Rachel’s Closet At Altoona Area High School Helps Students Obtain Needed Items
The Altoona Area High School Friends of Rachel club recently celebrated a grand reopening of Rachel’s Closet, a shop at the school where students can come for clothing, school supplies and personal hygiene items, free of charge. The student-led transformation of the closet was a project between club members and AAHS classesWe talked to students William and Lucy and faculty at Altoona Area High School about Rachel’s closet.
