- 0:17Speaker 4: Well, it is great to be back with Seapack. And
- 0:19Speaker 4: I gotta say Seapack this year. There is energy, there's excitement.
- 0:26Speaker 4: It turns out winning doesn't suck.
- 0:28Speaker 1: It does not. And we have a guest.
- 0:32Speaker 4: We have the Attorney General of the United States, Pam Bondy.
- 0:40Speaker 5: So these guys never invite me to be on their podcast.
- 0:44Speaker 3: They finally did and I get a jo it in
- 0:46Speaker 3: front of all of you. So this is awesome.
- 0:48Speaker 4: Well, Pam, I will tell you that that there is
- 0:50Speaker 4: some good karma to being on this podcast at Seapack
- 0:55Speaker 4: with someone named jd Vance.
- 0:56Speaker 3: He's all right for him, sir, he's a great man.
- 1:00Speaker 1: So welcome.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 1:02Speaker 1: You have been Attorney General fifteen.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Day it feels like fifteen years.
- 1:07Speaker 1: I believe you.
- 1:09Speaker 4: And by the way, you just got some help an
- 1:12Speaker 4: hour ago. The Senate just finished confirmation.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Yeah. I've been on the phone with him NonStop.
- 1:22Speaker 4: I talked to him on the ride over here. He
- 1:24Speaker 4: is going to do fantastic. All right, let's start fifteen days,
- 1:29Speaker 4: You've come into what I think is the single most
- 1:32Speaker 4: important cabinet position in this administration, because we went through
- 1:37Speaker 4: four years of Biden weaponizing the Department of Justice, using
- 1:41Speaker 4: it to attack his enemies and to support his friends.
- 1:46Speaker 4: So let me ask you, come into DOJ. You've got
- 1:48Speaker 4: a mission. You've got a mission to restore integrity to
- 1:51Speaker 4: the department, to end the weaponization and politicization.
- 1:56Speaker 1: How do you do that? How do you get that done?
- 1:59Speaker 5: You know the volume, Senator, what concerned me the most.
- 2:04Speaker 5: It's the volume of how bad it was and it
- 2:09Speaker 5: still is. We're working on it. It's day by day
- 2:11Speaker 5: by day. But we've got a team of great people.
- 2:15Speaker 5: And on day one I issued fourteen executive orders, and
- 2:18Speaker 5: number one is the weaponization ends, and it ends now.
- 2:22Speaker 3: And that's what we did.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Let me ask you something. In the fifteen days you've
- 2:30Speaker 1: been there, how many DOJ employees have said something to
- 2:35Speaker 1: the effect of thank God? A lot of them, I
- 2:39Speaker 1: believe you. Look.
- 2:41Speaker 4: I spent four years hearing from a USA's assistant US attorneys,
- 2:45Speaker 4: hearing from FBI agents, hearing from men and women who
- 2:49Speaker 4: believe in the rule of law and were horrified at
- 2:53Speaker 4: the politicization of the FBI and the DOJ, and so
- 2:56Speaker 4: I know for a lot of good, honorable men and
- 3:00Speaker 4: women who devoted their careers to defending the Constitution.
- 3:04Speaker 1: There's a lot of gratitude that they can get back
- 3:10Speaker 1: to doing their job.
- 3:11Speaker 3: Their core function. And that's thanks to Donald J.
- 3:13Speaker 5: Trump getting back in office, and he gave us a
- 3:17Speaker 5: clear directive make America safe.
- 3:20Speaker 3: And that's what we're going to do. And you know,
- 3:22Speaker 3: these to start with.
- 3:23Speaker 5: The law enforcement agencies talking about cash. These men and
- 3:27Speaker 5: women didn't go to Quantico. They're not risking their lives
- 3:30Speaker 5: to waste their time on all this politicization and rating
- 3:34Speaker 5: mar A Lago. Really stopping all of that is stopping,
- 3:38Speaker 5: and we are returning them to their core function fighting
- 3:41Speaker 5: violent crime. And that's what the great majority of men
- 3:45Speaker 5: and women in law enforcement DEA A. T. F. US
- 3:47Speaker 5: Marshall's FBI, as well as the incredible legal team at
- 3:52Speaker 5: the Justice Department, that's what they want to do.
- 3:55Speaker 4: So let's talk about one of the most lawless aspects
- 3:58Speaker 4: of the last four years, which was the open borders
- 4:00Speaker 4: that we saw and the twelve million illegal immigrants that
- 4:03Speaker 4: have come into this country.
- 4:05Speaker 1: You've had just two weeks, but you've hit.
- 4:07Speaker 4: The ground running, going after the criminals, going after the murderers,
- 4:12Speaker 4: going after the rapists, going after the child molesters, going
- 4:15Speaker 4: after the Venezuelan gang members. Tell us number one, what
- 4:22Speaker 4: you're doing as Attorney General, that is making a real difference,
- 4:26Speaker 4: that is already making America safer. And number two, I
- 4:29Speaker 4: understand you have some breaking news concerning my home state
- 4:32Speaker 4: of Texas, which I'm particularly proud to hear.
- 4:34Speaker 5: I do, I do, and the press really even out yet.
- 4:37Speaker 5: Joint Task Force Alpha that we elevated once we came
- 4:42Speaker 5: in office. It's with the Department of Justice and the FBI,
- 4:45Speaker 5: and we work hand in hand with Homeland Security. Christinome
- 4:48Speaker 5: is awesome. We all worked so well together. Joint Task
- 4:51Speaker 5: Force Alpha just made a huge arrest in Warres Texas, Warres, Mexico.
- 4:56Speaker 5: They were headed to Texas to El Paso and smuggling. Yeah.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Huge. That's why we do what we do every day.
- 5:07Speaker 5: That's why these agents risk their lives every single day.
- 5:12Speaker 3: It's humans smuggling and.
- 5:14Speaker 5: A lot of children, a lot of children they're saying
- 5:17Speaker 5: are safer because of this.
- 5:19Speaker 6: I want to tell you about our friends over at
- 5:21Speaker 6: Patriot Mobile. While we may have won the election, the
- 5:24Speaker 6: fight to restore our great nation is only beginning, and

- 5:41Speaker 6: hundreds of others that use them personally, family friends, business
- 5:45Speaker 6: owners that I know have switched to Patriot Mobile because
- 5:47Speaker 6: they offer a way to vote with your wallet without
- 5:51Speaker 6: compromising on quality or convenience. You may not know, but
- 5:53Speaker 6: Big Mobile gives big donations to democratic causes, candidates and organizations,
- 6:00Speaker 6: radical organizations, including those that advocate, support and pay for abortions.
- 6:05Speaker 6: That is why I made the switch to Patriot Mobile.

- 6:55Speaker 6: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven
- 6:59Speaker 6: to two Patriots.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Let me ask you a question, President Trump, and this
- 7:02Speaker 2: has made headlines on what you're just talking about. We've
- 7:05Speaker 2: designated these cartels as terrorist organizations. What does that allow
- 7:09Speaker 2: you to do in your job and cash for tail?
- 7:12Speaker 2: Now is the head of the FBI, what is that
- 7:15Speaker 2: going to give you the ability to do and to
- 7:16Speaker 2: go after them?
- 7:17Speaker 5: Well, Stephen Miller is doing a great job head as
- 7:21Speaker 5: we are right leading this effort with all of us,
- 7:26Speaker 5: Mike Waltz at DoD we all work so Pete Hugseth,
- 7:30Speaker 5: we all work so well together, and it gives us
- 7:34Speaker 5: the ability.
- 7:35Speaker 3: It gives they are a terrorist group.
- 7:37Speaker 5: And it gives us the ability to go after them,
- 7:40Speaker 5: more ability anywhere in the world and treat.
- 7:42Speaker 3: Them as terrorists. They are terrorists.
- 7:45Speaker 5: If you're bringing Fittanel into this country and killing our kids,
- 7:49Speaker 5: you're a terrorist and we're coming after you.
- 7:53Speaker 2: Three a day is the average that are dying in
- 7:55Speaker 2: this country right now. When you took this job, and
- 7:58Speaker 2: you hear that number, and you so the inaction from
- 8:00Speaker 2: the last administration, How angry did that make you so angry?
- 8:04Speaker 5: United State ag before I became United States Attorney General
- 8:09Speaker 5: and Fintanahl was really just coming on the market.
- 8:13Speaker 3: And now with this horrible open.
- 8:15Speaker 5: Border policy, just flowing flowing across our borders and killing kids,
- 8:22Speaker 5: killing adults every single day, and it's criminal that no
- 8:26Speaker 5: one was doing anything to stop it.
- 8:29Speaker 3: I can't comprehend how.
- 8:30Speaker 5: Any administration, progressive nor conservative, how any administration could tolerate
- 8:36Speaker 5: that and let that happen. And it ended day one
- 8:39Speaker 5: with Donald Trump when he shut that border. I was
- 8:42Speaker 5: at the border back in September. I went with lar
- 8:44Speaker 5: Trump and Morgan Ortegas, Yep and we were in Yuma, Arizona,
- 8:49Speaker 5: and I saw firsthand there is nothing humanitarian that was happening.
- 8:53Speaker 3: At that border, Nothing nothing.
- 8:56Speaker 5: They have a rape tree where they're raping women as
- 8:59Speaker 5: they're coming into this country. I saw firsthand piles and
- 9:04Speaker 5: piles of passports just thrown from every country you can imagine,
- 9:08Speaker 5: because the Biden administration was letting you walk right in
- 9:11Speaker 5: the country if you didn't have a passport. They said
- 9:14Speaker 5: they saw Asian Chinese individuals saying, oh, we're from Cuba,
- 9:17Speaker 5: so they wrote down there from Cuba, and let had
- 9:19Speaker 5: to let them legally walk right in under that administration.
- 9:23Speaker 5: But the drugs, the trafficking, I learned a new term,
- 9:26Speaker 5: disposable child. That the customs, the border, the border patrol
- 9:31Speaker 5: agents told me that they saw a little boy and
- 9:34Speaker 5: they kept recognizing the same little boy over and over
- 9:38Speaker 5: and over coming in because if you came into our
- 9:41Speaker 5: country as a family unit, they just let you walk
- 9:44Speaker 5: right in.
- 9:44Speaker 3: This little child was being trafficked.
- 9:46Speaker 5: Yes, now how they were getting him back to Mexico
- 9:48Speaker 5: is beyond me. But they were bringing him time and
- 9:51Speaker 5: time again. He wasn't their family, so who knows what
- 9:55Speaker 5: happened to his parents?
- 9:56Speaker 4: Well, and I will say a number of people in
- 9:58Speaker 4: the room gasped at a term use, which unfortunately is
- 10:02Speaker 4: a real term, rape tree, and it's something that we're seeing.
- 10:07Speaker 4: We've been seeing for the last four years in Texas.
- 10:10Speaker 4: We've seen it in Arizona that the cartels will go
- 10:13Speaker 4: and violently rape women.
- 10:15Speaker 1: They'll violently rape teenage girls, young girls, and then they
- 10:20Speaker 1: will hang their underwear in the tree. And you'll find
- 10:23Speaker 1: a tree.
- 10:24Speaker 4: Down on the southern border with ten twenty pairs of
- 10:26Speaker 4: underwear as their mocking law enforcement, saying we can do
- 10:31Speaker 4: whatever we want. And for four years, the Biden Justice Department,
- 10:35Speaker 4: they just turned a blind eye and they facilitated it.
- 10:39Speaker 4: You know, you talked about the kids, So they had
- 10:41Speaker 4: a policy if you arrive with a kid, it's essentially
- 10:44Speaker 4: a get out of jail free card. And so you
- 10:46Speaker 4: started seeing a phenomenon that we've never seen an immigration before,
- 10:50Speaker 4: which is single young men showing up with little kids.
- 10:54Speaker 4: Now that's not a normal pattern of migration, but we
- 10:57Speaker 4: started seeing military age men showing up with little boys
- 11:03Speaker 4: and little girls, many of whom are physically and sexually
- 11:06Speaker 4: assaulted and transit and the same kid the cartels would
- 11:09Speaker 4: recycle over and over and over again to bring in
- 11:13Speaker 4: gang members, to bring in criminals. Now, let me ask this,
- 11:20Speaker 4: what is most effective stopping the invasion at the southern boarder.
- 11:25Speaker 5: The border, closing our borders, which is what we we've done,
- 11:29Speaker 5: Donald Trump has closed our border.
- 11:31Speaker 3: But now, of course.
- 11:32Speaker 5: We all know we have so many of these illegal
- 11:36Speaker 5: aliens fighting age men ages thirteenth, eighteen to thirty five
- 11:40Speaker 5: in our country, yep, walking around our country and President.
- 11:44Speaker 4: Concerned, How concerned are you right now about the twelve
- 11:49Speaker 4: million illegal aliens who came in under Joe Biden? And
- 11:53Speaker 4: about the risk of terrorism of Hamas of hesbela Palestinian
- 11:58Speaker 4: Islamic jihad, the risk of terrorism targeting Americans across this country.
- 12:03Speaker 5: It's it's it's a huge risk and we all we
- 12:06Speaker 5: all know how bad it is now. And that's what
- 12:10Speaker 5: Donald Trump is committed to do, is to take these
- 12:13Speaker 5: people out of our country, to prosecute them, to deport them,
- 12:17Speaker 5: to get them off our streets. And that's what all
- 12:21Speaker 5: of these law enforcement agencies are doing. You know Lake
- 12:24Speaker 5: and Riley, of course, that beautiful young woman University of Georgia.
- 12:28Speaker 5: Lake and Riley is probably the most prominent name. But
- 12:32Speaker 5: look how many Lake and Riley's are out there.
- 12:36Speaker 3: One victim is.
- 12:37Speaker 5: Too many, right right, I mean, the numbers every day.
- 12:46Speaker 4: And I got to say so, already in the first
- 12:48Speaker 4: two weeks, you've sued New York, You've sued Chicago.
- 12:53Speaker 1: You can clap for that.
- 12:54Speaker 4: These sanctuary cities that are fighting. And I've got to
- 12:58Speaker 4: say Massachusetts in particular action. Our last podcast, we talked
- 13:04Speaker 4: about this. Yeah, how Massachusetts continues to this day to
- 13:08Speaker 4: have violent child rapist illegal immigrants who they released on
- 13:14Speaker 4: the streets and they refuse to notify Ice.
- 13:16Speaker 1: They refuse.
- 13:17Speaker 4: These are illegal immigrants who could be deported immediately, and
- 13:20Speaker 4: the Massachusetts officials take criminals who violently rape little kids.
- 13:26Speaker 4: Let me ask you, what is your message to a mayor,
- 13:32Speaker 4: to a local official who wants to defy federal immigration law.
- 13:37Speaker 3: Well, our message is very clear.
- 13:39Speaker 5: I sued Illinois first, Chicago first day, first day.
- 13:44Speaker 3: And I gave a very strong warning.
- 13:46Speaker 5: If you don't comply with the law, you're next. And
- 13:49Speaker 5: guess who didn't listen New York, Kathy Hochel got sued.
- 13:54Speaker 5: They all got sued in New York. And if you
- 13:56Speaker 5: don't follow the law, you're going to be next, because
- 14:00Speaker 5: we are going to get violent criminals off our street.
- 14:02Speaker 5: And you know, Senator, it's more than that. They're endangering
- 14:06Speaker 5: the lives of our great men and women in law enforcement.
- 14:09Speaker 3: That's what people don't understand.
- 14:10Speaker 5: When you're hiding illegal aliens from law enforcement, you're endangering
- 14:15Speaker 5: their lives.
- 14:16Speaker 3: It's going to stop.
- 14:18Speaker 1: So let me ask you.
- 14:19Speaker 4: Two weeks into it, you've been at do OJ, what's
- 14:23Speaker 4: your assessment. Is it as bad as you thought it
- 14:26Speaker 4: would be? Is it better? Is it worse?
- 14:29Speaker 5: It's worse, of course, it's now worse, chaos worse, meaning yeah,
- 14:36Speaker 5: that that department had completely lost its mission of fighting
- 14:41Speaker 5: violent crime. Look what they did to President Trump. Look
- 14:44Speaker 5: at the weaponization and weaponization ended.
- 14:47Speaker 3: And the deep state is very real.
- 14:50Speaker 5: I think all of you in this room know that
- 14:53Speaker 5: it's very real, and people trying to undermine everything you're doing.
- 14:59Speaker 5: You weeks into it, and I went in one department
- 15:01Speaker 5: and found huge, twenty by twenty glossies of Joe Biden,
- 15:06Speaker 5: Merritt Garland, and Kamala Harris still hanging up in my office.
- 15:10Speaker 5: They're gone. They're gone, they're gone. And guess guess what's
- 15:15Speaker 5: replacing it? A very handsome photo of a man, Donald Trump,
- 15:22Speaker 5: not the one in.
- 15:22Speaker 2: The hallway right that that picture, that one that way Okay,
- 15:26Speaker 2: I like.
- 15:26Speaker 5: That one, that one replacing, but but I make light
- 15:30Speaker 5: of that. But that's what's happening. You know, he had
- 15:33Speaker 5: been in office three weeks and the deep state still
- 15:36Speaker 5: had those pictures hanging. And that's to me, that's defiant.
- 15:39Speaker 5: It's in suborn nation, not going to happen. But you
- 15:42Speaker 5: know what we said, most people, the majority of the
- 15:45Speaker 5: people are great people who went to law school, became prosecutors,
- 15:50Speaker 5: became law enforcement agents to fight crime.
- 15:52Speaker 4: You've spent your professional life as a prosecutor. How important
- 15:57Speaker 4: is it to you to go after bad guys and
- 16:00Speaker 4: get bad guys off the street and keep people safe.
- 16:02Speaker 3: It means everything.
- 16:03Speaker 5: And that the drug epidemic, you know, the fentanyl just
- 16:06Speaker 5: flowing into our country. Now, the terrorists, the gangs, TDA
- 16:10Speaker 5: trans Dieguis, MS thirteen, all of the gangs were now
- 16:16Speaker 5: terrorist organizations.
- 16:17Speaker 3: We've got to stop them.
- 16:19Speaker 5: And that's that's why we do what we do, and
- 16:22Speaker 5: it's all we all have to work together. And working
- 16:25Speaker 5: with Homeland Security has been great.
- 16:26Speaker 4: So one of the most shocking statistics from the prior
- 16:29Speaker 4: administration is the number three hundred thousand, three hundred sat
- 16:34Speaker 4: thousand children that the prior administration had in custody and
- 16:38Speaker 4: that they lost that they do not know where they are.
- 16:41Speaker 4: We know that many of those children are being abused
- 16:43Speaker 4: right now. Tell me about the efforts you and Homeland
- 16:46Speaker 4: Security and the Trump administration, the efforts you are doing
- 16:49Speaker 4: to find those children and to get them out of
- 16:51Speaker 4: harm's way.
- 16:52Speaker 5: That's top priority, and that's Donald Trump's top priority, to
- 16:57Speaker 5: find these victims and to save them.
- 16:59Speaker 3: And that's what I.
- 17:00Speaker 5: Don't I can't, I truly can't comprehend how any administration
- 17:04Speaker 5: would let that happen and not care. And that's what
- 17:08Speaker 5: we're all fighting for. And you know, you say, when
- 17:11Speaker 5: when you take a job with this incredible volume, you think, how.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Do you do it?
- 17:16Speaker 5: How do you how do you focus every day? And
- 17:19Speaker 5: you do it by saying, if I can save one life, yeah.
- 17:22Speaker 3: It's worth it.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Well it's a lot more than one.
- 17:25Speaker 6: It is.
- 17:26Speaker 3: That's how you start one life.
- 17:28Speaker 4: And it is thousands and and ultimately more So. I
- 17:32Speaker 4: want to say something to to the folks here at Seapac,
- 17:35Speaker 4: which is as many of y'all know, Ben and I
- 17:38Speaker 4: do this podcast Verdict with Ted Cruz.
- 17:40Speaker 1: We do it three days a week. We do it Monday,
- 17:41Speaker 1: Wednesday and Friday.
- 17:43Speaker 4: We've got roughly a million unique listeners all over the country.
- 17:47Speaker 4: And we do this to go around the corporate media,
- 17:51Speaker 4: to go directly to the American people and and and
- 17:54Speaker 4: to to bring the truth and bring the fact.
- 17:56Speaker 1: So I want to ask everyone here.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Many of y'all already subscribe to the pod, but I
- 18:01Speaker 4: want to ask everyone here to pull out your cell
- 18:02Speaker 4: phone right now, pull out your cell phone and text
- 18:07Speaker 4: the word verdict v er dict. Text the word verdict
- 18:14Speaker 4: to two four zero zero five again, two four zero
- 18:20Speaker 4: zero five. When you text verdict to two four zero
- 18:23Speaker 4: zero five, what you'll get back is a link, a
- 18:27Speaker 4: link to subscribe to the podcast. Now, if you're under forty,
- 18:31Speaker 4: you know what I'm talking about. And if you're not,
- 18:34Speaker 4: ask their kids or ask your grandkids. Although I'll say
- 18:37Speaker 4: if you're at Seapack, you're pretty hip and connected, so
- 18:40Speaker 4: you may know as well if you're here at Seapack.
- 18:42Speaker 2: But every mind, subscribe doesn't mean a costume miney to
- 18:45Speaker 2: quote your.
- 18:45Speaker 4: Dad, Oh no, my father points out that you know,
- 18:48Speaker 4: my dad is eighty five, and he said when he
- 18:49Speaker 4: hears subscribe, he thinks it's a magazine subscription.
- 18:52Speaker 1: There's no charge. It just magically appears in your.
- 18:55Speaker 4: Phone early in the morning on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday,
- 18:59Speaker 4: and we bring in guests like the Attorney General of
- 19:01Speaker 4: the United States, and we focus on what is happening,
- 19:05Speaker 4: the victories that President Trump is winning, and the news.
- 19:09Speaker 1: That the corporate media won't cover. I want to ask
- 19:13Speaker 1: you two four zero zero five.
- 19:15Speaker 3: I want to ask you a question.
- 19:16Speaker 2: It's one that I've been dying to ask you, and
- 19:18Speaker 2: it deals with all of the pardons that were given
- 19:21Speaker 2: out from Joe Biden at the end.
- 19:24Speaker 1: There were a lot that went to his family.
- 19:27Speaker 3: It is what it is.
- 19:28Speaker 2: There's one person he did not pardon. That would be himself.
- 19:32Speaker 1: There are a lot of.
- 19:32Speaker 2: People who think there should be accountability. Should this be
- 19:36Speaker 2: something that is looked at to see what he did
- 19:38Speaker 2: while he was president.
- 19:41Speaker 5: Don't you find it very interesting that they attempted to
- 19:46Speaker 5: prosecute the president for having documents in the most secure
- 19:50Speaker 5: place in the world other than the White House, Mara Laga,
- 19:52Speaker 5: and he had the security clearance to take them. Yet
- 19:55Speaker 5: Joe Biden, who had no security clearance to take them
- 19:59Speaker 5: at the time, had them in his garage with his
- 20:01Speaker 5: drug addict son going in and out of his garage.
- 20:05Speaker 5: Yet what did they say about him.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Too old to prosecute?
- 20:08Speaker 3: Frail frail old man.
- 20:11Speaker 5: But listen, Donald Trump and I have not talked about
- 20:15Speaker 5: that at all. This is not about targeting. This is
- 20:18Speaker 5: what they do to us. This is not about targeting.
- 20:21Speaker 5: This is not about weaponization. This is about keeping America
- 20:25Speaker 5: safe and going forward and prosecuting violent criminals. If you
- 20:29Speaker 5: committed a crime in this country.
- 20:32Speaker 3: No one is above the law. I will say that
- 20:34Speaker 3: no one is above the law.
- 20:38Speaker 4: So, Pam, the media are going crazy about New York
- 20:43Speaker 4: Mayor Eric Adams and the charges that were dismissed against him.
- 20:46Speaker 3: So glad you brought it up.
- 20:48Speaker 4: Tell us what the story is, what happened there and
- 20:51Speaker 4: why were the charges dismissed?
- 20:53Speaker 5: Sure, and Amol, who has done an incredible job.
- 20:56Speaker 3: He worked on this case. He looked at this case.
- 20:59Speaker 5: It was an incredibly weak case filed to make deportation harder.
- 21:07Speaker 3: That's why they did it.
- 21:08Speaker 5: They took one of the biggest mayors in the country
- 21:11Speaker 5: off the playing field in order to protect their sanctuary city.
- 21:18Speaker 5: This case it was so incredibly weak. It was about
- 21:21Speaker 5: increases in airline tickets, upgrades and airline tickets in his
- 21:25Speaker 5: official capacity without getting into all the details of the fact.
- 21:29Speaker 5: I don't even think it could survive a verdict. Excuse me,
- 21:32Speaker 5: incredibly weak case. That is the weaponization of government. That's
- 21:37Speaker 5: law fair filing, that's law faer when you're filing cases
- 21:40Speaker 5: like that to keep someone who criticized Joe Biden, who
- 21:45Speaker 5: said they took away a security clearance so he could
- 21:48Speaker 5: not get the details, so he could not help enforce
- 21:52Speaker 5: the deportation efforts.
- 21:53Speaker 3: In New York.
- 21:54Speaker 5: And you know these people are going after him right
- 21:57Speaker 5: a subway in New York.
- 21:58Speaker 3: It's not safe.
- 22:00Speaker 5: Violent crime is at an all time high, and that's
- 22:03Speaker 5: what they're doing. So it's not about weaponization. It's about
- 22:06Speaker 5: ending their weaponization of the government and fighting violent crime
- 22:11Speaker 5: and enabling cities like New York and mayors like Rick
- 22:16Speaker 5: Adams to enforce Donald Trump's immigration policies.
- 22:24Speaker 2: I want to ask you and go back saying you
- 22:26Speaker 2: said a moment ago we were talking about cartels, and
- 22:29Speaker 2: they have been able to set up networks, and we
- 22:31Speaker 2: see this coming up now more often. We're controlling states
- 22:35Speaker 2: and cities and states and the entire flow, and they've
- 22:38Speaker 2: been able to do this and set it up without
- 22:40Speaker 2: having to worry that anyone's going to stop them. We're
- 22:43Speaker 2: seeing this not on border states, but all over the country,
- 22:46Speaker 2: this network. At what point do we get to start
- 22:50Speaker 2: dismantling that.
- 22:51Speaker 1: How long does that take?
- 22:52Speaker 2: How much time is that going to take because they've
- 22:55Speaker 2: been here for quite some time with the last administration.
- 22:57Speaker 3: Yeah, there's a lot.
- 22:58Speaker 5: I can't talk about now, but very publicly, I think
- 23:02Speaker 5: you've seen a lot happen.
- 23:04Speaker 3: A lot is happening every day.
- 23:07Speaker 5: Our great men and women in law enforcement are out there.
- 23:09Speaker 5: It's a joint eff for with our office and with
- 23:11Speaker 5: Christy Nome and then we all work so well together,
- 23:16Speaker 5: whether it's Mike Waltz.
- 23:17Speaker 1: You are friends.
- 23:18Speaker 2: I think people don't understand this, like this is a
- 23:20Speaker 2: group in this administration.
- 23:22Speaker 1: And you and I have talked about this on the show.
- 23:24Speaker 2: You guys are friends, like you'll know each other before
- 23:27Speaker 2: you got here. How important are those relationships that you say, hey,
- 23:30Speaker 2: I trust excuse me, I trust you, I trust you,
- 23:33Speaker 2: I trust you.
- 23:34Speaker 3: I got your back.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Let's go to work.
- 23:36Speaker 5: Vital and crucial and Mike Wat's and Christy we're on
- 23:39Speaker 5: the phone with each other all the time and to
- 23:42Speaker 5: change topic just a little bit, just just to give
- 23:44Speaker 5: you an example, Leez Eldon, a dear friend of mine.
- 23:47Speaker 3: On President's Day.
- 23:50Speaker 5: EPA, Leez Eldon, great administrative of EPA. I'm on the
- 23:53Speaker 5: phone ours with Scott Besson, our Secretary of Treasury and
- 23:56Speaker 5: Leez Elden, and you know we've seen thanks to Musk,
- 24:00Speaker 5: my buddy's great work, and it's been reported.
- 24:03Speaker 3: Look what they're doing.
- 24:04Speaker 5: And yeah, I'm changing the subject a little bit, but
- 24:06Speaker 5: they're giving out billions of dollars after Joe Biden lost
- 24:13Speaker 5: the election, trying to push this money out the door.
- 24:16Speaker 1: As surely shoveling cash out the windows.
- 24:19Speaker 5: As I said, goal bars, let's throw all the gold
- 24:22Speaker 5: bars off the ship. Yep. And we're stopping them. We're
- 24:25Speaker 5: stopping them in real time. We're going after them. But
- 24:29Speaker 5: it's because we all pick up the phone and we
- 24:31Speaker 5: talked directly to each other, so we're able to work together.
- 24:35Speaker 3: Talk to Marco Rubio and look at.
- 24:37Speaker 5: Them in like Steve Whitcoff out there, Grinnell, what they're doing,
- 24:41Speaker 5: working with Marco and Mike Watson, all the great the
- 24:44Speaker 5: people that they're saving around the world. And that's thanks
- 24:48Speaker 5: to one man, Donald Trump. He put all of us
- 24:50Speaker 5: in these positions.
- 24:51Speaker 4: And the consistent nine spread of the cabinet nominees is
- 24:58Speaker 4: that you're all change agent. You all came in with
- 25:01Speaker 4: the mission and it is Listen, there has never been
- 25:04Speaker 4: a first month of any presidency in the history of
- 25:07Speaker 4: the United States of America like the last thirty days.
- 25:14Speaker 3: Amen.
- 25:15Speaker 4: And I'll tell you I have had great joy turning
- 25:19Speaker 4: to my Democrat colleagues in the Senate and just dead
- 25:22Speaker 4: panning well three years and eleven months ago, and they
- 25:28Speaker 4: literally start.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Twitching, like you get.
- 25:31Speaker 4: They have facial tics that they cannot suppress.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Pam.
- 25:36Speaker 4: One of the things that people like about this podcast
- 25:39Speaker 4: that we try to do is we try to bring
- 25:42Speaker 4: people behind the scenes to actually understand what's going on
- 25:47Speaker 4: behind closed doors. So tell us about your first day
- 25:51Speaker 4: as attorney general. You're confirmed and like day one when
- 25:56Speaker 4: you get sworn in, just just walk everyone through what
- 25:59Speaker 4: day one Attorney general in the United States is like,
- 26:03Speaker 4: you go.
- 26:04Speaker 5: NonStop And I jokingly said it felt like fifteen years
- 26:07Speaker 5: because you're you're working seven days a week, NonStop. You're
- 26:10Speaker 5: when we're all working with each other and everything we
- 26:14Speaker 5: do it overlaps, and especially with Department of Justice, especially too,
- 26:17Speaker 5: with all this money going out the USA and all
- 26:19Speaker 5: of these agencies, and we're going to be helping all
- 26:22Speaker 5: these agencies. But you just hit the ground running, literally
- 26:27Speaker 5: and don't look back. I don't look at what time
- 26:31Speaker 5: of day it is. It's I don't think I've slept
- 26:33Speaker 5: in fifteen days, but you don't want to. And and
- 26:36Speaker 5: then when when you find out about this human trafficking
- 26:39Speaker 5: ring that was just broken up, it's just that's why
- 26:42Speaker 5: we're all doing what we're doing, and you just keep
- 26:46Speaker 5: going forward. And our directive, our directive from our boss
- 26:51Speaker 5: is so easy, especially on my end, make America safe.
- 26:55Speaker 5: And so you you just don't, Senator, you don't. Even
- 26:59Speaker 5: my my heart is saying, now, is I forget to eat?
- 27:02Speaker 5: You forget what time it is? And at six o'clock
- 27:04Speaker 5: at night? And why do I have a headache because
- 27:05Speaker 5: I haven't eaten today? But you're going non stop and
- 27:08Speaker 5: it's not me. It's an entire team. I've got Chad myself,
- 27:12Speaker 5: I've got Animal, I've got Todd Blanche, thank goodness coming in,
- 27:14Speaker 5: and we've got cash Fortell now so they better look out.
- 27:19Speaker 2: How nice is it to have a boss by the
- 27:23Speaker 2: guy and guy by the name of Donald J. Trump
- 27:26Speaker 2: who just lets you do your job exactly. I mean,
- 27:29Speaker 2: there's a lot of presents in the past that have
- 27:31Speaker 2: really tried to keep their thumb on people. It seems
- 27:33Speaker 2: like he's saying, go and go, get it done, and
- 27:37Speaker 2: call me when you need me.
- 27:38Speaker 5: He has trusted all of us and all of our
- 27:41Speaker 5: various capacities and.
- 27:43Speaker 3: All the different roles we have, whether it's education.
- 27:46Speaker 5: Or agriculture, you know, all the cabinet labor, all of
- 27:50Speaker 5: the different cabinet secretaries, just to go out and do
- 27:53Speaker 5: the best we can.
- 27:55Speaker 3: And you know, we want to make.
- 27:57Speaker 5: All of you proud, and we want to fulfill his
- 28:01Speaker 5: directive to make our country great.
- 28:03Speaker 3: That may insured it in me that job.
- 28:05Speaker 5: He's a good friend of mine and I love during
- 28:07Speaker 5: my confirmation hearing when they try they get on me
- 28:10Speaker 5: because they say I'm friends with Donald Trump.
- 28:12Speaker 3: Yes, I know, I'm not friends with them. I'm good
- 28:15Speaker 3: friends with him, and I'm very proud to work for him.
- 28:22Speaker 4: You know, when you look at weaponization and politicization, part
- 28:26Speaker 4: of it is using it to attack your political opponents.
- 28:29Speaker 4: And we've seen four years of that under Joe Biden.
- 28:32Speaker 4: Another part of it is turning the other way at
- 28:36Speaker 4: your political allies and refusing to enforce the law against them.
- 28:39Speaker 4: And I think one of the most egregious examples we've
- 28:42Speaker 4: seen over the last two years is the rising anti
- 28:46Speaker 4: semitism on college campus. I mean the violent protesters and rioters,
- 28:51Speaker 4: many of whom are not students, are not affiliated with
- 28:54Speaker 4: the universities, and they are threatening students. You look at
- 28:58Speaker 4: Columbia University. The author box Rabbi there sent out an
- 29:01Speaker 4: email to the Jewish students on campus and said, do
- 29:05Speaker 4: not come to campus because the university cannot and will
- 29:10Speaker 4: not keep you safe. And the Biden Justice Department did nothing.
- 29:16Speaker 4: They investigated nobody, they didn't follow the money, they didn't
- 29:20Speaker 4: indict anyone, they didn't prosecute anyone, and they did not
- 29:24Speaker 4: enforce Title six of the Civil Rights Laws, which say
- 29:27Speaker 4: that if you are tolerating harassment on the basis of
- 29:32Speaker 4: ethnicity or religion, that you will have your federal funds
- 29:35Speaker 4: cut off. How is the Department of Justice different today
- 29:41Speaker 4: and what will your approach be to anti semitism and
- 29:45Speaker 4: threats of violence directed against Jewish students on campus or
- 29:49Speaker 4: any other students on campus.
- 29:50Speaker 5: We have an October seventh task force that we started
- 29:54Speaker 5: and we will protect you. When I was just a
- 29:57Speaker 5: citizen before I had this job. What you said, I'm
- 29:59Speaker 5: watching these these aren't peaceful protests. We all believe in
- 30:03Speaker 5: peaceful protests. Uh oh, I'm sorry. Unless you're a liberal
- 30:07Speaker 5: and you don't want a parent to quietly pray outside
- 30:11Speaker 5: an abortion clinic, or you're a caountl at school or
- 30:15Speaker 5: a parent at a school board, They're going to call
- 30:16Speaker 5: you a domestic resist. I'm screaming up my TV watching
- 30:21Speaker 5: these violent protests, you know, the last since October seventh.
- 30:25Speaker 5: You're watching this happen, and all of our students.
- 30:28Speaker 3: Deserve to be safe. First of all, these these students from.
- 30:31Speaker 5: Who are here on visas, who are who are threatening
- 30:34Speaker 5: our American students need to be kicked out of this country.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Amen.
- 30:52Speaker 4: It is refreshingly simple to have an attorney general who
- 30:56Speaker 4: has the approach that you're going to follow the law
- 31:00Speaker 4: and enforce the law, and that sadly has been missing
- 31:05Speaker 4: for the last four years.
- 31:07Speaker 3: It's pretty basic, isn't it.
- 31:09Speaker 4: It should not be complicated. Let me ask you what
- 31:16Speaker 4: keeps you up at night? What scares you. In the
- 31:19Speaker 4: first two weeks in this job.
- 31:22Speaker 3: Pretty much everything. I don't sleep at night anymore.
- 31:27Speaker 5: Of course, everything we talked about, the drugs, the cartels,
- 31:30Speaker 5: the great Maybe I'll get a little sleep tonight based
- 31:32Speaker 5: on the arrest that we're just made, the children that
- 31:35Speaker 5: are being trafficked, things that have been so personal to
- 31:38Speaker 5: me since I was a state prosecutor and then since
- 31:40Speaker 5: I was State attorney general. Now you just get to
- 31:42Speaker 5: help people on a bigger level, which is pretty pretty
- 31:45Speaker 5: cool to get to do that. But most recently it's
- 31:49Speaker 5: really been what Elon has been uncovering and the USA,
- 31:56Speaker 5: the waste at EPA, this money, trillions of dollars they
- 32:02Speaker 5: believe just being handed out, which is most likely making
- 32:06Speaker 5: a round trip well going to terrorist organizations.
- 32:10Speaker 4: And you are on the front line of defending the
- 32:12Speaker 4: president and Elon Musk and Doze and all the effort
- 32:16Speaker 4: they're doing. And every day we are seeing Democrat attorneys
- 32:20Speaker 4: general and Democrat interest groups suing the president, suing Elon Musk,
- 32:24Speaker 4: suing the federal government, and the Department of Justices on
- 32:27Speaker 4: the front lines, and sadly, we're seeing left wing activist judges,
- 32:32Speaker 4: individual district court judges issuing nationwide injunctions. Tell us about
- 32:40Speaker 4: what it's like defending against those lawsuits, and give us
- 32:43Speaker 4: your thoughts on the authority of one radical district judge
- 32:48Speaker 4: to try to run the executive branch and issue a
- 32:51Speaker 4: nationwide injunction.
- 32:52Speaker 5: Two words, we're winning, but yeah, so you've got you've
- 32:57Speaker 5: got one. I like that answer one on a to
- 33:00Speaker 5: district judge trying to tell President Trump, who was elected
- 33:05Speaker 5: overwhelmingly by the American people, where federal funds can go.
- 33:11Speaker 3: We're winning even in liberal courts. By the way, I'm senator,
- 33:15Speaker 3: we're winning and.
- 33:17Speaker 5: If not, we're going to go all the way to
- 33:18Speaker 5: the Supreme Court and keep winning.
- 33:22Speaker 4: Well, Pam, let me say you and I have been
- 33:23Speaker 4: friends a long time time. I am thrilled with the
- 33:27Speaker 4: job you're doing. I'm thrilled. I was thrilled when the
- 33:29Speaker 4: President announced your nomination. And let me say, on behalf
- 33:33Speaker 4: of thirty one million Texans and Americans across this country,
- 33:37Speaker 4: thank you. Thank you for stepping forward and answering the call.
- 33:43Speaker 4: Thank you for pouring your heart into defending this nation,
- 33:50Speaker 4: into keeping my kids safe, keeping Ben's kids safe, keeping
- 33:53Speaker 4: all of our kids safe. And thank you for remaining
- 33:57Speaker 4: faithful to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and
- 34:00Speaker 4: restoring integrity to the Department of Justice.
- 34:02Speaker 1: It is desperately needed and you're doing a hell of
- 34:05Speaker 1: a job.
- 34:05Speaker 3: Thank you, my friend, and thank you for fighting for us.
- 34:08Speaker 3: Thank you guys here for being here as well.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Don't forget we do the show Monday, Wednesday and Friday,
- 34:14Speaker 2: so make sure that subscribe writ or.
- 34:15Speaker 1: Down with button. God bless America.
- 34:19Speaker 5: Much.
- 34:20Speaker 3: Thank you, my friend.
- 34:21Speaker 5: Thank you,
