- 2:04Speaker 7: Good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice, Come
- 2:08Speaker 7: on dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey got
- 2:12Speaker 7: a radio show. Well, okay, here we go. You know
- 2:18Speaker 7: what's important, What's what can be a huge part of
- 2:22Speaker 7: your success is if you if you find a balance,
- 2:28Speaker 7: if you find a balance in your life. That's that's
- 2:33Speaker 7: been very important for me. And I've really never phrased
- 2:36Speaker 7: it this way until now, but I was kind of
- 2:39Speaker 7: thinking about it after my wife and I mean we
- 2:42Speaker 7: set up one night recently.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Man.
- 2:44Speaker 7: You know, I often come on here and this is
- 2:47Speaker 7: kind of an inspirational moment of the show, and I
- 2:49Speaker 7: try to remind people about that most important relationship between
- 2:54Speaker 7: you and God. And that's that's the apex of it.
- 2:57Speaker 7: That's that's the that's the top of it, you've got
- 3:01Speaker 7: to form the relationship with God. If you don't, everything
- 3:04Speaker 7: else struggles. It's hard to be a good husband without God.
- 3:07Speaker 7: It's hard to be a good family man without God.
- 3:10Speaker 7: It's hard to be successful without God. Man, it's hard
- 3:12Speaker 7: to be hard to get through this thing called life
- 3:15Speaker 7: without God.
- 3:16Speaker 1: So that's clear.
- 3:18Speaker 7: But at the same time, you can't talk about God.
- 3:22Speaker 7: Twenty four seven. You got to go to work. Come on, man,
- 3:25Speaker 7: let's just be real. I ain't doing I ain't your pastor,
- 3:27Speaker 7: and I ain't at your church. But let's just be
- 3:30Speaker 7: real about it. You know, if people tell you got
- 3:33Speaker 7: to keep your mind stayed on Him and all like that,
- 3:35Speaker 7: that's a true statement.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Got to keep your mind stayed in that area.
- 3:39Speaker 7: I Don't'm not here to tell you how to live,
- 3:40Speaker 7: but you got to keep your mind stayed in that
- 3:42Speaker 7: area of God, of doing the right thing, caring about people.
- 3:45Speaker 7: That's what I took it as. Now I could be wrong.
- 3:47Speaker 7: I apologize if I'm not saying it the way you've
- 3:50Speaker 7: been taught. I can only do me now. But after that,
- 3:54Speaker 7: you got to go to work.
- 3:55Speaker 1: You got to have some fun.
- 3:57Speaker 7: You got to take care of your business and that's
- 4:01Speaker 7: the balance you have to find so it once you
- 4:05Speaker 7: focus on showing up your relationship with God, you gotta
- 4:10Speaker 7: balance this now. Now, you got to allocate some time
- 4:15Speaker 7: I don't care who you are, for your family. If
- 4:18Speaker 7: you're gonna have a family, you got to allocate.
- 4:21Speaker 5: Some time for them.
- 4:22Speaker 1: See, we can't just marry these women or make these
- 4:25Speaker 1: kids and then neglect them.
- 4:29Speaker 7: And fellas, especially if I'm talking to men out here
- 4:31Speaker 7: and ladies you can listen to, but listen. If you
- 4:34Speaker 7: find yourself struggling in your life, man, and you can't
- 4:37Speaker 7: seem to get it together, let's just go over a
- 4:39Speaker 7: couple of things. The first two things, if you find
- 4:42Speaker 7: yourself struggling, you can't seem to pull it together and
- 4:45Speaker 7: reach your goals and get the where you want to go.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Let's just do a check how is your relationship with God?
- 4:54Speaker 7: And then next how much time are you taking to
- 4:57Speaker 7: allocate for your family? Now, your family don't always live
- 5:02Speaker 7: in your house, but if you made them, they yours
- 5:06Speaker 7: and the responsibility to them is never lessen because you
- 5:10Speaker 7: don't stay that no more. Because you and the girl
- 5:12Speaker 7: broke up, you and a woman don't speak that, hey, man,
- 5:15Speaker 7: that don't ever release you from the obligation. Feel me
- 5:19Speaker 7: what I'm telling you this now because I'm not telling
- 5:22Speaker 7: you something I'm wondering about. I've had to live through
- 5:25Speaker 7: them years. So two things you can start looking at.
- 5:29Speaker 7: If you not where you want to be, and you ain't,
- 5:31Speaker 7: you ain't really solent. You can't figure out why you
- 5:33Speaker 7: keep spending your wheels. Have you just done a random inventory?
- 5:37Speaker 2: Man?
- 5:37Speaker 7: Have you just checked on your relationship with God? Have
- 5:39Speaker 7: you checked on the time you spending dedicated towards your family,
- 5:43Speaker 7: your children that you created? If them two things is
- 5:46Speaker 7: out of sink, man, that I can tell you right now,
- 5:50Speaker 7: you can go on and get to explaining yourself away
- 5:52Speaker 7: just like that. Hey man, how come you ain't where
- 5:55Speaker 7: you want to be?
- 5:56Speaker 1: Man? Comes man, I really ain't. Well, if you really ain't,
- 5:59Speaker 1: then you really ain't.
- 6:00Speaker 7: The third thing is you got to allocate the necessary
- 6:04Speaker 7: time for your business.
- 6:07Speaker 1: You got to handle your business. All of this, man, is.
- 6:12Speaker 7: The way it works. And the order the order is
- 6:18Speaker 7: God first, family second. Then you got to handle all
- 6:25Speaker 7: your business.
- 6:25Speaker 1: But as me, and this is what we do. If
- 6:28Speaker 1: I don't handle my business, I can't take care of
- 6:31Speaker 1: my family. True statement. But if your business is in
- 6:35Speaker 1: front of your family, you out of order.
- 6:37Speaker 7: Now that's all we talking about now in it. See,
- 6:40Speaker 7: that's all we really say in here now, fellas you know,
- 6:43Speaker 7: you know I mean, I mean, come on, man, you know,
- 6:45Speaker 7: let's have a real conversation about being better. You know,
- 6:49Speaker 7: if you have created these children, you got to handle
- 6:51Speaker 7: your business. You may not like the girl no more.
- 6:55Speaker 7: You and the woman might have broken up, y'all might
- 6:57Speaker 7: go your own way, But what that got to do
- 6:58Speaker 7: with the child though, Man, you got to handle your business.
- 7:01Speaker 7: They got to know who daddy is. That's your obligation. Man,
- 7:04Speaker 7: that God ain't letting you off the hook for that.
- 7:07Speaker 8: Try it.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Go ahead and try it and think you're gonna get
- 7:10Speaker 1: off the hook with that, cause you're not. Man, You
- 7:13Speaker 1: just not. I'm sorry, man, dog Steve, Why you coming
- 7:18Speaker 1: like that? Because I did it like that. I did it. Man.
- 7:22Speaker 7: I was over here trying to reshape my life, get
- 7:24Speaker 7: myself up on my feet when I was a homeless
- 7:26Speaker 7: man and trying to come back.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Man, I thought I had to take care of me
- 7:30Speaker 1: first and then so I can neglect it.
- 7:32Speaker 7: Cared about them kids, man, I ain't hid at work, man,
- 7:35Speaker 7: God kept his knee on my neck for a long
- 7:37Speaker 7: time for that one right there, till I finally learned
- 7:39Speaker 7: the lesson hold up man, put these phone calls in,
- 7:44Speaker 7: go spend some time, do something. And then it started
- 7:47Speaker 7: turning around for me. You know, I can't be there
- 7:50Speaker 7: all the time because I am out here on the
- 7:52Speaker 7: ground in the hustle. But at the same time, Man,
- 7:54Speaker 7: some more phone calls, some more letters, some more hawha,
- 7:58Speaker 7: he heeds something, then take care of your business.
- 8:03Speaker 8: Man.
- 8:03Speaker 1: You got to work hard to be successful.
- 8:06Speaker 2: You know.
- 8:06Speaker 7: I sometimes I don't put that in there. I just
- 8:08Speaker 7: live it, and I expect my sons to emulate that.
- 8:11Speaker 7: But I gotta talk to them all the time. How
- 8:13Speaker 7: hard you got to work to be something. It's an
- 8:17Speaker 7: all out of salt on it.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Man.
- 8:18Speaker 1: If you gotta target in mind, you gotta go.
- 8:20Speaker 7: You gotta wake up every day trying to get there,
- 8:23Speaker 7: and you can't get tired of it because it.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Never ends.
- 8:29Speaker 7: You're gonna always be this way. That's how life is
- 8:32Speaker 7: designed and set up. You got to be a hard worker. Man.
- 8:36Speaker 7: If you always looking for some time to chill, and man,
- 8:39Speaker 7: I wanna go do what I wanna do. You ain't
- 8:41Speaker 7: gonna make it. In order to be successful, you have
- 8:45Speaker 7: to do a series of things that you're uncomfortable doing,
- 8:48Speaker 7: and work is the thing that most of us are
- 8:51Speaker 7: uncomfortable doing.
- 8:52Speaker 1: It's so much easier to chill matter. I wish I
- 8:55Speaker 1: could kick back with a cigar.
- 8:56Speaker 7: Man all the time, but I can't, Man, I can't
- 9:03Speaker 7: because I got to work. Then the last piece of
- 9:09Speaker 7: the balance pipe balance piece is you gotta take some
- 9:12Speaker 7: time out to enjoy yourself. But if you ain't where
- 9:16Speaker 7: you wanna be, you ain't got a lot of time
- 9:19Speaker 7: to enjoy yourself. Quit thinking, man, that this balance is even.
- 9:24Speaker 7: It's a whole lot of God, a whole lot of family,
- 9:28Speaker 7: a whole lot of business, and a little bit of chilling.
- 9:31Speaker 7: The chilling can't be equal to the family, the business,
- 9:35Speaker 7: all your God. If the chilling is equal to any
- 9:38Speaker 7: of them, you ain't.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Gonna make it. Quit chilling, man, and go to work
- 9:43Speaker 1: like a man. Do what you're supposed to do.
- 9:45Speaker 7: Work on your family, work on your relationship, work on
- 9:48Speaker 7: your God, work on your business. And then when you chill,
- 9:52Speaker 7: you might not chill as law, but you show gonna
- 9:54Speaker 7: chill bigger, You gonna ball bigger.
- 9:56Speaker 9: Baby's Morning Show.

- 10:38Speaker 7: The voice you're listening to is probably one of the
- 10:43Speaker 7: countriest people on radio who was told because of your voice,
- 10:48Speaker 7: texture and tone, you will never make it on radio
- 10:52Speaker 7: because you did not go to the Columbia School of
- 10:54Speaker 7: Broadcasting and learn proper voice technique.
- 10:57Speaker 1: I have heard that well.
- 11:00Speaker 7: Twenty three years later, here I'm he ish, I'm is
- 11:08Speaker 7: And to the disdain of my bugy ass co host
- 11:13Speaker 7: Shirley Strawberry, now my other co host, Calin for real,
- 11:18Speaker 7: she tolerates it because she's more liberal and understanding of it.
- 11:22Speaker 7: She's heard, and she got family members that talk like this.
- 11:25Speaker 7: Tommy is me, so there is no problem. And then
- 11:28Speaker 7: Junior is all of that, so we have no problem.
- 11:31Speaker 7: Now Mississippi Monica, God knows she from Mississippi what she
- 11:35Speaker 7: gonna say about how anybody talk. Therefore, that is the
- 11:39Speaker 7: collective bargaining chip that we all have as teammates and
- 11:44Speaker 7: members of the Steve Harvey Morning Shop. Thank you, my
- 11:47Speaker 7: Father God for this day. Thank you for the blessing
- 11:51Speaker 7: of life and whatever measure of strength and health that
- 11:55Speaker 7: you may have. We asked you to continue to watch
- 11:58Speaker 7: over us, lead me and protect my mouth today that
- 12:02Speaker 7: I don't say nothing too ignorant, but yet still somewhat ignorant.
- 12:08Speaker 7: Leaders and gentlemen, Welcome to the ride.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Junior. What's on your mind today?
- 12:14Speaker 5: Man?
- 12:14Speaker 10: Did the marything you talking about today last night?
- 12:17Speaker 11: Let me tell you something. You need to stop talking
- 12:20Speaker 11: to me immediately. Yeah, okay, talking about I'm going here?
- 12:24Speaker 11: Yeah yeah, I'm talking about you, mister Harvey. You you
- 12:27Speaker 11: if I go in here with another piece of Harvey

- 22:15Speaker 7: your children.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Just women. Don't nobody want to sit there with no

- 22:39Speaker 1: But if he's stupid.
- 22:41Speaker 11: Though.
- 22:42Speaker 7: See now, now I understand something about stupidity. It's not
- 22:46Speaker 7: contained to one thing. See you, he does this at night,
- 22:51Speaker 7: he gonna do something in daytime too. Now I want
- 22:55Speaker 7: that type of No, it's never you just ain't stupid

- 23:10Speaker 12: son has a little blonde girl that.
- 23:11Speaker 1: He's that's his bestie at school.
- 23:14Speaker 12: They warned me that the girl's mother doesn't like it,
- 23:16Speaker 12: and she wants to move her daughter to another class.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Should I address this with the parents?
- 23:22Speaker 2: Wow?
- 23:23Speaker 1: No, no, what you fit in the address? She don't
- 23:27Speaker 1: like the racism.
- 23:28Speaker 7: Your little your little blond haired girl is white, your
- 23:33Speaker 7: boy is black. The white mama don't like it. Ain't
- 23:37Speaker 7: gonna move her white baby away from the black boy.
- 23:40Speaker 7: This ain't new.
- 23:43Speaker 2: This, this is this is this is not new.
- 23:48Speaker 7: Yeah, and she's teaching it, and yeah, it ain't nothing
- 23:53Speaker 7: to address with the mama. Let the mama move her
- 23:55Speaker 7: damn baby. Now, go in and have a conversation with
- 23:59Speaker 7: your son because he gonna want to know why. Now
- 24:03Speaker 7: you could lie to him and tell him, well, you
- 24:05Speaker 7: know she wanted to be in a different room. You know,
- 24:09Speaker 7: they depends on how, but then they take care. So yeah, yeah,
- 24:12Speaker 7: you can't have this conversations.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Behind. Listen to me.
- 24:19Speaker 7: White folk don't like you, they fit start I like
- 24:21Speaker 7: you will get used to that now, making all.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Your justness go after that.
- 24:25Speaker 7: That's conversation Slick Harvey had with Steve Harvey a child
- 24:28Speaker 7: growing up in segregation.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Now, that's what we've had. That conversation.
- 24:33Speaker 7: It might not be the conversation of twenty twenty three
- 24:35Speaker 7: or twenty four, but in nineteen sixty four, that conversation
- 24:41Speaker 7: with my daddy was real, and you know what, he
- 24:44Speaker 7: was not lying. But you can't have that.
- 24:48Speaker 1: So it just deal with it. Just let the lady
- 24:50Speaker 1: move her little baby. That's he's gonna see her at recess.
- 24:53Speaker 1: He gonna run into the little girlly the end, so
- 24:56Speaker 1: it don't matter. He gonna see her. I hope they
- 25:00Speaker 1: up getting married one day, and I got to do it. Yeah,
- 25:07Speaker 1: all right.
- 25:07Speaker 12: Moving on to Lauran and Gary, Lauran writes, my wife
- 25:11Speaker 12: and I went to get massages and I got a
- 25:15Speaker 12: female to do my massage, and she did too. She
- 25:18Speaker 12: booked a male for me, but I changed it when
- 25:20Speaker 12: we checked in. I thought my wife heard me change
- 25:22Speaker 12: it and it was no big deal. Why is she
- 25:25Speaker 12: so upset over it?
- 25:27Speaker 7: I have no idea why she upset about it? But
- 25:29Speaker 7: ain't no man rubbing me? So me just gonna be upset. Yeah,
- 25:35Speaker 7: we're not doing that, But I'm all right made him
- 25:42Speaker 7: that's wrong? Sure he not touching me? Rub in my
- 25:46Speaker 7: ass with your hand?
- 25:47Speaker 1: Dog? Where are we going with this?
- 25:48Speaker 7: Hell?
- 25:48Speaker 1: What's that? It was hard to do rubs on my glue?
- 25:52Speaker 1: We ain't gonna do that professional. I don't give a damn.
- 25:57Speaker 1: So am I? So am? I?
- 26:02Speaker 7: That ain't my thing. It ain't finna be my thing.
- 26:05Speaker 7: You ain't finna be back there? I don't want to
- 26:06Speaker 7: hear no noises. I want to hear what you think.
- 26:10Speaker 7: I want you to ask me, do you like it?
- 26:11Speaker 1: Right there? Don't ask no. I ain't no man rubbing me,
- 26:17Speaker 1: no deep tissue. That's just me. Huh, we ain't getting
- 26:24Speaker 1: tell you can't hand me no tarlet tissue. Really, I
- 26:29Speaker 1: don't want to do, you know, man like when I'm
- 26:33Speaker 1: at working stuff like that, be bringing me.
- 26:36Speaker 2: You know I don't.
- 26:37Speaker 7: I don't like men bringing me.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Food, coffee. The only person can bring me coffee on
- 26:42Speaker 1: the set that's a man.
- 26:43Speaker 7: Is my son?
- 26:45Speaker 1: Other than that man? Is it a lady somewhere?
- 26:51Speaker 12: What?
- 26:52Speaker 2: What?
- 26:53Speaker 7: I don't like men doing certain things. That's I like
- 26:59Speaker 7: women doing most things. Let me rub your and not
- 27:03Speaker 7: in the service role. But I like the flavor that
- 27:06Speaker 7: women bring. Women bring stuff. It be nice if they clean,
- 27:10Speaker 7: they say, here you go, thank you? Can I get
- 27:13Speaker 7: you anything else?
- 27:14Speaker 1: I don't like guy? What does a guy do with
- 27:18Speaker 1: a dog?
- 27:18Speaker 8: Here?
- 27:18Speaker 1: It is here go dog? Draw some sugar in that
- 27:24Speaker 1: hold on dog? See I hear too much with that?
- 27:27Speaker 11: What Junior's go? We're going to say I bring you
- 27:30Speaker 11: a fourth? You knocked the fork out my hand.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Let me bring you the fourth God? What did you
- 27:35Speaker 1: bring me a fork for your hands?
- 27:41Speaker 7: I bet you're not, no, and I won't eat. But
- 27:47Speaker 7: see I know how Junior picked the fork up. See
- 27:50Speaker 7: women get a napkin. Reach in there, picked the plastic
- 27:53Speaker 7: fork up. Junior stuff his bad hand in there, grabbed
- 27:56Speaker 7: the fork, then got it on the right end and
- 27:58Speaker 7: handed it to me.
- 28:00Speaker 1: He hate, and I said, Junior quit bringing me stuff.
- 28:07Speaker 1: All right, We're moving on, sir.
- 28:10Speaker 12: Last one, Steve Marcus and Rancho Cucamonga says, I'm fifty
- 28:14Speaker 12: eight years old and I've never been married. I have
- 28:17Speaker 12: three grown children that live with me, and I think
- 28:19Speaker 12: it's a turnoff for the women I meet. I am
- 28:22Speaker 12: big on family and I have three grandchildren in the house.
- 28:25Speaker 12: Our setup works fine, so I would hate for them
- 28:27Speaker 12: to move. Do you think my family is the reason
- 28:30Speaker 12: I'm single?
- 28:32Speaker 1: Dog?
- 28:32Speaker 7: If you're so big on family, who are your family? Well, see,
- 28:38Speaker 7: you can't say one thing because that's not what he says.
- 28:40Speaker 7: It doesn't say you big on family. What this says
- 28:43Speaker 7: is you make children out of wear it life. That's
- 28:47Speaker 7: all that says. Because you've never been married before and
- 28:51Speaker 7: you fifty eight, you don't look like a good catch
- 28:54Speaker 7: at all.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Just know how to make baby, not on paper. Uh uh,
- 28:58Speaker 1: all right, thank you, thank you.
- 29:00Speaker 6: Clo.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, we'll have
- 29:02Speaker 1: some entertainment news for a year right after this.
- 29:05Speaker 9: You're listening Hard Morning Show.
- 29:10Speaker 12: It's been one year since a tragic killing of Mingo's
- 29:13Speaker 12: rapper Takeoff, outside a Houston bowling alley over a dice game.
- 29:17Speaker 12: Takeoff's uncle, Quavo, witnessed his nephew's killing, and through his pain,
- 29:22Speaker 12: Quevo found his purpose as a vocal advocate against gun violence.
- 29:27Speaker 12: Back in September, Quavo met privately with some powerful political figures,
- 29:31Speaker 12: including Vice President Kamala Harris, then later spoke on a
- 29:35Speaker 12: panel about combating.
- 29:36Speaker 1: The issue during the Congressional Black Caucus.
- 29:39Speaker 12: He said, quote, we need to do better with the
- 29:41Speaker 12: control of guns, and we need to figure out how
- 29:44Speaker 12: do we keep these types of incidents from happening to
- 29:47Speaker 12: people going anywhere and thinking they can hurt somebody where
- 29:51Speaker 12: it shouldn't happen. Last year, Quevo and his family launched
- 29:55Speaker 12: the Rocket Foundation in honor of Takeoff, and he committed
- 29:58Speaker 12: two million dollars to invest in community violence intervention.
- 30:03Speaker 9: Good for him.
- 30:04Speaker 4: Good Yeah, doing that, yeah, doing something, yes, yeah, and
- 30:09Speaker 4: going to the top, going to powerful people.
- 30:11Speaker 1: That's that's good news. Maybe some laws would get changed.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Let's pray for that. Yeah, right, somebody doing something, all right.
- 30:22Speaker 1: I thing to jump off in Houston was just senseless, man, Yeah,
- 30:25Speaker 1: I'll take off some murder. I was hold Oh my god,
- 30:28Speaker 1: absolutely absolutely all right.

- 30:37Speaker 12: his girlfriend Larsa Pippen. During a recent podcast interview, Marcus
- 30:41Speaker 12: said the wedding is indeed happening and he wants his dad,
- 30:44Speaker 12: Michael Jordan, to be his best man. Marcus said, quote, yeah, yeah,
- 30:51Speaker 12: he said, yeah. You know, look, I was the best
- 30:53Speaker 12: man at his wedding and the best man at my
- 30:55Speaker 12: brother's wedding, so obviously we'll keep that tradition.
- 30:59Speaker 1: End quote.
- 31:00Speaker 12: Marcus and Larsa have not confirmed if their wedding will
- 31:03Speaker 12: be televised. Since Larsa is a cast member on the
- 31:06Speaker 12: Real Housewives of Miami. We all know that Larsa, of course,
- 31:09Speaker 12: is Michael Jordan's ex teammate. Scottie Pippen's ex wife and
- 31:14Speaker 12: he wants his dad, Michael Jordan, to be the best man.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Won't be there.

- 31:29Speaker 7: He gonna sit there for they're getting murdered, not taking them.
- 31:34Speaker 7: He's just gonna be taking them plants out of his
- 31:36Speaker 7: head the whole time.
- 31:39Speaker 1: And he ain't gonna know what to do at the wedding.
- 31:45Speaker 1: He's gonna be in the back of the word and
- 31:46Speaker 1: taking them plants out there. He's not invited. What is
- 31:51Speaker 1: gonna be on TV? Because she wanted Real Housewives in Miami.
- 31:55Speaker 1: So he gonna Scotty just taking their flats on his head.
- 32:01Speaker 11: During the ceremony, he's taking a pleas.
- 32:08Speaker 1: What is Scotty doing?
- 32:10Speaker 7: They help him, Scotty and then that end that be tangled.
- 32:16Speaker 7: You try to get your fingernails to pull it. Yeah,
- 32:21Speaker 7: so you get that little ball and just throw it away,
- 32:25Speaker 7: get on back to twisting.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:28Speaker 4: Well, her kids, their kids, Scottie and Larcess kids will

- 33:00Speaker 12: Entertainment news Tina Knowles recently appeared on the Halloween episode
- 33:04Speaker 12: of The Sherry Show. She stated on there that her
- 33:07Speaker 12: daughter Beyonce, can be mean backstage when it comes to
- 33:10Speaker 12: changing clothes and getting ready to come back out on stage. However,
- 33:15Speaker 12: Uh Tina recently posted a statement on social media saying
- 33:19Speaker 12: to clarify comments. You know I'm going to get in
- 33:21Speaker 12: trouble when she sees this, so I would just clarify
- 33:24Speaker 12: that she is not the only one fussing.
- 33:27Speaker 9: We all are.
- 33:28Speaker 12: But quick change is not a place for people with
- 33:31Speaker 12: sensitive temperament. You have to be against that's according to

- 39:29Speaker 1: You might just hear your call on the air. You ready, Steve? Yep?
- 39:32Speaker 12: This one's from Tiffany. Tiffany's from Buffalo. She left a
- 39:35Speaker 12: message about yesterday's strawberry letter. It was from the wife
- 39:38Speaker 12: who said her husband had an emergency cell phone that
- 39:41Speaker 12: she didn't know about, and she thinks he's using it
- 39:43Speaker 12: to communicate to his alleged mistress. He told her he
- 39:47Speaker 12: lost his other cell phone during a stampede when a
- 39:50Speaker 12: fight broke out between rival fraternities at a game. Here's
- 39:54Speaker 12: here's Tiffany. Take a listen.
- 39:56Speaker 7: Hey, Steve, this is Tiffany from Buffalo.
- 39:58Speaker 14: I wanted to talk to you about the strawberry letter
- 40:01Speaker 14: with the football guy and a stampede.
- 40:04Speaker 1: Oh that was crazy.
- 40:05Speaker 14: He could have solved everything by saying when she asked,
- 40:09Speaker 14: whose phone did you use? If he had just said
- 40:12Speaker 14: I don't know. I asked from random person at the
- 40:15Speaker 14: game if I could use their phone to call my
- 40:17Speaker 14: wife so I can get home. That's all he had
- 40:19Speaker 14: to say. She wouldn't have asked to see a phone
- 40:21Speaker 14: because he shouldn't have admitted that he had.
- 40:23Speaker 9: A second phone.
- 40:25Speaker 3: That was so stupid.
- 40:26Speaker 13: And if she asked about the fight, he should have
- 40:29Speaker 13: just told her, Oh, there was a fight.
- 40:31Speaker 3: In my section.
- 40:33Speaker 13: Maybe I made it out to be bigger than what
- 40:35Speaker 13: it was because I was caught.
- 40:36Speaker 2: Up in it.
- 40:37Speaker 14: But yeah, that's how I lost my phone. Because there
- 40:40Speaker 14: was a fight in my section and everybody pushing each
- 40:42Speaker 14: other and to get away from it, I lost my phone.
- 40:45Speaker 13: It would have been all over right then and there.
- 40:47Speaker 1: He wouldn't had to explain anything else.
- 40:49Speaker 14: It's so stupid, but that's all I wanted to tell you, say, Steve,
- 40:54Speaker 14: love you guys.
- 40:55Speaker 1: Bye, helps you lie. That's a woman that you want
- 41:04Speaker 1: in your life that will help you out. Thank you

- 43:00Speaker 9: Steve, you're his mentor, Steve, you're his men.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Not today you already say he looks up to you.
- 43:09Speaker 1: He looks up to you. Okay, well let me help him.
- 43:11Speaker 7: Then don't take nothing I say in there and say,
- 43:16Speaker 7: Steve said, you got to go in there with information
- 43:19Speaker 7: like this came to you, like this is a revelation
- 43:22Speaker 7: you had.
- 43:23Speaker 1: You don't go in there talking about Steve said, well,
- 43:26Speaker 1: I've said that.
- 43:26Speaker 10: Because you had said it.
- 43:28Speaker 1: I don't know why. So you're still stupid. I don't
- 43:33Speaker 1: like you. Yeah, that's what here. This is the time
- 43:37Speaker 1: when you need to listen. That's exactly right now. Your

- 52:28Speaker 1: Okay, But see Thomas ben stupid junior revelation.
- 52:38Speaker 7: He upset, but he came into work this morning. Now
- 52:41Speaker 7: we got to just what we're doing because he didn't

- 53:54Speaker 7: Here.
- 53:54Speaker 1: It is Strawberry Letter.
- 53:56Speaker 12: Thanking a few subject why is his background blurred out?
- 54:00Speaker 12: Dear Stephen Shirley. I do activation sales and one of
- 54:04Speaker 12: our ladies is on a maternity leave, so I have
- 54:07Speaker 12: to cover her territory. I travel three days a week
- 54:10Speaker 12: and my mother watches my four year old daughter. I've
- 54:14Speaker 12: been married for almost four years, and we got married
- 54:16Speaker 12: after we found out about the baby. I've always thought
- 54:19Speaker 12: my husband wasn't just dating me when I got pregnant.
- 54:23Speaker 12: The feeling that my man isn't just dating me, it
- 54:27Speaker 12: isn't totally. My man has always bothered me, but I
- 54:31Speaker 12: married him to give my child a two parent household.
- 54:34Speaker 12: Since I started traveling, he told me that he's not
- 54:37Speaker 12: confident enough to take care of our daughter by himself,
- 54:40Speaker 12: so I don't leave her with him. We usually would
- 54:43Speaker 12: FaceTime when I'm gone, but the last few trips when
- 54:46Speaker 12: I FaceTime him, it's like I catch him off guard
- 54:49Speaker 12: and his background is blurred out. If I ask him
- 54:52Speaker 12: where he is, he says he's at home, but it
- 54:55Speaker 12: doesn't look like it. There are colors all in the background,
- 54:59Speaker 12: our walls not painted, and I have him put up artwork.
- 55:03Speaker 12: I just got back from an overnight trip and I
- 55:05Speaker 12: facetimed him when I got settled in my hotel room,
- 55:08Speaker 12: and he texted me back and said the Wi Fi
- 55:10Speaker 12: was tripping at our house, but he was on Facebook
- 55:14Speaker 12: according to his online notification. Something isn't adding up, and
- 55:18Speaker 12: I need to know where he is when I'm not home.
- 55:21Speaker 12: It would be very embarrassing if he's with another woman
- 55:24Speaker 12: and he's facetiming with me while she's next to him.
- 55:27Speaker 12: I feel like I'm looking desperate to keep a husband.
- 55:30Speaker 12: I don't want to question him about seeing someone else.
- 55:33Speaker 12: Am I supposed to settle for his behavior? I think
- 55:36Speaker 12: you know the answer to that. Of course you shouldn't settle.
- 55:41Speaker 12: But you said you married him because of the baby.
- 55:44Speaker 12: I mean you also said you always suspected you weren't
- 55:49Speaker 12: the only woman in his life when you married him. Well,
- 55:51Speaker 12: why didn't you ask him? Why did you just let
- 55:55Speaker 12: that information, you know, just sit there and not know
- 55:58Speaker 12: the truth. Why didn't you find before you got married?
- 56:02Speaker 12: That could have eliminated a lot of what you're going
- 56:05Speaker 12: through right now. You wanted your child to have a
- 56:07Speaker 12: two parent household, but at what cost you both are
- 56:11Speaker 12: suffering now, you and your child. Your daughter doesn't have
- 56:14Speaker 12: the benefit of her dad around when you're gone because
- 56:17Speaker 12: he says he's not confident enough to take care of her.
- 56:20Speaker 12: And now he's ghosting and lying to you about where
- 56:24Speaker 12: he is and what he's doing.
- 56:26Speaker 1: This is just no way to live.
- 56:28Speaker 12: You have doubts, you don't trust him. You're still afraid
- 56:31Speaker 12: to ask him if he's seeing someone else. You will
- 56:35Speaker 12: never be happy until you know the truth. And unless
- 56:37Speaker 12: you ask him, you do look desperate staying in this
- 56:40Speaker 12: marriage that your husband seems to be losing interest in Steve, we.
- 56:46Speaker 7: Have a problem here. Why is his back background blurred out? Well,
- 56:54Speaker 7: let me ask you a question, why is your vision
- 56:58Speaker 7: blurred out? Because you can clearly see and most women can. Oftentimes,
- 57:07Speaker 7: what a lot of people do is they blur out
- 57:10Speaker 7: what they see so they don't have to see it.
- 57:14Speaker 7: So the question is not why is his background blurred?
- 57:18Speaker 7: Why is your vision blurred? You do activation sales, and
- 57:23Speaker 7: one of your ladies on the maternity to leave, and
- 57:25Speaker 7: you got to cover her territory, so you travel three
- 57:28Speaker 7: days a week and your mother watches your four year
- 57:31Speaker 7: old daughter. And you've been married for almost four years,
- 57:35Speaker 7: and we got married after I found out that I
- 57:38Speaker 7: was pregnant with the baby. I've always thought my husband
- 57:42Speaker 7: wasn't just dating me when I got pregnant.
- 57:45Speaker 1: Okay, right there, you said, I've always thought.
- 57:51Speaker 7: My husband wasn't just dating me when I got pregnant.
- 57:56Speaker 7: The feeling that my man isn't totally my.
- 57:59Speaker 1: Man has always bothered me.
- 58:03Speaker 7: So let me say this right here, This ain't nothing
- 58:07Speaker 7: you got to figure out this is information you already know.
- 58:10Speaker 1: You've known, You're not the only one. You've always known that.
- 58:17Speaker 7: And guess what, you've always accepted it. You've always accepted.
- 58:24Speaker 7: So this is information you've always known.
- 58:29Speaker 1: So now why you're writing us? So then here we go.
- 58:34Speaker 7: You then you say it, but I married him to
- 58:37Speaker 7: give my child a two parent household. That's why you
- 58:42Speaker 7: married him. Okay, so now you got it a two
- 58:46Speaker 7: parent household. But I don't think you have the marriage
- 58:49Speaker 7: you wanted because you married just to give the child
- 58:53Speaker 7: a two parent household. Since I started traveling, he told
- 58:57Speaker 7: me he's not confident enough to take care of our
- 58:59Speaker 7: daughter by it, So I don't leave it with him. Well,
- 59:02Speaker 7: usually with FaceTime when I'm gone, but the last few
- 59:05Speaker 7: trips when I'm facetiming, it's like I catch him off
- 59:08Speaker 7: guard and his.
- 59:09Speaker 1: Background is blurred out.
- 59:13Speaker 7: Yes, it's blurred. So now if I ask him where
- 59:18Speaker 7: he is, he say he at home, But it don't
- 59:21Speaker 7: look like it because there are colors all in the background.
- 59:26Speaker 7: So oh, now I'm finn to really solve your problem
- 59:28Speaker 7: for you, lady. Our walls are not painted and I
- 59:33Speaker 7: haven't put up artwork. I just got back from an
- 59:36Speaker 7: overnight trip and I FaceTime here when I got settled
- 59:39Speaker 7: in my hotel room, and he text me back and
- 59:41Speaker 7: said the Wi Fi was tripping.
- 59:42Speaker 1: So now let's go back to this right here, it's
- 59:46Speaker 1: colors all in the background.
- 59:49Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 59:51Speaker 1: So now wherever he at, it's called somebody is providing co.
- 1:00:01Speaker 7: You got the dry and walls at the house. You
- 1:00:05Speaker 7: ain't put a no damn artwork at the house.
- 1:00:09Speaker 12: Hang on, Steve, we'll get part two of your response
- 1:00:13Speaker 12: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's
- 1:00:16Speaker 12: Strawberry letter, subject why is his background blurred out?
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:22Speaker 9: You're listening hard Morning show.
- 1:00:25Speaker 12: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:28Speaker 12: The subject is why is his background blurred out?
- 1:00:32Speaker 7: I think we know the answer to this, and I
- 1:00:35Speaker 7: think the lady that wrote the answer to the letter
- 1:00:37Speaker 7: wrote the letter knows the answer to this. Why is
- 1:00:41Speaker 7: his black background blurred out? The real question is why
- 1:00:45Speaker 7: is your vision blurred out? Because you see exactly what
- 1:00:48Speaker 7: we see that you wrote in the letter. You got
- 1:00:51Speaker 7: a husband that you've always felt was not your man.
- 1:00:56Speaker 7: You said that in the letter. You got married right
- 1:01:01Speaker 7: after you found out about you was being pregnant, and
- 1:01:04Speaker 7: then you said, I've always thought my husband wasn't just
- 1:01:07Speaker 7: dating me.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: When I got pregnant. Okay.
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: The feeling that my man isn't totally my man has
- 1:01:13Speaker 7: always bothered me. Okay, but you've always tolerated it. You
- 1:01:19Speaker 7: ain't bought that up. You ain't said no, hey, what's
- 1:01:23Speaker 7: going on. You didn't do no research, you didn't snoop nothing.
- 1:01:31Speaker 7: Then you married him anyway because you want a two
- 1:01:34Speaker 7: parent household. Then you started traveling, and he told you
- 1:01:38Speaker 7: he wasn't confident enough to take care of the kid
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: by myself, so I.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: Don't leave it with him. We usually with FaceTime when
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: I'm gone.
- 1:01:45Speaker 7: But the last few trips I FaceTime is like I
- 1:01:47Speaker 7: catch him off God and his background is blurried out.
- 1:01:50Speaker 7: If I ask him where he is, he say, he
- 1:01:52Speaker 7: at home, but it don't look like it because it's
- 1:01:54Speaker 7: colors in the background. Our walls are not painted and
- 1:01:58Speaker 7: I haven't put up artwork. Well, then he ain't at home.
- 1:02:05Speaker 7: He's somewhere else with the background here over her house,
- 1:02:08Speaker 7: with the colors, your ass, with these blad ass walls,
- 1:02:12Speaker 7: ain't putting on art work up. You should have had
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: your mama show you how to decorate. You probably wouldn't
- 1:02:17Speaker 7: have this problem. But everybody don't like coming in the
- 1:02:19Speaker 7: house with old white ass apartment walls.
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: You ain't got no artwork on it. Don't nobody want
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: that he over there with some color. Oom, she got decorations. Damn,
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: that's nice. You thought of that by yourself.
- 1:02:36Speaker 7: Yeah, baby, I love colors. I love like my house
- 1:02:41Speaker 7: to feel like a home. You and that sitting up here,
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: and got this man coming in the prison every day
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: with these blad ass wall Even the inn might sell
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: got picture on it. You ever looked at that prison show.
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: They even hanging stuff on the wall in prison. You
- 1:02:55Speaker 7: ain't got nothing on your wall. Look at caller zoom
- 1:02:59Speaker 7: right there, got nice little chef with stuff on the back,
- 1:03:01Speaker 7: you know, for a family and stuff. Look at Tom
- 1:03:04Speaker 7: and Tom and Thomy even got stuff in his background,
- 1:03:06Speaker 7: look like you know, Look at Shereley Shirre have got
- 1:03:10Speaker 7: a nice little artwork behind her. Only people sitting up
- 1:03:14Speaker 7: in here like this. You and junior.
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: Us already having a bad day shopping. Steve, you gonna
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: have a worse day.
- 1:03:22Speaker 7: Go day We're not in here for you to do
- 1:03:24Speaker 7: this right here, you sitting up here that junior at
- 1:03:27Speaker 7: least Junior got a brand new house, and he done
- 1:03:29Speaker 7: build his studio in that and he ain't worked on
- 1:03:31Speaker 7: the chip, but he got a studio. The rest of
- 1:03:34Speaker 7: the junior house probably got pictures somewhere just right now,
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: see just right now, And his little studio room is
- 1:03:41Speaker 7: just barren.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: Your man is over the girl house with the colors
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: in it. You asked him where he was at.
- 1:03:52Speaker 7: He said the Wi Fi tripping at the house, but
- 1:03:55Speaker 7: he was on Facebook according to his online notification. Something
- 1:03:58Speaker 7: ain't adding up, and I needed you know where he
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: is when I'm not home. Well, you picked a fine
- 1:04:03Speaker 7: time to finally start wondering about it four years later.
- 1:04:08Speaker 7: Where is he at when you're not home? You then
- 1:04:11Speaker 7: already said he ain't yours. You done already said he
- 1:04:15Speaker 7: wasn't the only person dating. I would be very embarrassing
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: if he's with another woman and he's facetiming me why
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: she's next to him, That's why you.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: Would be embarrassed.
- 1:04:30Speaker 7: You don't your vision so blood you don't see the embarrassment,
- 1:04:33Speaker 7: And none of the rest of this story it'll be
- 1:04:37Speaker 7: embarrassing if he facetiming me and she next to him. Wow,
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: if she in the other room, what difference doing me?
- 1:04:44Speaker 7: If he FaceTime you from somebody house, don't that make
- 1:04:48Speaker 7: a difference?
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: It should? I feel like I'm looking desperate to keep
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: her husband? You are.
- 1:04:57Speaker 7: I don't want to question him about seeing someone else? Okay,
- 1:05:01Speaker 7: then don't you ain't done it in four years?
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: Why do it now? You ain't questioned him.
- 1:05:06Speaker 7: About seeing nobody else, So when he's seeing somebody else,
- 1:05:09Speaker 7: he ain't got to answer no questions for it.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: Who got that deal? I want that deal?
- 1:05:15Speaker 7: You mean to tell me I could go see somebody
- 1:05:18Speaker 7: else and you ain't gonna question me about it?
- 1:05:23Speaker 13: Girl?
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: By who in that marriage? Who is in that marriage?
- 1:05:30Speaker 7: We can't even come in our house and tell our
- 1:05:33Speaker 7: wife nothing that one of us said on the radio
- 1:05:35Speaker 7: without getting in trouble. Here we go, let to loan
- 1:05:40Speaker 7: nothing else? You sitting your ass up in here? You
- 1:05:44Speaker 7: though I think he's seeing something else, but I don't
- 1:05:46Speaker 7: want to question him about it. Oh man, where is
- 1:05:49Speaker 7: that deal that you have? Any sisters? Am I supposed
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: to settle for his behavior?
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: You are ready.
- 1:06:01Speaker 7: And you've settled for four years and you've allowed him
- 1:06:06Speaker 7: to tell you anything. Now he's telling you at home.
- 1:06:09Speaker 7: He telling you here at the house. But it's all
- 1:06:11Speaker 7: them colors in the background.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: You know good? Hell, well you ain't. You don't know
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: how to decorate? All right? Thanks Steve. Post your comments.

- 1:09:39Speaker 12: thank you pimping. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 1:09:42Speaker 12: a guy on social media needs some advice Steve. He
- 1:09:45Speaker 12: says his pop's overreacting to his kid's birthday gift to him.
- 1:09:49Speaker 12: We'll talk about it right after this. You're listening hard
- 1:09:53Speaker 12: morning show. All right, So Steve Dominic on Steve Harby FM. Right,
- 1:10:00Speaker 12: my pop's birthday was yesterday and my son was so
- 1:10:03Speaker 12: excited to give him a gift he picked out all
- 1:10:06Speaker 12: by himself. Sadly, no one knew what the gift was,
- 1:10:09Speaker 12: and it turned out to be a huge bust, and
- 1:10:12Speaker 12: now my kid is crushed. My Pops is a huge
- 1:10:15Speaker 12: Philadelphia Eagles fan, I mean a real diehard Eagles fan
- 1:10:20Speaker 12: since day one. My son, who is six years old,
- 1:10:24Speaker 12: wanted to get him a gift and wanted to pick
- 1:10:26Speaker 12: it out all by himself, so I gave him ten
- 1:10:29Speaker 12: bucks and let him keep it a surprise. My son
- 1:10:31Speaker 12: knows dad likes football, so he got him a mug,
- 1:10:35Speaker 12: a Dallas Cowboys mug because my kid thinks stars are cool.
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: Well, Pops opened it and went off. Now my kid
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: is crying and crushed still, and it's a day later.
- 1:10:48Speaker 12: How do I get my pops to grow the heck
- 1:10:49Speaker 12: up and realize it was just his grandson trying to
- 1:10:53Speaker 12: do something nice and not someone taking a shot at
- 1:10:57Speaker 12: his team.
- 1:10:58Speaker 7: Wow, Wow, come on, it's your grandson, man, he's six six,
- 1:11:06Speaker 7: he likes stars. He don't give a damn about football
- 1:11:09Speaker 7: right now. He just bought it because it was a star.
- 1:11:13Speaker 7: It was a surprise. Your old ass sitting up in
- 1:11:17Speaker 7: here man like you stupid. Now you done crushed the
- 1:11:21Speaker 7: six year old. It's your grandson. Man, crush the kids
- 1:11:25Speaker 7: now one of your part gave to y'all can understand
- 1:11:28Speaker 7: I know, but you know you can't bro that.
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: That's five.
- 1:11:33Speaker 7: Boy, that's nice right here, and just never used the cup,
- 1:11:37Speaker 7: right yeah yeah, justus man, Thank you man, Yeah, give
- 1:11:43Speaker 7: him a hug now, a little boy he crushed because
- 1:11:46Speaker 7: he tried to do something nice for his pop.
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: Man. You so ignorant, Hey man, you need to go
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: to your daddy and go dad.
- 1:11:52Speaker 7: I'm really surprised at you, man, that you wouldn't be
- 1:11:55Speaker 7: the bigger man over a six year old boy. Now
- 1:11:58Speaker 7: he crushed and devastated and all because you couldn't just
- 1:12:01Speaker 7: take the little gift he gave you. He don't know
- 1:12:03Speaker 7: nothing about the Cowboys and Eagles rivalry, he sits. Now,
- 1:12:07Speaker 7: Damn Pop, you got to make him feel good about
- 1:12:10Speaker 7: this because you got this little ball over here.
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: Crush.
- 1:12:13Speaker 9: Come on, Pop Pop.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: Popaul about the Eagles.
- 1:12:20Speaker 12: That's terrible. That's terrible. All right, We're gonna move on.
- 1:12:24Speaker 12: We have time for another one.
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: Steve.
- 1:12:26Speaker 12: This is from Marcus on Facebook FM. Marcus writes, after
- 1:12:31Speaker 12: a year of dating, my girlfriend and I have decided
- 1:12:34Speaker 12: to get married. We're extremely excited, but the wedding planning
- 1:12:38Speaker 12: is starting to get on our nerves. Everyone and their
- 1:12:41Speaker 12: mama seems to have a plan or a suggestion as
- 1:12:44Speaker 12: to what they'd like to see our wedding be like.
- 1:12:46Speaker 12: And the pressure is too much, man. Both my girl
- 1:12:49Speaker 12: and I are getting it from both sides, and enough
- 1:12:52Speaker 12: is enough. We've been talking about just eloping someplace and
- 1:12:55Speaker 12: inviting people to a party when we get back, he says,
- 1:12:58Speaker 12: Uncle Steve in the morning crew, who what's the downside
- 1:13:01Speaker 12: of this planet? Know our families will be disappointed, but
- 1:13:04Speaker 12: it's not about them, and I'm genuinely at the point
- 1:13:07Speaker 12: of not caring.
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: So he wants to know if you have any advice
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: you want to, Steve.
- 1:13:11Speaker 7: Here's the deal. This is the beginning test of what
- 1:13:14Speaker 7: people face when it comes to marriage. You and your
- 1:13:17Speaker 7: wife have got to decide to form a two handed circle,
- 1:13:21Speaker 7: and you.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: Let no one in it.
- 1:13:23Speaker 7: Children in laws, cousins, brothers, siblings, it don't matter friends. See,
- 1:13:29Speaker 7: this is the beginning. This is Let this lets you
- 1:13:32Speaker 7: know what happened. If you let people in your marriage,
- 1:13:35Speaker 7: they gonna have an opinion without all the facts. And
- 1:13:38Speaker 7: that's exactly what's happening here. I don't know why you
- 1:13:41Speaker 7: all including people in it. You should just say this
- 1:13:46Speaker 7: is the wedding we're having. Here are the invitations, and
- 1:13:49Speaker 7: this is where it is. What you think don't matter,
- 1:13:53Speaker 7: and that's just it. Now, the girl's mama gonna want
- 1:13:57Speaker 7: to have some men. Put I understand that the girls mother,
- 1:14:00Speaker 7: because it's like the mom feels like it's her daughter.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: Is her big bad you know?
- 1:14:04Speaker 7: She happy for yeah, you know, but it's still the
- 1:14:07Speaker 7: daughter's day. Yeah, so bro y'all can eat. Y'all can
- 1:14:12Speaker 7: nip this in the bud now or but until you
- 1:14:15Speaker 7: make it perfectly clear to them that they're not welcome
- 1:14:18Speaker 7: into you all.
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: Now, they're gonna continue this.
- 1:14:21Speaker 12: They're going to continue doing it, trying to interfere and
- 1:14:25Speaker 12: give suggestions and stuff.
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: Yeah, we'd pressure them into doing it there.
- 1:14:29Speaker 10: Well, I will be saying that today.
- 1:14:32Speaker 12: All right, more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:14:35Speaker 12: up at about twenty minutes after the hour.
- 1:14:37Speaker 9: Right after this, you're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:14:43Speaker 12: All right, put that Halloween candy down, listen to this.
- 1:14:47Speaker 12: Kids reportedly consume between thirty five hundred and seven thousand
- 1:14:52Speaker 12: calories of Halloween candy, but parents are also eating more
- 1:14:57Speaker 12: candy than usual to burn off the three or four
- 1:14:59Speaker 12: pounds of candy.
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: Adults are eating after Halloween.
- 1:15:02Speaker 12: Research says that research shows that they would need to
- 1:15:06Speaker 12: spend about twelve hours walking, cycling or dancing, six hours
- 1:15:11Speaker 12: running or swimming, or seventeen hours sweeping or vacuuming.
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: Okay, that's a lot.
- 1:15:20Speaker 12: Reese's peanut buttercups, which is a favorite candy. A one
- 1:15:24Speaker 12: hundred and twenty five pound person would have to do
- 1:15:26Speaker 12: about thirty minutes of weightlifting or other sports like volleyball
- 1:15:30Speaker 12: and Steve.
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: You love staying in shape. We talk about a lot
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: with you.
- 1:15:34Speaker 12: Any quick fitness tips to burn off the Halloween candy calories?
- 1:15:39Speaker 7: Cold plurge wow, as she went out, cold water. Yeah, no,
- 1:15:48Speaker 7: I'm recommending it today. Get your ass in that cold
- 1:15:50Speaker 7: ass water. You won't even care if you fail to
- 1:15:57Speaker 7: just be in there trying to survi.
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: Oh man, Yeah, I've been knacking on a candy.
- 1:16:04Speaker 4: Okay, I got it, oh Man, Snickers, Yeah, all of it, girl,
- 1:16:12Speaker 4: I got all of it.
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: Twigs, eminems and peanuts, the whole variety. Yees yep, kick cat.
- 1:16:20Speaker 12: All right, coming up in thirty three minutes after the hour,
- 1:16:23Speaker 12: we'll play around it. Would you rather right after this?
- 1:16:26Speaker 12: You're listening Hardy Morning Show.
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: It is time now for a round?
- 1:16:31Speaker 12: Would you rather would you rather say fifty things you're
- 1:16:36Speaker 12: thankful for? Or would you rather listen to someone else
- 1:16:39Speaker 12: say fifty things they're thankful for?
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: Hey?
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: Okay, okay, hey, you want to say the fifty things?
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: All right? Would you rather eat a burn?
- 1:16:49Speaker 9: Thanks?
- 1:16:57Speaker 12: Would you rather eat a burn Thanksgiving dinner? Or an
- 1:17:00Speaker 12: undercooked Thanksgiving dinner? You want to you want it undercook?
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: You don't do undercooked for sure. But you burn that
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: turkey though. That's a dry piece of meat right there. Yeah, God, turkey.
- 1:17:20Speaker 7: It has to have moisture in it because it ain't
- 1:17:23Speaker 7: all right?
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: Would you would you rather give.
- 1:17:29Speaker 12: Up alcohol for the rest of your life or would
- 1:17:31Speaker 12: you rather give up ice cream for the rest of
- 1:17:33Speaker 12: your life?
- 1:17:35Speaker 7: I'm giving up alcohol that yeah got I ain't got
- 1:17:38Speaker 7: to hadle. You gotta have alcohol, junior ice cream?
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: That happen? Oh yeah, that ain't the where you be active.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: That's a radio ass. You don't get in here? Will
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: you ain't drink?
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: You know what?
- 1:17:51Speaker 10: Because you calls part of these problems too.
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: Yeah, so you need to it up.
- 1:17:57Speaker 7: That's why I'm telling you to take your ass in
- 1:17:59Speaker 7: there and get a drum because at least when you're drunk,
- 1:18:02Speaker 7: you can say I said it because I was drunk.
- 1:18:04Speaker 7: Now you're talking clear minded, saying speak stuff.
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:18:11Speaker 12: Would you rather marry the hottest person in the world
- 1:18:15Speaker 12: but not be able to have sex with them? Or
- 1:18:18Speaker 12: would you rather marry an ugly person that you can
- 1:18:20Speaker 12: have sex with all the time?
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: We got the hottest one in the world and can't
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: do no more, can't just look at him. I want
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: that ugly woman. Then you're gonna you're gonna start looking
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: real good to me. I'm considering what.
- 1:18:44Speaker 7: Alright, I didn't have the ugly person before. It's with
- 1:18:47Speaker 7: you a long time scall correct or.
- 1:19:01Speaker 10: I'm gonna tell me I'm going ugly all the way?
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: Yeah, but Steve, though you still well that's a scotty
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: Yeah she ugly? No, God, yeah, she's ugly, but you

- 1:19:33Speaker 1: up in forty.
- 1:19:34Speaker 12: Nine minutes after the hour, our last break of the day,
- 1:19:37Speaker 12: and we'll close up.
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: I want to go eat. Mean, we're not leaving the house.
- 1:19:41Speaker 9: Step Harvey right after you're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are our last break of
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: the day on this Thursday. Let's been it today?
- 1:19:53Speaker 7: Sorry, or talk to Junior and my marks today. No,
- 1:19:58Speaker 7: I'm your mentor. No, No, I'm your mentor. You don't
- 1:20:01Speaker 7: tell me no. And I'm trying to help you, okay, for.
- 1:20:06Speaker 10: Everything you've said so far has worked against me in
- 1:20:09Speaker 10: this house.
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: Well, I wasn't trying to help you. That boy heard
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: it to the I was using you for jokes.
- 1:20:16Speaker 7: Okay, go ahead.
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: What's the problem with that?
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: You know?
- 1:20:20Speaker 11: Cause you know what I started off talking and I
- 1:20:23Speaker 11: said my closing remarks today.
- 1:20:25Speaker 10: When I said that, I.
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: Knew it was going down here.
- 1:20:27Speaker 10: I didn't know why.
- 1:20:29Speaker 11: Yeah, because I tried to tell her my clothes remarks
- 1:20:32Speaker 11: today and I said that that didn't work.
- 1:20:35Speaker 4: Why would you just say that, I don't say this
- 1:20:39Speaker 4: scenario where you just started off my closing remarks.
- 1:20:43Speaker 10: Yeah, because I'm saying it.
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: So it's like, what did you hear? What do you hear?
- 1:20:48Speaker 8: What?
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: The stupid person on the show asked.
- 1:20:50Speaker 9: You tell me?
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: Also said he's heading to the courtroom. Oh no, Junior.
- 1:21:02Speaker 7: What I'm trying to help you understand is marriage is
- 1:21:06Speaker 7: one of the biggest compromises you'll ever make because it
- 1:21:11Speaker 7: is a continuous compromise. I don't know if you understand
- 1:21:16Speaker 7: how many times you are going to be ever so
- 1:21:19Speaker 7: right and just have to apologize for being wrong. So
- 1:21:23Speaker 7: you hell yeah, oh dog, she'd be wrong like two
- 1:21:27Speaker 7: left shoes, just as wrong as hell it logical, ain't
- 1:21:31Speaker 7: made no damn sense, and be stuck on it.
- 1:21:36Speaker 4: I just.
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: I wouldn't drive. I'm scared to say you're right.
- 1:21:46Speaker 10: You do the same thing.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: I just learned to shut up, go outside and.
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: You just how go?
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: Dog? I like that man? Yeah, you don't.
- 1:21:58Speaker 7: If you don't like create, he's in your house. You
- 1:22:01Speaker 7: have to be one of the person that creates the peace.
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: It is just giving and time. Can I ask you?
- 1:22:11Speaker 10: I can't be right ever, I'm right?
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: Okay, you be right at the courthouse jr.
- 1:22:23Speaker 7: You can be right to yourself as much as you want,
- 1:22:28Speaker 7: But in the relationship you have to just let it
- 1:22:31Speaker 7: go sometimes.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: And why because the room of marriage for a man
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: is this.
- 1:22:39Speaker 7: You have a choice. You can be happy or you
- 1:22:43Speaker 7: can be right. That's the choice we face all the time.
- 1:22:48Speaker 10: So who made that rule off? They were wrong the
- 1:22:50Speaker 10: whole time, and you're.
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: Gonna lose it all. You're gonna you're gonna lose your house,
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: You're gonna you're gonna lose your You're gonna.
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: Lose your thing.
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: You care for. Why your hair falling out right now?
- 1:23:03Speaker 7: Your hairline is steady heading back because it can't be
- 1:23:07Speaker 7: up there by your mouth.
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: That's what's wrong.
- 1:23:09Speaker 7: Your hairline is trying to get away from the stupid
- 1:23:11Speaker 7: stuff that's coming out your mouth.
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: Your hairline is not receding, it's retreating.
- 1:23:26Speaker 7: Because your hairline is trying to get it all away
- 1:23:29Speaker 7: from your mouth as it can't because it can't believe
- 1:23:32Speaker 7: the stupid stuff just coming out of it. And Junior,
- 1:23:35Speaker 7: look at me and Tommy, we just saying so much
- 1:23:38Speaker 7: stupid stuff. I hadn't just left the building. Yeah, our
- 1:23:42Speaker 7: hair has said, you know what, we can't receive no more.
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: Can I tell you something? It was a way, It
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: was a time I was just brushing my neck. You know,
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. June, you down there, that
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: can tell you.
- 1:24:01Speaker 2: So you're saying this.
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: You know she's listening right now, but are you listening?
- 1:24:09Speaker 2: Dog?
- 1:24:09Speaker 7: This ain't for her to hear this, For you to
- 1:24:11Speaker 7: hear everything I'm saying, it will benefit her.
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: But see it'll benefit you if you get it done.
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: See you did not running talking about no my closing
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: remarks that you need to run. Just do what I say.
- 1:24:26Speaker 7: Yeah, take her radio at the car. You've had one
- 1:24:35Speaker 7: of your boys steal it. You got a partner.
- 1:24:41Speaker 11: Damn makes you just quote the closing remarks because I'm
- 1:24:48Speaker 11: married Color, I'm trying to I'm trying to tell us.
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: Something like, well, if you think if I go down
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: there and tell Jackie, let me tell you something my
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: clothing say like look at me, so damn about to
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: ask you a question. What is it that you're trying
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: to her?
- 1:25:09Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: What is it that you're trying to tell her?
- 1:25:14Speaker 10: You'll really want to know?
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: Yes, all morning we've been wanting to know.
- 1:25:19Speaker 10: Please Okay, well, you.
- 1:25:20Speaker 11: Know, try to tell about how to be a man
- 1:25:22Speaker 11: from the man this house and this is not working.
- 1:25:26Speaker 11: You're the man in this house, I said my clothes
- 1:25:30Speaker 11: Moss today. Is I'm the man this house? You understanding?
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah you are? But what what you want that
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: to mean? See?
- 1:25:37Speaker 7: She she know you the man at the house, but
- 1:25:40Speaker 7: do you know she the woman of the house. Do
- 1:25:43Speaker 7: you know that you all on a chess board? You
- 1:25:45Speaker 7: are the king and she is the Queen. Have you
- 1:25:48Speaker 7: ever played chess before, Junior? Do you know the most
- 1:25:53Speaker 7: powerful peace on that board is the queen because it
- 1:25:57Speaker 7: can move in any direction, Captures still move, slide, ain'tle whatever.
- 1:26:02Speaker 7: You just as dumb as you wanna be, and obviously
- 1:26:05Speaker 7: you've chosen this day to be your dumbest. Have a
- 1:26:09Speaker 7: great day. Talk to God today. He would absolutely love
