- 1:41Speaker 1: To turn the mouth the turn you probably got to
- 1:44Speaker 1: turn the.
- 1:44Speaker 3: Mouth, turn out, turn the water the mon yup.
- 1:55Speaker 6: Come come on, you'll think, I sure will. Good morning everybody.
- 2:04Speaker 6: You are listening to the voice?
- 2:06Speaker 7: Oh come on, dig me now, one and only Steve
- 2:09Speaker 7: Harvey Man got a radio show. Bor Oh boy, I
- 2:15Speaker 7: can't even tell you. Man. I've been doing some thinking
- 2:20Speaker 7: and and one of the things that I wanted to
- 2:24Speaker 7: mention today to you as one of the principles of success,
- 2:30Speaker 7: being grateful at all times is difficult to do. Being
- 2:38Speaker 7: grateful at all times is very difficult to do. I
- 2:44Speaker 7: find that to be true with myself. Now there are
- 2:47Speaker 7: others that might be able to do it, but just
- 2:50Speaker 7: from talking and listening and living and learning, being grateful
- 2:56Speaker 7: at all times is difficult to do.
- 2:59Speaker 1: But it's necess because.
- 3:02Speaker 7: It's it's it's such an act of faith in knowing
- 3:06Speaker 7: that no matter what's going on, it's going to be
- 3:10Speaker 7: all right.
- 3:11Speaker 2: And it's hard to see.
- 3:12Speaker 7: That when things are not going in your favor, when
- 3:17Speaker 7: things have turned so dramatically the other way, and it
- 3:22Speaker 7: seems as though you're the only one in the situation
- 3:26Speaker 7: where you're involved with other people, or someone got an
- 3:29Speaker 7: accusation against you falsely, or somebody trying to do something
- 3:32Speaker 7: to you unjustifiably, whatever the case may be. When it's
- 3:37Speaker 7: happening to you, it does appear to you that, oh,
- 3:41Speaker 7: my goodness, man, this is horribly one sided.
- 3:46Speaker 2: So it is difficult.
- 3:48Speaker 7: It's hard to do to be grateful at all times,
- 3:51Speaker 7: but it's so necessary, and I just I just want
- 3:55Speaker 7: to point out a couple of things to you. First
- 3:58Speaker 7: of all, the difficulty in being grateful in hard times
- 4:03Speaker 7: is that number one, the present circumstances. Oftentimes it's just
- 4:09Speaker 7: so pressing and so overwhelming that a lot of your
- 4:13Speaker 7: energy is devoted to trying to come up with the
- 4:16Speaker 7: solution for that, or trying to muster the strength to
- 4:20Speaker 7: whether the storm, or trying to just brace yourself to
- 4:23Speaker 7: try to get through it, and in doing that, you
- 4:27Speaker 7: don't It's hard to be grateful. It's hard to be
- 4:31Speaker 7: grateful in pain, and I know it is. But here
- 4:35Speaker 7: is the trick for me. This is what I've had
- 4:39Speaker 7: to learn how to do, and I guess it takes
- 4:43Speaker 7: practice to get here. It's not nothing you just start
- 4:46Speaker 7: doing right away. You got to practice it in small
- 4:49Speaker 7: increments to really get it. What I've always had to
- 4:52Speaker 7: say to myself and what I've learned to say to
- 4:54Speaker 7: myself is this is happening to me because God is
- 5:00Speaker 7: working me through something. This is happening to me because
- 5:04Speaker 7: it's some form of tests that I have to pass
- 5:08Speaker 7: in order to graduate to the next grade, and that
- 5:11Speaker 7: in order to be allowed to move to the next level.
- 5:14Speaker 7: This is happening to me because there's something I need
- 5:19Speaker 7: to purge my life, of my body, of my spirit,
- 5:23Speaker 7: of something's purging in me. And when you purge something,
- 5:28Speaker 7: it's it's painful. You know, It's like a person getting
- 5:31Speaker 7: off drugs. The withdrawal is agonizing. I've been told and
- 5:36Speaker 7: every documentary I've ever watched it it's an agonizing process
- 5:41Speaker 7: to go cold turkey, to withdraw, to pull away after
- 5:46Speaker 7: you've been doing something so long. And so I know
- 5:50Speaker 7: that this process is tough when you're going through some pain,
- 5:56Speaker 7: But when you're purging your system, when you when you're
- 6:00Speaker 7: when you're having to pass a test, when you're about
- 6:03Speaker 7: to make when you're being made ready for the next level.
- 6:08Speaker 7: That moment right in there, in realizing that that's what's happening,
- 6:13Speaker 7: that's where you find the gratitude. That's where I found
- 6:16Speaker 7: the gratitude. I hope I'm explaining this correctly. I'm gonna
- 6:19Speaker 7: keep trying until I get it. But that's where you
- 6:22Speaker 7: find the gratitude. The second part of it is is
- 6:28Speaker 7: that God has never left me in all the things
- 6:33Speaker 7: I've done, in all the mistakes I've made, all the
- 6:37Speaker 7: lies I've told, all the situations I've gotten myself into,
- 6:42Speaker 7: from being greedy and wanting too much for me at
- 6:48Speaker 7: the expense sometimes of other people, not doing it deliberately
- 6:55Speaker 7: or in a vindictive way, because I've never had that spirit.
- 6:58Speaker 7: I'm not a vindictive or a mean person, but sometimes
- 7:02Speaker 7: in my life, in wanting to do what I wanted
- 7:06Speaker 7: to do, I didn't totally weigh out the cause and
- 7:09Speaker 7: effect of the other person. I mean, can I just
- 7:13Speaker 7: be real with you with that? I mean, how many
- 7:15Speaker 7: times we done all done that? Look, it doesn't it
- 7:17Speaker 7: don't make you a bad person. You know, good people
- 7:21Speaker 7: do bad things all the time. I just happened to
- 7:25Speaker 7: have come to the realization that unknowingly and not and
- 7:31Speaker 7: not with malice intent towards a person, I've hurt people
- 7:38Speaker 7: looking at something I wanted to do without really looking
- 7:43Speaker 7: at what the cause and effect would be on the
- 7:45Speaker 7: other person. So in doing some of these things, I've
- 7:49Speaker 7: created situations for myself. But God, through his grace and mercy,
- 7:55Speaker 7: has allowed me to even get beyond that. So when
- 7:59Speaker 7: I'm saying that God never left me in spite of myself,
- 8:02Speaker 7: He's always gotten me through. So that's the other part
- 8:06Speaker 7: of it too. See that no matter what you're going through,
- 8:10Speaker 7: you've got to understand that God has always gotten you
- 8:13Speaker 7: through it now has any Now that may not be
- 8:15Speaker 7: the way you want it or the way you liked,
- 8:17Speaker 7: but guess what, you can't do wrong and not pay
- 8:20Speaker 7: for that. Now that that's not how this works, That's
- 8:23Speaker 7: never going to be the case. But the great thing
- 8:26Speaker 7: about God is he fires warning shots at us all
- 8:29Speaker 7: the time. He gives us an opportunity to stop. You know,
- 8:32Speaker 7: He don't fully punish us right away every time we
- 8:35Speaker 7: do something wrong.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Now does it?
- 8:38Speaker 7: You know eventually you're going to get caught doing whatever
- 8:41Speaker 7: it is you're doing. You do understand that, don't you.
- 8:44Speaker 7: But the first time, that close call, that was a
- 8:47Speaker 7: warning shot for you to stop. Look, I know you're
- 8:50Speaker 7: not perfect. I know we all sinners down here, so
- 8:53Speaker 7: I know you're gonna make mistakes. One time, I know
- 8:55Speaker 7: you was looking at her when you weren't supposed to.
- 8:57Speaker 7: I know you said something to him when you wasn't
- 9:00Speaker 7: supposed to. I know you got with her when you
- 9:02Speaker 7: know you wasn't supposed to. And I know you got
- 9:04Speaker 7: with him when you know you wasn't supposed to. So
- 9:07Speaker 7: I tell you what I'm gonna do. I'm a fire
- 9:08Speaker 7: warning shot, and maybe you'll slow your roll this time.
- 9:11Speaker 7: But we keep on though.
- 9:13Speaker 2: See see, see that's what happens.
- 9:15Speaker 7: See we just keep on and then the next thing,
- 9:18Speaker 7: you know, we get caught. Now, Oh Lord, have mercy,
- 9:21Speaker 7: I won't out of this. Yeah, well, see, you done
- 9:24Speaker 7: dug this hole pretty deep, and he gonna get you out.
- 9:27Speaker 7: But it's some things that's got to go down now.
- 9:30Speaker 7: Because you didn't pay attention to the warning shot. See,
- 9:32Speaker 7: had you stopped the first time, you felt bad about
- 9:35Speaker 7: it and said you wasn't gonna do it, no more,
- 9:37Speaker 7: the situation wouldn't be as critical, but because we don't
- 9:40Speaker 7: stop and we go again. But God always forgives. He
- 9:46Speaker 7: always allows us to get back up again. He always
- 9:50Speaker 7: gives us a mercy. He always gives us his grace.
- 9:55Speaker 7: He always does that Morning Show, ladies and gentlemen, the
- 10:03Speaker 7: time has come for us to give thanks and honor
- 10:05Speaker 7: to the most high.
- 10:06Speaker 2: I mean, look, man, you know you know what I.
- 10:12Speaker 7: The enthusiasm level for waking up in the morning, for me,
- 10:16Speaker 7: it never diminishes.
- 10:18Speaker 2: It's the same. I mean, I'm like man, and even
- 10:22Speaker 2: the older I get the.
- 10:24Speaker 7: Probably well, no doubt, the more I appreciate it because
- 10:27Speaker 7: I'm pretty sure all of you know somebody who's not here.
- 10:31Speaker 7: And the fact that you are here, that's a blessing, man,
- 10:35Speaker 7: that's a blessing. Brand new day, brand new shot, new opportunity.
- 10:40Speaker 7: I expect today to be a great day. I'm looking
- 10:43Speaker 7: for God to bless me. I'm a willing recipient of
- 10:47Speaker 7: any grace he has to factor into my life.
- 10:50Speaker 2: He's already started. He gave me breath. I'm good. Let's go.
- 10:54Speaker 7: Steve Harvey, Marty Show, Sheirley Strawberry, Califareil Mississippi, Monica Junior
- 10:58Speaker 7: nephew Tommy Junior.
- 11:01Speaker 3: Let me let me tell you this.
- 11:03Speaker 2: You left us. Hey man, First of all, unsquint your eyes?
- 11:07Speaker 2: What are you talking about? Unsquint your eyes? Because natural?
- 11:14Speaker 3: What did you talking about?
- 11:16Speaker 5: I don't know what you're talking about?
- 11:17Speaker 8: My eyes is always like this is just how my
- 11:19Speaker 8: face is. That's like, that's like, ask me shrink your lips.
- 11:23Speaker 3: I can't how you go. I can't what you want
- 11:29Speaker 3: me to do? Man, I can't unsquint that's me.
- 11:33Speaker 7: I just what things we can't do? Since we're talking
- 11:37Speaker 7: about what you can't do. You can't squirt, you can't
- 11:39Speaker 7: brush your hair, pass your ears.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Here we go. I'm sorry. Go ahead, man.
- 11:48Speaker 8: You know I really said I was feeling good by myself,
- 11:52Speaker 8: about to say that I was sexy until you said
- 11:54Speaker 8: unsquinched because you left me. You're up here with time
- 11:57Speaker 8: and it's rubbing off because I really started to feel
- 11:59Speaker 8: and I'm saying, I think you're starting to really hate
- 12:01Speaker 8: the sex.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Is that I'm losing.
- 12:03Speaker 2: That's what I think it is. This is what it
- 12:08Speaker 2: is cool for you to feel that way.
- 12:10Speaker 7: I mean, congratulations, and I think everybody should feel that way.
- 12:14Speaker 2: They self. But stop with the oozing thing, because it
- 12:17Speaker 2: ain't coming out like you think it is.
- 12:19Speaker 3: What you ain't say, you ain't you don't think you know?
- 12:22Speaker 2: Do you know how many women won't be right now? One?
- 12:27Speaker 2: Let's stop right this one? I said, No, I can't
- 12:31Speaker 2: tell me. I said one. The fact that I got one.
- 12:37Speaker 2: That's how I know, Junior, that's how you need is one. Yeah,
- 12:41Speaker 2: but I'm that's how sexy.
- 12:43Speaker 8: I ain't really supposed to have one, be honest, which
- 12:45Speaker 8: because I don't know how you're gonna put up with me.
- 12:47Speaker 8: But the fact of the matter is I do have one,
- 12:49Speaker 8: and I do believe that I am sexy for her
- 12:51Speaker 8: because she told me this morning. That's how I know
- 12:53Speaker 8: I'm sexy. See now I feel myself now now I'm
- 12:57Speaker 8: here now see I'm with it. Now.
- 12:59Speaker 7: That's how I have a theory. Okay, your wife is
- 13:04Speaker 7: extremely talented. She is a nurse practitioner. Okay, studying going
- 13:11Speaker 7: to school to be the next elect level up as
- 13:14Speaker 7: a nurse practitioner. I would be in love with a
- 13:18Speaker 7: patient that I could practice being a nurse all the time.
- 13:30Speaker 2: All Right, we're gonna move on.
- 13:33Speaker 9: Coming up in thirty two minutes. After the hour, we
- 13:35Speaker 9: will hear from the nephew. She runs that frank back
- 13:38Speaker 9: right after this.

- 14:24Speaker 12: from you. Got everything all right?

- 14:57Speaker 11: And I'm assuming you you you come here a lot.
- 15:00Speaker 11: I'm assuming you you really liked the food that we
- 15:02Speaker 11: put out. If you don't mind, if I could ask
- 15:04Speaker 11: you a question, if you don't mind, sure, okay. If
- 15:07Speaker 11: the service was so good and you enjoyed everything, why
- 15:11Speaker 11: you tip me the way you did? Excuse me?
- 15:13Speaker 12: Why did I do?
- 15:13Speaker 11: Well? You know you you you you didn't even tip
- 15:16Speaker 11: even close to ten percent?
- 15:18Speaker 10: You know, I I was just I just you called.
- 15:21Speaker 12: First of all, let me ask you something because I
- 15:23Speaker 12: don't remember giving my phone number, writing my phone number
- 15:26Speaker 12: down on any survey.
- 15:28Speaker 11: I didn't.
- 15:28Speaker 12: I've never taken a survey, nor have I gotten a
- 15:31Speaker 12: call from you guys. So how did you get my
- 15:33Speaker 12: phone number?
- 15:34Speaker 11: Well, I'm just giving a courtesy call and I'm just
- 15:37Speaker 11: curious about you know, Hey, that's fine.
- 15:40Speaker 12: But how did you You didn't answer my question? How
- 15:42Speaker 12: did you get my phone number? Because I didn't give
- 15:45Speaker 12: it to anybody there. So you you've done something that
- 15:48Speaker 12: to well.
- 15:50Speaker 11: I went on it. I went on and the research
- 15:52Speaker 11: and what it took to get a number. So yeah,
- 15:53Speaker 11: I did. I. You know, it was just bothering me
- 15:56Speaker 11: that that you tipped me the way you did.
- 15:58Speaker 12: Well, it's bothered me that you called me, uh in
- 16:00Speaker 12: the middle of the day asking me about a tip.
- 16:03Speaker 12: First of all, uh, how much did you.
- 16:06Speaker 10: Say I tipped you?
- 16:07Speaker 11: I got fired dollar tip and your your meal was
- 16:10Speaker 11: at least eighty something plus dollars.
- 16:13Speaker 12: You You've done all this research and you got the
- 16:15Speaker 12: wrong number. You got the wrong damn number because first
- 16:17Speaker 12: of all, I took more than five damn dollars. I
- 16:20Speaker 12: used to work for tips, brush, so let me explain
- 16:22Speaker 12: that to you. I used to work for tips, and
- 16:24Speaker 12: I know what it's like. And then five dollars is No,
- 16:28Speaker 12: you got the wrong tape. You're known't dollars.
- 16:30Speaker 11: Research for that? No, no, wrong you you mister Kennis
- 16:34Speaker 11: that waited on you.
- 16:35Speaker 12: I'm Kinnis. But but David, you don't got the wrong
- 16:38Speaker 12: kidnies because Chennis don't tip no damn five dollars. When
- 16:41Speaker 12: I go out ball baby, I go to the people
- 16:43Speaker 12: because I want to entertain my people. You know what
- 16:45Speaker 12: I'm saying, so I don't have but see the problem
- 16:48Speaker 12: I'm having. You know you you you bringing your people
- 16:50Speaker 12: and you want to ball and everything. But you you
- 16:52Speaker 12: know you're balling with them, but you short change in
- 16:55Speaker 12: the Waistam I ain't short changing?
- 16:57Speaker 11: Damn?
- 16:57Speaker 12: Look you complaining about five dollars? Need you five dollars?
- 17:00Speaker 12: Get off this damn phone.
- 17:02Speaker 11: That's what I give you.
- 17:02Speaker 12: Five dollars for. I don't tip no damn five dollars.
- 17:05Speaker 10: Bro, I got plenty of money.

- 17:11Speaker 12: I used to work for tips. I don't need you
- 17:13Speaker 12: to call me.
- 17:14Speaker 11: Would you would think you would think that if you would,
- 17:16Speaker 11: you would think that if you were somebody that worked
- 17:18Speaker 11: for some tips, that you would know how to come
- 17:19Speaker 11: in and till somebody least at least fifteen percent. Man,
- 17:23Speaker 11: I can't even understand how how you come in? You
- 17:25Speaker 11: bothering you for you know you done wrong, A couple

- 17:39Speaker 12: my gratitude for something, and you calling me about the
- 17:41Speaker 12: wrong damn tip them out and the wrong person.
- 17:44Speaker 11: You have got the wrong person and callin got the
- 17:46Speaker 11: wrong person. You missed it, Kenny. I remember waiting on

- 18:00Speaker 11: Because I'm the one that waited only to tell yourself
- 18:02Speaker 11: only way, the only way, the only way we could
- 18:04Speaker 11: really rectify it. Won't you do this? Man? Won't you
- 18:07Speaker 11: come back up here and bring me the tip that

- 20:50Speaker 9: Office Steve Harvey.
- 20:53Speaker 1: You're listening Harvey Morning Show coming up at the top
- 20:58Speaker 1: of the hour.
- 20:58Speaker 9: And entertainment news Jamie Fox announced as a one man
- 21:02Speaker 9: show where he plans to.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Open up about his health crisis.
- 21:04Speaker 9: Last year, Peacock's Fight Night had a star studed premiere
- 21:08Speaker 9: in New York, YEP, and it's streaming right now.
- 21:11Speaker 1: And there is a new.
- 21:12Speaker 9: Social media app called a Sneaky Link. Okay, that's all
- 21:16Speaker 9: coming up at the top of the hour. We'll tell
- 21:18Speaker 9: you about it right now. It is time to ask
- 21:21Speaker 9: the CLO. Our Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey is here.
- 21:25Speaker 9: This is from Ronnie and Columbia. Ronnie writes, my wife
- 21:28Speaker 9: got mad at me over something silly. I sent flowers
- 21:31Speaker 9: to her job five days straight. She still wouldn't talk
- 21:35Speaker 9: to me, so I ignored her back. She told me
- 21:39Speaker 9: that I hurt her even more when the flower stopped.
- 21:42Speaker 9: I can't do anything right. Please help, please.
- 21:46Speaker 2: I don't know man.
- 21:47Speaker 7: First of all, I don't know what you apologizing for, soul,
- 21:52Speaker 7: but the five days in a row and then it
- 21:54Speaker 7: hurt her feelings when you stopped, she ain't spoke to you,
- 21:59Speaker 7: So now you ain't speaking to her.
- 22:01Speaker 2: So well, here's the deal, bro.
- 22:04Speaker 7: All of this depends on what prompted the necessary apology.
- 22:11Speaker 7: That's really all this comes down to. Now, the greater
- 22:16Speaker 7: the violation, right, the greater the crawl back.
- 22:22Speaker 3: Mhm.
- 22:24Speaker 2: So you know that's it, But that's what people do.
- 22:30Speaker 7: Have you ever, just have you ever wronged somebody in
- 22:32Speaker 7: any capacity and then you apologized about it and now
- 22:37Speaker 7: you want it to be okay?
- 22:38Speaker 2: Right now?
- 22:39Speaker 7: God said, I'm sorry. Well, the person can still be hurt.
- 22:45Speaker 7: And just because you're sorry, we are they're okay with that.
- 22:49Speaker 7: We know they appreciate you being sorry. But that don't
- 22:52Speaker 7: take that, don't fix the healing process, so that don't
- 22:54Speaker 7: speed it up or you know, so you got to
- 22:57Speaker 7: give a person time. Man, so I think cinem old flowers.
- 23:03Speaker 7: Man gone, don't keep crawling.
- 23:05Speaker 1: All right, don't get set. He's mad, you know, you know.
- 23:10Speaker 11: You know.
- 23:10Speaker 2: See this is what reverse psychology ain't gonna work, all right.
- 23:16Speaker 1: See great answer.
- 23:17Speaker 9: Linda in Seaside says, my husband and I were playing
- 23:20Speaker 9: cards at our neighbor's house. Their daughter is home for
- 23:23Speaker 9: a while. She's twenty eight and beautiful. My husband told
- 23:28Speaker 9: her that he's surprised she's not married yet. He told
- 23:31Speaker 9: me that it was just small talk.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Was he flirting?
- 23:35Speaker 7: No, he just told the girl, I'm surprised you're not married.
- 23:39Speaker 7: It seemed like somebody would scoop you up by Now, man,
- 23:42Speaker 7: that ain't that ain't flirting?
- 23:45Speaker 2: You sure? I'm positive that ain't flirting. Now, I tell
- 23:49Speaker 2: you what it is.
- 23:50Speaker 10: What is it?
- 23:52Speaker 11: You know?
- 23:52Speaker 2: It's a form of wishful thinking.
- 23:57Speaker 3: This is true?
- 23:58Speaker 1: Uh huh coming It ain't blirt?
- 24:01Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it ain't flirting.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Okay, what would what would he have said if he
- 24:07Speaker 1: were flirting in front of his wife?
- 24:10Speaker 7: Now in front of the wife. There, it's nothing you
- 24:13Speaker 7: could say in Leo. No, I have none of that
- 24:17Speaker 7: for you, though, because none of this can be said
- 24:21Speaker 7: in front of you.
- 24:22Speaker 9: She's twenty eight and beautiful. My husband told her that
- 24:25Speaker 9: surprised she's not married yet.
- 24:30Speaker 2: That right there? You can yeah right. I'll tell you what.
- 24:36Speaker 2: You wouldn't have to stay here if I.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Was twenty eight, All of that, all of that.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Cards that I take.
- 24:45Speaker 7: At twenty eight, twenty nine, thirty, you wouldn't have nothing
- 24:48Speaker 7: to worry about.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Flip that table, girl, all right?
- 24:55Speaker 2: No, look nothing like your mom. Oh that's too.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Moving on to Monty and Lawton Monty rights.
- 25:05Speaker 9: I'm dating a woman that loves country music and I
- 25:08Speaker 9: can't get with it. She bought us concert tickets because
- 25:11Speaker 9: she is determined to get me to like it. Am
- 25:13Speaker 9: I supposed to pretend like I like it? So I
- 25:17Speaker 9: won't be in the doghouse? Or Can I be brutally honest?
- 25:20Speaker 11: No?
- 25:21Speaker 2: Dog?
- 25:21Speaker 7: Especially if she got tickets to see Chris Stapleton. Your
- 25:25Speaker 7: ass all the time? That boy right, that cold, that
- 25:29Speaker 7: boy cold?
- 25:29Speaker 1: Go enjoy yourself, Yeah you go, yeah, Chris?
- 25:42Speaker 3: All right? Last one?
- 25:45Speaker 2: Why you want to treat it so cold? Why you
- 25:49Speaker 2: want them going in and cut me like a night
- 25:53Speaker 2: hike and put our love on Oh that boy right there?
- 26:02Speaker 2: That's all red.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Uh huh lyrics. Lyrics? All right, yeah, see all right?
- 26:10Speaker 1: Last one.
- 26:10Speaker 9: See this is from Journey and Grand Rapids, who says
- 26:13Speaker 9: I'm pregnant and my boyfriend broke up with me because
- 26:16Speaker 9: I told.
- 26:16Speaker 1: Him that it might not be his baby.
- 26:19Speaker 9: God, what how can she break up with me when
- 26:24Speaker 9: he cheated? How can he break up with me when
- 26:27Speaker 9: he cheated on me first? At least I was honest
- 26:29Speaker 9: about mine. Should I fight to get him back or
- 26:32Speaker 9: just let it go?
- 26:34Speaker 2: Fight to get him back?
- 26:36Speaker 1: He got.
- 26:38Speaker 7: That statement right there. Fight to get him back? Fight,
- 26:42Speaker 7: fight to get back? Wait, fight to get who back?
- 26:47Speaker 7: Because right now I look like you got options on
- 26:49Speaker 7: who you needed. We we boyfriend, girlfriend, you get pregnant,
- 26:54Speaker 7: you tell me it might not be his baby, and
- 26:58Speaker 7: what I'm in the city a fault for nine months?
- 27:03Speaker 3: Wow?
- 27:06Speaker 1: Yeah, but she says he cheated on her first.
- 27:09Speaker 2: But see, listen to me here we go.
- 27:15Speaker 7: You have to under ladies, I'm gonna tell you like
- 27:18Speaker 7: my daddy told me, it's a double standard statement.
- 27:21Speaker 2: But nothing holds more true. You can't do what I
- 27:25Speaker 2: do and still be a lady. Ye, now guess what
- 27:30Speaker 2: he cheated on you? Wrong as hell?
- 27:34Speaker 7: You going out and cheating on him? Still wrong? Yeah,
- 27:40Speaker 7: now y'all back together. But now you pregnant and you
- 27:46Speaker 7: don't know who the daddy is. Which one of these
- 27:50Speaker 7: is starting to look like it had the greater consequences,
- 27:55Speaker 7: Because ladies, you have to be careful, because your consequences
- 27:59Speaker 7: are much more dire, because you are much more special.
- 28:04Speaker 5: Mm hmm.
- 28:06Speaker 7: Heavy is the head that wears the crown, and there
- 28:11Speaker 7: is no more powerful peace on the chessboard than the queen.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Yeah anymore.
- 28:20Speaker 7: I'm just telling you, man, you've got to You've got
- 28:23Speaker 7: to be careful. You got to be smarter than that.
- 28:26Speaker 10: You.
- 28:26Speaker 7: A man can go make a stupid mistake. You you
- 28:29Speaker 7: can't make that same stupid mistake.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Okay, question, should she not have been honest with him?
- 28:36Speaker 2: Then?
- 28:37Speaker 1: Should she not have? She said, at least I was
- 28:42Speaker 1: honest with mine.
- 28:43Speaker 2: At least how many times? I'm talking all about time?

- 30:01Speaker 9: him last year? Right, you think he's gonna tell everything?
- 30:06Speaker 7: Uh, it would be kind of a disappointment to have
- 30:10Speaker 7: the one man show to say it was gonna be
- 30:12Speaker 7: about this and then don't deliver on the goods.
- 30:15Speaker 2: I think his way.
- 30:16Speaker 7: I think it's just his way of controlling the narrative.
- 30:19Speaker 7: You know what I mean, Nobody knew. I mean I
- 30:21Speaker 7: couldn't get information from his daughter. My daughter friends with
- 30:25Speaker 7: his daughter. She wasn't giving up no information. I just

- 31:28Speaker 1: Now he's having a show. Now you're going to see it,
- 31:31Speaker 1: and you're paying for it. That is the point.
- 31:33Speaker 7: Well, it's a one man show, though Jamie is a musician, songwriter, entertainment,
- 31:40Speaker 7: stand up comedian, all of that. So he's gonna hear
- 31:45Speaker 7: your show. And he's been selling tickets to shows for
- 31:49Speaker 7: a long term.
- 31:51Speaker 2: I guess it's supposed to be free now, so sure
- 31:53Speaker 2: they can get the information.
- 31:54Speaker 1: He won't what what what is that attitude about?
- 32:01Speaker 2: Yeah, the money came into the fact that.

- 36:45Speaker 7: against Trump because Trump had placed more sanctions on his
- 36:49Speaker 7: country than any other president.
- 36:51Speaker 2: Prior to that. The interesting thing is usually.
- 36:54Speaker 7: When someone says something against Donald Trump, donald Trump has
- 36:58Speaker 7: something to say.

- 37:11Speaker 9: a favor.
- 37:13Speaker 1: He confused, Yeah, I have nothing he has to say well.
- 37:24Speaker 2: About it?

- 37:28Speaker 7: Putin because I think he's scared of Putin because Donald
- 37:32Speaker 7: Trump respects one thing power. Were two things, power and money,
- 37:37Speaker 7: nothing else, and Putin got both of them, you know.
- 37:41Speaker 7: And he's been to Russia a few times. I think

- 37:56Speaker 14: has to say.

- 38:12Speaker 2: Power and money.
- 38:13Speaker 3: Yeah, that's it.

- 38:21Speaker 1: like foodin a dictator.
- 38:23Speaker 2: All of that. Well, we're not having to over here

- 54:15Speaker 1: Thanking a few subjects. I saw it, so I know
- 54:18Speaker 1: he did too.
- 54:19Speaker 9: Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm a thirty three year old married
- 54:22Speaker 9: woman and my husband is thirty six. We met on
- 54:25Speaker 9: a blind date that was set up by one of
- 54:27Speaker 9: our mutual friends. This friend of ours recently got married
- 54:30Speaker 9: and we weren't invited because I don't get along with
- 54:33Speaker 9: his new wife. I'm a ride or die type of friend,
- 54:37Speaker 9: so I warned our friend about this woman before.
- 54:40Speaker 1: He married her.
- 54:42Speaker 9: She had cheated on her first husband and she used
- 54:44Speaker 9: to mess with my brother. She works at night, but
- 54:47Speaker 9: she is not always at work. She usually takes a
- 54:50Speaker 9: two hour lunch break and she goes to hang out
- 54:53Speaker 9: at a restaurant next to her job. My niece is
- 54:55Speaker 9: a part time bartender at the restaurant, and she said
- 54:58Speaker 9: that the wife comes in a few times a week
- 55:00Speaker 9: because she's messing with one of the cooks. She said
- 55:03Speaker 9: they have sex in the office at the back of
- 55:05Speaker 9: the kitchen. So I did a thing so I could
- 55:08Speaker 9: catch the wife in the act. I told my husband
- 55:11Speaker 9: that I wanted chicken from that particular restaurant. He said
- 55:15Speaker 9: he could go pick up some, but I said I
- 55:17Speaker 9: wanted to go in and eat like a date, like
- 55:20Speaker 9: on a date. He didn't want to go, but he
- 55:23Speaker 9: said yes. Saturday night, we were in a booth at
- 55:25Speaker 9: the restaurant and in comes the wife. She couldn't see
- 55:29Speaker 9: me or my husband. I had told my husband about
- 55:32Speaker 9: her messing with a cook, and when she walked in,
- 55:34Speaker 9: I told him she was there. He said he wasn't
- 55:37Speaker 9: getting into nobody's business. The cook came out of a kitchen,
- 55:40Speaker 9: hugged the wife and they went into the kitchen. I
- 55:43Speaker 9: told my husband that he saw it for himself, so
- 55:45Speaker 9: he had to tell our friend that his wife is
- 55:48Speaker 9: cheating on him. My husband said he didn't see anything.
- 55:51Speaker 9: Our friend was sweet enough to hook us up. So
- 55:54Speaker 9: why won't my husband tell him that his wife is cheating?
- 55:58Speaker 9: Why are you in the these people's business. Your husband
- 56:01Speaker 9: already told you he didn't get into other people's business.
- 56:05Speaker 1: Why don't you follow his lead?
- 56:07Speaker 2: You need to.
- 56:08Speaker 1: You got to leave these people alone. You don't owe
- 56:11Speaker 1: him anything just because he hooked you and your husband up.
- 56:14Speaker 1: I mean that was nice, you know, and it's working
- 56:16Speaker 1: out for you guys and everything, but that doesn't mean
- 56:18Speaker 1: you have any particular obligation to him. You've got to
- 56:22Speaker 1: leave these people alone. He will find out eventually.
- 56:25Speaker 9: You told him all that, and he still married this
- 56:28Speaker 9: woman and didn't invite you to the wedding.
- 56:30Speaker 3: So let this go.
- 56:31Speaker 9: Mind your own business. Because your husband is already mad
- 56:34Speaker 9: that you got him into this mess in the first place.
- 56:37Speaker 9: Why can't you get that and just stay out of it?
- 56:39Speaker 7: Steve, You know, uh, I really don't know what it
- 56:45Speaker 7: is with people, but lady you wrote this letter and
- 56:50Speaker 7: the subject is I saw it, so I know he
- 56:53Speaker 7: did too. But see right there, you own everybody see
- 56:56Speaker 7: what you see, and not only do you want him
- 56:59Speaker 7: to see it, you want him to feel what you
- 57:02Speaker 7: feel about everything. And then on top of that, you
- 57:05Speaker 7: want everybody to react the same way you react, which
- 57:09Speaker 7: is why you ain't got no damn friends. And I
- 57:14Speaker 7: know you don't because you're thirty three year old married
- 57:18Speaker 7: to thirty six. You met on a blind date that
- 57:20Speaker 7: was set up with buy one of our mutual friends.
- 57:24Speaker 7: This friend of yours recently got married and we weren't invited.
- 57:27Speaker 7: You all didn't get invited to the wedding because I
- 57:30Speaker 7: don't get along with his new wife.
- 57:35Speaker 2: Starts right there.
- 57:37Speaker 7: So now you got a bone to pick with this
- 57:39Speaker 7: woman before they got married, and you've kept this bone
- 57:45Speaker 7: to pick with her after the marriage. So now that
- 57:48Speaker 7: you didn't get invited because you don't get along with
- 57:51Speaker 7: his new wife, then you try to tell us I'm
- 57:53Speaker 7: a ride or die type of friend, so I wanted
- 57:57Speaker 7: our friend to know about this woman before he married it.
- 58:00Speaker 2: No, that's not ride or die friend. You messy, You messy,
- 58:04Speaker 2: You're just a little messy. Friend.
- 58:06Speaker 7: That's why you don't have no damn friends. That's why
- 58:10Speaker 7: you ain't get invited to the man's wedding. And I
- 58:14Speaker 7: promise you he ain't friends with you either. So I
- 58:19Speaker 7: warned our friend before he married her. She cheated on
- 58:22Speaker 7: her first husband. She used to mess with my brother.
- 58:25Speaker 7: She work at night, but she not always at work.
- 58:27Speaker 7: She take a two hour lunch. She go to hang
- 58:29Speaker 7: out at a restaurant next to her job. Your niece
- 58:33Speaker 7: is a part time bartend. To see, everybody know who
- 58:36Speaker 7: to bring mess to? You bring mess to the messy?
- 58:42Speaker 7: Huh you the mess?
- 58:45Speaker 2: Hay? So now here, your niece is a part time bartender.
- 58:50Speaker 2: She done told you?
- 58:51Speaker 7: This woman come over to this job and she sleep
- 58:53Speaker 7: with the cook in the back. She said they have
- 58:59Speaker 7: sex in the all at the back of the kitchen.
- 59:03Speaker 7: Well that ain't exciting, So I did a thing so
- 59:07Speaker 7: I could catch the wife in the act. Now here,
- 59:11Speaker 7: you got see you plotting. Your marriage ain't gonna last
- 59:14Speaker 7: long because you in everybody else's marriage. Do you know
- 59:18Speaker 7: taking care of your marriage is a twenty four hour job.
- 59:21Speaker 7: Do you know becoming successful is the other twenty four
- 59:25Speaker 7: hour job? Do you know that parenting is a twenty
- 59:29Speaker 7: four hour job, so you have three full time positions
- 59:35Speaker 7: that you got to squeeze into one damn day. But
- 59:40Speaker 7: now you're all over in somebody else's man. So you
- 59:45Speaker 7: came up with this scheme. You told your husband that
- 59:48Speaker 7: you wanted some chicken from the particular restaurant that you
- 59:53Speaker 7: think the lady is going next door to see.
- 59:56Speaker 2: Cause your aunt, your niece, who is a part time
- 59:59Speaker 2: bart and told you she come over.
- 1:00:01Speaker 7: There and sleep with the cook. He told you he
- 1:00:05Speaker 7: gonna pick you up some chicken, but you said, no,
- 1:00:07Speaker 7: I want to go in and eat.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: He ain't want to.
- 1:00:10Speaker 7: But y'all went in the restaurant Saturday night in the
- 1:00:13Speaker 7: booth and ed walks. The wife tadda. When I come back,
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: I'll tell you what happened, and then the letter will
- 1:00:22Speaker 7: be over.
- 1:00:24Speaker 9: All right, thank you, Steve. We'll have part two of
- 1:00:26Speaker 9: your response coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:29Speaker 9: Today's strawberry letter subject is I saw it, so I
- 1:00:33Speaker 9: know he did too. We'll get back into it right
- 1:00:35Speaker 9: after this.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Hard Morning Show.
- 1:00:39Speaker 9: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:42Speaker 9: The subject I saw it, so I know.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: He did too.
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: So this lady is real messy.
- 1:00:49Speaker 7: She got introduced by her husband on a blind date
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: from a mutual friend. Her mutual friend recently got married.
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: She wasn't invited to the wedding because we're I'm mutual
- 1:01:01Speaker 7: friends now, but they she couldn't come to the wedding
- 1:01:03Speaker 7: because she don't get along with his new wife because
- 1:01:07Speaker 7: he know her wife from her past. Now she done
- 1:01:12Speaker 7: went to her husband. She done went to her best
- 1:01:14Speaker 7: friend to forewarn him about this woman who cheated on
- 1:01:18Speaker 7: her first husband, who slept with her brother and is
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: now supposedly doing some other things. He married the woman anyway,
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: she wasn't invited to the wedding, So now she got
- 1:01:29Speaker 7: a bone to pick with this woman. So she starts
- 1:01:32Speaker 7: picking the bone. Come to find out, she found out
- 1:01:36Speaker 7: that ho the girl don't stay at work all the time.
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: She take a two hour lunch and she go next
- 1:01:42Speaker 7: door to the restaurant and she's messing with the cook.
- 1:01:45Speaker 7: And when she come over to the cook where they
- 1:01:48Speaker 7: had his chicken at her and the cook have sex
- 1:01:50Speaker 7: in the office. Got a chicken place.
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: That's a lot.
- 1:01:59Speaker 7: Ain't no executive suite. I hadn't been in the coup
- 1:02:03Speaker 7: of chicken offices. The chicken office ain't a whole lot
- 1:02:08Speaker 7: of paperwork in there. You ain't got nothing in the
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: chicken with chicken. You know, I can name her. It's wings,
- 1:02:15Speaker 7: it's breasts, its thighs, in its legs. That's all that's
- 1:02:21Speaker 7: in the chicken store unless you work at the poultry store.
- 1:02:24Speaker 7: Now you got feather plucking, you got ball and water,
- 1:02:29Speaker 7: you got chicken feet, and you got next and.
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: You can get gizzards and livers in there. But that
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: ain't what this is.
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: This is probably just a regular chicken place. So now
- 1:02:39Speaker 7: they in the kitchen having sex. You tell your husband
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: about it. Well, you don't want to tell your husband
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: about it, but you kind of set them up. So
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: you know that the woman gets off lunch and she
- 1:02:49Speaker 7: goes next door. So now all of a sudden, you
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: tell your husband you want some chicken from that restaurant.
- 1:02:54Speaker 7: Your husband say, I'm gonna go get it for you say, no,
- 1:02:57Speaker 7: let's go eat it there. He didn't want to, but
- 1:02:59Speaker 7: it took out Saturday night. They get a booth in
- 1:03:01Speaker 7: the restaurant. On her lunch break, in walks the wife
- 1:03:05Speaker 7: and you see her, bam, the thing is working Saturday night.
- 1:03:11Speaker 7: You in the booth at the restaurant. The wife walk in,
- 1:03:13Speaker 7: she couldn't see you are your husband. I told my
- 1:03:16Speaker 7: husband about her messing with the cook when she walked in.
- 1:03:19Speaker 7: I told him she was there. He said he wasn't
- 1:03:23Speaker 7: getting in nobody's business. The cook came out the kitchen,
- 1:03:28Speaker 7: hugged the wife and they went into the kitchen where
- 1:03:32Speaker 7: you assumed that they was going into that chicken office
- 1:03:35Speaker 7: to have set. I told my husband that he saw
- 1:03:39Speaker 7: it for himself. So she said, so he should tell
- 1:03:43Speaker 7: our friend that his wife is cheating on him. Your
- 1:03:46Speaker 7: husband said he ain't see nothing. He didn't and you
- 1:03:52Speaker 7: didn't either. He couldn't see nothing. Our friend was sweet
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: enough to hook us up. So why won't my my
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: husband tell him that his wife is cheating? Well, because
- 1:04:04Speaker 7: your husband said he not getting in nobody's business. And
- 1:04:08Speaker 7: why you want in the business? If he your friend,
- 1:04:13Speaker 7: why would you want to hurt him with this information?
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: The other reason your husband don't want to get in it.
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: Could it be that your husband has some information that
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: you don't have. Since they mutual friends, how do you
- 1:04:33Speaker 7: know what their marital arrangement is.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: They could be swingers. You don't know.
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: Your husband could know that his voice is a swinger.
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: They might be okay with all this here. Now I'm
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: not saying that's the case, but you don't know. But
- 1:04:52Speaker 7: it ain't your job. I don't know why people can't
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: mind they damn business are you gonna do?
- 1:05:00Speaker 11: It?
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: Was break up her home? And then what have you accomplished?
- 1:05:03Speaker 7: And your real reason is because this woman didn't invite
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: you to the web, so now you gonna get her.
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: That's really what the real reason is. That's the real
- 1:05:13Speaker 7: It's not that you care about this other friend so deeply.
- 1:05:17Speaker 7: It's cause you messy. You said she cheated on her
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: first husband. Could that have been some dude you wanted?
- 1:05:27Speaker 7: Then you say she slept with your brother. Now you
- 1:05:30Speaker 7: thought you Now your brother had high hopes and they
- 1:05:32Speaker 7: broke up. Now you're mad at her again. Now you'd
- 1:05:35Speaker 7: have found out that she could possibly be seeing the cook,
- 1:05:40Speaker 7: So damn what it ain't your business? Shirley even said
- 1:05:45Speaker 7: it's not your business. And if Shirley said ain't your business,
- 1:05:51Speaker 7: then damn, I don't know what to tell you. That's
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: the ultimate approval right here. This is what the Strawberry
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: Letter is all about we are in your business people,
- 1:06:04Speaker 7: but I don't even want to be in your biz.
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: And Shirley told you to mind your damn business? So
- 1:06:11Speaker 7: what you want us to tell you?
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: Linter?
- 1:06:13Speaker 10: Thank you?
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: See I don't do like you want to do. Go
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: and tell you man, Go tell a man and see whatever.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: Now you ain't gonna have no more. Friend.

- 1:09:24Speaker 7: to keep him healthy.
- 1:09:24Speaker 8: They've been in the walk, Titans, Bess, come on Chicago, Okay, Panthers, Saints.
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: I ain't feeling real good about that. I'm taking Panthers.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: Sorry, we go, Thank you, Junior.
- 1:09:39Speaker 9: Coming up at the top of the hour, a wife
- 1:09:41Speaker 9: wants to know if her husband is concerned or if
- 1:09:43Speaker 9: he's a hater.
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: We'll get into it right after this. You're listening Hardy
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: Morning Show.
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: All right, Steve, this is.
- 1:09:52Speaker 9: From Raven in Saint Louis. Raven says, I'm on a
- 1:09:55Speaker 9: baseball team and it's co ed. I met my husband
- 1:09:59Speaker 9: playing baseball and we both loved the sport. After I
- 1:10:02Speaker 9: had our son, I rejoined my old team to help
- 1:10:04Speaker 9: me lose weight and to have some adult time with
- 1:10:07Speaker 9: my friends. My husband doesn't play anymore because he injured
- 1:10:10Speaker 9: his achilles back in twenty twenty one. He told me
- 1:10:14Speaker 9: that I should find something safer to do for fun
- 1:10:16Speaker 9: because he doesn't want me to get hurt during the game.
- 1:10:19Speaker 9: Is he concerned or is he hating because he can't
- 1:10:22Speaker 9: play anything.
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: Because his old lass can't play no more. That's all
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: that is. Well, he is concerned. But you know you
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: can be a concerned hater. Oh oh wow, breaking news.
- 1:10:36Speaker 7: Okay, hatred can be disguised in the form of concern.
- 1:10:45Speaker 7: Now let's back up for me. You playing softball to
- 1:10:51Speaker 7: lose weight. I ain't ever heard nobody say that, FAF,
- 1:10:57Speaker 7: because that's one damn stand around sport if I've ever seen.
- 1:11:03Speaker 7: And like somebody said, I'm playing golf to lose weight.
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: You gotta get a little bit more active than standing
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: on the base.
- 1:11:10Speaker 7: So I your husband, congratulations on the baby and everything,
- 1:11:15Speaker 7: and I thank you good for doing that.
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: So go ahead and play.
- 1:11:19Speaker 7: He don't want you to play because it said there
- 1:11:21Speaker 7: could be some concern, but it's also hate, you know.
- 1:11:25Speaker 7: But remember the stretch before you get out there and play,
- 1:11:28Speaker 7: because yeah, you know, all.
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: Right, all right, we have time for another one. Your
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: uniform tight though this is from Demetria.
- 1:11:39Speaker 7: For Snoog probably why he don't want you out there
- 1:11:42Speaker 7: for that uniform tight. Now you're trying to lose that weight,
- 1:11:45Speaker 7: but you ain't quite there yet, and that baby wait,
- 1:11:47Speaker 7: look good on, you know, I go ahead, girl. She
- 1:11:50Speaker 7: don't like the way you run around New Bash.
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: My goodness.
- 1:11:55Speaker 9: Dimitria says it's getting cooler in the evenings. And my
- 1:11:58Speaker 9: older neighbor has all already started to irritate us by
- 1:12:02Speaker 9: being noisy in her backyard. We have a side yard
- 1:12:06Speaker 9: and a fence between us, but she yells at everyone
- 1:12:09Speaker 9: in her house to do things for her. She has
- 1:12:11Speaker 9: back to back phone calls, talking really loudly, and she
- 1:12:15Speaker 9: laughs extremely loud. Her husband is the sensible one, and
- 1:12:20Speaker 9: he apologized to me and my husband last year, but
- 1:12:23Speaker 9: his wife is back at it again.
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: How do we control all of the loudness.
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: It ain't nothing you can do.
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: She is in her body.
- 1:12:31Speaker 7: You call the police for disturbing the piece, but what
- 1:12:35Speaker 7: walking loud.
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: Okay, ain't playing loud music.
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: Yeah, she's yelling.
- 1:12:43Speaker 7: Shrubbery up to go down that fence line. That'll block
- 1:12:48Speaker 7: a lot of that out.
- 1:12:50Speaker 3: It's a noise.
- 1:12:51Speaker 7: Yeah, but you know what, find something else to do.
- 1:12:54Speaker 7: But y'all making the thing. Look how loud she talking.
- 1:12:57Speaker 7: I ain't never had a nighbor talk that damn loud
- 1:13:00Speaker 7: where it bothered me. I got other things to do.
- 1:13:03Speaker 7: Get you some noise reduction headset, get you some business.
- 1:13:09Speaker 7: But you ain't got no neighbor though, dog, ain't nobody.
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: Next door to you.
- 1:13:14Speaker 14: If they can hear your phone, you can't hear nothing, right,
- 1:13:21Speaker 14: do you know your neighbors?
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, exactly, slow muld have won open.
- 1:13:36Speaker 3: Well there you go.
- 1:13:37Speaker 7: I well, you know, tell me, ain't like your house
- 1:13:40Speaker 7: is right up against somebody else's house and what were
- 1:13:43Speaker 7: talking about?
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: Oh uh, here we go. You ever looked at come
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: on here, y'all?
- 1:13:48Speaker 7: You ever looked out there and seeing somebody and the
- 1:13:51Speaker 7: kids came here swimming your pool?
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: Hell me be starting stuff?
- 1:13:58Speaker 3: But then you don't he.
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: Kate buzzer all that.
- 1:14:05Speaker 9: Okay, okay, all right, coming up for twenty minutes after
- 1:14:11Speaker 9: the hour, we will have more of the Steve Harvey
- 1:14:14Speaker 9: Morning Show.
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:14:21Speaker 9: Well, in case you're wondering Donald Trump and Melania's son,
- 1:14:24Speaker 9: Baron Trump, you know the little man.
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: That's now a big man.
- 1:14:28Speaker 9: Well, anyway, he started college this week at NYU Stern
- 1:14:31Speaker 9: School of Business. And get this, he is now six
- 1:14:35Speaker 9: feet nine six inch six feet nine inches tall. Okay,
- 1:14:39Speaker 9: he's six nine all right. Trump is sixty three, Milania
- 1:14:43Speaker 9: is five eleven. So Baron arrived on campus wednesday. He
- 1:14:47Speaker 9: was surrounded by Secret Service. So does this make him
- 1:14:51Speaker 9: smarter than his daddy? Do you think he'll live on campus?
- 1:14:54Speaker 9: What are you thinking about, young Baron?
- 1:14:58Speaker 7: I've noticed this. Milania and barn are nowhere near this campaign, right.
- 1:15:05Speaker 7: I ain't seen him walk out and wave nothing.
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: Now, see Baron? You know, let him have his life, man,
- 1:15:13Speaker 2: I say, let you kid go to school, do his thing.
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: I let Malania do her thing.
- 1:15:18Speaker 7: I think the first lady should be off limits anyway,
- 1:15:21Speaker 7: you know, unless you keep putting her in our face
- 1:15:25Speaker 7: with stuff like you know.
- 1:15:27Speaker 14: But you know, now, if it was the other way
- 1:15:30Speaker 14: around and the Democrats and Kamala Harris's husband wasn't around,
- 1:15:34Speaker 14: you know they'd be like.
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: Where the family? Why are they together? You know they
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: will be running with that the Republican.
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: Yeah, well you know why.
- 1:15:41Speaker 7: They ain't together. She been wanting to leave down Longe.
- 1:15:47Speaker 7: This don't seem like the happiest dude to be married to.
- 1:15:50Speaker 7: I don't see him having fun and nothing. I ain't
- 1:15:52Speaker 7: never seen him smile at each other.
- 1:15:54Speaker 5: Lad nothing.
- 1:15:56Speaker 9: You have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:15:58Speaker 9: up at thirty three minutes alfter to the hour, we
- 1:16:00Speaker 9: will play around him.
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: Would you rather? Right after this you're listening Morning Show?
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: It is time now for a round of would you rather?
- 1:16:09Speaker 9: Would you rather go back to college for a month
- 1:16:12Speaker 9: or go back to your first job for a month?
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: First off, my first job?
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: What was your first job?
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: Blockbusting?
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: You're going to in the movie. You should have said
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: you were in the movie business.
- 1:16:25Speaker 8: And that's why I'm working at sixteen years old Winton Tapes.
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: That was cool?
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: Oh okay, all right, so you want to go back?
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: What about you? Steve? It ain't gonna bet. They don't
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: even have my job no more, don't.
- 1:16:38Speaker 3: Even who was it?
- 1:16:42Speaker 2: What the hell? You were a paper boy? Paper boy?
- 1:16:45Speaker 7: Ride down the street on my bike early in the
- 1:16:47Speaker 7: morning with this stick coming beat damn getaway the dogs off?
- 1:16:55Speaker 2: All right? Would you rather, as master of paper your
- 1:16:59Speaker 2: ass back?
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: Would you rather.
- 1:17:01Speaker 9: Watch HBCU football games? Or would you rather watch HBC
- 1:17:06Speaker 9: you halftime show?
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: Halftime? We go half time, we go for the half time. Yeah,
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: don't I rather watch the game? Yeah? You would?
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: You don't like halftime, or you prefer the game, don't
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: like halftime.
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: It's just I like the sports, okay, all right?
- 1:17:24Speaker 9: Would you rather take a shot of castor oil every day?
- 1:17:30Speaker 9: Or would you rather take three shots of tequila every day?
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: Oh? Now, give me a castro.
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: Call castor oil.
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: Taking it away head day, I'm taking a Castler, I
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: take that to quila. Three shots of tequila is just
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: so you don't know, I'm already I'm already saying enough,
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: I'm on the internet. Now, I don't I don't even
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: know what that to do to me, And I'm way
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: too old to find out.
- 1:17:59Speaker 12: The man.
- 1:18:03Speaker 7: I was on vacation this summer and we we were
- 1:18:05Speaker 7: having lunch with this couple overseas that we met, and
- 1:18:09Speaker 7: they ordered tequila shots. And when my tequila came, I
- 1:18:14Speaker 7: dipped my cigar in it and was smoking my cigar
- 1:18:17Speaker 7: dipping it into tequila. So one of the ladies that
- 1:18:20Speaker 7: was in the group, we all take a shot to
- 1:18:23Speaker 7: the head. You gotta throw yours back. Look, just who
- 1:18:26Speaker 7: the hell are you? My wife ain't trying to make
- 1:18:30Speaker 7: me do this, and she's sitting right next to me.
- 1:18:33Speaker 7: No to the head, to the head, we all take
- 1:18:36Speaker 7: a shot.
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: Did you know her?
- 1:18:38Speaker 10: Why? Just man?
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: I met her before because she's a fame of say this.
- 1:18:46Speaker 7: No, her husband was famous. Okay, okay, nice lady, Nice lady.
- 1:18:54Speaker 7: And the couples we were with were really nice. But
- 1:18:57Speaker 7: I didn't get that. You got to take a shot.
- 1:19:00Speaker 2: Other stuff off, stay away from Petrono. I all right?
- 1:19:05Speaker 3: Last one?
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: Would you rather have a tiny mouse in your car?
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: Would you rather have a bee buzzing around?
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: Which one? Either way?
- 1:19:11Speaker 15: I'm flipping the cup. Feel the way I'm flipping the cup.
- 1:19:16Speaker 15: I gotta have that be in this car. Damn mouse.
- 1:19:21Speaker 9: All right, that's today's round it would you rather coming
- 1:19:24Speaker 9: up next to our last break of the day, and
- 1:19:25Speaker 9: we'll close out the show.
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: With the one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: You're listening Morning show?
- 1:19:33Speaker 3: All right, Steve?
- 1:19:34Speaker 9: Before we go, we do want to again send our
- 1:19:38Speaker 9: prayers and condolences out to the victims' families and to
- 1:19:41Speaker 9: all of the teachers and the students in Barrow County, Georgia,
- 1:19:45Speaker 9: following the mass shooting on Wednesday morning. Details of this
- 1:19:48Speaker 9: tragedy have been released over the past couple of days,
- 1:19:51Speaker 9: and we are prayerful that students never ever have to encounter.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: Such violence at school again. This is so sad, tragic. Yeah,
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: nothing will change.
- 1:20:05Speaker 7: I'm sick of I'm sick of doing it. I'm saying
- 1:20:07Speaker 7: I'm sick of praying for the families. I'm sick of,
- 1:20:10Speaker 7: you know, because we could do something about this, right, Yeah,
- 1:20:15Speaker 7: but that Second Amendment is more to them because it
- 1:20:18Speaker 7: makes money for the gun people, so they're not going
- 1:20:21Speaker 7: to change it anyway. So let's do something helpful. I
- 1:20:26Speaker 7: was thinking about this yesterday, and I was thinking about
- 1:20:31Speaker 7: what's happening in our society today, and it affects everyone.
- 1:20:35Speaker 7: So I want to give everybody a little bit of encouragement.
- 1:20:39Speaker 7: You've got to be careful with who you give permission
- 1:20:45Speaker 7: to have a say soul and power in your life.
- 1:20:51Speaker 7: You have to be careful with who you give permission
- 1:20:55Speaker 7: to have a say soul and power in your life,
- 1:20:59Speaker 7: and often times you allow people who don't even know
- 1:21:05Speaker 7: you to have us say so. You know, this internet
- 1:21:09Speaker 7: thing has gotten so out of control. People are so
- 1:21:12Speaker 7: affected by by likes and clicks and dislikes and comments.
- 1:21:19Speaker 7: Cyber Bullying is huge in a child's life now. They
- 1:21:23Speaker 7: kids are committing suicide because they're being cyberbullied, you know,
- 1:21:29Speaker 7: And we as parents, we got to help safeguard our
- 1:21:31Speaker 7: children against that, but we also got to safeguard ourselves
- 1:21:35Speaker 7: against it too, because y'all listen to me, man, I
- 1:21:39Speaker 7: face it all the time, and I'm gonna give you
- 1:21:41Speaker 7: some information that I've learned and might help you too, because.
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: Everybody faces it on some level. It's not just the famous.
- 1:21:52Speaker 7: Everybody is affected now by Facebook, ig clicks, posts, stuff
- 1:22:00Speaker 7: being said about you that's not true, people commenting on
- 1:22:03Speaker 7: you that don't even know you, and it's causing you
- 1:22:06Speaker 7: sometimes to feel some kind of way about yourself. And
- 1:22:10Speaker 7: the reason it does is because we're human.
- 1:22:13Speaker 10: Now.
- 1:22:13Speaker 7: As much as I've learned about it, every now and
- 1:22:16Speaker 7: then I get bothered by it, you know, because I'm
- 1:22:20Speaker 7: human now. Even though I've crossed that line of I
- 1:22:23Speaker 7: could give less dinner a long time ago.
- 1:22:27Speaker 2: And I really don't let it move me to any
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: form of.
- 1:22:33Speaker 7: Depression, or it don't get me to make me pause,
- 1:22:37Speaker 7: or it don't slow my assent, It don't stop my client.
- 1:22:41Speaker 2: I'm gonna give you something.
- 1:22:44Speaker 7: Stop allowing people to affect you that ain't even in
- 1:22:49Speaker 7: your life, y'all. Come on, do you understand that the
- 1:22:53Speaker 7: Internet has become the devil's playground. The devil have imps
- 1:22:57Speaker 7: that are busy twenty four to seven. It's people who
- 1:23:01Speaker 7: wake up to troll. There are people who have made
- 1:23:04Speaker 7: it their mission and job in life to go down
- 1:23:08Speaker 7: the Internet and make negative comments about everything. You can't
- 1:23:12Speaker 7: post a picture of a baby no more without somebody
- 1:23:15Speaker 7: saying something negative about the baby. You can't post your
- 1:23:18Speaker 7: child's graduation without somebody saying something about why they sitting
- 1:23:22Speaker 7: up in, why she got that on, why they got
- 1:23:25Speaker 7: the girl graduated?
- 1:23:26Speaker 2: How about that?
- 1:23:28Speaker 10: Yo?
- 1:23:28Speaker 7: So you know, listen, y'all, you have to be aware
- 1:23:31Speaker 7: of what's happening out here. And as part of the
- 1:23:34Speaker 7: devil's mission is to rob you of your destiny, and
- 1:23:37Speaker 7: one of the tricks that he uses to rob you
- 1:23:39Speaker 7: of your destiny is to distract you be mindful of
- 1:23:43Speaker 7: the distractions. If you are on a mission, if you
- 1:23:47Speaker 7: are on assignment from God, no matter how minimal that
- 1:23:52Speaker 7: assignment may be, you have to understand that opposition is
- 1:23:56Speaker 7: going to present itself. See the reason I don't stop
- 1:23:59Speaker 7: when I'm doing this because I'm on an assignment. God
- 1:24:02Speaker 7: has me on a mission. My career is what I'm
- 1:24:05Speaker 7: paid for. My calling is what I'm made for. God
- 1:24:08Speaker 7: has designed me for a specific purpose. God has designed
- 1:24:14Speaker 7: you for a specific purpose. Now you don't have to
- 1:24:16Speaker 7: be famous to have a purpose. The most meaningful purposes
- 1:24:20Speaker 7: in life are fulfilled by people who are not the
- 1:24:22Speaker 7: famous ones. If you are at school teacher and you
- 1:24:25Speaker 7: are educating people, that's your purpose. That's your mission. If
- 1:24:29Speaker 7: you are a caregiver of people, that's your purpose. That's
- 1:24:31Speaker 7: your mission. If you're doing a good job as a parent,
- 1:24:34Speaker 7: that's your purpose. That's your mission. If all of your
- 1:24:37Speaker 7: friends come to you for your counseling.
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: That's your purpose. That's your mission.
- 1:24:42Speaker 7: If you are in the business of visiting the sick
- 1:24:45Speaker 7: and shutting in at the hospital, that's your mission.
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: If you work in the church, that's your mission. Your purpose.
- 1:24:52Speaker 7: Know your purpose, man, and stay the course, stop allowing
- 1:24:55Speaker 7: people to throw you off your mission. And as long
- 1:24:59Speaker 7: as you are on mission, an assignment for God, you
- 1:25:01Speaker 7: are going to have opposition. I am prepared for our position.
- 1:25:06Speaker 7: Bring it, come with it. But you're not gonna stop nothing.
- 1:25:14Speaker 7: Somebody told me the other day. I was overseas. I
- 1:25:16Speaker 7: was in Africa working and somebody told me, mister Steve,
- 1:25:19Speaker 7: please be careful. You have to beware of black Twitter.
- 1:25:22Speaker 7: They will destroy you. I said, no, no, no, no,
- 1:25:25Speaker 7: don't ever say that to me again. I was born
- 1:25:28Speaker 7: before Twitter even came about. I was on Earth, created
- 1:25:33Speaker 7: by my heavenly Father before Twitter came about. I've been
- 1:25:37Speaker 7: on this assignment since nineteen fifty seven. I've been on
- 1:25:42Speaker 7: this journey since nineteen fifty seven. Twitter can't break me
- 1:25:51Speaker 7: because Twitter didn't make me. As nobody can stop what
- 1:25:56Speaker 7: God has for you. What I suggest you do, get
- 1:26:00Speaker 7: in touch with your God, learn your mission in life,
- 1:26:03Speaker 7: find out your purpose, and then watch God protect you.
- 1:26:06Speaker 7: Because if God got your own assignment, it ain't nothing
- 1:26:09Speaker 7: nobody can do about it.
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: Nobody. All right, y'all, have a great day. Talk to God.
- 1:26:14Speaker 2: He loved you. Hear film.
- 1:26:26Speaker 10: For all.
