- 0:02Speaker 1: I'm not going back to het you. This is Salvador
- 0:03Speaker 1: and the illegal alien charged locally with rape and released
- 0:06Speaker 1: by sanctuary jurisdiction.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Relating to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator
- 0:11Speaker 2: Robert F. Kennedy, and Reverend doctor Martin Luther King.
- 0:13Speaker 3: Hut. That's a big one.
- 0:15Speaker 4: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:19Speaker 5: Good morning, It's Ben Ferguson. Nice to have you with us,
- 0:21Speaker 5: and here are the big stories that we're covering today
- 0:24Speaker 5: on the forty seven Morning Update. First up, game on,
- 0:28Speaker 5: Donald Trump goes to war with violent criminal illegal immigrants
- 0:32Speaker 5: and some of them are speaking of the media when
- 0:35Speaker 5: they're getting arrested and Mayo Meyer, are they not happy?
- 0:37Speaker 5: Or have that for you in a moment. Also, Donald
- 0:40Speaker 5: Trump ordered the release of some well extremely well kept
- 0:44Speaker 5: secrets of the US government when it comes to the
- 0:47Speaker 5: assassination of JFK RFK and Martin Luther King. Will have
- 0:52Speaker 5: that for you as well. And finally, Biden's pardons to
- 0:57Speaker 5: all of his family members have now apparently opened up
- 1:00Speaker 5: Pandora's box. That's right, because those family members now may
- 1:04Speaker 5: be forced to come before Congress to testify, and they'll
- 1:08Speaker 5: no longer be able to plead the fifth How is
- 1:10Speaker 5: that possible? I'll explain that to you as well. It's
- 1:13Speaker 5: the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 1:16Speaker 4: Story number one.
- 1:18Speaker 5: Day three of the Trump administration is in the books,
- 1:21Speaker 5: and if there's any takeaway, it's game on, especially when
- 1:24Speaker 5: it comes to illegal immigrants. What is the president done well?
- 1:27Speaker 5: He announced a new deployment of more than one thousand,
- 1:31Speaker 5: five hundred active duty troops to assist in securing the
- 1:36Speaker 5: US Mexico border. We also found out that he ordered
- 1:39Speaker 5: the Border Patrol to begin immediately deporting anyone caught crossing
- 1:44Speaker 5: into America illegally without a hearing, ending the insane Biden
- 1:49Speaker 5: policy of catch and release that will no longer happen.
- 1:53Speaker 5: And on top of that, Donald Trump or the Defense
- 1:56Speaker 5: Department to commit to using military aircraft to assist customs
- 2:01Speaker 5: and Border Patrol in deportation operations. What we're now finding
- 2:07Speaker 5: out just how many illegal immigrants the Biden Harris administration
- 2:11Speaker 5: could have arrested that were violent criminals and chose not to,
- 2:15Speaker 5: and how easy it is to round them up under
- 2:18Speaker 5: Trump ices. Arrested at least four hundred and sixty illegal
- 2:23Speaker 5: immigrants accused of violent crimes in the last thirty three hours.
- 2:29Speaker 5: One of those that they arrested has now become famous
- 2:32Speaker 5: the face of what we're trying to get rid of
- 2:34Speaker 5: in this country. Immigration and Custom Enforcements arrest a Haitian
- 2:39Speaker 5: migrant with seventeen prior convictions in America that the Democratic
- 2:45Speaker 5: Party was protecting. Another target was a Honduran migrant who
- 2:50Speaker 5: had been previously convicted of forcibly raping a woman at
- 2:54Speaker 5: gunpoint ice. Nationwide raids are happening, deportation are being delivered now.
- 3:02Speaker 5: That man, that Haitian man, and when he was in
- 3:04Speaker 5: the back of the squad car, decided he wanted to
- 3:06Speaker 5: yell at the media. Take a listen to what he
- 3:09Speaker 5: had to say.
- 3:10Speaker 4: I'm not going back to Hayden.
- 3:11Speaker 1: One of those threats is this illegal alien from Haiti.
- 3:15Speaker 1: I says he's a gang member with seventeen criminal convictions
- 3:18Speaker 1: in recent years.
- 3:20Speaker 2: So feel mean, go Biden for aver bro thank Obama
- 3:24Speaker 2: for everything that he picked for me.
- 3:25Speaker 5: Bolt think Biden for everything and Obama they did for
- 3:32Speaker 5: me and f Trump. I'm not going back to Haiti. Now,
- 3:36Speaker 5: that's just one criminal illegal out of the more than
- 3:39Speaker 5: four hundred and sixty that have been picked up already.
- 3:42Speaker 5: And that's not all that was caught on camera. Keep listening.
- 3:46Speaker 1: ICE Boston quickly takes down its next targets, including this
- 3:50Speaker 1: illegal alien from Brazil who has an Interpol red notice
- 3:53Speaker 1: for armed robbery, This Salvadoran illegal alien charged locally with
- 3:58Speaker 1: rape and released by sanctuary jurisdiction come and say, and
- 4:02Speaker 1: this Dominican illegal alien charged with assault with the deadly
- 4:06Speaker 1: weapon and heroin trafficking. Officers also arrested this Guatemalan MS
- 4:11Speaker 1: thirteen gang member facing gun charges. I says he was
- 4:15Speaker 1: released from local custody just the day before their detainer
- 4:18Speaker 1: request was ignored because of sanctuary policies and in a
- 4:22Speaker 1: sign of shifting priorities with the new Trump administration. This man,
- 4:26Speaker 1: who was in the same apartment as the target, was
- 4:29Speaker 1: also arrested after ICE determined he's also in the US illegally.
- 4:34Speaker 1: This is what ICE calls collateral. So you guys got
- 4:37Speaker 1: your main target just now, but you got somebody else.
- 4:39Speaker 1: What just happened? Sorry, main target was released by a
- 4:42Speaker 1: sanctuary juris six yeers, not honorary a detainer.
- 4:45Speaker 3: That person was released back in.
- 4:46Speaker 1: A the cananities, and when you want to go find him,
- 4:50Speaker 1: he's with somebody else who was previously removed from the
- 4:53Speaker 1: United States. So he's going to go today too. And
- 4:56Speaker 1: that is exactly what borders our Tom Homan has warned
- 4:59Speaker 1: what happen when.
- 5:01Speaker 5: We find the bad guy. He's probably with others, others
- 5:04Speaker 5: that are in the United States illegally.
- 5:05Speaker 2: They may not be.
- 5:06Speaker 5: A criminal priority, but we're not walking away from them.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Ice Boston says, they will continue to go into sanctuary
- 5:12Speaker 1: jurisdictions and do their job.
- 5:14Speaker 5: They are going to continue, as you just heard him say,
- 5:17Speaker 5: going into these jurisdictions that have declared themselves sanctuary cities,
- 5:24Speaker 5: and they're going to do their job. In just a
- 5:28Speaker 5: thirty three hour period, under the Trump administration, all of
- 5:32Speaker 5: these men and women that have been dying to do
- 5:35Speaker 5: their jobs for the last four years, who have not
- 5:38Speaker 5: been able to do their jobs, are going out there
- 5:40Speaker 5: and grabbing and arresting now more than four hundred and
- 5:43Speaker 5: sixty illegal immigrants. Those with violent criminal histories are their
- 5:49Speaker 5: main targets. We're also being told right now that agents
- 5:53Speaker 5: arrested nationals from a SLEW of countries including today Afghanistan
- 5:58Speaker 5: and Gola, Brazil, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua,
- 6:09Speaker 5: and Venezuela that, according to the latest reports, arrest took
- 6:13Speaker 5: place across the US in different states including Illinois, Utah, California, Minnesota,
- 6:21Speaker 5: New York, Florida, and Maryland. ICE also issued more than
- 6:25Speaker 5: four hundred and twenty detainers request ICE be notified when
- 6:30Speaker 5: a national is released from custody. The report continues. Those
- 6:34Speaker 5: nationals were arrested for violent crimes like sexual assault, kidnapping, homicide, battery,
- 6:42Speaker 5: and robbery. Donald Trump paying off and going to war
- 6:47Speaker 5: with the illegal immigrant criminals first, and he's clearly winning now.
- 6:51Speaker 4: Story number two.
- 6:52Speaker 5: Donald Trump made several campaign promises, and one of them
- 6:56Speaker 5: was that we were going to tell more about what
- 6:59Speaker 5: our government has done in the past on major historical
- 7:02Speaker 5: events and moments, especially moments which the government has been
- 7:06Speaker 5: held bent to keep secret from you, the American people.
- 7:10Speaker 5: And he paid off on that promise by ordering the
- 7:14Speaker 5: release of the long secret final files on JFK's assassination,
- 7:20Speaker 5: rfk's assassination and Martin Luther King assassinations. Today, President Trump
- 7:27Speaker 5: ordering the declassification release of these long secret files, saying
- 7:32Speaker 5: it is right for the American people to know, quote,
- 7:35Speaker 5: everything will be revealed. Trump said in the Oval office
- 7:39Speaker 5: as he signed the executive order. Here's exactly what all
- 7:42Speaker 5: he had to say. Take a Listenay, lastly, sir, we
- 7:46Speaker 5: have an executive order ordering the declassification of files relating
- 7:51Speaker 5: to the assassinations of President John F.
- 7:53Speaker 2: Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and Reverend doctor Martin Luther King.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Junie, that's a big one, huh. Other people are waiting
- 8:01Speaker 3: for this for a long for years, for decades, and
- 8:05Speaker 3: everything will be revealed. Okay, give that to RFK Junior service.
- 8:13Speaker 5: Okay the penn Donald Trump used to sign this. He
- 8:19Speaker 5: then handed to his assistant and said, make sure we
- 8:22Speaker 5: give that to our FK Junior. The order says the
- 8:26Speaker 5: release of these records is long overdue, and it now
- 8:29Speaker 5: requires a Justice Department in the Office of the Director
- 8:32Speaker 5: of National Intelligence to rapidly prepare for the release of
- 8:37Speaker 5: the files. Officials will now have fifteen days to present
- 8:41Speaker 5: a plan to the President for the full and complete
- 8:44Speaker 5: release of records on the JFK assassination and forty five
- 8:49Speaker 5: days to do so for the RFK and Martin Luther
- 8:52Speaker 5: King cases as well President Kennedy. As you may remember,
- 8:56Speaker 5: it was assassinated November of nineteen sixty three in Dallas.
- 9:00Speaker 5: The prime suspect was Lee Harvey Oswald, and he was
- 9:03Speaker 5: murdered two days later by a nightclub owner by the
- 9:06Speaker 5: name of Jack Ruby, spurring lasting debate about whether Oswald
- 9:10Speaker 5: was part of or a patsy in a shadowy conspiracy. Oswald,
- 9:16Speaker 5: a Marine Corps veteran, defected to the Soviet Union four
- 9:19Speaker 5: years before the assassination and later returned to the US.
- 9:23Speaker 5: In late September of sixty three, Oswald both visited the
- 9:26Speaker 5: Cuban consulate in Mexico City and contact the Soviet embassy there.
- 9:32Speaker 5: This is part of why there's so many questions surrounding
- 9:36Speaker 5: the assassination. And apparently now we may have to wait
- 9:40Speaker 5: a few days, but we're going to hear the entire
- 9:43Speaker 5: story because Donald Trump said I am in favor of
- 9:47Speaker 5: transparency in our government, even on issues like this.
- 9:52Speaker 4: And lastly's story number three, what.
- 9:54Speaker 5: Donald Trump said in a sit down interview with Sean
- 9:57Speaker 5: Hannity is now making waves after the fact because Donald
- 10:00Speaker 5: Trump made it pretty queer that he didn't believe he
- 10:02Speaker 5: needed a preemptive pardon and was never going to give
- 10:05Speaker 5: himself a preemptive pardon. So why did Joe Biden give
- 10:08Speaker 5: so many out to his family members? Well, then he
- 10:11Speaker 5: said he also made a big mistake, referring to President
- 10:14Speaker 5: Joe Biden. Take a listen again carefully to the way
- 10:18Speaker 5: that Donald Trump describes it.
- 10:20Speaker 3: He heard that I was going to do I didn't
- 10:21Speaker 3: want to do it. I was given the option. They said, sure,
- 10:25Speaker 3: would you like to pardon everybody, including yourself. I said,
- 10:28Speaker 3: I'm not going to pardon anybody. We didn't do anything wrong.
- 10:32Speaker 3: And we had people that suffered, their incredible patriots. We
- 10:35Speaker 3: had people that suffered. You had Bennon put in jail,
- 10:39Speaker 3: you had Peter Navarro put in jail. You had people
- 10:43Speaker 3: that suffered, and far worse than that. They've lost their fortunes,
- 10:49Speaker 3: They've lost their whatever, their nest egg, paying it to
- 10:52Speaker 3: lawyers and those people, and people said to you, and
- 10:56Speaker 3: they don't even they wouldn't have even taken most of
- 10:59Speaker 3: those people. They wouldn't have even taken a parton. This
- 11:02Speaker 3: guy went to run giving everybody pardons, and you know
- 11:04Speaker 3: that the funny thing, maybe the sad thing, is he
- 11:09Speaker 3: didn't give himself a pardon.
- 11:11Speaker 5: He didn't give himself a pardon. So I asked Senatra
- 11:15Speaker 5: Cruz about this, and it was very interesting because he's
- 11:19Speaker 5: now saying that those that got pardons aren't actually out
- 11:22Speaker 5: of the woods yet, especially if Congress asks them to
- 11:25Speaker 5: come testify, because they will not be able to not
- 11:29Speaker 5: answer those questions. And if they still choose to not
- 11:32Speaker 5: answer those questions because they won't have the ability to
- 11:35Speaker 5: plead the fifth since they've been given a full pardon
- 11:38Speaker 5: and don't have to worry about being prosecuted, they could
- 11:42Speaker 5: be held in contempt of Congress. Take a listen.
- 11:45Speaker 2: By the way, one of the results of all these
- 11:48Speaker 2: pardons is that Congress can now subpoena the members of
- 11:52Speaker 2: the Biden family and force them to answer questions under
- 11:55Speaker 2: oath and they don't have a Fifth Amendment right to
- 11:56Speaker 2: decline to answer.
- 11:58Speaker 5: Really, okay, So a lot of you to know that,
- 12:00Speaker 5: including me, So explain that a little bit for everybody,
- 12:03Speaker 5: because that is that is big news.
- 12:05Speaker 2: So the Fifth Amendment says that you can't be forced
- 12:08Speaker 2: to testify against yourself. Now, that only applies if you
- 12:12Speaker 2: have criminal jeopardy. If you can be prosecuted. Once you've
- 12:15Speaker 2: been pardoned, you have no criminal jeopardy, which means you
- 12:18Speaker 2: don't have the right to say, I'm not going to
- 12:20Speaker 2: answer that because I might incriminate myself in a crime.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Because it's a federal crime, you can't be prosecuted for it,
- 12:26Speaker 2: which means if you refuse to answer, you can be
- 12:29Speaker 2: held in contempt and put in jail. And so it
- 12:33Speaker 2: it has changed, I will.
- 12:35Speaker 5: Be there's a very there's a very real chance that
- 12:38Speaker 5: members of the Biden crime family that were pardon could
- 12:42Speaker 5: be asked to come and testify in Congress and they
- 12:45Speaker 5: would be forced to answer the questions for the reasons
- 12:48Speaker 5: you just stated, yep. And if they don't.
- 12:51Speaker 2: By the way, same is true about Fauci that you know,
- 12:53Speaker 2: you know, Biden pardon Fauci. That means Fauci doesn't have
- 12:57Speaker 2: a Fifth Amendment right to refuse to answer questions under oath.
- 13:00Speaker 2: I certainly hope that he's forced to answer those questions.
- 13:04Speaker 2: And I got to say so.
- 13:05Speaker 5: On hypothetically, you get Fauci in front of you, you
- 13:07Speaker 5: start asking him questions and he just refuses to answer
- 13:10Speaker 5: those questions. Is that in contempt of Congress?
- 13:13Speaker 2: At that point, well, Congress has to vote to hold
- 13:15Speaker 2: him in contempt for refusing to answer those questions, and
- 13:18Speaker 2: then the Department of Justice has to prosecute him. I
- 13:21Speaker 2: got to say, I think if Congress voted to hold
- 13:23Speaker 2: him in contempt, I think DOJ would prosecute him. And
- 13:25Speaker 2: by the way, to be clear, the Biden Department of
- 13:27Speaker 2: Justice Trump mentioned putting Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro in prison.
- 13:31Speaker 2: They did that because they held them in contempt to Congress,
- 13:34Speaker 2: and that was even aside from pleading the fifth there
- 13:38Speaker 2: they just refused to testify, and they argued they asserted
- 13:42Speaker 2: executive privilege, and DOJ prosecuted them after Congress, after the
- 13:48Speaker 2: House voter to hold him in contempt of Congress.
- 13:50Speaker 5: The moral of the story is, if your last same
- 13:53Speaker 5: as Biden and you got a pardon, well you may
- 13:55Speaker 5: be careful what you wish for. And as for the
- 13:57Speaker 5: former president, you may think you're running off in the sunset,
- 14:02Speaker 5: and it may not be as simple as that.
