- 0:01Speaker 1: Minnesota's Somali fraud scandal has exploded over the weekend, all
- 0:05Speaker 1: because of a very brave YouTuber in his early twenties
- 0:09Speaker 1: that decided to do the job that the entire media
- 0:12Speaker 1: apparatus chose not to do. Now, did he do some
- 0:17Speaker 1: unbelievable amount of undercover journalism to get this story? No,
- 0:22Speaker 1: he just went and asked basic questions and knocked on
- 0:25Speaker 1: doors and what he found was billions of dollars in fraud.
- 0:30Speaker 1: We also now know that the FBI Director Cash Ptel
- 0:35Speaker 1: has said the Minnesota fraud scheme is a now quote
- 0:38Speaker 1: top FBI priority and is calling it the tip of
- 0:42Speaker 1: a very large iceberg. He also made it clear that
- 0:46Speaker 1: the FBI is not only aware of the videos that
- 0:49Speaker 1: have gone viral over the weekend, but is going to
- 0:52Speaker 1: do everything to bring those who have been committing this
- 0:55Speaker 1: fraud to justice, including denaturalization. Now, let's get to the
- 1:01Speaker 1: core of what exploded over the weekend, and the biggest
- 1:05Speaker 1: part of the story is simply asking questions by a
- 1:09Speaker 1: very brave young man. He put up his video on
- 1:13Speaker 1: social media. It is one that has obviously gone viral,
- 1:18Speaker 1: and it's an important story about an individual using the
- 1:22Speaker 1: power of a cell phone to then turn it into
- 1:26Speaker 1: a forty two minute investigative video. Nick Shirley went out
- 1:31Speaker 1: to the addresses that were listed on the government's website
- 1:35Speaker 1: in Minnesota where the money had been going by the
- 1:39Speaker 1: millions of dollars to see what he could find. And
- 1:42Speaker 1: what he found was incredibly shocking, massive fraud and no
- 1:47Speaker 1: kids playing at any of the learning centers time after time.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Guess what happened. He didn't see anybody actually doing anything
- 1:58Speaker 1: with kids. Now, the government surely knew this, but they
- 2:02Speaker 1: didn't care because they're in on the scheme as well.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Which brings me to playing part of the videos for you.
- 2:09Speaker 1: I encourage you to watch the entire forty two minute
- 2:12Speaker 1: investigative video. I've put it up on x on Instagram
- 2:16Speaker 1: and on Facebook, but I want to play part of
- 2:19Speaker 1: what Shirley uncovered and one widely shared scene what you're
- 2:23Speaker 1: going to hear. Shirley highlight that one center received about
- 2:26Speaker 1: two million dollars this last year in twenty twenty five alone,
- 2:31Speaker 1: despite no children or activity being a parent at the
- 2:36Speaker 1: site during daytime visits. Now, Shirley's video claims it over
- 2:40Speaker 1: one hundred and ten million in fraud was documented in
- 2:44Speaker 1: a single day of investigative reporting. Why did the media
- 2:48Speaker 1: not do this story? Again, this was not some massive whistleblower.
- 2:53Speaker 1: This was simply using publicly available data from the government
- 2:59Speaker 1: of Minnesota to then go and ask questions, and Shirley
- 3:03Speaker 1: was the only one that apparently was willing to do
- 3:06Speaker 1: the job that all of the media chose not to do.
- 3:11Speaker 1: But before we get to that, I want to tell
- 3:12Speaker 1: you about our good friends at Patriot Mobile. Every so often,
- 3:16Speaker 1: something happens that reminds us just how fragile our freedoms are.
- 3:20Speaker 1: We can't afford to take our rights for granted. We

- 3:26Speaker 1: at Patriot Mobile have been doing just that for more
- 3:29Speaker 1: than twelve years. The truth is there is only one

- 4:13Speaker 1: home or your office and you keep your same number.
- 4:15Speaker 1: You've got now keep your same phone, or upgrade to
- 4:18Speaker 1: a new one. And this is where the magic happens.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Every month, about five percent of your bill is given
- 4:24Speaker 1: back to conservative causes at no extra cost to you
- 4:27Speaker 1: that stand up for our First and our Second Amendment rights,
- 4:30Speaker 1: the rights of unborn children, and are wounded warriors and
- 4:34Speaker 1: those that have fought for a country and wear a badge.

- 4:40Speaker 1: every call you make. Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson

- 4:49Speaker 1: code ferguson for a free month of service as well.
- 4:53Speaker 1: That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to
- 4:57Speaker 1: two Patriot, And make the switch and make a difference
- 5:00Speaker 1: with every call you make. So take a listen to
- 5:04Speaker 1: one incredible part of that video.
- 5:07Speaker 2: When I look at the world as whole and I
- 5:09Speaker 2: look at fraud, the Twin Cities is ground zero The
- 5:15Speaker 2: fraud is worse here than anywhere else ever in history anywhere.
- 5:19Speaker 3: We're gonna go in front these people. We're gonna go
- 5:21Speaker 3: to these daycare centers. We're gonna see what's actually happening.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Okay, so we have to be careful because these people
- 5:26Speaker 2: are very violent. They're exceptionally violent.
- 5:29Speaker 3: Now, with all of David's evidence, we headed out to
- 5:31Speaker 3: the streets of Minneapolis to see how much fraud we
- 5:34Speaker 3: could uncover in one afternoon. Where are we going.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Now, We're going to a place called Mako Childcare, which
- 5:40Speaker 2: actually has another childcare registered at the same address called
- 5:45Speaker 2: Mini child Care Center.
- 5:48Speaker 3: So we should see lots of children there's at this
- 5:50Speaker 3: childcare centers, especially if there's two the two of.
- 5:52Speaker 2: Them combined our license for one hundred and twenty and how.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Much money have these childcare centers received.
- 6:00Speaker 2: None of those vans had moved in six months. None
- 6:02Speaker 2: of them in twenty twenty one of them received one
- 6:06Speaker 2: point three million, and twenty twenty one they got nine
- 6:08Speaker 2: hunt and eighty seven thousand. In twenty twenty two they
- 6:11Speaker 2: got seven hundred and fourteen thousand. That's the last I
- 6:14Speaker 2: have for that one, and then the other one one
- 6:17Speaker 2: point six zero four million in fiscal year twenty twenty five,
- 6:22Speaker 2: fiscal year twenty twenty four they got about eight hundred thousand,
- 6:27Speaker 2: and in twenty fiscal year twenty twenty three they got
- 6:29Speaker 2: nine hundred and four thousand and fifty nine dollars. This
- 6:33Speaker 2: place right here, yes, outside of it, well, this is
- 6:36Speaker 2: actually two daycares are registered here. One of them is
- 6:39Speaker 2: Mako what you see on the sign. The other one
- 6:42Speaker 2: is Many Childcare Center. And between the two of these
- 6:47Speaker 2: childcare centers, they're pulling in about three million dollars a year.
- 6:52Speaker 2: And there are no children. Every facility is you go to,
- 6:54Speaker 2: the windows will be blocked out so you can't see,
- 6:56Speaker 2: and there's nobody here. You won't see a single child
- 7:00Speaker 2: at any of these facilities.
- 7:02Speaker 3: There are indeed no windows. All the windows are blacked
- 7:05Speaker 3: out right here. All right, let's go in, No, and
- 7:11Speaker 3: the childcare center is locked. Shoot, ring the doorbell, try
- 7:14Speaker 3: to get in, Rang the doorbell. Nobody showed up. They're
- 7:17Speaker 3: open seven days a week at seventy to ten pm,
- 7:20Speaker 3: it says here on their sign. Yet there's absolutely nobody here.
- 7:24Speaker 3: And this building here right here has generated millions of
- 7:27Speaker 3: dollars and it seems like business isn't even open right now,
- 7:31Speaker 3: and it's a weekday. And if this was a daycare center,
- 7:33Speaker 3: it wouldn't just be in some industrialized building there. It'd
- 7:35Speaker 3: be maybe like a playground or something outside.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Or there's no play area for the kids. So where
- 7:42Speaker 2: are the kids? Where's anybody? How can there be nobody here?
- 7:45Speaker 2: And it's like this every single day. I've never seen
- 7:49Speaker 2: a single child here. In nine years, I've never seen
- 7:53Speaker 2: a single child at this building right there.
- 7:56Speaker 3: Oh, then, now it looks like we've already gotten Somemali's.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Comings tout, they're comedy, the words out.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Hello, is this your daycare? No can tell us.
- 8:03Speaker 2: Where there are no children? Have you ever seen children
- 8:06Speaker 2: at this childcare center?
- 8:08Speaker 3: Doesn't know if you've ever seen a child here? All right,
- 8:11Speaker 3: let's go to the next location. Now we're going to
- 8:12Speaker 3: the next daycare center. How much mony has this one generated?
- 8:16Speaker 2: This one in fiscal year twenty twenty five one million,
- 8:20Speaker 2: forty two fifty nine dollars, in Fiscal Your twenty twenty
- 8:24Speaker 2: four one million, fifty nine thousand, seventy eight dollars, and
- 8:27Speaker 2: in Fiscal Your twenty twenty three, seven hundred and twenty
- 8:30Speaker 2: seven thousand, three hundred and thirty six dollars.
- 8:32Speaker 3: This next one is literally one block away, and this
- 8:36Speaker 3: one's also generated nearly three million dollars in the past
- 8:39Speaker 3: three years. See if there's any children, but see if
- 8:41Speaker 3: any of the buildings are open. Here we go. All right,
- 8:45Speaker 3: we've arrived to ABC Learning Center. All the windows are
- 8:50Speaker 3: blocked out. Let's see if anybody is here. This door
- 8:58Speaker 3: is locked.
- 8:59Speaker 2: This facility is life for forty children, zero children. I
- 9:03Speaker 2: come by this place one hundred times. I've never seen
- 9:05Speaker 2: a child here. Ever, Another thing I've ever seen is
- 9:09Speaker 2: someone standing outside smoking.
- 9:10Speaker 3: What's crazy about this is that last daycare center is
- 9:13Speaker 3: that green building right there, and the other daycare center
- 9:16Speaker 3: right now is right here. These buildings should be operating
- 9:20Speaker 3: as they're receiving literally millions of dollars. I knocked on
- 9:25Speaker 3: the door. Into my surprise, somebody actually answered the door. Hello,
- 9:31Speaker 3: can we speak? I would like to check a child
- 9:35Speaker 3: in the daycare? Can I speak to a manager? Where
- 9:41Speaker 3: can I get paperwork to file for my son? I
- 9:44Speaker 3: wanted to put my son, Joey in daycare, and after
- 9:46Speaker 3: a few questions, the lady went silent. Looks like little
- 9:49Speaker 3: Joey Shirley ain't going to daycare here? And now where
- 9:51Speaker 3: are we going?
- 9:52Speaker 2: Now We're going to Sweet Angel Childcare.
- 9:55Speaker 3: We're in the middle of a strip mall here inside
- 9:57Speaker 3: of this neighborhood.
- 9:59Speaker 2: In fiscal years twenty five, this facility, which shaws its
- 10:03Speaker 2: license for seventy four kids, was paid one point two
- 10:07Speaker 2: six million dollars in tax money. And there are no kids,
- 10:11Speaker 2: and all the facilities are the same way, all of them.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Let's see if anyone opens. Yeah, let's see once again.
- 10:17Speaker 3: I try to find a spot for my son Joey,
- 10:20Speaker 3: and they would not open the door. I want to
- 10:23Speaker 3: put my son Joey in daycare because I need a
- 10:26Speaker 3: spot to put my son Joey. Yes, is this your
- 10:31Speaker 3: daycare center? No? I just wanted to put a child
- 10:35Speaker 3: in daycare, but all the daycare centers seem to be closed.
- 10:39Speaker 3: No one's opening the doors.
- 10:40Speaker 2: You work here, oh was Yeah, what's helping? Where are
- 10:43Speaker 2: the kids? Says it's license for seventy four children right here,
- 10:48Speaker 2: State of Minnesota. Where are the kids? They got paid
- 10:51Speaker 2: one point twenty six million dollars in Fister Your twenty
- 10:54Speaker 2: twenty five. It says they have a capacity for seventy
- 10:57Speaker 2: four children?
- 10:58Speaker 3: When when?
- 10:59Speaker 2: Where are the kids stayed? In Minnesota website? You work
- 11:04Speaker 2: here and you don't know. I don't know.
- 11:06Speaker 3: I was dead before. I don't know what's goes going on?
- 11:08Speaker 2: Were there any kids when you worked here?
- 11:10Speaker 3: He's dead, he's dead so many I don't know.
- 11:13Speaker 2: I don't know. Yeah, you worked here. Okay, well then
- 11:15Speaker 2: you're out of any.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Can I put my son in the daycare here?
- 11:18Speaker 1: No?
- 11:18Speaker 2: No, I don't know.
- 11:19Speaker 3: Can I speak to someone? No? Yeah, I would like
- 11:22Speaker 3: to see if I can put my son Joey here?
- 11:24Speaker 3: Who is his son, Joey? My son Joey. Can I
- 11:27Speaker 3: check out daycare center?
- 11:29Speaker 2: No?
- 11:32Speaker 3: Do you put your kid here in the staycare? There
- 11:35Speaker 3: is one child in there? Yeah. I would like to
- 11:37Speaker 3: know if this is a legit business.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:38Speaker 3: I'm scared of you too.
- 11:39Speaker 2: How come I explain.
- 11:40Speaker 3: You're scared of me?
- 11:42Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 11:44Speaker 3: Because of my color. You said you're scared of me
- 11:46Speaker 3: because of my color. Does that make you a racist?
- 11:49Speaker 4: No?
- 11:49Speaker 3: But you said you're you said you're scared of me
- 11:51Speaker 3: because of my color. I'm not saying you said you're
- 11:54Speaker 3: scared of me because of my color, that makes you
- 11:55Speaker 3: a racist. So right now they're all getting mad because
- 11:59Speaker 3: he's showing the paperwork of this business being registered as
- 12:01Speaker 3: a business. Seventy four children have no children? He saw
- 12:04Speaker 3: one child when the lady opened up the door. So
- 12:07Speaker 3: now they're all getting mad.
- 12:09Speaker 2: What was this money spent on one point two six million?
- 12:13Speaker 4: What was that money spent? Run any kids after?
- 12:16Speaker 2: Don aren't the kids?
- 12:17Speaker 4: Well?
- 12:17Speaker 2: Then why are you talking for the owner? If you're
- 12:19Speaker 2: trying to talk to you, I'm sorry, I'm not just
- 12:22Speaker 2: what he's talking about. Do you have a child here? No?
- 12:25Speaker 4: Does anybody where are the seventy four kids? Did you
- 12:29Speaker 4: lose them? Did you lose these kids? Do I need
- 12:32Speaker 4: to call someone? Do I need to issue an Amber
- 12:34Speaker 4: alert for missing children? Are these children missing? It's not
- 12:40Speaker 4: my business that children are missing. Seventy four infants and toddlers,
- 12:44Speaker 4: free school.
- 12:46Speaker 3: The prison right there, there's no children anywhere, Buffy. Now
- 12:55Speaker 3: it's kept buying away. I think we're moving on to
- 12:58Speaker 3: the next location. I have a good day. I have
- 13:02Speaker 3: a good day. As we continue to show the blatant
- 13:05Speaker 3: fraud that was taking place here in Minnesota. Somali started
- 13:08Speaker 3: following us around the city, and now we're being followed
- 13:10Speaker 3: by the Somali. This is another daycare center. Absolutely no
- 13:13Speaker 3: signage and there's no footprints in the snow of children
- 13:17Speaker 3: playing outside. Five million dollars in the past two.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Five point nine million they received in two years that
- 13:25Speaker 2: facility right there.
- 13:27Speaker 3: And now we have a group of Somali's telling us
- 13:29Speaker 3: in our vehicle right now. From this daycare center, we
- 13:32Speaker 3: headed over to the infamous Quality Learning Center, which actually
- 13:36Speaker 3: spells Quality Leering Center on the outside of their sign.
- 13:41Speaker 3: That's how blatant this fraud is here at this daycare.
- 13:45Speaker 3: So this is Quality Leering Center meant to say quality
- 13:49Speaker 3: learning center. They said they spelled learning wrong. How do
- 13:56Speaker 3: you have ice here, ma'am? I'm literally a YouTuber, ma'am.
- 13:59Speaker 3: What do you think about the fraud that's taking place
- 14:00Speaker 3: here in Minnesota?
- 14:01Speaker 2: Don't open up? We have eyes, man. What do you
- 14:05Speaker 2: think about this place being licensed for ninety nine children?
- 14:08Speaker 3: Don't open up.
- 14:09Speaker 2: And getting four million dollars over them? Four million dollars
- 14:14Speaker 2: in the last two years. What do you think about that?
- 14:17Speaker 2: Are you in favor? Are you in favor of that
- 14:21Speaker 2: go away?
- 14:21Speaker 3: You know we're not welcome here. Are you say money?
- 14:24Speaker 3: Are you in favor of one point nine million dollars
- 14:28Speaker 3: going illegally fraudulently to this business that has quality learning center.
- 14:33Speaker 3: But Kenny's still learning right on the door. Don't open up, ma'am.
- 14:37Speaker 3: We are not Ice. I don't care who you are.
- 14:40Speaker 3: You don't belong here. I belong here just like you
- 14:43Speaker 3: belong here. Don't open up. It's Ice. You do realize
- 14:47Speaker 3: that there's supposed to be ninety nine children in here
- 14:50Speaker 3: at this building, but there's no one here. This is
- 14:53Speaker 3: a child daycare center.
- 14:54Speaker 2: It's ninety nine children paid one point nine million dollars
- 14:57Speaker 2: this year in seacamp funding. Where the children are, where
- 15:00Speaker 2: they kidnapped? They run away? Where are the children? This
- 15:04Speaker 2: is state of Minnesota. Were here? And who are you?
- 15:08Speaker 3: My name's Nick Shirley, ma'am. And who are you with
- 15:11Speaker 3: Nick Shurley? Nick? Surely on YouTube?
- 15:13Speaker 2: Yeah, so who are you with here?
- 15:14Speaker 3: Oh? He's just been doing some research and investigating the
- 15:16Speaker 3: fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota. This lady, she's
- 15:20Speaker 3: calling his ice. We're just trying to put law and
- 15:22Speaker 3: order back in the streets of the United States, get
- 15:25Speaker 3: rid of all the fraud. Have you ever seen children
- 15:27Speaker 3: at that daycare center right there?
- 15:29Speaker 5: Were?
- 15:29Speaker 3: Yeah, it's right there. It says the child. You've never
- 15:31Speaker 3: seen dacab. We're gonna educate you on something. So what
- 15:35Speaker 3: do you think about this daycare center? They spelt learning wrong.
- 15:38Speaker 3: They've received over one point nine million dollars this year alone,
- 15:41Speaker 3: and they're supposed to have ninety nine children here.
- 15:43Speaker 5: I don't see it.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Children.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Have you ever seen any children here? None?
- 15:46Speaker 5: None at all?
- 15:47Speaker 3: None?
- 15:48Speaker 2: Last year? This year they got one point nine million.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Last year they got one point five million of your
- 15:52Speaker 2: tax money for nine and nine children. We just want
- 15:55Speaker 2: to know where the kids?
- 15:56Speaker 1: Right?
- 15:57Speaker 2: Where are the children?
- 15:58Speaker 5: I'll see him. I've been here since twenty seventeen. I
- 16:01Speaker 5: haven't seen anybody like that.
- 16:03Speaker 3: And so you've never seen a child here for eight years?
- 16:05Speaker 5: Nope, not at all.
- 16:07Speaker 3: And how does that make you feel? Knowing that this
- 16:09Speaker 3: place is received a one point nine million dollars disgusting?
- 16:13Speaker 5: I mean, what the hell they stealed in the money.
- 16:14Speaker 5: That's a federal grant too. Let's see if they get
- 16:16Speaker 5: caught for that's a federal offense. I don't know. I
- 16:19Speaker 5: studied law.
- 16:20Speaker 3: And do you think Tim Watts should go to jail
- 16:22Speaker 3: for all the fraud that's he's enabled here in his
- 16:24Speaker 3: state that's him doing this.
- 16:26Speaker 5: Shure, heck care, He's gonna be helicopteral for this. I've
- 16:29Speaker 5: been just no, just no rhyme or reason. What's going
- 16:31Speaker 5: on here?
- 16:32Speaker 3: It's simple, it's nothing there.
- 16:34Speaker 5: It's parking lot.
- 16:35Speaker 3: And look, they even spelt learning wrong on their sign
- 16:37Speaker 3: for a place that's supposed to be educating children. Children.
- 16:42Speaker 6: That's crazy.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Well, I mean who who runs it? Who supposedly runs it? Somalians?
- 16:48Speaker 5: Oh my god, Oh my god.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Will Joey would not be accepted to that daycare. Joey's
- 16:56Speaker 3: still looking for daycare. And because little Joey couldn't get
- 16:59Speaker 3: into a day here, we went to an autism center,
- 17:02Speaker 3: as they have been popping up everywhere as a rise
- 17:04Speaker 3: of autism has occurred here in Minnesota because of the
- 17:08Speaker 3: government funds that they're receiving. I tried to check my
- 17:11Speaker 3: son Joey into an autism center. And I'm going to
- 17:13Speaker 3: a lot of these daycare centers. We're trying to find
- 17:15Speaker 3: a spot for our little boy Joey. But we thought
- 17:18Speaker 3: maybe we could check them in the autism center because
- 17:20Speaker 3: now the daycar centers are open. Yeah, and how many
- 17:22Speaker 3: kids you guys have at this autism center. I can't
- 17:30Speaker 3: give you a burning like more than five probably probably,
- 17:35Speaker 3: so you don't really know. What do you guys think about,
- 17:38Speaker 3: like the fraud that's been labeled on the autism centers here?
- 17:40Speaker 3: What do you guys do think about the fraud? Or
- 17:42Speaker 3: how come the autism centers are popping up? I can't
- 17:47Speaker 3: My name is that Nick. We're doing a little documentary
- 17:49Speaker 3: trying to find little Joey a spot to put himself
- 17:51Speaker 3: in one of these centers here because there's the fraud. Yeah,
- 17:56Speaker 3: because we want to make sure we're going to the
- 17:57Speaker 3: legit business. If we're gonna bring our little boy Joey here.
- 18:01Speaker 3: This is not a dust well that's our number on
- 18:05Speaker 3: you qu This is a you tell what you're gonn
- 18:08Speaker 3: excuse okay, thank you. So once again, little Joey he
- 18:13Speaker 3: can't even go to daycare and now they won't even
- 18:15Speaker 3: accept him, but he has autism.
- 18:17Speaker 2: And again no kids, couldn't tell you how many kids
- 18:19Speaker 2: they serve.
- 18:20Speaker 6: After being able to provide no evidence of them actually
- 18:23Speaker 6: being an autism center in a place where a child
- 18:26Speaker 6: could go, they shut the door and we headed to
- 18:28Speaker 6: the next fraudulent daycare center that was just around the corner.
- 18:32Speaker 3: We're on to the next location. We're still trying to
- 18:34Speaker 3: find little Joey a place to go to get some daycare.
- 18:37Speaker 2: So where we're going now is a place called super
- 18:40Speaker 2: Kids Daycare Center. Interestingly, this daycare center was shut down
- 18:46Speaker 2: when it was called Creative Mind's Daycare and it had
- 18:50Speaker 2: received two point four five million dollars this fiscal year
- 18:55Speaker 2: twenty twenty five. They had the shutdown because there were
- 18:58Speaker 2: so many violations, and they went and they just reopened
- 19:02Speaker 2: under a new license and they renamed the center super
- 19:05Speaker 2: Kids Daycare Center, LLC.
- 19:07Speaker 3: So they got shut down then started another one literally
- 19:10Speaker 3: the next day Creative Mind's Daycare. Two point four or
- 19:14Speaker 3: five million dollars got sent to this daycare center.
- 19:17Speaker 2: We have.
- 19:19Speaker 3: Empty parking lot. We do have a bus here. This
- 19:21Speaker 3: is different. We'll see if we see anybody.
- 19:23Speaker 6: I knocked on the door. Absolutely nobody was inside, and
- 19:26Speaker 6: once again no children could be heard anywhere.
- 19:29Speaker 3: So David, once again another child daycare center. We have
- 19:34Speaker 3: a bus out here, no one's inside, license for over
- 19:38Speaker 3: fifty kids, no children anywhere, but yet millions of dollars
- 19:44Speaker 3: every single year.
- 19:46Speaker 2: So the sign says Creative Mind's Daycare. They got in
- 19:50Speaker 2: so much trouble. They had so many violations that they
- 19:53Speaker 2: had to shut down and they reopened the next day
- 19:56Speaker 2: under super Kids Daycare Center. You see thirty Portland thirty
- 20:02Speaker 2: eight oh one Portland, which is where we are.
- 20:05Speaker 3: So that's fraud right there alone.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Millions and millions of dollars. And again the kids are missing.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Where are the kids?
- 20:11Speaker 3: You'd think if they had the same address that whoever's
- 20:14Speaker 3: inside we're working at the capitol here inside of Minnesota,
- 20:17Speaker 3: would just say, oh, maybe that's a red flag.
- 20:20Speaker 2: They just write the check. Human Services. They got to
- 20:24Speaker 2: clean out the whole bunch. They're the ones who enabled
- 20:27Speaker 2: this fraud. How can you not look and say, wait
- 20:29Speaker 2: a minute, this these two are registered at the same address.
- 20:32Speaker 3: On top of all the childcare centers. That's just only
- 20:35Speaker 3: a small piece of the fraud. What other fraud of
- 20:37Speaker 3: the committee here in Minnesota.
- 20:39Speaker 2: So another major piece of the fraud is the home
- 20:43Speaker 2: healthcare industry. Where we're going now is a building that
- 20:49Speaker 2: has fourteen Smaly owned home healthcare companies in the same building.
- 20:55Speaker 3: Fourteen of the same healthcare companies in the one building.
- 20:58Speaker 2: Fourteen home healthcare companies with different names in the same building.
- 21:02Speaker 3: How bad has Tim Waltz managed the budget here inside
- 21:05Speaker 3: of Minnesota.
- 21:06Speaker 2: So the last biennium we had an eighteen billion dollar surplus.
- 21:12Speaker 2: This biennium we have a six billion dollar deficit. That's
- 21:17Speaker 2: a twenty four billion dollar swing in one biennium. How
- 21:22Speaker 2: in the world can you burn through twenty four billion
- 21:25Speaker 2: dollars in two years? This is how right here. This
- 21:29Speaker 2: is a huge part of it.
- 21:30Speaker 3: And so would you say a lot of that is
- 21:31Speaker 3: fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota?
- 21:33Speaker 2: Absolutely, I would say better than ninety percent of it
- 21:37Speaker 2: is absolute, outright fraud.
- 21:39Speaker 3: And a large percentage of this fraud is from these
- 21:42Speaker 3: healthcare companies that are charging the state millions of dollars
- 21:46Speaker 3: while they actually aren't providing anything. In fact, the FBI
- 21:50Speaker 3: just died a arraide a few days ago on a
- 21:52Speaker 3: building similar to the one we were about to enter.
- 21:55Speaker 3: Inside of this building, they were fourteen of nearly the
- 21:57Speaker 3: exact same businesses offering the exact same services. Right here,
- 22:01Speaker 3: you have a list of all of the healthcare companies,
- 22:06Speaker 3: loads of them right here. We want healthcare, Yes, we'd
- 22:10Speaker 3: like to speak about getting healthcare here? Why can't I
- 22:13Speaker 3: get healthcare here? Warning you are under video surveillance, no trespassing,
- 22:18Speaker 3: security armed. This is the strangest place I've ever been
- 22:26Speaker 3: to get healthcare. Just a bunch of different places. Healthcare here,
- 22:33Speaker 3: healthcare here, another healthcare company right here. There are three
- 22:40Speaker 3: healthcare companies inside of this building. Right here in this
- 22:43Speaker 3: room of seven C. Now we have another Helping Hands
- 22:47Speaker 3: home Care LLC, another healthcare company present help right here.
- 22:52Speaker 3: We're looking for the best rates of healthcare here inside
- 22:54Speaker 3: this building because we have so many options. Who can
- 22:56Speaker 3: we talk about getting the best healthcare?
- 22:58Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 22:59Speaker 3: No, all right, we will not get any health care here, David.
- 23:04Speaker 3: This is one of the stranger places I've ever been. Literally,
- 23:09Speaker 3: healthcare every door you go to, yet nobody will give
- 23:11Speaker 3: you a rate. How much money think has been funneled
- 23:13Speaker 3: through this building every year?
- 23:16Speaker 2: I would say fifty to sixty millions at least.
- 23:19Speaker 6: And finally we were accepted into one of the daycare
- 23:22Speaker 6: centers and they actually took down information to give us
- 23:25Speaker 6: a rate. However, when we left, we were then met
- 23:27Speaker 6: with the police.
- 23:29Speaker 3: We received a complaint that tellen mentioning your description, we're
- 23:32Speaker 3: in this building harassing the individuals who stay here. Oh,
- 23:36Speaker 3: we're just seeing we're checking out the rates for healthcare
- 23:39Speaker 3: because there's fourteen healthcare companies inside this building.
- 23:41Speaker 2: So okay, he said, he said, there's fourteen companies here,
- 23:45Speaker 2: and he's trying to assume because there's Somali.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Providers that everyone to your stradulent So we're gets here
- 23:50Speaker 1: with some kind of like propaganda.
- 23:51Speaker 3: No, we're just checking this is this is a area
- 23:56Speaker 3: that we're allowed to enforce prespassing ordinance. Is there any
- 23:59Speaker 3: other reason that you guys are here, Well, we are
- 24:00Speaker 3: checking rates. We are checking rates. We asked for rates. Okay,
- 24:06Speaker 3: I'm gonna have if you guys grove it, we're gonna
- 24:08Speaker 3: set out that we all right, let's lease so all right,
- 24:11Speaker 3: we're getting escorted out right now. The police have arrived.
- 24:14Speaker 3: When we were checking out the rates, seeing what was
- 24:16Speaker 3: happening inside this building, and no one would really speak
- 24:18Speaker 3: with us. We did go inside the one daycare center
- 24:20Speaker 3: and she actually did give his rates for childcare. Much
- 24:23Speaker 3: respect to that lady. What's the problem, offstir well? So again,
- 24:26Speaker 3: were we've been getting reports from there now multiple individuals
- 24:29Speaker 3: that you guys were harassing individuals who are work here.
- 24:33Speaker 3: At the end of the day, this is private property
- 24:35Speaker 3: and it's one that people are allowed to ask you
- 24:38Speaker 3: to leave. And it's also in the Minneapolis Police Department
- 24:40Speaker 3: is allowed to enforce trespassing ordinance at this address.
- 24:43Speaker 6: Yeah, so as we got escorted out of this building,
- 24:46Speaker 6: the Somali's filmed us as we left.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Now, the FBI Director Cash Patel has come out and
- 24:52Speaker 1: said not only is the FBI aware of the recent
- 24:54Speaker 1: social media reports in Minnesota, but he said even before
- 24:58Speaker 1: the public conversation escalated online, the FBI had surged personnel
- 25:04Speaker 1: and investigative resources to Minnesota to dismantle large scale fraud schemes.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Is the way that he described it, fraud that steals
- 25:14Speaker 1: from taxpayers and rob's vulnerable children. He then said, we'll
- 25:18Speaker 1: remain a top FBI priority in Minnesota and nationwide. To date,
- 25:24Speaker 1: he said, the FBI dismantled a two hundred and fifty
- 25:26Speaker 1: million dollar frauds game that stole federal food aid meant
- 25:30Speaker 1: for vulnerable children during COVID. The investigation exposed sham vendors,
- 25:34Speaker 1: shell companies, large scale money laundering tied to defeeding our
- 25:38Speaker 1: future network. The case has not only led to seventy
- 25:41Speaker 1: eight indictments in fifty seven convictions, but it had high
- 25:45Speaker 1: profile defendants that were busted for fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy.
- 25:51Speaker 1: He said these kernels didn't just engage in historic fraud,
- 25:55Speaker 1: but try to subvert justice as well. He gave an
- 25:58Speaker 1: example of Mohammed Nor and others that were charged for
- 26:02Speaker 1: attending to bribe a juror with one hundred and twenty
- 26:05Speaker 1: thousand dollars in cash. Those responsible pleaded guilty and we're sentenced,
- 26:10Speaker 1: including a ten year prison term and nearly forty eight
- 26:13Speaker 1: million in restitution and related cases. He said, the FBI
- 26:17Speaker 1: believes this is just the tip of a very large iceberg.
- 26:21Speaker 1: We will continue to follow the money and protect children,
- 26:24Speaker 1: and this investigation very much remains ongoing. Furthermore, many are
- 26:30Speaker 1: also being referred to immigration officials for possible further denationalization
- 26:36Speaker 1: and deportation proceedings where eligible. So it's clear not only
- 26:43Speaker 1: is the President of United States of americaware of what's happening,
- 26:46Speaker 1: but he has made sure that those are in charge
- 26:49Speaker 1: of justice are fully involved in seeking it for every
- 26:53Speaker 1: taxpayer that's been defrauded. Don't forget to share this podcast,
