- 0:01Speaker 1: I want to get to a conversation that I had
- 0:06Speaker 1: earlier today, actually I say late last night with Senator
- 0:10Speaker 1: Ted Cruz about illegal immigrants in this country and specifically
- 0:17Speaker 1: those that are coming across that are creating havoc and
- 0:21Speaker 1: going after young children. Now, what's even more sick is
- 0:26Speaker 1: the fact that Democrats are actually laughing about the fact
- 0:31Speaker 1: that this is happening this country and laughing when we
- 0:34Speaker 1: talk about people that are dying. I want you to
- 0:37Speaker 1: listen to congresswoman who is jpl who is sitting there
- 0:42Speaker 1: with Joy Read on MSNBC, and they laugh about kids
- 0:48Speaker 1: being killed.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 0:51Speaker 3: There's a lot of fear, Here's a lot of fustury, absolutely,
- 0:53Speaker 3: you know. And I think is kind of remarkable that
- 0:56Speaker 3: the polls I look at the national polls, actually Americans
- 1:00Speaker 3: still support immigrants. Yea, support immigration. It's just that they
- 1:03Speaker 3: would like to see a system that actually works and
- 1:07Speaker 3: that can keep them safe secure, and all of us
- 1:10Speaker 3: want that. And you know, I've been working on this
- 1:11Speaker 3: issue for twenty years before I came to Congress in
- 1:14Speaker 3: the streets as an activist.
- 1:15Speaker 4: Let me let me tell you this is one of
- 1:17Speaker 4: the reasons that people have these sort of thinking this
- 1:19Speaker 4: sort of thinking.
- 1:20Speaker 5: Here's the three cable.
- 1:23Speaker 4: Networks reporting of this is our banner said soon Biden
- 1:26Speaker 4: announces legal protections for undocumented spouses the citizens. CNN's banner said,
- 1:30Speaker 4: Biden announces new protections for some undocumented spouses. Here was
- 1:34Speaker 4: Fox's banner. Migrant arrested for raping thirteen year old years.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Yes, and so I think that's part of the problem.
- 1:39Speaker 4: Says that you have a lot of the farmer.
- 1:41Speaker 3: Exactly, and that we know that when people have economic insecurity.
- 1:46Speaker 2: So it's a joke.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Now, this is haha, funny, funny, right, Like this is hilarious.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Oh look how funny it is. Oh yeah, they're fear
- 1:55Speaker 1: mongering over there at Fox News Channel because it's just
- 2:00Speaker 1: so funny, right, It's just this is just a it's
- 2:03Speaker 1: a joke.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Ha ha ha ha ha ha.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Let's go back to what happened in Houston and this
- 2:13Speaker 1: migrant charged with the murder of a twelve year old
- 2:17Speaker 1: and the story behind this. This person was released into
- 2:24Speaker 1: the US just weeks ago. Police in Houston have arrested
- 2:28Speaker 1: not one, but two migrants from Venezuela for the murder
- 2:32Speaker 1: of a twelve year old Jocelyn who was lured away
- 2:35Speaker 1: from her home, then strangled, raped, and dumped in a byo.
- 2:40Speaker 1: One of the suspects crossed the border legally less than
- 2:43Speaker 1: a month before the shocking murder and was released into
- 2:46Speaker 1: the US after claiming he feared for his life if
- 2:49Speaker 1: he was sent back to his home country. Sources of
- 2:52Speaker 1: now told the Post, So this is the lie. They
- 2:54Speaker 1: know how to lie, right. They all come in and
- 2:55Speaker 1: they seek asylum because they're like, Oh, if I go back,
- 2:57Speaker 1: they're gonna kill me. My host country, Venezuela.
- 2:59Speaker 2: So I can't go. Therefore, I got to stay here.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Martinez twenty one Ramos twenty six, were charged Thursday with
- 3:06Speaker 1: capital murder, capital murder, folks capital murder. Department of Homeland
- 3:13Speaker 1: Security sources said that Ramos crossed in El Paso, Texas,
- 3:17Speaker 1: on May the twenty eighth. He was released soon after
- 3:21Speaker 1: his interaction with border agents. He told authorities that he
- 3:24Speaker 1: planned to live with his cousin Houston until his quarter
- 3:26Speaker 1: appears in July. Agents put a GPS tracker on Ramos,
- 3:31Speaker 1: which was set to monitor his location for twenty one days.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Twenty one days. Sources said obviously that had nothing to
- 3:42Speaker 1: do with this listen to what they said about this
- 3:46Speaker 1: when they were going through all of this, and again
- 3:49Speaker 1: they're trying to find this little girl.
- 3:52Speaker 2: They know that she's gone, and.
- 3:54Speaker 5: Here it is.
- 3:56Speaker 6: The mayor was with me on Tuesday night late as
- 3:59Speaker 6: we were going through and looking to see if we
- 4:02Speaker 6: could find anything else, and the teams were out there
- 4:05Speaker 6: and they were scouring every potential video feed and they
- 4:08Speaker 6: were talking to everybody possible that might have seen something
- 4:11Speaker 6: or hurt something. And their hard work paid off because
- 4:15Speaker 6: we were able to find video and get trace the
- 4:18Speaker 6: movements of our suspects and are of Jocelyn and all
- 4:25Speaker 6: the way to the point of where she was murdered
- 4:28Speaker 6: and left in a bayou in the water.
- 4:31Speaker 1: They dumped her body, They raped her, they used her,
- 4:35Speaker 1: they abused her, they strangled her, and they dumped her
- 4:37Speaker 1: body in the bayou thinking that was fun.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Onto the next The.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Federal government says these GPS tracker on Ramos, which was
- 4:45Speaker 1: set to monitors location for twenty one days right until
- 4:47Speaker 1: his courtinate. I guess what happened there. It's unclear whether
- 4:53Speaker 1: he was wearing the tracker when he was murdered. The
- 4:55Speaker 1: second suspect crossed the border in Alpaso Martinez on March
- 4:59Speaker 1: the fourteenth, released where they coordinated in August. He also
- 5:02Speaker 1: had a GPS monitor, but was removed from the program
- 5:06Speaker 1: in May, according to the sources, Right, so, oh yeah,
- 5:09Speaker 1: we got trackers on them and then we take them off.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Investigators identify the suspects from surveillance footage after they were
- 5:15Speaker 1: seen following Jocelyn as she walked into a local convenience store.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Was Her body was found in a swampy creek on
- 5:21Speaker 1: Monday by Houston resident who happened to be driving by.
- 5:26Speaker 1: She thought the girl was a floating mannequin at first,
- 5:30Speaker 1: a floating mannequin.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Let me play this for you from the local news
- 5:36Speaker 2: ABC thirteen.
- 5:39Speaker 1: In Houston covering this and again, this is the reality
- 5:44Speaker 1: of where we are with this violent crime. You know,
- 5:47Speaker 1: remember back in sixteen when Trump said they're sending their worst.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Many of these countries are sending their worst. These people
- 5:55Speaker 1: that are coming here, there's rapists, there're human saggors, they
- 5:58Speaker 1: are drug traffickers, they're murders, their sexual offenders. And then
- 6:02Speaker 1: everybody said, oh, he's racist, he hates Mexicans. That's no,
- 6:05Speaker 1: that's not the case at all. He was just telling
- 6:08Speaker 1: you the truth, and everything he said has been turned
- 6:11Speaker 1: into very clear reality.
- 6:13Speaker 7: Last moments, a twelve year old Jocelinnngree was seen alive
- 6:16Speaker 7: outside of a seven eleven before her little body was
- 6:19Speaker 7: found in a creek in the Green's Point area. New
- 6:22Speaker 7: at six ABC thirteenth, Book Taylor spoke with the girl's
- 6:24Speaker 7: mother as detectives look for two people they say may
- 6:27Speaker 7: be connected to her death.

- 6:33Speaker 8: Joscelyn Nungari is captured outside of seven eleven, where the
- 6:36Speaker 8: man police are trying to find.
- 6:38Speaker 9: Her mom spoke to us, She's meant to be here,
- 6:41Speaker 9: She's supposed.
- 6:42Speaker 2: To be here.
- 6:43Speaker 8: Police ay the twelve year old girl snuck out of
- 6:45Speaker 8: her home after ten pm Sunday night. On Monday morning,
- 6:48Speaker 8: her mom traced her cell phone to the skatepark. Her
- 6:50Speaker 8: body found in a creek nearby on West Rink and Road.
- 6:54Speaker 8: According to the Medical Examiner's Office, she was strangled to death.
- 6:58Speaker 8: Houston police are looking to speak to the two people
- 7:01Speaker 8: who were seen talking to her, and employee says she
- 7:04Speaker 8: was a regular customer wearing a black T shirt and
- 7:07Speaker 8: jean She's seen outside on her phone, pacing back and forth.
- 7:11Speaker 8: Mayor John Whitmeyer says she was on the phone with
- 7:13Speaker 8: her thirteen year old boyfriend, who told investigators he heard
- 7:16Speaker 8: two adults in the background.
- 7:18Speaker 9: She's not want to be aggressive and likes not talking
- 7:21Speaker 9: to me. I don't know you. She's very shy and
- 7:23Speaker 9: very quiet and keeps to herself a lot, and she
- 7:28Speaker 9: just I felt like she maybe didn't want to be
- 7:31Speaker 9: rude and was just trying to you know. That's why
- 7:33Speaker 9: she kept pacing back and forth and walking and just
- 7:35Speaker 9: trying to safely get away from the situation.
- 7:38Speaker 8: She's pleading with the community for help, and this is
- 7:41Speaker 8: how she wants her daughter remembered.
- 7:43Speaker 9: She had aspirations for life. She just loved everyone and
- 7:48Speaker 9: was so kind, the greatest friend you could ever think of.
- 7:51Speaker 8: Brooke Taylor, ABC thirteen Eyewitness News.
- 7:56Speaker 1: You listen that mom, and this is a crime that
- 7:59Speaker 1: should have never happened, should have never ever happened, and
- 8:04Speaker 1: yet it did.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Right, this should have never happened. This is the problem that.
- 8:10Speaker 1: We have is that this is happening, and we witness
- 8:14Speaker 1: it happen, and no one seems to want to stop
- 8:17Speaker 1: this from happening. In the Democratic Party This is an
- 8:20Speaker 1: election year issue and it's putting American lives at risk.
- 8:24Speaker 7: The murder of twelve year old Joscelyn Nungari has angered
- 8:28Speaker 7: many people in our area, including the mayor of Houston. Tonight,
- 8:32Speaker 7: he's got a message for the justice system now that
- 8:34Speaker 7: two people have been arrested.
- 8:35Speaker 10: ABC thirteen's Luke Jones is at the Harris County Jail
- 8:38Speaker 10: where the suspects could appear in court overnight.
- 8:42Speaker 11: It turns out these guys were living less than a
- 8:45Speaker 11: mile from where Nungary was strangled and her body found dumped. Today,
- 8:49Speaker 11: the Mayor making it a point to say he doesn't
- 8:51Speaker 11: think they should be released unbonded. Brendy's Lopez says he
- 8:56Speaker 11: pointed the men's apartment out to police. Construction workers, he
- 9:00Speaker 11: says from other countries. One tried making a run for it,
- 9:03Speaker 11: but both ended up in cuffs, twenty one year old
- 9:06Speaker 11: Johann Jose Rngel Martinez at twenty six year old Franklin
- 9:11Speaker 11: Jose Pineramos.
- 9:13Speaker 12: The rest have taken place, the charge has been filed.
- 9:16Speaker 12: Now we want the justice system to do its job.
- 9:20Speaker 12: If there was ever a circumstance where you do not
- 9:22Speaker 12: give someone bail.
- 9:24Speaker 5: This is it, Police say.
- 9:25Speaker 11: They used surveillance video to piece together a timeline of
- 9:29Speaker 11: the men's whereabouts. They were first seen leaving a restaurant
- 9:32Speaker 11: Sunday night, then running too Hungarian, Kirkandahl and walk with
- 9:36Speaker 11: her to.
- 9:36Speaker 2: A convenience store.
- 9:37Speaker 11: Just after midnight Monday. The three leave and are seen
- 9:41Speaker 11: heading under this bridge sometime after one am, before the
- 9:44Speaker 11: two men.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Emerge alone and head home.
- 9:48Speaker 11: Hungary's body discovered hours later around six am.
- 9:52Speaker 6: We have performed a center submitted for a special assault
- 9:55Speaker 6: kit to be performed.
- 9:58Speaker 1: I look at this and you hearing say, we have
- 10:01Speaker 1: this sexual assault kit. They knew what they were doing,
- 10:05Speaker 1: They pre planned it. They found a twelve year old
- 10:07Speaker 1: girl at night at a seven eleven after she snuck
- 10:11Speaker 1: out of her house, and they knew what they were doing.
- 10:14Speaker 1: They knew it, They understood what they were doing.
- 10:18Speaker 5: Here.
- 10:21Speaker 1: I am incredibly frustrated to see that this is happening.
- 10:26Speaker 1: And when it's happening, you have this just numbness. You
- 10:31Speaker 1: go back to the case that I talked about earlier,
- 10:34Speaker 1: where you have another child that was killed in New
- 10:38Speaker 1: York City. This migrant there was released into this country.
- 10:49Speaker 1: We knew that he was going to be released.
- 10:51Speaker 12: It was no.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Problem for the federal government to say, yeah, we're gonna
- 10:55Speaker 1: release her again. This twelve year old girl, by the way,
- 10:58Speaker 1: she played the cello in school. She had braces, she
- 11:02Speaker 1: was twelve, She looked twelve. They knew this was a
- 11:06Speaker 1: twelve year old. They didn't care. I want to know
- 11:10Speaker 1: what crimes have committed back in their host country. I
- 11:13Speaker 1: want to know what their rap she looks like there.
- 11:16Speaker 1: I want to know why we're sitting here having this
- 11:19Speaker 1: conversation right now. You look at the Houston Police Department
- 11:25Speaker 1: and they're angry. But the reality is there's well over
- 11:30Speaker 1: a million illegal immigrants in Houston. This, unfortunately, will happen again.
- 11:36Speaker 1: It's going to It is going to happen again, over
- 11:39Speaker 1: and over again. We see these crimes happen, and every
- 11:43Speaker 1: single time, the same exact thing happens. Let's go by
- 11:46Speaker 1: the way to back to this story in New York.
- 11:49Speaker 1: You have an illegal alien who allegedly raped a thirteen
- 11:51Speaker 1: year old girl in New York City, and it just
- 11:54Speaker 1: got We're now being told much worse. An illegal immigrant
- 11:58Speaker 1: from Ecuador who was arrested in can with a sexual
- 12:00Speaker 1: assault of the thirteen year old gol in New York
- 12:02Speaker 1: City admitted he filmed the attack as he became more
- 12:05Speaker 1: comfortable during the attack. This twenty five year old illegal immigrant,
- 12:11Speaker 1: Christian is his name, was taken to custody this week.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Charged against him are pending. He reportedly entered the United
- 12:18Speaker 1: States of America for the first time in twenty twenty one.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Last week, the thirteen year old girl and a thirteen
- 12:24Speaker 1: year old boy were held at knife point by this
- 12:27Speaker 1: individual with a machete style blade and tied up when
- 12:30Speaker 1: the girl was reportedly assaulted by him. The NYPD offered
- 12:34Speaker 1: a ten thousand dollars reward for information leading to the
- 12:37Speaker 1: illegal aliens arrest. The New York Post noted that they
- 12:39Speaker 1: that a group of Good Samaritans located him and called
- 12:42Speaker 1: him out as a rapist before smacking him around and
- 12:46Speaker 1: tying him up with a belt as they waited for
- 12:50Speaker 1: the cops to arrive. Reportedly, no one has come forward
- 12:56Speaker 1: to claim the reward. According to multiple reports, he confessed
- 13:02Speaker 1: the cops he recorded the attack. The chilling admission quote
- 13:06Speaker 1: by Christian broke the silence in an otherwise hushed court
- 13:11Speaker 1: hearing in which he was arraigned on charges of rape,
- 13:14Speaker 1: predatory sexual assault, kidnapping, and a rap of other felonies
- 13:20Speaker 1: from this shocking June thirteenth attack.
- 13:23Speaker 5: In a park.
- 13:25Speaker 1: I was nervous at first, he said, then got comfortable
- 13:28Speaker 1: and recorded it, he admitted in the videotaped statement Prosecutor
- 13:31Speaker 1: sett in Queen's Criminal Court, drawing well shock from the
- 13:35Speaker 1: audience in the courtroom. The man claimed that he saw
- 13:40Speaker 1: the two thirteen year olds having sexual relations.
- 13:43Speaker 2: When he approached them, he used the knife to cut
- 13:46Speaker 2: off her clothes.
- 13:47Speaker 1: After he committed the sexual assault, he stole both of
- 13:50Speaker 1: the teen's phones and then fled.
- 13:53Speaker 2: I went to buy drugs afterwards, he said.
- 13:55Speaker 1: The two teams sought help at a nearby school and
- 13:57Speaker 1: provide the NYPDS sketch artist with an incredible detail of
- 14:02Speaker 1: the individual. It is amazing that from what they went through,
- 14:06Speaker 1: their identification, their memory of the tattoos, the braces, the
- 14:11Speaker 1: Queen's systic attorney said, all of which was on point.
- 14:15Speaker 1: The New York Daily News reported that the man entered
- 14:17Speaker 1: the US through Eagle Pass, Texas in June twenty twenty
- 14:20Speaker 1: one with a three year old child. He was reportedly
- 14:23Speaker 1: staying in a single room occupancy in a queen's basement
- 14:26Speaker 1: instead of return to Ecuador like he was supposed to.
- 14:29Speaker 2: So another one that was supposed to leave.
- 14:31Speaker 1: After he crossed in the US, he lost his immigration
- 14:33Speaker 1: status and was required to return to Ecuador, but he
- 14:36Speaker 1: never did. He currently has a warrant out for his
- 14:39Speaker 1: arrest by immigration authorities. He has an ex wife and
- 14:42Speaker 1: two children, according to prosecutors. After reports broke that the
- 14:47Speaker 1: man record the attack, Georgia Republican Representative Mike Collins suggests
- 14:52Speaker 1: the illegal alien received the death penalty.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Can't disagree with that.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Senator Ted Cruz talking about the problems that we're having
- 15:01Speaker 1: with the legal immigration in this country, and now the
- 15:04Speaker 1: carnage is being left behind as the legal immigrants are
- 15:07Speaker 1: turning on our children.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Take a listen to what he had to say.
- 15:11Speaker 10: I gotta say the facts, these cases are all horrific,
- 15:14Speaker 10: but I don't know that there's one that makes me
- 15:16Speaker 10: more angry than this. This is a beautiful little girl.
- 15:22Speaker 10: Let me read you from the coverage of the New
- 15:24Speaker 10: York Post tonight. Here's the headline. Migrant charged with murder
- 15:29Speaker 10: of twelve year old Joscelyn Nungari was released into the
- 15:34Speaker 10: US just weeks ago now listen to the reporting. Police
- 15:39Speaker 10: and Houston have arrested two migrants from Venezuela for the
- 15:43Speaker 10: murder of twelve year old Joscelyn Nungari, who was lured
- 15:48Speaker 10: away from home, then strangled and dumped in a bayou.
- 15:53Speaker 10: One of the suspects crossed the border illegally less than
- 15:57Speaker 10: a month before the shocking murder and was released into
- 16:01Speaker 10: the US after claiming he feared for his life if
- 16:04Speaker 10: he was sent back to his home country, Sources told
- 16:06Speaker 10: The Post. Johann Jose Rangel Martinez, twenty one and Franklin
- 16:12Speaker 10: Jose Penya Ramos, twenty six.
- 16:15Speaker 5: Were charged Thursday with capital murder.
- 16:20Speaker 10: Department of Homeland Security sources said Penya Ramos crossed into
- 16:25Speaker 10: El Paso, Texas on May twenty eighth, less than a
- 16:29Speaker 10: month ago. He was released soon after his interaction with
- 16:34Speaker 10: border agents. He told authorities that he planned to live
- 16:37Speaker 10: with his cousin in Houston until his court appearance in July.
- 16:40Speaker 10: Sources said agents put a GPS tracker on Penya Ramos,
- 16:46Speaker 10: which was only set to monitor his location for twenty
- 16:49Speaker 10: one days. It was unclear whether he was wearing the
- 16:53Speaker 10: tracker when Jocelyn was murdered. Investigators identified the suspects from
- 16:59Speaker 10: surveillance fee after they were seen following Jocelyn as she
- 17:04Speaker 10: walked into a local convenience store. Her body was found
- 17:08Speaker 10: in a swampy creek on Monday by a Houston resident
- 17:13Speaker 10: who happened to be driving by. She told ktr KTV
- 17:18Speaker 10: she thought the girl was a floating mannequin. At first,
- 17:21Speaker 10: I did a U turn and I stopped on the bridge,
- 17:25Speaker 10: put my flashers on, looked down and I realized it
- 17:29Speaker 10: was someone. I parked right here and called nine one
- 17:33Speaker 10: one immediately, she said. The two migrants were arrested at
- 17:37Speaker 10: a local apartment complex, where they had been living as roommates.
- 17:42Speaker 10: Cops said Homeland Security is opened an investigation into the
- 17:47Speaker 10: suspects immigration history. The victim's mother, Alexis Nungari, said her
- 17:54Speaker 10: daughter sleep sneaked out of their apartment late Sunday. She
- 17:58Speaker 10: told local outlet k that she was taken advantage of
- 18:03Speaker 10: by her killers. I'm like angry that they took advantage
- 18:08Speaker 10: of her. She was so young, she was twelve. You
- 18:12Speaker 10: took my baby away. You took her away. Now I
- 18:17Speaker 10: get to let her little brother know his older sister
- 18:20Speaker 10: is never coming home.
- 18:21Speaker 5: She said.
- 18:23Speaker 10: She turned into a beautiful, beautiful young lady. Alexis said,
- 18:26Speaker 10: I was really looking forward to seeing how she was
- 18:29Speaker 10: going to be, and they took every opportunity away from
- 18:32Speaker 10: me and my family. Houston Mayor John Whitner Whitmyer, Democrat,
- 18:38Speaker 10: said Thursday that Jocelyn's murder affected him personally as a
- 18:41Speaker 10: grandfather and a father. It doesn't get any worse if
- 18:46Speaker 10: there is any circumstance where you deny bail.
- 18:49Speaker 5: This is it, Ben, This is freakin horrific.
- 18:56Speaker 1: The part that is so frustrating to me is the
- 18:59Speaker 1: fact that the PO officials described these two individuals and
- 19:02Speaker 1: let's talk about who's coming across the border. You've got
- 19:06Speaker 1: Martinez's twenty one. You've got Ramos, who's twenty six. They've
- 19:11Speaker 1: been arrested, they've been charged now with capitol murder by
- 19:14Speaker 1: Houston police, as you mentioned, in connection with the strangulation
- 19:18Speaker 1: death of this twelve year old girl. They apparently either
- 19:23Speaker 1: followed her or walked with her to the seven to eleven.
- 19:26Speaker 1: And you look at this and you realize that not
- 19:30Speaker 1: only did they know what they were doing, but these
- 19:34Speaker 1: two people are now being accused of strangling her to death,
- 19:38Speaker 1: raping her, and then leaving her body in this creek.
- 19:42Speaker 1: At the bridge, the mother is said she jumped in
- 19:47Speaker 1: her car impinged her on her cell phone, which led
- 19:50Speaker 1: her to the creek. When she arrived, police officers were
- 19:52Speaker 1: canvassing the scene. The mother was told about an hour
- 19:55Speaker 1: later that the police had found her body in that creek.
- 19:58Speaker 1: These are two military age men coming into this country
- 20:04Speaker 1: killing a twelve year old. We don't know who these
- 20:07Speaker 1: people are, we don't know their background, we don't know
- 20:11Speaker 1: what crimes they may have committed before this in Venezuela.
- 20:15Speaker 1: And yet the Biden administration says, no, no, no, you're good.
- 20:17Speaker 1: We're going to track you for twelve days. We don't
- 20:20Speaker 1: even know if the tracker was on. And the question
- 20:22Speaker 1: I would ask is if the tracker was off, for example,
- 20:25Speaker 1: is there any mechanism in place to then really start
- 20:29Speaker 1: looking for the individuals before they go out and kill one.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Of our kids.
- 20:32Speaker 10: Every week, this is happening over and over and over again. No,
- 20:36Speaker 10: the Biden administration doesn't care. No Democrat in Congress cares.
- 20:39Speaker 10: And you may think that's harsh, but if they cared,
- 20:42Speaker 10: they would do something about it. Every time we force
- 20:45Speaker 10: a vote to stop this, every single Democrat, all of
- 20:49Speaker 10: them votes know and they do it over and over again. Look,
- 20:52Speaker 10: I got to tell you, if you look at the
- 20:55Speaker 10: picture of this twelve year old girl, I'm sorry, but
- 20:59Speaker 10: this really upsets me. As you know, I have teenage daughters. Yeah,
- 21:03Speaker 10: she's twelve, she has braces, she has braces. I'm looking
- 21:09Speaker 10: at her thinking that these animals, these monsters, murdered this child.
- 21:15Speaker 10: And I gotta say, this case reminds me of the
- 21:20Speaker 10: most significant case that I litigated when I was Solicitor
- 21:24Speaker 10: General of Texas. It was a case that dealt with
- 21:27Speaker 10: a criminal, a murder named Jose or Neesto Mediin now Mediine,
- 21:33Speaker 10: like these two, was an illegal immigrant. He was an
- 21:36Speaker 10: illegal immigrant from Mexico, and Jose or Nesto Mediine. In
- 21:40Speaker 10: nineteen ninety three, he was part of a gang that
- 21:44Speaker 10: raped and murdered two teenage girls in Houston. They were
- 21:47Speaker 10: fourteen and sixteen years old, Elizabeth Panya and Jennifer Irtman.
- 21:53Speaker 5: It was a case that was horrific.
- 21:57Speaker 10: Just like this case, the strangled the girls and in
- 22:02Speaker 10: that case they violently raped them.
- 22:04Speaker 5: We don't know. I pray that did not happen. Here.
- 22:06Speaker 10: We don't know right now if that happened or not.
- 22:09Speaker 10: But in the case of Mediane, he wrote a handwritten confession.
- 22:16Speaker 10: It's four pages, handwritten. I've read it, I've held those pages,
- 22:19Speaker 10: which is sickening. He bragged about what he did. He
- 22:23Speaker 10: was proud of what he did. He bragged about how
- 22:27Speaker 10: one of the little girls had a Mickey mousewatch that
- 22:30Speaker 10: he kept as a trophy of the night because he
- 22:33Speaker 10: was so proud of raping and murdering these teenage girls.
- 22:37Speaker 5: This is sick.
- 22:38Speaker 10: There is evil in this world. And I argue this
- 22:40Speaker 10: case twice in the US Supreme Court. I prevailed twice,
- 22:44Speaker 10: and ultimately Mediine was executed. He was executed for those
- 22:47Speaker 10: horrific murders. But I got to tell you, I visited
- 22:50Speaker 10: with their parents, and I got to tell you, Look,
- 22:53Speaker 10: you're a dad, Ben, How is a dad?
- 22:57Speaker 5: How is a mom?
- 22:58Speaker 10: Do you live with knowing what your child's last minutes
- 23:03Speaker 10: on earth were and knowing how horrific they were?
- 23:07Speaker 5: I mean it.
- 23:08Speaker 10: I stood on the Supreme Court steps with the parents
- 23:11Speaker 10: of those girls, and look, I gotta admit I feel
- 23:17Speaker 10: for the dads because I like understand them I feel
- 23:19Speaker 10: for the moms obviously too, but as a dad, there's
- 23:21Speaker 10: something there's a feeling of helplessness and rage and like,
- 23:25Speaker 10: how did they take my baby? And what is wrong?
- 23:28Speaker 10: And what can I do about it? And that's what
- 23:31Speaker 10: just happened again in Houston from another illegal alien committing
- 23:36Speaker 10: another horrific crime.
- 23:39Speaker 1: One other thing I want to bring up real quick
- 23:41Speaker 1: about illegal immigrants. There has been leaked new numbers of
- 23:45Speaker 1: patients who are testing positive for STDs.
- 23:51Speaker 2: In Houston, Texas, for example.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Now the majority they're saying these are apparently are illegal
- 23:57Speaker 1: immigrants who are bringing these diseases across our southern border. Gonorrhea,
- 24:03Speaker 1: more than three thousand, syphilis, thirty six hundred No, I'm sorry,
- 24:08Speaker 1: I got that wrong, twenty two thousand, seven hundred and
- 24:11Speaker 1: fifteen HIV, seventeen thousand, two hundred and seventy two HIV
- 24:18Speaker 1: case reports from adults, three hundred and fifteen HIV case
- 24:22Speaker 1: reported from pediatric from children eighteen.
- 24:26Speaker 2: There's all of these other numbers that have just come out,
- 24:30Speaker 2: and they're worried.
- 24:31Speaker 1: These leaked images of the number of patients who tested
- 24:33Speaker 1: positive for STDs has gone viral because it is very
- 24:37Speaker 1: clear that This is a problem when you have people
- 24:41Speaker 1: come in this country and you don't know who they are, Okay,
- 24:45Speaker 1: like you don't know who they are.
- 24:48Speaker 2: This is an issue. Now, there's also something else that happened.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Doctor Phil's got his new show out, and this goes
- 24:56Speaker 1: back to what I was talking about with the economy.
- 24:58Speaker 1: I want to play this for you. Audio is a
- 25:00Speaker 1: little rough, so you're gonna have to listen carefully. But
- 25:03Speaker 1: there's this video of doctor Fear explaining today's inflation. It
- 25:06Speaker 1: has gone viral because he's explaining that, like, if you
- 25:10Speaker 1: think Biden is helping you out, if you think Biden's
- 25:13Speaker 1: running the country the right way, and I just gave
- 25:15Speaker 1: you all the numbers and where we are, just look
- 25:17Speaker 1: to the average family, and he's just telling you the numbers.
- 25:20Speaker 2: He's not making a political statement. I'm making a political statement.
- 25:24Speaker 2: I'll make that clear.
- 25:25Speaker 1: But I want you to hear what doctor Phil said
- 25:27Speaker 1: to his audience when he's talking about, Hey, how much
- 25:29Speaker 1: does it cost? Now?
- 25:30Speaker 2: How expensive is it? How are things? How much does
- 25:33Speaker 2: everything costing?
- 25:34Speaker 13: You? Listenatricity twenty five percent, increase, auto insurance up thirty
- 25:40Speaker 13: three percent, use cars up thirty five percent, hotels up
- 25:43Speaker 13: fifteen percent, Groceries this matters, up twenty five percent. And
- 25:48Speaker 13: this is a big one. You need eleven thousand, four
- 25:52Speaker 13: hundred and thirty four dollars additional just to maintain the
- 25:59Speaker 13: same living standard that you had in twenty twenty one.
- 26:04Speaker 13: Did y'all get a raise?
- 26:06Speaker 9: No?
- 26:07Speaker 13: Between now and then. But that's what's happening. Rent is
- 26:11Speaker 13: up thirty percent, mortgage rates doubled. It's getting worse, not better.
- 26:18Speaker 13: So what do you tell yourself about what you're gonna do,
- 26:22Speaker 13: how you're going to go about climbing out of this
- 26:24Speaker 13: because we're headed in the wrong direction.
- 26:26Speaker 6: All that, ladies and gentlemen and everyone else.
- 26:29Speaker 5: That is called bidenomics.
- 26:32Speaker 4: That is called bidenomics.
- 26:34Speaker 1: And we are very proud of bidenomatricity.
- 26:37Speaker 2: I mean, you look at those numbers and the way
- 26:39Speaker 2: that he described it, and he's right.
- 26:42Speaker 1: You put that at the end, You put at the
- 26:44Speaker 1: end the part there I mean about how high things
- 26:48Speaker 1: have gone. Cars are up thirty five percent, hotels up
- 26:51Speaker 1: fifteen percent, groceries up twenty five percent.
- 26:55Speaker 2: This is bidenomics.
- 26:58Speaker 1: You need eleven four thirty four dollars now to live
- 27:02Speaker 1: the same lifestyle that you lived in twenty twenty one,
- 27:05Speaker 1: did you get an eleven thousand dollars raise?
- 27:08Speaker 2: That's That's where we are.
- 27:11Speaker 1: Electricity is up twenty five percent, auto insurance up thirty
- 27:15Speaker 1: three percent, used cars up thirty five Who can afford this?
- 27:20Speaker 2: We better wake up or we're gonna get in serious trouble.
- 27:25Speaker 2: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and
