- 0:03[SPEAKER_01]: The only thing that we hang manners for that we put up around this building is world championships.
- 0:09[SPEAKER_00]: And you know the message clear, you know, we just have to play better.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody wants to take a chip and dip it in that sauce.
- 0:15[SPEAKER_00]: There's no one to say.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_02]: Talk to you in the better place.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_06]: You know, but we've got a lot of fucking way to talk to the bull.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_03]: What's up, guys?
- 0:32[SPEAKER_03]: This is Jeff Anis.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_04]: You're listening to 4 man's Packers Hot Dance.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_04]: Hello, welcome to another dish from the program's Packers Podcasts.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_04]: We're on Packers Podcasts in the state of our minds.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_04]: I am Spencer joined this super Todd Todd.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_04]: Hello, and the Green Bay Packers won this week 27 to 20.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to support 27 points.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_04]: So you know, we were going to win Packers are six three and one currently the six seed in the NFC all as well.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_04]: Again, fifth time winning this year is going 27 points.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_03]: Amazing.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_04]: One of those games where I think during we were like, ooh, I wasn't a lot of fun, but as time has gone on, it's like, maybe that wasn't all that bad.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_04]: You know, it was a not very good Giants team, but it is a Giants team with, you know, a new head coach, the James Winston effect, obviously, who did more than enough to try to feed the Packers defense with some turnovers that did not.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_04]: happen.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_04]: But yeah, Packers win.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_04]: We watched the game of the Park Tavern in St. Louis Park with Billy and her buddy Shane.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_04]: Thoughts on.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_04]: Thoughts on the atmosphere at the Park Tavern.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_03]: I was just going to say it's a great atmosphere.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_03]: Well, that might be a stretch.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_03]: It's a good atmosphere.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_03]: It might great might be a stretch, but like it's it's a fine viewing experience.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_03]: I think if we may be sat in the outdoor portion, but that like screened in porch, that might have been a better atmosphere.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_03]: There was too much traffic where we sat.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that would be my only thing.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_04]: That's fair.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_04]: We were in a higher traffic area.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_04]: I guess you had your eyes to it.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_04]: I did not.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_04]: So it wasn't as much of a big deal, but
- 2:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I had my eyes to the bar where everybody stands to get their drinks.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, yeah, it's not like, also the TVs were tiny up there.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_03]: So that was the other problem, but on the other wall behind me, it was probably better.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_04]: I do like the park tavern, uh, they have a restaurant bowling alley and then a second bar and the second bar is a packer bar.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_04]: It is only the packer game being played in that bar area.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_04]: And then after touchdowns, you get free little green shots, which they ran out of after two touchdowns.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_04]: Two touchdowns.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's not.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_04]: Real it's the first time being there since the last one was there was the I own new game from Rogers Which is ironic because he's playing in Chicago this weekend.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_04]: It sounds like as long as his rest holds up well enough Which I'm sure he'll push to play but I like the part to have her and I don't know how much we need to get into it But it wasn't not a lot of idiots besides and this is not you know I love all people you know me.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_04]: I love all people.
- 3:15[UNKNOWN]: Oh, yes
- 3:16[SPEAKER_04]: Any time you watch a game at a bar, there's always one woman that says, uh, got what is it?
- 3:24[SPEAKER_04]: Get him.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_04]: Get him.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_04]: Well, it's get him.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_04]: No, it's come on.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_04]: It's that.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_04]: The oil.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_04]: It's like the get up.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, maybe it's just games.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_04]: And then the perk tavern.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_03]: But that's what uh, that's what I call it.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_03]: Any time the QB has the ball, the opposing QB has the ball in his hands for more than two seconds.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_03]: It's get him.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_04]: my one regret watching the game and it was a good game to watch with the group of people because you know kind of went back and forth Packers obviously ended up winning and maybe so far like the biggest play will two biggest plays of the year the saviour and William catch on third and test and then the Christian Watson touched on at the end which I regret my reaction and you probably feel the same way because I was happy but then I was like there's four minutes left and this defense hasn't really held up all that well all games so immediately I was like oh there's too
- 4:11[SPEAKER_03]: James Jamest and uh we went on with their lives and he was Jamest saying all game the Packers quarterbacks just could not get their hands on those Jamest balls.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_03]: Well their hands were on the balls They just couldn't secure it.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, it was for it was one of those.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_03]: It was like four, right?
- 4:28[SPEAKER_03]: Was it four at least five?
- 4:30[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know
- 4:31[SPEAKER_03]: it was crazy.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_03]: The amount of dropped picks were wild and it was just consistent too.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_03]: It was like every other drive.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_03]: He threw not just a pickable ball, but a ball that bounced off the Defender's hands like picks six territory.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_04]: I think Kishan had one Bullards would have been a pick six.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_04]: Apparently on the alt 22 I didn't watch, but he was upset with Isaiah McDuffy for hitting him for telling him.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and and the Carrington valentine one of his two right and you have two at least one of them might have been a little more borderline, but he's over the one of them was the sixth territory.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah, so
- 5:10[SPEAKER_04]: I don't either way, fun game overall, 27 points, so once a win, I'll take a win even if, you know, maybe we would have liked it to be.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_04]: We haven't had any like breathers this year besides the first two weeks it seems.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, first two weeks were, were nice.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_04]: But this week we'll have our big thought, you know, leading that off after the game.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_04]: We'll talk off and see defense, take news.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_04]: You know, it's a discussion some people have had RB better without Josh Jacob's stumps spending packer's trivia and then we will preview the Vikings game which will probably be a longer preview.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to go on a rant because, you know, we live in Minnesota.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_04]: Whoa.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_04]: I just question the Vikings, their GM, yeah, I don't, I don't like the Minnesota Vikings.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_04]: But Todd leading things on, what was your big takeaway?
- 5:52[SPEAKER_04]: Your big thought after the game.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_03]: Gosh, for this one, it felt like
- 6:01[SPEAKER_03]: Malik Willis like is he is he the best quarterback ever like that was my thought like when he went in that was the spark that we needed For the game and I said like I was joking around During the game, but I was like it was like 75% serious
- 6:18[SPEAKER_03]: that like I win the league willus is in.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_03]: I fucking love it.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_03]: Like the offense is fun.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_03]: It's way more fun.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_03]: It's fun.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if it's sustainable, but it's probably isn't, but it's fun.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, anytime you have an option play where your quarterback picks up like 15 yards on her runs out of bounds and it's like, oh, that was a nice, easy first down, and then obviously that
- 6:45[SPEAKER_03]: We'll talk about what that play to when he throws that ball and he's throwing it to Christian Watson, right?
- 6:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_03]: Does he not know the crossers coming?
- 6:54[SPEAKER_03]: He the timing is either amazing or horrible.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_04]: So Matt LaFlor was asked about that and he said that Malik told him that he didn't even see Romeo.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_04]: So he wasn't trying to throw it to him and he literally just locked on a Watson and ripped it in there.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_04]: Um, yeah, fun to get, uh, will us out there.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I would say we'll talk, you know, quarterbacks obviously.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_04]: Jordan love.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, one of the better games of his careers statistically wouldn't think so.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_04]: But with having five six drops, uh, you know, coming back after getting injured.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_04]: even just the pressure he got hit eight times, but stood in there after that game against the Eagles where he was a little crab walkie, which is, you know, shot out James again.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_04]: My big takeaway with this game though, and hopefully it's something that we can settle on a little bit more here.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_04]: happy with Matt LaFlor you know it's been a pretty shitty year just moving on after the first two weeks where was the Browns was like what are we doing the Cowboys game it was like what are we doing at the end um i'm trying to think the Panthers game there's a couple dumb decisions you know Browns gave me the third down throw uh Eagle's game there was just soap a handful you know the kicker thing and all that and this game there isn't really much that I can think of to complain about with Matt LaFlor he want to fucking challenge
- 8:12[SPEAKER_04]: Which never happens.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_04]: He did.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_04]: He had a better ratio of throwing versus pass.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_04]: Because what ended up journal of through 26 times or there was 26 total throws including Malik Willis and there was 23 runs but that's including three runs from quarterback.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_04]: So you know good ratio there We spread the ball out a little bit more tooth kind of thrown to the sidelines a little bit more of that intermediate passive game so
- 8:38[SPEAKER_04]: you know, a kicker thing is still whatever, but overall I feel better about Matt LaFlor after wanting to tear him a new one about the month before this.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like this was kind of guaranteed this week.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_03]: It'll be interesting to see what next week looks like as far as, you know, yep, game plan, that's everything.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_04]: And that's what we'll get into with take news in the Josh Jacobs of it all.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_04]: Quarterbacks.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, again, Jordan love 13 for 24, 174 yards, two touchdowns, no picks.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_04]: He was sack the two times.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, like I said, again, I thought he played about as good of a game as he could have gotten knocked out, came back.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I don't know if he was maybe injected with something too, but he had that like tape or whatever that they put on him.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_04]: uh... the deep throw to saviour was fun and i don't know what it is with journal of where he does it too often for it to be luck where he just skies these balls up and they happen to just drop right into the basket of these receivers you've seen it with took her craft i mean the first one that most people remember
- 9:39[SPEAKER_04]: from 23 is that uh throw to roll me out dobs on fourth down that just came down and you know again here with the seat the one that's saving on um be go ahead touchdown to Watson it was fun again I think that's like the play of the season so far just coming from behind in the fourth quarter Christian Watson nice catch um yeah it a couple drops that he still came back from and
- 10:03[SPEAKER_04]: Not like I was ever out on Jordan Love, but again, this is a big year for him.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_04]: His third year starting.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_04]: He's got the big contract.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_04]: And now it's like for me, I'm like, again, stone cold like he is the guy.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_04]: He's a top 10 quarterback in the league.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_04]: I think you
- 10:19[SPEAKER_04]: can win a Super Bowl with them.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_04]: I think he's a 100% you can win a Super Bowl, so I love it.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_04]: Because it's always the cut cousins of it.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_04]: Cut cousins is always like I think of him as that line.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_04]: Like you can't win with this guy.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_04]: I think Jordan love can put enough games together to win the whole thing.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if that'll happen this year.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_04]: But again, we talked about the dumb plays with him.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_04]: Only three picks on the season.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe he should slide more.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe that was a learning experience for him.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_04]: He said he was still feeling it after the game.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, love during love.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_03]: I think to your point on like can you win a silver with them obviously?
- 10:54[SPEAKER_03]: Like if Jalen hurts can win a silver ball and I'm a big time Jalen hurts hate her saying if I don't know, I think I've said that a few times, but like you can win a silver will draw.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_03]: We saw Jordan love in 2023 that run that he went on from November to January was I mean if you play like that
- 11:15[SPEAKER_03]: That that play wins Super Bowl.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_03]: So like that was elite level play up until the championship game correct.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_03]: That was your the vision of the original that was the division.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, but yeah, no, I thought he played he played he played fine it actually he played good he played good the drops were horrible that was the underlying problem was the drops
- 11:35[SPEAKER_03]: the decision making and just I just chalk it up to silly body like going out there and like yeah I'm just going to run into this guy it's like well we just don't have to do that and then it's like the times where it's like you could run into somebody to get a first down he doesn't so we just got a sort through that a little bit that's a feel thing you just got a it takes a little bit of experience for Jordan maybe not everybody but Jordan needs that experience to just like
- 12:05[SPEAKER_04]: Yep, he had a little booboo, nothing, you know, catastrophic.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_04]: So hopefully he can learn from it.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_04]: It was the correct shoulder.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, that was the big, as soon as he was like, going to the sideline and it's like, that was the left shoulder.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, good.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, we're fine.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_04]: We talked about Malik Willis.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_04]: We'll just bring it up again.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_04]: Two for two, six yards, the one touched down.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_04]: He did have the one run for 16 as well.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_04]: You talked about, you know, feeling good about him, Yadayada.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, great backup.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_04]: I assume we won't be able to afford him and I don't think he wants to stay as a backup for me, right?
- 12:36[SPEAKER_04]: If I think he's the breaking case of emergency quarterback as in like that jolt You know, it's a word everyone kind of uses for him when he comes in if you're stale on offense and we've had half square that happens Maybe you just put him out there.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_04]: You know if he had two three drives in or over you don't move the ball well
- 12:53[SPEAKER_04]: Put Malik out there for the start of the series.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_04]: Have them get a first downer to take them out put Jordan love and maybe just get the ball rolling that way and then, you know, pull them and have the offense do what they're doing.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_03]: What's the movie where Jason Safem has to be electrocuted all the time?
- 13:10[SPEAKER_03]: Like crank or something that sounds right crank to you.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_04]: I haven't seen that.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_03]: The Packers are Jason Safem and Malik Willis is a toaster in the bathtub.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_03]: That might kill.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_03]: Have you watched that movie?
- 13:23[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't watched it the movie.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_03]: That seems like there would be nothing kills him.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_03]: He gets he like jumps on like a electrical transformer because it's like if he stops if his heart goes so low he dies or something right?
- 13:35[SPEAKER_03]: No idea.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_03]: I have absolutely no clue what the premise of it is.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_03]: I've just seen him get electrocuted like the entire movie.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_04]: receivers, Christian Watson, uh, you know, lead off with him.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_04]: He wasn't even a leading receiver in this game for receptions 46 yards.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_04]: The two touchdowns long of 17, um, it seems like on deep balls.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_04]: If it's not over the shoulder, if he's if he's got us like chest.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_04]: front a little bit where he's turned round.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_04]: He's a lot better on catching these passes.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_04]: You know, we saw it the week before where he completely misjudged the one ball and played defensive instead of trying to catch it.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_04]: The touchdown was obviously a good example of this.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_04]: The first touchdown strong hands strong.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_04]: That's that's one that is tough because that very much DB immediately got his hands in there was trying to rip it out but he held onto it.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_04]: He's almost playing like his hands are
- 14:23[SPEAKER_04]: bigger this year.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_04]: Like his fingers looked longer with those yellow gloves that he's that he's wearing.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_04]: And then he even you know all the passing touchdowns, the one to wily too, that nice little pick play, which Matt Alfor said in the Monday presser was not on purpose or whatever, which I'm sure he's just saying that to say that he did follow up saying, well, if you're within a yard of the line of scrimmage, you're allowed to you know contact
- 14:52[SPEAKER_04]: He's great.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_04]: He should be the number one.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I don't know.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_04]: I feel dumb saying this shit because it's like golden, jen read, Romeo, whatever.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, he is just electric.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_04]: You know, he doesn't get as many targets as we probably would like.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_04]: But again, I mean, I love having Christian Watson out there, especially when I don't think we thought he would be this much of a factor this early in the year after turned to ZCL.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_03]: I think Watson continues to just, for me, he just impresses me more and more every time I see him this year, which is obviously been a couple times.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_03]: But my point being is just that like his ability to go up and get the ball, I think I said this, maybe it was Sunday, that like he, he's like the only guy that you can consistently say improves every year.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like he's gotten better every year, like their stretches, you know, where he has issues and stuff like that, but like the dude is like,
- 15:43[SPEAKER_03]: He's super consistent to these last couple games of just like when the ball is up there going up in attacking it.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, he had that miss that he lost the ball, but like the strong hands.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_03]: He's a big target.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_03]: Like he's kind of like they're kind of using him as like a red zone target.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, like he's almost like just like a big tight end out there.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_03]: That can run a hundred miles an hour, which is like what more could you ask for out of your stud wider receiver?
- 16:08[SPEAKER_03]: So super exciting to see him and like what he is turning into as far as like the consistency portion like he is Right now looking like the most consistent guy on the offense
- 16:20[SPEAKER_04]: He, what was it going to say here?
- 16:24[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, that one year extension we gave him two for 13 billion is looking better and better.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_04]: This was supposed to be a country.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_04]: It looks good.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_04]: Awesome.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_04]: Also, fun fact, this was sent in from Billy who had it sent in from Jen, who this was to the podcast, I believe.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_04]: That was the first time I think for a packer I assume since 1985 that receiver caught a touchdown from two different quarterbacks during the game.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_03]: Which is wild because do you remember was it what if the Rogers got hurt who came in after Rogers when right when Watson first got drafted because it wasn't Jay love
- 17:00[SPEAKER_04]: No, it would have been J-loved.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_04]: It was J-loved.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, on Watson's Rickier, but I mean even the the Scott tollsine that Flynn back and forth I would have thought it would have happened.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_03]: And stuff too.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so I don't I was surprised to hear that Romeo Dobbs I mean he was fine not really for for 53 who was the leading receiver.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_04]: He led the team in targets with eight
- 17:20[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, two just brutal drops.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_04]: He's it's strong hands until they aren't.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_04]: It's been weird because the receivers were really, really good this year about not dropping the ball until literally these last two weeks where I feel like there was like maybe two or three the first few weeks of the season.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_04]: And now it's like there it feels like there's been six or eight the last two weeks.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_04]: But at least wasn't dobs.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_03]: Like he wasn't dropping the ball all season until
- 17:48[SPEAKER_04]: He dig a little banged up in the game.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_04]: You could see on the sideline the turf at MetLife one it's hard, but it's also those pellets Popped up and gotten his eye Metla Ford did send Monday to that because he did come out of the game a couple times with injuries Matt said after the game if you looked at him, you would think that he was in a boxing match because of how swollen his eyes got Throughout the game.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so not
- 18:10[SPEAKER_04]: not great, uh, Savion Williams.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, one plan offense.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_04]: That's all he needed.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_04]: Huge catch on third and totally had one snap on offense.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_04]: Once snap on offense, I mean, he started the day in a boot.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_04]: He came off the bus wearing a boot and Matt said when he was getting breakfast in the morning who's like, oh man, he's wearing a boot like it's never good when he's here starting kick returner, wearing a boot like that.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but yeah kick returner had the one play on offense high point of the ball the first receiver play He's made all year everything else has been gadget bullshit So it was nice to see him.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_04]: I mean the ball was hanging up in the air so longer like it's CV on it's CV on and it's like yep, nose ring pink dreadlocks and all came down with a ball and I don't know potentially Seasoned saving play right there late in the fourth
- 18:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and I want to say to when we are watching like the highlights of Savion and College his highlights are amazing like if he's covered he's going to make the catch if he's wide open fucking good luck buddy like that balls he's not coming down with that ball so that was like an interesting it's like something's never changed type of thing where it's like you throw in this big ball.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_04]: one play in the entire game and he goes up and makes a play for what thirty you say like it's over thirty yards it was a big it was a big thirty three yards yep he in that's a thing to talk about that because you know that's the comparisons to Cordell Patterson he does have the contested catches and college was like one of the highest rated four contested catches and all of college football and we finally saw that on Sunday
- 19:41[SPEAKER_04]: Duntaving Wix, only had the one catch.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_04]: Little surprise has been more involved with the injuries that have popped up.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_04]: Millie Keith and Bo Milton.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, Bo, I think he only had the one snap on offense as well.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_04]: That little jet sweep thing that actually worked to pick up a first down.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_04]: So that was nice.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_04]: I like using Bo Milton just that way.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_04]: The Millie Keith on Saturday, it was announced that he was not going to travel with the team coach's decision.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_04]: So I took a screenshot on Friday because I saw it pop up.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_04]: because he retweeted someone who replied to a tweet talking about snap counts between Christian Watson and Beaumelton and then targets and receptions and someone replied to that tweet saying something along the lines of why do they hate Malik Heath and Malik Heath retweeted that?
- 20:29[SPEAKER_04]: Well, no, I took a screen grab of it because I thought it was interesting and then I deleted the screen grab because it was on my computer And then the next day it was announced that he wasn't going, you know traveling with a team I'm like, oh, he is probably not too thrilled with his involvement in the offense So I thought maybe Bow-Melt was gonna be more involved with that wasn't the case Matt did say that he loves Malik Heath or whatever So I would assume he's still gonna be with the team.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_04]: He's not getting cut, but still Interesting to have that
- 20:58[SPEAKER_03]: Um, I do want to see more Malik Heath.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_03]: Like he hasn't squandered his opportunities.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_03]: He's he's he's made some place.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_04]: I'm fine with how much Malik Heath that we get with these injuries right now.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe we could see him, but I'm right.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I'm saying.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_03]: Like if it's between Malik or if it's between Bulmelton and Malik Heath.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_03]: It's what are we doing when we put Malik Heath out there.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_03]: Especially now when it's like you got you have been saving on.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, Savion, obviously has like the huge athletic ceiling.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_03]: But like, Leakeef can maybe run routes as a stretch, but like he can run routes and catch the ball.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_04]: And he can high point the ball very well, I don't he's he's an inconsistent player to cause he'll make the amazing catches he'll drop the easy ones He's a good blocking receiver, but he did have that bad miss block against the Panthers, but that also might have been because the Panthers know exactly what play we were doing because Emmanuel Wilson was coming in motion.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, the other tight ends.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_04]: I'm talking about oops woof.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_04]: Luke Musgrave two targets.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_04]: Woof is right
- 21:59[SPEAKER_04]: Zero catches or maybe the one I forgot.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, it was one catch for minus one yeah because it was a fumble If you I don't know if I've seen the game from a player where You could convince me that like the mafia was paying him off to lose that game I mean he fumbled literally both balls that came to him one of them was so close and I don't even think
- 22:23[SPEAKER_04]: I think that was a catch in a fumble.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_04]: I thought we got very lucky on that challenge, but again, a good challenge.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_04]: Unless they reviewed that.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_04]: No, they did review that one.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_04]: They reviewed that one, didn't they?
- 22:35[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, because it was a yeah, because it was, but it's just, I don't know what to do with him at this point.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_04]: He played 16 snaps in the first half, only two in the second.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_04]: especially now because you know he's he's not a Titan he's a receiver in a Titan's body and with I mean Beaumelt and not exactly don't want to include him but Matthew Golden Jaden Reed coming back in the near future two guys who play in the slot you'd have to really use Luke Musgrave In the slot like that you kind of don't want him in line because he can't block worth a shit and it's like well Who would you rather have out there?
- 23:08[SPEAKER_04]: Jaden Reed Matthew Golden or Luke Musgrave so
- 23:12[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_04]: I will see what happens.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I forgot to mention this.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_04]: You didn't write this down, but before the trade deadline and I texted this to you, Todd, Justice Masqueta said that the Packers and Broncos had a deal in place to trade, Luke Musgrave for a fifth round pick.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_04]: But then after the Tucker craft injury happened, it obviously didn't go through.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_04]: And now it's just kind of shows you where he is in line with this team too.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_04]: curious to see what happens there.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if we have to keep talking about the negative of the flukamus grave.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_04]: Um, the other two tight ends.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_04]: I'm kind of fun to see them.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_04]: Pits Patrick.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_04]: Nice catch in the red zone.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_04]: Seems to play good.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_04]: A good solid game overall.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, a solid blocker.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_04]: He's kind of tied in one at this point.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_04]: He was the leading snapper at the position.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_04]: And then Wiley, with his one catch, one touchdown, assume we'll see more of him.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_04]: He did have 250 yards for the Titans last year, so he was not a complete bum.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_04]: Again, fifth round pick.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_04]: No, this is his third season.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_04]: Didn't think a guy with the last name Wiley would have that face.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_04]: He looked very boring, like a farm boy kind of.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_04]: You think Wiley is an exciting last name?
- 24:21[SPEAKER_04]: I was expecting like a beard or longer hair or a little more gristled, you know,
- 24:29[SPEAKER_03]: I don't I don't know that the last name sparks anything for me one way or the other way.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he does just look like He looks like a dude, but like that's what you want your blocking tight-ends.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_03]: They should just beat dudes, right?
- 24:42[SPEAKER_03]: Like those are those guys win those guys win blocks Yeah, or you just have your receiver win the block and then you come wide open for a touchdown Like if you have a mohawk at the tight-end position, it's like I don't want you on my team
- 24:55[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, so you didn't like Tom Crabtree.
- 24:59[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, that is an anomaly.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_03]: Did you have a mohawk incident?
- 25:01[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if he did it like a mohawk.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_04]: At one point he did shave a mohawk and like, die green.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_04]: It was like early days of Twitter.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_03]: I guess if you look grungy like Tom Crab tree it works, you know, yeah, maybe tattoos.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe if Wily had a tattoo.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_03]: Don't be too flashy.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_03]: Don't be too flashy at tight end.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_03]: You know what I mean?
- 25:21[SPEAKER_03]: You gotta be tough.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_04]: Which Luke must be great, isn't it?
- 25:24[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I love something.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_04]: He loves flying planes.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if he loves flying football running backs.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_04]: Josh Jacobs got banged up seven for 40 had a good average.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_04]: I think it was like 4.5 yards a carry.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_04]: I don't have it right in front of me here.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_04]: But decent before he got hurt, he did have a contusion, which is a bruise.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_04]: It's a fun name for a bruise.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_04]: He will not go on IR, he'll push to play this week.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_04]: I'll be surprised if he does.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_04]: But we'll see there, we got something on Josh Jacobs.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_03]: He'll click he did.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_03]: Um, when I would think I was going to comment on the confusion thing, but I literally already forgot what I was going to say is he's a bad Bruce.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, bad Bruce deep proves.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_03]: He's fine.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_04]: He's fine.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, we'll see.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_04]: I want to say to Eric Wilson, a manual Wilson finished 11 for 40, the one touchdown, the long of 11 with the touchdown.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it's kind of like Josh Jacobs didn't really leave because again, when we got in the red zone and he got the ball, he fell in the end zone.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_04]: He was a little bit better when he got closer.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_04]: Well, it's been there, so we'll see what happens.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_04]: I assume he's going to be the leading back this week and then Chris Brooks, I mean, I think he only played Five six seven snaps, but a huge pass block that he had on that third down to Savion, which we didn't talk about Aaron Jones asked just eaten up the blitzing safety.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_04]: I believe it was He also had that one eight yard run
- 26:42[SPEAKER_04]: the offensive line, overall played okay, again, allowed the eight cube hits two stacks, overall we average 5.6 yards per carry, which is pretty good, um, I don't know, again, not an offensive lineman guru, but it felt like,
- 26:59[SPEAKER_04]: Jordan Morgan still bad got beat off the line at least once immediately Sean Ryan did okay with this first real start at center replacing I'm also a manual Wilson Elton Jenkins had I mean he was beat terribly off the line once for sure but he was going up against Dexter Lawrence who is a pretty good defensive lineman obviously but multiple bad snaps he said after the game too that uh
- 27:27[SPEAKER_04]: Those were on him.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_04]: It wasn't the wind or whatever, which was obviously a factor in the game as well.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_04]: Jack Tom got her.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_04]: Imagine the wind blowing your snap around.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_04]: That's right.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I am too short of a distance.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, unless it's like this Chicago couple of Chicago games back on the like early 2000s that we've seen that.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_03]: Like this imagine like if you had a leaf lower and you stood between the center and the quarterback, would you affect the ball enough?
- 27:54[SPEAKER_04]: how many leafblowers would it take to it?
- 27:56[SPEAKER_04]: It would be a lot of leafblowers.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_04]: A Zectom got hurt.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_04]: That was scary, but he actually came in the next series, which I didn't really realize live.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_04]: And then Aaron Banks actually, I guess, played pretty well.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, there wasn't any glaring mistakes.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_04]: He was really.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_04]: He was the second highest rated player on offense according to pro football focus.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_04]: So that's pretty good.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_04]: He didn't practice.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_04]: He had one day of veteran rest the week before.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_04]: He's had other days where I think he was limited due to whatever of the six body parts.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_04]: He's injured this year.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_04]: So maybe that's the key for him.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_04]: You know playing better this year.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe he can be okay.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_04]: Then what are his injuries?
- 28:37[SPEAKER_03]: Are they all like you have bad feet, bad legs, bad arms?
- 28:40[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, he woke up wrong in the preseason in in D. I think and hurt his back.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's been knee shoulder.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it's just he's fallen apart.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_04]: He's fallen apart.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_04]: It's that or maybe he's a bit of a baby and he likes money and he can He's a big boy that can play in that I feel maybe that's it too, but I don't know we'll see maybe turns it around and we will stop hating him
- 29:01[SPEAKER_04]: Second, we can roll, we're Durian Kenergott snaps as the extra lineman had five of them at Titan, and they also was the guy who came in at right tackle to replace Zack Tom.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_04]: Again, I think we were thinking maybe Belton would be the guy out there, but it seems like he is the back up left tackle, only they're trying to keep guys at one spot as replace once now after we're kind of moving guys around at the beginning of the year.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_04]: But offensive line, yeah Todd, you got anything offensive line?
- 29:30[SPEAKER_03]: I would just say, like, to Daring Canard, like, the biggest compliment is that, like, didn't really notice that he was in, but which is great.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_03]: Like, when Zack Tom comes out, he comes in and you know, they're gonna, you know, not that they have.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_03]: I bet Brian Burns went over there for a couple snaps right off the bat.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't pay attention.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_03]: Didn't notice that.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_03]: And I, I guess the line played as well as,
- 29:54[SPEAKER_03]: To be expected, I guess, against a bad run defense.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_03]: I will say that the pocket was getting squeezed awfully hard in the second half.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_03]: Like that delines squeezed that offensive line pretty hard, but during love played into it pretty well, got the ball out of his hands quick enough.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_03]: He never gets it out super fast, but overall I think it was as good as we can expect right now from that offensive one.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_04]: Again, I say it every week, but I would like to see Jordan Morgan, which is, again, I don't know if I've ever been more hypocritical about a position while doing this podcast, but like the entire offensive line, it's like, don't rotate guys, rotate guys, put this guy in, put that guy in.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_04]: I would like to see a rotation at right guard now with Jordan Morgan, who is not going to be the long-term right guard.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_04]: I hope, I don't care if it's Kanard or it's Belton, maybe someone should be rotating with them.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_04]: It's going to be used at right guard.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_04]: I think you met right tackle.
- 30:48[SPEAKER_04]: No, no Jordan Morgan.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_04]: I'm saying right guard starting right guard.
- 30:52[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you want him to rotate again.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, because he's just not the guy.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_04]: He's not going to be a right guard.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_04]: Like I can, canard has experience on the right side of the line at both tackle and guard belt is a big body who could potentially play a right guard.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_04]: And it's weird because next year it's like exact times going to be back.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_04]: Then what are you going to do with a belt and a Morgan who are both going to go after that left tackle spot.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_03]: So it's like
- 31:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, someone's going to be the odd man out there.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_03]: I do wonder is belt this belt and have the feet to be out wide, take to see fit better.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_03]: That's inside.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_03]: That's been the one thing coming out of the draft.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_04]: He's a monster, isn't he?
- 31:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_04]: He's a really big guy and it's like you'd rather kind of have him between two guys rather than have to move quick to get some of those, you know, really fast edge rushers and it's one of those.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_04]: It's like
- 31:38[SPEAKER_04]: We know Jordan Morgan isn't a guard.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_04]: We don't know if Belton is a tackle or a guard.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_04]: So we might as well see if he can be a right guard and I don't know fair see that's it on the offense We will have a quick commercial break and we are back with the defense the defense I mean complimentary football just really isn't a thing with this team you know it's Even in this game when the defense played okay, I guess I'm gonna have the one 16 play drive
- 32:08[SPEAKER_04]: Immediately after the offense goes three and out, which was pretty pretty bad, especially when you have a defense with guys like we have like, I mean, God will start there on the D line.
- 32:17[SPEAKER_04]: Rashan, Gary, quiet, been real quiet after leading the league in sex at seven and a half or whatever.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_04]: He had the two sex against the Steelers, has not had one sense.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_04]: JJ and Agbarri actually played one or two more snaps than him in this game, and Gary was really, yeah, and Gary was taking himself out.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's like a sh- in shape thing.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if maybe he took up the punch of Preston Smith and now he's the one that's slightly out of shape, but I don't know, just not very impressed with him.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_04]: A lot of people are like very down on him.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I am too, but Rashad Garry has always been a streaky ed drusher, you know.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_04]: I think you only had like 13 snaps that were true past rush reps in this game.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_04]: But either which way you'd expect more out of a guy who is making as much money as he is.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_03]: I guess after like last year, I'm not down on him.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_03]: He just is what he is.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_03]: I was down on him last year and now I'm like, it is what it is at this point.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_03]: Like the contract is not worth the money in my opinion, like for what he actually provides.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, but it's fine, right?
- 33:24[SPEAKER_03]: Like I don't, he's okay against the run on his, he's pretty good at it.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_03]: He's pretty good against it.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_03]: So like, I don't know, so it's fine.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_03]: I don't feel super bad about Roshan Gary.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_03]: I would like to get,
- 33:37[SPEAKER_03]: What's his name?
- 33:39[SPEAKER_03]: Colin Oliver Well, that too.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_03]: I like parents too.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_03]: Big white guy.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_03]: I would like to get LV Ed.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_03]: Because he, for the first time, you know, how many weeks ago had a spin move?
- 33:54[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_03]: If this guy has moves, like this could be a lot of fun.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_04]: And it was like his best play ever where he've stacked Joe Flacco beat the tackle immediately off the line.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_04]: And that's where he got her.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_04]: He should be back this week.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_04]: He was questionable going into this game in practice most of the week.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_04]: So I would think he's going to be back.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_04]: But again, back to Rashana.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_04]: It's just I've kind of limited my expectations on him.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_04]: But then this year the way he just started off and with Mike Parsons.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_04]: I think we a lot of us thought maybe he'd be able to continue that a bit more.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_04]: Parsons finished the game with a sack and a half.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_04]: Again, I mean, he just shows up in big moments.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_04]: One of them was that fourth down when the giants were in the red zone and then at the end of the game, sealing it with the strip sack.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, you know, again, we're not getting turning over the ball a lot on defense.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_04]: We should have had multiple picks in this game.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_04]: But then we have two turnovers forced in the last.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_04]: 37 seconds, which is pretty impressive overall, and then again, another week, I mean, it's just about every week or every other week where Parsons chases are running back down like Dan yards down the field, so I love the motor of the guy.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, there is obviously, you see that speed.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_03]: It does get him in trouble every now and then, how quickly he pushes up the field sometimes.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_03]: So you'll get a draw like to his side.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, he's gone.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_03]: But like, you gotta take to go with the bad.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, like you see him on those explosive plays where even if he doesn't win the rush, if he backtracks.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_03]: like and that QB isn't getting the ball out.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_03]: The QB is no it.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_03]: Like you saw James a couple times get get squirrely and get the ball out.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_03]: He actually threw the ball nice a couple times when he was squirrely.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_03]: But you can see the QB feel it when he's held the ball for too long and he can't see Mike anymore.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like when is the last time we had that?
- 35:41[SPEAKER_03]: I can't remember play play in his prime.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_03]: Like that's the only one where like quarterbacks are like where is he?
- 35:47[SPEAKER_03]: I got to find him and make sure he's not out of my sight, so it's fun to watch.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_04]: uh... JJ and we mentioned him there briefly and i didn't notice live we don't have enough for svp should vomit piss but he peed on the siline did you see that with two-to-all boys and they're proud posed to like it was confident in it's pretty good posture um... got was oh we're you're talking about james and a good looking ball whatever did you see the packer video that they put out from like the uh... corner and zone slow mode video if we make fun of
- 36:21[SPEAKER_04]: Spirals that that throw at the end of the game that Evan Williams picked off.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_04]: I did not see like the end zone cam version I'll have to or you'll have to look for it cuz I'm blocked by the second law of the count on my personal account Yes, the most your box by the path we've talked about this before I believe I'm not gonna talk about it again, but I sent up a dirty meme back in the day.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_04]: No nothing graphic, but whatever.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_04]: It doesn't matter
- 36:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, ugly ugly ball wouldn't have that one bad face mask, but again he's
- 36:54[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I barely got him.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_04]: I barely got most obvious face mask.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, your boy Rodney, he tweeted something out, or it's like, and I don't really love everyone on the coaching staff either, but he was like, what players have improved on this team.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_04]: And I think there's quite a few you can name, I mean, LVN, Bullard, Carrington Valentine, and wouldn't might be the number one guy, because again, he's a guy who always seemed like a roster bubble guy, and he's been, I mean, I don't know where we would be this year without him.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, wouldn't it's got to be most improved because we talked about him at the beginning.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_03]: It seems like does this guy fit in?
- 37:30[SPEAKER_03]: I think we even talked about getting cut potentially.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, that's got to be one of the better stories of the season so far.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and he put on weight in the off season and think of that he did linebackers.
- 37:44[SPEAKER_04]: I'd say probably a pretty mech game overall.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_04]: Quake got hurt sounds like it's just a stinger and he will be back.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_04]: Cooper had that huge mistackle.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_04]: I think, you know, we talked with sucked the Jordan love dad tax.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_04]: I think Cooper has kind of got his own little dad tax going on to where once every couple games he's got frequent.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_04]: It's been it's been more frequent than the Journal of Interceptions, but the just bad Miss Tackle I think it was like a 3rd and 12 where he had the running back tied up in the back field and he just wiggled off and You know, got out of it.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_04]: He did have another tackle for loss in the game, which was nice But obviously you're gonna remember the bad more than the good one.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_04]: It comes to the defense and then your boy as Amick Duffy led the team in tackles with the love and but still just when he goes into the game And they're passing the ball you know who they're targeting you were sarcastically
- 38:32[SPEAKER_03]: He's going to claim to do like the Racer cascades, but there was a couple, there was a couple plays where he was in the right spot.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, he clamped Javon Bullard really really well.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_04]: He broke that one up.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_04]: Second dairy.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_04]: According to PFF, four of the top five players on defense for the Packers were Nixon-X-Bullard and Valentine, just as Ms. Gator put this stat out there too.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_04]: Out of 69 qualifying corners in the league, Valentine is giving up 0.85 yards per snap, which is 20th best.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_04]: Nixon is giving up 1.01, which is 34th.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_04]: The NFL average is 1.4 so both corners are above average.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_04]: They were the two only corners that played in this game on defense too.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_04]: It'll be interesting to see what they do in Hobbes is healthy.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_04]: He might they did initially say it was a two week injury with that knee.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_04]: But right now, I mean, I said at the beginning of the year, and obviously I've been around most of the time, but I'm fine with these two guys at corner as long as it's not a big air it out game.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_04]: Um, yeah, I mean, fine, Valentine's got to play some of these balls and actually pick it off, but solid game I thought from them.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we got to get Valentine in front of the jugs machine for a little while here this week.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_03]: Sure up those hands, but we also don't get to play James Winston again this year.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think so.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_04]: Well, well who do we play on Sunday?
- 39:55[SPEAKER_03]: True.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_03]: Nine.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_03]: Nine.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_04]: It's something.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_04]: Xavier and Evan Williams, a couple of good games.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, they might be one of the better safety duos in the league.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_04]: Evan's obviously the pick in the end zone to seal it.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_04]: It seems like Jalen Hyatt, the third year was he worth their drum pick, ran the wrong route.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_04]: And then Jvon Bullard, he's played really well.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_04]: He's been solid among, I forgot to tweet at this out, but among players with at least 100 snaps in the slot.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_04]: No one has a lower yards per snap allowed than Bullard at 0.64, so halfly seems to be using him correctly after last year moving him around quite a bit, so Can't be upset with him.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, be nice if we could go back in time and be like Bullard's the slot guy
- 40:41[SPEAKER_03]: We don't eat hobs get somebody else yeah, yeah, but you can't do that.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, unfortunately.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_04]: You can't Special teams.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_04]: I mean got the kicker thing What there's a kicker thing.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's like yeah It's I wish there wasn't any wind just so we could see if he truly missed it Instead of I think you watch the ball come off as foot There's no coming back Regardless of the wind
- 41:09[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, I mean, the first one was bad.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, the one he made even was a little iffy.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_04]: The second one, it was a high snap and laces were in, which wasn't very good.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_04]: We'll end two, he got a game ball after the game.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_04]: Obviously, because that's when you get game balls.
- 41:24[SPEAKER_04]: Average 48.8 yards per punt.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_04]: two were within the 20 and he had a long of 61 at the end of the game two pretty good.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_04]: I mean he's again our old puncher.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_04]: He just got cut by the cardinal state Patrick
- 41:41[SPEAKER_04]: Patrick.
- 41:42[SPEAKER_04]: Fuck, it's something Patrick or Pat.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_04]: No, Pat O'Donnell.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_04]: It's not Patrick, Pat O'Donnell.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, Patrick O'Donnell.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_04]: Patrick O'Donnell, which I'm sure is mother calls him.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_04]: Got cut from the cardinals.
- 41:53[SPEAKER_04]: It was kind of a risky decision when Goody went with wheel and over O'Donnell, and it's worked really, really well for us.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_03]: It's nice.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_03]: We got to keep track of those when we make the right decision.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_03]: Because so often, it's the one that's the remote.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just saying, so often it's like, oh, we fucked this one up, you know?
- 42:10[SPEAKER_04]: And then the last thing I mean, the returners, I don't really care so much about the Punner turn game.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_04]: I would like it to be better, but I think dire that Irish kid put this out there, out of 45 Punner turners, so far this year, Dobbs, Golden and Nixon are 45th, 44th, and 43rd in the league in Punner turn yard, which is the bottom 3 in the league, which is pretty bad.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_03]: he just put anybody back there.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_03]: That's my point.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_03]: Just put anybody back there.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_03]: Not starters.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_03]: It's the same discussion every week.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_04]: Anything else with this game Todd?
- 42:48[SPEAKER_03]: No, the kicking situation just pains me that we're back in this spot where it's like who's the kicker?
- 42:54[SPEAKER_03]: Can we get a kicker?
- 42:56[SPEAKER_03]: We shouldn't have been this confident.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_04]: We were overly confident one with the contract two with how well it was a good year last year But then you know, but then training camp two he must like two kicks the entire time and it's like right right
- 43:07[SPEAKER_04]: and Matt did say that they aren't going to put McManus on IR.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_04]: So I don't I don't know.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_04]: Well, people are people are asking to maybe McManus saw the weather forecast on Saturday because that's when you popped up on the injury report and then he's like, oh, actually, you know, my butt's like it's going to be windy.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_04]: My butt does hurt.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_04]: I don't want to kick out the have the, uh,
- 43:29[SPEAKER_04]: Young, young, uh, bull or whatever go out there and uh, not not so much.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_04]: So we'll see.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_04]: Um, but with that, we will have Take news.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_04]: What ball time?
- 43:49[SPEAKER_04]: fake news right take news for the week and we got it you know it's been a talking point and we've kind of talked about it this year too Josh Jacobs is this team is this offense better with Josh Jacobs not the starting running back You know it looks like he's gonna be out for at least one game maybe he'll push to play maybe he'll be limited
- 44:13[SPEAKER_04]: but obviously not being able to finish this game.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know how much the game plan actually changed when he went out.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_04]: But Todd, you know, I sent this to you earlier to think about to sit on.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_04]: What do you think about is this offense better without Josh Jacobs?
- 44:32[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's a tough one to answer because obviously I love Josh Jacobs.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_03]: He's a better running back than a manual Wilson.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_03]: But man, I want to throw the ball and if not having Josh Jacobs in means we rely on Jordan love, then I think the offense is better.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_03]: Emmanuel Wilson behind this line is also not been bad, so he doesn't pick his spots as much, he just kind of like boom, there's the hole I'm going to hit it, where like, which doesn't take very much time, it gives the offensive line, you know, they don't have to hold their blocks very long, which I feel like is the problem with the offensive line is they can't hold their blocks, so like Jacob's dancing around the backfield, not good for the team either.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_03]: So this almost like, it's like, what would the term be?
- 45:26[SPEAKER_03]: It's like addition by subtraction, which is just like, it's, he's the better player.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_03]: Like, he's the guy you want.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_03]: It's not even a question.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_03]: He's the better guy, but like, is the offense better?
- 45:37[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, fuck, it might be, okay, it sucks to say it, but it's like, I at least want to see it.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_03]: I want to see a game plan, Sans, Josh Jacobs.
- 45:48[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and that's where I'm, obviously again.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, the big thing there, Josh Jacobs is the best running back on this team, but it's, is he the best running back for this offense?
- 45:58[SPEAKER_04]: He's one of the best players on the team, right?
- 46:00[SPEAKER_03]: It's just in general.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_04]: But it's just, I don't know how, if, if Matt uses him correctly, it seems like, again, I mean, it's all this offensive identity question that we always keep bringing up.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_04]: You know, when did it kind of switch?
- 46:12[SPEAKER_04]: When's the last time we had one?
- 46:13[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it seems like the Malik will us when he came in last year, and then it's like we went to more of a run first team.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_04]: It's like we were winning games, but at the same time, it wasn't pretty, it didn't seem long-term that it could really be, you know, workable.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_04]: And it's again, he prefers running it out of the shotgun.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_04]: He prefers dual runs, and the offensive line just isn't very good at doing that, it seems like.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_04]: and it's one of those where it's it's not it's has nothing to do with Josh besides you know telling Matt what he what kind of runs he prefers but it's forcing that little floor to come up with an offense without him you know we've seen it before sometimes right Matt said his best is when we're down a couple guys you know we saw that like the cardinals four years ago uh milk willus those games too you know obviously it's a little hypocritical here because I'm saying hey let's not do that
- 47:08[SPEAKER_04]: but it's just, see what you can do, make him a more complimentary piece of this offense, rather than the whole offense.
- 47:17[SPEAKER_04]: Again, he's not a great pass blocker, either.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_04]: He just feels like a, you know, square peg and a round hole at times.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_04]: And something that I thought was interesting will play this clip.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_04]: This is from Jason Wildy on Wildy and Taush on Monday.
- 47:34[SPEAKER_04]: I believe a caller had a good question.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_04]: Something that we've kind of wondered as well, you know, fitting on offense and I will, I'll just, I'll play the clip.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_01]: So Jason, I won't ask you flat out if you know because I can understand how that could be an uncomfortable situation.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_01]: But do you think?
- 47:54[SPEAKER_01]: Goody consulted Matt LeFluer on the acquisition of Josh Jacobs.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_01]: No, I do not.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_01]: You do not think you consulted him.
- 48:05[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't think so either.
- 48:07[SPEAKER_01]: Now, let me ask you a bit of the three packers.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_01]: We've backed on the team right now.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_02]: Let me let me interrupt you for a second.
- 48:13[SPEAKER_02]: Let me interrupt you for a second.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'll let you finish.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_02]: Do I think he told Matt LeFluer that that was their back a plan?
- 48:21[SPEAKER_02]: And that they were interested in him?
- 48:23[SPEAKER_02]: Sure, I don't question now.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not saying they didn't communicate, but do you think Matt LaFlor said?
- 48:28[SPEAKER_02]: No, Goody.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want him.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_02]: He likes the ball out of the shotgun or he likes dual blocking schemes or whatever it is.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think that.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know that.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_02]: That is my
- 48:40[SPEAKER_02]: somewhat educated guess, but no, I don't, I don't tend to agree with the, with the concept that oh, uh, Goody went to the Florence and hey, how would you feel about getting Josh Jacobs instead of Aaron Jones?
- 48:53[SPEAKER_02]: And he said that sounds awesome.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_04]: So again, something we've kind of talked about in the past, that's much this year, but kind of the relationship between LaFlor and Goody, again, Goody kind of
- 49:03[SPEAKER_04]: Hit, you know, he's kind of working the GM job like the job that Ted Thompson had where you are the boss of the head coach seems like good at times just kind of makes decisions.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_04]: Um, you know, I'm sure Matt kind of knew that they're that they had some interest in Josh Jacobs, but they're probably wasn't a conversation like, hey, do you want this guy?
- 49:21[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure he wasn't like, no, no, no, but obviously he just doesn't match with what Matt LeFord doesn't often.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_04]: So it's again just another little wrinkle to think about here.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_04]: You got to think too, you know, we did use a third-round pick on Martian Lloyd who's a completely different type of running back than Josh Jacobs, so maybe he was kind of supposed to be that Aaron Jones replacement.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_04]: But again, that might be, you know, a couple little nuggets there on why the running game has been, you know, a little iffy at times since Josh Jacobs has arrived.
- 49:54[SPEAKER_03]: I think obviously we've seen like Aaron Jones type of player fits really well into what Matt LaFlor can and wants to do.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_03]: But I also think if this line blocks a little bit better, yeah.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_03]: It's it we're not even having this discussion.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_03]: That being said, I just really would like to see what this looks like with Josh Jacobs being complimentary instead of being the focus.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_03]: And I think
- 50:18[SPEAKER_03]: that could also change how the offensive line is blocking basically what's what's the defense king are the king on the run or the king on pass you know if we're throwing the ball 10 more times a game running 10 less is that a completely different like are the yards per carry wildly different because the yards per carry have not been good thus far throughout the year I think they're at or below average so yeah well well below average.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_03]: I just want to see I want to try it.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_03]: I want to see it.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe it's completely wrong and it's not going to work but like let's see it.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_03]: Let's try it out
- 50:51[SPEAKER_04]: And again, it's not just this year either and all the run blocking has not been great this year.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_04]: Last year it wasn't amazing either, but it's just, you know, you never felt amazing about the offense last year, like you did, you know, the back half of 2023.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_04]: So maybe we'll see a little bit more of a reverb to that.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_04]: And again, I mean, the thing that I was most upset about with that Eagles loss is we came out and just ran the fucking ball.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_04]: And at least this week, it seemed to be of a start of a new look offense for the most part.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_03]: So I was happy with the one counterpoint I would make to contradict everything that we're saying, though, is like in the red zone.
- 51:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, Josh Jacobs is a fucking stud.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_03]: And like without him in the red zone, maybe this offense isn't as good.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_03]: Like maybe we moved the ball well on the field, but the red zone gets tough without Josh Jacobs.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_03]: So it'll be interesting to see what happens if you
- 51:42[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, very good point.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_04]: It will be a big game for him and we'll listen to, I mean, I got to think his first game being a lead back of Josh Jacobs is indeed out.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_04]: With that Todd, do you have the stump spending for the week?
- 51:56[SPEAKER_03]: Of course I do.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_03]: I always have it up and ready everyone on the life.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_03]: He definitely didn't see Todd look Yeah, I loved it right like oh my god, the sun's pretty for the week It's a good one and the packers last went over Minnesota at Lambo.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_03]: It was New Year's Day 2023 They had both a special teams and a defensive touchdown name one of the players who scored
- 52:23[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I, I'm pretty sure it was Keisha Nixon who had the return touchdown, uh, the kick return touchdown.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_04]: The sky cam over the top.
- 52:32[SPEAKER_04]: I'm pretty sure that was against the Vikings.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_04]: Who would have that with that was the jire.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_04]: Ooh, he's going to gritty on him game.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, that was.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_04]: And God, who would have scored it?
- 52:45[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think it was jire.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_04]: He didn't return one.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_03]: Well, you only have to get one of the players.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_03]: So you're final answer, Kishan?
- 52:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, Kishan.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_04]: I do want to guess the other one, though.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_04]: Because God resulted a lot, but I feel like it could have been a scoop in score two, but who would have?
- 53:03[SPEAKER_04]: Would it have been Quay that was his rookie year?
- 53:07[SPEAKER_04]: I don't remember him scoring a touchdown though defensive line.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_04]: It wouldn't have been Dean Lowry, because he probably wasn't on the team.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_04]: He might have been Dean Dean.
- 53:16[SPEAKER_03]: Actually, he was probably on the Vikings at that point.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I'm trying to remember, too.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah, what it was.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_04]: No difference of Lyman, no one said Lyman, but her safety.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_04]: God, Darnell could have been Darnell.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_04]: That's why we kept rotating guys too.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_04]: That's, I thought of that today.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_04]: Remember that year, we rotated Darnell Savage, Owens, Anthony Johnson, Jr. Oh, right.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_03]: That was that year.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_04]: Every week, it was a different safety.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_04]: I'm, I forgot about that.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just, I don't think it's right, but I'm just gonna go with Result Douglas.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_03]: It was Darnell Savage.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_03]: No, it was Darnell.
- 53:50[SPEAKER_03]: God, he would have been my second guest who fuck well, at least thought you were going to get it when he hit on safety, he's not as a first name you said.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_04]: That's the Darnell suck, but he had a couple of those nice returns, you know, the one against the Cowboys two in the playoffs.
- 54:00[SPEAKER_04]: So thank you Billy for giving me a lay-up after last week's was, I thought very, very difficult.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_03]: A little bit easier.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_04]: Preview.
- 54:09[SPEAKER_04]: Big week.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_04]: Big week again.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_04]: I think we went quicker on the game than we usually do because we're going to talk about the I'm not our I don't know growing up again in spirit Wisconsin right next to Duluth, Minnesota It's like the Vikings are we're the rival for us growing up obviously Chicago bears longest rival of re and the NFL but I just fucking hate the Vikings
- 54:31[SPEAKER_04]: We are playing the Vikings at noon on Fox at Lambo Field, Joe Davis and Greg Olson on the Call Pam Oliver will be on the sideline or a girl, Pam.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_04]: What a great group.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, pretty good group.
- 54:44[SPEAKER_04]: I like Joe Davis.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_04]: He's a little bit boring, but for a playboy play guy I'm glad he's been moving up the ranks a little bit.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_04]: I think he's a big baseball guy too and Greg Olson might be the best color commentator in the game currently.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_04]: It's my favorite.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_04]: I heard six mile power wins in 40 degrees so it should be a pretty decent day at Lambo.
- 55:02[SPEAKER_04]: It is white tail opener.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_04]: So prepare yourselves to see a lot of blaze orange out there.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_04]: We have won the last two white tail openers before that.
- 55:11[SPEAKER_04]: It was seven years in a row where we did not win that weekend.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, which really, really sucked, I even, the worst game I've ever watched, remember, Raven's Packers, I think it was in Baltimore, Brett Hunley, terrible, terrible.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_04]: Watch that at the crowbar, rule of Wisconsin.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah.
- 55:31[SPEAKER_04]: That was brutal.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_04]: The strippers were not there at that point.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_04]: They only come out at night at the, I haven't been there in fucking five, ten years.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_04]: I swear, I swear to God.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_04]: I've been there a couple weeks.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_04]: Vikes suck, they're five and six, or sorry, four and six last and then if you North, they lost last week to the bears in tragic fashion, nine G. J. MacArthur he had a go ahead touchdown with like 50 seconds left.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_04]: The bears then returned the kickoff to the Vikings 40 yard line I believe, 35 yard line, 30 yard line.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_04]: Vikes or bears didn't even get another first down and they were in
- 56:15[SPEAKER_04]: Very funny it was weird to see oh the bike skirt went up all man, and then it was like well Yeah, that's good because the bears we kind of need them to lose and then all of a sudden it's like oh, they they lost Okay, oh, I guess I'll take that to you know Vikings Vikings bears hard win-win.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah win-win no matter what the Vikings again I mean they're they're a squirrely team.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_04]: They're a bad team this year
- 56:35[SPEAKER_04]: offense, they're averaging 21.8 points per game, which is 22nd in the league, yards per game 296, which is 27th, 3rd down conversion, they are 31st, only converting 31.4% of the time.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_04]: They're kind of a weird team too, so they're pretty good at running the ball, averaging 4.7 yards per carry, which is 8th best.
- 56:57[SPEAKER_04]: However, they only run at 38.6% of the time, which is 29th best in the league.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_04]: It's been kind of a thing that Viking fans bitch about a lot down here, how especially on third downs, third and short, they seem to pass the ball more than they should, which is funny, it's kind of the opposite of what we've seen with Jordan Love, canning to runs, and we want to pass the ball more, so it's, you know, kind of a little freaky Friday here.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_04]: passing the ball, they are 30th and completion percentage at 49.7, 31st in her substance thrown for percent of the time.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_04]: It's a pick.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_04]: They also get sacked quite a bit.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_04]: Carson once got sacked a bunch when he was back there, but Jay Jamacard, they nearly killed him.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_04]: Later when Macarty was soft benched, but 9.66% of the
- 57:49[SPEAKER_04]: like it's a 4% of the time he throws a pick and the turnover margin they are 31st in the NFL with a negative 0.9 this year and again, I mean they're offense just not very good this year, JJ, JJ's the quarterback he's not very good 5 games played completion percentage of 52.9, 1842 yards, 6 touchdowns, 8 picks he's been sacked 15 times.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_04]: The rest of the team, I mean, they got some players and I talked to my former bookie Kyle on this, you know, he's a Viking fan, I've mentioned him before in the past, you know, the top guys on offense, Justin Jefferson, obviously, you know, he's one of if not the best ride receiver in the league, doesn't look too happy at times so far, though this year, 56 receptions, 747 yards, only the two touchdowns, however, and he has a look pissed off, the more the season has gone on,
- 58:47[SPEAKER_04]: Jordan Addison after the two games suspension to start the year.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_04]: He's been okay.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's kind of he's been targeted more because everyone else on the team kind of sucks They trade for Adam Theland.
- 58:59[SPEAKER_04]: He has been brutal this year.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_04]: I think it was a swap of like a four and a five and maybe something else was thrown in early and they were pretty funny that they did that and he's bad
- 59:10[SPEAKER_04]: They used like a they drafted a receiver in the third or fourth round.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_04]: He doesn't even play on offense.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_04]: He's only a special teamer.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_04]: Jalen Nailer has been their third wide out.
- 59:19[SPEAKER_04]: He has 318 yards on the season.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_04]: Um, two touchdowns just like JJ.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_04]: Um, Aaron Jones.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, he's still Aaron Jones, you know, insane past blocker, great leader, community guy.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_04]: Still always happy.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_04]: Doesn't go down on first contact.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_04]: It's a X3 yards every time he was being up early in the year, but he is back now.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_04]: They also have, uh, uh,
- 59:42[SPEAKER_04]: Jordan Mason.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I once had Jordan Morgan.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, that's not it.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_04]: That's that's our shitty right guard right now 4.5 yard average on the season 489 yards total five touchdowns Aaron Jones again.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_04]: He's only played in six games, but he's averaging 4.9 yards per carry TJ Hawkinson the tight end
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_04]: A lot of Viking fans want them to trade him away, you know, he's he's a guy where a lot of a lot of those fans were hyped up and they traded away a second on pick for him on his rookie deal and they had to immediately give him an extension he's just always been, you know, he's kind I don't even know if it might be he's good he's what he's like he would be disrespectful I think to Kurt Cousins to call him the Kurt Cousins of tie-dance, but that's no
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_04]: probably close to what he is.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_04]: I like the look.
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_04]: He's got the grizzly look of a of a tight end, you know, what the I do like it on here.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_04]: And the offensive line has been pretty good.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, um, done him in Jackson, probably the best draft pick from Quasie.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_04]: He's playing guard for them.
- 1:00:47[SPEAKER_04]: He was banged up earlier in the year, but all profitable focus grades that you see.
- 1:00:51[SPEAKER_04]: He's always up there.
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_04]: Then obviously they have their left tackle.
- 1:00:56[SPEAKER_04]: I can't I think of it right now.
- 1:00:58[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, there's the D. There, there's a he's, uh, he's had a bit of a David Bhaktiari S.C. season.
- 1:01:06[SPEAKER_04]: I think he's getting healthy now, but he was out the first couple games of the year.
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_04]: Then he would practice and not play.
- 1:01:12[SPEAKER_04]: Then he would start games and not finish him.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_04]: But it seems like he's getting, um, healthy now.
- 1:01:17[SPEAKER_04]: He did get blown up once last week.
- 1:01:19[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if it led to a sack, but it was weird to see him get blown up at the line.
- 1:01:23[SPEAKER_04]: Um, yeah, that's their offense defense.
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it's it's your prototypical kind of like I can never remember names.
- 1:01:31[SPEAKER_04]: What's uh Grinard.
- 1:01:35[SPEAKER_04]: No, no the defense of coordinator.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_03]: Sorry.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_03]: I was a Leslie phrase.
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_03]: Where's he going with this one?
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, I can see.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, um, the head coach of the dolphins.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_03]: Then there were a second.
- 1:01:47[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, Brian
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_04]: Not Brian Dable, but remember this is bad for us, right?
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_04]: There you go.
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_04]: They are 16th right in the middle of the league for points a lot of pre game 23.2 yards per game.
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_04]: They are 10th best giving up 317 red zone offense.
- 1:02:07[SPEAKER_04]: They are fourth best only giving it with touchdown 48.39% of the time, which I mean, you look at their other stats.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_04]: They're not a particularly great pass D. They're not particularly great run D.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_04]: You know, they're giving up 7.3 yards per pass, which is 24th best running the ball.
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_04]: They're giving up 4.1 yards per rush, which is 14th, but it's just, they get to the, they put up a bunch of yards.
- 1:02:31[SPEAKER_04]: Two's put up a bunch of yards against them.
- 1:02:33[SPEAKER_04]: They get to the red zone, they get stopped.
- 1:02:35[SPEAKER_04]: They're also, you know, you know, flores.
- 1:02:38[SPEAKER_04]: I think he's up there always for blitz is in the league.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_04]: He blitz is a shit ton They are Skating to the quarterback 8.39% of the time which is six the best in the league.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_04]: Very good.
- 1:02:51[SPEAKER_04]: Again, so they don't and they haven't really caused a lot of turnovers It's I believe nine on the season.
- 1:02:57[SPEAKER_04]: They're just about where we've been so kind of that same spot
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_04]: and then yeah on defense it's been kind of a you know weird year grandard their defense event edge russia i mean he's banged up i don't think he played last week so we'll have to see what happens there van ginkle he was he was out last week he was okay
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_04]: Van Ginkl, their other edge, very, very good player too.
- 1:03:22[SPEAKER_04]: I think both of them had double digit sacks last year.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_04]: Van Ginkl's just getting healthy again too.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_04]: Again, I think last week he had a sack and like a past the flexion.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_04]: He's just a very fun player to watch.
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_04]: They also have the second-year player.
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_04]: What is his name?
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_04]: God, who's a bad radio?
- 1:03:43[SPEAKER_04]: What position?
- 1:03:43[SPEAKER_04]: The edge that they moved up for.
- 1:03:47[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, Dallas Turner.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, Dallas Turner, that last week with Grinard out which was his first like real start apparently at that position with, you know, obviously filled in for Gink when he was out.
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_04]: But he had a sack last week.
- 1:04:00[SPEAKER_04]: I think he had a couple good plays to it seems like early returns on that game was good after most of the rest.
- 1:04:07[SPEAKER_04]: I've only seen complaining about Dallas Turner.
- 1:04:11[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah, you got something.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I just saw guy that hasn't been that was interesting when they drafted him it seemed like oh like that's a dude from Alabama that like you thought maybe could have impact right away, but it definitely didn't look like that last year
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_04]: Byron Murphy, the corner he had a really really good year last year was a free agent.
- 1:04:27[SPEAKER_04]: He hasn't been as good this year.
- 1:04:29[SPEAKER_04]: Good tackle her soft coverage, but he gets burnt a lot.
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_04]: Mattellus, the safety.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_04]: He was always pretty good player for them.
- 1:04:37[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, God Harris, it's been a few so fucking old too apparently.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_04]: He's not playing all that well either.
- 1:04:41[SPEAKER_04]: But Mattellus, it has had a bad year after getting paid, but he's still a blocker room leadership guy.
- 1:04:46[SPEAKER_04]: And then again, with the Vikings, I mean, well, they have actually their best offensive lineman now might be Jalen Redmond, the undrafted free agent, you know, don't have to pay how much force acts, gets TFLs, runstuffer, all that.
- 1:05:03[SPEAKER_04]: So I think, you know, they, they traded away what Harrison Phillips during training camp after they spent money on two free agent
- 1:05:15[SPEAKER_04]: maybe pay those guys and didn't work out but they at least hit on one on drafted guy their special teams is bad too obviously we talked about it last week how they gave up the big kick return their kicker however is very good i think their puncher sucks not like we get into puncher talk if it's a different team but he might be shitty big puncher talk but uh yeah that's the that's the the Minnesota Vikings what do you think of the Vikings this year
- 1:05:42[SPEAKER_03]: They're not, they're not the team that they were last year.
- 1:05:44[SPEAKER_03]: They're not, I mean, running around with their hair on fire, doing anything exciting other than, I guess, J.J. McCarthy is exciting to watch.
- 1:05:51[SPEAKER_03]: Exciting isn't always a good thing, but exciting and less.
- 1:05:56[SPEAKER_03]: But, I mean, it's the Vikings, it's a division game, like it's going to be tough.
- 1:06:03[SPEAKER_03]: It feels like it's going to be a slugger.
- 1:06:05[SPEAKER_03]: Like, it's just going to be back and forth the whole game.
- 1:06:08[SPEAKER_03]: And that's what I'm, that's what I'm prepared for.
- 1:06:11[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, we'll see.
- 1:06:12[SPEAKER_04]: I really hope JJ can connect on those interceptions that James wouldn't for us last week.
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, really?
- 1:06:18[SPEAKER_04]: I just got, you know, I didn't even look what the spread was in this game.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_04]: I, let's see, play, what do you think the spread is?
- 1:06:24[SPEAKER_04]: You get three points at home.
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_04]: I think the Packers are going to be...
- 1:06:29[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to say night.
- 1:06:32[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to say nine and a half point favorites packers.
- 1:06:35[SPEAKER_04]: Let's see.
- 1:06:35[SPEAKER_03]: Wow, that's a big one for a divisional game that seems I feel like it's not that high.
- 1:06:40[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you're probably right.
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, six and a half.
- 1:06:42[SPEAKER_04]: You were you were much closer.
- 1:06:43[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, I was probably playing too much into the home.
- 1:06:46[SPEAKER_04]: Whatever, but yeah, I don't know.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_04]: Vikings.
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_04]: I just want to before I guess I we get into it more.
- 1:06:52[SPEAKER_04]: I want to just talk about the Vikings because I
- 1:06:54[SPEAKER_04]: Love the Vikings.
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_04]: I yes, I love hating accounts of Vikings especially this year because they're GM Quasie Is this his third fourth years the GM big God of you four big analytics guy?
- 1:07:10[SPEAKER_04]: He just got a contract extension to thank God.
- 1:07:12[SPEAKER_04]: I was so happy when that news came through
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_04]: KOC also got one.
- 1:07:18[SPEAKER_04]: I think he's a fine head coach.
- 1:07:20[SPEAKER_04]: Obviously between the two, you know, there's been talk, especially early on that's like, you know, Viking fans won't blow the one.
- 1:07:25[SPEAKER_04]: One of them fired.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_04]: He is a analytics guy, huge analytics guy.
- 1:07:30[SPEAKER_04]: He was in baseball before jumping into the NFL and becoming a GM.
- 1:07:35[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like you know it's like he's usually pretty good in free agency.
- 1:07:40[SPEAKER_04]: You know we talked about the gangster.
- 1:07:43[SPEAKER_04]: We talked about Grinard and the gangster.
- 1:07:45[SPEAKER_04]: There were two huge free agency pickups last year.
- 1:07:50[SPEAKER_04]: Zedarius Smith, you know, obviously we hated him, but he was a pretty good signing to Aaron Jones, pretty good signing byron Murphy at corner, pretty good signing to for the most part.
- 1:08:01[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, I feel like up until this year, he like, I think he's got a super spread sheet of like analytics and potential cost of this player when it goes into free agency and it's been really, really good up until this year because this year they played they paid Jonathan Allen, they paid some other defensive tackle.
- 1:08:21[SPEAKER_04]: Jeff Akuda, who is hanging out there, you know, he was a former first round pick.
- 1:08:26[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think they paid him much, but he was terrible as one of their starting corners.
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_04]: He's now an IR, and then you know, they revamped their offensive line with Will Fry's and Ryan Kelly center in guard from the cults, which if one team is letting two guys like that walk, and their offensive line has been really good this year.
- 1:08:44[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it makes you think and it was funny took his fries who's the center.
- 1:08:48[SPEAKER_04]: I kind of wanted that's a guy I would have liked to have signed This offseason just because I was an expecting to sign a fucking guard in air and banks like we did And it hasn't worked out for them all that much.
- 1:09:00[SPEAKER_04]: He had a con- I one or two concussions to start the year
- 1:09:03[SPEAKER_04]: He went on IR for it.
- 1:09:06[SPEAKER_04]: I believe it was funny seeing Viking fan saying he needs to wear a guardian cap He needs where your guarding cap.
- 1:09:10[SPEAKER_04]: It's like Rhojo Dobbs were a guarding cap against the Eagles in the playoffs last year and sustained a concussion like Yeah, they don't they don't feel like they work.
- 1:09:21[SPEAKER_04]: I saw some article last year To how they're isn't there hasn't been a noticeable difference in wearing a guarding cap first not wearing one Yeah, that feels correct
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_04]: But back to the Vikings with Coise, and again, because we're in the Twin Cities, Yadiyada, terrible, terrible drafter.
- 1:09:40[SPEAKER_04]: And we're packer fans.
- 1:09:42[SPEAKER_04]: We're all draught and developed.
- 1:09:43[SPEAKER_04]: You know, we've made, remain consistently good since Brett Farve.
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, how many times have we missed the playoffs three, four times?
- 1:09:53[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, how many times with Rogers?
- 1:09:55[SPEAKER_04]: 17, 18 twice, 22, and then his first year.
- 1:10:01[SPEAKER_04]: So that's four.
- 1:10:02[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know how many they missed with far but at least two thousand four.
- 1:10:05[SPEAKER_04]: And I said was 2003 was the bad year.
- 1:10:09[SPEAKER_03]: Mr. 22.
- 1:10:12[SPEAKER_04]: the last year.
- 1:10:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the last year ever and Rogers.
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_04]: But the the Vikings, Quasi is just a terrible, terrible, drifter.
- 1:10:21[SPEAKER_04]: You can legitimately count like their best graphics on one hand.
- 1:10:25[SPEAKER_04]: It's like Jordan Addison.
- 1:10:26[SPEAKER_04]: It's the guard from this year.
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_03]: It's like Jordan Assen, will he get another contract there?
- 1:10:32[SPEAKER_04]: That's the thing that they're talking about too, because that's the other thing that I'm getting at here.
- 1:10:36[SPEAKER_04]: I don't understand the team building from Quasie, because it has never made sense to me.
- 1:10:44[SPEAKER_04]: Kurt Cousins, when that was going on, that maybe made a little bit more sense, but it's like, I don't think you're ever gonna win a full Super Bowl with this guy, and then even the year that they drafted GGM McCarthy, like they offered Kurt a pretty good deal too, but they didn't promise that they weren't gonna
- 1:10:59[SPEAKER_04]: So it's like, okay, maybe maybe now you'll like be able to build around a franchise quarterback.
- 1:11:06[SPEAKER_04]: But then the last year happens with Sam Darnold, they went 14, 13, 14 games, whatever it was.
- 1:11:12[SPEAKER_04]: When a lot of people thought it was going to be like a half-ass rebuild.
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_04]: And now, JJ McCarthy takes over that team and they're just not very good, which, again, it's like, when are you going to have some type of harder reset and try to build a team that will win long term, they spent the most money in NFL this year, most cash paid out because of the free agency signings.
- 1:11:36[SPEAKER_04]: They have the third oldest roster in the NFL, and you have JJ McCarthy, you know, starting for your football team.
- 1:11:44[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I think there is some merit to the soft benching, especially seeing more of the inaccuracy from JJ McCarthy, because I'm sure a lot of those veteran guys just wanted to win now, or at least be more competitive, and Kevin O'Connell didn't think that was possible with JJ.
- 1:12:01[SPEAKER_04]: Again, they are 37 next year.
- 1:12:04[SPEAKER_04]: They look like shit right now.
- 1:12:06[SPEAKER_04]: Next year, they are third worse than the league.
- 1:12:09[SPEAKER_04]: They're right now set to be $37 million over the cap.
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_04]: So they need to make moves, whoever they're going to lose in free agency, they still have to make moves to get under that and then it's at least $10 million to sign your draft class.
- 1:12:24[SPEAKER_04]: So I've loved it because there's never been like will it be to sign their draft class though?
- 1:12:29[SPEAKER_04]: They have like three picks.
- 1:12:30[SPEAKER_04]: No, we'll know that's not true.
- 1:12:31[SPEAKER_04]: This past year they had a couple.
- 1:12:34[SPEAKER_04]: They have like no picks and next year actually looked it up.
- 1:12:39[SPEAKER_04]: Where is it?
- 1:12:40[SPEAKER_04]: This year they have a pick in every round.
- 1:12:42[SPEAKER_04]: They moved around a little bit so they might have
- 1:12:50[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, a lot of that is because of the confiscatory picks one thing that Quasie has been pretty good on because they're getting the comp pick for Darnold for Daniel Jones.
- 1:13:01[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, and even That tackled that they traded for from the jag wires Robinson.
- 1:13:06[SPEAKER_04]: They got a fifth-throw pick and he was just a rental So that was a very smart move
- 1:13:10[SPEAKER_04]: But again, a team that cannot draft.
- 1:13:14[SPEAKER_04]: It's been Jordan Addison.
- 1:13:15[SPEAKER_04]: It's been the guard this year.
- 1:13:18[SPEAKER_04]: There's one or two other guys who have been pretty decent for him.
- 1:13:23[SPEAKER_03]: Is that kind of like what you lack though?
- 1:13:25[SPEAKER_03]: Like if you're an analytics guy, Yeah, so you just lose out on like the team building part of things.
- 1:13:30[SPEAKER_03]: Like is that kind of the trade-off?
- 1:13:32[SPEAKER_04]: But it's like that 2022 draft class was terrible with that safety client sign whenever the fuck and everyone else was a miss their two Do you know who the number two guy is in the front office for the Vikings?
- 1:13:45[SPEAKER_04]: No idea.
- 1:13:45[SPEAKER_04]: It's Ryan Griggson.
- 1:13:47[SPEAKER_04]: Do you remember who he is?
- 1:13:49[SPEAKER_03]: I mean the name sounds kind of familiar.
- 1:13:51[SPEAKER_04]: So he was the GM for the Indianapolis quotes when they drafted Jordan lock
- 1:13:58[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, and he he got Journal of Journal of Andrew luck retired.
- 1:14:04[SPEAKER_04]: You know, they never had an offensive line They didn't really have very good drafts.
- 1:14:07[SPEAKER_04]: They had Tui Hilton as a weapon not a ton else over there So he's like their draft guy So I think that's a big reason why they've been so fucking bad in drafts.
- 1:14:19[SPEAKER_03]: So I kind of hope they but you also remember to when they trade it everything away To get Dallas Turner and whoever else in that job
- 1:14:26[SPEAKER_03]: In Quasi, oh, that's right.
- 1:14:28[SPEAKER_03]: It was JJ.
- 1:14:28[SPEAKER_03]: In Quasi was like, sometimes you just got to throw the analytics out the window and make these moves because they're really important and that's what's going to set you over the future.
- 1:14:36[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, but you threw it all out you're an analytics guy and you threw it all the window for shit.
- 1:14:42[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I mean Dallas Turner until two weeks ago had done essentially nothing in the NFL.
- 1:14:48[SPEAKER_03]: I might be wrong on that, but it feels like nothing.
- 1:14:50[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't heard his name at all.
- 1:14:51[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, because like those Jerry Jones trade charts or whatever, like I think they lost most of those.
- 1:14:55[SPEAKER_04]: And the thing that was, we all knew they were going to go after a franchise quarterback, they traded up a month before the draft, so it's like,
- 1:15:04[SPEAKER_04]: Nobody really does that.
- 1:15:06[SPEAKER_04]: Those trades happen day off.
- 1:15:07[SPEAKER_04]: It's like you don't really know.
- 1:15:09[SPEAKER_04]: So you can leverage what's happening and you don't know who's actually going to be there.
- 1:15:13[SPEAKER_04]: And that was a draft class two where, you know, through October, Jordan love wasn't looking very good.
- 1:15:18[SPEAKER_04]: And I'm looking at quarterbacks and the college has a huge QB class.
- 1:15:22[SPEAKER_04]: And I think you were the same way.
- 1:15:23[SPEAKER_04]: We're like,
- 1:15:25[SPEAKER_04]: don't let the Vikings get Drake may.
- 1:15:27[SPEAKER_04]: Obviously that sounds very like Captain Hindsider at now because he's amazing.
- 1:15:31[SPEAKER_04]: He's one of the front runners for MVP, but it's like not Drake made, not Drake, man.
- 1:15:35[SPEAKER_04]: It's funny how Elliot Wolf's son of Ron Wolf for the Patriot.
- 1:15:39[SPEAKER_04]: For the Patriot.
- 1:15:40[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so that's kind of nice to see.
- 1:15:42[SPEAKER_03]: Stay move right in front of him to grab him too.
- 1:15:45[SPEAKER_03]: There's like two picks in front or something?
- 1:15:47[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe.
- 1:15:48[SPEAKER_04]: God, but that might have been a head of time too.
- 1:15:49[SPEAKER_04]: I don't remember.
- 1:15:50[SPEAKER_04]: They might have just been that bad that year too.
- 1:15:53[SPEAKER_04]: They might have just been that bad.
- 1:15:54[SPEAKER_04]: Apparently the Vikings were calling trying to trade up, but they would not budge.
- 1:15:57[SPEAKER_04]: But again, it's just, it's like there's no look to the future here.
- 1:16:02[SPEAKER_04]: This team, if they fall apart, they might have to completely rebuild.
- 1:16:05[SPEAKER_04]: So I hope that they finish right around 500.
- 1:16:09[SPEAKER_04]: So Quiesie can keep his job.
- 1:16:11[SPEAKER_04]: We can get one more Vikings graph class of a bunch of bullshit because that's all he's ever really had.
- 1:16:16[SPEAKER_04]: I guess last year we've made a been okay.
- 1:16:18[SPEAKER_04]: But it's I hope they can stay this type of stink because if they keep him around and he fucks up again, it's going to be a long-term, long-term rebuild for them.
- 1:16:29[SPEAKER_03]: It was it was Michael Panics that went two picks before that.
- 1:16:32[SPEAKER_04]: Oh God before JJ
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_03]: He was a JJ was 10.
- 1:16:38[SPEAKER_03]: Drake may win three.
- 1:16:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:16:40[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:16:40[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:16:41[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:16:41[SPEAKER_04]: That's just very funny because you see pennies now too.
- 1:16:44[SPEAKER_04]: He's might be out for the year with another tornado seal and he and yeah, another isn't he had to prior also.
- 1:16:50[SPEAKER_04]: his, I mean, there's like a meme of him in college where both of his legs are in castings that given the thumbs up, so it's just so bad.
- 1:16:57[SPEAKER_04]: And the fuck god, they're so again, like we get mad at Goody and LaFlor about shit.
- 1:17:02[SPEAKER_04]: Again, look at the Vikings in the way they've missed manage their team, you know, I mean, they won 13 games last year, but they have a, they've won one playoff game, I think since 2020, 2014, 2012, something like that, not a lot of success.
- 1:17:17[SPEAKER_04]: Um,
- 1:17:17[SPEAKER_04]: or no, what cause they had the the miracle and then they had the cousins one to root off that sealed it but the miracle was that was so long and I was like 20 20 the the mirrors 2018 that's 2018 yeah yeah with case kingdom um what was it going what was they talking about there oh no
- 1:17:39[SPEAKER_03]: The mismanagement of their roster.
- 1:17:40[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, the Falcons like they traded up one of the players.
- 1:17:43[SPEAKER_04]: They signed career cousins They Draft Pinnocks and then this year too this past draft they trained away this year's draft pick to the Rams to take some defense event and it's like that's going to be a top five pick And it's like things could be so much worse than what we have here, but again, I just Totally liking suck.
- 1:18:01[SPEAKER_04]: I love the way they run their organization because it seems like they don't know what they're doing this week
- 1:18:05[SPEAKER_04]: God, I really hope we win.
- 1:18:07[SPEAKER_04]: We have it beat the Vikings when it's like maddered in fucking forever It does feel like that.
- 1:18:14[SPEAKER_04]: Even the last time we beat them was that New Year's Eve game where God was his name, Jalen Oh, was it Jalen?
- 1:18:24[SPEAKER_04]: But it was Nick it was Nick Mullin.
- 1:18:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it was Jiren.
- 1:18:29[SPEAKER_04]: Jiren Hall started the game and Nick Mullins finished it the Vikings finished that year 7 and 10 And it's week when we flew him out of the water.
- 1:18:35[SPEAKER_04]: It's been bow meltin was the first 100 yard receiver for the packers on the year But again, they they were shitty team that that game really didn't matter This game looks like Jaden reads gonna practice this week.
- 1:18:48[SPEAKER_04]: So that's good
- 1:18:49[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe Martian Lloyd too.
- 1:18:51[SPEAKER_04]: Again, like I said earlier, it looks like Quay is going to play.
- 1:18:53[SPEAKER_04]: Doubt Jacob's does.
- 1:18:56[SPEAKER_04]: Golden is probably going to be questionable.
- 1:18:59[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if Phil play.
- 1:19:00[SPEAKER_04]: LVN.
- 1:19:00[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to guess he plays and then maybe we get Hobbes back.
- 1:19:03[SPEAKER_04]: I hope not.
- 1:19:05[SPEAKER_04]: But
- 1:19:06[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, it'll be a good test at Lambo after Journal of his pressure so much against the eagles.
- 1:19:13[SPEAKER_04]: If the offensive line can hold up against a floor is defense that blitz is a lot, they have the gangster.
- 1:19:19[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if Grinard's gonna be back.
- 1:19:22[SPEAKER_04]: Again, no practices yet this week.
- 1:19:24[SPEAKER_04]: But I think we should win this game.
- 1:19:27[SPEAKER_04]: I think we match up half way decent.
- 1:19:29[SPEAKER_04]: Again, the very good red zone team, we're a good red zone offense.
- 1:19:34[SPEAKER_04]: They're a good third down team too.
- 1:19:36[SPEAKER_04]: We're a good third down offense.
- 1:19:37[SPEAKER_04]: So kind of a good strength versus strength there.
- 1:19:39[SPEAKER_04]: But I just think we have a little bit more talent, a little bit better coaching at least on the defensive side of the ball and for what they have gone out with JJ and McCarthy too.
- 1:19:47[SPEAKER_04]: So I feel good.
- 1:19:49[SPEAKER_04]: I really, I really hope we win.
- 1:19:52[SPEAKER_03]: I, it's, it would be nice to get some of the Calvary coming in to lift us up just a little bit of Jane Reid, LVN come back.
- 1:20:02[SPEAKER_03]: That feels like a nice little boost that we can really use right now going into this.
- 1:20:06[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, this stretch.
- 1:20:08[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think we've talked about it, but this stretch is going to suck.
- 1:20:10[SPEAKER_03]: It's Vikings this week, then the lions, then the bears, then the Broncos, then the bears, then the Ravens, and the Vikings.
- 1:20:18[SPEAKER_03]: That's a shitty stretch to go in the season.
- 1:20:22[SPEAKER_03]: You got to be on your shit and really the packers,
- 1:20:25[SPEAKER_03]: Not really other shit right now, so it'd be nice to tune it up a little bit.
- 1:20:29[SPEAKER_04]: Five divisional games to finish up the season.
- 1:20:32[SPEAKER_04]: And then we have the Broncos and the Ravens.
- 1:20:35[SPEAKER_04]: It's the schedule sucks.
- 1:20:39[SPEAKER_04]: It puts it together.
- 1:20:40[SPEAKER_04]: It is the hardest remaining schedule in the NFL, strength of schedule just off of record right now.
- 1:20:46[SPEAKER_04]: But again, the Bears are sitting at 7 and 3.
- 1:20:48[SPEAKER_04]: They have a negative point differential.
- 1:20:50[SPEAKER_04]: I think they're okay.
- 1:20:51[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think
- 1:20:52[SPEAKER_04]: that they're that good.
- 1:20:53[SPEAKER_04]: You know, they're probably more of a, you know, 500 team I'd say.
- 1:20:58[SPEAKER_04]: So I mean, I think we're going to at least split with the bears and the Vikings and then the Lions game there'll be if you, but it's like if we went two of the next three games, then I feel pretty good about making the playoffs because we're still a little iffy right there.
- 1:21:14[SPEAKER_04]: You can sit sitting at the
- 1:21:19[SPEAKER_03]: I don't feel bad about it.
- 1:21:20[SPEAKER_03]: I just it could turn self this many divisional games at the end.
- 1:21:24[SPEAKER_03]: You just never know what's going to happen.
- 1:21:26[SPEAKER_03]: And then Broncos and Ravens.
- 1:21:27[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, the Ravens are healthy now.
- 1:21:29[SPEAKER_03]: Broncos.
- 1:21:30[SPEAKER_03]: They're a little bit hot and cold right now.
- 1:21:33[SPEAKER_03]: They're of weird.
- 1:21:34[SPEAKER_03]: They just beat the chiefs to right.
- 1:21:36[SPEAKER_03]: But they're dangerous.
- 1:21:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like they're that's a dangerous team.
- 1:21:38[SPEAKER_03]: Well, no, it won't mix his on it's scary.
- 1:21:40[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, that's what I'm saying.
- 1:21:40[SPEAKER_04]: They just, yeah, they just beat the chiefs.
- 1:21:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:21:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:21:43[SPEAKER_04]: For sure.
- 1:21:44[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:21:44[SPEAKER_04]: So score predictions.
- 1:21:46[SPEAKER_04]: Time.
- 1:21:46[SPEAKER_04]: What is your score
- 1:21:49[SPEAKER_03]: i have the packers winning twenty seven go figure out twenty four okay what is billy's square prediction billy has packers twenty
- 1:22:00[SPEAKER_04]: You're viking 17 okay scared me there Billy my score prediction.
- 1:22:07[SPEAKER_04]: I have to go 27 to a couple weeks in row there where we I didn't pick him hey I picked the giants to win last week I was hey maybe that's just what we needed another and the Malik will us of predictions to spark our team to actually win when games here Okay, I'm I'm gonna go you have to go 27 I'm going to go 27
- 1:22:27[SPEAKER_04]: And I just think, I think it's a fucky-ass year, let's go 27-12.
- 1:22:32[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, I don't know how they get there now would be so funny, maybe it'll be like four field goals or a couple of missed extra points and two field goals that gets you there like that twenty twenty seven twelve if that happens that that might I mean that you should just go with 11 just make it is that how do you get there.
- 1:22:51[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, let's do that.
- 1:22:52[SPEAKER_04]: Let's do that.
- 1:22:52[SPEAKER_04]: I like that twenty twenty twenty twenty seven eleven.
- 1:22:54[SPEAKER_04]: That's even better now.
- 1:22:55[SPEAKER_04]: It'll be really fun if it happens.
- 1:23:01[SPEAKER_03]: I, I don't know, I was kicking this one back and forth like just the, the hilarity around JJ McCarthy and him being nine, I was going to say like four picks.
- 1:23:14[SPEAKER_03]: It seems almost too bold, but I just like that.
- 1:23:17[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe that's maybe I should see that four picks.
- 1:23:19[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, God.
- 1:23:20[SPEAKER_04]: I was going to say before he said it's like he almost don't want to jinx it though either because I always I remember way back in the day I bold prediction season two or season three was Tim Boyle laser show throwing a touchdown and it was a week 17 lions game that we almost lost
- 1:23:39[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, which we needed to become the one seed in twenty twenty one.
- 1:23:44[SPEAKER_04]: I believe so I don't know sometimes I I feel like we jinxed things as well.
- 1:23:48[SPEAKER_04]: What is what is Billy's bold prediction?
- 1:23:51[SPEAKER_03]: Billy has a defense sacking McCarthy six times Do you think that's a point?
- 1:23:58[SPEAKER_03]: I mean they have they have an okay offensive one Yeah, okay Okay, I mean they're saw play
- 1:24:08[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like that's pretty good.
- 1:24:09[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, as you can see, let's see, what six is a lot?
- 1:24:11[SPEAKER_04]: Six is a lot.
- 1:24:12[SPEAKER_04]: True, yeah, they are the third verse for giving up sex in the league.
- 1:24:19[SPEAKER_03]: But hasn't their lines been completely beat up for a while and other finally getting guys back?
- 1:24:24[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 1:24:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:24:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:24:25[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:24:25[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:24:26[SPEAKER_03]: There you go.
- 1:24:27[SPEAKER_03]: Defending Billy on this.
- 1:24:28[SPEAKER_04]: Good job, yeah.
- 1:24:29[SPEAKER_04]: That that very good point.
- 1:24:30[SPEAKER_04]: We'll roll it up.
- 1:24:31[SPEAKER_04]: I wonder how many times it got stacked up.
- 1:24:32[SPEAKER_04]: Have you seen like JJ McCarthy's mechanics?
- 1:24:36[SPEAKER_04]: No, he like he's done like a summer soul pull.
- 1:24:39[SPEAKER_04]: He's gotten tackle last week.
- 1:24:40[SPEAKER_04]: He did like a karate kick after throw.
- 1:24:43[SPEAKER_04]: It's so funny how like Viking Karate kick he like put his he moves his arm.
- 1:24:48[SPEAKER_04]: He's got a weird silly body thing about him too, but he can't throw though.
- 1:24:51[SPEAKER_03]: Have like a table throw motion or what is it?
- 1:24:53[SPEAKER_04]: No, I'm seeing silly body like Jordan love with his legs.
- 1:24:56[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, my God legs
- 1:24:59[SPEAKER_04]: Got it.
- 1:24:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:25:00[SPEAKER_04]: It's just it's very funny Viking fans making fun of Jordan love the contract and it's like well The financial investment we put in a Jordan love you're going to have to commit to Jjima Carthi with that draft pick Like who cares whose money it is like you guys are still fucking used the first drop pick on him and he doesn't look very good my bold prediction
- 1:25:21[SPEAKER_04]: What?
- 1:25:22[SPEAKER_04]: I'm gonna say, okay, tell me if this is bold enough.
- 1:25:27[SPEAKER_04]: One player on the Packers has two interceptions.
- 1:25:34[SPEAKER_04]: at what position.
- 1:25:36[SPEAKER_04]: Corner and secondary in the secondary.
- 1:25:38[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:25:39[SPEAKER_04]: You think that's bold enough?
- 1:25:41[SPEAKER_04]: Sure.
- 1:25:42[SPEAKER_03]: Why not?
- 1:25:42[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:25:44[SPEAKER_03]: Let's do it.
- 1:25:44[SPEAKER_03]: I don't.
- 1:25:45[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, same player two picks.
- 1:25:47[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it could be X.
- 1:25:49[SPEAKER_03]: He's probably dumb enough to throw it X. Yeah.
- 1:25:52[SPEAKER_03]: So that makes it a little less bold.
- 1:25:54[SPEAKER_03]: But who knows?
- 1:25:55[SPEAKER_04]: With that that is the episode if you want to leave a review on Spotify or Apple that would be cool if you leave a comment on Spotify We will read it on the podcast.
- 1:26:02[SPEAKER_04]: We did get to this week again.
- 1:26:04[SPEAKER_04]: It was funny how nothing in then now we had one after the game One jet my jet.
- 1:26:10[SPEAKER_04]: I don't want to start with a jet
- 1:26:11[SPEAKER_04]: Matt from Whitehorn.
- 1:26:13[SPEAKER_04]: Again, our buddy from London now Toronto.
- 1:26:16[SPEAKER_04]: He said looking forward to the next time when we play the Giants and Josh Wiley will be the answer to Stump Spenny.
- 1:26:23[SPEAKER_04]: I thought it was a very funny one after.
- 1:26:25[SPEAKER_00]: I like that one.
- 1:26:25[SPEAKER_04]: The Clay Matthews question last week, which I thought was quite difficult.
- 1:26:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I don't know if I'll remember that four years from now.
- 1:26:31[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe you know if I had to ask if I was asked who scored four years ago like against the bears I would have come up with Dominique Daphne who is probably a comparable player and then we have another comment from Logan if you remember he had all the grammatical errors last week and it's coming he said first off First off I would like to apologize for my drunk comment I forgot about it until I was at work and listening to the podcast and her by name the feedback to me
- 1:26:59[SPEAKER_04]: Don't go much to say about the game this week other than widers even cornerback can't catch very true Seeing Luke getting tackled by a corner made me say sweet baby boy Tucker would kill that guy also make Willas the new RB that's all again never apologize for commenting drunk to the podcast I think we would actually prefer this
- 1:27:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's actually better.
- 1:27:21[SPEAKER_03]: So if you could get really drunk this weekend and just maybe comment twice this time just give us a cup maybe one and a half time one at the end of the game.
- 1:27:29[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, there we go.
- 1:27:30[SPEAKER_04]: That it would be I mean, if we have time at this game, we weren't looking very good either.
- 1:27:34[SPEAKER_04]: No, we weren't.
- 1:27:35[SPEAKER_04]: We would have been.
- 1:27:36[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, so there's a good time to check in.
- 1:27:38[SPEAKER_03]: Put your drunk thoughts out there, right?
- 1:27:40[SPEAKER_03]: Everybody wants to hear them.
- 1:27:41[SPEAKER_03]: Don't get in your head and think that nobody wants to hear.
- 1:27:44[SPEAKER_03]: We all want to chime in.
- 1:27:46[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, yeah, and if you want to coosie email us on pp.cast at gmail.com or the ms on Twitter, that is it.
- 1:27:54[SPEAKER_04]: Do we see something at the end of last week that we were going to follow up on?
- 1:27:59[SPEAKER_04]: We had two, two, it does.
- 1:28:00[SPEAKER_04]: So two weeks ago, we have a John Gruden discussion.
- 1:28:03[SPEAKER_04]: He did win with the Raiders a Super Bowl and I was fucked up on the rich Gannon.
- 1:28:09[SPEAKER_04]: I thought rich Gannon wanted Super Bowl starting.
- 1:28:11[SPEAKER_04]: It was MVP.
- 1:28:13[SPEAKER_04]: That he won.
- 1:28:14[SPEAKER_03]: Not a Super Bowl.
- 1:28:15[SPEAKER_03]: So that's he was on the losing side of that Super Bowl.
- 1:28:18[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, so that's why I was like, what the fuck?
- 1:28:21[SPEAKER_03]: I know there's it is going back to that.
- 1:28:24[SPEAKER_03]: That is the wildest thing that you trade your head coach for like a some of money plus first round Was it first round picks and then both teams meet in the Super Bowl?
- 1:28:37[SPEAKER_03]: The team you were just on is that really and then you guys
- 1:28:40[SPEAKER_03]: that's how we're having the same fucking conversation again apparently it's insane though like the amount of money back then to it's like ten million dollars again that's probably all of these facts are put we're gonna have to correct ourselves but regardless of wild situation with the junk like that could that would never happen today no oh um
- 1:29:02[SPEAKER_04]: Last last thing again following up I forgot to say it's Aaron Jones Ben Sims and Eric Wilson are the former Packers on this roster Eric Wilson a Snip Snip Snip Being a Viking that a packer now a Viking again.
- 1:29:15[SPEAKER_04]: I really hope you win.
- 1:29:17[SPEAKER_04]: I'm gonna say that again.
- 1:29:18[SPEAKER_04]: Got it.
- 1:29:19[SPEAKER_04]: We have to beat the Vikings.
- 1:29:20[SPEAKER_04]: We just if we could sweep the Vikings.
- 1:29:22[SPEAKER_04]: We haven't done that in fucking forever, right?
- 1:29:26[SPEAKER_03]: What's that?
- 1:29:26[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, yeah.
- 1:29:27[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:29:28[SPEAKER_04]: It's been like 20, 20.
- 1:29:30[SPEAKER_04]: We had that Mike Petten game where Cook, what was his first name now?
- 1:29:36[SPEAKER_04]: Delvin Cook ran for like 200 something yards, Mike Petten game.
- 1:29:40[SPEAKER_04]: Um, fun.
- 1:29:41[SPEAKER_04]: I'll be hunting this week and I'll be in Brule.
- 1:29:43[SPEAKER_04]: Wish me luck.
- 1:29:44[SPEAKER_04]: I hope I shoot a deer.
- 1:29:44[SPEAKER_04]: I have not shot a deer since 20, 20, 12.
- 1:29:49[SPEAKER_04]: Is it your trophy hunting or are you just no deer?
- 1:29:52[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, I don't even think we get do tags anymore.
- 1:29:54[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, okay.
- 1:29:56[SPEAKER_04]: At this point, it's like, I actually, I legitimately, you know, back then I was like in apartment stuff now, you know, I have a, I have a wife and a house.
- 1:30:04[SPEAKER_04]: Wow.
- 1:30:04[SPEAKER_04]: And it's like, I could, you got to feed the family, we got to feed the little dog, yellow too.
- 1:30:09[SPEAKER_04]: And we got, we got room in the freezer.
- 1:30:11[SPEAKER_04]: So it would be cool to actually shoot a deer with my no scope 300 savage.
- 1:30:18[SPEAKER_04]: a scope on your gun.
- 1:30:20[SPEAKER_04]: It is so thick back there you like the tag altars everywhere.
- 1:30:24[SPEAKER_04]: I mean it could yeah it could do that but also it's like I mean I've shot 10... no no tag altars.
- 1:30:31[SPEAKER_04]: What's a tag altar where you is moving the scope.
- 1:30:35[SPEAKER_04]: No, no, no, no.
- 1:30:36[SPEAKER_03]: What, that's like the, like the little bushes that go.
- 1:30:40[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, just a little bushes everywhere, right?
- 1:30:41[SPEAKER_03]: Isn't that have I been using that wrong way entirely?
- 1:30:44[SPEAKER_04]: No, that makes sense.
- 1:30:44[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, you said, take altered.
- 1:30:46[SPEAKER_04]: I was literally thinking of little sticks hitting the scope and altering it.
- 1:30:50[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I thought you were talking about.
- 1:30:52[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe that's why it's called that.
- 1:30:54[SPEAKER_04]: But no, I mean, I've shot eight, eight deer in my life.
- 1:30:58[SPEAKER_04]: Eight shots, eight deer, open site gun.
- 1:31:05[SPEAKER_04]: But yeah, biggest thing I've ever shot a soap, eight pointer, humanely, of course.
- 1:31:11[SPEAKER_04]: Eight shots, eight deer, so they die right away, you know, painful, or painless, painless, painless death.
- 1:31:17[SPEAKER_03]: Well, probably momentarily, but then it's like, That's short and quick as it can be.
- 1:31:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, very humane.
- 1:31:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, very humane.
- 1:31:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 1:31:27[SPEAKER_04]: With that, you got anything else, Todd?
- 1:31:29[SPEAKER_03]: No, just we got to buckle up here.
- 1:31:32[SPEAKER_03]: This is we got a long ride here to finish out the season So I think this was our last give me yeah, the Packers and it wasn't like they could use a give me so yeah, and it wasn't a We got to get her shit right.
- 1:31:45[SPEAKER_04]: Oh other thing.
- 1:31:45[SPEAKER_04]: I wonder if our receivers hands were just worse when it's cold out We'll have to see if that's what the big thing is.
- 1:31:50[SPEAKER_03]: Well good thing.
- 1:31:51[SPEAKER_04]: We don't play in the cold for out
- 1:31:53[SPEAKER_04]: Hey, but Christian Watson has big hands.
- 1:31:55[SPEAKER_04]: He's the one who can catch in the cold too.
- 1:31:58[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, sweet, baby boy.
- 1:31:59[SPEAKER_03]: Tucker Trafts, RIP.
- 1:32:00[SPEAKER_03]: All right, P. Yeah.
- 1:32:01[SPEAKER_04]: When, when four of these divisional games three of four of these divisional games, one of the out-of conference with that thought.
- 1:32:06[SPEAKER_04]: Are you going to anything else?
- 1:32:08[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 1:32:08[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 1:32:09[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, with that?
- 1:32:10[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, if you're doing, if you're doing, take a selfie.
- 1:32:12[SPEAKER_00]: See, anybody else, whatever, whatever.
- 1:32:14[SPEAKER_00]: You can't do what we're doing.
- 1:32:16[SPEAKER_00]: Just, just enjoy.
- 1:32:17[SPEAKER_06]: Just watch.
- 1:32:21[SPEAKER_06]: Are you wearing a good mind down?
- 1:32:22[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 1:32:22[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 1:32:22[SPEAKER_06]: Just won't pay me But we're done here We're done, money Little bit of my money You ain't ever allowed to come here The thing working like me down here
- 1:32:49[SPEAKER_06]: I said hey now, baby, I'm gonna leave her down and down.
- 1:32:56[SPEAKER_06]: And honey, I ain't leaving you.
- 1:32:58[SPEAKER_06]: I got a set of speck of beer and a pack of cigarettes.
- 1:33:04[SPEAKER_03]: My tummy is rumbling.
- 1:33:06[SPEAKER_03]: Grumble, grumble.
- 1:33:08[SPEAKER_04]: Half the time this could just be the secret audio.
- 1:33:13[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe it will be if Todd checks out early, you'll know there was tummy troubles.
- 1:33:21[SPEAKER_03]: I have to like, get, or, oh yeah, okay, no farting.
