- 0:01Speaker 1: She has now officially declined a Time magazine interview as.
- 0:06Speaker 2: She continues to avoid the press.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Time magazine obviously supports liberals in a big way.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Why would you not do the interview?
- 0:13Speaker 1: That's how fraid they are of her talking to anyone
- 0:15Speaker 1: in the media. I think it's pretty clear now that
- 0:18Speaker 1: Harris's team declined this interview with Time, as it's now
- 0:21Speaker 1: breaking as they continue to deny media access because they
- 0:26Speaker 1: don't want to take any chances of a screw up
- 0:28Speaker 1: before the Democratic convention. According to the magazine's glowing cover
- 0:33Speaker 1: story about a rise at the top of the Democratic ticket,
- 0:36Speaker 1: they still said no. Harris has now gone twenty four
- 0:39Speaker 1: days without holding a formal press conference or sit down
- 0:42Speaker 1: interview since emerging as the Democratic Party's nominee after Biden
- 0:46Speaker 1: announced he had dropped out of the race. Both Biden
- 0:48Speaker 1: and former President Trump sit down for lengthy interviews with
- 0:52Speaker 1: Time as candidates for president. The Monday cover story briefly
- 0:57Speaker 1: noted that Harris refused to sit down for an interview
- 1:00Speaker 1: for the highly favorable story, saying this, Harris has yet
- 1:04Speaker 1: to do a single substance of interview or to explore
- 1:07Speaker 1: policy shifts her campaign Tony a request for an interview
- 1:10Speaker 1: for this story.
- 1:11Speaker 2: But what did the cover of Time magazine look like?
- 1:14Speaker 1: It looked like she was a god, and it said
- 1:16Speaker 1: her moment looking like she's some goddess. The timepiece, titled
- 1:23Speaker 1: the Reintroduction of Kamala Harris and written by Charlotte Alter,
- 1:27Speaker 1: opened by comparing the atmosphere to recent Harris rally to
- 1:31Speaker 1: Beyonce in Taylor Swift concerts, and said it resembled the
- 1:35Speaker 1: early days of Barack Obama.
- 1:37Speaker 2: That's how they started the story.
- 1:39Speaker 1: The magazine quoted several Democratic allies offering high praise for Harris,
- 1:43Speaker 1: including Transportation Secretary Pete, who said to consolidate the Democratic
- 1:48Speaker 1: Party in a matter of hours, to do as many
- 1:52Speaker 1: visible events and established the presence without putting a foot
- 1:56Speaker 1: wrong is a feat. It's amazing how fast the media
- 2:00Speaker 1: can coordinate. Somebody quote. I don't think anybody expected her
- 2:04Speaker 1: to be so flawless, he added of her quick rise
- 2:07Speaker 1: to power. David Hogg, the gun control activist, was also
- 2:11Speaker 1: quoted saying this elections come down to vibes, and Kamwa
- 2:15Speaker 1: has got the vibes right now. Senator Corey Booker is
- 2:19Speaker 1: quoted in the article as well, saying that Harris has
- 2:21Speaker 1: gone from being a h is It Patawan yes, to
- 2:26Speaker 1: a Jedi master. Adam Shift dismissed any concerns over historically
- 2:32Speaker 1: approval rating his vice president, saying this, it's always hard
- 2:35Speaker 1: for the vice president because the president is the one
- 2:37Speaker 1: setting the policy taking the responsibility. He told time and
- 2:42Speaker 1: historically vice presidents have often taken on the work that
- 2:46Speaker 1: the president doesn't want to do. Harris answered a handful
- 2:50Speaker 1: of questions while campaigning in Michigan last week, including one
- 2:53Speaker 1: about criticism or not speaking to the press, and she
- 2:56Speaker 1: said this quote, I've talked to my team us to
- 3:00Speaker 1: get an interview schedule before the end of the month,
- 3:02Speaker 1: end of the month, really before the end of the month.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Now why did she say that, because they already have
- 3:07Speaker 1: a strategy and we know now what their strategy is.
- 3:11Speaker 2: The strategy is not to do interviews. The strategy is.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Roll into the Democratic National Convention and don't do interviews.
- 3:20Speaker 2: That is the strategy, folks, plain and simple.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Let me also say that I do think that the
- 3:28Speaker 1: media at some point is going to have to ask
- 3:32Speaker 1: her at least a question or two. How do you not, right,
- 3:38Speaker 1: Frank Luntz by the way, coming out saying, look, she's
- 3:42Speaker 1: having a moment, yes, but Donald Trump is still doing
- 3:44Speaker 1: better with union members than any Republican in decades. The
- 3:48Speaker 1: focus group, union members say union leaders don't speak for me,
- 3:52Speaker 1: because the unions have now come behind Kamala Harris.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Listen, but I assure you that Donald Trump is doing
- 3:59Speaker 3: better among the average union member, not teachers' unions and
- 4:03Speaker 3: not the unions for government, but everybody else, the trades
- 4:06Speaker 3: people work in their hands. He's doing better among them
- 4:09Speaker 3: than any Republican has done in decades. This is not
- 4:13Speaker 3: going to be a problem for him. The union leadership
- 4:16Speaker 3: is more divided from their membership, and the louder that
- 4:20Speaker 3: it gets, the greater the divides are going to come
- 4:22Speaker 3: in and my focus groups and this is remarkable to me.
- 4:26Speaker 3: The union membership says they don't speak for me. And
- 4:30Speaker 3: I've been doing this now since nineteen I hate to
- 4:32Speaker 3: say this, eighty nine, nineteen ninety. I've never had union
- 4:36Speaker 3: people publicly say they don't speak for me.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I mean, you listen to him there and you notice
- 4:44Speaker 1: that the rest of the people they're just like totally
- 4:47Speaker 1: quiet on this, like they're like, what do we do.
- 4:49Speaker 2: What do we say about this? Like, like, what do
- 4:55Speaker 2: we say? How do we deal with this? I how?
- 5:00Speaker 2: I mean, do you just keep hiding her? I think
- 5:05Speaker 2: that's what they're advocating for right now.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I mean, Kama Harris said, in this election, we each
- 5:14Speaker 1: face a question what kind of country do we want
- 5:16Speaker 1: to live in? The beauty of our democracy is that
- 5:18Speaker 1: we have the power to answer, whether our vote and
- 5:22Speaker 1: with our voice. Make sure your voice is heard, Kamala Harris.
- 5:28Speaker 1: No one voted for her, No one voted for her.
- 5:34Speaker 1: And with African Americans, for example, I'm not sure this
- 5:37Speaker 1: is going to work as well as they think.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Listen to NBC News.
- 5:42Speaker 1: They set down with a bunch of Philadelphia African American
- 5:45Speaker 1: voters and I want you to hear what one African
- 5:49Speaker 1: American woman said to the interviewer.
- 5:52Speaker 4: How hard does inflation hit you?
- 5:54Speaker 5: It hit me hard.
- 5:55Speaker 6: It's hitting me hard.
- 5:56Speaker 4: What do you blame for it?
- 5:57Speaker 7: I blame the federal government. At this point, a working
- 6:00Speaker 7: class mom who works as a paralegal cannot buy a
- 6:05Speaker 7: two dollars bell pepper because it's now five. Imagine a
- 6:09Speaker 7: mother living in a food stamps. Imagine a mother who's
- 6:12Speaker 7: making minimum ways trying to feed children. They're killing us
- 6:20Speaker 7: without killing us. If you understand that they're killing us
- 6:24Speaker 7: without telling us they're killing us. They're hurting people in
- 6:28Speaker 7: ways that they can't help themselves. It's either feed my
- 6:33Speaker 7: child or well, how about feed my children?
- 6:36Speaker 2: And I don't but I have.
- 6:38Speaker 8: To go work.
- 6:40Speaker 2: But I have to go work. Now.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Can they convince her in others? And this is a
- 6:47Speaker 1: very fair question. Can they convince her? And can they
- 6:52Speaker 1: convince others to somehow believe that Kama Harris is good?
- 6:59Speaker 1: You know, Kama Harris has been lying to the American people,
- 7:01Speaker 1: for example, about the threats of terrorists coming across the border.
- 7:05Speaker 1: When she was named the borders are she let a
- 7:07Speaker 1: record number of suspected terrafts into this country.
- 7:12Speaker 2: That was her job. You should be able to hold
- 7:15Speaker 2: her accountable for that.
- 7:16Speaker 4: We don't need to build a wall.
- 7:18Speaker 5: And by definition, does planes speak basic English language?
- 7:23Speaker 4: Definition? It is not an emergency.
- 7:25Speaker 8: You know he talks about this wall. I always say,
- 7:27Speaker 8: let me know how hih it is.
- 7:28Speaker 9: If it's twenty five feet, then I'll invest in the
- 7:30Speaker 9: thirty foot ladder.
- 7:31Speaker 5: To suggest that we have to build a wall across
- 7:35Speaker 5: our southern border because there are terrorists who are trying
- 7:38Speaker 5: to invade the country. It couldn't be farther from the truth.
- 7:44Speaker 5: It couldn't be farther from the truth.
- 7:48Speaker 9: Out of the terror rests across the country, We've learned
- 7:51Speaker 9: several men with suspected ties to ISIS living in the
- 7:54Speaker 9: US have been taken into custody.
- 7:56Speaker 10: Sources is familiar with the matter tell us the then
- 7:58Speaker 10: cross the Southern border some over a year ago.
- 8:01Speaker 11: Most one hundred people on the terrorists watch list were
- 8:04Speaker 11: released into the US by the Biden administration during a
- 8:08Speaker 11: three year period.
- 8:09Speaker 4: To night an alarming development and the border crisis.
- 8:11Speaker 12: Among the record number of migrants crossing the southern border
- 8:14Speaker 12: was a member of an Afghan terror organization.
- 8:17Speaker 13: We are learning that under the Biden and Harris administration
- 8:20Speaker 13: that border patrol agents encountered at least three hundred and
- 8:23Speaker 13: seventy five illegal migrants on the terror watch list right
- 8:27Speaker 13: on the Southern border.
- 8:27Speaker 8: But what's more shocking.
- 8:29Speaker 6: Is at least ninety nine of these individuals were actually
- 8:31Speaker 6: released into American communities. Includes at least two thousand Afghan nationals,
- 8:36Speaker 6: thirty three thousand Chinese nationals, five hundred and fifty one
- 8:39Speaker 6: Iranian nationals, one hundred and twenty Syrian nationals, and three
- 8:44Speaker 6: thousand Effect nationals.
- 8:46Speaker 5: Suggest that we have to build a wall across our
- 8:49Speaker 5: southern border because there are terrorists who are.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Trying to invade the country. It couldn't be farther from
- 8:57Speaker 4: the truth.
- 8:59Speaker 2: I think.
- 9:00Speaker 1: I think that comes back to haunt her, I really do.
- 9:04Speaker 1: I think Kamala Harris is lying to the American people,
- 9:08Speaker 1: and at some point people will care, I hope, unless
- 9:12Speaker 1: they just say, you know what, we like Democrats, that's
- 9:14Speaker 1: who we like. We like them the most, and there's
- 9:17Speaker 1: nothing you can do to stop us. Maybe that's it.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Maybe that is it. There is a question that I
- 9:26Speaker 1: wish somebody in the media would ask Kamala Harris and Timwalls,
- 9:30Speaker 1: and that is, you guys let Minnesota burn during the
- 9:33Speaker 1: Black Lives Matter obsession?
- 9:37Speaker 2: Would you let that happen in all of America? I
- 9:42Speaker 2: think that's a question that should be asked. This is
- 9:47Speaker 2: what you did, Okay, Like.
- 9:51Speaker 1: They let the city burn, and so if they let
- 9:53Speaker 1: the city burn and that's what they did, then would
- 9:57Speaker 1: they let that happen to the rest of the country.
- 10:00Speaker 1: You look at Tim Waltz, Tim Walls is a guy
- 10:05Speaker 1: that wants to be your vice president. I would argue
- 10:08Speaker 1: that this is a guy that doesn't deserve to be
- 10:10Speaker 1: anywhere close to it, just from the simple standpoint that
- 10:12Speaker 1: he's a pathological liar and he's guilty of stolen valor
- 10:16Speaker 1: that apparently the Left doesn't care about.
- 10:18Speaker 8: Tim Walls wants to be a heartbeat away from commander
- 10:21Speaker 8: in chief. But Tim Walls has lied about his military
- 10:23Speaker 8: record for years.
- 10:25Speaker 10: He's us the rank that he never achieved in order
- 10:28Speaker 10: to advance his political career.
- 10:30Speaker 8: Well's lyde repeatedly about his rank.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Retired command sergeant major, retired command sergeant major, command sort
- 10:36Speaker 3: major retired command sergeant major.
- 10:38Speaker 8: Wall's lyde about being in combat.
- 10:40Speaker 9: Can make sure that those weapons of war that I
- 10:42Speaker 9: carried in war, that I carried in war.
- 10:43Speaker 8: Weall's dodge deployment by retiring when he knew his National
- 10:46Speaker 8: Guard unit was going to Iraq. Everybody knew they were
- 10:49Speaker 8: going to train and gold Iraq.
- 10:50Speaker 1: The warning order basically stated that too much later after
- 10:54Speaker 1: he knew it.
- 10:55Speaker 8: That's when he hired Walls. Disparage in Minnesota National Guard soldiers.
- 10:59Speaker 12: Hears the National Guard we're going to have massively trained troops. No,
- 11:02Speaker 12: you're gonna have nineteen year old who are cooked.
- 11:04Speaker 8: That same Minnesota National Guard that he disparaged. Unlike Walls
- 11:09Speaker 8: served heroically in Iraq and Afghanistan. Tim Wallas is not
- 11:12Speaker 8: fit to be anywhere near the office of Commander in chief.
- 11:15Speaker 8: Tim Walls is guilty of stolen valor.
- 11:18Speaker 2: He abandoned us. You know, I mean, what the hell
- 11:20Speaker 2: kind of leader does that?
- 11:22Speaker 1: He abandoned us? What the hell kind of leader does that?
- 11:25Speaker 1: That was somebody that worked with him, That was somebody
- 11:27Speaker 1: in his same group. He abandoned us, right like, that's
- 11:32Speaker 1: what he did. He abandoned us. Why would you want
- 11:37Speaker 1: that guy to be president? You have illegal aliens coming
- 11:41Speaker 1: across the southern border. The one thing she was in
- 11:43Speaker 1: charge of, Kamala Harris, who are brutally assaulting and murdering
- 11:47Speaker 1: different people.
- 11:49Speaker 2: The Biden Harris border crisis is real.
- 11:52Speaker 1: You look at the case file of Juan Carlos Garcia
- 11:55Speaker 1: Rodriguez and the story that needs to be told that again,
- 11:58Speaker 1: the media is not telling you.
- 12:00Speaker 9: Listen, in the case of an eleven year old girl
- 12:07Speaker 9: sexually assaulted and strangled to.
- 12:09Speaker 14: Death, Pasadena police say this is the man they were
- 12:12Speaker 14: after eighteen year old Juan Carlos Garcia Rodriguez. This team
- 12:16Speaker 14: is accused of strangling and sexually assaulting eleven year old
- 12:20Speaker 14: Maria Gonzalez inside the Pasadena apartment that she shared with
- 12:24Speaker 14: her father.
- 12:25Speaker 2: The father of found Maria's.
- 12:26Speaker 14: Body inside of a trash bag that was inside of
- 12:29Speaker 14: a laundry basket shoved under his bed. Detectives identified Garcia
- 12:34Speaker 14: Rodriguez as their suspect.
- 12:50Speaker 1: You want to know how one Carlos Garcia Rodriguez got
- 12:53Speaker 1: into the US as an unaccompanied alien child. He was
- 12:59Speaker 1: smug to the US border by a guide paid for
- 13:03Speaker 1: by his parents, and after arriving at the border, we
- 13:06Speaker 1: now know he was transferred to the custody of the
- 13:08Speaker 1: Department of Health and Human Services. And what do they do?
- 13:12Speaker 1: Shortly after his release, Garcia became one of at least
- 13:15Speaker 1: eighty five thousand unaccompanied miners of whom the biden Heris
- 13:21Speaker 1: Administration quote unquote lost track of. In their own documents,
- 13:25Speaker 1: they state that, according to Garcia's case file, although case
- 13:30Speaker 1: managers attempted to make contact with him and his sponsor,
- 13:34Speaker 1: who was not related to him, the calls went unanswered
- 13:37Speaker 1: for just one month.
- 13:38Speaker 2: After his release. So game over.
- 13:43Speaker 1: The committee estimates of the true number of uncoming miners
- 13:46Speaker 1: that have been lost maybe as high as one hundred
- 13:48Speaker 1: and forty thousand by the US government. And a few
- 13:51Speaker 1: months after the Biden Heris administration lost track of Garcia,
- 13:55Speaker 1: he ran away from his sponsor and not long after
- 13:58Speaker 1: that he brutally assaulted and murdered an eleven year old
- 14:02Speaker 1: Maria Gonzalez. This is what they're doing. The open border
- 14:06Speaker 1: policies of the borders are Kama Harris invited these criminals
- 14:11Speaker 1: into the country and into your community. That is the
- 14:15Speaker 1: questions that the media would be asking if they were
- 14:18Speaker 1: doing their damn job, But they're not. Border patrol agents
- 14:22Speaker 1: have just testified before Congress that this is an unmitigated
- 14:25Speaker 1: disaster and they cannot protect the border. And they said
- 14:28Speaker 1: the Biden Harris border crisis is quote a terrorism threat
- 14:32Speaker 1: to American communities, and criminals are now terrorizing American communities,
- 14:37Speaker 1: including this brutal assault and murder of an eleven year
- 14:41Speaker 1: old who couldn't defend herself. The Harris migrant crime is
- 14:46Speaker 1: affecting everyone in this country, not just border towns.
- 14:50Speaker 10: A man from Guatemala's charge for drunk driving and a
- 14:53Speaker 10: fedal crush this weekend in Branson. Friends and police say
- 14:56Speaker 10: William Garcia Rodriguez flift the truck he was driving. Denny
- 15:01Speaker 10: almar Rizo of Nicaragua, a passenger in the truck, was
- 15:05Speaker 10: killed in the crash. Garcia told police he ran away
- 15:08Speaker 10: from the truck without checking on anyone since he was
- 15:11Speaker 10: scared of being deported. A breath test showed his blood
- 15:14Speaker 10: alcohol level was at zero point two seven to two.
- 15:17Speaker 10: Garcia admitted to drinking ten to twelve beers and blocking
- 15:20Speaker 10: out before driving ten.
- 15:22Speaker 1: To twelve beers before blacking out, and he was quote unquote,
- 15:26Speaker 1: he told police he ran away didn't check on the
- 15:28Speaker 1: dead passenger because he was scared of being deported. Twelve beers.
- 15:34Speaker 1: You think that's the only story, Oh no, it's not.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Listen to this one.
- 15:38Speaker 15: A Jordanian citizen in the US illegally is accused of
- 15:42Speaker 15: sexually assaulting a Wasaw woman, and we do want to
- 15:45Speaker 15: warn you that the details of this story may be disturbing.
- 15:48Speaker 15: The victim met the suspect, Muhammad al Sayeri, on a
- 15:53Speaker 15: Muslim dating website back in May. According to court documents,
- 15:57Speaker 15: The two then met in person in Nashville, Tennessee, in
- 16:00Speaker 15: mid July and then return to Wasau afterwards. All Sayuri
- 16:04Speaker 15: allegedly sexually assaulted the victim several times over several weeks.
- 16:09Speaker 15: That was until police recalled on August first. Now we're
- 16:12Speaker 15: learning that the assaults started after the victim found out
- 16:15Speaker 15: all Sieri allegedly entered the US illegally through the Mexican
- 16:19Speaker 15: border and had paperwork for an immigration court hearing in November.
- 16:23Speaker 15: She also found out that he allegedly had a wife
- 16:26Speaker 15: and three children back in Jordan and had been actively
- 16:29Speaker 15: courting a third woman in Canada. All Siuri was arrested
- 16:33Speaker 15: at the Central Wisconsin Airports while trying to board a
- 16:36Speaker 15: plane back to Nashville.
- 16:38Speaker 2: No big deal.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Migrant accused of raping a fifteen year old is released
- 16:42Speaker 1: on five hundred dollars bail despite ICE demands for deportation.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Because the migrant brutally raped a fifteen year old that
- 16:50Speaker 1: coming out today as well?
- 16:52Speaker 2: Why is no one asking these questions? I wonder why
- 16:56Speaker 2: is it?
- 16:56Speaker 1: Because they have to hold on to power and they
- 16:59Speaker 1: know Harris is the only one one that they like.
- 17:01Speaker 1: You better believe it now. I want you to hear
- 17:05Speaker 1: a couple of different things. Number one, Kamala Harris is
- 17:09Speaker 1: considered the most liberally United States center. That's a fact.
- 17:12Speaker 2: We know that.
- 17:13Speaker 1: We also know that Kama Harris said that she was
- 17:17Speaker 1: proud and this is becoming a problem for her to
- 17:20Speaker 1: co sponsor the socialist takeover of the healthcare that was
- 17:25Speaker 1: known as Medicare for All, where it would get rid,
- 17:27Speaker 1: as she described it, healthcare private healthcare insurance, so you
- 17:30Speaker 1: wouldn't even have a chance to get it if you
- 17:32Speaker 1: wanted it.
- 17:33Speaker 5: And I am proud to co sponsor it. It is
- 17:35Speaker 5: about saying that this is about a right, not about
- 17:39Speaker 5: a privilege for a few. And let's be clear, it
- 17:42Speaker 5: is not only about what is the right thing to
- 17:45Speaker 5: do morally and ethically. It's also smart in terms of
- 17:49Speaker 5: the fiscal impact taxpayers will benefit. You know, our friends
- 17:54Speaker 5: in the private sector they talk about all the time.
- 17:56Speaker 5: If they're asking about are they being efficient? Are they
- 17:59Speaker 5: being a effective? They ask that question with three letters,
- 18:03Speaker 5: what is the ROI return on the investment?
- 18:07Speaker 4: And I am proud to co sponsor it. It is
- 18:09Speaker 4: about saying that.
- 18:11Speaker 5: This is about a right, not about a privilege for
- 18:14Speaker 5: a few. And let's be clear, it is not only
- 18:17Speaker 5: about what is the right thing to do morally and ethically.
- 18:21Speaker 5: It's also smart in terms of the fiscal impact taxpayers
- 18:26Speaker 5: will benefit. You know, our friends in the private sector
- 18:29Speaker 5: they talk about all the time. If they're asking about
- 18:32Speaker 5: are they being efficient? Are they being effective? They ask
- 18:35Speaker 5: that question with three letters, what is the ROI return
- 18:40Speaker 5: on the investment?
- 18:41Speaker 4: And I am proud to co sponsor it. It is
- 18:43Speaker 4: about saying that this is.
- 18:45Speaker 5: About a right, not about a privilege for a few.
- 18:49Speaker 5: And let's be clear, it is not only about what
- 18:52Speaker 5: is the right thing to do more ethically, it's also
- 18:56Speaker 5: smart in terms of the fiscal impact taxpayers will benefit.
- 19:01Speaker 5: You know, our friends in the private sector they talk
- 19:04Speaker 5: about all the time. If they're asking about are they
- 19:06Speaker 5: being efficient? Are they being effective? They asked that question
- 19:10Speaker 5: with three letters, what is the ROI return on the investment?
- 19:15Speaker 1: You notice she said the same thing there four times
- 19:18Speaker 1: in a row, off a teleprompter. Four times in a
- 19:21Speaker 1: row she said the same thing. So they gave her
- 19:23Speaker 1: a teleprompter and she just kept reading it over and
- 19:27Speaker 1: over and over and over again. Now, I don't know
- 19:30Speaker 1: if the teleprompter screwed up there. Okay, I don't know.
- 19:33Speaker 1: I really don't. But what I do know is that
- 19:36Speaker 1: she didn't notice it when she did it four times
- 19:38Speaker 1: in a row, like she did not understand what was
- 19:42Speaker 1: going on here. You look at you know, Kamala amics
- 19:46Speaker 1: or Bidenomics, however you want to put it.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Go all the way out to Denver, Colorado.
- 19:50Speaker 1: What are they saying there about how tough it is
- 19:52Speaker 1: to survive under what they've done.
- 19:54Speaker 12: I feel like everything that you purchased at the store
- 19:56Speaker 12: now has gone up substantially, So learning how to budget
- 20:00Speaker 12: better has been a challenge. There's going to be some
- 20:04Speaker 12: sacrifices that we have to make as a family.
- 20:06Speaker 13: Nowadays, it's just hopelessness because we don't know when this
- 20:10Speaker 13: doom loop is going to end.
- 20:12Speaker 8: Bye bye for the grandsons.
- 20:14Speaker 11: So it's just the price have gone up so much.
- 20:17Speaker 2: I mean that's in Colorado.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Yes, that is actually insane, but it's also not surprising
- 20:24Speaker 1: at the same time, seems about right. CBS News has
- 20:29Speaker 1: two headlines on the same exact issue, one with attacking
- 20:34Speaker 1: Donald Trump for having the same position that they then
- 20:37Speaker 1: a week and a half later celebrated Kamala Harris for
- 20:40Speaker 1: stealing from Donald Trump. This is about the tips, right,
- 20:44Speaker 1: you know the saying Donald Trump coming out saying in
- 20:47Speaker 1: Las Vegas weeks ago. Now, hey, if I'm president, I'm
- 20:52Speaker 1: going to not have taxes on tips when people are
- 20:55Speaker 1: just trying to make it well. This is the headline
- 21:00Speaker 1: from CBS News when he came out in Vegas for
- 21:03Speaker 1: this policy. He's the one that created the policy. Former
- 21:07Speaker 1: President Donald Trump vows to stop taxing tips would cost
- 21:10Speaker 1: the federal government up to two hundred and fifty billion
- 21:12Speaker 1: over ten years, according to a nonpartisan watchdog group. Right negative, Right,
- 21:17Speaker 1: that's not a positive headline. That's a negative headline to
- 21:20Speaker 1: make you think this is a dumb idea and that
- 21:22Speaker 1: Donald Trump is going to cost the government two hundred
- 21:25Speaker 1: and fifty billion. Same exact policy. Kamala Harris comes out
- 21:29Speaker 1: for last week CBS News, same exact Twitter account, same
- 21:33Speaker 1: exact headline. Are our story and this is how they
- 21:36Speaker 1: write the headline differently. Vice President Kamala Harris is rolling
- 21:40Speaker 1: out a new policy position saying she'll fight to in
- 21:44Speaker 1: taxes on tips for service and hospitality workers write all
- 21:47Speaker 1: good news. What does the picture look like? It shows
- 21:50Speaker 1: her standing in front of a podium with people behind her,
- 21:53Speaker 1: with Harris signs clapping and cheering as she apparently is
- 21:57Speaker 1: announcing this policy.
- 21:59Speaker 2: You have to talk to the media.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Apparently, you don't have to have positions on issues on
- 22:06Speaker 1: your website if the media is giving you a billion
- 22:09Speaker 1: dollars of in kind donations. White House Press Secretary Jean
- 22:14Speaker 1: Pierre was asked about Kama's achievements, for example, as VP.
- 22:18Speaker 2: Here is what she said, what.
- 22:20Speaker 15: Does the president see as the vice president's biggest achievement
- 22:24Speaker 15: during their time in pet office together?
- 22:25Speaker 11: So look, because they've been partners, those achievements have been done. Certainly,
- 22:29Speaker 11: those historic unprecedent achievements have been done together.
- 22:32Speaker 1: I love how they use historic unprecedented achievements.
- 22:36Speaker 2: What are they then?
- 22:38Speaker 1: If they're historic and unprecedent, you should be able to
- 22:40Speaker 1: give them to It's like right now, notice how she
- 22:43Speaker 1: gives you that line without any achievements.
- 22:46Speaker 11: As the President believes in the vice president leadership, her temperament,
- 22:50Speaker 11: her experience, and he is and he has said this himself.
- 22:56Speaker 11: One of the proudest decisions that he made in twenty
- 22:59Speaker 11: twenty was selected her as vice president because he believed
- 23:01Speaker 11: that she can go on day one, and you've seen
- 23:04Speaker 11: that you've seen them do that together on day one
- 23:08Speaker 11: of this administration. That doesn't change. I'm not going to
- 23:12Speaker 11: parse out anything from here. They have been partners. She's
- 23:16Speaker 11: been a critical partner for this president for during this term,
- 23:21Speaker 11: and we'll need to do so. You will see them
- 23:23Speaker 11: together on Thursday in Maryland where they would talk about
- 23:27Speaker 11: their next announcement on lowering costs.
- 23:29Speaker 2: For the American peace policy.
- 23:32Speaker 10: It's a comprehensive hole, a comprehensive hole.
- 23:36Speaker 1: It's a comprehensive whole. So she didn't mention one single policy.
- 23:41Speaker 1: I think it's pretty clear because she couldn't mention one
- 23:45Speaker 1: single policy, right Like, she couldn't mention one single policy,
- 23:51Speaker 1: not one, not one. So when you can't mention a
- 23:56Speaker 1: single policy, just make crap up and try to convince
- 24:00Speaker 1: people that you know, well, she's historic and monumental in
- 24:04Speaker 1: what she has done. She is historic and monumental. And
- 24:07Speaker 1: how she's been able to accomplish this, it's historic and
- 24:10Speaker 1: monumental in everything that she has accomplished. Okay, let me
- 24:16Speaker 1: remind you, by the way, on the vote, Kamala Harris
- 24:20Speaker 1: is hoping that service workers forget that she was the
- 24:23Speaker 1: tie breaking vote for the IRS to actually go after tips.
- 24:29Speaker 1: It was a tie vote. She had to come over
- 24:31Speaker 1: from the White House to break the tie.
- 24:33Speaker 16: In the US Senate, the Yasi the nas of fifty,
- 24:36Speaker 16: the Senate being equally divided, the Vice President votes in
- 24:40Speaker 16: the affirmative, and the bill as amended is passed.
- 24:50Speaker 1: That's Kamala Harris right there, being the tie breaking vote.
- 24:55Speaker 1: The tie breaking vote to raise taxes and to go
- 24:58Speaker 1: after people in the service industry who get tips. The
- 25:02Speaker 1: Inflation Reduction Act is what they called. It changed a
- 25:05Speaker 1: wide range of tax laws. This is on the IRS's
- 25:08Speaker 1: actual website at irs i gov. And provided funds to
- 25:11Speaker 1: improve our services and technology to make tax filing easier
- 25:16Speaker 1: for you. That's how they spun this when they were
- 25:19Speaker 1: at the IRS, right, this is on their website. Kamwa
- 25:23Speaker 1: Harris cast that breaking vote for the Inflation Reduction Acts,
- 25:25Speaker 1: which hired seven eighty seven thousand IRS agents and then
- 25:30Speaker 1: launched a tip reporting site. After telling the country the
- 25:35Speaker 1: eighty seven thousand RS agents were to track down people
- 25:38Speaker 1: making four hunite thousand or more, the IRS launched a
- 25:41Speaker 1: site to go after service workers. They lied to you
- 25:45Speaker 1: service workers making tips on the IRS's website here's their headline.
- 25:49Speaker 1: IRS introduces new service industry tip reporting program. Does that
- 25:54Speaker 1: sound like going after people making four unite thousand or more?
- 25:57Speaker 1: And then you go back to Donald Trump, Donald Trump
- 26:01Speaker 1: in Las Vegas, Nevada, back in June.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Here's what he said.
- 26:06Speaker 1: And then a month later, Kamala Harris like yeah, I'll
- 26:09Speaker 1: jump on that bandwagon.
- 26:10Speaker 9: Goes when I get to office, we are going to
- 26:13Speaker 9: not charge Texas on tips people that new TuS.
- 26:18Speaker 1: That was June ninth, Las Vegas. I'm wrong, by the
- 26:21Speaker 1: way about the date. It was two months later, on
- 26:23Speaker 1: August tenth. Kamala Harris realized she had a problem with
- 26:26Speaker 1: hard working Americans that are in the tip industry.
- 26:29Speaker 2: So what did she say? Listen service anyone?
- 26:37Speaker 1: She just straight up stole it. Kamala Harris is relying
- 26:41Speaker 1: heavily on the bias media to frame Trump's idea in
- 26:45Speaker 1: a negative light while framing her idea, which is his idea,
- 26:49Speaker 1: in a positive light. And the bias media has immediately
- 26:52Speaker 1: come forward, as I mentioned to you a second ago,
- 26:56Speaker 1: with this CBS News headline, right, Donald Trump introduces it back,
- 27:00Speaker 1: Kama Harris steals the idea. They act like it's her
- 27:03Speaker 1: own they act like it's the best idea you've ever
- 27:05Speaker 1: seen in your entire life. So I go back to
- 27:08Speaker 1: what I said a moment ago. We've got a problem.
- 27:11Speaker 1: We have a really, really, really big problem because the
- 27:14Speaker 1: media is going to give her everything she needs is
- 27:18Speaker 1: a coronation. She can ditch the media, they'll still stand
- 27:21Speaker 1: by her. She can have no policy positions, they'll still
- 27:24Speaker 1: stand by her. The White House can't name one position
- 27:27Speaker 1: she did. One thing she did is the vice president
- 27:29Speaker 1: that was monumental, But they tell you it was monumental
- 27:31Speaker 1: and historic that I guess she just was the vice
- 27:33Speaker 1: president and apparently that's good enough. Kevin O'Leary mister Wonderful
- 27:37Speaker 1: from Shark Tank. He also talked about just how radical
- 27:43Speaker 1: and how the Harris campaign is trying to rewrite the
- 27:46Speaker 1: liberal track record of her VP candidate as well, and
- 27:50Speaker 1: the media is helping her do it.
- 27:51Speaker 17: Listen, latest reading I saw was almost sixty percent of
- 27:55Speaker 17: Americans are invested in the market, whether it's a pension
- 27:58Speaker 17: of four one k, and yet the Democrat VP nominee
- 28:01Speaker 17: Tim Walls has zero money in investments. What do you
- 28:05Speaker 17: make of someone trying to run the country with zero
- 28:09Speaker 17: investment Acumen.
- 28:12Speaker 2: I didn't know.
- 28:12Speaker 9: Anything about the VP candidate Tim and so I did
- 28:16Speaker 9: some digging last week. I got the data last Friday.
- 28:20Speaker 9: He is not a good manager. If you look at
- 28:23Speaker 9: his stewardship of his state, Minnesota, it's been not good.
- 28:27Speaker 9: And I'll tell you how I measure it. I look
- 28:29Speaker 9: and don't people say, oh, your part is in your Partison, No,
- 28:31Speaker 9: I'm not. I'm looking at the track record of an
- 28:33Speaker 9: individual came into a state and wiped out job creation.
- 28:36Speaker 9: He wiped out job creation in professional in manufacturing, in accounting,
- 28:40Speaker 9: in every subcategory you look at, those jobs moved to
- 28:43Speaker 9: South Dakota and North Dakota. The South Dakota job rate
- 28:46Speaker 9: right now is four times that of Minnesota. Minnesota only
- 28:51Speaker 9: creates jobs in services that are funded by the government,
- 28:54Speaker 9: healthcare and social services. Every other sector is in decline.
- 28:57Speaker 9: He's also added a surcharge of one percent a hundred
- 29:00Speaker 9: Bais points on top of nine point eight percent Texas
- 29:03Speaker 9: on individuals that are retiring, and of course they're leaving
- 29:05Speaker 9: the state. In drones in Droll, he's the best governor
- 29:09Speaker 9: for Texas, for Florida, for North and South Dakota, but
- 29:12Speaker 9: not for Minnesota.
- 29:14Speaker 4: And that's exactly right. That's where they all went. Kevin.
- 29:17Speaker 2: I love by the way that Kevin put it that way.
- 29:18Speaker 1: He's the best governor for these other states, but not
- 29:22Speaker 1: for Minnesota. Make sure you share this podcast with everyone
- 29:27Speaker 1: you know, and I'll see you back here tomorrow
