33:03Speaker 1: my real daddy. Yeah, I'm kind of blurry. I don't
- 33:08Speaker 1: I didn't tell you. I don't. I don't even know
- 33:10Speaker 1: what to say about this Kanye thing. You know, anybody
- 33:13Speaker 1: for Trump? Trump told him to do this because he
- 33:20Speaker 1: knows just will split some of the young boy. That's it,
- 33:26Speaker 1: all right, Well, you know it's time for nationals. Let's
- 33:29Speaker 1: go to miss An, ladies and gentlemen, miss A and Trump. Okay,
- 33:32Speaker 1: thank you a lot to talk about. President Trump delivered
- 33:34Speaker 1: his Friday July fourth weekend speech addressing a mostly unmasked
- 33:38Speaker 1: crowd invite, announcing the protesters who've called for the removal
- 33:41Speaker 1: of Confederate statues and monuments all over the country. Statues,
- 33:44Speaker 1: of course, honoring people who fought to maintain slavery and
- 33:47Speaker 1: who tried to overthrow the US government. What Trump caused
- 33:50Speaker 1: the movement for Racial Justice a quote merciless campaign to
- 33:53Speaker 1: wipe out quote our history, defame our histories, and erase
- 33:57Speaker 1: our values. This left wing cultural revolution is designed to
- 34:07Speaker 1: overthrow the American revolutions. At Mount Rushmore, Trump announcing that
- 34:12Speaker 1: he was going to sign an executive order establishing what
- 34:14Speaker 1: he calls a National Garden of American Heroes, or an
- 34:18Speaker 1: outdoor park that would hold the statues of the quote
- 34:20Speaker 1: greatest Americans to ever live on unquote. He claimed that
- 34:23Speaker 1: a so called cancel culture was teaching school children to
- 34:26Speaker 1: hate their country. There, earlier in the day, Native American
- 34:29Speaker 1: protesters showed up and blocked one of the major roads
- 34:31Speaker 1: leading to Mount Rushmore. Since that area there is that
- 34:36Speaker 1: monument was carved out of a mountain that's very sacred
- 34:38Speaker 1: to the Lakota Soup. And now Neil Young has become
- 34:41Speaker 1: just one more entertainer who does not want the Trump
- 34:43Speaker 1: campaign using his music. Neil Young says he stands with
- 34:46Speaker 1: the Lakota Sioux and he's not okay with Trump's people
- 34:49Speaker 1: using his songs. Last month, of Rolling Stones and the
- 34:52Speaker 1: Estate of Tom Petty both threatened to sue Trump after
- 34:55Speaker 1: their music was played at his rallies. Trump ally and
- 34:58Speaker 1: former presidential candidate Herman hospitalized with the coronavirus. You may
- 35:02Speaker 1: remember him. He's the African American businessman who formerly owned
- 35:05Speaker 1: Godfather Pizza. He re poorly attended Trump's recent rally last
- 35:09Speaker 1: month in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Now he's sick. Meanwhile, the Commissioner
- 35:12Speaker 1: of the Food and Drug Administration, Stephen Hahn get this,
- 35:15Speaker 1: refusing to either confirm or denied President Trump's claimed that quote,
- 35:18Speaker 1: ninety nine percent of COVID nineteen cases are harmless. That's
- 35:22Speaker 1: what the President said. There's a movement now to change
- 35:26Speaker 1: the names of streets around the country honoring Confederate heroes
- 35:29Speaker 1: and SEABLA. Black Lives Matter protesters struck and killed by
- 35:32Speaker 1: a man who drove his car into the group on
- 35:34Speaker 1: a highway on Saturday morning. Another demonstrator also a woman
- 35:37Speaker 1: fighting for her life. The driver, twenty seven year old
- 35:40Speaker 1: DeWitt Killet arrested and booked on two counts of vehicular assault.
- 35:45Speaker 1: The statue of Christopher Columbus thrown into the Baltimore Harbor
- 35:48Speaker 1: over the weekend. But but white racists are suspected of
- 35:51Speaker 1: taking down a statue of Frederick Douglas in Rochester, upstate
- 35:54Speaker 1: New York on the weekend. Sad news. Oscar winning film
- 35:57Speaker 1: composer Eneo for Raccone died this morning at age ninety one,
- 36:01Speaker 1: and this is one of his compositions. Now back to
- 36:04Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening show, Okay, everybody,
- 36:10Speaker 1: you know, I'm just back on the sack and running
- 36:11Speaker 1: show today. Just want you to know you're looking for Shertan.
- 36:13Speaker 1: She ain't here today. We can tell, yeah, because if
- 36:18Speaker 1: she was, you damn show wouldn't be talking to Go ahead, Carlin,
- 36:24Speaker 1: what you got, Carl. Here's a story. Did you guys
- 36:26Speaker 1: say this trending viral video about this racist white couple
- 36:31Speaker 1: in northern California. They in this town, they defaced the
- 36:35Speaker 1: Black Lives Matter street Murley, Yes, yeah, yeah, I know.
- 36:41Speaker 1: What was so good about this story? What use black pain? Yeah? Yeah. So,
- 36:49Speaker 1: as Jay was saying, this woman was caught on video
- 36:51Speaker 1: by onlookers while painting using black paint, like Jay said,
- 36:56Speaker 1: over the yellow Black Lives Matter street mural. And this
- 36:59Speaker 1: is in Tina's, California. This has sparked outrage. The lady
- 37:04Speaker 1: and the man. Uh, they were out there and they
- 37:06Speaker 1: said that they were tired of the narrative of racism
- 37:10Speaker 1: and police brutality. Take a listen. This is racism, is
- 37:14Speaker 1: what it is. There is no impression. There is no racism.
- 37:19Speaker 1: It's a leftist lie. It's a lie from the media,
- 37:22Speaker 1: the liberal left, White people, probably police brutality. People are
- 37:27Speaker 1: resisting arrest, don't have a running with the law, don't
- 37:30Speaker 1: resist what's happening. Wow, see see see. You know what's
- 37:38Speaker 1: amazing the level of ignorance in people. There is no racism,
- 37:44Speaker 1: there is no police brutality. Really, what planet your ass
- 37:49Speaker 1: been living on, because that's all we know about. It's
- 37:53Speaker 1: racism and police brutect The fact that you are covering
- 37:57Speaker 1: up a Black Lives Matter sign, it's racism right there.
- 38:03Speaker 1: You sent up here talking about you're tired of the narrative.
- 38:05Speaker 1: You dumb backwards, bigoted, racist butthole who practice racism, but
- 38:13Speaker 1: you don't think it's racist. That's the whole problem. That's
- 38:16Speaker 1: the problem with that god that's in the Trump administration
- 38:18Speaker 1: that this says that he doesn't think there's any systemic racism. No,
- 38:23Speaker 1: there's no such thing as systemic racism. Excuse me, sir,
- 38:27Speaker 1: you're in the power of position. That's the problem we have.
- 38:29Speaker 1: So you see no reason for change, because if you
- 38:32Speaker 1: don't think it exists, why would you change? And that's
- 38:35Speaker 1: the problem. The real problem in this country is you
- 38:38Speaker 1: have so many people who won't who are trying to
- 38:43Speaker 1: act like they don't know what exists, when they know
- 38:45Speaker 1: getting hair well, it exists. I'll tell you what if
- 38:47Speaker 1: it was happening to you, I bet your ass would
- 38:50Speaker 1: think it would exist. I'm so sick of these people, man,
- 38:55Speaker 1: I'm just so sick of all of them in denial
- 38:59Speaker 1: because you want to say there's no police brutality. Stop
- 39:02Speaker 1: disobeying the law. What gives the police a right? What
- 39:07Speaker 1: day can he wake up because he got a badge
- 39:10Speaker 1: on and a gun and decide because you broke any
- 39:14Speaker 1: law that you should die today? I decide who live
- 39:17Speaker 1: or die today? Man? Miss me with day, thank you.
- 39:21Speaker 1: Coming up at thirty four after the aur President Trump
- 39:24Speaker 1: claimed that of the coronavirus cases are harmless. We'll talk
- 39:28Speaker 1: about it right after this. You're listening to show. Hey,
- 39:34Speaker 1: we're back, everybody. What is this kind of President Trumps?
- 39:37Speaker 1: He's made so many crazy statements? What's the newest? While junior?
- 39:41Speaker 1: During his remarks on the fourth of July during a
- 39:44Speaker 1: White House Independence Day event, Donald Trump made a dangerously
- 39:49Speaker 1: inaccurate claim that of coronavirus cases are totally harmless. Can
- 39:57Speaker 1: you believe? He said? Oh so so? Ain't it about
- 40:01Speaker 1: a hundred? Sometimes people did Tommy. There are more than
- 40:04Speaker 1: two point eight million cases of coronavirus in the US,
- 40:08Speaker 1: and almost one hundred and thirty thousand Americans have died
- 40:12Speaker 1: from this virus. Let me ask you this question. If
- 40:16Speaker 1: cases are harmless, why was he taking her dropsic clorical? Yeah,
- 40:24Speaker 1: I mean it's harmless. What is your ass taking all
- 40:26Speaker 1: the pels for it's harmless? Gonna get it? What is you?
- 40:32Speaker 1: What's you taking drugs? Are you getting tested every day? Man?
- 40:37Speaker 1: Why is everybody around you tested? Why do you live
- 40:40Speaker 1: your life in a cocoon? Yeah? It ain't. Never do it.
- 40:45Speaker 1: But brother, his leadership, his leadership and lack of not
- 40:49Speaker 1: taking this seriously I mean we all saw this past weekend,
- 40:52Speaker 1: the fourth of July weekend, large crowds. Yeah, no, no,
- 40:57Speaker 1: no masks or anything. Jay mount Rushmore, they went and
- 41:00Speaker 1: see him and check this out. Your son's girlfriend has it.
- 41:04Speaker 1: You think she'll be back over the house soon. I
- 41:06Speaker 1: don't think so. His son, yes, yes, well bet you
- 41:15Speaker 1: ain't gonna have your son around your ass. See you
- 41:20Speaker 1: next year. Yeah. Hey, this is how sere it is.
- 41:25Speaker 1: When Winton came from Dubai when winter was in Dubai
- 41:31Speaker 1: International and we had him get on the plane because
- 41:34Speaker 1: they was gonna shut down all the travel. When he
- 41:36Speaker 1: came home, he came to the door. My wife would't
- 41:38Speaker 1: let him into though, your own son. She gave him
- 41:41Speaker 1: the key to the guest house and that's where you
- 41:44Speaker 1: stayed for two weeks quarantine until we get you tested.
- 41:48Speaker 1: When he tested clear, she let him in the house.
- 41:51Speaker 1: Yeah that makes sense. Yeah, you know, we saw the
- 41:54Speaker 1: large crowds gather over the weekend in water parks in Michigan, Wisconsin,
- 41:59Speaker 1: Lakes of the the Ozarks, Florida, thirty four states. Over
- 42:03Speaker 1: thirty four states have report a spike in cases of
- 42:06Speaker 1: COVID nineteen and hospitals are overwhelmed with patients in Texas
- 42:10Speaker 1: and Arizona. So for the President to not lead by
- 42:15Speaker 1: example and not listen to his own public healthcare scientists
- 42:19Speaker 1: and doctors, I just I don't understand. Why doesn't he
- 42:23Speaker 1: take this seriously? But worse than that of the doctors
- 42:26Speaker 1: who won't speak up against Trump is right around them,
- 42:30Speaker 1: and you skirt the issue. So I fought them just
- 42:34Speaker 1: as much as I fought Trump. Well, they are going
- 42:38Speaker 1: to lose their job. Here's the real and I know
- 42:42Speaker 1: you shouldn't care about that more than but once they
- 42:45Speaker 1: make the one statement that they're gonna be out of work,
- 42:47Speaker 1: here is his problem. Donald Trump only cares about winning
- 42:53Speaker 1: in November again, and he don't care how many lives
- 42:57Speaker 1: it costs to get the win. What he's done is
- 43:01Speaker 1: remember he was out there every day talking about COVID nineteen.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Then all of a sudden that death total kept climbing,
- 43:08Speaker 1: so he decided to distance himself from the COVID nineteen
- 43:13Speaker 1: because he couldn't control it. Then he said, governors, do
- 43:16Speaker 1: what you want to do, when he clearly said he
- 43:18Speaker 1: has to all powers say so. But instead of putting
- 43:22Speaker 1: his foot down and saying, hey man, this will help
- 43:25Speaker 1: the entire country. We just stay closed a little bit longer.
- 43:29Speaker 1: But because he wanted to get the economy red back up.
- 43:32Speaker 1: So now let me show you something. Since people went
- 43:35Speaker 1: back to work, cares what employment rolls by eleven percent.
- 43:40Speaker 1: He gonna wave that in their face come November. But
- 43:44Speaker 1: he also got to wave that. What Joe Biden got
- 43:47Speaker 1: to do is waved that death toll in his face.

- 45:05Speaker 1: I wrote more band checks to and you do y'all
- 45:12Speaker 1: in my life. I know getting here well, I'd have
- 45:15Speaker 1: been down there for check frall. I know you know
- 45:20Speaker 1: when you rip it out, you know it's not well.
- 45:25Speaker 1: Check violence. Come on cat, Hello, Hello, I'm trying to
- 45:30Speaker 1: reach a Monica system. Monica please. Who's calling? This is
- 45:35Speaker 1: Brother Deshan. I'm calling. Actually, I'm remember Greater Commissionary Baptist Church.
- 45:40Speaker 1: How can I help you? Calling you? Actually? About the offering? Now?
- 45:42Speaker 1: Did you? I know you paid your ties every Sunday? Okay?
- 45:47Speaker 1: Now you paid a love offering as well? Right? Yes?
- 45:50Speaker 1: I do? Okay, Now this past Sunday, I'm looking at
- 45:54Speaker 1: a check that you left us with the bank, right right,
- 45:57Speaker 1: I sure did. I wrote check Sunday. Okay. Now the check,
- 46:01Speaker 1: ma'am was two hundred and fifty dollars. Am I correct? Right? Right?
- 46:05Speaker 1: I wrote two checks for my ties and the love offering? Right?
- 46:09Speaker 1: I wrote one for two fifty for the Love Offering. Okay,
- 46:11Speaker 1: now what is this call regarding? Why are you calling me? Well,
- 46:15Speaker 1: what I wanted to tell you is that I hate
- 46:17Speaker 1: to be a bar of bad news, but your check
- 46:21Speaker 1: that you wrote for two fifty actually has bounced. And
- 46:25Speaker 1: wait a minute, you said my check bounce for two
- 46:27Speaker 1: hundred and fifty dollars. Your check bounce. So what I'm
- 46:30Speaker 1: doing is calling you about recouping the two fifth as
- 46:34Speaker 1: well as you know you you cost us thirty dollars
- 46:39Speaker 1: in bank fees. But wait a minute, now, I wrote
- 46:41Speaker 1: two checks. I wrote a check for one hundred dollars.
- 46:43Speaker 1: Did that one bounce? I don't see to it that
- 46:46Speaker 1: that that one bounced up. All I know is the
- 46:47Speaker 1: one that the Love Offering has bounced. What did you
- 46:50Speaker 1: put them in at the same time? Because I wrote
- 46:52Speaker 1: him at the same time. They all go in on Monday, ma'am.
- 46:55Speaker 1: Now I didn't put them in at the same time.
- 46:57Speaker 1: I've been putting them in for the last two three years.
- 46:59Speaker 1: The problem is why would people write them? What is
- 47:01Speaker 1: your name? M Brother DeShawn? And you was at it Sunday,
- 47:04Speaker 1: I was. I don't think it matters when when I
- 47:07Speaker 1: was there. Man. The problem is it that I didn't
- 47:09Speaker 1: put these checks in And I don't understand why y'all
- 47:12Speaker 1: write these checks to the track knowing that they're gonna
- 47:15Speaker 1: because a lot of people write that good well not
- 47:18Speaker 1: right bad checks. We one clear, why the other one
- 47:21Speaker 1: didn't clear? Maybe you didn't have enough money for both
- 47:23Speaker 1: of them to clear. What What did you just say?
- 47:26Speaker 1: Maybe you didn't have enough money in the bank for
- 47:28Speaker 1: both of them to clear. I don't understand why people
- 47:30Speaker 1: planning money in the bank at all. My checks clear.
- 47:33Speaker 1: I don't write no rubber checks. Well, you wrote one
- 47:36Speaker 1: on Sunday, and that's the problem. How are you gonna
- 47:39Speaker 1: try to give a look you wait a minute, I
- 47:41Speaker 1: think you got me confused with somebody else. I don't
- 47:43Speaker 1: write no bad checks. You didn't wrote that to be
- 47:45Speaker 1: nice to you. I'm trying to be nice to you.
- 47:47Speaker 1: Win up, Can we expect the two fifty plus the
- 47:49Speaker 1: thirty dollars? So thirty dollars that's the bank feeds man
- 47:53Speaker 1: for the doll gonna check bouncing? My check didn't bounce.
- 47:56Speaker 1: I don't check my bank and if my check clear,
- 47:59Speaker 1: you're gonna ain't me thirty dollars for calling me harassing
- 48:02Speaker 1: me about a two hundred and fifty dollar check bounce.
- 48:05Speaker 1: I don't write no. Why would you write check? What
- 48:07Speaker 1: you want to sit up in the church and write
- 48:09Speaker 1: these big number checks when you know you ain't got
- 48:11Speaker 1: it in the bank. What did you say? I said,
- 48:14Speaker 1: why would you write these checks when the money ain't in? Now,
- 48:17Speaker 1: let me tell you that's one thing. I don't write
- 48:20Speaker 1: no bad checks. And you got a lot nerds calling
- 48:23Speaker 1: me telling me my check bounce. Y'all check is the
- 48:26Speaker 1: one that has bounced. And you tell you what you
- 48:27Speaker 1: do since my check bounce, you paid them, since you
- 48:31Speaker 1: got all the money, And don't call me with this again. Hello,
- 48:37Speaker 1: don't you hang up on me no more? Why don't
- 48:39Speaker 1: we gonna get this two fifty and this thirty dollars?
- 48:43Speaker 1: Somebody from the church tobody? I wrote a bad check.

- 48:49Speaker 1: didn't write no bad Yes, why are you calling me?
- 48:52Speaker 1: Why the treasure? Don't call me at church? The treasure

- 49:22Speaker 1: Can you ask for that? Look? When are we gonna
- 49:24Speaker 1: get this? Two hundred and eighty dollars is what we're
- 49:26Speaker 1: looking for from you? I wrote a check for two
- 49:28Speaker 1: fifty and not get two eighty. You put the thirty
- 49:32Speaker 1: dollars with it. You put two fifty in there. It bounced.
- 49:35Speaker 1: Thirty dollars cost us on bake fees. That's two eighty.
- 49:39Speaker 1: Waken the church. Expect the money. Never not no two eighty.

- 1:02:38Speaker 1: you got to find me. We would meet each other
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: on highways and rest stops and hotel parking lots and
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: comedy clubs, just to be that. I don't know anybody
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: a better friend. But you're not looking for a friend.
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: You're looking for you want someone who's dedicated, loyal, problem solving,
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: willing to stay in there and fight when the tough
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: get going, when the when the going gets tough, the
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: tough get going. You want that. You want someone who's
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: willing to work through the marriage when it gets hard.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: You want someone you can depend on, come home and
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: know he's there. You want someone to ride out the
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: rest of your life with, to make it to the take.
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: You want someone to laugh and go dancing with all
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: of that. This is not the one, what, Steve, Why
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: did you say that? This old bastard. The moment you
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: piss him off, the marriage is over. Don't give it down,
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: yess wants. He starts sitting outside that house looking at
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: that dough. He won't even go in yes, chances that
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: it is ended. Now. I'll admit Jay and I both
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: have made some mistakes, made some bad choices in our life.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: I happened to believe in love, and I think that
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: it's worth one more try love. He don't give a
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: damn about love. Don't tell him you love him. If
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: you want to hear it back, don't say it to him. Steve,
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: are you serious? He right now? Jay, it's Steve telling
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: the truth. Well, oh my god, can't stop laughing, laughing,
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: He just laughing. I'm nail I'm nailing his ass. This
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: is a comedic crucifixion. His ass is on the cross. No,
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: Jay is the coolest dude man. If you want to
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: have fun, this is the guy. But if you want
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: that commitment to that fun the rest of your life,
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: and we ain't gonna do that. We're gonna have some fun,
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: but not the rest of your life. He could do
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: it for a portion of your life. We're not fitting
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: do nothing for the rest of your dad. The only
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: thing he fitted to do the rest of his life
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: is be j Anthony Brown the rest of his life.
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: He promising you nothing. She let me tell you something.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: He don't break promises he just don't give you no no,
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: no problem. No. See, he don't go back on his word. Jay.
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: Jay is a trustworthy dude. Man. Here that dog Jay,
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: he beat there, he beat there. He tell you're gonna
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: write He gonna write it. Now. If he don't tell
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: you that, don't be looking forward and then telling like
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: you didn't write it. I didn't tell y'all it's gonna
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: write it. Jay, you don't want a ball It gets
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: a list side. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. He wants to
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: be booed up, and then he wants the boot to
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: go home. We've been booed up this evening. Tomorrow, we
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: don't need to be booed up. We need to boot
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: up to see tomorrow we up, then we'll come back
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: and get booed again. It takes a special woman to
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: want that now. I don't know if that's what the
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: ladies looking for. It is posted comment on Today's Drive
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: FM or Instagram and Facebook and coming up at forty
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: six after the hour. I got a pour from y'all.
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: About fourth of July, were two a here you're listening
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: show everybody. We're back to Steve hurt mort show. You
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: know this past Saturday was the fourth of July. Did
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: y'all watch fireworks in person? Or did y'all watching virtually?
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: They tried to do something stuff. It was crazy. It
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: was kind of weak. It was weak. I don't know
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: where y'all live. Yeah, I don't know. Whe y'all was
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: like a war I'm serious. Yeah, a lot of neighborhood
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: you know. Man. I heard fireworks, but I couldn't see them. No,
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: exactly neighborhood stuff. I heard him, but I'm from the hood.
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: I've heard that before. You heard it before. It wasn't
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: much for you. But it was like a war zone
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: over here in my apartment. They over here popping them,
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: and they're gonna say, what the apartments on for our skates?
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: So I did, will pick up my opin and just
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: document at the moment, right, so wrote? I wrote a poem.
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: I wrote a poem. I wrote a poem by fireworks,
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: a matter of fact, called It's called Julior's Fireworks. Wow, Hey, hey,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: can I do this? Can I say this? When Junior
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: finished his poem? Can we go around the room and
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: get it from one to ten? Yeah? Here we go,
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: the Junior's fire work poem. Now I'm not really one
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: that likes to complain, but the fourth of July was
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: off the chain. Independence Day was just crazy as hell,
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: because if it wasn't in bairut, hey I should couldn't
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: tell what was all that noise that was going on
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: last night, car alarms, ringing, exploding, flashing lights. I was
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: trying to hang, but I was like, bro, these food
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: out here doing full blown firework shows. Remember them little
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: sparklers we used to have, or them little fire crackers
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: they used to burn out rear rear real fast. Not
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: in twenty twenty. Y'all heard what I said. Niggles had
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: me scared. I hid up under my bed, just boom boom.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: They didn't think of the costs. A whop one of
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: them foods blew their damn finger off the end. I
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: love it, thank you n word, And it sounded like it. No,
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: I didn't, no, he said the end. Now, I like
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: at the beginning, when he was struggling to get the
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: four four he got stuck on the said have to
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: give you something like I'm gonna have to take two
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: points for your start off because I got stuck in
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: the block. You can't back on the Okay, All right,
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: here we go. I give him an I'm gonna give
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: him an eight because he was stuck in the bath.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: I got you, I got you a seven. June. You
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: clear your throat right before with every time that bothers
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: me right there, A nice sething dough. That's what I do. Okay,
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: I'll give you a four from start to finish. When
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: you get the point five back you're listening to Welcome Back, Carla.
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: We had some news down in Atlanta over the weekend.
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: What's going on? It was horrible. Uh. Atlanta Mayor Kesha
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: Lance Bottoms was on the news last night and uh,
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: an eight year old little girl was fatally shot in
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: Atlanta Saturday night near the area where that Wendy's where
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: Ray Schard Brooks was killed by a former Atlanta police officer.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: Her name the little girl is her name was Sequoia Turner,
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: and she was in the car with her mother and
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: another adult friend. They were driving. They exited the freeway.
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: Um from early reports of what I'm hearing, individuals had
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: blocked this entrance to this parking lot. They started just
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: shooting at the car and they killed this little eight
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: year old girl, a Sequoia Turner eight years old, and
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: so Steve you know, we were kind of talking guys.
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: We were talking earlier about yes protesters, but just like
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: the mayor was saying, you know, we're killing each other
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: are yeah, there we are. You know. Um, I think
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: that we have to The movement is real. Black Lives
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: Matter is a very very real movement, and so I
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: think that, Listen, we do have a problem with racism
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: in this country, a huge problem. It's not a new problem.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: We do have a problem with police brutality towards black people.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: And it's a fact that it's aimed directly at black
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: people because it never happens to white people. So I
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: got that most people are able to see that now,
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: well not most, but a lot of people are able
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: to see it right now. So we do have Black
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: Lives Matter has to grapple with this. But we're going
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: to have to turn Black Lives Matter into an overall
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: campaign also after we get some laws, as we get
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: these not after, but as we get these laws change,
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: as do we get some things done to stop these
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: policemen from killing us the way they do and have done.
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: We've got to take this campaign into our communities, and
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: we have got to get black men and our communities involved.
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: The only way to stop these killings in our community
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: is black men got to get involved. Because the major
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: perpetrators are these crimes or black on black crime are
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: young boys, African American boys. The reason they have it
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: is because they are of the disfranchise and misguided sector.
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: And we've got to recapture them mentally at an earlier
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: age so that we get them to understand that black
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: lives matter everywhere to everybody, and it's our responsibility to
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: take that mantra and make it a factor in our neighborhoods.
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: The only way to get this done with black men
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: the government. They can't change their own policies. Look, we've
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: got to get some economic things done in our community,
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: because economics drives crime. Low. Impoverished areas you have crimes.
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: You go over the Appalachian Mountains, they still running moonshine
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: up there. You're running these poor white communities. They selling meth,
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: They selling meth man trailer parks all across this country.
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: So don't you dare tell me that it's just black people,
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: because it ain't. Because crime is perpetrated by lack of
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: opportunity and economics. So we got to get some economics
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: going entire community. That I do understand. But we also
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: in the meantime have to get more black men involved
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: with black boys lives so we can get black boys
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: off these streets and get some guidance. And that's done
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: with mentoring, period, because black lives gonna have to matter
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: to everybody all the way across the board. The little
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: girl should not die. That's true. Lord, coming a girl.
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: More of today's trending news stories on the Steve Harry
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: Morning Show, with twenty minutes after that hour back you're listening,
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: show heard anybody. We're back Steve Hurry bough to show
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: call us some big news out of Mississippi. Well, Mississippi
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: lawmakers voted to remove the Confederate emblem from the state wag. Finally, finally, yeah, yeah,
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: biggest news because Mississippi, Steve human, Mississippi. I'men in Mississippi.
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: Mississippi ain't no joke with dair racism. I mean inside
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: in the open. It's out in the open, out in
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: the open, that's right, Jay. The Mississippi State House and Center,
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: it voted to remove the current flag and a new
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: flag will be designed and a new flag cannot include
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: the Confederate symbol and must have the words and God
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: we trust. So the citizens of Mississippi say it's time
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: to say goodbye to the old Mississippi. So that finally
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: that's good news. You can clap all you want to,
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: but you know what they just did. It increased the
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: sales of Confederate flags off the hook. Now, these people
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: working non stop because they're gonna buy them. That's just
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: that power. It's harder than to give up. Man, it's
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: the way of life. It's it's it's it's it's a
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: symbol for them, for them, right that they that they
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: think is their power, their heritage, right when they they
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: con clueless to the fact that that heritage, how it
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: affects black people, and they could care less. Yeah, they're
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: always talking about our forefathers, were your forefathers? Was wrong? Yeah,
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: we have more to Steve Harvey, more to show in
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: some trend of news at thirty three after the hour. Okay,
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: you're listening to the show, all everybody, we're back in
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: time for national news and entertainment news. Callifred, what's you got?
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: All right, So we've been talking about this all morning.
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: Kanye West that he is running for president in twenty twenty.
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: This year, he said in part in his tweet, his
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: message was, we must now realize the promise of America
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: by trusting God, unifying our vision, and building our future.
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: And I am running for president of the United States
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: flag and the United States hashtag twenty twenty vision. So far,
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: his wife Kim Kardashian West is of course supporting her husband,
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: supporting him along with Tesla Ceo, Elon Musk, and former
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: Dallas cow Boys star Das Bryant. He is supporting Kanye
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: Dan's Bryant. Yes, yes, yes, I'm not playing yes, but
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: they're his supporters right now. So what you got is,
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: right now, he got three vote dance. I understand Kim,
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: she won't be first lady, So I got that. Elon
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: Musk has always been a guy that goes out front
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: take chances. Realistically, I mean, if it was just Kanye
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: against Trump, I would vote for Kanye absolutely, hands down, absolutely.
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: But in the reality of what's going on, you haven't filed,
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: you haven't submitted to correct paperwork. Democratic convention is coming
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: up soon, you know, so obviously you must be running
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: as an independent. You have no idea what the campaign
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: costs to even get your name out there, what I'm
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: and and and it's a plethora of other things. But
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: if you were serious about this, then I thought you
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: should have made it as a serious bid in a
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: timely fashion or the This just to me sounds a
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: lot like a publicity stunt. And I ain't got time
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: for this. Now. I love Kanye, Dad's Brian is supporting you.
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: Who who is that? I just feel like we don't
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: have time. Like you said, Steve, it's time, we gotta
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: get out there. And there are some sit your ass
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: down times, and this is it. This is a sit
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: your ass down and just But he would actually be
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: going up against a man that he said was the father.
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: He never had a whole mole lot and see the reason.
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: See I had a father. He was nothing like Donald Trump.
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: They had no no similar characteristics at all. My father
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: was about the business of man period, man, coldest dude
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: that I ever met. And nothing Donald Trump has done
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: reminded him of my father. But I guess if you're fatherless,
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: you could your father. You never knew a head. You
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: could make that statement because maybe you don't have a
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: real view of what a real father would look like. Well,
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: it's the last break of the day until all lives matter,
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: the black lives matter, Black lives matter. Yeah, we have
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: Steve's closing remarks coming before the nine minutes after the hour.
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: This you're listening all everybody was the last break of
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: the day. We're back, you know. Yeah, what day Monday.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: It feels kind of weird. I mean, after all that
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: time I'm standing up late, there's for no reason. Just
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: up somebody, it's all y'all game weight, Yes, I have, Timmy, Yeah,
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: and and I'm exercising, so well, that's good. Jay. I'm
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: eat when I'm eating more than I'm morgan on. Hey,
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: in the words of Lee Haney, you cannot out train
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: a bad diet. I wanted to tell Tommy this, Steve.
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: We wanted to give a shout out to the protesters
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: in Baltimore. Did you see this, Timmy? You love these
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: kind of stories. They pulled down the statue in Baltimore
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: of Christopher Columbus using a rope, and they dragged it
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: down the stairs and tossed it in the harbor. Look
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: what we discovered. Okay, come down from that point, hey, listen, So,
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: so what wasn't that? Can we tear that mountain down.
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: What's the name of that mountain? Mountain Rushmore, whole mountain down.
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: We just changed the faces. We put Malcolm X up there. Yeah,
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: Barack Obama boy in in a flavor. Flavor. They were
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: a stallion, Lady. People would die before the stallion. Don't
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: not not the face, just that asshole. It ain't enough
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: rock up there, Jake to sculpture that. Wait a minute,
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: hold up, Steve, you don't want none of this, man,
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: You n I got to do clothes with remarks. Man
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: in the right state of mind, we need to you know,
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: it's a deal. You know, um huh. You know. I've
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: done so many closing remarks of late about all that's
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: going on about racism in this country. And I'm not
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: the spokesperson for black people, but i show't know how
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: black people feel because I've been black for sixty three year.
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: Is it's not new to me. It's not of these
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: protests are not new to me. The being sick and tired,
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: of being sick and tired is not new to me.
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: I am quite still a bit myth though, at the
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: attitudes of some people. After all the evidences in all
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: the video footage is viewed, all of the protesters have spoken,
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: all of the mothers that have been on TV and
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: cried over the loss of their sons. When all of
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: the facts are in, I am still a bit myth though,
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: at how so many people look at this and don't
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: see nothing. Long. It's damned and disheartening because I just
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: don't understand. I mean, at one point in time, you
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: would think, man, that would be a little bit of empathy.
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: I got you can't imagine what it's like to be black.
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: I'm not asking you too, but I am asking you
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: to imagine this though. Imagine what was happening to black
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: people if it were happening to you, Just how would
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: you feel? Okay, stop the fact you can't even begin
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: to imagine what it's like being black. Stern stopped that,
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: I know how you know, you don't know. You can't.
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: I promise you you can't, and so away with that.
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: But can you imagine for a moment, how would you
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: feel if they came into your churches while you was
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: praying and praising God and it got shot and murdered.
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: How would you feel if they came in, if they
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: came into your synagogue the way they do Jewish people
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: and murdered them and walked out. How would you feel
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: if they slaughtered your children? If you kept seeing black
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: kids get shot down by police, if you kept seeing
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: your sons, who wore the same skin color as you
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: repeatedly in the news, die at the hands of police officers,
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: how would you feel? Frederick Duglas said, in a long
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: time ago, he said, there's not a man alive today
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: who would feel the slavery is right for them. So
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: I'm a bit myth that you can't even place yourself
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: and imagine that. So of recently when you see the
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: white couple that's taking black paint and painting over the
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: Black Lives Matter mural and then saying, I'm tired all
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: this talk about racism. There is no racism. I'm tired
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: all this talk about police, police brutality. Obey the law.
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: We did that. We obey the law. We stopped, We
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: put our hands up, we go down our knees. We
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: allow you to cut for us. You still kill us.
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: We do that. We obey the law. We pull over,
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: we kneel. Did you see the picture of the man
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: he got on his knees. They shot him. Anyway, you
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: pull us over in the car, We stop. We show
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: you the license we have to carry a gun, and
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: you kill us anyway we do, we stop all the time.
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: We keep doing it, y'all, So I'm a bit miffed
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: that you don't see that. I'm miffed because of the
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: fact that we ask you over and over and over
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: to stop putting your symbols of racism in our face
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: because your Confederate flag affects us differently, and you keep
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: talking to us about your culture, your history, your forefathers.
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: I want to say something about your forefathers. Your forefathers
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: was wrong. They was dead wrong. A lot of your
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: forefathers own slaves. So know why you want us to
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: sit up here and have all this faith in Some
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: of your forefathers wrote in the Constitution that constantly has
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: not included us. Your forefathers used to say that that
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: women couldn't vote. Your forefathers said that the negro was
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: three fifths of a human being. This is what your
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: forefathers wrote. Y'all didn't amend it that. Y'all need to
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: mend some most stuff because your forefathers was wrong. They
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: weren't perfect people. They were slave owners. So excuse us
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: when we don't feel the same way you do. Those
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: are my closing remarks, okay. For all Steve Harvey contests,
