- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is Verdic with Center, Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson
- 0:04Speaker 1: with you. Center. I hope you had a fabulous Labor
- 0:06Speaker 1: Day weekend with your family. And some truly shocking news
- 0:11Speaker 1: coming out of Brazil that deals with freedom of speech
- 0:14Speaker 1: that should be a warning to the entire world.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Well, that's exactly right. We have seen Brazil, the largest
- 0:21Speaker 2: country in Latin America, really descend into talitarianism and Brazil
- 0:27Speaker 2: is rivaling Venezuela for the oppression we're saying. And what
- 0:31Speaker 2: has happened in the past few days is Brazil has
- 0:35Speaker 2: banned X from the entire country. They banned X after
- 0:39Speaker 2: attempting to engage in widespread censorship. They're terrified of their
- 0:44Speaker 2: citizens speaking, and they're going after a major American company,
- 0:48Speaker 2: a major American social media company, and I'll tell you
- 0:50Speaker 2: Elon Musk is fighting back. It is an extraordinary threat
- 0:54Speaker 2: to free speech. But it's also chilling because Brazil is
- 0:57Speaker 2: doing it with the encouragement of Joe Biden and Kamala
- 1:01Speaker 2: Harris and American Democrats. We're going to break that down.
- 1:05Speaker 2: There was also a story that broke over the last
- 1:07Speaker 2: couple of days that is really shocking, which is that Mexico.
- 1:12Speaker 2: The Mexican government announced that they're going to start providing
- 1:16Speaker 2: bus rides with police and military escorts to illegal immigrants
- 1:23Speaker 2: heading towards the US border. It is astonishing. And again
- 1:26Speaker 2: this is with the encouragement of Kamala Harris and Congressional Democrats.
- 1:30Speaker 2: We're gonna explain that to you as well.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Yeah, it's certainly important. I want to tell you real
- 1:34Speaker 1: quick though, about a really amazing company that you're going
- 1:37Speaker 1: to love, and it is a company called Bond Arms.
- 1:42Speaker 1: They are a thirty year old Texas based company, and
- 1:45Speaker 1: Bond Arms makes the smallest, most powerful, best built personal
- 1:50Speaker 1: protection when it comes to firearm that you can carry.
- 1:54Speaker 1: They have an incredible selection of unique handguns that are
- 1:57Speaker 1: simple and easy to use. They have unparalleled power like
- 2:01Speaker 1: the forty five, seventy or fifty asycops, which make them
- 2:07Speaker 1: a great personal protection option. I am a huge advocate
- 2:12Speaker 1: for a Second Amendment right, and without carrying a firearm,
- 2:15Speaker 1: I would not be here today. I had to use
- 2:17Speaker 1: one to save my life when I was attacked, and
- 2:20Speaker 1: I can tell you there is no better feeling than
- 2:22Speaker 1: knowing that you have a firearm with you to protect yourself.
- 2:25Speaker 1: And your family that you know is reliable and dependable.
- 2:30Speaker 1: These unique handguns are simple and they're easy to use,
- 2:33Speaker 1: and I want you to check out the amazing handgun

- 3:21Speaker 1: dot com as well. Let's get bondarms dot com. Senator,
- 3:25Speaker 1: I want to start, obviously with what Brazil is doing.
- 3:28Speaker 1: But one of the things I love about this show
- 3:30Speaker 1: is we can take time to explain things that either
- 3:34Speaker 1: people may not remember from school or maybe they weren't
- 3:37Speaker 1: even taught. And we have so many people they're younger
- 3:39Speaker 1: that listen to this show you used a word describing
- 3:44Speaker 1: what was happening in Brazil as to talitarianism unfolding, Let's
- 3:48Speaker 1: explain that first and foremost to a listeners, what does
- 3:51Speaker 1: that mean? Because there's a lot of words that we
- 3:53Speaker 1: that are thrown out there with socialism and communism and Marxism.
- 3:57Speaker 1: So when you say to talitarianism, what are we just
- 4:00Speaker 1: so people understand setting the stage for this big issue.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Well, to talitarianism very simply is the government having control
- 4:08Speaker 2: of your life, having total control over your life, having
- 4:11Speaker 2: the power of censorship, the power of arbitrary imprisonment, the
- 4:14Speaker 2: power to lock you up, to confiscate your property, to
- 4:18Speaker 2: do whatever they wish with you. And sadly, we've seen
- 4:21Speaker 2: in many communist nations. Communist nations are almost invariably to
- 4:26Speaker 2: talitarian nations. And we see that whether it was the
- 4:29Speaker 2: Soviet Union and the Gulag where they locked up anyone
- 4:33Speaker 2: who dared stand up against the government, or whether it
- 4:35Speaker 2: was maw and communist China, or whether it was communist
- 4:38Speaker 2: Vietnam or communist Cuba, to talitarian governments or oppressive governments
- 4:43Speaker 2: where the government has total power over you. And in Brazil,
- 4:48Speaker 2: let me explain what's going on. I'm going to give
- 4:50Speaker 2: some context because just seeing the headlines it's hard to
- 4:53Speaker 2: know what's happening. So let me give you some background.
- 4:56Speaker 2: So in twenty twenty two, there were elections in Brazil
- 5:00Speaker 2: and Brazil's electoral court granted a man named Alexander de Moorez,
- 5:06Speaker 2: who is the nation's election chief and he's a Supreme
- 5:09Speaker 2: Court justice. They gave him the authority to issue unilateral
- 5:14Speaker 2: orders for the removal of online content deemed false or misleading.
- 5:20Speaker 2: And this was in the context where Lulah, the radical
- 5:25Speaker 2: leftists whom Joe Biden and Kamala Harris love was running
- 5:29Speaker 2: against conservative President Bolsonaro, and these orders were used to
- 5:35Speaker 2: target the supporters of President Bolsonaro. As a court justice,
- 5:42Speaker 2: de Morees had ordered investigations into Bolsonaro and had jailed
- 5:47Speaker 2: some of the president's supporters. So this is a battle
- 5:50Speaker 2: between what is now the previous president and the current
- 5:54Speaker 2: oppressive regime. De Morees has very strong support from the
- 6:00Speaker 2: leftist president today, Lula de Silva. In twenty twenty two,
- 6:04Speaker 2: Bolsonaro ie and his supporters attacked Brazil's federal government buildings
- 6:09Speaker 2: in the capitol in Brazilia After the attack, De Morees
- 6:14Speaker 2: ordered several social media platforms, including X, to block specific
- 6:19Speaker 2: accounts that he said had been involved in the planning,
- 6:23Speaker 2: saying that the companies would be fined if they failed
- 6:26Speaker 2: to comply. Over time, de Morees ordered more and more
- 6:30Speaker 2: X accounts to be blocked, getting court orders to do so.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Over time, X refused to comply, and Elon Musk began
- 6:39Speaker 2: publicly criticizing de Morez. De Morees then opened a full
- 6:44Speaker 2: investigation into Elon Musk and into X, focused on quote,
- 6:50Speaker 2: the dissemination of defamatory fake news, and obstruction, incitement and
- 6:55Speaker 2: criminal organization. De Morees was very unhappy that X and
- 6:58Speaker 2: Elon Musk were standing up to his orders. After months
- 7:02Speaker 2: of non compliance by X, de Moores threatened to arrest
- 7:07Speaker 2: the company's Brazilian attorney and staff over the continuing defiance
- 7:12Speaker 2: of the law, and in response, Elon Musk closed X's
- 7:16Speaker 2: office in Brazil and eliminated all the staff. However, Brazilian
- 7:22Speaker 2: law requires that any company doing business in Brazil must
- 7:28Speaker 2: have legal representation in the country. Therefore, on August twenty eighth,
- 7:34Speaker 2: De Morees ordered X to hire a new attorney to
- 7:38Speaker 2: represent it in Brazil. Within twenty four hours, and understand
- 7:41Speaker 2: this attorney that's being ordered to be hired. Once he's hired,
- 7:44Speaker 2: De Morees intends to throw the attorney in jail. That's
- 7:47Speaker 2: what this is all about. And if X did not
- 7:50Speaker 2: hire a new attorney, the site would be blocked. Elon
- 7:53Speaker 2: Musk refused to hire an attorney just to have the
- 7:55Speaker 2: guy thrown in jail, and de Moores ordered X blocked.
- 8:00Speaker 2: On August thirtieth. De Moores ordered internet service providers to
- 8:05Speaker 2: block access to X and threatened a daily fine of
- 8:10Speaker 2: about nine thousand dollars per day for users who bypassed
- 8:15Speaker 2: the ban through virtual private networks, and De Moores also
- 8:19Speaker 2: froze Starlink's finances in Brazil. Starlink is SpaceX's satellite internet business.
- 8:26Speaker 2: To enforce the suspension against X, de Moores directed the
- 8:30Speaker 2: National Telecommunications Agency to take action. The order will remain
- 8:35Speaker 2: in due effect until the platform complies with the decisions
- 8:39Speaker 2: of the Supreme Federal Court and pays accumulated fines totaling
- 8:43Speaker 2: about three point three million dollars and appoints a representative
- 8:48Speaker 2: in Brazil. De Moorrees had also instructed both Apple and
- 8:52Speaker 2: Google to remove both X and VPN applications from their
- 8:56Speaker 2: virtual stores, but he reversed this decision the same day,
- 9:01Speaker 2: citing concerns about potential quote unnecessary disruption. So where we
- 9:06Speaker 2: are right now, there is no X in Brazil, and
- 9:11Speaker 2: this judge is continuing to try to censor any criticism
- 9:16Speaker 2: or any disagreement.
- 9:18Speaker 1: The most shocking part is the fact that they're saying
- 9:21Speaker 1: not just hey, we're gonna kick you out and we're
- 9:23Speaker 1: gonna shut it down and you can't use it, but
- 9:26Speaker 1: they're saying eight nine hundred dollars a day if you
- 9:29Speaker 1: do use it in Brazil. That is an insane well,
- 9:33Speaker 1: it's insane amount of cash in America, but it's really
- 9:36Speaker 1: an unbelievable amount of money in Brazil.
- 9:39Speaker 2: And understand that's not directed at Elon Musk. That's directed
- 9:42Speaker 2: at an individual Brazilian. They're saying, if you just are
- 9:45Speaker 2: a citizen of Brazil and you go on to X,
- 9:48Speaker 2: they will find you almost nine thousand dollars a day.
- 9:52Speaker 1: I go to the back to the bigger picture here,
- 9:56Speaker 1: and that is the warning. And it feels like we're
- 9:59Speaker 1: seeing a surge in this type of activity around the world.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Is that because when people do things like this, and
- 10:07Speaker 1: governments do things like this, and leaders do things like this.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Others are like, well they're doing it, so yeah, maybe
- 10:12Speaker 1: I'll take that play out of the playbook because it
- 10:14Speaker 1: doesn't seem like we're head in the right direction here.
- 10:17Speaker 2: You're exactly right, and listen. This podcast is dedicated to
- 10:20Speaker 2: many things, but front and center is the US Constitution
- 10:25Speaker 2: and free speech. And we had a pod a couple
- 10:28Speaker 2: of weeks ago that focused on the United Kingdom throwing
- 10:32Speaker 2: a British citizen in jail, sentencing him a jail for
- 10:34Speaker 2: twenty months for a Facebook post. This is a pattern
- 10:38Speaker 2: we're seeing across the globe of government power being used
- 10:43Speaker 2: to censor and silence views they don't like. And this
- 10:47Speaker 2: is being done. Look at this is the instinct we
- 10:49Speaker 2: see in America with Joe Biden, with Kamala Harris, and
- 10:53Speaker 2: with congressional Democrats pressuring We discussed on this podcast a
- 10:58Speaker 2: few episodes ago Mark Zuckerberg's letter explaining that the Biden
- 11:02Speaker 2: White House had pressured him to censor views they don't like.
- 11:06Speaker 2: This is a pattern, and it's a very dangerous pattern.
- 11:09Speaker 2: And the more we see leftists getting away with abusing
- 11:14Speaker 2: government power to silence dissent, the worse it gets because
- 11:19Speaker 2: it encourages everyone else. And this is ultimately a threat
- 11:23Speaker 2: to free speech in America. Let me point out, among
- 11:25Speaker 2: other things, X is an American company. Where is the administration?
- 11:30Speaker 2: Where is Why is Joe Biden not denounced this atrocious
- 11:34Speaker 2: violation of free speech? Why has Kamala Harris been utterly silent?
- 11:39Speaker 2: Why has the entirety of the executive branch been silent?
- 11:42Speaker 2: And the reason is they're happy they want X band
- 11:47Speaker 2: And I got to say, I think Kamala Harris wishes
- 11:50Speaker 2: she could band X hear because the left today, you know,
- 11:55Speaker 2: been there was a time when Democrats defended free speech.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Today more and more Democrats are very happy trying to
- 12:03Speaker 2: silence anyone who disagrees with them.
- 12:06Speaker 1: You also look at just this story in the again,
- 12:10Speaker 1: it's a wake up call, I think, as we describe
- 12:14Speaker 1: it here. And Michael Sellenberger had this to say about
- 12:18Speaker 1: the world taking this giant leap into forward into detalitarianism
- 12:23Speaker 1: in Brazil, and I want to play part of that
- 12:25Speaker 1: because I think it's important what he had to say.
- 12:28Speaker 3: Budi. It's Mike Sellenberger for public. The world took a
- 12:32Speaker 3: giant leap forward into detalitarianism yesterday, as the Brazilian government
- 12:36Speaker 3: blocked X formerly Twitter and threatened to find its citizens
- 12:40Speaker 3: eighty nine hundred dollars per day if they use it.
- 12:43Speaker 3: Brazil's the sixth largest nation by population in the world,
- 12:46Speaker 3: and it now joins North Korea, China, and Iran the
- 12:49Speaker 3: list of countries that have banned x. It's the twelfth
- 12:52Speaker 3: largest economy in the world in a superpower of the
- 12:54Speaker 3: global South. It doesn't matter whether or not you care
- 12:57Speaker 3: about Brazil. It's tatalitarianism is at risk of spreading around
- 13:01Speaker 3: the world, and yet neither Joe Biden, nor Vice President
- 13:04Speaker 3: Kamala Harris, nor anyone else in the US government has
- 13:07Speaker 3: denounced the censorship. That's probably because Biden, Harris and the
- 13:11Speaker 3: Democrats all support the censorship and have been directly funding
- 13:14Speaker 3: it for years now. Of course, there is authentic demand
- 13:18Speaker 3: for censorship from within Brazil, and it is ultimately up
- 13:21Speaker 3: to the Brazilian people to reverse its nations descent into totalitarianism.
- 13:26Speaker 3: Brazil's powerful government funded news media corporations have been urging
- 13:31Speaker 3: censorship in part because it benefits President Lula's ruling Workers
- 13:35Speaker 3: Party and them directly it's now up to Senate President
- 13:38Speaker 3: Drigo Pacheco to impeach the Supreme Court justice turned dictator
- 13:42Speaker 3: ale Chandra Jimais. At the same time, the Biden administration
- 13:46Speaker 3: and Democrats have played an influential role in instigating the
- 13:49Speaker 3: censorship in Brazil. The FBI went to Brazil and gave
- 13:53Speaker 3: it Supreme Court Justice's advice on how to censor its population.
- 13:57Speaker 3: The US government has been funding many of the NGOs
- 13:59Speaker 3: in Brazil that have been demanding censorship since the election
- 14:03Speaker 3: of a populist president there in twenty eighteen, and when
- 14:06Speaker 3: I testified before Congress in May of this year, the
- 14:09Speaker 3: Democrats on the committee and their witness all defended Brazil's censorship,
- 14:14Speaker 3: and Pacheco yesterday affirmed his support from Maris. The US government,
- 14:19Speaker 3: after the election of the populist president Jero Bolsonaro in
- 14:22Speaker 3: twenty eighteen, funded these pro censorship organizations which have been
- 14:26Speaker 3: demanding censorship. Maris yesterday openly defended censorship to prevent extremist
- 14:31Speaker 3: populist groups from coming to power. As United States Federal
- 14:35Speaker 3: Communications Commissioner Brendan Carr noted yesterday, that's a direct violation
- 14:40Speaker 3: of the Brazilian Constitution, which explicitly protects political speech. As such,
- 14:46Speaker 3: the tutulitarian takeover of Brazil is a model for what
- 14:48Speaker 3: the Democrats and the legacy news media went for the
- 14:51Speaker 3: whole world. Pro censorship scholars at Stanford and Harvard, Democrats
- 14:56Speaker 3: in Congress and the US news media have long recognized
- 14:59Speaker 3: the First Amendment is an obstacle to their plans, and
- 15:02Speaker 3: so they have supported censorship efforts by nations around the
- 15:05Speaker 3: world with weaker free speech protections like Brazil, Britain, Australia
- 15:10Speaker 3: and the European Union. They're looking for them to censor
- 15:13Speaker 3: and even block X. We need to grow our global
- 15:16Speaker 3: free speech movement because if we don't stop the spread
- 15:18Speaker 3: of totalitarianism over there, it will make it harder for
- 15:20Speaker 3: us to stop it over here. I urge my Brazilian
- 15:23Speaker 3: friends to stay on X. Everyone knows that it would
- 15:26Speaker 3: be extremely difficult from a Rice to enforce his insane decree,
- 15:31Speaker 3: much less fairly and equally. Proof of this comes from
- 15:34Speaker 3: the fact that the Brazilian government and the ruling Workers
- 15:37Speaker 3: Party are still using X, which means that they are
- 15:40Speaker 3: also using VPNs to illegally evade their own ban. Brazil
- 15:45Speaker 3: is thus not just a dictatorship, but a lawless one.
- 15:48Speaker 3: Its leaders are behaving like the hypocritical pigs in George
- 15:52Speaker 3: Orwell's animal farm. Now, the good news is that Brazilian politicians,
- 15:56Speaker 3: including Senator Eduardo Jirau, Congressman Marcel von Hotten, and Vice
- 16:02Speaker 3: Governor of Minaschurais Matteos Simoons, are all resisting the ban
- 16:06Speaker 3: and posting on acts. I never imagine myself practicing and
- 16:10Speaker 3: propagating civil disobedience, said simoins but censorship cannot be tolerated ever, Senator.
- 16:16Speaker 1: There's a lot to unpack there, and there's a lot
- 16:19Speaker 1: of accusations which obviously I think are backed up in
- 16:23Speaker 1: facts that this administration not only is like sending our
- 16:30Speaker 1: government officials down to Brazil, but we're advocating in supporting
- 16:36Speaker 1: this type of reaction from the people in government in Brazil.
- 16:42Speaker 1: That right there on its face is just total insanity.
- 16:46Speaker 2: It is and part of the reason why I'm glad
- 16:49Speaker 2: we played that that clip from Schellenberger. You know, Schellenberger
- 16:52Speaker 2: is an independent journalist. He's been been very vocal and
- 16:56Speaker 2: effective taking on some of the some of the extreme
- 17:00Speaker 2: of the of the radical left on the Green New
- 17:03Speaker 2: deal climate alarmist. But also he was integral in highlighting
- 17:07Speaker 2: the Twitter files, and he was he was one of
- 17:09Speaker 2: the individuals who went into great detail when Elon Musk
- 17:13Speaker 2: opened up how Twitter had been actively censoring speech and
- 17:18Speaker 2: doing so at the behest of the US government. Schellenberger
- 17:21Speaker 2: did a very effective job laying that out, chapter and verse,
- 17:25Speaker 2: and and and I wanted us to play that because
- 17:28Speaker 2: I think he did a very effective job of tying
- 17:31Speaker 2: what's happening in Brazil. People might say, well, look, I
- 17:34Speaker 2: don't live in Brazil, Why why why do I care? Well?
- 17:37Speaker 2: Number one, Brazil is a very important country. It's the
- 17:40Speaker 2: largest country in Latin America. This is our hemisphere. It
- 17:44Speaker 2: impacts the United States significantly, what happens in in in
- 17:48Speaker 2: Central and South America. But but secondly is the interconnection.
- 17:54Speaker 2: This is foreshadowing where the American left wants to go.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Some of the facts that the Schellenberger laid out. The
- 18:02Speaker 2: FBI went to Brazil and coached the Brazilian government on
- 18:07Speaker 2: how to censor their opponents.
- 18:11Speaker 1: That's stunning, which is insane, And that be our tax
- 18:15Speaker 1: dours that are paying for that trip.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Well, not only that, but our tax dollars are funding NGOs,
- 18:21Speaker 2: non governmental organizations that are pushing for censorship. The modern
- 18:26Speaker 2: left has decided censorship is a good, good thing. And
- 18:29Speaker 2: by the way, they only censor those they disagree with.
- 18:33Speaker 2: They don't censor leftists, they don't censor Marxists, they don't
- 18:38Speaker 2: censor communists, they don't censor those on the left. They
- 18:41Speaker 2: censor anyone who stands up to oppression. And understand this
- 18:45Speaker 2: also in the broader context. So Bolsonaro when he was
- 18:48Speaker 2: president of Brazil, Brazil made a hard pivot towards the
- 18:54Speaker 2: United States. He wanted to be friends with the United States.
- 18:57Speaker 2: I went and I had dinner with Bolsonaro. He came
- 19:00Speaker 2: the United States, came to Texas, at dinner with him
- 19:02Speaker 2: in Dallas. He pivoted very much, wanting Brazil to be
- 19:06Speaker 2: an ally of America, for US to do more trade
- 19:09Speaker 2: and commerce with them, for them to stand with US
- 19:11Speaker 2: on foreign policy. That's unequivocally good. And Joe Biden and
- 19:15Speaker 2: Kamala Harris came into office and they hated him because
- 19:19Speaker 2: Bolsnaro was close to Trump, and anyone who was nice
- 19:23Speaker 2: to Trump they hated. If you like Trump, they hate you.
- 19:26Speaker 2: And it's bizarre. They defined their entire foreign policy by
- 19:29Speaker 2: the way, whether you liked or hated Trump. Iran hated Trump,
- 19:33Speaker 2: so they love Iran. Bolsonaro loved Trump, so they hated him.
- 19:39Speaker 2: But the Biden Harris administration undermined Bolsonaro constantly did everything
- 19:44Speaker 2: they could to effectively cheer on Lula, and we now
- 19:48Speaker 2: have a radical leftist who hates America as the president
- 19:52Speaker 2: of Brazil. He's engaging into talitarian censorship, and the Biden
- 19:57Speaker 2: White House, i believe, is cheering him on.
- 20:01Speaker 1: When you look at the idea of where this goes next,
- 20:05Speaker 1: usually when governments do this, there's one of two things
- 20:07Speaker 1: that happen. Either a the people bow down and they're
- 20:10Speaker 1: afraid and they're fearful and that can be an option,
- 20:14Speaker 1: or there is a major pushback here. But it's also
- 20:19Speaker 1: how other countries react. So you mentioned earlier that you're
- 20:23Speaker 1: shocked that Biden Harris, maybe not shocked, but it's it's
- 20:27Speaker 1: it's certainly something they should be doing speaking out against this,
- 20:31Speaker 1: and they're not. How much cover is that giving Brazil
- 20:35Speaker 1: now knowing that hey, we're advising him on this, now
- 20:37Speaker 1: they're doing it, and we're making sure that basically the
- 20:40Speaker 1: world doesn't even act like this is a bad day
- 20:42Speaker 1: at all in Brazil for freedom of speech.
- 20:45Speaker 2: Yeah, no is that is exactly right. And listen, all
- 20:49Speaker 2: of this is field testing what the left wants to
- 20:53Speaker 2: do in America. Now in America, they've got that little
- 20:58Speaker 2: pesky problem of the first event, but understand their desire,
- 21:02Speaker 2: and it's why Big Tech was run by hardcore leftists
- 21:09Speaker 2: that fit their agenda perfectly, and Elon Musk's buying Twitter
- 21:14Speaker 2: completely scrambled those plans because as long as you had
- 21:18Speaker 2: monopolists controlling Big Tech willing to do the government's bidding,
- 21:23Speaker 2: that was a very effective censorship regime. Now they are
- 21:29Speaker 2: looking at these other countries and seeing what happens, and
- 21:33Speaker 2: do not think if this succeeds in Brazil that we
- 21:37Speaker 2: are far away. If God forbid Kamala Harris as the
- 21:40Speaker 2: president next year, I would expect a Harris administration to
- 21:45Speaker 2: move against X, to go and punish, and go after
- 21:49Speaker 2: we've already seen Biden and Harris willing to use the
- 21:52Speaker 2: federal government to punish their political enemies. Now they're getting
- 21:56Speaker 2: a roadmap for how to do that, in particular in
- 22:00Speaker 2: the aid of censorship and the aid of silencing anyone
- 22:03Speaker 2: who disagrees with their politics.
- 22:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I really hope that there will be some members
- 22:08Speaker 1: in the media here that will try to at least
- 22:10Speaker 1: stand up for freedom of speech and ask for clarification
- 22:14Speaker 1: from this administration. I'm not holding my breath though, as
- 22:17Speaker 1: I say that. That's the sad part about where we
- 22:19Speaker 1: are today. The twenty twenty four elections upon us and
- 22:22Speaker 1: the war on masculinity in America today is more blatant
- 22:25Speaker 1: than ever. And I want you to know that now
- 22:28Speaker 1: is the time to you strengthen vitality over weakness and complacency.
- 22:33Speaker 1: The problem if you're a guy is this men says.
- 22:36Speaker 1: STOSTRM levels are off a cliff historically at an all
- 22:39Speaker 1: time low, and isn't that what the liberal elites want
- 22:43Speaker 1: A week in docile underclass. Well, thankfully the patriots at
- 22:48Speaker 1: Chalk Choq are here to help real America men take

- 24:05Speaker 1: much news that's been breaking, and we've been covering it
- 24:08Speaker 1: on the show. But there is a story that it
- 24:12Speaker 1: combines with a story from a little over a week ago,
- 24:15Speaker 1: and there was an announcement that happened about a week
- 24:18Speaker 1: ago that the US government, specifically under Biden Harris, have
- 24:22Speaker 1: decided to expand access to the Customs and Border Patrol
- 24:26Speaker 1: one application into southern Mexico. So, in other words, we're
- 24:32Speaker 1: expanding a program to bring more immigrants into the United
- 24:36Speaker 1: States of America. This happening while Kamala is also making
- 24:42Speaker 1: a move to accelerate the overall invasion at our southern
- 24:47Speaker 1: border at the same time trying to act like she's
- 24:50Speaker 1: in favor of building a wall.
- 24:53Speaker 2: Understand, Joe Biden wants more illegal immigrants in America, Kamala
- 24:59Speaker 2: Harri wants more illegal immigrants in America. Just about every
- 25:04Speaker 2: single congressional Democrat and the Senate in the House, they
- 25:08Speaker 2: want more illegal immigrants in America. They are actively encouraging, facilitating,
- 25:14Speaker 2: and accelerating the invasion at our southern border. They look
- 25:18Speaker 2: at the eleven and a half million illegal immigrants that
- 25:20Speaker 2: they have invited into this country and they view them
- 25:23Speaker 2: as future Democrat voters. Even so, even with all of that,
- 25:27Speaker 2: the story that broke this week. But and by the way,
- 25:30Speaker 2: I'm sure you didn't see this on CNN. I'm sure
- 25:32Speaker 2: you didn't see this on ABCNBC or CBS. But let
- 25:35Speaker 2: me read a headline. And the headline actually is from
- 25:37Speaker 2: the AP quote Mexico offers escorted rides north from southern
- 25:46Speaker 2: Mexico for migrants with US asylum appointments and here's the article.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Mexico will offer escorted bus rides from southern Mexico to
- 25:55Speaker 2: the US border for non Mexican migrants who have received
- 25:58Speaker 2: a United States asylum appointment, the government announced Saturday. The
- 26:02Speaker 2: National Immigration Institute said the buses will leave from the
- 26:05Speaker 2: southern cities of Villa Hermosa and Dapachula. It appeared to
- 26:11Speaker 2: be an attempt to make applying for asylum appointments from
- 26:14Speaker 2: southern Mexico more attractive to migrants who otherwise would push
- 26:20Speaker 2: north to Mexico City or the border. And here's the
- 26:24Speaker 2: nut graph. The announcement came one week after the US
- 26:31Speaker 2: government expanded access to the CBP one application in southern Mexico.
- 26:37Speaker 2: Access to the app, which allows asylum seekers to register
- 26:40Speaker 2: and await an appointment, had previously been restricted to central
- 26:44Speaker 2: and northern Mexico. So now the government of Mexico is
- 26:48Speaker 2: actively aiding and assisting the human traffickers. They will provide
- 26:52Speaker 2: bus rides throughout Mexico, along with armed escorps from police
- 27:01Speaker 2: and soldiers to bring illegal immigrants to the border. To
- 27:06Speaker 2: invade this country, and they're doing this because Kamala Harris
- 27:10Speaker 2: wants them to do this. This is right after, by
- 27:12Speaker 2: the way, Kamala Harris is claiming she's going to secure
- 27:16Speaker 2: the border, but they just changed the one app to
- 27:19Speaker 2: invite even more illegal aliens. They want eleven and a
- 27:23Speaker 2: half million to be twenty million, to be thirty million,
- 27:26Speaker 2: to be forty million, because in their view, if that happens,
- 27:29Speaker 2: Democrats win every election forever and ever.
- 27:32Speaker 1: You also look at at the idea that Kamala Harris
- 27:36Speaker 1: now is trying to be tougher on the border, advocating
- 27:39Speaker 1: for policies that Donald Trump has had. This is just
- 27:44Speaker 1: look at what they actually do, look at what they're
- 27:47Speaker 1: actually saying, and then you understand the game plan. In fact,
- 27:52Speaker 1: I think part of what Mexico's response here is, Hey,
- 27:55Speaker 1: they're hedging their bets, are they not? That Donald Trump
- 27:58Speaker 1: could win and then we can actually have go back
- 28:00Speaker 1: to the border conditions we had when he was the president.
- 28:02Speaker 1: So let's really accelerate and get as many people across
- 28:06Speaker 1: the border as we can. That seems to be their prerogative,
- 28:09Speaker 1: But it also seems that they're number one person that's
- 28:12Speaker 1: working to facilitate this is the Biden Hairs administration by
- 28:16Speaker 1: expanding this program and they're going, hey, you expand it
- 28:19Speaker 1: and will pay for the bussing, We'll pay for the escorts,
- 28:22Speaker 1: will pay for the trip. This doesn't happen without the
- 28:25Speaker 1: two countries working hand in hand. Am I wrong that
- 28:29Speaker 1: they both have mutual interest?
- 28:32Speaker 2: M Low, the president of Mexico, wants as much illegal
- 28:35Speaker 2: immigration as possible to go into America, and Kamala Harris
- 28:39Speaker 2: wants as much illegal immigration as possible to go into America,
- 28:43Speaker 2: both for the same reason, which which is to fundamentally
- 28:47Speaker 2: shift the policies of the United States of America and
- 28:50Speaker 2: to move them dramatically to the left.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Let's also remind people of what Kamala Harris said during
- 28:56Speaker 1: the twenty twenty presidential debate this tech in twenty nineteen.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 29:02Speaker 4: Being incarcerated for a couple of days is traumatic, much
- 29:06Speaker 4: less the weeks, months, and years that we're seeing that happen.
- 29:09Speaker 4: And so part of my plan is also a reduction
- 29:11Speaker 4: of that. And then also again what we need to
- 29:14Speaker 4: do about taking demilitarizing our schools and taking police officers
- 29:21Speaker 4: out of schools. We need to deal with the reality
- 29:25Speaker 4: and speak the truth about the inequities around school discipline.
- 29:31Speaker 1: I mean, this is a woman, and I play this
- 29:33Speaker 1: because I think it's an important point. She says she
- 29:35Speaker 1: wants to pull officers out of our schools. She wants
- 29:38Speaker 1: to have a wide open southern border. She doesn't believe
- 29:41Speaker 1: that illegal immigrants are criminals. This is a defund the police.
- 29:45Speaker 1: A woman who says wide open borders, no law and
- 29:49Speaker 1: order anywhere. Whether it's our schools or the border or
- 29:53Speaker 1: illegals coming across, it doesn't matter. This is what she's
- 29:57Speaker 1: in favor of.
- 29:58Speaker 2: And by the way, it is difficult cult to imagine
- 30:01Speaker 2: a policy that would endanger children more than pulling police
- 30:05Speaker 2: officers out of schools. Look, you and I are both parents.
- 30:08Speaker 2: We certainly don't want our kids like like we would
- 30:11Speaker 2: like police officers protecting our children, protecting schools, keeping kids safe.
- 30:16Speaker 2: That the number one way you prevent someone from committing
- 30:21Speaker 2: an act of violence is you have a police officer
- 30:23Speaker 2: there to protect them. And Yet, to the radical left,
- 30:27Speaker 2: if we just take all the cops away, then suddenly
- 30:30Speaker 2: give piece of chance violence goes away. That's that's truly radical.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Yeah, over the holiday weekend, there was also a story
- 30:37Speaker 1: and it's sad because it had to be broken basically
- 30:40Speaker 1: outside the US with the Daily Mail of a migrant
- 30:43Speaker 1: gang that took over an apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado.
- 30:48Speaker 1: This is Venezuelan migrant gang that took over the apartment complex.
- 30:52Speaker 1: It's interesting that it was Venezuela and migrant gang that
- 30:55Speaker 1: did this. And the video that we witnessed that went
- 30:58Speaker 1: viral on social media them knocking on doors with guns.
- 31:01Speaker 1: These are few others aren't supposed to have guns. And
- 31:04Speaker 1: then if you go back just a few weeks ago,
- 31:07Speaker 1: there was warnings that in Venezuela they had started to
- 31:10Speaker 1: empty out some of their prisons as long as the
- 31:13Speaker 1: people they were letting out decide to go to America.
- 31:16Speaker 1: So hey, we'll let you out of our system being
- 31:18Speaker 1: a drain on us, but you can't stay in Venezuela.
- 31:21Speaker 1: You got to go to another country. And sure enough,
- 31:24Speaker 1: their consequences for allowing the members of society that are
- 31:27Speaker 1: in prison in another country to come to America and
- 31:30Speaker 1: think that they're going to be law abiding citizens. The
- 31:33Speaker 1: Daily Mail helped expose a lot of this. Well.
- 31:36Speaker 2: Maduro I believe is absolutely doing that he is deliberately
- 31:39Speaker 2: sending criminals to the United States. He's sending murderers and
- 31:43Speaker 2: rapists and child molesters, He's sending gang members. And it's
- 31:46Speaker 2: the same thing Fidel Castro did in the Mario boat
- 31:49Speaker 2: lift coming from Cuba, where he emptied out of jails,
- 31:51Speaker 2: and he emptied out his lunatic asylums, and he sent
- 31:53Speaker 2: dangerous people to the United States. These are enemies of
- 31:56Speaker 2: America that want to undermine America. You have to ask
- 32:00Speaker 2: yourself is why is Kamala Harris aligned with them? Why
- 32:04Speaker 2: does Kamala Harris when they send Venezuelan murderers to America
- 32:09Speaker 2: and the Biden Harris administration has them in custody, why
- 32:14Speaker 2: does Kamala Harris release the murderers? And I think there's
- 32:21Speaker 2: no more important question in this election than that question.
- 32:25Speaker 1: I want to tell you real quick about our good

- 34:41Speaker 1: moment ago center that the media doesn't like to cover
- 34:44Speaker 1: these stories that are affecting Americans. I want to end
- 34:47Speaker 1: with this one, and it was a group of illegal
- 34:51Speaker 1: immigrants in San Diego County, California that actually tried to
- 34:56Speaker 1: hijack not one, but two those school buses full of
- 35:01Speaker 1: elementary and middle school students. The local media, not the
- 35:07Speaker 1: national media, covered the story. Here's what they said.
- 35:11Speaker 5: A group of migrants tried to board a school bus
- 35:13Speaker 5: this morning while it was traveling to a school. The
- 35:16Speaker 5: superintendent for the Homul Delsurra Union School District informed parents
- 35:20Speaker 5: of that incident earlier today. It happened at one of
- 35:23Speaker 5: the stops on the school district's bus route that heads
- 35:26Speaker 5: to Oak Grove Middle School and Hamul Primary. Meanwhile, yesterday afternoon,
- 35:30Speaker 5: in a similar area along another route, the superintendent says
- 35:33Speaker 5: that a group of migrants tried to stop another bus.
- 35:36Speaker 5: Border Patrol CCHP in the Sheriff's office have now been
- 35:39Speaker 5: informed of these incidents. The superintendent says that for the
- 35:42Speaker 5: safety of everyone, if a driver sees a group of
- 35:45Speaker 5: migrants at a bus stop, they will drive past it
- 35:49Speaker 5: on and move on to the.
- 35:50Speaker 1: Next This is a story that should be national news.
- 35:56Speaker 1: It's sad that we're the ones that are having to
- 35:58Speaker 1: turn it into national news center. But I don't want
- 36:01Speaker 1: to live in a world where we got to have
- 36:02Speaker 1: armed guards on every school bus because the legal immigrants
- 36:05Speaker 1: might tie to take over a school bus for whatever
- 36:08Speaker 1: their nefarious reason may be.
- 36:11Speaker 2: Look, our families are in danger because Kamala Harris and
- 36:16Speaker 2: Joe Biden and congressional Democrats have chosen to allow violent
- 36:22Speaker 2: criminals into this country eleven and a half million people.
- 36:25Speaker 2: It is a profound threat to public safety. I mean,
- 36:30Speaker 2: at some point you can't make it up. Trying to
- 36:32Speaker 2: kidnap school buses full of school kids, that is, it
- 36:40Speaker 2: underscores the level of the threat, and it also underscores Look,
- 36:46Speaker 2: as you noted, the national media completely ignores the threat.
- 36:52Speaker 1: They don't talk about it, they don't want to publicize it,
- 36:54Speaker 1: and they don't want people to know. This is the
- 36:57Speaker 1: world that many are having to live in. I encourage
- 36:59Speaker 1: you well every time, and I'll say it again. Share
