Did you ever hear the saying "Garbage in, garbage out"?What's on the inside, is always somehow reflected on the outside. If a virus or sickness is making it's way through our system, there will be symptoms that we can see and feel on the outside. As can other people. If we are angry or sad, that will show itself in our actions. That's why Jesus says that taking care of the inside is just as important as caring for the outside (if not more important).
