- 2:04Speaker 1: morning everybody. You are listening to the voice, Come on
- 2:07Speaker 1: dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:12Speaker 1: radio show. Uh huh, Steve Harvey got a radio show. Yeah. Man,
- 2:17Speaker 1: boh boh, boh. Boy man, God has been good to me.
- 2:21Speaker 1: I can't even I can't even put it into words, man,
- 2:26Speaker 1: but I try, though, I try try try. God does
- 2:30Speaker 1: things for me just right on time. He's so cool
- 2:33Speaker 1: with it. And I happened to run across Joel Oldstein
- 2:39Speaker 1: on television like I often do all the time, and
- 2:44Speaker 1: I was sitting there and he had such a timely
- 2:48Speaker 1: message for me. A part of it was something that
- 2:51Speaker 1: I've said oftentimes about if you really really want to
- 2:57Speaker 1: be successful, if you really really want to change, if
- 3:01Speaker 1: you really really want to prosper, if you really really
- 3:04Speaker 1: want to achieve greatness, if you really really want to
- 3:07Speaker 1: have something in life that's worth having, if you really
- 3:10Speaker 1: really want to accomplish your goals, you got to push
- 3:14Speaker 1: through all of it. He said that when you get
- 3:18Speaker 1: closer to it, the more difficult it becomes. Did you
- 3:24Speaker 1: hear me? He said, the closer you get to what
- 3:28Speaker 1: it is you want or you need, or you have
- 3:31Speaker 1: to have, or or you would love to be, it
- 3:35Speaker 1: gets a little bit more difficult when you get closer.
- 3:39Speaker 1: He told this story that's in the Bible that I
- 3:44Speaker 1: never heard before. This is what he said. He said
- 3:48Speaker 1: that was a man who was paralyzed, and he had
- 3:55Speaker 1: heard that Jesus was speaking at a house, and so
- 4:00Speaker 1: he wanted to get there. So he convinced four of
- 4:04Speaker 1: his friends to put him on a stretcher and carry
- 4:09Speaker 1: him for hours to get to this house where Jesus
- 4:15Speaker 1: was speaking. He said that along the way, these friends
- 4:22Speaker 1: said that they went along because he had so much
- 4:26Speaker 1: faith that if he could just get to him, it
- 4:29Speaker 1: could be better that he could if he could just
- 4:33Speaker 1: get over the end he could see him, that he
- 4:35Speaker 1: might have a shot at getting held. And so he
- 4:38Speaker 1: said they took out along the way and they walked
- 4:41Speaker 1: and they walked and they walked for hours. And then
- 4:44Speaker 1: when they got there, the house was completely filled with people.
- 4:49Speaker 1: That was absolutely it was packed wall to wall. That
- 4:53Speaker 1: was absolutely no way for the men to get him
- 4:56Speaker 1: on that stretcher end to see Jesus. This this is
- 5:00Speaker 1: a story that Joel Osten said. It is in the Bible,
- 5:03Speaker 1: and he was telling it now. I'm just repeating the
- 5:06Speaker 1: parts of it. I got gathered and so he said.
- 5:10Speaker 1: They were sat there and they went, wow, man, we
- 5:12Speaker 1: walked all this weight and it's full, and and and
- 5:16Speaker 1: and and and and we can't get there, he said.
- 5:19Speaker 1: And then the guy with the affliction told the four men,
- 5:25Speaker 1: if you get up on the roof and cut a
- 5:28Speaker 1: hole in it and lower me down, I bet I
- 5:33Speaker 1: could see him then, and I better to be all
- 5:36Speaker 1: right now. He then said, you must imagine how these
- 5:42Speaker 1: four men must have felt when you carry somebody for
- 5:45Speaker 1: hours on on on on on on the way. They
- 5:49Speaker 1: had to carry some cloth connected by a couple of sticks,
- 5:52Speaker 1: said the men. Shoulders had to be bruised, had to
- 5:55Speaker 1: have deep gouges in them, not cuts, but just indentation
- 6:00Speaker 1: to where they had carried the weight of this grown
- 6:02Speaker 1: man for so many hours, and they looked at him
- 6:04Speaker 1: in disbelief, like, man, what are you talking about. We
- 6:07Speaker 1: didn't walked all this far. He said, yeah, but if
- 6:09Speaker 1: you get up on that roof and you cut a
- 6:11Speaker 1: hole in it and lower me down, I can see
- 6:16Speaker 1: him and when he see me, it'll be all right.
- 6:20Speaker 1: After sitting there and imploring the men, they went up
- 6:24Speaker 1: and did just that, and then and then the story
- 6:28Speaker 1: that Joel Osteen said, the man was healed. But the
- 6:32Speaker 1: point he was making was he was saying that the
- 6:36Speaker 1: closer you get to what it is you really want,
- 6:39Speaker 1: the more difficult it's going to become. But you've got
- 6:43Speaker 1: to push through. So if you don't push through, you
- 6:46Speaker 1: never know, so you can't get right to the answer.
- 6:49Speaker 1: And because it gets really difficult, started creating those little
- 6:53Speaker 1: saying that we got his people. Um, well, I guess
- 6:56Speaker 1: it wasn't meant to be. I guess it wasn't the
- 7:00Speaker 1: Lord's will. Now, man, I guess you should not give
- 7:03Speaker 1: up right now. I guess you should keep pressing. I
- 7:07Speaker 1: guess you should do more, because see, in all of us,
- 7:10Speaker 1: in all of us, when you've had enough, I want
- 7:13Speaker 1: you to know something. You do have a little bit
- 7:15Speaker 1: more in all of us. You can do one more
- 7:20Speaker 1: you know. That's one of my favorite things that I heard.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Joel Oldstein said. It kind of made me feel good.
- 7:25Speaker 1: He said, I always feel like I can do one
- 7:29Speaker 1: more anything, And I tell my friends all the time,
- 7:33Speaker 1: I can do one more man, I could do one
- 7:36Speaker 1: more day. I can do one more anything. Now Here
- 7:41Speaker 1: was the jewel that I never really knew that Joel
- 7:46Speaker 1: Oldstein and God sent to me I needed to hear.
- 7:52Speaker 1: He said that no matter what you're going through, no
- 7:56Speaker 1: matter how long the challenge is you've been facing, God
- 8:00Speaker 1: has an end date for it all. Did you hear me?
- 8:05Speaker 1: No matter what you're going through, No matter what challenge
- 8:07Speaker 1: you're facing, no matter what situation you've gotten yourself into,
- 8:11Speaker 1: God has an ending date. All you got to do
- 8:16Speaker 1: is keep pressing forward. All you got to do is
- 8:19Speaker 1: hanging now. All you got to do is don't give up.
- 8:23Speaker 1: All you have to do is don't turn back. That
- 8:27Speaker 1: is an end date for all of it, even when
- 8:31Speaker 1: you think you've had enough. And boy, have I had
- 8:36Speaker 1: this conversation with God on several things that I've been
- 8:41Speaker 1: going through, and I'm going I've even told him, Look,
- 8:44Speaker 1: I got it, man, He said, just keep hanging on.
- 8:49Speaker 1: There is an end date to whatever it is you're
- 8:52Speaker 1: going through. There's an end date to your illness, your sickness, yo, yo,
- 8:58Speaker 1: tired of being tired. There's an end date to this
- 9:02Speaker 1: relationship that you can't seem to get through. Beyond over
- 9:10Speaker 1: that's that's like a cancer to you. There's an end date.
- 9:14Speaker 1: But you've got to hang in there. You've got to
- 9:18Speaker 1: keep pushing forward. You cannot turn around. You must not
- 9:23Speaker 1: go back, because when God gets you through this and
- 9:28Speaker 1: you break through to the other side, the reward and
- 9:31Speaker 1: the benefit is far greater than the struggle. I oftentimes
- 9:39Speaker 1: look at some of the things that God has brought
- 9:41Speaker 1: me through in my worst times, and when He brought
- 9:45Speaker 1: me through, I went, wow, man, now that I understand that,
- 9:48Speaker 1: Now that I'm on the other side and I have
- 9:50Speaker 1: the benefit of the reward for it, would you do
- 9:53Speaker 1: it all again to get there? Yes? I would. You're
- 9:56Speaker 1: listening to ladies and gentlemen, Let's have it your attention.
- 10:05Speaker 1: The undivided one, the one that ain't nobody else got
- 10:09Speaker 1: set us, that's the one we talking about. Got it?
- 10:14Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Martin Show, Shirley Stroke Billy, Steve Harvey, I

- 14:13Speaker 1: think my wife reached her sexual peak or she might

- 14:20Speaker 1: She's invited, she's initiated sex at the dinner table, while
- 14:24Speaker 1: we're watching TV with our kids. And while we're in
- 14:27Speaker 1: a drive through one day picking up food, my five
- 14:30Speaker 1: year old son asked me, why is mama squeezes my
- 14:33Speaker 1: peepee so much? And it's embarrassing from Why is she
- 14:39Speaker 1: acting like this all of a sudden? What is she
- 14:42Speaker 1: cleaning about with you? Marriage? Six years? Why would you
- 14:53Speaker 1: return to gift? Damn? Somebody doing something for you and

- 15:01Speaker 1: I don't think she's cheating on you at all. That's
- 15:05Speaker 1: not how they act when they're cheating on your partner,
- 15:10Speaker 1: trying to take it to the next level. I don't think.
- 15:13Speaker 1: I don't think that's how a woman would act if
- 15:15Speaker 1: she cheating on you. What she squeezing on you faults,
- 15:18Speaker 1: She wouldn't change. Men change. Women don't change. How that
- 15:22Speaker 1: boy to look out that window and got let her
- 15:24Speaker 1: keep doing what she's doing. Women don't change. But surely
- 15:31Speaker 1: he said, all of a suddenness is picked up. Now
- 15:34Speaker 1: that is a change, is sort of but that's not
- 15:38Speaker 1: from cheating. Cheating, right what I'm talking about. I don't
- 15:41Speaker 1: know why you going there, dog, that's a negative approach.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Seems like a blessing to me. Stop wrapping your blessing
- 15:48Speaker 1: in negativity. You know you're touching me, I'm touching you.
- 15:54Speaker 1: That's the deal. It's a two way street. Yeah, ass
- 15:58Speaker 1: right to play in the happy meal. That's five years
- 16:04Speaker 1: bucket seats. We're gonna put a break across here in
- 16:08Speaker 1: a minute, all right, So don't look a gift horse
- 16:13Speaker 1: in the mouth basically to the husband. Just let that go,
- 16:16Speaker 1: all right, Cello latres in Kansas says, I'm a twenty
- 16:20Speaker 1: seven year old single female and I've been doing online dating,
- 16:23Speaker 1: but it's not working out. I sell high end cars,
- 16:27Speaker 1: so I meet a lot of great men and women,
- 16:29Speaker 1: but it's just for a fling, or we'll go to dinner.
- 16:33Speaker 1: I recently had a customer that bought two cars from me,
- 16:36Speaker 1: and we dated briefly. I stopped dating him when I
- 16:39Speaker 1: met his wife and started hanging out with her. He
- 16:42Speaker 1: got wind of the affair with his wife, so now
- 16:45Speaker 1: he's blackmailing me to do a threesome with him and
- 16:48Speaker 1: his wife. I think I should bow out of this
- 16:51Speaker 1: gracefully and leave them both alone. Do you think he's
- 16:54Speaker 1: bluffing or will he really tell Wait a minute, Wait
- 16:58Speaker 1: a minute, wait a minute, tell on you to who?
- 17:01Speaker 1: I guess to her bosses at the car dealership. She
- 17:04Speaker 1: sells high end cars, so high is he gonna break
- 17:07Speaker 1: that news to them? Well, he's a customer, so he
- 17:11Speaker 1: must have got a better deal than when it's going
- 17:14Speaker 1: so okay, okay, hold on, So what is he gonna
- 17:17Speaker 1: tell your boss? You were sleeping with him and now
- 17:20Speaker 1: you're sleeping with his wife. I don't know why you
- 17:24Speaker 1: say online dating, they're working out for you, because it
- 17:27Speaker 1: seemed like you're going all over the damn place. I
- 17:32Speaker 1: don't know how much more working out for you. It
- 17:35Speaker 1: could be you're dating is sleep when everybody say on
- 17:39Speaker 1: cause to the high end. Cause that highend calls you
- 17:44Speaker 1: know what is wrong, lady, she's got everything going on.
- 17:50Speaker 1: H End is high. Yeah, and that's coming from somebody
- 17:56Speaker 1: with a high end. These punches too early in the morning.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Now that boy hit early. Now, I don't like to
- 18:09Speaker 1: get hit before the prank. Now, just a little too early.
- 18:13Speaker 1: You gotta warm up. I gotta warm up to it.
- 18:17Speaker 1: What do you think, Steve? Is he gonna tell or
- 18:19Speaker 1: is he bluffing? No, he ain't gonna tell. You can't
- 18:23Speaker 1: bribe your way into a threesome. Let me ask you
- 18:25Speaker 1: a question. Does his wife know that you and him
- 18:30Speaker 1: was kicking it? Oh? She didn't say. She did not say.
- 18:33Speaker 1: See he he can't afford to open his damn mouth.
- 18:38Speaker 1: No he can't. He bluffing? Trust me taking a chance
- 18:41Speaker 1: of that one. Yeah, all right, dude, ain't gonna care.
- 18:45Speaker 1: You know, just call my job. You know I'm gonna
- 18:48Speaker 1: call your job. Hello. All right? So moving on, Terry
- 18:53Speaker 1: in Brooklyn says, I'm a thirty two year old professional
- 18:57Speaker 1: female and I've been in a long distance relationship for
- 19:01Speaker 1: eight months. We both have a problem with the distance
- 19:04Speaker 1: between us, but he expects me to move because he
- 19:07Speaker 1: owns a home and I'm in a rental home. I
- 19:10Speaker 1: told him that's not fair. It's also not fair that
- 19:13Speaker 1: he hangs out with a female best friend while I'm
- 19:15Speaker 1: not in town, but he never brings her around when
- 19:18Speaker 1: I'm in town. He keeps asking me to move in
- 19:20Speaker 1: with him so he won't have to hang out with
- 19:24Speaker 1: his friend. Does this sound right to you? Is this
- 19:26Speaker 1: female friend my replacement while I'm away? Well, if you
- 19:31Speaker 1: come to town, he won't have to hang out with
- 19:36Speaker 1: his best friend. Why does he have to hang out
- 19:39Speaker 1: with the best friend? If you ain't here doing me,
- 19:42Speaker 1: I need somebody doing me. Go y'all go ahead and
- 19:46Speaker 1: give it a try. It normally does not work out.
- 19:50Speaker 1: You're gonna wind up nake it though. I'm just I'm
- 19:52Speaker 1: just saying that you can go ahead and try since
- 19:56Speaker 1: you ain't gonna listen to me, but might not be
- 19:59Speaker 1: in best interest, That's all I'm seeing. Yeah. Yeah, So
- 20:04Speaker 1: to answer her question, is this female friend her replacement
- 20:07Speaker 1: while she's away is yes, then hunts Clo. I mean
- 20:11Speaker 1: he just said, if you come to town, I won't
- 20:14Speaker 1: have to see a no more. Yeah, that's what he's said.
- 20:16Speaker 1: So I don't know what to tell you. Yeah, he
- 20:20Speaker 1: spelled it off on So she so should she move?
- 20:26Speaker 1: Then move? Why are you talking about moving? They ain't
- 20:31Speaker 1: in love? Well, he wants her to move because he
- 20:35Speaker 1: owns his home and she just rents. They're not in love.
- 20:40Speaker 1: All its moving in and you ain't got you ain't
- 20:44Speaker 1: got no paper you need. You need something with your
- 20:47Speaker 1: name on it, a marriage license or a d yep.
- 20:51Speaker 1: All right, Clo, Thank you as always. Coming up next,
- 20:54Speaker 1: the nephew would run that prank back right after this.
- 20:58Speaker 1: You're listening every morning show. Coming up at the top
- 21:02Speaker 1: of the hour, Steve Harvey will talk to Vice president

- 22:26Speaker 1: You just came knocked on my door man, boy, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 22:30Speaker 1: we'll see whatever the reason why? I mean, I really
- 22:32Speaker 1: called it got the number, was kind of reach out
- 22:34Speaker 1: to you. Man. I don't be wanting to start no
- 22:36Speaker 1: trouble with nobody and nothing like that. I'd want to
- 22:38Speaker 1: you know, I want I want my neighbors to be
- 22:40Speaker 1: cool with me, and I want to be cool with
- 22:41Speaker 1: my neighbors. You know what I'm saying. Yeah, So I

- 25:08Speaker 1: something like that. Just man, I keep telling you that,
- 25:11Speaker 1: you know picture anybody hating this? It shouldn't do little
- 25:15Speaker 1: moves coming from my sid Hey, man, I ain't trying
- 25:19Speaker 1: to I ain't trying to start no trouble man, And
- 25:22Speaker 1: you start what you're saying that All I was calling

- 29:09Speaker 1: I'm good, I'm up. Nah, all right, nephew, thank you.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Coming out at the top of the our as promise,
- 29:16Speaker 1: Joe Biden will be our special guests right after this.
- 29:22Speaker 1: You're listening, hey, folks. As promised, We've been telling you
- 29:30Speaker 1: all morning that we were going to have a very
- 29:32Speaker 1: special guest. Well he's here. He was a forty seventh
- 29:36Speaker 1: Vice President of the United States. He served with one
- 29:40Speaker 1: of our favorite presidents. He is aiming to continue some
- 29:44Speaker 1: of the great work that was done before. He is
- 29:47Speaker 1: positioning himself to become the future president of the United States,
- 29:52Speaker 1: and with our help, that reality can become very, very
- 29:56Speaker 1: possible for all of us ladies and gentlemen. A and
- 30:00Speaker 1: I've known for quite some time and a friend. Please
- 30:02Speaker 1: welcome to the show, mister Vice President Joe Biden. How
- 30:10Speaker 1: are you, sir? I'm fine. I'm a fan. By the way,
- 30:13Speaker 1: you know how to watch all the time. Man, I
- 30:16Speaker 1: really really appreciate it. Hey, listen, Uh, let's get into this.
- 30:20Speaker 1: What are your thoughts, sir, the passing of Ruth bad
- 30:24Speaker 1: Akinsburg Jeff tell us. You know, I had a great
- 30:29Speaker 1: honor of presiety over her. I was a charity to
- 30:32Speaker 1: this show to me when she was nominated. And the
- 30:35Speaker 1: thing that made her so incredible she was she as
- 30:42Speaker 1: as one of one person said, she did as much
- 30:46Speaker 1: for women as Justice Marshall did for African American She
- 30:50Speaker 1: just changed the whole course of modern history in terms
- 30:54Speaker 1: of women's rights and women's opportunities. But the interesting thing
- 30:58Speaker 1: about it, as principled and as tough as she was
- 31:02Speaker 1: on the issues, she got them on with everybody. She
- 31:05Speaker 1: even had, you know, the scalers of the world when
- 31:07Speaker 1: he was on the Cordin and the conservatives, they treated
- 31:11Speaker 1: her with respect and she was able to bring people together.
- 31:14Speaker 1: And that is I think that's the remarkable additional trait
- 31:18Speaker 1: that she had and uh, and you know, you know,
- 31:22Speaker 1: but I spoke to her, I spoke to her daughter
- 31:25Speaker 1: and her granddaughter at length to express my sympathies. And
- 31:31Speaker 1: they told me that her u and they told others
- 31:35Speaker 1: that her dying wish was that that nobody get appointed
- 31:39Speaker 1: in her place until the next treasure was elected. And
- 31:43Speaker 1: because this is this is just you know, we're already
- 31:47Speaker 1: middle of the next already middle of elections. Team. You know,
- 31:50Speaker 1: by the time the Republicans had named somebody and the
- 31:53Speaker 1: President named somebody and bring it up, almost forty percent
- 31:56Speaker 1: American public bull of voted the constitution says, that's the
- 32:00Speaker 1: one chance the American people have to make an impact
- 32:02Speaker 1: on who they want choosing the next nominee and who
- 32:07Speaker 1: in the Senate. You know, the president gets the puppose
- 32:10Speaker 1: and the Senate disposure. And so this is the one
- 32:13Speaker 1: chance under the Constitution where the American people have an
- 32:15Speaker 1: opportunity to rush. This is just close to it's just
- 32:21Speaker 1: a fundamental violation the constitutional principles. Yeah, can he legally
- 32:26Speaker 1: do that? Can President Trump legally appoint somebody before this election?
- 32:32Speaker 1: Or he can legally name some It's right technically, but
- 32:37Speaker 1: it's violational constitutional under under the underlying rationale, he can
- 32:42Speaker 1: name somebody he wants to be the nominee. But all
- 32:46Speaker 1: those Republicans, including the Majority leader McConnell from Kentucky, said
- 32:52Speaker 1: that you shouldn't appoint, you know, you shouldn't appoint anybody
- 32:56Speaker 1: in election year. Remember they stopped Marek Garland from being
- 33:00Speaker 1: appointed because being confirmed or even having a hearing, because
- 33:04Speaker 1: that's two President Obama picked nine ten months before the election.
- 33:09Speaker 1: But he can do that. But you know, you have
- 33:12Speaker 1: so many Republican senators saying that there should be no
- 33:16Speaker 1: appointment election year, like Lindsey Graham, and I don't want
- 33:19Speaker 1: to go fee the whole quote. It bore you, but
- 33:22Speaker 1: he said, you know, I'm saying there should be no
- 33:24Speaker 1: no president should nominate some of the election year, and
- 33:27Speaker 1: you should hold till the election, and you can. You
- 33:30Speaker 1: have every right to bring this up if I've changed
- 33:32Speaker 1: my mind, to point out to me that I wasn't
- 33:33Speaker 1: telling the truth. Well guess what, he ain't telling the truth.
- 33:37Speaker 1: He's pushing for it now. But there's two people have
- 33:40Speaker 1: announced that the guts to announce that they will wait
- 33:43Speaker 1: till the election is over. They shouldn't vote till then,
- 33:46Speaker 1: and that is the Senator from Alaska and the Senator
- 33:51Speaker 1: from from Maine and both women, and they there's a
- 33:56Speaker 1: couple others. The two other standout to do the right thing.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Then it will be put off until the election that
- 34:02Speaker 1: he wins. Then he gets to go forward with the
- 34:05Speaker 1: nominee that he uh that that he named me he
- 34:09Speaker 1: wants the name, and if he loses, then I get
- 34:11Speaker 1: to make that pick. But I won't be able to
- 34:13Speaker 1: make that pick until January twenty first. Yeah, yeah, understood, understood.
- 34:19Speaker 1: You know, listen, I know you all out there campaigning hard.
- 34:22Speaker 1: I thought your selection of your vice presidential or running mate,
- 34:28Speaker 1: Senator Kamala hass was such a such an amazing choice
- 34:32Speaker 1: that spoke by a year is so good. Yeah, he
- 34:37Speaker 1: is so good. She's so damn bright and knowledgeable. I mean,
- 34:42Speaker 1: she's ready to be president on day one by if
- 34:45Speaker 1: somebody pushing up a roof or something. I mean, this
- 34:48Speaker 1: is a Kidnes sign she is. She's totally That's the basis.
- 34:52Speaker 1: There are a lot of really fine women that I
- 34:55Speaker 1: had to choose from, but I think she's ready on
- 34:58Speaker 1: day one. A great choice. You know, Look, I know,
- 35:03Speaker 1: everybody wants answers to so many questions and campaign promises,
- 35:09Speaker 1: But you know, the question for so many of my
- 35:14Speaker 1: listeners is, what's the Biden Harris plan for Black Americas?
- 35:19Speaker 1: So what do you say to this voting base. Well,
- 35:23Speaker 1: number one, you've forgotten more about you know, my mother
- 35:27Speaker 1: used to have an expression, you want to know me
- 35:29Speaker 1: walk in my shoes in my eye. Although I've been
- 35:32Speaker 1: deeply involved in the civil rights with my whole life,
- 35:34Speaker 1: I come from the state with the eighth highest Black
- 35:36Speaker 1: population of any state in the nation, I still don't
- 35:39Speaker 1: fully fully appreciate exactly how tough it is. And the
- 35:43Speaker 1: fact is that one of the most important things to
- 35:46Speaker 1: do is put black men and women in a position
- 35:49Speaker 1: where they can accumulate wealth, where in a position where
- 35:52Speaker 1: they can begin to actually have the place in the community,
- 35:56Speaker 1: where as a people across the board the grove the
- 36:00Speaker 1: middle class. Mister President, can you hang on one second,
- 36:04Speaker 1: one second, We'll be right back with more Vice President
- 36:07Speaker 1: Joe Biden. Right after this. You're listening to everybody, We're back.
- 36:13Speaker 1: We're having a discussion here with the Vice President Joe Biden.
- 36:17Speaker 1: What's the Biden Harris plan for Black America. There's a
- 36:22Speaker 1: number of things I want to do. Number one, For example,
- 36:26Speaker 1: there's evidence that black entrepreneurs, men and women are successful
- 36:30Speaker 1: and as innovative as anybody else. The problem is that
- 36:35Speaker 1: they have great difficulty getting the capital. So what brock
- 36:38Speaker 1: and Eye did was we came up with a plan
- 36:41Speaker 1: that was one point five billion dollars. We gave to
- 36:44Speaker 1: state in the fifty states, gave the state small business
- 36:49Speaker 1: associations and four minority businesses. So what happened is once
- 36:56Speaker 1: you get that funding, you learn and you make an
- 36:58Speaker 1: application and they say your idea is a good idea.
- 37:01Speaker 1: What it did we predicted it attracted thirty billion dollars
- 37:06Speaker 1: off the sideline, meaning that when someone says, I have
- 37:10Speaker 1: this idea for this new tech farm or whatever I
- 37:14Speaker 1: want to do, and what happens is if now, all
- 37:18Speaker 1: of a sudden, the federal government's given you your down
- 37:21Speaker 1: payment on that got you going, then check from goh
- 37:24Speaker 1: All invest in that what I'm going to do is
- 37:27Speaker 1: change that from a one point five billion dollars to
- 37:31Speaker 1: thirty billion. It's estimated that would generate another hundred and
- 37:35Speaker 1: fifty billion dollars in private capital that would back up
- 37:40Speaker 1: the initiatives that were being called for. Secondly, you know,
- 37:44Speaker 1: one of the hardest things for a young black man
- 37:48Speaker 1: or a woman for that matter, but to get is
- 37:50Speaker 1: a down payment for a home. And so what I'm
- 37:53Speaker 1: proposing is that for first term homebuyers in the community,
- 37:58Speaker 1: brown and black, they would be able to at a
- 38:00Speaker 1: fifteen thousand dollars down payment, which essentially is a guarantee
- 38:06Speaker 1: that it's going to tax credit, which says that the
- 38:09Speaker 1: bank says, Okay, I know they have the money for
- 38:12Speaker 1: the down payments, so now you can go out and
- 38:14Speaker 1: I'll lend you the money to buy a home. But
- 38:17Speaker 1: in addition to that, there are other things we're going
- 38:19Speaker 1: to do. For example, there is a lot of money
- 38:23Speaker 1: that's available out there through the legislation that's already put
- 38:27Speaker 1: together that calls for making sure that we're able to
- 38:31Speaker 1: provide for funding in communities that are primarily minority communities.
- 38:37Speaker 1: And what we do with that is we make sure
- 38:39Speaker 1: that we have a fund that we're going to make
- 38:42Speaker 1: sure that we provide for somewhere in the order of
- 38:46Speaker 1: fifty billion dollars of new equity investment. But that means
- 38:50Speaker 1: that for example, black and brown entrepreneurs as they face
- 38:54Speaker 1: these barriers. In addition, though they have the availability of
- 38:57Speaker 1: being able to get loans, loans, loans for communities, We're
- 39:02Speaker 1: going to drastically increase the amount of money available for uh,
- 39:08Speaker 1: for investments in these communities. And what that means is
- 39:11Speaker 1: a simple proposition. For example, you get it, you have
- 39:15Speaker 1: a great idea, you know that to call community development
- 39:18Speaker 1: financial institutions meeting the small banks that are in the communities,
- 39:22Speaker 1: they have to lend into that small community, that brown
- 39:27Speaker 1: and black community. All right, Uh, hang on one second, everybody. Uh,
- 39:31Speaker 1: mister Vice President, hang on or we'll be right back.
- 39:34Speaker 1: We've got more with our President Joe Biden. Right after this.
- 39:38Speaker 1: You're listening. We're back, and we've been talking all morning
- 39:44Speaker 1: with presidential candidate Joe Biden, who is here giving us
- 39:49Speaker 1: some insight though a lot of things he's feeling and
- 39:52Speaker 1: thinking about this upcoming election. So what we are going
- 39:57Speaker 1: to do is people have great ideas or investments, but
- 40:01Speaker 1: with this money that's available through this new program. In
- 40:05Speaker 1: addition to one I mentioned, you're going to be able
- 40:07Speaker 1: to not only that, I'm going to set up in
- 40:09Speaker 1: the White House a navigators. For example, you may have
- 40:12Speaker 1: a brilliant idea, smart as hell, smart as anybody else
- 40:16Speaker 1: in the world. But you don't know, you don't know
- 40:19Speaker 1: how to navigate through the system because you've never gone through.
- 40:23Speaker 1: How do you get the big bank to lend you
- 40:24Speaker 1: the money? How do you how do you get an accountant?
- 40:27Speaker 1: What do you do? What kind of presentation do you
- 40:30Speaker 1: have to make in order to attract the capital? What
- 40:33Speaker 1: do you do? So we're going to have a place
- 40:35Speaker 1: in the White House. We're going to provide navigators or
- 40:38Speaker 1: people with good ideas for business and enterprises and access
- 40:42Speaker 1: for men to be able to borrow the money and
- 40:45Speaker 1: know where to go to get the money in the
- 40:47Speaker 1: first place. And so what the whole idea here is
- 40:50Speaker 1: to Bill Well, let me give you one example. In
- 40:53Speaker 1: the United States of America, if you and I were
- 40:57Speaker 1: in the same financial situation to just getting the start it,
- 41:00Speaker 1: and we each were able to buy a home, and
- 41:04Speaker 1: you bought the exact same home and developer built on
- 41:08Speaker 1: one side of an inter state in a black community,
- 41:11Speaker 1: and I bought an exact same home on the other
- 41:15Speaker 1: side of there, staying in the white community. Immediately, my
- 41:19Speaker 1: home is going to be valued at thirty percent thirty
- 41:23Speaker 1: two percent more than your home is and automatically have
- 41:26Speaker 1: thirty two percent marketing my home. It's wrong. We got
- 41:29Speaker 1: to end the red lining that end all these things
- 41:32Speaker 1: that make it difficult were African Americans, particularly hard working
- 41:36Speaker 1: African Americans, who were just trying to get off the
- 41:38Speaker 1: ground to have the opportunity to do what most how
- 41:42Speaker 1: did most middle class people humanity well in their homes
- 41:45Speaker 1: and equity in their homes. Wasn't there in the market,
- 41:48Speaker 1: wasn't it the stock market? It was they do it
- 41:51Speaker 1: through their homes, and that's how they're able to go
- 41:54Speaker 1: on and then borrow money to send their kids to school,
- 41:56Speaker 1: all those kinds of things. But there's a lot we
- 41:59Speaker 1: can do. A lot we can do, include providing free education.
- 42:03Speaker 1: College education. I think every single person in America who
- 42:08Speaker 1: qualifies to get into a community college to be able
- 42:11Speaker 1: to go for free. I think anybody who qualifies to
- 42:14Speaker 1: get into a four year university, if they come from
- 42:17Speaker 1: a family less than one hundred and twenty five thousand
- 42:19Speaker 1: dollars year, should have free tuition. But I also think
- 42:22Speaker 1: it's really important, and you don't understand this ped to
- 42:25Speaker 1: anybody commonly talks about it having gone to Howard University,
- 42:29Speaker 1: is it's really important we fund hpcus and minority universities.
- 42:34Speaker 1: The reason being that because they don't have significant endowments,
- 42:38Speaker 1: they are not able to compete to be able to
- 42:40Speaker 1: get these large contracts with government and other entities to
- 42:45Speaker 1: provide for the kinds of things like the University of Delaware.
- 42:49Speaker 1: University of Delaware, they have a system where they have
- 42:52Speaker 1: a mot allergy department where they have been able to
- 42:55Speaker 1: get the right people invested in this effort so that
- 43:00Speaker 1: they're making lightweight services for aircraft carriers well or for example,
- 43:07Speaker 1: dealing with the whole issue of cybersecurity. If you are
- 43:10Speaker 1: able to get the funding for these laboratories at an
- 43:14Speaker 1: HPCU and what you do, you're able to train those
- 43:19Speaker 1: young men and women in HBCUs these new high tech ventures.
- 43:24Speaker 1: So there's just a lot we can do, awful lot
- 43:27Speaker 1: we can do. Give me the importance of voting for
- 43:30Speaker 1: our community and what do we need to safeguard ourselves
- 43:34Speaker 1: against in terms of vote of suppression. First of all,
- 43:37Speaker 1: that you go to I'll vote dot com to know
- 43:40Speaker 1: where to vote and not who to vote for, but
- 43:43Speaker 1: how to be able to get where your pollee placement
- 43:45Speaker 1: arrest is you know that this administration is going to
- 43:49Speaker 1: do everything in their power to try to keep people
- 43:52Speaker 1: from voting, but they're not going to be stopped. The
- 43:55Speaker 1: top lines people as country are going to be heard
- 43:58Speaker 1: no matter how much the President tries to stop him.
- 44:00Speaker 1: We're going to vote. So, as I said, makes you
- 44:03Speaker 1: jarrival vote dot com the African American unit, you can
- 44:07Speaker 1: determine this election. Thank you sir. All Right, all right,
- 44:14Speaker 1: yeah man, you gotta fight for us. Yeah, your thing.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Great interviewers. I love when you call him mister president
- 44:25Speaker 1: because that's what we're hoping. Great job, Steve. We'll have
- 44:30Speaker 1: more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up right
- 44:33Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to Steve Morning Show. Steve. We
- 44:39Speaker 1: just gotta say again, what a great interview with you
- 44:43Speaker 1: and Joe Biden. Really, you know, I like the plan
- 44:47Speaker 1: that he laid out for Black americ Really. Yeah. I
- 44:52Speaker 1: was impressed with the plan because as I was listening
- 44:56Speaker 1: to it, they took a page and really looked at
- 45:01Speaker 1: what Michael Bloomberg had came up with and decided, you
- 45:06Speaker 1: know what, that's a smart way to do it. And
- 45:09Speaker 1: if that money does what they said, if that money
- 45:11Speaker 1: goes into the place that they say it's going to go,
- 45:14Speaker 1: It changes a lot of folks lives. Donald Trump has
- 45:19Speaker 1: no plan for Black America. If he got telling us
- 45:24Speaker 1: mentioned black lives matter. He does not admit to any
- 45:29Speaker 1: types of racial injustice or systemic racism. And so if
- 45:34Speaker 1: you don't, if you don't acknowledge it or admit to it,
- 45:37Speaker 1: you can't address it. That's nothing for him to address.
- 45:40Speaker 1: And I hope Joe Biden in this interview, Steve, you
- 45:42Speaker 1: know some of the naysayers or the undecided voters. I
- 45:46Speaker 1: hope they can make a decision based on what he
- 45:48Speaker 1: said to you today. I really very good, very good
- 45:54Speaker 1: time for today's prank phone call with the nephew. What
- 45:58Speaker 1: you got for? It's the cone file. That's what you
- 46:00Speaker 1: said your wife. It's cheating on both of us. Your
- 46:04Speaker 1: wife is cheating on both of us. Let's go Hello.
- 46:10Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach Terrence. Please, who's calling? Who's this? Hey?
- 46:14Speaker 1: My name is Mark. My name is Mark. How you doing, bro?
- 46:16Speaker 1: I work with um with your wife Vernica. We're on
- 46:19Speaker 1: the same sales floor together. I think I met you before,
- 46:22Speaker 1: but I don't know if you remember meeting me, but um,
- 46:24Speaker 1: I work at the job with Veronica. Everything is everything
- 46:28Speaker 1: on right there? Or what's going on? No, no, no,
- 46:30Speaker 1: everything is straight here at the job. Not a problem
- 46:32Speaker 1: at all at the job. But I wanted to y
- 46:36Speaker 1: yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, she's all right, She's perfectly fine. Man. Um,
- 46:39Speaker 1: I just I just you know, I actually, like I said,
- 46:42Speaker 1: my name is Mark Man. You don't remember me, Terrence,
- 46:44Speaker 1: But I just wanted to talk to you. Like I say, um,
- 46:46Speaker 1: you know, I got some things on that that's been
- 46:48Speaker 1: bothered me for a minute, and I you know, I
- 46:50Speaker 1: just I just kind of wanted to reach out to
- 46:52Speaker 1: you and you know, just kind of have like a
- 46:55Speaker 1: little a little hard to hard talk with you. Man.
- 46:56Speaker 1: So maybe you know, uh, you know we can get
- 46:59Speaker 1: things in a in a in a better position. But
- 47:01Speaker 1: I just wanted I just wanted me and you to
- 47:03Speaker 1: have a conversation. Wait, man, how did you get my Veronic?
- 47:07Speaker 1: Can give you my number? Or how did you get
- 47:09Speaker 1: my number? That's what I'm trying to like, what's going on?
- 47:12Speaker 1: I mean I had I had, I've had your number.
- 47:14Speaker 1: I just I just I just had never reached out
- 47:16Speaker 1: to you before. But like I said, though, man, this
- 47:18Speaker 1: this this has been bothering me for a minute, and
- 47:20Speaker 1: I wanted to get it off my chest so you
- 47:22Speaker 1: and I can try to, I guess, fix this whole issue.
- 47:25Speaker 1: But I just want us to see if we can
- 47:26Speaker 1: fix it. You know, well, well fix the issue. What's
- 47:30Speaker 1: the issue? I don't understand me. I'm not following you.
- 47:32Speaker 1: I don't understand what, like, what is the issue? So
- 47:37Speaker 1: but now you know, like I said, I went on
- 47:39Speaker 1: to talk to me, what's going on? Okay, your wife,
- 47:45Speaker 1: man is cheating on both of us, and we got
- 47:50Speaker 1: to figure out how we gotta do something about this. Man,
- 47:53Speaker 1: all right? I mean, did you say she's eating on
- 47:55Speaker 1: the both of us? What is cheating? She is cheating
- 47:59Speaker 1: on the boat both of us, Bronte, It sound like
- 48:03Speaker 1: you said cheating. I don't know what you Veronica. Listen
- 48:07Speaker 1: to me, Terce, Veronica is cheating on both of us.
- 48:11Speaker 1: You say, Verica is cheating on me and me, you know,
- 48:15Speaker 1: and we gotta we gotta figure out what we're gonna do. Man.
- 48:17Speaker 1: But as a husband, I gotta you gotta. I'm gonna
- 48:20Speaker 1: need you to step up and get this thing in order.
- 48:22Speaker 1: What you're talking about, you say, Veronica is cheating on
- 48:25Speaker 1: me with you. No, No, she cheating on both of
- 48:29Speaker 1: us with somebody else. I know. I've been noticing her
- 48:33Speaker 1: going out with this, you know, going to lunch with
- 48:35Speaker 1: this other cat. So I'm like, I got pissed off
- 48:38Speaker 1: about it. So I said, you know what, I can't
- 48:40Speaker 1: take you no more. I'm calling Terence. You're saying to
- 48:44Speaker 1: me that my wife has been cheating around a job
- 48:47Speaker 1: with somebody else. She cheating on both of us. Dude,
- 48:51Speaker 1: I don't get what you mean if my wife is
- 48:54Speaker 1: cheating on what I mean, you're calling me to tell
- 48:56Speaker 1: me that she's cheating on me. I appreciate that, but
- 48:58Speaker 1: I don't get what you're saying. You know, both of
- 49:01Speaker 1: us did. I don't pet that fun. I don't understand
- 49:03Speaker 1: what you mean. Me and Vernica been you know, kind
- 49:06Speaker 1: of cool. You know, last eight months to a year,
- 49:09Speaker 1: we've been, you know, pretty tight here at the job.
- 49:11Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, So listen what you mean
- 49:13Speaker 1: y'all been cool? That's what I don't understand. Like, what
- 49:17Speaker 1: do you mean y'all being cool? Because that's my wife?
- 49:19Speaker 1: Tell me what you're talking about? Okay. All I'm saying
- 49:22Speaker 1: is me and me and me and her been real cool.
- 49:24Speaker 1: We've been real tight. You know. Sometimes we take lunch
- 49:27Speaker 1: and then you know, don't come back. That's our thing though.
- 49:30Speaker 1: But you know, now, you know I'm noticing. You know,
- 49:33Speaker 1: she she didn't want out, you know, she didn't want
- 49:34Speaker 1: to lunch a couple of time with his brother named Alan,
- 49:36Speaker 1: And I'm like, okay, no, no, it ain't gonna go
- 49:37Speaker 1: down like this here. You know what I'm saying, Are
- 49:40Speaker 1: you my wife? Man? Hey, that's that's not why I
- 49:43Speaker 1: called you. I called you to my wife. That's what
- 49:46Speaker 1: I want to know. I'm telling you about this dude
- 49:49Speaker 1: named Alan. I need you to step up as the
- 49:51Speaker 1: husband and fix this. But you telling me that my
- 49:55Speaker 1: wife is cheating on both of us. Didn't cheating on
- 49:57Speaker 1: the both of us? If she cheating on the meat,
- 50:01Speaker 1: you're telling me that you're with my wife too, that
- 50:04Speaker 1: you've been messing around with my wife. That's not That's
- 50:09Speaker 1: not the part I'm trying to talk about. I'm trying
- 50:10Speaker 1: to talk about this dude named Alan. Man, That's what
- 50:12Speaker 1: I'm trying to get out. I'm gonna get to Alan.
- 50:15Speaker 1: We're gonna get to Alan. You saying that my wife

- 50:29Speaker 1: messing around, we're doing listen doing that. It don't work
- 50:31Speaker 1: like that. Do you understand what I'm saying? Do I
- 50:33Speaker 1: hear what you're saying? But the beef ain't with me.
- 50:36Speaker 1: The beef is with Alan. No, she messing over She

- 50:44Speaker 1: to call her because some right here, I'm telling Okay,
- 50:48Speaker 1: hold on, bro, I just want you to deal with Alan.
- 50:51Speaker 1: Are you about to stop right now? I'm at I'm

- 53:27Speaker 1: we're worrying by me. Let's focus on Alan Alan this
- 53:32Speaker 1: whole thing. What did you keeping about me? Right here?
- 53:38Speaker 1: Alan started all this? You're going out to lunch with
- 53:42Speaker 1: with Alan and stuff? Man. Now you know I'm feeling
- 53:45Speaker 1: kicked to the curreer. I'm not putting that with this
- 53:46Speaker 1: right here. I'm not I'm not going to do it.
- 53:49Speaker 1: All right, nephew, thank you? Coming out next? It is
- 53:53Speaker 1: a Strawberry letters subject I'm trying to get away from

- 54:17Speaker 1: Harris for um, you know, black people, all of that.
- 54:22Speaker 1: I mean, I just find the plan to be something
- 54:25Speaker 1: that I haven't heard come from a presidential candidate. Bottom

- 54:52Speaker 1: hold on tight. We got it for you. Here it
- 54:54Speaker 1: is letter, Thank you, nephew. Subject. I am trying to
- 54:58Speaker 1: get away from my wife. Dear Stephen Shirley. I am
- 55:02Speaker 1: a fifty one year old male who is currently going
- 55:05Speaker 1: through a divorce. I was married for twenty eight years
- 55:08Speaker 1: and we have both committed adultery and done things in
- 55:11Speaker 1: our marriage that I'm not proud of. She has degraded
- 55:14Speaker 1: me and humiliated me as a man for years. We
- 55:18Speaker 1: have two teenagers, and initially they both asked to the
- 55:22Speaker 1: judge to live with me, and they stopped talking to
- 55:25Speaker 1: their mom. It's a rollercoaster lately, and I never know
- 55:29Speaker 1: what kind of foolishness my wife will come up with.
- 55:31Speaker 1: She calls me often to beg me for sex and
- 55:34Speaker 1: tells me it will fix our marriage. The very next
- 55:37Speaker 1: day she comes by and throws eggs at my car.
- 55:41Speaker 1: I have tried to date, but she's always lurking. And
- 55:44Speaker 1: she stopped my last girlfriend's social media page and left
- 55:48Speaker 1: nasty comments. She took pictures of me and another girl
- 55:51Speaker 1: and posted them on her Facebook page and called me
- 55:54Speaker 1: a cheater. Our mutual friends know we're legally separated and
- 55:58Speaker 1: getting a divorce, so they try not to engage her
- 56:01Speaker 1: in conversations about me and all of this craziness. My
- 56:05Speaker 1: seventeen year old daughter has started to feel sorry for
- 56:08Speaker 1: her mother, and she stopped talking to her again and
- 56:12Speaker 1: allowing her to poison her mind against me. This marriage
- 56:16Speaker 1: has been broken for years, and she has walked out
- 56:19Speaker 1: on me and our kids on numerous occasions, so I
- 56:23Speaker 1: can't believe my daughter can even entertain her. I am
- 56:27Speaker 1: trying to get away from my wife, and my daughter
- 56:30Speaker 1: is pulling her back in. How can I get her
- 56:33Speaker 1: to see that her mom is unfit, so she will
- 56:35Speaker 1: stop being fooled by her. Please advise, listen, that's not
- 56:42Speaker 1: your fight, okay, and what you should be concerned with
- 56:45Speaker 1: right now at all. Your daughter will eventually see. I
- 56:50Speaker 1: mean young people always do you know. It takes some
- 56:53Speaker 1: life experience. Of course, keep in mind that no matter
- 56:56Speaker 1: what you say about your wife right now, whatever you
- 57:01Speaker 1: and your wife are going through, that's still her mother, Okay,
- 57:04Speaker 1: you gotta remember that. And she loves her mother period.
- 57:07Speaker 1: I say, don't talk against your mother to the children.
- 57:10Speaker 1: Don't do that. You have two daughters, Please don't do that,
- 57:13Speaker 1: because that won't turn out in your favor. I don't
- 57:16Speaker 1: think that'll just make them get closer to the mom
- 57:19Speaker 1: like she's doing already. She's starting to feel sorry for
- 57:22Speaker 1: and I don't think they need any help from you. Dad.
- 57:25Speaker 1: If your wife is as bad as you say she is,
- 57:28Speaker 1: then concentrate on the divorce in your new life. You know,
- 57:31Speaker 1: once you're free moving forward. It's not surprising at all.
- 57:35Speaker 1: I don't think that your daughter is conflicting and feeling
- 57:38Speaker 1: differently about her mom. I just think divorce is so
- 57:41Speaker 1: hard on families and especially the kids. Your daughter's her
- 57:44Speaker 1: whole world has changed. So I'm sure she's just as
- 57:48Speaker 1: hurt and confused as you are, and more so so.
- 57:52Speaker 1: Just be her dad and not that person who's talking
- 57:55Speaker 1: badly about her mom or anything like that. Don't do that.
- 57:58Speaker 1: You have way more important things to do. I would
- 58:01Speaker 1: really like to hear your wife's side of the story
- 58:03Speaker 1: and why she cheated. You said you guys both cheated
- 58:05Speaker 1: on each other. So you know, you left a few
- 58:08Speaker 1: things out of this letter, but we get it. You're
- 58:11Speaker 1: sick and tired and you want out. Okay, but seems
- 58:14Speaker 1: like your daughter's pulling in, So concentrate on getting this
- 58:17Speaker 1: divorce since that's what you want to do. Steve, Oh,
- 58:23Speaker 1: this letter has a lot in it. Fifty one year
- 58:27Speaker 1: old dude going through divorce, been married for twenty eight
- 58:31Speaker 1: years now. Then he says, we've both committed adultery and
- 58:37Speaker 1: done things in our marriage that I'm not proud of. Well, okay,
- 58:44Speaker 1: let's just get to this line right here. Okay, you
- 58:46Speaker 1: both committed adultery. But then I think what you're saying
- 58:50Speaker 1: is that you've done something in you all's marriage that
- 58:53Speaker 1: I'm not proud of. Then you turn around and say
- 58:57Speaker 1: she's degraded me and humiliated me as a man, and
- 59:00Speaker 1: for years, and why is that? See, I always try
- 59:08Speaker 1: to look at both sides. Now, what it seems to
- 59:12Speaker 1: me like is that you've done a lot man over
- 59:17Speaker 1: these twenty eight years, stuff you's not proud of. Now
- 59:20Speaker 1: you want to talk about accentuate the part where she's
- 59:24Speaker 1: humiliated you as a man. Y'all got these two teenagers,
- 59:29Speaker 1: now you say this, This is a smart piece of letter,
- 59:32Speaker 1: up on the point out. Initially they both asked the
- 59:34Speaker 1: judge to live with me and they stopped talking to
- 59:37Speaker 1: their mom. That's what you wanted out of this letter.
- 59:41Speaker 1: But this roller coaster lately, and you don't never know
- 59:45Speaker 1: what kind of foolishness your wife gonna come up with. See, wife,
- 59:50Speaker 1: wife gonna come up with? See that's another part in
- 59:55Speaker 1: the letter. We gotta situate my wife. He said it.
- 59:59Speaker 1: She calls me often to begging me for sex and
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: tells me it will fix our marriage. Then the very
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: next day she come back and throw eggs at my car.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: I've tried to date, but she's always lurking. And she
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: stopped my last girlfriend's social media page and left nasty comments.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: Your last girlfriend you try to date. Hello, Hello, y'all
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: been safar rated man? And where you stay driving by
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: the old edge? What what? Dog? It's a lot in
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: this letter, man, it's a lot of unpack in this
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: letter that you're saying and not say. And so now
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: I have some questions for you when I come back
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: to brother. All right, Steve, we'll have part two of
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: your response coming up a twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: Subject of today's letter, I am trying to get away
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: from my wife. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: You're listening, all right, Steve, Come, let's recap today's Strawberry Letters.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: Subject I am trying to get away from my wife. Well,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: if you are, dog, that's a lot of people. So
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: there's a lot of people perked up doing this letter
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: reading right here because the subject alone, I'm trying to
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: get away from my wife after this COVID and quarantine.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: I can't tell you how many people could have. Now
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: you're talking about how both y'all and committed adultry done
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: things in your marriage you're not proud of. She didn't
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: degraded you and humiliated you as a man, but you
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: did something to her you don't committed adultry, and you've
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: done some things you're not proud of. Y'all got two
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: teenage daughters. Now, initially they both asked the judge to
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: live with me and they stopped talking to their mom.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: But it's a roller coaster. You don't ever know what
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: cap of foolishness my wife will come up with. See
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: here your whole problem, dog, y'all still davy, and this
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: little separation you got, you're obviously y'all not separated far enough.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: She calls me often begged me for sex, to tell
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: me to fix our marriage. Very next day she comes
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: by and throw eggs at my car. Now you didn't
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: say you don't have sex with her? No, thank you.
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: See see that ain't what you said. Then you put out.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: Now she want to come by and throw eggs at
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: the car. House. You ain't telling us everything. See, I'm
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: telling you, it's a lot missing in this. I have
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: tried to date, but you still married. I have tried
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: to date, but she's always lurking. And she stalked my
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: last girlfriend social media. Pay the left nastic comments because
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: y'all old y'all ass don't know how social media works.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: Now your last girlfriend, you trying to date and you
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: still married. Boy. She took pictures of me and another
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: girl and posted them on Facebook page and called me
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: a cheetah. Bro. If you're still married and she see
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: you with somebody and you just called her your wife
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: when she posted picture, it is over cheat, dog, because
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: technically you're still married and she knows that. Now your
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: mutual friends know you're legally separated and getting a divorce,
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: so they try not to engage her in conversation. How
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: long you've been separated? Dog? Because you didn't had one
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: girlfriend and you keep trying to date and it ain't working,
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: and she steadied coming by. Now in all is crazy.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: It's my seventeen year old daughter that started feel sorry
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: for a mother, and she's talking to her again and
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: allowing her to poison her mind against me. First of all,
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: she crazy, She shouldn't be talking against you. But it's
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: her mother, Like Shirley say, it's her mother that's a
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: bond that you shouldn't really want to see broken. This
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: marriage has been broken for years, and she's walked out
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: on me and our kids on numerous occasion. So I
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: can't believe my daughter can even entertain her. It's her mother.
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: What the hell are you not getting about this? Man?
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: I am trying to get away from my wife. Docter leave,
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: you can get away from the kid's cap. Dog. You
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: ain't trying that damn hard. You want to stay round
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: the corner. Run your life, dog, get the divorce, and
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: my daughter is pulling her back in. Wait a minute,
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: your daughter is pulling your wife back in. Bro, You're
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: blaming everybody for this but yourself. How can I get
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: her to see that her mom is unfit? So when
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: she will stop being fooled by her? Shirley's absolutely right. Man.
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: You gotta stop bad Stop bad mouthing this woman to
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: your daughter, because that only allows her to bad mouth.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: Are you to the daughter? Also? So y'all in a
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: bad mouthing contest. Both of y'all wrong for that. You're adults,
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: you act childish, You're throwing eggs and stuff. You're screwing.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: You're staying around the corner. You want your baby to
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: be on your side. Quit talking to your mama. Who
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: the hell go to their child? Want them to quit
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: talking to their mother? Man? Come on, bro, bro, this
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: letter got so much wrong with it all. You all
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: seem like in this letter. He really want is for
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: his daughter to quit talking yeah to her mother. Yeah,
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: that's her only fix. He ain't looking for nothing else.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: How can I get her to see that her mom
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: is unfit? Dog? You want these daughters to grow up
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: with somebody you're calling unfit? That's crazy. That don't make
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: no sense. Dog. You can't do for them what their
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: mother can. Now, she might not be a fit wife,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: but that don't make her unfit mother. But the things
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: y'all did to each other could be the reason that
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: calls her to lead. Both of y'all. You said you
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: committed adultery, and both of y'all she might have left,
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: took commit adultery because you had committed Doug, we don't know.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: I don't like no more'e side. Yeah, damn this right,
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: I'm trying to talk dude. Ain't em on the phone.
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: All these lives and stuff like that. They got a
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: got no temperence and doing it. Oh yeah they are.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: We kept that part. You're right they are? Yeah? Yeah.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: He says the marriage has been broken for years. Steve,
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: she walked out on him and the kids numerous times.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: And he's I guess mad at the daughter because the
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: daughter still wants to have, you know, communication with the
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: with the wife, with her mother, and why not. It's
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: like you said, Shirley, it's her mother. Yeah, you're gonna
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: have moments like this. That's what it's bought. It's her mother. Man.
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: You know, look, I'd have been through a divorce before.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: You can't bad mouth the woman publicly. You can't do
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: that to each other. You know. However, I feel it's
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: still their mother, right, That's true, and I gotta let
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: that happen. Yea. All right, Well we're gonna move on. Um,
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: get the divorce. Listen postal comments on today Strawberry Letter

- 1:08:31Speaker 1: drive is gonna be Man who Bubba Wallace got Bubba
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: Wallace him and the movie got Bubba Wallace. Man. You know,
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: you know he was a controversy in NASCAR about the

- 1:08:49Speaker 1: have two blacks in NASCAR. Progress, Progress, we have two blacks.
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: Now he's nervous. I like it. It's gonna be a
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: basketball goal at the NASCAR racetracks, NA, because Michael got
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: to shoot around. So I'm good man, I'm proud of
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: Michael Jordan. Man. Also man This is was crazy though.
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: In the NFL, the NFL has fined several head coaches
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: one hundred thousand dollars for not wearing their masks on
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: the sideline. Good what ud Yeah, well no, not good, Shirley.
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: I don't understand. If the players are out there playing
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: with no masks, they can't be on the coach can't
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: be on the sideline coaching. They need to because they're
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: not like the NBA in a bubble. They trap, They're
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: going to different places in different cities. They need their
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: mask one. I don't get it. And and the refs
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: don't have one on. Yes they do, Yes they do.
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: The refs got on top of the rams, got that on,
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: and they got them electronic whistles. They don't even blow whistles.
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: No more but three coaches they were fine with Pete
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: Carroll from Seattle, the head coach of Seattle, and Kyle

- 1:10:26Speaker 1: Do something here that kind of straighten out because I've
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: done my own fact checking for Donald Trump because he
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: just made a statement recently, and I just want to
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: back it up with some facts. All Right, Donald Trump
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: says that if he loses to Joe Biden, then you'll
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: never see him again. Oh, y'all, Donald Trump said, if
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: he loses to Joe Biden, then you'll never see him again.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: I'm voting to play. Okay, y'all get excitement, get excited
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: about this statement. Didn't he also say that he had
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: the biggest inauguration turnout ever? Didn't he say that we
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: was all gonna get tired of winning? Yeah? Yeah? Didn't
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: he also say he knows all the best words? Yeah? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: he says it's great and very he got tweets your
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: word vocamblars president in the history that has ever given
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: a speech. And I understood everything he said, didn't he?
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: Ain't this the same dude? Now? I know we're excited
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: because he had said if he loses Joe Biden, then
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: you'll never see him again. I got that. But remember, now,
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: ain't he the dude and said he was gonna be
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: on the wall? Yeah? Yeah? Didn't he say Mexico was
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: gonna pay for it. Yeah. Yeah. Didn't he say that
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: everything on TV is freak news y? Yeah? Did not
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: he say the virus is gonna just go away? Yeah?
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: He did say that. He said when it gets warmer,
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: he did. And didn't he say that you can cue
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: with hydroxy clerically? That too, la la la la. But
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: he also said that he has done more for black
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: people since Abraham Lincoln. I'll be there, he said, Well,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: you know what, God, I hope he's not lying. Let's
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: forget about it. It amazes me how he's so quick
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: to try to find a d for the Supreme Court.
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: But if he had moved this fans with the pandemic,
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: we wouldn't be in this damn I'm telling you, I'm
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: telling you you wouldn't have to worry about re election.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: But he just said, he just said he gives himself
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: an A plus on the handling of the coronavirus. Two
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: hundred thousand people. Let us grade you quick grading your
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: damn us grade, sir. Still dying? Yeah, they lost their lives. Yes,
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: I mean heartbreaking it have to die. People die, but
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: did not have to die because of your leadership are
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: lacked thereof And you're up here giving yourself an E
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: twoing a thousand people, don't they got family members. Hope
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: they go to the pole. We had Joe Biden on
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: our show today earlier lesson, Yes we did, ye come
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: on Joe ride with bad right with Biden? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: And he talked about how the president handled this pandemic.
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: He didn't handle it. He's still not handling it. He
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: still won't wear a mask. He still won't come on.
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: He's still Yeah. And and tell him not making it
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: a mandate for people to wear masks his campaign rallies.

- 1:15:10Speaker 1: that is due. Don't wait till the day of. They
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: trying everything to oppress this vote. President Biden was talking
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: about it. They've you've seen what they did with the
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: mail boxes. We've got to get to the polls and
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: vote in record numbers. Man. And I really believe this
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: turnout is gonna be exceptional because with the NBA behind it,
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: the NFL behind it, so many artists behind it, so
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: many people are paying attention to this. I just think
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: it's gonna be a great election. And this guy's already
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: talking about challenging it with the courts. And that's why
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: he's got to get to other Supreme Court, just disappointed,
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: so he can stack the deck in his faith. We're
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: gonna need about fifty escorts don't to get him out
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: that house. We're gonna have to hand pick them. Wenna
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: need about fifth We got marines. We'll be back with
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show and some trending
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: news coming up at thirty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: Right after this you're listening to show, it is time
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: for asked the clo the clothe the Chief Love Officer,
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, are you ready all right? This one's from
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: Rashid in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He says, I've been married
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: for six years and I think my wife reached her
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: sexual peak or she might be cheating on me because
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: she has really been frisky lately. She's invited, she's initiated
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: sex at the dinner table, while we're watching TV with
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: our kids. And while we're in a drive through one
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: day picking up food, my five year old son asked
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: me why his mama squeezes my baby so much? And
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: it's embarrassing. Why is she acting like this all of
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: a sudden move? What's wrong with you? Man? Man? Six years?
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: What you Why would you return the gift? Damn somebody
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: doing something for you or now you don't want it?
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: I don't I don't understand that dog. I don't think
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: she's cheating on you at all. That's not how they
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: act when they're cheating on your partner. I don't think
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: that's how a woman would actor. She cheating on you?
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: What she squeezing on you? Fault? How that boy to
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: look out that window and got let her keep doing
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: what she's doing. Women don't change. But surely he said,
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: all of a suddenness is picked up. Now, that is
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: a change. But that's not from cheating. Cheating right what
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: I'm talking about? I don't know why you going that dog?
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: That's a negative approach. Seems like a blessing in me.
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: Stop wrapping your blessing in negativity. You know you're touching me,
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: I'm touching you. It's a two way street. Yeah, play
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: in a happy meal, Seats. We're gonna put a brank
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: across here in a minute, all right, So don't look
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: a gift horse in the mouth, basically to the husband.
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: Just let that go, all right. Clo Latrese in Kansas says,
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: I'm a twenty seven year old single female and I've
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: been doing online dating, but it's not working out. I
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: sell high end cars, so I meet a lot of
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: great men and women, but it's just for a fling,
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: or we'll go to dinner. I recently had a customer
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: that bought two cars from me and we dated briefly.
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: I stopped dating him when I met his wife and
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: started hanging out with her. He got wind of the
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: affair with his wife, so now he's blackmailing me to
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: do a threesome with him and his wife. I think
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: I should bow out of this gracefully and leave them
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: both alone. Do you think he's bluffing or will he
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: really tell on these people? Don't wait a minute, Wait
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: a minute, wait a minute, tell on you to who,
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: I guess, to her bosses at the car dealership. She
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: sells high end cars. So how's he gonna break that news? Titty? Well,
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: he's a customer, so he must have got a better
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: deal than when it was coming up. It is our
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: last break of the day, the last break of the day,
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: and we'll have some closing remarks from the one and
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey at forty nine minutes after right after this.
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: You're listening, all right? Forty one days left, Steve, until
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: the November third election. Forty one days left. Time is
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: getting close. It is drawing nigh. All right, vote to
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: vote dot org. Please, how do you steal? I'm steals?
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: How do you feel, Steve? I was you know, we
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: had Joe Biden on the show today that was just
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: so big. What's his name? What's his name? President? Correct me?
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: I love it? Okay, we had President Biden on the
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: show today. I mean, you know, I feel good about it.
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: You don't look, you know, we wanted him to call.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: He did. Uh. He respects to vote. Uh, he knows
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: how important this vote is. And he has a plan
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: for Black America. That's not to say he doesn't have
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: a plan for America. But that's what I'm so hate
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: about this country. Man. We we make a person pick
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: sides like and see because this thing called justice. The
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: thing that sickens me the way America disperses their form
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: of justice is they treated like its pie. And so
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: many people seem to think that if I get a
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: large portion of justice, that are just less a smaller
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: slice for them. And it's not so, mark my word.
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: Just like we started the movement Black Lives Matter, their
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: counter was all lives matter, White lives matter, Blue lives matter.
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: All is here mess right here. That's not what anybody's saying.
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: So when he came out and admitted that they have
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: a plan to help Black America, I can't tell you
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: how many people are simply gonna look at that as
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: he's gonna do something for them. What about us? Man?
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: They completely ignore the systematic racism that's been systemic racism
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: that's been going on. They completely ignore the barriers that's
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: been set up against black people in this country. They
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: continually ignore the practices of redlining or district voting, education bussing.
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: They just ignore it. Man. We have a sick portion
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: of this country in the United States, But at the
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: same time, we still have a very good part, and
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: you all have a chance to dictate and show the
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: good part. We have got to make them really understand
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: that black lives really do matter by showing up at
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: the polls and making them realize that if you don't
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: count us, that you can count your days. So from
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: now on, you're gonna need to count us, respect us,
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: and have a plan for us, or we gonna put
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: our force together and you're gonna be out. Black lives
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: matter when we make them count us. We gotta make
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: them count us in the census. We gotta make them
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: count us in the polls. We got to vote, y'all.
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: It's goal time. Let's get serious now. President Obama had
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: a podcast the other night. Came on one evening. I
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: saw a portion of it. He was just talking about, man,
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: what America could be. Where we need to get this
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: country back to in a place where a man at
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: least at least we can hold our head about who's
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: in the office and not have a president man that's
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: consumed with his bass. Donald Trump is consumed with his bass.
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: And black people listen to me, and brown people listen
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: to me, and white educated people listen to me, you
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: are not his bass You are not his basse. They do.
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: Do you know that they have these things broken down
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: so much as they go by educational level. When you
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: look at the non college educated white vote, it heavily
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: skews towards Trump heavily. That's amazing thought man right there.
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: But what they've done, what the Republican Party has done
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: this time, like they do every time, is they have
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: flipped the script so hard they got regular common folks
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: thinking that they actually represent them. They don't. This a
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: lot of this has to do with economics, and that's
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: why Donald Trump is fighting so hard, because economically, what
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: he can do for his friends or when he gets
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: out of office, the payback, the payoff that he's gonna be,
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: he's gonna benefit from his outstanding. But what we need
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: to do is help him go and get them speaking
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: engagements lined up, going and get them benefit packages he
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: got lined up with all them big corporations. We'll just
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: let him go do it. Let him go and try
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: to build hotels. Let him go see whatever he old Russias,
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: see if he can pay it back. I don't know anything.
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: I know something's going on. Let him go see what
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: that is, vote him out, free him up to go,
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: cut all the deals, let him go. Deal with the
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: State of New York because in prosecutors is waiting. Man.
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: They just can't indict a sitting president. He got to
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: stay in office so he can buy himself four more years.
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: Come on, y'all, we've got to vote now. I'm uncle
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: Steve is getting real tired of asking you, but I'm
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: gonna ask you all the way up to November third.
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: Now I am because at the end of this the
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show, Me, Shirley, Carl Junior, and Tommy
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: and Jay will be able to say we gave all
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: we could to get our listeners to the polls, and
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: we're gonna be pretty proud of our effort. Don't let
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: us down, don't let yourself down, and please don't let
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: your kids down, because your kids, we really can't take
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: four more years of this vote. He got to going
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: for all Steve Harvey contests no purchase necessary void where
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: prohibited participants must be legal US residents at least eighteen
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: years old, unless otherwise stated. For complete contest rules, visit
