- 0:00Speaker 1: Many of you are going to be angry, and you
- 0:02Speaker 1: should be because Michael Sussman has been acquitted. The trial did, however,
- 0:09Speaker 1: bring some good things to light. It revealed that Clinton
- 0:12Speaker 1: had a role in the Russia collusion hoax. Now I
- 0:17Speaker 1: warned you that I thought there was a very good
- 0:19Speaker 1: chance last week if you listen to our podcast, that
- 0:24Speaker 1: in fact, I was worried that Sussman would walk. Why
- 0:27Speaker 1: because there were three Clinton supporters on the jury, three
- 0:32Speaker 1: different people that gave money to Hillary Clinton's campaign and
- 0:36Speaker 1: supported Bill Clinton one of them when he ran for president.
- 0:40Speaker 1: You have to understand that even when Jimmy Carter and
- 0:43Speaker 1: other liberals were being blown out in elections nationwide, Washington,
- 0:47Speaker 1: d C. Overwhelmingly supported failed Democratic Kennets for the White House.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Washington DC is where this trial took place. There was
- 0:56Speaker 1: a very clear reason why the trial was going to
- 0:59Speaker 1: take place there, and it was because of what I
- 1:01Speaker 1: just described to you. DC is a tough place to
- 1:05Speaker 1: get hardcore lefties who lived there to convict liberals for
- 1:10Speaker 1: committing crimes. If you are a liberal and you commit
- 1:13Speaker 1: a political crime, the number one place that you want
- 1:17Speaker 1: to be tried is actually in Washington, DC. And now
- 1:21Speaker 1: you know why. It doesn't mean, by the way, that
- 1:25Speaker 1: this is a failure. Yes, I would have loved have
- 1:28Speaker 1: had a conviction, and I do think it's ridiculous that
- 1:31Speaker 1: we didn't get one. But I'm also a realist and
- 1:33Speaker 1: I'm not surprised. And the reason why I say that
- 1:36Speaker 1: I'm just not surprised is because it's DC and there
- 1:40Speaker 1: is precedent for this. There is precedent that we all
- 1:45Speaker 1: knew about that we understood clearly on this. But first
- 1:50Speaker 1: I want to take a quick moment to tell you

- 3:33Speaker 1: let's talk about what actually did come out of this trial.
- 3:37Speaker 1: And there were some good things that came out of
- 3:39Speaker 1: this trial. Number One, we now know a lot more
- 3:43Speaker 1: about Hillary Clinton directing the entire hoax against Donald Trump
- 3:49Speaker 1: and as this, former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sessman
- 3:53Speaker 1: was acquitted of line to the FBI when he fed
- 3:55Speaker 1: at false information about supposed collusion between then can it
- 3:59Speaker 1: Donald Trump Andrussia during the twenty sixteen campaign. I think
- 4:03Speaker 1: we all know, as one conservative describe it to me today,
- 4:06Speaker 1: don't forget O. J. Simpson was also acquitted. Never forget that. Now. Sessman,
- 4:13Speaker 1: we know for a fact gave the FBI data that
- 4:16Speaker 1: had been produced by researchers working with a Clinton campaign.
- 4:20Speaker 1: We know that the FBI internally as well as a
- 4:23Speaker 1: CIA pretty much instantaneously said that these dots connecting Donald
- 4:29Speaker 1: Trump to Russia and Alpha Bank were well made up,
- 4:33Speaker 1: and we're made up by the quote source that gave
- 4:36Speaker 1: it to the FBI. But they just need a reason
- 4:40Speaker 1: to go after Donald Trump. They need a reason to
- 4:42Speaker 1: link Trump to a Russia bank, and they need a
- 4:45Speaker 1: reason to undermine Trump and then to be able to
- 4:47Speaker 1: impeach him. Now the accusation was found to be groundless.
- 4:53Speaker 1: That has come out of this trial. It was in
- 4:56Speaker 1: fact a part of an overall Russian clusion conspiracy theory
- 5:00Speaker 1: that the Clinton campaign made up, not the Russians, and
- 5:03Speaker 1: it was used a spear Donald Trump during the campaign
- 5:06Speaker 1: and also after his victory. It was also used as
- 5:08Speaker 1: a for the basis for actually spying on Donald Trump
- 5:12Speaker 1: and Donald Trump's campaign. Now, as you know, the Susman
- 5:16Speaker 1: case was very simple. Sussman was accused of presenting himself
- 5:21Speaker 1: in his own text messages to the FBI as what
- 5:24Speaker 1: he described as a concerned citizen when he was actually
- 5:28Speaker 1: working for Hillary Clinton, and billing the Clinton campaign for
- 5:32Speaker 1: the hours for which he met with the FBI, claiming
- 5:35Speaker 1: he was working for no one, not working on behalf
- 5:38Speaker 1: of a client coming on his own accord. The jury
- 5:41Speaker 1: included up to three donors that we know of to
- 5:45Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton. We also know that the judge, which was
- 5:50Speaker 1: an Obama appointed judge, significantly limited the prosecutor's evidence. The
- 5:58Speaker 1: defense argued that even if Sessman was found to have
- 6:01Speaker 1: given the FBI inaccurate information about his motives, the lie
- 6:05Speaker 1: quote was immaterial to the investigation that followed. Durham argued
- 6:10Speaker 1: that the FBI protected sessman sources as a result of
- 6:14Speaker 1: the alleged lie, and the investigators would not have pursued
- 6:18Speaker 1: the Alpha Bank tip had they known the source of
- 6:20Speaker 1: the data was actually Hillary Clinton. And her campaign, that
- 6:24Speaker 1: they made it up, that it was all lie and
- 6:26Speaker 1: never happened. Many observers agreed that the evidence against Michael
- 6:31Speaker 1: Sessman was convincing, but that he might prevail based on
- 6:36Speaker 1: jury nullification, an effort by the jury to reject the
- 6:40Speaker 1: charges regardless of guilt, because of their political sympathies with
- 6:44Speaker 1: a defendant. And that goes back to the deck that
- 6:48Speaker 1: was stacked against prosecution from the very beginning. The jury
- 6:53Speaker 1: included up to three donors to Hillary Clinton. This should
- 6:59Speaker 1: have never happened. Columnists byron Yorke of The Washington Examiner
- 7:06Speaker 1: observed in the hours before the verdict was delivered this
- 7:09Speaker 1: in the early publication quote, there is no doubt Sessmen
- 7:14Speaker 1: lied to the FBI. There is no doubt he is guilty.
- 7:20Speaker 1: But the trial is taking place in Washington, perhaps the
- 7:23Speaker 1: deepest blue jury pool in the United States. Durham's prosecutors
- 7:28Speaker 1: are facing a jury that has three Clinton donors, also
- 7:34Speaker 1: an AOC donor, and a woman whose daughter is on
- 7:38Speaker 1: the same sports team as Sessman's daughter. George. Washington University
- 7:45Speaker 1: law professor Jonathan Turley said recently this, with the exception
- 7:48Speaker 1: of randomly selecting people out of DC headquarters. You could
- 7:52Speaker 1: not come up, quote with a worse jury. So there
- 7:56Speaker 1: are two major revelations from the Sessmen trial, by says,
- 8:00Speaker 1: and this is before the verdict came down. This was
- 8:02Speaker 1: printed elements in and around. The Clinton campaign sought to
- 8:08Speaker 1: weaponize the FBI, and the FBI welcomed the effort, all
- 8:13Speaker 1: in the name of defeating the Republican nominee for President
- 8:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump. So the Clinton strategy worked. That is
- 8:26Speaker 1: the point of all this. Byron York went on to say, no,
- 8:30Speaker 1: it did not make Clinton president United States of America.
- 8:33Speaker 1: The voters just did not want that, and we know why.
- 8:37Speaker 1: But it did enormous damage to the Trump presidency and
- 8:40Speaker 1: the Trump administration, which was a core that the Democrats
- 8:44Speaker 1: wanted to happen. And we know that the acquittal was
- 8:48Speaker 1: a defeat for Special Counsel John Durham. And that's how
- 8:51Speaker 1: the media will spent it tonight and tomorrow and the
- 8:54Speaker 1: next day and the next day. Why, because they want
- 8:57Speaker 1: to undermine him. He was appointed to instigate the Russian
- 9:00Speaker 1: collusion hoax, which was created for a fact by the
- 9:04Speaker 1: Clinton campaign, and it took root in the FBI and
- 9:08Speaker 1: undermined the incoming Trump administration and his entire presidency. Still,
- 9:15Speaker 1: Durham succeeded in revealing that Hillary Clinton herself personally approved
- 9:20Speaker 1: the leak of the Alpha Bank hoax to the media.
- 9:23Speaker 1: The Alpha Bank hoax was intended as a political October
- 9:29Speaker 1: surprise to damage Trump in the days before voters headed
- 9:32Speaker 1: to the polls. Durham's investigation, by the way, will continue,
- 9:38Speaker 1: and in October he will prosecute a researcher who allegedly
- 9:42Speaker 1: was a source for the former British spy Christopher Steele,
- 9:45Speaker 1: who worked for Fusion Gps to produce the fraudulent Russian
- 9:51Speaker 1: dossier on Donald Trump. Now, the Sessmen trial confirmed that
- 9:57Speaker 1: the Clinton campaign, and this is maybe the most important
- 9:59Speaker 1: thing that came out of this trial. So if you
- 10:02Speaker 1: think that everything's lost, you're wrong. The Sessman trial does
- 10:07Speaker 1: confirm that the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee
- 10:12Speaker 1: paid Fusion GPS through Democrat election lawyer Mark Ellis, and
- 10:19Speaker 1: Durham's ability to obtain further indictments, yes, may be limited
- 10:23Speaker 1: because of this, but it doesn't mean that it's over. Now.
- 10:27Speaker 1: If you want to be frustrated, you should be frustrated
- 10:29Speaker 1: with a what I would refer to as a rig jury.
- 10:32Speaker 1: The rig jury is significant. The rig jury pool was
- 10:37Speaker 1: very clear. The fact that you had three Clinton donors,
- 10:40Speaker 1: an AOC donor, and a woman who's daughters on the
- 10:43Speaker 1: same sports team as Sessman tells you that you basically
- 10:47Speaker 1: had probably five people that walk in there with hardcore biased,
- 10:52Speaker 1: significant biased to make sure that Sessman walk And they
- 10:57Speaker 1: hated Donald Trump so much that they gave to the
- 11:00Speaker 1: campaign of Hillary Rodham Clinton the most unfavorable and the
- 11:04Speaker 1: most unpopular Democratic presidential Canada in my lifetime. During the primaries.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Never forget Hillary Clinton had a seventy four percent unfavorability
- 11:18Speaker 1: with Democratic primary voters. Don't ever forget that. Now the
- 11:24Speaker 1: media is going to do everything that they can to
- 11:27Speaker 1: make sure that they tell you that the Durham investigation
- 11:32Speaker 1: is done for right, if they didn't get this first conviction,
- 11:36Speaker 1: and they're going to argue this was a very easy
- 11:39Speaker 1: conviction to get, then the entire Durham investigation is over.
- 11:45Speaker 1: It's done, shut it down, move on, and that's it.
- 11:50Speaker 1: That's what they're gonna say. Let me explain to you
- 11:55Speaker 1: again why that should not be the case. Number One
- 11:58Speaker 1: there's still a lot more to talk about here. And
- 12:02Speaker 1: the fact that you have an AOC donor, the fact
- 12:04Speaker 1: that you have a woman whose daughters on the same
- 12:06Speaker 1: sports team as Susman, the guy who's on trial, You
- 12:10Speaker 1: think he's You think that woman's going to vote to
- 12:12Speaker 1: convict somebody of a crime when her daughter's on the
- 12:15Speaker 1: same team with the dad. Come on, the fact that
- 12:19Speaker 1: you had a jury that had three Clinton donors on it.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Let's talk about the Clinton donors for just a second here,
- 12:26Speaker 1: because we know for sure now that quote as many
- 12:30Speaker 1: as three donors to Hillary Clinton's past president of campaigns
- 12:33Speaker 1: are members of the jury in this trial of the
- 12:35Speaker 1: former Clinton campaign. Lawyer Michael Suessman and prosecutors working with
- 12:42Speaker 1: a special counsel John Durham contend that Susman concealed his
- 12:45Speaker 1: work for the campaign when passing along the information the
- 12:48Speaker 1: FBI about this alleged league between then Kennett Trump and
- 12:52Speaker 1: Russia and Alpha Bank in Russia. We know from his
- 12:56Speaker 1: own text messages that he had to misrepresent himself just
- 12:59Speaker 1: to get the meaning at the FBI. Another woman, by
- 13:03Speaker 1: the way, who appeared to be in her forty said
- 13:05Speaker 1: she likely quote unquote likely donated to Clinton's twenty and
- 13:08Speaker 1: sixteen campaign, but wasn't entirely sure. I don't buy that
- 13:12Speaker 1: for a moment. You're telling me that you wrote a
- 13:14Speaker 1: check to Hillary Clinton's campaign for the presidency, but you're
- 13:17Speaker 1: not sure if you wrote the check to Hillary Clinton's
- 13:19Speaker 1: campaign for the presidency. If you write a check to
- 13:23Speaker 1: a campaign that you believe in, you're gonna know it.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Another Clinton campaign support or, a former bartender who appeared
- 13:32Speaker 1: to be in her twenty said she'd also donated a
- 13:34Speaker 1: progressive firebrand AOC, but they put her on the jury
- 13:39Speaker 1: in any way. Another juror quote had a husband who
- 13:43Speaker 1: actually worked on Clinton's first failed presidential campaign. She was
- 13:51Speaker 1: not struck from the jury she served, so her husband
- 13:56Speaker 1: was paid worked on Clinton's first failed president or campaign.
- 14:03Speaker 1: All of this happens, and all of these people were
- 14:06Speaker 1: allowed on the jury. All of them were denied the
- 14:08Speaker 1: protests because they're in Washington, DC. So did anything good
- 14:14Speaker 1: come out of this trial? Yes? I will remind you.
- 14:17Speaker 1: The biggest thing that came out of this trial, the
- 14:19Speaker 1: most important thing that came out of this trial, and
- 14:22Speaker 1: that is when the former Hillary Rodham Clinton campaign manager
- 14:25Speaker 1: was forced to testify in the sessment trial. This is
- 14:27Speaker 1: what he said a little bit of surprise in the
- 14:30Speaker 1: courtroom when Robbie Mook, the twenty sixteen Hillary Clinton campaign manager,
- 14:34Speaker 1: just answered a question casually that she personally approved sending
- 14:39Speaker 1: that story to the media. As you mentioned, it deals
- 14:42Speaker 1: with an allegation or an accusation about the Trump organization,
- 14:46Speaker 1: not the Trump campaign, but the Trump organization having a
- 14:50Speaker 1: back channel to a Russian bank named Alpha Bank, which
- 14:53Speaker 1: has some ties to the Kremlin, some Russian oligarchs that
- 14:57Speaker 1: are closed with Vladimir Putin. So to give everyone a
- 14:59Speaker 1: little bit of a ba story on the story, because
- 15:02Speaker 1: it is complicated. There are a lot of twists and turns.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton had a campaign attorney named Michael Sussman. He
- 15:07Speaker 1: is on trial right now behind me in federal court
- 15:10Speaker 1: because in twenty sixteen September twenty sixteen, he went to
- 15:14Speaker 1: his friend who happened to be the general counsel at
- 15:17Speaker 1: the FBI, a man named James Baker, and Sussman said, James,
- 15:21Speaker 1: I had her Jim, rather, I have some information linking
- 15:24Speaker 1: the Trump organization to a Russian based bank via a
- 15:28Speaker 1: back channel via a computer server. James Baker took the
- 15:32Speaker 1: information at the FBI. The FBI investigated, they found out
- 15:36Speaker 1: there was nothing too at Kayley, As you mentioned, Hillary
- 15:40Speaker 1: Clinton's team at the campaign also found out about that information,
- 15:44Speaker 1: and we are learning today via Robbie Mook, the campaign manager.
- 15:48Speaker 1: She personally was briefed on this allegation about the Russian
- 15:52Speaker 1: bank and Trump organization, and she said, okay, go ahead,
- 15:55Speaker 1: give it to the media. And that's where we are
- 15:57Speaker 1: right now. Sussman is charged with one count of providing
- 16:00Speaker 1: a false statement to the FBI. The trial has been
- 16:02Speaker 1: going on for a week. It's expected to continue another week.
- 16:06Speaker 1: But again, definitely a little bit of a surprise in
- 16:09Speaker 1: the courtroom, I think from not only the government but
- 16:12Speaker 1: the defense when Robbie Mook went ahead and admitted that
- 16:15Speaker 1: Clinton herself gave the go ahead for disseminating that story
- 16:19Speaker 1: which turned out to be false. Now, why did the
- 16:22Speaker 1: Clinton campaign manager testify this way because he was under oath.
- 16:27Speaker 1: He was under oath. That's why. Now, of course, there's
- 16:34Speaker 1: going to be spin that comes out of this. Seeing it,
- 16:37Speaker 1: immediately went on the air talking about how amazing this
- 16:41Speaker 1: acquittal is, talking about how incredible it is breaking news.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sessman acquitted of lying the FBI.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Major blow to the Durham investigations. What they had on
- 16:50Speaker 1: at the bottom of the screen. And this is how
- 16:52Speaker 1: now that a trial they did not cover until after
- 16:56Speaker 1: he's acquitted. Now they're all over it. Listen to this
- 16:59Speaker 1: perspective now from Elie Homer's sting that legal analysts former
- 17:02Speaker 1: US attorney Ellie so a defeat for mister Durham. What
- 17:05Speaker 1: do you see as the significance here go, John? This
- 17:08Speaker 1: is a stark rebuke to John Durham and his entire investigation,
- 17:11Speaker 1: which has now been going for more than three years.
- 17:14Speaker 1: This case was really the centerpiece of what John Durham
- 17:17Speaker 1: has done so far. The jury rejected this. And it's
- 17:19Speaker 1: worth noting John that the vast majority of federal cases,
- 17:23Speaker 1: over ninety five percent of all federal cases result in conviction.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Most of those are by guilty play, but even those
- 17:28Speaker 1: cases that go to trial, the vast majority and in conviction.
- 17:32Speaker 1: So the fact that this is innocuilty Burck is really
- 17:35Speaker 1: a stark rebuke. The gist of the allegations here was
- 17:38Speaker 1: that this lawyer, Michael Sassman, lied to the FBI. By
- 17:41Speaker 1: the way, we have to just pause here. I love
- 17:43Speaker 1: how he doesn't give you any any data or stats
- 17:47Speaker 1: on what the jury convictions are of Democratic operatives when
- 17:51Speaker 1: they're charged in Washington, DC, people of the Democratic Party.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Give me that stat. I love that he admits said, Hey, look,
- 17:59Speaker 1: this was the perfect jury set of jurors for this case.
- 18:03Speaker 1: You had three people that gave money to Hillary Clinton's campaign,
- 18:07Speaker 1: another one thinks she gave, one that husband worked for
- 18:10Speaker 1: Hillary worked for the actual Clinton campaign, and oh, there's
- 18:14Speaker 1: another one that gave to AOC. And then finally there's
- 18:17Speaker 1: a juror on there whose own child is on the
- 18:21Speaker 1: same sports team as the dude on trial. You'd think, right,
- 18:25Speaker 1: if you're really gonna give a fair and balanced viewpoint
- 18:29Speaker 1: of this, you would you would put all that in there. No,
- 18:32Speaker 1: why would we do that, because that's the news they
- 18:34Speaker 1: don't want you to know about when he came in
- 18:36Speaker 1: and gave information about reported links between the Trump organization
- 18:40Speaker 1: and a Russian bank. The problem, though, is the FBI
- 18:43Speaker 1: lawyer testified in front of Congress two years after that
- 18:46Speaker 1: he could not remember whether this lawyer lied about his
- 18:50Speaker 1: connections to Hillary Clinton or not. So this case was
- 18:52Speaker 1: in trouble from the start, and now we have this
- 18:54Speaker 1: not guilty verdict, and so let me let me say
- 18:57Speaker 1: one other thing here, you know, she said, He says, well,
- 18:59Speaker 1: this was in trouble from the start. You want to
- 19:02Speaker 1: know why they weren't covering this trial because they were
- 19:05Speaker 1: afraid that the evidence would be so damning. And it
- 19:09Speaker 1: was damning because they had his own text messages saying
- 19:12Speaker 1: and lying the FBI setting up the meeting. I'm coming
- 19:14Speaker 1: on my own accord. I am not working for someone else.
- 19:18Speaker 1: I'm not working with someone else. Right, That's what was
- 19:22Speaker 1: said here. He said it in his own words. That's
- 19:26Speaker 1: why they weren't covering this. They chose not to cover
- 19:32Speaker 1: it because they thought, man, unless this jury is so
- 19:36Speaker 1: packed with Clinton supporters, which it was, and even then
- 19:40Speaker 1: they still may convict the guy. But as soon as
- 19:44Speaker 1: the acquittal came down, Game on, Game on. By the way,
- 19:51Speaker 1: former US Attorney Bill Barr offered his perception of the
- 19:57Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton campaign seditious Russian collusion hoax against former President
- 20:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump during and after the twenty sixteen election. Bill
- 20:08Speaker 1: Barr opened up about what he had to deal with
- 20:12Speaker 1: and really what Donald Trump had to deal with in
- 20:15Speaker 1: a long interview that he did, and the former years
- 20:18Speaker 1: Attorney General Bill Barr offered up his perception of the
- 20:21Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton campaign. He called it seditious. He said, the
- 20:25Speaker 1: seditious Russian collusion hoax that they created out of thin
- 20:29Speaker 1: air against former President Donald Trump during and after the
- 20:33Speaker 1: twenty sixteen election. He said, the whole Russian Gate thing
- 20:36Speaker 1: was a grave injustice. It appears to be a dirty
- 20:40Speaker 1: political trick that was used first to hobble him referring
- 20:44Speaker 1: to Trump, and then potentially to drive him from office,
- 20:48Speaker 1: which goes back to what I said, overthrowing the will
- 20:51Speaker 1: of the people. They tried to They tried to basically
- 20:53Speaker 1: overthrow a free and fair election through lyne and certainly
- 20:59Speaker 1: influenced the election. Now, some have described this as a hoax,
- 21:06Speaker 1: others have called it the word treason. Now, in this
- 21:10Speaker 1: interview he did with Glenn Beck, he explained that Beck
- 21:13Speaker 1: explained that he didn't want to use the word treason
- 21:15Speaker 1: describe the hoax, but asked Bar if he could consider
- 21:19Speaker 1: at least seditious. I believe it is seditious, yes, the
- 21:22Speaker 1: former attorney general replied, And whether that can be proved
- 21:25Speaker 1: in court as a crime is one issue. But I
- 21:28Speaker 1: think people are now coming to see what actually happened.
- 21:30Speaker 1: It was a gross injustice, and it hurt the United
- 21:32Speaker 1: States in many ways, including what we're saying in Ukraine
- 21:36Speaker 1: these days. It distorted our foreign policy and so forth.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Beck then asked Bar in this sit down interview if
- 21:43Speaker 1: he was really if he had really wanted the attorney
- 21:46Speaker 1: general position. He said he did not. He explained that
- 21:49Speaker 1: he'd been easing into retirement, but that he feared that
- 21:52Speaker 1: the US was headed into a constitutional crisis. The president
- 21:57Speaker 1: quote was not getting his due as president. He was entitled,
- 22:02Speaker 1: having won the election to implement his administration, and they
- 22:05Speaker 1: had him on the ropes, and a lot of people
- 22:07Speaker 1: the regular bar, the line of the bar, were not
- 22:10Speaker 1: stepping forward. Welcome to the swamp now. The interview came
- 22:17Speaker 1: as jurors began deliberating in the trial of the former
- 22:22Speaker 1: Perkins Coy lawyer Michael Sussman, who was accused of line
- 22:25Speaker 1: to the FBI about who he was representing when he
- 22:28Speaker 1: provided then the FBI's top lawyer, James Baker, with data
- 22:33Speaker 1: and quote white papers which allegs that the then can
- 22:36Speaker 1: at Donald Trump had quote covert ties to the Kremlin.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Linked Alpha Bank during a September the two thousand and
- 22:43Speaker 1: sixteen meeting. We know it's crap, we know it's all
- 22:47Speaker 1: made up. The reality was that he was working on
- 22:51Speaker 1: behalf of the Clinton campaign and tech executive one who,
- 22:55Speaker 1: according to Washington Examiner, is known to be the former
- 22:59Speaker 1: executive Rodney Jof of Newest Star. During the first week
- 23:04Speaker 1: of the trial, the explosive testimony from the twenty sixteen
- 23:08Speaker 1: Clinton campaign manager, which the mainstream media refused to cover,
- 23:12Speaker 1: Robbie Muok definitively tied Hillary Clinton directly to the Russia,
- 23:17Speaker 1: the Trump Russian collusion hoax, for the first time. He
- 23:21Speaker 1: was under oath, and he said, and again this is
- 23:24Speaker 1: the takeaway. I mentioned it earlier, and Bill Barr says
- 23:26Speaker 1: it here. He tied her. He admitted that Clinton herself
- 23:32Speaker 1: gave the go ahead to alert the media to their
- 23:35Speaker 1: bogus allegations against Trump, knowing what the media would do.
- 23:39Speaker 1: The media would what run with it because they hated
- 23:43Speaker 1: Donald Trump and they wanted to destroy him. They weren't
- 23:46Speaker 1: going to fact check it, they weren't going to ask
- 23:49Speaker 1: any questions. They were just going to move forward and
- 23:53Speaker 1: they were going to do it. Robbie Muok admitted that
- 23:57Speaker 1: Clinton herself gave the go ahead. So although the Special
- 24:02Speaker 1: Counsel John Durham's team was able to obtain a text
- 24:06Speaker 1: message from Susman stating that he was providing this information
- 24:10Speaker 1: the FBI as it quote a concerned citizen, and the
- 24:14Speaker 1: team claims to have proof that Susman build the Clinton
- 24:17Speaker 1: campaign for his time on the date of the meeting,
- 24:21Speaker 1: a conviction the case was not possible for one reason.
- 24:25Speaker 1: You had a stacked jury of actual donors to the
- 24:28Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton campaign, former workers, family members who worked on
- 24:33Speaker 1: the Clinton campaign, and AOC donors, including one person that said,
- 24:37Speaker 1: I think I gave to Hillary Clinton, but I can't remember.
- 24:42Speaker 1: So you just randomly write checks the political campaigns that
- 24:45Speaker 1: you believe in so much that you're willing to write
- 24:46Speaker 1: a check, but you can't remember if you gave money
- 24:48Speaker 1: to Hillary Clinton's campaign. Is it because maybe you hate
- 24:52Speaker 1: Donald Trump so much you're willing to lie to get
- 24:54Speaker 1: on a jury so that you make sure you protect
- 24:56Speaker 1: your team. Is it possible that you thought, Hey, if
- 25:00Speaker 1: I just tell you I can't remember, that somehow you
- 25:03Speaker 1: won't be able to keep me off of this jury.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Barr also discussed the role of the system in preventing
- 25:10Speaker 1: the prosecution of individuals who perpetrated the hoax against Trump.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Beck asked the question, it leads us to think the
- 25:17Speaker 1: whole system is absolutely rigged against us. Barr responded by saying,
- 25:22Speaker 1: I do think there is a degree to which the
- 25:25Speaker 1: system has a double standard and still has a double
- 25:28Speaker 1: standard and is rigged against Republicans. Barr also was asked
- 25:34Speaker 1: another question and said, we'll hold on a second explain.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Beck explained that he doesn't want his side to receive
- 25:39Speaker 1: special treatment. He just wants the truth, and Barr said,
- 25:42Speaker 1: there are parts of the Department of Justice that I
- 25:45Speaker 1: think have a double standard, and they are and they
- 25:48Speaker 1: will pursue Republicans. So I didn't trust Comey, Barr replied.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Beck said, by the way to before that I don't
- 25:58Speaker 1: trust the FBI had never been I've never been that way,
- 26:01Speaker 1: And Barr said, well, I don't trust Comy and his
- 26:03Speaker 1: crowd that we're running the FBI. I do think the
- 26:06Speaker 1: FBI has some issues that need to be addressed, but
- 26:08Speaker 1: I don't think it is thoroughly corrupt. Just at the top,
- 26:13Speaker 1: I guess, right, just at the top. So the takeaway
- 26:19Speaker 1: is Yes, the system is rigged. Yes, there's corruption at
- 26:22Speaker 1: the top levels of the FBI. Yes, he didn't trust
- 26:25Speaker 1: James come when he was running the FBI all of
- 26:28Speaker 1: these things. And there's one reason why, because all the
- 26:33Speaker 1: people involved in this collusion knew from the beginning it
- 26:37Speaker 1: was a lie, and they went with anyway. You have
- 26:39Speaker 1: to understand something here. They didn't. Okay, let's be very clear.
- 26:45Speaker 1: I want to be abundantly clear here. No one was
- 26:51Speaker 1: hoodwinked into believing that something didn't happen that happened. I
- 26:55Speaker 1: want to be clear. They all knew that the story
- 26:59Speaker 1: was a lie. They all understood that the story was
- 27:02Speaker 1: a lie, and they had no problem going with it
- 27:05Speaker 1: because they were fine with the lie because they hated
- 27:10Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump. Now, should you be discouraged because this
- 27:16Speaker 1: is a crappy day. I'll admit that this sucks. It's unfair.
- 27:24Speaker 1: It's the reality of the situation we're in. Here's what
- 27:26Speaker 1: I'll tell you. I'm not going to stop exposing these
- 27:31Speaker 1: people for what they are doing to this country. I'm
- 27:37Speaker 1: not going to sit here and just say I feel
- 27:39Speaker 1: defeated today. And I do feel defeated today. I do
- 27:44Speaker 1: feel like the system is rigged. I want to make
- 27:47Speaker 1: that clear. But I'm not going to sit here and
- 27:51Speaker 1: just stop trying to expose the significant information that we
- 27:56Speaker 1: got out of this trial, which is that Hillary Clinton
- 27:58Speaker 1: directed all of this and Durham is not done yet.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Does that mean that he maybe he can get a
- 28:05Speaker 1: better venue for other prosecutions. I don't know, but this
- 28:10Speaker 1: investigation into this attorney will forever go down, and this
- 28:16Speaker 1: trial will go down in history as confirming that Hillary
- 28:22Speaker 1: Clinton orchestrated and ordered the execution of the Russia hoax
- 28:27Speaker 1: collusion scandal to destroy this country, to take out Donald Trump,
- 28:32Speaker 1: and to be used against him to impeach him. That's
- 28:35Speaker 1: what I do know, and that's why we don't stop
- 28:39Speaker 1: fighting for the truth. Make sure, by the way that
