Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome in his verdict with Center Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson
- 0:03Speaker 1: with you. It's nice to have you with us on
- 0:04Speaker 1: the show, and we've got a big one for you,
- 0:07Speaker 1: including more Somali fraud reported in a Republican state, and
- 0:12Speaker 1: it is massive.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Well, I gotta say, the pattern we're seeing a fraud
- 0:17Speaker 2: of people stealing from the federal taxpayers, stealing from you
- 0:21Speaker 2: is staggering. We saw first of all Minneapolis, Minnesota Samali
- 0:26Speaker 2: fraudsters stealing over nine billion dollars from taxpayers. But the
- 0:31Speaker 2: problem is not limited to Minnesota. We now have a
- 0:37Speaker 2: breaking blockbuster story from Daily Wire about Ohio the very
- 0:42Speaker 2: same patterns. Somali fraudsters engaged in fake home health companies
- 0:47Speaker 2: stealing tens of millions of dollars from the taxpayers. This
- 0:50Speaker 2: is a pattern that I think exists across the country.
- 0:54Speaker 2: It's in the big Blue states, it's in California, it's
- 0:57Speaker 2: in New York, it's in Illinois, but it may well
- 0:59Speaker 2: be in all fifty states. We're going to break it
- 1:01Speaker 2: down and reveal the shocking facts of the theft that
- 1:05Speaker 2: is going on in broad daylight. We're also going to
- 1:09Speaker 2: talk about the continued descent of Tucker Carlson into the
- 1:13Speaker 2: spiral of madness, and I don't say that word lightly.
- 1:17Speaker 2: He did an interview with The New York Times where
- 1:19Speaker 2: he gets whackier and whackier. He attacks me over and
- 1:23Speaker 2: over and over again. Apparently I am living rent free
- 1:25Speaker 2: in the poor guy's brain. And he also is confronted
- 1:29Speaker 2: by the fact that he's gone on air and he
- 1:31Speaker 2: is accused Donald J. Trump of being the Antichrist. Now,
- 1:36Speaker 2: when The New York Times confronted him about that, he said,
- 1:39Speaker 2: I didn't say that. I never say that. So they
- 1:40Speaker 2: played him the clip of him saying exactly that, and
- 1:43Speaker 2: he just lied and denied it. And I got to say,
- 1:46Speaker 2: it is sad seeing Tucker Carlson getting more and more
- 1:49Speaker 2: extreme and more and more irrelevant. We're going to come
- 1:53Speaker 2: to you with the facts on that as well.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Yeah, it really is incredible.
- 1:56Speaker 1: I want to take a moment and talk to you
- 1:58Speaker 1: about Rough Koreans and as many of you know, Memphis
- 2:00Speaker 1: our dog. It passed away recently, but the end of
- 2:04Speaker 1: life that he had was awesome. We got him on
- 2:06Speaker 1: rough Greens and it gave him new life. He was
- 2:09Speaker 1: acting like a puppy. Unfortunately, he got a tumor and
- 2:12Speaker 1: that was it. But we did get a new puppy
- 2:14Speaker 1: who's name Bertie, and we decided we weren't gonna wait.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Rough Greens not only is amazing for your dog, but
- 2:21Speaker 1: also for your puppy, and they even have support as
- 2:24Speaker 1: well for puppy development with rough Greens, and we've got
- 2:28Speaker 1: him on that.
- 2:29Speaker 3: It is making a huge.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Difference because we want our puppy to have a great life.
- 2:33Speaker 1: And that's why I want you to check out rough
- 2:35Speaker 1: Greens right now. After we saw what happened with our
- 2:38Speaker 1: older dog, Memphis, we realized, why wait until the dog's older.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Why not give rough Greens right now to little Birdie.
- 2:46Speaker 1: And we know what it does. It supports long term
- 2:49Speaker 1: health by providing live, bioavailable nutrients including essential vitamins, minerals, probiotics,
- 2:56Speaker 1: digestive enzymes, and omega oils. Now the ingredients they work
- 3:00Speaker 1: together to improve nutrition absorption, also help Birdie maintain joint
- 3:05Speaker 1: and muscle health as she grows and enhance her overall vitality.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Now we care about Bertie's longevity. We've already lost two
- 3:14Speaker 1: dogs unfortunately when they got older, and this is a
- 3:17Speaker 1: way we can do everything. We can to keep Birdie
- 3:20Speaker 1: around as long as possible. Now, there are deficiencies found
- 3:24Speaker 1: in processed dog food, but Rough Greens it supplements your
- 3:28Speaker 1: dog or your puppies diet with natural intioxidants and anti
- 3:32Speaker 1: inflammatory compounds that help reduce oxidative stress, support immune defense
- 3:37Speaker 1: as well, and slow age related to climb. That's what
- 3:42Speaker 1: we love the most. Now it's easy. You're not buying
- 3:44Speaker 1: new food. You just sprinkle it on the current food
- 3:47Speaker 1: that your dog eats and bam they love it. So
- 3:52Speaker 1: whether you've got a puppy or an older dog, you
- 3:55Speaker 1: need to check out and try Rough Greens. You will
- 3:58Speaker 1: see a difference. Now you don't have change your dog's food.
- 4:01Speaker 1: You just add Roughcreams and I'm going to offer you
- 4:04Speaker 1: a free Jumpstart trial bag.
- 4:07Speaker 4: You just cover shipping.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Use the discount code Verdict to claim your free Jumpstart
- 4:13Speaker 1: Trial bag at Roughgreens dot com. That's ruff Greens with
- 4:19Speaker 1: ans dot com promo code Verdict. So don't change your
- 4:23Speaker 1: dog's food, just add Roughcreens and watch the health benefits
- 4:26Speaker 1: come alive.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Center.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Just since we started this show, and we have this
- 4:31Speaker 1: Somali fraud that we're going to talk about in Ohio.
- 4:34Speaker 1: But there's a new article that just came out. I'm
- 4:36Speaker 1: just gonna read the headline because it just shows how
- 4:38Speaker 1: fast the fraud is being exposed. Somali's reportedly filled an
- 4:43Speaker 1: Ohio strip mall with potential fraudulent childcare centers. This coming
- 4:47Speaker 1: from the AB six investigators there in Columbus, saying several
- 4:51Speaker 1: Somali owned daycare facilities, including a cluster located strip mall,
- 4:55Speaker 1: which by the way, don't exist, they've now been uncovered.
- 4:59Speaker 1: And then that on top of another local station that
- 5:02Speaker 1: just exposed a massive trucking company fraud. All of these
- 5:07Speaker 1: trucking companies like dozens and dozens, all at the same
- 5:11Speaker 1: exact address in these suites. So now we've got new
- 5:15Speaker 1: fraud on top of fraud, on top of the fraud
- 5:17Speaker 1: we're going to talk about on this show today.
- 5:19Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a stunning pattern, and it's clear the fraudsters
- 5:22Speaker 2: believe they would never face any scrutiny, that no politician
- 5:26Speaker 2: would hold them to account, that no prosecutor would hold
- 5:28Speaker 2: them to account, that nobody in the media would ever
- 5:30Speaker 2: report as they were stealing millions and millions of dollars
- 5:33Speaker 2: from the taxpayers. And I got to say that tide
- 5:37Speaker 2: is starting to turn that there's a blockbuster story of
- 5:39Speaker 2: the Daily Wire by Luke Rosiak, who is the same
- 5:43Speaker 2: lawyer who broke the Loudon County story that in Virginia
- 5:47Speaker 2: that ended up electing Glenn Younkin as the governor of Virginia.
- 5:50Speaker 2: So so he's demonstrated that he can do real, real
- 5:54Speaker 2: news work in a way that CNN, ABC, NBC they
- 5:58Speaker 2: don't do anymore. But the story. I want to read
- 6:01Speaker 2: a good chunk of this story because if you haven't
- 6:03Speaker 2: read it, you need to know what's in it. Its
- 6:05Speaker 2: entitled Daily Wire Investigation reveals one of the biggest government
- 6:09Speaker 2: waste scandals hiding in plain sight. I've been investigating federal
- 6:13Speaker 2: waste and fraud for twenty years. This is the biggest
- 6:16Speaker 2: scandal I've ever found Columbus, Ohio. Just before the Department
- 6:20Speaker 2: of Government Efficiency closed its doors, it made a quiet
- 6:24Speaker 2: move that may end up being its most lasting impact
- 6:27Speaker 2: on the federal deficit. DOGE published a massive trove of
- 6:32Speaker 2: data in February that, for the first time, let the
- 6:35Speaker 2: public see what companies are billing Medicaid for For decades,
- 6:41Speaker 2: the payouts have been shrouded in secrecy. One of the
- 6:44Speaker 2: largest government programs was a black box. I've spent the
- 6:48Speaker 2: past two months diving into the numbers. What I found
- 6:51Speaker 2: was the most blatant waste of federal dollars that I
- 6:54Speaker 2: have encountered in my two decades as an investigative reporter.
- 7:00Speaker 2: I've set my sites in Ohio, which, like Minnesota, has
- 7:04Speaker 2: been granted waivers to expand Medicaid well beyond its original purpose.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Under the guise of Healthcare, Ohio pays people to go
- 7:13Speaker 2: to Medicaid beneficiaries homes to perform quote homemaking and quote
- 7:18Speaker 2: chores like cooking and cleaning. The people performing these quote
- 7:24Speaker 2: personal services tasks don't even have to be healthcare workers,
- 7:27Speaker 2: and in many cases are actually relatives of the Medicaid recipient.
- 7:34Speaker 2: According to a Daily Wired data analysis, Ohio spent a
- 7:39Speaker 2: billion dollars billion with a BEE on home healthcare in
- 7:43Speaker 2: twenty twenty four, the last year for which data is available.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Since the services are performed inside private residences, there's no
- 7:52Speaker 2: way to know whether the workers went at all or
- 7:55Speaker 2: what they're actually doing in exchange for taxpayer funds. A
- 8:00Speaker 2: number of small black boxes. Inside a black box, multiple
- 8:05Speaker 2: signs said the service provided and build of the government
- 8:10Speaker 2: was sometimes just quote companionship and conversation. So understand, you
- 8:16Speaker 2: can talk to your relatives. You can hang out with
- 8:18Speaker 2: your relatives and talk to them, and the federal government
- 8:21Speaker 2: will pay you just for talking to Grandpa.
- 8:24Speaker 1: I mean, you listen to that story and it doesn't
- 8:26Speaker 1: even make sense until you understand that that's exactly what
- 8:29Speaker 1: they're doing. They're like, hey, we're gonna pay you to
- 8:33Speaker 1: hang out, not take care, hang out with a relative.
- 8:37Speaker 1: They're also, how would they get all the patients for
- 8:40Speaker 1: the fraud to work? You put it on a billboard, right,
- 8:44Speaker 1: you put up billboards. You recruit family members to defraud
- 8:47Speaker 1: the government by hanging out and spending time with your
- 8:50Speaker 1: own mom or dad or aunt or uncle or brother
- 8:53Speaker 1: or sister, and we will pay you to do that.
- 8:56Speaker 1: And I mean, it's just if that's not the definition
- 8:59Speaker 1: of fraud, I don't know what is.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Well, it gets worse as people have realized the United
- 9:04Speaker 2: States government will pay them to hang out with their
- 9:07Speaker 2: own families. There it is. Northeast Columbus has seen its
- 9:11Speaker 2: economy replaced by businesses that bill medicaid and Columbus, a
- 9:18Speaker 2: city with the second largest Somali population in the country.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Did you know that Columbus, Ohio?
- 9:23Speaker 3: No, I did not, And that's shocking. But now it
- 9:27Speaker 3: explains why the fraud's so high.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Well, Columbus has become, on the surface, the most unhealthy
- 9:34Speaker 2: city on the planet.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Now to be clear what we mean by that, because
- 9:38Speaker 1: like using the past here on healthy city, you usually
- 9:41Speaker 1: hear that's like a say that's overweight where the people
- 9:43Speaker 1: aren't active.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Here, they're just flooding cash.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Yeah, like this is the unhealthy as in how much
- 9:51Speaker 1: money is it taking to take care of people through medicare.
- 9:54Speaker 1: That is what's making the most unhealthy city in America.
- 9:56Speaker 1: It's not that it's like overweight population, food, lizards and
- 10:00Speaker 1: things like that. This is how bad the fraud is.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Well, here's what one person said. Quote, well, if the
- 10:06Speaker 2: government is going to pay you to do it, one
- 10:08Speaker 2: home health operator told me, people see it as lucrative,
- 10:12Speaker 2: so they just jump on it. The new welfare queens
- 10:16Speaker 2: aren't the recipients whose low incomes qualify them for poverty programs.
- 10:21Speaker 2: They're the companies getting rich off them. Now, listen to
- 10:23Speaker 2: these companies driving down Cleveland Avenue in less than forty seconds.
- 10:28Speaker 2: You come across endless home health companies Capital home Health,
- 10:33Speaker 2: Continental home Health, Dynamic Home Healthcare, Ohio Senior Home Healthcare.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Entire buildings throughout the city are filled entirely with what
- 10:44Speaker 2: appeared to be identical businesses. The enormous complex pictured below
- 10:50Speaker 2: and there's a picture in the article, is six one six'
- 10:54Speaker 2: One Bush. Boulevard its lack of windows would be a
- 10:57Speaker 2: problem for most office. Buildings there is almost no one
- 11:01Speaker 2: in this. One what's inside is ninety four ninety four
- 11:07Speaker 2: different companies signed up to Bill, medicaid each with a tiny,
- 11:12Speaker 2: office often marked with a sheet of paper proclaiming some
- 11:16Speaker 2: generic company name ending in Home HEALTH. Llc and sometimes
- 11:21Speaker 2: this is particularly, funny another piece of paper claiming the
- 11:25Speaker 2: employees had just stepped out for a. Break mind, you
- 11:27Speaker 2: they've all stepped out for a break and then never come.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Back this building alone build taxpayers sixty six million dollars
- 11:38Speaker 2: in the span of a few. Years the record. Show
- 11:42Speaker 2: pick the owner of A columbus home healthcare company at
- 11:45Speaker 2: random and look them up on public. Records you're likely
- 11:47Speaker 2: to go down an endless rabbit. Hole years of unpaid
- 11:51Speaker 2: taxes and, debts sometimes criminal, records and an astonishing number
- 11:56Speaker 2: of LLCs created in other, industries as if the millions
- 11:59Speaker 2: they make For medicaid are just a side. Gig we
- 12:02Speaker 2: went down several of those rabbit holes in the coming
- 12:05Speaker 2: days you'll meet, Now i'm gonna give you several of these.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Examples every one of these is going to piss you.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Off these are real, people or at least real fake
- 12:12Speaker 2: people In. Ohio number one a politician who founded an
- 12:20Speaker 2: eleven million dollar home healthcare company that he appeared to
- 12:25Speaker 2: run part time without even mentioning it in his political,
- 12:30Speaker 2: biography who then funded his. Campaign he funded his campaign
- 12:38Speaker 2: with donations from other home healthcare. Owners so this is
- 12:43Speaker 2: a guy robbing a million dollar eleven million. Dollars he's
- 12:47Speaker 2: hiding it because obviously he's embarrassed about, it and he's
- 12:50Speaker 2: relying on other fraudsters to fund his political. Operation this
- 12:55Speaker 2: is the shameless, grift the cycle of thievery that we're
- 12:58Speaker 2: saying over and over. Again all, right here's another. One number,
- 13:01Speaker 2: two a woman who reinvented her JANITORIAL. Llc so she
- 13:06Speaker 2: had a janitorial company as a quote health. Provider then
- 13:11Speaker 2: she Build. Medicaid what do you think she Build medicaid
- 13:14Speaker 2: the very first, month she went from being a janitorial
- 13:17Speaker 2: company to healthcare.
- 13:18Speaker 3: Provider she Built medicaid Good somali.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Mentor and you go from the toilet cleaning you, know,
- 13:24Speaker 1: job to then and, SORRY i got the hiccups. Now
- 13:27Speaker 1: but if you go from a toilet cleaning job to
- 13:29Speaker 1: then you go to home, healthcare like, sure your first
- 13:32Speaker 1: month and startup would BE i don't, know five, grand eight,
- 13:36Speaker 1: grand MAYBE i Know i'm, wrong.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Right nearly one hundred.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Grand, yeah one hundred grand first, month first, month like
- 13:42Speaker 1: that is one heck of a, startup right, there, Folks.
- 13:45Speaker 2: All, right here's another. One number. Three by the, way
- 13:48Speaker 2: you've got the, Hiccups we're gonna send a home healthcare.
- 13:50Speaker 3: Provider, yeah, yeah CAN i make a hundred? Grand i'll
- 13:54Speaker 3: take you.
- 13:54Speaker 2: That that would be your, children and they're gonna go
- 13:57Speaker 2: punch you in the stomach till you. Stop hit.
- 13:59Speaker 4: COMPY i like, THIS i like this.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Plan as long as they get, paid it's. FINE i
- 14:03Speaker 3: want to kick back here.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Or at least golf. Sponsorships there you. Go number three
- 14:10Speaker 2: a landlord who bought airplanes after renting space to hundreds
- 14:15Speaker 2: of home healthcare companies that Build medicaid a quarter of
- 14:20Speaker 2: a billion dollars quarter of a, billion two hundred and fifty.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Million number four a man who went to prison for
- 14:28Speaker 2: medicaid fraud but told the government he was too broke
- 14:30Speaker 2: to pay restitution while his neighbors and associates provide over
- 14:36Speaker 2: a poverty Program. Empire and number five an accountant who
- 14:42Speaker 2: has lost his license for stealing public funds then opened
- 14:46Speaker 2: a seven million dollar home health care company using the
- 14:50Speaker 2: address of a convicted money launderer's teenage. Son, NOW i gotta, Say,
- 14:56Speaker 2: ben if you're listening to, this if you're not pissed,
- 14:59Speaker 2: off they're not buying.
- 15:00Speaker 1: ATTENTION i, mean this story really brings us back to
- 15:04Speaker 1: even a bigger, point and that is this is probably.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Nationwide like what we're, witnessing what we're, saying this is
- 15:11Speaker 1: going to end up being fraud at different, levels probably
- 15:14Speaker 1: in every state Of, america because you're still dealing with
- 15:18Speaker 1: fraud through the federal, government so you can set up
- 15:21Speaker 1: shop anywhere because it's not like it's a lot of
- 15:23Speaker 1: state oversight.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Here, well, listen this is. Brazen these are fraudsters who
- 15:30Speaker 2: believe no politician will ever call them to, account no
- 15:33Speaker 2: government employee will ever examine the. Facts no prosecutor will
- 15:37Speaker 2: look at, it and they're quite confident that the press
- 15:39Speaker 2: will never examine. It these are not. Geniuses let me
- 15:42Speaker 2: read a little more from the. Story these are not in,
- 15:45Speaker 2: fact here's the POINT i was just. Making these are
- 15:47Speaker 2: not business, geniuses nor even people with any training or
- 15:51Speaker 2: specialty in the health. Field they've often failed at a
- 15:55Speaker 2: variety of businesses before suddenly becoming millionaires in home. Healthcare
- 16:00Speaker 2: sometimes a company will have a full roster of clients
- 16:02Speaker 2: in his very first, month making one wonder where the
- 16:06Speaker 2: clients come. From the companies don't have websites or appear to.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Advertise they can't stand out from their thousands of rivals
- 16:15Speaker 2: based on price unless they pay kickbacks because the government
- 16:19Speaker 2: pays the same to. Everyone nearly every owner of a
- 16:25Speaker 2: healthcare company In columbus appears to be. Foreign let me repeat,
- 16:29Speaker 2: that because that's a stunning. Statement nearly every owner of
- 16:34Speaker 2: a home healthcare company In columbus appears to be. Foreign
- 16:38Speaker 2: they live in a parallel society where every associate and
- 16:42Speaker 2: public records also has a foreign, name and all their
- 16:46Speaker 2: business transactions are conducted with other. Foreigners when we asked
- 16:51Speaker 2: one what home healthcare companies. Did one man threatened, journalists
- 16:58Speaker 2: who cares do you guys pay my? Bills i'm gonna
- 17:01Speaker 2: tell everybody you guys are. Racists the government cannot meaningfully
- 17:07Speaker 2: monitor all the people it writes million dollar checks to In.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Columbus they all share combinations of just a few, names
- 17:14Speaker 2: Like Ahmed mohammed And Mohammed. Ahmed how is this not?
- 17:21Speaker 2: Satire by the Way i'm, reading actual news documents reviewed
- 17:25Speaker 2: By The Daily wire show individuals will spell their own
- 17:29Speaker 2: name multiple different ways within a single. Document let me
- 17:35Speaker 2: repeat that. Again someone spells the Name Bean, Ferguson, yeah
- 17:41Speaker 2: Bad fergie Fergisn like like how? Many how do you
- 17:45Speaker 2: misspell your name multiple times in a?
- 17:47Speaker 3: Document and?
- 17:48Speaker 1: Backwards sometimes it Was Ben, ferguson it Was, Ferguson, ben
- 17:52Speaker 1: it Was Ted cruz and Then Cruise.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Ted you, Know, Penealopy, Cruise Tom, Cruise Cruise control like
- 18:00Speaker 2: every vary eight you can come, with and many of
- 18:02Speaker 2: them lists their birthdays As january, first because their birthdays are.
- 18:08Speaker 2: Unknown the business model is. SIMPLE a forty year Old
- 18:12Speaker 2: somali immigrant gets paid for spending time with and maybe
- 18:16Speaker 2: cooking for his own sixty five year old. Mother the
- 18:20Speaker 2: middleman is one of thousands of home health firms that
- 18:24Speaker 2: have THE npi number necessary to bill. Medicate the forty
- 18:28Speaker 2: year old becomes a quote employee of that, company but
- 18:33Speaker 2: has no clients other than his. Mother there is no
- 18:38Speaker 2: way to verify whether he actually provided the quote services
- 18:42Speaker 2: unless his own mother is willing to testify against. Him
- 18:46Speaker 2: this poverty program is different from things like food stamps
- 18:51Speaker 2: because it has no monetary cap and its extent is
- 18:54Speaker 2: decided not by politicians but by any doctor willing to
- 18:58Speaker 2: sign a form saying you could use some help around the.
- 19:01Speaker 2: House it only takes one doctor who will say yes
- 19:04Speaker 2: to churn out enough forms to bankrupt a.

- 20:41Speaker 3: To bankrupt a, State let's let's let's be clear about
- 20:44Speaker 3: what like they're.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Saying this is why they're the most unhealthy city In
- 20:48Speaker 1: america because of this. Fraud this is why all your
- 20:51Speaker 1: tax dollars are going, there and all it takes a
- 20:54Speaker 1: doctor with apparently no checks and. Balances but it's like doctor.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Shopping like we know doctors that do. This they abuse their,
- 21:01Speaker 1: power they write. Scripts for, example there's one rested In
- 21:04Speaker 1: houston this. Week it was writing massive amounts of opioid.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Scripts why because he's getting massive paydays from. Patients you
- 21:11Speaker 1: could have the same exact thing happening.
- 21:13Speaker 2: There for, years efforts to rein in waste have nibbled
- 21:17Speaker 2: around the, edges shaving off a million here and a million.
- 21:20Speaker 2: There while skeptics and liberals argued that the cost cutting
- 21:25Speaker 2: exercise was pointless because the lion's share of federal spending
- 21:28Speaker 2: was locked up in quote non discretionary spending like, healthcare
- 21:34Speaker 2: the implication was that there was no waste in that
- 21:36Speaker 2: category and nothing that could be done about, it even
- 21:40Speaker 2: as the nation careened torns. Insolvency that premise couldn't be more.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Wrong this blatant waste happened within miles of The ohio State,
- 21:52Speaker 2: capitol Where Governor Mike, DeWine A, republican and his appointees
- 21:56Speaker 2: run the. State in an era of artificial, intelligence the
- 22:00Speaker 2: medicaid system has seemed disinterested in even the most obvious red.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Flags perhaps that's because it's largely run by, states but
- 22:10Speaker 2: with half or more of the bill being footed by
- 22:13Speaker 2: the federal. Taxpayers The trump administration is now turning its
- 22:17Speaker 2: sites to medicaid fraud with a task force led by
- 22:19Speaker 2: The Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew ferguson And Vice PRESIDENT.
- 22:23Speaker 5: Jd.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Vance they may want to start With vance's home. STATE
- 22:28Speaker 2: i get to, say, look this is, stunning and it
- 22:31Speaker 2: is a. Pattern it's not confined To, minnesota it's not
- 22:36Speaker 2: confined To. Ohio this is a pattern of theft across the,
- 22:40Speaker 2: country and we need to have vigorous. EFFORTS i want
- 22:44Speaker 2: to commend The trump. Administration The department Of justice is
- 22:46Speaker 2: going after this. FRAUD hhs is going after this. Fraud
- 22:50Speaker 2: we're beginning to see. Accountability AND i want to thank
- 22:52Speaker 2: The Daily wire for doing some. Reporting let me ask
- 22:55Speaker 2: where the hell IS, CNN, ABCNBC cbs is doing a little,
- 23:01Speaker 2: Bit But Washington, Post New York times are.
- 23:05Speaker 1: There, actually the hard, orders the hardcore investigative journalists are
- 23:09Speaker 1: not doing any of this. Journalism this is like the
- 23:12Speaker 1: conservative advocates out there that are doing this. Job The
- 23:16Speaker 1: Nick shirley's are doing this. Job no one in the
- 23:19Speaker 1: mainstream media is breaking this.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Story.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Look, look we covered previously on this podcast HOW cnn
- 23:26Speaker 2: when the story broke In, minnesota they decided to check.
- 23:28Speaker 2: It so they called these quote childcare agencies and they, Said,
- 23:32Speaker 2: hi this IS cnn. Calling are you engaged in? Fraud
- 23:35Speaker 2: and they, said oh, no and they, said, oh, okay thank.
- 23:37Speaker 6: You hung.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Up that's what they called. Reporting, ye the LAST i.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Checked if you call criminals and asked them if they're committing,
- 23:45Speaker 2: crimes most of them are going to tell you. No
- 23:48Speaker 2: and by the, WAY cnn knows that the reporters know,
- 23:53Speaker 2: that the producer knows, that the executive producer knows, that
- 23:57Speaker 2: everyone up and down the line knows that they know
- 24:00Speaker 2: how to actually investigate a. Story it's just that the
- 24:04Speaker 2: media doesn't care about this. STORY i commend The Daily.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Wire we're gonna keep covering this AND i think this
- 24:10Speaker 2: is just the tip of the iceberg on what's.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Happening, YEAH i, agree and it's gonna be other types
- 24:15Speaker 1: of fraud that we talked about at the beginning of the.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Show we're gonna keep covering it and as these stories,
- 24:18Speaker 1: break we will have it. HERE i hope you'll take
- 24:21Speaker 1: this show and share. It but by the, way because
- 24:23Speaker 1: it's so important that we get it out.
- 24:25Speaker 2: There but by the, Way, BEN i will tell. You
- 24:26Speaker 2: you know my, dad he's eighty seven years. Old my
- 24:29Speaker 2: dad's kind of a. Badass what my father, says he
- 24:32Speaker 2: says in eighty seven, years he's never hiccuped more than.
- 24:35Speaker 3: Once, now see that's fake.
- 24:37Speaker 2: News i'm just telling you my. Father, look WHEN i
- 24:41Speaker 2: was in high, school IF i would get a ninety
- 24:42Speaker 2: nine on a, test my dad would, say why didn't
- 24:44Speaker 2: you get a? Hundred and he would, Say i'm not
- 24:47Speaker 2: meaning to be, Mean but my father would say to,
- 24:49Speaker 2: me if you hicc up, twice it's a sign of,
- 24:51Speaker 2: weakness because if you hiccup, once you just need to,
- 24:53Speaker 2: decide don't do it.
- 24:55Speaker 3: Again don't do it. Again, Yeah i'm working on. That
- 24:58Speaker 3: i'm pretty sure it's the medication and it says the
- 25:00Speaker 3: side effect is. Hiccup that's WHAT i looked.
- 25:02Speaker 1: At So i'm doing the BEST i can, here, Sir
- 25:05Speaker 1: i'm doing the BEST i.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Can i'll Confess i've failed my father's standard of never
- 25:10Speaker 2: hiccup more than. Once but If i'm, hiccupping usually IF
- 25:12Speaker 2: i take a glass of water and just drink the
- 25:15Speaker 2: whole thing. Uninterrupted it goes.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Away so we paused this show.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Earlier people don't know this because we were trying to
- 25:21Speaker 1: get rid of the. Hiccups we tried everything and during
- 25:24Speaker 1: the break so we just it is what it. Is
- 25:26Speaker 1: at this, point you can always go back and give
- 25:28Speaker 1: me a hard time for.
- 25:29Speaker 3: This one's. Crazy it's.
- 25:31Speaker 1: FUNNY i want to take a moment to tell you
- 25:33Speaker 1: about an organization that is Called Americans united For. LIFE
- 25:38Speaker 1: alu is a non profit law, firm an avocacy group
- 25:41Speaker 1: that was founded in nineteen seventy, one two years Before
- 25:45Speaker 1: roe established the constitutional right to an abortion before fetal.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Viability with THE Us Supreme court decision And dobbs. V
- 25:53Speaker 1: jackson and The Women's Health organization overturning it's nineteen seventy
- 25:58Speaker 1: three ruling And roe. V, wade the nonprofit law firm
- 26:01Speaker 1: has seen its biggest victory. Yet now there are democrats
- 26:05Speaker 1: and liberals that are fighting. Back and that's where you
- 26:08Speaker 1: AND i have the opportunity to overturn pro abortion laws
- 26:12Speaker 1: and advance pro life legislation that attacks the most vulnerable
- 26:17Speaker 1: in our society from the womb to the. Tomb, together
- 26:21Speaker 1: we can stand side by, side and we can shape
- 26:24Speaker 1: the future of our nation through life affirming legislation in every.

- 27:08Speaker 3: Life all, Right, Senator let's move To Tucker.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Carlson he did an interview and it couldn't have gotten
- 27:13Speaker 1: worse for him With New York. Times i've said this.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Before some disagree with. ME i think the demise Of
- 27:19Speaker 1: Tucker carlson is happening in real. TIME i think his
- 27:22Speaker 1: audience is disappearing very. QUICKLY i think these types of
- 27:25Speaker 1: interviews do an incredible damage to his integrity as, character
- 27:30Speaker 1: and these interviews just show how unhinged he, is which
- 27:33Speaker 1: we've been talking about for quite some. Time he's also
- 27:36Speaker 1: still obsessed with you and had something very interesting to
- 27:40Speaker 1: say about you in This New York times interview as.
- 27:42Speaker 5: Well who do you think is more morally Repulsive Ted?
- 27:45Speaker 5: Cruz who do you Think Ted? Cruz Ted cruz is
- 27:51Speaker 5: a SITTING Us senator who has called for the killing
- 27:56Speaker 5: of people who did nothing, wrong whole, populations who advocated
- 28:00Speaker 5: for this. War Nick fuentes is like a. Kid he's
- 28:03Speaker 5: like twenty six or. Seven he has no power except his. Words,
- 28:08Speaker 5: here you have a public official who we, pay who
- 28:12Speaker 5: has actual, power who's voting for, things who's making policy,
- 28:15Speaker 5: decisions and those decisions would include in, fact they are
- 28:18Speaker 5: focused on the murder of people who did nothing, wrong
- 28:21Speaker 5: and yet no one thinks it's a big.
- 28:22Speaker 4: Deal, well it's just totally.
- 28:24Speaker 5: FINE i, mean if there's tape Of nick Fuente is
- 28:26Speaker 5: saying we should kill people because we hate their, parents
- 28:30Speaker 5: or it's okay to kill, CHILDREN i would love to
- 28:32Speaker 5: see the tape because that's. Disgusting and that's basically the
- 28:36Speaker 5: ENTIRE Us senate does every single, day and no one
- 28:38Speaker 5: Notices nick fuent has said something naughty THAT i disagreed
- 28:41Speaker 5: with he made fun of things THAT i don't THINK
- 28:43Speaker 5: i would never make.
- 28:44Speaker 6: Su he's a white, nationalist was denied The, holocaust and
- 28:47Speaker 6: WHAT i will say than killing kids from my understanding
- 28:52Speaker 6: of my. Own you, KNOW i was just In germany,
- 28:55Speaker 6: recently and you, know it was such a good remind
- 29:01Speaker 6: that The holocaust didn't start with the gassing Of. Jews
- 29:04Speaker 6: it started with the dehumanization Of. Jews it was language
- 29:07Speaker 6: that was. Used and again that is.
- 29:09Speaker 4: WHAT i couldn't agree.
- 29:12Speaker 5: More and that's why when you have A Us, senator
- 29:15Speaker 5: a member Of, congress A us ambassador waving away civilian
- 29:20Speaker 5: deaths as if they don't, matter that's the language of
- 29:22Speaker 5: genocide which. Results and this is the lesson of The
- 29:24Speaker 5: holocaust in genocide, itself and it has so the lesson
- 29:28Speaker 5: for me really watching all of this is that this
- 29:33Speaker 5: can happen in civilized, countries in all human, beings there
- 29:37Speaker 5: is the capacity to ignore the evil right in front of.
- 29:41Speaker 5: You And i'm my point is it's happening right. Now
- 29:44Speaker 5: and my, job they SAID i have. ONE i don't
- 29:45Speaker 5: really have a, job BUT i just want to remind
- 29:47Speaker 5: people that were all capable of, that including, me and that.
- 29:51Speaker 4: We're watching it right.
- 29:52Speaker 5: Now and if you think That Nick fuents is a
- 29:54Speaker 5: greater threat to other human beings Than Ted, CRUZ i
- 29:59Speaker 5: would love to know HOW i.
- 30:01Speaker 6: Can imagine people hearing this and thinking you are soft
- 30:05Speaker 6: peddling Ni. Quinte's you are apologizing soft Pedling.
- 30:08Speaker 5: Naquinta's i'm trying to awaken people to killing of innocence
- 30:12Speaker 5: in our midst which we are not only encouraged to,
- 30:16Speaker 5: ignore but really told to ignore on pain of being.
- 30:19Speaker 4: Denounced And i'm just, saying, No i'm not doing.
- 30:22Speaker 3: That Senator Nick foyt is a holocaust.
- 30:26Speaker 2: Denier, yeah but that days even touch. It let's start
- 30:31Speaker 2: with the fact that this LOAN i think he brought
- 30:34Speaker 2: me up eight or nine times in that. Interview APPARENTLY
- 30:37Speaker 2: i am living completely rent free in his, brain and
- 30:40Speaker 2: every word he's saying is a brazen. LIE i am
- 30:44Speaker 2: fifty five years. Old never once HAVE i called for
- 30:46Speaker 2: the murder of. Innocence never once HAVE i called for
- 30:48Speaker 2: the murder of. Children by the, way he claims THAT
- 30:51Speaker 2: i do. That he claims that the ENTIRE us said
- 30:53Speaker 2: it does, That and it's just it's at a point
- 30:56Speaker 2: where it's a pathological. Lie there's no. Basis in, fact
- 31:00Speaker 2: there's no. Evidence he just says. It he just asserts,
- 31:03Speaker 2: it and he knows he's. Lying he doesn't care he's.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Lying by the, way his defense Of Nick quent, says,
- 31:09Speaker 2: Well Nick quent has said something.
- 31:10Speaker 4: NAUGHTY ti.
- 31:11Speaker 2: Naughty, okay here's What Nick quent has. Said he Said
- 31:14Speaker 2: hitler was, Right hitler was, very very. COOL i agree With.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Hitler On tucker's, Show nickquent has said his mission in
- 31:19Speaker 2: life is to defeat global. Jewelry that's not something. Naughty
- 31:24Speaker 2: that is a Rabid nazi, bigot he also. Said Nick
- 31:29Speaker 2: fuentes also said that he Celebrates stalin's birthday every. Year
- 31:34Speaker 2: tucker nodded. Approvingly and by the, Way, tucker there's a
- 31:38Speaker 2: reason Why tucker is Celebrating Nick. Fuentes tucker has gone
- 31:41Speaker 2: to the point now of Embracing. Nazis it's not Just
- 31:44Speaker 2: Nick fuentes who's an Open. Nazi tucker had had one
- 31:48Speaker 2: lunatic professor on a show who said That winston Church
- 31:52Speaker 2: show was the villain Of World WAR, ii and another
- 31:54Speaker 2: lunatic professor on a show who, said there's a good
- 31:57Speaker 2: argument The americans should have supported The nazis In World war. Two,
- 32:02Speaker 2: no there's. Not But tucker is on a, mission AND
- 32:04Speaker 2: i believe at this POINT i cannot prove, it BUT
- 32:07Speaker 2: i Believe tucker is being compensated as being paid By
- 32:09Speaker 2: cutter or other foreign. Nations he is apologizing For, islamists
- 32:13Speaker 2: he is apologizing For, sharia he is apologizing For america.
- 32:17Speaker 2: Haters he is Attacking trump every. Day he is Attacking,
- 32:20Speaker 2: Israel he's Attacking. Jews he knows he's lying about, Me
- 32:24Speaker 2: but his mission is also to Normalize. Nazis by the,
- 32:27Speaker 2: way one of the things he said this week Is Graham,
- 32:29Speaker 2: plattner the Lunatic democrat nominee or likely, nominee almost inevitable
- 32:35Speaker 2: nominee In maine For, senate who is a self described.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Communist Graham platner, Says i'm a communist and who has
- 32:43Speaker 2: not just A nazi tattoo on his, chest but a Toten,
- 32:46Speaker 2: komf which is the tattoo of THE ss in the
- 32:49Speaker 2: death chambers of the concentration. Camps you know, What Tucker carlson, Said,
- 32:53Speaker 2: OH i want to Interview Graham. Plattner i'm sure they, do,
- 32:56Speaker 2: baby they have Matching nazi. TATTOOS i don't know what
- 32:58Speaker 2: Tattoos Tucker carlin, said As tucker would, Say i'm just asking.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Questions but, apparently if you're A, nazi if you say,
- 33:06Speaker 2: Sighile tucker wants to elevate.
- 33:09Speaker 3: You AND i gotta say it and not just, elevate
- 33:12Speaker 3: you normalize you make it go.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Away and, listen by the, way when you lie about.
- 33:19Speaker 2: People you notice his whole diatribe about, me he provided
- 33:23Speaker 2: no evidence WHAT i just listened About. TUCKER i can
- 33:27Speaker 2: give you the episodes where he said every one of those.
- 33:29Speaker 2: Things those are objective. Facts but here's. So tucker is
- 33:32Speaker 2: now a professional liar who lives without. Facts AND i
- 33:36Speaker 2: want you to listen to this. Exchange and if you're
- 33:38Speaker 2: watching on, YouTube it's even better if you watch, it

- 34:23Speaker 4: worse than the war With iran in my. Opinion.
- 34:26Speaker 6: Yeah BUT i, asked because you know you've been talking
- 34:28Speaker 6: on your show about Whether trump is The.
- 34:30Speaker 4: ANTICHRIST i have not said. That on your show the
- 34:33Speaker 4: day After, easter you.
- 34:34Speaker 6: Noted he did not put his hand on The bible
- 34:36Speaker 6: during his swearing ceremony as. President you, said And i'm,
- 34:39Speaker 6: quoting maybe he didn't put his hand on The bible
- 34:42Speaker 6: because he affirmatively rejects what's inside that. Book and then
- 34:45Speaker 6: on a recent show you went, further, saying here's a
- 34:47Speaker 6: leader who's mocking the gods of his, ancestors mocking The
- 34:50Speaker 6: god of gods and exalting himself above. Them could this
- 34:53Speaker 6: be The?

- 35:12Speaker 4: don't know where that comes.

- 35:28Speaker 5: to be tone obviously the.
- 35:31Speaker 1: Center he said that like fifteen days ago when the
- 35:33Speaker 1: interview took. Place by the, way a year, ago he,
- 35:35Speaker 1: SAYS i may have, said some are. Asking he didn't say.
