Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Autopen enters Presidential Walk of Fame plus Rhetoric could be the cause of Dallas ICE Facility Shooting
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: I want to start by just having a moment where
- 0:04Speaker 1: we can all laugh. I feel like we need more
- 0:07Speaker 1: of that in politics right now. And this is a
- 0:11Speaker 1: funny story unless you have no sense of humor or
- 0:14Speaker 1: you have Trump derangement syndrome. The White House has hung
- 0:18Speaker 1: portraits of US presidents along the West Wing Colonnade. It's
- 0:23Speaker 1: in the Rose Garden, now dubbed the Presidential Walk of Fame,
- 0:28Speaker 1: but the image of former President Joe Biden isn't exactly
- 0:32Speaker 1: Joe Biden. Instead, it's represented by the auto pen. Special
- 0:38Speaker 1: Assistant to the President Margot Martin shared a video on
- 0:41Speaker 1: Wednesday of the newly installed Presidential Walk of Fame on
- 0:45Speaker 1: the West Wing Colonnade, depicting the US Presidence in chronological order.
- 0:50Speaker 1: But at the very end, in between Trump's official presidential
- 0:53Speaker 1: portraits from his current and his first term sits the
- 0:57Speaker 1: Biden picture, and that picture is actually a picture of
- 1:01Speaker 1: the auto pen. The Left is losing their minds, even
- 1:06Speaker 1: though this clearly is to be funny and trolling the left,
- 1:10Speaker 1: who again is losing their minds now. In July, Trump
- 1:14Speaker 1: contended that the autopen quote I think is maybe one
- 1:18Speaker 1: of the biggest scandals that we've had in fifty to
- 1:21Speaker 1: one hundred years, and zeroed in on Biden staffers on
- 1:24Speaker 1: the other side of the Resolute desk. They're no good.
- 1:28Speaker 1: They're sick people. And I guarantee you he knew nothing
- 1:31Speaker 1: about what was being signed. I guarantee it. That's what
- 1:35Speaker 1: Donald Trump said at the time. In fact, here he
- 1:38Speaker 1: is in his own words, the auto.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Pen I think is maybe one of the biggest scandals
- 1:44Speaker 2: that we've had in fifty to one hundred years.
- 1:47Speaker 3: This is a tremendous scandal. And I know the people
- 1:51Speaker 3: on the other side of the Ocida desk a resolute
- 1:55Speaker 3: desk unfortunately used it before me.
- 1:58Speaker 2: But you know, we have our choice seven disks.
- 2:01Speaker 3: They were all beautiful, but I chose the Resolute, and
- 2:04Speaker 3: so did he, unfortunately. But the people on the other
- 2:08Speaker 3: side of the Resolute desk, I know them, Lisa, the
- 2:13Speaker 3: Hall Group, and then no good.
- 2:15Speaker 2: There's sick people.
- 2:17Speaker 3: And I guarantee you he knew nothing about what he
- 2:21Speaker 3: was signing.
- 2:22Speaker 1: I guarantee it, President Trump saying that. Then The New
- 2:27Speaker 1: York Times actually report in July that mister Biden did
- 2:30Speaker 1: not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons that
- 2:35Speaker 1: applied to large numbers of people. In fact, he and
- 2:38Speaker 1: aides also confirmed it now after extensive discussion of different
- 2:43Speaker 1: possible criteria they claimed was their alibi. Then Biden would
- 2:48Speaker 1: sign off on the standards that he wanted to be
- 2:50Speaker 1: used to determine which convicts would qualify for reduction in sentence.
- 2:56Speaker 1: And even after mister Biden made the decision, when former
- 2:59Speaker 1: aide said the prisons kept providing additional information about specific inmates,
- 3:04Speaker 1: resulting in small changes to the list. Rather than ask
- 3:07Speaker 1: mister Biden keep signing revised versions, his staff weighted and
- 3:11Speaker 1: then ran the final version, they say, through the auto pen,
- 3:15Speaker 1: which they saw as a routine procedure. Well, when you
- 3:18Speaker 1: have a president and cognitive decline, I guess that's what
- 3:21Speaker 1: you do. But there's also just another aspect of this.
- 3:25Speaker 1: There is some humor here. This is some trolling. It
- 3:29Speaker 1: is actually funny. Democrats again, they're losing their minds. I
- 3:34Speaker 1: was on CNN Abby Phillips Show last night, and here's
- 3:38Speaker 1: what I had to say about it, that the panel
- 3:40Speaker 1: just couldn't get their head around right.
- 3:43Speaker 4: The People's House now has a trolling hall. The White
- 3:47Speaker 4: House revealed a new presidential walk of Fame with photos
- 3:50Speaker 4: of presidents in order. But if you look closely, there
- 3:53Speaker 4: is one particular president missing, or rather represented by something
- 3:56Speaker 4: other than his face. Instead of a photo of President Biden,
- 4:00Speaker 4: there is a photo of an auto pen. Hilarious, I suppose.
- 4:06Speaker 4: I mean, I don't know.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Responding to this, by the way.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Well very beneath the office, but I guess, going.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Ture Foss, the autopen signed more things under Joe Biden's
- 4:15Speaker 1: last year in office than Joe Biden signed. I mean,
- 4:18Speaker 1: is it really trolling? If it's true, doesn't Trump use
- 4:20Speaker 1: the autio pens as well? I promise you when it
- 4:23Speaker 1: comes to pardons in Clemency's it's gonna be his own signature,
- 4:26Speaker 1: like he actually shows up for work and didn't take
- 4:28Speaker 1: naps for in the middle of the day he had
- 4:29Speaker 1: a four hour work. Let me just tell you his
- 4:30Speaker 1: own team set. I will only vote for the Democratic
- 4:33Speaker 1: candidate in twenty twenty eight that I believe Trump's presidential
- 4:36Speaker 1: portraits and replaces them with photos of him and Epstein.
- 4:39Speaker 1: So many photos of him and Epstein, more photos than
- 4:41Speaker 1: me and my own grandparents. I feel like I'm still
- 4:43Speaker 1: looking forward the autopen responding the outrage over the autopen.
- 4:46Speaker 1: I'm excited to listen. I gotta say the Democrats can't
- 4:51Speaker 1: handle a joke, but it's not surprising. And every once
- 4:55Speaker 1: in a while Donald Trump does something like this and
- 4:58Speaker 1: it makes me smile, and I hope it may makes
- 5:00Speaker 1: you smile as well. All Right, I want to take
- 5:02Speaker 1: a moment and I want to talk to you real
- 5:04Speaker 1: quick about what you can do to help the people
- 5:08Speaker 1: in Israel. It was nearly two years ago that the
- 5:11Speaker 1: terrorists murdered more than twelve hundred innocent Israelis and they
- 5:16Speaker 1: took two hundred and fifty hostages. Today it seems as
- 5:19Speaker 1: if the cries of the dead and dying have been
- 5:22Speaker 1: drowned out by the shouts of anti Semitism and just
- 5:25Speaker 1: pure hatred, not just in America but around the world.
- 5:28Speaker 1: And the most brutal attack on Jewish people happened. It
- 5:31Speaker 1: happened since the Holocaust, and now it's like they're trying
- 5:35Speaker 1: to act like it never happened. Now, this is where
- 5:38Speaker 1: it is important for us to stand with the people
- 5:40Speaker 1: in Israel. It's a movement of love and support for
- 5:44Speaker 1: the people of Israel, and this is where I want
- 5:48Speaker 1: you to get involved. It is called Flags of Fellowship.
- 5:51Speaker 1: It's being organized by the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
- 5:56Speaker 1: On October fifth, you can stand with Israel and the
- 6:00Speaker 1: victims proudly. Just a few weeks away, millions across America
- 6:06Speaker 1: will prayerfully plant an Israeli flag in honor and solidarity
- 6:10Speaker 1: with the victims of October the seventh, twenty twenty three,
- 6:14Speaker 1: and stand with their grieving families. You can be a
- 6:18Speaker 1: part of this movement as well. And that's what I
- 6:21Speaker 1: love about what IFCJ does. They're making sure that the
- 6:25Speaker 1: world knows there are lots of people of faith in
- 6:28Speaker 1: this country and friends and advocates for Israel. They're going
- 6:32Speaker 1: to stand with them. You can get more information about
- 6:35Speaker 1: how you can join the Flags of Fellowship movement, including
- 6:38Speaker 1: your church. There are going to be countless churches around
- 6:42Speaker 1: the country they're going to plant flags as well. So
- 6:44Speaker 1: all you have to do to get involved with Flags
- 6:47Speaker 1: of Fellowship movement is go to IFCJ dot org. That's
- 6:52Speaker 1: IFCJ dot org stand with Israel October the fifth. It's
- 6:56Speaker 1: just a few weeks away, and if your church you
- 6:59Speaker 1: think would want to be involved. You can also find
- 7:01Speaker 1: out more about how to get your church to be
- 7:03Speaker 1: involved on a special Sunday at IFCJ dot org. That's
- 7:08Speaker 1: if CJ dot org. On Wednesday, a gunman opened fire
- 7:14Speaker 1: on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE facility in Dallas, Texas,
- 7:19Speaker 1: leaving one migrant and detainee dead and two others in
- 7:22Speaker 1: critical condition. The Federal Bureau of Investigations, the FBI director Caspattel,
- 7:28Speaker 1: has also revealed that at least one of the shewcasings
- 7:31Speaker 1: from the guvernman's bullet was etched with anti ICE messaging,
- 7:37Speaker 1: indicating a left wing ideological motive for the attack. For
- 7:41Speaker 1: months and the lead up to the attack on the
- 7:43Speaker 1: Dallas ICE facility, Democrats have continuously made statements demonizing ICE agents,
- 7:50Speaker 1: doxing ICE agents, and also going after the agency's acting director,
- 7:56Speaker 1: Todd Lyons. Todd Lions has publicly asked them to halt
- 7:59Speaker 1: the rhetoric for fear of a targeted attack just like
- 8:03Speaker 1: the one we witness on Wednesday. Now there are eight
- 8:06Speaker 1: different occasions when Democrats could have chosen the high road,
- 8:11Speaker 1: but clearly, in a coordinated effort, are continuing to go
- 8:14Speaker 1: after ICE agents for enforcing federal immigration law. Gavin Newsom
- 8:21Speaker 1: for example, claims ICE agents will help suppress voter turnout.
- 8:25Speaker 1: In fact, just eight hours before the attack in Dallas,
- 8:29Speaker 1: he was demonizing ICE agents on national TV. And here's
- 8:34Speaker 1: what he had to say.
- 8:36Speaker 5: That's happening in the United States of America. Masked men
- 8:39Speaker 5: jumping out of unmarked cars, people disappearing, no due process,
- 8:43Speaker 5: no oversight, zero accountability happening in the United States of America.
- 8:47Speaker 5: Today people ask, well, is authoritarianism? You're being hyperbolic. We're
- 8:51Speaker 5: being hyperbolic if you're a black and brown community. It's
- 8:54Speaker 5: here in this country. And so I'm deeply proud that
- 9:00Speaker 5: I had the privilege of signing the nation's first bill
- 9:03Speaker 5: to address the issue of masking, also to require you
- 9:06Speaker 5: have simple identification. To your point, I mean, if some
- 9:10Speaker 5: guy jumped out of an unmarked car in a van
- 9:12Speaker 5: with a mask on, tried to grab me, I mean,
- 9:15Speaker 5: by definition, you're going to push back. And so these
- 9:19Speaker 5: are not just authoritarian tendencies. These are authoritarian actions by
- 9:23Speaker 5: an authoritarian government. You saw what Stephen Miller said last week,
- 9:27Speaker 5: this should put chills. A fine called the Democratic Party
- 9:31Speaker 5: an extremist organization, basically a terrorist organization, saying he's going
- 9:35Speaker 5: after his enemies. You saw the tweet that Donald Trump
- 9:38Speaker 5: sent out true Social basically telling Pambondi, I want these
- 9:42Speaker 5: three people taken out. That's happening in the United States.
- 9:46Speaker 1: That was eight hours eight hours before the attack on
- 9:51Speaker 1: ICE agents in Dallas. Gavin Newsom said people need to
- 9:55Speaker 1: push back on ICE agents because they're the result of
- 9:58Speaker 1: an authoritarian gu government. And this morning a sniper shot
- 10:03Speaker 1: up an ICE facility, killing innocent by the way, immigrants.
- 10:07Speaker 1: To be very clear, but that's not the only time
- 10:10Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom has been saying this. Last month, during a
- 10:14Speaker 1: podcast episode, the California governor made the unprecedented claim that
- 10:19Speaker 1: ICE agents may be used by President Donald Trump's in
- 10:22Speaker 1: next year's midterm election to help suppress voter turnout. Quote.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Trump's already sending out mass people to intimidate folks when
- 10:32Speaker 1: we launched our campaign. Did it down in Little Tokyo
- 10:36Speaker 1: in La? Do you think ICE is not going to
- 10:38Speaker 1: show up around voting and pulling booze to chill participation?
- 10:42Speaker 1: And you know that the National Guard, you know that.
- 10:45Speaker 1: That's what he went on to say, Yes, this is
- 10:48Speaker 1: the insanity of the left advocating for exactly what is
- 10:52Speaker 1: happening today and having people get angry. Jasmine Crockett, the
- 10:57Speaker 1: representative from Texas, made inflammatory suggest uestions that ICE agents
- 11:01Speaker 1: are aching to slave patrols during an interview with MSNBC
- 11:06Speaker 1: just last week. Here's her in her own words, what.
- 11:10Speaker 6: They're doing right now. It almost feels like, you know,
- 11:13Speaker 6: I've seen the memes about the purge and all these things,
- 11:16Speaker 6: But as somebody who understands history, when I see ICE,
- 11:20Speaker 6: I see slave patrols.
- 11:22Speaker 7: Now.
- 11:22Speaker 6: I never live through the slave patrol period, but if
- 11:26Speaker 6: you know the history of policing in this country, then
- 11:29Speaker 6: you understand that they were born out of slave patrols.
- 11:32Speaker 6: And now with the Supreme Court saying this, it's almost
- 11:35Speaker 6: like you can just go grab them up, that is
- 11:37Speaker 6: what they're saying, and that is a problem. We all
- 11:40Speaker 6: should have a problem with that. But when you don't
- 11:42Speaker 6: want to teach American history that includes black history, then
- 11:45Speaker 6: you lose out on the benefit of understanding that we
- 11:48Speaker 6: have been down this road before and it was not good,
- 11:51Speaker 6: and we fixed it once and it is a shame
- 11:54Speaker 6: that we are relitigating this and we are going to
- 11:56Speaker 6: have to fix it again.
- 11:58Speaker 1: So let's just be very queer Jasmine Crockett refers to
- 12:02Speaker 1: ICE agents grabbing illegal immigrants, many of them that have
- 12:08Speaker 1: committed heinous crimes as slave patrols. And you wonder why
- 12:15Speaker 1: we are now witnessing what we are witnessing right now
- 12:18Speaker 1: with a violence against ICE agents. The Boston Mayor, Michelle
- 12:24Speaker 1: Wu she said this about ICE agents, I.
- 12:28Speaker 8: Don't know of any police department that routinely wears masks.
- 12:34Speaker 8: We know that there are other groups that routinely wear masks.
- 12:37Speaker 8: NSC one thirty one routinely wears masks.
- 12:39Speaker 9: They are just a clarifier.
- 12:40Speaker 7: You're comparing ICE, you said, to NSC one thirty one,
- 12:44Speaker 7: the neo Nazi group.
- 12:45Speaker 10: Are you comparing them to a neo Nazi group?
- 12:48Speaker 8: What I said is that Boston Police and no police
- 12:51Speaker 8: department that I know of at the local level routinely
- 12:53Speaker 8: wears masks.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Boston mayor comparing ICE agents to neo Nazis. Kim Waltz
- 13:00Speaker 1: saying this at a graduation ceremony about Department of Home
- 13:05Speaker 1: in Security and ICE.
- 13:07Speaker 11: DESCAPO is scooping folks up off the streets. They're in
- 13:10Speaker 11: unmarked vans wearing masks, being shipped off to foreign torture dungeons,
- 13:15Speaker 11: no chance to amount of defense, not even a chance
- 13:17Speaker 11: to kiss the loved one goodbye, just grabbed up by
- 13:20Speaker 11: massed agents, shoved into those vans and disappeared. To be clear,
- 13:24Speaker 11: there's no way for us to know whether they were
- 13:26Speaker 11: actually criminals or not. Because they refused to give them
- 13:29Speaker 11: a trial, we're supposed to just take their word for it.
- 13:32Speaker 1: That is the man who was the vice presidential candidate
- 13:36Speaker 1: and a governor of a state saying that ICE agents
- 13:41Speaker 1: are the Gestapo. So you look at all of that,
- 13:45Speaker 1: and then you go back to what happened in Dallas.
- 13:49Speaker 1: I want you to listen closely to what the acting
- 13:52Speaker 1: director of the Dallas Ice Field Office had to say
- 13:56Speaker 1: today about this being the second time it's happened been
- 14:00Speaker 1: in his jurisdiction.
- 14:02Speaker 12: This is the second time I've had to stand in
- 14:03Speaker 12: front of you and talk about a shooter at one
- 14:08Speaker 12: of my facilities. And I think that the takeaway from
- 14:12Speaker 12: all of this is that the rhetoric has to stop.
- 14:17Speaker 12: There are people out there who are seeing what is
- 14:21Speaker 12: being placed online and they're coming and they're doing acts
- 14:24Speaker 12: of violence against ICE employees. It's dangerous and people are
- 14:29Speaker 12: losing their lives.
- 14:32Speaker 1: People are losing their lives. But what are the Democrats saying?
- 14:37Speaker 1: Not even close to that. They're now blaming Ice for
- 14:41Speaker 1: being divisive. Yes, MSNBC, as people have been shot and
- 14:47Speaker 1: there are people that are clinging for their lives, and
- 14:50Speaker 1: after we are seeing this happen on MSNBC, one of
- 14:54Speaker 1: their correspondents said today, quote, it's very early to know
- 14:57Speaker 1: the motive of the ICE facility shooter, even though we
- 15:00Speaker 1: knew it was written on the bullet casings. And then
- 15:04Speaker 1: they went on to blame Ice. We have also seen
- 15:07Speaker 1: the very dramatic videos of ICE nabbing individuals, they said,
- 15:11Speaker 1: and tossing them into unmarked vehicles, justifying the violence centered.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Ted Cruz also coming out talking about how this must stop.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Here's what he said.
- 15:23Speaker 13: If this states to stop violence is wrong, politically motivated
- 15:28Speaker 13: violence is wrong. It was two weeks ago today that
- 15:32Speaker 13: we saw a political assassination in Utah that tore the
- 15:36Speaker 13: heart out of much of this country. This is the
- 15:39Speaker 13: third shooting in Texas directed at ICE or CBP. This
- 15:45Speaker 13: must stop. To a politician who is using rhetoric demonizing
- 15:52Speaker 13: ICE and demonizing CBP, stop to every politician demanding that
- 15:58Speaker 13: ICE agents be die box and calling for people to
- 16:02Speaker 13: go after their families. Stop. This has very real consequences.
- 16:07Speaker 13: Look in America, we disagree. That's fine, that's the democratic process.
- 16:11Speaker 13: But your political opponents are not Nazis. We need to
- 16:16Speaker 13: learn to work together without demonizing each other, without attacking
- 16:20Speaker 13: each other. And I want to say thank you. I
- 16:22Speaker 13: want to say thank you to the brave men and
- 16:25Speaker 13: women of law enforcement. I want to say thank you
- 16:27Speaker 13: to the brave men and women of ICE and CVP
- 16:31Speaker 13: and everyone who puts their lives on the line to
- 16:34Speaker 13: keep us safe. The divisive rhetoric tragically has real consequence.
- 16:39Speaker 13: I hope that every one of us will I hope
- 16:42Speaker 13: that every one of us will pray Number one, for
- 16:45Speaker 13: the safety of law enforcement that are risking their lives
- 16:49Speaker 13: to keep us safe. Number two, for the health of
- 16:52Speaker 13: those who were shot and injured. Today we still don't
- 16:55Speaker 13: know the full details of who was injured, but for
- 16:58Speaker 13: the families also of the victims of this shooting. Violence
- 17:02Speaker 13: has no place, It is wrong, and we should come together.
- 17:06Speaker 13: If we want to have a debate ab an immigration policies,
- 17:09Speaker 13: we can do so in the halls of Congress without
- 17:12Speaker 13: demonizing each other, and especially without demonizing the men and
- 17:17Speaker 13: women who every day put on a badge and go
- 17:20Speaker 13: risk their lives to keep us safe. And we should
- 17:23Speaker 13: not be putting language out there that inspires mad men
- 17:30Speaker 13: to commit evil crimes. Our prayers are with the men
- 17:34Speaker 13: and women of law enforcement, and we ought to come
- 17:36Speaker 13: together and have some decency across the political aisle to
- 17:41Speaker 13: say this violence is wrong and it needs stops.
- 17:45Speaker 1: So will there be that type of decency? Well, moments
- 17:49Speaker 1: later on MSNBC, this is what they said, targets.
- 17:53Speaker 9: What about the politically motivated side of this. This is
- 17:56Speaker 9: now the fourth shooting that we've seen in just a
- 18:00Speaker 9: little bit over a year where the suspect has allegedly
- 18:04Speaker 9: written on the casings of bullets some sort of politically
- 18:09Speaker 9: motivated message.
- 18:10Speaker 7: Yeah, so, I mean, terrorism is theater. It's intended to
- 18:16Speaker 7: influence an audience beyond its I needed victims. It's putting
- 18:20Speaker 7: a message out and terrorism falls into real really three categories.
- 18:24Speaker 7: It's either religiously motivated, ideologically motivated, or in this case,
- 18:29Speaker 7: politically motivated. And the politically motivated ones. It doesn't happen
- 18:32Speaker 7: in a vacuum. It happens because conditions have been set
- 18:35Speaker 7: that people start acting out against what are the conditions,
- 18:38Speaker 7: So you know, distrusted institutions that's been building for quite
- 18:42Speaker 7: some time, at tax on institutions, the wealth gap, oppressive
- 18:48Speaker 7: policies at least this is what people perceive. And then
- 18:52Speaker 7: the militarization of ICE and other federal law for the
- 18:56Speaker 7: wearing of the mask, aggressive tactics, so the people who
- 19:01Speaker 7: are starting to act out against this feel it's their
- 19:04Speaker 7: only recourse. Again, this is predictable. We see this happening
- 19:09Speaker 7: throughout our history and in other places as well. So
- 19:13Speaker 7: you know, we can tone down the rhetoric and that
- 19:16Speaker 7: that's the right message, but you also have to start
- 19:20Speaker 7: looking at what policies you've implemented, what tactics you're using,
- 19:24Speaker 7: because if you've torned down the rhetoric but you leave
- 19:26Speaker 7: those other pieces in place, nothing's going to try.
- 19:29Speaker 5: So I wonder, though, I mean, this.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Is this is incredible. ICE needs to change their policies,
- 19:36Speaker 1: meaning don't actually enforce the laws, go back to what
- 19:39Speaker 1: was happening before and allow so many radicals to come
- 19:44Speaker 1: into this country. Those that are selling fetanyl killing Americans,
- 19:48Speaker 1: those that are sex trafficking children and abusing children, those
- 19:52Speaker 1: that are committing murders and violent crimes and rape. No,
- 19:56Speaker 1: they're saying, go back to the Biden policies, or there
- 20:00Speaker 1: will be more violence against ICE agents.
- 20:03Speaker 13: JD.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Vans, the Vice President United It's America, summed it up
- 20:07Speaker 1: perfectly when he said this.
- 20:09Speaker 14: You don't have to agree with my immigration policies. You
- 20:12Speaker 14: don't have to agree with Donald Trump's immigration policies. But
- 20:15Speaker 14: if your political rhetoric encourages violence against our law enforcement,
- 20:20Speaker 14: you can go straight to hell. And you have no
- 20:22Speaker 14: place in the political conversation of the United States of America.
- 20:26Speaker 14: When Democratic politicians incur doxing, when they encourage us to
- 20:31Speaker 14: unmask ice enforcement officers, what do you think is going
- 20:35Speaker 14: to happen? Political violence has gotten out of control in
- 20:38Speaker 14: this country. We got to stop it, We got to
- 20:40Speaker 14: condemn it, and that starts, unfortunately, at the very top.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Of the Democratic Party aim into that.
- 20:47Speaker 13: JD.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Vans, if your political rhetoric encourages violence against our law enforcement,
- 20:52Speaker 1: you can go straight to hell. Democrats have not learned
- 20:57Speaker 1: a damn thing about their rhetoric since the assassination of
- 21:01Speaker 1: Charlie Kirk. In fact, if you look at what they're saying,
- 21:04Speaker 1: it's pretty clear they're doubling down on their radical words
- 21:08Speaker 1: and trying to inspire others. Hillary Clinton now getting in
- 21:12Speaker 1: on the action. She has sparked a social media firestorm
- 21:17Speaker 1: for promoting a book literally warning about fascists and sick people.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Clinton is ripping now authoritarians referencing Donald Trump while promoting
- 21:30Speaker 1: the new book from Teachers' union chief Randy Weingarten. The
- 21:35Speaker 1: former Secretary of State and presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton is
- 21:39Speaker 1: getting blasted as she should on social media for posting
- 21:43Speaker 1: a picture supporting the American Federation of Teachers president the
- 21:48Speaker 1: chief's new book that suggests her political opponents are in
- 21:52Speaker 1: fact fascists. Congratulations, Hillary Clinton said to my friend on quote.
- 21:59Speaker 1: Why fascists fear teachers from banning books to controlling curriculum.
- 22:05Speaker 1: Authoritarians go after public education because it's a quartererstone of democracy.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Those are the exact words posted by Hillary Clinton on Wednesday,
- 22:17Speaker 1: along with the picture of the American Federation of Teacher's
- 22:21Speaker 1: chief holding the book. Randi's new book is a critical
- 22:24Speaker 1: read for this moment. She also wrote clearly talking about it,
- 22:30Speaker 1: knowing what had just happened to Charlie Kirk. Clinton was
- 22:34Speaker 1: criticized instantly by many conservatives online for the posts, which
- 22:38Speaker 1: they argue continued the smear campaign against political opponents that
- 22:42Speaker 1: many believe contributed to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Why
- 22:46Speaker 1: because these are the words that are used by the assassin.
- 22:50Speaker 1: It's been one week since Charlie Kirk was murdered by
- 22:53Speaker 1: a lunatic who wrote about fascists on the shell casings.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Is what one Republican said on Lane. Now Randy has
- 23:02Speaker 1: a new book arguing everyone who disagrees with her views
- 23:06Speaker 1: on public education, which have destroyed public education in America,
- 23:12Speaker 1: is a fascist American culture project. Senior fellow writing this
- 23:17Speaker 1: on X, Hillary Clinton and Randy Winingarden are going full
- 23:22Speaker 1: speed ahead with this disgusting rhetoric right after Charlie Kirk's assassination.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Sick people. Charlie Kirk was murdered exactly one week ago.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Another conservative online, a friend of mine, Jack Posovic, said,
- 23:36Speaker 1: and here's Hillary Clinton today. They wrote an entire book
- 23:40Speaker 1: on a word they don't even understand. Is what another
- 23:45Speaker 1: member of the Huntington Beach City Council said on X
- 23:49Speaker 1: The Room. That's why y'all should read is what the
- 23:52Speaker 1: Washington Free Beacon investigative reporter Chick Ross also said, Yet
- 23:56Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton knew what she was doing, knew that this
- 24:01Speaker 1: moment was a moment she could bring people together, and
- 24:04Speaker 1: instead she wanted to make sure she incited more violence,
- 24:07Speaker 1: using the words to undermine any conservative out there and
- 24:11Speaker 1: to justify another assassination. Democrats Hillary Clinton and Randy Winingartn
- 24:18Speaker 1: are still suggesting Republicans are fascists, an account belonging to
- 24:22Speaker 1: the Republican National Committee put out so eloquently on x
- 24:27Speaker 1: they really can't help themselves, can they now. Fox News
- 24:31Speaker 1: reached out to Clinton's office for comment on her post,
- 24:35Speaker 1: which has now racked up more than two million views.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Guess what they didn't have time to get back for comment.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Have they read the book? Is what Winegarden said in
- 24:46Speaker 1: a statement to Fox News Digital. If they did, they
- 24:49Speaker 1: discover it's a love letter to teachers. Winegarden's book, which
- 24:53Speaker 1: hits bookshelves this week, elaborates on reviews on battling what
- 24:57Speaker 1: she says is fascist idea and how it works to
- 25:02Speaker 1: undermine democracy, opportunity, and public education as we know it.
- 25:07Speaker 1: By the way, we know that public education has been
- 25:10Speaker 1: a total disaster, and if you're a parent that shows
- 25:14Speaker 1: up your school board meetings. The last administration of the
- 25:17Speaker 1: FBI classified you as a domestic terrorist. Now what is
- 25:21Speaker 1: in the book, Well, here's more of it. Attacks on
- 25:24Speaker 1: schools and teachers have long been a hallmark of fascist regimes,
- 25:28Speaker 1: clearly referencing Donald Trump throughout history, as many dictators rose
- 25:33Speaker 1: to power, they began banning books and controlling curriculum. The
- 25:37Speaker 1: book's preview reads, Fascists fear teachers because teachers foster and
- 25:42Speaker 1: education and educated and empowered population that can see past
- 25:48Speaker 1: the propaganda and the scare tactics. Fascist fear teachers because
- 25:53Speaker 1: they teach young people how to think for themselves. Now,
- 25:56Speaker 1: let's be clear. The Democratic Party has taken over the
- 26:01Speaker 1: education system. It's where they've indoctrinated children to be ashamed
- 26:05Speaker 1: of America, not be proud of it. It's where they've
- 26:08Speaker 1: indoctrinated children to hate this country. It's where they've indoctrinated
- 26:13Speaker 1: children to believe that anyone that disagrees with them is
- 26:16Speaker 1: somehow instantly a fascist or a Nazi or Adolf Hitler,
- 26:21Speaker 1: and they should be taken out. We also know the
- 26:24Speaker 1: youngest generation, forty two percent of them say in new
- 26:29Speaker 1: polling that it is appropriate to use violence to go
- 26:34Speaker 1: after people you disagree with, as long as you justify
- 26:38Speaker 1: it as saying you're trying to stop evil. This is
- 26:41Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, and if you think for a moment
- 26:44Speaker 1: they're going to stop actually doing these types of things
- 26:49Speaker 1: and learn from the assassination of Charlie Kirk, you're wrong.
- 26:53Speaker 1: They look at this as a success and they're still
- 26:56Speaker 1: using the same words that were used by the assassin
- 26:59Speaker 1: to justify the killing of one of our own. I
- 27:02Speaker 1: want to talk to you about my friends at Kirk
- 27:05Speaker 1: Elliott Precious Medals. Two days ago, I got my new
- 27:09Speaker 1: order of silver. Now I'm investing in silver right now
- 27:12Speaker 1: because the pricing on it is amazing and the upside well,
- 27:16Speaker 1: it's real. I actually have a one hundred ounce silver bar.
- 27:22Speaker 1: It is actually really cool. It's really heavy because it's
- 27:25Speaker 1: one hundred ounces. But I also know that I bought
- 27:28Speaker 1: it at the right price and I wasn't paying massive
- 27:31Speaker 1: up charges on quote. Rare are special coins, and then
- 27:35Speaker 1: when you go to sell them, you take away all
- 27:38Speaker 1: of your earning potential. Why do they do it this
- 27:41Speaker 1: way at Kurt Elliott because they have transparent pricing up front.
- 27:45Speaker 1: It's very simple. You pay eight percent when you buy,
- 27:49Speaker 1: and here's what matters to you the most, nothing when
- 27:52Speaker 1: you sell. There are no hidden fees ever with Kurt
- 27:56Speaker 1: Elliott Precious Metals. This is the reason why I wreck
- 28:00Speaker 1: amend them. It's not just about investing, it's about making
- 28:04Speaker 1: sure you get more for your money. And that is
- 28:07Speaker 1: exactly why Kurt Elliott helps people all the time. Whether
- 28:10Speaker 1: it's gold or silver, you can hold it, be a
- 28:13Speaker 1: good steward of it, you can pass it on to
- 28:15Speaker 1: future generations, and you can build wealth with it. It's real, boy,
- 28:19Speaker 1: youon never gimmicks, just investment grade gold and silver. No
- 28:25Speaker 1: overpriced coins, no flashy markups. And it's a company that
- 28:29Speaker 1: I love because they are a faith driven company. There's
- 28:33Speaker 1: no pressure, just honest care. They treat every client like family,
- 28:38Speaker 1: offering honest answers up front to help you make wise
- 28:42Speaker 1: informed decisions. Now, if you're seeking a partner when it
- 28:45Speaker 1: comes to gold and silver with an eternity mindset, visit
- 28:51Speaker 1: ke PM dot com slash ben. That's k e PM
- 28:57Speaker 1: dot com slash ben. You can also so it called
- 29:00Speaker 1: him seven two zero six oh five thirty nine hundred.
- 29:04Speaker 1: That's seven two zero six oh five thirty nine hundred.
- 29:09Speaker 1: So let's faithfully steward what God has given so you
- 29:12Speaker 1: can experience real peace now and for generations to come.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Ke pm dot com slash ben. President Donald Trump has
- 29:21Speaker 1: declared that he is designating the Antifa movement as a
- 29:25Speaker 1: major terrorist organization. He also stated he will recommend that
- 29:30Speaker 1: people or organizations funding Antifa be strongly investigated under the
- 29:36Speaker 1: highest legal standards in practices now. This announcement came in
- 29:41Speaker 1: the wake of the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk,
- 29:45Speaker 1: which Trump and his allies say underscores the need to
- 29:48Speaker 1: address what they characterize as left wing extremism. Now Antifa,
- 29:54Speaker 1: you may ask what is it, They say, it's anti fascists.
- 29:57Speaker 1: It's not a single group or a with a hierarchy structure.
- 30:01Speaker 1: In fact, it's a loosely affiliated ideology where people all
- 30:05Speaker 1: the time are saying I'm a member of Antifa and
- 30:07Speaker 1: then carrying out many times criminal activities. Now, because of
- 30:12Speaker 1: the decentralization of it, there's no clear chain of command,
- 30:16Speaker 1: which means you have to actually follow the money. Because
- 30:19Speaker 1: without formal membership lists or centralized leadership, you've got to
- 30:24Speaker 1: find out who is funding Antifa and who on the
- 30:28Speaker 1: left is writing the checks for so many of the
- 30:30Speaker 1: things that they actually do. Now, there are several significant
- 30:34Speaker 1: legal obstacles to make this kind of designation meaningful and
- 30:38Speaker 1: also enforceable, and that's exactly what the President is doing
- 30:43Speaker 1: right now. In fact, if you want to know when
- 30:46Speaker 1: this really became a reality, you can go to the
- 30:48Speaker 1: White House in the Oval Office. Just two days ago,
- 30:52Speaker 1: when the President was asked this question about Antifa and
- 30:57Speaker 1: what it would mean to designate them a terror organization
- 31:01Speaker 1: from a member the press, take a listen.
- 31:04Speaker 8: Do you plan on designating it's family a domestic terrible organization?
- 31:09Speaker 2: Well, it's something I would do, Yeah, if I have
- 31:12Speaker 2: support from the people back here. I think would start
- 31:14Speaker 2: with Pam, I think, but I would if you give me,
- 31:17Speaker 2: I would do that one hundred percent, and others also,
- 31:20Speaker 2: by the way, but Antifa is terrible. There are other groups. Yeah,
- 31:25Speaker 2: there are other groups. We have some pretty radical groups,
- 31:27Speaker 2: and they got away with murder. And also I've been
- 31:30Speaker 2: speaking to the Attorney General about bringing RICO against some
- 31:34Speaker 2: of the people that you've been reading about that have
- 31:36Speaker 2: been putting up millions and millions of dollars for agitation.
- 31:40Speaker 2: These aren't protests. These are crimes. What they're doing where
- 31:43Speaker 2: they're throwing bricks at cars of the of Ice and
- 31:47Speaker 2: Border Patrol and they come in a beautiful new car.
- 31:50Speaker 2: They're so proud it's Border patrol Ice. You know, it's
- 31:52Speaker 2: got whatever it is, and they're throwing rocks at it.
- 31:55Speaker 2: And after fifty yards it looks like an old beat
- 31:58Speaker 2: up vehicle. It was just brand new, just bought for
- 32:01Speaker 2: the purposes. And they don't have to take that anymore.
- 32:03Speaker 2: I let it be known, well take responsibility. They don't
- 32:06Speaker 2: have to take it anymore, and they don't want to
- 32:08Speaker 2: take it. I watch it.
- 32:10Speaker 13: I watched it so sick.
- 32:12Speaker 2: It made me for four years. I had to sit
- 32:14Speaker 2: home and watch people screaming at policemen and spitting in
- 32:19Speaker 2: their face and they weren't able to do anything.
- 32:21Speaker 3: They just had to grin and beard.
- 32:23Speaker 2: They're standing up like a piece of steel. And the women,
- 32:28Speaker 2: in many cases women, you can see their professional agitators.
- 32:31Speaker 2: I had one the other night. I had four the
- 32:33Speaker 2: other night, all in one group, total phonies. I started
- 32:36Speaker 2: to scream when I got into a restaurant. Oh you
- 32:38Speaker 2: know something with Palestine and I said, well, I'm doing
- 32:41Speaker 2: a great job for peace in the Middle East. I
- 32:43Speaker 2: should get lots of awards for that, with the Abraham
- 32:46Speaker 2: Accords and everything else. But a woman just stood up
- 32:49Speaker 2: and start screaming and she got booed out of the
- 32:52Speaker 2: place too. The people were a lot of people in
- 32:54Speaker 2: the restaurant. I went there to show how safe.
- 32:56Speaker 9: And it was safe.
- 32:56Speaker 2: I mean, a woman's just a mouthpiece, or she was.
- 32:59Speaker 2: She was a paid choose, a paid agitator, and you
- 33:02Speaker 2: have a lot of them. And I've asked Pam to
- 33:05Speaker 2: look into that in terms of bringing RICO cases against
- 33:08Speaker 2: the criminal Rico because they should be put in jail.
- 33:11Speaker 2: What they're doing to this country is really a subversive.
- 33:17Speaker 1: That is where all of this really got started. Now
- 33:20Speaker 1: Here is the best part about what this means moving forward.
- 33:24Speaker 1: The consequences of this action on Antifa are huge. This
- 33:29Speaker 1: will now allow the US government to increase investigations into
- 33:33Speaker 1: individuals or entities that are believed to provide support to
- 33:37Speaker 1: Antifa aka money and logistics supplies. Trump specifically asks for
- 33:43Speaker 1: these types of investigations. It also allows for potential executive orders, regulations,
- 33:49Speaker 1: policy changes aimed at curbing political violence or hate speech
- 33:52Speaker 1: associated with Antifa, and then there's the possible legal or
- 33:56Speaker 1: administrative sanctions for those found to be a material support
- 34:01Speaker 1: of Antifa if state or federal laws can be invoked.
- 34:05Speaker 1: This is where there is real consequences for people that
- 34:09Speaker 1: are involved with this radical organization, and you need to
- 34:12Speaker 1: find out who is exactly funding them. Follow the money
- 34:16Speaker 1: is everything here. Now we can also expect legal challenges
- 34:21Speaker 1: groups like the ACLU and the SPLC. They're going to
- 34:25Speaker 1: argue that the designation violates constitutional protection free assembly, free speech,
- 34:30Speaker 1: due process, and then the courts are going to have
- 34:32Speaker 1: to interpret what designating a terrorist organization means in this context.
- 34:37Speaker 1: I think this is clearly a fight the White House
- 34:39Speaker 1: is more than happy to have. And then there's a
- 34:41Speaker 1: political polarization of this. Democrats are already coming out and saying
- 34:46Speaker 1: that this is a threat to free speech. So let's
- 34:50Speaker 1: go back to the President and what he actually had
- 34:52Speaker 1: to say after designating Antifa a terrorist organization. Here's how
- 34:56Speaker 1: CNN put it as they had to read the president's words.
- 35:00Speaker 10: Now, I don't know if you know this, but I've
- 35:02Speaker 10: just seen that the president on a social media on
- 35:05Speaker 10: a social media's announced I'm pleased to inform our many
- 35:08Speaker 10: USA patriots that I'm designating Antifa, a sick, dangerous radical
- 35:12Speaker 10: left organization, as a major terrorist organization. I'll also be
- 35:15Speaker 10: strongly recommending that those funding Antifa be thoroughly investigating in
- 35:19Speaker 10: accordance with the highest legal standards and practices.
- 35:23Speaker 1: They can't stand the fact that radical organizations that are
- 35:28Speaker 1: out there being funded by dark money from democratic donors
- 35:31Speaker 1: they are then committing crimes and terrorizing the public, are
- 35:35Speaker 1: no longer going to be able to operate the way
- 35:37Speaker 1: they were under the Biden administration. And by the way,
- 35:40Speaker 1: this is exactly why I voted for Donald Trump, and
- 35:43Speaker 1: I think so many of you did as well. Don't
- 35:45Speaker 1: forget share this podcast wherever you can with your family
- 35:48Speaker 1: and your friends, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
