Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Special Agent garrett O.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Boyle is one of the whistleblowers that has now come
- 0:09Speaker 2: forward talking about the politicization of Biden's Department of Justice
- 0:15Speaker 2: and the FBI. We now are finally getting to hear
- 0:19Speaker 2: from these whistleblowers, and we're going to be joined coming
- 0:22Speaker 2: up in just a little bit by US Editor Bill Haggerty.
- 0:25Speaker 1: But at first, I want you to.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Hear what this whistle blower just told the Congress about
- 0:32Speaker 2: just how corrupt the DOJ and the FBI is under
- 0:36Speaker 2: the Biden administration and also under the Trump administration and
- 0:41Speaker 2: those that were put into power under the former President
- 0:44Speaker 2: Barack Obama.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Listen carefully.
- 0:47Speaker 3: I'm sad, I'm disappointed, and I'm angry that I have
- 0:50Speaker 3: to be here to testify about the weaponization of the
- 0:53Speaker 3: FBI and DJ weaponization against not only its own employees,
- 0:57Speaker 3: but against those institutions and individuals that are to protect
- 1:00Speaker 3: the American people. I am here today because even though
- 1:03Speaker 3: I'm wrongfully suspended from the FBI, I remained duty bound
- 1:06Speaker 3: to the American people to play my small role in
- 1:08Speaker 3: rectifying these issues. After all, I never swore an all
- 1:12Speaker 3: to the FBI. I swore an all to the Constitution.
- 1:16Speaker 3: I've served my nation and community my entire adult life,
- 1:19Speaker 3: first in the United States Army, then as a police officer,
- 1:22Speaker 3: and late lastly as.
- 1:23Speaker 4: An FBI special Agent.
- 1:25Speaker 3: Shortly after high school, I joined the United States Army,
- 1:27Speaker 3: where I served in the infantry and I was quickly
- 1:29Speaker 3: promoted through the ranks. I deployed to both Iraq and
- 1:32Speaker 3: Afghanistan and support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation and
- 1:35Speaker 3: During Freedom, I served in the historic one hundred and
- 1:37Speaker 3: first Airborne Division. I received the Combat Infantryman's Badge, which
- 1:41Speaker 3: is awarded to those infantrymen who engage in ground combat
- 1:44Speaker 3: with our nation's enemies. The Army's official motto is this
- 1:48Speaker 3: will Defend. Along with numerous others, I volunteered to serve
- 1:52Speaker 3: this nation, risking my life in combat to protect America
- 1:54Speaker 3: and her values. I know some of the best men
- 1:57Speaker 3: and women this country has to offer. They come from
- 1:59Speaker 3: all background, races, and creeds. They helped mold me into
- 2:03Speaker 3: the person I am today. Each was willing to sacrifice,
- 2:06Speaker 3: and many did to protect this great nation.
- 2:09Speaker 4: It is our duty to.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Honor their sacrifices by standing up for what is right,
- 2:13Speaker 3: regardless of the difficulty.
- 2:15Speaker 4: After serving in the Army, I became a police officer.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Police officers like me are imperfect beings, but we strive
- 2:22Speaker 3: to uphold the law and the constitution. People who go
- 2:25Speaker 3: to work every day trying to make their communities better,
- 2:28Speaker 3: yet nonetheless are faced with budget cuts and calls for
- 2:30Speaker 3: defunding as we continue spiraling away from law and order
- 2:33Speaker 3: as a nation. While serving as a police officer, I
- 2:36Speaker 3: finished my bachel's degree, graduating with honors and criminology and
- 2:39Speaker 3: law studies. Shortly thereafter, I began the long road to
- 2:42Speaker 3: becoming an FBI Special Agent, a position I once understood
- 2:46Speaker 3: to be the pinnacle.
- 2:46Speaker 4: Of law enforcement.
- 2:47Speaker 3: In a way to continue to serve this nation and
- 2:49Speaker 3: protect and defend the constitution. During my four years as
- 2:53Speaker 3: a special Agent, I received the highest annual review and
- 2:55Speaker 3: employee can receive. I volunteered for, tried out for it,
- 2:58Speaker 3: and was selected for an FBI spoted. I also volunteered for,
- 3:01Speaker 3: tried out for, and re selective for a new unit
- 3:03Speaker 3: the FBI created. I also received an award for my
- 3:06Speaker 3: work on an anti abortion extremism case. I've been smeared
- 3:09Speaker 3: as a malcontent and subparer FBI employee. This smear stands
- 3:13Speaker 3: in start contrasts to my life in public service. This
- 3:17Speaker 3: smear campaign, discussing as it is, is unsurprising. Despite our
- 3:21Speaker 3: oath to uphold the Constitution, too many and the FBI
- 3:24Speaker 3: aren't willing to sacrifice for the hard right over the
- 3:26Speaker 3: easy wrong. They see what becomes of whistleblowers, how the
- 3:29Speaker 3: FBI destroys their careers, suspends them under false pretenses, takes
- 3:33Speaker 3: their security clearances, and pay with no true options for
- 3:36Speaker 3: real recourse or remedy.
- 3:38Speaker 4: This is by design. It creates an Orwellian.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Atmosphere that silence is opposition and discussion. We know what
- 3:43Speaker 3: is right to do, it would too often refuse to
- 3:46Speaker 3: do what is right because the difficulty in suffering it occurs.
- 3:50Speaker 4: I couldn't knowingly.
- 3:51Speaker 3: Continue on this path silently without speaking out against the
- 3:53Speaker 3: weaponization I witnessed, even if it meant losing my job,
- 3:56Speaker 3: my career, my livelihood, my family's home, and now my anonymity.
- 4:02Speaker 3: It's up to members of this committee, current and former
- 4:04Speaker 3: FBI employees, and indeed all Americans, to ensure that the
- 4:07Speaker 3: weaponization of our own government against the people comes to
- 4:10Speaker 3: an end, no matter the personal cost. As James Madison
- 4:15Speaker 3: prudently opined in framing a government which is to be
- 4:17Speaker 3: administered by men over men. The great difficulty lies in this.
- 4:21Speaker 3: You must first enable the government to control the governed,
- 4:23Speaker 3: and the next place oblige it.
- 4:25Speaker 4: To control itself.
- 4:27Speaker 3: The safeguards currently in place at the FBI are clearly
- 4:29Speaker 3: inadequate and must be reworked to protect whistleblowers and others
- 4:32Speaker 3: who are inappropriately targeted. The FBI can extract whatever they
- 4:37Speaker 3: want from me. I'm willing to bear that burden. I've
- 4:40Speaker 3: sworn to defend this country from enemies, both foreign and domestic,
- 4:43Speaker 3: even if that means sacrificing my life. I've lived that
- 4:46Speaker 3: oath out since first enlisting in the army, consistently saying
- 4:49Speaker 3: here am I send me. My oath, however, did not
- 4:52Speaker 3: include sacrificing the hopes, dreams, and livelihood of my family,
- 4:56Speaker 3: my strong, beautiful and courageous wife and our four sweet
- 5:00Speaker 3: and beautiful daughters, who have endured this process along with me.
- 5:04Speaker 3: In weaponized fashion, the FBI allowed me to accept orders
- 5:06Speaker 3: to a new position halfway across the country. They allowed
- 5:09Speaker 3: us to sell my family's home. They ordered me to
- 5:11Speaker 3: report to the new unit when our youngest daughter was
- 5:13Speaker 3: two weeks old.
- 5:15Speaker 4: Then on my.
- 5:15Speaker 3: First day on the new assignment, they suspended me, rendering
- 5:19Speaker 3: my family homeless. They refused to release our goods, including
- 5:26Speaker 3: our clothes.
- 5:27Speaker 4: For weeks. All I wanted to do was.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Serve my country by stopping bad guys and protecting the innocent.
- 5:33Speaker 3: To my chagrin, bad guys have begun running parts of
- 5:36Speaker 3: the government, making it difficult to continue to serve this
- 5:39Speaker 3: nation and protect the innocent. But I, for one, will
- 5:41Speaker 3: never stop trying, and I'll never forget my oath.
- 5:45Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Rendered homeless. This FBI.
- 5:52Speaker 2: Former agent says that not only did the FBI take
- 5:56Speaker 2: away as pay, he left his family homeless, all because
- 6:01Speaker 2: he blew the whistle on a legal activity at the FBI.
- 6:06Speaker 2: This former FBI special agent said, I saw and reported
- 6:12Speaker 2: legal activity in the agency. He disclosed possible legal actions
- 6:17Speaker 2: to his supervisory special agent, and the FBI subsequently reassigned
- 6:24Speaker 2: him to a different department that forced him, I should say,
- 6:26Speaker 2: to relocate his family across the country. That's called punishment.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Upon arrival. At his first day, the FBI think about this.
- 6:39Speaker 2: They move you across the country with your family. You're
- 6:42Speaker 2: moved and you're reassigned, you then make that move. The
- 6:50Speaker 2: FBI wasn't done destroying his life. Not only do they
- 6:55Speaker 2: reassign him to a different department that forced and relocate
- 6:57Speaker 2: his family across the country, but according to him, upon
- 7:00Speaker 2: arrival on his very first day, the FBI plays too
- 7:05Speaker 2: boil on unpaid indefinite suspension, effectively rendering his family homeless
- 7:11Speaker 2: and depriving them of the personal their personal belongings, including
- 7:15Speaker 2: his young children's clothing, which the FBI kept in storage.
- 7:19Speaker 2: They didn't just want to send a message to him,
- 7:22Speaker 2: They wanted to send a message to everybody else the FBI.
- 7:25Speaker 2: You step out a line and you tell people what
- 7:27Speaker 2: we're really doing here, and we will destroy you. We
- 7:32Speaker 2: will come after you, and we will move you, and
- 7:34Speaker 2: the day you show up for your new job, will
- 7:36Speaker 2: suspend you indefinitely, and then we will hold your belongings
- 7:40Speaker 2: hostage and make it where you're basically homeless without any
- 7:44Speaker 2: of your belongings, after we've already moved your family. And
- 7:49Speaker 2: it wasn't just this FBI agent. Other FBI whistleblowers each
- 7:53Speaker 2: detailed instances of retaliatory actions that they've had to deal
- 7:57Speaker 2: with after making protected disclosure regarding what they sincerely believed
- 8:02Speaker 2: to be misconduct. The common thread among their accounts is
- 8:07Speaker 2: that the FBI infringed upon federal whistleboar protection statuses, They
- 8:14Speaker 2: went against statues, and exploited the security clearance evaluation process
- 8:20Speaker 2: to quote hamstring, the brave agents who exercised the right
- 8:24Speaker 2: to make protected disclosures to Congress or who dared to
- 8:27Speaker 2: question agency leadership. O'Boyle served as a US Army infantryman
- 8:36Speaker 2: Iraq and Afghanistan for a year each. According to his testimony,
- 8:41Speaker 2: he also received the Combat Infantryman badge. The report also
- 8:45Speaker 2: alleges that the whistleblowers testimony revealed that the FBI's partisan
- 8:50Speaker 2: leadership is currently engaging in a quote purge of agents
- 8:54Speaker 2: who hold conservative beliefs. Now, before I get into more
- 8:58Speaker 2: of this story, I want to say thank you and
- 9:00Speaker 2: tell you about our good friends at Patriot Mobile. They
- 9:03Speaker 2: are now offering a performance guarantee. If you're not happy
- 9:07Speaker 2: with your coverage, you can switch between the three major
- 9:10Speaker 2: carriers for free.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. They
- 9:17Speaker 2: are for nationwide coverage on the best G four and
- 9:20Speaker 2: G five networks. The same network and towers are using
- 9:23Speaker 2: right now. The difference is not only do you get
- 9:26Speaker 2: the same great quality that you're used to, but they
- 9:30Speaker 2: actually are a company that fights to preserve or God
- 9:33Speaker 2: given rights and freedoms. So this year resolved to stop
- 9:38Speaker 2: spending your money with companies that don't align with your values,
- 9:41Speaker 2: in fact, actually fight against what you believe in. Switch
- 9:44Speaker 2: to Patriot Mobile. You'll be supporting First and Second Amendment groups,
- 9:48Speaker 2: the rights of unborn children, and even helping with adoptions.
- 9:52Speaker 1: It is easy to switch.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Call them right now or go online to Patriotmobile dot
- 9:57Speaker 2: com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Or call them eight seven eight Patriot. You're gonna get
- 10:04Speaker 2: free activation with the offer code ferguson. That's eight seven
- 10:08Speaker 2: eight Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. You got
- 10:13Speaker 2: to think about the FBI and how brilliant of a
- 10:16Speaker 2: plan this is under the Biden administration.
- 10:20Speaker 1: You're the FBI.
- 10:21Speaker 2: You can find out anything you want about an individual,
- 10:25Speaker 2: So why not find out about the men and women
- 10:27Speaker 2: that work for you and start purging and making the
- 10:29Speaker 2: lives hell for those that are conservative to run them
- 10:33Speaker 2: out of the bureau. That's exactly what these whistleblowers are
- 10:37Speaker 2: saying right now, that's being done to them. The whistleblower
- 10:41Speaker 2: disclosures and Special Counsel John Durham's report now show clearly
- 10:46Speaker 2: that the FBI has become politically weaponized. One of the
- 10:51Speaker 2: whistleblowers even said that the FBI is currently cancerous and
- 10:55Speaker 2: has let itself become enveloped in the politicalization and weaponization.
- 11:02Speaker 2: The FBI classified every single January the sixth case, for example,
- 11:07Speaker 2: as a domestic terrorism case, according to the FBI whistleblower today,
- 11:13Speaker 2: despite hundreds of them being resolved as petty crimes like
- 11:17Speaker 2: trespassing and disorderly conduct, the FBI classified every single January
- 11:23Speaker 2: the sixth case as a domestic terrorism case, meaning you
- 11:27Speaker 2: were there, you're domestic terrorists. The FBI holds the January
- 11:31Speaker 2: sixth investigation up as the biggest investigation that it's ever had,
- 11:36Speaker 2: he testified. So if you're categorizing all of them as
- 11:40Speaker 2: domestic terrorist cases, yeah, that would be double. They would double.
- 11:45Speaker 2: The FBI, by the way, has not responded yet to
- 11:49Speaker 2: the whistleblower claims today. Now, what is clear now is
- 11:55Speaker 2: that the FBI has decided that they are no longer
- 11:59Speaker 2: a agency for good. They are clearly now an agency
- 12:06Speaker 2: for in doctor nation and radicalization. Representative Jen Jordan, by
- 12:13Speaker 2: the way, warned the whistle blower testifying at today's hearing.
- 12:17Speaker 2: He said, get ready for what they're about to do
- 12:19Speaker 2: to you. Clearly, we know coming forward has risks, but
- 12:23Speaker 2: we also know what they're already doing to you. Listen
- 12:25Speaker 2: to his warning today saying get ready because they're coming
- 12:28Speaker 2: after you, and so will the Democrats.
- 12:30Speaker 5: We've talked over two dozen whistleblowers. People have come to us,
- 12:34Speaker 5: We've interviewed several of those, and today three of them,
- 12:37Speaker 5: three of those brave whistleblowers and the lawyer who represents
- 12:40Speaker 5: them will tell us their story. They will tell us
- 12:44Speaker 5: what happened, what they saw, and then what happened to
- 12:47Speaker 5: them because they were courageous enough to report it to Congress.
- 12:51Speaker 5: Nice want to tell you, guys, get ready, get ready
- 12:55Speaker 5: because these guys are gonna come after you.
- 12:58Speaker 4: You know they are.
- 12:59Speaker 5: Last hearing we had, last hearing, we had we had
- 13:02Speaker 5: two journalists Democrats, two Democrat journalists set right where you
- 13:06Speaker 5: guys did, and these guys tried to get them to
- 13:09Speaker 5: divulge their sources. Someone needs to tell them how the
- 13:11Speaker 5: First Amendment works. And while mister Tayabe, one of those
- 13:15Speaker 5: award winning journalists setting right where you're setting, was testifying,
- 13:18Speaker 5: guess what else was happening, the irs was knocking on
- 13:22Speaker 5: his door.
- 13:23Speaker 1: So get ready.
- 13:25Speaker 5: But I know you're up to the task because you
- 13:28Speaker 5: came forward in the first place. Thank you for your
- 13:30Speaker 5: commitment to the Constitution, the First Amendment, the rule of law,
- 13:34Speaker 5: and for your willingness to come forward and tell Congress
- 13:37Speaker 5: what you've seen, what you've witnessed. Thank you for doing that.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Mister Jim Jordan, who I had the pleasure of having
- 13:44Speaker 2: dinner with a couple weeks ago and hearing about a
- 13:48Speaker 2: lot of these whistleblowers, it is truly.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Shocking what has happened there.
- 13:52Speaker 2: By the way, if you want to know the type
- 13:54Speaker 2: of people that the Democrats are putting into leadership roles,
- 13:58Speaker 2: let me give you an example of this. Today breaking
- 14:01Speaker 2: news from NBC News, the Biden appointed US Attorney for
- 14:07Speaker 2: Massachusetts has resigned after a special Council's investigation found quote,
- 14:14Speaker 2: the most egregious Hatch Act violations. The Office of Special
- 14:19Speaker 2: Council has ever investigated. It investigated, calling it an extraordinary
- 14:26Speaker 2: breach of public trust. Now, before I get into more
- 14:30Speaker 2: of this story, I want to say thank you and
- 14:32Speaker 2: tell you about our good friends at the Gusta Precious Medals.
- 14:35Speaker 2: You can get free gold just by learning about gold

- 15:26Speaker 2: Four GOLDRA or Augusta Precious Medals dot com. This is
- 15:31Speaker 2: what happens when you weaponize law enforcement, when you weaponize
- 15:36Speaker 2: the US Attorney's office.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Listen to this from NBC News.
- 15:40Speaker 6: We have an update for you on Massachusetts US Attorney
- 15:43Speaker 6: Rachel Rawlins. A brand new report just out moments ago
- 15:47Speaker 6: finds that she quote wilthily, violated the Hatch Act on
- 15:51Speaker 6: multiple occasions during her time as US Attorney Now. The report,
- 15:55Speaker 6: published by the US Office of Special Counsel, comes one
- 15:58Speaker 6: day after Rowlins announced that she plans to resign from
- 16:01Speaker 6: her post by the end of the week.
- 16:04Speaker 7: So let's explain what this means here.
- 16:05Speaker 6: The Hatch Act is critically important to our government and
- 16:08Speaker 6: certain parts of our or certain branches of our government
- 16:11Speaker 6: being non partisan.
- 16:12Speaker 7: It's designed to limit certain political.
- 16:15Speaker 6: Activities of federal employees to ensure federal programs remain nonpartisan
- 16:20Speaker 6: and not biased. Rollins is accused of attending a political party.
- 16:24Speaker 7: Fundraiser while in office.
- 16:26Speaker 6: The report also saying she tried to sabotage the campaign
- 16:29Speaker 6: of a political candidate by leaking non public information to
- 16:34Speaker 6: the media. Rowlin's resignation comes just sixteen months after she
- 16:38Speaker 6: was sworn in.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Sixteen months.
- 16:41Speaker 2: This is what happens when you put political people in
- 16:43Speaker 2: these types of offices, and Democrats, by the way, they're
- 16:46Speaker 2: not upset about this. I want to make that clear. Okay,
- 16:50Speaker 2: they're not upset about this. They just hate that they
- 16:54Speaker 2: got caught. They have no problem with what she did.
- 16:59Speaker 2: They have zero issues with what she has done. They're
- 17:03Speaker 2: just upset that they actually got caught doing it.
- 17:08Speaker 1: That's what they're upset about.
- 17:10Speaker 2: And if you think this administration is in a threat
- 17:13Speaker 2: to all of us, also remember this. The Associated Press
- 17:20Speaker 2: is Matt Lee. Ask the Biden State Department why they've
- 17:24Speaker 2: added mandatory pronouns onto the front line on State Department emails.
- 17:32Speaker 2: I want you to listen to this. This is our
- 17:35Speaker 2: government right now. They're trying to destroy this country, get
- 17:39Speaker 2: rid of common sense, and now in emails they have
- 17:42Speaker 2: a mandate. This is the State Department. They've added a
- 17:47Speaker 2: mandatory pronoun line onto the front of the State Department emails.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Listen, this is an ap asking a question.
- 17:56Speaker 8: Have you gotten any emails from any of your colleagues
- 17:59Speaker 8: and allows you know before you came out here obviously
- 18:01Speaker 8: not well, you've been at the podium, but since.
- 18:03Speaker 9: About noon or so, I I why don't you get
- 18:07Speaker 9: to your question?
- 18:09Speaker 8: Have you question?
- 18:12Speaker 4: Do you have are you able to look.
- 18:13Speaker 9: At them right now? My email? I'm not going to
- 18:16Speaker 9: pull up my email from the pot. You don't need
- 18:18Speaker 9: to show it to me. Yeah, I want to notice.
- 18:20Speaker 8: I want to know if you've noticed anything different in
- 18:22Speaker 8: the from line where it gives the sender.
- 18:27Speaker 9: Matt, this would be a lot better if you would
- 18:29Speaker 9: just ask what your question was.
- 18:31Speaker 8: Well, I mean, so you haven't noticed anything. No, okay,
- 18:34Speaker 8: So within the last hour and a half, two hours,
- 18:37Speaker 8: the State Department's internal email system, and I've tested this
- 18:41Speaker 8: so I know that's true, has added pronouns to people's
- 18:47Speaker 8: not their signature, but to their front where where you
- 18:51Speaker 8: know where it says from Okay, so it will say
- 18:54Speaker 8: him his or you know.
- 18:57Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 19:00Speaker 8: Why this is not an optional thing. This is something
- 19:04Speaker 8: that has been just arbitrarily imposed. And you know, understand
- 19:08Speaker 8: that people could have their pronouns attached that they wanted
- 19:12Speaker 8: them to a signature before, but this is not something
- 19:16Speaker 8: that anyone has a choice about. And so I'm just
- 19:19Speaker 8: wondering why and who made this decision.
- 19:22Speaker 9: Well, Matt, I have not seen this phenomenon for myself.
- 19:26Speaker 4: I have, I'll show it to you.
- 19:28Speaker 9: Is it just so love to ask you a question.
- 19:30Speaker 9: Is it just for internal State Department? Obviously?
- 19:34Speaker 8: Because I tested it, send someone in this building, and
- 19:38Speaker 8: and and and Whereas before it did not have any
- 19:41Speaker 8: of these pronouns attached to the sender's name, it now does.
- 19:45Speaker 8: And I've also been told from other people that's that
- 19:48Speaker 8: that many of them, or at least well.
- 19:49Speaker 9: When you send it, does it, does it have the.
- 19:53Speaker 8: What I will just you don't know anything about this,
- 19:55Speaker 8: then that that's fine.
- 19:56Speaker 9: Can you look into it? I'm happy. I'm happy to
- 19:58Speaker 9: look into it when I.
- 19:59Speaker 8: Would not be an optional thing for people to do.
- 20:02Speaker 8: But the problem is is that a lot of them,
- 20:04Speaker 8: or at least some of them, so far as far
- 20:06Speaker 8: as I've been able to tell, are wrong. They're giving
- 20:09Speaker 8: the wrong.
- 20:12Speaker 9: Again. So men are being.
- 20:13Speaker 8: Identified as women and women men. And this has nothing
- 20:16Speaker 8: to do with whatever transjiction I have, not anything like that.
- 20:20Speaker 9: But it's ridiculous this, this phenomenon has not made its
- 20:25Speaker 9: way to my outlook, but I will. I'm happy to
- 20:28Speaker 9: charge this for you about it so broadly though of
- 20:32Speaker 9: course the ability I have a problem with doing it.
- 20:37Speaker 8: And if people want to have their their or whatever
- 20:40Speaker 8: pronount on attached it's fine, but it should be a choice, right,
- 20:44Speaker 8: not not something that is the State Department imposes on people,
- 20:48Speaker 8: especially if it's wrong.
- 20:51Speaker 9: I will look into this. I'm not aware.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Thanks everybody, there's your State Department for you. So while
- 20:57Speaker 2: we're dealing with Ukraine, while we're dealing with Russia, while
- 21:00Speaker 2: we're dealing with China and Taiwan, just know that even
- 21:05Speaker 2: the AP is asking the Biden State Department, what the
- 21:08Speaker 2: hell are you doing adding mandatory pronouns onto the from
- 21:13Speaker 2: line on the State Department's emails. The AP guys like,
- 21:19Speaker 2: I don't give a crap about it if you want
- 21:20Speaker 2: to do it in your own but like, this isn't
- 21:22Speaker 2: even an optional thing. This is a mandatory thing. But
- 21:28Speaker 2: when you're trying to weaponize the entire government, and that's
- 21:31Speaker 2: clearly what they're trying to do here, this actually makes
- 21:35Speaker 2: a lot of sense, right, I mean, this is the
- 21:38Speaker 2: whole ballgame, folks.
- 21:41Speaker 1: They want to.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Destroy every ounce of our government and turn it into activism.
- 21:47Speaker 2: There's no longer right and wrong, there's no longer good
- 21:50Speaker 2: or evil that we're up against. This is just pure activism,
- 21:55Speaker 2: that's what it is. It's activism. And you can see
- 22:00Speaker 2: this activism go back to Biden's non binary nuclear official
- 22:05Speaker 2: Sam Britton is arrested as a fugitive of justice six
- 22:09Speaker 2: months after being fired for stealing women's clothes at multiple airports.
- 22:15Speaker 2: They bring in these this dude dressed like a chick,
- 22:19Speaker 2: and this dude stealing luggage of women at the airports
- 22:22Speaker 2: all over the country. You've got Mayor Pete brought in
- 22:29Speaker 2: right to give a fresh perspective from the forefront of
- 22:32Speaker 2: public just you know, service and saying even though the
- 22:35Speaker 2: guy knows nothing about transportation has been a total disaster.
- 22:42Speaker 2: You're bringing a guy who's a narcissist, who's in love
- 22:45Speaker 2: with his own you know, Kumbaya. I'm gay story not
- 22:51Speaker 2: doing work, but but but in doctrinating people too.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Look at me, Look how great I am.
- 22:58Speaker 2: I'm a gay man who takes you know, takes leave
- 23:01Speaker 2: of absence when there's major crisises in shipping because I
- 23:05Speaker 2: didn't birth the baby, but I got a baby.
- 23:10Speaker 1: The FBI.
- 23:12Speaker 2: Is no longer what it used to be the FBI.
- 23:16Speaker 2: And this special agent that was transferred across the country
- 23:20Speaker 2: only to be suspended on his first day at his
- 23:22Speaker 2: new job and then forcing his family to beg and
- 23:25Speaker 2: borrow warm coats for their children because the family belongings
- 23:28Speaker 2: were locked in an FBI controlled storage facility. Tells you
- 23:32Speaker 2: everything you need to know about the weaponization of this government.
- 23:37Speaker 2: This is pure evil on display, and the Democrats are
- 23:42Speaker 2: now having to at least answer from these whistleblowers finally
- 23:46Speaker 2: about what they have done to destroy our government. So
- 23:51Speaker 2: I want to get to our guest us center from Tennessee,
- 23:55Speaker 2: the Center Bill Haggerty Center. Always a pleasure to chat
- 23:58Speaker 2: with you, my friend, and I want to start by
- 24:01Speaker 2: asking you quickly about an update. Senate Democrats are now
- 24:06Speaker 2: apparently asking Joe Biden to stop negotiating with you guys,
- 24:09Speaker 2: Republicans on a debt sealing solution. How concerned are you
- 24:15Speaker 2: by that Senate Democrats say, hey, be prepared to use
- 24:19Speaker 2: the fourteenth Amendment to solve the debt sealing crisis. And
- 24:21Speaker 2: the fourteenth Amendment would allow Biden to literally bypass Congress
- 24:25Speaker 2: and to clear the debt ceiling quote unconstitutional. Is this
- 24:30Speaker 2: something that Republicans are worried about the fact that Elizabeth Warren,
- 24:34Speaker 2: Bernie Sanders and other Democrats are saying, hey, go this route.
- 24:38Speaker 10: Well, then you know my background as a business person,
- 24:41Speaker 10: I've been in negotiations most of my professional life. What
- 24:44Speaker 10: I look at it here is the process and what
- 24:46Speaker 10: we've actually had happened is that Biden and Speaker macross
- 24:50Speaker 10: Is has totally narrowed the field. They limited the number
- 24:53Speaker 10: of negotiators to a very small group of people. Guess
- 24:55Speaker 10: who's not in it, Chuck Humer and Mitch McConnell. This
- 24:58Speaker 10: is a strict negotiation between the team that McCarthy has
- 25:01Speaker 10: put together and Biden's team. The other people that are
- 25:04Speaker 10: talking are just to speaking from outside the room. They're
- 25:07Speaker 10: not at the negotiating table. And I'm not putting any
- 25:09Speaker 10: credence in what they say. By the way, what they
- 25:11Speaker 10: are saying, we create a constitutional crisis here like we've
- 25:14Speaker 10: never seen before, were true. I think this is just
- 25:16Speaker 10: more grandstanding, more attempts to get publicity and you know,
- 25:20Speaker 10: pandering to a far left group that seemed to monitor
- 25:23Speaker 10: the airwaves and you know get outsized, you know, amplification,
- 25:27Speaker 10: so to speak. But that's not where America is.
- 25:29Speaker 2: What about the president being out of the country while
- 25:31Speaker 2: you guys are trying to negotiate, What does that tell
- 25:34Speaker 2: the American people? And how are you guys in Washington
- 25:37Speaker 2: reading into that?
- 25:38Speaker 10: So I've been asked about that's a great deal, particularly
- 25:41Speaker 10: since the President is in Japan, where I used to
- 25:43Speaker 10: be the ambassador, but the President is attending the G
- 25:46Speaker 10: seven meeting. His not being there and then de seed
- 25:48Speaker 10: at the G seven meeting would create yet another crisis,
- 25:51Speaker 10: and that is that the world is starving for American
- 25:53Speaker 10: leadership right now. The Biden administration has given us anything
- 25:56Speaker 10: but leadership and strength. We need to be there this
- 25:59Speaker 10: particular G seven someone had aimed at China's economic coersion.
- 26:03Speaker 10: We need to be at the table talking about that
- 26:04Speaker 10: because China is putting pressure on every of the nation
- 26:06Speaker 10: in the world. He needs to be there. The regrettable
- 26:08Speaker 10: thing is that we didn't have this wrapped up before
- 26:10Speaker 10: he left. And this gets back to just manager irresponsibility.
- 26:14Speaker 10: I can't speak on behalf of the Biden administration. They
- 26:16Speaker 10: seem to throw management responsibility to the wind. They don't
- 26:20Speaker 10: mind behaving as reckless as fashion as possible. But at
- 26:23Speaker 10: the same time, Joe Biden not going to be negotiating
- 26:25Speaker 10: the details of this. His own v director is working
- 26:28Speaker 10: I hope around the cop with McCarthy's team. On this.
- 26:32Speaker 10: Let them work on it. He's canceled the onward part
- 26:34Speaker 10: of his trip that would have taken him down to
- 26:35Speaker 10: Australia to attend to Quad meeting. He's coming back. They're
- 26:38Speaker 10: supposed to have a press conference on Sunday. I hope
- 26:40Speaker 10: that signals that the goal is to have this maybe
- 26:43Speaker 10: not completely wrapped up, but substantially along the way. And
- 26:46Speaker 10: if you just step back from the then what the
- 26:48Speaker 10: Republicans Servatis are talking about is not in reason with all.
- 26:51Speaker 10: They'd actually put a debt limit increase on the table
- 26:53Speaker 10: at one point five trillion dollar increase in the debt limit,
- 26:56Speaker 10: but it's in exchange for slowing down the rate of
- 26:59Speaker 10: growth of expending here in Washington going back to twenty
- 27:01Speaker 10: twenty two levels. That's not hard to imagine going back
- 27:04Speaker 10: just to twenty twenty two levels and then growing that
- 27:06Speaker 10: for one percent perandum. Only in Washington is a slower
- 27:10Speaker 10: growth rate deemed to cut Only in Washington, that'd be
- 27:13Speaker 10: deemed a catastrophe. And when you try to hold people responsible,
- 27:16Speaker 10: call back unspent COVID funds. You know, don't spend four
- 27:19Speaker 10: hundred and sixty billion dollars repaying student loan debt that
- 27:23Speaker 10: students signed up for, and then eighty seven percent of
- 27:25Speaker 10: us didn't didn't sign up for. I don't think this
- 27:28Speaker 10: is very hard to do. What we both have is
- 27:30Speaker 10: just a lot of pandering, a lot of posturing, a
- 27:32Speaker 10: lot of media coverage.
- 27:33Speaker 2: On Let's talk real quick about what's happening in the
- 27:35Speaker 2: southern border. You've been down there quite a few times.
- 27:39Speaker 2: After the expiration out of forty two, things have really
- 27:43Speaker 2: just gotten a lot worse. It's not just the number
- 27:46Speaker 2: of people coming across, it's the number of people being
- 27:49Speaker 2: abused while coming across. It is a humanitarian crisis. It's
- 27:52Speaker 2: a sex trafficking. Sexual abuse against young people, and I'm
- 27:57Speaker 2: talking about children has gone through the roof. The number
- 28:01Speaker 2: of kids now in sex trafficking in America coming across
- 28:04Speaker 2: the border. The cartels are making more money off human
- 28:06Speaker 2: trafficking and sex trafficking now than they make off of
- 28:09Speaker 2: selling drugs and bringing drugs into America. That's the first
- 28:12Speaker 2: time ever, and it's the worst we've ever seen it
- 28:15Speaker 2: at the border. And this is all done now by accident,
- 28:18Speaker 2: on purpose, by design from the Biden administration. They could
- 28:22Speaker 2: stop it tomorrow if they wanted to and they're refusing to.
- 28:25Speaker 2: Is there any chance that my Orcus is going to
- 28:27Speaker 2: get impeached?
- 28:29Speaker 10: And the House Republicans are talking about that they have
- 28:31Speaker 10: the ability to subpoena and bring him in. We'll never
- 28:34Speaker 10: get that through this under Chuck Schumer's control, but the
- 28:38Speaker 10: House has the opportunity to do it. I've heard a
- 28:40Speaker 10: number of discussions around that. Mark Green from Tennessee is
- 28:44Speaker 10: in a position in his chairmanship all that Security to
- 28:47Speaker 10: have a significant role in that what my Orcis has
- 28:50Speaker 10: failed to do or he is doing is a travesty.
- 28:54Speaker 10: And then just to put a little color to this,
- 28:56Speaker 10: You're right, I have been there. I talked to the
- 28:58Speaker 10: people that have come across that border, the children that
- 29:00Speaker 10: have come across the border. They're taking journeys of between
- 29:03Speaker 10: a month and a half and two and a half months,
- 29:06Speaker 10: mostly on foot, hitching a ride here and there. Who's
- 29:09Speaker 10: caring for them? The cartels, the kyo kas, these are
- 29:12Speaker 10: bad people, and you can tell talking to these young
- 29:14Speaker 10: girls something very very bad has happened. Then it is
- 29:16Speaker 10: a humanitarian crisis, just as you described. And the fact
- 29:19Speaker 10: is that the Biden administration back to managerially irresponsibility they've
- 29:23Speaker 10: lost these children, tens of thousands of children. They have
- 29:25Speaker 10: no idea where they are. They're just lost in America.
- 29:28Speaker 10: And what you said is what's happened to them. They've
- 29:30Speaker 10: been enslaved. They're being managed by these cartels in horrible conditions,
- 29:34Speaker 10: and the Biden administration could put a stop to it tomorrow.
- 29:36Speaker 10: You know, another piece of another point of evidence in
- 29:39Speaker 10: all of this plot. You know, and I've talked about,
- 29:41Speaker 10: and you know, everybody says, well, it's just conspiracy theory
- 29:44Speaker 10: if you talk like this. But here's what's happened. The
- 29:47Speaker 10: Blue states, and I'm going to point to California right now,
- 29:50Speaker 10: are losing populations to say it's like Tennessee. Well, congressional
- 29:53Speaker 10: districts are based on population, not only citizens, but on population.
- 29:57Speaker 10: California has just come out, Gavin Newsom has just come
- 29:59Speaker 10: out suggested that California will give illegal immigrants. Can you
- 30:05Speaker 10: get this, three hundred dollars a week of benefits. Illegal
- 30:08Speaker 10: immigrants are going to now be entitled to government payment.
- 30:13Speaker 10: Government benefits are three hundred dollars a week. So he's
- 30:16Speaker 10: losing population that way. He's just going to set another magnet.
- 30:18Speaker 10: He's already got sanctuary cities located there. Now they're talking
- 30:21Speaker 10: about paying them quote unemployment benefits. And if a person
- 30:24Speaker 10: comes across the border illegally one they know they can
- 30:27Speaker 10: go to the already committed to crimes by acrossing the border.
- 30:30Speaker 10: If they want to keep doing it, they can go
- 30:31Speaker 10: to California because they won't be charged of anything. But
- 30:34Speaker 10: if they just want to get an economic benefit, he's
- 30:36Speaker 10: inviting them to California as well. This whole thing is
- 30:39Speaker 10: aimed at in the long run, creating a pretext for
- 30:44Speaker 10: more congressional seats, more people that will facilitate more power
- 30:47Speaker 10: in these blue states. And I think this is why
- 30:49Speaker 10: to buy an administration continually looks the other ways. We
- 30:52Speaker 10: see Americans die every day from Finnel overdose, as we
- 30:55Speaker 10: see this terrible sex trafficking that's going on in this
- 30:57Speaker 10: human enslavement. They're letting it all happen. It's just a shame.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Last question for you.
- 31:03Speaker 2: The new Jersey governor came out this morning and said
- 31:07Speaker 2: that everything is on the table. He will defy Scotus
- 31:11Speaker 2: to save quote lives if they rule against abortion. He
- 31:15Speaker 2: is the man who is the head of the government
- 31:18Speaker 2: Association for the Democratic Party. He also talked about how
- 31:21Speaker 2: it's time to have a coalition, as he described it,
- 31:24Speaker 2: of states that basically traffic in abortions as a tourism mechanism.
- 31:33Speaker 2: Just there's two parts of this, One of the perversion
- 31:35Speaker 2: that you want to broadcast, Hey, come here and will
- 31:38Speaker 2: help you kill your baby and protect you. And then
- 31:42Speaker 2: two the fact that he's now saying that if this
- 31:44Speaker 2: abortion pill is outlawed, they are looking in New Jersey
- 31:48Speaker 2: to defy the Supreme Court of the United States America.
- 31:50Speaker 2: Is that not the definition of lawlessness?
- 31:53Speaker 10: It completely has been that that lawlessness seems to define
- 31:56Speaker 10: the modern day Democrat Party. Look at their cities, look
- 31:59Speaker 10: at why crime is through the roof. You know what
- 32:01Speaker 10: I had to do here in DC to stop them
- 32:03Speaker 10: from lowering the penalties on major felonies like carjackings, murderers,
- 32:06Speaker 10: home break ins. I mean, this is the far left.
- 32:08Speaker 10: They're defunding the police, They're creating chaos and fedle them.
- 32:12Speaker 10: They seem to thrive with it. And in some way,
- 32:15Speaker 10: you know, there's a certain I don't know, a certain
- 32:17Speaker 10: mindset that they're justified in doing this for reasons that
- 32:21Speaker 10: are beyond your comprehension. Or mine, and the results of
- 32:24Speaker 10: this are absolutely catastrophic, whether it means more babies are dying,
- 32:28Speaker 10: whether it means more citizens are dying, or being carjacked
- 32:31Speaker 10: or being robbed. They seem to think that the laws
- 32:34Speaker 10: just don't you know that the impact of this is
- 32:35Speaker 10: never going to happen. It's all about a talking point
- 32:38Speaker 10: or a bumper sticker, and they're not thinking about the
- 32:40Speaker 10: real human impact of what they're doing. The rest of
- 32:42Speaker 10: America season. That's why people are moving to Tennessee. But
- 32:45Speaker 10: it's just impossible for me to fathom how somebody could
- 32:49Speaker 10: land in a place where this governor from New Jersey
- 32:51Speaker 10: is or where likely so many in the far left
- 32:53Speaker 10: are today.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Yeah, it's incredible. Center.
- 32:55Speaker 2: I appreciate your time. Is always nice to have you
- 32:57Speaker 2: on and keep fighting.
- 32:59Speaker 1: Brother. It's getting tougher and tougher. We all know that.
