- 2:07Speaker 1: on dig me now one it only Steve Harley got
- 2:10Speaker 1: a radio show. Okay, here we go today, folks. This
- 2:14Speaker 1: is a good one because today I want to share
- 2:18Speaker 1: with you something that affects every living soul, and that
- 2:25Speaker 1: one thing is your attitude. This affects everyone. It is
- 2:31Speaker 1: your attitude. You know. I don't know if anyone's ever
- 2:38Speaker 1: told you, but I mean many of you who listen
- 2:41Speaker 1: know this. But there are a lot of people who
- 2:43Speaker 1: don't understand a positive attitude can bring about a change.
- 2:51Speaker 1: A positive attitude can bring about a change. Well, now
- 2:55Speaker 1: here we go with the nay says, well, Steve, what
- 2:57Speaker 1: you mean if I'm just positive being changed? My mom
- 3:00Speaker 1: I'm a gonna what me being positive got to do
- 3:02Speaker 1: with that? Okay, Now listen to me carefully. A positive
- 3:06Speaker 1: attitude can bring about change. Well, okay, Steve, I hear
- 3:11Speaker 1: you saying that, But they didn't fired me. So now
- 3:13Speaker 1: what does my having a positive attitude have to do
- 3:16Speaker 1: with the fact that they fired me? Well, one more time.
- 3:22Speaker 1: A positive attitude can bring about change. Or Steve, I
- 3:28Speaker 1: set up in here and gave eight nine, twelve years
- 3:32Speaker 1: of my life to this man and he just he
- 3:35Speaker 1: cheated on me and walked out. Now what does me
- 3:38Speaker 1: being positive have to do with him cheating on me?
- 3:41Speaker 1: How that's gonna change that? Okay, here we go again.
- 3:46Speaker 1: A positive attitude can bring about change. Now listen to
- 3:50Speaker 1: the whole thing. Now, the positive attitude and the change
- 3:55Speaker 1: that can happen starts. This is just start. It starts
- 4:01Speaker 1: within you. See, life is ten percent. What happens is
- 4:09Speaker 1: what you do about what happens. Okay, you gave twelve
- 4:12Speaker 1: years of your life to this man. He cheated and
- 4:14Speaker 1: left you hold in the bag, the kids and everything.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Now what does being positive have to do with changing that?
- 4:21Speaker 1: Or they came in and they fired you. You lost
- 4:23Speaker 1: your job. That you was a stellar performer at But
- 4:26Speaker 1: now how does you having a positive attitude? How does
- 4:30Speaker 1: that change things for you? So far? You can use
- 4:34Speaker 1: any example. Here's what happens when you have a positive attitude.
- 4:40Speaker 1: What it produces within you is a positive approach to life.
- 4:45Speaker 1: And when you have a positive attitude and a positive
- 4:48Speaker 1: approach to life, it causes you to be optimistic, to
- 4:54Speaker 1: have a positive out look, to expect things to event
- 5:00Speaker 1: turn around and and and and turn into a positive
- 5:03Speaker 1: That's very important because as the law of attraction comes
- 5:06Speaker 1: into play, if you think positive thoughts, you attract positive things.
- 5:14Speaker 1: If you think evil thoughts, you attract evil to you.
- 5:19Speaker 1: You know, if you want for nothing, then nothing comes
- 5:22Speaker 1: your way. If you want for a positive attitude, if
- 5:26Speaker 1: you want for positive results, if you want for a
- 5:28Speaker 1: great outcome, that's what you attract to you. The change
- 5:31Speaker 1: will begin within you. So let's take the man that
- 5:35Speaker 1: walked out your life and left you hold in the bag.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Here's a positive attitude. Okay, two things have happened as
- 5:43Speaker 1: positive here. Number one, you've ridded yourself of someone who
- 5:47Speaker 1: is obviously going to be, if not already been, toxic
- 5:51Speaker 1: in your life, cause you many restless nights, a lot
- 5:54Speaker 1: of uncomfortable feelings, an uneasiness, not sure, insecure purity. You've
- 6:01Speaker 1: been going through it with this person, whoever they are.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Number One, that person has been released from your life.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Number Two, it allows you now to have the someone
- 6:11Speaker 1: who will treat you just the way you want to
- 6:13Speaker 1: be treated. That's the positive outlook, that's the optimistic way.
- 6:18Speaker 1: That's when you're a positive person. You see the positive
- 6:21Speaker 1: in things that happened to you, instead of burying yourself
- 6:25Speaker 1: under the what's wrong with it? A old woe is
- 6:27Speaker 1: me now? Concept? See a positive attitude. When they came
- 6:32Speaker 1: in there and they fired you and let you go,
- 6:34Speaker 1: could this not have been just the opening you needed
- 6:38Speaker 1: to finally start on a new career path that you've
- 6:42Speaker 1: been talking about doing anyway? Could it possibly be a
- 6:46Speaker 1: brand new chance for you to get the dream job
- 6:49Speaker 1: or dream career of your choice. Could it not possibly
- 6:53Speaker 1: be the perfect opportunity now for you to finally finally
- 7:00Speaker 1: something about that gift, about that talent that God gave you,
- 7:03Speaker 1: that thing that you love to do. Could it not
- 7:06Speaker 1: be the perfect time for you to pursue that? But
- 7:08Speaker 1: if you don't have a positive attitude, then you lay there.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Oh they finned come getting my house? Oh what I'm
- 7:16Speaker 1: gonna do now? All this unemployment ain't enough. Oh Lord,
- 7:20Speaker 1: when this unemployment run out, what am I gonna do?
- 7:22Speaker 1: Then I won't have nothing? And you old woe is
- 7:25Speaker 1: me until you become old woe is me. But if
- 7:29Speaker 1: you take it from the positive approach, some amazing things
- 7:33Speaker 1: can happen in your life. I will tell you on
- 7:35Speaker 1: a personal note, that's some of the most some of
- 7:39Speaker 1: the best changes. Some of the biggest moments in my
- 7:42Speaker 1: life came after a loss. So I don't want to
- 7:46Speaker 1: go down on the list, but boy, I could tell you.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Let me let me tell you something. When they didn't
- 7:50Speaker 1: want me on the radio anymore in La, when they
- 7:53Speaker 1: didn't when they went it was sick of the way
- 7:55Speaker 1: I did radio out there, and they wanted me gone.
- 7:59Speaker 1: And on May twenty third, two thousand and five, when
- 8:04Speaker 1: my when when when my deal was done? With the
- 8:09Speaker 1: beat out in La? Okay, Look what happened though, y'all?
- 8:14Speaker 1: I was gone in May. But in September nineteenth I
- 8:17Speaker 1: started to Steve Harvey Radio Network with four cities. You see,
- 8:22Speaker 1: But I didn't go old Woe is Me? I said, oh, okay,
- 8:27Speaker 1: God must have something else from it then, because if
- 8:30Speaker 1: he didn't remove me from this, that must be something else.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Same thing can happened when you lose and you and
- 8:35Speaker 1: you and you break up in a relationship. Same thing
- 8:38Speaker 1: can happen to you. You never know the one God
- 8:40Speaker 1: God for you. Now Here you go, Here you go again.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Now you get put into a situation with somebody, treat
- 8:46Speaker 1: you just to where you want to be treated, provide
- 8:48Speaker 1: you the whole lot of aspects of your life you
- 8:50Speaker 1: knew nothing about prior to that. But you gotta stay positive.
- 8:54Speaker 1: If you stay positive, that positive attitude, that optimistic outlook,
- 8:59Speaker 1: that that always thinking God got me no matter what
- 9:03Speaker 1: happened to me, some amazing things that's going can will
- 9:07Speaker 1: happen in your life. It's a fact. I don't know
- 9:09Speaker 1: how it works that way. I just know that's what
- 9:12Speaker 1: it is. Positive attitude is everything, y'all. So get off
- 9:15Speaker 1: the old woe is Me negativity train because it ain't
- 9:18Speaker 1: gonna take you nowhere but down and get get your
- 9:21Speaker 1: outlook up. If you change your attitude, you change your altitude.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Altitude is determined by your attitude, how high you go,
- 9:30Speaker 1: how big you become. How far you go. It all
- 9:33Speaker 1: depends on how you think. It all depends on what
- 9:36Speaker 1: type of attitude you got. It ain't no, ain't no
- 9:40Speaker 1: very very successful, super negative people. It just doesn't coincide
- 9:45Speaker 1: that way. If you see that something that happened to
- 9:47Speaker 1: them along the way, and don't weary. You ain't gonna
- 9:49Speaker 1: worry about it because you ain't gonna see them long
- 9:51Speaker 1: because you can't stay up there like that. It's just
- 9:54Speaker 1: too hard, all right, that's the conversation you're listening show,
- 10:02Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, man, I have your undivided attention. Please.

- 12:10Speaker 1: I'm I'm just gonna enjoy this before we get that.
- 12:14Speaker 1: I don't know God gonna give us two miracles in
- 12:16Speaker 1: a row. So what's up, everybody? Yes, it can't. If
- 12:20Speaker 1: anybody can, he can. I ain't never wanted to see
- 12:24Speaker 1: a coach, you know, I don't. I want him to
- 12:27Speaker 1: get out of this COVID thing, but you know you don't.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Will be all right? And yeah, y'all doing man? Everybody good? Good?
- 12:43Speaker 1: Everybody goody. You know what, man, this has been a
- 12:48Speaker 1: heck of a week. Man, and tragic of event that
- 12:51Speaker 1: occurred with the Capital. Yeah, I'm I'm grateful that America
- 12:57Speaker 1: got to see what we've all been knowing. Yeah, and
- 13:01Speaker 1: it pulled back. It's sometimes you have to pull back
- 13:04Speaker 1: the scap to get real healing. Yeah, And I think, man,
- 13:08Speaker 1: what has been happening is sad. Now, I do not agree.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I hate that people lost their lives. I'm not for
- 13:15Speaker 1: that at all in any way. But man, the reaction
- 13:22Speaker 1: to a lot of people has been very motivating, and
- 13:24Speaker 1: then the reaction to some people who have been again shocking,
- 13:28Speaker 1: because some people just don't get it, man. But I
- 13:31Speaker 1: do appreciate the Americans who do get it. I appreciate
- 13:35Speaker 1: the people who are standing up for the right side
- 13:37Speaker 1: of it. That's right. Steve coming up at thirty two
- 13:40Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, asked the CLO. Right after this,
- 13:44Speaker 1: you're listening to show coming up at the top of
- 13:49Speaker 1: the hour and trending national news. More arrests over the weekend,
- 13:52Speaker 1: and federal charges were filed against the domestic terrorists who
- 13:56Speaker 1: attack the Capitol last Wednesday. Plus, we're going to talk
- 13:59Speaker 1: about how Twitter and other social media platforms have suspended
- 14:03Speaker 1: President Trump's account indefinitely, Thank the Lord. I think everyone
- 14:09Speaker 1: saying to that, Yeah, come on, but a lot of
- 14:13Speaker 1: people mad about that. I know, I know, that's just
- 14:17Speaker 1: freedom of speech. Well yeah, he had had enough freedom.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, let's pull some of this for four years.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, right, he could hold press conferences like, you know,
- 14:32Speaker 1: like normal presidents. He could hold press conferences and get
- 14:36Speaker 1: it off his chest. But anyway, he suspended now indefinitely,
- 14:41Speaker 1: and right now it is time to help some of
- 14:42Speaker 1: our listeners. Steve with asked the clo are you absolutely
- 14:47Speaker 1: all right? Here we go. This one is from Danielle
- 14:50Speaker 1: in Ohio. Danielle says, I've been with my boyfriend for
- 14:53Speaker 1: five years and he cheated on me. In October, I
- 14:56Speaker 1: met the girl and she did knew. She didn't know
- 14:58Speaker 1: he had a girlfriend, and she said they never had
- 15:01Speaker 1: sex and she would stop seeing him. He begged me
- 15:04Speaker 1: to forgive him, and I did. Then this girl posted
- 15:08Speaker 1: a picture of Air Jordan's that she got for Christmas
- 15:11Speaker 1: with the caption we match him. Now. My boyfriend had
- 15:15Speaker 1: those same shoes. He said it's a popular style, and
- 15:19Speaker 1: he swore he hadn't even seen her. I hate to
- 15:23Speaker 1: call her again, but I need to know what should
- 15:26Speaker 1: I do? Well, you know, um, I don't know how
- 15:34Speaker 1: to answer this, honestly, because the girl told you they
- 15:38Speaker 1: never had sex. I don't know what's happening here. You
- 15:42Speaker 1: know she did. He was seeing her talking to her.
- 15:45Speaker 1: That's a fact. And you know she got some shoes.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Everybody got nikes. Well that's what he said, Steve the boyfriend,
- 15:54Speaker 1: And I want to with him on that because everybody
- 15:57Speaker 1: do had nikes. I have some nikes, Jordan. Well, I
- 16:01Speaker 1: ain't got no Joan, but ain't no girl gave him
- 16:03Speaker 1: to me? Though? Who has a sad piece? You do that?
- 16:10Speaker 1: That's the whole point. Jay, Who held that? A sad piece?
- 16:14Speaker 1: You don't sleep with? Yeah? That's a meaningless Yeah. All right?
- 16:22Speaker 1: Irene in Montgomery, Alabama? Did you did we help her?
- 16:25Speaker 1: I don't know if you help Well, I don't know.
- 16:27Speaker 1: I don't. I don't know. I don't know what it is.
- 16:29Speaker 1: I don't I don't think I would call the girl
- 16:31Speaker 1: again because she's not your problem. Yeah, it's him. It's him.
- 16:36Speaker 1: If there is a problem, it's him. So I think
- 16:38Speaker 1: involving her is not good, right, you know? Yeah? All right?
- 16:43Speaker 1: All right, there you go, there you go. Irene in Montgomery, Alabama, says,
- 16:46Speaker 1: I'm a sixty one year old woman and I just
- 16:48Speaker 1: got out of a long term relationship because he wouldn't
- 16:51Speaker 1: marry me. He got all of the perks of having
- 16:53Speaker 1: a wife without having to get married. So I'm doing
- 16:57Speaker 1: things differently with my new boyfriend that I've been with
- 17:00Speaker 1: it for eight months. We haven't had sex at all,
- 17:03Speaker 1: and he's getting antsy. He wants to take our relationship
- 17:06Speaker 1: to the next level, which means sex. To me, it
- 17:09Speaker 1: means marriage. Should I give in or not? Well, I mean,
- 17:14Speaker 1: you know, I want to look at six and I
- 17:21Speaker 1: don't know how to answer this one because you wave
- 17:24Speaker 1: past the ninety day rule that I came up with.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I never said no sex. I gave a ninety day rule.
- 17:30Speaker 1: I don't want to be hypocritical and say no sex
- 17:33Speaker 1: because I'm But you have every right to do it
- 17:35Speaker 1: the way you want to do it. But she want
- 17:39Speaker 1: marriage before that. I think that's what she's saying. She
- 17:43Speaker 1: wants marriage. But I think you should. Uh, you've been
- 17:47Speaker 1: with him, made most eight most. How is it going?
- 17:49Speaker 1: What's your heart telling you? I mean, you gotta go
- 17:52Speaker 1: with it, but you know, if you feel that strongly
- 17:54Speaker 1: about it. You should stick to your convictions. You know
- 17:58Speaker 1: she's asking should she give in to the sex part
- 18:00Speaker 1: or not? You know, I will show will be pressing
- 18:03Speaker 1: real hard. You be in a full court press with me.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I'll admit that. You know. I'll try to help you
- 18:10Speaker 1: hold to your convictions. But I ain't that convicted myself.
- 18:13Speaker 1: So we're doing it for a year. Man. Yeah, I'm
- 18:17Speaker 1: gonna y'all both old y'all pressed for time, both of y'all. Yeah,
- 18:21Speaker 1: I agree with both y'all. Yeah, that's a lot. That's
- 18:24Speaker 1: that's laid up in there. You've done the ninety days.
- 18:28Speaker 1: That's all I have for anybody, just not to be hypocritical.
- 18:31Speaker 1: That's all I offer now as a Christian. You may
- 18:34Speaker 1: want to take it further, but me being an entry
- 18:36Speaker 1: level Christian, ninety days all I got for you in level,
- 18:41Speaker 1: that's all I am. So I don't I don't. I
- 18:43Speaker 1: don't really do advanced Christianity. So you can do it,
- 18:47Speaker 1: and at I highly commend you for it for to days.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Yeah's way past it, all right, harlow and DC says,
- 18:56Speaker 1: I'm in my mid fifties and my wife is two
- 18:58Speaker 1: years younger than I am. Since she returned to work,
- 19:01Speaker 1: she's changed a lot in the way she dresses and
- 19:05Speaker 1: in the way she carries herself. She usually wears braids
- 19:08Speaker 1: or a ponytail, but lately she's been switching up wigs
- 19:10Speaker 1: like I switched my underwear. She also has had increased
- 19:14Speaker 1: sex drive and wants to do it as soon as
- 19:16Speaker 1: she gets home from work. I'm not in the mood
- 19:18Speaker 1: all the time, and I'm starting to think some other
- 19:20Speaker 1: man is getting her all riled up before she gets home.
- 19:23Speaker 1: What's up with her? Well? If if there's other man
- 19:26Speaker 1: getting all riled up, but you got the house benefited
- 19:28Speaker 1: from me, what you're tripping for? Enjoy the benefits? You know,
- 19:32Speaker 1: she dressing up. Maybe she discovered herself. You know, women
- 19:36Speaker 1: maintain it, you know for a long time. You know what,
- 19:39Speaker 1: Why are you complaining because he's not in the mood
- 19:42Speaker 1: all the time? Well, dog, you know your old ass
- 19:45Speaker 1: go somewhere beating her down for that fault. What are
- 19:52Speaker 1: you complaining about? When he come out? My name Hallow
- 19:55Speaker 1: and I'm fifty know gonna hear, well you fifty something

- 20:06Speaker 1: right away. You was in your damn fifty You ain't
- 20:09Speaker 1: even had to put your age on that hallow seventy
- 20:12Speaker 1: five hollow? Who name hollow? Hollow there to complaining? That's
- 20:20Speaker 1: a blessed man, quick complaining. Enjoy this woman who's beautifying
- 20:24Speaker 1: herself and and finding ways to look glamorous. What you're
- 20:27Speaker 1: tripping for? Get your ass some peels, man and getting ready.
- 20:31Speaker 1: You ain't gotta be in the move. Get you some testosterone,
- 20:34Speaker 1: some sealist and they got a laser spray. Get all
- 20:37Speaker 1: that get in there. Yeah, yeah, he must didn't hit

- 22:38Speaker 1: our entire congregation and the entire of Black Church Foundation,
- 22:46Speaker 1: this ain't our wall. After letting them handle this, they
- 22:51Speaker 1: self all in Federate flags and Indian outfitching, all up
- 22:57Speaker 1: in their canned podums and stealing stuff you ain't using,
- 23:01Speaker 1: sitting in chairs, your ass ain't handle business, sitting in
- 23:04Speaker 1: and climbing walls and all this hill or that ain't
- 23:08Speaker 1: the wind line or none of that is our business
- 23:12Speaker 1: just sitting down. I'm calling it must see TV. Amen, pass,
- 23:18Speaker 1: just watch the news, take it all in and get
- 23:23Speaker 1: something popcorn. That's all we do. But our board ain't
- 23:26Speaker 1: going to Sister Sylvia has already said she ain't going
- 23:30Speaker 1: in there watching the damn thing, right amen? All right?
- 23:36Speaker 1: Passed to the brother who was caught inside the capital
- 23:40Speaker 1: one with the red hat on an the yellow shape.
- 23:42Speaker 1: That is actually Deacon Earl's oldest boy, who is a
- 23:46Speaker 1: member of our church. Now he wants to know would
- 23:48Speaker 1: you be interested in hiding him out until the whole
- 23:51Speaker 1: thing kind of blow over? He said he will paid
- 23:53Speaker 1: for it. He will paid the law. This ain't the
- 23:57Speaker 1: first time Earl's board and been in trouble. Yeah. Now,
- 24:02Speaker 1: his ass was on probation. I don't know how he
- 24:05Speaker 1: got in there in the first place, being on probation. Well,
- 24:09Speaker 1: I do believe this will be his third of fish.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Are we gonna hide him or not? Down? He can't
- 24:18Speaker 1: he can't hide at this here church. I just need answer, no, no, no, no.
- 24:25Speaker 1: We didn't even have to look at his ass up
- 24:27Speaker 1: on phrasebook. He right down. There were two blacks in
- 24:31Speaker 1: the building, and he looked in there was a dark
- 24:33Speaker 1: one in enlightenment. It ain't hard to figure out who
- 24:36Speaker 1: they et. It is true. All right, you're gonna have
- 24:41Speaker 1: to set this down past. The pigeon told Ministry wants
- 24:45Speaker 1: to do a praise dance doing virtual series now to
- 24:48Speaker 1: proudly be. They had rehearsal and they feet kept running
- 24:51Speaker 1: in each other and they keep filing out. You dude,
- 24:53Speaker 1: you want this to happen or not with the pigeon
- 24:56Speaker 1: told miss I've told him that. The pigeon told Ministry
- 24:59Speaker 1: was gonna have to get off the praise dance too,
- 25:03Speaker 1: because every time they do the grape Vine to crossover
- 25:07Speaker 1: move they knock everybody down and it's just not a
- 25:12Speaker 1: good little for praise. Then all right, well shut you
- 25:19Speaker 1: shut them down. And also the slew Foot Ministry, the
- 25:28Speaker 1: stupid the church maners have decide of that we we're
- 25:35Speaker 1: gonna use the left over champagne from New Year Lead
- 25:38Speaker 1: for communion wine. That should save us some money. Do
- 25:42Speaker 1: you have a problem with that? I do, because it's
- 25:45Speaker 1: flat and that ain't gonna give you that burning sensation
- 25:51Speaker 1: of the blood going down that we lonely get from
- 25:55Speaker 1: Morgan David was bubbly. It would be all right that No,
- 26:02Speaker 1: we're not doing champagne. We got to get what we
- 26:05Speaker 1: gotta make it that's red. It has to be red
- 26:08Speaker 1: like the blood that is the ship. There's a moth communion.
- 26:11Speaker 1: So no, we won't be doing any champagne. All right,
- 26:14Speaker 1: this one is for you pass the eye. The Jacksonville
- 26:18Speaker 1: Jaguars have the number one pick in the NFL draft.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Seems like, uh, they want to pick the police officer
- 26:25Speaker 1: that was running up the stairs at the Capital to
- 26:29Speaker 1: be on the team. But he doesn't have any representation,
- 26:32Speaker 1: and he's asking if you would represent him as an
- 26:35Speaker 1: agent absolute will or they're back pedal in his hip
- 26:44Speaker 1: squibvel movement. He would make a great safety, the way
- 26:50Speaker 1: he could turn being over, scoop up a football look
- 26:53Speaker 1: like he could throw it. He made several throwing motions
- 26:56Speaker 1: with that. Whill I was very impressed with him. Athletic
- 26:59Speaker 1: skill running up steps back, which they're gonna put that
- 27:02Speaker 1: drill in the combine next year. Off. Really, that's gonna
- 27:07Speaker 1: be a football drill. We're gonna be good right there.
- 27:10Speaker 1: We're gonna put it. Man. We're gonna trade him to
- 27:14Speaker 1: the Washington team so in case they need him, right there,
- 27:19Speaker 1: I don't call there, you won't even have to move.
- 27:24Speaker 1: That's a good one. There, all right, I passed the last,
- 27:27Speaker 1: but not least. Next week we are switching to drive
- 27:30Speaker 1: up service. The members want to know when they catch
- 27:33Speaker 1: the spirit, is it all right if they do doughnuts
- 27:36Speaker 1: in the parking lot. No. The way we're doing this services,
- 27:43Speaker 1: we're having our service at the bank teller window, or
- 27:48Speaker 1: you just drive in when it can come down. You
- 27:50Speaker 1: put your money in and then drive off and then
- 27:54Speaker 1: we'll email you the service. What about the service paster,
- 27:57Speaker 1: they're driving up to get service, not to leave the
- 28:00Speaker 1: money they got. No, no, no, no no. You're driving up,
- 28:02Speaker 1: drop off your offering with your email address in the
- 28:06Speaker 1: offering and everybody that give will get the service email
- 28:10Speaker 1: to them later. That's not what drive up service is passing.
- 28:15Speaker 1: But what do you why do you think they called
- 28:17Speaker 1: us did jack pot joint us? And I understand why
- 28:24Speaker 1: they called it that pass But but you have to
- 28:26Speaker 1: give the people something, music and then of course a sermon.
- 28:30Speaker 1: All of that has to be a part of the
- 28:32Speaker 1: service were But what we're doing for presence this year
- 28:39Speaker 1: is when you make your donation, we give you pictures
- 28:43Speaker 1: of the protesters, the terrorists that was climbing the wall,
- 28:47Speaker 1: and we held on why want that? Well, it's quite interesting.
- 28:52Speaker 1: You know there's some of the ain't ticks that they
- 28:54Speaker 1: was using. They're not that ain't service that ain't got
- 28:58Speaker 1: nothing to do with the low ain't. What is you talking?
- 29:00Speaker 1: All right? Coming up entertainment and national news right at?
- 29:06Speaker 1: I mean not so sorry, deacon, you're listening to show
- 29:14Speaker 1: in today's entertainment news. The Terminator and former California Governor
- 29:18Speaker 1: Arnold Schwarzenegger had this to say about Donald Trump. Take
- 29:21Speaker 1: a listen. President Trump is a failed leader. He will
- 29:25Speaker 1: go down in history as the worst president ever. The
- 29:27Speaker 1: good thing is that you soon will be us irrelevant
- 29:30Speaker 1: as an old tweet it now now you won't be back. Wow,
- 29:46Speaker 1: we'll be back. The Republicans n Republican to old tweet
- 29:57Speaker 1: well and other entertainment news is you probably probably know
- 30:00Speaker 1: by now. President Trump has been banned from Twitter permanently. Also,
- 30:04Speaker 1: other social media sites that are banning Donnie include Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest,
- 30:09Speaker 1: and Snapchat. Also, Apple is threatened to remove Parlor. It's
- 30:14Speaker 1: a social media app that a lot of extremists use.
- 30:18Speaker 1: So he's he's they're considering banning him from that as well.
- 30:22Speaker 1: So wow, he'll probably knowing him creating I'm sorry, well
- 30:30Speaker 1: what about only people who died from COVID? And he
- 30:32Speaker 1: was saying all that and nothing, right, nothing, he's just wow,
- 30:39Speaker 1: heartless jay. Yeah. But you know what, though he has
- 30:42Speaker 1: made America great again. Though he lost the president, we
- 30:50Speaker 1: got control of we got control of the House. I
- 30:54Speaker 1: think America great again, don't you think? So we got
- 30:59Speaker 1: it all that. We're definitely better without him at the helm.
- 31:02Speaker 1: That's yeah, and and and and and in spite of
- 31:07Speaker 1: what he was said, you know, this will be the
- 31:09Speaker 1: end of the greatest presidency in the history of out nation.
- 31:12Speaker 1: That's a lie to Yeah, and so you know, let's
- 31:16Speaker 1: just let's just be done with it. Yeah, I agree
- 31:19Speaker 1: with Arnold the worst president ever? All right. Um. In
- 31:24Speaker 1: other trending news, guys, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has been
- 31:27Speaker 1: toppled from the world's wealthiest pedestal. That title now belongs
- 31:31Speaker 1: to Tesla and space X entrepreneur Elon mumk. Yeah, well,
- 31:40Speaker 1: well keep listening, you'll get even sadder. His net worth
- 31:43Speaker 1: as of Thursday exceeded one hundred and ninety five billion
- 31:46Speaker 1: dollars with a bee or ten ten billion dollars more
- 31:51Speaker 1: than Bezos. And the five richest people on the planet
- 31:54Speaker 1: in order are now Musk, Bezos, Bill Gates, French businessman
- 32:00Speaker 1: Bernard Arnault, and Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg, who has the easily
- 32:05Speaker 1: one hundred and two billion dollars in the bank. Don't
- 32:07Speaker 1: give me any one of the any one of them
- 32:12Speaker 1: out And that's that's they talk about in the world.
- 32:15Speaker 1: But that is so not true. That is so why
- 32:18Speaker 1: do you what do you mean, Steve. The people in
- 32:20Speaker 1: the Middle East man, Oh, with the oil money, you know,
- 32:23Speaker 1: they just thought this ja just don't report it them dude,
- 32:26Speaker 1: that's not They won't make the top ten over that.
- 32:30Speaker 1: So this is what they know. They counting the money
- 32:33Speaker 1: that's been reported on the building. The richest people in
- 32:35Speaker 1: the world will not tell you that. Wow, they have
- 32:39Speaker 1: that other kind of money, man. And I kid you not.
- 32:43Speaker 1: I kid you not. No. I would love to be
- 32:46Speaker 1: any one of them named Yeah, in terms of money,
- 32:49Speaker 1: I wouldn't want to be them, but I'll take the money. Yeah,
- 32:53Speaker 1: would you be doing the show? Oh? What all right, Steve,
- 33:06Speaker 1: Let's move on. Time for the headline. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 33:10Speaker 1: Miss Anne Trip, thank thank you everybody. This is entered
- 33:12Speaker 1: with the news that's starting out with a serious how
- 33:15Speaker 1: Speaker Nancy Pelosi says that the Vice President Pence doesn't
- 33:17Speaker 1: involve the twenty fifth Amendment to remove Donald Trump from
- 33:20Speaker 1: office immediately, that she will initiate impeachment procedures today, calling
- 33:25Speaker 1: Trump deranged, unhinged, and dangerous. DC Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton
- 33:29Speaker 1: says though an official censure, she said could be better,
- 33:31Speaker 1: security now reportedly being tightened for members of the Congress
- 33:34Speaker 1: in and out of Washington in the wake of the riot.
- 33:37Speaker 1: According to NBC, at least three lawmakers will harassed at
- 33:39Speaker 1: DC airports for not supporting the effort to overturn the
- 33:42Speaker 1: election results. So now the Washington Metropolitan Airports Authority and
- 33:46Speaker 1: US Marshall they're asking members of Congress to submit their
- 33:49Speaker 1: travel plans if they're coming in and out of the
- 33:51Speaker 1: DC area. President Like Biden, meanwhile, says he wants to
- 33:54Speaker 1: search and arrest of those involved in last week's deadly
- 33:57Speaker 1: assault in the nation's capital continue, and he also says
- 34:00Speaker 1: somebody has to also address the obvious. No one can
- 34:03Speaker 1: tell me that have had been a group of Black
- 34:06Speaker 1: Lives Matter protesting, they wouldn't have been treated very, very differently.
- 34:10Speaker 1: And the mob of thugs that stormed the Capitol, we
- 34:14Speaker 1: all know that's true, and it is unacceptable, totally unacceptable.
- 34:19Speaker 1: And now the US government's preparing for a massive number
- 34:22Speaker 1: of prosecutions and for a wide array of potential crimes.
- 34:25Speaker 1: US Attorney for the District of Columbia is Michael Sherwin.
- 34:28Speaker 1: We're looking at everything from destruction or property, to theft
- 34:31Speaker 1: the property, to unauthorized access to restricted areas, to potential
- 34:38Speaker 1: theft of national security information, to potential murder. A local
- 34:43Speaker 1: policeman died after being whacked in the head with a
- 34:45Speaker 1: fire extinguisher as he tried to control the rowdy pro trumpers,
- 34:48Speaker 1: and the US attorney tells NPR that there could be
- 34:51Speaker 1: hundreds of people charge in connection with this one incident
- 34:54Speaker 1: before it's all over. President Trump, by the way, his
- 34:56Speaker 1: Twitter account has been partly suspended. Facebook says it's too
- 35:00Speaker 1: two has temporarily banned Trump from the situation he could
- 35:04Speaker 1: last indefinitely. Amazon has joined Apple and Google and cutting
- 35:07Speaker 1: access to that parlor social media platform that's the one
- 35:10Speaker 1: used by right wing racists and Trump supporters, or some
- 35:13Speaker 1: people say Trump worshippers. Parla's accused of not keeping violent
- 35:16Speaker 1: threats from circulating on that site. So it's out there,
- 35:19Speaker 1: but you can't get to it. California continues to rack
- 35:21Speaker 1: up the largest number of COVID infections in the nation.
- 35:25Speaker 1: Texas is coming in number two, and coronavirus infections. In fact,
- 35:28Speaker 1: the number of COVID patients in hospitals in the gloone
- 35:31Speaker 1: Star state remains at an all time high, breaking records
- 35:34Speaker 1: every day. Rapper Nicki Minaj has agreed to pay singer
- 35:37Speaker 1: songwriter Tracy Chapman just shove at half a mill for
- 35:40Speaker 1: using one of Chapman's songs without her permission. Here's Chapman's
- 35:43Speaker 1: and then Nicki's same melody, same lyrics. Now back to
- 35:57Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to stew All Right, everybody,
- 36:02Speaker 1: we're back. It is now time regretfully to an inside
- 36:07Speaker 1: look at a very very demented mind of a person
- 36:11Speaker 1: that I'm responsible for putting on this show. All apologies
- 36:16Speaker 1: up front, I'm sorry, man. I've made a lot of
- 36:22Speaker 1: mistakes in my career. I'm so sick of making mistakes.
- 36:25Speaker 1: I'm trying to figure out how old I got to
- 36:27Speaker 1: before I quitn't making mistakes, Ladies and gentlemen, Jay Anthony Brown,
- 36:31Speaker 1: It's just a nice happy song now. But I shure
- 36:34Speaker 1: you I'm the weekend. I'm going in. Okay, today is Monday, ready, Yeah, Okay,
- 36:44Speaker 1: You're gonna lose some friends on the weekend, but right
- 36:46Speaker 1: now this is just happy. Okay, Okay, we go hit
- 36:49Speaker 1: it one day. I love the song. You didn't get
- 37:03Speaker 1: any kids, but you gotta pay them. Huh, little rascal
- 37:08Speaker 1: won't money saying meat back, don't worry. Smoke of blood
- 37:28Speaker 1: the end of the Trump feeling good, had a rash
- 37:32Speaker 1: is gone. It'll stay away if I keep putting save
- 37:35Speaker 1: on stealing check. Been waiting so long. Need to get
- 37:38Speaker 1: his suit so I can keep my lights on. I
- 37:41Speaker 1: know my kids didn't jump for joy. I was broke
- 37:43Speaker 1: last year. They only got one toy. Man cage used
- 37:47Speaker 1: to be my garage, but my mom moved in. I'm
- 37:49Speaker 1: smoking in the backyard. Wat gonna be a good year
- 37:54Speaker 1: for me? Ain't gonna be a good one for the trunk.
- 37:58Speaker 1: He all on the phone, breaking hello. This is illegal
- 38:03Speaker 1: calling hello, something like get me locked up. Did you hit?
- 38:12Speaker 1: He just don't give a dance? You know what, I
- 38:17Speaker 1: wouldn't want to leave the White House either to get
- 38:19Speaker 1: my head in. Sister in charge named Leticia James waiting
- 38:25Speaker 1: on minds like the rifle man used to call people,
- 38:30Speaker 1: come on out, Trump, come on outside Trump fire, Jay,
- 38:35Speaker 1: that's fires White House. And you were the little kid.
- 38:41Speaker 1: Gonna be a good year for Trump. Yeah, what kids want?
- 38:43Speaker 1: Funny you couldn't. I like children won't. Man, We're gonna
- 38:47Speaker 1: you little kids, which you had to pay the right
- 38:50Speaker 1: the set up a back this dude, it's so trifling,
- 38:56Speaker 1: all right, coming up thirty four minutes after the hour,
- 38:59Speaker 1: we'll talk more political stuff right after this. You're listening
- 39:03Speaker 1: to show in trending political news, House majority whip Jim
- 39:09Speaker 1: Cliborne from South Carolina said that domestic terrorists found his
- 39:13Speaker 1: unmarked office during last week's attack that led him to
- 39:17Speaker 1: believe the attack was an inside job. Congressman Cliborne Clyburn
- 39:21Speaker 1: spoke to CNN's Jake Tapper, and he suggests that untoward
- 39:25Speaker 1: police actions. Take a listen. I have an unmocked office
- 39:29Speaker 1: that you got to know, jackly where it is. It's
- 39:32Speaker 1: where I spend most of my time doing my work
- 39:34Speaker 1: as the majority of Whip. I have a staff, we
- 39:37Speaker 1: worked for your hard, trying to keep up with the members,
- 39:39Speaker 1: trying to make sure be doing effective job of managing
- 39:41Speaker 1: the votes. And once they get to the floor, and
- 39:44Speaker 1: that office is where I do most of my work.
- 39:47Speaker 1: And for some reason, these people showed up at that office.
- 39:50Speaker 1: But the office where my name is above the door
- 39:54Speaker 1: on the door, and my position above the door was
- 39:57Speaker 1: not the stir So I'm just it ain't gonna where
- 40:01Speaker 1: my name was. They went where I used to hang out,
- 40:03Speaker 1: and so that to me indicates or something untoward may
- 40:07Speaker 1: have been going off. Wow. You know, I was listening
- 40:11Speaker 1: to him say that earlier this weekend and I didn't
- 40:14Speaker 1: understand what he's saying. Now I do. Wow, it's interesting. Yep. Yeah, yeah,
- 40:22Speaker 1: I really do think that this. See, because you have
- 40:25Speaker 1: a new administration, an all out launch of what's behind
- 40:29Speaker 1: this is gonna be under way, and I think they're
- 40:31Speaker 1: gonna really uncover some stuff. Had Trump won again, he
- 40:36Speaker 1: wouldn't be ordering the Department of Justice to do nothing.
- 40:40Speaker 1: But there's a new Department of Justice. Yeah, he's always
- 40:45Speaker 1: at odds with them. Trump is he's always at odds
- 40:48Speaker 1: with the DJ No no, no, no, no, no no.
- 40:51Speaker 1: Surely he's had his boy Bar in there the entire time, well,
- 40:55Speaker 1: who has been using as his personal attorney. But now
- 40:59Speaker 1: Bar has gone on and that's why I think they'll
- 41:02Speaker 1: be able to get something done now. Agreement. Yeah, okay,
- 41:06Speaker 1: because if Trump was still in the office, Trump would
- 41:09Speaker 1: pardon all these people, man, Yeah, and hold no one
- 41:14Speaker 1: accountable for the deaths and the tragedy, none of that,
- 41:18Speaker 1: none of that. The FBI also believes that there are
- 41:22Speaker 1: people who work in the Capitol who may have assisted
- 41:25Speaker 1: domestic attackers and navigating through the building. So the FBI
- 41:29Speaker 1: is on it as well. I just hope the brother
- 41:31Speaker 1: Clapburn had cleaned his computer, because lord knows, they couldn't
- 41:34Speaker 1: come in here and some owners someone it would be
- 41:38Speaker 1: it would be over your computer, someone broke in your office.
- 41:48Speaker 1: He probably has two one for work and one for
- 41:51Speaker 1: personal business. Hope he's like that. He's smart like that.
- 41:57Speaker 1: Remember if it wasn't for him, Joe Biden wouldn't be
- 41:59Speaker 1: president right now. Yeah, but you know, we saw those
- 42:06Speaker 1: police officers letting the they were going in there to
- 42:12Speaker 1: kill people and take hostages. Yeah, yeah, that's what they had.
- 42:17Speaker 1: Twist ties, yeah, tifties. Yeah, they had everything, man, Yeah, yeah,
- 42:23Speaker 1: they found him. They found the guy with the that
- 42:26Speaker 1: was jumping over the banister with those zip ties or
- 42:30Speaker 1: twist ties whenever they got called. Yeah, they got him.
- 42:32Speaker 1: And you know, in light of all of that, what
- 42:36Speaker 1: the intentions were, they didn't get a chance to pull
- 42:38Speaker 1: it off. You would think that the Republicans would come
- 42:41Speaker 1: to their senses. You know, still a lot of them
- 42:44Speaker 1: haven't still, you know, especially Ted Cruz and John Man.
- 42:48Speaker 1: No no, no, no, no, no, no, no, Cruise is
- 42:50Speaker 1: trying to jump off the band wagon. Did you see
- 42:53Speaker 1: this speech this idiot made. I mean, everybody knows I've
- 42:56Speaker 1: been with at oz with the president since he got all.
- 43:00Speaker 1: You better no no, no, no, no, no, no, oh no,
- 43:05Speaker 1: please put up Cruise his speech after and we look
- 43:09Speaker 1: at what he's saying. Everyone knows I've been against an
- 43:12Speaker 1: opposed to the president since he got elected. I was
- 43:15Speaker 1: looking at him, going mouth, Cruise is the biggest coward
- 43:19Speaker 1: of any politician I've ever seen. Yes, yes, yes, he
- 43:23Speaker 1: has no spine. No, not at all. Anybody, man, you
- 43:28Speaker 1: that's what I am talking about. Your wife, man, come
- 43:30Speaker 1: on many publicly like that, humiliated your wife talk about
- 43:34Speaker 1: your father like that, you still loyally to him? All right?
- 43:38Speaker 1: All right, switching gears, we're coming back with the nephew
- 43:42Speaker 1: and the prank phone call right after this done. You're

- 44:45Speaker 1: Who is this? Listen? We are the reason that you
- 44:47Speaker 1: were released after twenty three years of your extentance, So
- 44:51Speaker 1: we gave you clement sleep through Ex President Obama. Do

- 45:08Speaker 1: Ex President mister Barack Obama? Well? Where are you calling
- 45:11Speaker 1: me from? What is um? What is what's going on?
- 45:15Speaker 1: First of all, let me say you've been identified by
- 45:17Speaker 1: the power invested in me official duty as a Secretary
- 45:20Speaker 1: of the Deputy of Pardons Attorney for the United States
- 45:23Speaker 1: of America and by direct order of our President, patriot
- 45:27Speaker 1: and leader, mister Donald F. Trump. The reason why I'm
- 45:30Speaker 1: giving you a call today, sirs, that we regret to

- 45:54Speaker 1: Who is this? Yeah? Yes, yeah, this is me. Let
- 45:58Speaker 1: me let me explain this. Next, President Barack Obama had
- 46:02Speaker 1: no authority to let you guys go, and President Trump
- 46:05Speaker 1: has proven it and won the appeal. You guys Trump,
- 46:09Speaker 1: who who the Trump can't do? I've been out here
- 46:12Speaker 1: for three years now I'm doing. I'm at work right now.
- 46:16Speaker 1: How the hell are you gonna call me and tell
- 46:17Speaker 1: me something about President Trump? You guys are being returned
- 46:21Speaker 1: to serve out your entire sentence, every last one of you.
- 46:25Speaker 1: I'm not going when you go all this, jall do
- 46:28Speaker 1: you you go? Y'all need to go take Trump with you, sir.
- 46:31Speaker 1: I'm trying to just deliver the news. This has hit
- 46:34Speaker 1: my desk and this y'all all this I made a
- 46:40Speaker 1: bad decision when I was twenty one years old, and
- 46:41Speaker 1: I did twenty three years and I've been out for
- 46:43Speaker 1: three years. You can't come and tell me no like
- 46:45Speaker 1: this President Trump and whatever him and Barack Obama got
- 46:49Speaker 1: going on, y'all need to be. That's what y'all need
- 46:52Speaker 1: to be. And I'm sure you did something that you
- 46:54Speaker 1: that you didn't get caught for you you turn yourself
- 46:57Speaker 1: in from me. I'm not going on them President no more. Sir. Okay,
- 47:00Speaker 1: mister Glenn, let me let me explain something. I'm the
- 47:02Speaker 1: person that's bringing you the information and letting you know
- 47:04Speaker 1: what's going on. You serve, you serve time. I'm not
- 47:09Speaker 1: turning No, I'm not turning myself. I'm not going back
- 47:11Speaker 1: in there. If you're if you're not in by the
- 47:14Speaker 1: close of business day today, then you actually serve now
- 47:18Speaker 1: or a fugitive and you you have to turn yourself in.
- 47:21Speaker 1: I'm not for what. I didn't do anything. I've been
- 47:24Speaker 1: an Obama. Let me out. I was a cocaine. My
- 47:27Speaker 1: sons don't even supposed to carry five years. Okay, what
- 47:30Speaker 1: was your exactly? But what was your sentence? Sir? What
- 47:32Speaker 1: was your sentence? It was forty years? Okay, forty years?
- 47:36Speaker 1: And you serve how much I don't even need want
- 47:39Speaker 1: to talk about you go, you go turn yourself in.
- 47:42Speaker 1: I mean, how many years did you serve out of
- 47:44Speaker 1: the forty sir? Twenty three? Okay? All right, so you
- 47:48Speaker 1: do agree that there's seventeen more years left. I don't
- 47:53Speaker 1: agree to a damn thing. You you you Trump don't
- 47:56Speaker 1: have no authority to come and change nothing that the
- 47:59Speaker 1: president and did. I don't know what the hell y'all
- 48:01Speaker 1: got going on, but y'all can't do that. I'm not
- 48:04Speaker 1: going back. And then mister goody sound angry. Sound you
- 48:08Speaker 1: sound angry, And I'm not trying to be angry with you.
- 48:11Speaker 1: Sound angry. I'm not angry at all. I teach classes
- 48:14Speaker 1: on anger. I'm not angry at all. But you guys
- 48:17Speaker 1: do whatever the hell you want to do, and we
- 48:20Speaker 1: make a decision where we're so damn young, and y'all
- 48:22Speaker 1: hold that decision over our head for thirty and forty
- 48:24Speaker 1: and fifty years. I made a choice to sell drugs
- 48:27Speaker 1: twenty one. Okay, I'm sure you did something that you
- 48:30Speaker 1: could think of right now that you know you need
- 48:32Speaker 1: to go, get to go take my spot at Trump.
- 48:35Speaker 1: You do agree that you love me out here, just
- 48:38Speaker 1: like you got a family that love you. Y'all not
- 48:40Speaker 1: above the law, Okay, and either you, mister Glance, So
- 48:44Speaker 1: you do you do realize that you old society seventeen
- 48:47Speaker 1: years that you need to pay. I paid society, mind,
- 48:49Speaker 1: I did twenty three years for five years sentence, and
- 48:52Speaker 1: I've been out. I do community programs, I do stuff
- 48:55Speaker 1: for the youth and everything, and I have not been
- 48:57Speaker 1: into any trouble. Okay, Where where can we Where can
- 49:01Speaker 1: we come and pick you up? At shirt? You can't
- 49:03Speaker 1: coming to you pick your damn self up. You pick
- 49:06Speaker 1: your damn self up, mister Glenn. If we do not
- 49:09Speaker 1: have you by the end of business today, we will
- 49:12Speaker 1: be picking you up on site. You do understand that
- 49:14Speaker 1: you ain't picking them. You pick your motherself up. You're
- 49:18Speaker 1: not coming and get me and take me. No fucking
- 49:20Speaker 1: with Obama. A black president let me out, He let
- 49:23Speaker 1: all of myself. I was treated wrong, and he let
- 49:25Speaker 1: me the You come here and you will be taking
- 49:28Speaker 1: me the goa beat y'all as I'm not going back
- 49:31Speaker 1: to prisioner. I ain't doing a damn thing to go back.
- 49:34Speaker 1: You mad because a black president let me out. A
- 49:36Speaker 1: racist as congression, congressional law and how to induce to
- 49:41Speaker 1: go back whatever you and Trump got going on. I
- 49:44Speaker 1: don't give up. Y'all not coming and get me. Y'all
- 49:46Speaker 1: not gonna touch me. I'm not gonna back. A black
- 49:49Speaker 1: president let me out, and y'all need to cut that
- 49:51Speaker 1: racist bulls out. I'm not going to fucking win. Y'all
- 49:55Speaker 1: got eight and nine hundred. If people climbing up in
- 49:57Speaker 1: the Capitol, y'all need to work focus on that. Got
- 50:00Speaker 1: a ton of end gone. The mother up at the
- 50:03Speaker 1: climbing in your window right now with the capital you
- 50:05Speaker 1: do a bad thing about it. I'm not trying to
- 50:07Speaker 1: hear that, sir. Sir. We already have someone that has
- 50:10Speaker 1: told us where you are. I don't I don't give
- 50:13Speaker 1: a damn. I'll tell you where I am. You're not
- 50:15Speaker 1: coming to get me. I got too much positive going on.
- 50:18Speaker 1: I've been out here, ain't been in no trouble, that's understood.
- 50:20Speaker 1: But we do have intel that has told us exactly
- 50:23Speaker 1: where you are in your location where I know exactly
- 50:26Speaker 1: where you are, sir. Well, okay, does the name India
- 50:29Speaker 1: bring anything to your attention? What about India? That's your daughter, right, Yes,
- 50:36Speaker 1: that's your daughter, and I'm nephew Timmy, your daughter India
- 50:40Speaker 1: got me to prank phone call you, mister Glenn Lee

- 52:12Speaker 1: ain't cool. By the end of the day, that brother

- 53:26Speaker 1: We could be reading your letter live on the air,
- 53:28Speaker 1: just like we're gonna read this one right here, right now.
- 53:32Speaker 1: Pop Pop, there you go, Jay, buggle up, hold on tight,
- 53:37Speaker 1: We got it for you here. It is the Strawberry Letter.
- 53:39Speaker 1: All right. I'm gonna tell you just off the top, Temmy,
- 53:42Speaker 1: you're not gonna like this letter, okay. Subject, he stinks
- 53:46Speaker 1: and I'm shamed. Just Stephen Shirley. I'm a middle aged
- 53:50Speaker 1: woman and I've been married for over a decade. I
- 53:53Speaker 1: worked two full time jobs, averaging sixteen to eighteen hours
- 53:58Speaker 1: a day, usually six days week. My husband has his
- 54:01Speaker 1: own business and rarely works a ten hour day and
- 54:04Speaker 1: has consistent days and weeks off during his downtime. He
- 54:09Speaker 1: finds the time and energy to help friends outside of
- 54:12Speaker 1: our home, but can't seem to find the time to
- 54:14Speaker 1: help clean our bathroom or wash his clothes. I'm at
- 54:17Speaker 1: the point where I wash my own clothes and I
- 54:19Speaker 1: let his pile up. Instead of washing his clothes, he
- 54:22Speaker 1: goes out and buys new clothes if and when he
- 54:25Speaker 1: runs out of underwear or he needs a clean shirt
- 54:28Speaker 1: for a meeting. I'm shamed to say my husband smells bad.
- 54:32Speaker 1: He takes the clothes he's worked in all day and
- 54:35Speaker 1: will lay them over the chair in our bedroom or
- 54:37Speaker 1: stack them in the closet, and he goes to one
- 54:40Speaker 1: of the piles daily to smell the shirts or pants
- 54:42Speaker 1: to see if he can wear it one more time.
- 54:45Speaker 1: If for sure to stain, he will get a wet
- 54:47Speaker 1: washcloth and spot clean it so he can wear it.
- 54:51Speaker 1: He smells like old cologne over dirty jeans most of
- 54:54Speaker 1: the time. I have told him continuously that I am
- 54:57Speaker 1: not his mate, and I have no energy to do
- 55:00Speaker 1: his laundry and mine. He is a representative of meat
- 55:03Speaker 1: when he walks out of our home, and when people
- 55:06Speaker 1: see him in dirty clothes and he's smelling bad, it's
- 55:08Speaker 1: a reflection on me. Don't get me wrong. He showers
- 55:12Speaker 1: and puts on clean underwear because he buys new underwear
- 55:15Speaker 1: instead of washing his And I've thought about talking taking
- 55:19Speaker 1: everything to the cleaners and then handing him the receipt
- 55:22Speaker 1: to pick it all up. But why should I have
- 55:24Speaker 1: to do that? What can I do to get him
- 55:26Speaker 1: to wash? How can he be comfortable with this? Wow?
- 55:30Speaker 1: How can he be comfortable with any of this? This
- 55:35Speaker 1: is really nasty? And as a grown man, he's lazy,
- 55:39Speaker 1: and he knows better. He knows he should be washing
- 55:41Speaker 1: his clothes. Even if he doesn't want to be clean
- 55:43Speaker 1: for himself, he still has you as his wife, who
- 55:46Speaker 1: certainly doesn't want to be smelling him like that. I
- 55:50Speaker 1: don't think anyone does. And what about intimacy. You didn't
- 55:54Speaker 1: discuss that in the letter, but that, come on, now,
- 55:58Speaker 1: how does that work? That? Right? There should be a
- 56:02Speaker 1: deal breaker? End of story. None of this makes sense?
- 56:06Speaker 1: And I say to you, don't blame yourself. He knows
- 56:09Speaker 1: he stinks, he's got to know that you know it.
- 56:11Speaker 1: He's got to know it before you do. But I
- 56:13Speaker 1: just think the bigger problem here is your marriage overall.
- 56:17Speaker 1: What's going on with that? I mean, you guys seem
- 56:20Speaker 1: far apart. I mean you're working two full time jobs,
- 56:23Speaker 1: six days a week, sixteen to eighteen hours a day.
- 56:26Speaker 1: When do you have time for yourself or your marriage?
- 56:29Speaker 1: When do you even have time to do your own laundry?
- 56:32Speaker 1: Since you say you do it, I don't know. I
- 56:35Speaker 1: think you guys are working too hard. You anyway, He's
- 56:38Speaker 1: not working enough, but he is helping other people. The
- 56:43Speaker 1: stress of that could be the culprit. I mean, you've
- 56:47Speaker 1: got stressed because you work too much and you're frustrated
- 56:50Speaker 1: with him, and then he's probably frustrated too because he
- 56:53Speaker 1: never sees you or whatever. So I suggest cutting back,
- 56:57Speaker 1: changing your workload if you can. You know, you guys
- 57:01Speaker 1: need to talk and get or get some counseling or
- 57:04Speaker 1: something to find out the real problem in your marriage,
- 57:06Speaker 1: because there is a problem here. And in the meantime,
- 57:10Speaker 1: most definitely take his stinky clothes to the cleaners. At
- 57:13Speaker 1: least you can do that. Steve Well, I have all
- 57:18Speaker 1: some solutions for this woman. How much time do I
- 57:22Speaker 1: have Because I don't want to go too deep for
- 57:24Speaker 1: this first break, I got a little bit, so let
- 57:27Speaker 1: me just start right here. The subject is he stinks
- 57:31Speaker 1: and I'm ashamed. The problem with this letter is see
- 57:37Speaker 1: you ashamed, see unto Until he is ashamed, the problem
- 57:45Speaker 1: will continue. So with that in mind, I've taken into
- 57:49Speaker 1: the account that you work two four jobs sixteen eighteen
- 57:53Speaker 1: hours a day, six days a week. The husband rarely
- 57:57Speaker 1: puts in more than ten hours a day. He's got
- 57:59Speaker 1: some weeks off in some weekends because he owned his
- 58:01Speaker 1: own business. But here's the beginning of the problem. During
- 58:05Speaker 1: his downtime, he finds a time and energy to help
- 58:09Speaker 1: friends outside our home, but ken't seem to find it
- 58:13Speaker 1: to help to clean our bathroom and wash his clothes. Now,
- 58:16Speaker 1: right there, that's problem number one, because he's out there
- 58:22Speaker 1: helping all these people wearing his ass out. No, he
- 58:29Speaker 1: might not be putting in ten hour days and all
- 58:32Speaker 1: this here at on his job in his business, but
- 58:36Speaker 1: he putting in a lot of time with all this
- 58:38Speaker 1: helping all these other damn people, and your husband then
- 58:42Speaker 1: wore his little tired ass out. Now you're at the
- 58:45Speaker 1: point where you're washing your own clothes and you let
- 58:47Speaker 1: his pile up, right, But instead of washing his clothes,
- 58:51Speaker 1: he go out and buy new clothes when and if
- 58:54Speaker 1: he run out of underwear he needs a clean shirt
- 58:57Speaker 1: for a meeting. I'm ashamed to say husband smell bad.
- 59:01Speaker 1: But now later on in the letter you say he
- 59:03Speaker 1: does take showers, but that shirt stake though, because see
- 59:08Speaker 1: you ain't say what kind of help he doing. He
- 59:10Speaker 1: had that doing yard work. He had that rearranging garages.
- 59:14Speaker 1: He had that dropping transmissions and changing all you're gonna
- 59:18Speaker 1: get funking doing all it, cutting grass all up in
- 59:21Speaker 1: miss pot sALS or tree pruning it far and all
- 59:24Speaker 1: is miss parcel. The ladies stay close street, okay. And
- 59:29Speaker 1: he over that doing all gardening and working the sand,
- 59:34Speaker 1: blasting houses and fend for people and taking Miss Chris
- 59:39Speaker 1: shawn garbage out, you know, all this it washing out
- 59:42Speaker 1: trash cans for people. Yeah, he's so healthful. He just
- 59:47Speaker 1: a little elf Christmas. So when we come back, I
- 59:54Speaker 1: have a solution for all right, we'll have part two
- 59:56Speaker 1: of Steve's response coming up at twenty three minutes after
- 59:59Speaker 1: the hours. He stinks and I'm ashamed. We'll be back
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening show, All right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: let's recap today's Strawberry letter. The subject is he stinks
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: and I'm ashamed. Well, there's man right here. She's married
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: to working part time. He got a business and she
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: working full time. And he ain't cleaning up at the house.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: He ain't washing no clothes or nothing. He's getting nasty
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: in there. When he run out of clothes, he buying
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: drawls instead of washing them, and and you know, he
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: reaching over smelling shirts and he put her and she
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: just stinks and she's ashamed. Now she is ashamed. So
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: now we have to deal with this. And so I
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: have a couple of them solutions for this woman's problem. See, uh,
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: I know he buying all these things and all this hip,
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: but when he puts these shirts on, then he's been smelling.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: He seems to not notice the smell. So I'm gonna
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: offer this solution to you. I think the first thing
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: you need to do is get him a COVID test,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: because it's quite possible that he has lost his smell
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: and taste and he just operating in COVID. And y'all
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: didn't get out here and get the damn COVID test
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: for this lead to a stronger problem. Oh wow, he
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: didn't lost his taste, smell and taste. He don't know
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: these shirts is funking and that leads to a whole
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: another situation. So that's for starter. We need a COVID test.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: Now check. Here's the other thing I think you need
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: to start doing. First of all, the left type of
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: the letter is he stinks and I'm ashamed. That's another
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: part of the problem. See you a shame, He's not
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: a shame. So I have two solutions for this. First
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: of all, when them close pile up and he may
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: have COVID and don't know it. My strong suggestion is
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: you start burning the clothes that he laying over the chair,
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: take him in the bathroom, put him in the bathtub
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: and set all them clothes on fire. I take him
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: to the cleaner. Well, but now see, I've been homeless before.
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: I had some draws on one time that I had
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: to burn. I'm speaking from experience when I was hard.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: I didn't think you were gonna say that I had
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: had draws on one time. And when I finally got
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: to a gas station took him off. I left him in.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: There no need on me putting knees in the car
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: and rolling the wonders in this heat because I got
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: some food in my cool and I didn't want to
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: show the full I've had to leave some drawls out
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: of gas station. So anybody that has got up so
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: no co station down in Tennessee. There was my draws.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: I apologized. I know somebody's eyelashes and my brows fell
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: off when they opened that dope and didn't know what
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: it was. I want to apologize. It's a case, you know,
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: but you know, the you know what the seven years
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: of you know has passed. You know what they call
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: that statue limitation, so I can't get charged. But there
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: was my drawls in that gas station in Tennessee. I apologized,
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: but I just couldn't stupid, so I wanted I wanted
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: you to know that. And and I you know, I've
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: never been a fan of white drawls anyway, but them drawls,
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: I just couldn't. I couldn't bring myself to even pick
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: them up by my fingertips. I was left from in
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: the flow of that gas station, and you know the
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: smell of gas or nothing could get rid of it,
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: so or I know how you feel, so I suggest
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: he's burning up because I've had to burn some clothes people.
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: Now here's the next thing I think you need to do.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: He stinks and I'm ashamed. Here's what you have to do.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: You have to start shaming him. This is what I
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: want you to do. I want you to get a
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: fake account Instagram, Facebook account and go on his page
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: and start commenting on how bad he stinking? What the lasts?
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: To get a fake account and go on his Facebook
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: and Instagram and start posting comments like like little stuff
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: like this, like hold you know, like have you a
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: cute handle? Like I gotta truth be told? Or hold
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: you to it, you know, or catch your name like
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: that ad hold you to it? Or or I ain't
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: take no more dot com or something like that, and
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: just start posting information on that like who the hair white?
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: Whose shirt was that you had on? Just start putting
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: stuff like that, because you can't be the only one
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: in shame. And you can do this and you could
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: get several accounts so to sound like because a lot
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: of people complain it and you know, make it sound
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: like there's some people that he's been helping, you know,
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: like his name is probably like Hallow, this is probably
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: hallowed that here, Dear Hollow, I appreciate you helping me
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: with the trash, but you left something with me that
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: was felt like you didn't help me with the trash,
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: and then just you know, just leave it alone. There's
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: stuff like stupid, you know, like, dear Hallow, appreci appreciate
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: you climbing up in the tree, but Jesus when you
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: climb down that because you got to find a way
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: to shame him, and that's the beginning of all your problem.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: So so you say, what can I do to get
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: him to wash? And that's how you do it. You
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: gotta have somebody else being shame other than yourself. Thank
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: you for asking me. All right? Poster comments on today's

- 1:17:27Speaker 1: want smoke of blood. The end of the truck healing
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: good had a rash is gone. It'll stay away if
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: I keep putting save on. Stealing Jack been waiting so long,
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: need to get his suit, so I keep my lights on.
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: I know my kids didn't jump for joy. I was
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: broken last year. They only got one toy man cage
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: used to beat my garage, but my mom moved, didn't
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: getting in the backyards. Gonna be a good year for me.
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: I ain't gonna be a good one for the Trump
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: he all on the phone breaking room. Hello, this is
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: the illegal calling hello something that might get me locked up?
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: Did you hear? He Just don't give a damn you
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: know what? I wouldn't want to leave the White House
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: either to get my head and powerful sister in charge
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: named Letitia James waiting on my hands like the rifle
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: man used to call people, come on out, Trump, come
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: on outside, Trump, Fire, Jay, that's fire by that White House,
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: and you were the little kid. Gonna be a good
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: year for Trump? Yeah, what kids want? Funny? You couldn't
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: I like children want? Man coming up until our last
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: break of the day, it is again. I would like
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: to say, in case you haven't heard, somebody needs to
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: tell you gather around, get ready, because what we're about
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: to have right now is the last yes up, the
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: last Oh my god, no more coming after this? Why
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: because this is the last brig of the day. And
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: some closing remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey,
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: Thank you. At forty nine minutes after right after, I
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: feel like I'm a universe soul circle for Jay. You're listening,
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: all right, guys, Here we are last break of the day,
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: and it's time for some closing remarks from the one
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: and only are Fearless Leader, Captain of our ship, Steve Harvey.
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: You know, with all that's going on oh this week,
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: and shall we say call it politics, I've seen some things,
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: man that I find really really believable. And the reason
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: I say is believable because none of it really shocked me. Because,
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: as my father in law said, who celebrated yesterday his
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: eighty sixth birthday, I was sitting up there and we
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: were watching Seeing Inn together and they were climbing the
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: walls and breaking in and they were talking about arresting
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: all these people. And I asked my father in law, said, Pop,
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: how you feel about all this? And he just said, well,
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: finally they get to see what we've been knowing all alone.
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: And this is an old black man that's been around
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: a long time, and just those really calm words right
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: there kind of pointed out to me of actual exactly
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: how long this has been going on. This isn't my lifetime,
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: this is his lifetime, my father's lifetime. My father today,
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: if he were living, would be one hundred and four
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: or one hundred and four twenty twenty three years. My
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: father would be one hundred and six years old. I
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: believe it's the number one hundred and six or one
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: hundred and four if he were alive today. And my
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: father used to tell me a lot of things, man,
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: And so I've I've been around long time. Look, I
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: turned sixty four, guy Willing, on the sixteenth. On the seventeenth,
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: I've been around a long time. Man. I've seen coloreds
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: only water fountains, colors only, you know, bathrooms. I've seen
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: these signs. Man. I grew up in Welsh West Virginia.
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: I saw it. And so I'm not really surprised about this.
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: I watched politicians try to change course like they weren't
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: on board with this. I wasn't surprised at that. But
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: the surprise of it all for me was Senator Ted Cruz.
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: He stunned me with his speech that everybody knows he's
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: been against President Trump and his rhetoric and words he
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: said for four years. And I'm saying, wait a minute, man,
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: you were just on tape supporting this guy you were
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: just on tape. My message today is simple, listen, y'all,
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: this ain't our fight. Stay out of it. The brother
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: that they had down there inside the Capitol billing what
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: he was there for, I'm clueless. This ain't your fight.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: Don't worry about this. Let this play out. There's going
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: to be something good come out of this. You just
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: got to let it all play. That was something good
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: that came out of the COVID. They were able to
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: sit still and watch Aubrey incident, watch the George Floyd incident.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: Here about the Brianna Taylor incident. More non African Americans
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: got involved with what was happening to black people that
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: I've seen in my lifetime. There's gonna be some good
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: come out of this too. You know. I want to
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: remind you all that the power that you put at
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: the poles this year is the reason we have a
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: change stirring in this country. Now they're upset about the
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: change because they want the country back. But remember Trump's
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: slogan the whole time was make America great again. What
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: we discovered us. What they wanted to do was make
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: America like it used to be when they were in
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: total and absolute control, and they could do what they
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: wanted to do, but it's not going to work out.
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: I'm telling you, man, we are making progress. I know
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: there's people that's gonna say, Steve, how can you say
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: that were still in bad shape. I didn't say there
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: wasn't things that need don't need to be changed. I
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: said we're making progress. The thing that I'm most proud
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: about is African Americans and brown people showed up at
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: the poles and made a difference. We were the difference
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: makers this year. So I'm gonna take the good out
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: of this. Let them climb the walls and break the
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: windows and go in the house and let them see
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: what we been knowing all along. We are not surprised.
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: And when they keep saying, you know, this is not
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: our America, it is though it is, it's just you
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: don't like seeing it. But like my father in law said,
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: we've had to see it whether we wanted to or not,
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: and now everybody gets to see it. Let's continue on
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: the progress that we've made. Let's become a powerful voting block.
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: Biden is in because of us, Warnock is in because
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: of us, ours Off is in because of us. We
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: are fifty fifty in the Senate now because we showed
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: up at the polls and made a huge difference. Now,
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: whether a lot of other people that helped in this cause, absolutely,
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: but trust me when I tell you this. If black
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: people did not get to the poles and the numbers
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: that we went to the polls in this results could
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: not happen without us. We have made an impact and
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: we should be proud of what we've done. Now they
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: want to destroy that climbing over the walls, bust. When
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: do we want our country back? You're not getting it back.
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: It was never yours to begin with. Let me tell
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: you whose country this really is. This country belongs to
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: the Native Americans. That's whose country it really is. Let
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: me tell you why America has the strength that it
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: has because it built an industrial labor force off the
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: backs of slaves. When you can run a company and
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: have no cost in running the company, no wages or nothing,
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: you get to become an empire really quick. That's what
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: slavery did. We built this country. But they mad at us.
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: They mad at us because we want to be treated
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: like everybody else. They mad at us because we want
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: to be We want our contribution to matter. But they
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: want us to act like they're doing us a favor.
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: You're not doing us a favor by treating us family.
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: It's not a favor, it's a right. And now now
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: that you you fought us with Black Lives Matter, now
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: we've proven to you that black lives do matter, and
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: I vote matters. I'm proud of us. Keep going to
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: the polls. We will become a voting block in this
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: country and they're going to have to deal with our issues.
