- 0:00Speaker 1: I've been warning you for a long time about Rhino's
- 0:03Speaker 1: Republicans in name only, the establishment Republicans that I told
- 0:08Speaker 1: you were working against Donald Trump the entire time he
- 0:11Speaker 1: was in the White House. The Republicans that don't actually
- 0:14Speaker 1: go to war with Democrats are trying to destroy the country,
- 0:17Speaker 1: but will actually do more to harm real conservatives because
- 0:21Speaker 1: they're afraid of losing their power. Now, when you think
- 0:24Speaker 1: of this, you think of people like Mitt Romney, right,
- 0:26Speaker 1: you think about people like Liz Cheney. Well, you need
- 0:30Speaker 1: to add to that list now, the House Minority Leader
- 0:33Speaker 1: Ken McCarthy. Now it's the guy that I've known for
- 0:35Speaker 1: a long time. McCarthy's a guy that claims he's a
- 0:37Speaker 1: hardcore conservative tea party guy, but the reality is he
- 0:42Speaker 1: hated Donald Trump when he was the president. And he
- 0:46Speaker 1: hated the fact that Donald Trump was bigger than him.
- 0:48Speaker 1: And he hated the fact they had to work with
- 0:49Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Hate the fact that Donald Trump overshadowed what
- 0:55Speaker 1: he and the other Republican scumbags around him were trying
- 0:59Speaker 1: to do. And we now know who the real Kevin
- 1:03Speaker 1: McCarthy is. Number One, he's a liar. Number two, he's
- 1:08Speaker 1: not the right leader of the Republican Party in the House.
- 1:12Speaker 1: It's the guy that has not called for Nancy Pelosi
- 1:16Speaker 1: to resign or Adam Schiff to resign, or anybody else
- 1:20Speaker 1: like that to resign after it's been exposed that they
- 1:24Speaker 1: knew that when they were impeaching Donald Trump they were
- 1:28Speaker 1: doing it based on a dossier, based on information that
- 1:33Speaker 1: they knew was actually paid for by the Democratic National
- 1:37Speaker 1: Committee and by Hillary Clinton's campaign. Kevin McCarthy has not
- 1:42Speaker 1: been calling out any of these people the way that
- 1:45Speaker 1: he should, talking about how they tried to overthrow the
- 1:48Speaker 1: will of the people, that this was a coup attempt
- 1:50Speaker 1: by the Democratic Party. Now a quick reminder, if you're
- 1:54Speaker 1: listening to this podcast, please make sure you hit the
- 1:56Speaker 1: subscriber auto download button and tell your friends about this podcast,
- 2:01Speaker 1: share this on social media, and if you would run
- 2:03Speaker 1: us a five star review to help us, as Democrats
- 2:06Speaker 1: have been attacking our podcasts recently with bad reviews. Now
- 2:09Speaker 1: you would think if you're the Heather Republican Party and
- 2:12Speaker 1: you get confirmation that the Democrats like Adam Schiff did
- 2:16Speaker 1: in fact no right, they knew it while it was
- 2:20Speaker 1: happening that when they were impeaching the president, they were
- 2:23Speaker 1: impeaching him off of a story that they created, they fabricated.
- 2:27Speaker 1: You would think in that capacity that he would use
- 2:32Speaker 1: his position of power as the House Minority leader to
- 2:36Speaker 1: actually call out these individuals for what they were trying
- 2:40Speaker 1: to do and trying to accomplish. Again, Ken McCarthy has
- 2:44Speaker 1: never done that. But what we do know now through
- 2:48Speaker 1: leaked secret audio recordings, is that he was wanting the
- 2:53Speaker 1: President of the United States America, Donald Trump to resign
- 2:57Speaker 1: January the six, or after January the six, in private
- 3:01Speaker 1: leadership of the Republican Party phone calls. Now, this is
- 3:05Speaker 1: after they'd already tried to get rid of Donald Trump,
- 3:08Speaker 1: not once, but twice, they had tried to undermine his
- 3:12Speaker 1: entire presidency. Now, I'm going to play for you these
- 3:16Speaker 1: secret recordings that have just been unearthed. This also tells
- 3:20Speaker 1: you that Kevin McCarthy is a liar, because Kevin McCarthy
- 3:23Speaker 1: said that he never called or was going to call
- 3:29Speaker 1: for Donald Trump to resign. What we know from the
- 3:33Speaker 1: audio recordings is the exact opposite of that, is that
- 3:35Speaker 1: Kevin McCarthy actually urged Donald was going to urge Donald
- 3:39Speaker 1: Trump to resign, contradicting what he had said before. He
- 3:42Speaker 1: had lied to us, the American people. And this is
- 3:44Speaker 1: the guy in charge the Republican Party right now now
- 3:47Speaker 1: in this leadership phone call, he is having a conversation
- 3:51Speaker 1: that you're about to hear with Liz Cheney. Now we
- 3:53Speaker 1: know how much Liz Cheney sucks at life, and we
- 3:56Speaker 1: know that she's nothing more than a hardcore leftist Democrat.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Take a listen to this back and forth just four
- 4:05Speaker 1: days after the January sixth riot at the Capitols. You're
- 4:09Speaker 1: on the phone. Yeah, I'm here and think seven. Um.
- 4:12Speaker 1: I guess there's a question when when we were talking
- 4:14Speaker 1: about the twenty fifth and Monment resolution. Um, yeah, and
- 4:18Speaker 1: you asked if you know what happens if you get
- 4:20Speaker 1: there after he's gone? Is there any chance are you
- 4:24Speaker 1: hearing that he might design and is there any reason
- 4:26Speaker 1: to think that might happen. I've had some few discussions.
- 4:33Speaker 1: My gut called me. No. Um, I'm seriously thank you
- 4:40Speaker 1: for having that conversation with him tonight. I have a
- 4:42Speaker 1: top two many couple of days. Um, from what I
- 4:46Speaker 1: know of him, I mean you guys will know him too.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Do you think you'd ever back away? But what I
- 4:52Speaker 1: think I'm gonna do is I'm gonna call him. This
- 4:56Speaker 1: is what I think. Um, he's a little past the House.
- 5:02Speaker 1: I think they've a chance will pass the same it
- 5:04Speaker 1: even when he's gone, and I think there's a lot
- 5:10Speaker 1: of different remunications for that. Now. I haven't had a
- 5:13Speaker 1: discussion with the damn that if he get designed, would
- 5:17Speaker 1: that happened? Now? This is one personal feel I have.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I do not want to get it in any conversation
- 5:25Speaker 1: about Penn's party anything I got. I mean, the only
- 5:28Speaker 1: discussion I would have with him is that I think
- 5:31Speaker 1: this will pass, and it would be my recommendation you
- 5:34Speaker 1: should be gone. I mean, that would be my take,
- 5:39Speaker 1: But I don't think he would take it. But I
- 5:42Speaker 1: don't know it would be my recommendation that he should resign. Now,
- 5:51Speaker 1: Kevin McCarthy has come out and he has lied over
- 5:54Speaker 1: and over again saying that he didn't, never he would,
- 5:58Speaker 1: he never did anything like that. This is the House
- 6:01Speaker 1: Republican leader Kevin McCarthy. He told fellow GOP lawmakers shortly
- 6:06Speaker 1: after January the sixth, the Capital Insurrection, that he would
- 6:09Speaker 1: urge in President Donald Trump to resign. According to the
- 6:12Speaker 1: audio posted late last night by The New York Times
- 6:17Speaker 1: in that recording four days after January sixth. Okay, so
- 6:19Speaker 1: this is after a few days to be able to
- 6:22Speaker 1: get your head around what did or didn't happen, how
- 6:24Speaker 1: big of a deal this was or wasn't. During that recording,
- 6:27Speaker 1: on January the tenth, McCarthy is heard discussing the Democratic
- 6:31Speaker 1: efforts to remove Trump from office and saying he would
- 6:33Speaker 1: tell Trump, I think it would it will pass, and
- 6:37Speaker 1: it would be my recommendation he should resign. It's unclear
- 6:43Speaker 1: whether McCarthy is in the line to become how speaker
- 6:45Speaker 1: for Republicans gained control during the fall mid term elections
- 6:48Speaker 1: followed through on his thinking, or is merely spit bawling
- 6:53Speaker 1: ideas shared privately with his colleagues quote unquote the aftermath
- 6:56Speaker 1: the deadly capital assault and the same conversation, McCarthy told
- 7:00Speaker 1: us Kyllie's he dowd Trump would take the advice to
- 7:02Speaker 1: step aside. That would be my recommendation. McCarthy has heard
- 7:07Speaker 1: saying in response to a question from Liz Cheney, who,
- 7:10Speaker 1: as you know, has emerged the stunt Trump critic, I
- 7:16Speaker 1: don't think he will take it, but I don't know.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Earlier on Thursday, after The Times published their initials initial
- 7:24Speaker 1: story describing this conversation, McCarthy has released a statement calling
- 7:29Speaker 1: it totally false and wrong. His spokesman had told the
- 7:34Speaker 1: paper McCarthy never said he'd called Trump to say that
- 7:37Speaker 1: he should resign. Well, they baited McCarthy. They didn't run
- 7:42Speaker 1: with the audio first, they just reported on it, and
- 7:44Speaker 1: then they fought back, and then all of a sudden,
- 7:46Speaker 1: the recording came out. Oops. Ken McCarthy's press guy has
- 7:51Speaker 1: not responded to questions about the audio release after they
- 7:56Speaker 1: lie to the American people. Representive for Trump have also
- 7:59Speaker 1: not responded immediately after this video or this audio recording
- 8:05Speaker 1: came out. The audio threatens to quote badly damage a
- 8:10Speaker 1: relationship between Kevin McCarthy and Trump. No no, no, no, no,
- 8:13Speaker 1: let me rephrase the way it should be written. The
- 8:15Speaker 1: audio threatens to badly damage the relationship Kevin McCarthy has
- 8:19Speaker 1: with the conservative movement. Kevin McCarthy's a guy that has
- 8:24Speaker 1: not called for Adam Shift to resign, has not called
- 8:28Speaker 1: for Joe Biden to resign over his corruption with Hunter.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Biden hasn't called for any of the Democrats that went
- 8:38Speaker 1: rogue trying to overthrow the will of the people in
- 8:40Speaker 1: a free and fair election by lying about Russian collision
- 8:43Speaker 1: to resign. He hasn't called for anybody, but he's sitting
- 8:45Speaker 1: there talking to Liz Cheney on this audio recording, and
- 8:48Speaker 1: this is you gotta understand. This isn't like some random conversation.
- 8:51Speaker 1: This is an actual phone call to be very clear
- 8:56Speaker 1: of the Republican leadership and how they will respond to
- 9:01Speaker 1: the Democrats trying to impeach Donald Trump after January the sixth.
- 9:07Speaker 1: So understand context on this is extremely important. Context, I
- 9:13Speaker 1: would argue, is everything in this. They're trying to figure
- 9:17Speaker 1: out what they're gonna do next, right, They're trying to
- 9:21Speaker 1: figure out what comes next. They're trying to figure out
- 9:24Speaker 1: how they're gonna roll moving forward on this. And so
- 9:29Speaker 1: he's on tape saying and he lied about it again
- 9:32Speaker 1: last night. Oh I never I was never going to
- 9:35Speaker 1: tell Donald Trump to resign. That's exactly what he said
- 9:38Speaker 1: to Liz Cheney. Now, if you want to know why
- 9:42Speaker 1: Democrats are winning in Washington so much, you want to
- 9:44Speaker 1: know why Democrats are able to get away with what
- 9:46Speaker 1: they got away with against Donald Trump and the Slanders
- 9:48Speaker 1: and the attacks and they're trying to overthrow the will
- 9:51Speaker 1: of the people. You should now understand it. Clearly. If
- 9:53Speaker 1: the head of the Republican Party in Congress, Kevin McCarthy,
- 9:59Speaker 1: is saying and do these things behind the scenes, then
- 10:04Speaker 1: you should understand how much time they were spending trying
- 10:07Speaker 1: to undermine Donald Trump while he was in the White House.
- 10:11Speaker 1: It also tells you how much they were obsessed with power.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Kevin McCarthy didn't like playing second fiddle to Donald Trump.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Mitt Romney was the same way, Liz Cheney the same way,
- 10:23Speaker 1: Adam Kinsinger the same way. They hated the fact that
- 10:26Speaker 1: Donald Trump sucked up all the oxygen right. They hated
- 10:31Speaker 1: that Donald Trump was the one that was getting the headlines,
- 10:36Speaker 1: that Donald Trump was the one that was out there
- 10:39Speaker 1: making headlines and doing big things. They hated it, and
- 10:45Speaker 1: so what they decided to do. They decided to undermine
- 10:49Speaker 1: him for four years. They didn't actually defend the president.
- 10:54Speaker 1: They were probably behind the scenes trying to figure out
- 10:56Speaker 1: how they could weaken him because they'd rather be in
- 10:58Speaker 1: the minority and have a big microphone then actually have
- 11:02Speaker 1: to sit back and let Donald Trump lead. It's no
- 11:04Speaker 1: different than what I told you about Mitt Romney. Mitt
- 11:07Speaker 1: Romney wanted to get rid of Donald Trump so that
- 11:09Speaker 1: he could get back on TV and actually matter. That's
- 11:12Speaker 1: exactly why this happened. I want to get back to
- 11:16Speaker 1: not trusting conservatives right now. And there's another aspect of this.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I want to bring in another part of this equation.
- 11:27Speaker 1: You look at Kevin McCarthy, and you look at what
- 11:30Speaker 1: he did to Donald Trump, and we look at the
- 11:31Speaker 1: lies coming from him. This is the guy in charge
- 11:33Speaker 1: the Republican Party, right This is the Tea Party conservative
- 11:36Speaker 1: guy that's the majority you know, the minority leader right
- 11:39Speaker 1: now in the House. He's the next in line to
- 11:41Speaker 1: become Speaker of the House if Republicans win in the midterms.
- 11:46Speaker 1: This guy shouldn't be the Speaker of the House, by
- 11:47Speaker 1: the way, based on what we now know about him.
- 11:50Speaker 1: But how do you rein in these people when they
- 11:53Speaker 1: betray you the way that Kevin McCarthy clearly has done
- 11:58Speaker 1: well insult another issue right now, and that's Tulsie Gabbert.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Tulsie Gabbert's the former Democratic presidential Kenneth that was ousted
- 12:07Speaker 1: by the Democratic Party. They hated her, right, She's spawn
- 12:10Speaker 1: of Satan. Tulsie Gabbert has now lawyered up to fight
- 12:15Speaker 1: against another Conservative. I say that with air quotes, Mitt Romney,
- 12:21Speaker 1: as well as another guy that's slandering her, Keith Oberman.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Now this is a very interesting thing because Tulsie Gabbert
- 12:28Speaker 1: actually served her country and she's now been accused of
- 12:34Speaker 1: being treasonous for her comments that she's made about the
- 12:37Speaker 1: war in Ukraine by Mitt Romney. And she said, all right,
- 12:41Speaker 1: I've had enough of this crap. I'm gonna hold you
- 12:43Speaker 1: account of them, that Romney. I'm gonna lawyer her up.
- 12:46Speaker 1: I'm gonna lawyer up for libel because I'm tired of
- 12:49Speaker 1: people like Mitt Romney winning. Is basically what Tulsie has
- 12:52Speaker 1: decided to do here, which I love, by the way,
- 12:55Speaker 1: which is exactly what every conservative should be doing right
- 12:57Speaker 1: now against Kevin McCarthy. Like the hell with Kevin McCarthy
- 13:01Speaker 1: at this point, knowing what he said about Donald Trump
- 13:04Speaker 1: after January six, knowing that he hadn't called for any
- 13:06Speaker 1: of the Democrats to resigned when they were trying to
- 13:08Speaker 1: overthrow the will of the people with a coup attempt
- 13:10Speaker 1: based on a fake Russian dossier which they paid for,
- 13:15Speaker 1: never out there telling people to resign for that. But
- 13:17Speaker 1: a Republican Donald Trump, some people do some things on
- 13:20Speaker 1: January the sixth, and he's like, well, I'm gonna tell
- 13:23Speaker 1: him he should resign. Never said that. He says, right,
- 13:26Speaker 1: I never said that. Then they busted him, they and
- 13:28Speaker 1: trapped him. It was perfectly done, by the way, by
- 13:31Speaker 1: the New York Times. And this shows you how stupid
- 13:33Speaker 1: Kevin McCarthy is. I never said that. And they're like, okay, well,
- 13:35Speaker 1: now that you're on the record, is is declaring that
- 13:38Speaker 1: you never said this. We have the audio and we'll
- 13:40Speaker 1: league that. And now what are you gonna say? It's
- 13:45Speaker 1: time for us to start suing more folks. It's time
- 13:48Speaker 1: for us to start playing to win. You know, we
- 13:51Speaker 1: sued over vaccines mandates and we won. We sued over
- 13:55Speaker 1: mass mandates and we won. Tulsa Gabbert is saying, all right,
- 13:58Speaker 1: I'm gonna gloire up against bit me. I'm not gonna
- 14:00Speaker 1: let Mit Romney walk around and slander me and what
- 14:04Speaker 1: I've said or what I didn't say and say that
- 14:07Speaker 1: what i'd said was trees. And it's like, you're a
- 14:09Speaker 1: United States senator. I'm not gonna let it fly. And
- 14:13Speaker 1: maybe we should all learn something from Tulsa Gabbert on
- 14:15Speaker 1: this one. Take a listen to consider totally out of
- 14:18Speaker 1: bounds to question someone patriotism because of a political difference
- 14:22Speaker 1: in Washington that was called McCarthyism, and only the lowest
- 14:26Speaker 1: sort of people engaged in that. Now it's completely part
- 14:31Speaker 1: for the course for people on the left to accuse
- 14:33Speaker 1: you of trees and if you diditis with Joe Biden
- 14:35Speaker 1: in any way. Case in point, Telsey Gabert, it was
- 14:38Speaker 1: a Democrat and a former sitting member of Congress, challenged
- 14:42Speaker 1: the idea that it would be a good policy for
- 14:45Speaker 1: the United States to fight a hot war with Russia.
- 14:49Speaker 1: For saying that, and by the way, she speaks for
- 14:51Speaker 1: the overwhelming majority of Americans and making that obvious point,
- 14:53Speaker 1: but for doing it, members of both parties called her
- 14:57Speaker 1: a traitor. Quote Telsey Gabert is parroting false shouldn't propaganda,
- 15:01Speaker 1: wrote Mitt Romney of Utah. Her treasonous lies may well
- 15:05Speaker 1: cost the lives. Keith Oberman, who is ludicrous but still alive, agreed,
- 15:10Speaker 1: He said Telsa Gabert is a quote Russian asset who
- 15:13Speaker 1: belongs in jail. Now, this kind of stuff flies around
- 15:16Speaker 1: the Internet all day long, and most people just kind
- 15:18Speaker 1: of shrug it off and keep moving. But Telsa Gabert
- 15:20Speaker 1: doesn't seem like she's going to She's on the verge
- 15:22Speaker 1: side of taking legal action against both Mitt Romney and
- 15:25Speaker 1: Keith Oberman. We should tell you probably know Telsa Gabbert
- 15:29Speaker 1: is a US Army Reserve officer. She joins us to
- 15:32Speaker 1: night to explain her decision. Congressman, thanks so much for
- 15:35Speaker 1: coming on. So how do you plan to respond to this? Well,
- 15:41Speaker 1: first of all, let me let me say that I
- 15:44Speaker 1: took an oath. As you mentioned, I still serve in
- 15:46Speaker 1: the US Army Reserves today. I'm a lieutenant colonel, and
- 15:49Speaker 1: nineteen years ago, when I enlisted in the military, I
- 15:51Speaker 1: took an oath to support and defend our Constitution. I
- 15:54Speaker 1: took that very same oath when I was elected to
- 15:57Speaker 1: serve in Congress, where I served for eight years. Senator
- 16:00Speaker 1: Mitt Romney has taken that oath, as has every other
- 16:03Speaker 1: member of Congress who has had the privilege of serving.
- 16:06Speaker 1: And if mitt Romney had read the Constitution, he would
- 16:10Speaker 1: know that treason, the crime that he's accusing me of,
- 16:14Speaker 1: that is punishable by death. Is so serious that our
- 16:17Speaker 1: founders deemed it to be the only crime worthy of
- 16:20Speaker 1: being defined in our constitution. And so the situation that
- 16:25Speaker 1: we're facing here is a very serious one, not because
- 16:28Speaker 1: it's about me, but because it has a much bigger
- 16:30Speaker 1: impact on our country. When powerful and influential people basically
- 16:36Speaker 1: threaten and intimidate people into silence, as Mitt Romney, Keith Oldman,
- 16:40Speaker 1: and others are doing, they're hoping to achieve that effect
- 16:44Speaker 1: that if anybody dares speak out against the government, that
- 16:46Speaker 1: if anybody dares to criticize whatever the permanent Washington establishment's
- 16:52Speaker 1: narrative is, then you will be smeared as a traitorist, treasonous, traitor.
- 16:58Speaker 1: And frankly, it also if Mitt Romney is serious, seriously
- 17:02Speaker 1: believes that I have committed treason, why hasn't he brought
- 17:06Speaker 1: any evidence or brought charges. He clearly doesn't care that
- 17:10Speaker 1: there are any consequences, or as I mentioned, he's just
- 17:13Speaker 1: trying to intimidate and bully me and others into silence
- 17:16Speaker 1: me ask a question. So Mitt Romney famously dodged the
- 17:18Speaker 1: war in Vietnam. He's a coward. You serve in the
- 17:21Speaker 1: US military, so you talk to people who also serve
- 17:24Speaker 1: and who might be called to fight this war against Russia.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Of the people you know who are currently serving in
- 17:28Speaker 1: the US military, how many believe that raising questions about
- 17:31Speaker 1: whether a war with Russian is a good idea constitutes treason?
- 17:34Speaker 1: Do a lot of your fellow officers think what you
- 17:35Speaker 1: said as treason? Is not a single person that I
- 17:40Speaker 1: know that I've had the privilege of serving with, and
- 17:43Speaker 1: even those who I don't know personally, who take this
- 17:46Speaker 1: oath to support and defend our constitution, to be loyal
- 17:50Speaker 1: to our country, wearing the uniform, knowing that we can
- 17:52Speaker 1: be called to give our lives in service to our
- 17:55Speaker 1: country at any time. I'm confident in saying that they
- 17:58Speaker 1: would not agree with his accusations. Yeah, I'm I'm not
- 18:02Speaker 1: surprised at all. The people who actually face the risk
- 18:05Speaker 1: understand we need the conversation. I go back to what
- 18:10Speaker 1: Tulsie Gabt is saying here, Mitt, romy's a guy throwing
- 18:13Speaker 1: this crap around, right, He's the guy throwing it around,
- 18:18Speaker 1: And oh it's trees us get a lawyer just like
- 18:23Speaker 1: she's talking about doing, and sue, is there any downside
- 18:29Speaker 1: to suing? At this point, knowing what she just said,
- 18:32Speaker 1: I would argue, no, don't let them get away with it.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Whatever you do, don't let them get away with it.
- 18:45Speaker 1: These are the scumbags that get away with the stuff
- 18:48Speaker 1: because they think that the media is going to protect them,
- 18:52Speaker 1: right that they think that this is all about the
- 18:54Speaker 1: media and they can say whatever they want or do
- 19:00Speaker 1: whatever they want, just like Kevin McCarthy. Kevin McCarthy is
- 19:04Speaker 1: a guy that none of us, as conservatives should Trump
- 19:08Speaker 1: should trust. Because McCarthy said he would urge Trump to resign.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Light about it, then light about it again yesterday. Guys
- 19:17Speaker 1: like Mitt Romney who are toxic, we should kick them
- 19:21Speaker 1: out of the Republican Party. And this audio clearly shows
- 19:26Speaker 1: that the the number one Republican in the House of Representatives,
- 19:30Speaker 1: was planning to urge Trump to resign. Not Democrats after
- 19:33Speaker 1: them they were trying to overthrow the government for four years. No, no, no,
- 19:37Speaker 1: he never came out for that. Did he call out
- 19:42Speaker 1: for a special prosecutor on half the stuff that the
- 19:44Speaker 1: Democrats have done that we know about. No, he, But
- 19:48Speaker 1: he's gonna urge Donald Trump to resign. And the and
- 19:50Speaker 1: the I think the worst part about it is the
- 19:52Speaker 1: fact that he's having the conversation with Liz Chenney and
- 19:56Speaker 1: all of the Republican leadership. This isn't like he was
- 19:59Speaker 1: spitballing it dinner in an undercover video. This is on
- 20:05Speaker 1: the official call of the Republican leadership of the House
- 20:09Speaker 1: of Representatives four days after January the sixth. I'm gonna
- 20:15Speaker 1: I mean, I don't think the president's gonna listen to me,
- 20:16Speaker 1: but I'm gonna tell me needs to resign. Did the
- 20:20Speaker 1: President run down there and burn up the Capitol or
- 20:23Speaker 1: break in No? Did he tell people to go peacefully? Yes?
- 20:28Speaker 1: Did he say go down there and towards the place,
- 20:30Speaker 1: break into the place, ripped down the barriers, attack police. No.
- 20:36Speaker 1: But you gotta wonder, now, whose side is Kevin McCarthy on.
- 20:38Speaker 1: I mean, we saw this January sixth commission. At this point,
- 20:41Speaker 1: I think it's pretty clear that Kevin McCarthy's in favor
- 20:43Speaker 1: of that January sixth commission. And one of the reasons
- 20:47Speaker 1: why he's probably in favor of the January sixth commission
- 20:50Speaker 1: is because he wants to make sure that Donald trumpet
- 20:55Speaker 1: doesn't ever get back to the White House, because if
- 20:58Speaker 1: Donald Trump gets back to the White House. Kevin McCarthy's
- 21:01Speaker 1: no longer the big dog, and these people like Mitt
- 21:04Speaker 1: Romney and Kevin McCarthy would rather be in the minority
- 21:06Speaker 1: and have some power than be in the majority change
- 21:09Speaker 1: things for this country and not be in charge, not
- 21:13Speaker 1: be the top dog. By the way, there's a lot
- 21:18Speaker 1: of conservatives in the establishment right now, just so you
- 21:22Speaker 1: know that are trying to defend Kevin McCarthy saying that
- 21:26Speaker 1: this is a takedown job on him. So you must
- 21:29Speaker 1: stand by Kevin McCarthy because they're trying to take him down. Right,
- 21:32Speaker 1: this is all you know, This is all MSNBC and
- 21:36Speaker 1: the New York Times, and you need to stand by
- 21:38Speaker 1: and don't don't believe the fake news right of MSNBC.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Don't be bamboozled. Okay, don't be that stupid, all right,
- 21:49Speaker 1: don't don't let them do this to you. Okay, don't
- 21:52Speaker 1: don't be this dumb. Kevin McCarthy is not your friend, folks.
- 21:57Speaker 1: He's a friend of the Democrats. Now you may say, well,
- 21:59Speaker 1: why then, or Democrats trying to take him down because
- 22:01Speaker 1: it's fun for them, it's sport, it's exciting for them.
- 22:07Speaker 1: They had a great story about Kevin McCarthy right before
- 22:09Speaker 1: the midterms. They do want a weekend Republicans in general
- 22:12Speaker 1: right now. And this is a big I got to story,
- 22:15Speaker 1: but it doesn't mean it's not a valid one. Right
- 22:19Speaker 1: For once, the Democrats actually did something that should be
- 22:22Speaker 1: good for Concertos to help expose the shadiness of the
- 22:26Speaker 1: Republicans involved. I want you to listen to how MSNBC
- 22:30Speaker 1: broke this story on Rachel Maddow's show. Now, this is
- 22:34Speaker 1: all coming out of a book, This will not pass
- 22:38Speaker 1: Trump Biden, The Battle for America's Future, a book by
- 22:41Speaker 1: Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns, and they set this up
- 22:47Speaker 1: and you should be upset about this, that Kevin McCarthy
- 22:51Speaker 1: is this much of a liberal, of a turncoade. He's
- 22:54Speaker 1: a useful idiot for the left, and he's been a
- 22:58Speaker 1: useful idiot for them for years. And now they realize, Okay,
- 23:02Speaker 1: we've got a thing on him, so we'll exploit it
- 23:07Speaker 1: and maybe it'll hurt the Republican Party come the midterms. Listen,
- 23:10Speaker 1: here's what mister Burns and mister Martin say about Kevin McCarthy.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Quote on January tenth, so four days after the attack
- 23:17Speaker 1: on the Capitol, Kevin McCarthy convened a small group of
- 23:20Speaker 1: House Republican leaders to share his thinking. Speaking with just
- 23:24Speaker 1: three other top Republicans on a private call, McCarthy said
- 23:27Speaker 1: he might call on Trump to resign. He conferred for
- 23:32Speaker 1: more than forty five minutes with Steve Scalise, Liz Cheney,
- 23:35Speaker 1: and Tom Emmer, the Minnesota congressman who led the House
- 23:38Speaker 1: Republicans campaign committee. They usually upbeat. Mister McCarthy was audibly anguished.
- 23:44Speaker 1: The gravity of the attack was still sinking in, and
- 23:47Speaker 1: it seemed increasingly clear to him that he had to
- 23:49Speaker 1: break with Trump. It was finally time to end their alliance.
- 23:53Speaker 1: His plan, McCarthy said, on that January tenth call, was
- 23:57Speaker 1: to approach President Trump and tell him it was inevitable
- 24:00Speaker 1: that Congress would impeach him and it was time for
- 24:03Speaker 1: him to go. He envisioned telling Trump of an impeachment resolution, quote,
- 24:07Speaker 1: I think this will pass, and it would be my
- 24:11Speaker 1: recommendation you should resign now right there in the book immediately.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Kevin McCarthy's going to come out tell you that's not true.
- 24:19Speaker 1: I never said that, And they set up Kevin McCarthy
- 24:23Speaker 1: to lie, right, They set up Kevin McCarthy and his
- 24:28Speaker 1: team to lie to you, and they did it perfectly.
- 24:31Speaker 1: They didn't say they had audio, right that would reveal
- 24:35Speaker 1: that The House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said, Trump admitted
- 24:38Speaker 1: bearing some responsibility for the capital attack. Ane on this
- 24:42Speaker 1: phone call, he was going to tell the president he
- 24:44Speaker 1: should resign. Right, that didn't happen. Okay, that part never happened.
- 24:53Speaker 1: He says, well, we now know he lied to us.
- 24:57Speaker 1: I think this will pass meeting the impeachment resolution and
- 25:00Speaker 1: will pass, meaning you will be impeached. Quote, it would
- 25:03Speaker 1: be my recommendation that you should resign. McCarthy said near
- 25:07Speaker 1: the end of the call. Quote, I've had it with
- 25:09Speaker 1: this guy. What he did was unacceptable. Nobody can defend that.
- 25:14Speaker 1: And I've had it with this guy, Kevin McCarthy, the
- 25:17Speaker 1: guy in charge the Republican party in the House, the
- 25:21Speaker 1: top Republican right now in America, with Donald Trump gone? Right?
- 25:27Speaker 1: With Donald Trump gone? Has he said on the phone
- 25:30Speaker 1: with these other four Republicans, I've had it with this guy.
- 25:35Speaker 1: What he did was unacceptable. Nobody can defend that, and
- 25:38Speaker 1: nobody should defend it. So burn Donald Trump at the stake.
- 25:42Speaker 1: That's what Kevin McCarthy said in the call, which of
- 25:45Speaker 1: course he lies to you until you never happened. Now
- 25:46Speaker 1: we know it actually did, nobody should defend it. Now.
- 25:54Speaker 1: It is one thing to know that Kevin McCarthy once
- 25:57Speaker 1: felt that way and once told his colleagues that he
- 26:00Speaker 1: intended to do those things that he described. And of
- 26:03Speaker 1: course now you couldn't slide a sheet of paper between
- 26:06Speaker 1: him and Trump. He decided to just jettison those apparently
- 26:09Speaker 1: principled concerns and pledge his loyalty to Trump once again.
- 26:14Speaker 1: I mean, that's one thing that tells you something about
- 26:16Speaker 1: mister McCarthy. In their new book, mister Martin and mister
- 26:19Speaker 1: Burns call it simply surrender by mister McCarthy. That's the
- 26:23Speaker 1: word they use. But you know, it's another thing entirely
- 26:29Speaker 1: for him to deny that this all happened, when in
- 26:32Speaker 1: fact it happened. In a statement of The New York
- 26:35Speaker 1: Times earlier today, a spokesman for Kevin McCarthy issued a
- 26:38Speaker 1: flat denial that McCarthy ever said he would push Trump
- 26:41Speaker 1: to resign. That spokesman said, quote, McCarthy never said he'd
- 26:44Speaker 1: call Trump to say he should resign. By the way
- 26:48Speaker 1: this is. I love Rachel Matta right now for doing
- 26:51Speaker 1: this right and again, this is the defense that Kevin
- 26:55Speaker 1: McCarthy's going to use. So don't be bamboozled. They're going
- 26:59Speaker 1: to tell you this is this is just some evil
- 27:01Speaker 1: corruption here right right, that this is this is just
- 27:06Speaker 1: some slanderous attack on him, and don't fall for it.
- 27:10Speaker 1: And Kevin McCarthy's and it never said this, well he
- 27:12Speaker 1: did say it. Well, we got on recording he said it.
- 27:15Speaker 1: And so there's a problem there. And they're gonna tell you, well,
- 27:17Speaker 1: Kevin McCarthy, they're just trying to they're trying to destroy
- 27:20Speaker 1: this hardcore conservative and Kevin McCarthy, they're trying to destroy
- 27:23Speaker 1: a man that's standing up for you and our conservative values.
- 27:26Speaker 1: That's what they're gonna that's how they're gonna sell this.
- 27:28Speaker 1: And don't buy in to The New York Times and
- 27:30Speaker 1: don't buy in to MSNBC and what they're telling you
- 27:35Speaker 1: right now, don't do it. Look, even a blind squirrel
- 27:44Speaker 1: finds an every once in a while, right the story
- 27:48Speaker 1: that you're hearing right now from MSNBC and the New
- 27:51Speaker 1: York Times, good on them for getting this one. I
- 27:53Speaker 1: don't have a problem with it. They're not lying to us.
- 27:56Speaker 1: They're telling the truth on this one. Believe them on
- 28:01Speaker 1: this one, folks, like literally believe them. Ken McCarthy did
- 28:06Speaker 1: say this. Kevin McCarthy did say he was done with
- 28:08Speaker 1: this guy referring to Donald Trump. Kevin McCarthy did say
- 28:11Speaker 1: he was going to tell the president to resign. Whether
- 28:12Speaker 1: he did or didn't, we don't know. But what we
- 28:16Speaker 1: do know is this guy is doing more to hurt
- 28:18Speaker 1: the Republican movement and conservatives than he is to actually
- 28:22Speaker 1: stand up for against the hardcore leftist Democrats that tried
- 28:26Speaker 1: to overthrow the will of the people. The New York
- 28:33Speaker 1: Times McCarthy on Trump after January six, I've had it
- 28:36Speaker 1: with this guy. Quote unquote. Does that sound like a
- 28:39Speaker 1: guy you want to be Speaker of the House. Not
- 28:42Speaker 1: for me. Carthy never said he'd call Trump to say
- 28:45Speaker 1: he should resign. To further clarify, you should also know
- 28:51Speaker 1: that NBC News reached out to the congressman's office following
- 28:55Speaker 1: that statement, specifically asking again and drilling down on the
- 28:59Speaker 1: question of whether or not mister McCarthy said he would
- 29:02Speaker 1: push President Trump to resign. His spokesman responded saying quote, no,
- 29:08Speaker 1: he did not. Leader McCarthy also issued a statement himself
- 29:14Speaker 1: today saying, in part quote the New York Times reporting
- 29:16Speaker 1: on me is totally false and wrong. The problem with
- 29:20Speaker 1: these denials from mister McCarthy and his office is that
- 29:23Speaker 1: we have now obtained audio of that January tenth phone
- 29:27Speaker 1: call that Leader McCarthy held with other top Republicans in
- 29:30Speaker 1: which he in fact said he's going to call Trump
- 29:34Speaker 1: and tell him that he must resign. The authors of
- 29:37Speaker 1: this new book, Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns from The
- 29:39Speaker 1: New York Times, they have shared that audio of this
- 29:41Speaker 1: call with us so that we can share it with
- 29:43Speaker 1: you tonight so that you can know that when Kevin
- 29:46Speaker 1: McCarthy denies that this happened, he is not telling the truth.
- 29:51Speaker 1: By the way, I wish you would just called it
- 29:52Speaker 1: what it is. He's a liar. Kevin McCarthy's lying to you.
- 29:57Speaker 1: And Kevin McCarthy, the head of the Republican leadership up
- 30:00Speaker 1: in the House, the guy who's you know, if we
- 30:02Speaker 1: win back the House in the midterm elections, will become
- 30:05Speaker 1: the Speaker of the House. In theory, is a guy
- 30:08Speaker 1: that spent more time undermining Donald Trump and supporting Donald Trump,
- 30:12Speaker 1: and now I want you to act like this never happens. Yeah,
- 30:14Speaker 1: I never said this, This has never happened. Okay, Well
- 30:16Speaker 1: we've got the audio recording, so we know you're a
- 30:18Speaker 1: liar hearing this live. You on the phone. Yeah, I'm
- 30:24Speaker 1: here and thanks Kevin. Um, I guess there's a question
- 30:27Speaker 1: when when we were talking about the twenty fifth Amendment resolution. Yeah,
- 30:31Speaker 1: and you ask if you know what happens if it
- 30:33Speaker 1: gets there after he's gone? Is there any chance are
- 30:37Speaker 1: you hearing that he might design? Is there any reason
- 30:40Speaker 1: to think that might happen. I've had some few discussions.
- 30:46Speaker 1: My gut tells me no. Um, I'm seriously thank you
- 30:53Speaker 1: for having that conversation with him tonight. I have a
- 30:55Speaker 1: top two in a couple of days from what I
- 30:59Speaker 1: know of him. I mean, you guys will know him too.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Do you think he'd ever back away? But what I
- 31:05Speaker 1: think I'm gonna do is I'm going to call him.
- 31:09Speaker 1: This is what I think. No, it will pass the House.
- 31:15Speaker 1: I think there's a chance will pass the same or
- 31:17Speaker 1: even when he's gone. And I think there's a lot
- 31:23Speaker 1: of different amolications for that. Now. I haven't had a
- 31:26Speaker 1: discussion with the Dems that if you get designed, would
- 31:30Speaker 1: it not happen. Now, this is one personal feel I have.
- 31:35Speaker 1: I do not want to get in in any conversation
- 31:38Speaker 1: about Penn's party anything that. I mean, the only discussion
- 31:42Speaker 1: I would have with him is that I think this
- 31:45Speaker 1: will pass, and it would be my recommendation you should
- 31:47Speaker 1: be gone. I mean, that would be my cake. But
- 31:52Speaker 1: I don't think he would take it. But I don't know.
- 32:00Speaker 1: I don't know what else to say at this point.
- 32:03Speaker 1: But if you think that Kevin McCarthy's the guy to
- 32:05Speaker 1: be in charge the Republican Party, you're an idiot. If
- 32:08Speaker 1: you think that Kevin McCarthy is a guy that you
- 32:11Speaker 1: can trust, you're an idiot. If you think that Kevin
- 32:15Speaker 1: McCarthy is an individual that is going to support what
- 32:20Speaker 1: we believe in, what hardcore concerns believe in, and what
- 32:24Speaker 1: guy Donald Trum of the White House, you're an idiot.
- 32:25Speaker 1: This guy may have been undermining the president the entire
- 32:28Speaker 1: time Donald Trump was the president, based on these phone
- 32:30Speaker 1: calls with only four top people, one of them being
- 32:33Speaker 1: Liz Cheney. There is a certain time when you stop
- 32:39Speaker 1: defending your own and you go after your own when
- 32:41Speaker 1: they're not what they told you they were. And that
- 32:43Speaker 1: is exactly why you should make sure that everybody you
- 32:47Speaker 1: know knows what Kevin McCarthy has done that hopefully, to
- 32:50Speaker 1: use his words, this won't pass right. He's like, oh,
- 32:54Speaker 1: I think this will pass, okay, and that's probably what
- 32:56Speaker 1: he's saying today. Well, this will pass right. I'll just
- 32:58Speaker 1: keep going out there, act like a big conservative maga
- 33:01Speaker 1: guy and this will pass. Let's not let that happen.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Let's make sure we find someone else to do a
- 33:07Speaker 1: better job. Let's make sure, okay, that Kevin McCarthy is
- 33:14Speaker 1: not the leader of the Republican Party, because we do
- 33:17Speaker 1: not need a guy like this who is a fraud
- 33:22Speaker 1: leading the Republican Party. Clearly he's not fighting for us, folks,
- 33:26Speaker 1: that's obvious. Makes you share this podcast, hit that subscribe
