- 0:00Speaker 1: The sharks are swimming, and they are circling right now
- 0:05Speaker 1: at the White House. White House spokesman just earlier was
- 0:11Speaker 1: asked about the FBI having another search of another again
- 0:17Speaker 1: covered up search of Joe Biden's homes. Joe Biden and
- 0:22Speaker 1: the White House lied to you. They lied to the
- 0:24Speaker 1: American people. This is probably exactly why the share of
- 0:28Speaker 1: Americans who see Joe Biden as honest and trustworthy has
- 0:32Speaker 1: dropped to a new low this week. As the Justice
- 0:35Speaker 1: Department to classified documents from President Joe Biden's home in Delaware,
- 0:39Speaker 1: adding to the classified materials that were found at his
- 0:42Speaker 1: former office at the Penn Biden Center in November, and
- 0:46Speaker 1: the cover up of another search of documents that happened
- 0:50Speaker 1: November that they never told anybody about, and the discovery
- 0:54Speaker 1: more classified documents in Biden's possession, the americans perception of
- 1:00Speaker 1: President Joe Biden is honest and trustworthy has fallen. This week,
- 1:05Speaker 1: just thirty four percent of Americans described Biden as honest
- 1:09Speaker 1: and trustworthy. Just thirty four percent of Americans. That is
- 1:12Speaker 1: a new loafer his entire presidency. That's an eight point
- 1:15Speaker 1: drop from when the question was last asked in December
- 1:19Speaker 1: of last year. Prior to the public revelations that classified
- 1:22Speaker 1: documents have been found in Biden's possession, he had had
- 1:25Speaker 1: a solid number forty six percent of Americans this week
- 1:30Speaker 1: who say he is not honest and trustworthy, is up
- 1:33Speaker 1: from thirty nine in December. Twenty percent now say they
- 1:36Speaker 1: are unsure what does this mean. This is a huge
- 1:40Speaker 1: change for the Biden administration, and the media seems to
- 1:44Speaker 1: be responding accordingly. This was at the White House White
- 1:49Speaker 1: House Counsel's office, IM Sam's was outside answering questions. They
- 1:53Speaker 1: put him outside for a reason, would be my opinion,
- 1:56Speaker 1: so people would be cold and hurry up and get
- 1:58Speaker 1: it over with. Listen to this exchange change back and
- 2:01Speaker 1: forth as the FBI conducted any searches of any other
- 2:04Speaker 1: locations associated with the president, than you or the White
- 2:07Speaker 1: House is aware. Look, I think we're providing information as
- 2:10Speaker 1: this goes on and answering questions about the search activities
- 2:13Speaker 1: as they've been happening. I don't want to speak too
- 2:15Speaker 1: much to the DOJ's practices and an ongoing investigation. I
- 2:18Speaker 1: can say you know that we have cooperated fully. The
- 2:21Speaker 1: President's personal attorneys have provided information to DOJ. We've addressed
- 2:25Speaker 1: openly and directly the searches that were conducted first at
- 2:29Speaker 1: the president's Wilmington residence and then today at the Rehobath residence.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Who saw in the statement that was released by the
- 2:35Speaker 1: President's personal attorney, for example, that no documents with classified
- 2:39Speaker 1: markings were found in Rehoboath today. And so you know,
- 2:41Speaker 1: we're going to continue to try to provide information as
- 2:44Speaker 1: this investigation goes on and ensure that you guys have
- 2:47Speaker 1: the ability to share with the American people sort of
- 2:49Speaker 1: the information that that is important for them to see
- 2:53Speaker 1: as the President's cooperating with this investigation. And so I
- 2:55Speaker 1: don't so I want to be very careful to respect
- 2:58Speaker 1: the integrity of that investigation, not speak too much to
- 3:00Speaker 1: the Justice Department's decision making and their activities. But I
- 3:04Speaker 1: love it right the White House spokesman, to make this clear,
- 3:08Speaker 1: just refused to say whether or not the FBI has
- 3:11Speaker 1: searched any other locations. It's a simple question. Why is
- 3:15Speaker 1: he not answering that question because he doesn't want to.
- 3:18Speaker 1: NBC also now reporting that FBI agents are searching Biden's
- 3:25Speaker 1: beach home now for classified documents. Take a listen to
- 3:30Speaker 1: that right at NBC News Chief White House correspondent Chris
- 3:35Speaker 1: and welkerre live at the White House with some information
- 3:37Speaker 1: just coming into us about a search at one of
- 3:42Speaker 1: Biden's residences. Riston, what are you got, Mika, That's absolutely right.
- 3:46Speaker 1: According to three sources familiar with this matter, FBI agents
- 3:52Speaker 1: as we speak are searching President Biden's Rahobist Beach home
- 3:57Speaker 1: for classified documents. This, of course after there have been
- 4:01Speaker 1: a discovery of a number of batches of documents at
- 4:04Speaker 1: a think tank here in Washington and also at his
- 4:07Speaker 1: home in Wilmington, Delaware. Now we know that the FBI
- 4:11Speaker 1: searched his home in Wilmington, Delaware a couple of weeks ago,
- 4:14Speaker 1: and searched his think tank here in Washington back in
- 4:17Speaker 1: mid November. That was after that initial discovery was made
- 4:20Speaker 1: of classified documents Biden attorneys. Now it's not clear what
- 4:25Speaker 1: specifically they are searching for how long they will be
- 4:29Speaker 1: on the property. But we are told, and this is
- 4:31Speaker 1: an important point, Mika, that there is no search warrant,
- 4:34Speaker 1: that the White House Council's Office is investigating, and that
- 4:37Speaker 1: this was planned. So this is yet another data point
- 4:41Speaker 1: in this ongoing issue President Biden. Of course, as we know,
- 4:45Speaker 1: we have learned that classified documents were initially found at
- 4:49Speaker 1: a think tank here in Washington. That of course comes
- 4:52Speaker 1: in the White House points to the fact that classified
- 4:55Speaker 1: documents were found in the home of former President Trump
- 4:57Speaker 1: at Marlago. He of course refused to turn them over,
- 5:00Speaker 1: so the White House continues to try to make that distinction,
- 5:02Speaker 1: and of course you're out all of this. We have
- 5:04Speaker 1: learned that former Vice President Mike Pence also had classified
- 5:07Speaker 1: documents in his possession, So this is an ongoing issue.
- 5:11Speaker 1: The National Archives has now asked all past presidents and
- 5:14Speaker 1: vice presidents to search their properties for classified documents. But
- 5:17Speaker 1: this is an ongoing political problem for this White House
- 5:21Speaker 1: because there's been this drip trip trip of information Mika
- 5:24Speaker 1: and Joe. The timing significant. It comes, of course, a
- 5:27Speaker 1: week before the President sets and deliver his State of
- 5:29Speaker 1: the Union address, and sometime after that we expect him
- 5:32Speaker 1: to announce his bit for reelection. I love to spend there. Well,
- 5:36Speaker 1: don't forget Mike Pence has got his own problems, right.
- 5:39Speaker 1: The FBI agents are searching Biden's beach home for classified documents.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Another big OOBS, but just now. Well, there's also there's
- 5:47Speaker 1: no search warrant. They said, the White House Counsel Office
- 5:50Speaker 1: is investigating and they're and they're totally cooperating. So really,
- 5:55Speaker 1: this is not a big deal. However, we will break
- 5:57Speaker 1: in and tell you it's a big deal without telling
- 5:59Speaker 1: you it's a big deal, and then they'll tell you, well,
- 6:02Speaker 1: this comes in. The White House points to the fact
- 6:04Speaker 1: that classified documents were found at the home of former
- 6:07Speaker 1: President at Trumpet Marlago, and of course he returned, he
- 6:11Speaker 1: refused to turn them over. That's their exact words in
- 6:13Speaker 1: this report about another location being rated by the FBI.
- 6:17Speaker 1: But they're saying, oh, it's not really a rate, it's
- 6:19Speaker 1: just kind of a rate. Now, before I get into
- 6:22Speaker 1: more of that, I want to tell you about our
- 6:23Speaker 1: friends over at Patriot Mobile real quick. If you've got

- 7:43Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash Ben. Even CBS Now this morning
- 7:49Speaker 1: is calling out Biden overs classified document scandal. And again
- 7:53Speaker 1: I go back to what I said a moment ago.
- 7:54Speaker 1: It is very clear now that the sharks are circling.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Take a listen. We have new information on the docs
- 8:00Speaker 1: mark classified that we're found in President Biden's home and
- 8:03Speaker 1: his former office. Adrianna Diaz who broke this initial story
- 8:07Speaker 1: about those documents last month, and now we're hearing more
- 8:10Speaker 1: about the FBI's involvement. Adriana. Good to have you at
- 8:12Speaker 1: the table. So what are we learning? So this really
- 8:15Speaker 1: raises questions about transparency, which has been an issue involving
- 8:19Speaker 1: this issue since the beginning. We now know that FBI
- 8:23Speaker 1: agents personnel went into the Penn Biden Center, that's the
- 8:26Speaker 1: think tank where the Vice president, the former vice president
- 8:28Speaker 1: had an office after the Obama Biden administration. We know
- 8:32Speaker 1: they conducted a search. This was previously undisclosed by the
- 8:35Speaker 1: White House and we don't know why. They were very
- 8:38Speaker 1: public when the FBI searched the Wilmington home of his
- 8:41Speaker 1: private residence in Delaware. That happened on January twentieth. The
- 8:45Speaker 1: search we're talking about that we learned about from two sources,
- 8:48Speaker 1: that happened back in November, and now we're just learning
- 8:51Speaker 1: about it right now. And in terms of the timeline,
- 8:54Speaker 1: early on November second was when this all started, this
- 8:57Speaker 1: entire ordeal. Roughly ten documents were found in the Penn
- 9:00Speaker 1: Biden Center. When President Biden's lawyers were packing things up,
- 9:05Speaker 1: they alerted the National Archives. National Archives alerted the Department
- 9:08Speaker 1: of Justice, and we now know that the Department of
- 9:10Speaker 1: Justice took this seriously enough to have the FBI go
- 9:14Speaker 1: in in search. We keep hearing about transparency, but then
- 9:17Speaker 1: you hear stories like this, so it does raise even
- 9:19Speaker 1: more questions. Did the whoa, whoa, whoa? I'm sorry, was
- 9:23Speaker 1: that NBC News basically saying that the White House is
- 9:27Speaker 1: full of crap? I'm pretty sure that wash hold On.
- 9:31Speaker 1: I gotta give credit. I said it wrong, not NBC,
- 9:33Speaker 1: CBS News Gail King calling them out, saying, well, they
- 9:36Speaker 1: keep saying they're transparent, but they're not transparent. That was
- 9:40Speaker 1: Gail King who said and we keep hearing about transparency,
- 9:43Speaker 1: but when you hear stories like this, so it does
- 9:45Speaker 1: raise even more questions. Did the FBI find anything else?
- 9:49Speaker 1: And what does that mean? So what did they say
- 9:52Speaker 1: when it comes to CBS on that take a listen
- 9:55Speaker 1: thing else and what does it mean? That's what we
- 9:57Speaker 1: don't know. We don't know if they found anything else.
- 10:00Speaker 1: They may have found items that were classified or not classified,
- 10:03Speaker 1: because remember any records from a vice president or president
- 10:07Speaker 1: should all be at the National Archives. They should not
- 10:09Speaker 1: be anywhere else, and surely, if they're classified, they should
- 10:12Speaker 1: not be in a non secured, non governmental facility. So
- 10:16Speaker 1: we're still working the story to see what they may
- 10:19Speaker 1: have found there. Wow, there it is folks. CBS calling
- 10:25Speaker 1: out Joe Biden on his classified document scandal after the
- 10:28Speaker 1: FBI searches, saying, we keep hearing about transparency, but we
- 10:32Speaker 1: don't seem to be getting any from this White House.
- 10:36Speaker 1: There's also another problem. It's not just these raids are
- 10:40Speaker 1: that is worrying the White House. It is the fact
- 10:43Speaker 1: that there are more emails that are coming out that
- 10:45Speaker 1: are connecting the dots to the corruption of the Biden
- 10:49Speaker 1: crime family and the White House. Hunter Biden had an
- 10:53Speaker 1: email an al CoA email promising a Russian oigarch infoe
- 11:00Speaker 1: and it's raising fresh concerns about Joe Biden's access to
- 11:05Speaker 1: classify documents. Now, I don't care about Hunter Biden. There's
- 11:09Speaker 1: been some news that's broken over the last several days
- 11:11Speaker 1: about Hunter Biden with all this sexual stuff that he
- 11:14Speaker 1: does and forcing people for bonuses to do things with
- 11:18Speaker 1: him and send him naked pictures. That is not what
- 11:22Speaker 1: I care about, because that is exactly what I expect
- 11:26Speaker 1: from this guy at this point from everything that we know,
- 11:28Speaker 1: that's not surprising. I care about was America compromised and
- 11:34Speaker 1: was America sold out to the highest bidder. That's why
- 11:38Speaker 1: what I'm about to tell you about really does matter.
- 11:40Speaker 1: The Hunter Biden email that was sent to an American
- 11:44Speaker 1: aluminum company and promised information on Russian oligarchs is now
- 11:50Speaker 1: raising fresh concerns about the first son's access to classified documents.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Now this is after another email also raidsis raised suspicions
- 12:01Speaker 1: about him having access to classified documents. This has recently
- 12:05Speaker 1: been discovered in his father's Wilmington, Delaware home, as lawmakers
- 12:10Speaker 1: prepared to investigate allegations of influence peddling. These documents dating
- 12:15Speaker 1: back to twenty eleven on his notorious laptop from Hell
- 12:20Speaker 1: showed hundred offered to sell intelligence on Russian oligarchs to
- 12:26Speaker 1: the US aluminum firm al CoA Inc. For fifty five
- 12:29Speaker 1: thousand dollars. This, according to the Post exclusive October twenty
- 12:35Speaker 1: one report. All Right, as his father served as former
- 12:41Speaker 1: President Barack Obama's second in command, I mean the vice presidency,
- 12:45Speaker 1: Hunter Biden offered eight to provide a quote statistical analysis
- 12:50Speaker 1: of political and corporate risks. Elite networks is so associated
- 12:56Speaker 1: with the Russian CEO of Basic Element Company and United
- 13:02Speaker 1: Company Rousseaul, which had just signed a metal supply agreement
- 13:06Speaker 1: with Alcoa. Hunter Biden also offered the company a list
- 13:10Speaker 1: of quote elites of similar rank in Russia, map of
- 13:14Speaker 1: the network of these individuals based on frequency of interaction
- 13:19Speaker 1: with selected elites and also countries. The deeply detailed proposal
- 13:25Speaker 1: came under sharp scrutiny given recent revelations that Hunter Biden
- 13:31Speaker 1: had access to the Delaware lakefront home where secret papers
- 13:35Speaker 1: from his father's time as vice president were discovered in
- 13:39Speaker 1: a garage. Not only are they discovered in the garage,
- 13:43Speaker 1: they were discovering the basement and the library combined. All
- 13:48Speaker 1: of these documents made up a hell of a lot
- 13:50Speaker 1: of documents. Representative Jim Banks, a Republican from Indiana, the
- 13:57Speaker 1: high profile former Chamber of the Conservative Republicans Study Committee,
- 14:00Speaker 1: told The Post that Alcohist solicitation fits within a broader
- 14:05Speaker 1: picture and what does he mean by that? He said, quote,
- 14:08Speaker 1: the Biden family is the most corrupt family in the
- 14:11Speaker 1: history of American politics. The biggest question facing Republican investigators
- 14:16Speaker 1: is where to begin. Banks is not alone. Others such
- 14:20Speaker 1: as Senator Ron Johnson, Republican from Wisconsin, have now raised
- 14:24Speaker 1: new concerns new suspicions at Hunter Biden, who had previously
- 14:29Speaker 1: listed the six thousand, eight hundred fifty Scriffoot mansion as
- 14:32Speaker 1: his home his dad's home, saying it was his, may
- 14:35Speaker 1: have used the classified documents in the business dealings. Johnson
- 14:42Speaker 1: said on April the twelve, two fourteen that Hunter Biden
- 14:45Speaker 1: email to his business partner about Ukraine. We talked about
- 14:49Speaker 1: this on the show yesterday from two thousand and fourteen
- 14:54Speaker 1: looked quote suspiciously like it could have come from the
- 14:57Speaker 1: classified information. It reads like one of those scene setters
- 15:03Speaker 1: highly detailed information in terms of Ukraine. Johnson said. The
- 15:09Speaker 1: email from Hunter Biden to Devin Archer included a twenty
- 15:13Speaker 1: two point memo he described his thoughts after doing some research,
- 15:18Speaker 1: including predictions that Petro Pashenko would be elected Ukraine's present
- 15:26Speaker 1: and some sort of decentralization will likely occur in the East.
- 15:32Speaker 1: If it doesn't, the Russians will continue to escalate their
- 15:38Speaker 1: destabilization campaign, which could lead to a full scale takeover
- 15:43Speaker 1: of the Eastern region. Most critically, don't ask Hunter, Biden wrote. Now,
- 15:50Speaker 1: he goes on to write, the strategic value is to
- 15:53Speaker 1: create a land bridge for RU. That's the diplomatic word
- 15:58Speaker 1: for Russia to Amia that the State Department uses referring
- 16:02Speaker 1: to RU. In hearings to start next week, the House
- 16:07Speaker 1: Oversight Committee says they will investigate these allegations that equate
- 16:13Speaker 1: to influence peddling. It's clear that the Biden family was
- 16:17Speaker 1: cashing in on the ties of the then Vice President
- 16:21Speaker 1: Joe Biden to rake in millions from foreign companies. That's
- 16:26Speaker 1: what the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer
- 16:30Speaker 1: said at the National Press Club on Monday. He also
- 16:34Speaker 1: had this to say about all this dealing with the
- 16:37Speaker 1: now President of the United States of America. Is it
- 16:40Speaker 1: normal for vps to take the notebooks with them when
- 16:42Speaker 1: they leave office. Now, Nothing that Joe Biden's done with
- 16:47Speaker 1: respect to mishandling these classified documents is normal. Take into
- 16:51Speaker 1: consideration that he's also being investigated for influence peddling with
- 16:56Speaker 1: our adversaries around the world, and it's even more concerning. Look,
- 17:00Speaker 1: more information comes out every day where his son especially
- 17:04Speaker 1: as well as his two brothers, have had shady business
- 17:08Speaker 1: dealings with our adversaries around the world, and part of
- 17:11Speaker 1: what they would do when they would make a pitch
- 17:14Speaker 1: to these shady characters in these foreign countries is proved
- 17:19Speaker 1: to them that they actually had direct access to their
- 17:22Speaker 1: brother and that they had direct access to people at
- 17:25Speaker 1: the highest levels of our federal government. So well, when
- 17:28Speaker 1: we learned that Joe Biden had classified documents strode all
- 17:31Speaker 1: over the place, and that Hunter Biden especially lived in
- 17:35Speaker 1: his house where he had those classified documents, we became
- 17:38Speaker 1: extra concern and that's why this investigation is of the
- 17:42Speaker 1: utmost importance for the United States Congress as well as
- 17:46Speaker 1: the American people. So you take a step back and
- 17:49Speaker 1: you look at what James Comer is saying here, and
- 17:51Speaker 1: you look at what the Democrats are saying, and you
- 17:53Speaker 1: look at the fact that there's clear suspicions that the
- 17:56Speaker 1: first son, Hunter Biden, had detailed insider information from his dad.
- 18:01Speaker 1: At best, there's a very good chance it could have
- 18:05Speaker 1: been classified information so that they could get these foreign
- 18:09Speaker 1: business dealings and these transactions and the money flowing into
- 18:13Speaker 1: their bank accounts. We also know how important it is
- 18:16Speaker 1: now to get these stars right, these suspicious activity reports
- 18:19Speaker 1: that the banks basically flag the government when they believe
- 18:22Speaker 1: that there are suspicious transactions coming from bank accounts in
- 18:27Speaker 1: places that they know this doesn't seem right. There's a
- 18:32Speaker 1: hundred plus of those that relate to the Biden crime
- 18:35Speaker 1: family being really nice to look at, that, wouldn't it.
- 18:39Speaker 1: We all have evidence that will continue to be transparent
- 18:44Speaker 1: with as we start our hearings next week, where the
- 18:46Speaker 1: family is taking in millions and millions of dollars from
- 18:49Speaker 1: our adversaries, and I think we need to determine what
- 18:53Speaker 1: that money was for and who supplied that money, is
- 18:56Speaker 1: what James Comer went on to say. Now they say
- 19:00Speaker 1: this is not going to be a quick investigation. What
- 19:03Speaker 1: they do say is that Twitter. The committee will hear
- 19:06Speaker 1: next week from former Twitter executives on the social media
- 19:10Speaker 1: company's twenty twenty decision to block the New York Posts
- 19:14Speaker 1: explosive story first exposing Hunter Biden's laptop and temporarily suspended
- 19:19Speaker 1: its Twitter account. Quote why did the FBI? According to
- 19:24Speaker 1: Elon Musk and the Twitter files, the FBI was applying
- 19:27Speaker 1: to them that the laptop was Russian disinformation. The Committee,
- 19:30Speaker 1: German said, and it's not We know that now, we
- 19:33Speaker 1: know that that is something that that was just a
- 19:35Speaker 1: flat outlie. Well, this is concerning because the FBI had
- 19:40Speaker 1: the laptop. What were they doing? Comer said the committee
- 19:43Speaker 1: must first start with the issue to dispel a lot
- 19:45Speaker 1: of the misconceptions about the laptop. He said, The New
- 19:50Speaker 1: York Post is the fourth biggest newspaper in America, their
- 19:53Speaker 1: credible news organization. They've done extensive reporting on the hard drive.
- 19:58Speaker 1: So we're going to start with a hard drive because
- 20:00Speaker 1: there's a lot of evidence on the hard drive that
- 20:03Speaker 1: would suggest that Joe Biden knew very well what his
- 20:06Speaker 1: family was involved in. There's emails from some of these
- 20:11Speaker 1: people texting and emailing Hunter Biden saying thanks for setting
- 20:14Speaker 1: up the meeting with your dad. This is why we're investigating.
- 20:17Speaker 1: We want to make sure that our national security is
- 20:20Speaker 1: not compromised. What we do know is that Hunter Biden's
- 20:25Speaker 1: foreign business dealings are particularly suspicious given the secrecy behind
- 20:29Speaker 1: the services he was providing to foreign agencies despite having
- 20:33Speaker 1: little to no experience in consulting. He said, we'd like
- 20:37Speaker 1: to know what he was consulting on. What was the consulting.
- 20:42Speaker 1: He said, he'd like to know if China or any
- 20:43Speaker 1: other pay you millions of dollars, they expect to get
- 20:46Speaker 1: something and return that investment. Right, if they would explain that,
- 20:51Speaker 1: then think that they think that a lot of these
- 20:53Speaker 1: problems would probably subside a little bit. But all they
- 20:56Speaker 1: do is just like roll their eyes and say, oh,
- 20:59Speaker 1: it's ridiculous the Republicans are asking these types of questions.
- 21:04Speaker 1: I want to get back into this other issue we've
- 21:06Speaker 1: been talking about, and that's about the White House. If
- 21:09Speaker 1: the White House would have been smart about everything we've
- 21:12Speaker 1: talked about today, they would have come out because the media,
- 21:17Speaker 1: I think would have helped them, and they would have said, hey,
- 21:21Speaker 1: these documents, we found a bunch of them at these
- 21:25Speaker 1: different places, and you know, are bad that this happened, right,
- 21:30Speaker 1: That's what they should have done. They completely mishandled this.
- 21:35Speaker 1: The fact the FBI is now searching his beach house
- 21:38Speaker 1: for classified documents as we speak tells you everything you
- 21:41Speaker 1: need to know. The fact that we know that this
- 21:44Speaker 1: is happening in connection with the Justice Department's probe and
- 21:46Speaker 1: the special prosecutor in the handling of classified documents and
- 21:50Speaker 1: Biden's personal attorneys are saying, yes, this is happening. I
- 21:54Speaker 1: mean this search, by the way, is the third separate
- 21:57Speaker 1: search to take place since November the second, when Biden's
- 22:04Speaker 1: attorneys say they first discovered the documents Mark classified from
- 22:11Speaker 1: Biden's time as a vice president. All right, let me
- 22:14Speaker 1: just take a quick pause here, and I do want
- 22:16Speaker 1: to tell you about our friends at August of Precious Medals.
- 22:19Speaker 1: If you've been saving for a long time for retirement,
- 22:22Speaker 1: you know that you need to protect your money and
- 22:26Speaker 1: one way to do that is with a gold Ira.
- 22:28Speaker 1: I'm excited about telling you about a company that I
- 22:30Speaker 1: actually use. I have actually worked with a Gust of
- 22:34Speaker 1: Precious Medals. They are different because they will even tell
- 22:37Speaker 1: you if a gold Ira isn't your answer, they give
- 22:41Speaker 1: you just the facts. Now, a Gust of Precious Medal
- 22:44Speaker 1: is all about protecting your ira and your four oh
- 22:47Speaker 1: one k. They're great people a great conservative company. They're
- 22:53Speaker 1: great people at a great conservative company. They understand right
- 22:57Speaker 1: now that it's crazy with our economy, and it's extremely important,
- 23:01Speaker 1: especially if you're close to retirement, to protect your assets
- 23:05Speaker 1: because there's no time to make up losses. So if
- 23:08Speaker 1: you've saved one hundred thousand dollars or more. Then you
- 23:11Speaker 1: should take a look at their free guide and you
- 23:13Speaker 1: should really sign up for something that I've done. It's
- 23:16Speaker 1: a web conference where you talk to a top individual
- 23:20Speaker 1: about gold iras and you're four oh one k. Check
- 23:24Speaker 1: them out and get the peace of mind that you're
- 23:26Speaker 1: protecting your hard earned assets when you get really close
- 23:29Speaker 1: to retirement. Eight seven seven four the number four gold
- 23:34Speaker 1: IRA eight seven seven four gold IRA. Or visit them
- 23:39Speaker 1: online at Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Say I sent you,
- 23:43Speaker 1: and they will pay your fees for up to ten years.
- 23:46Speaker 1: That's Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Eight seven seven four
- 23:49Speaker 1: gold IRA. The search quote was conducted without the use
- 23:54Speaker 1: of a warrant and in coordination with the Biden attorneys.
- 23:56Speaker 1: They claim, so they want you to give them extra
- 23:58Speaker 1: credit for that. How do we find out about all this?
- 24:02Speaker 1: It broke online on Twitter, of all places breaking. Two
- 24:07Speaker 1: sources familiar with the event tells CBS News FBI personnel
- 24:10Speaker 1: or at the President's home at the Beach. One source
- 24:14Speaker 1: familiar with the events tells CBS News the search is
- 24:17Speaker 1: in relation to the classified document investigation. A third source
- 24:21Speaker 1: familiar with the investigation tells CBS News the search was
- 24:24Speaker 1: planned with Biden's attorneys and consensual. Well I love how
- 24:28Speaker 1: they use the word consensual. No warrant was sought for
- 24:31Speaker 1: the search. Shortly after the outlet broke the news on
- 24:35Speaker 1: the FBI activity, Biden's attorney confirmed in a news statement,
- 24:40Speaker 1: noting it was planned and that the DOJ's standard procedures
- 24:43Speaker 1: including conducting the search withouting to find the public in advance, saying, today,
- 24:47Speaker 1: with the president's false support and cooperation, the DOJ is
- 24:52Speaker 1: conducting a planned search of his home in Delaware under
- 24:57Speaker 1: DJ standard procedures in the interests of operational security and integrity.
- 25:02Speaker 1: It's not to do this without advanced public notice, and
- 25:04Speaker 1: we agreed to cooperate. Okay, So you got all these
- 25:09Speaker 1: searches and they keep saying they're transparent. They haven't been transparent,
- 25:15Speaker 1: they keep lying. White House Press secretary also keeps lying.
- 25:20Speaker 1: It's the woman that says that the search was complete,
- 25:23Speaker 1: over and over again, that we're transparent, We're transparent, We're transparent.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Here she is trying to sell you on that crap again.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Listened blocked the what democrats were trying to do, and
- 25:33Speaker 1: he took action, and I think that shows his commitment.
- 25:36Speaker 1: And I'm documented he and addressed the version of this
- 25:39Speaker 1: at the STICKS a little bit ago. But I'm wondering
- 25:41Speaker 1: how the White House can claimed that they are being
- 25:43Speaker 1: transparent when the FBI search of the Pen Center, Pennit
- 25:47Speaker 1: and Center that happened months ago was not proactively deposed
- 25:50Speaker 1: to the public and wishing the public takeaway for the
- 25:52Speaker 1: fact that you're keeping information like this from the public. Look,
- 25:55Speaker 1: I'm going to be very prudent from here. I'm going
- 25:57Speaker 1: to be very consistent from here. I'm just not going
- 26:00Speaker 1: to comment anything that is related to what is currently happening.
- 26:05Speaker 1: This is a legal process. As you just mentioned, My
- 26:08Speaker 1: colleague was right outside these doors answering many of your questions.
- 26:12Speaker 1: He has done that these past a couple of weeks,
- 26:14Speaker 1: I believe four weeks now, and he'll continue to do that.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Anything that is specific to this particular process, I would
- 26:22Speaker 1: refer you to the Department of Justice and also again
- 26:25Speaker 1: my colleagues at the White House Council's Office transparent. So
- 26:32Speaker 1: there's a bunch of these things that have been happening,
- 26:36Speaker 1: a bunch of raids. You haven't been transparent and then
- 26:39Speaker 1: you want us to believe that you're actually being transparent.
- 26:45Speaker 1: That's that's that's your line here, that you are somehow transparent,
- 26:52Speaker 1: that this is just how things work, and there's no
- 27:01Speaker 1: questions that you really need, you know, to do. There's
- 27:04Speaker 1: nothing you really need to be saying to us that's
- 27:07Speaker 1: going to change our mind. We are telling you everything.
- 27:09Speaker 1: We are transparent. That's what we are. We are transparent,
- 27:16Speaker 1: all right. If you're transparent, then why is the White
- 27:18Speaker 1: House spokesman saying refusing to say whether or not the
- 27:21Speaker 1: FBI has searched any other locations that we don't know about.
- 27:24Speaker 1: There has the FBI conducted any searches of any other
- 27:26Speaker 1: locations associated with the president than you or the White
- 27:29Speaker 1: House is aware of. Look, I think we're providing information
- 27:32Speaker 1: as this goes on and answering questions about the search
- 27:35Speaker 1: activities as they've been happening. I don't want to speak
- 27:38Speaker 1: too much to the DOJ's practices and an ongoing investigation.
- 27:41Speaker 1: I can say you know that we have cooperated fully.
- 27:43Speaker 1: The president's personal attorneys have provided information to DOJ. We've
- 27:47Speaker 1: addressed openly and directly the searches that were conducted first
- 27:52Speaker 1: at the President's Wilmington residence. And then today I'm gonna
- 27:56Speaker 1: just say this because I think it's important you notice
- 28:00Speaker 1: today I'm not talking about Hunter Biden. I've moved on
- 28:05Speaker 1: far from Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden give us lots of details,
- 28:08Speaker 1: lots of documents, right, and that's great. We've got those documents. Now,
- 28:13Speaker 1: that's wonderful. I'm glad we have those documents. But I
- 28:19Speaker 1: want to be clear about this. This is not about
- 28:23Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. This is about the information on his laptop,
- 28:25Speaker 1: which connects so many of these dots. But when the
- 28:28Speaker 1: White House refuses, the White House spokesman refuses to say
- 28:32Speaker 1: whether or not the FBI search any other locations, while
- 28:34Speaker 1: the White House continues to keep claiming, Oh, we're transparent,
- 28:38Speaker 1: We're transparent, We're transparent. No, I'm not buying it. You know,
- 28:45Speaker 1: NBC News and Meet the Press, they can do all
- 28:47Speaker 1: they want to do to attack. And it happened over
- 28:50Speaker 1: the weekend where Chuck Todd classed with Jim Jordan's saying, quote,
- 28:53Speaker 1: shouldn't the FBI investigate parents making death threats to elected
- 28:57Speaker 1: officials and not be looking so much into these other
- 29:00Speaker 1: things They're gonna try to distract you, okay, they're gonna
- 29:05Speaker 1: try to throw different things to make you look the
- 29:12Speaker 1: other way. Ted Cruz, I think put it perfectly. We
- 29:18Speaker 1: talked about this on Verdict with Ted Cruz. I hope
- 29:23Speaker 1: you'll download that podcast. But he said this on Fox Business,
- 29:27Speaker 1: and he was absolutely right when he said it. I
- 29:29Speaker 1: believe the FBI needs to search the residences of Hunter
- 29:33Speaker 1: Biden and any business offices of Hunter Biden to determine
- 29:37Speaker 1: if they're classified materials there. Because if these classified materials,
- 29:41Speaker 1: in particular implicate Barissma Ukraine, Communist China payments going to
- 29:48Speaker 1: Hunter Biden or Joe Biden's brother or the Biden family,
- 29:51Speaker 1: then this shifts from a political problem to a very
- 29:55Speaker 1: serious problem of criminal liability and major crimes. And so
- 30:00Speaker 1: the FBI needs to search the University of Delaware archives,
- 30:03Speaker 1: and they need to search Hunter Biden's home and business address.
- 30:08Speaker 1: He's absolutely right. Make sure you share our podcasts with
- 30:14Speaker 1: everybody all this data obviously, and we keep going. You
- 30:17Speaker 1: can go back and listen to all these other connecting
- 30:20Speaker 1: the dots moments here and I will see you back
- 30:23Speaker 1: here tomorrow
