- 0:01Speaker 1: Jack Smith.
- 0:02Speaker 2: There are a bunch of headlines right now calling it
- 0:05Speaker 2: an epic law fair fail, and people that are celebrating
- 0:12Speaker 2: that Jack Smith has quote surrendered. I want to be
- 0:15Speaker 2: clear about this story that I think many conservatives are
- 0:20Speaker 2: getting it wrong, and I'm not saying this to criticize.
- 0:22Speaker 1: I'm saying this so.
- 0:23Speaker 2: That you understand just how close we were to living
- 0:26Speaker 2: in a Banana republic.
- 0:29Speaker 1: This was not an epic lawfair fail.
- 0:32Speaker 2: This was the American voters standing up for what they
- 0:36Speaker 2: believe is a free and fair election, standing up to
- 0:40Speaker 2: the lawlessness of the Marxists and the socialists and the
- 0:43Speaker 2: communists in the Biden Harris administration that weaponized our government
- 0:48Speaker 2: to go after their political opponents. At this time just
- 0:50Speaker 2: happened to be a guy by the name of Donald
- 0:53Speaker 2: Trump and anyone else around him that they wanted to
- 0:55Speaker 2: take out.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Now. I also want to be clear about this.
- 0:59Speaker 2: I don't believe that Jack Smith has surrendered, and there's
- 1:01Speaker 2: a lot of people saying that.
- 1:02Speaker 1: I don't.
- 1:03Speaker 2: I think he just knows that he cannot win now
- 1:05Speaker 2: because they lost control of the House, the Senate, and
- 1:08Speaker 2: the presidency, and the law is very clear that you
- 1:10Speaker 2: cannot go after a sitting president of the United States
- 1:13Speaker 2: of America.
- 1:14Speaker 1: I want to be clear about this.
- 1:15Speaker 2: I don't believe this is the end of lawfare, and
- 1:18Speaker 2: I don't believe that they believe that they have failed.
- 1:21Speaker 2: I think they believe they were successful in trying to
- 1:25Speaker 2: take out Donald Trump. They are going to believe that
- 1:28Speaker 2: this is only some of the issues that made them
- 1:31Speaker 2: pause their agenda, which is to take out their political opponents.
- 1:34Speaker 2: They're going to blame Kama Harris or Joe Biden's age.
- 1:38Speaker 2: They're not going to believe that they actually failed. And
- 1:40Speaker 2: I want to be clear. I do not believe that
- 1:42Speaker 2: Jack Smith or anyone else the DOJ or the FBI
- 1:45Speaker 2: that in the deep state that was coming after Donald
- 1:47Speaker 2: Trump for a moment, believe that they actually went too
- 1:51Speaker 2: far and or that they actually failed in their quest
- 1:57Speaker 2: to stop conservatives. I think they believe that this is
- 2:02Speaker 2: Joe Biden's fault because he's.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Old and senile.
- 2:04Speaker 2: I believe they believe this is the fault of Kamala Harris,
- 2:07Speaker 2: that they didn't get to finish the job they started
- 2:09Speaker 2: because she was a quote terrible candidate. I do not
- 2:11Speaker 2: believe that they learned anything at all from any of this,
- 2:16Speaker 2: and I want to make that very very very very
- 2:18Speaker 2: very clear so that we don't get in that moment
- 2:22Speaker 2: here like we're celebrating now. Yes, the truth is Jack
- 2:26Speaker 2: Smith has had to stop.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I don't think it is a surrender.
- 2:29Speaker 2: I think it's a temporary pause and ending the Florida
- 2:33Speaker 2: prosecution against Trump. I don't believe that this special Counsel
- 2:40Speaker 2: Smith is winding this down because he thinks the American
- 2:42Speaker 2: people have spoken in a way that you know, he's
- 2:46Speaker 2: going to learn from this.
- 2:48Speaker 1: I don't think any of them have learned from this.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Smith on Monday did in fact, file emotion to dismiss
- 2:54Speaker 2: the election interference case against Trump, and the US District
- 2:58Speaker 2: Court for the District of Columbia, marking yes, a victory,
- 3:03Speaker 2: you could argue a major victory for Donald Trump. I
- 3:06Speaker 2: don't believe it is because they learned their lesson quote.
- 3:10Speaker 2: After careful consideration, the Department is determined that ollc's prior
- 3:15Speaker 2: opinions concerning the Constitution's prohibition on federal indictment and prosecution
- 3:20Speaker 2: of a sitting president applied to the situation, and that,
- 3:24Speaker 2: as a result, this prosecution must be dismissed before the
- 3:27Speaker 2: defendant is inaugurated. In other words, they couldn't finish the
- 3:30Speaker 2: job before inauguration day, and they weren't able to keep
- 3:33Speaker 2: him out.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Of the White House.
- 3:34Speaker 2: So therefore they have decided to well say, okay, for
- 3:39Speaker 2: a moment, we're going to stop the law fare. Moreover,
- 3:42Speaker 2: Smith filed then another motion in the United States Court
- 3:45Speaker 2: of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit to dismiss an appeal
- 3:48Speaker 2: in the document's case, which quote will leave in place
- 3:52Speaker 2: the district Court's order dismissing the indictment without prejudice as
- 3:57Speaker 2: to him. Smith cites the reason laid out in his
- 4:01Speaker 2: motion to dismiss the election interference case and goes on
- 4:05Speaker 2: to list those for the reasons step forth in the
- 4:07Speaker 2: United States v. Trump, and he goes through all that.
- 4:10Speaker 2: I won't bore you with it, but it's important now.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Taken together, these moves marked the end of the federal
- 4:16Speaker 2: prosecution against the President elect, leaving two remaining cases at
- 4:21Speaker 2: the state level, one in Georgia, which was incredibly correct
- 4:25Speaker 2: correct there and in New York. Stephen Chong, the incoming
- 4:29Speaker 2: White House Communications Director, touted the enormous legal victories in
- 4:34Speaker 2: a statement shared after Smith's filings saying, quote, the American
- 4:38Speaker 2: people re elected President Trump with an overwhelming mandate to
- 4:41Speaker 2: make America great again. Today's decision by the DOJ ends
- 4:45Speaker 2: the unconstitutional federal case against President Trump and is a
- 4:49Speaker 2: major victory for the rule of aw Now, I want
- 4:51Speaker 2: to be clear, I don't believe this is a victory
- 4:53Speaker 2: the way that he is describing it. And the reason
- 4:55Speaker 2: why I say this is they want to do this again,
- 4:57Speaker 2: and they will do this again if they're given the opportunity.
- 5:00Speaker 2: The only reason why they were forced to make the
- 5:04Speaker 2: decision and to do what they did on Monday, the
- 5:08Speaker 2: only reason is because they lost the election. They do
- 5:11Speaker 2: not believe they got this wrong. They do not believe
- 5:14Speaker 2: that they should have stopped this. They have not learned
- 5:16Speaker 2: from their mistakes. What do we say when kids get
- 5:18Speaker 2: in trouble? You know, did you learn from your mistake?
- 5:21Speaker 1: Right?
- 5:21Speaker 2: We're going to have to discipline you so you learn
- 5:23Speaker 2: from your mistake. There has to be accountability for actions.
- 5:26Speaker 2: I want to be clear, there's no accountability here. This
- 5:28Speaker 2: is a pause at best. Quote, the American people re
- 5:33Speaker 2: elected President Trump with an overwhelming mandate to make this
- 5:36Speaker 2: country great again.
- 5:37Speaker 1: I agree with that statement.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Wholeheartedly quote the American people in President Trump won an
- 5:42Speaker 2: immediate end to the political weaponization of our justice system,
- 5:46Speaker 2: and we look forward to uniting our country.
- 5:48Speaker 1: He added.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Now, I agree that the American people were the ones
- 5:53Speaker 2: that stood in the way this time. I do not
- 5:55Speaker 2: believe that Democrats will ever stop weaponizing the FBI and
- 5:58Speaker 2: the DOJ and the deep state to their advantage in
- 6:01Speaker 2: the future because they realized just how effective it is.
- 6:04Speaker 2: This is a huge victory, no doubt for President Trump.
- 6:06Speaker 2: In the rule of law, I agree, but it is temporary.
- 6:10Speaker 2: I do not believe that this is some victory that
- 6:13Speaker 2: we should say they learned their lesson from and they're
- 6:16Speaker 2: not going to do this in the future.
- 6:19Speaker 1: That is what I don't believe.
- 6:21Speaker 2: Jack Smith's appointment as Special counsel was unconstitutional, and they
- 6:26Speaker 2: still did it anyway. It was unconstitutional the investigation from
- 6:29Speaker 2: the onset, and they did it anyway. And Smith deciding
- 6:33Speaker 2: to stop this now is only because the American people
- 6:36Speaker 2: stood up on election day, and the American people on
- 6:40Speaker 2: election Day said no, we better.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Keep our eye on the ball.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Because I do believe that this could happen again in
- 6:47Speaker 2: the very near future.
- 6:48Speaker 1: In fact, I would argue.
- 6:49Speaker 2: That we could see this type of welfare happen in
- 6:51Speaker 2: Congress if we allow for the Democrats to take control
- 6:54Speaker 2: of the House. I believe they would try to impeach
- 6:56Speaker 2: Donald Trump in two years if they got control of
- 6:58Speaker 2: the House, even if they didn't have now of the Senate.
- 7:01Speaker 2: And I'm terrified to see what they'll do if they
- 7:02Speaker 2: get both chambers of Congress under their control anytime of
- 7:06Speaker 2: the near future this holiday season, and I want to
- 7:09Speaker 2: take a moment because this may be one of the
- 7:10Speaker 2: most important gifts you ever buy for people that you love.
- 7:15Speaker 2: There is one thing that I want you to know about.
- 7:18Speaker 2: It is the Burna less lethal pistol launcher, and it
- 7:23Speaker 2: can save not only your life, but the life of
- 7:25Speaker 2: someone else is.
- 7:26Speaker 1: A threat to you.
- 7:27Speaker 2: It is a centure to recognize that personal safety is
- 7:30Speaker 2: a year round priority. Crime trends are spiking, especially during
- 7:34Speaker 2: the holidays, making even more critical to protect what matters
- 7:38Speaker 2: most the holiday season. Gift your loved ones the peace
- 7:42Speaker 2: of mind with a burner less lethal launcher. Why do
- 7:46Speaker 2: I love this because it puts more distance between my
- 7:50Speaker 2: loved one and their attacker. I can use this burn
- 7:54Speaker 2: a launcher up to sixty feet away from someone that's
- 7:57Speaker 2: a threat to me. It also has kinetic ren that
- 8:00Speaker 2: can incapacitate someone from up to forty minutes. It has
- 8:04Speaker 2: these amazing chemical rounds that explode when they hit you,
- 8:08Speaker 2: and it's things like pepper spray in them or tear gas,
- 8:11Speaker 2: and it's going to drop someone instantly. Now, this is
- 8:15Speaker 2: also great because you don't have to deal about the
- 8:17Speaker 2: with the irreversible consequences of deadly force. Now, look, I
- 8:21Speaker 2: carry a firearm, but many times I'm in places where
- 8:23Speaker 2: I can't carry a firearm, especially when I'm traveling, and
- 8:26Speaker 2: this is a fabulous backup option. Maybe you have a
- 8:29Speaker 2: daughter that lives on college campus, or lives off campus,
- 8:32Speaker 2: or lives alone and they're under twenty one, or maybe
- 8:34Speaker 2: you have someone that just doesn't feel comfortable carrying a firearm.
- 8:37Speaker 2: This is an amazing gift for them. A burno, like
- 8:41Speaker 2: I said, can save two lives. It is a great
- 8:43Speaker 2: compliment owning a firearm. And if you or your family
- 8:46Speaker 2: is in a situation where you feel threatened, you can
- 8:48Speaker 2: start with berna and less lethal force. It's legal in
- 8:52Speaker 2: all fifty states. That's something I love. Because I travel,
- 8:55Speaker 2: there are no permits or background checks needed. And not
- 8:58Speaker 2: only do I own this, but I bought it for
- 9:00Speaker 2: a ton of my family members. Burna is the answer,
- 9:03Speaker 2: and it is designed for easy use by all age
- 9:05Speaker 2: groups eighteen and over. So check them out and I
- 9:10Speaker 2: want to save you money. It's also used by government
- 9:12Speaker 2: agencies and law enforcement around the country. More than a
- 9:14Speaker 2: half million of these have been sold and they have
- 9:16Speaker 2: more than fourteen thousand, four and a half star reviews.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Visit Berna BYRNA dot com. That's burna dot com slash
- 9:26Speaker 2: ferguson for ten percent off. That's by RNA dot com
- 9:31Speaker 2: slash ferguson. Burna dot com slash ferguson to get ten
- 9:34Speaker 2: percent off. Right now, Now, let's talk about these other
- 9:38Speaker 2: cases here, all right. The decisions by Smith and the
- 9:42Speaker 2: DOJ are also going to have an impact in the
- 9:45Speaker 2: New York business records case against Trump. Judge Merchant there
- 9:50Speaker 2: has granted Trump's attorneys a December second deadline to file
- 9:54Speaker 2: emotion to.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Dismiss the case.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Blanchet and Dove noted in a letter to Merchant those
- 9:59Speaker 2: are the attorneys representing Trump. Last week that they would
- 10:02Speaker 2: address the position positions the dj takes in the federal
- 10:06Speaker 2: case in their filing. This is significant. The cases are
- 10:12Speaker 2: the United States versus Trump and the U. S. District
- 10:15Speaker 2: Court for the District Columbia, and the United States Versus
- 10:18Speaker 2: Trump and the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
- 10:22Speaker 1: This is a victory for the rule of law.
- 10:24Speaker 2: But I do not want you to believe that they
- 10:26Speaker 2: have learned their lesson, and I do not want you
- 10:28Speaker 2: to believe that they surrendered. And I do not want
- 10:30Speaker 2: you to believe that they believe that this was an
- 10:33Speaker 2: epic law fair fail.
- 10:36Speaker 1: It was not.
- 10:37Speaker 2: They believe they were successful. They were able to go
- 10:40Speaker 2: after Donald Trump. They got him out of the White House,
- 10:43Speaker 2: and yeah, he came back in. But they believe this
- 10:45Speaker 2: was successful, and they're going to do it again, make
- 10:49Speaker 2: no mistake about it. So as much as I am glad,
- 10:53Speaker 2: all right, as The New York Times admits DEM's fear
- 10:56Speaker 2: lawfare will be harder in a second Trump, I agree
- 11:00Speaker 2: with that headline. But they're admitting this is part of
- 11:03Speaker 2: their game plan. Keyword harder. They're not going to stop.
- 11:06Speaker 2: Democratic leaders and blue states are gearing up to launch
- 11:09Speaker 2: a massive lawfare attack on President Trump's administration. But they
- 11:13Speaker 2: fear that the Trump team is far more prepared for
- 11:15Speaker 2: round two. They're writing this in the New York Times.
- 11:19Speaker 2: They're not backing down. So do not believe for a
- 11:22Speaker 2: second that we have won. This battle is still very
- 11:26Speaker 2: much happening as we speak. Let me give you a quote,
- 11:30Speaker 2: by the way, to prove that Democrats are not walking
- 11:33Speaker 2: away from lawfare. Connecticut's extreme far left Attorney general is
- 11:38Speaker 2: a guy who by the name of William Tong.
- 11:41Speaker 1: You want to know what he said, quote unquote.
- 11:44Speaker 2: I think we are prepared for it to be much
- 11:47Speaker 2: more aggressive, much quicker, and much harder, referring to going
- 11:51Speaker 2: after Donald Trump this time. Certainly, much of Trump's agenda
- 11:56Speaker 2: in his first term was well stop by the constant
- 12:01Speaker 2: mirage of lawsuits by Democrats and their left wing allies.
- 12:06Speaker 2: The first Trump administration also suffered from inexperience and wielding
- 12:12Speaker 2: the tools of government, especially in how orders were written quote.
- 12:16Speaker 2: The sloppy style of writing directives invited the left to
- 12:19Speaker 2: find a never ending series of well lawsuits to throw
- 12:25Speaker 2: at Trump's orders. That is the exact wording of the
- 12:28Speaker 2: New York Times this time. For Trump's second bite at
- 12:33Speaker 2: the Apple, Democrats and leftist non governmental organizations. They right
- 12:38Speaker 2: are gearing up to fight Trump, but they're worried that
- 12:43Speaker 2: the next administration will not be as slap dash and
- 12:47Speaker 2: sloppy and crafting Trump's agenda, and the left will find
- 12:51Speaker 2: it much harder to find ways to tear down Trump's plans.
- 12:55Speaker 2: This is part of the reason why, as I mentioned
- 12:58Speaker 2: in yesterday's show, that they're trying to sattle Donald Trump
- 13:00Speaker 2: of World War iree and anarchy, chaos and a dumpster
- 13:04Speaker 2: fire the day he comes into office, because that is
- 13:08Speaker 2: their new way of trying to get him off of
- 13:10Speaker 2: his agenda items for the United States of America. So
- 13:16Speaker 2: is Trump two point zero gears up. These far left
- 13:20Speaker 2: attackers fear they're in for a harder fight this time,
- 13:24Speaker 2: The Times continues. Connecticut's Attorney General Tong, for one, told
- 13:29Speaker 2: The Times that the ascendants of the GOP will present
- 13:33Speaker 2: a hurdle and that Trump will probably hit the ground
- 13:36Speaker 2: running this time. Bob Ferguson, that is Washington's state attorney general,
- 13:43Speaker 2: agreed and said to the Times this morning quote, A
- 13:46Speaker 2: concern I have is that Donald Trump's administration may well
- 13:50Speaker 2: be better prepared on their end. Trump's party also will
- 13:56Speaker 2: control three branches of the federal government and will have
- 13:58Speaker 2: a reoccurring majority majority in the US Supreme Court, all
- 14:02Speaker 2: of which sends a chill down the spines of the
- 14:04Speaker 2: less law fair plans. But the plan is to repeat
- 14:08Speaker 2: the tightal wave of legal attacks to scuttle the will
- 14:12Speaker 2: of the voters by drowning Trump's agenda and nuance lawsuits,
- 14:17Speaker 2: just like they did to knock back at Trump's first term,
- 14:20Speaker 2: The Times continues. The state of Washington alone filed ninety
- 14:25Speaker 2: nine lawsuits against Trump to stop his agenda between sixteen
- 14:28Speaker 2: and twenty, the Times notes, and because of the flaws
- 14:32Speaker 2: in the administration's crafting of orders and directives, the left
- 14:36Speaker 2: coast state succeeded in most of its attempts to steimy Trump,
- 14:41Speaker 2: winning fifty five of the ninety nine lawsuits that they filed. Indeed,
- 14:47Speaker 2: the attacks during Trump's first term spurred the attorney generals
- 14:50Speaker 2: of blue states to begin meeting to coordinate their schemes
- 14:54Speaker 2: and attacks on conservatives and Republican principles all across the country.
- 14:59Speaker 2: According to the New York Times reporting, blue state attorney
- 15:03Speaker 2: generals have been having regular monthly meetings ever since Trump's
- 15:06Speaker 2: first term, so they can coordinate their lawfare attacks coast
- 15:10Speaker 2: to coasts, not just to oppose Trump, but to push
- 15:13Speaker 2: their far left agenda everywhere and on everyone, using the
- 15:18Speaker 2: courts as their weapon of choice. For his first term,
- 15:24Speaker 2: Trump made the mistake of imagining that winning the election
- 15:27Speaker 2: meant that he got to control the agenda in the narrative.
- 15:30Speaker 2: But he soon discovered that the establishment picks he made
- 15:33Speaker 2: for cabinet positions, and the combative and entrench administrative state
- 15:38Speaker 2: that has been immune from the will of the voters
- 15:41Speaker 2: was not adverse to using their insider powers to destroy
- 15:44Speaker 2: Trump's plans to make America great again. And guess what, America,
- 15:48Speaker 2: You can expect exactly that this time. And that's why
- 15:51Speaker 2: I go back to what I said. Jack Smith didn't surrender.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Jack Smith didn't end the prosecutions against Trump. He just
- 15:59Speaker 2: paused them because he had no choice but to do it.
- 16:03Speaker 2: And this time Trump is forewarned and his cabinet picks,
- 16:07Speaker 2: for the most part, are loyal and more experienced.
- 16:09Speaker 1: In taking the fight to the far left.
- 16:12Speaker 2: This time, you won't make the mistake of keeping operatives
- 16:14Speaker 2: in place that are accused of resenting the represent the
- 16:17Speaker 2: deep state instead of the will of the voters and
- 16:20Speaker 2: the agenda of the man they elected to the White House.
- 16:23Speaker 2: The Times continues in their article, now, what is the
- 16:27Speaker 2: big takeaway from here? The takeaway for me is actually
- 16:31Speaker 2: very simple. The takeaway is you've got a group of governors,
- 16:38Speaker 2: attorney generals and liberal states who have made it clear
- 16:40Speaker 2: now what their agenda is and what their goal is.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Their goal and their agenda is we are going to
- 16:47Speaker 2: stop at nothing to undermine Donald Trump. I'll give you
- 16:51Speaker 2: a great example of this, and I actually played this
- 16:53Speaker 2: clip on yesterday's show when we were dealing with the
- 16:55Speaker 2: issue of immigration reform. But it applies today, I think
- 16:59Speaker 2: even more or so to the narrative here that the
- 17:03Speaker 2: Democrats have quote had to surrender on this lawfare.
- 17:07Speaker 1: They're not done, folks.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Listen to the mayor in Denver, Colorado say he's willing
- 17:13Speaker 2: to be arrested to stand up to Donald Trump on
- 17:16Speaker 2: the issues of immigration. He is not going to follow
- 17:18Speaker 2: the law. He is not going to follow what the
- 17:21Speaker 2: federal government says. These are the radical extremists of the
- 17:25Speaker 2: Democratic Party, and they're telling you they are just now
- 17:28Speaker 2: going to start defying Trump like you've never seen before.
- 17:32Speaker 3: About civil disobedience. You've mentioned that a couple of times. Now,
- 17:35Speaker 3: would you be willing to participate in those? As the
- 17:38Speaker 3: mayor of Denver, would you be willing to go out
- 17:40Speaker 3: and protest these things?
- 17:41Speaker 4: I would if I believe that our residents are having
- 17:44Speaker 4: their rights violate, If I think things are happening that
- 17:46Speaker 4: are illegal or immoral or an American in our city,
- 17:49Speaker 4: I would certainly protest it. And I would expect other
- 17:52Speaker 4: residents would do the same.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Not only is the Denver mayor.
- 17:55Speaker 2: They're saying I'm going to protest, and I'm willing to
- 17:57Speaker 2: get arrested, goes on to say a step further, and
- 18:01Speaker 2: I would expect our citizens to do the same.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Translation.
- 18:06Speaker 2: Donald Trump maybe the president of United States of America,
- 18:08Speaker 2: but he's not our president and he's not our choice.
- 18:11Speaker 1: So the hell with that guy.
- 18:13Speaker 2: We're going to do everything we can to attack him,
- 18:15Speaker 2: to undermine him, to stand up against him, to not
- 18:18Speaker 2: follow federal guidelines or laws or rules or executive orders.
- 18:23Speaker 2: And I am willing to be arrested, and so are
- 18:26Speaker 2: my fellow radicals in Colorado.
- 18:31Speaker 1: And I don't believe.
- 18:31Speaker 2: The federal government's going to come in here and actually
- 18:33Speaker 2: get to do what they think they're going to do,
- 18:35Speaker 2: because we're not going to let him. That's what he's saying.
- 18:38Speaker 2: And if you don't believe me, then keep listening.
- 18:41Speaker 3: Trump's new borders are Tom Homan has said that he
- 18:44Speaker 3: is willing to arrest leaders like yourself for standing in
- 18:49Speaker 3: the way of these policies that they want to enact.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Would you be willing to go to jail for these things?
- 18:55Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm not afraid of that, and I'm also not
- 18:57Speaker 4: seeking that. I think the goal is we want to
- 18:59Speaker 4: be able to negotiate with reasonable people how to solve
- 19:02Speaker 4: hard problems for publican and democratic presidence in the past
- 19:05Speaker 4: have all tried to find solutions to these problems.
- 19:07Speaker 1: President Reagan help people.
- 19:08Speaker 4: Get access to work so they could stay and support themselves.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Biden Harris worked on restricting entry at the border to
- 19:13Speaker 4: close down There are a lot of ways to approach
- 19:14Speaker 4: this problem. We don't think it has to come to this,
- 19:17Speaker 4: but yeah, I think when you look at you know,
- 19:18Speaker 4: Ralph Carr has always been one of my heroes. He
- 19:21Speaker 4: was the governor who in the middle of the interment
- 19:22Speaker 4: of Japanese Americans, said this was the wrong thing to do,
- 19:25Speaker 4: and he stood up it was unpopular, people were mad
- 19:27Speaker 4: at about it. That was in the middle of wartime.
- 19:29Speaker 4: If the president or any of his actors are going
- 19:31Speaker 4: to do things that we think are illegal or immoral
- 19:34Speaker 4: or an American we'll stand up against those.
- 19:36Speaker 1: We're not done yet. They're not conceding, folks.
- 19:41Speaker 2: They're not saying that they're not going to fight back
- 19:43Speaker 2: every way they can. In fact, they're telling you what
- 19:47Speaker 2: we're going to do is we're going to come after
- 19:49Speaker 2: you like you've never seen before. We are going to
- 19:53Speaker 2: refuse to comply with any and all rules. We are
- 19:58Speaker 2: not going to belie that you are the president and
- 20:02Speaker 2: that your agenda should be honored and or respected by us.
- 20:09Speaker 2: That's what they're saying here. They're not going to stop. Okay,
- 20:14Speaker 2: I'm gonna say this again. They are not going to stop.
- 20:20Speaker 2: They may not be able to come after Donald Trump
- 20:22Speaker 2: or any of his allies in Washington, but they sure
- 20:26Speaker 2: as hell think they can do it state by state
- 20:28Speaker 2: where they have liberals. And if you don't think liberal
- 20:30Speaker 2: ags are going to do this, like I'm telling you
- 20:32Speaker 2: right now, they're all in their meeting right now. They
- 20:34Speaker 2: are preparing. They are preparing for war, folks. They are
- 20:38Speaker 2: preparing for war, Get ready to suit up?
- 20:44Speaker 1: All right?
- 20:44Speaker 2: I just got to take a moment and tell you
- 20:46Speaker 2: about an amazing company. And the company is called Amo Square.
- 20:49Speaker 2: And I'm gonna get you some free AMMO in your
- 20:51Speaker 2: account today, and I'm gonna tell you how to do

- 21:49Speaker 2: have to worry about moving those heavy case of AMMO

- 21:58Speaker 2: you don't need anymore in a certain well. You don't

- 22:06Speaker 2: in just a second with a click of a button.
- 22:09Speaker 2: The other thing is, maybe you want to get rid
- 22:11Speaker 2: of some AMMO that's stored up. Maybe prices go through
- 22:13Speaker 2: the roof. You can sell back your AMMO and make

- 22:43Speaker 2: I want to move to again, how I said a
- 22:45Speaker 2: moment ago. Democrats are not going to give up on
- 22:48Speaker 2: law there. They're also not going to give up on
- 22:51Speaker 2: breaking the laws that they love to break. Perfect example
- 22:55Speaker 2: of this is the issue of illegal immigration. The bidenminist
- 23:00Speaker 2: is rolling out this app that will allow legal immigrants
- 23:05Speaker 2: to check in on the app, and even if they
- 23:08Speaker 2: have criminal records, we're not going to stop them from
- 23:11Speaker 2: in person interviews or staying in this country. How do
- 23:14Speaker 2: we know this because this is the U I guess now,
- 23:17Speaker 2: we call it the November December surprise. Joe Biden says,
- 23:20Speaker 2: here's a dumpster fire. You're an illegal immigrant, Come on in.
- 23:23Speaker 2: We're going to undermine everything Trump does a law on order,
- 23:25Speaker 2: so we're not going to follow the law.
- 23:27Speaker 1: Listen.
- 23:28Speaker 5: Biden administration is quietly loosening immigration policies before Trump takes
- 23:33Speaker 5: offense this according to The New York Post, It reports,
- 23:37Speaker 5: the administration is testing a new app that will allow
- 23:41Speaker 5: illegal migrants to bypass in person check ins at their
- 23:45Speaker 5: local ice office.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Jeff Paul is Live with More.
- 23:49Speaker 5: It sounds like they're just giving Donald Trump one more.
- 23:52Speaker 1: Thing to undo. Well, joh we do know.
- 23:55Speaker 6: The Biden administration has been testing this new immigration and
- 23:58Speaker 6: customs app and the idea is to streamline the check
- 24:01Speaker 6: in process for migrants, allow them to use their phones
- 24:05Speaker 6: or computers to touch base with immigration officials while they
- 24:08Speaker 6: wait for their date in court, instead of appearing for
- 24:10Speaker 6: those check ins in person. A source tells Fox News
- 24:14Speaker 6: ICE has been using the app already in a couple
- 24:16Speaker 6: of cities, but according to The New York Post, it's
- 24:19Speaker 6: going to be launched officially next month in New York City.
- 24:22Speaker 6: The field office there reportedly has been overwhelmed, fully booked
- 24:26Speaker 6: with appointments for a year. Our sources tell us that's
- 24:29Speaker 6: really the push to get this backlogged moved through.
- 24:32Speaker 1: The concerns regarding this app.
- 24:33Speaker 6: Obviously, it's a new app, so there's going to be
- 24:36Speaker 6: some glitches. The other wider concern is could it cause
- 24:39Speaker 6: even more migrants to go under the radar?
- 24:42Speaker 1: Want to see what happens, John.
- 24:43Speaker 5: All right, Jeff Paul forres Thanks Jeff.
- 24:46Speaker 2: So not only the saying, hey, we're going to be
- 24:50Speaker 2: a thorn in your side and we're going to come
- 24:52Speaker 2: after anybody we can in the Trump administration on the
- 24:56Speaker 2: state level, mayors and governors and ag he's working together
- 25:01Speaker 2: hand in hand to see how they can undermine Donald
- 25:02Speaker 2: Trump's agenda. But they're also now saying we're going to
- 25:06Speaker 2: do everything we can to break laws when and where
- 25:08Speaker 2: we can.
- 25:09Speaker 1: So if that means we're a sanctuary city, we're going
- 25:11Speaker 1: to do it.
- 25:11Speaker 2: We don't care. I played for a minute ago the
- 25:14Speaker 2: Denver mayor, same thing there. We're going to do whatever
- 25:16Speaker 2: the hell we want to do, wherever we want to
- 25:19Speaker 2: do it, whenever we want to do it, and this
- 25:21Speaker 2: is going to be a part of our agenda.
- 25:23Speaker 1: There is also.
- 25:26Speaker 2: News about how Republicans are going to fight back the
- 25:30Speaker 2: incoming borders are. Tom Homan is set to visit the
- 25:35Speaker 2: border in Eagle Pass, Texas, meeting with Governor Abbott and
- 25:38Speaker 2: border patrol. This coming from Fox about his plans and
- 25:44Speaker 2: how he is looking to deal with the border issues
- 25:47Speaker 2: right away when he comes into office.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Well fired up.
- 25:51Speaker 7: That's how the National Ice Officers Association says it feels
- 25:54Speaker 7: about President elect Trump's incoming borders are Tom Holman. Homan
- 25:58Speaker 7: is heading to Texas tomorrow to meet with Governor Greg Abbott.
- 26:02Speaker 7: The state's Department of Public Safety releasing this stunning video
- 26:05Speaker 7: of a two year old little girl from El Salvador
- 26:08Speaker 7: arriving in the US holding a piece of paper with
- 26:11Speaker 7: a phone number and a name on it.
- 26:13Speaker 8: Look Venezula, Mama Peninsula, See to Mama, to Papa no Peninezuela.
- 26:31Speaker 9: On this time.
- 26:36Speaker 7: Former Acting ICE Director Ron Vitello is here. First to
- 26:39Speaker 7: the National correspondent Bill Malusian at the border in Eagle Pass, Texas.
- 26:43Speaker 10: Bill, Good afternoon, Trace.
- 26:45Speaker 11: Good afternoon to you.
- 26:46Speaker 10: I can tell you.
- 26:46Speaker 12: Texas Governor greg Aabott has said he's very excited to
- 26:49Speaker 12: have Tom Homan leading President Trump's future border security efforts.
- 26:53Speaker 12: He feels home In is going to be a partner
- 26:55Speaker 12: in the White House, not an adversary like we saw
- 26:58Speaker 12: with the Biden administration, which basically sued Texas and Abbott
- 27:01Speaker 12: at every single time they tried.
- 27:03Speaker 1: To secure their own border.
- 27:04Speaker 12: And they need the help down here because it's been
- 27:06Speaker 12: busy in Ingle Pass. Take a look at this. This
- 27:08Speaker 12: is video Texas DPS shot yesterday a group of two
- 27:10Speaker 12: hundred illegal immigrants that crossed over here, and you were
- 27:13Speaker 12: just showing this mixed in with that group where sixty
- 27:15Speaker 12: unaccompanied migrant children. We're talking little kids, no parents or
- 27:19Speaker 12: guardians with them, traveling completely alone, arriving here at the
- 27:22Speaker 12: border intending to go to different parts of the country
- 27:25Speaker 12: to reunite with families. Some of them had little papers
- 27:28Speaker 12: or phone numbers they were holding to try to help
- 27:30Speaker 12: border agents get them to where they want to go.
- 27:32Speaker 12: But take take a listen to some of these kids
- 27:34Speaker 12: when these Texas troopers were talking to them.
- 27:37Speaker 8: My life to Susans, you for an approaching.
- 28:00Speaker 2: Yes, let me just read to you what was said
- 28:04Speaker 2: there if you don't know Spanish. And I think this
- 28:07Speaker 2: is again a really major flashpoint that we all need
- 28:12Speaker 2: to be understand, like, this is incredible that we are
- 28:17Speaker 2: having this conversation the way that we are. You have
- 28:20Speaker 2: The first lady says, my name is Paolo, I'm from
- 28:23Speaker 2: Ecuador and I'm here going to California. The next one says,
- 28:30Speaker 2: my name is Ashley. I'm from Honduras and I'm going
- 28:33Speaker 2: to Houston. I'm eleven years old. The next one's a
- 28:37Speaker 2: little girl, and that little girl they ask, how do
- 28:40Speaker 2: you to the mom and then look at the little girl,
- 28:42Speaker 2: how do you I'm four years old? On this dangerous track.
- 28:47Speaker 2: This is what they're doing day in and day out.
- 28:50Speaker 2: This is what they're doing.
- 28:51Speaker 12: Now.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Now listen to the end of this report and this
- 28:54Speaker 2: is what democrats are defending.
- 28:56Speaker 12: And then take a look at this. This was last
- 28:58Speaker 12: week here in Ingle Pass, as well as a group
- 29:00Speaker 12: of men from Afghanistan that Texas DPS arrested after they
- 29:03Speaker 12: crossed illegally. They're considered special interest aliens obviously due to
- 29:08Speaker 12: national security concerns. They are supposed to receive additional DHS vetting.
- 29:12Speaker 12: And then look at this video Texas DPS provided us.
- 29:15Speaker 12: They're running what they call mass migration drills up and
- 29:18Speaker 12: down the border from here an Eagle Pass down to Brownsville.
- 29:21Speaker 12: They're basically trying to show deterrence to any caravans or
- 29:25Speaker 12: migrant Russias that want to try to come across. Before
- 29:27Speaker 12: President excuse me, President Trump takes office and Governor Rabbit
- 29:31Speaker 12: says he's really looking forward to working with Tom Holman
- 29:34Speaker 12: once he takes office.
- 29:34Speaker 10: Take a listen, there's a tall task ahead for President
- 29:38Speaker 10: Trump to find to locate these people and then to
- 29:42Speaker 10: deport them or to jail them. But listen, we've got
- 29:44Speaker 10: the right guy in charge of it, and that as
- 29:46Speaker 10: Tom Holman. He's going to be the borders are he's working.
- 29:50Speaker 10: I've already begun to work with him.
- 29:53Speaker 1: I've already begun to work with him.
- 29:55Speaker 2: Now this is where democrats say, Okay, it's game on,
- 30:01Speaker 2: it's came on. We're going to undermine. We're going to
- 30:06Speaker 2: do whatever we have to do to attack, to fight,
- 30:13Speaker 2: and to stop this from happening. I'll give you another example.
- 30:16Speaker 2: Let's just go to sixty minutes on Sunday night. Sixty
- 30:19Speaker 2: minutes on Sunday nights was losing their ever loving minds
- 30:23Speaker 2: because instead of considering DEI, which is this radical extreme
- 30:28Speaker 2: idea right, diversity, equity and inclusion the new University of
- 30:33Speaker 2: Austin because they're a public university, because the changes that
- 30:36Speaker 2: are being made in Texas are now emphasizing what is
- 30:39Speaker 2: actually being called MEI merit excellence in intelligence. So in
- 30:45Speaker 2: other words, you don't get in because of diversity equity inclusion,
- 30:50Speaker 2: you get into college because of merit excellence and intelligence.
- 30:55Speaker 1: What a novel idea.
- 30:57Speaker 2: Sixty minutes can't believe that this is the new way
- 31:00Speaker 2: things are going to go down in Austin.
- 31:01Speaker 1: And here's what they said on sixty minutes.
- 31:04Speaker 13: As for admissions, UATX swaps DEI diversity equity and inclusion
- 31:09Speaker 13: for what some call NEI merit excellence and intelligence, gender, race, ethnicity,
- 31:16Speaker 13: What is the factor of that in your admission decisions.
- 31:19Speaker 9: We don't take any of that into consideration and admissions.
- 31:22Speaker 9: The primary thing that we're interested in as the mind,
- 31:26Speaker 9: meaning what kind of capacity to think deeply, to answer questions,
- 31:32Speaker 9: to challenge norms.
- 31:35Speaker 11: I got to tell you we did not see a
- 31:37Speaker 11: particularly diverse student body.
- 31:40Speaker 14: We are putting resources into finding talent of an intellectual variety.
- 31:46Speaker 14: And if you're interested in diversity, I recommend you look
- 31:49Speaker 14: at the social backgrounds of our students, at the family
- 31:53Speaker 14: circumstances of our students.
- 31:55Speaker 13: High profile UATX donors include Trump backing billionaire Bill Ackman,
- 31:59Speaker 13: a Harvard grad who vocally criticized his school after October seventh,
- 32:04Speaker 13: and Harlan Crowe, close friend of conservative Supreme Court Justice
- 32:08Speaker 13: Clarence Thomas. Critics attack you ATX is a right wing
- 32:12Speaker 13: university simply wearing the cloak of free speech.
- 32:16Speaker 2: So if you want free speech, you want merit, excellence
- 32:20Speaker 2: and intelligence. They say, well, this is just pure evil.
- 32:25Speaker 2: They call it Trump University at Austin. Billionaire backs a
- 32:28Speaker 2: new anti woke university. They're not so hidden purpose of
- 32:32Speaker 2: the University of Austin dun Dunda in reality where they
- 32:35Speaker 2: saying we're just going to do things the right way.
- 32:38Speaker 2: We're not going to push radical ideology. We're going to
- 32:40Speaker 2: have the best students to come in and the best
- 32:42Speaker 2: students to do great things.
- 32:44Speaker 1: That's what we're going to do. That's all we're going
- 32:47Speaker 1: to do. That's it. What an amazing idea.
- 32:51Speaker 4: All right.
- 32:52Speaker 2: I want to get back to something I mentioned earlier
- 32:54Speaker 2: in the show, and that was about the Special Counselor
- 32:57Speaker 2: Jack Smith had just filed this motion to dismiss the
- 33:00Speaker 2: federal criminal case against President elect Trump. I want you
- 33:04Speaker 2: to hear the media's reaction to this, because now they're
- 33:07Speaker 2: like having a report on the news that I was
- 33:09Speaker 2: talking about. It was breaking as I'm recording this, and
- 33:12Speaker 2: just listen to NBC News.
- 33:14Speaker 1: They broke in. Okay, they broke in.
- 33:18Speaker 2: To their regularly scheduled programming on NBC to announce this,
- 33:24Speaker 2: like they and if you want to know how corrupt
- 33:27Speaker 2: the media is, they won't break in for anything that
- 33:30Speaker 2: Trump does.
- 33:30Speaker 1: It's big.
- 33:31Speaker 2: They won't break in for Donald Trump winning an election basically,
- 33:34Speaker 2: but when you drop them, uh you know this charge
- 33:37Speaker 2: against Trump, Oh wow, we gotta we gotta we gotta
- 33:40Speaker 2: break that big news.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Take a listen. This is an NBC News special report.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Here's Lester Holt. Good day.
- 33:50Speaker 15: We're coming on the early breaking news about President ec
- 33:53Speaker 15: Donald Trump. The Justice Department Special counsel Jack Smith just
- 33:58Speaker 15: filed a motion to dismiss the federal criminal case against
- 34:02Speaker 15: the President elect over his efforts to overturn the twenty
- 34:05Speaker 15: twenty election results. The news comes after NBC News learn
- 34:10Speaker 15: the Justice Department had been planning to wind down it's
- 34:13Speaker 15: federal cases against mister Trump. It also comes as NBC
- 34:17Speaker 15: News learn that Smith and his team plan to resign
- 34:20Speaker 15: before mister Trump returns to the White House.
- 34:24Speaker 1: I love this.
- 34:25Speaker 2: They break in and they're like almost like they're just
- 34:29Speaker 2: it's like a it's for them a funeral.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Like everybody on NBC News.
- 34:34Speaker 2: You guys are going to be depressed too, because we
- 34:36Speaker 2: thought we were going to lock up Donald Trump. But
- 34:39Speaker 2: we're also breaking to let you know that we still
- 34:40Speaker 2: think he's the worst person in the world. Like like
- 34:43Speaker 2: there's a dual purpose for this. It's like they're trying
- 34:47Speaker 2: to imply there's some sort of like abuse of power
- 34:49Speaker 2: here from President Trump. Wow, he's going to fire all them,
- 34:51Speaker 2: so they're having to run for their lives from the DOJ.
- 34:54Speaker 1: They're all going to quit their jobs.
- 34:56Speaker 2: So there now he since they're going to quit, the
- 34:57Speaker 2: Special Counsel has got to file these motion to dismiss
- 35:00Speaker 2: the federal criminal cases against the president elect because he's
- 35:04Speaker 2: going to fire them all.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Like you notice the narrative they're writing here.
- 35:08Speaker 2: This is the narrative that they are writing, and they're
- 35:11Speaker 2: doing it very much on purpose. Now, if you want
- 35:14Speaker 2: to know how it should actually be covered, this is
- 35:17Speaker 2: how Fox News did it.
- 35:19Speaker 1: Completely different. Listen, I'm sorry, where are we going?
- 35:25Speaker 16: Donal'll jump in here. We've got some breaking news out
- 35:28Speaker 16: of DCED. David Spott reporting right now. Special Counsel Jack
- 35:32Speaker 16: Smith is seeking to dismiss dismiss the Trump election interference
- 35:37Speaker 16: case in Washington, DC. We should note that this was expected.
- 35:42Speaker 16: We've been reporting for a few weeks now that this
- 35:45Speaker 16: would happen since the dog cannot prosecute a sitting president. Today,
- 35:50Speaker 16: this news brings us one step closer to this case.
- 35:53Speaker 1: Formally being dropped.
- 35:54Speaker 16: The judge is going to need approval for this before
- 35:58Speaker 16: anything is officially dismissed, as with reporting, and that could
- 36:01Speaker 16: come as soon as today. I believe David's funt is up.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Now he's got this news for us. David Well, Hey, Sandra.
- 36:07Speaker 11: After almost two years of this, Jack Smith saga, things
- 36:11Speaker 11: seemed to be ending for him. We just need the
- 36:14Speaker 11: judge to sign off on it. After thousands of pages
- 36:17Speaker 11: and hundreds of hours of interviews, it comes down to
- 36:20Speaker 11: just six pages. Jack Smith the Special Council asking Judge
- 36:24Speaker 11: Tanya Chutkin to dismiss this superseding indictment. This is the
- 36:28Speaker 11: election interference case in Washington, d C. Where Donald Trump
- 36:32Speaker 11: was charged with trying to overturn the results of the
- 36:36Speaker 11: twenty twenty presidential election. Ultimately, Smith says that DOJ does
- 36:41Speaker 11: not prosecute sitting president. This never went to trial. It
- 36:44Speaker 11: was supposed to go to trial earlier this year. That
- 36:47Speaker 11: never happened. So he's asking to dismiss this case. Separately,
- 36:51Speaker 11: we're waiting to see if and how he's asking to
- 36:54Speaker 11: move forward in the document's case in Florida. Now, you
- 36:58Speaker 11: may say that case was dis miss this summer, and
- 37:00Speaker 11: that's true. It was dismissed this summer. However, Jack Smith
- 37:04Speaker 11: at the time he didn't know Donald Trump was going
- 37:06Speaker 11: to win, and he filed an appeal with the Eleventh
- 37:09Speaker 11: Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta. We're told that he's
- 37:12Speaker 11: also going to be filing something soon winding down that
- 37:16Speaker 11: case as well. So as of now, these cases are
- 37:19Speaker 11: not officially dropped yet, but Smith is asking Judge Chutkin,
- 37:24Speaker 11: who's expected to move along with it and say, Okay,
- 37:28Speaker 11: we're going to drop this case because we cannot prosecute
- 37:32Speaker 11: a sitting president separately. If I may add, President elect
- 37:36Speaker 11: Trump said that he would fire Jack Smith within quote
- 37:39Speaker 11: two seconds of taking office. It doesn't appear that the
- 37:43Speaker 11: President of the elect will even have the opportunity to
- 37:45Speaker 11: do that because we've been reporting for several weeks now
- 37:48Speaker 11: that Jack Smith will be gone. At that point on
- 37:51Speaker 11: January twentieth, at noon, he will have stepped down. So
- 37:54Speaker 11: at some point over the next several weeks he's going
- 37:57Speaker 11: to step down. They're going to close up the Special
- 37:58Speaker 11: Council office, and this case will not go to trials.
- 38:01Speaker 11: So while it was expected, it's certainly a big deal
- 38:05Speaker 11: to see that Special Counsel Jack Smith, has been a
- 38:07Speaker 11: thorn in the side of Donald Trump for over two years,
- 38:11Speaker 11: is officially asking a judge to drop his case.
- 38:15Speaker 16: David's fun on that breaking news for us. Just reading
- 38:18Speaker 16: through the government's motion to dismiss this. It reads, quote
- 38:22Speaker 16: in part quote, the government has conferred with the Defense Council,
- 38:25Speaker 16: who does not object to this motion.
- 38:27Speaker 2: Big news, John, Like, that's how you actually would report
- 38:31Speaker 2: on the story.
- 38:32Speaker 1: But no, no, no, no, no, NBC News.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Well, special counsel Jack Smith forced to file emotion to
- 38:39Speaker 2: dismiss the federal criminal case against President elect Trump because
- 38:42Speaker 2: he's going to fire him all now I have to
- 38:43Speaker 2: quit resign, like seriously, Like that's how you're going to
- 38:47Speaker 2: play this. The legacy media is melting down because they
- 38:52Speaker 2: still don't understand Trump. Like the popularity, by the way
- 38:56Speaker 2: of Donald Trump is actually growing right now despite the
- 39:00Speaker 2: media doing what they do. In the meltdown from the
- 39:03Speaker 2: legacy media, the American people's support president like Donald Trump's
- 39:07Speaker 2: handling of the transition and also by the way his
- 39:10Speaker 2: cabinet picks.
- 39:12Speaker 1: How do we know this? Listen to this report.
- 39:14Speaker 17: Our latest CBS News poll shows that fifty nine percent
- 39:18Speaker 17: of Americans approve of how President elect Donald Trump is
- 39:22Speaker 17: handling the presidential transition. Trump has kept up a steady
- 39:26Speaker 17: drum beat of staffing announcements from his Marlogo resort in
- 39:29Speaker 17: Palm Beach, Florida, And that is where we find our
- 39:32Speaker 17: Nicole Killion this morning with the latest.
- 39:35Speaker 18: After Saturday lunch with one of the senators who will
- 39:38Speaker 18: vote on his cabinet picks. President elect Donald Trump announced
- 39:42Speaker 18: former domestic policy advisor Brooke Rowlins for Agriculture Secretary. One
- 39:46Speaker 18: of his most highly anticipated selections was Scott Bessant for Treasury.
- 39:51Speaker 18: If confirmed, the sixty two year old investor would be
- 39:54Speaker 18: the first openly gayed secretary to lead it and responsible
- 39:58Speaker 18: for quarterbacking mister Trump's post policies on taxes and tariffs.
- 40:02Speaker 17: Well, most beautiful word in the dictionary is tariff.
- 40:05Speaker 18: A new CBS News poll shows a majority of Americans
- 40:08Speaker 18: support imposing tariffs on imported goods, and more have an
- 40:12Speaker 18: optimistic view of the economy. Since the election, mister Trump
- 40:16Speaker 18: selected a pair of doctors to lead health agencies. Former
- 40:19Speaker 18: Congressman David Weldon has promoted debunked anti vaccine views and
- 40:24Speaker 18: is being tapped to lead the Centers for Disease Control,
- 40:27Speaker 18: Food and Drug Administration. Pick Martin McCarey critique vaccine mandates
- 40:32Speaker 18: during the COVID pandemic and Project twenty twenty five architect
- 40:36Speaker 18: Russ Vote blends to reprise his role as White House
- 40:38Speaker 18: Budget Director. Our polling also finds many of the president
- 40:43Speaker 18: elects well known designatees have more support than opposition, including
- 40:47Speaker 18: Robert F. Kennedy Junior, Tulsey Gabbard, and Pete Hegseth.
- 40:53Speaker 1: I love these numbers.
- 40:56Speaker 2: They just make me laugh CBS polling saying everything we've
- 41:01Speaker 2: been telling you is just wrong. President Trump's handling of
- 41:05Speaker 2: the presidential transition fifty nine percent approve because they actually
- 41:12Speaker 2: respect the president of the United States of America US
- 41:15Speaker 2: tariffs on imported goods.
- 41:19Speaker 1: What did Donald Trump say?
- 41:21Speaker 2: Well, Trump voters eighty three percent say yes. But the
- 41:25Speaker 2: majority of Americans, this includes Democrats, fifty two percent are
- 41:29Speaker 2: in favor of it. These are the numbers that tell
- 41:32Speaker 2: you the American people are no longer going to be silent.
- 41:35Speaker 2: They're not the silent majority. Look at the RFK Junior choice.
- 41:41Speaker 2: Forty seven percent say good choice. These are real numbers, folks.
- 41:47Speaker 2: This is what people.
- 41:48Speaker 1: I mean.
- 41:49Speaker 2: Thirty four percent say not a good choice. That makes sense, right.
- 41:52Speaker 2: Democrats are angry. They're angry that a former Democrat help
- 41:55Speaker 2: them become president, and he's getting.
- 41:56Speaker 1: A job, right. They hate that.
- 41:59Speaker 2: Never for get how much they hate us, Never forget
- 42:02Speaker 2: how much the Democrats want to destroy this country. Make
- 42:06Speaker 2: sure you share this podcast wherever you can so people
- 42:09Speaker 2: can hear what I just played for you.
- 42:10Speaker 1: And I'll see you back here tomorrow
