- 0:00Speaker 1: My Guess is CEO and co founder AI Innovations. She's
- 0:04Speaker 1: a renowned AI strategist known as the Queen of AI,
- 0:07Speaker 1: entrepreneur and ted X speaker, with over two decades of
- 0:10Speaker 1: experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital transformation and
- 0:15Speaker 1: business innovation. Please work with the Money Making Conversation Master
- 0:19Speaker 1: Class Alicia Little.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Hey, doing you, Sue.
- 0:21Speaker 3: I'm so excited to be here. Thank you so much.
- 0:23Speaker 1: It's probably been about almost two years since I interviewed
- 0:26Speaker 1: your last time. Yeah, and you impressed me so much.
- 0:30Speaker 1: I heard an interview on series XM like one and
- 0:34Speaker 1: I tracked you down and I was able to get
- 0:36Speaker 1: you on the show.
- 0:37Speaker 2: So in that period, tell us what's been going on.
- 0:40Speaker 1: With your career and how much has AI changed since
- 0:43Speaker 1: I interviewed you almost two years ago.
- 0:45Speaker 3: The AI has changed so much. There's so many new tools,
- 0:49Speaker 3: and then as business owners were using new strategies and
- 0:52Speaker 3: using AI differently and really leaning into it even more.
- 0:56Speaker 3: For me, I used to do summits every year, you know,
- 1:00Speaker 3: twenty twenty three, twenty twenty four to twenty twenty five,
- 1:02Speaker 3: But in twenty twenty five I started doing it every
- 1:05Speaker 3: single month because people wanted to know, like they couldn't
- 1:08Speaker 3: wait a year anymore. They needed every month right and then.
- 1:11Speaker 3: So that's the biggest thing that changed for me is
- 1:13Speaker 3: that I started doing a lot more training and teaching.
- 1:15Speaker 3: I was already doing a lot of speaking and speaking
- 1:18Speaker 3: at events and corporations and that sort of thing, but
- 1:20Speaker 3: I've really gone all in and teaching the entrepreneur and
- 1:23Speaker 3: the small business owner and especially women how we can
- 1:26Speaker 3: really leverage artificial Alicia.
- 1:28Speaker 1: This was the show is there's my small business owners, nonprofits, entrepreneurs.
- 1:32Speaker 1: When you say training and AI, what exactly you talking about?
- 1:35Speaker 3: Sure, I show them how to use AI. So I
- 1:38Speaker 3: don't just talk about it like this is what artificial
- 1:40Speaker 3: intelligence is. Now, I'm like, open your laptops, open up chat, GBT,
- 1:44Speaker 3: and let me demonstrate to you how you can use it.
- 1:46Speaker 3: And then I want you to use the same prompt
- 1:49Speaker 3: I use. See what results that you've just got. So
- 1:52Speaker 3: what I like to do when I say training, it's
- 1:54Speaker 3: let's do some interactive hands on exercises together so that
- 1:58Speaker 3: you understand how to use A because I believe that
- 2:01Speaker 3: if I can show you how to do it, you
- 2:03Speaker 3: see me do it and you're like, oh, she can
- 2:05Speaker 3: do it, and you're like, wow, I can do that too,
- 2:07Speaker 3: And then I'm like, go ahead, do it, try it.
- 2:09Speaker 3: And then you try it and you're like, I did it.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Now people are more able to say, after I learned
- 2:16Speaker 3: from her, I can keep going, and that's what I
- 2:18Speaker 3: want them to do.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I guess I'm trying to slow this down a little
- 2:21Speaker 1: bit for me, you know, because my staff uses AI
- 2:26Speaker 1: for editing, marketing, social media plans, in general rewriting. We
- 2:32Speaker 1: download our shows. Now we go to AI and use
- 2:36Speaker 1: it to write our summaries, descriptions much more professional. It's
- 2:41Speaker 1: turned my company and created a much more professional output format. Now,
- 2:47Speaker 1: when you said, did learning you show them? What are
- 2:51Speaker 1: you showing them that's helping them? Because that's the mental
- 2:55Speaker 1: block for me is like when I hear professionals like
- 2:58Speaker 1: you who know it so well, but hip a dummy
- 3:02Speaker 1: like me.
- 3:04Speaker 3: First of all. So what I like to do is
- 3:09Speaker 3: I'll say, let's use this episode an example. So you
- 3:12Speaker 3: take the YouTube link of this episode right, and I'll say, okay, everybody,
- 3:16Speaker 3: open up notebook LM. It's a Google tool NOTEBOOKLM dot
- 3:19Speaker 3: Google dot com. And then when you're on notebook LM,
- 3:22Speaker 3: click on create notebook, click on that plus sign and
- 3:26Speaker 3: then that opens up and you see where that YouTube
- 3:28Speaker 3: button is. Click on that and paste the link to
- 3:30Speaker 3: this episode in there. So they follow that, they paste
- 3:33Speaker 3: the link in and then they see that, oh, now
- 3:35Speaker 3: I have a summary of the episode. And then you
- 3:38Speaker 3: can tell notebook LM create show notes from this, and
- 3:41Speaker 3: it will create the show notes and then you say,
- 3:44Speaker 3: write seven emails to send out to my list to
- 3:46Speaker 3: tell them to watch this and why a series of seven.
- 3:50Speaker 3: And then if you go on the far right hand side,
- 3:52Speaker 3: which is called studio, there's three, six, maybe nine buttons
- 3:57Speaker 3: over there. Click every button. It's like it'll c the
- 4:00Speaker 3: mind map for you. It'll create an audio overview of
- 4:03Speaker 3: the show for you. It will create a PowerPoint presentation,
- 4:06Speaker 3: it will create a video overview, it will create flash cards,
- 4:10Speaker 3: a quiz, a study guide. So you click on all
- 4:12Speaker 3: of that and you see what can be created and
- 4:14Speaker 3: you're like, wow, you could take this one episode and
- 4:17Speaker 3: repurpose it into all these different these content ways, so
- 4:21Speaker 3: people learn differently. Some people might want an audio from it,
- 4:24Speaker 3: some people might want a summary in a video format
- 4:27Speaker 3: or a quiz, and you'll get all of that in
- 4:29Speaker 3: nopook LM. So I just tell people step by step,
- 4:32Speaker 3: here's the example. Like I said, here, you know, put
- 4:34Speaker 3: the URL of this episode, follow it all the way through,
- 4:38Speaker 3: see what's created, and now do it for whatever you
- 4:40Speaker 3: need in your use case to do it. Now that
- 4:43Speaker 3: I've showed you one way to do it, run and
- 4:46Speaker 3: test different about.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Their tell you was talking, It was like, wow, because
- 4:50Speaker 1: you hear so many let me reference everybody. I'm speaking
- 4:53Speaker 1: of Alasia a little. She's the CEO and co found
- 4:56Speaker 1: of AI Innovations. She is known as the Queen of AI.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Before I go to for you to extend that question,
- 5:03Speaker 1: how did you you seem to be? You saw it.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Coming and you jumped in this lane? Wow?
- 5:08Speaker 3: Yeah. So back in twenty seventeen, I spoke at a
- 5:12Speaker 3: Walmart event. It was called Walmart Tech Live. It's an
- 5:15Speaker 3: internal Walmart event only for their employees. And the speaker
- 5:18Speaker 3: before me, he was fifteen years old at the time,
- 5:21Speaker 3: Tanmy Boshki is his name, and he talked about IBM Watson,
- 5:26Speaker 3: which is an AI tool that IBM had. He was
- 5:28Speaker 3: how old fifteen? So I was paying attention first of
- 5:31Speaker 3: all because I was not on stage an event like
- 5:34Speaker 3: that at fifteen, So I was celebrating him and like
- 5:36Speaker 3: paying attention to every word. I need to pay attention
- 5:39Speaker 3: to what this fifteen year old is saying. And so
- 5:43Speaker 3: when I learned about IBM Watson that day, and I
- 5:46Speaker 3: learned that a computer program had beaten the nation's best
- 5:50Speaker 3: jeopardy champions in a game of jeopardy. And I saw
- 5:54Speaker 3: this computer acting as if it was a human, I said, oh, no,
- 5:56Speaker 3: come on, now, what is this about? And I really
- 5:59Speaker 3: started to get interest did in AI, especially its ability
- 6:03Speaker 3: to do things that I only thought was possible for
- 6:05Speaker 3: a human to do. Right, I don't think a computer
- 6:08Speaker 3: could play a game of jeopardy against two humans.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Right, with logic, with right being able to pool and.
- 6:13Speaker 3: The right answer the questions, the right way, and that
- 6:15Speaker 3: sort of thing. So I became really interested. And then
- 6:18Speaker 3: shortly I couldn't use IBM Watson. Then it was too
- 6:20Speaker 3: complicated for me. I don't have a tech background, right,
- 6:24Speaker 3: so I come from the digital marketing space, but my
- 6:27Speaker 3: background is environmental science and geology, and so far away
- 6:31Speaker 3: from where I am now.
- 6:33Speaker 1: There's a lot going on now in those science of geology,
- 6:37Speaker 1: you know, which means that it's a complex logical world
- 6:40Speaker 1: that you were in. You know what you use word sciences.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Logic is tied to that. But as you build your brand,
- 6:47Speaker 1: you started opening these different layers. What were your peer
- 6:51Speaker 1: groups saying to you, all your industry people saying to you,
- 6:54Speaker 1: because they were.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Not in this lane, right, I mean my business partners,
- 6:59Speaker 3: my sister, and my team, they were very concerned when
- 7:03Speaker 3: back in twenty twenty two, I said we're closing this
- 7:06Speaker 3: business completely, pivoting and going all in to AI training
- 7:10Speaker 3: and consulting. And they were like, what are we talking
- 7:13Speaker 3: about here? Nobody wants to work with AI right now,
- 7:16Speaker 3: so why would you do that? But I said that
- 7:18Speaker 3: in the future, in the near future, it's going to
- 7:20Speaker 3: be the most highest in demand thing and corporations and
- 7:24Speaker 3: businesses are going to need to know how to integrate AI.
- 7:27Speaker 3: So we need to be the ones to say, hey,
- 7:29Speaker 3: we can show you, we can teach you because we
- 7:31Speaker 3: know how to use AI. And then we started. This
- 7:34Speaker 3: was back in twenty twenty two. As soon as Chatchipt
- 7:37Speaker 3: came out. I'd been using tools before that called Jasper
- 7:40Speaker 3: and Writer, but when Chatchept came out, it changed the game.
- 7:44Speaker 3: Because of accessibility. There was a free, free version, it
- 7:48Speaker 3: was available for everyone. Everyone could use it, and then
- 7:51Speaker 3: the rate that people started using it, it started to
- 7:54Speaker 3: get international attention. Every new station started talking about it.
- 7:59Speaker 3: So now I felt like, Okay, people are not only
- 8:02Speaker 3: going to want to use this tool, but the other
- 8:03Speaker 3: AI tools that are out there are going to start
- 8:05Speaker 3: to compete, and we're going to be in an AI
- 8:08Speaker 3: race war where all these tools will start competing. But
- 8:10Speaker 3: then who's going to be training all of these businesses
- 8:14Speaker 3: on how to use these tools.
- 8:15Speaker 1: You don't want to miss an episode of Money Making
- 8:17Speaker 1: Conversations Masterclass, So right now follow a subscribe to Money
- 8:21Speaker 1: Making Conversations. It's free and you can find it on
- 8:25Speaker 1: the iHeartRadio app, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get
- 8:29Speaker 1: your podcasts.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Please don't go anywhere.
- 8:32Speaker 1: We'll be right back with more Money Making Conversations Masterclass.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Welcome back to Money Making Conversations Master Class with me
- 8:41Speaker 1: Rashaan McDonald. We always hear that the African American community
- 8:47Speaker 1: is at the end of the line, especially on tech space.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Now I'm talking to an African American woman. Yeah, who
- 8:52Speaker 1: fail I believe is at the front of the line.
- 8:55Speaker 1: How do you feel about that.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Yeah, thank you. First of all, thank you. And my
- 8:58Speaker 3: mission really is to make sure that not only does
- 9:00Speaker 3: our community not get left behind, but that we're ahead
- 9:04Speaker 3: of the curve right now. So I'm speaking as much
- 9:07Speaker 3: as I can at every event where black entrepreneurs are
- 9:10Speaker 3: and black business owners saying hey, pay attention and go
- 9:13Speaker 3: all in on this because it will be a game
- 9:16Speaker 3: changer for you. Never has there been a better time
- 9:18Speaker 3: in history. I've been an entrepreneur for twenty six years.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Since my twenty six year never have I seen a
- 9:23Speaker 3: better time for people to start, build or scale a
- 9:26Speaker 3: business than right now. Because if you remember back in
- 9:29Speaker 3: the day, to build a website, it takes a lot
- 9:32Speaker 3: of work to build a website.
- 9:34Speaker 2: They charge a lot of money.
- 9:36Speaker 3: And a lot of money. Now I could build a
- 9:38Speaker 3: website right here in front of you and be done
- 9:40Speaker 3: in three minutes and it would just take me typing in.
- 9:45Speaker 3: Just look at it.
- 9:46Speaker 2: It does all my website. I'll be done in three days.
- 9:52Speaker 3: Minutes and three days is still really fast with building
- 9:56Speaker 3: with traditional like that's pretty fast. But usually we have
- 10:00Speaker 3: you know, a usual website agency is going to tell
- 10:03Speaker 3: you they need a month or two to build your website,
- 10:05Speaker 3: But today we can build websites at the speed of
- 10:08Speaker 3: typing in our request to a tool. I use a
- 10:10Speaker 3: tool called Lovable Lovable dot dev to create my websites
- 10:14Speaker 3: and my software tools.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Now you know, first of all, I'm in enjoin this interview.
- 10:19Speaker 1: In some ways, I'm kind of in all of you
- 10:21Speaker 1: because you're talking so casual about all these tech lanes
- 10:25Speaker 1: that we should all be using. And then but how
- 10:28Speaker 1: do we use them? How do we get in touch
- 10:30Speaker 1: with you? Alicia?
- 10:31Speaker 3: Sure? So I do a summit, a free summit every month.
- 10:34Speaker 3: It's the AI Business Summit, So I would invite everybody
- 10:37Speaker 3: to join that. So the last summit, on day one
- 10:41Speaker 3: when I started off, we had twenty one thousand people watching,
- 10:44Speaker 3: twenty one thousand people watching live on the summit. They
- 10:48Speaker 3: get bigger and bigger.
- 10:49Speaker 2: You need to stop. I need to stop, Elisia.
- 10:52Speaker 1: I'd be like, oh, twenty one No, twenty one thousand
- 10:55Speaker 1: people listening to you live, to you Live.
- 10:58Speaker 3: And we had a lot of people coming in and
- 11:00Speaker 3: out on that day. But it's a lot coming that's
- 11:06Speaker 3: incredible and it's completely free. And by doing that, I
- 11:09Speaker 3: really feel like we can empower and teach and lead
- 11:14Speaker 3: the way when it comes to teaching our families and
- 11:16Speaker 3: our communities. So I tell people be on your computer,
- 11:19Speaker 3: so they're on their computer and then they watch me
- 11:22Speaker 3: do something, and then I have them do it, and
- 11:24Speaker 3: then we're off to the races. So we always start
- 11:27Speaker 3: off with something fun, Like one session, everybody turned themselves
- 11:31Speaker 3: into a superhero, so graphic design for thumbnails to get
- 11:34Speaker 3: attention and this sort of stuff. The last one they
- 11:37Speaker 3: turn themselves into a plushy and put their brand name
- 11:40Speaker 3: on it, and then they had their plushy dance on stage,
- 11:43Speaker 3: you know. So we do we do fun things to
- 11:45Speaker 3: get people to say, oh, this is cool. I see
- 11:47Speaker 3: how I can use it my business. And then we're like,
- 11:49Speaker 3: let's write emails, let's write sales copies, let's build web pages,
- 11:53Speaker 3: let's build a software tool. So it's AI Business Summit
- 11:56Speaker 3: dot com. It's completely free and I do it all
- 11:58Speaker 3: the time.
- 11:58Speaker 2: AI Business Summit.
- 12:00Speaker 3: That's it.
- 12:01Speaker 2: That's once it's first Monday. First of all, it's.
- 12:04Speaker 3: Usually kind of the middle of the month, but on
- 12:06Speaker 3: the website, I always update it for when the next
- 12:08Speaker 3: one is so people can always join.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Okay, Lisia, how did you get your twenty one thousand
- 12:13Speaker 1: people show up on your brand live. It has to
- 12:17Speaker 1: take experience, it's take credibility. What I do They all
- 12:19Speaker 1: start because remember when you told your staff AI is coming,
- 12:23Speaker 1: they looked at you and going, we.
- 12:25Speaker 2: Need to talk to her.
- 12:26Speaker 3: So yeah, now it's about scaling the business that we have,
- 12:31Speaker 3: and it's about doing as much self promotion as possible.
- 12:35Speaker 3: So when I talk to business owners and entrepreneurs and
- 12:37Speaker 3: say you want a bigger audience, you've got to talk more,
- 12:40Speaker 3: You've got to show up more. I'm always showing up
- 12:43Speaker 3: at summit sessions, radios, interviews and talking about my passion.
- 12:48Speaker 3: And the more that I do that, the more people
- 12:49Speaker 3: that I can attract my summits and I talk about
- 12:52Speaker 3: my mission all the time. It's to help demystify artificial
- 12:55Speaker 3: intelligence and help people cash in on the AI revolution.
- 12:58Speaker 3: That's it. You want to cash in on the AI revolution,
- 13:01Speaker 3: you need to learn some AI. Come to my stomach,
- 13:03Speaker 3: and then I'm easy to reach on all social media platforms.
- 13:05Speaker 3: But since the last time we were we did the interview,
- 13:10Speaker 3: my social media has grown by probably one hundred thousand
- 13:13Speaker 3: on Instagram, yeah, fifty thousand on YouTube. So but it
- 13:19Speaker 3: takes dedication, commitment, and no matter how much AI I use,
- 13:24Speaker 3: it still works. It still works. So it's that as
- 13:27Speaker 3: entrepreneurs and business owners, we have to say, the amount
- 13:30Speaker 3: of effort that I put into my business is a
- 13:33Speaker 3: direct result. I see the result on my bottom line.
- 13:36Speaker 1: I'm an entrepreneur. I'm confused. I hear by A, I
- 13:41Speaker 1: hear AI their formats out there. You said chat GPT. Yeah,
- 13:47Speaker 1: I think I used Copilot a lot because it's tied
- 13:49Speaker 1: to my Microsoft platform. I hear Gemini is the ball
- 13:53Speaker 1: it is? How does one make a decision on which
- 13:57Speaker 1: one of these platform? And I'm sure I'm leaving something out, sure, Yeah,
- 14:01Speaker 1: how do you make recommendations or you allowed the client
- 14:04Speaker 1: to make the recommendation and you because you're going to
- 14:07Speaker 1: look like you're pushing somebody somewhere because.
- 14:08Speaker 2: You get in the side payment or whatever. How does
- 14:12Speaker 2: that work?
- 14:13Speaker 3: Right?
- 14:13Speaker 1: So?
- 14:13Speaker 3: I usually the tools that I focus on, I usually
- 14:16Speaker 3: look and say, is this has this tool been around
- 14:19Speaker 3: for a while, What are the chances that it will
- 14:21Speaker 3: be around for a longer time? What are the investments
- 14:23Speaker 3: looking like into this tool? Who's running the tool? So
- 14:26Speaker 3: that gives me some sense of longevity of the tool safety,
- 14:31Speaker 3: you know, on the tool. So for example, I love
- 14:34Speaker 3: a tool called Hagen which I use for video cloning.
- 14:37Speaker 3: They used to be called Movio back in twenty twenty
- 14:40Speaker 3: three when I first demoed them, and they've constantly improved,
- 14:44Speaker 3: like constantly improved. So if you're using a tool and
- 14:47Speaker 3: you constantly see the improvements that they're making, you know,
- 14:51Speaker 3: all right, this is someplace that I can invest my
- 14:53Speaker 3: time into learning this tool and using it for my business.
- 14:57Speaker 3: But over the years, I've just formed my toolbox, but
- 15:00Speaker 3: I have tested hundreds, if not thousands of tools AI tools,
- 15:04Speaker 3: testing them all the time and seeing can you knock
- 15:07Speaker 3: out my number one? You know, I'm always looking for
- 15:09Speaker 3: what's better and especially what the new and upcoming tools
- 15:13Speaker 3: can do. But there are some core tools CHATCHYBT, I
- 15:17Speaker 3: love you mentioned Copilot great for companies that have Microsoft
- 15:20Speaker 3: three sixty five already is not my favorite tool, but
- 15:24Speaker 3: it's great, especially the integration of it. There's Google Gemini,
- 15:28Speaker 3: which Google came out like and opened their doors and
- 15:31Speaker 3: they're like, we're here and weren't taken over there. They
- 15:35Speaker 3: did so good, so they have they have amazing tools.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Notebook LM that I was telling you about as a
- 15:42Speaker 3: Google tool, and they have Nano Banana that creates great graphics,
- 15:46Speaker 3: and they have vo three which creates great video. They
- 15:49Speaker 3: have study Guide Sports, so they've got a lot of
- 15:51Speaker 3: good tools. I also love perplexity dot Ai. It's a
- 15:55Speaker 3: fantastic research tool.
- 15:57Speaker 1: So it sounds like you just get been the way information.
- 16:02Speaker 2: How are you making money?
- 16:04Speaker 3: Well? I also teach people to do exactly what I do.
- 16:07Speaker 3: So I have a consultant program and I teach people
- 16:10Speaker 3: if you want to be a consultant like me and
- 16:12Speaker 3: go in businesses and teach them which tools to use,
- 16:14Speaker 3: do trainings and stuff for them. It's a certified program,
- 16:17Speaker 3: certified consultant. They can come and take those programs and
- 16:20Speaker 3: they pay me for that. So you know, my mission
- 16:23Speaker 3: is is big. And by me really getting out my
- 16:26Speaker 3: mission and saying hey, I'm going to demystify AI for
- 16:29Speaker 3: you and show you how to cash in, I pull
- 16:31Speaker 3: people in and they're like, what else do you.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Have to offer?
- 16:33Speaker 1: You don't want to miss an episode of Money Making

- 16:52Speaker 1: Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to Money Making Conversations master
- 16:58Speaker 1: Class with me for on McDonald.
- 17:01Speaker 2: This conversation could be the our conversation. So interesting.
- 17:04Speaker 1: I want to just I'm going to keep on brand,
- 17:06Speaker 1: keep on brand. I brought you need to educate other people. Okay,
- 17:09Speaker 1: now you have organization harness, AI powered automation drive innovation
- 17:14Speaker 1: and scale impact across industries such as finance. I want
- 17:18Speaker 1: to talk about that, healthcare, government and entrepreneurship.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Let's talk about finance.
- 17:23Speaker 3: Yeah, so in every industry, AI is impacting every industry.
- 17:26Speaker 3: And when we look at the finance industry, we're looking
- 17:29Speaker 3: at how are they using AI. We have some banks
- 17:32Speaker 3: now that have really integrated artificial intelligence into a way
- 17:36Speaker 3: where they have AI agents answering the phone calls and
- 17:40Speaker 3: helping customers before it would ever get to a human.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Right, I hate them people.
- 17:45Speaker 1: You don't like the agents, right, they let you go
- 17:48Speaker 1: zero agent agent agent person.
- 17:52Speaker 3: You're you are talking to the ones that aren't good.
- 17:56Speaker 3: So there are great AI receptionists now they haven't gone
- 17:59Speaker 3: mainstream yet, we're using them in our business. I have one, Leslie.
- 18:03Speaker 3: I have another one, Monica, and Monica makes me so
- 18:06Speaker 3: much money because people call our phone number and before
- 18:11Speaker 3: I had it going to voicemail, and the voicemail people
- 18:13Speaker 3: don't leave messages. But now we have. Our average is
- 18:17Speaker 3: ninety two percent of people interact with Monica till the end.
- 18:20Speaker 3: Sometimes it's have our director of business development callback or
- 18:24Speaker 3: leaving a message or something for customer service, but at
- 18:26Speaker 3: least people interact with her. But here's what we do
- 18:28Speaker 3: that's different. When our AI receptionists answer, she says, Hi,
- 18:32Speaker 3: I'm Monica, an AI receptionist for Alice a little and
- 18:36Speaker 3: so right off the bat, we're not We're being transparent
- 18:38Speaker 3: that she's AI and that really helps us. But back
- 18:41Speaker 3: to the finance. You know, in every industry people are
- 18:43Speaker 3: using it, but also financially when we look at small
- 18:48Speaker 3: businesses and entrepreneurs, we need to be using it in
- 18:50Speaker 3: our own finances as well. So make sure that you
- 18:53Speaker 3: set the tools where you have a level of security
- 18:56Speaker 3: with them. So chat EBT, go to your settings, click
- 18:59Speaker 3: on security, turn on multi factor authentication, then go back
- 19:03Speaker 3: to settings click on data controls and turn off the
- 19:06Speaker 3: ability for CHATCHYBT to share your data with their big model.
- 19:10Speaker 3: And now you go to it and you say, these
- 19:12Speaker 3: are my p and ls from last year, right, what
- 19:16Speaker 3: revenue gaps was I missing? How can I ten x
- 19:18Speaker 3: my income? So I've done this, I do this all
- 19:21Speaker 3: the time, and it's helped me go from well, let's
- 19:24Speaker 3: just say that I made the income that I made
- 19:27Speaker 3: and the whole year for twenty twenty four I made
- 19:29Speaker 3: in one month in twenty twenty five. And this is
- 19:32Speaker 3: by using artificial intelligence to say what gaps are I missing?
- 19:35Speaker 3: Where do I need to go based on this information
- 19:38Speaker 3: and what you know about me and these things that
- 19:40Speaker 3: I'm doing, and the plans that it can spit out
- 19:43Speaker 3: for you if you follow them, because that's the hardest
- 19:45Speaker 3: part is then the implementation, like, let's follow it can
- 19:49Speaker 3: be a game changer for small businesses, the biggest game changer.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Cool. Now, let's talk about healthcare.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Yeah, so we're seeing AI in healthcare and all parts
- 19:58Speaker 3: of healthcare, right from the administration part to the tools
- 20:03Speaker 3: that they're using in hospitals now and in private doctor's offices.
- 20:08Speaker 3: And we're seeing so when you.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Say that healthcare, would you go into the mental side
- 20:11Speaker 1: as well, because I know it there's a lot of
- 20:13Speaker 1: AI agents that are really delivering health care advice.
- 20:17Speaker 3: They healthcare advice are they are? I will tell everybody
- 20:20Speaker 3: you need to be, you know, cautious about using AI
- 20:22Speaker 3: for mental health care advice. But go into it knowing
- 20:26Speaker 3: that you're using an AI and just make sure that
- 20:28Speaker 3: the settings are you know, favorable to you, so that
- 20:32Speaker 3: you know that if you're using an AI therapist, how
- 20:35Speaker 3: that therapist acts and what data they're trained on and
- 20:38Speaker 3: knowledge that they're trained on. But let's say that somebody
- 20:41Speaker 3: is going through something. Sometimes there's not a human for
- 20:44Speaker 3: you to talk to. There's so many people who struggle
- 20:47Speaker 3: and don't have a person to talk to. But now
- 20:49Speaker 3: they're opening up their phone and they're using AI and
- 20:53Speaker 3: we call this conversational AI. But they're having a conversation
- 20:56Speaker 3: with AI to help them get through something. And so
- 21:00Speaker 3: or we call these AI companions a lot and older
- 21:02Speaker 3: people are using AI companions as well. So it makes
- 21:06Speaker 3: a big difference when someone doesn't have someone to talk
- 21:10Speaker 3: to that at least they have an AI to talk to.
- 21:12Speaker 3: And we're going to see this more and more. This
- 21:14Speaker 3: is going to be a really big.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Yeah, you know because of the fact that you know,
- 21:18Speaker 1: they already got a little robots bringing your stuff around
- 21:21Speaker 1: the city and you see these cars driving around mapping
- 21:25Speaker 1: out and you just hop in the back and to
- 21:26Speaker 1: take you to the airport right now. But the government,
- 21:29Speaker 1: you know, we people always that's what the big fear.
- 21:33Speaker 1: People always talking about AI.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Is going to take my job, right take my job?
- 21:36Speaker 1: So when I hear the word government, what role does
- 21:39Speaker 1: AI play with people who feels is going to take
- 21:42Speaker 1: their job? Really, if they tweak their opportunities they can
- 21:45Speaker 1: benefit from AI.
- 21:47Speaker 3: Yeah, so you've packed a lot of things into that
- 21:50Speaker 3: question right there. So let's talk about the government and AI. First,
- 21:53Speaker 3: our government is really pushing AI. They want America to
- 21:57Speaker 3: be the number one at AI adoption and AI in integration.
- 22:00Speaker 3: And then when you talk about jobs and people losing
- 22:03Speaker 3: their jobs, yes, we're seeing that people will be losing
- 22:07Speaker 3: their jobs. People have lost their jobs. Companies have come
- 22:09Speaker 3: out and said we're laying off those who are not
- 22:11Speaker 3: AI literate to hire people who are, or we've laid
- 22:14Speaker 3: off a group of people because AI can now do that.
- 22:17Speaker 3: So to the person I say you need to go
- 22:19Speaker 3: out there and be AI literate, you need to be
- 22:22Speaker 3: AI fluent, because right now, there are not enough people
- 22:26Speaker 3: that are AI literate and fluent to take all of
- 22:29Speaker 3: the jobs opportunities that are available. In fact, is AI
- 22:32Speaker 3: consultants and strategists. There is a huge crisis right now
- 22:37Speaker 3: where there are not enough AI trainers out there to
- 22:40Speaker 3: help these companies integrate and use these AI tools. So
- 22:43Speaker 3: I'm telling people like, look and see, this is your
- 22:46Speaker 3: second you know, this is your second move, think about
- 22:49Speaker 3: a new career in doing something with AI, or if
- 22:52Speaker 3: you're in a job right now, future proof yourself and
- 22:55Speaker 3: learn artificial intelligence and integrate it into the work that
- 22:58Speaker 3: you're doing and raise your hand and your jobs and say, hey,
- 23:01Speaker 3: I've taken AI classes, I'm AI certified, I know what
- 23:04Speaker 3: to do. Let me help. So we've seen a lot
- 23:07Speaker 3: of people do that, who've been put on AI committees,
- 23:09Speaker 3: who are starting AI committees, and they're future proofing themselves.
- 23:12Speaker 3: They're making themselves more valuable. And in the times that
- 23:15Speaker 3: we're in today, we're in an AI revolution. If you
- 23:18Speaker 3: want to make sure that you have a job or
- 23:21Speaker 3: your business is growing, you have to There's not should
- 23:26Speaker 3: I maybe I will later know, you have to learn
- 23:29Speaker 3: how you can leverage AI because those using AI will
- 23:32Speaker 3: replace you. Those using AI will as your competitors will
- 23:37Speaker 3: far surpass you, So you need to be paying attention
- 23:40Speaker 3: to things like that.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Well, we started out talking about small businesses in entrepreneurship,
- 23:45Speaker 1: so that's what this whole show is about. If you
- 23:47Speaker 1: had to give some quick steps of an entrepreneur or a
- 23:50Speaker 1: small business owner or nonprofit listeners to this interview, how
- 23:54Speaker 1: do they get in touch at you and what are
- 23:56Speaker 1: the steps to utilize these services at your company?
- 24:00Speaker 3: Yeah, thank you for asking that. The best way to
- 24:02Speaker 3: get in touch with me you can go to my
- 24:03Speaker 3: website alisialittle dot com and on that contact me form,
- 24:07Speaker 3: I answer those that come into my contact.
- 24:10Speaker 2: As she does. Yes, I got her.
- 24:13Speaker 3: A L I C I A L y T t
- 24:16Speaker 3: l E dot com. Also on LinkedIn, I'm very active,
- 24:18Speaker 3: Elisi a little and Instagram, I'm pretty active. And then
- 24:21Speaker 3: of course my AI Business Summit, which which the amount
- 24:25Speaker 3: of small business owners that have had great game changing
- 24:28Speaker 3: moments from being there is great, so I always encourage
- 24:31Speaker 3: them to come there. And then the different programs that
- 24:33Speaker 3: I offer is everything from free training to certification, and
- 24:38Speaker 3: I have mastermind groups where we really work with business
- 24:41Speaker 3: owners to teach them how to integrate it specifically into
- 24:44Speaker 3: their business. So we get more into coaching and integration
- 24:49Speaker 3: specifically for them. We also help people write books with
- 24:52Speaker 3: artificial intelligence. So we do a lot, but I'd say
- 24:54Speaker 3: a lot of people start off with joining one of
- 24:57Speaker 3: our summits or sending me a contact us message and
- 25:00Speaker 3: seeing how I can help them.
- 25:02Speaker 1: You say, in one of the questions you it was
- 25:04Speaker 1: sit to me, is that AI is a human first technology?
- 25:08Speaker 3: Yes?
- 25:08Speaker 2: Why do you say that?
- 25:09Speaker 3: Yeah? So when we're using artificial intelligence, it's AI plus
- 25:14Speaker 3: human intelligence, right, So the AI plus HI, it's the
- 25:19Speaker 3: human that's using artificial intelligence that can that knows how
- 25:24Speaker 3: to use it well, that can take things to the
- 25:26Speaker 3: next level. Okay, but AI just sitting there, sitting right here, right,
- 25:30Speaker 3: we have chatchypt right here. Let's say it's not doing
- 25:33Speaker 3: anything without me or you telling it what to do.
- 25:37Speaker 3: And the better we are at telling it what to do,
- 25:40Speaker 3: the better results that we get from it that we
- 25:42Speaker 3: can then use to grow, multiply and expand our business.
- 25:45Speaker 3: So we have to make sure that as humans, right,
- 25:48Speaker 3: is that we talk now like we have to make
- 25:50Speaker 3: sure that the humans are making sure that they know
- 25:52Speaker 3: how to use the AI. And I foresee in the
- 25:55Speaker 3: near future where work changes. So where we're working. You know,
- 26:00Speaker 3: right now we're working, we're doing our work right, But
- 26:02Speaker 3: in the near future, we're going to be watching AI
- 26:04Speaker 3: do our work for us, and we're going to be
- 26:06Speaker 3: managing and monitoring the AI, and we'll all have AI
- 26:09Speaker 3: doing work for us right at the personal level in
- 26:13Speaker 3: our households and then also at the professional level in
- 26:16Speaker 3: our workspaces.
- 26:19Speaker 2: The least here little experience. That's what I said.
- 26:23Speaker 1: You know, you've walked me through a journey of AI.
- 26:27Speaker 1: I still don't know what I should know. I still
- 26:31Speaker 1: am in the dark of a lot of things because
- 26:34Speaker 1: you unpacked a lot on this show. But you also
- 26:36Speaker 1: told me where I can go to disseminate all this
- 26:40Speaker 1: information and they very organized and recognizable path to discovery.
- 26:45Speaker 1: So thank you for coming on my show again. Thank
- 26:48Speaker 1: you You always welcome here. You saw it first, and
- 26:52Speaker 1: I'd say, it's so great to see somebody's black who's
- 26:55Speaker 1: not at the end of the line. It's not in
- 26:57Speaker 1: the middle of the pack, but leading the pack. Says
- 27:00Speaker 1: so many impressive things over this show. Thank you for
- 27:02Speaker 1: coming on Money Making Conversation master Thank you.
